But what has two thumbs and loves Friday a whole lot? This guy. This guy. It's not that I don't like being here with you every day. I do a Saturday and Sunday show. We got to give the guys a break. But it is nice to kind of break up routines once in a while. We all love Friday.

And listen, I don't want to jump the gun, but if this guy flips, they could be in big trouble. Who's A? I'll tell you in a second. And it's clear the Dems are a little bit worried about this. Also, Jerry Nadler going peak lunatic, suggesting we keep masks on two-year-olds.
Starting point is 00:00:53 The nut jobs are just piling up. I got a tyranny track or two. Big show today. Today's show brought to you by Field of Greens. Where's my Field of Greens? Here it is. I put it on the other side today. This is the Wildberry Field of Greens.

Starting point is 00:02:16 A lot of people jumped in, submitted questions for today's Ask Dan Anything Friday show. Quick thank you to start off the show. The Triton podcast rankings came out. Pretty established, reliable indicator of the top podcasts in the country measured by weekly average downloads. There we are. Number seven. Thanks to you.
Starting point is 00:02:37 You all are awesome. I listen. Joe and I were just kind of reminiscing before the show and we started in my basement. The whole way it started is in my next book, the gift of failure. If you want to pre-order it now, I got the whole story of me and Joe in there. Joe's seen it. He's going to love it.
Starting point is 00:02:50 Uh, but folks, we never thought we'd get here. Joe says he did. He knew we'd have millions of listeners one day. Uh, I, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:02:57 Joe had a lot of faith and I appreciate that. I've been surrounded by good people. That's the secret to success in life. So yes, thank you very much. You all are the best. The show's for you. We commit to excellence on this show and bringing it to you every single day, a well-prepared show. Speaking of which, let's get to the content. So listen, the Biden thing is getting hot. Okay. The $10 million brought, I'm going to put this
Starting point is 00:03:18 fan on over here. I got the AC on like 68 and I'm still hot. It's like a battery in the matrix giving off a lot of energy here, especially on a Friday where I'm always excited for the weekend. Biden had a business partner, this guy, Devin Archer. This guy, Devin Archer, was knee deep in this whole thing. He was knee deep in these deals, these international deals, led to meetings at the White House. This guy knows where all the bodies are buried. Now, again, I don't like to get out ahead of this stuff or jump the gun on these things because a lot of times it folds. ledger at meetings at the white house this guy knows where all the bodies are buried now again
Starting point is 00:03:45 i don't like to get out ahead of this stuff or jump the gun on these things because a lot of times it folds and i'm not suggesting for the 10 000th time there's going to be a legal penalty for biden because the justice department will protect him the question is how much uglier and this is the only question how much uglier is this going to get before two things happen? The left wing goon media is forced to cover it, forced to cover it because it's just at that point, it's just blatant overall like Pravda like dishonesty. And what's the political penalty going to be for Biden if this continues to come out? And this guy, Devin Archer flips, I'll show you what I mean in a second, Biden has to drop out the only two questions I need you to keep in mind at the
Starting point is 00:04:27 beginning of the show number one the media you're watching the rumble you're listening you missed that number one of media how long can they ignore this for and again number two the political penalty because they're not worried about a legal one When does it get to be so bad for Biden that the media starts to clamor for Gavin Newsom from California to get in the race and get this guy out of here? I'm going to make the case to you. I don't think we're far off that point. Combine that with the fact that Biden is likely to lose New Hampshire and Iowa if they don't move their primary and caucus, which is probably not going to happen to RFK Jr. Folks, the guy's the guy be politically dead in the water. That's all they're worried about. Here's what I'm talking about.
Starting point is 00:05:14 Read this article in the newsletter today. Bongino dot com slash newsletter. Washington Times. Susan for each. Biden had an associate in the foreign deals. The guy's name was Devin Archer. Joe, does that not sound like a James Bond bag? A Devin Archer.
Starting point is 00:05:28 Oh, yes. Like Jaws. Devin Archer. Where is Archer? It sounds like they planned this. Devin Archer was Hunter Biden's partner in this deal. He's in discussions, apparently, to cooperate with the House Oversight and Accountability Committee, a source told the Times.
Starting point is 00:05:45 The committee wants Archer to provide information about the transactions with Russian billionaire Elena Batarina, who sent $3.5 million to a company linked to Archer and Hunter Biden. So this guy Archer apparently knows about the Moscow deal, but it gets better. It's like an infomercial again. Like, wait, there's more. Again, waiting for like Fritz or something.
Starting point is 00:06:08 Shortly after Mr. Biden's Ukraine trip, Devin Archer was hired to the board of Burisma. He was there too. The natural gas company in Ukraine. Who didn't Burisma hire? They hired everyone. Hunter Biden was named to the Burisma board just a few weeks later.
Starting point is 00:06:24 No one's going to know about the Ukrainian bribe better than this guy. The two were paid huge salaries in what an FBI informant described as a scheme for Vice President Biden to use his power to fire a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating corruption at the energy company. Ladies and gentlemen, don't want to jump the gun on this. Don't get too excited until we hear what he has to say. He could show up at the house committee and lie his ass off. He can make up a bunch of stories. He could show up and pretend he's going to say some big things and lower that chair. You got any reminders in the chat about that? Lower the chair. He could say a bunch of that. He could go up there and say, I'm not talking and say, I'm not talking dipsy dude, double finger, a flipperoo there.
Starting point is 00:07:08 But I'd rather have it than not. I'd rather have the guy show up and say nothing than not show up at all. At least we know at that point he's hiding something. Now, why do I think this is particularly bad for them? Well, outside of the obvious that this Devin Archer obviously knows the Biden wheeling and dealing in both Russia and Ukraine. He obviously knows about that. The degree of what he knows is an open discussion that he knows about the deals is not an open discussion. I always gauge how bad a story is going to be by the extent of the lying of the Democrats. is going to be by the extent of the lying of the Democrats. They are directly, not inversely,
Starting point is 00:07:52 proportional. The level of damage a story is going to do politically, not legally, but politically to Biden equates directly to the level and the audacity of the lying you see by the Democrats. Here's what I mean. There's a guy in Congress who should gross you out. He's a disgusting filth bag. His name is Dan Goldman. Goldman's been behind the pee-pee hoax. He's this guy has been at, we was involved with the impeachment hoax. The guy's just garbage. He's a really disgusting, despicable human being. He will say anything for power, anything.
Starting point is 00:08:21 It doesn't matter how obvious the lie is. He's becoming the Biden go-to. He's the new Adam Schiff. He'll lie forever. It doesn't matter. The fact that he had the audacity just the other day to come out and say this on the floor says to me that the Biden team is really concerned about the political penalty from this ongoing corruption and bribe case out of Ukraine. penalty from this ongoing corruption and bribe case out of Ukraine. And this could become a really bad kind of a slow melt for them. This could get ugly. Here's Goldman up on Capitol Hill, pee-pee hoaxer Goldman, resorting to just elementary school levels of lying, suggesting that no one from the natural gas company in Ukraine contacted the Bidens. Oh, really? Take a listen.
Starting point is 00:09:12 Know who else also debunked these allegations? Mikhailo Zlochevsky, the head of Burisma himself, who supposedly has all these recordings. He stated in a Politico article in October 2020 that he had no business dealings or meetings with world leaders, and that no one from Burisma ever had any contacts with Vice President Biden or people working for him during Hunter Biden's engagement. That's fascinating because Burisma's Vadim Pazarsky, we already have the email. We already have the email. We already have the email. This is Dan Goldman. Dan Goldman is a buffoon, lying piece of human scum.
Starting point is 00:09:46 That's who he is. He knows this email's out there. Here's Burisma guy, Vadim Pazarsky. Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving me an opportunity to meet your father and spend some time together. It's really an honor and pleasure. As we spoke yesterday evening,
Starting point is 00:10:02 it would be great to meet today for quick coffee. What do you think? I could come to your office somewhere around noon or so before on my way to an airport. Best, Vadim Pazarski from Burisma. But Dan Goldman just said no one from Burisma ever met with him. Dan Goldman is a disgusting piece of human garbage. He is a liar. piece of human garbage. He is a liar. He knows he's a liar. It's not an accident. He doesn't care about dignity or credibility or his kids, how they look at him or anything like that. He's just another Adam Schiff, a filthy power hungry loser who will say anything to stay in power. If anyone knew anything about the case, they could have confronted him right away and say, can you explain this email away?
Starting point is 00:10:49 Did you notice it doesn't matter? It's what I said the other day. It doesn't freaking matter, the evidence you present these people. It doesn't make a difference. They will say, oh, that's not me, that's other kids. It doesn't matter. Jamie Raskin in the house uh bill barr
Starting point is 00:11:06 closed the investigation that's completely false bill barr who doesn't even like trump has already said the case is not closed it was referred to the u.s attorney in delaware they're full of shit all the time democrats the. The Yuri Bezmenov theory, again, we should have played Bezmenov today. You have to bring them to the camps themselves and kick them in their bottoms as KGB defector talking about useful idiots, Yuri Bezmenov has said. These people don't care. I want you to understand, you're not dealing with political opponents. You are dealing with straight up scum, tyrants, who will do anything to protect the most vile of human beings. Child predators, the Biden crime family, they don't care.
Starting point is 00:12:01 Of course, we put these tapes out. We've now been playing tapes For three days of Joe Biden Tapes, nobody disputes are real And there are still people all over Twitter Oh, what do you think? Dan Bongino has them and the Senate doesn't? No, D-bag
Starting point is 00:12:16 Everybody has them I didn't invent these tapes They've been out there forever The fact that nobody has them Makes my point not yours that joe biden's on tape talking about covering up a bribe in ukraine nobody disputes the authenticity and you haven't heard it on the left says what a dipshit you are not me here's the tape again the last one we played the other day, of Biden recorded speaking to Ukrainian President Poroshenko.
Starting point is 00:12:49 They're talking about this Burisma deal and a bribe paid. And the Ukrainian president's worried that an informer's talking to the FBI. And Biden's like, no, no, I got this. We'll make it go away. Here it is again, liberal dipshits. Listen again. If it is true that the FBI is working with him, at least I want to know that. No, no, they are not. I told you the FBI concluded he had nothing and they stopped. That was it. There's no reason to talk to him again. Okay. I will check that and confirm that with you.
Starting point is 00:13:22 I will check that and confirm that with you. So I hear, I'm just trying to give you all of your dumb, dumbass liberal friends, stupid remarks. There's no evidence of a bribe or a coverup. I just played it for you. I just played it for you. There's no evidence. There's no evidence Joe Biden got any money. Really? You could have looked back at this article from what's that thing, guys? That's a 2021. There's no evidence. Joe Biden got any money. Really?
Starting point is 00:13:47 You could have looked back at this article from what's that thing guys. That's a 2021. Am I reading that wrong? Joe, can we do a date check? It is 2023, correct? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:53 Yeah, it is. It is. It looks on my day. That's weird. So this is from a couple of years ago. And the daily mail Hunter Biden paid Joe's AT&T bill and spent thousands on house repairs for him When he was vice president New laptop emails claim
Starting point is 00:14:07 Oh so now they'll change They'll change the argument now Okay he maybe gave us some money But it's just a little bit of money Oh okay You notice how no matter what you say These dipshits don't care Whatever you say they'll have an excuse
Starting point is 00:14:24 It doesn't matter You're dealing with tyrants These dipshits don't care. Whatever you say, they'll have an excuse. It doesn't matter. You're dealing with tyrants. Right, right. This is wrapped laptop. We have Russian disinfo, so we don't even write. That's right. This whole article is good because it was Russians who typed that,
Starting point is 00:14:41 even though we know the laptop is real. Yeah, finally, the Washington Post admitted it's real. Yeah, they're only three years late to the game. But then they'll say, here'll be the next one. They'll be like, okay, the Biden family may have taken a bribe, but it was the Burisma people that pushed it. Actually, that's wrong too. Federalist Margo Cleveland,
Starting point is 00:15:07 the Bidens coerced Burisma to pay $10 million in bribe, says a credible FBI source. You know what the answer will be then? Well, it depends on what your definition of coerced means, bro. You're dealing with dipshits. Freaking dipshits. Tyrants. They don't care I put this out there for you
Starting point is 00:15:29 And for persuadable voters I am under no illusions That the communist scum we're dealing with on the left Care that their oatmeal god and chief in the White House Is the most corrupt human being to ever enter a political office They don't care. You don't like that oatmeal gun. We do a statue for the oatmeal gun. River that back. By the way, then they'll say, all right, so we coerced them and they may have taken millions.
Starting point is 00:16:01 But really, there's no evidence of that. Oh, really? Because there's a murky origin to $10 million on Biden's 2017 tax returns for the S-Corps. Oh, really? As reported by Red State. But that don't matter. Then they'll say, okay, $10 million in S-Corps at the Biden. They can't really show where this came from other than from a bribe in ukraine at least it was only 10 million actually it wasn't they think it was more like 20 million here take a listen to jim comer on maria bartiromo show saying 10 million maybe more take a listen we have issues with the fbi but my investigation is about following the money we're
Starting point is 00:16:44 going to continue to follow the money and maria I can assure you there's more money that we're gonna be able to identify that was transferred between foreign nationals in other countries and the Biden family. This is gonna be hard for Joe Biden to explain and it's not gonna go away. This is gonna be an issue and I think eventually the mainstream media will turn on Joe Biden and start asking the real questions. What did your family do to receive all this money? What number are you up to now? How much have you identified of the money he's taken in from foreign? We have more bank. We have more bank records coming in. But but we're going to exceed 10 million this week.
Starting point is 00:17:20 And I think we'll get up between 20 and 30 million dollars. So the story now is going to change again. Oh, they didn't do anything wrong. Okay, it was just Hunter that did something wrong. Well, at least Hunter didn't give money to his dad. Well, it was just a little bit of money. Okay, well, it was a bribe, but they didn't ask for it. Okay, they did ask for it, but it was only 10 million.
Starting point is 00:17:43 Okay, it was 20 million. But at least Joe's answering questions and being honest about it. Oh, he is? Because he was asked about it yesterday by the New York Post. Joe cleaned up this audio a little bit, but it's a little murky. They asked him a question. Hey, Joe, why is it that the Ukrainians referred to you as the big guy? You know, the big guy, which was in Hunter Biden's email,
Starting point is 00:18:04 describing you and your 10% cut from a separate deal? So you're the big guy on multiple deals. Why is the thing for Frank? He was a big guy. Listen to the, uh, the rotting oatmeal. God's answer. Check this out.
Starting point is 00:18:11 Why did the Ukraine deal? Why did it take the right question? So he's not being honest. He's not being honest. Do you hear what he said? Why do they call you the big guy in the Ukraine deal? He responded back, why do you ask such dumb questions? That's a dumb question? Why your
Starting point is 00:18:34 business partner to a deal, a credible guy by the name of Tony Bobulinski has already said you're the big guy and then a Ukrainian whistleblower on another alleged bribe deal says you were the big guy too? Folks, there's nothing you can say to these goon scum on the left. You are going to see for every shift,
Starting point is 00:18:56 there's going to be another Dan Goldman pop-up. There's going to be a Bernie Sanders pop-up. There's going to be a Liz Warren pop-up. Another lunatic. They know no bounds and no moral or ethical boundaries at all they have. None. It's disgusting.
Starting point is 00:19:15 All right, stay tuned. I got a lot more ahead, including absolute insanity from Twinkies number three. He might be actually the original Twinkies number three. Jerry Nadler on the floor of the house, suggesting we should mask two-year-olds again. Get those masks on.
Starting point is 00:19:32 They worked so great the first time. I got that, and I got a vote accordingly segment. Something happened. I'm not a huge fan of Dan Crenshaw, by the way. American flag pride right there. So a whole month. Dan Crenshaw did a good job. I'll give him credit where credit's due.
Starting point is 00:19:52 Not a huge fan, but had an activist up there in Capitol Hill. He said, just give me one study. I want you to watch these people completely collapse in the face of evidence. It's glorious. Folks, quick break. You may have heard that all air purifiers are created equal. They are not. If so, why do so many in uniform select EnviroCleanse? Me too. Starting point is 00:21:18 or prevent any disease or condition. Thanks, EnviroCleanse. Great product. Folks, this is absolutely insane. Vote accordingly in these elections coming up. You want masks back on your two-year-olds? The fact that we have been putting out on this show, I was banned from YouTube. I should say suspended, and then we quit. And then they tried to ban us after we quit, which was hilarious. You can't quit. We fired. Remember that show? We fired you. The last video on YouTube was
Starting point is 00:21:44 literally titled why we're leaving youtube and they want you know what it is they didn't want that up they didn't want that up so they invented some excuse to say no you're banned that's all that was about why am i bringing that up here because we were banned from youtube for telling you that cloth surgical masks are ineffective at stopping COVID transmission, which is now proven to be scientifically accurate. Accurate. However, they will lead to the buildup of CO2
Starting point is 00:22:14 and cause a number of issues for kids who need to see lips moving when developing speech patterns. Here is this absolute nut on the House floor, Jerry Nadler, suggesting that, yes, masks on to that masks on two year olds. That was it, man. You got to vaccinate him or else you got to put a mask on the mask will prevent it. Listen to this nut. It protects against transmission of the disease to the next person. And the health care worker certainly ought to be required to be vaccinated. To be vaccinated. And when we have a pandemic like COVID-19 pandemic that we had.
Starting point is 00:22:50 Two year olds should have been required to wear masks. It would be child abuse for parents not to do that because there was no vaccination available for two year olds. Folks, we got an election coming up. Please. I am begging you with every single strand of DNA in this breaking down 48, soon to be 49-year-old body. Please vote accordingly. These people are nuts. You've got Dan Goldman, absolute liar and fraud, Adam Schiff, Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, the wealth confiscators. You got the gun grabbers. You got the rotting oatmeal God. You've got corruptocrats. You've got Hunter Biden. This is the infection inside of our politics right now, today. Jerry Nadler, mask your two-year-olds. I don't care who you vote for in the primary.
Starting point is 00:23:37 It's your business. You know why I'm supporting it. I've said it a thousand times. I'm just telling you, get rid of these people and get them out of office. Masking your two-year-olds, international bribes, confiscatory tax rates, regulations out the wazoo, stealing away your gas stoves, paying off your neighbor Samuel's kid's student loan, and then cutting your kid's nuts off too. Wait, what? They want to castrate and mutilate kids. Vote accordingly. Again, not a huge fan of Crenshaw, but whatever. When I see something good, we pluck it out,
Starting point is 00:24:14 put it on the show. Here's Dan Crenshaw, Republican Congressman up on Capitol Hill. He's got this activist there who's a Democrat witness trying to tell you about how great the evidence is about the benefits of mutilating children's bodies when they're confused about which sex they are. So Dan Crenshaw has a simple question. You guys have seen the cut, pretty simple question, right? Can you show me like one study that says that chopping off the breasts of young girls or the testicles of young boys and castrating them actually benefits them? Because that sounds kind of like a bold step for a kid, you know? I want you to listen to our answer to show you the truth. These people have no idea what they're
Starting point is 00:24:54 talking about. You are dealing with straight up tyrants. Check this out. Tell me a journal that has done systematic reviews that cites different evidence that cites strong evidence for benefits of these therapies. The standards of care were developed based on extensive you're not telling me any journal you're not telling me any study don't say standards of care yeah so um tell me one the standards of care that's the standards of care that's that's that's not a journal that's not a study that's not an organization it's not an institution you're just saying words name one study yeah i'm out of time folks can you imagine this can you imagine that that this is a democrat witness she's up there advocating for young bodies to be really damaged for life that has a significant effect on these kids. Kids.
Starting point is 00:25:49 When I think about adults free to make their own decisions, good or bad, I'm talking about kids. And can't cite a single study to do it? Not a single study. Vote accordingly. Here's the country, man. The good news is it always comes back up.
Starting point is 00:26:13 We've come back from far worse. And I believe we're about to hit the bottom. But we're never going to hit the bottom if we don't start waking people up around us. Not enough for you? Goldman's lies, Biden's bribes. This activist claiming they have data they don't have so he can support castrating kids. This is insane.
Starting point is 00:26:36 Putting masks on two-year-olds. This is nuts. You want more of this? Here is a liberal. Is this ABC? This is an ABC report, right? This is ABC, a left-wing activist group in the media. This is ABC in one of the most liberal cities in America. Ricearoni, the San Francisco tree, not anymore. The only San Francisco tree now is crime.
Starting point is 00:27:06 This is ABC acknowledging that they're trying to do a report from San Francisco and they can't even go downtown because the crime is so bad. Vote accordingly. Take a look. The mayor noting that several metrics of crime are actually flat or down, but it is worth mentioning that we are not at Union Square
Starting point is 00:27:22 or the Westfield Mall this morning because we have been advised it is simply too dangerous to be there at this hour. Michael. Oh, they're saying a lot there, Matt. Crime-a-roni, the San Francisco treat. Just had to do that. That's funny. I used to love rice-a-roni.
Starting point is 00:27:43 You used to have to, I'd put a little butter in the the pan and you'd have to cook it first to Brown it. And then you would put the seasoning rubber Joe and the water and you'd cover it. Folks. My dad got me into rice-a-roni when I was a kid. And let me tell you something. I absolutely love rice-a-roni. You have no idea.
Starting point is 00:28:02 And then I think Lipton or something came out with its own version of it that it was all put together in the bag already so you just had to pour it in and it was just easier but man joe's right the only san francisco tree now is crime you want more of this more bribes more lies more taxes no more guest stows masks on your two year old forced vaccinations media hacks and goons who can't even sit in a liberal city because of the crime more trans activism in the
Starting point is 00:28:34 schools more CRT telling your kids that they're sub human because they're white you want more of that vote accordingly daddy oh consent to the government has to mean something. All right, I got a tyranny tracker coming up. The Biden administration loves doing this deputizing thing. Deputizing like deputies? Well, not like actual deputies, but the Biden
Starting point is 00:29:00 administration knows that if they're going to turn into tyrants, that it's best to do it through third parties. And they think we won't catch on. I'll show you what I mean coming up in a second in Tyranny Tracker. Let me get to my next sponsor. Appreciate your patience. Folks, Innovation Refunds. You've seen the CEO of Innovation Refunds and GetRefunds.com on TV talking about how they've helped so many businesses with their ERC tax refunds. Starting point is 00:30:22 Tyranny alert. You want more tyranny? Vote Democrat in 2024. Tyranny tracker Tyranny alert You want more tyranny? Vote Democrat in 2024 I'm not telling you Republicans are the solution to all your problems I'm telling you the cause of all your problems Are Democrats Let me say that again I'm not telling you Republicans
Starting point is 00:30:38 Are the solution to all your problems I'm telling you the cause Of all your problems Are Democrats problems. I'm telling you the cause of all your problems are Democrats. They've given up any kind of facade, false patina of being Democrats supporting democracy anymore. They're outright tyrants now. The Daily Signal has a bombshell here, Tyler O'Neill. The Biden White House, they believe may be working with the Southern Poverty Law Center, a radical leftist group whose hate list led to a terror attack on the Family Research Council.
Starting point is 00:31:12 That's how dangerous this group is. That the Biden White House may be working with them, and they were asked a question about it. Working with them on what? Well, the Biden White House may be working with the Southern Poverty Law Center because they won't answer any questions. So it's an open question at this point on targeting parents again. No, you mean after the FBI School Boards Association infamous domestic terror tag for parents that showed up at school boards to complain? Yes, sir. One of the groups that was involved in organizing that is a great group.
Starting point is 00:31:45 Hat tip to them. Moms for Liberty. You all are awesome. So because Moms for Liberty are effective at showing up at school boards and advocating for parents' rights and kids' rights in school. You know, Joe, radical ideas. Turns out the Biden White House may be coordinating with the Southern Poverty Law Center that recently labeled Moms for Liberty, you guessed it, a hate group. They keep creeping up in these things. It's hate groups everywhere.
Starting point is 00:32:14 So strange. Well, it's not like the Southern Poverty Law Center has any power. It's not like the FBI is part of it. Oh, look, he's got an order. How did you get that? How did you get that? That's so strange. Washington Times,
Starting point is 00:32:29 Valerie Richardson, FBI and Southern Poverty Law Center partnership, alarms conservatives. Man, you guys are fast. That's so good. I know. Gosh, on the fly.
Starting point is 00:32:40 Just says, like, typing it in and puts it up there just like that. So strange. You got these deputized third-party groups with a history, a history of rhetorical issues with the violence, rhetorical violence. I'll take their words. Rhetorical violence against conservatives that led to actual violence
Starting point is 00:32:58 at the Family Research Council. Look up the Floyd Corkins case if you need any proof on that. And it seems like the White House and the FBI want to work along with him. That's really strange. Is the FBI working with Tea Party groups to target liberals? Gosh, I'd hope not because I'm not actually for political targeting because I'm not a leftist. Oh, and then we have this one, the Gatestone Institute by Alan Dershowitz, something I've explained to you before in our tyranny tracker segment today. You're a conservative. You're only a year or two away. You're a prominent conservative. It's here by Alan Dershowitz. Something I've explained to you before in our Tyranny Tracker segment today. You're a conservative.
Starting point is 00:33:27 You're only a year or two away. If you're a prominent conservative that's here now, a really wealthy one, you're not going to be able to get a lawyer. Why Donald Trump can't get a lawyer? There's a group out there, again, deputizing third parties
Starting point is 00:33:39 to take away your constitutional rights. It's called the 6-5 Project or the 65 Project, whatever. Its goal is to intimidate lawyers into not representing Trump or anyone associated with Trump. So serial murders, legal protection, terrorists, definitely legal protection. Gitmo detainees. Oh man, you're a celebrity on the left for them. Child predators, legal protection, rapists, definitely legal protection. Lefties love all that stuff, right? And famous people like Harvey Weinstein and others who get involved with Me Too stuff,
Starting point is 00:34:11 legal protection, okay. But you're a conservative, you have no civil liberties. I warned you about this. Folks, I don't want to get sidetracked with personal stories a lot. But briefly, this happened to me. I'm not going to tell you the case or what it was, but when you're in business, you need lawyers and a lot of them, especially when you're dealing with this kind of volume. Happened to me. Guy had to leave his firm. We are probably five or 10 years away from lawyers
Starting point is 00:34:42 looking at your Facebook page or whatever it is, seeing you got a MAGA hat on and you can't find a lawyer. You think I'm being hyperbolic. You will rue the day you had that thought. Trump can't get a lawyer now. Child predators can, just not Trump. And the left, again, they love it. Don't think by calling them out, just not Trump. And the left, again, they love it. Don't think by calling them out they're embarrassed.
Starting point is 00:35:08 They love the 65 Project or whatever it is. They're going to triple down. That's tyrants. Tyranny's not subtle, folks. They love being considered tyrants, so you're scared of them. I saw this. It's kind of a humorous note, change in direction a little bit.
Starting point is 00:35:32 Rachel Maddow, you know, in the media, there's no accountability in the media at all. The left-wing media lies. They lie all the time. They lie often. They lie confidently. They isolate you from the truth. Rachel Maddow, Moscow Maddow, Russia Rachel,
Starting point is 00:35:44 is one of the worst. Just a disgrace. Again, a genuinely awful human being. She lied about the tax returns. Remember she brought the tax returns out? Oh my gosh, look what we have here. No illegality at all in there. Rachel Maddow told you about the vaccine, how effective the vaccine was. Told you about the pee-pee hoax forever. Just a disgrace. I mean, even for opinion people, why you'd have so many wrong opinions and still be on the air is ridiculous. So this is hilarious. This is a Maddow versus Maddow. I got this off Dave Rubin's account. Hat tip, Dave. Here's Rachel Maddow. If you're listening on audio, you're going to hear her first. This was just the other day. She's talking about how MSNBC won't broadcast Trump's speeches because they're
Starting point is 00:36:23 committed to honesty, folks. This is the PP network. Honesty. They won't put anything on there that's fake except the impeachment hoax, the Russian disinformation hoax, the Moscow Maddow PP hoax, and any other hoax involving Donald Trump. But then you're going to hear Rachel Maddow go into bat for the vaccine, despite the fact that by the liberals old standards, she ain't a scientist, which doesn't matter to me, but that's what the left, oh, you're not a scientist. And she doesn't know jack squat about epidemiology. Here, listen to this. There is a cost to us as a news organization to knowingly broadcast untrue things. We are here to bring you the news. It hurts our ability to do that if we live broadcast
Starting point is 00:37:05 what we fully expect in advance to be a litany of lies and false accusations, no matter who says them. Instead of the virus being able to hop from person to person to person, potentially mutating and becoming more virulent and drug resistant along the way. Now we know that the vaccines work well enough that the virus stops with every vaccinated person. We take our responsibilities seriously. A vaccinated person gets exposed to the virus. The virus does not infect them. The virus cannot then use that person to go anywhere else. We revisit decisions like this all the time. It cannot use a vaccinated person as a host to go get more people. We make the best call that we can in real time, every time.
Starting point is 00:37:50 That means the vaccines will get us to the end of this. When I first hosted, guest hosted, excuse me, for Sean Hannity, he was kind enough to let me take over his radio show. I don't know, about eight years ago. I was working with his producer, Linda, and we did a segment, Obama versus Obama. It was the exact same thing. Obama effectively debating himself on an issue. These projects are going to be great. They're going to juice the economy. Projects weren't so shovel ready. This went on for like five minutes. Obama debating himself. This is the left. We don't put anything on the air that's fake. Despite the vaccine
Starting point is 00:38:30 stories, the Moscow pee pee tape story, the Russian disinformation story, the collusion hoax story, the 51 intelligence officials story, the quid pro quo story. All of that was fake. You have to begin to wonder, do they put anything on the air that's actually real? That's what you have to begin to wonder, do they put anything on the air that's actually real? That's what you have to ask yourself.
Starting point is 00:38:49 Who, Maddow, you think? Oh, Fauci. Oh, yeah. No, no, you're right. It's a good point. Justin brings up a good point. If you're going to do, maybe we should do that. Maybe we should.
Starting point is 00:38:59 What do you guys think? Maybe we should do like a monthly, a month someone versus someone we because there's so much material that joy reed fauci fauci you're correct masks you know they don't work you get a little schmutz wear your mask or you're all gonna die you vouch you're right is the king he is the he is the debate champion on both sides he's the winner and the biggest loser, just like the TV show. Every single time. Biden's good. Obama's great. Obama did it too.
Starting point is 00:39:31 Don't let Obama slide. I wish I had that segment from Sean's show. I had a whole bunch of them. Biden's got more material. You're right. He's been around for like 80 years in politics. So you're right. That's pretty good. Here's what I got coming up next. Karl Rove wrote a piece in the Wall Street Journal
Starting point is 00:39:49 about how much trouble Trump is in with this classified documents thing. Folks, I'm sorry, Rove is just wrong. Either he doesn't understand the Presidential Records Act. He may be in political trouble. Fair enough. People vote on that stuff. Legally, I mean, he's in trouble.
Starting point is 00:40:05 He obviously got indicted, but I don't think Rove really understands the law here. I'll show you what I mean coming up in a second. Then a quick thing on the budget and then questions for Dan. We got some good ones this week, which is interesting because they didn't start out so great. We had to tighten it up there. Now they're looking good. I'm hungry. Nobody's home. It's just me. Omaha steaks. I'm throwing an Omaha Steak. I'm going to heat that pan, put a little butter in there, a little Omaha Steaks seasoning. Throw those babies on there. I do like three minutes, three minutes, get a little crust. Here's the truth. Dads want steak. You give dad perfectly aged and oh so tender steaks. You're
Starting point is 00:40:40 not just giving him the best meal of his life, but the chance to grill him up and share the moment with you. For a limited time, when you go to omahasteaks.com and enter the code Bongino in the search bar, you'll be able to order the dad's favorite gift package for just $99.99. It's delicious. You'll get eight free Omaha Steaks burgers with your order. They're like steaks on a bun. Guy loves them. I love them. They pack a bold, intense,
Starting point is 00:41:05 beefy flavor, toast the bun. I like a little mustard, maybe some ketchup, some pickles on there. Yes. Save over 60% on the dad's favorite grill pack and you'll get four bacon-wrapped fillets, four premium air-chilled boneless chicken breasts, four boneless pork chops, four gourmet jumbo franks, four made-from-scratch caramel apple tartlets, and an Omaha Steaks seasoning jar. Plus the eight free Omaha Steaks burgers for only $99.99. Gifting's easy. Dads want steak, and Omaha Steaks isn't just steak.
Starting point is 00:41:36 It's the best steak of your life, guaranteed. Don't wait. Go to omahasteaks.com, type Bongino in the search bar, and order the dad's favorite gift package for Father's Day today. Don't wait. That's omahasteaks.com, type Bongino in the search bar and order the dad's favorite gift package for Father's Day today. Don't wait. That's omahasteaks.com, keyword Bongino. You're going to love it. I've been buying Omaha Steaks forever. Delicious. I'm going to eat one tonight. Folks, listen, Karl Rove doesn't know what he's talking about. I'm sorry. It's not a personal beef. He actually did a really nice thing for me one time when I had cancer and I don't discount that. But listen, people have different political opinions. And personally, I've learned to separate the two a long time ago. Same way I feel about
Starting point is 00:42:08 Crenshaw. Guy's got an amazing history of service to the country. No doubt about that. Got my respect for that. I have different political opinions. I feel the same way about Roe. He did help me out a lot, but he's just plain wrong on this. He did an Wall Street Journal opinion piece. And I'm seeing a lot of this, even on the right. People absolutely convinced that this Presidential Records Act, that seems to be the basis, at least, for this Espionage Act charge, people convinced that this thing is hook, line, and sinker for Trump that he's done. I don't believe that at all. Here's what Rove wrote. He wrote, one of the relevant statutes In the Presidential Records Act States that The U.S. shall reserve and retain
Starting point is 00:42:47 Complete ownership, possession And control of presidential records Okay The presidential record defines these In the most expansive way imaginable He talks about scraps of paper And all this other stuff That's not how this works, Carl
Starting point is 00:43:03 There's already judicial precedent on this. Yes, the United States shall reserve and retain complete ownership, possession, and control of presidential records according to the PRA. However, the president gets to determine what his personal records are. This has already been established in a court of law. It's not Dan Bongino's opinion. Just look. Just the news. John Solomon. Here is a 2012 legal decision that was never appealed, folks. Again, it's not personal against Carl. The president determines what's a personal record, not Rove, not the National Archives. Let me read the quote from the judge in the case, Amy Berman Jackson, who believe me is no conservative.
Starting point is 00:43:54 Quote, under the statutory scheme established by the Presidential Records Act, the decision to segregate personal materials from presidential records is made by the president during the president's term and in his sole discretion. That's a March, 2012 decision, which was never appealed. You can't leave that out to me. Trump's going to get off. It doesn't mean that he may not. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:44:24 I don't know what the jury's going to decide But you can't write that piece Without acknowledging that And then you say Well even if it wasn't classified He gave them national defense information He showed it to someone He could have showed them anything
Starting point is 00:44:35 The question is Did he show them The question is Did they see it? I did this the other day Here I just showed you What's on my medication What is it?
Starting point is 00:44:43 I just showed it to you Oh you don't know? I just showed it to you on the live chat You don it? I just showed it to you. Oh, you don't know? I just showed it to you on the live chat. You don't know what it is? Did you see it is the question? Correct? Read this case, U.S. versus Rosen. If you're going to give them
Starting point is 00:44:56 national security information, knew the person to whom the disclosures would be made were not authorized to receive the they have to receive the information. There's no evidence anywhere in that indictment anybody saw what Trump showed them. I'm not playing word games. Read the indictment yourself.
Starting point is 00:45:16 I think it's count 36 and 35 or 35 and 34. Read it yourself. People get lost in this anti-Trump hysteria. Finally, this is going to piss a few people off, but I got to throw it out there anyway. Listen, I'm going to get to the questions in a second, but just briefly on this. Read this article in my newsletter. It's from the Washington Times. Harris Alec.
Starting point is 00:45:39 Bongino.com slash newsletter. Folks, Medicare and Social security are going broke. It's not a matter of my opinion. I'm not trying to scare you. I'm just talking about pure math. This piece notes the board of trustees at Medicare, they're not politicians, estimates that by 2028, this fund is going to run out. Okay, that's a fact. On Social Security, the situation is just as bad. Social Security is going to run dry probably by, what is it? Go to the next, what is it? 2032?
Starting point is 00:46:14 2034. They're only going to be able to pay out three quarters of benefits. Folks, we can fix it now and make sure that our grandparents are taken care of, and they should be, and that people 55 and older from this point are taken care of. Or you can do nothing and just take the cut yourself. I need you to understand there's no middle ground. But Dan, I paid in.
Starting point is 00:46:36 I paid in too. I'm 48. I've been paying in since I'm, what, 18? I'm sorry. The government wasted your money. It's just a fact. right time for questions for dan cleaned them up nice good questions at trustee rhrt on true social i just read the names hey dan why does the president's secret service detail hold the beast? You mean the limo? The car door in that manner. Okay. So if you ever see a picture
Starting point is 00:47:14 of a secret service agent and the president exiting the limo, we don't call it the beast, but I get it. It's called the limo or the camp davids but probably heard that in the media somewhere he's like please don't please the beast i know he's like joe joe joe's joe's joe's past please don't because joe's been here the longest joe got over please don't just like he got over please don't with the black swan like he's like i'm clearly not gonna change so it's called the limo you'll see they always hold it the same way. One hand goes up in the corner of the doors are really, really heavy. So number one, if you got to throw them back in, I want to control that door, not the wind. Because if that door closes on the president's fingers, I've got news for you. You're going to
Starting point is 00:48:16 have a fingerless president. If it closes on his leg, you're going to have a fractured femur. Also, we want to make sure that nobody opens the door to the limo or the Camp David package, the suburban, until we absolutely know it's safe. Just watch, you'll see. You'll watch the Secret Service guys. They'll look around, you'll see it. I mean, I'm not giving away secrets. You can see it inside. You'll see a boss come out and give the nod and they'll open the door. The president doesn't open his own door ever, ever. We open the door. At Publius Jr., this is from locals. Hey, Dan, if Biden got 10 million, did Obama get something? Usually there's a tribute paid higher up. Getting caught rarely happens on the first foray into bad behavior. Listen, it's a good question, Publius Jr. I don't know the answer to that. However,
Starting point is 00:49:09 I am reasonably confident, reasonably confident that there is no way this Biden bribe took place without Barack Obama knowing. Obama made Biden the point man on Ukraine. Never took him off the point over there. The wall street journal wrote an article about the Biden team, the Obama team knowing about Biden's corruption. So there's no way he didn't know that he'd get a cut of it. I don't know that I'd be speculating totally. There's no question in my mind. He knew though,
Starting point is 00:49:40 which makes him just as guilty. Remember if you're paying Biden a bribe for policy decisions, he's the vice president. He can't make policy decisions. The president makes them. The president had to have been bribed too. De facto ou de jure. The villain won on Rumble. Hey, Dan, I'm in a blue state that could easily go red next election. What's the best suggestion to get the people excited again and push us across the finish line? Listen, the best thing you can do is my 10, 10, and 10 rule. Send 10 emails before the next election to your group of people. Oh, I'm going to lose friends.
Starting point is 00:50:12 You're going to lose your country. Okay? Make 10 Facebook, Twitter posts, true social posts, rumble posts, live chat posts, whatever it is. And call 10 friends and make sure they're voting. If every one of my listeners, how many people we got right now in the chat? Hold on. 55,000 people on a Friday. I've got to update mine right there. Still going up by the way. If all 55,000 of you committed to do that, you could, you figured 10 people you're going to call, you know, listen, eight of them probably
Starting point is 00:50:44 already vote Republican. Maybe two wouldn't, even if only half of them show up and you all change one vote. That's 55,000 votes right there. Just for that one simple 10, 10, and 10 thing in this one chat today. That if you get friends to do it, it's a force multiplier. This is how the Democrats work. Copy genius. Don't create mediocrity. Hey, Dan, Kel E. Carlson
Starting point is 00:51:09 on Rumble. What is your favorite genre of music? No doubt, country, man. I love me some Morgan Wallen. I could listen to Morgan Wallen all day. It drives Jim and Mike nuts over at the radio show because during the break, that's all we play these days. But Jim's catching on. He's starting to really dig it. I love country music. I could listen all day. I don't like woke country music. It's a real shame because when I was in the federal law enforcement training center, I used to love the Dixie Chicks too. And then they went crazy. And I'm like, I'm done with this. Country's going woke too. But now my man, Johnny Rich, I like Morgan Wallen. And I hate to say it, but because some of the music was particularly awful, the lyrics are bad, especially some of the stuff
Starting point is 00:51:51 about cops. But I grew up in New York and we listened to a lot of rap. They try to be cool. No, I'm not trying to be cool. That's just what everybody listens to in New York. Not so much anymore, but growing up, that's what everybody listened to. I mean, that was the thing. We used to sit in Central Park in Queens, not Manhattan. And that's just, believe me, much smaller, less glamorous version. And we would blast that stuff. And the neighbors would call the cops on us all the time. They showed it was bad.
Starting point is 00:52:14 Hey, Dan, at KD Palmer on Truth. I'm a watch guy. I see you wearing different watches on the shows. Care to share what you have in your collection? Sure. This is a Breitling Diagraph. This one's kind of like my kick around one. I have a Vincero Altitude I like that I wear out a lot of times when it's a little more rugged.
Starting point is 00:52:33 I have a Vacheron Constantin Tourbillon. That's kind of my watch watch when you got to dress something up. I got a Rolex Sub, Submariner. I wear not too much. something up. I got a Rolex Sub, a Submariner. I wear not too much. And then my favorite, I think, watch ever was a gift. It is a one of 250 Breitling Model 21, a Type 21, excuse me. I think it's a Model 3815. It's the old pilot watch. And I have, I think, number 200. There's only 250 of them. So that's my, I love that watch. That watch is pretty awesome.
Starting point is 00:53:07 That was a gift. It's beat up too. I beat that thing up pretty bad. Probably needs a little TLC. So that's it. But this one, I keep it to death. So I wear this one a lot to make sure I'm staying on track. The show is live and we jump right to the radio show afterwards.
Starting point is 00:53:20 Is that it? That last question? Oh, nice questions. That was a good job, folks. Thanks again for tuning in. Please, a small favor. If you wouldn't mind, join us for the live chat. The live chat starts at 10 o'clock a.m. Eastern time. The show begins at 11 a.m. You can always jump in and chat with the guys, Guy and Justin, early.
