Shockingly, you can't make this up for basically a collusion scandal with foreign nationals, including a Russian connected to to vladimir connected to vladimir putin you can't make this up now i'm going to tie this to the hunter biden scandal on the classified document scandal but let's start from the beginning bartiromo she did a great segment here with james comer an influential republican on the house committee is going to be looking all into this on potential that the potential china connection to the classified document scandal we We've been talking largely about Ukraine and how Biden got his son a job in Ukraine. The papers that were

hidden and squirreled away were allegedly about Ukraine, maybe China, too. Here's some here's some some good stuff on the China angle. Listen to this. New reports this morning indicate some of the documents were placed at yet another temporary address, this time in D.C.'s Chinatown neighborhood before traveling to the Penn Biden think tank in D.C., which, of course, paid Biden nine hundred thousand dollars after the think tank accepted donations, millions from China. Also, the Daily Mail is reporting that the packing up of the documents at the tail end of Biden's vice presidency were overseen by an aide recommended

by first son Hunter Biden. We do not know what she knew about the classified documents. Kathy Chung was ultimately reporting. We do not know if she was ultimately reporting back to the Chinese Communist Party. Joining me right now with more on the committee's work following these new discoveries is House Oversight and Reform Chairman Congressman James Comer. Mr. Chairman, it's good to have you this morning. Thanks for being here. Good morning. Your reaction to these new discoveries. What do we know about the links between Joe Biden and communist China in terms of the money paid to the Biden family? Has that dictated the way he treats our number one adversary? Look, I think most Americans would be shocked if they saw how many connections the Biden family

has to people directly affiliated with the Chinese Communist Party. It's very startling. Okay, hold. Remember Braveheart Joe? Hold. Hold. Hold that right there. Biden, Hunter Biden, deeply connected to Chinese Communist Party associated officials.

James Comer says America be shocked if they understood the relationship between the Bidens and China. Don't be shocked after this show. Now, yesterday, after the classified document scandal erupted, we now find out the DOJ, Department of Justice, colluded with the Biden administration under Merrick Garland and Joe Biden to keep all of this quiet to try to make it go away. Why is that? Because they were worried about a few classified papers. Nah, nah, that's a bigger scandal. Garland was asked about it yesterday and hilariously, hilariously says, no, no, there's no double standard here.

We're just guided by the facts. Listen to this has got to be a joke. Check this out. They ensure that we adhere to the rule of law. These mean, among other things, that we do not have different rules for Democrats or Republicans, different rules for the powerful or the powerless, different rules for the rich or for the poor. We apply the facts and the law in each case in a neutral, nonpartisan manner. That is what we always do, and that is what we do in the matters that you're referring to. Erroneous. Totally erroneous, Vince. Totally erroneous. This guy's a clown. I don't know if he's giving himself a shot at stand up. He's an embarrassment to this country. I mean,

an embarrassment, a historical stain on the attorney general's office. Really? There are equivalent rules for Republicans and Democrats. How do you explain this Washington Post story way that the DOJ and the Biden attorneys had a quote shared desire to keep the story about the classified documents quiet at a shared desire. Why? Because they both shared a desire to make this classified document scandal about Joe Biden's connection to foreign countries and him being a foreign agent.

Go away. That's why. So what happened yesterday? I wrote down quite literally here, holy, you absolutely can't make this up. A guy who I've been following for a long time, a former FBI agent by the name of Charles McGonigal, was arrested yesterday and indicted. To be clear, everybody's innocent or proven guilty. I actually believe in that, unlike leftists who believe in tyranny. Having said that, the allegations are very serious. You can read the article in my newsletter today.

When you remember the names and you memorize the names in a case, when you see the name like McGonigal pop up later, you're not like, oh my gosh, who is that? I see this yesterday and I'm thinking to myself, I can't believe it. Finally,

we may have an answer to who Charlie is. Of course, Andrew Weissman, who was Robert Mueller's bulldog, the guy investigating Donald Trump in the Mueller probe for the fake Russia hoax they all knew was fake. Andrew Weissman, who is neck deep in this scandal, one of the legendary sleazeballs of the Department of Justice, a man with no human dignity whatsoever, almost as bad as Merrick Garland himself. Andrew Weissman knew they had a problem yesterday when McGonagall was arrested, a former FBI guy. So Andrew Weissman immediately had to put the spin machine on. He says, breaking. This guy, McGonagall, was aiding Oleg Deripaska, a powerful Russian oligarch who was closely allied with Paul Manafort.

Oh, he was. Paul Manafort being Trump's former campaign manager. But notice what Weissman says, and most importantly, what Weissman doesn't say. Weissman leaves out the fact that the guy who was arrested yesterday, the FBI guy, for his alleged ties to this guy Deripaska, he leaves out all the important stuff about their ties to Democrats and Spygate. For instance, just a couple of things here. He leaves out that the dossier author where the Russia hoax first appears,

Christopher Steele, has known Deripaska since 2012. Yes, Deripaska, the same guy who was allegedly colluding with the FBI agent involved in the Spygate thing, that guy. But that's kind of weird. So Deripaska knew the dossier author since 2012. So strange. Notice what Weissman also leaves out because he's a sleazeball involved in the whole Spygate thing and Russia hoax.

He leaves out that Steele was a middleman for a meeting between Deripaska and the FBI in 2015. And who was involved in that meeting as well? A DOJ official, Weissman knew by the name of Bruce Ohr, whose wife worked for Fusion GPS, who Christopher Steele was working for to create the Russia hoax. It's strange how Weissman leaves all that out. More names from the past. Wow. Remember the names, folks. You know, and he also leaves out, before I get to the meat and potatoes of this whole thing, just a little background.

He leaves out that Oleg Deripaska, again, guy connected to FBI, guy arrested yesterday for working with Deripaska, this Russian, allegedly. arrested yesterday for working with Deripaska, this Russian, allegedly. He leaves out that Deripaska was also connected to a powerful Senate Democrat who was the ranking member of the Senate Intel Committee that was knee deep in the Russia hoax, Mark Warner. So weird, it's reported right here. Mark Warner texted with a lobbyist with Russia ties to get in touch with the dossier author. And who were they tied to? There you go. Russian billionaire, Oleg Deripaska. So weird. So weird how Weissman, this sleazeball, again, with no shred of human dignity, leaves that out. How the guy locked up yesterday is connected to a Russian, connected to key Democrats, the FBI,

and Justice Department figures, also connected to Fusion GPS, the FBI and Justice Department figures also connected to Fusion GPS, the Russia pee-pee tape guys. Folks, what's my point in bringing this up in the beginning in light of Bartiromo and the classified documents scandal? Keep in mind, do not bury the lead. Joe Biden was a foreign agent and so was his son. They are dealing with some of the same people. I'll tie Hunter Biden to McGonigal coming up.

This is an incestuous circle of people. They all know each other. Listen, I hesitate to do this. Because I hate when things come off like weird, like you're trying to sell people something. I wrote this book called Follow the Money. It details everything about what I'm about to tell you. The point is we knew this. We knew this years ago.

It's all laid out. It's in the book, and everybody's ignored it up till now. These people all know each other. It's this incestuous circle of people targeting Donald Trump and making money off foreign countries. They all knew each other. And that ensured that the hive mind took over. Here, Charles McGonigal, FBI guy, locked up yesterday. Look at this press release from 2016. Charles McGonigal named the special agent in charge of the counterintelligence division for the New York office. Oh, who named him? Oh, Jim Comey. So the counterintelligence division in New York, again, that's knee deep in the spygate thing. Jim Comey had to put his buddy in charge of that in 2016. Now, this is very important. October of 2016, Comey replaces the New York field office counterintelligence guy, again, an office knee deep in spy game, just weeks before

Christopher Steele starts working with the media about the whole Russia hoaxing. And just days before Jim Clapper and others go out and start promoting the DNC hack. Kind of good to have a guy in charge of the New York counterintelligence division that's kind of winky-naughty with all this stuff. Comey's buddy, right? Nah, Dan, you don't know they had a relationship. I mean, I don't. Well, don't listen to me.

On a sad note, though, my colleague and I share the fact with you that our director, James Comey, was just summarily fired by the president at the attorney general's recommendation this evening. So James Comey has been officially fired as FBI director. No bill shares in this. I think we both felt that Director Comey was probably one of the most loved leaders

that we've had in a number of years commanding a leadership role in the FBI. And I think, appreciate that. I think many of us who were nominated for leadership positions by him will forever hold him in esteem as we progress through our FBI careers. Interesting, huh? Yeah. He really seems to love him some Jim Comey. Thanks him for his career.

Put him in charge of the most important counterintelligence field office in the entire country. New York field, NYFO. And he's on stage with his other buddy, William Evanina. Well, at least thank you, Comey. Again, this is the guy, McGonigal, you just heard, locked up yesterday for allegations he was taking money and peddling influence for Russians and others. Fascinating that he may be a central figure as well in Jim Comey's plot to take out Donald Trump

Now why is it interesting again that he was on stage with this guy Bill Evanina? Because Bill Evanina is a guy I've been focused on for a long time in my books and my research and my podcast And just another curveball for you as the washington post washington times excuse me reported in december 2020 bill avenina the director of u.s counterintelligence said wednesday again this is back in 2020 that the federal government's coordinated work with social media companies ahead of the 2020 election will provide a playbook for fighting foreign influence in the future you really the fbs work with social media companies in 2020 you mean like squashing the hunter biden story about the laptop so evanina is mcgonagall's buddy they know each other

evanina is the key figure in this social media partnership that conveniently makes the hunter biden thing go away that was being run through Elvis Chan, the FBI agent in San Francisco? Sure again, it's just a coinkydink. Speaking of Evanina, so Peter Stroke is the agent many of you know was the operational working agent on the plot to take down Trump by making up a hoax that he was colluding with Russia, which they knew was a hoax the entire time. So Peter Stroke had a girlfriend in the FBI.

Her name was Lisa Page. She was an FBI lawyer who worked for Andrew McCabe. They were having an affair at the time. And all of their text messages, again, as you well know, became public. Now, only for about two and a half plus years now, I have been dying to know who Charlie was. Why? Because in this mysterious stroke text to Lisa Page, keep in mind, this is after Donald Trump is president. They're working, it appears, through this text exchange to try and get a source in Donald Trump's White House.

Wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, wait, time out. We're getting this out of hand. You're telling me the FBI agent here is working to spy on the Trump White House while Trump is president? Yes, that's exactly what I'm telling you. This conversation, they're talking about getting a source of information inside the White House. And they're talking about Mike Pence's chief of staff, whose wife worked for Stroke.

So like, oh, maybe Katie's husband and all this. And then they say in the text, I'm talking with Bill. Do we want Joe to go with Evanina? Evanina, that's the guy who was just on stage with McGonagall. Do we want Joe to go with Evanina instead of Charlie? For a number of reasons. Who the hell's Charlie? Not sure, Page responds.

Would it be unusual to have him show up again? Maybe another agent from the team? Is Charlie McGonagall? Did they want Charlie McGonagall to be part of a spying operation, being that he's only the counterintel guy from New York? Did they want him to be part of an operation to spy on the White House somehow? What is going on here? Is that Charlie?

I've been asking this question for a really long time. Nobody seems to want to provide the answer. Who exactly was involved in this operation to spy on Donald Trump and to squash Hunter Biden information from getting out before the election? Let's tie a little bit of this together here. for, ironically, allegations he took money to influence US policy for some of these foreign officials he's taken money from. He's a Comey lackey, and his buddy, Bill Evanina, is knee deep in a scandal to get people into the White House and to suppress information on social media, to spy on Donald Trump. And it looks like to squash information negative for the Democrats. What I tell you the other day. I told you that the classified documents scandal didn't just happen because someone mysteriously found documents. I told you somebody likely flipped in the investigation and has been given up the cookies.

So now let's tie together how this McGonigigal thing i believe is related to the larger investigation about joe biden being a foreign agent and everything being done to cover that up including the attack on donald trump here's a clip from msnbc yesterday about this i want you to listen very closely to what the reporter says about the arrest of former fbi agent charles mcgonigal where he says something very interesting that this has been going on for a while, the

investigation of McGonigal for allegedly, again, taking money. We'll get to that in a second. I'll show you the indictment. But he says, and I quote, we're not wasting your time here, that, yeah, it may have led to a broader investigation. Oh, really? Like someone may have flipped? Take a listen.

We're going to take as long as we need to understand all this. Tom Winter, take us through the reporting. Right. So Charlie McGonigal has been under investigation for several years now. There were some of us that anticipated this indictment coming sooner. How long have you known about it? What does that mean? That he was under investigation, was reported by Business Insider, I want to say, six to seven months ago. And there was some stuff swirling around around then that he was under investigation. I think there was some initial thought that the investigation into Deripaska's activities in the U.S. led to a broader investigation, which is tied to those payments that you referenced before to a former Albanian intelligence official and foreign official.

So they were investigating a Russian, Deripaska, tied to a key Democrat in the Senate Intel Committee, promoting a Russia hoax against Donald Trump. Sounds to me like the Russia connections were largely with Democrats who were trying to cover up their connections by blaming it on Donald Trump. And that it may have led to other investigations. You mean other investigations like someone flipping and talking about classified documents held by Joe Biden that may have involved his relationship and others with foreign governments? So let's ask a few questions right now, now we know this now that mcconaghy has been arrested under indictment was charles mcconaghy a key figure in the jim comey network in their network of people they put together within the fbi and doj to make up and fabricate

a russia hoax and get him taken down trump was m McGonigal involved in an attempt to spy on the Donald Trump White House by developing sources within the White House? Who is Charlie? We still don't know who that is. We know who Evanina is, uses the last name in the text, which was really stupid, by the way, but he did. Who is Charlie? Seems to know Evanina, Charlie. They're on stage together. Is he working with Evanina? Was there a relationship there as well? Charlie McGonigal at some point to use social media companies to influence both the propagation of the Russia hoax and to crush information about the Democrats like the Hunter Biden thing?

This is the same social media companies that squashed the Hunter story. Well, what does Charlie McGonigal have to do with the Hunter Biden thing? This is the same social media companies that squashed the Hunter story. Well, what does Charlie McGonigal have to do with a Hunter Biden story? Oh, this gets glorious now. Folks, a little bit of a different show today. Usually we put in a lot of elements and I understand that, but please, I beg you, don't tune this out. This may be one of the most important things we've done a long time because here's where the story gets really crazy. I want you to read the indictment. I'm going to go through this, four pieces of it. It's not going to be complicated. It was filed January 18, 2023. These are the charging documents that came out. They note that McGonigal in October of 2017, outside of a restaurant, that he received $80,000 in cash

from what they call Person A. They note also in the fall that at Person A's residence in New Jersey, McGonigal received, twice more received cash from Person A in the amount of 80 and 65,000. That's a lot of money. Defendant McGonigal had indicated to Person A that the money would be paid back

Now, now, now, don't go and pull up this yet This is all following these October payments he's getting from Person A A trip McGonigal took to Albania Where they note he had a relationship with the Prime Minister of Albania Don't forget that Because he traveled by car from Albania to Kosovo with person A. So McGonagall, who's locked up for dealing with Russians tied to the Russia hoax and key Democrats, is also dealing with the Albanian prime minister and according to the allegations, taking money from this guy, person A.

Here's where the story gets even more fascinating if you dig through these documents. Turns out that in November of 2017, McGonigal informed the DOJ prosecutor referenced above of a potential new criminal investigation involving a U.S. citizen who'd registered to perform lobbying work in the U.S. on behalf of an Albanian politician different from the one which the prime minister was a member. Let me just sum that up for you. So McGonigal, FBI guy, I believe knee deep in the Spygate scandal, based on information I put together in my book and elsewhere. The same McGonigal, he's left the FBI now. He's in the private sector and he's pushing his contacts in the DOJ to investigate a rival to the Albanian prime minister who he's buddy buddy with after

taking some cash payments that sounds to me like a foreign agent scandal. Oh, it gets better. Next one. Part three of the indictment. So it turns out in February, the FBI, where McGonigal used to work, opens a criminal case up against the U.S. citizen that was the subject of McGonigal's request. The U.S. citizen who is a political rival of the Albanian prime minister, McGonigal's request. The U.S. citizen, who is a political rival of the Albanian prime minister, McGonigal's buddy, Buddywith. Person A was later identified as the FBI, by the FBI, as a confidential human source supporting the investigation.

Ha ha, oh boy. So former FBI guy, who apparently, hold that up there for a second. Former FBI guy, who's involved in this potentially multi-year investigation, according to this MSNBC guy, may have been unknowingly dealing with an FBI source trying to influence our political activities in Albania. Interesting. The FBI was working this guy the whole time defendant McGonigal had not at any

time disclosed his financial relationship with person a to the FBI this is just amazing here is where you want a kick a massive kick in the balls right here, this is where this story gets totally bananas. There's another person involved in this whole thing. This person B, who's working with person A in McGonagall, he's referred to as person B in the indictment. According to the indictment, person B was an Albanian national who was employed by a Chinese energy conglomerate and was an informal advisor to the prime minister of Albania. Person A and B were friends. Chinese energy. Yeah.

Didn't Hunter Biden, wasn't he working a multi-million dollar deal with a chinese energy conglomerate it's interesting how they leave the name out that's what i was so thank you dan i i just yeah oh just think a little bit i'll i'll let i'll let that stew okay have a slice of pizza maybe a cup of coffee cool take a quick break here i'm gonna tie for you together how it's awfully coincidental how this indictment just came out yesterday. So just to be clear, this former FBI guy who's buddy-buddy with Comey and Bill Evanina, Comey who marshaled the Russia hoax and Evanina who's involved with social media companies and the FBI working with them, I believe, to suppress information, was arrested yesterday in an indictment alleging that he was taking money from an Albanian connected to the Albanian prime minister in order to push investigations into the Albanian prime minister's political rival. One of the people involved who's friends with the operation was dealing with him. Another person is also connected to a Chinese energy conglomerate.

One of the guys, person B involved in this whole influencing makes sense so far. Pretty simple, right? How it gets really good. You know what's really fascinating about this? Person B worked for this Chinese energy conglomerates working with this FBI guy. And this New York Times had an interesting piece about China seeking influence in portions of Europe, one business deal at a time. And one of the places they note they're doing it is Albania. But before I get to that,

they note that Patrick Ho, this is the New York Times, by the way, not the New York Post. This is from 2018. They note that in November, American authorities arrested Patrick Ho, a top executive of CEFC. That's his China Connected Energy Company. Sounds like the one of them. And charged him with offering bribes to official in Uganda and Chad in exchange for oil rights. Keep that name in your head, okay? Patrick Ho.

So Patrick Ho works for this Chinese energy conglomerate, CEFC, and he's arrested for trying to bribe people. Oh, Patrick Ho. And you know what they note in this piece that's really, again, freaking bananas? That this Chinese energy conglomerate, this is the New York Times, by the way, again, CEFC, was modeled on Mr. Xi, Xi Jinping, Chinese president, the vision of a stronger China. And it went where Xi wanted China to go. CEFC, the Chinese energy conglomerate, struck deals in the UAE and Kazakhstan. It also courted top leaders like prime ministers and stuff, you mean,

in places like, oh, Albania. Oh, Albania. Wow. Wow. Albania. Wow. Wow. So CESC, this guy Ho is accused of using their money to bribe people, Patrick Ho. They're courting people in Albania, like prime ministers and top leaders and stuff. You mean like the same guy who's friends with the FBI guy, who I believe is knee deep in this whole spy gate thing who's also working with a Russian connected to Putin according to these allegations gosh

this is getting really weird because the same guy involved here was an Albanian national in the McGonagall case who was employed by a Chinese energy conglomerate gosh how is this all related to Joe Biden being a potential foreign agent?

Well, let's tie that together too, because this is where again, the juice, the JU ice just starts coming out. It's just really juicy, man. Washington Post, notice how I'm deliberately, by the way, using left-leaning sources so that the left, it's a conspiracy. It's a conspiracy theory. The Washington Post and New York Times are in on it. Inside Hunter Biden's multi-million dollar deals with a Chinese energy company. Washington Post, March of 2022. So while many aspects they note of Hunter Biden's financial arrangement,

with CEFC, the same company using influence and money to bribe people overseas? And one of their targets was Albania? Hunter Biden's working with them too? No, no. So they note, while many aspects of his financial arrangement with CEFC, China Energy, have been previously reported and were included in a Republican-led Senate report from 2020, a Washington Post review confirmed many of the key details and found additional documents showing Biden family interactions with Chinese executives.

Oh. Ah. Ah. these executives? Oh. So the Washington Post is now confirming that the Biden family has had interactions with Chinese executives, including executives for a company, CEFC, allegedly involved in bribing officials from Albania, where the FBI guy was indicted yesterday for his relationship with the prime minister of Albania. And one of the people involved in the scandal was also working with a Chinese energy conglomerate. You think maybe CEFC could be that person? could be that person. And then the person at CEFC who was charged with dishing out these bribes, we told you before,

was a guy by the name of Patrick Ho. You know, wouldn't it be really crazy if that guy had a business relationship with Hunter Biden? Oh, oh, oh, he does. Oh, oh, oh, he does. Wow. Washington Post. Hunter Biden received an additional $1 million retainer issued as part of an agreement to represent Patrick Ho, a CEFC official who would later be charged in connection with a multimillion dollar scheme to bribe leaders from Chad and Uganda. with a multi-million dollar scheme to bribe leaders from Chad and Uganda.

The retainer contained signatures of Hunter Biden and Patrick Ho, who was later convicted and sentenced to three years in prison. Folks, I get it. I could be sarcastic and stuff. I just, sometimes I'm trying to take the edge off myself too. I mean, we've only been talking about this again for years. I'm not even done with these connections yet, by the way. Joe Biden is a foreign agent. His son is knee deep in this operation. His son is knee deep in selling his family name to international influence peddlers who are using Hunter Biden as a conduit to Joe Biden, who's now the president of the United States, for Joe Biden to influence people for money. Joe Biden is a foreign agent.

This arrest yesterday ties this whole thing together. Now, you may say, what's the connection between Hunter Biden and McConnigill? Is it the CFC company, which is clearly connected to both scandals? This China Energy Company, according to the indictment, is knee deep in this influence scandal because one of the people involved in influencing the FBI agent is also connected to a Chinese energy conglomerate, I believe is CEFC. Hunter Biden is working with CEFC and the same guy accused of bribes and convicted. It's the same guy. Weird. Always weird. Let me tie it all together for you. One of the Albanians is connected to this Chinese energy company, also connected to Hunter Biden and the Biden family. But what if I told you that the FBI guy who was arrested yesterday, that their kids play together on Hunter Biden's kids' soccer team? Oh, they do? Yeah. Hat tip Marco Polo on this gem. And the FBI gets locked up because this MSNBC guy reported earlier, this has been an investigation going on for a little bit from the FBI because someone may have flipped.

Kind of sounds like something I says. Something I says a couple days ago. That these documents they found weren't just found. What are you saying, Dan? The FBI is doing the right thing? What I'm telling you is the FBI may have inadvertently walked into a trap. They may have been investigating this guy McGonigal, thinking they were going to nail him because of his connections to Manafort, who was Trump's campaign manager. Now you're getting the whole show. Oh, look what we got. We got another Trump angle. And inadvertently realized that this guy McGonigal's larger connection

may have been to a network that Hunter Biden was using to get money to influence his dad. And then they were like, what do we do now? We can't make it go away. We're going to have to arrest this guy. Let's just emphasize to Andrew Weissman and our other spokespeople in the media, the Mueller hack, the Trump angle through Manafort, but leave out all the Hunter Biden stuff. Weird, right? How that happened?

Tom Rogan wrote this piece. Everybody's been confused in DC about Joe Biden's quote, strange tolerance for Albania's narco state. Joe Biden doesn't want to seem to do anything about the fact that Albania has become a narcotics trafficking state. Nothing. Kind of strange, isn't it? You know, it's top line. The Albanian prime minister, oh, is that the same prime minister in the charging documents connected to the FBI guy working with the energy company guy who hired Hunter Biden? Is that the same guy? The Albanian prime minister appears to be involved in a

narco-trafficking conspiracy involving the Sinaloa cartel. The Sinaloa cartel, the Central American drug cartel? That's to say the cartel responsible for the largest share of narcotics smuggled into the United States. And Rogan notes, and for whatever reason, the Biden administration does not appear terribly bothered by this. I wonder what that reason could be. Whatever reason, that is Joe Biden,

a foreign agent. We've only been asking for four or five days. Now, do you see why yesterday during my radio show, a listener and I get it. Listener said, you know, Dan, you're, I think you're beating this story up too much. He had classified documents. And I questioned immediately if this listener was a liberal on the show. I'm not trying to be a jerk because, um, I think they are so desperate to make this go. I wouldn't put it past them to be like the seminar type callers who are so desperate

and make this go make to make this go away that they're trying to pressure hosts to stop digging because the more you dig, the uglier this gets. Now, do you see why Kareem Jean-Pierre won't answer a single question about this thing? Ladies and gentlemen, if it was a classified document scandal. I mean, really, when you think about it, Biden has legally nothing to worry about. You can't indict a sitting president. You can't. So he's not going to get indicted. Truth be told, the guy's 80. They're probably not going to prosecute him anyway after he left office. They're not. He's got friendlies all over the swamp. So why not just think about it, right? Why not just come

out and say, listen, we inadvertently misplaced a few documents. He was eager to get work done at home. It was a huge mistake. You know, we didn't take it as seriously as we should. We're sorry. And we're moving on. Why is Kareem Jean-Pierre default to the same talking point without answering a single question? We take documents seriously. I'm going to be prudent. I'm not saying anymore. Why? The answer is because Joe Biden's a foreign agent. Somebody flipped. Somebody got involved in this investigation to go after Trump. They thought they were going after Trump.

And what happened? The people they got involved in realized they got involved with had bigger connections to Hunter Biden and other people than they did to Donald Trump. And they were locked in. We have been very clear here from this administration, the president has been very clear, that he takes this very seriously when it comes to classified information, when it comes to classified documents, and that his team has been fully cooperative with this legal matter. Now, again, I don't mean this in an insulting, pretentious, or condescending way. I mean it with a heartfelt sense of a desire to finally clean this entire mess up. The impeachment hoax, the Russia hoax, the Spygate hoax, the influence

peddling scandal going on right now. To the people on Capitol Hill, some of you who may listen to my show or may not, why are you not asking these questions? I'm serious. We have been asking questions for two weeks now, and you're

getting lost in visitor logs and receipts for rent and all this other stuff that make for flashy cable news points. Do you understand what's going on right now? The evidence is overwhelming that the president of the United States is a compromised foreign agent. Again, I don't mean a 007. He's not a spy on behalf of the foreign governments. I don't even know that anymore. It's so bad. I think not.

He is a foreign agent in the money sense that it's clear his Biden Inc. operation was designed to sell access to the United States, leveraging Joe Biden's power to do things that don't benefit to the United States, but benefit foreign countries. This is a huge scandal. And the Trump takedown effort within the FBI was largely an effort to cover it up because some of the people in the FBI were involved in it.

The influence scandal. You find it weird that Comey's deputies were all in key places and they were all involved with influence peddling scandals with foreigners, whether it was Christopher Steele, whether it was Halper and his alleged connections to Russia and elsewhere. The impeachment operation was the backup plan after the Russia hoax didn't work. The FBI, the DOJ, and the Democrats were covering up their own foreign influence scandal. Somebody flipped. That's why this FBI investigation is going on against this former FBI guy. But the somebody who flipped clearly gave up information,

not about the Trump team, but about the Hunter Biden stuff. Definitely not serendipitous. Not at all. No, no, it's not. Isn't that a John Cusack movie or something? It's not serendipity. You don't find this strange?

Their kids played on a soccer team together as they're dealing with some of the same players in the same countries for the same scandals at the same Chinese energy company, I believe?
