Hello the internet
And welcome to this episode of low
Transostorone
That one courtesy of Ty Torres on the Discord
Says and has anyone used that before
I don't think so
I think, no, not me, bro, because I eat a fucking beef steak right before I go to bed to swipe my testosterone levels.
That's a Tim Ferriss body hack from the eight hour, four hour body, whatever that book was.
Yeah. Just eat a beef steak right before you go to bed.
Right before bed.
So you give yourself the weirdest nightmares possible.
And the strongest boners.
It's the shower steak.
Yeah.
I just keep a steak in the soap dish on the side of my shower.
My name's Jack O'Brien.
That over there's Mr. Miles Gray.
Just take thin sliced beef and I pack it like a lip.
It just dissolves in my mouth overnight.
I used to do that with slim gyms, actually.
Like, cheese steak beef.
Oh.
Just putting it under your...
No, you didn't.
You nasty motherfuckers.
Slim gyms?
Like, you were trying to fucking wet them down?
Yeah.
Suvied.
That's Brian the editor.
Yeah.
We were talking the Odyssey.
Miles saw.
We're now a 100% seen the Odyssey podcast.
So we felt like might as well
Just have the whole gang on
The whole trends gang
Miles cue the music
Yeah yeah yeah
Yes
Sorry let me play that one
Here is the Odyssey music
No maybe that
Okay how about maybe this one
Yeah this feels very epic
I mean I could see
I could totally see myself running back to my longboat
To this music
Like an idiot
Oh shit
That wasn't a fucking man
that was a fucking four-year-old, bro.
It ain't no fucking baby.
That's a man.
It's the opposite.
I ain't no fucking man.
That's a baby.
When that shit was when that's a baby turned around.
Yeah.
That was a great moment.
And that is what we call cinema.
Cinema.
Yeah.
I mean,
I will say that.
He said it was not a good adaptation of the Odyssey.
It was just split in my mind because I was like, okay, this, it all started coming back.
I'm like, I'm familiar with the story.
Right, right, right.
Like, pretty familiar.
And I was just like, this is, this is heavily inspired by the events of the Odyssey.
It's not really, he didn't, he didn't lead in too hard.
But the Odyssey is all different interpretations, man.
Exactly.
I know, Travis Scott.
I know Travis Scott told me.
Okay.
Right, dude.
That's why you got to watch that Travis Scott.
documentary about the astro world tragedy and see what his perspective is. Thank you. Everybody got so
mad and mean to him. It really did take me out though to start off seeing Travis Scott's face
and those big ass teeth. I was like, yeah. And you were saying off Mike that the Lepida Njongo thing was
really a problem for you. For me? Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. That's not the right color.
Mm-mm. It should be darker. Much like how I didn't know what
Taylor Swift sounded like, I didn't know what Travis Scott looked like.
I didn't know what he looked like on a couple album.
I knew what he looked like on a couple as an action figure.
Album covers as an action figure and with sunglasses on.
But that, when he first showed up, I was like, who is this strange looking actor?
I was like, who is this guy who's clearly seen an iPhone?
Yeah.
They're like, now those teeth, bro, those are 2026.
To me for some reason.
like it's he was given
he was given an actor
portraying someone who's blind
it's funny because all the rappers
who hide their eyes with sunglasses
they always got bug eyes
that they're hiding
you know what I mean like you always
you're always like bro why they always
wear a shade you're like oh okay
yeah yeah yeah you look way cooler
with the shades on
because you just don't let it work without
Arkelly
it's terrible
but he did make him look cool
he made him look cooler
than I've ever seen him
I've been walking around
and you've never seen him
with sticks
ever since I saw that
Pop-p-pa-pa-pa-pa.
Yes, I'm getting evicted.
Straight up.
Straight up.
It's hot.
It's lit.
Straight up.
Yeah, the other thing, though, I, the, it wasn't like, I wasn't like, oh, this is a fantastic
movie, but it was a great, like, thing to behold.
I wasn't like, I'm like, oh, I got to go back and watch that.
But I was really, I felt a lot.
like I love that his ability to communicate the terror of being around these like fantastic beasts or these like weird moments, these powerful gods or whatever.
Like the fucking Cyclops weirded me the fuck out.
And before I remember seeing that teaser.
A little bit vaginal.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And the twisted up face all of it was a little bit vaginal.
A little bit.
What's he up to with that?
But I think that was a cubist vaginal.
I was just, I remember being like, seeing that teaser, I'm like, I don't know what this is.
But like, it was a good teaser in that.
It's like, bro, we're not really showing you shit about what, you know, what your actual experience of the film is going to be.
So shout out that Cyclops.
Although I really wish we could have just explored that storyline a bit more with his cheeses.
It felt like he was doing some artisanal.
He was a sensitive boy.
Yeah.
The Cyclops, it turned out, like, as it went, it's like, I guess they give us the.
clue up top because he's making
artisanal goat cheese.
He's ripping up people or whatever. He's making
he's making cheese. And then
he speaks at the end.
He's like calling out to his
father, you know?
It's sad. We need to stick with him.
Nepo baby. Is he a Nepo?
What do we consider? Is Poseidon?
Are the children
of the gods nepo babies? I don't
know. It's hard to say.
Is there a substack on this?
It's definitely giving
Nepo baby. Yeah.
But she was full God.
Yeah, she had full-blown God.
A feener.
She just didn't have full-blown lines.
That would have been amazing because that was a big talking point is like,
why don't they speak with faux British accents?
Why don't they, like they sound too American?
It would have been funny if they had regional.
If they were like, yeah, it was thinner.
I like that apples.
Let Bernthal go full Bernthal.
Yeah.
Oh, man.
Yeah, you know, Travis Scott Auto.
tune.
They're like, yeah, fuck it.
I mean, it is what it is.
It is what it is.
It's hot.
But it does make me one thing, I'm like, I don't know if I need to see it again.
However, I saw it like a regular movie screen and I'm like, shit, bro.
This would have to fuck it.
Look, my options were limited.
Threw up in his hands.
I would either have to not, I would have to wait until like next week to find an I-Max screening that
filled with my schedule or I could just get it in.
And also shout out John Leguizamo.
God, damn.
Legs, man.
Fucking stole that shit for me.
Yeah.
Like secretly, probably the, the most load-bearing part other than Matt Damon,
Johnny Legs.
And he killed it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I just got to say, I felt that someone with an old dog really felt the old dog shit.
That I found, that was distracting to me because I'm like, this is not how ancient people treated.
Yeah, yeah.
We're sentimental.
I mean, like, before he was just pucking along the side of the mountain.
Bait.
Yeah.
Yeah, very, he's like, he's like, he's trying to pull that people's heart street.
It does open with him throwing them off the side of a mountain.
Yeah.
So it's, it's, spoiler alert.
Ignore that.
Yeah, yeah.
Anyways.
Yeah.
So, I mean, yeah, I.
Yeah.
Great.
Great.
It was a, it was a good, it was a good time at the movies.
Good time at the movies.
Got to say.
And it flew by.
It did not feel three hours because that shit is three hours.
Yeah.
Solve it is.
full three hours.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Do you agree?
Like,
they kind of backload it and like the first 30 minutes are kind of the
slowest part of the movie.
I mean,
that's what you get first starting with,
what was his name?
Travis Scott.
No.
Well,
Travis Scott and Tom Holland.
Tom Holland.
Yeah.
He was the weakest part for me,
but he's still good.
But,
God,
Robert Pattinson is such a good fucking creep.
He's just,
hell yeah.
The,
he delivers whatever you,
whatever you ask him to do,
he's going to do a weird, a weird little guy.
He's going to make up some weird little guy.
Slyly little fucker.
Yeah.
All right.
Tele Marcus.
Hey, this is my kid.
Telemarketer.
He was the first telemarketer.
Hey, where's Penny?
My wife, bro.
Anyway, yeah.
Odie in the building, bro.
Good to see you guys.
All right.
That's what's happening today.
No, that's a complete sidebar.
Let's talk about what's happening in the news.
Donald Trump turned Lindsay Graham's funeral into a Seinfeld episode or a Mr. Bean episode, depending on what it reminded you up.
When he wasn't sleeping, he was just housing candy, eating TikToks at a funeral.
At one point, he pulled out a container of tic tacks.
J.D. Vance was like, what the fuck is going on?
He offered some to J.D. Vance who started laughing.
thing. And then he started like full hand shoveling tic-tacks into his mouth.
I wonder if he like, I wonder if he just saw like a bad AI post on truth socials.
Like it helps ward off like helps heart attacks and stuff.
If you'd a bunch of tic-tacks, oh shit, okay, okay.
There's, you see the clip, there was a, there was a guy standing behind him where everyone's like,
oh, he must have like, he must have shit his pants.
That guy must have had some, you know, cryptocytosporosis up in there.
There is. Yeah, even this one.
where the point of the clip is that he's eating candy,
or the point of the screen cap is that he's eating candy,
there's a guy directly over his right shoulder
who is making a face like,
what the fuck is that smell?
Yeah, he's like, in the blue tie.
Yeah, yeah.
It's that face when you're trying to figure out
if you're smelling shit
and you haven't quite processed it.
You're like, is that?
What is that?
What is this?
This is the wrong context to be smelling a paint job out there.
It does just seem like too many people have experienced
that like have displayed that behavior directly behind the president for it to be a...
I mean, everyone says he has an odor.
So, like, that's like the most nice, the nicest way of putting it when colloquially we'd be like,
yo, does do stinks like shit?
You know what I'm learning from research on one of our upcoming icons, Helen Keller, is everyone has an odor.
She was like, your odor is more recognizable than your face.
Like you, I...
Well, Helen, that's not fair to be honest.
You can't see my face.
So, you know, you have heightened your other senses.
That's right.
But she was like, I would recognize you on a different continent.
Yeah.
I'm a defensive.
Hypothetical Helen Keller.
The fuck you talk about Helen?
But Donald Trump's odor must be.
Otherworldly.
Yeah.
Based on the faces that people are making.
Yeah.
Then he would, do you see like the thing where he kind of started riffing during his
eulogy?
During the eulogy?
Yeah.
So his eulogy was a thing that was handed to him as he stepped to the podium.
because like he's he's doing the thing where you read a thing
and then comment on the thing you just read because it's the first time you're seeing it
so he's doing a Joe Koi yeah yeah exactly stop Joe Koi
after reading virtually everyone Republican or Democrat liked Lindsay
he's then does as a side well not everybody
not everybody I can have to go off script here a little bit of a monster
he was a tough cookie he was a tough cookie a war mongering monster yeah yeah he's a tough
cookie, which would have been the worst speech if not for Sean Hannity coming through and
shamelessly using this opportunity to just suck Trump's dick.
Yeah.
Dramatically.
I actually have a drop for this, Miles.
Do you remember the grapefruit lady?
No, I don't know.
We have a clip of the Sean Hannity's speech.
You have a clip of Sean Hannity's speech?
It's that mixed with the grape stomping lady.
That's Donald Trump.
And then this quote, Lindsay, Mr. President,
Lindsay, Mr. President probably has a heavenly version of Mar-a-Lago.
Wow.
A heavenly version of Mar-a-Lago.
He's probably designing heaven to be just like your fucking cheap-ass McMansion.
Mar-Halla.
Mar-Hala.
I see in the C.
It may even be a little bigger.
He may have a little more gold in the Oval Office in his mansion in heaven.
In his,
in the Oval Office in His mansion?
What the fuck are you talking about?
This is how someone explains.
This is how someone explains death to a four-year-old.
Yes.
And I wouldn't be surprised if he added one big beautiful ballroom and an arch somewhere on the property
because he would want to obviously duplicate his dearest friend in life.
You, Mr. President.
What the fuck is he going on about?
Even not, like recently, after a career
where he's just like completely wagered
his entire reputation on Donald Trump,
he still, like we saw that documentary footage.
He still talked about him like a monkey
they had handed a bomb to.
Right, yeah, exactly.
And he loves blowing stuff up.
Look at him.
Wow, look at him.
He's got nothing behind those eyes.
I love it.
Yeah, well,
See you later, dude.
This documentary, more clips keep coming out, so I can't imagine.
Although at that point, I feel like the Lindsay Graham of it all will be not the biggest concern of people in a few months.
But who knows?
Who knows?
We may learn even more nonsensical, odious shit about Lindsay Graham.
Let's take a quick break.
We'll come back.
We'll talk about the box office and a bunch of other shit.
We'll be right back.

And we're back
We're back
I should have teased Spider-Man not the box office
Spider-Man fuck
I'm gonna tease Spider-Man
I bet you're Peter Parker under there Spider-Man
Penis Parker that's what they call them
In the first Spider-Man homecoming
They did
Yeah my kids
Remembered that shit
That is
They saw that
when they were like eight and six and they were like remember remember when they called him penis
Parker they asked me that every day hey do you remember that part when they call him penis
Parker and everybody starts calling him penis Parker is that what you was going on when we
be at dinner and bahama and they were whispering in your ear and you go yes I remember we don't think
about this at dinner and you remember I called a penis Parker you but you remember that part
right what if his name was penis pumper okay well what do you know about that what the
what movie is that now if he was pumping his penis park
penis.
So heading into the weekend, the last time we checked in with the overall box office was
heading into the first weekend of The Odyssey.
And Hollywood was already ahead of pace of any year since the pandemic with a bunch of
surprise hits, like obsession and bookrooms, backrooms is how it's pronounced.
And then movies like Devil We're Proud of Two and Toy Story Five that had reasonable expectations
like far surpassed the expectations going in.
And so they were having a big year for going to movies,
which is, you know, obviously not what Netflix had in mind.
Less than a year ago, I believe it was,
the head of Netflix, Ted Sarandos,
or whatever the fuck his name is, was like,
that's an outmoded technology.
That's like you're, why don't you ask me about hitting a hoop with a stick,
you fucking morons.
Anyways, since those early, wow, the box office is back, the Odyssey has come out and done incredibly well at the box office.
Like, surpassed expectations its first week and then far surpassed expectations that's second week.
And the new Spider-Man movie is coming out this weekend.
It just dropped, had its first day in China, and it is going to be like the biggest superhero movie.
in China since Avengers end game based on how it's done in the first day.
So it's there might be something to this movie movie going thing.
What's what's supposed to be good about this spider?
I don't know what the fuck's going on with him.
I think I saw the first two.
They just haven't really missed with these spider with the Tom Holland Spider-Man.
And this is like the, I mean, your mileage may vary.
But like they it has it's not like a, the.
of the Marvel
cinematic universe where
everything has like kind of hit a dead end
like the last one
Spider-Man, No Way Home, was the
biggest one or the most
successful one that they'd done.
And they kind of reset it.
So they're like kind of setting this one up to be
the Toby McGuire Spider-Man too
in the sense that like he
every at the end of the last movie
spoilers.
Everybody who
knew him, they had to like do a split in the time continuum where everybody who knew him
would not remember him. Oh, that's what he's talking about the trailer. So that's, so it's like
a complete reset of the universe. And so he has to like make Zendaya fall in love with him again.
And also just be, I know. He is a little bit riseless. That sucks, dude. It was harder
enough the first time. I wonder though, too, like, right? Like, what am I supposed to do?
When you look at, like, the most popular, like, I feel like the Avengers make sense because
you had to group a bunch of fucking characters together.
But Spider-Man has, like, its own, like, engine in terms of a fandom that doesn't rely on
other characters to get people interested.
So I'm wondering if, like, that's also the power of this franchise, too, is because Spider-Man
is just such a beloved character that it's, like, no matter what, people are like, yeah,
I'm fucking with Spider-Man.
I'm going to go ahead and say it, Miles.
Spider-Man is our most powerful
superhero icon
Superhero box.
Like if you look at the history of Spider-Man movies,
it's batting the highest average
with a possible exception of Batman
who has bat in the title.
So obviously he's going to be batting the highest average.
But also,
I do think Batman movies
rely for a large part of their power
on the villains.
And like having an amazing villain.
You have to have to have a...
shine Batman.
Yeah.
Yeah, because nobody is like, I want to be Batman.
I mean, some kids do want to be Batman,
but not the way everybody wants to be Spider.
Everybody fucks with Spider-Man.
Because there's something liberating about just web-slinging, baby.
Yeah, yeah.
Just flying through the streets on ropes.
I have my eye on this one.
I don't think the Avengers reboot is going to do as well as maybe the Marvel people are hoping,
but I do think this is going to do incredibly, incredibly well.
And that's unfortunate.
Yep.
And they're going to go,
I think we need to make another Spider-Man movie.
Also, it is funny.
Brian's a real J. Jonah Jameson.
I'm on a real fuck Sony kick right now.
So I'm skipping all their shit for the next several years.
How specific?
What's your Sony beef?
They're trying to kill physical media.
So I don't fuck with that.
As someone who owns lots of physical media, I don't like that.
So I'm skipping all of their.
the GTAs, the Spiderman's,
the PS6s.
Oh, you're talking about the, you're not talking about the movies.
No, no, no, no.
They're fucked on all the fronts with me.
Ah, ah, you're saying you've poisoned the brand.
I'm big mad.
I'm big mad.
I mean, you fucked up, Sony.
Every, you should have stuck with the Walkman, as I always say.
Oh, the yellow one?
Yeah, the Yellow one was great.
The Yellow Walkman.
Oh, the sport.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
That was, but it's such an innocent time when you're like,
bro, try and get.
this CD player to skip, bro, you can't.
And you be punching the shit out of it.
You're like, bro, look, I'm still hearing it.
I'm still hearing.
JT.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Who de, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who, who,
you can't get this shit to skip.
When it, when you were running out of batteries, and you're like, this is
an interesting.
You never had that?
Yeah, but I mean, like, when I was, when I had Walkman money, I was, I was fucking
with CDs.
Oh, okay.
And that's what you were saying, Skip.
Okay, got it.
Yeah, because remember, like, all those Sony Walk Sport Walkman things,
you're like, you can fucking jog with it.
It's got a hand strap on it.
It's got a anti-skip came out because that shit was so wild, like, putting a CD player in your pocket.
You had to, like, hold it like a trailer in front of you.
Oh, that was so.
I remember, I just remember the care.
I would take my, my headphones and just kindly wrap it around the entire CD player.
We used to be a country miles.
We used to be a fucking country.
With physical media.
Skip free CD players.
Yeah.
All right.
Let's go back to the world of politics.
Specifically, Dr. Anthony Fauci is testifying in front of Congress.
And he's doing guilty guy stuff.
He's doing fifth.
He's pleading a fifth.
What the fuck is this guy's deal?
Rand was poisonous the whole time.
Rand Paul has just fucking not given up his dumb fucking project.
Like, I got to get Anthony Fauci fucking in prison.
this guy did everything bad.
I think obviously
they're like a little big
a few of the things that
he constantly talks about
is like he should be like he's committed
perjury because he hid
the fact that the U.S. was funding research
in Wuhan around bat
coronaviruses and like yeah that was true
it was like started in 2014
like it was like a long project
because you're doing scientific research
not because he was fucking
concocting COVID
on his own to be like
and now I'm giving it away.
then also they see Fauci as the reason why lockdowns were so bad.
A lot of people connect a lot of the bad shit about COVID to Fauci.
And I think it's true.
That time of my life was a bummer and I need to be mad at someone about it.
Right.
I think it's true.
In the fog of the early pandemic,
there was a lot of stuff happening that maybe didn't make the most sense
with our recently attained knowledge around the virus.
Like we talked about like hygiene theater and things like that.
like is that really what it is but like but for this like right wing campaign to treat someone who
was trying to like mitigate the loss of life by being overly cautious like like as if he's
Benjamin Netanyahu i think that's absurd um and fouchy basically has it he's had a hearing today
in the senate uh and this was the moment ran paul was fucking salivating for he was ready to cross
examine and tear fouchy's ass up and be like no you did do it now you're lying and now you
just one more thing your honor yeah
And so unfortunately Fauci had other plans.
He was like, nah, just so you know, I'm going to be, I'm just going to be pleading the fifth
because I'm not falling into your like trap.
What do you got to hide?
What do you got to hide?
Yeah.
Huh?
He pointed to Rand Paul's quote, obvious obsession with calling for my prosecution.
He did a good job of prefacing it.
He was like, hey, so just FY, I'm going to be pleading the fifth, but just some context.
Just, you know, the guy running this whole fucking circus has a quote, obvious obsession with calling for my
prosecution, whose repeated slanderous comments about me, his decision to publicly release a doctor's
might own journal. He goes on, quote, the only conclusion I can reach is that the sole reason he's calling me
before this committee is to get me to say something that could vindicate his repeated public pledges
that I end up in his words behind bars. Any reasonable person who has followed his unhinged obsession
with me would really come to the same conclusion. Therefore, although it pains me to do so because
of the respect that I have for the legislative branch of government in my decades long record of
cooperating with Congress.
Under the advice of my attorneys,
I will invoke my right under the Fifth Amendment
of the Constitution,
refrain from answering your questions.
Sounds guilty to me, Miles.
Yeah.
I mean, it's hard to blame him
when you have people like,
like Senator Bernie Moreno,
just coming in fucking hot.
Like, this is...
The energy was...
I don't know.
What was the context of this?
This quote is...
Yeah, let's play the quote.
I'm curious what the fuck he was even talking.
Sell them all.
Run for office.
Run through the United States Senate.
Here I am sitting.
in front of you six years later saying,
who the fuck do you think you were for doing that?
It is a total disgrace what you did to this country.
And if my Democrat colleagues are standing there defending you,
I hope the voters,
the United States of America,
watch the clips of every one of you,
doting on a guy who was more interested in being a celebrity
than saving American people.
What the fuck?
Are you talking about?
Who the fuck?
He said, sell them all.
which this is like a thing I've heard rich people who like owned businesses like be like I
have to sell my business and run for Senate and now here I am as a senator you ruined my life sir
and at six am who the fuck did you think you were he didn't make COVID happen buddy he's just trying
to do this he's just doing his best this is just again more grievances they want to drag out it's like
dude you think that's the thing voters are going to pay attention
to the Democrats defending you,
people are still focusing on the economy.
Last time I checked,
they're still holding Republicans responsible for that.
The thing the voters care most about
is that I had to sell the six gyms that I owned.
And now I have to do,
real quiet micro-trading on the information
I have access to as a senator.
It's a lot.
And now I'm making $20 million a year on Calci.
Yeah.
But this whole fucking committee hearing is so stupid
because more than like litigating what could have happened in 2020,
like the current group of legislators should be talking about how like,
what about like what's happening right now?
Like COVID has not gone away.
This is like indicting someone because like my favorite restaurant closed during COVID.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, 100%.
Like you need to go to jail.
I'm like, I don't know.
The Curry's not hitting anymore, man.
What the fuck?
I don't know.
That owner says a wild racist shit after the George Floyd murder.
And I think that's what.
killed the business. I don't know. It was the lockdown. And whose fault was that? Yeah, the lockdowns.
But again, like, you think about, like, countless people still suffering with, like, long COVID.
And is there any plan to address that very real and present problem? So, like, getting pissed that masks didn't save anyone is such bullshit.
And just, again, there's just culture war distraction shit they're bringing up. Because, like, I really failed to understand, like, what you're getting out of this.
because even the Democrats defending him,
like maybe use that platform
to then talk about like what else
can be done for the
like people that are still dealing with this.
For people's health,
you know?
I'm not gonna lie.
I feel like Fauci should have left the country
in like 22.
Like as soon as he was done doing his COVID shit,
he should have just went to France or something.
He's appreciated.
Or like literally anywhere else.
Fucking Mozambique.
I don't, it doesn't matter.
It's like, it's probably an L for him to just stay here.
Well, I mean, I'm sure like around the, unless he goes to very specific parts of the country, I think most about the time, they're like, hey, Dr. Fauci.
Mm-hmm.
So he's probably doing all right.
That is a good impression of a Parisian.
Oh, bonsoir, Dr. Fauci.
Fauci.
Fauci.
Um, all right.
