Starting point is 00:02:09 Yes, the Halloween edition of Vince. Great to have you here. We do have some fun images from the White House overnight. The President of the United States, as they do each year, they host a bunch of children at the White House to come do some trick-or-treating. Usually they walk past all over the various offices at the White House. they stopped by to see all the hardworking people and get a little bit of candy. But on this occasion last night, the president of the United States and the first lady of the United States,
Starting point is 00:02:37 standing outside just right there on the side of the south lawn, as each of the children are brought by in order to get their candy. And this has created some amazing scenes in the past. And well, last night was no exception. Here's the president of the United States and the first lady going back to an old standby, putting the candy on top of the child. head watch this little kid dressed as a marshmallow the guys were telling me i think he's the dj marshmallow it gets candy placed on his head and he's off he he walks away look at the poise a full-sized candy bar from the billionaire president of the united states the president ushers that
Starting point is 00:03:20 young man or woman i think it's a man a boy on his way there he goes candy on top of the head that. That's a great scene. Also, you know, I love, well, you know what I love is now that President Trump is back, there are Trump themed costumes from some of the families, some of the children. Here is a family bringing their kids through as a McDonald's drive-thru. Look at this. Check this out. McDonald's Drive-thru. Being pulled on a wagon past the president of the United States. There are the golden arches. The order here sign. The kids, of course, course working the drive-through, but rather than handing out Big Macs and Diet Coke, they receive
Starting point is 00:04:04 candy from the president of the United States. That's fantastic stuff. That's fantastic stuff. For those of you watching on Rumble right now, yes, it's true. I am dressed as Dumbledore. And I am, this, this beard is awful. It's very difficult to wear without getting all of this artificial beard here stuck in my mouth. So we'll see what we can do throughout the program. Anyway, That's the president last night at the White House. Just ahead of the trick or treating, though, the White House did release a hilarious video. It was a throwback to when President Trump had put candy on top of the head of a minion, a kid dressed as a minion. But now it includes Chuck Schumer and Hakeem Jeffries getting sombreros plunked on their heads.
Starting point is 00:04:51 Take a look. Chuck Schumer and Hakeemann Jeffries. he's walking through the front of the frame. President Trump, Melania Trump, putting sombreros on their heads. Hakeem falls off, so a White House aide has to rush up and grab the sombrero and put it back on his head. That was posted by the White House account last night ahead of the trick-or-treating. Really funny.
Starting point is 00:05:19 Just great stuff. Top-tier trolling from the White House. Really, really, really wonderful stuff. So a sombrero banger from the White House. last night, pretty good. Hey, the president this morning, we've got some breaking news for you this morning. Speaking of the government shutdown, he's done with it. He doesn't want to see this going on anymore. So this morning, Halloween morning, the president posted that he wants to see the shutdown brought to an end by going nuclear on the filibuster. This is nuclear week for the
Starting point is 00:05:52 president of the United States. He announced earlier this week that we will resume nuclear testing in the United States. And he's also announced that he wants to go nuclear in the United States Senate. Here's the post on Truth Social this morning. Here's what we've got. He said he went to Asia. He came back from there. But the one question that he kept getting was why did Democrats shut down the United States of America? And why did the Republicans allow them to do it? He said, you know, I was flying back and I was thinking a lot about this question. Yeah, that is a good question. Why? Why did Democrats do this and why are Republicans allowing it? He says majority leader John Thune, Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, they're doing a great job. But the Democrats are crazed
Starting point is 00:06:36 lunatics who have lost all sense of wisdom and reality. He says it's legendary Trump derangement syndrome right now. Legendary. He said they're hurting American citizens. Republicans should not let it happen. It's time to play the Trump card, he says. Go for the nuclear operations. option. Get rid of the filibuster. Get rid of it. Now, he says. Just a short while ago, the Democrats, while in power, fought for three years to do this. That's true. You can go back and look at footage. I was just looking this morning. Elizabeth Warren and others saying, get rid of the filibuster. Get rid of the filibuster. They were unable to pull it off because of Senators Joe Manchin of West Virginia and Kirsten Cinema of Arizona. Never have the Democrats
Starting point is 00:07:21 fought so hard to do something because they knew the tremendous strength that terminating the filibuster would give them they want to substantially pack the supreme court make dc and porto rico states and many other destructive things well now we are in power and we should be doing he said if we did what we should be doing you would immediately end the ridiculous shutdown so he says use the filibuster it doesn't matter what we do anyway because democrats are going to do it at some point so let's just go for it let's get our judges through let's get our u.s attorneys through Let's knock it out. Okay.
Starting point is 00:07:57 So here's the president. I'm already seeing into the chat. People are saying, hey, careful, Mr. President. You're playing into their hands. You're playing into the hands of these Democrats. And I get it. I get the caution here. But let me unpack a little bit what the president is saying.
Starting point is 00:08:11 First and foremost, are there any of you who truly believe that Democrats are going to play by any rules whatsoever going forward? Any showing hands? Yeah, no. No. They don't play by the rules. Take it from Dumbledore. they don't play by the rules these democrats second the filibuster was not always this way you know how they
Starting point is 00:08:32 do the filibuster now in the senate they just say it's a silent filibuster they're like eh i don't like that okay now it's filibustered what what kind of what is that so if a democrat they're in the minority right now if they raise their hand and say yeah no i don't like that we're not going to go for it it doesn't get to move forward at all what kind of filibuster is that you guys familiar with you know Mr. Smith goes to Washington. You familiar at all with, like, the tradition of the United States Senate, what the founders gave us? You know what the filibuster is supposed to be? The filibuster was a talking filibuster.
Starting point is 00:09:06 You want a filibuster something? You want to block legislation? You want to debate it, which is really the point of the filibuster is to debate it. You can open up extended debate and you could talk, talk, talk your ass off. But you've got to talk. You've actually got a filibuster the legislation. You can't just be like, nah, I don't really like it. and then it stops the whole thing, you can't, you can't move it forward? That's the current way of
Starting point is 00:09:29 things. So how long has it been that way? Well, it's been that way since the 1970s. In 1970, and successively in 1975, Democrats who controlled the United States Senate in both of those years passed rules to make it so that the filibuster could be administered merely on a silent basis. the Democrat Party, the racist Democrat Party, the one who was fighting against civil rights in the middle of the last century, they're the very same party who created these new rules for the filibuster, we don't have to talk anymore. So this idea that the president going nuclear on this is going to represent some great teardown of American history, no, it would actually just be a restoration of the way
Starting point is 00:10:17 the founders had it in the first place. restore the filibuster. That's what should happen. And in fact, the president should probably start using that language, maybe. It's time to restore the filibuster to the way that the United States Senate used it in the first place. It wasn't meant to stop all business. It was meant to create real debate around the business that actually showed up on the floor of the United States Senate. And if you want accountability, let me extend this in terms of what are the benefits right now for us. Is our country on life support right now? Does it need to be saved? Yes, it does. How do we save it? We secure our borders. We restore our economy and we hold the bad people
Starting point is 00:10:57 accountable. The people who have violated their oaths of office, who have been tyrannical, who've used their power to abuse the American people. How do you hold them accountable? One, you need an FBI with competent investigators. We got that. We've got Dan. We've got cash. Two, you need prosecutors who can actually prosecute these people. The only way you get U.S. attorneys is if you blow through the filibuster right now the the current filibuster the non-speaking filibuster because democrats are gumming up the works they don't want the american people to get their way and then finally you need judges which the president can't get through either because democrats are blockading getting federal judges through you need all of these things let's make the
Starting point is 00:11:41 filibuster great again i totally agree pretender 2020 let's make the filibuster great again We can do it. So the president says, let's go nuclear, baby. That's the news this morning. That's a lot of fun. Speaking of the FBI, we also have some breaking news this morning that the FBI has apparently foiled a plot to commit acts of terrorism in the great state of Michigan this morning. These announcements come to us by way of the FBI and Cash Patel and Dan Bongino's, the aforementioned leadership of that agency. take a look here. The FBI has thwarted a potential terrorist attack and arrested multiple people in Michigan, according to Cash Patel. The FBI said it's prevented a potential terror attack in Michigan, arresting multiple suspects who were all accused of plotting violence this Halloween weekend. Cash Patel writing this morning, quote, the FBI thwarted a potential terrorist attack and arrested multiple subjects in Michigan who were allegedly plotting a violent attack over Halloween weekend. He says more details are set to come, and he thanked the men and women of the FBI and said that their vigilance is the reason that people in Michigan could have a safe and happy Halloween.
Starting point is 00:12:55 There's also Dan Bongino, I've heard of him. Dan says the following, he said, this is what real law enforcement looks like, proactive, relentless, followed the evidence, stopped a threat before anyone got hurt. Under the leadership of Director Patel on the watch of this FBI, America is a safer place. Add it to the pile, victories for the FBI, as they're finding missing children, rescuing them, prosecuting violent criminals by the thousands, helping bring prosecutions against people like James Comey, Letitia James, John Bolton, turning over massive quantities of documents to Congress in the purpose of public transparency and exposure and now thwarting terror attacks, including one in Michigan that was set to take place on Halloween weekend. So thanks, fellas. Thank you very much. fellas. Justin, is it true that Mr. Bongino, excuse me, deputy director Bonjino, is it true that he may or may not have made an appearance in Haley's chat last night when she was dressed? When she was dressed as Dan Bonino, do you have an image of that?
Starting point is 00:14:07 Can you put up Haley's image? Okay, Justin's grabbing it. So Haley's Halloween costume last night on her process. program was uh well i've already given it away it was she was dressed as uh deputy dan she was dressed as deputy dan bongino last night and apparently while he was where she was wearing the costume uh she was uh you know identifying as a man temporarily um there is a rumor that dan himself showed up to pay her a compliment for the outfit said he missed everybody and then he ducked because he had to go stop a terror attack.
Starting point is 00:14:45 He had to go stop a terror attack in Michigan. So he had a small window of time. There he is. There she is, rather, dressed as him on the great Nightly Scroll show. Rumble.com slash Vince, if you haven't seen this footage, or rumble.com slash Haley, if you want to see it in its entirety. There's Haley. So anyway, that's fun.
Starting point is 00:15:04 That's a lot of fun. Nicely done to the costume and makeup department involved on Nightly Scroll. Excellent work, guys. excellent justin saying thank you you're welcome justin excellent work i didn't know you were that good of makeup fantastic okay um what else do we have today we've got a lot of video for you a kamala harris is losing your shit over the fact that she's not president of the united states and president trump gets to build a ballroom you know about this yeah she's freaking out which is this is you know in terms of trick or treat this is a great treat for us to get to see
Starting point is 00:15:37 Kamala Harris, throwing a shit fit, Halloween, angry that President Trump is getting to build a ballroom, and she doesn't even get to live at the White House. Watch. Are you fucking kidding me? This guy wants to create a ballroom for his rich friends while completely turning a blind eye to the fact that babies are going to starve when the SNAP benefits end in just hours from now? Come on. So I'm not going to be distracted by, oh, does the guy have a big fucking ham? What about those babies?
Starting point is 00:16:10 You think she cares about babies? That chick does not care about babies. That chick, they're all in on like, you know, trebishing babies. They want to take out babies to the tune of millions every year. A million abortions a year thanks to that political party. That's what Kamala Harris was looking to advance. More, more baby death is what Kamala Harris wanted to advance. They take out babies like their skeet shooting.
Starting point is 00:16:39 Pull, baby, pow. That's Kamala Harris. Kamala Harris. And I love her freak out. She built a fucking problem. You know what she's raging about. What she's truly raging about is she doesn't get to do shit. She doesn't get to do anything.
Starting point is 00:16:54 It's hilarious. And now she's cursing about it. She's throwing a fit. I love it. I can't love it enough. Yeah, she's on a very bitter tour right now. Angry that President Trump is the president of the ICE. she's very angry at you for voting for him uh and and she just did an interview with john stewart
Starting point is 00:17:12 you know that guy from the it used to do the daily show john stewart he he told her you know candidly maybe your campaign was a little too long maybe people had way too long to look at you watch this i do believe one of the biggest factors that was at play in the 107 days we just didn't have enough time we didn't have enough time or was it too much time i mean i If you had done the election after 60 days, I think we would. Honestly, there was a, there seemed like a stagnation point. And then if you look at the lines,
Starting point is 00:17:49 it doesn't look like, what would have changed? Well, yeah, but there's so many variables that went into the outcome of that race because you can also look at where you start to see an infusion of resources going into mis and disinformation. Mis and disinformation. I talked about, for example,
Starting point is 00:18:05 Elon Musk factor in the book. Here's missing disinformation for you. Remember when Joe Biden put a MAGA hat on in the middle of the campaign? Yeah, that's all missing disinformation. Yeah, no, I think people just kept learning more and more about how awful you are. John Stewart's right there that the length of the campaign was detrimental to you in that it was too long. The only way Kamala Harris can even be stomached is in a very small dose. you just like flash her on screen and then boom okay maybe i don't know who was that maybe i'll prefer
Starting point is 00:18:38 i'm not sure no getting more time to see her not good not good yeah there's the miss and disinformation she's talking about on on screen right now rumble dot com slash vince we've got president president trump's hat on top of president biden's head this is so funny what a terrible what a terrible campaign that was couldn't happen to a better person all right coming up uh i've got more for you Kamala bitching about Joe Biden not treating her well during the campaign. I think it was the MAGA had. She didn't like that. A lot to get to. But first, I want to thank the great sponsors of this program. He's sponsored all year long, including on Halloween. Every choice we make is an opportunity to stand up for freedom, even something as simple as your cell phone service.

For over 12 years now, they've stood with Americans who believe in faith, family, and freedom, contributing millions of dollars to Christian conservative causes. The best part is this. Starting point is 00:20:16 Switch today. That's Patriotmobile.com slash Vince. We call 972 Patriot. Thank you to Patriot Mobile. Great sponsor of this program. All right. Let's see. I do have some more crazy Kamala.
Starting point is 00:20:30 Kamala ding-dong. She, what did she do? Oh, here she is bitching about Joe Biden not treating her well enough during the campaign. Take a look. I'm in the hotel room with Doug, with my husband. And the president calls. And I was told that he wanted to call me
Starting point is 00:20:47 so that I'd be ready. And I was so short, it was to buck me up and go get him. And he did say that for the first beat. And then he went on to talk about a group of people in Pennsylvania who were saying bad things about me because they heard I was saying bad things about him. And when I hung up the phone, I was just, it was unbelievable.
Starting point is 00:21:18 And I was, yes, I was angry and deeply disappointed. She's mad about it. He made it all about himself. It wasn't about me. everything's supposed to be about me what is wrong with you they they made you the presidential nominee and you did nothing to earn it you didn't get a single vote lady and you're bitching about that you're complaining about that yes she is she's a complainer she's a complainer because if she wasn't complaining what else would she have to offer all she can do is complain that's all she knows how to
Starting point is 00:21:51 do hmm one more for you you ever wonder yourself how angry she was when donald Trump won when they determined that President Trump had enough votes to dominate her when the election was so obviously too big to rig. Yeah. Well, here's Kamala Harris saying she lost her ever-loving mind. It was in a station. Really. Did you think the day before that you were going to win the election?
Starting point is 00:22:17 Yeah. And so when did the proverbial penny drop? When I got a call from my campaign manager that it looks like we need to hundred thousand more votes that we can't find meaning it's just the map the numbers and the thing I kept saying over and over again I was in a state of shock I was I was so inarticulate but maybe very articulate what I kept saying over and over again is my God my God my God really over and I couldn't stop I I haven't felt that emotion, anything similar to the emotion I felt that day and for quite some time, other than the grief I felt when my mother dying.
Starting point is 00:23:11 Oh, I love how she says, I was inarticulate. Like, that was a recent development. Like, she just suddenly became inarticulate. You're always inarticulate. That's the only true thing she's ever said. Yeah, I'm inarticulate. We know. do we know yes wheels 514 agrees with me that's the first truth out of her yeah that's the first one the first and only it's so good i'm glad i'm glad she lost she deserved it holy cow all right let me um let me move on now to uh another crazy person on the left yesterday i was telling you about an illinois uh democrat a woman who is running for congress by the name of cat I think it's Abu Gezela.
Starting point is 00:23:55 I think that's how you say her name. So Catabugabugabugah is running for Congress in Illinois. And earlier this year, she got planted on her ass by law enforcement because she was trying to block ICE officials from doing their jobs. So they shoved her out of the way. She bounced off her heinie. And since then, there's been some curiosity. Is she going to be charged for trying to obstruct law enforcement? And sure enough, this week, a grand jury slapped her with indictments.
Starting point is 00:24:21 for obstructing law enforcement and attacking law enforcement vehicles. Well, Catabagabagabagawa just did an interview about this subject with a woman. I want to make sure I cite her correctly. What is the name of this podcast that she did? Catabagabagabagabagabagawa appeared as an interview guest here. Here it is Tara Paul Mary. Thank you, fellas. Tara Paul Mary is the woman doing the interview.
Starting point is 00:24:48 It doesn't last very long because, cat about walked off the interview in like seconds after like a basic question was asked, which was like, do you have any regrets? Can you explain what you were thinking? Watch this. We're going to be pleading not guilty. And, you know, the evidence will come out in court. And I fully plan on winning.
Starting point is 00:25:10 Yeah. Just to be clear, the indictment alleges that you and others, quote, surrounded a federal officer's vehicle banged on its hood and windows, etched pig on the side. on the side and impeded movement. Did you etch the word pig on the side of an officer's car? I'm not speaking to the specifics
Starting point is 00:25:30 of anything that's in the indictment right now. But like I said, I do plan on pleading not guilty. And the evidence will come out in court. And, you know, I plan on winning. Okay. Well, let's watch the video of what happened that day that they are...
Starting point is 00:25:45 With liberation! Have it! deportation up up with liberation but what you know what do you think right now you know Tara once again this is my first time being federally indicted like I said I plan on pleading nine not guilty the evidence will come out in court and I plan on winning Thank you so much for having me. Yeah. Just really quickly, I did want to ask you about just the fact that, like, conspiracy to impede in officers up to six years in prison,
Starting point is 00:26:32 forcibly impeding and intimidating in officers up to eight years. Is that, like, that could, that could actually hinder your ability to serve in Congress. Are you concerned about that? Did she just sign off? Did she just leave the chat? I'm so confused. I'm sorry. I don't know what just happened.
Starting point is 00:26:59 So basically, Tara at some point, discovers she's not on screen anymore. She hung up the call. She's like, no, I'm out. Goodbye. The call lasted, I think, three minutes total. And so why do the interview? Why would you even agree the interview, you psychopath? So after trying to assault police officers,
Starting point is 00:27:19 after scraping the word pig into the side of the vehicle, after obstructing officers, that woman, Terra Palmeri, just asked a really basic question, like, did you do what was alleged? What's your reaction to seeing yourself in that video? I got to go, bye, she clicks out of it. She must have expected the kid glove treatment or something. She must have thought that it was just going to be a rage fest against Donald.
Starting point is 00:27:42 from well good for tara it wasn't it was just a simple Q&A and a woman who would like to join congress thinks that she doesn't have to answer questions sorry sweetheart you do and right now the questions you have to answer are going to be in front of a court of law she's looking at a pretty healthy jail sentence actually if if she's convicted so good luck with that catabagabagabagabagab that's that's the update on her story crazy and that's nice it's nice to see uh Democrats being held accountable for their lawlessness, which just keeps happening. Coming up, I've got more information ahead for you on the state of the shutdown. Hakeem Jeffries is desperately clinging to the chaos.
Starting point is 00:28:25 He loves the chaos, the dial-up Democrat. And then I've got a Democrat congresswoman who's very confused about why the shutdown began to begin with. Nobody, nobody's clued her in. She was asked some basic questions on television, and she has no idea what's going on, which means, of course, she's a Democrat member of Congress. Congress. But coming up in a moment, I do have a great guest joining us with an important book on the Soros family. We'll explore that next with the great Matt Palumbo right after a word from our sponsor, who's wonderful. We have great sponsors on the program. I'm tired of scrolling
Starting point is 00:28:59 through shows on television and finding nothing but the same mind-numbing content. You've probably been there too. Don't waste the precious little time that you have with that nonsense. Instead, said, use that time to learn something new and inspiring. Hillsdale College is offering more than 40 free online courses. You can learn about the Bible, the meaning of the Constitution, the rise and the fall of the Roman Republic, or the history of the ancient Christian church, all with Hillsdale College's free online courses. You know, I really enjoy the Genesis story. It's a great course from Hillsdale. Hillsdale's so great.
Starting point is 00:29:34 Genesis, of course, is a book of fundamental importance for the Jewish and Christian faiths and has exerted a profound, infestine. influence on Western civilization. In addition to being a great religious text, it also is a literary masterpiece. You can sign up for the Genesis story right now and learn some of the works major narrative themes, including the complex relationship between God and man. The consequences of a rupture in that relationship
Starting point is 00:29:58 and the path towards reconciliation. I've been talking about this a lot lately, ever since Charlie's assassination, by the way, speaking of Hillsdale, Charlie was well educated by Hillsdale. He took the online courses, and the thing is, when you're having these debates in your family, it work, anywhere, you always got to back up to first principles. And what could be more of a first principle than the Bible, than Genesis? Hillsdale's great.
Starting point is 00:30:25 It's going to help us all out a lot. Go right now to Hillsdale.edu slash Vince to enroll. There's no cost. It's easy to get started. That's Hillsdale.edu slash Vince to enroll for free, Hillsdale.edu slash Vince. Thank you to Hillsdale. And thank you also to C-15 from Fatty 15, a great product. I take it every single day.
Starting point is 00:30:46 If you think about aging at all, does aging force you to think about it? One thing you might think is, how do I get my energy back? Starting point is 00:32:04 Matt Palumbo joins us now. You can find a Matt Palumbo 12 on X. The book is called The Air Inside the Not So Secret Network of Alex Soros. And he's also, of course, the content manager of the Bongino report. Matt, good to see you, sir. Very good to meet you. I'm loving the costume. I'm actually playing myself for Halloween.
Starting point is 00:32:23 I'm not being lazy today. Thank you. Thank you very much for that. And I want to apologize to you if you were thinking that, hey, maybe I could do the show and then I get some useful social media clips out of it. Oh, look at that idiot. He's dressed like Dumbled. door. That's not going to help me at all. Sorry about that, Matt. But thank you for coming on.
Starting point is 00:32:42 No, it's my pleasure. It's good to finally meet. I mean, we've been colleagues for quite a while. I mean, obviously separated by some distance, but it's, no, very, I love the show. You're doing a great job. Thanks, brother. I appreciate it. So let's talk about the book. I think a lot of people are interested in the Soros family and how they're exerting influence in the United States. No question. I love how the left is like, you can't talk about that guy. Of course you have to. He's one of the single, George Soros is one of the single biggest political spenders in the entire country. Of course, should look at how he's wielding his influence. But George Soros is on his last legs. And he's handed his empire over to his son, Alex. And the reality is we know way less about Alex than we do about
Starting point is 00:33:20 George. So what did you learn writing this book? So I wrote about his father back in 2022. I had a book called The Man Behind the Curtain that I know Dan's audience really enjoyed. And it was in June of 2023 that Alex was announced that he was taking over the Open Society Foundation, which is his father's empire, that prior December, he actually became chairman of the board. And throughout my research, I found that he pretty much took over all operations in Europe at about 2015. He took over the PAC that funded all out of these DAs that we call Soros DAs back in 2022. So there has been a ton of headlines in the past three or four years or even technically going back a decade where they say, you know, George Soros is behind X, Y, and Z, where actually it's been his son in
Starting point is 00:34:07 charge. So I thought it would be useful to expose that his son actually has been running the show to some extent already. And then I wanted to structure the book in this order of, well, here's what George Soros did in a particular region or, you know, sphere of influence to establish himself. Here's how Alex inherits it or what he inherits, and here's what he's doing with it. And I argue he's got to be more dangerous than the father. And that, you know, it took George decades to build his Rolodex to build all that wealth. He's given $32 billion to his own society foundation. It's got $25 billion left.
Starting point is 00:34:46 Obviously, he's spent a lot more than the difference. He's gotten donations and interest and growth. But that's what he's working with. And he inherits that all basically on day one. His whole life is being groomed by his father to meet all these world leaders. So he's just starting on third base. So you say you think he's more dangerous. I remember when he first emerged on the public scene,
Starting point is 00:35:08 there was conversation that he may be more moderate than his father. People were kind of presenting him as, oh, he's more sensible. He's more reasonable. He's not going to be as crazy. And when they say not as crazy, I think they're pointing in the direction of things like the Soros prosecutors and not prosecuting crimes and going soft on criminals.
Starting point is 00:35:27 So unpack that for us. What, you know, I did, I'm not going crazy. I definitely remember people claiming that Alex was going to be some sort of more moderate version of his dad. So rhetorically, he's more moderate. One of the differences between him and his father is that he is very open with his influence. He kind of brags on social media about all the world leaders he's with. But at the same time, I don't think wants to be portrayed, rightfully so as the boogeyman father that is a figure that his father has. So he definitely plays moderate.
Starting point is 00:35:57 He'll say things like, you know, I think the left has gone too far with free speech. But he also supports hate speech laws and has supported them in Germany, citing the Nazis as evidence why you'd want that. And, you know, we know at the left that Nazi ends up just meeting anyone even marginally right wing. So there's a difference between what he says in the groups he funds. He appears more moderate on Israel rhetorically. But he's also funding the Columbia campus protest. He's funding Al-Quds University. And then when it comes to the DAs, as I said earlier, you know, he took over that in 2022.
Starting point is 00:36:30 So there are a number of DAs that even I erroneously thought were George Soros funded DAs that he was funding. One of the more notable ones was in Harris County in Texas. It was a guy named Sean Tier, he ran. And he ran Sean Tier to primary Kim Ogg. Now, who is Kim Ogg? Kim Ogg was a DA that George Soros funded, meaning Alex Soros funded a DA. to unseat a George Soros DA for not being radical enough. So that's the kind of people we're dealing with.
Starting point is 00:37:00 And then a lot of just local, a lot of the lawfare against Trump's pro-border security initiatives, anti-birthright citizenship, are being funded by groups that are funded by him, any DAs that are getting involved. A lot of like these judges that are just blocking everything he's doing are sort of swings. Tell me. So obviously, like, we do see a lot of the. left-wing activism and street protests and things. They have connections to the Open Society Foundation and Soros Money, the Tides Foundation. You know, to what extent are you seeing connections
Starting point is 00:37:36 here between Alex Soros and things like Antifa or the No Kings Day protests and the things that we're all experiencing now in the country? Yeah, the No Kings group got $8 million in grants, so groups that funded that were part of No Kings, although to be fair, it was so many groups that, you know, it probably would have happened, you know, regardless. When it comes to Antifa, it is hard to trace the money because as you're mentioning, you know, they're funding the groups like tides. The Open Society Foundation does this sort of charitable version of money laundering where they'll give a grant to a group that gives a grant to a group that gives a grant to a group and then by the time it's in some radicals hands, there's plausible deniability as to where the money
Starting point is 00:38:17 came from. And they even kind of gave, they kind of revealed this too in responding to Trump proposing RICO charges. They said, well, we don't knowingly give money to violent groups. And I'm thinking, well, the word knowingly is doing a lot of heavy lifting there. You're basically saying, yeah, we do it, but we're going to claim ignorance. And it's the analogy I've given is like, you can't meet an arsonist and then give them gasoline in a match. And then when they set something on fire, be like, well, I didn't know he was going to do it. It just, it just happened. It's the same kind of thing there. So I really support him. Well, I think the IRS investigation is where they're going to find, uncover a lot of those networks, because in the second to last
Starting point is 00:38:57 chapter of the book, I believe it was, I profile all the grants that Alex authorized his first year running the Open Society Foundation officially. And I just focused on the ones that were half a million dollars or more because I wanted to kind of get this idea of, well, you know, he rhetorically is moderate. Is he really? And the answer is no. And there were about a half dozen groups where, and these were multi-million dollar grants, one I think was 12 million, where they're basically shell company charitable organizations where I cannot find evidence of them doing a single thing, even though, like their website will be a single paragraph and a donate button. They get $10 million from the Open Society Foundation. Their address is a PO box. So it's not a
Starting point is 00:39:42 single news article about them. The social media is dead. Their financial expenses will make no sense. They'll spend like a hundred bucks a year on office space. And I'm just thinking there's a story here that I would need to be an IRS agent to figure out. But there's a lot of groups. I just think that, you know, hopefully someone in the administration reads it and looks into them because there's just a lot of very weird stuff going. I know I'm not breaking news by saying this. But I've had examples of, you know, kind of where there's some malarkey, detective. Just amazing the way that he's spending his money. It's, now it's one thing to spend money in this way. It'd be another if he was like, I don't know, like married to like some sort of top
Starting point is 00:40:20 important Democrat or like really in part of establishment world. Can you imagine if that was the arrangement? Well, it is the arrangement now with Huma Abiddin. I guess his Clinton connection led to that. Yeah, I don't know. I mean, it seems like it's sort of a political marriage, I think, for sure. Although, to be fair, anything after Anthony Wiener is a major upgrade for her. So good for her, I suppose. Yeah, it's unreal. Yeah. Do people know that Hillary Clinton's long time, I guess, bad girl?
Starting point is 00:40:49 Like, she's like, she's really her number two, yeah, is also Anthony Wiener's ex-wife. And she just married Alex Soros in the last year or two. And so further intertwining these worlds of the Democratic establishment and George Soros's power over them. Yeah, his connection. Well, this father, and now Alex, goes back to the 1990s. In fact, when the Soviet Union was going capitalist, USAID partnered with Harvard University, and then they partnered with George Soros to help with the privatization process. And George was able to buy shares into two state-run companies that were going private,
Starting point is 00:41:30 even though the sale was closed to the public. So you've got to buy in for pennies on the dollar and make a ton of money through that Clinton connection. And he's been on stage with Hillary Clinton before. back, I believe it was 2004. It was early 2000, and she had praised them openly. So the Democrats love to do this whole narrative where we're crazy for noticing George Soros' influence. But actually, I remember with me and Dan a while ago,
Starting point is 00:41:55 this is many years ago. There was this woman he called the crazy cat lady in the Indymi, and she started a group that was funded with George Soros money and tweeted out, like, I'm officially Soros funded. And there was documentation for it. It really was Soros funded. And then when he pointed it out on a show, like within days, she said, no, it's a conspiracy theory. I'm not Soros playing.
Starting point is 00:42:17 So within like a week, it was, and she was telling the truth the first time, but they know it looks bad. So they'll deny it even when they themselves have admitted it or been right next to the guy. This is so funny. Somebody just said, I think they mean Besson. I was just about to ask you this. But thank you for the tip, a $1 tip, but to ask about Scott Besson. And I was like, well, perfect. That was my last question.
Starting point is 00:42:38 Scott Besson is the current Treasury Secretary. He's great. He's been absolutely killing it for the Trump administration. He did, though, at one point, work with George Soros, which is a fascinating feature of his biography. What do you think of Scott Besson? Well, you know, I was skeptical when he was tapped for that very reason. I think I even might have written an article on Dan's website criticizing the move.
Starting point is 00:42:59 He did work with Soros Fund Management for decades, actually, and he funded a hedge fund in the mid-2000s that George Soros backed. they haven't been in touch for more than a decade. And the Wall Street Journal did report that they argued that their relationship was more financial than anything else, which I guess you'd expected a hedge fund in that Besson and George Wall Besson worked there had clashed on politics. For instance, I think they were going to boycott his railing companies and Bessent threatened to quit and they reversed on that one.
Starting point is 00:43:31 He was there. So they had clashed on politics. I mean, you know, it puts me in a weird spot where I feel. feel like I don't want to like seem like I'm making excuses for someone just because they're helpful to our side. But it, it, it, the evidence does suggest that he did clash with Soros politically while he was an employee of his. And, you know, it's, I guess his track record as Treasury Secretary speaks for itself. He's been doing a good job, which yes, it's good news for us. Also, I mean, realistically, like Soros made his money off of currency bets, uh,
Starting point is 00:44:01 and in, and specifically in the UK. And that understanding of currency, uh, has actually been of some great help to Scott Besson at the Treasury Department because just for instance, he just was posting about what's going on in Argentina right now. The United States apparently was involved in a pretty useful rescue of the Argentinian peso that has paid a profit back to the United States now that Scott Besson just revealed this week. So kind of fascinating. He is a good guy. And also, he wouldn't be the first either Democrat or former Democrat-length person who is now
Starting point is 00:44:35 of utility to us in this crazy world we live in. Donald Trump was a Democrat, Tulsi Gabbard, RFK Jr., Scott Besson. So we're living through an interesting time, aren't we? Yeah, I think we're up 10% was the last headline I saw on that trade in like a week or two. So yeah, it's worked out in our favor by quite a bit. And yes, I mean, we judge people by how they act while in office. And in Trump's first term, there was certainly a heck of a lot of Republicans that proved to be rhinos.
Starting point is 00:45:02 We have a lot of Democrats that have come around and seen the light. So, yeah, I welcome people changing their minds and being an asset. I mean, even Elon Musk was a Democrat not too long ago. And there is a parallel timeline out there where they did not try to trans his son and he's still a Democrat. That was the one issue that turned him to our side. And it turned a ton of young men to our side in the last election. So I guess thanks to the Democrats were standing for nothing but trans people and illegal aliens. Yes, the more psychotic they are, the more sane people leave their ranks.
Starting point is 00:45:32 Okay. Okay, so let me talk to me about Soros, Alex Soros, and our borders. So when I hear open society, what I, I, that to me equals open borders is what Soros is for. And so how hard is the Soros fortune going to fight to reopen America's borders? Well, they've been doing it for many, many decades. And this is really the first time they're losing. You know, during the Biden administration, he was going as far as funding NGOs that would give free legal assistance to people that were on caravans. And, you know, if you're people who are legitimately seeking asylum, you'd think he probably wouldn't need that. It would be a pretty cut and dry case. But, no, the whole point was to flood the country.
Starting point is 00:46:16 And now he's fighting against things like ending birthright citizenship. You know, the left, you reduce social trust. the more you introduce unassimilated people into the country. And you need to reduce social trust to break open the country from within and make these left-wing policies acceptable. I mean, you see this weird paradox in the urban versus rural environments where if you're in a rural area, your neighbor might be a mile away, but you know them better than someone in a city
Starting point is 00:46:47 might know their neighbor right next to them. And the people in the city are way more likely to support government and outside help to solve problems where the person in the less population-dense area will support private charity and community and you really can't have that with a lot of you can't have the Soros Edition with a lot of social trust.
Starting point is 00:47:06 So a lot of the strategy is dependent on breaking that. And I should add, with the Biden administration, I mean, we know at least 10 million illegals enter the country. I've seen estimates around 30 million illegals. It's probably higher. There were at least a half dozen or so members of people connected,
Starting point is 00:47:22 to Soros that were in his cabinet, I mean, near a Tandon, Ron Claim, a number of other people. And he also just packed it with, you know, people from NGOs that are the kind of groups that are at least ideologically aligned with Soros, if not directly connected. Just amazing. So how's the book going? Is the New York Times written the book review yet? No. So the first one, the I think we sold the first week three or four times the amount of copies you need to sell to make the New York Times bestseller, and they snubbed it. So I have no hope for this one whatsoever.
Starting point is 00:47:58 Just to show everyone what it looks like. It's we got Alex's not so great looking mug on the car. Oh, there we go. The air with Alex Estia's. And I think they did a really great job with it. I got good reviews from like Steve Bannon, Newt Gingrich. I got the president of Albania to review it. So I've got international with the back cover reviews.
Starting point is 00:48:17 That's, well, they wouldn't be the first. world leader concerned about the Soros influence, of course. I mean, like Victor Orban and Hungary has been furious about the way the Soros have been interfering in international affairs. So there's it's not, it's not just Americans who are upset about this. Well, yeah. And it's if they can do it, why can't we? You know, obviously, you know, there are free speech arguments to be made. And well, if you're funding a group, you're kind of funding speech. But I think what they're going to find with the RICO and IRS investigations is it's a lot more than that. that, you know, through discovery, we're going to find out, do, you know, are they discussing
Starting point is 00:48:55 violent, you know, showing that they know violent groups their funding are, in fact, violent. And the fact that we know they are means that they certainly know they are. But that is needed, I think, just to give the evidence to do it. And then what happens of that $25 billion? I would love to see. Maybe we'll just take it. Who knows? Me too.
Starting point is 00:49:14 I'd love to see what happens. Well, Matt, congratulations on the book. And it is so nice to have you stop by the program today. Please keep up the great work at Bon Gino report. Good to talk to you today, sir. Thank you so much. There he is. Matt Palumbo, great guy, another great book on the Soros family.
Starting point is 00:49:31 And so if you want to know about this, you want to be able to explain it all. That's the book to get the air. Thank you to Matt Palumbo. Remarkable, remarkable stuff. We have a couple more things to get to today. We've got another federal investigation that has been announced. That's kind of fun. speaking of investigating the funding sources of the left,
Starting point is 00:49:53 you see that the Trump administration is now investigating Black Lives Matter? Because, of course, the Biden administration wouldn't do it. The Biden guys were going after people who made memes about Hillary Clinton back in 2016. But this Trump administration is investigating Black Lives Matters leadership and their misuse of $90 million plus dollars. federal prosecutors are investigating Fox reports whether senior leaders of BLM defrauded donors who contributed tens of millions of dollars during the 2020 protest. Well, sure they did. They were buying large mansions, BLM. The Associated Press first reported that the Justice Department
Starting point is 00:50:35 ongoing inquiry is focused on the foundations handling of donations collected in the wake of the George Floyd killing when the group saw a surge of more than $90 million. in contributions. The probe is being led by the U.S. Attorney's Office in the Central District of California in Los Angeles. Yeah, you know what that means? That's Bill Assaley. Bill Assaley.
Starting point is 00:50:58 Learn the name. That's a key name. That U.S. attorney means business in California. And this is yet another reason why the president needs to be able to get all these U.S. attorneys through. We need a hundred Bill Assailies all across the country going after. all these lunatics after all these left-wing funding operations. That's really key.
Starting point is 00:51:25 Let's see here. The probe is being led by Bill Ossaly. Investigators have issued subpoenas executed at least one search warrant in recent weeks as they examine whether foundation leaders or related organizations improperly managed charitable funds. The scope of the probe? Unclear. No criminal charges have yet been filed. The Department of Justice declined to comment.
Starting point is 00:51:45 Fox News has reached out. the black lives matter so that's boy that's fun that's really good that's really good um i'll take it by the way very happy with that i like seeing people prosecuted i want to see them convicted i want to see them put in jail uh things are on the move something is always happening have you noticed something is always happening which is great to see uh let's see before we go today yes more more more i totally agree with you i think my earpiece is falling out somewhere in my beard hair here. Let's, oh, my, you know what, how good this thing. I'm sorry. There is a person under here. All right. Enough of that. Enough of that. Man. Yeah, thank you, Brafty. Braptie loves
Starting point is 00:52:31 the costume. It's so, it's Dumbledore, but I can only go so long with it. Now, there we go. I'll keep the, the wizard's robes on. Now we've got it. So we've got the government shutdown continuing. There are Democrats who have no idea why the government's even shut down, which is really funny. This clip is Congresswoman Janelle Bynum. She can't even say why she voted to shut the government down. Take a look here. This is a cut nine, this Democrat congresswoman, not a clue in the world as to why they shut the government down.
Starting point is 00:53:06 Watch. They did have a clean CR vote on September 19th in the House. Did you vote for it? I disagree with your characterization and want to make sure that we're very clear about what Republicans have been doing. Any bill that they've put forth, they've always had some extra stuff to it. There's always been a poison pill to it. So I disagree with your characterization. What were the poison pills of the clean CR or the continuing resolution you say it's not clean that was voted on in the House in mid-September?
Starting point is 00:53:39 Here's what's important. I think what you're trying to do. do is shift the responsibility to Democrats. It's so funny. I love that clip. That clip makes me laugh a lot. It's really, really great. She's like, okay, you said there's a poison pill in the bill. What was the poison pill? Here's what I think needs to happen. I think you need to be held accountable for trying to shift responsibility to the party that bears responsibility, the Democrats. Yeah. Great. That's hilarious. Boy, we, you know what?
Starting point is 00:54:15 This feels like some sort of ancient Chinese proverb. If you're going to have enemies, may they be idiots? Because that chick is for sure. She's one of them. These Democrat lawmakers, they have no idea. It's completely indefensible, so they don't even know how to summon a defense. There she is. She's a real Democrat congresswoman.
Starting point is 00:54:32 And that is really the only way I'm ever going to remember her now is the idiot who could not come up with an excuse for the shutdown. And then there's Hakeem Jeffries. Hakeem Jeffries, the dial-up Democrat, the man whose brain operates with a dial-up tone. Remember the dial-up tone? That's how his brain operates. In between every word, you get a dial-up tone from Hakeem, Jeffries. Here he is.
Starting point is 00:55:00 He's clinging to the chaos. He's now saying that Republicans are liars. They're liars. Here's Hakeem. There's been bipartisan opposition to the partisan Republican spending bill in both the House and in the Senate. And that bipartisan opposition in the Senate has continued 13 different times. Republicans hold press conferences every day. And you know what they do?
Starting point is 00:55:27 They lie to the American people. These people are stone cold extremist liars, starting from the very top. Stone cold extremist liars, he says. says as his tiny little brain tries to process the words that are coming out of his stupid mouth. They're just a bunch of liars. No, they're not. No, they're not. They've been telling the truth. It's the Democrats who shut the government down. And now we're barreling towards. It's Halloween. So we're barreling towards November. Of course, November starts tomorrow. And as a result, we're watching as food stamps are going to disappear. And I'm concerned about that for the people who
Starting point is 00:56:05 are legitimately in need of food aid or are not going to be able to get it now. thanks to the Democrats making their lives more miserable on purpose. The Democrats have been bragging about the suffering that they've inflicted on the United States and saying, your suffering is our leverage. Does that mean that everyone who takes food stamps should be receiving them? No, no. We got to kick illegals off of food stamps. We got to kick the able-bodied off of food stamps,
Starting point is 00:56:31 meaning we've got to get to a point where people who are capable of generating an income and getting a job and being gainfully employed and feeding their families. we've got to get to the level where they're off of this is supposed to be again what is it chat a hand up not a handout hand up not a handout that's the move but right now for those people who have no other choice food stamps what they're relying on Democrats are the reason they won't be receiving Democrats you can thank Democrats for that and are they going to lie about this sure that's all they're doing right now they're just lying about it oh Republicans did this Republicans did this Okay. You know, amidst all of this, they keep saying things like, well, Republicans control the House and the Senate.
Starting point is 00:57:10 If they just wanted to blow past the filibuster, they could open the government again. Okay. I'll take that deal. I'm fine with that deal. Let's do it. President Trump just called for it this morning. Let's invoke the nuclear option. Let's play the Trump card. Let's get America back up and running. And while we're at it, if we don't need any Democrat votes to do anything, let's fix the whole country. Now's the time. We've got to do it. That would be a real treat. You want to talk about trick or treat?
Starting point is 00:57:40 That's the treat for the American people. Fix our country. We don't have any time to waste as your opportunity. I want to thank you as always. I really hope you have a fantastic Halloween. Have a great Halloween. What are you guys going as, chat? What's everybody dressed up as?
Starting point is 00:57:56 Am I the only one dressing up for Halloween? I have, in case you're wondering, like, why does Vince have a Dumbledore costume? Because I have a daughter. And because I purchased this costume several years ago in order to accompany her to some event where she dressed up as Hermione, which was a lot of fun. I loved it. But since then, I thought, how am I going to get every last dollar out of that thing? I did spend some good money on it.
Starting point is 00:58:20 Well, I'll wear it on the show. I showed it this morning as we were getting ready for the show. And I think producers, Justin and Gee, were a little staggered by the fact that I was dressed up. But that's okay. The surprise is part of the fun. It is great to have you with us. I've got the big national radio show come up today. There are so many stories to cover.
Starting point is 00:58:42 We'll hit what we can today. You can listen to it live on your local radio station. Just go to the vinshow.com to get your local listing. And we've also got the rumbled.coms slash vince feed. You can watch the video live. Should I? Hey, fellas, should I go out with some music? You want to do that?
Starting point is 00:59:02 Shripping skulls will shock your soul and seal your duty night. Spooky, skellies, skellies skeletons, speak with such a screech. You'll shake and shudder are in surprise when you hear these zombies shriek. Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
