All America all the time.
Sit down, buckle up, and get ready for the Dan Bongino Show.
Folks, it's Tuesday, although it feels like a Monday for obvious reasons,
three-day weekend, you know, why it is a three-day weekend.
We'll get into in a moment.
Of course, many of already know.
However, as it said often, I hate cliches, but in this case, it's valuable.
It's not about barbecues, and I think you know that.
It's nice if people get together, but it's about a bigger thing.
I've got Judge Janine Piro coming up later as a guest on the show today.
It is her first appearance on the show.
Really excited.
We're going to ask her about the 250th, the whole push to de-weaponized.
One, I would argue, the most important United States attorney position in the country.
Judge Janine, I worked with her.
She was absolutely incredible during my time there.
So don't miss that.
Also, big news weekend, shots fired at the White House, another attack on the President
Trump White House.
quickly some comments on that.
And then a potential surprise in 2020.
I say that because I don't necessarily think this would be a bad thing
if these things happen.
I'll tell you what I mean later
because there's been a lot of back and forth on both sides on this.
I've seen a thousand videos after the Kentucky primary is over,
about everybody like crashing out and all this stuff.
I'm just trying to handle this from like a sane objective position
about, hey, here's where we are.
So a lot to get to today.
Today show brought to you by Birch Gold.
Hey, when there's a supply constraint on commodities,
prices go up.
Basic supply and demand.
You saw it with fuel prices, with the strait,
and you know what else is a limited commodity to?
Gold, that's why I'm an investor in gold.
He can't just print gold, okay?
They mine it out of the ground when it's gone.
It's gone.
Governments can't just print more of it.
That's why everyone from central banks to savvy investors,
by the way, me included, are diversified with gold.
If you've been thinking about gold for years, but have still not moved some of your savings into physical gold,
Birch, BIRCH, BIRCH, BIRGOLD, is who I trust to help you.
Now through May 29th, Burge Gold is giving first-time gold buyers a rebate of up to $10,000 on qualifying purchases.
For details and a free information kit on diversifying into gold, text Dan, to the number 98-9-8-9-8.
Birch Gold can help you convert an existing IRA of 401K into a tax-sheltered IRA in physical
Goal. Text Dan to the number 9898 to see if you qualify for a first time gold buyer rebate of up to
$10,000. $10,000. Again, text Dan to the number 98-98-98-t today. Message and data rates apply.
Thank you, Birch Gold. Tellers, let's go. First, folks, it was Memorial Day this weekend.
I want to take a moment to, again, thank all of the families.
who have lost a loved one in combat in service of this great nation and that flag behind me,
ladies and gentlemen, the flag, it's not about the cloth. It could be made out of a napkin. It's the
symbolism. That stands for something bigger and better than all of us alone. That is the unmistakable
symbol of liberty and freedom around the world, whether it's the flag or the military that backs it up
or this powerful freedom-loving, liberty-loving, you know, God-given Big R capital rights system,
that flag is unique.
And I hate the word unique because it's ironically overused, but not in this case.
There has never been anything like the United States, and there never will be again.
You wake up every morning and thank the good, whatever God you pray to, I pray to Jesus Christ.
And capital G, God the Father in heaven, I say, thank you for having me,
having me, allowing me to be born in this country at this time.
And you know this country did not have to exist, folks.
Don't think it was inevitable.
It was not a snap.
It's not some comic book.
Men, women, people died for the bled, died horrible deaths
through the Revolution 1812, the Civil War, World War I, World War II, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan.
People died horrible deaths so that we can sit here on Memorial Day
and have a burger with family and friends and smile,
have a beer with them.
We can just enjoy each other's company
without the threats of nuclear missiles taking us out
because of what our brave men and women did.
Folks have been great sacrifices made by my family members.
I put this out every Memorial Day.
It's a picture of my uncle Greg who died in Vietnam.
He received two bronze stars, including one with the V device.
I put out this tweet every single Memorial Day.
There he is right there.
And every Memorial Day, people respond if you want to look at the tweet yourself with pictures of their own loved ones.
They lost in combat.
He died heroically.
I put his story, his official story, as per the United States military out.
Again, he got two bronze stars, first battalion, first infantry division.
That's a big red one, I think, right, for all of those in the chat.
But he saved his, he died south of Thu Duck, as I tell you in the story below.
He made first, they made first contact.
He was the lead element of a friendly force
when they made contact with the reinforced
via Kong platoon using heavy machine guns,
Claymore's and small arms fire.
Private first class Ambrose dashed to the point
of heaviest contact where he provided highly suppressive fire
to cover for his comrades trying to get out there.
He didn't back away.
He joined the fight.
Unfortunately, he was mortally wounded,
saving his friends and received two bronze stars,
one with the V device,
for valor. Thank you, Uncle Greg. I'm sorry I never met you. He died after the TED Offensive in
March of 1968 just a few months after. Good man. My family was changed forever. My grandmother
was never the same when she lost her son. And a lot of you out there and your family's
sacrifice too. I also want to acknowledge my grandfather since passed. I died in 2002. Frank
Bongino fought in World War II. I found some of his stuff years back.
This is his patch from, he was the 38, 39th quartermaster division.
They delivered basically fuel and supplies to the front lines.
There it is right there.
That was his patch.
I didn't know what this was when I first found it in a bag.
He also had some cool stuff in this bag.
He had his prayer book from World War II and a little handy German-speaking guide.
And here's this little mask card thing when he died.
And then I found this too.
This is a certificate.
He brought back a Fabric Nacional Browning, 1910,
and it had the, when they took over the Fabric National factory,
the Nazis in World War II,
they would stamp the Nazi insignia's on the weapons.
I still have that.
So it's a family heirloom.
He brought it back, and this was a certificate from his captain,
acknowledging that it was taken from the Germans.
So thank you to everyone who served.
It's an unimaginable honor for me as a citizen of the United States to know that people like you also swore allegiance to the Constitution too.
Thank you so much for everything you did.
All right, folks, it was a big weekend.
A lot happened yesterday to be Memorial Day.
We were off.
We were off not because we didn't want to do the show because it's just I'd rather you spend some time with your family.
You know, we love this show, but there are more important things in life.
But there was a big news weekend this weekend.
I was sitting there and I thought,
please don't tell me this is happening again.
And it did another attack at the White House.
The subject in the case had had numerous contacts with the mental health system.
This is a reporter live on the air doing a live shot at that Pebble Beach area
on the north grounds of the White House where they do all the live press avails.
And you can see her response as they hear.
I think it was 17th Street in Penn.
where if you want to look it up on a Google map or an Apple map or whatever, you can see, it's right there.
She hears the shots far.
Play that if you got.
President Trump has said a deal is close only for the two sides to remain far apart.
Down.
I mean, I don't blame for folks.
Shots fired right there.
And by the way, remember, a lot of those mics have gated, I'm not an audio guy, but you guys are.
They have like gated compressors, right?
So you're hearing that, and it's still loud.
That's not how that sounded in real life.
In other words, if I'm not going to do it,
but if I were to scream,
you're going to see me scream,
you're going to hear an elevation,
but you're not going to hear it
as it actually sounded
because the compressor compresses it.
So that was a lot louder.
She, of course, did the smart thing
and takes cover right away.
I want to stand there with gunfire.
However, folks, I'll be on Sean Hannity's show tonight,
talking about this and some other things.
This president is obviously the most,
I say obviously because the data backs it up,
the most threatened U.S. president, former president,
who's former in between, we've ever seen.
He is going to require, just the quick takeaway point on this,
this president is going to require,
we hope he lives a long life after this presidency, too.
He is going to need presidential level security forever.
It's not negotiable.
I'm just hoping the next administration,
Republican or Democrat, does the right thing.
This appears to have been a case in the mental health system,
This subject in the case had numerous contexts with the mental health system.
The Secret Service does try to categorize people that constantly threaten the president
to different categories of threats, class one, class two, and class three.
So I don't know where this guy was on that.
Probably was a class three.
However, there's just not enough people in the Secret Service to be watching these people all the time.
There's just not.
I think it's way past time, by the way I said it.
And I know Director Kern's moving in the direction here.
They've got to dramatically expand the Secret Service special weapons team.
It's known as CAT, a counter-assault team.
It's a SWAT team for the Secret Service.
They've got to expand that dramatically.
And they've got to start using them, I think, even around the White House grounds,
where typically that's a uniform division role.
They made some adjustments there too.
But Donald Trump is just the most threatened figure in modern politics,
I think anywhere in the world. And we've got to meet the moment. We cannot have anything happen to
President Trump. So there's my two cents on that. Okay, switching gears, because again, a lot happened.
And we rolled into Tuesday, got Judge Janine coming up. Folks, the Kentucky primary race with Massey
was about bigger things than Tom Massey. And we're not going to be talking about this endlessly.
However, there is a potential that Tom Massey may come back and run for president.
He's already filed to run again in 2028, which is your first congressional seat.
And by the way, that's the system.
If he thinks he's got ideas to win, good for you.
Throw your name back on a ballot.
Let the people, that's democracy.
It's how it works.
You know, no one should be shut out of a system because you don't like them or like their ideas.
Let, you know, let the people decide.
The people did decide in Kentucky for.
However, I bring this up because there are people,
You ever see that movie like New Jack City?
Like there were these New Jacks who we've just seen them like over the last couple years.
And if we had like a MAGA tent, right?
Oh, there we could.
Thank you, you guys.
Thomas Massey for Congress.
I filed with the EFEC to run for the 2028 House race.
I wouldn't be surprised if he runs for president either.
But there are these people like that just showed up the new jacks in the tent.
They insult everybody in the tent.
I told you like they show up at the party.
They take a big dump in the punch bowl.
And then they wonder why people,
who have busted their ass for the Republican Party, the conservatarian movement, people who have,
you know, stood by and knocked on the doors and done the sweat equity work, they wonder why
people get pissed off. Well, this stuff doesn't help, okay? Here is, I saw this clip this weekend.
This is Andrew Schultz and Charlemagne, I don't know. So he calls him so Charlemagne the goddess
or whatever. He doesn't really talk much. But this comedian Andrew Schultz, like this kind of stuff
really doesn't help calling the voters of Kentucky, quote, retards.
I'm pretty confident like that's really not an effective mechanism,
especially when you're the ones who fell for the SIOP and the concentrated interest cause, not us.
It's actually happened. Check this out.
I mean, after seeing these retards in Kentucky vote in this latest, I think it was a primary.
It was a primary.
Congratulations, guys.
Like for a long time, I've hated it when people just like, especially at coastal elites just like shit on, you know, southern states.
And they say that they're like dumb and all this other stuff.
I hate it.
I think it's so stupid.
You never even been to these places.
How dare you like throw these, you know, horrible things on these people?
And then an election like this comes up and they fucking fall for it.
And it's just like, congrats, man.
You guys lived up to every single stereotype anybody's ever said about you.
Number one, how do you think it was a primary?
Did you guys catch that?
Andy, did you catch that?
He's like, I think it was a primary.
What do you mean you think it was?
Election days in November, like you didn't, maybe don't, listen, I'm not telling you
what to talk about or not talk about.
I love, I am the free speech.
I put my money and my ass on the line for free speech long before any of these people.
You know, I invest in platforms that people get on there, shit on me all the time.
good for you. That's what free speech is about.
But what do you mean you think it's a primary?
You don't know how elections work?
And you're calling the voters of Kentucky retards?
Does that, is anyone in the production room saying,
is anyone else, they're the retards?
Folks, a lot of these people were never part of our movement.
I'm just telling you, like, this is a big op.
This is a huge op.
There is so much foreign money being flushed into the United States,
States to wipe out the magotent from the inside.
I'm stunned more people don't pick up on it.
And then to accuse other people of being, quote, retards and falling for an op you fell
for is really stunning.
So Massey may run again in 2028.
He's not ruling out the possibility.
I'm talking about for president.
That tends the title of the show today.
He's already filed to run for Congress.
Let's go a little out of order.
The one where he says it, he's going to have a little issue, though.
because on the campaign trail, he's already said, like, if he wins or loses, he's not running it.
I mean, people do this all the time.
I wouldn't necessarily, you know, nail him on this one.
However, he did say he wasn't going to run again, and now he's already filed.
So whatever, he's got that to deal with.
Check this out.
I have got to get past May 19th.
If I lose on May 19th, I am not doing any more government ever.
I'm not running for president, not running for governor.
it's a sign from God or the people or both
that I should go back to the farm.
All right, you know, whatever.
People say that all the time.
However, he was on, was it Meet the Press this weekend
where Kristen Welker or is it Kirsten Welker?
I don't really care, to be honest with you,
was on this weekend and is already dropping hints
about a presidential run.
Now, hold, Braveheart's the whole.
Before we get there,
I'm going to paint for you two scenarios.
And I actually think one of them wouldn't be a bad thing.
Folks, if you really believe, and I'm quoting someone else,
so these are not my words,
if you really believe that Kentucky four voters,
Kentucky District Four voters are, quote, retards,
and are two stupid, you know, a bunch of hayseeds
or whatever stereotype you want to impart upon these amazing Americans
who sacrifice and bust their ass
and in farms and factories every single day
so people can do like comedy shows
and things like that.
If you really believe they're, quote, you know, retards,
then I actually think maybe it's a good thing
to make this a national fight.
You'll see the clip in a second,
but if Tom Massey wants to run on, you know,
the president's a pedophile agenda,
and he really thinks like Israel's the number one issue
for every American out there
and he fell for this sigh up because it's not.
It's not. There are people who value the upsides of a relationship, understand there are downsides
too. I promise you, like, if it's your only, the only thing you care about, and I got a clip coming
up about that, you are in the minority of minorities. If you really think this is a national
issue, then let's hash it out. So scenario one, Tom Massey runs for president. Let's see how he does
on the Republican primary in the, and yes, Andrew, it will be, in fact, a primary before the general.
that's the way these things work.
You don't have the primary after the general.
All right.
So let's hash it out.
You know, other people have run on these agendas before
within the Republican Party.
And then it's kind of a national referendum.
What are you going to do?
Call the whole country, quote, retards if he doesn't win.
Okay?
Second is, if he runs under a third party agenda,
it's only to hand the election to the Democrats.
That's it.
There is no math.
I wish it weren't the case.
I wish we had, you know, a healthier Republican.
I'm not telling you the Republican Party's been cured of all its ills in the MAGA era.
I get it.
However, there is no math for that.
If you don't get to 270 because there's a third party ticket splitter in the electoral college,
the race goes to the House.
And in the House, there are not enough third party independent members to sway the election.
It's going to be a Republican or a Democrat.
That's it.
So that scenario is just hands.
handing it to the Democrats. You're just handing it to him. Here he was Tom Massey on Kirsten,
Kristen Welker's show this weekend, kind of hinting at the possibility of even running for president
in 2028. We'll see what happens. Anybody can do it. You want to try, try. But I think we do
need to have this national fight right now. Check this out. I will not rule out anything.
And right now I'm not going to rule in anything. Look, I've spent the last five days on my
farm with my grandkids and my cattle and my peach trees.
and it's a pretty nice life.
I don't know if I want to screw that up again.
I've been in Congress 14 years fighting.
Every hour that passes, I get decompressed a little bit more.
It's like coming up from the bottom of the ocean.
And I'll take some time and decide what's next.
But I think I will stay engaged in some way or shape.
Maybe it's from the outside.
Folks, the problem here, and I've tried to explain this and people just don't get,
I don't know, like, do you believe in receipts or not?
I know if you're in my audience, you do.
I know it bothers people who hate my guts.
And believe me, I fully align with the Aunt Jane theory of life.
God rest her soul, that was my godmother, obviously my mother's sister, self-praise things.
However, numbers are numbers.
We have probably the largest MAGA podcast out there.
We just do.
So if this movement was so dead as a doornail, how come you can't build a bigger audience than this audience?
And I say that because every day I see these things with these like little half-ass two-bit,
like failed podcast people.
They're like, this guy's crashing out, that guy's crazy.
The only person crashing out is you.
I didn't lose.
I didn't lose.
My candidate ain't won.
I don't even know what you're talking about.
You fell for the op.
And the op is a simple one.
You made your whole campaign about this foreign influence of money trying to pump into American politics
that the only issue you should care about all the time is Israel.
That's it.
I don't know how many times we have to tell you,
go down to your local deli, bodega, supermarket, quickie mart,
whatever the hell, find a place in the Simpsons.
Go in there and tap the random Republican voter on a Democrat.
It doesn't even matter.
And ask them what the number one issue is.
You're going to find in the real world that you were the one who fell for this up.
This is what I mean.
I saw this debate this weekend between Anna Kasparian,
who's, is she one of the young turds?
She's one of the turds, I think, right?
I think she was one of the turds.
Well, either way, she aligns with the turds.
And you know that fat slob kank,
always screaming and yelling into the cancassur,
screaming into the microphone when he's not shoving a twinkie in his mouth?
All they want to tweet about,
oh, Spank sent the whole week, he spent the whole weekend.
That was actually a slip.
But it's good.
Spank.
Banks spent the whole weekend tweeting again about Israel.
And they're wondering why they're losing elections.
Here's a debate between Shabbas Kastonbaum and Anna Kisparian.
And all they want to talk about is, well, a lot of money came into Ed Goldorne's game.
A lot of money came into Massey's campaign too.
Kamala Harris spent a billion dollars.
What's your point?
Check this out.
It's interesting that you talk about Zionist billionaires because actually Jeff
Yass funded Thomas Massey's campaign as well.
I find it interesting that you don't talk about Nyack, the nationally run in American
Council.
So I find it interesting.
You don't talk about the Council on American Islamic Relations.
I find it interesting.
You don't talk about the Jordanian Muslims, the Maruk family, who also funded him.
You don't talk about the Iranian Joe Keeney, who I hope I'm pronouncing his name correctly.
I find it interesting that you're talking about how APEC has this ability to simply fund elections with any money they want.
Yet Maureen Gildo, who said that American Zionists need to be put in tournament camps actually won her election yesterday.
Chris Rabb, who said that the Bondi Beach massacre, which killed 10 Jews by an Islamist, including a nine-year-old girl, Matilda.
He said it was a false flag.
He won his election yesterday.
So if APAC is buying any election they want, how come they didn't buy those elections?
Why do they allow those candidates to win?
So again, if you want to focus on money, then sure, Thomas Massey also raised $15 million
from Islamist groups from far-left Democrats.
He went on your show repeatedly.
But look, Kamala Harris raised a billion dollars.
He did not go on our show repeatedly.
She still, excuse me, excuse me, he went on your show the day before the election.
You can't call me a liar.
He came on for a second.
He came on for a second.
Had technical issues and had to drop off.
I am making the point that even if you have money in politics,
which I want to get rid of, that still doesn't translate into forcing Kentuckians to not support
a candidate. Kamala Harris had a billion dollars and she still lost. What, you're telling me that
60,000 Kentuckians who wanted strong borders, who wanted DHS funded, who didn't believe that
Donald Trump was a pedophile, they were forced into voting against Thomas Massey. No, they didn't like
the guy. That's what elections come down. This is my point. Do you understand how this is the foreign
Trump has no agency and his voters are stupid puppet master theory?
No agency, like no control over their own lives, like a principal agent problem, that this foreign
government, the Kentucky, quote, you know, retard voters fell for the, that's what this is.
It is an insult on its face.
It's an insult on its face.
There was money spent on both sides.
You just can't digest the fact that despite mountains of money on both sides, that the guy who was out there spouting the, you know,
Israel, Israel, Epstein class, Pito's old.
You just can't accept the fact he got smoked.
What?
Crash it up.
What's crashing out?
But you guys, that seems like a bit of projection.
You should look that up, just like the primary dates.
Should check that out.
A couple of things.
Every prediction you guys made on the other side, on the, this is all about Israel,
it failed.
Every prediction.
The audience wasn't going.
everything you said about the show failed.
Everything you told the audience,
oh, the magnet thing is dead, failed.
And you fell for the oldest trick in the book.
You fell for the concentrated interest problem.
When there is a small group of people
who made their entire lives about this one issue
and you think it's the guy sitting next to you in the Wawa,
it is not.
I don't know what else you need to see.
The election was not close.
I don't know what else you need to see.
You can continue to run on this, and I promise, you will continue to lose in the primary process.
Now, you may win something in the general because there are a lot of leftists like Graham Platner and others who are totally aligned with this foreign Israel and buying everybody and their votes.
People are too stupid Kentucky voters or retards.
There are people on the left who align with this too.
But that's not our people.
Those are the new jacks walking in the tent.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is the horseshoe theory of politics.
That eventually when you get one of these concentrated interest cases,
especially what involves foreign influence or perceived foreign influence in a campaign
and how voters are, quote, retards and stupid and everything else,
the horseshoe theory is you eventually get elements pretending to be
on both wings of the party who horses you around and meet each other in the middle.
A lot of these folks pretending to be part of the MAGAMUENT
are saying the exact same thing far leftists are talking about.
The petos and the government, the Trump administration is cabal.
It's the same bullshit that a lot of the leftist people are talking about.
It's the same thing.
Folks, these people on the left, they don't care about fighting Nazis.
There's a guy running in Maine with a freaking Nazi tattoo on his chest.
I'm going to show you what I mean in a minute and some of the most hat tip made.
more for this Bernie Sanders
compilation. I saw it on
Red Steve's Twitter this morning. It is
just epic. How they've been, Bernie
Sanders has been saying the same
thing since basically
the early 1990s
and suckers still fall for it. Whether
Clinton was president, Bush was
president, Obama was president,
Biden was president, Trump was president.
He's been saying the same
thing, the same. The oligarchy,
the oligarchy, the oligarchy,
the oligarchy. He doesn't mean any of it.
He doesn't mean any of it. He
He doesn't care about any of the shit. All he cares about is getting elected and staying in power and buying his three or four homes, however many Bernie Sanders has. I'll show you that coming up at a minute, quick break. Let's talk about another one of our sponsors, all family pharmacy I use them have for a long time. You know why I keep telling you about these guys? Because they're not your typical pharmacy. Listen, people don't need more complications. If you already know the medications you take or want to keep extra on hand, you just need a faster, more convenient way to get them, right? That's where all family pharmacy comes in. Preparedness.
They've simplified the whole process.
They connect you with licensed doctors who review your request,
write the prescription if appropriate,
and ship your medications directly to your door.
No waiting rooms, no crowded pharmacy lines,
no insurance nonsense, no hassles.
They offer over 400 medications to choose from.
I use them.
Maintenance medications, emergency inhalers, antibiotics,
Ivermectin, travel packs there,

This is, I think, my third or so Helix mattress.
The only reason to say I think is, I'm not even sure.
I had one in DC, too.
It was amazing.
Paul and I've been using the Midnight Lux.
The difference was immediate.

So the horseshoe theory of politics, digest it, tattoo it on your brain, think it, own it, love it,
because once you see what it is, you'll understand how eventually over time these two groups of people
on what we call the fringe wind up meeting in the middle for a common cause, a concentrated interest.
In this case, socialism is the concentrated interest for them outside of the foreign policy issue with Israel.
Their domestic policy issue is advancing socialism.
Socialism, let's be very clear, is the government take over the means of production when they run everything in the economy?
That's what socialism is.
It has never succeeded.
There is no successful example of socialism on planet Earth.
Stop telling me about Scandinavia.
That's a big government welfare state model.
The government does not own the means of production like they did in the Soviet Union, which was a union of Soviet socialist republics.
Don't tell.
Just look it up.
It has never worked.
So Mamdami, who's talking exactly like these people infestrated,
the New Jack's trying to infiltrate our movement,
they want to just, the system, destroy the whole system
that's led to most successful country on the face of God's Green Earth.
Here's Mamdami this weekend.
That socialists are going to have to clean up the mess.
Clean up the mess left by who?
Other socialists.
Does he realize de Blasio was the mayor?
de Blasio was a socialist himself.
Cleaning up the mess by who?
Listen to this bullshit.
Socialism is that you eventually
run out of other people's money.
If anything, my friends,
it seems that you eventually need a socialist
to clean up the mess.
On January 1st,
I told New Yorkers that city hall
would hold a singular purpose
to make this city belong
to more of its people
than it did the day before.
For 102 days,
We have endeavored to do exactly that.
Folks, the reason I'm discussing this now is it goes back to the issue I opened with in the show
involving what happened in Kentucky and elsewhere.
Do not mistake a concentrated interest and a ragebot set of posts on X for the real world.
It's not.
The real world just kicked a lot of people in the nuts last week when they realized like,
oh shit, Twitter isn't the real world.
It is not.
the world of people who want hardcore socialism in the United States
exists only on TikTok, Snapchat, X, and other social media platforms.
That is it.
Nobody is giving up their private property.
No one is giving up their job to work for a government wage.
No one's giving up the price mechanism in favor of rationing.
That's what capitalism is.
There is nobody doing that.
This is strictly an online subversive mechanism,
foreign governments pumping money into the United States to make you believe that this is some huge
grassroots effort to overthrow capitalism.
They've been saying the same thing forever.
Why do you keep falling for this?
There are, listen to me, no successful examples of socialism, communism that have ever worked
in human history without torture and savement, death, destruction, starvation.
There are none.
because people yearn to be free.
It's not some freaking poem, man.
It's the real world.
Nobody wants to give control their money,
their job, or their kids to the government.
They don't because the government doesn't know shit about your life.
That's called the knowledge problem.
Look it up in your favorite AI system.
Friedrich Hayek, the knowledge problem.
The government doesn't know anything about your life.
So what do they do?
They do this bullshit astro turf campaign.
They've been pulling for years.
Bernie Sanders was so effective, follow me here.
Get that Mase Moore clip ready.
If Bernie Sanders had such a grassroots army of people,
grassroots army of people that really believe this,
that socialism's a better way.
We want to work for the government.
We want rationing.
We don't want to own anything.
We want the government to collectively own our businesses.
Then how come Bernie Sanders has not been able to move the needle on this since the 90s?
The answer is because it's bullshit.
It's largely foreign funded, funded ops being conducted on you
to make you believe you should forfeit over your agency and your freedom
to people like Bernie Sanders,
who's never had a real freaking job in his life and is a millionaire himself.
Here's Bernie Sanders for decades with the exact same bullshit message.
He's been pumping up people's cabooses forever,
and people still fall for this.
Check this out.
This great country of ours is,
very rapidly in the direction of oligarchy.
The United States of America today is increasingly becoming an oligarchy.
More and more moving toward an oligarchy.
We are moving in the direction of oligarchy.
We will move even more rapidly in the direction of an oligarchy.
This great country is evolving into an oligarchic society.
It is called oligarchy, and that is the system we are rapidly moving toward.
This is a budget that moves our country rapidly into the direction of oligarchy.
A handful of billionaires are moving this entire planet toward an oligarchic society.
We start off with the bad news, which is pretty bad, and that is that under Donald Trump, this country is hurtling rapidly.
toward oligarchy.
Folks, he's been saying the same thing for decades.
This guy is full of shit.
He's got this big mass movement that hasn't moved the needle one bit.
Because the movement's fake.
No one's giving up their kids, their health care, their money,
or their business to the government.
Because what the hell does Bernie Sanders know about running your business?
This guy couldn't run a freaking taco stand.
And Justin brought up a great point.
He's like, man, this guy, if you listen on Apple and Spotify, watch the video.
It's on Mays Moore's X account as well.
well. This guy is not aged a bit, but the weird thing is he's always looked old. Like he looked
in 2018, as old as he is, he looked the same way in 93. Usually not aging a bit would be
a compliment. Like, what the hell? Is this guy taking some kind of like special stabilization
serum that he only hit in 1993 after aging prematurely? He's full of it. They've been running on the
same crap. There's this cabal and they tried it again in Kentucky. There's this cabal of the Epstein
Pito class in the White House and they're stealing everything from me. The only person trying to
steal anything from you is the Bernie Sanders class and a bunch of new jacks trying to jump in
our tent to get you to forfeit your freedom away. That's it. Donald Trump's big beautiful
bill. What did it do? It gave you back more of your money. Donald Trump's deregulation
where there's not a bunch of red tape telling you how to run your business, gave you back
agency and decision-making processes.
Linda McMahon and their push in the Trump Department of Education elsewhere to constantly
support school choice gives you back more of your education freedom to make decisions for
your kids.
It's the exact opposite of an oligarchy.
What are you talking about?
Why do I bring it up now?
Because there's an election coming up in November.
someone should tell that guy, he's a little confused.
But there's an election coming up there, called the midterms.
Maybe inform him, too, that the House of Representatives, they're up every two years.
The Senate, they're broken up into classes.
A third, a third, a third, a third.
The Senate races are every six years.
The Senate term of offices every six years.
So a third of the Senate is up this year.
And the Senate race in Maine, the candidate in Maine, has an actual Nazi tattoo.
He is a Democrat, and everybody loves him.
I thought the Democrats told you they're the party fighting the Nazis.
I thought that's what they said.
Here's Bernie Sanders at a rally for Graham Platner with the Nazi tattoo.
Forget the Nazi thing for me.
I can't believe it's forget the Nazi.
Just for a second, no.
I want you to look at what the sign on the stage at the Graham Platner with the Nazi tattoo rally says with Bernie Sanders.
Sounds like the same shit he's been saying since 1993, because it is.
Check this out. We will not just fight the oligarchy. We will defeat the oligarchy and the political system that it maintains.
We will defeat the political system that it maintains. The politics of Susan Collins, a politics that turns politicians into millionaires, but tells you to be grateful for crumbs.
It is a lie.
Again, from a dude who has never managed to build anything,
create products that add value to society,
just like that bum Bernie Sanders,
who's never had a real job because he can't,
because he has no life skills.
They don't have any skills to add value,
so they run on the politics of envy
that this class of people in the Trump administration
trying to steal everything from you.
It sounds kind of like what you heard in the primary, right?
It's the same up, man.
These people are totally full of shit.
They are not allies.
I saw this, this goes to show you to.
I saw this in the Wall Street Journal this weekend.
There was this fascinating article by this, you know, wealthy New Yorker saying that this tax on second homes, which sounds great.
My gosh, you have a second home in New York.
You're so rich.
they totally completely either lie to you or are too stupid to know how an economy works.
There's this piece up about this second home tax, a wealthy New Yorker's case.
And this Julia McLaugh says, I pay the highest income tax rates in the nation.
Why shouldn't part-timers contribute something to?
She says that, hey, the difference is their income comes from outside of New York.
They spend less than half the year.
That's because they don't live there.
By the way, they pay tax on the business they do in New York.
They pay taxes when they buy and sell the homes.
They paid sales taxes in New York when they buy stuff.
Do you realize these people have to lie to you all the time?
All they do is run on the politics of othering like the other guys trying to do.
They never worry about themselves.
It's always about, my gosh, some rich millionaire bought a second home in New York.
How is this impacting your life?
some homeowner wanted to sell a tax was paid on the income they make in New York.
They pay sales taxes.
And by the way, they don't even live there.
So they're not using sanitation services.
They're not calling the police.
They're not sending their kids to the public schools most of the time.
This is like a win-win for you.
These people don't get it or they don't want you to get it.
There is no in-between on this.
I mean, property taxes, do they not know?
that? Folks, compare that with the results administration, the Trump administration, which has been
racking up W's left and right, and you'll see why the New Jacks trying to infiltrate the tent
want to destroy this thing before the midterm. This is the nothing is happening crowd. It is the
biggest bullshit siop you have ever seen. I got Judge Janine coming up in a minute. We're talking about
a lot of things that happened. I love when they send out these shows. They're like Benghazi's here.
Did you miss the Benghazi? I mean, like, are you? Are you?
you just that stupid? COVID. Did you miss the COVID arrest? Deep statement. Did you miss those two?
Like, do you guys ever pay attention? Do you know anything? Was it a primary? Yeah, it was a primary.
Retards in Kentucky? You didn't know it was a primary? And you're calling Kentucky voters retards.
Compare that with the W's administration. The winds racking up left and right. Do you understand that the
safest United States in U.S. history by numbers.
Homicide rate, the crime rate, the safest United States you've ever live in.
You live in now, thanks to people like Judge Janine and President Trump.
And what happened at the FBI and the DEA under President Trump's leadership.
You live in the safest United States ever.
Even if you don't believe any of the crime numbers, one number, it's inevitable.
You'd have to, it's homicides.
nobody nobody doesn't report a dead person correct
Justin if you knew someone in a neighborhood that died
it's pretty likely like their family's like hey
where's my kid where's my dad nobody fails to report
a dead person if it does it happens rarely
and they'll find some body floating in the river it is so rare
the homicide rate is the lowest it's been in modern
US history is no argument in numbers
but I want you to see how again horseshoe theory
how the left wing media aligns with
bullshit nothing is happening when tons of things are happening crowd to make you believe shit that
isn't real. Here's Ken Delanian, Fusion Kendallanian, one of the biggest scam artists in the media,
guy who's been called out so many times for like running bullshit ops on people.
Here's Ken Delanian, hat tip Mays Moore here, back in 2024, when the Biden administration got caught
fudging the crime numbers versus the crime numbers now. So just to be clear, Biden's team fudges
the crime numbers, he defends them. The Trump team cleans up the crime numbers, and I'll get to that
with Judge Eina Menon, how they did that. And he doesn't believe him now. This is all bullshit.
This is horseshoe theory summed up in one clip. Check this. The latest numbers from the FBI,
which come from cities, by the way. The FBI doesn't make these numbers up,
showed that violent crime overall declined by a rate of 3% in 2023. The Republicans and others
are pushing the narrative that this data is wrong, that crime is somehow up when it's down.
violent crime has declined significantly over the last few years and appears to be continuing to decline.
It's a good news story. It's too bad that not everybody is prepared to accept it.
Sources are telling us is there's no larger number of fugitives or arrestees being taken off the street.
It's just simply a numbers game. It was remarkable to hear Kash Patel really lean into these stats,
which our sources say are basically bogus. These stats do not reflect additional suspects being taken
off the streets is what our sources are telling us. These stats just don't have.
up and Patel is claiming credit for things that really aren't real.
Ken Delanian is a moron, folks.
I lived it.
Ken Delanian, Fusion Ken, who's been exposed even by liberal outfits as a deep state media
hack is totally full of shit.
What Ken doesn't want to tell you is put up that House GOP thing.
The Biden team was fudging the numbers.
So were a lot of liberal police departments.
By underreporting, by not waiting for reporting to come in.
We were the ones who cleaned up the numbers.
And because President Trump told places like Washington, D.C. and elsewhere,
you better clean up your reporting and get us an accurate number.
It's even more impressive.
It's even more.
Here, House GOP, 2024, discreetly revised data shows violent crime has increased under this administration,
despite misleading claims from Democrats.
That was under the Biden team.
Kendolean doesn't want to tell you anything about that.
And then when, like, the homicide rate drops off the face of the earth by both percentage and raw numbers,
He doesn't want to admit any of it.
It's the horseshoe theory.
He's no different than the New Jacks,
trying to tell you constantly,
despite amazing, unprecedented things happen.
Nothing's happening.
They didn't do anything.
What did they do?
They didn't do it.
Did everything.
You know how many people are alive right now
because of this crime crackdown?
They were totally full of shit.
Then they told you nothing was happening.
Nothing was happening in the fraud scheme, too.
Vice President Vance and Colin McDonald
the Assistant Attorney General
have been absolutely cleaning up
on these fraud schemes.
Here's just a quick hit on a ton of more arrests
they pulled down on this thing.
Stuff's happening all over the place.
They just want you to believe nothing's happening
so you don't go out and vote
for more good things to happen.
It's an op.
Learn to see through it
and you'll never get fooled again
and you won't be a retards in Kentucky.
Check this out.
Today, we are announcing criminal charges
against 15 defendants in Minnesota for fraud schemes that targeted over 90 million in taxpayer dollars.
Let me be clear up front about something. This is not the end of our work in Minnesota.
This is not the end of the beginning of our work in Minnesota. This is the beginning of our work in Minnesota.
The fraud here in Minnesota is shocking.
I'm just going to tell you, man, that opening clip
has really bothered me.
I've referenced in a couple times.
I mean, can you imagine you live in Kentucky for
in God's country out there?
You do nothing more than go and exercise
your God-given Big R right to vote for the candidate
of your choice.
You've done nothing wrong.
You go to church, you work hard,
you take care of your kids.
Maybe you take your kid to a sports game once in a while,
University of Kentucky football game or something like that.
And some elitist snob podcast dude is calling you a retard
because you fell for the nothing is happening up.
Yeah, Donald Trump's just sitting in D.C. to do what?
To make more money like he needed it?
You think Janine and me and others who went in there
and gave up successful shows?
She was on the five.
It's only the most popular show on TV.
Pete Hagsath had a great gig going.
You think people are doing this to go there and jerk around and do you?
What the hell is wrong with?
While you're sitting on your podcast, cow,
Kentucky voted retards.
Here's another.
Here's even little things.
And they're not, they're only little because President Trump does so much.
You know, it's like dog years with President Trump.
Like a year of President Trump's like seven years of everyone else.
Here's another thing.
You have folks out there, you ever had your air conditioner repaired recently?
I live in Florida.
Air conditioners break down here in Florida all the time, like every 10 minutes.
So I had a guy in my old house come by, HVAC guy, and he's like, Dan, these systems are just
garbage.
I'm like, how are they garbage?
Like cars have gotten better, computers have gotten more powerful.
He said it's the lefties.
They can't make an HVAC system under these ridiculous government regulations work anymore.
He's, if you have an air conditioner made in the 80s, it's probably.
probably better than an air conditioner was made five minutes ago.
I said, really?
He said, yes.
He's like, it's not me.
It's not me.
It's these systems.
He goes, I can bring in five, six other ones.
They're probably going to still have issues, too.
That was all because of the green hysteric.
The world's going to end it to Bernie said, the oligarchy is going to do it.
Here's President Trump.
Again, a little thing in his world, a huge thing for everyone else,
who just doesn't want to die of heat exhaustion in their house in Florida,
and get a freaking AC that works.
Here he has signed some regulations
to make sure you get an air conditioner that works.
This is the Donald Trump racking up W's agenda.
Check it out.
Today is my honor to be discussing,
the taking of a very historic action
to substantially lower costs for consumers,
protect hundreds of thousands of jobs
and save Americans while over $2 billion a year
by officially terminating the Biden administration's ridiculous
regulations imposing costly requirements on refrigerators and air conditioners.
It's ridiculous, unnecessary, and costly, and actually makes the machinery worse.
Anyone in the chat in the HVAC business or in the HVAC business in Kentucky?
Then we definitely love it because I know people are busting their ass working for them.
We would love to hear from you.
Everything he said there is true.
The winds are happening every day.
Do not fall for the horseshoe theory new jack bullshit.
Here's another one.
CBS immigration judges.
There's a problem.
The problem is for years we've let the court system on the immigration side atrophy.
So what does President Trump do about it?
They fix it.
Exclusive.
The Trump administration this week.
On boarded more than 80 new federal immigration judges in their push to expedite deportation
and their crackdown on illegal immigration.
I thought nothing is, again, everyday things are happening that the nothing is happening
crowd to tell you're not happening.
And when they happen, they ignore them.
And then people fall for it while calling others' names.
Maybe people didn't fall for it.
Maybe people like in Kentucky or elsewhere are what we know them to be, smart, educated,
hardworking voters who care about the communities who are following what's happening
and are liking it and want more of it.
Does that ever occurred to you?
more happened this weekend too there's been another uh that's still going on right now up in new jersey
that folks they do this all the time everything the bernie sanders far left aOC democrats
grand platner and everyone does is performance art like the oligarch they're the oligarchy
everything is performance so what do the democrats do there's an ice facility in new jersey
now here's what the democrats won't tell you because they know it's memorial day weekend
and there's probably not going to be any public visitations.
The Democrats, of course, do you guys know this?
They show up and they're like, hey, they did this strategically.
Well, we demand to be that, they're keeping us out.
Nobody's keeping you out.
You did this as performance art.
So there was a bunch of chaos.
There's a bunch of chaos we saw this weekend.
You see this, an ice facility, of course.
This is all they have.
Folks, keep in mind, a number of these people in this facility have orders of removal
because they committed serious crimes in the United States.
So what happens?
The performance art Democrats who show up
want these people released into your communities.
They want you released in their communities
to rape, assault, burglarize your homes,
rob you and potentially murder you
because they don't give a shit.
Most of these people, I guarantee,
who don't even live in this community in New Jersey.
The only difference is President Trump
and his Department of Justice
and its ice team in DHS right now
aren't having any of your bullshit.
So, of course, the Democrats in front of the mic,
I want you to advocate.
I want you to have it.
Just be honest, Democrats.
Just say, like, we want rapists and murderers back in the community.
Just say what it is, because that's what you want.
Of course, another thing happened this weekend on the immigration front,
because, again, I keep hearing, it wasn't just over injustice,
but in DHS too, I hear the domer's again.
President Trump's not doing enough about illegal immigrant.
Really? I lived it.
Are you kidding me?
It was priority number one for the administration.
to lock down the border and make sure illegals left the country.
Now he's taking it even a step further.
If you're applying for citizenship through the Visa green card process now,
a lot of these folks are going to have to go and do it from overseas.
Oh my gosh, that happened?
Yeah, that happened.
Again, in the context of all the President Trump's massive changes,
this may seem like a little thing.
It isn't.
It isn't.
In President Trump political dog years where he does seven years of work in one,
this is how much stuff happens that you miss out.
And if you don't watch shows like this and listen to the Dumer's shows, check this out.
There is an enormous change in U.S. immigration policy tonight.
The Trump administration says any non-citizens in the country who have applied for a green card
must leave the country indefinitely, even if here legally, and regardless of whether they have
a spouse or children.
Then they have to wait for their green card application to be processed outside of the country.
Folks, please, I'm really, I'm begging you as a friend.
As a friend, we've managed to maintain despite all the nonsense and crap an unbelievable friendship with you all out there over years and years of doing this show.
I'm just asking you common sense-wise.
Like, not to my own, because you guys get it, but the people who may pop in and out of the show and fell for the doomism, just think for yourself.
Just go look this stuff up.
That stuff happened.
The crime rate collapsing.
The homicide rate happened.
The border being closed happened.
Ice deporting people and murderers out of the community happened.
President Trump's war on red tape and regulation,
even for things like freaking air conditioners,
school choice, and other issues, happened.
His reforming of the immigration process happened.
The redistricting efforts where Republicans have come out on top.
Happen.
All of this stuff happened.
This happened.
Please, man, just do the receipts.
are there. And don't fall for the
Ken Delaney and bullshit, who
when Biden's team got busted cold
manipulating crime data, he went and said,
oh, they did, these guys are terrific. And in a minute
Trump cleans it up, I don't know. Cash Patel,
he doesn't know what he's talking about. These aren't people
who've been taken off the street. Really, Ken?
Ask Ken to look up what
again, a UFAP warrant is.
Here, he was Ken Silverstein at the intercept. The CIA's
mop-up man. L.A. Times reporter cleared
stories with the agency before publication.
Who's that article about from 2014?
Kendallanian.
So here's what's happening.
You have people inside the FBI.
There's still who are hiding,
who they buried themselves like ticks in the FBI.
They go and leak to Kendallanian
because they weren't able to do in their Joe Biden FBI
what we did and take bad guys off the street
by expanding our partnership with state, local,
and territorial and tribal law enforcement agencies.
They just weren't able to do it.
You weren't able to produce President Trump's crime rates being low and homicide rates being low.
So what do you do?
You go lie to Kendallanian who's more than happy to be your mop-up man.
You just got caught if you're not seeing the live stream yet.
Thank you to everyone in the stream channel too for tuning in live.
I love the live stream because the show doesn't take callers.
So you're all callers at this point.
You can all jump in, dive in a day after Memorial Day.
And again, thank you to all of our families out there, your sacrifice.
I've got Judge Janine.
Dan, I absolutely love your desktop.
It's just gorgeous.
Mars Luam in the chat.
This is a Paula design.
Paula did this.
So big hat tip to Paula, the queen.
She designed this whole studio is her idea.
All the stuff in the background.
Even the brick.
The bricks are from New York.
And so is the real bricks.
That's not like wallpaper or anything like that.
And then that iron, that iron piling right there is from New York too.
So hat tip to Paula.
She designed all of this.
So she did a great job.
Thank you for noticing that.
All right, I got Judge Jeanine Piro
coming up in an interview that promises to be fire.
Don't miss it.
Stay tuned.
Quick break here.

Welcome to the show for the first time, one of my really good friends and just the change agent of the highest order in the DOJ, Judge Janine Piro, U.S. Attorney for Washington, D.C., Judge, welcome to this show.
Good morning. And let me just say first that we all miss you here in Washington. I personally miss working with you on some of the great cases that we worked on.
but I'm sure everything is,
everything's fine in your life now that you don't have to live in D.C.
Yeah, D.C. I tell you, it was an interesting change.
You know, I wasn't going to go here,
but what's the adjustment been like for you?
I mean, I know what it was like for me.
Obviously, you're on the most popular show in conservative media,
the five. I mean, just ridiculous ratings.
You're asked by the president to serve.
I mean, I kind of know the story a little bit myself,
but what was it like for you to just pick up with your life?
I mean, you got it. You got your dogs. You've got this beautiful house. And just to go down and take over, I would argue, the most important U.S. attorney spot in the country.
Well, first of all, you know, I think, Dan, that you reach a point in your life when you say that, you know, who am I?
And when the president called, there was no question that if you took that classic yellow pad and you did the pros and the cons, well, the cons were definitely against taking the job.
But the pro was something bigger and longer and more complete, and that was that this is really who I am.
And it brings me back to my root stand because I, you know, my background, a prosecutor, judge, DA, all that.
And it's really who I am.
And so this United States Attorney's Office is different than any other office in the country.
It is the only one where the United States Attorney is a double hatter.
And what that means is I am a U.S. attorney handling all kinds of federal cases, but I'm also the local DA handling street crime. And I don't think that there's anywhere more important in the country to handle street crime than in the place that two years ago had the fourth highest murder rate in the country. And so, you know, for all of that, you know, humming and hoeing, the truth is you have to decide, who am I? What am I about? What do I want to do in my life? And this is what I want to do.
And as for the adjustment, Dan, Washington is very different.
You know, we're in, it's kind of a, you talk about New York City being in concrete jungle.
Well, in Washington, it's very, I'm in the middle of, you know, the nation's capital, a lot of buildings, a lot of federal buildings.
And all I'm looking for is a decent tomato at the end of the night.
There's no bodegas in D.C. I don't understand it.
But I am, it took a while, but I'm happy now.
No, I know. You've been, you know, we had, you know, many, an office meeting together.
And I got to tell you, it was such an honor to work with you.
You know, I just want to tell the audience to and get your perspective from the inside.
You know, when you came on, you were such a transformative change engine that what I liked about your take was, you said, I don't care how they did in the past.
And I'll give two examples of things you did, you know, in conjunction with us and your partners over there.
You came in and you said, listen, Benghazi, Bakush.
Like, this guy's been, you know, they've wanted this guy forever.
Like, why didn't we get him?
And the answer basically was because we just didn't want to, I guess.
Like, they just didn't want to put in the effort.
You said bullshit.
Like, we're going to go get this guy.
And you did.
And we got him.
And, you know, he's got his right to a trial, everything else, however.
But it's more about processing anything.
And second, I remember sitting in my office after Operation Viper in Memphis.
And we were sitting there.
And you looked at me like, we're going to do the same thing in D.C.
The boss wants to clean it up.
I said, let's go for it.
And you just went in there and said, I don't care if we haven't done it in the past and put our feds on the street.
We're going to do it now and look at the amazing results.
Two incredible things you did.
Well, you know, it's almost good to come in and to be somewhat blindfolded in terms of what was done because I know what works.
I mean, I did what I did for 33 years.
And it was real clear to me that there was a malaise that this office was a neglected office.
And Bukush in particular, you know, there's one thing, Dan, that I'm going to share with you that I really haven't told anyone.
And I don't know if you recall, but in 2012, we were all talking about Benghazi and unfortunately, you know, the death of Ambassador Chris Stevens and the other three operatives who were there, the CIA at the CIA at the compound there.
The truth is that we fought talking about whether or not was a peaceful pro quo.
protests that went awry or whether it was you know people just went there to burn down the embassy
and when i got into the office i said pull the vangazi file and so we pulled it and we had drones
dan we knew what was going on and i looked at these drones and it was clear to me dan that
there was no peaceful protest there was no one who got there and said you know we object to the
United States being here, these MOs, their MFers, they came in with rocket propelled grenades because
they knew what they were going to do. And when they couldn't break into the ambassador's residence,
they went out and they got fuel to burn him out. And I remember saying to the prosecutors in the room,
Dan, well, the nation and Hillary Clinton, you know, we were all fighting. It was a peaceful protest.
No, it wasn't. Yes, it was. No, it wasn't. We know for a fact that it was not a peaceful
protest. The drones made it clear they came there to tear the place down. And I remember saying to the
prosecutors, did you know the whole country was going crazy about whether or not this is a peaceful
protest or it was just a brigade that came in to tear us down? And they said, well, yeah. I said,
well, why didn't you guys say something? And they said, it's not our job. And I said, you know what?
You're right. It wasn't your job. But now that I'm
I'm here, I'm going to make it clear what it was. The truth is they came there to kill people.
There was no question about it. And so at that point, I got an indictment for the ringleader,
Bakush. And with you guys, with you and Cash, we were going to get over there and I can't say
where to bring him back. And I was at the F-Tock at the transfer of control. And Cash and I were the
first ones on the plane. I wanted to look at this guy. But yeah, it's incredible.
unless you go in there and say, I want this done, inertia rules. And I couldn't allow, I couldn't allow that.
And the other thing is, D.C., street crime, you know it as well as I do, Dan. And it's all about, as, as you know, broken windows,
I'm taking the lowest crimes and we're going for it. But here's the problem in D.C. The problem in D.C. is that we can't charge you with a crime if you're under 18.
And that means if you're 16 and 17 and you just burglarize or you assault someone or you assault someone with a deadly weapon,
I can't prosecute you.
I can only prosecute you under what we call Title 16 in D.C.
If you commit murder, rob one, burglary one, or sexual assault one.
Those are the worst crimes than only if you're 16 and 17, then I can come in.
So all of these juveniles who eventually reach the age of 18 and I get my hands on them,
they've got a record a mile long because they've been taken to the family court.
There's no real consequence.
The purpose is rehabilitation.
It is not retribution.
It is not punishment.
It is not deterrence.
It is simply to make sure that these kids get help and they don't.
They go to an ice cream social.
They go to yoga and they're out.
And that's when I said no more.
And I had a team here.
And I'm very proud of the team now of U.S. attorneys, although we're down still 73 from 150.
But the truth is that they were not taught to be the tip of the sphere, most of them.
In Superior Court, I had to fight with people to ask for detention, which is bail for us in New York.
I had to fight with them.
You ask for bail in every case.
The guy is charged with an assault with a violent crime.
What do you mean?
The guy strangled a woman.
What do you mean?
You know, and they said, well, the judges aren't going to give it to us.
And Dan, it's a whole changing of the mentality.
And it's going fine here.
We're much better than we were.
And folks, you know, me, I may forget because, you know,
I always say like Donald Trump political life is like dog years
because he does so much so fast.
The last year and a half, right, feels like seven to ten years.
You can't believe it was just a year and a half.
I mean, everything that's happened has been so transformative.
But, you know, the crime in D.C. has dropped almost geometrically.
And I bring up the Broken Windows example because you and I are very friendly with Rudy Giuliani.
Nobody knows New York State law enforcement better than you.
I mean, you lived it.
But the theory of Broken Windows, which you and I discussed in my office, many times,
is the idea that crime is not rampant.
Crime is rampant in a small group of people.
They commit 80 plus percent of the crime.
So if you go and get these people off the street, it drops.
And the results you brought forth for the president,
who could not have been more supportive of these efforts, by the way.
He hates it.
Judge, you know the president's not doing it for politics.
He's not running again, and D.C. wouldn't vote for him anyway.
He just hates it.
He drives around the streets of D.C.
He sees a homeless problem in crime.
He goes, fix it.
Judge, fix it now.
He could not have been more supportive.
You did it.
And look at how much the crime rate's dropping.
Imagine three years what it's going to be with more of these concerted efforts.
Well, you know, the president has made it very clear that, you know, he wants D.C. safe and he wants it beautiful.
And the interesting thing about that, Dan, and you're so right, you and I get it.
It's not just safe. It's beautiful. And beautiful speaks to the broken windows.
It speaks to if you live in an area where there is no respect for property or the quality of life, people just treat themselves and each other differently.
So making it beautiful, as soft and benign as that may seem, is very relevant to making it safe.
And when he came in and he said, well, give you whatever you need, and he brought in the federal support.
And the truth is, you're so right, it's that 20% that are the force multipliers.
They are the ones who were committing the violent crime.
And unfortunately, in D.C., you made reference to the fact that he would never win in D.C. and he didn't.
95% of D.C. voted for Kamala Harris. And that is reflected when now and then we'll get a grand jury.
They'll say, no, we don't want to indict someone for assaulting a cop. Even though the statute is perfectly attuned and set for that particular scenario, they'll say no, no, no true bill.
Or, you know, the classic sandwich case. That's the one that everybody laughs about. Under the statute, that is a crime.
they were like, they're not going to indict and they're not going to convict. And it's all about
grand jurors saying things like, is this part of the president's surge? Well, if it is, what's
it to you? Well, they won't indict. And it's really that simple. And so by bringing in our federal
partners, whether it's, you know, the marshals and the FBI, and we've got the Park Police, the Capitol
police, the Metropolitan Police. And I can't, I can't talk about this without giving credit to Mayor Muriel
Bowser, who has joined the president and joined us in making sure that D.C. is safe. And the MPD
is a great police department. Sure, they've had trouble, trouble, you know, with deflation of numbers.
And my office did that investigation before anyone else did. And now when we talk about a reduction
of crime, 50, 60 percent, it's not just a reduction based on the numbers. It's even more because
they had deflated the crime numbers, meaning that the real crime numbers were actually higher.
And so the drop in crime is even more significant because there were problems within the
department where they were trying to lower crime.
Now, let me give you an example.
So if you go to a way, if there's a robbery, for example, in a CVS or a drugstore,
the police would come and they'd take a report.
And then after a while, they'd say, you know what, we're going to come in, want some
month. You give us the reports of how many robberies you had. So then they would file it as one
robbery instead of 22 robberies that month. You know, so the drop in crime that President
Trump doesn't get enough credit for is even more significant. And so I think the word on the
street now is that they're going to prosecute you and they're going to fight. And I tell my
prosecutors every day, you're the tip of the sphere. You go into that courtroom and you're
you go into that courthouse, you are representing the person who didn't want to be here in the first place.
It's the criminal who made the decision to victimize another human being.
And were there irrespective?
If the judge pushed back, if the jury pushed back, pushes back, that's not your problem.
I'm your problem.
And if you don't make sure you fight with all of your, with vigor and with everything that we've got,
then you don't need to be in this office.
So we have turned things around and I'm very proud of it.
You know, Judge, that's such a critical point you just brought up that this president is not about bullshit or fudging the numbers.
Like, if this president wanted to fudge the numbers, he would not have had you look into it because looking into the crime manipulation scandal in D.C., like you just said, would by simple mathematics make the problem worse, not because the problem is worse, but just because the math was corrected.
So he said, fix it anyway, and we're still going to reduce the crime rate.
So I just want to tell the, like, what the judge said there is really important.
You brought something up before, too, I wanted to hit on.
And again, for the audience, this is not any kind of excuse, but just an explanation,
because we were dealing with the same thing at the FBI.
When the president swears in, obviously, is 47, obviously you and I met and ran into some people
who just weren't having it.
They were there for politics.
I'm not talking about all of them, but a good number of people were there because,
of politics. They didn't swear allegiance to the Constitution. They swore allegiance to the Democrat
party. A lot of them left. Some of them were fired. In our case, it was about 10% of the workforce.
But in the DOJ and the FBI, but you in particular, it's just not easy to bring people on board.
You've got to make sure you get, you know, people who want to adhere to the Constitution,
you know, people who have to be obviously qualified attorneys. So you're getting there.
But I guess the gist of the question is you're dealing with some heavy personnel turnover and
basically a shortage right now, U.S. attorneys, and still getting the job done.
You know, it's so true. I mean, there are people who have been here, Dan, that, you know,
they've watched us come and go, and they have absolutely no concern about what the priorities are
for a particular administration. Well, that's very different than the way I see things. And what I've
been able to do is I have been able to recognize who is competent, who is essential, who has,
institutional knowledge that I need to keep, but make no mistake. If your agenda is not aligned with
mine, you're not going to be here. I'm not one of those people who came in and said, everybody goes.
It doesn't work that way because DC, this office in particular has the highest turnover nationally,
even before we got here. It's just the nature of, you know, the way people work here. And if you look
at anyone's resume, Dan, it's very interesting. They're in a position for a year or two, and then they
jump to another agency or they jump to a law firm or they go private, then they go public.
In New York, it's like if you're not with a firm for four or five years, what's wrong?
You couldn't cut it?
It's different here.
But what I want these people here to understand, and they do now, and I think we've got,
we've turned the ship around a great deal, is that if you want to fight the fight, and if you
want to make sure that we are doing what we're supposed to be doing, irrespective of politics,
then you're on my team.
Because law and order isn't about politics.
You either fight crime and believe in it or you don't.
If you don't, I don't need you.
And if you're incompetent, lazy, or think you need more time off than you get, I don't need you.
If you think you need to work at home, I don't need you.
I need you in the office.
And that's one of the things that I had the biggest problem with.
But now there's no question.
Everybody gets it.
Everybody's here.
Dan, people would work two weeks and get a day off.
for free. Wait a minute. If you work two weeks, that means every month you get two days off
in addition to sick, in addition to vacation, paternity, maternity. We've got mental health leave.
We got every freaking time to leave. The only thing we don't have is dog bereavement leave.
Okay? Everybody's on leave. Everybody's at the doctors. Everybody. And then I got to tell you,
my favorite is there was, he was going to be windy one day. Main justice.
sends out an email saying, don't come in the next day. It's going to be Wendy. Are you kidding me?
You get your ass in the office and I'll tell you if you don't need to be here. You know, it's just a different mentality, Dan.
Well, listen, I've known you outside of the space, inside of the government space. You've never changed the bed.
I can tell you folks, sitting in that big old deputy director conference room. Cash has a better office, but I had a better conference room, right?
You have a great conference room. Oh, wasn't it? And, you know, the judge and I,
sitting there with this crew of attorneys and FBI.
And the judges, folks, I'm telling you, she is absolutely no different.
If you think this is a schick, you don't know, Judge Janine.
Like, it's not.
I had FBI people in the room like, oh, shit, she really is that same person we saw in the five.
You know, I remember, Dan, when we were in that, in that room of one case that we solved.
And you were the force behind it.
And that's a pipe bomber.
I'll never forget.
We went in there.
We sat with all the FBI agents.
They had been working on it for a long time.
And you were like, but what about this and what about that?
You and I are like, what about this?
What about that?
You know, we may not have worked there, but we still had common sense.
And you know what?
I got to tell you, Darren Cox, Washington Field Office, I work with them every day.
I love the guy.
I love the guy.
You know, it's a little bumpy.
But now we're in a situation where we talk at least once a day.
And it is a, it's a phenomenal point.
Once you get all of everybody on the same page, there's incredible resources, intelligence here.
And but I think I think your listeners and your viewers should know that that pipe bomber wouldn't
have happened about you.
There's no question about it.
You were like thorn in your side.
You weren't leaving until that one.
I know.
I drove him nuts.
Those guys, I was like, not good enough.
Nope.
Nope.
Yeah, Darren got it from day one.
Like he understood that you're getting this guy.
Matter of fact, I remember, you know, when we got the suspect in the case, I remember I was sitting down and I get a call.
And whenever, you know, just like you, when you get a call on your work phone, it was almost never good.
Like, it was always a problem.
No one's calling you to say, hey, what did you have for breakfast?
We're scrambled eggs.
So it was Darren.
And I was like, oh, what happened there?
He goes, you sitting down?
I go, oh, shit.
Yeah, I hate it when he says that.
He goes, I'm pretty sure we got a suspect in the case.
I was like, you're kidding.
And he's like, no.
remember that thing we did? I said, yeah, and I said, all right, good, man. You know, you and I,
I know, I know, I know, you and I started, it was kind of trial by fire. There was no, like,
intern period. I think it was like week one, those two diplomats were shot in Israel. We get
woken up at one, two in the morning. You and I are on the streets at the crime scene.
And it was, I mean, it was just like, there was no stopping. It's horrible. Yeah, it was horrible.
It's horrible, Dan. And the truth is that we just announced we were seeking the death penalty
against Elias Rodriguez for the cold-blooded murder of Yaron Lashinsky and Karen Milgram.
The truth is that watching their bodies being taken off the street, putting body bags on a rainy cold night in D.C.
being it stuffed.
We're going to end this.
We're going to end this.
I mean, you were, we adjust.
I was only there a couple months.
I think that was like week one.
And now I thought, yeah.
Yeah, it was the first week.
That's the first night they woke me.
They were slamming them.
I can't.
I remember you came in.
You were, you were, you were saved the I could tell.
Because they could.
Yeah, they were knocking on the door and I can't hear anything.
And I live a little bit away from the scene.
So you were there.
Yeah.
Sarah Milgram, by the way, Sarah Milgram, sorry.
Sarah Milgram, you're on Lyshinsky.
Yeah.
So one last question, the 250th.
Obviously, no specific threat that we know of everything's being monitored.
But the 250th, you're the U.S. attorney for D.C.
A lot of people going to be in D.C.
I'd imagine you got your office on,
you know, the antenna up and going for this.
Yeah.
Yeah. Well, there's no question, Dan, and we've seen it before.
People cross the country and come to D.C. to commit political violence.
They see D.C. is the place where they can express their political violence,
whether it's Lackenwall and the shooting of the National Guardsman or the White House
correspondence dinner, Cole Allen.
We're going to see more of that shooting of Secret Service.
but we are in high alert until the fourth.
I believe there's going to be an infusion of even more National Guard.
If we don't make this nation's capital safe, then, you know, woe is the United States.
And we're going to do everything we can and we continue to do everything we can to make sure that people can come here, enjoy this country.
It is a beautiful country.
The nation's capital, all the monuments.
I mean, and it's really as simple as making sure that law and order,
is enforced in a way where people know it, they understand it.
You're going to get the death penalty.
We're going for the jugular.
You commit a crime here.
You're going to pay for it.
It's that simple.
You know, Judge, I had really high expectations when you got the appointment.
I knew who you were.
I'm like, this is going to be amazing.
And you so far surpassed them.
I mean, you were such nuts and bolts, like go get them, kind of no bullshit.
Like, that answer is not good enough kind of person.
And to watch you in action was a distinct pleasure.
Thank you.
Such an honor to have you on your show.
of course you're welcome back anytime.
Dan, we love you.
Thank you so much, really.
And you know what?
God bless this great country

Indeed.
