Starting point is 00:02:36 chat again after a week that's great what are you rick flair yes rick rick flair drip, baby. Hey. Go woo on the trends. Okay. You know what? You're right. Let me in. The survey says, bing. That's a win. Okay, so this is a very star-studded event, trends.
Starting point is 00:02:57 It's all celeb names. First up is Amy Cooper. If you remember her, she was sort of like one of the first dominoes in the sequence of dominoes that led to a lot of people waking up to just bullshit racism in this country. She was the woman who called the police on a birdwatcher on a man named Christian Cooper, I believe was his name as well. It was. Yeah. And very prominent figure unfortunately she didn't realize this man had some followers uh but on top of that she also didn't fail to realize that she was pulling a racist bullshit stunt and breaking the law it
Starting point is 00:03:37 turns out because if you remember she was doing the most on the phone, acting like, there's a black man gonna watch the bird or something. So, we just found out today she's being charged. She's bringing charges. What is it? Third degree false, what is it? Third degree false reporting. Indeed, facing charges of falsely reporting an incident of a third degree from the Manhattan
Starting point is 00:03:59 District Attorney's Office. Yikes. Hey, shout out to, I wonder, oh shit. I gotta hit up my homegirl who I went to high school with. I think she worked for the Manhattan DA. She works in the DA? Well, I bet they are laughing all the way to the courts on this one. I don't know what they're up to. It's... You know,
Starting point is 00:04:16 you hate to see it. You hate to see it. And by you hate to see it, you mean you love to see it. I love to see it. I love to see laws being forced on the right people. Oh, goodness. Rather than overstepping. Yes.
Starting point is 00:04:30 You don't have a motorcycle driver's license, and you're like, I'm on a bicycle, sir. I'm on a bicycle. Who else is trending? Olivia Munn. Olivia Munn is indeed trending. You like Olivia Munn? I have no opinion this way or the other.
Starting point is 00:04:46 I mean, I used to watch G4, so there's definitely an old memory of the old attack of the show. Attack of the show, baby. Those were good times. Where's Kenny Pereira? What was that his name? Oof. I don't even know.
Starting point is 00:04:56 I don't even know what that man's up to. You know who I'm talking about? Yeah, the other guy on the show. Yeah, the other guy. I remember the attack of the show. It was Olivia Munn and the other guy well olivia munn she's trending uh because it's just some like dumb ass celebrity story i don't know this is how fucking bored some people still are i thought we were look i get it people have completely
Starting point is 00:05:19 snapped back into their old bullshit and they're just back on their celebrity distraction nonsense but she's trending because she hurt her foot and it was on an instagram post and that's trending because so many players like uh-oh 40th birthday boo-boo uh she was apparently taking like a selfie video by some she was in a bikini in front of an idyllic waterfall as she moves backward however she appears to step on a sharp rock causing her to lose her balance and stumble, holding her foot and crying out in pain. That's the meat of one write-up about this. Honestly, her caption was 2020 strikes again,
Starting point is 00:05:56 and that is just... Eat your own shit. Literally fuck yourself. Really? Your idyllic bikini selfie video gone awry you're you're putting that up there on the list of things that has gone wrong in this country or this world whatever you know off go off but but it's a joke guys have a sense of humor have a sense of humor is a joke that's not a good joke it's a stupid joke a stupid you know and what do i know
Starting point is 00:06:25 what do we know dan we're just guys with little twitch followings we're trying to start up and we're going up against like god olivia munn of g4 yeah exactly what are you gonna do okay and then finally two uh sadder stories uh charlie daniels and ennio morricone have both passed away charlie's charlie daniels i know him as just a country guy and i just know devil went down to georgia that's the only thing i know about him i'm sure i'd know other things if you played them for me uh but i do know that he's a huge huge name because he's currently one of the top trends on google ennio morricone is not uh that high up in the trends but i think which is a shame which is a shame if if you don't know okay look he he's the
Starting point is 00:07:13 god of like spaghetti western composition his scores are iconic um he brought an aesthetic uh to these films that have been rinsed and reused many times over, whether that's Tarantino fucking using the shit out of his music or, you know, fantastic samples, too. This man's a goldmine. Yep. 100%. And he will most certainly be missed.
Starting point is 00:07:38 But his music and both these guys' music will live on forever. What's okay? You like Charlie Daniels? No. But, you know, his music will certainly live on forever with people who are fans. Very daniels no but you know his music will certainly live on forever with people who are fans very true fact i mean that's a that's a classic song that that'll that that rings out forever i i know there's so many more and look zy gang you can drag me till the the cows come home but i i just know that one because it was on like one of those like
Starting point is 00:08:00 lifetime album compilation infomercials that would be on like at 1 a.m like when you have cable so you're like fuck it all right it's either this or the fucking girls gone wild thing which is kind of not kind of weird to be honest and makes me uncomfortable totally shout out to them uh shout out to spaghetti western shout out italy you know what i mean dan because there's one place in this world that i've been thinking about that's been weighing on my heart and mind tell me italy and uh just shout out to everybody shout out earth you know what fuck it all countries matter hell yeah dude you know what i do i've been thinking the same thing, man. All countries matter. I saw that somebody showed me somebody's Facebook post. I'm sure this was a very easy thing to tweet anyway over Fourth of July,
Starting point is 00:08:53 but it was like one person was like, happy birthday to America. I hope you're proud of this country. And someone just put like, all countries matter. This is so good. Yo, co-op that language baby oh boy anyway thanks to everybody thanks to you
Starting point is 00:09:11 Dan oh it's such a pleasure hopping in with me oh stop you know it was a long dark dusty road out there that I had to navigate coming back I know to Zeitland so happy to have you back. So happy to have you. Shout out to everybody who thought something may have been wrong with me.
Starting point is 00:09:28 I'm 100% okay. And I know sometimes it's troubling when this familiar voice is no longer tickling the ears and the old brain. All right. Yep. All right. Well, take care, guys. Please take care of each other. Take care of yourselves and when i say take care of each other means that means don't be selfish and go out and
Starting point is 00:09:49 try and do shit because you think you're you're healthy please really really try and restrict your movements uh to the only the bare essentials unfortunately too many people have been taking their foot off the fucking gas here on the social distancing gas, not the reopening gas. And the spikes are really, really substantial in parts of the country. Super dramatic. And if you have been doing that, thank you so much. Everybody, we have to do whatever we can.
Starting point is 00:10:17 And I know people with vulnerable relatives and family members, thank you without even knowing you. So take care of yourselves. Take care of each other be good to yourself yes say something nice yourself right now go i'll wait say it in your head say something nice about yourself yeah in your head you don't tell me what it is make yourself smile just between you and you see that was nice see and you guys at home listen y'all at home do that too tell yourself something nice it feels good because most time we say shit like,
Starting point is 00:10:45 how could you be so lazy? This thing has to go. Yo, yo, just be like, hey, man, you're doing all right. You're doing all right. You know, man, think about where we were a couple years ago. Think about where we were. And we're here now? All right, y'all.
Starting point is 00:10:57 God bless. See you later. Bye, love. Bye. Kay hasn't heard from her sister in seven years. I have a proposal for you. Bye. or is history repeating itself?
