Many of you've seen me. We're very familiar with one another. It's good to be in front of the Bongino Army once again. On the first day of July, cannot believe it. Don't do that. What are we doing? Oh, the Supreme Court. I get it. We're going to talk about it. We're going to talk a lot about it, okay? don't give up on this country. Nothing has changed.

What do you mean nothing has changed? The Supreme Court just had these two crazy rulings. No, no. Nothing changed. We're going to get to all that. We've got that. We've got new polls out about Graham Platner. You know, the Nazi tattoo.

No, no, I'm frustrated. The mail-in ballot ruling, Watson, I thought Watson versus RNC was going to go our way. I was filling in on Florida's voice last week. We had the election integrity communications director, Ali Triolo on with us, and she thought it was going to go our way

also. Unfortunately, Amy Coney Barrett had other ideas and John Roberts as well. People get on me all the time. Oh, why are you just focusing on Amy Coney Barrett? Is this something like, you're like a misogynist? No, well, she wrote the opinion. She wrote the majority opinion. So I'm going to focus on naturally the author of it. Okay. Plus, you know, she was a Trump appointee. And I'm going to split the baby here on my criticism of the Supreme Court in a second. But my point here is don't give up on America. There is nothing that the left wants more. Dan talks about this all the time. I talk about this all the time on my show,

And obviously, extremely grateful for the opportunity to fill in today. But he talks about demoralization all the time. Yuri Besmanoff, the KGB whistleblower, talked about that as well. When you demoralize somebody, you know, people think of demoralizing as like, oh, you know, you're just sad. Your morale is low. You know, you're pessimistic. But it's even deeper than that.

When you're demoralized, as Yuri Beshmanoff had put it, you are essentially just, you don't accept facts, right? You'll get to a point where, you know, you'll find yourself saying, well, is water actually wet or is that just what the official government narrative wants us to believe, right? Like that crap. It's like the movie Inception, which is one of my favorites, right, where, you know, Leonardo DiCaprio's character plants the seed in his wife's head that, quote, this world is not real in order to have her want to wake up from the dream.

But then it translates into real life. She starts believing that this world is not real and that she's dreaming. She kills herself in the movie. Like you don't want to wind up going down that road. You don't want to get demoralized to the point of disillusionment. Where you're now believing in an entirely alternate set of facts, an entirely different reality than the one that we all actually exist in, where water is wet, up, up, down is down, the grass is green, the sky is blue and two plus two is four. you know we're getting you the point where some of these guys you know you get like and we're going to debut it here the Alex Jones you know Alex Jones of the world well you know a two plus two

is four but I could be the official government there could be a deep state siop believe in math math is a deep state siop cash Matt is going to be fired he's the one that the frogs are gay yeah he's the frog's a guy yeah they turn the frickin frog gay right that guy and unfortunately if you if you take that man child seriously I don't know I don't know what to tell you You know, I've been trolling him every day on X. He said on April 2nd that Cash Patel was going to be fired. So every day I'm coming in there. It's been 89.

Today, I think it's been 90 to days since he said Cash Patel is being fired today. 90. See people like, why are you doing that? Because nobody holds these idiots accountable when they get things wrong. This is the data point crowd, right? You know, the whole thing with Joe Kent. Nobody comes back to see, you know, hey, you predicted like World War III. It's that's a data point.

Exactly. There it is. But back to the point here. Because this is what I'm talking about demoralization. You've got folks who you think you can trust. Again, back to Yuri Besmanoff. You get Americans teaching Americans about communism. You get Americans demoralizing Americans about our country.

Don't throw your hands up in frustration and walk away from this fight over these recent Supreme Court rulings. That is not the answer. You got a flat tire on your car, right? You don't just go, damn it, my tire is flat. sucks and start walking around, stomping around the road. You know, but eventually you have to change the tire, right? You know, acknowledging a problem, tires flat, leaves roof, roof is leaking. Things of that nature.

Like, acknowledging the problem is good. You acknowledge a problem exists, right? The first step to quitting is admitting. But you've got to provide a solution for those problems, too. You can't just walk away in frustration and act like the problem is going to fix itself. It's not. You can't do that. are bad Supreme Court rulings, two of them,

birthright citizenship and Watson, mail-in ballots. But I want to be very, very, very, very, very clear and give you some perspective here. While it is frustrating to see these rulings, nothing has changed. What do you mean? Nothing has changed. No, nothing has changed. We're playing by the same rules that we were playing by before these rulings were handed down. The same set of rules. The mail-in ballots, it's still an issue. It didn't get better, but it's the same rules. Nothing changed. So this idea that somehow these rulings are the end of the world is

absurd. It's over-emotional. It's absurd. It's not healthy. And it's a lifeline that left while they're in shambles. Guys, this DSA takeover of the Democrat Party is very serious. And it's not just an existential threat to our country because it is because communists are getting closer and closer to power but it is an existential threat to establishment or moderate or blue dog democrats on their side of the aisle and this is why and i've been talking about this for a while too ever since last tuesday this is why it was so important folks like myself uh my friend misfit patriot who's uh streaming over on LFA TV now right before me at 9 a.m. Eastern time. And so much James Lindsay, the Mark Levins of the world, Dan Bongino, et cetera. We've called out the crazies on our side because if we didn't,

we would be suffering the same fate that moderate blue dog, you know, Kennedy, Clinton, Democrats are suffering now. You can't look at, if you know something is a problem, you can't look at it, and then ignore it. That's not the way you solve problem. You call it out, you address it, and you move on. That's why it was so important for us to call out the crazies and to point out that they're being crazy. And to show you, hey, you know, you're going to blame everything on the Jews. It's one thing to criticize the government of Israel.

I'm not the biggest fan of some of the policies out there and some of the political leaders out there. I believe the country has a right to exist. There are people who are, you know, their whole life is like it doesn't have a right to exist. That's not welcome on our side of the aisle. criticism of another country is welcome calling for the entire country to cease to exist because you don't like their religion or that's silly that's crazy these are the people who are supposedly against genocide by the way don't give up on the united states of america this country has overcome so much the revolution the american revolution 250 years ago we're celebrating the 250th

birthday. It's a big, beautiful birthday. I got along very well with Thomas Jefferson. You may have known. Actually, you don't want to give my prop out. Ready? I got along very well with Tom. He's a great person. Fantastic guy. He said to me, sir, what are we going to do about us? So you had to help me write it. I said, life, liberty and the pursuit of McDonald's. He said, sir, you can't do that, sir. Okay, happiness. I invented the happy meal. Got along well with Thomas Jefferson. I got along well with John Hancock. You may have heard of him, John. I said, John, I said, Johnny, you got to sign the declaration big. It's got to be big and beautiful. We overcame the greatest military power on earth. We had no business winning that war. The revolution, the war of 1812, the White House burned

down. The American Civil War. World War I. The Great Depression. World War II. the Cold War, Cuban Missile Crisis, the space race. I get a long way with the moon, too, if you believe in that. Sometimes we look at the moon, Brennan and I, we look at the moon and we go, that's a nice projection NASA's running up there. Sometimes it's really nice. It's like a bad. They outdo themselves.

Bad signal. How they're calling it like a strawberry moon or so they have a new name for it every time. It's like the heat dome. It's hot in the summer. Oh, how did that happen? By the way, if it's 100 degrees in February, you'll catch me believe in climate change. But until then, zip the lip. quiet we've overcome terrorist attacks on american soil we overcame joe biden's presidency right joe

world 11 too the world war three oh three yeah last world war three for the 15 time of one of the ladies said it a oc oh wow it was uh it was uh it was ill hon yeah some people did something she called it world war 11 she was reading the roman numerals i i wrote it as 11 she went away past alix i'm only on war war five dumb but we've overcome all that world war 11 war war war three and we're going to walk away from this fight and throw our hands up and frustration over supreme court rulings after all of that court rulings no do not for this latest demoralization campaign. You've all heard the story, Ben Franklin,

who I also got along well with, great guy, fat guy, but a tremendous person, very smart. We discovered electricity together. We're flying a kite. We had a key. Lightning hit it. And I grounded him. Tremendous guy, Ben Franklin.

You know the story at the Constitutional Convention in 1787? A woman by the name of Elizabeth Willing Powell. asked Benjamin Franklin, well, doctor, what have we got? A republic or a monarchy? You all remember in the live chat what Benjamin Franklin said? 25,000 people watching right now. In the live chat, what did Benjamin Franklin say to Elizabeth Willing Powell when she asked, well, doctor, what do we have? a republic or a monarchy yes yes you are correct a republic if you can keep it if you can keep it we have to keep it we are the keepers we are the stewards of this republic we have to keep it we have to keep it we have to keep it as ben Franklin said, we have to keep it, not give up and walk away because the court came up short.

This is our job. This is our time. Dan says it all the time, right? Every generation has their fight. Every generation has its fight. This is our fight. This country had men storming the beaches of Normandy, knowing many of them knew they were not going to make it to see the next day. But they weren't denied.

Contrast that to where we are today. A couple bad court rulings. We have it easy compared to what they went through. Now, these rulings are significant. I don't want anyone to look, you know, I don't want it to look like I'm downplaying your concerns. We're saying that everything is perfect because it's not. I'm frustrated too.

And that's okay. It's okay to be frustrated. But you don't want to be frustrated to the point of demoralization. Do I think it's ridiculous that the court decided that mail-in ballots can be counted if they arrive after their due date? Yeah, I do think so. If I can't walk into a polling place the day after election day and cast a vote, then a mail-in ballot that arrives after election day shouldn't be counted. But Sean, it was postmarked by election day. You know the risks when you vote by mail? It's not called snail mail because it's fast, right? You know the risks. You got to

handle those risks accordingly if you're going to vote by mail. We all know that extended periods of counting with mail and ballots only makes it easier to cheat. And we all know that's why Democrats viciously defend mail and voting. Birthright citizenship and the way it's been weaponized is a national security threat. I acknowledge that. You have folks from China. I get along well with China. President Xi, I call him Winnie the Pooh, right?

He looks like Winnie the Pooh. He said to me, sir, please. don't call me Winnie the Poe. I said, She, you're going to have to stop looking like Winnie the Poe, okay? If you want me to stop calling you that, you had to stop looking like him. You know, Winnie the Pooh is banned in China for that reason? Imagine looking like Winnie the Pooh. And then banning it because

you're upset about it. Listen, I understand this is a national security threat, birthright citizenship. You got people from China. They come here. They pop out a kid. They go back home with the kid. The kid is indoctrinated in China, indoctrinated with

Chinese Communist Party propaganda. And then when the kid turns 18, they come back to the United States because they're a citizen here, simply because they were born here. And they start spreading their propaganda on American soil. That's a massive vulnerability that the court seemingly just doesn't care about. And it's clearly something that the founders did not design birthright citizenship for. So I get it. I'm frustrated. These aren't good rulings. I'm not telling you to ignore them and move on. They weren't ideal, the rulings. Far from it.

But the bottom line is nothing has changed. I'm going to clarify what I mean by that. Our flawed election laws are still flawed. But we know how to beat it. We know how to get around it, right? Do we not remember what we did two years ago? Too big to rig? Ring a bell?

party over the course the next few years in election cycles it is a common sense issue much like voter id birthright citizenship before the ruling and after the ruling is still in need of reform none of that changes and this country whether it was during the war for its independence 250 years ago or the war that turned brother against brother or the war against common sense in the supreme court America has always been worth fighting for. And that has not changed. The left wants you to give up. They want you to get hyper-emotional over these Supreme Court rulings, throw your hands up in frustration, and walk away and abandon this fight.

They want you to give up because they are terrified of what happens if you don't. Do not give up on this country. stay in the fight lock in stay engaged stay involved and always keep fighting do not

give up they want you to give up because they are terrified of what happens if you don't give up don't give them what they want all right how's that how you like that

I like that I don't know if you guys know this story but Sean before with the last election. Oh, yeah, 2024, yes. He was dead asleep and sits straight up with his finger up and goes, too big to rig! You're darn right. And laid right back down and continued to sleep.

You're darn right. Yeah. So he even sleeps this. Before the 2024 election, I have, you know, I have the tendency to talk in my sleep sometimes. And I apparently, Brennan said the night before the 2024 election, I sat straight up my bed, fist in the air, too big to rig!

Right back to bed. So there it is. There you go. Stormy Winter in the chat wants to know if I'm in Florida. I identify as being in Florida, as you see. But, you know, I'm not. We're not in Florida. It's hot enough.

It feels like we're in Florida. Yeah. It's hot enough. Flowrida. Flowrida. There it is. All right. We got a, we have a couple of, we got a couple of things you've got to get to here.

So I'm going to, I'm going to just show you to wrap up this. don't give up on America segment. Okay. Donald Trump, like the good leader that he is, is setting the tone. I know he's not thrilled about birthright citizenship and these rulings. I know it. Mail and ballots, I get it. But like a good leader, he's setting the tone.

And I'm not the type of person to just blindly do exactly what he said. I was admittedly getting very frustrated with the, you know, the Iran war, you know, and the way that, and I'm still a little frustrated with the process there, but, you know, the president is, you know, between a rock and a hard place. The country doesn't have an appetite for a ground invasion and it's tough to negotiate with terrorists because you really can't negotiate with terrorists, but that's a conversation for another day, not a conversation for today. Donald Trump, instead of moping, this is a story over on Red State. Donald Trump immediately turned to finding other ways to accomplish the goal of vending the expensive and unfair system of

birthright citizenship. Trump said the following on, uh, Truth Social, Supreme Court upheld birthright citizenship, which is too bad for our country, but we can easily make it up in Congress through legislation with the support of the president that has now been determined during this process. No long an unwieldy constitutional amendment is necessary. Congress should start today to work on ending expensive and unfair to our country, birthright citizenship. They will have my complete and total support. Trump also said on truth social yesterday that the Supreme Court

treated Republicans fairly. He's not trying to incite violence or unrest here. It's about, hey, the court ruled, didn't rule the way we wanted him to rule. We have to accept it.

We have to find another way to address the issue and we have to move on. Trump said the following on truth social yesterday about this topic. The biggest and most consequential decision issued by the Supreme Court by far is the slaughter case, which overturned the very famous Humphreys executor rule.

This whole concept of power has been fought for over nearly 100 years, going all the way back to Franklin, Delano Roosevelt, where a large slice of his power was taken away. He fought to regain it, even wanted to pack the court, but it was unsuccessful in doing so. This decision gives tremendous additional power back to the presidency where it belongs. It is an honor to be the sitting president who, after all these years, won this very important and hard fought case. We had other good victories too, and we also had the birthright citizenship loss, which we will work to correct in Congress. But the big slaughter was slaughter. Republican Party was treated very fairly by the United States Supreme Court. Thank you for

your attention to this matter. And that is called accepting the results with grace. That is called accepting the results with grace. Didn't go our way. You don't see Donald Trump throwing his hands. That's it. We're done. I'm not doing it anymore. We're not going to do it. We're giving up. I give up. We're giving up. We don't give up. This is a guy who got, by the way, we were talking about this before the show, because I'm admittedly not a soccer fan. I'm just going to put this out there, and I'll take heat for it on X in a minute, because,

you know, the soccer fans out. You don't understand. It's a beautiful game. All right. What I really don't understand is how Donald Trump got shot in the head and jumped up and threw his fist in the air and said, fight, fight, fight, and handled that better than most soccer players handled getting a dirty look on the field. all right so i just i'm just going to say okay that's it move on all right quick break and then we're

going to jump into some of what happened last night and some of the admissions that have been made by these now communist democrats the party of kennedy the party of bill clinton and even in a way the party of baroque obama who campaigned on you know he criticized during his campaigned george Bush for not deporting enough illegals. AOC is comparing big corporations to government. She's saying big corporations have too much power. They think they're government. They think they have unchecked power. A lot of people seem to have forgotten about it called the Constitution. The Constitution restricts the power and confines the power

of the federal government. The federal government's power is not unchecked. And yet AOC is comparing corporations to the government saying, well, they think they have unchecked power. meaning she believes government is entitled to and has unchecked power. When they tell you who they are, whether they're saying their goal is communism, or that government is entitled to unchecked power, you need to believe them. You can't gaff it off. AOC's an idiot. However, if anyone has an excuse to vote the way she does, Susan Collins is a Republican senator in a majority Democrat state. There are more polar bears than Democrats in Alaska. John Thune does not have that excuse, you know, six out of the 25 people in South Dakota are Democrats.

In Massachusetts, there are Karens on Plum Island who want residents on that island to take their American flags down. And their excuse, it's not because they're offended. That is ultimately why, but they're hiding behind birds. Yes, I do it. The Bernie impersonation, the Creed voice, Biden every now and then on occasion. And I could sound like a bird. You know, they call it talented, right? They say, sir, you're so talented, sir.

What? You do sneeze, too. Oh, yeah. There it goes. Sneased off the headphones. Sneezed them all ears didn't hold them up. The ears should have held on to him. I know.

All right. More Massachusetts. this is a story on red state this is just unbelievable and it's it's a stupid story but it also plays into the theme that i'm going to go for in the last 20 or so minutes of the show today more massachusetts idiocy a town tells residents to take down their american flags because they might annoy the plovers yes the birds these are the people with the wind farms right they love the wind farms clean energy green energy wind energy wind driven and that kill the birds actively.

But no, they're worried about the piping clovers. This was a, I think they're the piping plovers. We had those on Long Island. They're an endangered species. But like an American flag is a threat to them? Really? The Marxists had trouble coping with the fact that the United States is hosting the World Cup. I don't like it, but good for the USA.

Europeans who are visiting are blown away by how cool this country actually is. in California and HOA. Those Karens with the clipboards. They're telling residents to take down their American flags or face fines. That's why you'll never catch me living in an HOA. I know they're all not like that, but I don't want to take the risk. Meanwhile, on the opposite coast, Cairns are telling people on Plum Island off the northeastern coast of Massachusetts

to take down their American flags as well. The town of Newberry sent a letter to Plum Island, which it has jurisdiction over and warns of serious consequences should folks celebrate our country. The letter warns, quote, activities intended to deter protected shorebirds

from utilizing suitable habitats may be viewed as harassment or disruption of normal feeding, nesting, or migratory behavior, which violates the Federal Endangered Species Act and carries significant regulatory and financial penalties. That's right. Newbury, Massachusetts, Plum Island. If you fly your American flag, you are harassing the birds. Nothing says fighting the oligarchy than fighting tooth

and nail for my friend Tweetybird. Quote, noncompliance may result in state or federal enforcement actions and thus the town urges residents to comply. applicable state and federal wildlife protection laws. Okay? They are telling you to take down the American flag now because of birds. And this is one of those rare times I wish I actually lived in Massachusetts because I would get the biggest American flag that is available. I would be, it would just, it would be up there for the world to see. Why do I bring this up?

Because again, as I talked about in the beginning of the show, the goal is demoralization. The goal is to make you not celebrate this country right around America 250. This is not a coincidence that everybody, you know, the demoralizers are back out on social media now in the wake of the Supreme Court rulings on birthright and mail-in ballots. You know, I'm done. I F this place. This is stupid.

I had somebody on excess. They blocked them finally because this person purports to be in America first. America first. America only is in my comments going, F America. This is a stupid. Your true colors are showing, okay? I want to play this clip from CNN data analyst, Harry Enton. He's doubles as probably a spokesperson for caffeine. Guys got a lot of energy. I love him. Harry Enton. That Democrats are no longer proud to be American and they're forcing that on the rest of us. Don't give in to this sigh up. Let's roll this clip from Enton on CNN. Among Republicans, 93% are extremely or very proud. Just one, a single one say they have

little to no pride in being an American. But look over at the Democratic side. This is where we've seen this extremely or very number. It's been taking a tumble at 27%, which is way different than the 93. You do the quick math of me here. What is that? That's a 66 point difference here in terms of extremely a very. But look at this. The little or no proud to be an American actually among Democrats' eclipses is greater than the extremely or very proud number. So we are just living in such a different universe if you're a Republican versus a Democrat on the basic fundamental question of being proud to be an American. I don't care who my president is. Obama, Trump, Bush, Biden, Vance, heaven forbid, Newsom or AOC.

I will always be proud to be American. I grew up on Long Island. I was in fifth grade during September 11th, 2001. I remember what happened the next day, September 12th, 2001. There were American flags out on every porch. Clover and birds be damned. It is a blessing to have been born in this country and be a citizen of the United States of America. We hit the lottery being born here.

There is a reason why when you look at all the other countries in the world, what is England, Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Europe, Canada, Mexico, Venezuela, Iran, China, Russia. There's only one country you hear about when they talk about the dream, right? You don't hear about the Canadian dream. You don't hear about the Chinese dream. You don't hear about the English dream. You hear about the American dream. Because this place is the land of opportunity.

And if you bust your ass, you will get somewhere. Not every time. You might not get exactly what you set out for. But if you work hard, not. times out of 10, you will be rewarded for it. Maybe not initially. I can't even tell you coming up in this space, commentary, social media, whatever you want to call it, how many things I had to do on my own dime before, you know, reaping some of the benefits, right? You work hard now. You enjoy the fruits of your labor later. This country is the good.

No, it was not justified murdering 3,000 plus innocent people in the blink of an eye. And more after the fact. And no, somebody like that does not belong in the House of Representatives. I don't care what district you're running in.

Democrat district, Republican district. Someone's got to wake up and reject that. That's the contrast that I'm after. here. That's what I want you to understand here. That's what I want you to take home with you after this, after this show today. That's what I want you to share with your friends. You have friends who are, oh, it's beach season. It's, no, okay, let them go. Listen to this show on the beach then or driving to and from. We've got to get engaged. We've got to spread the word. We've got to get this out to people and show them. It's not just a difference on policy anymore. It's not just a

difference. Oh, well, you believe there's some immigration versus less immigration. No, no, no, no, no. You are dealing with one of the two major political parties in this country have been taken over by anti-American radicals and communists, and they are not hiding it. They're admitting their goal is communism. They're telling you that America deserve 9-11. Hassan Piker has said the same thing. He's campaigning with that Abdul Abu Isid in Michigan. These people aren't hiding it anymore. It's not us being hyperbolic to try and make a point. They're saying it.

Are you going to let these people steal your country? Are you going to let these people anywhere near the levers of power? There's too much of them that control some of the levers of power as it is. Look at the crop of candidates that are being. pushed by the Democrat Party right now, whether the establishment likes it or not, those candidates are winning. Those candidates will be on ballots across the country in the 2026 midterms. If you believe, oh, well, no, the guy I like, my Democrat representative is a moderate. He's a hostage. He has no choice but to do what the radical wing of the party wants him to do, or he's next.

They were chanting, you're next at Hakeem Jeffries. If this party is further left than Hakeem I mean, what else is there to say? But the reason why, I know that sounds troubling, right? No, it is troubling, but it's not doom and gloom. As I said in the beginning of the show, we overcame against all aunts, a war for our independence. We overcame a war against ourselves, brother against brother. We overcame World War I. We overcame the Great Depression. We overcame the Great Depression. We overcame World War II and the Nazis. Our boys stormed the beaches of Normandy. They ran into adversity, knowing many of them weren't going to make it. We got through the Cold War. We won the space race. We have overcome so many obstacles.

We will overcome this too. As long as we all commit to all hands on deck. All hands on deck. 10, 10 and 10. Phone to phone, face to face, knocking on doors, Delhi counter politics, talk to the normies. Don't be afraid to show them videos that the Democrats are admitting that they're communists. It's going to take a full-scale effort to stave this off.

But if there's one thing that you should never do, never count out America. We always have a way of figuring it out and coming out on top. And we are not going to let these pigs talking about how America deserved 9-11. We are not going to allow these pigs. You hear me? Pigs! You're not running our country. You're not stealing this country from us.

It's not happening. I know this audience. I know my audience up on LFA TV and other. audiences all around the conservative commentary space. We're not going to let it happen. It's not going to be easy. It's going to be hard work. But if there's anyone who can get it done, it's the United States of America.
