Patriot, make this wish today.
You know, it's really amazing.
last night, as I do, I watch all these things. I'm watching Democrats responding to the fact that
over at the White House right now, the east wing of the White House has the facade being
demolitioned, demoed, because they're clearing enough space to connect a brand new building.
They're building a massive new ballroom at the White House that is going to be 90,000 square
feet it's a quarter billion dollar project this is a massive massive thing that it's going to involve
a lot of workers a lot of american workers who are going to be well paid to do this job and are
going to build a great new ballroom at the people's white house it's wonderful stuff and so normal
people look at this and they go hey finally something's happening we're building in this country
again we're building at the seat of power at the white house and it's being generously given
as a present to the United States by President Trump
and a number of other benefactors
who he's called around and he said,
hey, look, rich people, let's raise some money,
let's do this, let's gift this to the United States.
And now this project is underway.
And what you're, so what's happened is,
for those of you watching on rumble.com slash vins,
you can see the imagery we were just showing you.
But also all across the internet,
libs are pissed off.
They're furious about this.
No, I don't even know what you.
you could be angry about but here's one representative example here is this guy's called
rick wilson he's a he's a democrat with something called the lincoln project where they
appropriate uh lincoln's legacy and pretend that it belongs to the democrats look at this um rick wilson
takes a puts the picture up of the demo of the eastern facade of the east wing of the white
house and he writes i hate him with the fire of a billion's sons yes you're
heard me correctly a billion sons he's so angry he can't even get the typos out of his tweet he's
furious i hate him with the fire of a billion's sons why why do you hate him so much you're enraged
that he's adding a ballroom to the white house that that gets your goat that's the thing that's
ticking you off and rick wilson wasn't alone there's a bunch of these democrats there's like
you know random united states senators who are rage tweeting last night that president trump is improving the
White House. Here's Democrat Senator Tina Smith. Seeing the White House torn apart is really
emblematic of the times we're in, she says, as if the president is seeking to destroy the White
House. No, far from it. He's seeking to dramatically improve it right now. In fact, the thing that
they're building is the very best of American design. They are, they're going with a very classic American
architecture that's going to fit really well, classical architecture that's going to fit really well
with the rest of the White House. This is going to be a massive facility. And listen to the president.
First, I'll show you some images here for those of you watching on video. But listen to the president
first describe why they're building this new, glorious ballroom at the White House. Listen.
We're building right behind us. We're building a ballroom. They've wanted a ballroom for 150 years.
And I'm giving that honor to this wonderful place. I think we should do it. This was a
the ballroom. And this room holds 88 people. And the new one will hold 999 people, which is a
difference. I say 999 because I don't want to crack a thousand. I didn't want people to get
concerned because that's getting big. But we're going to have, we'll have the most beautiful
ballroom in the country. We're going to have the most beautiful ballroom in the whole
country. And it is going to be beautiful. You should see the renderings of this. Rumble.com
slash vins you can see on the video but this is it's a gorgeous ballroom the the renderings are
beautiful on the inside they're going to be massive archway windows uh just glorious columns
all throughout this thing um the the ceilings are going to be beautiful you'll have golden chandeliers
coming down massive audiences will be able to enjoy the splendor of the white house the ballroom
is going to spill out into the south lawn a bit so as you
look out of these windows, you're going to see the majesty of the South Lawn and Washington, D.C.
You'll be able to see the Washington Monument just outside of the window.
It's going to be a glorious thing.
It's going to be a wonderful gift to the American people.
And it's not going to be some sort of eyesore.
It's going to fit in.
It's going to blend in really well with the architecture of the White House.
And in fact, it's been designed by an architecture group called McCreary,
architects. And I didn't realize this. And I was getting kind of gathering all of the string on this
story because I am kind of obsessed with it. I love it. And I said, McCreary architects. McCreary
architects. Why do I know that name? It's because through the years, I've become acquaintances with
friends with this gentleman. His name's James McCreary. He is the architect who's behind this
project. He's previously worked for the president of the United States in the last administration.
And the president has hired him to be the head architect to run this beautiful project.
He's got a lot of experience in this kind of classical architecture.
He's done a lot of churches throughout his career.
He's done beautiful designs.
And now he's being called upon to build something for the American people.
How many Americans are going to be employed by this?
This is a great thing, a massive new project.
And again, privately funded.
Now the raging about it is incomprehensible.
It's insane.
So as you encounter this in your life, I want you to walk away with a couple of really important details about American history.
And some of these you may already know, forgive me if you do, but I just want to share some of the basics with you about the way this works.
And the White House shared this too.
First and foremost, there's a lot of fake outrage, the White House said, over the construction of this big, beautiful, and privately funded White House ballroom.
Here's a fact for you.
Presidents have been renovating and expanding the White House for more than a century, more than 100 years.
In fact, the entire history of the White House includes building and rebuilding and reconstructing and renovating.
In 1902, Teddy Roosevelt built the West Wing of the White House.
For those of you who haven't been to the White House who haven't looked at it closely, yes, there's the central building.
It looks at that's the White House.
But then it branches off into the West Wing.
The West Wing is separate from that classic.
building that we stare at directly. It's off to the side, down a hallway that you can get to it.
In 1909, President William Howard Taft added the first Oval Office during the West Wing expansion.
In 1933, FDR, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, added a second floor to the West Wing. In 1934, he relocated
the Oval Office to its current spot, completed the East Wing, excuse me, and then built an indoor
swimming pool. In 1948, Harry Truman completely gutted the White House interior. They dug out the
entire interior of the White House. There's an image of it here for those of you who are watching
us on the rumble feed. The whole inside was torn down. It looks like some sort of warehouse
in the middle of the White House while they were rebuilding this thing. President Nixon converted
FDR's pool into the press briefing room. That's right. The current Brady Press Press
briefing room, you know, where the press stands and they shout all sorts of nonsense at Caroline
Levitt, they're standing on top of an old covered up pool that is no longer accessible.
Now, they just keep junk or something down there. In 1973, he added a bowling alley in the
basement. In 2009, President Obama upgraded the tennis court into a full basketball court.
And now in 2025, President Trump has broken ground on a brand new grand ballroom modernizing
the East Wing while privately funding the project.
So this is a feature in American history.
And it's often, it's always been at the discretion of the president of the United States to make these sort of additions.
And I will say one thing to think about this time is President Trump clearly is wants to use his second and final term well.
He wants to come in and leave not just his mark, but he wants to leave the place better than he found it.
He's put American flags, huge American flags on both sides of the white.
White House. They're undertaking renovations to the Oval Office to make it more beautiful, more
impressive when world leaders and other visitors come to see it. They're renovating inside of the
White House. They've been renovations to the White House Rose Garden. And now they're building a massive
new ballroom. This is all being done at President Trump's personal expense alongside other donors
who are giving money to support that. Now, that last piece that donors are helping with this,
Well, that's been another point of contention that the left has raised.
Oh, they're buying access to Trump.
They're buying access to the government.
Let me run you through just a really basic thing about the existence of donors and the use of their money in American history.
Here's one recent example.
Not too long ago, in Washington, D.C., they built something called the Martin Luther King Jr.
Memorial, the MLK Memorial, right there along the Potomac River near the National Mall.
Among the funders was the Gates Foundation, Bill Gates, Coca-Cola, FedEx, General Electric, Hyundai,
which is last I checked, I believe, a Korean company, McDonald's, Pepsi company, Toyota, a Japanese company, Walmart.
These are the companies that funded the MLK Memorial.
Additionally, every single monument on the National Mall was privately funded.
The Washington Monument was funded by private donors.
Madison was involved in raising money for that. The Lincoln Memorial, the Thomas Jefferson
Memorial, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, the Korean War Memorial, the FDR Memorial, the George Mason
Memorial, the World War II Memorial, the Dwight Eisenhower Memorial, and yes, the Martin Luther
King Jr. Memorial, all funded by private money, all raised from donors. So the, the, the historic
freakouts that you're hearing from the left right now, oh, Trump is raising money and he's doing this,
and this is awful.
It's all horseship.
It's all complete nonsense that they're spewing, as usual.
But as usual, it's worth knowing the actual history of our country
before you dive in to try and talk about it.
President Trump is not only doing something that fits the traditions of our country,
he's making our country better.
And this is where I want to dwell on something
that is really inspiring me about Donald Trump
and the people who voted for him, you,
and is bumming me out about the people who hate him
because they live in our country too
and they're rooting against this.
And here's what I mean.
The left has cornered the market on destruction.
Their whole mission is tearing things down.
The underlying worldview of the left
is that it's America who is populated with the bad guys,
that we're the villains of the story of history,
something wrong with the United States of America, that it's a country that's undeserving
of good things, that our borders should be wide open, that anyone is entitled to live here.
And simultaneously, Americans who were born here are not entitled to live here, that you
somehow live on, quote, stolen land, that there's something evil about your presence here.
Now, that's all very destructive, cancerists and a total lie. It is, it is, it rejects the great
American story. And it does it willfully and purposefully. It is a Marxist creation meant to diminish
your pride in your country and your desire to see it keep getting better. President Trump is
building something wonderful. He should be celebrated for it. And by the way, at the end of this,
I do think that the ballroom should bear his name. It should be called the Trump ballroom.
He's putting a lot of money and effort into this. And it would be great that the White House has such a
colossal legacy to such a great president.
I think that'd be wonderful, but we'll see what they do name the ballroom in the end.
Maybe the Charlie Kirk ballroom, if the president's in a mood to celebrate Charlie
and troll the left even more.
But whatever he calls it in the end, it will be a great testament to our country.
It'll uplift the human spirit.
It's going to be a beautiful representation of what you and I love about our country.
Architecture has that ability.
Meanwhile, what is the left build?
Well, very little.
the left is very interested in destruction they pull things down they tear down statues anything that represents
american history that'll give you a frame of reference they often tear down statues especially from the
civil war where democrats were the villain of that story and they will try and erase the existence
of their role in the civil war against our own people it's pretty disgusting stuff simultaneously they've
torn down statues of people like teddy roosevelt and abraham lincoln
They attempted to tear down a statue in Washington, D.C., of a formerly enslaved human being rising from his bondage.
That statue was dedicated, by the way, with Frederick Douglass in attendance in Washington, D.C., and the left wants to tear it down.
They want to tear it down.
They want to destroy.
They don't build.
They destroy.
And that's why we're so different.
And to the extent that they do build, what have they built recently?
well check out what obama's been building in chicago right now the obama library is going up
and it's a disgrace look at this thing put this up on screen this thing looks like something that
george lucas would have devised for the empire in star wars in other words the evil oppressive
tyrannical force that is sapping you of your freedom that is hanging over you
and a building like this and for those of you who can't see it it's just gray stone it's like like a lego piece
jammed into the ground it's it looks like people keep saying it looks like some sort of trash can it's
it's not designed to uplift the human spirit it's meant to diminish you and it's meant to sap you
of the human spirit you don't look at that and go man i really love my country you look at it and you
go what alien ship landed on my planet i feel no connection to this who would feel
a connection to that nobody would it's meant to be a rejection of the united states and
obama is doing it as his library as his library which by the way i don't think he's going to have
any books in it it's kind of weird to ever presidential library i don't think they'll have any
books in it of any kind it's just some sort of monument to obama uh that that's meant to
to send the message that he's more important than you are meanwhile the president's building
something awesome on behalf of the american people and he's doing it at his own
own expense this president is and it's a beautiful building and it uplifts the human spirit and it will be
a great great place for people all around the world to arrive and and enjoy just how impressive this
country is this is a very big this is a tale of two very big differences in our country and
i've been obsessing over it which is why i want to tell you about it today all right i got a lot more

Okay, let's talk about the shutdown for a moment. We are on day, what is it, 21 of the shutdown right now. And we've got some more updates as to why.
And as you know, this is really the Democrats are holding the government hostage in order to benefit themselves or what they think will be of some benefit to themselves.
And here's what the Hill is reporting overnight.
You ready for this?
Democrat senators fear getting hammered after no kings, the stupid protests that they had on Saturday, for ending the shutdown.
They fear getting hammered.
Hammered by whom?
Democrats who are skeptical about their leadership's hardline stance against reopening the government
are privately acknowledging they fear getting hammered by their liberal base if they vote
for a Republican funding bill.
In other words, they're scared of the lefties, the weak and vicious minds who they've
inflamed.
They're scared of them.
And honestly, based on the violence of the left, they have every right to be scared of
them but they're intimidated by their own base and they fear that if they vote to let the troops
get paid again which is obviously on the line that somehow their base is going to hold it against
them the base is going to be furious oh so the government stays shut down because the left is
insane grassroots democrats frustrated with the trump administration have been demanding a fight
and on saturday millions showed up at no king's demonstrations yeah and they had no idea what they were
even protesting, as we discussed in some detail yesterday.
Democrats know that they will be hit hard by a number of voices on the left if they do not
get something for opening the government.
If they don't get something for opening the government, what do you mean something?
What about the troops getting paid?
So these guys, they said these Democrats, senators are saying that the centrists are fearful
of breaking with the leaders of the party while party activists are planning the anti-tron
rallies quote we would have enough votes to reopen the government if people were not terrified of
getting the guillotine this this person said yeah they're scared that the base is going to give
them the guillotine yeah again their their base is violent i don't i these are not mere metaphors
that i wouldn't be shocked to see the lefties wielding a guillotine at this rate additionally here
they say that some members are fleece
their base. So for instance, in Georgia, John Ossoff is raising money right now off of the government shutdown.
Democrat strategists say the main driver of the political fear within the caucus is online fundraising,
which is largely driven by social media.
Sources familiar with the political motivations driving the Senate Democrats shutdown stance point to Senator John Ossoff,
who is the most vulnerable Senate Democrat up for reelection in 2026.
one democrat insider argued that ossoff who represents a swing state that voted for trump in 2024 needs to raise money from the liberal base to win his calculus is do i vote to open the government up and get crushed and can't raise a single dollar of low dollar money or do i vote to shut the government down and get three million dollars from online fundraising osoph has voted
every single day of this shutdown to keep the government closed.
So understand the math here, guys, what's happening?
John Ossoff and every other Democrat senator who's like him
are more interested in getting their paycheck because they're not giving up their pay
and filling their campaign coffers with the sheep of low dollar voters on the left.
They're trying to fleece these idiots into donating their last dime
to John Ossoff as a way and they're doing it they're keeping the government shut down so
also's campaign gets enriched off of Democrats that they're fleecing and then the troops don't
get paid you've got corporals who have families who are trying to feed them who are not being paid
but John Ossoff gets millions of dollars in fundraising money you got that you understand what's
happening here that's what's happening here so the shutdown
continues, which, which is, which is crazy.
Now, President Trump, for his part, his support's only going up during this shutdown.
Have you seen this?
Yeah, because the American people are nowhere near as insane as the Democrats who are funding John
Ossoff's campaign.
No, broadly, the American people are very happy with President Trump.
And they know who to blame for the shutdown.
Here is CNN's numbers enthusiast Harry Enten cut aid, marveling at how well Trump is doing in this fight.
Shutdowns are different the second time around when it comes to Donald Trump.
Take a look here.
You know, we speak about Donald Trump shutdown, net approval rating.
We're talking 20 days into it.
In 2018-19, Donald Trump's net approval rating was already falling.
The shutdown was eating into his popular sport.
It was down three points already at this particular point and would fall considerably more.
It was very much on the decline.
You come over to this side of the screen, this shutdown hasn't eaten into Donald Trump's support at all.
His net approval rating is actually up a point in in terms of his popular support.
So the bottom line is this.
The first shutdown during Trump's first term, 2018, 2019 was hurting Donald Trump.
This one is not hurting him at all.
There's no real reason Donald Trump might say at least when it comes to popular support.
I want to get out of the shutdown.
I'm sorry.
For those of you who listen to me on the radio show, too, I can't get enough of Harry
in segments.
He's like an old-timey horse race announcer.
And they're like, oh, right?
around the corner. You can see President Trump is out ahead of the Democrats. He's ahead by 15
Lance right now. And at some point, maybe the Democrats can catch up. Oh, no, the president is
gaining. He's getting even further away. Harry Anton is so excited by little movements and numbers.
He'll point to one side. Look over here on this screen. You see, this number is low. If you look
over here on this screen, that number's high. If you go from low to high, it's a massive change.
Thank you, Harry. We know. You're very excited about these numbers. You are very excited.
And that is not, and I tell you who's not excited, CNN viewers, they are not thrilled that President Trump is now coming out ahead in the government shutdown fight.
And, you know, it's trying to think who was reminding me of this.
Perhaps my friend Larry O'Connor, I think I was listening to his radio program when he talked about this.
But you remember back during the government shutdown when Obama was in office, you know, the one where he roped off the World War II Memorial so that veterans couldn't get access to it.
So when Obama was in office, CNN in an attempt to stick Republicans with the blame, they had a government shutdown counter on the bottom of the screen to tell you what day of the shutdown they were in.
And the goal was at the time was like, you know, Obama could use the bully pulpit.
He could blame Republicans for the shutdown. CNN was all in on Obama's strategy.
But they put a shutdown counter on the screen.
But where's the counter now?
Oh, there is no counter.
They're not putting a counter up anymore.
Why? Because Democrats are owning the burden for the shutdown.
Trump's coming out ahead.
And if CNN were to remind people about the stakes of this thing and what's actually going on,
more people would just support Trump at the end of it.
So no counter.
In case you're wondering how we're willing and that network continues to be.
That's a good example.
That's a great example.
Amazing.
Okay.
Coming up, the wonderful Miranda Devine from the New York Post.
We will chat with her.
There's a lot to get to.
And maybe I can also get to the left is still raging about Trump dropping poop on their heads in a meme video.
These people are as emotionally incontinent as the incontinence of those memes.
More ahead here on this edition of events.

My next guest, Miranda Devine joins us now.
She's available on X at Miranda Devine.
She's a columnist for The New York Post.
She's got a great podcast.
It's called Pod Force One.
And she joins us right now.
Miranda, great to have you with us, as always.
Hi, Vince. Great to be with you.
How's the podcast going, by the way?
You have, like, the biggest guests on the planet.
How did you achieve that?
Yeah, it's doing very well.
Look, we have had President Trump on a couple of times, and Susie Wiles and Scott Bessent and Howard Lucknick and lots of other people in the administration, like Tulsi Gabbard and so on.
It's hard to get them because they're incredibly busy people.
But, you know, we manage every now and then, and they always rate very well.
How measurably different do you think this crew is from the first Trump administration?
Because it does feel like the president is surrounded.
They all come with different perspectives.
Like RFK Jr., clearly doesn't have the same thought process as everyone else and neither is Tulsa Gabbard.
But they very much do feel like they're much more of a part of a coherent mission now in Trump, too.
Yeah, that's a really good way of putting it, actually, Vince.
They are all rowing in the same direction.
And Donald Trump himself is different.
You know, he's much more sure-footed and confident, and he's very ebullient.
Susie Wiles, when I interviewed her, his chief of staff, ran his very successful campaign.
She said to me that she ensures that he doesn't get upset and annoyed because she anticipates
anything that she anticipates is going to annoy him. She neutralizes before it gets to him. She
solves the problems before they blow up and become something that irritates him.
That's the sign of a good chief of staff. You're supposed to do that. You're supposed to handle
every problem you can before it gets to the main guy. Exactly. And Donald Trump did not have that
in his first term. He had people who were actively working against him, who didn't trust him,
who were sabotaging him, who boasted afterwards that they removed paper.
from his desk because they didn't want him to act in a certain way.
Susie Wiles just trust Donald Trump.
He's the guy that was elected in a thumping majority
on in every metric by the American people.
And therefore, he's doing the people's will.
And so she's not arrogant enough to interfere with that.
So one thing about Susie Wiles that I didn't know for like a long time.
And I was shocked that I had no idea.
She's Pat Somerall's daughter.
So Pat Somerall, for those who have,
remember, like, you know, was play-by-play alongside John Madden for years. And he's got a great voice.
She grew up in that world with Pat Summerall. I mean, did you guys talk about that by any chance?
Yes, we did very much. Look, she adored her father. And in a lot of ways, he was a similar sort of
larger-than-life, powerful personality similar to Donald Trump. So she understands, you know,
how you deal with those very talented, unique people.
And I think that she, you know, her father was troublesome
because he had fell into alcoholism later in life.
But as she said, what great strength of character,
someone who was an alcoholic and who overcame it and never had a drink after that.
So she admires and is proud of her father for having overcome that challenge.
And Donald Trump has said often that he's never touched any alcohol or drugs
because he saw what it did to his older brother who said to him never, ever take a drop of alcohol
and he never has. And he has joked himself, imagine me if I drank. He would not be able to
do the kind of work that he's doing now. I mean, he sleeps three, four hours a night. He just,
you know, he's putting his, as he said, he works his A-W-S off. And he does. I don't think anyone
could ever work harder than he does. And if he's, you know, he's putting his, as he said, he works his A-W-S off. And he does.
and if he drank or took drugs, that would sap some of his energy.
So I think she admires that too,
admires that sort of restraint that he has and admires his work ethic.
Well, I'm impressed.
I am very impressed by how much the president is able to get done
and has been able to get done this term.
I mean, he sealed up the border right away.
The White House just put out numbers that well over half a million people
have already been deported from the United States this year.
They think there'll be well over 600,000 by the end of the year.
That's good.
That's exactly what people voted for.
He's negotiating world peace and all of these various fronts.
It does seem like he has a determination and a focus that's even more refined in term two.
Like he knows, he's looking at the clock and going, I've only got a little bit of time to do this.
I need to do it as quickly as possible.
Yeah, I mean, he learned a lot of lessons from that first term.
And then the four years interim where he had to.
watch as Joe Biden unwound every one of his achievements, opened the border, left, you know,
billions of dollars worth of military equipment in Afghanistan that botched withdrawal, the 13 service
members killed, all of it, you know, it must have been immensely frustrating, especially
when he believed he'd won the election and that it was Democrat dirty tricks that had kept
him out of the Oval Office. But in a way, I mean, it was terrible that the country
had to go through that, and I guess we wish that that wouldn't have happened at all.
But he's a better president, I think, for having sat on the sidelines and suffered through
the lawfare that came at him with all the dozens of indictments from, you know,
whether it be New York, Jack Smith in D.C., Georgia, they were all coming for him.
And the Democrats really thought that, like Gulliver, that they had him strapped down,
tied down that he was never going to be able to even run.
They tried to throw him off the ballot.
And he won against all those odds, you know, the mugshot.
All that did was raise his voter approval.
People saw what was happening.
Americans saw the injustice and the dishonesty and the fraud coming from the Biden administration.
And they saw Joe Biden for who he was, corrupt with a history of dishonesty and deception.
And, you know, coming to the end.
of his term, cognitively completely kaput.
And now, despite all of those efforts to prevent the voters from getting President
Trump back in office and failing, and maybe because of that, it seems like what we're witnessing
now is this immense, impotent rage from the left.
Like, they don't even know what to do.
They just have these so-called no-kings protests on Saturday.
And Miranda, I spent yesterday playing clip after clip of microphones being put in the faces of these
people saying, what brings you out here?
They don't even have an answer.
They just hate Trump and they have no actual answers as to what they're protesting.
Yeah, that was a great idea to do that because I was also struck by how clueless these protesters were and also how old they were.
You know, these are obviously they look like retirees.
Someone described them as Q-tips.
They'll have white hair.
They're not your sort of average protester.
They're very comfortable.
They look like retired public servants, retired teachers, very left.
very selfish and incoherent, you know, lazy, I guess.
Even in their activism, they can't be bothered figuring out what they're for
or what they're against other than the lazy old thing that they've been doing for the past,
what, eight years, 12 years, anti-Donald Trump.
And, you know, anybody who with an outs of fairness who looks at what he has achieved so far this term
has to admit that it's been good for the country.
so why are they so mad about him building a ballroom for the white house so he's the the big thing
in the last 24 hours is they've started some demolition on the eastern side of the white house
because anyone who's ever done a renovation project knows that you've got to destroy like a wall
or two if you're going to add an addition to the place so they're doing that right now the left
is raging about it they hate this they're by the way there's no taxpayer money going to it it's
all privately funded, which is a great American tradition that's typical in our country that
benefactors will support massive projects for the benefit of the American people. Why are they
enraged about this one? They're just enraged because it's an excuse to go after Trump and because
it's become a sort of a snobby class thing on the left that you say, oh, Donald Trump's a
vulgarian and he likes a lot of bling in their oval office and his Trump towers, you know,
full of gold and they find that tacky.
And frankly, I find what he's done with the Oval Office to be beautiful.
And he does care about aesthetics and he has arranged and he keeps on rearranging all the
portraits and with a mind to history.
It's great.
I think he loves the White House.
He cherishes it and he wants to make it better.
And no one can argue that it doesn't need a ballroom.
As he said, during the Obama administration and the Biden,
Biden administration too, I presume. They had to have foreign dignitaries, have these state dinners
on, you know, like under rented marquees, plastic tents, basically. So that's not in keeping with
people don't realize how small the White House is. The White House is suffocatingly small.
And in fact, most of the people who work at the White House don't even work in the White House.
They have to work at a separate office building across from it because there's just no space for
anybody. And that includes for events. So the president is addressing something that
presidents, every president has had problems with. They're like, I don't know how I can host an
event, an adequate event here. The president's solving it and the left is raging about it.
Yeah. And I mean, it's not costing the taxpayer penny. He had a fundraiser the other night and
people put in enough money for that and some, you know, some extra that'll probably go to the
arc to Trump, which is another thing that they're losing their minds over the left.
I think it's fabulous. And, you know, the East Wing was a late addition. It isn't part of
the original historic White House. And it never really fit. It never really looked that beautiful.
It obviously was a tack on. And so he's going to make it 10 times better, so much bigger.
They're also taking the opportunity to put stuff in the basement that they've been
wanting to do for a long time. It's really going to modernise the White House. And, you know,
I mean, a dozen presidents have modernized from Jefferson on Taft. Taffed changed the Oval Office,
put a made it oval. They've all gone in and they've changed things. The British burned down
most of the White House at one point. It got rebuilt. So this ridiculous carry on about, oh,
you know, it's historic and it was built by slaves and it was built in 1700, blah, blah. You know,
that's not historically accurate for one thing and for another you can't just freeze in place
that's not really what a museum does and the White House is a museum what Donald Trump is doing
is taking a bit of extra land he's building where the east wing is and he's making it better
and he's giving the people and the next presidents a ballroom that they can be proud of
and that is big enough to accommodate people without sticking them in a tent outside.
I mean, Washington is a swamp for half the year.
It is disgustingly sweaty and swampy.
And so, no offense to your DC listeners,
but it really is not a great place.
You don't really want to be in a tent.
Well, that's the reason the whole August recess came to be.
People went home because they couldn't stay in the swamp until the air conditioning arrived.
And it's funny that the last.
left is raging about any modifications to the White House. You talk about the Brits burning down
the White House. Antifa tried to lay siege to the White House when Trump was in office the first
time. They burned St. John's Church across the street. And now the same people are angry that a
ballroom's being built. It's, uh, it's, uh, that's such a good point. Absolutely spot on because
I mean, President Trump and his family had to be whisked to an underground bunker in the
middle of the night because of those Antifa protests. And so many, uh,
police, secret service were really badly injured, had to be hospitalized, and it's just gone
into the memory hole, whereas all we hear about is January 6, January 6th, January 6th,
January 6th, and lies about it, saying, oh, police died. No, they didn't. The only person that
died was Ashley Babbitt. She was killed. She was shot by a cop whose name was kept secret,
a completely different attitude to what had been happening to cops throughout the summer of
love when they were doxed and destroyed. So, yeah, spare me the left's hypocrisy. They will use
anything to go after Trump. And if my memory serves that correctly, that guy's name's Lieutenant
Michael Byrd, and he had previously left a gun lying around the bathroom in the Capitol, and he was
never canned or reprimanded for that. It was also crazy. Let me ask you about the accountability
mission now. So in addition to all the other stuff that President Trump is doing, he's got a
Justice Department that is prosecuting a number of people right now, among them Letitia James,
the Attorney General of New York. We're seeing prosecutions of her. We see James Comey. We just got John
Bolton in the last week. It seems like all of a sudden nobody's above the law, Miranda.
Yeah, isn't that funny? And they don't like it when the shoe's on the other foot at all.
I mean look it seems to me that there is good evidence to justify these indictments
let's see whether you know how the chips fall we've got where James Comey in northern Virginia
very much lefty liberal juries so let's see how that falls out and then the same in
DC I think 94% of DC juries voted for or you know the DC population voted for
for Joe Biden voted for Kamala Harris.
So it's a pretty stacked deck, but certainly there is very good grounds to make these allegations.
And for Letitia James, for instance, also Adam Schiff, there is good evidence that Bill Pulte from Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae has uncovered of alleged mortgage fraud.
And so they just need to answer those allegations.
And so far, they haven't really explained anything to the public.
Maybe they'll try and do so in court.
But it seems pretty hard to understand why they would have done what they did.
And so let's see how the court treats that.
But I think the American people deserve to hear out and to see how these allegations play out
because nobody is above the law.
And if these people play, you know, basically decided that they were going to stitch up Donald Trump
and make up a whole bunch of crazy allegations against him and try and jail him and bankrupt him
and knock him off the ballot, they failed.
So let's see when the shoe's on the other foot.
So one of the defining features of all of these people is exactly what you just laid out,
which is that they made deceptive projections about Donald Trump.
They were claiming things like Letitia James claim that he was misvaluing real estate in order to pull one over on a lender.
It turns out she's the one who was taking advantage of lenders, if you believe, the indictment.
You know, James Comey was accusing President Trump of abuses of power.
And meanwhile, he was lying to the United States Senate, according to the indictment about his own leaks to the media,
or at least how he was managing leaks to the media.
And then John Bolton has spent countless hours on television attacking President Trump as somehow being reckless with classified information.
And now he stands credibly accused in this indictment of stealing some of the nation's most important secrets and then handing them off to family members who didn't deserve to look at them.
So in each one of these cases, Miranda, it almost seems like they came up with these lies about Trump by reflecting on their own crimes and their personal lives.
Yes, I think it's a symptom of Trump derangement syndrome to project your own faults onto Donald Trump or onto Donald Trump supporters.
And projection is just, I think, something that we see all these people have done.
You just mentioned Bolton.
I mean, there are so many videos showing him saying that Donald Trump, you know,
should go to jail that he's done really bad things by keeping classified information all the
time, knowing that he'd allegedly done the same thing himself,
maybe because he was wanting to write a book, maybe because he's just so arrogant that he thinks
that he would always get away with it.
And that's another feature of Trump derangement.
It's this arrogance, this feeling that you are untouchable,
that you can say anything and do anything to Donald Trump,
and nothing will ever happen to you.
And that's why I think these charges are really important,
and there will be more to come.
You know, apparently John Brennan, James Clapper,
the other participants and architects of the Russia hoax.
They're also under investigation.
and there will be many others.
And they need to be used as a deterrent
so that this doesn't happen again to a future president.
And even for Democrats, they must understand
that this is a very ugly third world cycle
and it needs to be nipped in the bud.
And that's what Donald Trump is doing
because, you know, it starts off with a Republican president,
it ends up with a Democratic president
and the loser is the American people.
So Democrats should just take their medicine and shut up and understand that Donald Trump is
quarterizing this terrible wound in American's democracy and he's doing it by bringing a number
of these people to account. Obviously not all of them because there were so many. I don't think
Hillary Clinton or even Barack Obama are going to get their just desserts. I might be wrong.
Maybe they will be able to go that far. But certainly their underlings, their lieutenants are going
to feel some some hate yeah and maybe and there's a scenario where president trump might even feel
some some sense of maybe we don't indict obama because i'm trying to hold this country together
but people do need to be held accountable and who knows it's up to the president he's the guy
who's in the seat now just to make all the big decisions on that subject in the end despite what
the left says oh the justice department doesn't work for him yes they do they do work for him
uh miranda divine it is always such a pleasure to talk to you i'm you know what i love about our
conversations in addition to you being just wonderful i love that i'm now in the company of people like
donald trump and susie wiles i got to talk to miranda divine thank you very much it's nice to talk to you
today thanks fin there's the great marina divine her podcast pod force one and you can find her at the new york post
she's she's great um okay uh yeah it's just wild it's wild yeah we'll see you know man can you
imagine if they indict obama boy we're off to the races at that point holy cow but remember oh
Trump, and maybe he's, maybe he learned the lessons from his first time. Remember, he went easy, he said on Hillary. He's like, you know what? I know all those people were saying lock her up, but I just thought, it's just not good for the country. I can't, can't do that. We got to hold back on that. And I think his mind has been changed. When you get shot in the head, I think that has a, that's a, that's a mind-altering experience, I would say. That's, you know, you might, you might take a different position when you return to the White House. So we'll, we'll see what he does. Okay. Let's, let's, uh, let's, let's, uh,
Let's get into some other things that Trump has a tremendous ability to drive the left crazy.
You saw that video that Trump posted depicting himself as a fighter jet pilot set to the music danger zone and was dropping poop.
He was dropping somebody told me to say feces.
That's the way you should say it.
Feces upon no king's protesters, including a little fellow called Harry Sisson.
and Harry Sisson is really enjoying the attention that that artificial poop has given him this week.
So here he is commiserating about this with Don Lamon.
Take a look.
Cut two.
I think this is actually bigger than me.
You know, I know that this video was attacking me, but there were also millions of Americans that were also displayed in that video, also getting attacked by the president of the United States.
So he's attacking me in a petty, gross, disgusting way.
But I think the more concerning story here is that, you know, I think this is his genuine feelings toward peaceful protest, that if he could, he would attack in some way, shape, or form the people who dissent.
So I don't think that this is actually, it's just about me or like the gross attack.
I think this is a broader, more concerning story surrounding the Trump admin.
So funny.
This is not about me.
I'm taking the poop so the rest of you don't have to.
This is a noble story now about how Harry Sisson has introduced.
endured this kind of atrocity.
It's hilarious.
He's like, oh, this is because Trump really wants to attack people.
Really?
Because the left is actually attacking people.
The left keeps shooting American citizens, ICE agents, presidents, Charlie Kirk.
The left is attacking people.
And then Harry Sisson is running his stupid suck about how, oh, Trump wants to attack us.
Trump wants to attack you?
Trump thinks you're a joke, which is why he's posting meme videos of himself dropping poop on you.
A Trump dump.
as somebody just said in the chat a trump dump on top of goofballs like harry sisson that's right
that's right you you understand don lamon you can tell don don's nodding along as i explain all of this
even don lamon can understand what's going on here it doesn't it's not stopping other democrats from
raging about this though hakeem jeffreys you know him by the way it's so funny the left is trying to
get rid of hakeem jeffreys they think he sucks as a leader which uh i guess i share that view i agree
with them, which is really funny.
Maybe we should do a show helping them pick a new Democrat leader.
But in the meantime, Hakeem Jeffries is raging over Donald Trump's poop video, which, of course,
kind of seems like the point.
Like we were really trying to troll Hakeem Jeffries into doing the same sort of thing he did
when Donald Trump put a sombrero on his head.
Here's cut three, Hakeem Jeffries.
Which showed him with a crown flying in a plane, bombing the no king's post.
protesters with piles of waste.
It's a family program. I'll use that word.
House Speaker Mike Johnson says that it's just Trump using social media and satire.
Satire is the word that he used to make a point.
How do you see it?
Well, that video is deeply on serious, deeply unpresidential, and deeply un-American.
But unfortunately, it's the type of erratic, extreme behavior that the American people,
have continued to see from this president and from this administration from the very beginning.
And of course, it's no surprise to us that House Republicans continue to behave as nothing more
than reckless rubber stamps for Donald Trump's extreme agenda that's hurting the American people
and, of course, for his extreme behavior that they continue to whitewash.
I love, I just love it.
I don't know if I can enjoy it anymore than a CNN segment where,
A lady with resting Democrat face asks Hakeem Jeffries about a poop video, and then the two of them raged together about it.
They're actually dropping waste.
Listen, look at this.
So I asked GROC for a quick rendition of this, and here's, fellas, pull my screen up if you don't mind.
Here's the GROC rendition of how that segment should have ended.
I'm waiting.
Mr. President, feel free to use that if you don't mind.
Just post that to the truth social.
That would be great.
That would be a feather in my cap.
That would be a poop on my cap if the president would share that on truth social.
It's so funny.
Anyway, they're raging.
Wonderful, wonderful stuff.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Let me see.
In the limited time we have left here, let's see.
oh here's this here's something to tell you this is some good news i want to end with some good news today
yesterday a federal judge ruled that yes it's within the president's power to send the national
guard into portland oregon thank god thank god a judge a judge coming yeah no this is totally
within his power to do it and uh this is of created great sorrow over at nbc which had to inform
their viewers that, yes, President Trump does have the authority to protect Americans.
Take a look, cut seven as NBC has to break the bad news, which is actually good news.
I want to read if I can just from a little bit of the beginning of this 93-page opinion.
It says after considering the record, and by the record, they mean all the factual evidence at this
preliminary stage, we conclude that it is likely that the president lawfully exercised his statutory authority
under 10 U.S.C. Section 12406.
That's the statute we've been referring to as Title X
when we have conversations about the National Guard deployments,
which authorizes the federalization of the National Guard
when the President is unable with the regular forces
to execute the laws in the United States.
And this is the important part.
The evidence the President relied on reflects,
quote, a colorable assessment of the facts and law
within a range of honest judgment.
We thus conclude that defendants are likely to succeed.
on the merits of their appeal in other words you're that that this is an honest assessment of
the state of affairs that Portland could use the national guard that the president's judgment
is sound and that it is entirely his authority about whether or not he does this wham bam
bam thank you ma'am president trump can do the job that you and i elected him to do which is to
safeguard america's cities how you doing so that's good that's good how you
doing weapons free completely unfettered the president's ability to go in and clean up these cities
uh and so american citizens everywhere with any sense about them rejoicing over the fact that we've
have we have a president who's finally doing something for the first time in a very long time for
this country and not to enrich themselves not not to benefit himself do you think he needs this
he's doing this for us which is great that's why i keep voting for him that's why i keep voting for
