Get ready to hear the truth about America on a show that's not immune to the facts with your host, Dan Bongino.
All right, listen, I'm taking a big chance at the beginning of the show.
The show where we vetted VP candidates did not do that great on live stream.
We started a little late that day. It was last Friday.
I'm not going to do that whole big thing again. You can go check that out.
But I'm going to throw some out at the beginning of the show today
that may be a little bit controversial.
It's going to be quick.
It may piss a few people off, but it's okay.
It's something I've been thinking about for a long time.
I got that.
Donald Trump back up on the hill today, Capitol Hill.
He's there peacefully and patriotically,
just like he recommended we do the first time up on Capitol Hill.
An update on what's going on with the debate and the most important story of the day.
Get ready.
The crackdown's coming.
Oh, no, I mean it.
Did you read Merrick Garland's op-ed in the Washington Post?
He's telling you now.
He's telling you they've only got a few months left to make it hurt.
Oh, and they plan on.
Hey, stop giving your money to woke companies who don't care about you.
Blackout Coffee, it's the way to go.

Use coupon code Bongino for 20% off your first order.
You read that op-ed, I'm going to read to you the critical part.
And I'm telling you right now, Merrick Garland, the DOJ,
there is going to be a massive campaign to interfere in the selection, interfere in information flow.
Just read what they have to say, brothers and sisters.
You'll see it yourself.
I haven't heard a lot of people talking about it, but we're going to today.
And what if there was someone out there who kept a log of every single thing you did?
What if I told you that's exactly what happens every time you go online?
Your Internet provider is allowed to store logs of every website you've ever visited and can legally sell this data
to anyone. That's why I always use ExpressVPN. ExpressVPN reroutes your internet connection
through their secure servers so your internet provider can't see or log what you do online.
Now, many of you might be wondering, what if I'm routing all my data to a VPN? Doesn't that just
mean the VPN can see what I'm doing and log my data instead? Well, good question.
ExpressVPN is the only VPN I trust because they use trusted server technology.
They were the first major VPN provider to engineer all their VPN servers to run on RAM only.
It makes it impossible for their VPN service to store any data,
including logs of any ExpressVPN customer.
Stop letting people keep logs of what you do online.
It's none of their business.

Let's go. We got the crew
here today. Guy's out doing his Dungeons
and Dragons, so we'll see how he does on that.
We'll have a big update when? On Tuesday
or Monday, Justin? He's back on Tuesday. So we'll get a big update. Everybody give Guy that kind of like,
you know, give him the old hoorah. He needs it. He's looking for a little energy right now.
So Donald Trump's back up on the Hill today to talk to the House and the Senate. He's up there
peacefully and patriotically. Some of you will get that just like he was the first time. But
just quickly, I want to hit this.
This is like something that's been on my mind for a long time.
I know some of you may not like it.
The VP show did not do well.
Tell me in the chat, did you guys not like it?
I don't know.
It was the first show in eons.
We did not do 100,000 streamers.
I think it had something to do with us starting a little late that day.
One of the clocks was off.
But I don't know.
Maybe you guys just don't care about the palace intrigue.
But something's been on my mind.
Let me just get it out up front.
I think someone they should consider
for vice president
who I haven't heard
a single person talk about
is Don Trump Jr.
Now, I get it.
Some of you are like,
do we really need another Trump
to compliment a Trump?
Folks, let me ask you a simple question.
And I'm going to answer that for you.
Justin, feel free to chime in.
Evita, Michael, if you have any thoughts.
Is anyone going to the polls in November
going to vote for the vice president on the Trump ticket?
I don't care who it is.
Pick your favorite politician outside of Donald Trump ever.
Is anybody on planet Earth voting for the vice president?
No, they are not.
They're not.
I'm sorry, they are not.
So here's the thing.
Donald Trump's going to be a one-term president.
Could be a very effective one-term
because he already was the president.
So there's no warm-up period.
He doesn't have to come out of the bullpen.
They don't have to get the righty.
The righty's already there, warmed up, ready to go.
So it's going to be a different kind of second term.
He's a lame duck, but he's really not.
He knows where the bodies are buried.
And he isn't under pressure of re-election himself.
But think about it.
People are voting for Trump.
The Trump brand, the Trump name,
the make America great again thing. I like J.D. Vance personally. He'd be a great pick. He's
probably going to be the one. But I think he should strongly consider Don Jr. He's got balls
of steel. He's as MAGA as it gets. He represents the brand. Huge Second Amendment guy. He talks the talk.
You ever see his Instagram?
He just goes for it.
Folks in the chat,
Bot Gino, I hate to ask you to run a poll so early,
but what do you, yes or no?
No, a lot of no's.
I'm surprised.
I think it's a great idea.
But I told you, I knew some people wouldn't like it.
But it's my, folks,
I think it would give us a solid,
potentially 12-year run going through.
Again, it's not a loyalty.
Folks in the chat said some yeses, some noes.
For the ones who were saying no, why no?
I need to know a reason.
Evita just said it right.
I'm worried about a loyalty issue.
I really am.
And that's obviously not going to be a problem.
You got a guy who can immediately take the Trump brand and run with it for another two terms.
I just wanted to give me a reason why.
You know, there's a lot of yeses, a lot of noes.
But, you know, it looks like it's about 50-50.
I don't know.
Just a thought.
I told you some of you wouldn't like it.
I'm taking a big chance because this VP stuff, you guys hated it last Friday.
But this is on my mind for a long time now.
Wouldn't it be a great sign?
Trump, Trump, make America great again, again, and again, and again. It'd be pretty awesome.
Okay. Man, look at that chat. Chris, Rumble, we may be breaking it. All right, let's get to what
I want to talk about here. You got results? What'd it say?
64% yes, 35% no.
But Gino, you are on the case.
Well, see, there you go.
You know, about two thirds or so roughly in my ballpark there.
All right, so we're not too crazy.
Big chance I took there because the show's for you
and you didn't like it last time.
Hey, get ready.
Seriously, the crackdown's coming.
This is not an accident. Merrick Garland is the single biggest tyrant we have ever seen in the office of the attorney general. Not to bring it back to the personnel issue, but I've
made the case to you many times. The VP is an important pick. The most important pick in the
Trump administration, in my opinion, even more so than vice president, is the attorney general.
Folks, the lawfare stuff
has gotten out of control. If we don't clean this mess up, we're going to be living in a freaking
communist country if we're not already. The attorney general, this guy wrote this op-ed
in the Washington Post. And if this isn't a kick, you see the new Dan Bongino, karate man,
kick in the effing ass. I don't know what is.
He's basically telling you, if you call us out on our lawfare, we're coming for you.
Here's the piece.
You guys have got to read this.
Opinion.
Merrick Garland.
Unfounded attacks on the Justice Department must end.
Here, Merrick.
This is for you.
If you're listening on Apple and Spotify,
I suggest you watch this portion.
It's about nine minutes in.
This is for you, buddy.
I don't work for you, dipshit, okay?
You work for me.
It's consent of the governed.
I don't work for you.
You're a scumbag tyrant.
We know everything you've done. We've known your DOJ
people have left to target Donald Trump for your little political witch hunts. I know exactly what
you did with your Mar-a-Lago raid and all your use of force stuff. I know exactly what you did
with Navarro, with Bannon, with George Papadopoulos, all of this stuff you could have looked into it.
Yeah, I know you weren't the AG at that point, but I know you could have looked into it yeah i know you weren't the ag at that point but i know you could have looked into this and cleaned this lawfare mess up and you haven't
you've just furthered this bullshit and now that you may be going to jail at some point in the
future for contempt of congress now you're running scared so you're doubling down and you're coming
for us look at this piece he notes he notes three specific things he's talking about here. The defund portions of the DOJ FBI movement, which is real.
They want to defund Jack Smith, the tyrant, which is a good move.
He's talking about the Twinkies trial in New York and the Mar-a-Lago raid.
Read this.
These attacks, they're not attacks, asshole.
They're us spotlighting your tyranny to save our freaking country from people like you.
This guy pisses me off like no one else in the government.
He's a disgusting, sniveling, with that voice, man.
Dipshit.
These attacks, he notes, Merrick Garland, attacks come in the forms of threats to defund particular department investigations.
Most recently, the special counsel's prosecution
of the president.
Hey, guys, you guys know constitutional law at all?
This is a very complicated question.
I was in the chat.
Who has the power of the purse?
Oh, the United States Congress
at the House of Representatives.
So weird.
That's an attack?
You piece of garbage.
You empowered your special tyrant, Jack Smith,
and now that he's out of control
and Republicans are exercising
their legitimate constitutional power.
Fuck WOD.
Now you're all pissed off?
I can't stand this snake. This sniveling little snake. These attacks, the attacks
are coming from you. Now listen to this second part. They come in the form of conspiracy theories
crafted and spread for the purpose of undermining trust in the justice process itself.
They include fake claims that a case was bought by a local DA in New York
and resolved by a jury verdict in a state trial was somehow controlled by the Justice Department.
Folks, the evidence is everywhere. I'm going to prove it to you coming up.
Matt Colangelo was the number three guy in the Justice Department. He left for an intro level
job in the New York City office of Alvin Bragg
to go prosecute Donald Trump.
Of course the footprints of the DOJ are all over it.
He's also a big donor, Colangelo, to Alvin Bragg,
according to this tweet I'm going to show you.
That's not a conspiracy theory, you dipshit.
You work for us. We don't work for you.
I don't owe you shit.
You understand that?
I don't owe you anything.
We're not afraid of you.
You work for us.
Your power is granted by us.
This isn't a Marvel movie, bro.
You weren't sent here from Krypton.
You're a citizen that we empowered through our constitution that operates
by consent of the governed.
You abused it like the little shit bird tyrant you are.
You got called out on it,
and now you're writing this op-ed
because you're afraid we're going to expose you
for the historical anomaly you are,
a freaking tyrant.
In this country, at least.
Here's his last one.
He's talking about these other dangerous things.
They come in the form of dangerous falsehoods
about the FBI's law enforcement operations
that increase the risks faced by our agents.
This is freaking hilarious Merrick Garland, Derek Varlin.
The risk, but you sent armed people on two hours notice to Mar-a-Lago
to face down the Secret Service.
The only asshole in this who increased the risk of agents
is you, dipshit.
You sniveling little muskrat snake.
It's you.
He wrote this op-ed because he's coming for everyone.
He's going to use all of the powers of his Department of Justice
to pressure social media companies and to crack down on you.
Don't be surprised if you're an activist and you're not on a freaking list already.
And why is he freaked out? on you. Don't be surprised if you're an activist and you're not on a freaking list already.
And why is he freaked out? Because he was held in contempt at Congress because he's a tyrant. He is an absolute tyrant, a historical disgrace, an embarrassment to this country on the level of
Joe Biden. Two of the most dangerous public officials I have ever seen in the United States of America,
corrupt, kid-sniffing, plagiarizing, woman-groping Joe Biden,
and this communist Merrick Garland,
who has single-handedly nearly disrupted the entire justice system in the United States.
My level of disdain for this guy, folks,
is redlined off the charts.
Very few people get my blood pressure up like this loser, sniveling muskrat,
snake, this weak little punk.
There was a contempt of Congress vote yesterday,
and thankfully the Republican Party did something about it.
Listen, is this going to solve any big problems, though?
Do they deserve to crack the champagne?
That's not what I'm saying.
I'd rather have the guy in contempt than not, because now if Donald Trump wins, hopefully we can pursue this and get some handcuffs on this guy.
No, handcuffs.
That's what I want.
Nothing else.
If Steve Bannon's going to go to jail and Peter Navarro,
then so is the muskrat.
With his whiny little muskrat voice.
Loser.
Here's Steve Scalise yesterday on the contempt of Congress.
And this guy, just so you know,
the contempt of Congress involves the transcripts of Joe Biden's deposition to special counsel Robert Herr about Joe Biden stealing classified documents.
They released the transcripts.
They won't release the tapes because Joe Biden's probably on the tape going, they've already admitted they manipulated the transcripts.
Check this out.
Merrick Garland knows what the rules are.
Merrick Garland knows what the rules are. He issues subpoenas himself, and he doesn't let the person that he's issuing the subpoena to decide whether or not they want to comply.
And yet that's what he said. He said he just doesn't think that this is something that he has to comply with.
Well, with all due respect, Mr. Garland, this is not your decision.
Congress has a constitutional duty to perform oversight, which is what we're doing.
We're in the middle of an impeachment inquiry, which is chairman Jordan pointed out has been voted on by the house already. And now we need to get the facts. Um, you look at the white house
themselves. They've acknowledged that as they've turned over the transcripts, those transcripts
have been edited. Well, there's one way you can find out what the edits were, and that is to actually
get the source tape, get the audio. That's the only way we're going to know what was really said.
We know already by the White House's own admission that the transcript does not reflect what was
said. It's only the audio that does, which is why we need to get the audio tape.
Folks, I am so sick of the muskrat, Derek Farland. Really, my red line is pegged with
this loser. They are sending Steve Bannon to jail right now for contempt of Congress.
Meanwhile, look at this, the Hill. DOJ memo, oh, that's convenient, says Derek Farland cannot be
prosecuted for contempt over the Biden her video. You believe
this shit? Again, it's not hypocrisy. Oh, it's hypocrisy. There's two systems of justice.
That isn't true, brothers. There's one system of justice for the tyrants. They're in charge.
You are not. How do you fix it? You get them out of power and you put them in handcuffs too
for the exact same thing they told you was against the law,
contempt of Congress.
This guy needs to be prosecuted like any other person
because no one's above the law, right?
Mug shots, fingerprints, right to jail.
Right to jail.
Don't pass go.
I don't want to hear shit from the muskrat.
Produce the tapes or go to jail end the story these scum democrats who i can't stand you can tell man i am in a mood today our country is
falling apart going down in flames to a bunch of these outright straightforward communists. There's no patina.
There's no mask. There's no crust on it. They are just straight up commies now.
Hey, I want to show you this quick video. This happened up on a hill the other day,
Republican Harriet Hageman just destroying that slob, Jerry Nadler, who craps himself
on the stage all the time, probably like his buddy Biden, right? Here's Nadler trying to
claim that, what, Jim Jordan manipulated a transcript of Nina Jankowicz so they're not
going to give you the audio of Joe Biden, an officially released DOJ audio? What kind of
bullshit is this? This is what they'll do to stop you from hearing Joe Biden on tape with Robert
Harkin saying, no, it's only going to reinforce. This guy's got
nothing going on upstairs. Check this out. Because the chairman of the Judiciary Committee
has already been caught altering. May I respond? No, not until I finish. Has been caught altering
verbal electronic transcripts in the case of Nina Jankowicz.
And we have every reason to retract that.
We have no reason to believe that he wouldn't do so again.
Yeah.
If I may respond.
Please, I wish you would.
That is absolutely untrue.
Neither Jim Jordan nor anybody on the Judiciary Committee made any changes to Nina Jankowicz's interview
transcript. That's absolutely a false statement. Of course, it's a false statement. By the way,
hat tip Tony X2 on Twitter. That's where we found that video. It's absolutely made up. They don't
want you to hear Biden stumbling around on the thing because it's going to reinforce the fact
he's got nothing going on upstairs.
Here, one last thing. I want to take a quick break here. Notably,
before the joining the Biden DOJ, America First legal notes, Colangelo, who worked with Derek Farland, the muskrat in Department of Justice, Matt Colangelo contributed several times to
Bragg's DA's campaign. Oh, isn't that convenient? There are the records right there, liberal losers.
Merrick Garland is terrified.
The muskrat is scared.
Sniveling little muskrat is scared
because he's being exposed as a historical tyrant
that the history books are going to openly warn
as a cautionary tale of what should never happen
in the Department of Justice.
This guy has effed this country up so bad
that his family's going to look back on him in disgust
and change their last names to pretend they didn't know
this absolute life loser.
What else is he hiding?
You know, his FBI appears to have been targeting Trump supporters too.
Did you see this video by John Solomon?
I'm going to get to in a minute here.
Oh, this is a doozy.
Quick break, and I'll get back to that.

Merrick Garland, one of the single most destructive figures in the history of global
justice. Guy is a freaking disgrace to humankind. He's targeting a pro-life parents, targeting a
people who've called out election integrity issues. He's targeting of school board parents.
He's targeting a Donald Trump's team. There's an article in the Wall Street Journal I'm going to discuss tomorrow.
The list of Trump people who've been prosecuted
on fake crimes.
Merrick Garland is disgusting.
He is a garbage person.
He is not worth a cent of our time,
no less our taxpayer dollars.
Here's another scandal breaking out
under Merrick Garland's DOJ and FBI.
The muskrat, sniveling little muskrat. Here's John Solomon. He was on Real America's Voice
talking about an effort to target FBI agents who might be Trump supporters.
Ladies and gentlemen, the saddest thing about this clip is absolutely none of this is surprising.
Not one of you will be stunned.
That's the surprising part, that you won't be stunned by any of this.
Check this out.
The FBI was reviewing a security clearance for a everyday worker who worked in a secure facility.
And in the course of that, they decided to ask questions like, did this worker vocalize support for Donald Trump?
Did they vocalize hesitancy for COVID-19?
Did they attend a Second Amendment rally in Richmond, Virginia?
All three of those are First Amendment protected decisions.
People have free speech even when you join the FBI.
None of those have any bearing on a security claim.
At least out of all the experts I've talked to, not a single one of them said,
geez, a political preference is a basis for determining whether you get a security claim. At least out of all the experts I've talked to, not a single one of them said these are political preferences, a basis for determining whether you get a security
claim. But in this case, that is what the FBI did. These documents are now public. The Empower
Whistleblower Center, which Empower Oversight Whistleblower Center, which gave us the IRS
whistleblowers that changed the course of that Hunter Biden case we just talked about,
and the FBI whistleblowers who alleged that there was shenanigans going on in the January 6th investigation.
They represent this client as well.
I am hearing from inside the FBI that there are other examples of Donald Trump litmus
testing and other political ideological tests being done during these security clans.
I expect that to come out in the next few weeks.
Does any of this surprise you? This is
again under Merrick Garland, who had the balls, the nuts to write a piece in the Washington Post
about us being the threat to democracy in the republic. Do you believe the nuts on this guy?
This guy is a freaking disgrace. Thank you, God. and I'm not using your name in vain. This guy
is not in the Supreme Court. Would we be dealing with this sniveling little weasel muskrat for the
next possibly 20 years? I want this guy prosecuted. He is openly engaged in contempt of Congress,
which his own DOJ is putting Steve Bannon in jail. I want this guy prosecuted.
Handcuffs, mug shots. That's it. No bullshit. None of this. Oh my gosh. We got to look like
the bigger, but there is no bigger party right now. There's a country falling to a bunch of
communist freaking usurpers. That's it. You can fight back, grow a pair of balls,
or you can sit here and watch your country burn to the ground.
There's no third option, man.
A couple other things I want to point out.
You know, put the Federalist one up first.
Something I brought up the other day,
which today is like really, really on my mind.
The Federalist,
a great outlet, Evita writes for them too sometimes. It's fantastic. Folks, there was a special election in Ohio the other day. We only won the race by 10 points. So what are you complaining
about? The Republican won the seat by 10 points because we should have won it by 30. Why? Because we almost always win it by 30.
We won by 10.
I don't,
this is why I don't want to hear any red wave talk at all.
I'm going to tell you a real problem right now and forgive me for the P ones
and the 102,000 people watching right now.
This is absolutely not directed at you,
but you have to be the Paul Revere's.
You're obviously hyper-political active.
Well, let me get to the issue first.
I got to calm down.
I'm like way too wired up today.
I can't stand Merrick Garland, but all he gets me going, everything, because he's such
a sniveling little freaking weasel destroying our country.
Freaking useful idiocracy, man, following this guy right down the shithole.
We have a Republican voter problem.
And here's the issue.
A lot of you and I don't see it.
Because the first thing I know you're thinking in the chat, tell me if I'm not right.
You probably hang around with people who are politically active or on the fringes of political activity.
And they're all like, you're damn right I'm voting. So you're probably thinking we don't have a turnout problem. Everyone
I know is voting for me. Folks, liberals have had this problem for years. They've had this problem
for years. Remember that old line about Nixon, the New York voter they asked? And she's like,
I don't know how he got elected. I don't know anyone who voted for him. Yeah, because you're
from New York. Don't make that same problem. There are people out there who are telling you they may like Donald Trump, but they're not showing up.
We are losing special elections, ballot referenda.
We are losing elections all over the place.
So anyone telling you, anyone, that there's going to be a massive red wave. Trump is going to win 48 states.
Immediately throw that shit in the garbage.
Read this.
Is this in the show notes, man?
If it's not, put it in there.
The Federalist, Sean Fleetwood.
This is the must-read piece of the week.
Ignore the polls.
Republicans have a major voter turnout problem.
Folks, I believe in data.
Read the piece.
He provides all the data.
We're not voting.
Not we meaning you and I.
I mean, we as a party.
The Democrats are.
I don't care what the polls say.
The polls, they don't mean shit.
They mean absolutely nothing.
We have to vote.
You have got to register people.
And if my 10-10-10 rule has not been tattooed on your brain yet,
then get the ink and tattoo it now.
It is not good enough for you to vote.
It's not.
You have to bring 10 people with you,
send 10 emails,
and make 10 social media posts before November.
That's what you have to do.
I do it myself, folks. I've got the doctor across the street I use. He votes, but I email him. I got my orthodontist friend, the wife,
told my daughter to get the mail-in ballot. I've reminded my brother, his wife. I've already done
probably 100 people on this. 10, 10, and 10. Get 10 people to vote. Send 10 emails about the
election. Send 10 social media posts. Make it 10, 10, 10, and 10. Get 10 people to vote. Send 10 emails about the election.
Send 10 social media posts.
Make it 10, 10, 10, and 10.
And call 10 people and remind them.
We have got to vote.
We're answering polls the right way, but we're not voting.
We cannot lose this election.
That's why I don't want you to hear any bullshit about a red wave.
Mute anyone who talks about that and hide their posts because they'll get people not to vote. All right, quick break and coming up next, another conspiracy theory
comes true about Epstein. Oh, wait, you just threw that one out of nowhere. I better be careful.
Last time I almost broke the camera. Remember that? Justin's like, throw the hook, throw the
curveball. This is the, but hey, Anita,
did you get, Anita, you got these, right? I sent some of these to Anita from McGroinstock. I signed
a couple. These are Bongino baseball. Someone made them for us. So Anita, so I don't know how
you're going to distribute those or whatever, but you go into McGroinstock, we sent some,
some chum and some goodies. So Justin, I invited you all too. So you're all welcome.
some chum and some goodies.
So Justin, they invited you all too.
So you're all welcome.
I got an update on this Epstein story.
It's going to kick you into jibbing,
just like the Beavis and Butthead show. Let me take a quick break and we'll get right back to it.
I told you.
Dan Bongino.
What's our batting average on conspiracy theories, Justin?
1,003.
That's really good. I know we could get over 1,000
or 100, but that's okay. I'll take it. Hey, time is our most precious commodity. I've heard from

Okay, just before I get to that, the Epstein thing, just one quick note.
This is hilarious by Axios.
A little bit of comedy break because Merrick Garland pisses me off so much.
I can't stand the muskrat.
Biden's debate cram.
They note Axios.
If you listen to my radio show, you know we read Joe Biden's schedule three, four times a week.
And folks in the chat, you guys watch on Rumble?
Do you watch the radio show on Rumble afterwards?
I know a lot of you do.
We get about, I don't know, a third of the audience stays to listen and watch the radio
show we do. You know, we read the schedule, right? Producer Jim, what do you notice about
Joe Biden's schedule? Folks in the chat. That's right. There's nothing on it ever.
Joe Biden doesn't do anything. Here's Axios. This is freaking hilarious. They know Biden's
debate cram. You know, he's trying to cram for the debate, they note.
Joe Biden, busy being president.
He's busy taking naps and crapping his diaper.
What do you mean busy being president?
Do you read his schedule?
He's leaving most of the debate prep sessions for his big debate to the last minute, they note.
They're really worried because Biden's quote.
This is good. This is good. Justin,
did you see this? Biden's jammed. Producer Jim, did you get this? Biden's jammed June schedule.
It's crowding out as the baby's jammed. Jim, what did he do the other day? He had like a nap and then a 6 p.m. pop in at the Juneteenth thing where he didn't even know what to do when everybody was dancing.
That was his whole schedule for the day.
I mean, and he fell asleep standing up.
It's great.
It was Weekend at Bernie's.
God knows, when is this guy going to ever debate prep?
He has no time.
He has to nap between like 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. every day.
In case you, if you're saying to yourself right now you may be do i hate the media enough
what's the answer chat the answer is no you don't you don't hate them enough debating his jam
schedule do they actually read the schedule this is news media all right this is an important story
i am absolutely batting a freaking thousand on conspiracy theories.
If you're a P1 listener, you know this, but a lot of you are new. Got 107,000 people right now.
Love the live show. I'm going to guesstimate every day there's three, 4,000 new people that
kind of join in, come in and out. A long time ago, I told you guys a story about Jeffrey Epstein.
And here's the story. It's from a friend.
It's not from me. When the friend gives me permission to go into more detail, I will.
But I just want to be clear with you so there's no bullshit here. If you trust me with this story
and you're one of the McGroins or anyone else, you say, Dan, I've got a story for you, but
I would appreciate if you would, one, keep my name out of it and two, only disclose this portion of it.
I'm not going to burn you ever. Everyone dig? And I don't care what anybody's, oh, you deserve to
tell us. No, the guy who told me deserves me keeping my word or they're not going to tell
us anything again. Everybody dig? Okay. So a unimpeachable source, and I mean unimpeachable,
a guy with no partisan acts to grind at all, called me, had to be six or seven years ago
because I was living in a different house in Justin's old neighborhood. He says, Dan,
I was on a plane once with Jeffrey Epstein and Bill Clinton. I said, really? I mean, you want to
talk about the way to open up a conversation? And this is when Epstein was still alive at the time.
And he says, I want to tell you something, man. I was not supposed to be, he was on that plane for
a reason out of his control. You get what I'm saying? It was not, I'm trying to be very
careful about this story, folks, for obvious reasons.
He wasn't supposed to be on this plane. He said, listen, man, there were some women on that plane
that clearly did not look of age, clearly. He says, I was unbelievably uncomfortable.
I did not want to be there. I let some people know I didn't want to be there.
I let some people know I didn't want to be there.
And I was subsequently sent home at the next stop because the people who were involved, it appeared they were trying to cover up what was happening.
The person then told me that he saw Clinton on the plane, Bill Clinton, go to a different portion of the plane where these young women, girls were.
He doesn't know what happened back there.
He just knows that that part happened.
I told this story six, seven years ago.
Of course, it was ignored.
It was called the conspiracy theory.
I think one of the Clinton cronies came after me on Twitter suggesting I was lying about it. I said, okay, if that's the best you've got, one day this guy's going to want to talk. And when he does, I'm going to bring him to you on the show and you'll
hear the real story from him. He's not ready yet, I think for reasons you'd understand. Of course, I was called crazy.
So this happened the other day.
Kevin Spacey, who was an actor, still an actor,
but had all kinds of problems with these legal issues
he's undergoing right now.
He was on Piers Morgan's show.
And he said this about a ride on Jeffrey Epstein's plane
involving Bill Clinton.
Are we all lying?
Are we all just making this up?
Check this out.
Do you know who I never asked for anything was Jeffrey Epstein?
I didn't want to be around this guy because I felt he put the president at risk
on that trip to South Africa because there were these young girls.
And we were like, who is this guy?
So I will say this.
There were young girls on those flights.
There were young girls on those flights.
Yeah. So I will say this. There were young girls on those flights. There were young girls on those flights, yeah.
Again, are we all lying?
Are we all lying?
Everybody's just lying, just making it up.
Folks, wouldn't there be some legal liability there
if we were all making this up?
You think I could just go out here on the show
and just make stuff up about famous people?
Oh, yeah, just me.
Hey, Dan, I'm bored for a story.
Justin, let's just say Bill Clinton was on a plane with Jeffrey Epstein and a guy told us that.
Let's just throw that out there.
You're right.
I'd have not.
You abandoned me in droves.
Could you be like, this guy's a bullshit artist?
I never tell you shit.
I can't back up.
This source clearly relayed that to me.
This Bill Clinton Epstein thing is deeper than you think.
More coming in the future when I can dig some more on this.
I'm not crazy.
And for as big a problem that guy has with legal stuff,
I don't think he's lying either.
Because I was told that.
All right, folks, as you know,
we got an election coming up.
By the way, someone in the chat
asked me to address the Russian ship thing.
Yes, there are Russian ships.
There are Russian warships
not far off the coast of Florida.
I'm going to get to in a second,
hopefully an immigration thing,
but because I don't want to leave this out.
It's a huge freaking deal
and it shows you again that
here's what Vladimir Putin thinks of Joe Biden
I hate whipping out the ceramic middle finger guy
in the middle of the show twice
but clearly nobody respects Joe Biden
all they see is this guy doing the Biden pose
possibly defecating in his diaper
or whatever. Nobody respects this guy. We got an election coming up. And folks, I'm going to put
some meat on the bone for you. I'm going to make this decision so easy for you that for you to vote
Joe Biden, you have to be possessed by demons at this point.
Nothing they are telling you on the left
is true about this upcoming election.
Every single staple of their election,
the border's secure, crime is down,
Joe Biden cut the national debt,
DEI is great for business,
the Trump tax cuts are causing the debt.
Every single one of those things is bullshit. And I'm going to prove it to you right now. Prove it. Send this segment
to your liberal friends because we're telling the truth and they're lying. First up, crime is down.
I saw Richard Fowler on The Five the other day, liberal hack again, sitting there going,
ah, crime is down. Yeah, across the country. Thankfully, Gutfeld called them out right away
and said, it is? Crime is down only because most of the departments where crime is up are not
actually reporting crime to the FBI. Does Richard Fowler know this? Of course he does. So does Joe
Biden. So why are the Democrats running on a false
set of statistics that crime is down? Because they're freaking liars and bullshit artists.
Here's the great Mark Morgan, worked in the Trump administration, former FBI agent,
former was the acting CBP guy's a good man. Here he is on this podcast talking about exactly that.
They're not reporting the data to the FBI where crime is up.
That's why crime looks down. Idiots, take a listen. Yeah, that's a great question. What I would say is
the database is good to have. We need the database. The failure comes in and is to make a report,
generate a report based on that database that you know is fundamentally flawed. It's the old garbage in, garbage out theory.
Let me give you an example. In 2019, Jan, about 90% of the law enforcement agencies submitted
crime data. Fast forward to 2021, less than 63% of those agencies reported crime data.
As you mentioned earlier, the big three, Los Angeles, New York, and Chicago last year submitted no data. And while
the FBI's report has caveats, it's simply not enough. When you have over 40%, almost 40% of
the agencies not provide the data, the report is fundamentally flawed. It should not have been
reported in its current format. And I want to add, it's great to have an accurate database
because I want to take a deeper dive into this with some numbers from your report.
For Baltimore, for example, the FBI reported 225 murders in 2023. The city reported 262.
Folks, they're lying to you. Again, I'm not talking to the liberals.
I know you like the lying.
It's part of your governing philosophy, lying, tyranny, and authoritarianism.
I'm not talking to you dipshits.
I'm talking to people who are still on the fence about where they should vote.
One side's telling you the truth, us, the conservatives,
the Trump supporters, and the Republicans.
Crime is out of control.
The other side is telling you, despite what they think are your lying eyes, because you can see it in front of you, no, crime is fine. Look at the Republicans. Crime is out of control. The other side is telling you, despite what they
think are your lying eyes, because you can see it in front of you. No, crime is fine. Look at the
data. What data? They're not reporting the data, you lying sacks of shit. What about DEI? That's
another one of the things Biden's running on. DEI is great. We need a country with more diversity,
equity, and inclusion. I call it DIE because we're going to die because of it.
Forget about merit, folks.
The thing that made this country great.
We should be hiring people based on their sexual organs,
based on the melanin in their skin,
based on their religion,
who they want to go to bed with or whatever.
All kinds of shit that doesn't matter at all.
That's how we should run the country.
This is probably the best clip of the show.
You guys see this?
This is good stuff.
This is Matt Gaetz, a fireball, up on Capitol Hill.
He's talking to the chief investment officer
of one of the largest pension funds in the country, CalPERS.
These guys are claiming, yes, DEI is great for investment returns.
You want to see an epic takedown?
This is freaking glorious.
DEI's great? Really?
Check this out.
Does DEI improve the returns to your investors?
I think part of good governance of a company
is having diverse perspectives brought to bear as they manage that company.
And I feel strongly about that for the investment team that I lead.
Also, we want diverse.
And what is the evidence that you rely on for the belief that the DEI agenda will produce better returns?
Is there any study report analysis?
You know, as an investor, I read research reports constantly.
I probably read five,
six, eight of them a day. So over the course of my career, that's probably been thousands.
I know. I'm just wondering if there's one that kind of sticks in your mind and say,
Congressman, I'm here to do good by these 2.2 million beneficiaries and my embrace of DEI.
This is what I can point to as the evidence that that's helping them.
Every data based study can tell lots of different things and every data works that way.
That's the way investing works.
And remember that when we're focused on investing, we're focused on how we.
Mr. B, you can either cite a study or you can't.
You can't. Right.
In the thousands of studies that I just name one.
OK, well, here's what I found a study that actually CalPERS did.
You guys did this study.
It's entitled Emerging Diverse Manager Data Report.
And I'm citing from the sixth page of report where it says,
since inception, current diverse managers generally underperformed non-diverse managers in the asset class in the policy benchmark.
Are you familiar with this report?
Can I see a copy of that study, please?
Hey, take a note on that, fellas.
I just said, hey, so Kraken, Kraken, I should be talking to people like that.
The union.
I mean, respectfully, fellas, can you take a note on that you know we have that at the end of
the year the december the 10 best video clips of the year can you please that is if that one is not
in the top 10 i'm quitting the show you can't it's your show doesn't matter i'm quitting anyway
folks tell me in the chat am i correct is that not one of the best clips you've ever seen
dei is great for our investing do you have a study to show that?
No, I don't.
Because I have a study that shows that DEI actually sucks.
Oh, who did that study?
You did.
You did.
Oh, can I see that study?
Conservative media.
I'm sending it.
Listen, a lot of people watch my show and do stuff, which is cool, which is cool.
Everybody takes me.
That's fine.
We just got to go first.
If you're not putting that on your nightly shows
and your cable news channels today, I'm not watching anymore.
That should be on OAN, Newsmax, every podcast.
You have to credit me.
It's not me.
It's Matt Gaetz.
I had nothing to do with it.
I found it on Twitter like anyone else.
That should be everywhere.
That is freaking awesome.
That is the greatest thing I think I have ever seen.
DEI's awesome. Any studies?
No. Oh, we have
one. Shows it sucks.
Oh, yeah. Who did that? You did.
You did.
Listen,
I don't worship politicians, as you well know.
Outcomes.
Matt Gaetz did the whole country a favor there.
This is what they're running on.
They're running on crime is down.
It's not.
They're hiding the numbers.
They're running on DEI is wonderful.
It's not.
It actually sucks by their own studies.
Here's another.
What's that?
The economy is doing great under DEI.
It's doing just fantastic.
I mean, it's not like we have inflation or anything like that
or our currency being debased.
It's doing great.
Here's another one they're running on.
Joe Biden, that he cut the debt, the debt's under control,
and that it's magically being caused, the debt problem we do have,
it's being caused by the Trump tax cuts.
Okay, you should be willing to back that up.
Here's a woman who claims to be a, quote, historian and a professor, if you look at her
Twitter profile, Heather Cox Richardson, at HC underscore Richardson. This is not a very bright
historian. Doesn't seem to know history too well. She says, just a reminder that what's driven us
into debt is not Social Security or Medicare.
That's a good one.
But rather the George W. Bush tax cuts and the Trump's tax cuts,
both of which disproportionately benefited the wealthy and corporations.
Oh, really?
Well, that's a lie, too. But did the Bush tax cuts, because this is what Biden's going to run on,
the tax cuts are causing the debt problem, not them spending money they don't have.
Ladies and gentlemen in the chat, do you think the Bush tax cuts are causing the debt problem, not them spending money. They don't have ladies and gentlemen in the chat.
Do you think the Bush tax cuts cost the government money?
How could it cost government money?
Is it, it's your money.
There she is.
What does she say?
Historian,
author,
professor,
budding curmudgeon.
She studies the contrast between image and reality.
Holy shit.
Is this lady not projecting?
Let's show you reality. Heather shit. Is this lady not projecting?
Let's show you reality, Heather Cox Richardson.
Here's an article I pulled up from the Washington Times.
It's a real gem.
The Bush tax cuts cost the government a lot of money.
That's fascinating. Brian Dwyer, February of 2010.
Bush tax cuts boosted federal revenue.
Holy shit.
It sounds like Heather Cox needs a history lesson.
federal revenue. Holy shit!
It sounds like Heather Cox needs a history lesson. They note
the real jolt for tax-cutting
opponents was that the 03 Bush tax
cuts generated a massive increase
in federal tax receipts.
What the? How did?
Justin, it's like she's
lying. They note from
2004 to 2007,
tax revenues
increased.
I thought that Bush tax cuts cost the government money.
Revenue increased by $785 billion,
the largest four-year increase in American history.
Wow.
Wait, wait, one last line.
I thought the corporations got off easy.
According to the Treasury Department,
after the Bush tax cuts,
individual and corporate income tax receipts were up 40% in the three years following the Bush tax cuts.
She's a historian, folks, studying the difference between image and reality.
There's some reality for you, historian.
You should try it sometime.
What about the Trump tax cuts?
They cost the government a lot of money.
Here's an interesting tweet by Steve Moore,
who's an actual economist,
not a moron like this other one.
The Trump tax cuts reduced the corporate tax rate
to slightly above 21%.
Democrats blame them for the deficits.
In reality, corporate tax revenue increased by billions
after Trump's historic rate
cut. He's even got a chart for you liberal dipshits out there. Oh man, where'd he get those numbers
from? Liberals are saying, uh, the CBO, the government, you seem to love the congressional
budget off stack with leftist leftists. So, so weird guys. It's almost like the historians, either stupid or lying.
Which one?
Here, I put this handy chart up for you from The Balance,
which is not some right-wing site, by the way.
Here's U.S. federal tax revenue by year.
Here's the Trump administration.
They institute the tax cuts.
When Trump gets into office, federal tax revenue is $3.27 trillion.
Trump tax cuts take effect.
Office federal tax revenues, $3.27 trillion.
Trump tax cuts take effect.
Trump leaves office tax revenue in 2021 is $4.05 trillion with the Trump tax rates.
Michael, are you a math guy?
This is going to be hard.
Evita, if you need to help Mal, give him a little shot here.
What's a bigger number, $4.05 trillion or $3.27 trillion?
If you need a moment, I understand. That's a good point. Biden doesn't
know. Seems like tax revenue went up dramatically under the Trump tax cuts. Why would tax revenue
go up dramatically after tax cuts? Because the economy grows, ladies and gentlemen, and liberal dipshits out there who can't do math,
10% of 100 is nothing close to 10% of 10,000.
When you grow the economy,
it doesn't matter what the percentage you take is
as long as you grow the number big enough
that the percentage results in a bigger real number.
These people are so stupid. But this is where you get,
you understand why liberals believe dumb shit. Crime is down. It's not. DEI is good. It isn't.
The tax cuts caused the debt. That's bullshit. None of this is real. They're making it up.
They believe this stuff because they listen to people like this idiot on MSNBC,
Nicole Wallace, who's the biggest grifter in all of cable news.
There's not a person with less dignity than Nicole Wallace.
She will do anything for a dollar.
Here's Nicole Wallace on her show the other day.
She's with Claire McCaskill, Eric Claire, who lost her Senate seat.
Another Democrat loser.
Claiming that it's a conspiracy theory that Hunter Biden profited from Ukraine.
I don't even know what to say, folks.
I can't even describe the level of moron you have to be.
Not for her to say it.
She's a grifter.
She's trying to make money for people to believe this.
You could actually go look this up.
You know, here, watch this.
The New York Times reporting on conservative social media.
The guilty verdict gets a yawn.
Right wing influencers have spent much of Mr. Biden's trial claiming without any evidence that the process was a sham in various ways.
A trick by the Justice Department to appear balanced after former President Donald Trump was convicted in a Manhattan courthouse or a show trial that would end in a not guilty verdict by left-leaning jurors in
Delaware. Trump is charged by New York State, not the Justice Department. They also claimed without
any proof that the trial was a distraction from other crimes committed by Mr. Biden.
They included the conspiracy theory that he profited from business dealings in Ukraine
with the help of his father. This is why liberals believe dumb shit. DEI is wonderful for investing. Tax cuts
cause the cost of government money. They believe dumb shit because they follow loser grifter zeros
like this dipshit. Justin just said, and we're sitting here watching the clip together. We watch
him all the, you know, this isn't taped. This is live. We're watching him like you're watching him.
together. We watch them all. This isn't taped. This is live. We're watching them like
you're watching them. He actually
had a job at Burisma
where his dad's on tape
saying, if you're looking into my son's
job at Burisma, I'm going to have you fired and we're not
going to give you money.
This is why your liberal friends
are freaking morons or commies.
Because they listen to morons
like this. Folks, you're
never going to get that here.
I don't shill for a party.
Federal government spending went up under Bush,
went under Trump, went up under Trump,
went up under pretty much every other president
in the last 50 years.
You don't see me covering for him, right?
Government debt's a bad thing.
I don't care if Republicans or Democrats do it.
Why can't Democrats like this dipshit Nicole Wallace
do the same thing?
And just be like, hey, you know what?
I'm a Democrat now, but this deal was kind of shady.
He had a job over there.
The Republicans aren't lying about it.
Maybe it wasn't the best idea.
Because she has no character and no dignity.
She's garbage.
She's cashing a check.
That's it.
Hey, one more quick video.
Again, showing you how crazy these people are.
Here's Kamala Harris's brilliant plan to save the economy.
Let's give everybody $25,000 to go buy a house.
I mean, what do you think would happen after that?
It's not like the price of every house would go up by $25,000, right?
Because every seller knows you're getting free money from the government.
No.
Listen to this moron.
This is real.
Check this out. Also giving for people who are the first generation in their family to seek to buy a home,
$25,000 grants for startup capital to actually be able to pay down
on home ownership. $25,000 if you are first
or you are the generation that is the first in your family
to be able to buy a home.
Free money, folks, everywhere.
Student loans paid off, houses paid off,
free money everywhere.
But that's not causing the debt problem.
It was the Trump tax cuts that did it.
This is why you're a moron if you're a liberal. You believe
dumb shit like the money fairy.
I'm actually embarrassed for you. Don't you have
kids? How do you tell your kids
like you're a decent human being? You think
they don't know you're stupid? Your kids
are probably smarter than you if you're a dumbass
liberal.
Salty tonight, but whatever.
You get the point. Merrick Farland always gets
me going. I can't stand him. Look at the muskrat. They got new emojis. They got karate man, dad, and the muskrat.
Justin DBS on the ball. Justin, Michael, thanks. He's out today doing his tournament. Everybody
give him a big attaboy. Let's hope he does well. He's like some nationally ranked flesh and blood
player in that game. No, he's the real deal. I'd say Dungeon messing with the guy.
But he does flesh and blood.
