I had an early vote on Friday. I had a thing with a property. I had it, so I got it all done at one time. However, please get out and vote. I'll just tell you, I voted for Byron Donald's. So you vote for who you want. I tell you why support. You're free to support whoever you want.

You're all welcome on the show. Obviously, however, I think Byron would be an amazing governor. So I voted. But please get out and vote. do not take anything for granted. Your vote matters. And as I said, you're not voting as a real consequence. And if you're thinking, well, my vote isn't going to change anything.

Ladies and gentlemen, when you stop voting, candidates stop showing up at your door and they stop caring. You call their office when they win. The first thing they look at is the voter file. Does this person vote? Ask any staff are up on Capitol Hill. No, this person hasn't voted in three or four elections. Not that they're not going to help you, but you're not going on the top of a pile.

I'm sorry. I'm just telling you how it is. You have to vote. I tell my daughter this all the time. It matters. Above and beyond, if your vote's going to change the election or not. It matters for you. They look that stuff up.

It's really important. I learned that the hard way. I have to address something at the beginning of the show. I'm really getting exhausted addressing folks. I'm just going to say, too, before I address this latest nonsense with Joe Kent, if I mean this. I mean this from the bottom of Dan sometimes broken heart here, talking to myself in the third person.

if you're not interested in simple facts you can look up, then please, I don't mind. You can just tune out. The show is not for you. I'm not talking about complicated facts. Like, you know, working out the quadratic equation and two variables and how a curve will go up and down, you can get two separate answers to one question.

I'm not talking about that. I'm talking about simple questions. Like, does Joe Kent, have the authority to do what he's claiming to do. You can just look that up. If you're not interested in that, then this show's not for you, okay? Go back to screaming on Twitter with your bots.

I got one the other day. I kid you not. This isn't like one of these dopey liberals. They tell those stories. I was in a coffee show. Someone came up to me and told me how much they hate Donald Trump and they make them up. This is real. I got probably 10 of these.

Emails, DMs, and others. People saying into the work account here. Hey, Dan, I, you know, when you first got out, I doubted what you were saying about the grifters and the doomers and their goal to fracture the magmoot. Now I see it. It's as if last week, the kimono opened. And then everybody was like, oh my gosh, I don't want to see that. Now you're seeing it. Now you're seeing it. I saw this expost this morning and I thought to myself, how many suckers are going to continue to believe this?

This is at USA. Yep. John, yep. All caps, of course. And Andy, that means this is really important. Of course, all caps. Investigation into foreign involvement in Charlie Kirk's assassination, blocked by the FBI.

Whoa, all caps, too. We've got to be true that, all caps. John. John knows, of course. He's a serious guy. Cash Patel blocked Joe Kent, former director of counterterrorism from investigating the foreign leads into Charlie's assassination. I trust Joe Ken. That's really great. Why would the FBI block this? Joe Kent tells Jimmy Doer, Jimmy Doer, here we go. Isn't he like a comedian? It's like a comedian. It tries me. He tells Jimmy Doar. Jimmy Doer, just go listen to his. interview on Tucker's show and you'll see what that guy's made, right? That he was at NCC,

Joe, and he was blocked from investigating Charlie Kirk's killing after the FBI said it had everything it needed. The case would be transferred to state authorities. Okay. Folks, I'm going to make this really simple for you. So again, this is that point of the show where we're reaching a truth red line. If you're not interested in the truth, please stop now because this is going to be really painful. There is nothing you can say to dispute the fact that three plus three equals six, no matter how hard you try, okay? So first, I just wanted to show you this picture, because I actually like Joe Kent, appreciated his service to the country, made a lot of sacrifices with his family. Of course, the tragic story of his wife. I told you, there's an amazing plaque up at the NSA. I've seen myself

dedicated to the heroism of his wife who died tragically serving this country. That doesn't dispute any of that. Matter of fact, they said the same thing about Bob Mueller. Bob Mueller was served the country in the armed forces. Great. We appreciate that. How? However, that does not absolve you from that point on from having to tell the truth and not being a liar. Joe Ken has chosen to disgrace himself. Joe Ken is continuing to insist he was blocked from doing something. He's not authorized to do. I can't think of a simpler example.

I'll get to the, I just put it in chat GPT to make it really easy in case you think like I'm making this up. Joe cannot answer a simple question. You should ask him this. please explain to me what investigative law enforcement authorities or powers you had in NCTC that you were blocked from engaging. So I put in this really simple one, everyone can understand.

Everyone knows what a subpoena is, right? Do satikum, add testificatum. You get a subpoena to produce documents, do satacotum or add testificatum to come testify in a civil or criminal trial. You get a subpoena means you have to go, okay? Now, a traditional tool of law enforcement or an investigative body,

would be a subpoena. So if Joe was an investigator into the case that was authorized to investigate the case, then he should have subpoena power, someone correct? But because NCTC is not an investigative body, I just put this simple question in to help you guys. Because what he's saying about cash, what is he alleging a crime?

Cash obstructed justice? Really? Does the NCTC, National Counterterrorism Center, have subpoena power? No, the NCTC does not have independent subpoena power. Their title USC authorities are to analyze and integrate terrorism intelligence, strategic operational planning, coordination, and to maintain the government's repository of information on known and suspected terrorists.

The statute does not, wait, wait, wait, hold on, I'm not done yet. Go back. The statute does not grant NCTC or its director, i.e., formerly Joe Kent, authority to issue subpoenas or compel private, priorities to produce records or testimony. Wow. It goes on. This is really strange.

It seems like he's lying to you about being blocked from something. It's like saying like the IRS was blocked from a local, you know, missing kid case in Stewart, Florida. Is there any tax nexus? No. So how were they blocked? They have no authority to investigate it. If compulsory process is needed, subpoena is i.e., an agency possessing that authority would obtain it.

Such as, oh, look at it. Andy, it's crazy. Such as the FBI? Is that say FBI? The OJ? Andy's raising it. I think it does. And my eyesight's not great.

And the terrorism intelligence, if there is any, would be made available to the NCTC. There's another significant limitation. I'm just reading to you, chat, GPT. The NCTC director, I.E. Joe Kent. Someone should just ask him this on a show. Jimmy Dunce or whatever.

Jimmy has a meltdown. Every time I love this guy. I own this guy. I'm in his head. Every time, watch him freak out. The guy's supposed to be a comedian. The NCTC director cannot direct the execution of counterterrorism operate. You can't.

Wait, why? Congress, not me, not Dan Bongino, deliberately structured it primarily as an intelligence integration and strategic planning organization rather than a law enforcement agency. Look at that. Well, well, lookie here. One more. Here's a quick one for you. Chat GPT is like, in case you're stupid, it doesn't say the bill.

Here, in shorthand, FBI is the investigative agency with compulsory legal authorities. NCTC is there for intelligence fusion and interagency counterterrorism coordination. Oh, my God. Can we put flags in the chat about what? Just put them in in advance. Because this is the most red flaggy red flag ever. I promise you, if Joe Kent were to come out tomorrow, and say something like, I love the Jews, every single person out there, flags in the chat.

37,000.8 flags in the chat. I love it, by the way, they can't keep up with the running. It's always asymmetric. You want to start a fight with us, we always win. The numbers don't work for you, and they never will. Either do the facts. So we're up two to nothing. Facts in our favor, numbers in our favor.

You want to keep messing around. We're going to keep making you look stupid. I was blocked from conducting an investigation. I had no authority to conduct whatsoever at all. I guarantee you this. Flags all over in the chat. Guaranteed if Joe Kent were to come out tomorrow and say like, I love the Jews and I don't hate Israeli.

I guarantee you every single person telling you, they trust him and is telling you the truth, despite the fact that he's obviously lying, every single person would turn on him and go, That guy's full of crap. He had no authority. Look at it. It's right there. And any AI system can tell you that.

I mean, I can't give you any easier example of this. Not to mention Charlie Kirk and Tyler Robinson is entitled to a free and fair and open trial. He is innocent until proven guilty. He is entitled to his day in court. I don't understand why you can. This is a Utah state case. It's not an FBI case. There was assistance provided, and that's it.

This is all open source. I mean, this is like saying, like, I can't believe the DEA was blocked from a United States Secret Service money counterfeiting case. They're not blocked. They have no authority to investigate counterfeiting. They investigate drugs. NCTC doesn't investigate anything. Can someone just ask Joe that? What exactly was your investigative authority?

Put up the picture again, by the way. I was friendly with Joe. I had Joe on my show and he ran for others. To watch this guy just completely lie about me, just make it up that he was blocked. When he knows he wasn't blocked with anything. This was me over at, what does that say about my head, Andy? He's trying to read it like it's an eye chart.

You know when they block one eye? Justin's got him like this. He thinks it says NCTC, which would probably mean I was at where? NCTC? This was me telling Joe, and I had only been there a few months, hey, man, you need anything? Come on over. We're happy to, like, brief you in where we can and appropriate. No.

It's like saying I blocked a Bureau of Indian Affairs from the Charlie Kirk investigation. What jurisdiction did they have? Zero. Of course, again, you can all, I get the responses. Here, go to my ex account. It's kind of hilarious.

Go and read the responses from the bot army below. It's all bots and BS. You can tell, because they can't even win a primary, this group of losers. These absolute zero's got so. They lose everywhere, and they're going to lose today in Florida again and get smoke. They have no power.

They have no connections. They have no like umph. They have no whatever freaking Genesee qua. All their connections are amongst themselves. They just talk to themselves. And when I say connections, I mean to activists and people actually doing work. They don't care about any of that. They care about destruction only.

Joe Kent, I trust it. You trust what? Do you trust information? Or you just blindly trust people who lie to you? Ask him the question. What investigative authority? Why can't you ask him that? Show me, cite to me the United States code where you have any authority to investigate

A lot, not all, but a lot of these billionaires in California who've built businesses and have built successful enterprises of billions, a lot of money, multiple billions, multiples of a lot of money.

Excuse me. These billionaires, many of whom are diehard liberals, are all of a sudden contributing millions of dollars to an effort to stop a billionaire's tax. Whoa, what do you mean? What are you guys looking at? Why are you all staring at me? They're all like staring at me. Like you're waiting for something to fall?

What? It's so weird. No, but they're all staring at the same time. You ever see that movie, weapons when they walk in the basement and all the, that's what just happened. Dude, that was just, yeah, but that was eerie. That was your staring at me a little too weird. This is that, watch what happens.

Plays, I just, see, this is the show. This is like the crazy show in here. Watch what happens when socialism, big government, confiscatory taxation, impacts people who will suffer a material lost themselves. They put their own money into not having socialism. So as you said, California is considering this one time. 5% wealth tax on those worth over $1 billion. It's going to be on the state's ballot come November. Last week, Ripple co-founder Chris Larson,

contributing $10 million. That was after Google co-founder, Sergey Brin, donated $20 million two weeks ago. That brings his total contribution to the group to more than $100 million, a lot at stake here. Folks, I'm just telling you, like, look at the exodus numbers at the end of that. In other words, people leaving these densely populated California counties and cities. Why are they leaving?

Guys, ladies, to the liberals, can you put down the liberals I envision with, like the top hats and the little, like, Monaco? Because they are. These are the rich, blue state liberals. who are like, we love big government, socialism, confiscatory taxation. Okay, well, let's try it here. Hell no, I didn't mean my money. Matter of fact, I'm going to put millions into not paying this tax.

And if I can't, I'm going to engage in an exodus, i.e. leaving, I am going to go move to another state. At what point do you, you ever hear like this cliches, walk a mile on my moccasins, whatever it is? They don't want to walk any of that. want to talk. Look at the thank you, guys. California taxpayer exodus, 17,000

leave in LA County, 11,000, Orange County, 9,000, San Diego, 8,900, Riverside, 8,400, San Bernardino. We love socialism and big government so much. We will do anything to escape it, including leaving. Don't give me either your BS. I know it's coming.

Well, people leave states for all kinds of, of reasons. People show up to states for all kinds of reasons, too. Why doesn't Florida have this problem? I don't understand. Why doesn't Florida and Texas have this problem? There's no net exodus from those states. People are piling in down here in Florida. Justin, correct? We have candidates, I kid you not, running. We have candidates down. Did you see this guy signs the guy running from Martin County Commission? He has a campaign sign, this guy up basically saying like, no growth, like we're sick of all these people coming here. That isn't, it's the craziest thing I've ever seen.

Nobody wants, there's so many people in Florida. They don't even want any people. I'm not talking about the campaign position, whatever. Run on what you want. I'm going to involve that. I'm just telling you, that's become, it's such a big deal in Florida, the influx of people from red states that your argument doesn't work. People leave for all kinds of reasons.

Yes, and the one reason seems to be you live in a blue state because we don't have this problem in red states. Folks, these, they just are doing, there comes a point in your life where don't you get sick of being lied to? Again, I'm not talking about just Folex MAGA, but I'm talking about for persuadable younger folks and others who are not diehard socialist yet. It's hard to break those people until Beseminoff said it right. Uri Besmanov, the KGB defect. Until you get the boot and ass and the gate locks behind you in the gulag, you probably won't wake up. But to people who are on the fence, and there's six out of ten Democrats,

believing the stupid bumper stickers about socialism, if it's so great, why isn't it so great? They tell you things that are just outright lies. Had tipped the great maze more. I saw this yesterday. There's a chart of Obamacare and health care expenses exploding after Obamacare, despite the fact they told you if you like your plan, you could keep your plan and it was going to keep cost down.

I want you to listen to Obama as health care costs. have exploded since he told you this years ago. Check this out. Health care is not a privilege for the fortunate few. It is a right. And I knew that if we didn't do something about our unfair and inefficient health care system, it would keep driving up our deficits.

It would keep burdening our businesses. It would keep hurting our families. And it would keep holding back economic growth. Now, knowing you can offer your family the security of health care, that's priceless. Now you can do it for the cost of your cable bill, probably less than your cell phone bill. Folks, none of that is actually true. Again, in the era of surrogate brains, what do I mean by surrogate brain?

If you're a P1, you know. Artificial intelligence is effectively a surrogate brain. Even if you are clinically stupid and have an IQ below 60, you can ask someone to type into an AI. Did Obamacare actually reduce health care costs? Look at the chart. They've exploded so much so that the Democrats in 2025, who are now telling you socialism is wonderful, who told you Obamacare was wonderful,

how to shut down the government 2025, because Obamacare got so expensive, they needed more taxpayer dollars to pay for the Obamacare they told you would be less expensive. You can read the headlines yourself. Man, well, man, it's called homework. The reason we are so hated by pillars, doomers, grifters, put up the hell of the other,

and media zeros in the business, is because we just use their own statements against them. Bloomberg, not some right-wing outlet, correct, fellas? Now, how does this integrate back into the stupid six out of ten people falling for the socialism thing that act like Syaks?

the outcomes in their life. If you could control someone's health, if you could control someone's health, if you're a few of, You can control someone's health, the ability to get a bypass, the ability to get cancer treatments. Ladies and gentlemen, you control everything. Almost nothing else matters. If you have life-saving, I got chemo, I got ABVD chemo. If ABVD chemo is controlled by the government and you need it to live, you won't survive without it. And the government can't.

You will do anything for the government because they own you. That is why the Democrats love the gaslighting on Obamacare and keep injecting themselves into the equation. What? Let me see. Oh, Biden versus Biden. Yes, he still got it. We used to do it with Biden too. Biden v. Biden. He did the last evening. I'm losing track of my own show.

Now we're going to do Syed versus Syed. Why? This guy is a complete nutbag running in Michigan. The guy's a total communist. He's running for him. And I want to listen to you in his own words, saying completely contradictory things about health care. Why?

Because he's lying to you. No different than Joe Kent lied to you. That he had some authority he didn't have. You can look it up. you know, well, I looked it up, I looked it up for you. Here's Abdul Al-Sahed in this first clip, debating himself saying, yeah, man, private insurance. You know the auto workers and union workers that busted your ass for these really nice healthcare plans? You forfeited salaries and everything.

You busted your ass to get these health care plans. You understand the Democrats you're voting for are the only ones who want to take that away, right? No. Okay. Listen to his own words. Check this out. What Medicare for all does is it does. away with the private insurance market, right? It now has one single payer. That's why we call it single payer, right? One insurance, and that is the government of the United States. Okay, so can we just use logic and reason for a minute? Just for a second. Again, if you're not interested, it's okay if you're

still here, 46,000 people. You can tune out now. Logic and reason, correct? He supports Medicare for all. Okay, he did. Okay, correct? Supports Medicare for all. Thank you. He also says, in the same clip in his own words. Medicare for all means there will be no private insurance. I'm just telling you what he said. It's not my version of what he said. It's his actual words. And by the way, this is not a minority position with Democrats, okay?

Here he is on one of the weekend shows this weekend. Now all of a sudden changes his mind about private insurance. He's just debating himself. He's just a bit. Why would he change his mind? The answer is he doesn't. care about telling you the truth. He cares about gaining power. And the way to get power, i.e. what Kent is doing to, is just to lie to people. Lie to people, get them to believe it,

isolate from the truth, gaslight them, and then later on, go and give them the double barrel and steal their health care plan, which is exactly what's going to happen if you elect this guy. Check this out. You know what's taking away people's private insurance, the fact that they can't afford it. The fact that the deductibles, the premiums have gotten way too high because of people like Mike Rogers who take checks from the private insurance industry and then fail to regulate them. So they keep upping the prices on people, putting people into bankruptcy. We hold $225 billion in medical debt. I want to know what Mike Rogers wants to do about that. I want to abolish it, and I want to make sure that every single person in this country has the health care that they

need and deserve. But will you be saying on that debate stage people can keep their private insurance if they want it? Yeah, look, I'm not against abolishing private insurance. I'm for guaranteeing you public insurance so that you never have to worry about what happens if you turn 26 or get a job or lose a job or turn 65 or get married or get divorced, all the ways that Mike Rogers is okay with you losing your health care in our current health care system. Andy, is that not Sayyed debating himself? What were you just said in a prior clip, Medicare for all, get rid of private insurance? I'm not against getting rid of private insurance. Then maybe you should tell yourself that. El Sayad, it's your turn for an answer.

Well, okay, when does reality take what she said at the end? Oh, wow, now reality is just set in. Like, when does reality set in for like, the Joe Kent supporters,

when does reality set in for the Dumers and Grifters, and when does reality set in for the socialists out there who realized they're being like, is it ever going to set in? Are you not embarrassed? Have you seen that Sebastian Manuscalo? Are you embarrassed?

From the FBI shows that in 2025, the U.S. saw its largest yearly drop in violent crime since they started tracking it nearly a century ago. These days, the sounds of sirens are less frequent in newer crimes. New Jersey, a city long known for its high crime rate. I feel it's been a lot safer. Safety in Newark is very good right now.

Recent data shows Newark saw the largest decline in homicides among major cities in the country, down more than 64% for the first half of this year compared to that period last year. And that means if you're stealing those things, you need that.

And we are choosing to protect billion-dollar companies like CBS and Walgreens over the people who are. are struggling to get by. So I would say that the true crime is that there is such incredible wealth disparity in this city that there are people who can be thrown in jail simply for having a biological need. And so one of the things that I'm fighting for at the state level is to make sure we pass things like treatment, not jail, and that we hold the line on the incredible criminal justice reforms that we have done over the last.

10 and 20 years that are constantly being threatened by right-wing media who aren't looking to fearmonger about people who are actually just in absolute dire strait. Do you have any idea how, remember, was it, was it Billy Madison what you just said? So, so CVS should open its doors and say, it's all free. It's all free. Come in and take everything. Welcoming, I say back to the show because he was a frequent guest on my radio show. The radio show will be returning. The podcast, we've on the radio stations across the country. So we'll be hearing a lot of Scott.

Hopefully you'll come back to the show often. We love having you on. You've done a lot for the conservative movement. Scott Presler, Scott. How you doing, buddy? How's everything going? Today is primary day in Florida, so we are ready and rearing to go. And thank you for having me back.

Well, you do amazing work. You know, when I was back at the FBI, I remember I ran into you at Reagan Airport. You were doing what you always do, traveling around the country, trying to do what you do well, getting people to go out and vote because, you know, unsurprisingly, votes are what win elections. Just kind of big picture, before we get into some of the stuff you found in Minnesota and Pennsylvania that the audience really, really. needs to hear about. I read an article in, I think it was National Review, it was about 10 years ago. And the article had a very simple premise. It was that the Republican Party has not so much fail, but has failed to keep up with the Democrats on the larger fish in the pond pool. In other words, Democrats are really, really good using some of their organized labor allies

and, you know, all of their street activists at registering voters. And the premise in the article is very simple. If you're going to go fishing a pond, do you want to fish in a big pond with 10 fish or with 10,000 fish? The answer is fairly obvious. Yet we as Republicans, not you, you've taken the opposite approach, have kind of missed that, that the way to win elections is to register so many more voters that even if you're off by a few percent, the math still works for you and your get out to vote, your GOTV efforts. You grasped out a long time ago, and you've done amazing work at that. Thank you. It's a game of attraction and addition, right? And so I think one reason why we were successful in

2024 is we had Maha. We had libertarians come in with Bitcoin and being anti-war. And then we had moms and dads. We were coalition building and using that to register voters. And so in order to win this year in 2026 and in 2008, we must always be in a 24-7, 365, coalition ground game that also couples in voter registration. And two very key data points that I always love to hone in on are by and large, about 42% of hunters are not registered to vote. 42%. Wow.

And imagine if we got every Second Amendment enthusiast across the country to actually vote their gun values, I don't think we'd ever lose again. And in Michigan alone, there are hundreds of thousands of gun owners that are not registered. In Pennsylvania, hundreds of thousands. Extrably that to the Midwest, that would win Wisconsin, Michigan, and PA. And when it comes to our Christian community, one thing that we must tap into as well is the fact that 30% of Christians don't vote. And so what Democrats do really well is I don't believe. that we necessarily always have to be winning over Democrats.

Yes, it's important to go into cities. But my message is there are more of us than there are the opposition. We have to get better at simply getting our people to vote. And then we will win every election. I want to add a follow up because really, I don't, I don't think there's anyone with more knowledge of this process that maybe as much, but not more than you. I mean, you've proved what you did in Pennsylvania. It was miraculous.

I was astonished. You should have you on a radio show all the time talking about it. But what I don't think, because I get this a lot. I've had this question, and it's a very good question. People say, Scott, well, what does it matter if I'm registered? If I want to vote, I can register game day. In many cases, you know, that's true and just vote then. I try to explain to him, no, you're missing the point.

If you are not a registered voter, you don't appear on a candidate's walk list when they're knocking on doors. You don't appear. They're not going to knock on a door for someone who's not registered because they want voters. So what winds up happening is if a candidate has a message that resonates to you,

you're a hunter and you're not registered. But you really care about the Second Amendment. I would imagine you do, right? Unless you're bow hunting, right? You're going to need a rifle. You're going to need a firearm, correct? You're never going to hear from that candidate ever. You may not even know when the election is.

You're busy, you got your life. Meanwhile, if you're on the darn list because you registered them, Look, hey, it's candidate Joey Bag of Donuts. You believe in the second amount. Oh, I really should go out and vote. Absolutely. Well, there's a lot to unpack here.

And like you said, if you don't appear on the list, how am I going to garner that vote? How am I going to get that person out to the polls? But it's a couple different things. Not every state has same-day voter registration. Sure, Wisconsin does. Minnesota, clearly does. Virginia does. but many of the southern states require you to be registered 30 days prior to election day, i.e. Texas, I do believe. And in Pennsylvania, you have to be registered 15 days before election day. So if you're not registered, sorry, you're out of luck. And the reason why this is so important is look at even in Pennsylvania with Dave McCormick, we had 23,000 people vote provisionally on election day. Dave McCormick. Dave McCormick,

won by 15,000 votes. Had those people not been registered and had they not done a provisional vote, we may have only 52 seats in the Senate. But to bring this to Florida for a second, because today is primary day, please go out and vote. The polls close at 7 p.m. Eastern Time Zone. In Florida in 2016, remember Hillary Clinton, they were saying, we are winning early voting in Ohio and Florida so big that Donald Trump can't win. Of course, that was. false. But the impression it left in the voters, when they heard Donald Trump supporters heard that we couldn't win, how many people didn't vote because of their early voting? Fast forward, Dan, to 2022 when Governor DeSantis was running in Florida and we were winning early voting in blue

counties. Suddenly, Broward County, West Palm Beach County, I believe more Republicans came out to vote because of the strength of our early voting numbers and it puts seeds under head, yes, Republicans can win. And so it's this multi-pronged approach of the voter registration of the early voting, of chasing ballots into boxes. And that is our strategy going forward in a 2026, 2028, and beyond to win elections. Now, I want to get to your book in a second, but you also have some really shocking information about Minnesota and Pennsylvania, some things you found.

Go look that up wherever you buy your books. Check that out. Scott, again, we appreciate all your work. But, you know, we were chatting a little bit before the interview,

and you had mentioned, hey, we got some serious information about Minnesota, Pennsylvania, non-jurer record. So let's start with Minnesota. What does my audience need? need to know about what you found there. Thank you. Earlier this year, we made public how they have a vouching system whereby one registered Minnesota voter can vouch, meaning these eight people live in my neighborhood.

Those eight people, when they're registering to vote, don't need an ID, don't need proof of citizenship, don't need any proof that they are who they say they are. But the vouching, as James O'Keefe just exposed in his viral content and video, they said to the person trying to vouch, you are the ID. And the reason why I'm bringing this to the attention, and I want to popularize this, is because we're trying so hard, Dan, to pass the Gosh darn Save America Act. The American people demand proof of citizenship, and we demand photo voter ID in order to secure our elections. Now, this is coupled and complicated by the fact that the Department of Homeland Security noted, there are at least 250,000 non-citizens on the voter rolls alone in Cali, New Jersey, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. And so I'm trying to do everything I can.

The House has done its job. The President wants to Save America Act. And we need the Senate to act with budget reconciliation 3.0 to make sure that going into 20, 26, our elections are secure. I want to get to Pennsylvania in a second, but you reminded me of something there. The SAVE Act. Obviously, for me and my show, allocation of time, it's been priority number one. I just don't see how we continue going forward as a country if people just don't trust the system.

You know, people act, Scott, like the United States and the system of relatively stable government, compared to the rest of the world, at least, is just a foregone conclusion. We are the exception. We are not the rule. The minute people stop believing in the system, it collapses. Angels are not going to come down from heaven and go, we have therefore anointed. That's not the way it works.

So the fact that people don't believe anymore that elections, many of them are legitimate, is frightening. I want to bring that up because something happened, I believe it was Michigan at Dana Nessel. They prosecuted a couple cases of voter fraud in Michigan. It's a handful. I get it. But that's pretty shocking, given the entire Gretchen Whitmer Democrat administration.

It says to me one thing. No, not that the Democrats all of a sudden care about voter integrity. It's not be dramatic. But that the public, you, me, and the people you got involved in the system, they're clamoring for election integrity and screaming from the rafters. It's starting to have an effect where even some Democrats are like, we better do something quick or people ain't going to believe this is real. So much to talk about, but let me explain why we're fighting so hard.

Everyone that's watching your show right now, I want you to know election integrity is the most important thing that we are fighting to uphold right now. So Anthony Forlini and Michigan, he's the McComb County clerk. He exposed that voters were receiving summons that were non-citizens. Anthony and Forlini, who's running for Secretary of State, then went through. and looked up, are these people registered a vote? Yes, non-citizens were both registered to vote and voting in Michigan. Justin Heap, the county recorder for Mayor of Popa County, looked up the non-citizens receiving jury summons. Sure enough, they are registered in vote and voting. So you know what I did? I said, if this is happening in Michigan and Arizona,

this is happening in Pennsylvania. We have a law, Dan, that says that the non-jurer list, people that are disqualified from serving as jurors, which is our right, they shall be maintained and open a public inspection. We have 67 counties. I've been requesting the non-jurer records for all 67 NPA. Then what we're doing, Dan, is we are coupling the non-jurer records with the voter rolls. And sure enough, we are finding non-citizens actively register to vote, and some of those individuals have voted. And so we are bringing attention to this. And this comes as the DOJ, AAG, Harmeet Dillon of this division of civil rights at DOJ. She's been doing a phenomenal job. She has even warned all 50 secretaries of state that any election official that knowingly

registers or allows a non-citizen to vote may be held criminally liable. And I do believe that the work that we're doing, Dan, helping to expose this, will, A, get our Senate, hopefully to put a fire under their behinds to actually give us what we want. But number two, we are exposing potential fraud before it happens, not after it happens. We're talking to, if you're listening to our audio, Dr. Scott Pressler. Scott's like, I'm not a doctor. I'm annoyed to you, a doctor of philosophy in GOTV, getting out the vote.

PhD Scott Presser, it's an honorary degree from the Dan Bongino show. So don't worry about any malpractice. It's my degree from the show. But Scott, that is a very serious problem. I have never told you this. We've talked a lot, but this happened personally to me when I ran for Congress in Maryland District 6. It was a very heavily Democrat district.

No Republican had come within, I believe, 15 points. And I encourage people out there to fact checks. You think I'm making this up. We went out, and there's actually two questions for you embedded in this. I remember reading a lot of political science. research before I went out and face-to-face contact knocking on people's doors is invaluable. The data is crystal clear.

The data I had read is it's not necessarily going to make someone vote for you if they're a hardcore Democrat, but it may make them sit out that race and be like, you know what? I kind of like that guy and the other guy, even though he's not so much. So I'm just going to either way it works for you, the face-to-face contact. My team knocked on 50 plus thousand doors. I knocked on 5,500 doors myself. I mean, it was a lot of good, hard sweat equity put into that race. We lost that race by one point.

I forget it was like just a couple thousand votes. We found out later to go back to your point. Someone sent us an email, and I forget who, that something like 10,000 plus people in a heavily Democrat area of the district had said in their jury forms that they were not citizens. So even if you figured like, okay, maybe in the last six months, they got their citizenship. It certainly wasn't 13,000.

And, you know, I was, I was stunned. I was stunned. And I was like, well, what do you do at this point with this, you know, I was really shocked by that information that, you know, that this is the case. So what you're talking about is not some isolated problem to Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Wisconsin, or wherever. And I want to make an ask if any state legislators are watching the DNI, Von Gino show right now and you have the power to write legislation.

Please, I want you to follow what we have in Pennsylvania. Write a law for your respective states that do the following. Say the juror records, the non-jure records shall be maintained annually for no less than five years that they must keep those on record. Number two, they must be open to public inspection. and number three, the reason for disqualification, i.e. age, illness, non-citizen, not a resident, must be included. Because right now, PA is the only state, to my knowledge, that allows for public inspection. Every other state, Dan, is under lock and key. And the reason why we've been so successful at helping

to clean the voter rolls is not only the non-jurer list, Dan, but I want to give a shout out to the Department of Homeland Security. They have a website called the Wow website, the worst of the worst criminal, heinous illegal aliens. You know what we've been doing, Dan? We've been taking the list using state by state. You can put in there Pennsylvania. And we take all of the illegal aliens

that have been apprehended by DHS and also put those through the voter rolls. And so to everyone watching, I want you to know, we are like a dog on a bone like this. We are not going to stop until we ensure that only lawful, eligible American citizens are voting in our elections. Folks, this is what I'm talking about. Like, Scott's a do guy, not just a chatter guy. Like, go do stuff, you know, run for office. Go take a position.

Like, just go, you have to do that. And luckily, this audience on this show, they're all doers out there. Scott, I have an idea. It just occurred to me as you were saying that. I don't know if you're down or not. I certainly am. I like a carrot and stick approach. I prefer more carrots. I mean, if you're going to sit here and just, you know, throw bombs all day, it's people are just going to, you know, leave and they don't want to hear negativity. To any lawman, I got a friend, Brian Chisholm, he is a friend of mine. He is a delegate in the state of Maryland. He is an old neighbor. He's a great conservative. If you would put forward a piece of legislation like that, Scott, if I can get these a delegate in every state, I don't care who you are to put that legislation. I don't care if you call it to Pressler Act. Me and Scott, we'll both retweet it and we'll celebrate you as every state. Yeah, we go. I got a thumbs up. What do you think, guys? We got to keep track this.

Scott, if you could just get it to my team, I don't care. Call it the Pressler Act. Call it the PA Act. The Pressler Act act like ATM machine machine. I don't care. But I will mention your name on the show. Brian, you're my friend. Let's do that in Maryland first. Listen, if it's a zero likelihood of getting passed in a Democrat state, Scott, at least we're on the record. All we're asking is a very simple thing. What Scott just said, get non-eligible people off the ballot who said they're not eligible. This isn't hard. There you go.

See, Scott, Presler and I doing stuff. Scott, let me get to. This is a great idea. Guys, keep track of this, huh? And we'll put their picture up too. We will celebrate you across the country. Yes. We'll give credit your first.

Yes. Exactly. Carrots sometimes not stick. I get this question a lot. And it's funny, a couple of people have asked me to ask this question to you because no one registers more voters than you do. Nobody. You're just out there.

It's become just, you know, a passion of yours. What did, what, did you have any kind of tricks and, you know, a how-to guy? Like, is it gun shows? Like, do you have to, you have to obviously get permission, I guess, if it's not a public area? You obviously can't go to polling centers and sit inside. you've got that 150 for whatever it is. But how exactly do you get all these people registered to vote? I mean, your numbers are just staggering.

Thank you. So let me give you an example. Some states do have requirements like in Florida. You have to have a code if you're collecting the forms for a third party. In Texas, you have to be a volunteer deputy voter registrar. In North Dakota, they don't even have voter registration. So there are different rules, but basically here, let me give you an example for Pennsylvania. No training is required.

You don't need a certificate. You don't need permission from the Secretary of State. Any person, including non-citizens, can go out and vote a registration forms and talk to the American people and get them registered. Here's how I ensure that I am registering like-minded individuals. Number one, I'm going to places that I know that conservatives are going to be. I'm going to, like you said, gunshow trader.com, which has every gun show for all 50 states

in the entire country. I call up the gun shows and I say, hey, I'm not a vendor. I'm not selling anything. Can I set up a voter registration table nonpartisan? Nine times out of 10, they let me set up a table for free, no charge. Then I'm registering our beautiful hunters

and our Second Amendment community to vote. Now, when I'm at a fair or a festival or a rodeo, Those again are places that are probably going to be more like us. I bring a whiteboard with me on an easel. And when I do, Dan, as I'll put up, maybe something controversial, do you support ice? Red in a marker is yes. Blue is no. When voters come up to my table, Dan, to write on there, do you support ice and they pick up the red pen?

I know immediately red Republican, yes. They support ICE. I pull out my voter registration form, I get up my sign up sheet, and I go into action knowing this is a supporter, and I must get them registered. I must collect their information, and I must earn their vote this November. If they pick up the blue pen, that's a Democrat, very likely. They don't support ICE, and so therefore, I wish them a lovely day. I thank them so much for their effort and for coming over to our table.

And that way, I am legally and lawfully ensuring I am registering like-minded individuals, that also allow them to come up to me. I'm not being confrontational. I'm not in their face. They are choosing to come over to us to answer a question and be engaged. Should men be banned from women's private spaces? Do you want to ban property taxes? And you can even use more fluffy things, too, just to create dialogue.

But the Whiteboard has been a very powerful engagement tool when talking with voters. Scott, this has really been really informative for me. I mean, I've been in this space well over a decade, run a couple campaigns myself. And I got to tell you, I just learned about it. I feel like I just, you know, I'm in a PhD course for my honorary PhDs paying off already for you. Just a question here I wanted to get in. Also, show the book again, if you could, guys. Scott's book is called, again, The Persist.

Pick it up. Scott and Pressler, P-R-E-S-L-E-R. Check it out, wherever you buy your. books. The rise in socialism, more of a kind of big picture question. I've said on my show and I will continue to say, I think the impulse to be, and I'm not condemning anyone, I get it. People get angry because like, how could you believe this stupid stuff? They've killed people tortured and put them in gulags like socialism. Come on. People fled Cuba. I live in South Florida. Go mention socialism in a Cuban cafe. You're lucky you're make it out of there alive. But we have to control that impulse.

You have to understand bumper sticker messaging. It's really easy. Like everybody gets treated fairly and gets free stuff. Being a Republican, a conservative, a MAGA movement individual out there, it's hard. You have to sit down and explain to people exactly why government treating people, quote, equally means, in fact, treating them unequally. It means stealing people's property. And once property doesn't mean anything, your property doesn't mean anything either.

Even if you got someone else's property, they'll take it from you later. If you get, quote, too rich or successful, there's a lot of hard work in it, but it's got to be done. I think it's first important to acknowledge why people are seeking an alternative to what we currently have. I think it's evident our education system is failing us publicly. I think it's evident our health care system is failing us. I think it's evident that the housing market is failing us. And I think it's evident that young people are feeling us. the squeeze, right? We hear from them every single day. How am I going to afford a family? How am I going to

afford gas? How am I going to afford gas? How am I going to afford that dream home and the American dream that I've been promised? And so the left, as you said, it's very difficult to be a Republican because we are the party of responsibility, right? And we are the party of individual, not collective freedom. And so when the left is promising you everything and anything, It's very hard for us to say, no, we want you to be responsible and earn it and that the government shouldn't provide everything for you. But here are, so number one, my answer is if we are going to stop the rise of socialism, then we have to provide alternatives. What is our alternative to public education? And so I think a lot of us argue for school choice. The two best ways to

make it out of poverty and to uplift yourself and to empower yourself are an education and property ownership. If the Republican Party is going to succeed for the next generation, I think the top two platforms that we need to have are number one, school choice, which is why Florida elected Governor DeSantis in 2018 defeating Gillum. And number two, this is the most important. The Republican Party must utter the following words. Abolish property taxes. That is one of the single most powerful transfers of generational wealth that we could provide to the American people in modern history. Because do we really own what we have, Dan, if I have to continue paying for property that I've already paid off? And if I don't pay it, that the government can simply take that property away from me

and sell it to somebody else. And so if we create that generational transfer of wealth, I think we will bring a lot of people over to our party. We will create a lot of wealth for future generations, and we will actually uplift people out of poverty. And that is part of the alternative plan that I think we must utilize going forward. Scott Pressler, you've been a great friend to the show

and certainly to the movement. Your hard work in Pennsylvania, you are a results guy. I love spreadsheets guys, man. Show me the numbers, man. Opinions are great. Show me the numbers, right? We really appreciate it. As always, you're welcome back anytime you know how to contact us.
