Hello, the Internet, and welcome to this episode of You Can Trend Everything.
Why would I lie to you?
You can trend everything.
Oh, wow.
That one courtesy of vanadium silver on the Discord.
In reference to you, you can see everything.
It's too late.
I've already seen everything.
Which is kind of a perverse.
Yeah, exactly.
Do you think that the title is a reference to the Patrick Stewart's
appearance where he keeps talking about?
Is it a character he's playing?
He said it's like Professor Charles Xavier.
He's got, he's,
pitching a character in the show who has powers like professor Charles Xavier
where he can use his mind to make people's clothes fall off just fall right off and they're
scrambling but it's too late cover up but it's too late I've already seen everything
Ricky Jervis is like okay and then like you could also use it to do the and like he just
keep going back yeah new pitches about just someone coming in the room the clothes
coming off.
I like,
I like when Jervase
is trying to
fucking,
all right,
whatever,
it doesn't matter.
Move it along.
Yeah,
yeah.
Before we start
recording,
we were also
looking back at the,
tomorrow's episode
we're going to talk about
the latest
monster
from Ryan Murph
from the Murph.
Murf dog.
Ryan Murphy
and a surprise
appearance from Sarah Paulson
who previously worked with
as Marshall Clark
in the OJ trial show.
Had one of my favorite moments
of all time when she gets a new haircut
and rolls in to the courtroom,
feeling very confident.
Shelling herself with that perm.
And everyone's like,
damn, they turned her into Rick James.
And Judge Edo fucking...
Good morning, Miss Clerk.
I think.
I think.
You catty little judge.
You better knock it off, Lance.
And then John Travolta gives one of my favorite thumbs up of all time.
It's fun.
It's fun show.
I feel like that was one of our last moments of monoculture where everybody was watching the same thing.
Yeah, and even then it was kind of split, though.
Like, I watched it much later after it kind of reached a tipping part.
I was like, no, it's worth watching.
I'm like, all right, fine.
I'll watch.
I'll bite.
What is this O.J. Simpson?
You have to catch up before the last episode because they're about to tell us if he's guilty or not.
No, I don't.
No, I don't.
Anyways, I say my name is Jack O'Brien that over there, Miles Gray.
This is the episode where we tell you what is trending on this Thursday, September 24th.
Just a handful of what you're calling mega roaches, which I kind of like-scattering, scatter time.
I thought you were talking about it like the roach, like just like tiny little one-hits.
Oh, just smoking on that mago-roach.
Yeah, we're just going to blast through like a, a little.
handful of
stories as we're
getting down
to the very end
of the mega
a roach
or a scud,
Zoot, I think
they'll call it
in the UK.
Yeah,
it's more just like,
you know,
there's some shit
that the DARE officer
made up
in Ohio,
uh,
they're also call it
a black glass.
No,
they call them a Zoot and like a Skud.
A Skud,
a Zoot.
Yeah,
because a Zoot is like
the joint,
but the scud is like
the end is like the roach.
Mm-hmm.
Um,
but I call them,
Yeah, it does feel like, like, because it's like named after a missile or something.
That's a Scud Zoot.
And then also bring up the Zoot Suit riots and shit.
Yeah, it's, it's got a lot of stuff.
They luxuriate in their overly complex slang over there in the UK.
Yeah.
But again, you know, there's bad polling we talked about.
There's articles of impeachment we didn't really cover.
Members of Congress starting to distance themselves from Trump.
Yeah.
And Carl Rove coming out and saying, I'm going to vote for a Democrat in Texas.
I can't do this anymore.
The fucking messaging mastermind behind.
weapons of mass destruction
Carl Rove? Wait, who's he voting
for? He said he's going to be
voting for, I'd imagine he's implying
that he's going to go for Tala RICO.
Yeah. Telerico Swave? Yeah.
Telariko Swave? He was like,
I can't, this is crazy. This is nonsense.
I can't put up with this. Wow. I think he's like
even I have a line. And I'm
I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm,
I'm like Satan's right hand man.
Yeah. And that's too much.
I think again, his distaste
is that he can't, like, sort of
stomach watching this G.
that he helped destroy and recreate with the Bush administration.
Yeah, yeah.
Just completely blow it with white nationalism.
He's not listening to him anymore.
Yeah, because he's like, his one thing is like,
even though he likes to come off as outraged,
I think he just logically knows.
He's like, dude, leaning into white nationalism is not how you're going to get a plurality
of support in this country.
Even if that's what you want,
you're still got to present yourself in a way that seems safe.
You do the white nationalism quietly behind the scenes.
Yes.
What are you thinking?
Little Patriot acts and the like.
but anyway
so it just like
I think there's just a lot of stories
from the last two weeks
that together I think just makes sense
to talk about
and I know
last right through them guys
yeah we talk about like
the decline of MAGA
and it seems stupid to talk about
when they control the government
but like what I think we're seeing
is the movement again
you can't I think it's
very it's I think it's factual
the state that the MAGA of
2017 is not the same
of the MAGA of 2026
in terms of the enthusiasm around
it, how lockstep everyone is
with Trump and their ability
to stand a message. I think 204 would be the
peak. Like, 20204
was probably, yeah, they
had, even 2024, yeah. Yeah, they
had the strength, they also had
the, like, we're not actually listening to
any of the advisors anymore.
We're just doing, yeah, we're doing
everything we want. And like, it
it just really seems to have
not gone well. Yeah,
since they did that. There's been more
digging about the spending or lack of
spending because Trump still hasn't spent any money on really many any meaningful money on
midterm races he did release a ad that was that had that like jasmine sound bite going love me
love me i don't know if you know that from like social media but it's like it's part of this
song that it's it's trump with that music underneath it i doubt uh any rights were cleared for that um
but anyway yeah yeah yeah it's like he really did that it's said love me it's like those are the
words. With Trump? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh, I thought you were joking. No, no, no, no, no. He's just got
an ad with a song saying, love me under him? Yes, yes, yes. It's just like too on the nose, man.
It doesn't make sense anymore. It's just like, what do we even do? What are we even doing here?
Yeah, when the brain is fully rotten like this, wait, is this it?
Together, we will defeat communism, socialism, socialism, and Marxism in America, once a
all right before we get tagged but yeah that's for real that's him just a bunch of pictures of him
like looking doing heroic seeming things with love me underneath it as he's not spending on any of
the other people so he's just like yeah yeah yeah me me love me it's it's unfolding in a way that
you could script if the guy like you're like he can't be that senile oh okay yeah all right yeah i guess
when reality is like one of the most powerful people in the world is declining the mental acuity
like the script writing of reality starts to decline in quality you just have some shit that like
yeah somebody who is like a freshman creative writing a C plus student right right come up with
yeah the other thing though too is like all the spending that is happening from the packs
they're all focused on districts that trump won by over five
points, which is wild. We're like, hold on, you're spending in the places that you won by over
five points. And what it looks like is they're triaging and looking at districts that won by
five points or less and saying, yeah, this one's gone. Move on. So that's an interesting sign.
We talked about polls already. Yeah, not good for Trump. Last week, though, Mike Johnson sent the
house home early for a recess, so they won't be back until after the midterms. And this coincided
with Thomas Massey introducing articles of impeachment against Pete Heggseth.
And the first four articles were for ignoring the War Powers Act, like, you know, you need
congressional approval to do wars, then articles of impeachment about the boat strikes that have
been happening.
Then for harassing Senator Mark Kelly, which is interesting because a lot of people pointed like,
was that to help get it passed in the Senate?
Because the rumor is that this may have actually passed the House, which is why Johnson
called recess.
And like, actually, we're all going home.
Can't vote on it because we're all going home.
So everybody go home.
We're not going to take a vote on this.
Because, you know, it would have made, it would have put them on record as either voting
fully against the Iran war or also fully voting against Trump because it's Hegsef.
That's his person.
So another, just, I think a lot of people are pointing are like, look, a lot of time
you're going for Trump, but like, Heg Seth is kind of low hanging fruit.
Like, nobody thinks this guy's good.
Right.
So why not?
Like, it's a lot of people are like, that.
seems like an easier strategy for trying to like, you know,
switch some shit up a little bit.
I feel like he has like a 17% approval rating in his own, like,
family.
Yeah.
Right. Yeah.
He still hates himself real bad.
Like inside the Pentagon, like,
it is probably like a 10% approval rating, you know?
Yeah.
Like, uh,
the Wall Street Journal did an analysis of MAGA podcasters.
They're talking about Trump less.
They were like averaging 39 mentions an hour in the run up to the,
to the,
as of September 20th, that number is 11 per hour,
which you're like, it's interesting.
It's just been quietly, quietly falling off.
Senate candidates are openly calling for the Iran war in Iowa,
everywhere, just like, it's become a thing where they're like,
ah, fuck, you have to say the shit.
Like, we have to stop this.
And tying into higher prices.
Yeah.
The new data centers, essentially.
Yeah, and it's wholly Trump's too, you know.
And then Byron Donald's, who's running for government.
in Florida, he changed his website.
So Trump's endorsement is, like, way less
prominent. But I mean, we've
seen these sort of, like, people disengage
for their own survival, but like,
it's clear right now, MAGA media, Congress, and the
White House are all at odds with each other.
So, you know,
it's...
Mega in disarray. They love to write about
them's in disarray. Mega, they
don't seem to really know what they're
doing. We're still capable of causing
chaos. But it is not,
it is by no means, I think
it's clear. Like, I think because right now,
you're looking at people in Congress whose egos
are tied to them being reelected
and they're not enough of them are like
yeah I'm willing to fucking go down for this shit
they're like fuck dude I like being a
this now we gotta end the war in Iran
is that gonna get votes
um all right
in other news
we heard from an old friend
yeah
been a while buddy
competitor for you
I wasn't quite the
the right age for this to
affected my
year older than him.
Is that right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
I left him in the dust, Miles.
We're talking Jonathan Taylor Thomas.
He's a little kid, dude.
He did seem like much younger to me.
Yeah, no,
because he had that boy's charm, dude.
Yeah.
And also like, yeah, I guess,
you know, they're always
having like older actors play younger
and I'm sure he was maybe appealing
to a slightly younger demo
than he actually was.
You were watching home improvement, dude?
Uh.
Oh, I was watching it, but I just wasn't, I don't think.
He wasn't your crush.
Yeah, he wasn't my, my man's crush necessarily.
But yeah, he's, look, Jonathan Taylor Thomas, in California, I'll tell you this.
He was, he will not leave my memory because he was like the crush of every girl I went to middle school.
My little sister was obsessed with it.
Yeah.
So then, yeah, maybe just missed it by a year or two or whatever.
Yeah.
And then, like, even producer Catherine was saying she had like a Jonathan Taylor Thomas, Devin Sawa,
themed birthday.
And I'm like, yep, that tracks, that tracks for our age cold.
God, Devin Sawa, he was the, he was Casper, right?
Yeah.
Casper really, like, fucked people up.
People were really into Casper.
Hell yeah. And I mean, like, but also, like, let's not forget that, uh, our boy,
Jonathan Taylor Thomas, he was also fucking young Simba.
Okay.
That's right.
Yeah, he was young.
He had to fucking run.
Uh, but again, after like, you know, 2000, he just,
slowly started to like work less and less, I'd imagine, but like intentionally.
And then he just popped up in the news because he just got arrested by the police in Westlake in like in California.
To me, that sounds like he was talking shit to the cops.
And they just hemmed him up for talking shit. So this is from people.
Law enforcement confirms to people that Jonathan Taylor Thomas was detained after the party he was with was pulled over for a DUI investigation.
Thomas was not driving at the time and it was simply a passenger in the vehicle.
The driver was being detained for a DUI investigation sometime during the investigation.
Mr. Taylor, Mr. Taylor, Thomas decided he would exit the vehicle.
Deputies told him to sit back down in the vehicle.
He was uncooperative with them, failed to follow orders and obstructed the investigation,
so he was arrested for obstruction and was arrested for being drunk in public,
although the district attorney's office has not filed any charges against him.
A fun note at the end of this article from people was,
Thomas was last photographed publicly in 2021 while walking his dogs.
And I'm like, that's tight.
That's tight.
I also don't know what that means.
Like, how do you be last photographed publicly?
Is it public?
Like, he's not been at events, like, where, you know, just getting images.
Like, if you search, it's like this thing where he, he recently was in an Instagram post with the mom from home improvement.
Because, like, they had, like, a little reunion.
And, but like before that, like in terms of like publicly available images of him, it was like one loose paparazzi photo of him walking his dogs in 2021.
Right.
I mean, and that wasn't at a public event.
That's what I'm saying.
Like so.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
So is it lack of appetite from the Papps or does he have a network of underground tunnels that he uses to move about the city?
Is he Hamas?
Is Jonathan Taylor Thomas Hamas?
No, I think Jonathan Taylor Hamas.
Humas.
I don't know.
I mean, I think obviously you probably have less paparazzi who go,
holy shit, that's Jonathan Taylor Thomas from Home Improvement.
So you're probably less known.
But I also think he's also not, he's not trying to be places where someone would even see him like that is how I sort of take it.
Like he seems to be much more private, which I think is good because, you know, we look, I mean, like, we're constantly seeing what young.
like stardom at a young age.
Yeah, yeah. Doesn't seem good.
I'm glad you're like, you went from the hottest kid in 1994 that every person was obsessed
with to now just last publicly photographed with dog in 2021.
Also, I think he got glasses since then.
Maybe that's what confused everybody.
Just threw him off the trail.
No, that's not Jonathan Taylor Thomas.
That's a guy with glasses.
That's a nerd.
Jonathan Taylor Thomas's dog.
That's a nerd ripping off JTT style, dude.

Welcome to Decoding,
Women's Health. I'm Dr. Elizabeth Pointer, chair of Women's Health and Gynecology at the
Adria Health Institute in New York City. On this show, I'll be talking to top researchers and
top clinicians, asking them your burning questions and bringing that information about women's
health and midlife directly to you. A hundred percent of women go through menopause. It can be such
a struggle for our quality of life, but even if it's natural, why should we suffer through it?
The types of symptoms that people talk about is forgetting everything.
I never used to forget things.
They're concerned that, one, they have dementia.
And the other one is, do I have ADHD?
There is unprecedented promise with regard to cannabis and cannabinoids.
To sleep better, to have less pain, to have better mood,
and also to have better day-to-day life.

Hi, it's Alec Baldwin.
on my podcast, here's the thing I'm speaking with more artists, policymakers, and performers,
like actor Stephen Root.
I think for me to be any good or for any character actor to be any good, you've got to put
enough of yourself and your empathy for people in it.
I'm a people watcher.
You see that guy going down the dream?
Yeah, I can use that.
Open Igloo co-founder, Alia Muhammad.
I love staying on top of what is going on in our city, what is going on in city politics, what is
on renter's minds and taking all of that knowledge to build a platform that hopefully is going

And actress and singer Melissa Eriko.
Partnership took on a whole other meaning when I started making my own work.

It was best to come out of your trailer, full of life, and just face another person who's
full of life and don't talk.

or wherever you get your podcasts.
And we're back.
We're back.
And there's an update in the Nolan Wells case that we've been keep it an eye on.
Yeah, there's been a lot happening just sort of in drips and drabs, but Ben Crump just finished doing a live stream, like as we recorded this, presenting some forensic evidence that was extracted from Nolan Wells' phone.
And again, if you don't know, he was the black teenager that mysteriously quote unquote,
drowned during a 4th of July
boat party in Mississippi and a lot of people
like, this doesn't look
good at all given the history
of racism in the state and
the sheriff's office being like, he drowned.
He's closed. He's with a bunch of white friends
and then like they didn't report him missing
right away and like they had
his phone and they couldn't
find him for like a murky shit.
A long time. Yeah.
So a lot of people like, oh, what's
this, you know, obviously this press
conference about, well, you know, when the
DA presented their case to a grand jury. They returned with a no true bill, which means that
a quote, a grand jury decided there is not enough evidence to prove probable cause, meaning the
criminal case will not move forward with that indictment. So, you know, this is an odd decision
according to Trump because he said the medical examiner's report showed that Wells suffered a blunt
forced trauma, two like contusions, blunt force traumas to the back of his skull.
Which usually that doesn't happen with drowning. That's no. Yeah, that's,
And then they're like, yeah, they're like, yeah, so it probably was an accidental drowning,
but his death certificate has an undetermined cause of death.
Also, the autopsy that was done also showed no water in his stomach, lungs, or throat.
So how do you, how does a grand jury say this is an accidental drowning?
So the whole thing like just stinks, right?
And so Crump showing the public, the, you know, forensic evidence, like he was showing them,
just how the phone traveled throughout the day,
as well as some excerpts of text conversations
that his friends were having after he died,
as well as Snapchat's,
because you know how young kids,
they use Snapchat.
They're not really texting as much.
And the forensic investigator was like,
yeah, like we extracted all the messages.
Like we have everything.
Wow.
So even if they tried to hide it,
we have everything.
And they didn't really show their hand,
but they said,
if they were thorough enough to go through
what was in these messages,
you may have something to really go by
And Ben Crump is just trying to like, we're asking for transparency right now.
Yeah.
Because the DA had all of this information, but somehow this didn't factor at all into the decision that came down.
So, you know, it's, it's, there's, they're going to do another press conference next week with a medical examiner to talk about.
Because a lot of people are like, oh, well, you know, did he hit his head?
Did he drown or whatever?
And like, are both possible?
Are they mutually exclusive in terms of a cause of death?
Yeah.
which, you know, felt like today was saying,
the fact that they are not looking into how he has blunt force trauma to the back of his skull.
Yeah.
Is should be enough.
They're like, you know, Ben Krupp was saying, is like, if that was your child,
would you accept if they said it was an accidental drowning when he clearly has these other head injuries?
That was a white teenager?
That was a white teenager.
Wouldn't the media be up in arms about this?
Wouldn't they be digging into this?
Wouldn't there be all sorts of fucking.
Nancy Grace
style TV shows
and podcasts about this.
Yeah.
Unfortunately,
maybe the public needs
to see the Matthew McConaughey
speech from a time to kill.
That is essentially
what I'm saying.
Yeah.
I do take all of my
podcasting cues
from Matthew McConaughey characters
from a time to kill.
Specifically time to kill.
I try and stay sweaty.
Sweaty as fuck the whole time.
So much glisting.
They must have sprayed
on those people in that movie.
Sparkly.
Speaking of movies,
did you see the trailer for the new John Madden movie?
No, I think I need to watch it.
It's Nicholas Cage?
It's Nicholas Cage as John Madden.
It's David O. Russell,
who...
Oh, boy.
He made three kings, which I was...
That was one.
I haven't seen it in a while, but when I was young,
when I was in my, like, 20s,
uh, yeah, I guess you could say I like movies.
More like I like film.
I love three.
It works well with like if you keep your brain encased in ignoring the Iraq war.
Right.
And like it's sort of what it's all about.
But yeah.
Love three kings.
I heard how it could be's.
Then he was like Silver Linings Playbook.
What's the one that's set in the 70s?
Something hustle.
Yeah.
I want to say hustle and flow.
But it's obviously not.
American hustle.
We had the fake hair.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Bradley Cooper had the fake hair.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
But since then, he's been on a bit of a cold streak.
He had that, he had that Amsterdam movie.
He said, you don't like Amsterdam?
I like it.
Amsterdam's underrated, but it wasn't, it like didn't.
It wasn't a hit, yeah.
It wasn't a hit.
Like, it didn't really register with people when it came out, which I wish, like, I was rooting for it,
because it's about the business plot, which I think is one of the most underrated stories in terms of understanding America,
just go read the plot summary of Amsterdam and be like, oh, wow, this is what they've been trying to do the whole time,
this take over the country, these businesses, these business leaders.
Anyways, that didn't do as well as I was hoping it would.
This one, I'm like, it's going direct to prime, which can't be a good sign.
Or it's going into limited release in theaters for one week and then going direct to Amazon Prime.
I can't decide
like if the trailer looks good
or looks like a funnier die sketch.
I think it's like a little bit of a boat.
I mean,
Christian Bale as Al Davis makes me laugh.
It is.
Like the owner of the Raiders,
really,
Al is being played by Bradley Cooper.
But look,
Christian Bale, right?
Yeah, Christian Bail's playing out.
That's just the funniest thing to me.
He's like,
Nicholas Cage as John Madden,
Christian Bale as Al Davis.
I,
I can't fit
It's rated R
Is there gonna be like
Some hardcore
Cursing bro
Yeah probably just
I doubt it
A lot of cursing
It's
I'm
Kind of glad it exists
But it looks
Why it looks like it
It looks like it could be
Really bad
Or really fun
Or really bad
And really fun
So
Yeah
I'm here for it
It's interesting
To see Nicholas Cage
Say
Fuck whatever
John Madden
Was actually like
in real life.
Give me that fat suit.
And I'm doing my own thing.
What if John Madden talking like this?
What the fuck is it?
John Madden is like such a...
Yeah.
Any person remembers John Madden,
it's not this person
that Nicholas Cage is doing.
So yeah, maybe it is just some...
He's created a new character.
Yeah.
That is cinema.
It does just seem like it's...
Like, the thing that I can't quite figure out
is what the conflict is.
It just seems like a highlight real.
people being like, John Madding, you're so awesome.
I got an ulcer.
I'm going to go play golf.
John Madden, you made the best video game.
And everyone was like, Madden, Madden, Madden, Madden.
That's right.
Which is great.
John, sick bus, bro.
Thanks.
All right, the end.
Yeah.
Cool, cool.
For some reason, there's a part at the end where Christian Bales,
Al Davis is introducing John Madden to NWA, like the, like, a,
an NWA tape and he's like, you're going to love this.
It's because everybody's wearing a Raiders shit.
I guess so.
I mean, that's the only thing I can think of because, like, that, they really put on that.
John Madden's like, whoa, what does it stand for?
What's it stand for?
He's like, you don't want to know what it stands for.
And then he's like, but I'm telling you, this guy, Dr. Gray, he's like, there's a doctor
in the band.
Oh, boy.
That's like, what is it?
Like, who are these jokes for?
For me, I think.
I mean, like, they're, they're stupid.
but like they're just okay it really madden baby feels like they were like i don't know this feels
like it would be fun to hang out while making this movie and so they just like did that with
without really worrying about how good movie is like the way who was it that was talking about
i was like they're just giving me fucking money they don't give a shit what i'm doing with it who's that
director we were just talking about who got a bunch of money from netflix uh i forget we just spoke
about like a two days ago and how he was saying he's like they don't expect it to
money or like anything.
Oh, Quentin Tarantino.
About...
Oh, or no, Fincher.
Well, no, Tarantino was saying it about...
Oh, he was saying, oh, right.
That does sound like a coaked out thing to say.
This is going to be my most expensive movie.
They don't even care.
Like...
Right.
They don't...
I'm sure David O. Russell's like, yeah, great.
They don't give a shit.
It's going to be on Prime.
Get to make whatever I want.
Is this...
I guess it makes sense because Prime has a huge share of, like,
a decent share of NFL games.
Yeah.
So they're like, well, we got NFL...
Market it through that.
Yeah.
but again, this feels like,
it feels like also like weird old IP some reason.
I think because as a millennial,
when I hear Madden,
I'm like the football for the video game.
Obviously I know John Madden,
but when colloquially Madden has always been like the football game.
You've heard the name,
but did you know it was a real person?
Like that obviously feels like what it,
it's like that they're treating it like the,
uh,
that movie,
the founder about the founder of McDonald's or like the guy behind Tetris or whatever.
I hope they do like what Barbie
Barbie
this math
and things like
I'm in a video game
oh crap guys
it's trapped
inside a video game
in his own mind
boom boom boom
he's like
it's a nightmare
through his mind
let's check back in
with the EPA
who we haven't been a fan
of their work
recently mainly
just like you know
taking away
any sort of
regulations
they're kind of
they're regulators
who seem to be
really into
deregulation
the sudden. So they're shutting us all up because they recently announced that they will be
conducting a cutting-edge scientific study to test for emerging contaminants, which that actually
sounds proactive. That sounds like they're going out of their way to do the thing they were
designed to, which is protect people, until you find out that those contaminants include
Mepiprestone and misoprostol, the drugs used in medication abortions.
Wow.
And that they're basically trying to use testing people's wastewater to find out if they've used these drugs, essentially, or how many people are using the drugs.
They're also testing the drinking water, which some people speculate.
Like, you can find trace amounts of lots of stuff in the drinking water, but, like, there's this person, the head of students for Life of America.
which is this, you know, radically, militantly, anti-choice group who are actually non-student adults.
But there's a clip of her reacting to the news.
And like, I don't know, I think they wanted a cool reaction video.
And she's like, yeah.
Oh, wow, really?
Wow.
Okay, I can't watch this.
This person is just excited that this is, they're sicking the EPA on people who want to have
body autonomy.
Yeah.
Yeah, basically.
Are they even sure, like, what this, I mean, I know they talk about, obviously, you can,
you can tell what kind of medications people are taking by the wastewater.
Is that just, do they think that they're going to then draw a straight line to a household?
I don't think it's there yet.
Right.
Right.
I think they're, like, trying to just like, you know, the Raptors are testing the fences.
I also think that there must be some way that they think that they can claim that these
drugs are then going back into the drinking water and like in the same you know not not that anything
needs to be true for like the rfk aha universe to actually like kind of push push through regulations
it has to be dumb enough for someone with a sesame street level education to just kind of connect
those dots like yeah to the water and then you drink water so it's in the water yeah and like
no that's the the fact that like these drugs pass through people's systems and
and go into the wastewater.
That's true of every drug we take
and is not a sign that the drug is harmful.
And also it like kind of,
their theory of the case kind of assumes
that like wastewater isn't treated.
The way that it's...
Like you're just drinking shit sandwiches,
milkshakes or whatever?
Maybe that's what they're into.
I don't know.
But yeah.
So I don't know.
It seems ridiculous like
that they're going to try to claim
trace amounts of this are harmful and
people who's drinking water. Like you would
for this to be harmful
like the levels that they're talking about,
you would have to be drinking like
gallons and gallons of
just straight wastewater
all day. Right, right, right.
But I do just fear like there's
I'm assuming there's a reason
that that woman was so happy when
she heard that the testing
got passed. Well, because I think
that it, what it does is it gives those
freaks ammo
like rhetorically to be like well there's an actual study happening right now into this
sounds scientific makes them sound legitimate yeah and then you ask science you ask actual scientists
and go no there is no there is no contamination threat from this at all talking about yeah
anyway um all right those are some of the things that are trending on this Thursday September 24th
we are back tomorrow with a whole last episode of the show until then be kind to each other
be kind to yourselves.
Get your vaccines where you still can.
Get your flu shots.
