Starting point is 00:01:06 Late Friday, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard released a packet of unclassified documents to the American people and to the U.S. Department of Justice, showing conclusive evidence that the Obama administration was fully and explicitly aware that accusations of Russia manipulating and directly interfering with the U.S. 2016 presidential election were false, lacking any credible proof or even baseline leads. instead acted counter to perhaps a dozen intelligence reports and investigations, to instead pursue sedition and subversion against an incoming duly elected president of the United States and the United States federal government. According to written communications of several at mid and senior levels in various intelligence communities in the United States in 2016, the Russia allegations lacked any credibility whatsoever. Earlier declassified documents this year show then CIA director John Brennan and FBI director James Comey, quote, showing a preference for narrative consistency over analytical soundness. Brennan specifically ultimately formalized his position in writing, stating that, quote,

Starting point is 00:02:16 my bottom line is that I believe that the information warrants inclusion in the report, and quote, this inclusion being the steel dossier, failing to meet basic tradecraft standards. Now, in the intelligence community, basic tradecraft standards means established collection methods, techniques, and operations. Friday's documents released to the American people and referred to the Department of Justice in criminal referral show that then-President Barack Obama and his cabinet knowingly discarded intelligence reports in December of 2016 to create a false narrative that Russia had directly interfered with the voting processes in the 2016 election, meaning that FBI director James Comey and CIA director John Brennan

Starting point is 00:03:00 knowingly lied to President Trump in January 2017 at the Trump Tower and then directly participated in subversion and treason in an attempt to subvert the 2016 election and its outcome. Over the weekend, however, additional details in these emails show that then-President Barack Obama ordered an intelligence assessment and ultimately investigation and major media scandal

Starting point is 00:03:22 be carried out on December 7th, canceling a presidential daily brief of intelligence two days later on December 9th, the same presidential daily briefing, which contained the original and authentic intelligence assessments showing no credible data that Russia had directly interfered in the election. This was first reported by legal expert Margo Cleveland senior legal correspondent over at the Federalist. What does this mean and why does this matter? It means that Barack Obama, James Comey, John Brennan, and others senior in his administration ordered real authentic intelligence data to be shut away and hidden from the

Starting point is 00:04:01 American people and Trump's Department of Justice in order to fabricate evidence of the illegitimacy of the 2016 presidential election, thereby usurping federal law and the U.S. Constitution in direct violation of at least a dozen laws and statutes, up to and including the Espionage Act of 1917 and 18 U.S.C. People who did not want to accept the will of the American people in electing Donald Trump in 2016 and therefore cooked up this treasonous conspiracy to, again, try to effectively, and they did

Starting point is 00:04:43 effectively launch a years-long coup against the sitting president of the United States. Director, Gabbard, I'm glad you used the word coup. I also in some of your reports the word treason has come up. We're seeing a lot of things coming to light these days. And it's very encouraging for Americans, especially this report, which so many of us knew this was a hoax. But this goes all the way to the top. I mean, this goes all the way to Barack Obama.

Starting point is 00:05:09 Will we actually see someone as high up as Barack Obama, take responsibility, be accountable, maybe face criminal charges. Is that a possibility here based on the documents that you've released? Rachel, the seriousness of, again, the implications and the consequences of these actions that were taken demand accountability. The American people not only deserve the truth and accountability. When we look at the future of our country as a Democratic Republic and the American people's

Starting point is 00:05:42 ability to have faith that when they go and cast a vote at the ballot box, that the will of the people will be respected by those in government, whether they be Democrats or Republicans, this is literally what is at stake here. So we are referring all of our documents to the Department of Justice for the purpose of accountability and action. No one, no matter who they are, no matter how high up they are or how powerful they may be, no matter who the intelligence officials or professionals were who were a part of this treasonous conspiracy, there must be. They're much, be accountability, the truth must be shown to the American people in order to ensure that there is this faith and trust and integrity in our Democratic Republic for the sake of the

Starting point is 00:06:28 future of our country. To put a very fine bow on it, according to a very pricient tweet by Representative Jim Jordan of the House Oversight Committee, quote, remember what they did. Comey and Brennan went to Trump Tower in January 2017. They briefed President Trump on the steel dossier. The dossier paid for by the Hillary Clinton campaign, knowing that the dossier was false since December when President Obama had ordered the intelligence data regarding this dossier shut away from the American people so that a false intelligence report could instead be presented to the media later on. In perhaps less exciting news, Democrat mayor of Los Angeles Karen Bass hit the weekend and Sunday shows in order to make a series of spurious claims. For example, that federal agents and law enforcement officers don't have the right to wear a mask,

Starting point is 00:07:21 and that Los Angeles should be allowed to continue violating federal law, specifically so that illegal immigrants can continue working at slave labor wages. Check it out. Los Angeles is a city of immigrants. 3.8 million people, and about 50% of our population is Latino. And so when the raid started, fear spread. The mask men in unmarked cars, no license plate, no real uniforms, jumping out of cars with rifles and snatching people off the street, leading a lot of people to think maybe kidnappings were taking place. How do you have mask men who then say, well, we are federal officials with no identification?

Starting point is 00:08:07 Well, you know what the administration will say to that. They'll say they're in danger, that there have been threats, that there has been done. and that that's the reason they have the masks on and that they say there is some ID. Well, let me just tell you, we have a Los Angeles Police Department that has to deal with crime in this city every single day, and they're not mask. They stay here. The mask men parachute in, stay here for a while, and leave. And so you enter a profession like policing, like law enforcement? I'm sorry, I don't think you have a right to have a mask and snatch people off the same. And lastly, Democrats have spent the entire weekend raging at CBS for canceling Stephen Colbert's late show.

Starting point is 00:08:51 CBS announced last week that they would be ending the late show under Stephen Colbert entirely, not replacing him or the show after citing financial concerns. Later records revealed that the Stephen Colbert show receiving abysmal ratings was costing the network over $40 million a year in net loss. Ben Ferguson articulated the reason for the financial and ratings disaster on CNN. One massive part of the conversation that's been completely admitted from this, and that is, when you do a show that attacks half of America every night and you don't have conservatives on, and by the way, you're not funny, but attacking half of America and your ratings suck, you might lose your show. Despite the financial and the ratings data showing the lack of success of Stephen Colbert's late show,

Starting point is 00:09:40 Democrats attempted to claim that this was some type of a political censorship move because Stephen Colbert had criticized the $16 million settlement that CBS paid to Donald Trump after editing certain interview parts from Kamala Harris, which is a violation of FCC regulations, back during the 2024 elections. And a number of Democrat political figures took to social media expressing how this was how democracy, free speech, and all of those other great American values die, like Stacey's, Abrams, Tim Walls, Hakeem Jeffries, and Doug Emhoff, who you may not remember, is Kamala Harris' husband. Starting point is 00:10:21 Yeah, well, look, this has not been a great week for free speech and speaking truth to power. And it wouldn't be a great session of whining on the left without Senator Chris Murphy, Democrat from Connecticut, filming a two-minute video of himself complaining about this act of great political tyranny. We are on the precipice of entering a censorship state in which Donald Trump is using the powers of the federal government in order to erase criticism from the airwaves. And Donald Trump has made it clear to them and everybody else in the media space that if you want any favors from me, then you have to silence my critics on your platforms.
