So I was, once I was working there, I was working in like the newly rebuilt, you know, restaurant and they were fighting to get back where they were because they were on a roll and everything. But apparently, this is what I've heard. I wasn't there because I didn't work there yet, obviously. But the, um, okay. I guess before anything else, Dr. Deb, what exactly does your company, because I'm hearing medical, I'm hearing advertising, I'm hearing research, I'm hearing a lot of different lanes. So is it about, and I don't mean that in a bad way, I just want to get more of a scope of zeroing on exactly what it is your company, what is the goal of your company in the day-to-day? Okay, so we're an advertising company and doing the communications and so what I do is the medical strategy and brand strategy

for clients which are usually biotech or pharma clients. Basically they used to do their own communications in-house, but when you're so close to it, you think everything you do is great. But really you need someone to say, it's not, and this is what you're allowed to say, this is what you aren't, and here's the best story and way for people to understand what your drug or for example, a vaccine is good for and how it works. Okay. To ask anyone, your employer can ask you, anyone can ask. Of course, if it's a personal interaction, I don't know how someone might feel about not answering their co-worker. I think it probably would be weird if they didn't. But again, you you it'll th th th th th th th th th thi it'll the they it'll you know, it'll be based on the employer whether they mandate that everyone has to have it when they get back in or not. Okay, and then one more thing. I'm very curious how you're doing this and how you've done it. People that look like me. How are you

pushing them and encouraging them to go ahead and get the vaccine because I have parents who grew up with things.that... All I needed, Jesus. Yes. And Jesus is the vaccine now. Correct. And they're accustomed to things like the Tuskegee Sybilis study. They know about that. And so when this all started, I really had to talk to my parents to encourage them to get this done. So how did you get this done? Yeah, absolutely. And it's still a difficult struggle, right?

I think, you know, everybody wants to strive for equitable distribution because we're relying on it. And also, let's not forget that the hardest-hit communities were the black and people of color communities and also rural areas, where it's harder to get the vaccine. So, you know, it's really important to kind of reverse the devastation of COVID with vaccination. And I think it's just really people need to be heard. And a lot of people want to wait and see whether it's because they're waiting for 70% of the U.S. population, or specific millions of numbers of people or people who are like me getting it more. I think just having conversations, you know, with their doctor and pharmacists where they're heard and listened to, maybe isn't always the case, is really important right now. And letting each one of their concerns be answered and letting them sit with the information and not

expecting them to rush. So Josh Johnson, since we work together the daily show, have you been vaccinated? And I just violate... I have indeed. I have a quick question that this, I mean, I'm posing it both to our doctor, but just to everybody. I do feel weird. I feel like it is a, a testament to the American condition that everybody that did what they were supposed to do or was the most helpful or would help the most people which it was get vaccinated as soon as they were able to get nothing but all of these people who were like I don't know what you're gonna do for me get potentially a million dollars like like I'm not saying I'm not saying obviously we have to do whatever it takes to get enough people vaccinated. But why can't we have at least one retroactive

lottery that if you prove that you got it before like April, or, yeah, I mean, like, you know, if you got the vaccine, like, in May, and it was the earliest part of May that you were able to, that there's a lottery for you too. It's just it's it's weird that that people doing the worst sometimes are like, yeah. Well what can we do to you know? Yeah, was your company a part of that like I know in Ohio they had like a lottery if you come get vaccinated you, I don't know if you get a scratch off or you get a lottery ticket or whatever it was. the raff-you th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th th. Was th. Was th. So not able to do that would love to start helping out doing that. But again, the states really took it upon themselves to look at where the need was and kind of what those populations needed most and do what they could do to get them incentivized. Understood. So Dr. Deb, let's stick into the positions that you all are hiring for with your company. Most importantly, if these are physical positions or remote positions, let's just start with that, but just kind of break down the areas

where people could be a part of what you all are doing. Yeah, absolutely. So again, I do medical strategy, but also HCP, so talk doctor strategy. But we're looking for people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people people to people to people to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to to the. the. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi. thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi, thi. I'm, thi. I'm, thiCP, so talk doctor strategy. But we're looking for people who do branded strategy, consumer strategy, medical strategy, any kind of strategy. And basically, you know, we're not forcing anyone to come in right away. I think we talked about maybe going back to the office around October, but there's

people who aren't planning to come back at all. During the summer, we hired people all over the country, and if they want to stay there, they can. I think that's just one way that good companies recognize and appreciate and show appreciation for talent, which is if you're not flexible, you'll get left behind. What about the money, Dr. Dev? How much are you paying? I know these are various positions, but I'm all all all all salaries. Yeah. They're really really high paying jobs we need a lot of great expertise. I guess you know two people reporting to me too to my

co-workers also in strategy I would say around six figures you know. Okay doctor damn. A little of expertise and strategy in general. Yeah but this doesn't this doesn't seem like the type of work where you can you know we have people that that th th th th th th th th th th th th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi thi. th. th. th. thi. th. th. th. th. th. Really th. Really th. Really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really really th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. the th. the the the th. the the the th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. th. thi. the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the the this doesn't seem like the type of work where you can, you know, we have people that come on with jobs that I believe are very complicated, but then I find out that the training and the skill set that you need is very easily attainable without years and years of school. This doesn't feel like that. Yeah, so for the medical strategy, I have a PhD.

I'm a scientist by training and I did medical education before that, which is the less strategic non-advertising component, and then you can learn and you can do strategy and move up from there. But for regular strategists, you can definitely come out of school or business school, communications, and we'll teach it to you. It's just learning the process of becoming and being strategic. Okay, one last quick thing for me. You make good money, but do you like your job,

Dr. Depp. I love my job. I can talk about clients all day, and now that, you know, getting to affect millions of people and help out for drugs, treatments, and especially vaccines that I vaccines vaccines vaccines vaccines vaccines vaccines just have a humongous impact compared to what if I was you know still slaving away at the bench. At the bench. What? I'm doing experiments. Oh okay, got you. Well, Dr. Deb, I can't thank you enough for coming on the job fair.

What's wrong with that? What's wrong with? First of all, okay, the people who do that, I've met so many people that I'm like, when people say that they like animals more they like people. I'm like, ah, then we have nothing else to talk about. Like, you like the thing that can't even... All you're doing, when people are like that, all they're doing is projecting.
