Popular science, but this thing, or yeah, popular science are like, what they're, they were trying to ask people what the fuck Gonzo the Muppet is, like what kind of animal?
Oh, yeah.
No one knows.
Not even fucking paleontologists can figure it out.
All right.
Wait, let's, I feel like you can do this.
But they're even like, it kind of like, it's a reach here.
But based on what I'm seeing, I could kind of put gonzo here.
I guess not bird because it's not a beak, even though his nose is beaky.
Yeah.
Has there ever been an animal?
with a big, big, big, big old nose,
big old snorries like that.
They were, they were all kind of being in a bad way.
Yeah, they were like,
they're like, it doesn't bend like a trunk,
and it doesn't have a sign of a beak.
And they're like, so it's not covered in keratin.
They're like, they're getting like,
they were getting real well-thought responses from paleontology.
Oh, but he's like related to like mammoths, right?
Yeah.
Well, the Muppets creators have never, ever, ever said,
anything about what kind of animal
Gonzo is. And like in a lot of the shows,
like it's a bit where it'll be like,
oh yeah, like it'll,
a box will be labeled like Kermit,
frog, Fazi, Bear,
Gonzo, whatever.
That's a rude.
Yeah.
Rude.
Yeah.
Yeah. So anyway.
I feel like if they won't say,
then it's based on something terrible.
Just always assume.
It's Jim Henson's did.
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's what it is.
Jim Henson.
Blue dick.
They say the closest thing is that he comes like he, he's like something.
It comes.
The closest thing they can understand is that he comes out of his nose.
Much like I bottle nose dolphin.

Hello, the internet and welcome to season 457 episode 5 of DirtyEly Zeit.
It's a production of IHartRadio.
a podcast where we take a deep dive into America's shared consciousness through the day's news.
We also have a new non-news history version of the daily Zichikes dropping each Monday morning called the iconograph, where we do a deep dive into the Zichikes to the lens of a different icon.
Today's guest, we have done an episode on Mr. Bean.
I'd say a highly underrated episode, highly underrated icon.
We've recently done minions with Jamie Loftus.
We've recently done Oprah!
With Bridget Todd.
Anyways, those are the episodes that have icon in the title.
They've got a slightly different logo and they're a lot of fun.
But right here, right now, it's also fun.
It's Friday, September 25th, 2026.
There's nothing you can do about it.
So many things happening today.
It's Native American Day.
It's National Roadkill Day.
It's National Psychotherapy Day.
Native Americans only get a day?
Well, it actually depends.
Like, there's a few different, some states have different days.
It's like today in California it is.
And I think in Michigan it also is.
National one-hit Wonder Day.
National Food Service Workers Day.
There's so many fucking things.
Chussock.
It's a new day.
We were just talking about the Korean festival, Chusok.
Chussock.
Happy Chusok.
National Lobster Day and National Daughters Day.
Oh.
Today has a new holiday.
What is it?
The most important of all.
Sorry to interject.
Yeah.
Please.
It's 9 to 5.
It's now National Dolly Parton Day.
It is?
Yeah.
I didn't know that.
Because of her birthday?
No, because of 9 to 5.
It's 9 to 5.
Yeah.
Working 925.
Yeah, LA was like one of the first cities to make it official.
Oh, wow.
So right now in Los Angeles, September 25th.
Oh, yeah.
September 4th.
National Dolly Parton Day.
All right.
Shout out Lydia Popper.
Unfortunately, that is the last day that we're,
we're ever going to get off work because it's like based on work in 925.
Today to celebrate that we're working 95.
Yeah, and always shout out Lydia Popovich.
Yeah, always.
Always.
Doing real big things.
Shout out Dolly Parton, who we did an icon episode about where we found out that she came in.
She was like, oh, I just came up with a song for the movie on the, like, on the side of the movie and just played the song by tapping her nails on the, yeah.
And then that's on the track.
You can hear her nails tap it on the track.
Let me just see what I got.
Let me just see what I got.
I'm telling out the bed and I stumble into the kitchen.
Oh, sorry.
You mean a cold classic?
I know.
Stone cold fucking classic.
Yeah.
Well, yeah, she's amazing.
And I hope she's doing great today.
She is.
Don't tell me anything.
Better than us.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
You've been on a bit of a news blackout.
Yeah, yeah.
Cool.
I'll just say she's doing.
Better than us on earth.
My name is Jack O'Brien, a.k.a. Far left. You heard far left.
Far left. I said far left. Comedy, baby.
That one courtesy of First Blood 522 in reference to my favorite comedian.
He kind of does an anti-comedy thing. He doesn't realize he's doing J.D. Vance.
He's like Tim Hydecker.
Yeah, exactly.
I don't know if you heard me, but I actually said a fart left, but I didn't say it on purpose.
And now I'm drawing attention to it.
The media is going to be so mad about this.
All right.
What else?
What else?
What else?
What else?
Anything else I can miss pronounce?
You guys on a date?
You guys on a first date?
Next joke, next joke.
You guys are from around here?
Anyone from out of town?
Yeah.
He really thought he smoothed that.
over and made it less weird than if he just said fart by accident and moved on.
Yeah.
So much worse.
So good.
He's like the least funny person I've ever seen.
And especially from Ohio.
Like, I don't know.
It's a pretty like, they've got a good record of like funny people.
Funny people.
I know.
It's where our funniest people are from.
Neil Armstrong.
They have a great humor about them.
Steve Harvey.
Steve.
I'm thrilled to be joined as always by my co-host, Mr. Miles Gray.
Hey, it's Miles Gray, okay.
Would you know my name when I've gone to boobheaven?
I am in my grave.
I have gone to boob heaven.
You've got it wrong.
My name is John because I know.
I can't be done in boob heaven.
Okay, piss jug man.
Kind of botched the melody there for the second stanzzo,
but thank you for that tears in heaven.
He nailed the first one, I gotta say.
And guess what?
Guess what?
I was gonna do that.
I have it here on my thing,
and I was like, I can't nail this.
This is a Miles one.
I'm not gonna be able to sing this.
You guys do that every time I'm on the show.
Yeah.
It feels personal.
And I think about boob heaven.
Yeah.
No, it's about this Trump.
That's my intro.
Donald Trump wrote a novel.
We just found out in the 2000s.
And one of the characters at one point is in a room with six topless women and says, I think I've died and gone to boob heaven.
That's incredible.
Yeah.
Anyways, we are thrilled to be joined in our third seat by one of the funniest stand-up comics doing it.
You know her from TV podcasts.
Wonderful follow on Instagram.
You can see her headlining at a theater near you.
This weekend, she's going to be in Cincinnati at the Comet.
The Nade.
Next weekend, a little place called Seattle.
Seattle.
At laughs.
Shout out to laughs for locking down.
Clever name.
They got it.
Clever name.
The most central name.
There are other laughs, but they have two Fs.
Oh, L-A-F-F-S?
Yeah, but the Seattle one got the real word.
Oh, got the actual word.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
But there are other clubs called laughs with two Fs.
L.A.
Maybe a pH somewhere.
I don't fucking know.
They're digging deep these days.
I know.
Like, it really feels like they're, you know, funny bone, and then it's like helium.
But some of them are wild.
Some of them are out there.
Anyways, you can find her dates at Amy Millercom.
Please welcome.
One of your favorites, one of our favorites.
This is Amy Miller.
Amy!
Yay, yay, yay, yay.
Shout out to Cincinnati.
Cincinnati.
Ohio.
Are you going to get chili while you're there?
Do you like, have you?
Yeah, I pretty much always do.
I think it's really good.
I do a three-way.
Okay.
Yeah.
And then I also,
what is the three-way?
You yell at me.
Spaghetti.
It's, yeah, it's spaghetti with the chili and cheese.
Mm-hmm.
And then I put the hot sauce on it.
Because the four way is like also with meat or no with onions.
Or beans or beans.
There's some other.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's such a horny way to just be like there are three ingredients in this.
It's a three way.
Yeah.
You want a bit of a gang bang in this hamburger?
You mean just lettuce and tomato?
Yeah.
That's what we call it.
When you're lettuce and tomato on the hamburger, we call it a gang bang.
Give me the gang bang.
Oh, sure.
Hato sandwich.
People get mad at me for this.
but I love the Greek salad at Skyline.
At Skyline, wow.
However, yeah, it's a good Greek salad.
They have really good dressing.
But now we know that Skyline's like bad
and we're supposed to go to Gold Star
because Skyline was like the white chain
that like stole from these like many immigrants.
Like they took the recipe and that's Gold Star.
And I know a lot of this because the Gold Star founder's daughter
was on Summerhouse for one season.
Wow.
She was like, I'm from a chili empire.
And everybody was like, what?
I feel vindicated.
And everyone in Summer House was like on spaghetti.
And they were like, ugh.
And then she's like, yeah, well, white people stole the recipe and made more money from it.
So it's really good.
That's great.
Because I remember every time they're a guest from Cincinnati or the region and I talk about I like Gold Star over Skyline.
They're like, what are you a fucking idiot?
And I'm like.
It's really, it is better.
But I mean, it's the hydrox is like the.
It's like the cookie.
Hydrox versus Oreos?
Yeah.
Hydrox versus Oreos.
Why would you eat hydrox?
Because it's the original.
Okay?
Got ripped off.
Yeah.
It is.
Respect to classics.
Anyways.
All right.
Gold Star.
Shout out Gold Star.
Go to Skyline.
Steal the Greek salad from there.
And then, uh, yeah.
Eat the show.
Start your own place.
It's not something I'll eat before a show.
Yeah, sure.
Yeah.
I don't fill up on chili spaghetti and then do two hours of comedy.
Right.
But yeah, probably the next day.
Gotta fill up the tank.
Carbo load.
Well, oddly too.
It's like on fucking Sunday, like it's actually hard to get on Sunday.
Like they're all like clothes like for God or whatever.
Like you have to like go into Kentucky to find the open.
That's the wrong God then.
For God or whatever.
It's the wrong God, bro.
No God.
God wants me to have a five way on Sunday.
Take that to me what you needed to.
It's in the Bible.
Exactly.
That shall have five.
Five ways on Sundays.
People, you know, different meanings.
Five ways to Sunday.
Amy, we are thrilled to have you here.
We're going to get to know you a little bit better in a moment.
First, we're going to tell the listeners a couple of things we're talking about.
We're going to talk about that Stanford scandal where they used AI to race swap and like slim down some of their students in a like a picture.
Oh.
Huh.
Yeah.
So we'll talk about that.
Just fun, fun little use of AI.
We'll talk about a less fun use of AI.
We'll talk about a new strategy for covering Mitch McConnell,
which is to act like he's an abused old man.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It's different when journalists talk to him, like they're investigating elder abuse,
like as a social worker.
It hits different.
Yeah.
He loves to do the piece.
I've screenshoted that for when he passes.
Because everybody,
that this the Mitch McConnell Chuck induces big will become iconic and maybe a t-shirt
eventually someone taught him that like what like he never did that before never in this in this
dementia like someone did that one day yeah it's all he can rush because like the thumbs up only to
I don't know what it is about this though he's really loving the peace side it's it's the only words
it's it's very like gen z selfie like it's just like it's cool I think it's he does like
it is it is cool
He clocks it.
Oh, he's clocking.
And then does the K-pop part?
Senator McConnell, how are you feeling today?
What do you think of the war powers resolution?
Fuck it.
Clock that tea, honey.
What?
The fucking stroke.
Buddy tea, Mitch.
You're looking snatched.
You know that's what he's saying in his heart.
That's what he's giving us.
He's like, I don't even.
Mitch McConnell is serving cuntched.
are snatched.
No, that's actually what's really sad and 100% true is that physically he's never looked better, like more handsome.
Right.
Because he started at such a garbage position.
Yeah. He's glowing, yeah.
Yeah.
Those like purple spots were the demons leaving his body.
Oh.
It's cupping.
It's cupping.
Yeah.
So it's like his AIDS or saying it's cupping.
It's not.
Could you imagine trying to cup his skin and it just like all goes up?
Up inside the cup.
Into the globe? Why does that make me nauseous?
They need, with all that loose skin,
they probably need to be like the size of a football helmet or something.
Oh my God.
They're cupping him with an old school popcorn maker.
Those things were dangerous, bro.
Oh, hell yeah, they were.
We're going to talk about beer flavored energy drinks.
We're going to talk about a clip that made me think the internet might have been worth it all along.
It is various different language dubs of Al Pacino saying,
She got a great ass, and you got your head all the way up it.
Because they really, like, I don't know what they were paying these people with, maybe with cocaine,
but they all nail it every different language.
It's really impressive.
All of that plenty more.
But first, Amy, we do like to ask her, guess,
what is something from your search history that's revealing about who you are?
Okay, well, this is pretty remarkable for me, but I just got a VPN.
And the reason is I really thought I was going to trick the airlines into getting some better rates.
Oh, yeah.
Pretending you're searching for another country.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
You're like, I'm in Kuala Lumpur or whatever, but I want to go from L.A. to Seattle for some reason.
Don't ask.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Well, they're probably like, you must be an international business person.
Yeah.
Yes, and I am kind of.
You are.
And I can't figure out how to use it for anything,
but just watching Big Brother UK.
Yeah, there's that.
And the Irish traders.
Oh, how's that?
I know, there's so many traders now.
I haven't watched it yet, but I just found out where it was with my,
but just like the weeks of researching VPN,
like I understand literally any.
of it. It's just like, I embarrass myself sometimes that I really think I'm going to get one over
on. I mean, at the very least, you're...
Delta AI. Right. With like a few days of reading Reddit posts. Like, I don't know anything.
I've hacked airline ticket buying by looking at Reddit for two hours. No, I mean, like, at the
very least, your height, you have more privacy, though. Your footprint isn't as out there for
the service providers. Okay. Yes and no, because then,
Because then you have to turn it off because you have to re-log into every fucking thing that you ever use.
So it's like not worth it.
I'm like, it's me, Amy.
It was me the whole time.
I'm sorry.
Look, man, I'll level.
You got cheap tickets to Seattle from L.A.
It's really what this is all about.
It's just crazy.
Like L.A. to Seattle shouldn't be $700.
It just shouldn't.
Is that what it is right now?
Yes.
Oh, shit is crazy.
It's so bad everywhere.
It's crazy.
300 to Sacramento.
Oh, yeah.
You know, I don't know why I'm.
shocked is because I heart had to pay for it. I had to go to a meeting in San Francisco
Francisco like last week. She was $700 to go to San Francisco from L.A.
And I was like, God. Oh my gosh. Yeah. See? That's well. You should have driven.
I mean, it's not on my dime. I'm going to get a boat. Yeah. Oh, yeah, I'll go on the SS Miller
and just cruise up to Pacific with you. Yeah, just charge my friends for rides. Yeah. Just like to the
bay and like, you know, just the West Coast. How many days you got to get up there? Five.
It's a jet boat. It's really fast.
Oh, sick.
Yeah, I found it on the dark web when I got my VPN.
Reddit told me about it.
Reddit taught me how it's a hovercraft.
Gotta get a jet boat, dude.
Gotta get a jet boat.
But yeah, they are recognizing that like, oh, yeah, I guess we could just like charge them whatever we want.
People just have to be places.
They find it.
It's bad.
Yeah, people who are working have to find it.
But then I've been getting on these planes and they're empty.
So then I'm like, oh, me and the other 12 people paid.
And then so now when I get off the plane, I say, you're welcome.
Not thank you because you're working today because of me and these 11 guys and girls.
The economists are like, okay, we've got all these charts, but like really we're just the one question guiding us is how desperate are these little fuckers?
Right.
It's so fucked up because I'll tell you what, the travel allowances have not changed.
Right.
You know?
Yeah, to do the job that you need to do.
You could fly to fucking London for $770.
What the fuck is going on?
I know.
Jesus.
Crazy.
What is something he thinks underrated?
Ed Shearin's looks, okay?
Oh.
Listen, we want to dunk on his politics and his shitty music, that's fine.
But if we could lay off, like, kind of gingers with, like, strong English features.
Like, I would really appreciate that.
Because he just like doesn't look like you doesn't mean he's hideously ugly.
I think it's kind of cool, you know?
Look at this pasty motherfucker.
Yeah, everybody just like goes immediately for what a weird looking guy he is.
He looks better with his shaved head though.
Yeah, because he's trying to cling to a few hairs that are left and it's like, that's harder to do when you're like a wispy ginger.
Yeah.
Like you just got to give it up and you just got to shave it.
Yeah.
But yeah, I mean, we both look like we could play a role in peekie blinders.
You know, like I'm just offended by the whole dialogue.
There's so many things to attack.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Lay off his rules.
And I'm like, being fat is one of the only cool and normal things that Trump actually does.
Yeah.
Because we know fat people.
We don't know people that do any other thing he does.
Yeah.
Like, he's the only, like, yeah.
Oh, your friends are fucking destroying the earth.
Earth?
No, not really.
Yeah.
It pisses me off.
And it'll be like the most like left fucking people that think they're like doing
something cute by being like this fat ass in the White House.
And I'm like, I guess.
Yeah.
What about all the other stuff?
Like eating babies.
Whatever.
It's like the lowest hanging fruit is to just talk about people's appearance.
You know what I mean?
Like when again, there's every other fucking thing available to you.
Like even his tattoos.
Did you see his insurance?
tattoo artists had to come out.
Well, those are horrendous.
Yeah.
And he was like, look, I don't like, a lot of people are like, man, we also need to
fucking, you know, throw his tattoo artist in jail.
Look how fucked up those things are.
He posted, he's like, yo, it's free Palestine all day for me.
Ed is a client and I do, if he says put that shit on there, I just do it.
Okay.
So like, don't associate me.
That's not what I would do.
That's what the fuck he wanted.
He was like really out there and be like, I would never do that shit for me or someone
I respect it.
That's what he wanted.
Leave me alone.
It makes sense now.
I don't know a ton of edge here in songs, but I know the hits, but I feel like they're always leaning towards, like, talking about your inner beauty and shit.
Like whatever, everybody says, you're like, you're attractive.
You are.
You're very beautiful to me with your pale skin and your orange hair.
I mean, look at these tattoos, you know.
This back tat with the whatever, these empty frames, you know.
The frames waiting for stuff.
are really good.
Oh, hey girl.
You want to fill one of my frames?
Play your cards, right?
That is.
Oh, a couple of them have been.
Yeah, one of them's been filled.
Wait, he got, wait, somebody got in one.
Oh, this one?
Yeah, that one.
Yeah, yeah.
It's like baby feet.
Does he have a kid?
I don't know.
I hope not.
God, yeah.
This is like a lot for like skin to skin daddy baby time.
It like runs off on the beer.
You know like a billy putty newsprint.
It just like rugs off on the baby.
The kid goes blind.
The ink transferred, yeah.
What is something you think's overrated?
Okay, well, this is still about Ed Sheeran,
but something I think that's overrated is the sun.
And you know what?
I actually understand Ed Shearhan's tattoos,
shitty tattoos a lot more now.
I think I'm also going to get covered.
You know, people with our complexion,
because I found out I'm medically ginger,
which is one of the most disgusting things
the doctors ever said to me.
Wait, what?
And real.
Hold on.
Hold on hard.
Right.
Or why not?
And she said it with a hard R.
Damn.
Call me a ginger.
God damn.
Because I had melanoma.
And when I had surgery issues,
like I needed like a, like a grizzly bears amount of fucking anesthesia to go out.
Because I'm medically ginger.
And so I'm like, you know,
what, fuck the sun, fuck the melanoma, and yeah, cover your ginger body in terrible tattoos.
Right. I agree. Make sure they're UV. They're UV tattoos. So you have that benefit of protecting.
So you require more painkiller or can just take more, essentially. I have to have more to go out.
And it's a long story. I'm obviously doing a bit about it now. Right.
But I had never been under before.
And I thought, like, you just count down.
And then people are like, oh, by the time I got to seven, like, I was out.
Oh, yeah.
I had a 10-minute conversation with the anesthesiologist.
And it took a weird turn.
Wow.
No, they had to, like, give me a horse, a throw bread horse amount.
They had to call it, like, a veterinarian.
Yeah, yeah, literally.
And then they, and then, I.
I woke up and my eyes felt weird.
And they go, yeah, we had to tape your eyes shut,
which is so barbaric, by the way, and rude to do.
But they were like, you still just kept popping up even after you weren't talking anymore.
You were like, what are you guys done?
Because I'm controlling.
I'm like, what are you guys doing to me?
Hey, wrap it up, man.
Someone needs to be supervising this process.
Redheads are harder to sedate, but they have a different tolerance for pain.
that's guys are like the
the hardest core
humans that we have.
It's crazy because there's like so much medical
racism for like black women.
And really it's like the people who need
this crazy amount medically
are these gingers out here.
20% more anesthesia
to be sedated.
Damn.
I mean I was up for so long
having a very lucid conversation.
Wow. But then it's not like you
remembered the procedure or anything
once
once I was out
I didn't I
time traveled
100%
yeah
yeah but fuck the sun
yeah
absolutely
and Ed Sharon's beautiful
this is a very pro
Edgier's physical
appearance
not his politics
or not fans with politics
but it doesn't mean
you have to be like
and look at his eyes
they look weird
I don't like him
like a newborn mouse or some shit
right leave him alone
Leave them alone.
My experience with general anesthesia is, like, they were like, you are going to be, like, we're going to count backwards.
I don't think I got to nine, like, from 10.
Yeah.
And then I woke up and was like, hey, can you give me more of that?
And they were like, no, the surgery was already over.
And I was like, I don't care.
I just want more.
I was going to say, like, Jack, like, rested for the first time.
Like, you felt peace for the first time in your life.
I was like just kind of slowed it all down in a river of that.
Yeah.
You're looking for other kinds of surgeries to get.
Yeah.
I mean, that's, that happens.
People.
But not even like an opioid addict.
You're like a surgery addict.
You're like anesthesia.
It's like you're coming into like a.
He just likes to sleep.
Yeah.
He just needs a good solid four hours of REMs.
That's right.
All right.
Let's take a quick break and we'll come back and talk about Stanford.
I love Stanford.
Oh, wow.
Such a cool place.
It seems like.
I went to Berkeley, so I'm obligated to hiss when you say Stanford.
Fuck the carcule.
I don't care about football.
They got a great mall right on campus.
Is that real?
Yeah, dude, it's disorienting.
He's a gigantic mall just off campus.
Weird.
All right.
Well, we'll find out about that and more.

We're best friends, but we don't always agree.
Because you told us how accommodating you are.
Obviously, I would do what I think I could do to fight the fight,
but there's only so much fight I can fight.
Don't lie to me.
Don't lie to me.
Don't lie to me.
Don't lie to me.
Don't lie to me.
Don't lie to me.
Liar.

The new NFL season is here, and you should be listening to NFL Daily as we march along to Super Bowl 61.
Last year, we had Mike McDonald, Sam Darnold on the field after the game.
But that was last year.
If you're a football sicko like me, NFL Daily is your kind of show.
It is in the name NFL Daily, fresh content in your feed every day all season long.
Matthew Stafford coming off his MVP season.
On a dazzling darts from Matthew Stafford.
Big time trades that shake up the NFL.
A.J. Brown is loose.
And of course, those Seahawks trying to run it back and win another Lombardi trophy.
The Seahawks win Super Bowl 60.
They are bringing the Lombardy back to the Northwest.
If it's happening on a football field, NFL Daily will cover it.
Listen to NFL Daily on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast, or wherever you get your podcast.
And we're back.
We're back.
And, yeah, Stanford, like, I always knew that as, like, the good school that Tiger Woods went to, basically growing up.
It was like Harvard-type.
school but on the West Coast and it was supposed to be pretty over there.
And that's basically all I knew for a long time.
Right.
Yeah, it was, um, I feel like more like classically like, I don't know, academic pre-tech,
you know?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah.
Because it's not like Harvard's still only known for like tech related things, but I feel
like Stanford because of where it is.
Because Stanford like, for us Asians, that was Harvard too.
They're like, no.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
The Asians of California.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, that's top tier.
We're going to Stanford.
They're definitely never known for football.
And that's what is really funny.
Like if you go to Berkeley, like the big game rivalry every year and this whole stealing of the axe or whatever.
It's like, hey, neither of us is good at football.
So we just focus on our scholastics.
Yeah.
Right.
Or maybe the women's volleyball team or whatever basketball.
But like, yeah, this is not it.
Yeah.
The only person I remember is like,
Brevin Knight is like the only person I think of it.
Yeah, and the Collins brothers.
Oh, yeah, yeah, that's right.
Jason Kidd.
That's Berkeley.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's what I was talking about.
I was talking about.
Oh, oh, oh, oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
That was my favorite because there's a guy named Ed Gray who also played on that team and wore 22.
And that was like my number.
So there was a 22 Berkeley and also like, as an Asian kid, too, I was like, I got to go.
Maybe I go to Berkeley.
And I was, big fan, big fan.
But lately their thing has been like kind of evil, has been like the brand, like tech evil.
So you'd think that Netflix's reboot of the Stanford Prison Experiment, which we talked about last week, where they're going to do the Stanford Prison Experiment.
But as a reality show, I did look into it.
I was like, is Stanford like on board with it?
Like, did they license Stanford's name?
And apparently because Stanford Prison Experiment is considered a proper noun, like, legally.
they can probably get away with doing it
without Stanford's participation.
But when they did it in the UK,
they just called it the experiment.
So it is weird that in America,
they're getting away with calling it
the Stanford Prison Experiment.
Anyways, they're back in the news.
And this time, it's,
the school got caught using generative AI
to race swap a student on promo materials.
It's a photo of three students
that was altered by AI,
changing a Hispanic male student into a non-existent black woman for use in a welcome home banner
that they were placing throughout campus. They also made the students of all sorts,
the students who they didn't choose to race swap. There's a Asian woman and a white guy. They made
them thinner. They yassified them. Yeah, they yassified them in a way that feels kind of weird and
dystopium.
I mean, like, that's what they, look, every school, they're like, fuck our diversity.
What can we do?
I remember being like at a summer camp, like, hey, can you be in the photo for the summer camp?
Oh, yeah.
Because it's mostly white kids or whatever.
And I'm like, what?
I had no idea.
I was like 10 years old.
But like, they must, these kinds of organizations must be so happy that they can merely
just go click, click, click, click, turn guy into black girl with hoodie.
Right.
Enter.
Execute.
Yeah, it's not a, not a great look.
Yeah, not great.
Other bad AI use in schools news.
There are these moments from the news that I feel like people just like can't shake.
And I think the opening of the Iran war bombing a girl school in Iran is one of those things that like the news cycle moves on from.
But I feel like people are probably like, no, that's that one's really bad.
That's one of the words clear to us.
We're the bad guys.
Yeah, yeah.
We're still kind of sticking with that.
I think, like, Musk's Nazi salute, like, the mainstream, like, news cycle just moved on from it.
But everyone was like, no, that changed everything about how we think about.
That was big for us.
So anyways, that bombing, there's been a report out about how that happened.
And it was basically the AI generate, the Pentagon used AI from Palantir.
We've been hearing that, like, they hired Palantir and, like, they have a $1.3 billion
dollar Pentagon contract.
And they were just like, okay, this job of like generating a list of targets that used to be
the job of like a hundred people, you know, like to go over, review the data, figure out
what they thought.
Instead, they just like put that list through an AI and the AI was like this, this,
this, this, this, go.
And they just trusted the AI.
This is a Palantir.
They're a big name.
Their market valuation guys is incredible.
And the AI was using seven-year-old information.
Like, the school, it's one of those things.
Like, we talked about this in the early days when Google had just changed from,
you Google something and then you go, like, look through the sources and find the information to,
actually, we're going to summarize it for you.
And we're going to give you the answer.
And they did a Super Bowl ad about how cool that was.
And in the Super Bowl ad, they had a cheese farmer.
Googling facts about cheese for his, like, writing something on the outside of his cheese
packaging. And the information that Google was summarizing, the AI summary, said that Gouda was
by far the most popular cheese in the world on earth, which is like, it's on every pizza, Jack.
Everybody knows that's not true. Like, you did, like, everybody could look at that in their Super Bowl
at and be like, that's not right. That's incorrect. And so they had to, like, it's good, though.
Gouda's fucking amazing.
It's not as popular as it should be, though.
They were like, it's like most cheese on earth is Gouda.
Anyways, this is like, if you had asked a 12-year-old to go on Google Maps and look and be like, is that a target?
Military installation?
No, no, no.
There's a soccer pitch.
There are brightly painted walls and like school buses, you know?
Like anyone would have been able to tell them this.
But because they're just funnel.
it through this machine thinking thing that like just it does not have common sense.
It told them this was a valid target and they just trusted it.
So that's that's how that happened.
It was holy Palantir's fault.
But they're all just finger pointing at each other now.
Yeah, yeah.
Palantir was like, well, they should have like, it's their data.
And then the government's like, well, I don't know.
He's your shitty tool to fuck it.
I don't.
So it's like, what the fuck are you guys doing?
Like, there used to be a way they would bomb civilians the old-fashioned way in the U.S. Army and military.
It's like so odd that now this, I wonder, too, because of how much Trump is invested in AI, that naturally, like, he had, like, there's this acceleration of integrating it.
Yeah, because he has a huge stake in AI also being successful.
And I think that's the thing that we want to talk about a lot.
And it's probably cheaper to use than the old ways.
Right.
They specifically said that the Pentagon's civilian harm mitigation team, the people whose actual job it is to catch a target like this, had been cut back before the war started.
So, yeah, they're cutting the humans, the human jobs and turning it over to AI and the AI is killing people.
And again, we've talked about before, like, people are like, what to do, what to do.
It's like there are laws in place.
this is illegal.
When a company creates a technology that leads directly to people's deaths, like that's illegal, those people should go to jail under the law.
But everyone's like, I don't know.
We're in a gray area here.
It's the future, man.
We can't figure this out.
It's like, no, this is, there are laws in place.
Who do you think is the most, who should be responsible held responsible for it the most?
Why can I speak?
Start at the top.
Yeah. Who should be the most in jail?
Yeah.
I mean, got to get Peter Thiel.
I have some splaining to do for sure, you know?
That's what I'm saying.
Then Alex Carp.
Would you prosecute first?
I would go Peter Teal, Alex Carp.
If you're Aaron Brockoviching this situation.
Peter Thiel, Alex Carp, then Rayquan.
Because Rayquan.
Rayquan has been heavy with Palantir.
Yeah.
What the fuck?
Have him fucking answer some fucking questions too.
Yeah.
I'd probably throw up.
Good, he said stuff in there.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, speaking of prosecuting, how is one to prosecute the case against what the Republicans are doing to Mitch McConnell?
Yeah.
People have just been being like, he looks like a ventriloquist dummy.
He, that just does the peace sign.
But I think this journalist has a good, a good approach.
Just the way she was talking.
So Mitch McConnell obviously should not be in the Senate.
Like, he should be in some kind of fucking cryo chamber,
trying to fight the ghosts of what's left of his conscience.
And like, that's the nicest thing I can come up with.
Instead, he's just basically like a human rubber stamp to vote on whatever the GOP needs
until like the charade of him being quote unquote alive can no longer go on.
They're like, yeah, bro, he can't even hold his head up.
Like, we're going to, yeah, we're going to call today on this.
Every time we see him, he is either doing one-word responses or totally nonverbal
and just throwing up the piece that everything.
Sometimes you get a thumbs up.
Yeah, the first day back, he was like, how are you feeling?
Thumbs up.
Oh, it's great to see you well, blah, blah, blah.
Peace sign.
What they're trying to appeal to the youth before the midterms.
Yeah.
He's going to start doing that heart.
Yeah.
Or he does a Gen Z one, the other person.
Yeah, yeah.
My fingers are too small.
But I've heard about it.
Yeah.
I know that one.
Right.
I can't.
Yeah.
So this.
It seems to be one of the, like I woke up thinking about Mitch McConnell,
not just because I was going to talk to you guys,
but I feel like it's one of the crazier things these people have done.
So bullish.
Every day, like, it's so nuts.
It's like the same thing.
It reminds you that a woman who, like, brought her dead relative in in Brazil to the bank
to get like the equivalent of like a social security check.
Yeah.
And the guy was fucking dead.
And she's like, no, no, he's good.
He's just tired.
He's tired.
Like, this is a thing.
that happens a lot, like that people, you know, keep people alive in quotes to collect checks.
Like that's, and medical professionals, like I always talk about this, but it is fucked up and
like scary. The medical professionals are like almost all uniformly like DNR, DNR, do not resuscitate.
Oh, for themselves, you're saying. For themselves. They're all like, do not bring me back.
I thought you're saying, they're saying that about patients. They're like, nah, DNR.
DNR, that's too much work.
It's very annoying.
No, they just see that like,
I think there's this like gray area between being alive and being dead that is like horrible.
And like there's not,
you're not really there.
But like people don't really know that because America just like shuts those people away in homes.
And so you just have these horrible situations where people are being fucking used and abused.
Yeah, either you, someone's,
taking your money or they're going to
dittle you.
Or they're going to
make you sign off on
legislation.
Yeah, right.
Maybe you'll vote for that farm bill,
Senator.
Nothing good can come of it.
Yeah.
So if we found out the P sign
is every time he's shitting his pants.
He's just doing a number two.
It's a two this time.
Yeah.
And that thumbs up is number one when he
pisses himself.
Kiss the P sign is pooping.
Oh no.
He's throwing up Long Beach
Crip, I think.
What is that?
What that is.
Oh,
he had Taco Bell.
He joined a game.
Yeah, yeah.
No,
he's not,
he's not,
he's not,
he's not,
he was trying to throw up
cyclosporops.
Anyway,
so journalist,
Desiree Townsend
caught him leaving
that, like,
his,
you know,
apartment for the hill.
And she spoke to him,
literally like,
a social worker
talked,
like,
who was investigating
elder abuse.
Yeah.
It was, like,
raining outside.
And, like,
at one point,
you could,
he was kind of confused.
Like,
he puts his hands out,
like,
like,
it's kind of,
odd, but here's the part
where just in her tone,
it's very concerned.
Ray,
bro, I'm going to bust.
Oh, Mary.
I don't leave this town.
I'm going to bust.
How is your weekend, Senator McConnell?
Did you have a good weekend, sir?
Just can't even.
Are you ready for a new work week?
No facial expression.
Hi, Senator.
Lightwave.
Good to see you, sir.
Welcome back.
And then his main.
Terry, is it safe bringing him back to the Senate like this?
Senator McConnell, do you want to go to work?
Do you want to be at work, sir?
Would you rather be home?
Unmoving. Unmoving.
Peace side.
You'd rather be home?
I'm sorry this is happening to you, sir.
I'm sorry, this is happening to you, sir.
I mean, this is happening to you, sir.
So, like, that's, that's correct.
That's how we should be talking to.
Do you want to be at work?
And, like, you want to be at work?
It's so sad.
Yeah.
Which is wild.
Because Mitch McConnell is an absolute evil piece of shit in terms of like the legislation.
But yeah, like the context of it, you're like, God, dude, like this, he's like not even.
He's not even there.
Those people that are transporting him every day, like, everybody's going to hell.
Like, this is so crazy.
Yeah.
I'm always shocked by how few whistleblowers we have on anything.
Like, I'm like, I don't know.
Yeah.
At some point, I mean, somebody's not going to like have a conscience of any time.
No, because who knows, right?
Like that guy, she goes, Terry, you think it's safe to bring him back?
Like, Terry Carmack is like his long time aide.
That's who she's talking to.
So, like, you can imagine he's probably going to like whatever group of oligarchs that have been bankrolling a lot of, you know, Mitch McConnell's career.
He's like, dude, what do you want me to fucking do?
This guy's fucking cooked.
And they're like, get his ass out there, bro.
Get rid of that journalist.
Yeah.
Get his ass out there.
There's already razor thin majority right now.
We can't have him fucking not there.
So whatever you.
Terry, just name your fucking price,
but wheel this cadaver in and out of the fucking capital.
What y'all want me to do about Mitch?
Yeah.
He's not doing good.
He's not there.
I'll tell you the latter on,
but no one's home.
He's doing real poor.
You go into your little scream pod,
which I'm sure they have for like White House or fucking Senate
and congressional aides,
like just a little pod where they go to scream and then get back out there.
Right.
The cry room.
But like, I mean,
that guy Terry Carmack,
he was like the main person.
running the whole interference campaign and denial that he was, you know,
when people were like, is this guy dead?
Like, no one's even seen.
He's like, he's fucking, he's sick, dude.
He just, he just participated in a part-war competition.
We were just playing cards.
He fucking cleaned me out, actually.
Guys sharp as attack.
What game, do cards?
Yeah, cards against humanity, dude.
He's witty, bro.
He killed it.
Yeah.
Chainsaws for arms whenever he gets that card, dude.
He's eating, bro.
I'm eating.
I'm eating.
I'm pooping.
Oh, no, sir.
God.
That's all he's got left.
He gave a statement to the media, but the media was not allowed to show video of it.
It's so wild.
Like, somebody's got to leak that video of him, like, trying to speak.
Yeah.
And then, like, whispering every word into his ear as he does it.
All right.
That's plenty.
That's just about plenty about Mitch McConnell.
We're going to take a quick break.
We're going to come back and talk about beer-flavored energy drinks
and translations of heat that made me happy.
We'll be right back.
The long loading times.

These are the conversations your inner little girl has been waiting for.
We're going to go deep, cry a little,
or a lot, and yeah, laugh too, because baby.

Yes.
Big-time trades that shake up the NFL.
A.J. Brown is loose.
And of course, those Seahawks trying to run it back
and win another Lombardi trophy.
The Seahawks win Super Bowl 60.
They are bringing the Lombardy back to the northwest.
If it's happening on a football field,
NFL Daily will cover it.
Listen to NFL Daily on the IHeart Radio app, Apple Podcast.
or wherever you get your podcast.
And we're back.
We're back.
We're back.
This is, this is kind of a, this is basically the modern day equivalent,
the grocery story equivalent of a speedball.
Like, so they've created beer flavored energy drink.
So you get the experience of drinking beer, like the kind of vibe of drinking beer,
which I still, you know, even though I don't.
drink, I will, like I get, I like hop waters because it's, it just adds a different thing.
It's like there's no other real savory drink, you know, all other drinks.
Yeah.
So you feel like you're, it hurts your taste buds and you have to squint your face.
I'm suffering like the guy.
Like a man should.
This is good and I like doing it.
But it does like, it's also just, even though I haven't had.
an actual beer in, you know, 11 years now, I still, like, I think there's just something about
the vibe of it that's like, this is something I do in a relaxing set. I'm not doing this as like a
pre-workout. I'm going to slam a hop water and then, like, go to the gym. But this, so this is, like,
taking the vibe of, like, the relaxation drink and just charging it up with 200 milligrams of caffeine
is not nothing.
Like, I think people who don't pay attention
to the amount of caffeine in things,
like, don't understand that, like,
the Celsius drinks that people have now are like,
they're not, it's not like Mountain Dew,
which used to be our word for, like,
the most caffeinated thing.
They're, like, so much more caffeinated than Mountain Dew.
They are, like, could kill you with,
if you drank four of them type of caffeine.
You're near Panera bread, killer lemonade.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Panic attacks and shit.
Yeah.
Going to the hospital.
So Celsius has 200 milligrams.
So this, this beer has 200 milligrams of caffeine.
It's like a cup of, like a diner cup of coffee is like 90, like 90 or something.
Diner, yes.
Starbucks.
Like a cup of, yeah.
A grande Starbucks is like, I think, like that's another thing that's actually the caffeine content is underrated.
drip coffee is super, super caffeinated.
Yes.
Yeah.
More so than espresso.
Yeah, way more so than espresso.
So like a latte, people think like, I'll do a double shot of espresso.
A double shot of espresso still isn't touching like drip coffee.
Oh.
So this is like three diner cups of coffee.
Yeah.
But like, Jack, you've been really, let's respect the name.
It's C4 energies all hopped up.
Yeah.
Performance energy.
It's on the can it says performance.
energy for a fake beer with two of them.
What are you,
what are you performing exactly?
Just before kickoff.
Happy hour boost.
Friday night fuel.
Okay.
That's what drugs are for.
Oh my God.
This is like, oh, this is this AI fucking advertisement is a Friday night fuel.
Elevated alertness.
Unrival flavor.
Locked in focus.
It's, I mean, yeah.
The beverage fusions are out of control.
Okay.
Yeah.
When you're in like a like a truck stop situation, like unless you go to a classic thing that you always drink, like whatever, Gatorade Glacier Fries or Diet Cook.
Like I, I just got duped by like it was like a Gatorade light like thing, but it had caffeine and I didn't know that.
I was drinking it at night.
But then it was like also a probiotic.
It's like everything has probiotic protein caffeine.
Yeah.
And you're like, you want me to shit my pants and never go to sleep.
That's what every drink is for.
Every drink is just like anorexic fuel, you know.
It's like that you have to read so many things to even see what the fuck you're, like, am I going to be up all night or is this going to put me to sleep?
Like they just start putting diphteramine and fucking Gatorade.
Like what's coming now?
Like they're just going to start putting pharmaceuticals in the fucking drinks.
Yeah.
and be like having trouble sleeping.
Yeah, right.
Yeah, drink this Coke opposite.
Right.
We put Benadryl in it.
Sprite, Sprite with Patslavin.
Coke opposite is a good pitch.
Coke the opposite.
It's revving you up.
It just knocks your ass down.
Oh, yeah.
Into Coke.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's the downer.
Oh, you've heard of Diet Coke.
What about dilated Coke?
You're going to love it.
That sounds.
hair on.
Nice.
That's what they gave jacket surgery.
But it's why like even like even on their website, it's like a new look and feel
redesigned for a smoother experience locked in focus.
Stay sharp alert and ready for anything.
Key nutrients loaded with vitamin B12 for energy metabolism.
Then NSF certified for sport.
No, it's not.
No one's, no one's be like, yeah, bro, before I do a, before I get on the grid iron,
I'm drinking a fake beer with 200 milligrams with fucking caffeine in it.
Right.
But also they have Celsius.
Why would they want one that tastes like a beer?
I'm just, I don't know.
That's what I'm like,
I'm curious who this Venn diagram consumer is.
For the boys.
No, he wants to try it.
With the boys.
It's Jack and Mitch, maybe.
Like a C4.
Yeah.
Suddenly they're like, damn.
Like bombs?
They're like, why do you just drink?
Yeah.
C4.
It's very 90s coded.
I know.
Naming an energy drink after like a powerful explosive.
fucking C4, dude, you can't
fucking handle it. Your asshole can't handle C4?
The fuck, bro. How's this shit?
Yeah, I, uh, it's not, I don't know me.
Like, I don't know. The people who I know who drink energy drinks,
like, they are loyal to like their one form of capitalism work fuel.
You know what I mean?
They're not like, oh, I like to dabble with 200 milligrams here and there.
It's mostly like, no, did I fucking need this to get like, like at three o'clock?
This helps me fucking ride out the end of my workday or something.
But I do think this is for people who quit drinking.
Like I do because a lot of people who quit drinking get very serious about their caffeine intake.
You know, you might know somebody like that.
I don't know.
Someone who might have heard of somebody like that.
And so it just feels like this is, they're like, okay, we've been to enough AA meetings with people with like giant 40 ounce cups of coffee.
We can tell that there's a market here.
Right.
All right.
Do we want to watch the heat clip?
Just to make ourselves feel a little bit good.
I think, Jack, after you having to talk about, you know, your love of 200 milligram fake beer, yeah.
Let's bring this thing down a little bit.
Look, I invented this, all right?
Yeah, yeah.
Jack was in the board.
I like to feel good.
Yeah.
So this was just.
That's my pitch.
Hey, who likes to feel good?
She's doctor feeling it
Um
Jackie found a clip
I know you love
We love a bit of Pacino
Wild Pacino lines
The line
She got a great ass
And you got your head
All the way up it
And this person found
Went through all the different
language subs of heat
And gave us that line
From various nations
And I just want to play
For people
Because I'm really impressed by that
Like, we've talked a lot of shit about how dubs are usually bad.
I, like, watched an entire, like, six episodes of a German TV show that, like, was good, but I thought it sucked because the dub acting was so bad.
But, like, this is an impressive level of commitment.
So first, we're going to hear the English, and then I'll tell you as they arise, which languages were here.
It's Hank Azaria being interrogated.
She got a great ass!
And you got your head.
All the way up in.
Mandarin?
Because he has a
co-laught of piqueau.
And your
head already
completely sacked in
Danish.
Danish.
But he who has a
fantastic squirrel.
Fantastic
Squire.
German.
I'm a
Gailashard.
They kind of nailed
with the team.
Dynch next.
Yeah.
It's really good.
It's got to be so fucking fun to do that job.
Zulu.
Zulu.
Yeah, sing a singer, sing aaga.
We can't a lot of you chishwe.
Pagat's what so long.
Wait, dang it goes on.
It goes on.
Yeah.
Zulu is really fun.
They really kind of, the intonation.
I mean, I wonder if, too, like, if you're, if you're already doing dubs, like, you already
probably admire a lot of these actors.
So, like, in a way, like, you.
you're like, oh yeah, I'm dying to do my version of a picture.
It's got to be so fun.
Yeah.
Yeah.
It also could just be AI, but hopefully not.
Hopefully there's some act that's getting well-paid.
That's exactly what it is.
It is really horrifying.
That's probably what it is.
Like, it is probably AI.
I've tested the like, you know, before, like, if I'm posting a stand-up clip on
Instagram and you can say, like, translate or, like, dub it.
And, like, it is, for some reason, when I,
speaking Spanish. Yes, it is exactly
the intonation of my voice and a lot of
the same like, you know,
inflections. But they give
me really big teeth.
Wait, what? Like they,
AI, like, because you can't like really
see my fucking teeth. They're like
AI in these big chomper's.
Like it's like the mouth
movements. Yeah, yeah. It's like
the mouth movements aren't like big
enough for like Spanish specifically.
So they were like, we gotta give this bitch some more
teeth. Like I don't know. Like it,
I look like a different person, but it sounds like my voice.
Like, it's so creepy.
I'll send you guys a video of it.
I took a screen recording.
I'm like, this is horrifying to post, but like.
So they changed the video of your mouth.
Like it like changes.
Yeah.
It was like for the, yeah, just like hitting like certain consonants in Spanish.
Like for some reason they were like, this isn't enough mouth space.
We got to give her the Gary Bucis.
Yeah.
Your so teet out for chick.
You know what I mean?
Real big white squares.
Amazing.
Amy,
such a pleasure having you,
as always on the daily.
It's always so fun.
Where can people,
where can people find you,
follow you,
here,
you see you,
all that good stuff?
Oh,
yeah,
just follow me on Instagram,
Amy Miller Comedy,
and then my website's
Amy Millercom
and then I'll be in Cincinnati
this weekend,
Saturday only,
but two shows.
And then next weekend,
October 9th and 10th
in Seattle at last.
Comedy Club.
Lastcommyclub.
Laughs.
Where do I go if I feel like having a, oh, would you look at that?
Driving by on the highway.
I know.
You would be, I mean, you know, you would be shocked by the number of people that probably
do Google, like, laugh.
How can I laugh in Seattle?
It's so dark up there.
Laughter.
Need laughter now.
Laughter near me.
Like when they look into their Google Analytics, like probably people do find them that way.
Like laughs.
Please.
Yeah.
They know what they're doing
when they name
at me.
Is there a work of media
you've been enjoying?
My last repost
on threads,
which my threads
is just a matter
comedy also.
It's really stupid
and I don't know
if you can pull it up,
but it's just
this turtle
chomping on the laptop
screen.
But I just don't
understand it.
I don't know.
I don't understand the post.
I understand the meme.
And I'm not explaining it, so you just got to go looking up.
Just got to go.
Do it.
Don't make us do all the work for you.
I mean, I can pull it up, but like, I don't know how that's going to go.
It's just like a turtle eating the icon for Excel on the laptop screen, and then the post says, like, be free, be free.
I don't know.
It's something.
That is definitely.
It gave me a zap of dopamine for a half a second.
Nice.
A few times.
Miles, where can people find you?
Is there a work of media you've been enjoying?
Find me everywhere at Miles of Gray.
I'm talking shit about 90-day fiancé on 420-day fiancé.
I'm talking about English football, the Premier League on Aene Foothie with Jamel Johnson and Chris Martin.
A work of media I like was just like there was this, I don't know who this content creator is.
It's gracefully digital three on Instagram.
And she's like, this older black woman who kind of gives life advice, but it, like, this video just came at a moment where I was like, I need to hear words of wisdom.
And the video is just called four years of therapy in one minute.
And these are just good, like, just good things to remind yourself about life to just help you just not get overwhelmed.
And I just want to play a little bit of it because it's so concise.
She's like four years of therapy in one minute.
but a few of these really stuck in my brain.
I'm just going to play a little bit of it.
Okay, here's four years of therapy in one minute.
You really do become what you think.
If you feed your mind trash, you're going to feel like trash and emotions.
They're not problems.
They're signals.
Fear shows you what really matters.
Anger tells you what boundaries got crossed.
Anxiety means that you're stuck in the future and it's a reminder that you need to come back to the present.
I'm like, knock it off, lady.
What are you trying to do to me?
What the fuck?
Wow, they got better and better.
Yeah, yeah.
I love her delivery too.
Oh, yeah.
This video is like actually longer.
I cut it off just like kind of right there.
But it's, again, very, very concise.
And I just like when I encounter content like that.
So that was from gracefully digital.
It's just called four years of therapy in one minute.
And I can tell I don't need any of that advice because that just made me want to raise my fist and say,
you think you're better than me?
So I think.
Yeah.
You don't have to watch it because like none of that.
shit just made sense to me at all.
Yeah.
What the fuck?
Sorry, he's all jacked up on C4 right now.
He's not himself.
I'm vibrating right now with victory.
I like to tweet from Vivian at Suchnerve, who said, y'all ever think about how
the phenomenon of Morningwood means humanity has been doing a nonstop global boner wave.
Whoa.
When you think about it.
Oh.
Okay.
It's kind of neat.
Like one person wakes up up and then.
As the sun sweeps across.
As it goes around the stadium of life.
They used to say the sun never sets on the British Empire.
There's always a boner on her.
There's always a boner being arisen.
I actually don't like that.
You can find me on Twitter.
Statistically, one of you has one right now.
And I don't like that.
You can find.
I'm going to start doing squats for no reason.
I mean to step on your plugs.
No, I just need my blood flow to go elsewhere.
That works.
That was the thing I learned in high school in puberty.
Oh, really?
You're like, okay, flex other parts of my body.
Yeah, like you've got to get blood going to other parts of your body.
Yeah.
That works.
Yeah.

Miles, is there a song you think that people might enjoy?
Yes. Amy, you were talking about Cincinnati, and I was like, wait, I want to now do a track
by the producer, high tech, who's from Cincinnati. And you might know high tech from if you're
a real backpacker hip-hip-hop fan from the late 90s, early 2000s, Rock.
Records was on like, you know, the Black Star album has done a ton of Talibqali beats and all that
the like. This is a track with Common called The Sun God. And it's from the high tech album,
High Technology. Shout out Cincinnati. There you go. The Daily Zika is a production of IHeart
