However, when you look at people on the right, some I'll leave out of this conversation, or who claim to people on the right some i'll leave out of this conversation or who claim to be on the right who've conned people put up fundraisers that were bs turned out to be you know weirdos in the end what happens what happens in our popularity joe

they're gone see ya sayonara. Because conservatives don't tolerate, they'll tolerate mistakes. Everybody screws up. Everybody. What they won't tolerate is a person who's an absolute fraud and a phony. Liberal media hacks know that. So the attacks on Tucker are not going to be about anything other than him being, they're going to be, oh, he's a fraud. This guy's definitely a fraud.

Where does the left go when they need someone to put a fake story up like the fake dossier and the fake pee pee tape? Well, the guy who basically had a role in starting that, tape? Well, the guy who basically had a role in starting that, David Korn from Mother Jones. Again, a guy with no human dignity whatsoever. None. No human dignity at all. A man who replicates the characters of The Wizard of Oz by only had courage or a brain or a heart. David Korn, a man with not a single sliver of integrity at all, who is one of the key figures in promoting one of the biggest political hoaxes of all time,

the collusion hoax. They go right to him when they need to take someone out. Here it is, Mother Jones, Tucker Carlson's long con. In other words, he's conning you all. Was his long, strange trip a put-up job? You think this piece is by accident? You think this is a mistake? You're going to see a lot of myths and fairy tales coming out in the coming days.

And they're all going to be direct attacks at Tucker Carlson's character and integrity because they know conservatives don't put up with that. The problem is the stories are garbage. Let me address a couple other misdirections and myths and fairy tales floating out around there about Tucker Carlson. Gabe Sherman has broken a lot of stories about Fox in the past. I don't know the guy. I never met him. But this guy's actually done some stuff that whether they like it or not,

it's turned out to have some air of credibility to it. However, this piece in Vanity Fair, I'm sorry, it's just hilariously stupid. Remember the agenda first, attack his credibility because conservatives hate a phony, right? The next agenda by the liberal media, Vanity Fair, New York Times, Washington Post, is going, what is it going to be? It's going to be, how do we now separate the conservative movement and divide it so it fights each other? So for as many issues as I've had over the years with people in the media,

and we've had some issues even with my old employer, we've wired those out, but there's nothing they want more than a Fox versus evangelicals, Christians, and religious people thing out there. There's nothing they'd love more. I explained that poorly, didn't I? No good. They want religious people to rebel against Fox. Thank you. That's where this article comes from. Vanity Fair. Tucker Carlson's prayer talk may have led to Fox News' ouster. That stuff freaks Rupert Murdoch out who runs Fox. Gabe Sherman notes, folks, I'm telling you this is nonsense. I'm going to get into the Fox thing in a minute. I don't think anybody here has clean hands, but this I'm telling you is being done intentionally. A new theory has emerged. According to the source, Rupert Murdoch removed Tucker Carlson over remarks Carlson made during a speech at Heritage Foundation, a gala on Friday night.

Carlson laced his speech with religious overtones that even Murdoch found too extreme. The source who was briefed on Murdoch's decision-making said Carson told the heritage audience that national politics had become a Manichaean battle between good and evil. Ha! Joe, where have you heard those words before? Manichaean battle between good and evil. Joe's like scratching his head like, I think I've heard them on our show.

I think so. Matter of fact, I've recorded them words on our show. Yeah. I say that because Tucker and I obviously think alike on the issue. I'm not, by the way, I'm not remotely suggesting Tucker gets his material from me. I'm sorry if that came out the wrong way. I'm suggesting to you that there is zero chance Tucker was fired for talking about what I've talked about on Fox for 10 years. What Ainsley Earhart talks about on Fox every day,

her love of Jesus Christ. What Rachel compost stuff. He talks about every weekend. There are a lot of things going on at Fox, but we are not liberals. It's important. We get the story, right?

If there's a beef there, we want to know what the beef is so we can fix it. I'm telling you, this isn't it. This is a clear effort to say religious people, Fox sucks. That's what this is. This is a 100% BS story. I did a show there for two years. I've been doing hits there since 2011. That is 12 years. I probably have 5,000 television appearances on with Fox. I have mentioned my love of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior on there probably Christ, my Lord and

Savior on there probably 20, 30 times. And I've said things about a religious good versus evil fight, probably over a hundred. No one has ever, ever on my life reached out to me and been like, Hey man, we don't do that religion stuff on the air. I just did it for Easter. You guys saw the hit. I just did it on Easter where I wanted to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. This story is 100%. I'm telling you made up. I'm not suggesting Sherman made it up. I'm saying someone who told him this story is making it up or has an agenda.

There's no way this is true. Finally, there's a lot of speculation about who's going to replace Tucker. Listen, the guy's not replaceable, okay? I said to you yesterday, I who's going to replace Tucker. Listen, the guy's not replaceable, okay? I said to you yesterday, I'm not going to redo yesterday's show. By the way, thank you. It's our second show now in less than 10 days with over a million views on video alone and audio too. That may be the first time we did video and audio in a million, which is totally bananas in one day. I mean, we have shows with a million, but over a couple of days or weeks. But that was amazing.

But I discussed in the beginning how there are people out there who are the news. They may discuss the news, but they are the news. What they talk about becomes the news. There are maybe 10 people on the planet who can do that. Maybe five of them here in the United States. There used to be Howard Stern. Not so much anymore. Used to be Rush Limbaugh. be Howard Stern, not so much anymore. Used to be Rush Limbaugh. Obviously, he's not with us anymore.

Right now, there's probably two. Rogan in the news politics space, Rogan and Tucker. That's it. He's not replaceable. But obviously, there's a lot of speculation. This piece is in the newsletter today.

I mean, that's just the way it is. And I'm not sure that's a bad thing. Maybe we just wasn't a good fit now. Maybe it will be at some other time. I have no idea. But who can replace the highest rated host? Here's my humble opinion. And I say this with no insider information on it at all.

i think the likelihood that's very low um i would say it's close to zero i'd say it's an asymptote at zero i think jesse's probably gonna wind up moving to eight i think that's the most likely move because the seven show there are less eyeballs on tv screens at seven and it's less of a risk and we'll see who moves into seven i don don't really know. I mean, there's a lot of talented people. They got Will over there. Pete. Pete's been around a while. People love Pete. So maybe one of them. I don't know. We'll see. All right. There's my little update on the story. Just be careful. There's going to be a lot of misdirection, a lot of agendas. I'm telling you they need to take this guy out. They don't want to hear anything about this guy anymore. The Pentagon wants him out. Defense contractors

want him out. Swampies want him out. McConnell wants him out. Lindsey Graham wants him out. They want this guy put away and laid out to pasture. They don't want him anywhere near a television camera again. And he does it because as however painful for democrats i know we have you here because i see some of you trolling our chat room right however painful this is to hear the guy is a sociopathic liar i i had i want to make sure you digest what I'm telling you. It wasn't like some pregnant pause there. He is a sociopathic liar, meaning he does it on impulse and has no ability to control it. There's no theory of that. There's Keynesian theories, there's Austrian school theories. There's no trickle-down.

Show this to your liberal media friends and ask them to ask Biden about the theory of trickle-down. Check this out. President Obama, in December of last year,

the market will take care of everything they tell us. Jobs and prosperity will eventually trickle down to everyone else. In April of of this year during the bush years the wealthy got wealthier but prosperity sure didn't trickle down in july this past summer barack obama we've tried it their way it didn't work we were told that prosperity would start at the top and then trickle down close quote where does this trickle where does this phrase trickle down come from? Oh, I don't know. It was as far back as, as the, as the first, as the Roosevelt administration. There is absolutely, it is an incredible thing. It's, there is a non-existent theory that is constantly being attacked. Some years ago in my newspaper column, I challenged anybody to cite

any economist outside of an insane asylum who had ever made that argument. Nobody ever came up with a single person. So when Barack Obama says in this past July, quote, we were told that prosperity. Who told him? Nobody told him. Nobody. No economist has ever held no politician has ever said it. I don't know of anybody who's ever said it.

No politician has ever said it. I don't know of anybody who's ever said it. In fact, when I put this out, I went out and actually sent the column. Various people wrote me and said, well, so-and-so said this. So-and-so said it. But find me the person who said it. I don't want to hear how you said that. Be said, find me B and show me where he said it.

And that was years ago. Not one example has been offered. All right. I told you, by the way, I got a little bit more on this Tucker story coming up later from a bigger cable news perspective. He said he's an angry, cognitively, a cognitive mess. He just is. And they've got an even bigger problem. The bigger problem is his backup, Kamala Harris. You want to hear some inside baseball? I gave it to the other day. Because this, again, is a fact. If Biden runs, he's not going to be able to finish his four years. There is no chance. Ladies and gentlemen, he's having going to be able to finish his four years. There is no chance. Ladies and gentlemen, he's having a hard time getting through this year. There is zero chance Biden will eventually resign or the 25th Amendment him out of there. And Kamala Harris is going to take over. Even Axios, a left-wing website here. They're saying now White House officials are

trying to buttress Kamala Harris. They got to fix her image because Kamala Harris's numbers are worse than Biden's. Approval in the 30s versus the 40s for Biden. They got themselves a big problem. That big problem is called Kamala Harris. People are more terrified, I think, of her than they are of Biden. Folks, unfortunately, the media environment we're in now is causing us a really dangerous situation. The left wants to engage in asymmetric violence in the streets. I said this from the start. The left always has their shock troops in the street. They've always needed them. Every left

this group in this country and other groups and other countries as well, because they need to shut you up. The BLM Antifa thing was not an accident. They need these people in the streets. Think about it. Think it through. Why does the left want their liberal shock troops in the street? They need people scared. They need conservative groups like Tea Party people afraid to go out to Chicago and New York and L.A. where the population centers are and evangelize people to the conservative cause. They can't have that. and evangelize people to the conservative cause.

They can't have that. So the fact that the left celebrates and covers for their BLM and Antifa thugs in the street with their ninja costumes, this is not an accident. Please, the verdict is in. It is not an accident. They do this on purpose because they want you to know

they can engage in asymmetric violence. We can attack you. The media and the judicial system will cover for us. But the minute you respond back and God forbid someone fights back in self-defense, we're going to throw you in jail. This is not an accident. And this is the same reason George Soros has funded all these prosecutors in these liberal cities. George Soros and these liberal donors want you to know that we will brutally attack you in these cities.

The funded prosecutors. And we will do everything we can to fund a light on crime enforcement thing. But the minute you do the guy in Missouri, what was the family? I forget his name. He ran for Senate. The guy came outside of his house to defend himself with a rifle. What's his name? McCluskey's.

apparently stormed the place, caused an insurrection in the House. They got aggressive. They got violent. They started slamming on things. You heard about this story? Yeah, play the video. Here, here's the actual video. Now, if this were Republicans, this would be an insurrection

and the FBI would be investigating tomorrow. But because the left loves asymmetric violence, they want you to know they can do this. And you can't. Here, look at this one. If those were Republicans, you know damn well they would be in jail they'd be being pursued by the fbi on the most wanted list for insurrection or some other bs asymmetric violence don't forget those two words asymmetric violence the left

throughout human history has done this we will own own the streets. When we own the streets, you can't protest. If you can't protest, it gives a perception to the public that what you're standing for doesn't have any public backing. They need you scared all the time. He's on this podcast. He's a swimmer. He's the one that finished first, although he was a mediocre swimmer as a man, and then jumped in the pool as a man against women,

and now he's like a rock star. And he's like, no, I'm a woman. And it's just the weirdest thing right now to see the culture wars that the left has hoisted upon us gotten so far off from a center line in this that now we're arguing that it's unfair to call out the unfairness of a guy competing against women in women's sports this is this is check this out for yourself they're like oh we respect leah as a woman as

a trans woman or whatever we respect her identity we just don't think it's fair. You can't really have that sort of half support where you're like, oh, I respect her as a woman here, but not here. They're using the guise of feminism to sort of push transphobic beliefs. And I think a lot of people in that camp sort of carry an implicit bias against trans people, but don't want to, I guess, fully manifest or speak that out. And so they try to just play it off as this sort of half support. They think about how twisted feminism, quote unquote, feminism has become. Their arguments, you know, in order to exclude anybody in the trans category, you have to reduce women to reproductive capacity, which is, in my opinion, extremely anti-feminist. I don't want to put those women down either. And I know you don't want to either because I see pain.

I see pain and the pain is coming from somewhere. It's not you though. It's the patriarchy. And how can we get people to see that? Folks, if you're like, what was that word salad about? The answer is I don't freaking know. The guy's making an argument just to be clear that you're not a feminist if you don't support guys beating women by, by a landslide in a swimming event designed for women that you think this is, he said it right. This is why aliens will come to earth and they'll turn around, make a U-turn.

Remember Tom Cruise, war of the worlds that movies over in the first five minutes, they come out of the ground in war of the worlds. They look around, they go, screw this, man. Then they just beam off. And you're like, wait, the credits are rolling. I've only been here five minutes. This is the woke version. This is the woke version. This is how crazy stuff has gotten. we're only going to address boys if they produce sperm or something like that. And Paul was like, what? What? Wasn't our school. Dude, I'll show you tomorrow. I just got a little bit ago. I want to get to this stuff before,

because this angry citizen rant is one of the best things I've ever seen. But listen, some inside baseball, just back to the Tucker Carlson story a minute. But in terms of the larger cable news ecosystem and why this is a good piece, it's in the Hill, which I'm always skeptical about, but I included it in a newsletter today, bongino.com slash newsletter. My daughter works really hard on that. A lot of you sent her nice emails thanking her. She really appreciated that yesterday. But this is important. This is a good piece.

Cable news has bigger problems than Carlson and Don Lemon. It's actually pretty good. And it describes a problem in the cable news industry I'm not sure people know about if you're on the outside. The person who wins the overall for the night, in other words, the person who had the biggest audience, that's a big deal. But it's actually not as important as who wins the biggest audience. That's a big deal, but it's actually not as important as who wins

the demographic. The demographic is the number of 25 to 54-year-olds that are watching. And the reason that's important is that's where most, not all, but most of the money is spent. So advertisers obviously want to advertise to people and spend money, correct? So here's the issue they're going to have with the departure of Tucker Carlson Fox. One, he was a major draw, as this guy notes, for a streaming service, Fox Nation. That's kind of a big problem. People pay to see someone. It's like paying to see a movie. You don't see the movie. You're going to want a refund. But also, the author notes, Jeffrey McCall, that Tucker attracted a younger demo than all the other FNC programs, reaching that 25 to 54 group that advertisers prefer.

He was the 10th poll. He propped up ratings in the middle of the evening and provided a lead in for Hannity. Folks, that demo number is huge. I can't tell you in the business how important the demo is. If you're a business person, you'd rather, Joe knows this well, Joe been in the business longer than I have. You would rather almost be, if you had an either or, you'd rather be number one overall, number one in the demo.

Okay. Obviously everybody gets that. But if you had a pick, wouldn't you say, Joe, you'd rather be number one in the demo and number two overall than vice versa. Where the bucks are, baby. It's how you'd say, I'm sorry, folks. It's a business. I wish it weren't.

I wish it weren't. There's a business side to this. Advertisers, when you're ad supported, they love to see that demo number. That's why Fox is going to have an issue, I think, with this because Tucker was a major hit in the demo. And the thing is, if Tucker were to leave for a streaming product or another online product somewhere where he does the Tucker show, whatever it may be, that's where the young kids are.

They're all streaming now, which is going to take more people from a cable news audience. It's a bigger problem than I think a lot of people realize. It's an enormous problem. All right, this is our so far citizen of the week here. So you need to go to more of these, by the way. If you ever see these symposiums and they have open mic time, as long as there's a question mark at the end, you're entitled to ask questions too. So this is an event where there are a bunch of reporters up on a stage and there's this guy i i think his name is jose jose vega yeah jose vega so hat tip to him and this is his coverage here so he gets up and he decides that

he's going to ask these so-called journalists a question hey you guys have been really absent on ukraine the seymour hirsch story you got the collusion thing wrong they are clueless they don't know what to say when this guy starts talking this is classic check this out i'm looking for the one with seymour hirsch because it's a policy and press hall event so shouldn't we be talking about the nordstrom since that's the biggest story of the century and you guys you know i mean you have the executive editor of the new york times there who came out with a phony story to try and block Seymour Hersh. It's just kind of funny how that happened, you know?

I mean, did you even acknowledge Seymour Hersh? All of you were executive editors of papers that broke Pentagon, MeLie, Watergate. Is this the same papers or not? has a reason to spin the media too because they make guesses based on probabilities and they want to spread in the media too, because they make guesses based on probabilities and they want to make sure the probability of their thing happening is more likely and they'll use the media to make it more likely. In other words, you predicted we're going to be going to war in the intel community in five years. You're going to put stories in the media, make it more likely we're going to go to war with Russia.

Solomon notes that Morel edited intelligence talking points to delete references to Al Qaeda's role in the Benghazi attack on the compound. Edits that suited Susan Rice so she could go on the Sunday talk shows and make false

insinuations that the anti-Muslim video did it. They are all working together, man. The deep state is real. This isn't some conspiracy theory. The evidence is right in front of your freaking face. Liberals just look at it. Why do you think these intel people in the Pentagon,

who the media people used to call out, the Pentagon Papers, all this other stuff, now all of a sudden they're in bed with them? Why? Because you're witnessing the sad fall of an empire.
