Starting point is 00:00:00 President Trump's comments about Israel, Iran, and NATO go viral. The House Democrats can't decide how to oppose the Trump administration, and a California vice mayor allegedly calls for gang members to fight immigration and customs enforcement. I'm Tony Kinnett, host of the Daily Signals Tony Kinnett cast, syndicated nationally at 7 p.m. Eastern. It is Wednesday, June 25, 2025. This is the Daily Signal's top news in 10. On the evening of June 23rd, after President Donald Trump had announced he had brokered a ceasefire between Israel and Iran, calling an end of the 12-day war, Iran and Israel continued firing missiles and flying sorties right up until the last minute of the ceasefire, some of it spilling over into time that was supposed to be a little bit more peaceful.
Starting point is 00:00:51 This did not please the president who posted a series of messages telling Israel and Iran to stand down. Yesterday morning right before the president boarded his flight to the Netherlands to talk to NATO, he was asked by a reporter about what he thought about Israel and Iran continuing the fight. I'm violated the peace agreement and the ceasefire agreement. Do you believe that Iran is still committed to sheists? Yeah, I do. They violated it, but Israel violated it too. Israel, as soon as we made the deal, they came out and they dropped a load of bombs, the likes of which I've never seen before. The biggest load that we've seen, I'm not happening. with Israel. You know, when I say, okay, now you have 12 hours, you don't go out in the first
Starting point is 00:01:32 hour and just drop everything you have on them. So I'm not happy with them. I'm not happy with Iran either. But I'm really unhappy if Israel's going out this morning because the one rocket that didn't land that was shot, perhaps by mistake that didn't land, I'm not happy about that. You know what? We have basically have two countries that have been fighting so long and so hard that they don't know what the fuck they're doing. Do you understand that? After that comment which quickly went viral, the Iranian and Israeli situations calmed down considerably.
Starting point is 00:02:07 Then aboard Air Force One, the president was asked a few questions about those he expected to see over at NATO, spilling over into a conversation about Zelensky and Putin. The president didn't seem particularly pleased to hear these questions and had a bit of a snarky response. Do you think you'll meet with Zelensky when you're there? Yeah, probably. say, yeah. What would you say to him?
Starting point is 00:02:28 Say, how you doing? He's in a tough situation. Should have never been there. He then described a recent phone call with President Vladimir Putin of Russia. You know, I'd like to see a deal with Russia. As you know, Vladimir called me up. He said, can I help you with Iran? I said, no, I don't need help with Iran. I need help with you. And I hope we're going to be getting a deal done with Russia. The House Democrats are struggling to find a way. to oppose the Trump administration due to a lack of leadership from Hakeem Jeffries.
Starting point is 00:03:00 After Representative Akazio-Cortez announced that Trump should be impeached for the strikes on Iran, Representative Al Green got on the floor of the House and introduced said articles of impeachment. Mr. Speaker, and still I rise. And I rise today in the name of government of the people by the people for the people. I rise today because our country is nearing a moment of decision. I rise because we are at the intersection of democracy and autocracy. I rise to announce that at this moment in time, I have filed H-RES 537. H-RES-537 is a point.
Starting point is 00:03:57 privileged resolution. H. Res. 537 has been filed because I believe that the President of the United States has committed an impeachable act. H. Res. 577 addresses abuse of presidential powers by disregarding the separation of powers devolving American democracy into an authoritarian, an authoritarian, an authoritarian government. The resolution failed catastrophically, with 128 Democrats joining the Republicans in voting absolutely not. Amid the chaos of the impeachment over the Iranian strikes, representatives like Jamie Raskin attempted to use this as an opportunity to say that President Trump is actually a closeted anti-Semite.
Starting point is 00:04:53 Trump himself has a disturbing history of anti-Semite. Trump himself has a disturbing history of anti-Semitic actions. He invited over to his house for dinner at Marlago, Nick Fuentes, a vicious neo-Nazi and Holocaust denier and self-proclaimed Hitler lover, Ye. He saw very fine people on both sides of the anti-Semitic riot in Charlottesville. He's claimed that prominent Jews in our government were bad Jews calling Senator Schumer not Jewish anymore and repeatedly referred to him as a Palestinian, including just this morning and said that any Jewish person who doesn't vote for Trump should have their heads examined. Representative Jasmine Crockett from Dallas said that actually the real problem with Trump
Starting point is 00:05:36 is that the strikes on Iran were really expensive. Money. Let me tell you, just dropping those few bombs in one day, that was the beginning of what is going to be a very long bill for us as they talk about being efficient. There was nothing efficient about doing it. and maybe if there was some consultation, maybe with those that say have constitutional authorities since we care about the Constitution, then maybe we could have saved the American people
Starting point is 00:06:03 not only money, but the lives that are now at risk as we have to put out warnings for American citizens in this country and abroad. Maybe we need to start leading with the people at the middle of what it is that is guiding us instead of following one person The reason that people like me say things like y'all are in a cult is because somehow people are abdicating their duties
Starting point is 00:06:31 and abdicating the very people that put them into office. At Desjardin, we speak business. We speak startup funding and comprehensive game plans. We've mastered made-to-measure growth and expansion advice, and we can talk your ear-off about transferring your business when the time comes. Because at Desjardin business, we speak the same language you do. business. So join the more than 400,000 Canadian entrepreneurs who already count on us and contact
Starting point is 00:06:59 Desjardin today. We'd love to talk business. And lastly, the FBI is investigating the vice mayor of Cudahey, California, Cynthia Gonzalez, a Democrat, after she posted a video on social media calling on what appears to be the 18th Street and Florentia 13 gangs to protect their turf against immigration and customs enforcement. Check it out. Not for nothing, but I want to know where all the trolos are at in Los Angeles, 18th Street, Florentia. Where's the leadership at?
Starting point is 00:07:36 Because you guys are all about territory and this is 18th Street and this is Sorrentia. You guys tag everything up, claiming hood. And now that your hood's being invaded by the biggest gang there is, there ain't a peep out of you. It's everyone else who's not about the gang life. that's out there protesting and speaking up. We're out there like fighting our turf, protecting our turf, protecting our people. And like, where are you at? Bien-cannaditos, all those chulitos.
Starting point is 00:08:06 I'm like, dude, they're running a muck all up in your, on your streets. On your streets and in your old city. And peep. When the big gang guns come in, nothing but like quiet. And we're out here, the regular ones that have never been jumped in. out here calling things out, trying to organize people, trying to do the thing. So don't be trying to claim no block, no nothing. If you're not showing up right now, trying to help out and organize.
Starting point is 00:08:33 I don't want to hear a peep out of you once they're gone, trying to claim that this is my block. This was not your blog. You weren't even here helping out. So whoever's the leadership over there, just fucking get your members in order. Kadeh allegedly posted the video late last week and then deleted it before the FBI I showed up to her house asking a couple of key questions. Of note, UCLA recently hired Gonzalez as their new director of the principal leadership institute, describing her as a leader in educational equity and social justice.
Starting point is 00:09:06 The Los Angeles Times also previously endorsed her as the best pick for the L.A.USD school board. That's according to Bill Meligan over at Fox News. The city of Cuddehaye has issued a statement, quote, The city of Cuddehaye is aware of recent comments made by Vice Mayor Cynthia Gonzalez on social media. The comments made by the vice mayor reflect her personal views and do not represent the views or official position of the city of Cuddehaye. The city will not be providing further comment, end quote. Gonzalez has yet to make any statement, and I know this will be shocking to many of you, but the two gangs called upon allegedly were not available for comment either. Before you go, head down to the description and make sure you're subscribed to the Tony Kennedcast.
