Starting point is 00:02:59 appreciate Haley for that. The, you know, I was thinking as I was heading out on this vacation, I went to South Dakota to do some pheasant hunting. I was thinking as I hit the door. I was like, I wonder if the audience is going to be mad at me at all. I did have this thought. I was like, I hope people are not too upset that I'm, I'm stepping away for a few days.
Starting point is 00:03:17 And I will, I will say this with the most gratitude in the world. everyone was so stinking supportive it's it's unbelievable and i appreciate you for that bell i got a lot of messages people are like have a great time you know people and uh and and wishing me a good hunt uh we did we did have a great hunt we had we got a lot of pheasant i'm holding up a pheasant tail right now for the video audience um we got a lot of pheasant and um it was uh it was amazing actually it was really amazing um this was a a big group of guys uh about We've got 40 of us. And just a lot of like, just a lot of like just people getting together.
Starting point is 00:03:59 And there was like a mixture of talking politics and faith and fellowship. And of course, hunting, which was a lot of fun. Among the people I was with, I was very privileged to spend some time with our friend John Rich, the great John Rich, who was wonderful. I posted a photo to Instagram of us hanging out together. this is a picture of John Rich. John and I didn't get to be a part of the same hunting group. We did groups of about seven.
Starting point is 00:04:27 And so in the 40, we didn't rotate together over the course of the two days of hunting. But we spent a lot of time. We saw each other a lot at the lodge. John is a great. You may know this already, but just I want to tell you, just as an in-person guy, he is a great human being, a great Christian, really, really sincere about his faith, and just an incredible musician. We had one night where John pulled out his guitar and was playing all sorts of classic country, old country and old blues and taking requests and playing songs.
Starting point is 00:05:02 In fact, Justin, I think I sent you a video, I believe, of a little bit of Johnny Cash. Do you have that one? Here he is. Can we hear it? It's a burning thing and it makes a fiery rain With a bound by a side When I feel into a fire Say I fell into a burning rain of fire
Starting point is 00:05:39 I'm in town town town and a plane playing out Joe, sing you a great-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da. Yeah, he did a great job. John was a total joy to hang out with, and just a great human being. We got a lot of birds. We got a lot of birds. We just, it was, it was, really, really nice there is a preserve. So they had, they had a, they have a lot of wild birds there, but they also stock a lot of birds. So it's just the fields that are full of them.
Starting point is 00:06:26 And, you know, like honestly, it's just a, it's an out of this world experience. Because you know, you're, you're walking through the fields. And like, honestly, if you don't shoot a bird, you just don't have arms or legs. Like it's like, it's got two days, you're definitely gonna hit birds, no matter of bad you're shooting. Um, I, uh, I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm unashamed to say that I shoot with a 20 gauge, uh,
Starting point is 00:06:48 which is what I took. I used a 20 gauge. Most of the fellows chose 12 gauges. Here's me. This video of me here. I put this camera up taking a shot. I miss the bird in this video. It's the only video I have of me actually taking the shots, which is really funny. Uh, but it was, it was such a phenomenal time. We had a good time. There I am loading the shotgun. We could teach Tim Walls how to do that. Um, it was great. It was great. It was, really great but we shot a lot of pheasant uh i brought some uh pheasant meat home with me my uh i don't think my wife is super eager uh she's like i don't know if i want pheasant meat i was like well i'll bring it home i'll cook it i'll prepare it we'll uh we'll get the family to eat it so uh
Starting point is 00:07:27 that's the plan uh but it was great there was one moment which was really funny a lot of funny moments but there was a moment where uh two birds you know the way that you do this the way if you've never done fesson hunting and i've only i've only done it a handful of times um So for those of you who are very familiar with this, I apologize for even trying to explain it. But we're walking through, I think at this point it was a cornfield. And the cool thing is you've got dogs. We had guides with us and dogs. And dogs are working on fleshing out the birds.
Starting point is 00:07:57 And pheasants, by and large, they just want to run away from you. They're not that interested in, of course, being near you. But they don't really feel like they need to fly away from humans typically unless you're right up on them. So they'll run. But a dog's another story because if a dog is on them, the dog is really trying to basically take a bite at them and that bird's going to take off which is sort of the point so the dogs run out ahead of you they're flushing the pheasant and just ahead of me i want to say about 10 15 feet away this dog spots two pheasant and flushes both of them out and they both go vertical up over my head
Starting point is 00:08:30 and then start flying behind me the first one i take out within a second the thing goes up and it starts flying in my direction i pop it and it becomes a meat missile in mid-air and it's slams me in the leg literally i shoot this thing the bird comes flying down slams me in the leg the dog is trying to catch the bird also slams me in the leg now at this point i'm off balance but in my head i'm thinking i want to shoot two birds i'm trying to shoot both so i take one out then i try to whip a 180 to catch this bird that's just flown past me but both of these animals have just slammed into me and i'm completely off balance and i realized at that moment i said I said, self, don't pull that trigger.
Starting point is 00:09:10 You're off balance. That's a very dangerous maneuver. And so I didn't. So that second bird, I'm not sure what happened to that second bird. It may have, I think one of my fellow hunting mates may have taken it out. But boy, it is, it is an exhilarating experience. And in South Dakota, actually this week, for those of you in South Dakota, you know, we had a very warm, what was it, Tuesday.
Starting point is 00:09:28 Tuesday was so warm. We were practically down to T-shirts hunting, which is a real joy at this time of year. So it was good. It was very good. a cheney they say yeah no thank you see norris i tried not to pull a cheney that was that was really important although um in in this kind of pheasant hunting uh it there's a little bit of like you know for those of us who've ever ever been trained on firearms you know that like you anytime um the muzzle of your gun is pointed in any direction basically you want to make sure that all the human beings
Starting point is 00:10:01 are behind that line that goes from your shoulders across like you don't want anybody in front of your gun unless you're actually trying to shoot them. There's kind of a caveat to that with the pheasant hunting. There are these big hay bales at the end of each field that we were shooting at, which is where two shooters would stand known as the blockers. And their job is to basically catch all the pheasant who are headed in their direction. And you stand behind these hay bales because you're basically trying to protect yourself from any pellets hitting you from these shotguns.
Starting point is 00:10:32 And 99% of the time, everything goes perfectly. nobody nobody gets hit which is really important you don't want to hit anybody with these shotgun pellets but it is weird by the time you get to the end of the field you are in a situation where you have two human beings standing behind hay bales and then the rest of you are lined up in this straight line in the field and you're all sort of firing up in the air simultaneously as these birds are going and you just have to be really really smart and really conscientious of where people are as you're firing these guns so in the effort to not become dick cheney uh the goal is to be very conscientious just about firing a weapon.
Starting point is 00:11:06 And if there's any risk at all, don't pull the trigger. There's no reason for that. But it's fun. Anyway, thank you so much again for giving me a window of opportunity to take some time out to do some fesson hunting. I just had a phenomenal time. And thank you to the great people of South Dakota. The final night we were there Tuesday night, the Aurora Barialis was doing its thing.
Starting point is 00:11:27 For those of you across our country who maybe got to see it over the past two nights, the um yeah the northern lights were on display and uh went outside got to capture this what a what a neat treat i remember just a couple years back thinking man you know what a bucket list item would be to see the northern lights and um well sure enough there they were got to see them on the final night of the hunt that was that was a gift from god so uh thank you to the lord above and thank you to south dakota that was really it was really nice to spend some time with you um all right let's let's get into this uh we've got we got a lot going on the government shutdown has concluded the government shutdown has concluded the president of the united states
Starting point is 00:12:12 signing the um the the the legislation to do that last night it's all so crazy that it went on as long as it did what was it 42 43 days uh and for what democrats shut the government down to achieve precisely, well, nothing. They achieved literally nothing. This was entirely a giveaway to the radicals in their party and an attempt to try and make that radicalism, the revolutionaries and the party go away, to be to be quiet, to not be so agitated. And the truth is, at the end of this, it hasn't worked out for Democrats at all. The infighting has only exploded to new levels now among these Democrats. And no, Chuck Schumer has not really in any way forestalled. a primary threat from Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
Starting point is 00:13:02 So the only effect of this is that the economy has suffered meaningful damage due to the government shutdown. The people who were supposed to get paid over these past many weeks, many of them had to go into debt in order to make ends meet for their families. Yes, they'll get back pay, but interest, debt, not good for you. People went without food stamps for some time. I'm talking especially about people who actually deserve the food stamps. I'm not talking about the people who are exploiting the system.
Starting point is 00:13:31 And again, for what? For absolutely nothing. For nothing. Here's Speaker Mike Johnson last night after they signed the legislation and sent it off to the president saying this was pointless and it was needlessly cruel. Here's the speaker. Four days ago when we had that vote September 19th. And since that time, Senate Democrats have voted 14 times to close the government. Republicans voted a collective 15 times to open the government for the people, and the Democrats voted that many times to close it.
Starting point is 00:14:04 And then they admitted, many of them, and we could name them here, but I'm not going to take the time. They admitted that they were using the American people as leverage in this political game. They knew that it would cause pain, and they did it anyway. The whole exercise was pointless. It was wrong, and it was cruel. Yeah, six Democrats ends up crossing the aisle to join Republicans yesterday. to approve the bill and two Republicans voted against reopening the government. That would be Congressman Thomas Massey of Kentucky, more about him coming up,
Starting point is 00:14:40 and Greg Stuby of Florida. Those were the two who voted against getting the government back open. But other than those six Democrats, really the rest of the party unified in keeping the government shut down, saying the suffering will continue until our power improves. not happening not happening enough democrats broke that's good news uh that was true in the senate certainly and they in the republicans had the votes in the house to get this thing uh back open um yes that is true chat the the chat reminding me of course uh as they so often do about all the things happening in our country that the democrats um did use the government shutdown as a means to try
Starting point is 00:15:19 and juice their turnout in the elections that's particularly true in the commonwealth of virginia which is, let's be honest, a blue state, the Democrats used the government shutdown as some sort of demented inducement to try and get their federal worker or federally dependents contractors out to vote. And that happened, clearly. Northern Virginia, very, very Democrat, very, very federally dependent, turning out to vote for Democrats, despite the fact that it was Democrats who had shut down the government. That's absolutely true. And here we are now. with the government finally getting reopened now the government may be reopened but the reality here is that democrats in in light of that are looking for a way to spin out of the fact that this
Starting point is 00:16:11 achieved absolutely nothing that it only induced suffering and so they've moved on to a brand new freak out well not a new one an old one that they think maybe this will be the way that we can win the American people over. Yesterday, House Democrats in the midst of all of this released what they claimed were a bunch of damning emails about Donald Trump and Jeffrey Epstein. In fact, these are Jeffrey Epstein's emails. And the Democrats yesterday started releasing them and they said, oh, look at this. Donald Trump is caught. Now before I even go through the details of what's in these emails and what happened next, I just do I do want to remind you. of something. If there was actually a damning email that the Department of Justice had in its
Starting point is 00:17:03 custody, damning Epstein documents that the government had in its custody, those things would have been released during the Biden administration. In fact, it's sort of amazing that the Biden administration didn't invent something to release about Donald Trump. The Democrats have been not shy at all about using every tool at their disposal to cruelly attack Donald Trump and more importantly, his voters. This is what they do all the time. And the Washington Post even admitted a couple months ago, let's be honest, there is no evidence against Donald Trump in this story. In fact, if there was, it would have already leaked to us. And it didn't. So Democrats are trying to put the American people
Starting point is 00:17:52 to the same old dog and pony show that they keep going back to a Johnny come lately attitude about the Epstein saga pretending like they were interested in it at all. They've never been interested in it and that's for obvious reason. Tons of Democrats are either connected to or implicated in Jeffrey Epstein's crimes.
Starting point is 00:18:15 In fact, I said earlier this year, do it Democrats. If you want to keep demanding transparency, if you really want to make documents public, go for it, baby. Keep doing it. Because the more authentic documents you reveal, the more rakes you're stepping on as a party. And that was very true yesterday. Very true. In a moment, I'm going to walk you through what Democrats released.
Starting point is 00:18:38 How they're using those releases to lie to you and how Republicans who don't often have moments of genius. yesterday did have one when they said, oh, is that so you want to play it? Good. We'll release everything. And then they did. Boy, it's really fun. This is a good one. I've got, I got a lot of information for you. It's all ahead on this edition of Vince. Our great sponsors keep this program going. Thank you to Helix. Helix mattress is great. This time of year, I spend a lot more time indoors, especially after, now that I'm back, not in the great outdoors shooting pheasant anymore. And one of the great things about getting back and finally getting back to my house yesterday is going to my Helix mattress, falling asleep in my wonderful Helix mattress. You know, before Helix, I couldn't get a great night's sleep.
Starting point is 00:19:29 And I was convinced that it was me. I didn't think that any mattress would change that. I was like, I don't really think I can find a good mattress. I thought I had done the right hunting for one. And then I found Helix. After taking the Helix sleep quiz, I got matched with the perfect mattress. and it's made a huge difference for me. Now, I sleep cooler and deeper,
Starting point is 00:19:49 and I wake up actually feeling refreshed, ready to tackle the new day. And the holidays, of course, are coming up. Sleep is more important than ever between hosting family and then shopping for everybody else. Don't forget to gift yourself a better night's rest. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:20:05 People ask me, what mattress do you sleep on? I sleep on a helix. Actually, not only do I sleep on a helix, but Guy sleeps on a helix. He loves it too. Producer Gee loves his helix. I have to tell him to shut up about it. He talks about it all the time.
Starting point is 00:20:17 Okay, Guy, enough. I've heard about the Helix. I got it. I sleep on Helix. You don't have to convince me. Thanks, Guy. Helix ships free in the United States. It comes with a 120-night sleep trial and lifetime warranty, no stress, just great sleep.
Starting point is 00:20:30 And now Helix has an exclusive offer for my listeners, 27% off sitewide. Go to helixleep.com slash Vince for 27% off sitewide. That's helixleep.com slash Vince. Make sure you enter Vince in the post-purchase survey. So they know that this fella sent you. Helix sleep.com slash Vince. Thank you, Helix. Yes, indeed.
Starting point is 00:20:53 Okay. So the Epstein thing is so crazy. Here's what the New York Times says yesterday. The New York Times put a report up on this subject. Epstein alleged in emails that Trump knew of his conduct. Oh, did he? Trump knew, they say. House Democrats on Wednesday released.
Starting point is 00:21:14 emails in which Jeffrey Epstein wrote that President Trump had spent hours at my house with one of Mr. Epstein's victims. Whoa, among other messages that suggested the convicted sex offender believed Mr. Trump knew more about his abuse than he is acknowledged. So you go down the list here. There's these emails that the Democrats released. And here, I'll just, let me take you this this is the democrat email this is a this is a great example of the lies that they're telling and how they're telling them here's the democrat email jeffrey epstein emailing galane maxwell all right and in it um he says uh i want you to realize that the dog that hasn't barked is trump and then blacked out here by the democrats it just says victim victim
Starting point is 00:22:05 victim spent hours at my house with him he has never once been mentioned police chief etc i'm 75 percent there now i can't i can't speak to every element of this and what epstein's implying with the police chief i'm 75 percent there or whatever but this thing about trump like that the dog that hasn't barked is trump that really people haven't haven't gotten their arms around like trump's the guy we got to go after. And then he says, somebody spent hours at my house with him. Democrats described that person as, quote, victim. Victim. So who is victim in this case? Glad you asked. Victim is Virginia Joufrey. Look at this. This is the actual email. This is the email that was released yesterday by House Republicans. Because after this,
Starting point is 00:23:03 this all started. Republicans said, screw you guys. We're going to release everything. And here's what it says. I want you to realize that that dog hasn't barked. The dog that hasn't barked is Trump. Virginia spent hours at my house with him. Now, who is Virginia Jewfrey? Virginia Joufrey is a woman who is alleged that she was victimized by Jeffrey Epstein, that she was exploited by Jeffrey Epstein in awful, awful ways. And she talked about it for years. Now, earlier this year, she committed suicide. Horrific.
Starting point is 00:23:41 But during her life, when she talked about Epstein's crimes, she specifically went out of her way to say that Donald Trump did not participate in anything. Anything. In fact, here is her testimony. this is a this is a deposition where she spoke about all this and she was asked so Donald Trump was in your mind you believe a witness to the sexual abuse of minors and she responds I don't think Donald Trump participated in anything that would have to be another
Starting point is 00:24:20 assumption I never saw or witness Donald Trump participate in those acts but but was he in the house of Jeffrey Epstein I've heard he has been but I haven't seen seen him myself. So I don't know. So Virginia Joufrey straight up says, nope, I was never a victim of abuse, never saw it actually. Yeah, I knew that Trump knew Epstein. In fact, that's not a secret at all. But no, I have no reason to believe that this man abused anyone. So you notice what the Democrats are doing here, obviously. The Democrats blur out the name of the woman who says outright that Donald Trump is not guilty of anything and then implies that he's guilty of doing something to her. You see the game? That's that's the game. It's the wrap-up smear. It's Nancy Pelosi's
Starting point is 00:25:07 favorite weapon. Imply something awful about Trump and then the rubs will believe it. The idiots will believe it. That's the plan. Democrats were going wild yesterday online. This is it. We've got them now. No, you don't. In fact, this thing is interesting because Jasmine Crockett was on television yesterday. And I think this is on CNN. And CNN asked her like, wait a second. The name here is Virginia Joufrey. Virginia Jufre said that Trump is not guilty of anything.
Starting point is 00:25:37 So why did you black the name out? Listen, as Jasmine Crockett claims that Republicans may have doctored these documents, literally wrote Virginia's name onto the page in order to fake you out, to lie to you. to this conspiracy theory come out on live television. Here's cut five, Jasmine Crockett, yesterday. Republicans were saying that that victim is Virginia Joufrey. As you know, she died by suicide. She's been very outspoken, a very outspoken victim of Jeffrey Epstein. She did not accuse him of any wrongdoing. What do you make of that? And can you confirm that? Yeah, I don't know. Obviously, it's redacted who the victim is. So I won't necessarily
Starting point is 00:26:18 take the Republicans' word on who it is that's redacted. And I don't know why they would necessarily redact someone's name who is deceased at this point. The Democrats did that, though. The Democrats were down. No, no, no, I understand. But I'm just saying, like, our biggest concern is to actually make sure that we are protecting victims. And obviously, she wrote a book.
Starting point is 00:26:42 She told her truth. That woman is obviously mentally ill. But her recitation of the facts, or whatever she's claiming, is simply that I'm not going Republicans, they probably made that up. And by the way, we would never redact a name of somebody who was deceased anyway. You heard what was happening? And then the CNN lady responded. She was like, well, you know, the Democrats who redacted it. The CNN lady didn't understand what Jasmine Crocket was saying. Jasmine Crocket was trying to literally on the spot come up with a conspiracy theory in order to defend the callous and disgraceful behavior of Democrats. And that's what they
Starting point is 00:27:23 did yesterday with this stunt. So Republicans, to their great credit, they decided that how about this? How about we're not going to release a bunch of these like these distorted documents designed to pretend like Trump is guilty of anything? Why don't we let the American people decide? And so House Republicans yesterday released 23,000 pages of documents, Jeffrey Epstein's emails. And boy, it's kind of fascinating, actually. What it exposes, and it's not Donald Trump at all, at all. Now, Democrats really wanted this information to be stopped. They did not want the full release of these documents. In fact, here's Tim Burchett yesterday, cut six, talking about how Democrats were
Starting point is 00:28:10 desperately trying to stop the full release of this information. Watch. I left the House floor, and I tried to do a UC unanimous consent of a, I tried to get the Epstein files, get it straight to the floor, is to cut out all this nonsense. And the Democrats blocked it, oddly enough. Now, here they've had it for four years, and they, obviously, if there's something there about Trump,
Starting point is 00:28:35 they would have released it. And now they're all, oh, let's get it out, let's get out. Well, I just made a motion to bring it straight to the dead gum floor, and they blocked it. They blocked it. Yeah, I made a motion. Let's bring it right to the floor. Democrats blocked it.
Starting point is 00:28:49 Well, what do you have to hide, Democrats? Why are you blocking? it well these these um these files really do begin to indicate uh that they do have something to hide no question among the things they have to hide is the fact that a writer uh kind of a what what do we what's the word we use a fabulous by the name of michael wolf was conversing with Jeffrey Epstein in 2016 sending him emails and advising him that he should try and take down Trump to help Hillary Clinton. That was Michael Wolfe who was doing this.
Starting point is 00:29:29 2016, this is long after Jeffrey Epstein was a convicted sex offender. This is long after people had rightly concluded that he was abusing all of these young girls. Here's Michael Wolfe still communicating with Jeffrey Epstein and saying, now's your chance, you should try and take down Donald Trump. I've got more information on this in a moment. There's a lot of Democrat names who are popping up in these files, and it conveys exactly what this has always been about, which is how do we get the most power possible,
Starting point is 00:30:04 including if we're going to associate with a man who abuses little girls to head on this edition of events. Let me tell you about the great sponsors of this program. Okay, so these Democrats, they wanted to release a couple of documents. They redact things. They try to imply that Donald Trump is guilty of something, but he turns out he's not guilty of anything. In fact, one of the emails that the New York Times is relying on here to try and condemn Donald Trump is that they say that Trump knew about the girls. Trump knew about the girls. Interesting.
Starting point is 00:33:06 Because here's the actual email as released by the Democrats. Now, they redact portions of it. but he said he references the fact that Donald Trump kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago and he says Trump said he asked me to resign. I was never a member ever. Well, Trump kicked him out of Mar-a-Lago for being a creep with the girls. And so Trump kicked him out. This has been long established. But that's hardly relevant to what the New York Times is attempting here. But here's what Jeffrey Epstein told to the author Michael Wolfe. This is 2019. This is after two years into Trump's presidency.
Starting point is 00:33:45 He says, of course he knew about the girls as he asked Galane to stop. Of course he knew about the girls as he asked Galane to stop. Now, I don't know about you, chat, but when you read one of these things, when you read that line, assuming this is a real email between Jeffrey Epstein and Michael Wolf, doesn't that have the effect of not condemning Trump but instead exonerating him? Trump knew that we were doing awful things. So he tried to get us to stop. That's a damning email. Hardly.
Starting point is 00:34:23 Hardly a damning email. That's Donald Trump intervening to try and make sure that there was no one being abused. Again, if any of this is to be believed. Now, the left today, of course, is acting like Jeffrey Epstein's the burning Bush here. Everything he says is the truth. Oh, okay. got it so he told the truth all those years about abusing those girls he was telling the truth about
Starting point is 00:34:45 what was happening and little st james and in manhattan and all these places on the lolita express he was telling the truth about all that is that the contention you're making now yeah so so these emails like keep on coming out and again they're not kill shots they're not damning to trump if they were they would have been released years ago this is a spin job in order to distract from the fact that democrats just screwed over the american people with a giant shutdown. Now, these Michael Wolf emails, they go on. And in them, you learn that the Jeffrey Epstein exchanges were designed with Michael Wolf. Some of this was designed to try and hurt Trump in the lead up to the 2016 election with Hillary Clinton. And so here's what we have,
Starting point is 00:35:34 Fox News with the report. Biographer urged Epstein to bash Trump for political cover in newly released emails to bash Trump for political cover. Now, Epstein, you can see why. Epstein is in massive legal jeopardy. He's got all sorts of legal problems related to his mistreatment of girls. And as a result, you have Michael Wolfe telling Epstein, hey, now is your chance. Hillary Clinton's going to become president of the United States. That's obvious. Everyone knows that. That's going to happen. And so you might as well join the dog pile right now. Trump, come out with some means of attacking Trump, and when you do, Hillary Clinton is going to love you for it. It's going to be great. Hillary and the Clintons who have a long and tortured
Starting point is 00:36:22 history with Jeffrey Epstein, who have been, you know, Bill Clinton, who definitely knew Jeffrey Epstein and spent a lot of time with him. They thought, this is our chance to suck up to the Clintons. So here's what it says. Many of the emails included exchanges between Epstein and the magazine writer turned biographer Michael Wolf. Wolf had reached. out to Epstein repeatedly. And in some cases, discussing Epstein's public image and apparently encouraging him to bash Trump as a way to repair it. New York Times called me about you and Trump, said Wolf. This is February 2016. Also, Hillary campaign digging deeply. Again, you should consider preempting. So Epstein is talking with this guy, Michael Wolf, who's encouraging him to launch attacks on Trump
Starting point is 00:37:09 to curry favor with Democrats. A month later, they discussed strategy ahead of the release of a book called Filthy Rich by James Patterson, a true crime book about Epstein. Michael Wolf suggested to Epstein that, to Epstein, that, quote, becoming an anti-Trump voice gives you a certain political cover, which you don't have right now. And so this was what was going on. They were conspiring to how can we hurt Donald Trump.
Starting point is 00:37:39 these email exchanges so once again this doesn't damage trump this redounds to his benefit actually because it helps not only to exonerate him but demonstrate that there was a conspiracy among people who hated him that includes geoffrey epstein to try in defame him where have we seen this before well i don't know every democrat made up scandal about don't trump we've seen ever they're constantly trying to defame him is the wrap-up smear constantly delivered over and over and over again. We also learn in these emails that all sorts of elites, all sorts of leaders in society, I say leaders loosely. They're not actually leading you and I, but certainly having a big impact on public policy, are communicating with Jeffrey Epstein long after it's well concluded
Starting point is 00:38:28 that he's a sex offender, that he's abusing children. And that includes a New York Times journalist by the name of Landon Thomas who's captured in these emails. He's in the emails. Good job, Democrats. You're doing great. And here's Landon Thomas reaching out to Jeffrey Epstein in September of 2017, tipping him off to the fact that a different journalist by the name of John Connolly, a former New York City police detective, is digging around at the moment about Epstein. And so you have a New York Times reporter tipping Epstein off about this. He says, he's digging around again. Not clear if it's another book or an expanded paperback version was asking me all sorts of questions about why you hired Ken Starr. Ken Starr. You remember Ken Starr from the Clinton years
Starting point is 00:39:17 and the Star report. Ken Starr was Epstein's lawyer at one point. I told him I had no idea, says the New York Times reporter. I think he is doing some Trump-related digging too anyway for what it's worth. So you have New York Times reporters tipping off Jeffrey Epstein? I'm sorry. If there's a scandal here, it's the extent to which the elites in our society continued to maintain chummy suck-up relationships with a child abuser long after it was publicly known that that was his status. That's the story. And there's lots of people who pop up in this. Lots of people. And their names are not Donald J. Trump.
Starting point is 00:40:02 So, yes, you want to release documents? I want you to release documents. release evidence. I want everything we can possibly get. I've wanted it for the longest time and continue to want it to this day. But every time Democrats try and pull this stunt, which is like, oh, the Epstein documents, Trump's trying to hide something. It's like an article of faith on the left. Go on blue sky someday. Actually, don't go on blue sky. But if you went on blue sky, when you discover it's a bunch of people think that Donald Trump abused children, and actually, even worse than that, they are wishing he abused children. The left has a desire in their heart
Starting point is 00:40:36 of hearts, and they're tortured heart of hearts, that Donald Trump truly hurt children. They want that to be true and they want that to be public because they think, now, finally, we can take him out if that's the case. That's what they want. Their desire to take out Donald Trump is so sincere and so cruel that they hope children were abused by him. That's sick. It's disgusting. But as they release these documents, we get more and more information about just how twisted and disgusting Democrats are, as well as the media outfits that carry their water. It's all exposed here. So go ahead, keep releasing them. As I mentioned, this is a gigantic stunt to try and distract from the Schumer shutdown. What a disaster
Starting point is 00:41:27 it was. Caroline Levitt laid this out yesterday. Here's cut seven, the White House press secretary, saying, let's be honest about what we're witnessing here. Now they're talking about it all of a sudden because President Trump is in the Oval office. But when Joe Biden was sitting in there, the Democrats never brought this up. This wasn't an issue that they cared about because they actually don't care about the victims in these cases. They care about trying to score political points against President Trump, as we have, of course, seen with this government shutdown. And this entire thing, again, it's not a coincidence to the American people at home.
Starting point is 00:42:00 There are no coincidences in Washington, D.C. And it is not a coincidence. that the Democrats leaked these emails to the fake news this morning ahead of Republicans reopening the government. This is another distraction campaign by the Democrat in the liberal media. And it's why I'm being asked questions about Epstein instead of the government reopening because of Republicans in President Trump. So here's the thing, a couple of elements here. Obviously, President Trump has been annoyed all year about this about the Epstein thing, like saying, look, Democrats are just trying to cook up another Russia hoax right now. undoubtedly true i just laid out all the reasons that they're they're doing that and how they're doing that and how they're trying to carry that out they're trying to imply that don't trump did something wrong
Starting point is 00:42:41 despite the fact that there's no evidence to support that um they've been doing it all year so trump has been on guard for this story because he's like i see what this is i've experienced this before where they take either little kernels of information that that might be true or they distort information to make it appear true when it's not and then they sort of just use their media vessels to create a narrative that Donald Trump is bad. The wrap-up smear over and over and over again. That happened with the Trump-Russia collusion hoax, the claim that Trump towers connected to Alpha Bank
Starting point is 00:43:11 through remote servers or that Trump was colluding with the Russians to steal the election from Hillary Clinton. The Charlottesville hoax is another example of this, where they said that Donald Trump was standing with white supremacists and neo-Nazis, despite the fact that he condemned white supremacists and neo-Nazis, they just didn't share that element with you. they kept that out of out of the story so when a story like this comes along one that has a bunch of very real information i think continues to be of interest to the american people certainly of
Starting point is 00:43:40 interest to me um donald trump is on guard because he can smell it in the air he knows what's happening right now and he said i'm not doing that again i'm not going through that garbage again in fact we shouldn't put the american people through that garbage again i don't want to be in a situation where you try and lock up my administration with a complete hoax so yeah let's stop playing this stupid game his view is let's not give any oxygen to this fire because the democrats are trying to burn the all house down with it that's his view now i will say i continue to be of the position that i think the easier way out of all of this is like maximum disclosure just get out of the democrats just beat them at their own game don't even let them they're angry yesterday by the way
Starting point is 00:44:22 that that the republicans released 23 000 files because their view is like oh like we can't tell people all this information it wants it's too much or whatever and that's not that's not true that's what they're claiming is the issue no maximum transparency i'm fine with that and it it reflects back on democrats very very poorly so yeah just keep releasing information so my advice to the president is don't get too worked up about it i'd release more stuff but you can see why he's on guard he's on he's on guard for this because he hates these hoaxes because they constantly get in his way and so um yesterday the president posted the truth social about this he shared caroline uh levitt's view on the subject he said uh you know the democrats are trying to bring up the geoffrey epstein hoax again because
Starting point is 00:45:07 they're going to do anything at all to deflect on how badly they've done on the shutdown and so many other subjects only a very bad or stupid republican would fall into that trap the democrats cost our country 1.5 trillion dollars with their recent antics of viciously closing our country while at the same time putting many at risk and they should pay a fair price there should be no deflections to Epstein or anything else and any Republicans involved should be focused only on opening up our country and fixing the massive damage caused by the Democrats. Yeah, that's right. So this is the president, again, making the point that I just made that he's been maintaining, which is like, don't fall for this. Don't fall for the distractions. The Democrats are trying to
Starting point is 00:45:50 orchestrate here because what they're really attempting to do is lock up the country again. and buy time until they can take power again. And time is of the essence. We don't have time to waste. We got to get to the business of the American people, which I think is very, very important. All right. Let me see here.
Starting point is 00:46:12 Speaking of time, being of the essence, we don't have a ton of it left. So I want to see if I can slam through some really important things with you. John Federman just did an interview where he was asked by a lefty interviewer, who he thinks is worse, the far left or the far right. And his answer, well, sounds right to me. Listen to the Democrat senator from Pennsylvania telling the truth again. I can confirm that the most poisonous, the bitterest is from the far left. That is pretty remarkable to hear you say that as an elected
Starting point is 00:46:46 Democrat. Why? You know, it's just been my personal experience on this thing. And when I asked my digital team i said you know you're on all the platforms you know really what's what's kind of the harshest what's kind of the most personal and the answer was immediate he said oh blue sky it's blue sky um and the difference is i mean uh the right would say really rough things and names you know some names i won't repeat on on tv but but but the on the left it was like they want me to die or that we're cheering for your next stroke or that's terrible that depression why couldn't it depression one and and i hope your kids find you uh and then um they even have like the graphic a gift where they have like a stroke you know in you know in your head
Starting point is 00:47:36 my gosh yeah and and they said that uh i remember one they claimed oh the doctor let us down and why did they have to save his life um i mean just really like i just can't imagine people are are wishing, you know, I wish he dies or I want him to die, you know, literally cheering for a stroke. And I don't know what the kind of a place where that comes from. I mean, that's much different than just calling me a name, you know, and that's really been consistent, you know, in that community online. Yeah, it's disgraceful and good for him for telling the truth about this.
Starting point is 00:48:15 This is something that you and I have known for a long time, which is the left, has immense and unfortunate appetite for violence some of which uh spills out into actual acts of violence whether it's against men and women of law enforcement men and women of immigration enforcement certainly against the president of the united states and definitely against charlie kirk we've seen it time and time again there's an assassination culture on the left and an ease with which they talk about killing their political opponents or hoping for their demise um i still come from the school of look there's all sorts of people i don't like in politics but i am not wishing for their death their execution their assassination their their physical demise
Starting point is 00:48:56 i'm just wishing for them not to continue to wield power over my life that's all and uh and but on the left it's not that way uh there are massive massive numbers of people who have very cruel intentions for their political opponents and that includes people who are with them 90% of the time john federman is a pretty dedicated Democrat. His view is that he supports all the Democrat legislation, all the Democrat policies. He's basically with them pretty consistently. But if he steps out of line occasionally,
Starting point is 00:49:28 he says something like, oh, it's good that the president is securing the border or something. And then the left goes apoplectic. They're basically, their position is, if you're not with us 100% of the time, you deserve a stroke. You deserve some sort of catastrophic event or death. And John Federman is experiencing that.
Starting point is 00:49:50 Good for him for just saying it out loud. But in the meantime, by saying it out loud, you would think decency would be rewarded. That's not true in that party. Democrats are looking for primary opponents now for John Federman in Pennsylvania because that kind of decency, that will not be tolerated at all in that party. It's really a sign of how far they've fallen. Now let me get to something else that's going on this week. while I've been gone, I know there's been a lot of chatter about the possibility that we finally
Starting point is 00:50:22 have the name of the January 6 pipe bomber. There was a report that was put out over the weekend by the Blaze and the reporter there, Steve Baker. Man, I've interviewed many times through the years. He was a victim of all the January 6 nonsense. I personally advocated to the president of the United States for Steve Baker to get a pardoned. And I said, are you going to pardon Steve Baker? and the president's like tell me more about him i did this in a in a radio interview actually and um and fortunately steve was pardoned among the the january six victims uh by the president earlier this year which is which was great news but earlier this week steve came out with a report uh saying that there was a former capital police officer who was responsible for laying the pipe bombs and they
Starting point is 00:51:07 relied on something called gate analysis in other words like how the woman was walking in order to establish that she's the same person as the woman depicted in the security footage. Obviously, it's created a ton of chatter on the right. There are people who believe it and say that they've got their reporting dead to rights. There are others who are very skeptical saying, hey, this could be legally perilous if they're wrong about this, which would be true if you allege that someone did something and it's not the case that they did it, you could get yourself into some legal trouble.
Starting point is 00:51:39 I'm not here to render a judgment on that subject. I eagerly like you await the findings of all of this. But I do want to take you to something that's transpired over the last 24 hours that I think is meaningful. Thomas Massey, the Congressman Thomas Massey, went out on a Twitter post, an ex post yesterday evening, 717 Eastern Time, alleging that he had just received a letter from an attorney representing an FBI whistleblower regarding the January 6th pipe bomb investigation. And in this, in his post, he says he wants to remind FBI director Cash Patel in case this letter is warranted. In other words, I'm not even sure you're actually violating anybody's rights.
Starting point is 00:52:27 In case it's warranted, federal law prevents retaliation against whistleblowers. And the letter from an attorney called Kurt Seuzdak, suezdak, I think, alleges that there was going to be a meeting this morning, this morning, meaning Thursday morning, and at the Washington Field Office at the FBI at 10 a.m., so presumably, as we're speaking live, if this is accurate in any way, that meeting's taking place. It was obvious from the information provided by senior leadership in the Washington Field Office. This is an attempt to identify the FBI whistleblower who made protected disclosures to the Congress. In other words, that this attorney is alleging that some sort of illegal whistleblower hunt is going on at the FBI right now and saying that this
Starting point is 00:53:15 is a reprisal and violation of the law. Okay. So that's the letter that Thomas Massey put out suggesting that, hey, maybe something really nefarious is going on at the FBI. I have no idea if it actually is, but I just want people to know about this. Well, the update this morning on this story is we just heard from our friend Dan Bongino on this subject. And I think especially, not least of all because the audience I'm speaking to was almost entirely built by Dan Bongino. I should tell you all about what Dan is up to. I love Dan's activities. And Dan's had a lot of success at the FBI, especially with Operation Summer Heat, where they were taking violent criminals off the street left and right, making America a lot safer this year.
Starting point is 00:53:58 But here's what Dan had to say in response to Thomas Massey, to Congressman Massey. And boy, this one's a doozy. Amazing. So here's what he said. I'll read it for you. listening in the audio podcast. If you're watching, you can see it on my screen. Congressman Massey, when Director Patel and I entered on duty in our leadership positions in the FBI, we had our hands full. But we were happy to be a part of the president's team, and we still are. Despite the multitude of challenges that we face, one of our first initiatives was to aggressively pursue a new strategy to investigate the January 6th pipe bomb, the terror attack. we brought a new personnel to take a look at the case we flew in police officers and detectives
Starting point is 00:54:41 working at TFOs task force officers to review FBI work we conducted multiple internal reviews we helped countless in person in SVTC meetings with investigative team members we dramatically increased investigative resources and we increased the public award for information in the case to utilize crowdsourcing leads this is only a small sample of the work the FBI personnel and leadership team have put into this critical investigation And to speak up for Dan's obsession here, one, you and I both know he's been obsessed with this case, January 6th, as a pipe bomb case in particular, for as long as he's been giving public commentary. And yes, while he's been inside the FBI.
Starting point is 00:55:19 And in fact, among the people that he worked with immediately was Ed Martin, the now former U.S. attorney for D.C., the head of the weaponization subgroup at the Justice Department, the guy who's also working on the pardons for Donald Trump. Ed Martin is a sincere patriot and he told this audience we had him on the program he's like Dan Bongino is obsessed with getting the person who laid those bombs
Starting point is 00:55:42 obsessed with it and I'm working with him to do that and this has been an obsession of Dan's for as long as he's been out of office and in office so that continues I don't for a second I truly I mean this sincerely
Starting point is 00:55:59 I don't for a second doubt Dan's conviction to try and get to the bottom of those. So this is why it's also fascinating to see any claim to the contrary, as Thomas Massey is suggesting, oh, there's like reprisal for whistleblowers. Really? Here's what Dan says. This is only a small sample of the FBI, the work the FBI personnel and leadership team have put into this critical investigation. When I spoke with you yesterday, he's talking about Congressman Massey, a little after 8 o'clock in the morning, 8 a.m. Eastern, I offered you an in-person brief on our work.
Starting point is 00:56:32 We spoke for 10 minutes. So that was the end of that. So stepping away from Dan's post for a moment. That was the end of their conversation. They spoke for 10 minutes. He offered to brief Thomas Massey on everything. I'll give you an update on everything. Yet Massey, by the evening, had posted this letter from a lawyer saying,
Starting point is 00:56:56 Oh, no, the FBI is trying to hurt whistleblowers. Okay, but what about the briefing? Dan just offered you an opportunity to learn all about this. You didn't take him up on it. And then you proceeded to suggest that the FBI was doing something nefarious. That's really the pattern of events. That's awful that you would do that. So the whistleblower letter, the lawyer's letter comes out in the 7 o'clock hour yesterday.
Starting point is 00:57:23 And so immediately after that, Dan says he called Thomas Massey again. He said, I called you back a bit after 7.30 p.m. to again make the offer. You didn't even answer and have yet to call me back. Despite this, you continue to imply that the director and I, Cash Patel and Dan Bonjino, are targeting investigators in the case. This is disgusting, even by the low standards many have for politicians. You know my number. You are free to call me any time, but it's easier to tweet and throw.
Starting point is 00:57:53 BS bombs. Yes, our leadership team will be meeting with FBI team members today. And we will avail them of all the whistleblower resources they need to disclose any evidence of malfeasance in the prior administration. And we will ask about threads that may have gone unpooled under prior leadership. But we are passionate about solving this case. But a week of near 24-hour work on recent open source leads in the case, recent. He capitalizes, is the word recent, meaning they are getting new tips very recently about this case, about the January 6th by Bomber case. A week of near 24-hour work on those leads has yet to produce a breakthrough.
Starting point is 00:58:37 In other words, we're not there yet, is what Dan says. And some of the media reporting regarding prior persons of interest, this is important, is grossly inaccurate and serves only to mislead the public. So I think it's safe for you and I to conclude he's referring to the Blaze reporting. I'm not sure what else he'd be talking about here. He doesn't say that explicitly. But he says that some of the media reporting regarding prior persons of interest. In other words, maybe that this former Capitol police officer that the Blaze has identified,
Starting point is 00:59:09 maybe she was a, quote, prior person of interest here. But Dan says that, look, it's grossly inaccurate and it's only misleading the public. I proudly serve in this administration. I proudly work with Director Patel to reform and advance the crime fighting and national security missions of the FBI. We would love to have you, Thomas Massey, as a partner in this mission,
Starting point is 00:59:32 rather than a dog barking behind a fence. Now, whatever's going on here, whatever's going on here. It's insane that Thomas Massey would not take Dan Bongino up on his offer. Like, if you were pursuing the truth about the January 6th pipe bomber, if that was your job, and the deputy director of the FBI offered a personal briefing to you about the latest information, what they know, what they're
Starting point is 00:59:59 working on, whatever he can share. Wouldn't you take it? Yes, of course you would. And Massey didn't do that. Massey instead did something deeply slimy, which is he went on to attack the FBI without actually taking up the deputy director on what I think is a very meaningful offer to try get to the bottom of all of this that's so stupid it's so stupid and dan shared um the receipts because you know dan's into receipts as you know about his phone calls he posted both of the screenshots of his calls to thomas massey yesterday the one outgoing call from the morning 10 minutes long the outgoing call in the evening three seconds long because the guy didn't answer the phone that's the state of play and so do i want to know who the january six pipe bomber is yes i do
Starting point is 01:00:53 does does don't want to know who it is yes he does it's like this is all thing so one of the primary missions he's on it's been true all year long why did the fbi just release video they released high quality footage like two three weeks ago once again asking for assistance saying they have a half million dollar reward high quality footage showing this lady walking around looks pretty obviously it looks to me like a lady is what i said after i watched it walking around planting bombs it's because they actually want to solve this if this was a cover up it'd be the worst cover up ever yeah we're trying to cover up the identity of the january six pipe bomber so they keep reminding people about the january six pipe bomber yet that math ain't
Starting point is 01:01:36 mathin as the kid might kids might say i'm back with you uh tomorrow on this program i got the big national radio show today i've got countless things to cover we've got lot to get to i'm doing that from 12 to 3 eastern if you want to listen to the radio show you can do it go to the vins show dot com get your local listings get your local radio station or check us out on rumble rumble rumble dot com slash vince we do the show live i'm right here on camera it is always so great to be with you the best audience anywhere truly thank you for letting me do a little bit of hunting.
