Starting point is 00:00:14 And I'm Lisa Di Giulio, the old one, which means we have wildly different references, occasionally different opinions, and at this point in my 50s, I've lived it all. Now in my 30s, being the founder of new shoes, good taste is my business. Listen on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. I'm Lacey Mosley, author, actor, stand-up comedian, creator, and host of Scam Goddess Podcast.

Starting point is 00:02:30 And download Roland Martin Unfiltered on the IHart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, wherever you get your podcasts. Hello, the internet, and welcome to this episode of Dr. Trendle and Mr. Zite. Oh, that one courtesy of Devnal. Those are Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde are iconic monsters from the dark universe that never was. You know they're like, you know they're the same guy, right? So they're two of my favorite guys. What do you mean? What are you talking about?
Starting point is 00:03:00 These are my favorite guy. So top two monsters in the Universal Dark Universe. One, Dr. Jekyll. Two, Dracula. Three, Mr. Hyde. Was Dr. Jekyll a weird guy? Mr. Hyde was like the monster version. Yeah, Mr. Hyde was, he's...
Starting point is 00:03:18 Was Dr. Jekyll kind of a fucking freak, too? I think he was probably very repressed. I'm not that familiar with the text, to be honest with you, Miles. I have a feeling just basically. on what I do know, yeah, that probably tracks. I had some stuff going on that he wasn't dealing with. I'm not overly familiar with the text, but I am familiar with the nutty professor. And I have to feel, I have to assume that he had a big clump energy.
Starting point is 00:03:42 Do you remember Dr. Jekyll and Miss Hyde? No, wait a second. That was from 1995, dude, that fucking comedy movie is Sean Young. Again, Sean Young being the object of like man or woman, man turning. to woman off the heels of Ace Ventura? How could Dr. Jekyll be a woman? Because he would turn into Miss Hyde. Wait.
Starting point is 00:04:05 So, no, but for real, the doctor was a man and then he would turn into a woman? Yes. So they, instead of being- Dr. Jekyll turns into a hot chick as Miss Hyde. So Dr. Jekyll and Miss Hyde. Because I was making the joke of like the, you know, famous riddle that's like, but how could I operate on this for a- How is that possible?
Starting point is 00:04:29 And, like, people can't wrap their mind around the idea that it would be a woman. But this is that this movie is that premise also. So Dr. Jackal, obviously a man. But would have Ms. Hyde? What if he took a weird serum that his great-grandfather made? What, have we introduced ourselves? You're Miles Gray. I'm Jack O'Brien.
Starting point is 00:04:48 And this is the episode where we tell you what's trending. And you're also Mr. Hyde. Miss Hyde, if you're nasty. Thursday, October 15th, my. What's trending? What's the trend in? Yeah, so many things. I mean, so earlier in the day,
Starting point is 00:05:03 there was news that, like, about only 20% of the country is fully soulless. That was a poll regarding the execution of Army officer Nadal Hassan, who committed a mass murder at Fort Hood. And, you know, the whole thing became a controversy because Pete Hagseth was like, we got to live stream his firing squad death.
Starting point is 00:05:25 And I'm pretty amazing. Immediately, not everyone in the administration was on board. Speaker Mike Johnson is even like, this is going to like radicalize people. Like, he had to find a way to tie it to our safety rather than being like, this is objectionable and beyond the pale. So then earlier this morning, there was this polling that came out that said 80% of Americans are absolutely against any kind of live streamed execution.
Starting point is 00:05:51 You'll never guess the party that had more people interested in. However, a majority of all parties, luckily were like this is no wow no even unpopular with the majority of Republicans huh 55% though 55 55 were against it yeah 45 because it might radicalize them and we don't want more of that you know what I don't even know yeah it could be that I think it's 55% of mega Republicans specifically right yeah yeah 64 sorry of maga Republicans which I'm I'm saying those are the real Republicans anyway. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:06:28 But yeah, I mean, so Trump came out and said, we're not going to do it. He said, he added that any very good and well-meaning people would rather not watch him die through streaming or through any other visual device. I feel like this was not written by him. Okay, you fucking alien. Any other visual device? Yeah. It does feel like this is not necessarily based on. any newfound moral clarity, but rather the fact that it would be illegal experts basically all agree that a live-streamed execution would violate the Eighth Amendment ban on cruel and unusual punishment, since it kind of adds a layer of like humiliation and like spiking the football on the, on the murder of somebody.
Starting point is 00:07:20 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Well, I'm glad that someone just had to be like, look, we could do it, but there's going to be a lot of court stuff, dude. Do you want that? And they're probably like, ah, no. We can't even do it and then like apologize later. I mean, the fact that we even got to this point is so fucking just awful. Pretty grim miles. I mean, also, like I was saying really, like one of the last firing squad ones just like ended, just was basically a guy got shot a bunch and died slowly.
Starting point is 00:07:48 It wasn't even like instant death. Yeah. Did we ever decide or ever figure out? So this is not a common form of execution, right? I mean, the last one they did was in South Carolina, like a couple years ago. Okay. So it is common. We're still doing this.
Starting point is 00:08:06 We're still out here. The last few have been South Carolina, 2025, South Carolina, 2025, Utah 2010, Utah, 96, Utah 97. I do wonder if there's any like NRA money going into getting like how is that decision being made? I'm sure there's a like a coalition of just terrible actors that feel like this is something that we have to keep on the books. Yeah, like right now it's only like five states that are down with firing squad executions. There's a terrible article in the New Yorker about the NRA and gun deaths by six. suicide, which remain really high in the United States. And, like, you know, much, you're much more likely to die by your own hand than any other way.
Starting point is 00:08:57 But if you, if you own a gun. And this woman who had multiple spouses shoot themselves and her inheritance was, like, stolen by the NRA. It's fucking just the worst thing. Yeah. Wow. Anyways, the NRA really bad people. Yeah. have like kind of gone away but they're still out here.
Starting point is 00:09:20 Yeah, mostly, mostly in the gutter though. Let's talk about Amazon. They have a new, exciting new eavesdropping device that you can actually wear on your body. No, no, don't say that. Don't say then you're going to freak them out. Oh, sorry, sorry, sorry. It's an AI, it's a wearable AI assistant. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:09:38 You know what I mean? The fun of having like the Amazon Echo that is in a room in your house, always listening to everything that happens to your house. But now, strapped to your chest. What if it was everywhere you were? Basically. I mean, you know, I think most people in America want the same thing,
Starting point is 00:09:56 which is to be under constant digital surveillance, right? But yeah, this new Amazon subsidiary company, B, has like a wearable bracelet and like another thing that basically hooks onto the Mac. Cute. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Just buzzing around, just buzzing your information back to Quantico or Lainly, whatever, wherever you want it to be in Virginia.
Starting point is 00:10:17 But yeah, like, one's a wearable bracelet. The other's like, looks like a battery pack that you kind of stick to the back of a phone, which, yeah, looks very, very slick, and people, I'm sure won't notice. But the way they say is, you press the physical buttons, and it makes both gadgets,
Starting point is 00:10:31 listen to your surroundings and instantly turn them into summaries and action items. B wants the devices to summarize your meetings, negotiation talks, and pitches, or capture quick voice notes on the go. Uh-huh. It says every B device, they give you, like,
Starting point is 00:10:44 two weeks of memory for free summaries. Great. And then it basically has like, you pay a monthly fee and it gives you unlimited summaries and to-do lists. The one thing is like interesting. Most people are like, what about the fucking privacy? It says, confidential by design. Your conversations stay yours alone. BeFrontier uses encryption that only you control. Not even Amazon can access your data. Unless you choose to share it. Unless you choose to.
Starting point is 00:11:14 It sounds like you opt in. So it sounds like there is a way if they had to that's available rather than being like that's completely, that's just not a thing that it's capable of from jump. Fuck, man. They also like really make it, it's tiny and looks like the sort of thing that people put on the underneath a car bumper in a spy movie. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like it just, it feels like so easy to be abused. Yeah, exactly. as if it was designed that way.
Starting point is 00:11:46 Yeah, it's very, like, and the bracelet looks like a fit bit. So it fits, it visually fits into sort of like very normal item, ubiquitous items that we kind of see day to day. I'm still trying to figure out who this is useful for. Sure. Right. Like, I feel like the only people that were walking around recording their own voice notes, but I remember, it's from movies.
Starting point is 00:12:07 We're doctors and, like, forensic pathologists in the 80s. Right. Yeah, like going through, like, Cleary Starling, like being like, Okay, there's protrusion underneath the left arm as she's examining a dead body. So it would be good for her, I guess. Good for Clarice. Okay. Good for Clarice.
Starting point is 00:12:24 Good for Hunter S. Thompson. He would always, you know, be taking dictation while he was out of his mind on acid. So he could remember all the thoughts that came to him. So maybe good for Hunter S. Thompson types. Yeah. I mean, the other thing I think of is like executive function, maybe it is good to be like, oh, yeah, this helps me keep track of that. But this feels a little dystopian, and it's not being marketed as an aid for anything like that.
Starting point is 00:12:49 Sure. And I know people who, like, struggle with that kind of thing. I know they have apps that they absolutely do use that are geared towards that. But, like, the whole thing is that they're like, it's a wearable AI assistant. The promo video is a depiction of like a busy fashion brand owner going through her day, trying to balance her, you know, bustling new fashion company and being like a, a, like, a, a parent or just a person in the world with their own like personal relationships. And I'm like, I, this is not really, I don't know how this is relatable still.
Starting point is 00:13:21 As a busy fashion brand owner, that's how I open every conversation that I have. Now you've shrunk your audience down to fucking half a percent of people. If you go, as a busy parent, now you've got about, you know, 60 percent going. Nah, man. Parent is broke. Go on. All right. How I get to Lambo.
Starting point is 00:13:39 How I use this to be a busy fashion brand owner. Bro, you know, number one job everybody wants. You know that kids, food money, doctor bills, tuition or whatever you're paying. Bro, that's a fucking Lambo payment, bro. Thank you. And you wonder why you're in a fucking corolla fam. So, thank you. So the one time that AI has been, that I've had, my ears have perked was when they talked about the little stupid meta charm thing.
Starting point is 00:14:06 Yeah, yeah, yeah. You like wear around your neck and like has eyes on. And they were like, you'll remember where you left your cute. keys. And I was like, well, wait a second. Now, wait a second there. That's a fucking game changer for me. Okay, AI. Okay. Mark Zuckerberg. You don't need AI for attention. There's any number of tracking little keychain devices you could put four your keys. I know. I always like, I can't keep track of all the, I've got like, I have, I've got tile accounts that are out of batteries and like just fucking. I think the biggest thing because I, we can, we can, we
Starting point is 00:14:41 have a similar way of being scatterbrained is you have to have a place where it goes every fucking time. That's the only way I've been able to do that is like I've built the muscle memory of like when I come in, I fucking always goes on the hook. Yeah. Always goes on the little dish fucking every time. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Or so I could build healthy habits like that. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Or I could give away the privacy and my my brain to Amazon and people who have shown time and time again to not have our best interest in mind. Yeah. And it comes with this cool little Tamagachi too.
Starting point is 00:15:18 View us as an optimizable consumption machine. I will say I have, you know, ADD and like a very fallible memory. I feel like sometimes the human memory is like remembering and forgetting stuff in a way that's like, okay, if I forgot that it probably wasn't that. important. Sure. I mean. Yeah. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:15:43 Like in terms of like what are existential things. Yeah. Like I don't need a item list of everything that was said to me and that I said in return the, you know, on a given day. I feel like that might just crap like be more stressful. We'll just be like, Jesus. Like what. And also presupposes that we weren't able to do any of this shit before this fucking device.
Starting point is 00:16:05 Like what the brain was. We got here though. We got here without this shit just so you know. Yeah. It's what the brain. used to be for. Now I don't know what it's for anymore. And this is actually taking a job of a human assistant. You're telling me you were able to build your life as a busy fashion brand owner before without wearable AI? No way. Yeah, right. Yeah, right. Sure. Let's take a quick break.
Starting point is 00:16:31 We'll come back. We got we got Google's Halloween costume trends just dropped. We'll be right back. The music you love. I heart radio. Your favorite radio stations. Everywhere you go. The podcasts everyone's talking about. All in one place. And it's free.

Starting point is 00:20:23 There are thousands of podcasts that can tell you how to better yourself. Get Worse with Kyle Prue is not one of those podcasts. So if you're interested in getting thinner, going to therapy, starting peptide, setting boundaries, taking supplements, making your better, getting closure, then I would humbly recommend other podcasts. But if you're interested in blackmail love bombing, cloning yourself or getting revenge, then we've got a little something something for a dastardly individual like you. Take a listen to some of the incredible advice we've given so far. Fake a back injury.
Starting point is 00:20:54 Get the spray tan, up your alcohol consumption. Only women should be allowed to have guns. Kill them. Kill them. Kill them for the gun. Listen, it's already over. I'm all about lying if it's something that really happened. The next time a bear is running it,
Starting point is 00:21:08 you. You just calmly stop what you're doing. You look the bear in the eye and you say this isn't you. Do not preserve relationships. You don't need them. You only need one thing and that's the Get Worse podcast. Listen to Get Worse with Kyle Pru on the Iheart Radio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts. And we're back. We're back. Spooky Epstein Banking Associates. We'll get to the Halloween costumes. But this is, it is weird to me for something that's as popular, just across all groups as like, hey, what the fuck happened with FAPC files? Where's that all go?
Starting point is 00:21:59 Why, as we near the midterms, people aren't talking more about that and that it seems to have just been dropped weird by the people in power, weird? I think I'm sure they go and they look at a binary. they're like, I think people are being crushed by their bills more than they're worried about the Epstein files at present. However, you should keep that going. Keep that going. Don't forget about it now because that's a huge, huge fucking blight that needs to be addressed. Yeah. I guess it is also people in both parties. So it doesn't like, it's probably they're just like, you're the Epstein files on the Republican side. the Democratic side, so it's probably not as easy a thing to. But I just just want it to be in the back of everybody's mind. We still got a lot of people to go and look into. Tell in, or just read about and then say, what are you doing about that? Huh? Hey. What's going on there?
Starting point is 00:22:59 But yeah, I mean, I mean, it feels like the only person that has any had any kind of consequences was that whistleblower that recently died mysteriously that exposed the relationship between Jeffrey Epstein and Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnik. Yeah, whatever is going with that? You ever do an investigation? I mean, it sounds like the British government was like, or people were calling for some kind of investigation. He died in Thailand sort of mysteriously.
Starting point is 00:23:27 So, yeah, I think this is still a thing that needs to be talked about. Anyway, so luckily, there is some good news about this. Elizabeth Warren along, it's actually a bipartisan effort being led by Elizabeth Warren, introduced a bill that's specifically going after all the people in banking that enabled Epstein. So this bill was just introduced today. It's called the Epstein Wall Street Records Act. And if passed, it would force regulators, including the Federal Reserve and the Securities and Exchange Commission, to investigate Epstein-connected financial firms and executives for potential breaches of banking, investment, or illicit funding, funding. laws and even ban wrongdoers from the U.S. financial sector. Unfortunately, it's just more like, did you do any financial boo-boos with Epstein? Right.
Starting point is 00:24:18 Can we get someone on that? I mean, I think it's just as important for people who, you know, were aiding the, like, financial operation of Jeffrey Epstein. Yeah. But it's definitely fall short of like the other, like the truly heinous criminal behavior that was going down that we've, you know, that have been revealed in the files. And it is the thing that, like, literal receipts, right? So there's, it's a little bit easier to track maybe than all the shit that they were.
Starting point is 00:24:45 I mean, although they did seem to love taking pictures with Epstein and all the evidence. Yeah, yeah, yeah. They're like, all right, we've done the unspeakable crimes. Now we just have to take care of the evidence. Now watch this drive. Exactly. Jesus. I'm just looking at this store.
Starting point is 00:25:03 So the guy who blew the whistle, 57. year old died by hanging in Bangkok in Thailand. Hmm. And then his family is like, there's no wrongdoing here. There's nothing to see here. That's interesting. Yeah. I mean,
Starting point is 00:25:22 I don't, I, these, you know, he's not the first person that's like on the periphery of this story to, to pass away or even like, you know, for Gini Joufrey too.
Starting point is 00:25:33 Like there's just, uh, people. People still die in ways that don't seem to be natural, peaceful deaths. Or people not on the periphery. Like there's this one guy who's been connected to Jeffrey Epstein. I think his name is Jeffrey Epstein, who died by hanging also. Yeah, exactly.
Starting point is 00:25:54 Yeah. Find a new angle. The hanging things not looking suspicious. It's not even the periphery. It's the main characters too. Alex Gibney has Elon Musk Doc. Musk is out in theaters now and four hours
Starting point is 00:26:11 people say it's pretty terrifying and all the ways that you would expect it to be I am looking forward to it's like oh you're not even actually terrified enough you need to watch this so fuck I'm already terrified this guy's a real psycho but anyways this is proving to be like kind of one of the first tests
Starting point is 00:26:32 of the new sky dance I know somebody works. Skydance Paramount Discover Warner Brothers. I know somebody works at HBO and came in the day after the merger and Skydance on all the computers. On all the computer screens. Wallpaper changed, boom.
Starting point is 00:26:48 Yeah. That's like they can't even change. You are Skydance. You can't even have custom wallpapers? I know. It sucks. Like a nice beach scene or whatever. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:26:58 So people are wondering, you know, is this new oligarch-owned media super conglomerate. Right. Going to continue to make, you know, Alex Gibney's documentaries are always showing up on HBO. Is that going to be the plan? Yeah. And like this one's produced.
Starting point is 00:27:17 Yeah. This is a production. This is also being produced by HBO. Yeah. But this was all happening pre-Ellison acquisition. So yeah, a lot of people are like, is this going to actually make? Obviously it's in theaters, but will it then do the thing where it goes to HBO and many people are able to see it there?
Starting point is 00:27:33 Gibney was also curious about that too, but he says that he has assurances that it will actually air. He said, quote, I was concerned until recently. I've been told that they will air it and that even David Ellison very well knows about it and promises he will air it. He added that as of now,
Starting point is 00:27:54 quote, very specific plans are in the works for HBO to air Musk sometime in January. Okay. Skydance and HBO didn't comment. Sure. But yeah, like, I am curious because this, you know, Musk was being talked about as like coming on as like an equity investor for the acquisition. I bet you'd love to, you know? Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm sure he would. So we'll see.
Starting point is 00:28:18 We'll see what happens there. But he says that it's happening. I just, there's just something about that quote where it says, and he promises he will air it that just feels like absolutely not. I don't know why that that kind of language to me just feels really like there's no way. So far the projects that I've heard that he's like, okay, I need to prove that I'm like about it and like a good steward of the arts. So far I've heard Barbie two and girls reboot are the two projects that have been like newly announced. But I mean, let's, if he feels pressure to be like announcing new projects and getting new projects out there, let's go. But you need to prove that you're willing to do things that are uncomfortable for billionaires, you know?
Starting point is 00:29:06 Yeah, yeah. Girl, I saw that. It's like girls reboot it now. We're so old, though. I know. I know. He's going to relaunch Taken, a reboot of Taken, except this time it's the Leonieson character as a billionaire's son. I mean, yeah, I mean, who knows also, too, like what his idea of what Barbie 2, the good version is going to be.
Starting point is 00:29:28 Yeah. Wee. Wee. And finally, Google's top Halloween costumes have dropped. And the number one costume is Buddy, which this was, I didn't realize that this had hit as hard as it had. But this is the sort of Barney-coated unicorn from the horror movie Buddy. Did you see the trailers for this where it's like, I love you, like type shit? Oh, yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:57 It gets fucking wicked, right? Yeah, yeah. And then it turns out that Barney slash buddy might not be as friendly as he appears. Oh, God. Yeah. So it was like a very small indie horror movie that, like, I think they spent a few million dollars on and it made like $30 million. So, you know, I think obsession and backrooms took up a lot of the oxygen, but there are these other kind of small. budget horror movies that are breaking through.
Starting point is 00:30:30 Nikki from Obsession is number three, which... Simple costume. Pretty simple. Simple and effective. Just got to get dirty as fuck. And then, uh, Nido is on there. Fucking Nito, man.
Starting point is 00:30:44 The Nito craze. They're fucking, people are lost their goddamn minds over this shit. I know. Kids these days. Are you kidding me? I remember, I think I was talking about it like a few, maybe a year ago when like we were with Her Majesty's like cousins. kid who was like in high school and was just like talking about how they were like going store to
Starting point is 00:31:02 store looking for fucking needos and like calling their friends up like oh are you want me to get you a couple of these like yeah they got the bloom one but i didn't realize that was a time honored thing for the kids um but yeah people are fucking busting down doors for needos yeah my yeah my nephew is is a real needo officiado he's like ah that one like he he yeah exactly he when we were in ocean city he had the entire town on like he knew when the next needo shipment was coming in which one had the good like he was like the fucking wire yeah he had it like the wire within a week oh my god it was pretty impressive actually and now they're like they've gone even further they're doing an advent calendar the neto advent calendar yeah man every every good toy bram hey for all the christian hype beasts dude you got to have you done have you done have you done have you done Advent calendar, any newfangled Advent calendar, that isn't more than chocolate? Yes, we've done a, I believe it was a Star Wars Lego, like where you got little mini-figs and little, little, little, builds, like, that were, you know, an eight-piece build.
Starting point is 00:32:13 Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. When my kids were first getting into Legos, and that was kind of cool. A delight for them. Yeah. Huh. Well. Yeah. There is some good in the world.
Starting point is 00:32:23 Well, well, well. Number four, Agamennon from The Odyssey. Which is interesting. You want that Benny Safdi eyeliner look? Yeah, I guess it's like, yeah, it's kind of a haunting look. Yeah. I mean, it's, doesn't it feel like a lot of shit you got to wear to pull that one on? It does.
Starting point is 00:32:43 I feel like just do the odd. Just do the, what isn't his name, The Odyssey? Hey, the Odyssey. Dude. Hey, dude, it's me, The Odyssey. Like, he wore that big ass helmet. and the fucking armor that Agamemnon wore, unless you're just trying to be like,
Starting point is 00:32:57 look at my eyeliner on Agamemnon. Right. That'd probably be the lazy version. A lot of people being Oliver Tree also, I see. Yeah, Oliver Tree. Shout out. I had a very distinct look, too. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:33:09 Who's, why is disco Scooby-Doo? So this feels like, this feels like the purest form of, like, a thing from the zeitgeist totally missed me. But I think people are coming of for whom the 2004 sequel Scooby-Doo Monsters Unleashed is a foundational text, you know? Like, far be it from me.
Starting point is 00:33:35 I've always said, like, my taste in movies is, if you ever hear me say something confident about my taste of movies, just know that I saw the movie Teen Wolf so many times at such a young age that when I watch Teen Wolf to this day, I'm still like, there goes a perfect movie. My lens was shaped
Starting point is 00:34:00 by the movie Teen Wolf. That's like me in speed. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's a fucking cop movie. And I'm like, yep. Uh-huh, perfect. Get them.
Starting point is 00:34:10 Get them. I think Disco Scooby-Doo has, or Scooby-Doo Monsters Unleashed has a similar hold over the Youngs because Disco Scooby-Doo is on the list of overall top 10 costumes this year. And then also Disco Scooby-Doo and Shaggy is the number one top duo costume. Number one, Disco Scoob and Shag. So, yeah.
Starting point is 00:34:39 Is Scooby-Doo Black? Because he has an Afro. He does have an Afro. That is a-D-O canonically. Is, I mean, is that comparison, Scoooo? Gooby-Doo Monsters Unleashed and Teen Wolf more apropos than I even realized because Teen Wolf is essentially working through white cultures anxiety slash hopes for black culture taking over where they're like and then when he's a werewolf, he's good at basketball and he creates dance fads that look like
Starting point is 00:35:11 Michael Jackson's thriller dance. It's like, uh-huh. Okay. And girls want to fuck him. But we're like mad about the white guys are mad about that. He's taking all the white women. At one point he's walking down the hallway and someone says, hey, go, go wolf. And then he starts breakdancing for no real reason.
Starting point is 00:35:30 Anyways. I'm just saying the afro suggests. Yeah, Scooby having an afro. Although there were a lot of white people with afros in the 70s, I will say. But this looks acutely black this afro. Like the appro is like the black man. He has the black, like the black power. or Afro pick in there too.
Starting point is 00:35:48 Like, no, I mean, he's really, he's really showing us this really can only be read one way. It looks like the guy behind him is a skinhead. Yeah, they don't look like they're happy to see him there. Yeah, black tank top, tatted up, skinhead. They're all talking shit.
Starting point is 00:36:06 They're all talking a bunch of shit about fucking shaggy. Hey, man, stick with your own man. Yeah, who the fuck you think you are, man? Let's see. Anybody else jumping out at you? Shakira, Shakira. Shout out to Shakira still being... So number one on the top kids' costume was Dolly Parton, which is great idea.
Starting point is 00:36:24 And I'm sure there's so many different looks. Like, everybody could go with Dolly Parton and not... I feel like every... Like, whenever I saw like toddlers and tiaras in like the talent section, like all the kids were always in some like rhinestone cowboy skirt thing that I was like, this is all just Dolly Parton.
Starting point is 00:36:42 Right, right. Just ripping off Dolly Parton. So yeah, I can see how that could probably be a thing. big wigs. Big wigs, you know what I'm saying? Is Shakira? El Langley is just a... I just got the number one song.
Starting point is 00:36:54 Yeah. Is Shakira just like still out here because of the World Cup? Like that's people are like, hell yeah. I mean, this is one of those things too. We always talk about this every year. Like certainly not four out of 10 children are going to be Shakira kind of a thing. But it's probably that there's added interest that is, you know, outside of the norm. So it's like charting in that sense.
Starting point is 00:37:17 of like it's the search heat is up. So I can see that probably. Yeah, yeah, yeah. We'll have to let you know at the end of, you know, I always do my roundup of the costumes I saw the most since we get thousands of trick-or-treaters. I am looking forward to your 1,000 trick-or-treater survey to see. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:34 This is, man, Jack, it's just going to be a lot of screen masks. Yeah. Just put a camera up with AI and just be like, I'm doing some research. It's just basically tabulating all the different children's costumes. So if you don't mind when you get candy, I will do a facial scan. I will say top duo costumes. I've seen this movie multiple times in college.
Starting point is 00:37:56 Never sober. I never would have caught this as what this costume is supposed to. Joe Dirt and Brandy is number 10 on the top duo costumes list. Joe Dirt and Brandy? Joe Deerte and Brandy? I mean, that's... I used to watch that because it was like peak. Chris, like when we were obsessed with Christopher
Starting point is 00:38:19 walking, you know, and he's just in there going, Joe Dirt! It's Joe Dirt! Joe Dirt! Joe Dirt! Joe Dirt! But yeah, I would not have caught Joe Dirt. I mean, I guess I would have known Joe Dirt because it's a very specific mullet wig, but
Starting point is 00:38:34 Yeah, and I think it allows, it's easy enough where it's like, do you have a mop, a mullet, and a woman in cut off jeans shorts? Right, right, right. Together, that is Joe Dirt and Brandy. Yeah. We got multiple off-campus costumes.
Starting point is 00:38:51 J-Lo and Maverick, Hannah and Garrett. Wait, J-Lo and Maverick. Is that like them when they're performing that song together? What's off-campus? You don't know off-campus? No. It's so off-campus is like that. It was the hot, it was like straight heated rivalry.
Starting point is 00:39:11 It was like a hockey show. Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. You remember this. I remember that one. Yeah. I've talked about this. Seenice, you heard about this? Oh, one, it's a scene from it where the characters dress.
Starting point is 00:39:22 Okay, yes, yes. Now I'm right. I think there is, like, is it a Halloween scene where one's dressed as J-Lo and the other's dressed with Maverick? I think so. She got the Versace green dress on. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Party scene. Wow.
Starting point is 00:39:35 Good luck getting that Versace green. Oh, I'm sure there's. There's the bag version that will, that is combustible in sunlight. All right. Those are some of the things that are trending. We are back tomorrow with a whole last episode of this show. Until then, be kind to each other. Be kind to yourselves.
