Like golly, look, Joe, we just found some classified documents. How did that happen? That's exactly, that's the dopey narrative that the Biden team wants you to believe to act like they did the right thing. So here, remember, the Democrats in the media always want

to tell you a story, okay? Not the story. So a story is, my gosh, golly, what happened? We were just doing the right thing, moving in office, and we stumbled upon this classified document. And look, we did the right thing, unlike that dastardly Donald Trump, what a horrible guy. I told you, and now I'm sure of it, my experience as an investigator, and we're always ahead of the news cycle here. I'm proud to say that, that there is no way that happened. That what really happened is someone being investigated for this Hunter Biden tax evasion, foreign influence scandal, probably flipped and said, hey guys, listen,

I know I'm looking at two years in prison or five years or whatever. What if I told you there's a bunch of classified documents in the Biden Penn Center? Oh, so I said, listen, did someone flip or did someone just tip them off? Say some janitor walked in a closet and found the classified documents and our buddy 279 are at a great point. Geach, you got to listen. This is important.

He's always doing the techno wizardry back there. 279 said, Dan, I've been doing this a long time. He goes, someone flipped. How do I know it? Because did you notice that they found documents at multiple locations and all of a sudden they were offered up by the Biden team? Of course, they weren't offered up. The person who flipped said, in other words, a janitor didn't mistakenly walk into Biden residence too. You get the point? Someone clearly told them there's documents in multiple locations. Someone flipped. Now, I warned you a few days ago that because someone flipped, this is probably a bigger deal. I'm not telling you, please, please. I am begging you with every ounce and fiber of my broken soul, please. I am not telling you anything significant is going to happen legally with the DOJ. I'm not.

Pregnant, uncomfortable pause, because I don't want to hear anyone, Dan, you said something. No, no, that's not what I said. That's not what I said. I'm simply telling you that the DOJ, Department of Justice and the FBI, right now may be boxed into a bit of a corner because someone on the inside is giving up information that they're either going to squirrel away, or they're going to try to hide, or they're going to, it's going to, the same thing's going to happen and happen with Hillary. They'll lay out a whole case like Jim Comey did. Remember the infamous July 5th press conference with Jim Comey? Remember Joe? He lays out this whole case and you're like, holy, they're

going to indict Hillary. This is crazy. It's happening on live TV. And what happens at the end? Comey's like, yeah, yeah, we're not going to prosecute. That's what's going to happen here. Or Hunter Biden's going to get nailed on some BS tax charge with a ten dollar fine and get sent home with a demerit card from merrick garland i'm only telling you this because the information is out there you need to know about it and if it's not going to be legally a penalty for them and nothing legally is going to happen then we damn well better make it politically damaging because these people should not be in office anywhere. And I'm not going to let it go away and give them a pass. And you shouldn't either. But I warned you that the Democrats are very savvy about this stuff. A few days ago, I said, listen, they're going to get

you down rabbit holes here. They do it all the time. It's not just one. They're going to get you down rabbit holes to catch you in a lie. They do it all the time. They're going to say, I believe they plant stories sometimes too. Well, Hunter Biden paid rent payments in this exact amount. And then you get the amount wrong by a dollar. And what happens? The media is like, conspiracy theory, fact checker. He's lying.

You got the rent payment wrong by a dollar. Don't get down the rabbit hole. Stick to the plan. The plan is exposing the obvious that Joe Biden is a foreign agent who's paid off to his son. That's it. One of the other rabbit holes is this visitor's log. So yesterday, Fox News to put this story out there. Biden classified document investigation.

Secret Service now says it's ready to provide Delaware visitors, the source says. Now, what did I tell you? We'll come back to this in a second, so keep this frosty. You can take it down, but I'm going to come back to it in a second. What did I tell you the other day? You were never wasting your time on my show here or my program as my grandmother used to go. Remember that show? Everything was a program back in the day. Can we watch our favorite program? Okay. You're not wasting your time here. I told you the other day, I played a clip, but that is a

waste of time. Most of you already heard it. That the Secret Service doesn't keep visitor logs at a private residence. You got me? Now, they do have visitor logs per se at the White House. What's the difference? The White House is a government building. It's not Biden's house. Yes, he lives there, but it's not his house. The Biden team has no ability whatsoever to tell the Secret Service to stop doing visitor logs at the White House

because it's not theirs. Biden's residence is his. If Biden doesn't want visitor logs at his house, there's not going to be any visitor logs. Now, you digging? Biden has no ability to stop visitor logs at the White House than he does to stop them at the Treasury Building. It's a government building. The private residence is, in fact, his, obviously. He has all of the ability in the world to tell them, hey, I don't want visitor logs here. But he can't tell the Secret Service not to do name checks on certain people. He can't.

So what happens here? The press and the media are dying to show you a visitor log with names on it of like a couple plumbers to say what, Joe? Hey, look, we told you guys. Look at you idiots. Nothing to see here. What a bunch of dopes. Just a couple of plumbers visited by. Nobody saw these classified documents. There wasn't any conspiracy. Folks, the Secret Service is going to produce a name check log. The Secret Service name checks people who come in who aren't hard pinned. So if a plumber comes in to clean out a clog in Biden's shower because he lost his fake hair or whatever it is, he's going to get name checked.

That's not a visitor's log. However, other people who come in who are what we call hard pinned. In other words, they have an ass staff we call hard pinned in other words they have an s staff pin or even soft pin they're cleared staffers they don't get name checked nor do some of the people they escort in who are known entities what i'm trying to tell you is if someone was in biden's residence doing a cleanup mop-up job if you get what i mean on the documents you're never going to know about it by what they're painting as a visitor's law.

Cause it's just going to be the plumber. It pull up the Fox piece again, please. I'm not wasting your time, please. The white house continues to insist. They note in the Fox beat that there exists no formal visitor log for the residents where two troves of classified documents were found.

It says also the secret service is prepared to offer names of individuals who visited the residence if requested by Congress. The white house is not lying. They're dying for you to go down this road, hard pinned and soft pin staffers who could have been knee deep in covering this scandal up. They are the ones who will not appear on the list. They are dying for this thing to get out this name checklist because they want

to say nothing to see. All right, moving on. You get my point. Don't get off the, we're way ahead of this story here. Eyes on the prize. Yes,

please. Guy, was that too long? Guy says a little bit. Guy hates when I... I know, I know. It's just important that you don't get scooped into these exit ramps. Two things I need you to focus on.

Stay on the highway. Eyes on the prize, as Joe just said. Number one, Joe Biden at this point is clearly a foreign agent. And again, by foreign agent, I use those terms very deliberately. I'm not talking about Joe Biden being 007 or James Bond. That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about agent in the economic sense here. He was being paid clearly through the vehicle of his son,

according to their own business partners and multiple reports about Biden, Hunter Biden paying some of his living expenses to act on behalf of a foreign agent. Now, listen to me. This is something I want to be very careful about this. It is not illegal to act on behalf of a foreign agent as a U.S. citizen. It isn't, Dan. No. People do it all the time.

Lobbyists come here and lobby for their cause. They lobby for Tibet. They lobby for various aid packages. That's not illegal. What is illegal is to lobby on behalf of a foreign agent and not register or do it in violation of US law. Oh, that sounds like we have a problem here, folks. It's called FARA, Foreign Agent Registration Act. By the way, anyone tells you it's not a big deal, FARA, registering as a foreign agent? Ask them about General Mike Flynn, who they tried to nail on, yes, FARA charges. Oh, that's weird. So it's only real for Trump people like General Mike Flynn?

What I'm telling you is Joe Biden was a foreign agent who I believe strongly was being paid by foreign governments through his son to lobby on behalf of foreign governments, clearly in violation of US law, FARA, because he wasn't registered. He was the freaking vice president, the former vice president. Another thing I want you to focus on, and we'll get to this in another show another day, but who signed out the documents, these classified documents? That's serious stuff. Solomon, when I brought up the idea that Biden is a foreign agent, I've largely been focusing on Ukraine and Hunter Biden in Ukraine and what Biden did to lobby for Ukrainian weapons while his son was getting paid by Ukraine. John Solomon brought up an even bigger deal. He said, Dan, you remember Hunter Biden's shady multi-million dollar deals with Chinese energy companies? Now for the lefties out there who are saying,

is it a conspiracy? Because the Washington Post reported on that. It's right there. It's right there, March 2022. Inside Hunter Biden's multi-million dollar deals with the Chinese energy company. It's right there.

So Hunter Biden, multi-million dollar deals with the Chinese Communist Party connected companies. And you know, gosh, this is really weird. Just a few months earlier, we learned that the Department of Justice under Biden shut down China-focused anti-spying espionage programs. Gosh.

Joe. Weird. Yeah. So freaking weird. The coincidences. Joe Biden's sons being paid by Ukraine. Joe Biden's lobbying for weapons and money to Ukraine while Obama doesn't want to do it. So freaking strange.

Hunter Biden is connected to these Chinese Communist Party entities, according to all the Washington Post themselves. Then all of a sudden, the Biden DOJ shuts down spying programs against China. Wow. I don't know. I don't know what's happening. I mean, I hate to make leaps of faith here. I just don't know what's happening. I mean, it's obvious what's happening, isn't it? I mean,

can you sense the thick, deep, 22-foot thick skin of sarcasm wrapping around my skull right now? Biden is a foreign agent. That's the scam. Don't get off the highway like he said I did because I spent 10 minutes on the visitor's log. I don't know. I love that topic. Maybe because it's my past line of work. He and I disagree about the show all the time. I'm always right though. I just want that on the record.

Joe, this one's a classic. Now he's going with the hilarious defense and the American people really don't care about this stuff. Oh, they don't. That's really funny. So the president of the United States is a foreign agent and yes, nobody cares here. Take a look. States is a foreign agent. And yes, nobody cares here. Take a look. You know, the only I will answer the question, but here's the deal. You know, what quite frankly bugs me is that we have a serious problem here. We're talking about we're talking about what's going on and the American people don't quite understand why you don't ask me questions about that. But having said that, what's your question? on this last night the deep state trying to get rid of biden uh it was an enjoyable segment he went into it some history of nixon i'll bet most people don't know we've actually covered some of that on the show uh not in nearly nearly as much detail as he did. He did a good job. But yeah, they're done with Biden. And it's not because they care about doing journalism. I said this yesterday. It's because they've known about Biden being a hack for a long time and a liar.

I'll play that in a second. It's not the reason. The reason they're done is they know he'll lose if he runs. The scandal is going to bring him down. Folks, the scandal got deeper yesterday i'm really shocked this wasn't front page news it's got almost no play this wendell hughesbo at breitbart has been knocking it out of the park january 19th yesterday this how did this story not make its way around the media ecosystem. It's a huge bombshell. He's citing a Washington Post report that, again, I found almost nowhere. According to the Washington Post, early on, Biden's attorneys and DOJ investigators both thought they had a, quote, shared understanding

about keeping the documents matter quiet. What? Is this a joke? So Biden colluded with the DOJ to squash the story I'm telling you to keep it, quote, quiet and it was a shared understanding? Here's the collusion scandal right in front of your face. Why is the Washington Post reporting that and Wendell Hughesbo covering them at the Washington Post? He's done great work at Breitbart, excuse me, because they're done with Biden. They're not trying to do journalism. They're trying to save liberalism. And Biden is a wounded duck. That's why. Wait, one more. Let me just show you CNN before I get to this. CNN, Oliver Darcy, the reliable sources blog at CNN, even they're

realizing that Biden, Kareem Jean-Pierre, I said realizing like a song, realizing, they've been there, it's over. They're not going to escape from this thing. It's too ugly. Kareine Jean-Pierre is arguably the least effective White House press secretary of the television era one veteran White House reporter told me on Wednesday adding that the comparison excluded the Trump White of course they got to throw a Trump shot guys

It's not itchy. He said to us he's never dealt with his son's business partners anywhere. Maybe we should question that. I mean, he hasn't exactly told the truth about anything else. If George Santos, the Republican congressman who lied on his resume, if George Santos was involved in a pay-for-play deal and said I had nothing to do with it through a conduit, I assure you the media wouldn't let it go, would never let it go.

It is strange. They just figured this out with Biden now that he's got a history of dishonesty. Here's another about a minute, I don't know, 15, 20 seconds, because this is too good. For dishonesty? Then just show us some principles and call for this buffoon to resign too. But as Lauren Boebert, I think a congresswoman said, and she's absolutely right, Joe. This Politico article I put in the newsletter yesterday, bongino.com slash newsletter, is one of the most important pieces you will ever read. It is in right before Donald Trump is about to take office in 2017, January. Politico, left-wing Politico,

reported extensively on Ukraine's efforts to take out Trump. The headline is Ukrainian efforts to sabotage Trump backfire. I told you this whole story about Biden being a foreign agent, the visitor's logs, him lying, his history of dishonesty, the media giving up on him now, agent, the visitor's logs, him lying, his history of dishonesty, the media giving up on him now because they've known about this, folks. Politico knew in 2017. They knew what? That someone really important knew Biden was a foreign agent. Trump. That's why the Ukrainians wanted him gone too. It's right there. All right, moving on. And now we get the Facebook files. Facebook files, what the hell? Robbie Suave, who is a writer and a journalist on the libertarian side, I believe, he put out a long thread about the Facebook files showing you, as we said before, again,

that the bigger scandal here is not just the censorship that happened via the government and government deputizing Twitter to censor people. We said the bigger scandal, because there are bigger platforms, were Google and Facebook. Yeah, Twitter's important because of the media. But Facebook and Google absolutely dwarfed Twitter in importance. And what did we tell you a few months ago? I said the next shoe to drop is going to be government coordination with Facebook and Google. And bang, here it is.

Suave got a hold of some Facebook files, some of their emails. He notes in May of 2021, the CDC, which I believe last time I checked, guys, was a government entity, the Centers for Disease Control. Can we get a confirmation on that? Yes, it is. Wow, he's fast. Back checking immediately. Yeah, man. CDC officials began routinely vetting claims about COVID-19 vaccines that appeared on Facebook.

The platform left it up to the federal government to determine which assertions were accurate. Oh, they did. Here is the Facebook people reaching out to the CDC, basically saying, hey, can you please deputize us to take over the platform here and sanction us? By the way, the CDC should have immediately, immediately just directed them somewhere else and said, we are entities of the government. You have scientific experts who can comment on this,

but it would be inappropriate. No, of course not. They work back and forth to make sure this information went away. Here, it is not safe for women on their period to take the COVID-19 vaccine. Being around people who are vaccinated with COVID vaccine causes side effects. Listen, these are claims Facebook could have easily reached out to scientific folks out there and done, but no, they didn't do that. Of course, they were working with the government, which is against the First Amendment and is illegal. It's right there, folks. It's right there.

And there was a gay pride themed jersey night and Ivan Provorov said well you know I'm not wearing that I'm never discriminated there's no evidence he's ever discriminated against anyone ever or said anything bad he just said I'm not wearing that I'm a religious man and it's against my religion so here were his comments that of course generated a firestorm with the you will

comply left check this out I respect everybody's choices. My choice is to stay true to myself and my religion. That's all I'm going to say. Any, like I said, that's all I'm going to comment on that. If you have any hockey questions, I would like I would answer those. have any hockey questions i would like i would answer those just uh can you just kind of find i'm confused here where the where the what's the what what do you what did he say there what did he say oh i hate gay people i can't stand no that's not what he said that's uh that's not even what he implied or we did not he said i respect everybody's choices and this is my choice. I just don't want to wear that jersey.

So, of course, the tolerance left. You know, they're all about tolerance, guys. Remember, you ever see the bumper sticker? Tolerance coexists. Yeah, yeah. You've seen that, right? They mean it, Joe. Coexist.

Yeah, sure. Just not coexist with anybody you disagree with, as evidenced by this idiot. So some guy at the NHL network, thankfully I've never heard of and never planned on, who I hear is a monster liberal, by the way, he lost his mind. So because Ivan Provorov, who said nothing negative, there is zero evidence he's discriminated against anyone. There's zero evidence he even harbors any ill will towards anyone. He just made a decision on what he chooses to wear and not wear. And by the way, it was voluntary.

No one in the NHL was forcing him to do it. This NHL commentator wants him out of the country fighting in the war in Ukraine. I'm not kidding. Here, listen for yourself. Ivan Prokhorov can get on a plane any day he wants and go back to a place where he feels more comfortable, Here, listen's okay. Listen, you can feel any way you want. But the beauty is, if it bothers you that much, there's always a chance to leave, go back where you feel more comfortable. I understand there's a conflict of sorts going on over there.

We're in it for the little guy. We're in for economic growth, with tolerance, coexistence. And whatever they're accusing the Republicans of doing, they're doing themselves. Folks, I am a big supporter of the fair tax and have for a long time. I want to explain what this is briefly because I got a lot to get to, including the questions. It is a 30% national sales tax. Oh my gosh, I don't want to pay that. Folks, as you can

see from the piece, it's being portrayed as in addition to other taxes. That's not what it is. It swaps out the sales tax for income, payroll, estate, and corporate taxes. You wouldn't have any other tax bill. But what about the poor? Well, it sends a pre-bate check to soften the blow on lower income family and abolishes the IRS. Why is a consumption tax better? Because why are we taxing something? When you tax something, what do you get, Joe, more or less of it? You get less. You don't get more of it. If I tax your work at 90% instead of 20%, you're going to work less because you get less money. Why are we taxing work? Consumption, however, I don't mean this in a bad way, is a destruction of wealth. I buy a

hot dog and I eat it. I consumed it. I destroyed it. So you want to disincentivize excessive consumption if you have to disincentivize something instead of work. A sales tax, a national sales tax in lieu of all of these other taxes work. Now, seniors have legitimate concerns. The seniors say, well, I paid these income taxes my whole life. Now I got to pay to buy stuff. Totally fair. You're going to have to phase it in over time. And I can be able to just do this overnight. But they're all, look at the Democrats. Republicans want a tax hike. They're doing the flip a room. It's because they want to hike taxes. They want to distract you. So they're getting you lost in this fair tax thing. You want to see another one? Yeah. They love to tell you they're warriors for the middle class and the poor. Really?

They love spending more money. They're arguing for more. Matter of fact, the debt ceiling's coming up and they're arguing to spend even more money, which is leading to inflation. Axios, who's inflation hitting? Quote, the details of who bear the brunt of higher prices shapes the political and economic dynamics of inflation. The data suggests that it's shifting

from an annoyance for the middle class to a more severe burden on poor families that can least afford higher prices. As always, they're in it. They're real middle class warriors. They're screwing over the middle class, man. Jason Reilly summed this up beautifully in a piece in the Wall Street Journal. They love the minimum wage, right?

Well, that prices poor minorities desperate for employment out of jobs. What about bail reform? Well, it makes bad neighborhoods even worse. The left loves affirmative action. Well, that boosts dropout rates by mismatching black students with schools in the name of diversity. They love open space zoning laws, environmental zealots. Well, that limits construction of affordable housing and decimates the black population. Everything they do, the left is designed to screw over the middle class and lie to you. Here's another one. They're warriors for wages. You know that show. They love wages. We're for middle class wages. Really?

They know John Solomon's piece here. While wages have increased in the Biden presidency, inflations eroded and surpassed any gains for workers since Biden took office. That's just so weird. And they want to spend even more money. As playbook notes, they're arguing to increase the debt ceiling sooner than they had to. Why? Because the student loan program they told you was paid for, don't you worry, this is all paid for, actually isn't paid for, is resulting in a ton of debt, more inflation. And that's why the debt ceiling is approaching. His playbook notes right here, quicker than they thought. Is anything they tell you true? No, it's not. Again, big hat tip to the March for Lifers today. Just a quick note, they couldn't find the Supreme Court leaker. They couldn't find him, Joe.

I believe it is important in some limited cases to provide limited, very limited cases

to provide financial support, not when it comes to cash, but things like military assets. It does help for us to have military assets stationed in some places overseas, not necessarily to start or advance a bunch of foreign imperialistic wars or anything like that. But it just builds some trust with that company and they have skin in the game. Having said that, it's foreign aid, by the way, is a really small portion of the federal budget. It is. It's that you can just look up the numbers.

However, I do agree. We dish out taxpayer dollars for seemingly no viable return whatsoever. Hey, Dan, at Flouks, how many days a week do you do cardio? Three. Three 20-minute mid-range heart sessions. I'm worried about my heart ever since the COVID vax. So three. I don't go crazy with cardio anymore. I don't do any more high-intensity interval training.
