Starting point is 00:02:12 We must, must win the midterms, says Joanne's C. Joanne's right. We must win the midterms. Got a lot of updates on the midterms right now. A lot of updates for you. just in the last 24 hours, which is, and a lot of this is actually good news, but there's also some concerning news and certainly about the Republicans who are in Congress who are failing to do the job that you and I are demanding of them. More on all of it coming up. But first, I want to
Starting point is 00:02:44 start with the big announcement yesterday, which is that Jasmine Crockett is running for Senate in Texas. This is amazing news. I'm super excited about this. If you are looking, for the perfect distillation of the insanity of the American left. Look no further than Crazy Crockett, who is not just the current face of that party, but about to become a lot more prominent going into the midterms. What did I say recently? What did I say about these special elections? You run crazy people like that Afton Bain character.
Starting point is 00:03:23 Go for it. Run the craziest possible Democrats you can. because when you do, voters will turn out not just to vote for the Republican, but to vote against the psychopath who represents the Democrat Party. And that's true in Jasmine Crockett's case. Watch as Jasmine Crockett made her announcement yesterday with just a series of President Trump dunking on her, dunking on her. It's like the greatest thing ever. Here's Jasmine Crockett's announcement yesterday. This is cut eight. Here she is, and it's just a series of President Trump's ducks. Watch. How about this new one they have? Their new star, Crockett.
Starting point is 00:04:06 How about her? She's the new star of the Democrat Party, Jasmine Carkett. They're in big trouble. But you have this woman, Crockett. She's a very low IQ person. I watched her speak the other day. She's definitely a low IQ person. Crockett. Oh, man, oh, man. She's a very low IQ person. Somebody said the other day, she's one of the leaders of the party. I said, you've got to be getting. Now they're going to rely on Crockett. Crockett's going to bring them back. So good. I support her campaign. I love this campaign. I support it in every way possible, except for giving money to it or feeling like it would be. be good that she'd actually be in the United States Senate.
Starting point is 00:04:54 Other than that, I'm fully supportive of Jasmine Crackett. I think this is the best. Also, it's hilarious that she doesn't actually have an opening message. She has no reason to vote for her. They didn't include one in her opening video. It was just a video of her slowly turning Mitch McConnell style, if you remember that, an old Mitch McConnell video. Sorry, the reference just came to my mind.
Starting point is 00:05:15 I was thinking of it. Mitch McConnell style, slowly turning towards the camera and then smiling. as President Trump dunks on her and dunks on her and dunks on her. I mean, that was like the Michael Jordan mixtape. That was unreal. As President Trump just keeps on dunking on Jasmine Cracken, she thinks that's a good look for her. Like people are going to come to her side for that? What state is she running in again?
Starting point is 00:05:37 What was that? What state is that? It's freaking Texas, the Lone Star state, which votes for Trump over and over and over again. You want to lose this election? Go ahead, make it about Trump. Trump's beloved in Texas. In fact, he's beloved by all of the demographics in Texas, including the Hispanic population in Texas, which Jasmine Crockett has spent time crapping all over.
Starting point is 00:06:03 She says that Hispanics who vote for Trump, who vote for secure borders, have which she refers to as a slave mentality. Did you know that? Do you remember this? Here she is. This is a flashback. This is Jasmine Crockett being quoted. quoted, Greg Price pulls this clip in Vanity Fair.
Starting point is 00:06:22 And she says, about Latinos, she says, it almost reminds me of what people would talk about when they would talk about kind of like slave mentality and the hate that some slaves would have for themselves. Okay, lady, good luck in Texas. Texas, which loves Trump, which loves secure borders, which loathes the Democrats who have sold them out and you're going to run against Trump in this state? Perfect. Go for it. I hope you win the primary. I hope you dominate among the Democrats in that state. And I hope you get your ass handed to you coming up in 2026 and that you have the kind of coattails that drag every single Democrat down
Starting point is 00:07:07 with you all across the country. I'm sincere when I say this. I really do love that Jasmine Crockett has thrown her hat in the ring to run for Senate right now in the midterms. It really could not be even any better than this, although it is amusing. I mean, I'm watching as this campaign event is happening yesterday, and they started with this rapper, this rap dude shows up, and he's out there, and he wrote a song apparently about Jasmine Crockett, about how great she is, but he doesn't remember his own lyrics. So halfway through the track that's playing, which he pre-recorded, he has to stop rapping. And then he just tells the audience, you can hear the words as he's trying to figure out where he can jump back in in real time.
Starting point is 00:07:56 Hilarious moment. Watch this. Cut nine. Okay. She ain't never scared if she ain't never been. Who is willing to go toe to toe against the president? I can't wrap my head around someone who votes Republican. She advocate for feeding kids. They protect folks touching them. Trump invading his own country with our army, what a joke. We remember Pearl Harper by illegally bombing boats, but y'all thought we wasn't going to do nothing, buddy, think again.
Starting point is 00:08:21 They only trying to scare out of running, because they think she'll win. Listen, thought I told y'all, we ain't never scared. Now look who name on the docket. Got two words for every race is bigot. Jasmin'all hear the words. Y'all hear the words. Me, I hope my money goes to side of it isn't trying to say affordability, a hoax she stand on business all in toast texas soap don't need no mold bad built bleached blonde
Starting point is 00:08:47 butch bodies moving forward wow that was the uh the opening act yesterday that's a great way to start a senate campaign this this a joke did did the trump campaign come up with this did the white house write all of this i mean what is this this is hilarious the guy wrote an entire song and he doesn't remember his own words that in case you're wondering how enthusiastic he is about jasmine crockett he didn't spend any time studying his own lyrics as he sang this goofy song yesterday oh my gosh that's uh well then dj jazzy crockett showed up herself yesterday uh and uh she she she uh she had a lot to say uh let's see um jasmine crocket she made uh well she made some incomprehensible remarks about turning Texas blue. Here she is cut 10 yesterday.
Starting point is 00:09:47 When Texas turns blue, it won't be because of any one candidate, but because of each and every one of you doing your part. Turning Texas blue is what I want to talk to y'all about today. Now, there are those that say, ain't no way we didn't try it at it 50 kinds of ways. Let me be clear y'all ain't never tried it the j c way j c we we used to telling us what i can't do but they have no idea what crockett's crew will do and so i just want to be clear for all the haters in the back listen up real loud we gonna get this thing done what is we used to telling us what we can't do Justin, can you put that image back up on screen? I saw somebody on Twitter pointing out.
Starting point is 00:10:45 I wish I could credit them because it's such a smart point. And I will. I'll find it. I'll retweet it. But if you put just the image, you don't even have to put the full video. Look at this. I want you to just emphasize something. For those of you are watching rumble.com slash Vince, everything about this stage presentation is a total disaster.
Starting point is 00:11:02 If any of you have ever been in the production business, just take a look at what's in frame right now. In frame, you've got the lady, right? she's trying to run for Senate the microphone is coming off of a stand off the side of the stage she's got a perfectly good lectern in front of her on which to affix a mic the sign that she's using is meant for like traveling campaign events yet it's crowding out the entire shot and you see the teleprompters the teleprompters are not supposed to be on frame in frame there's supposed to be out of frame because a teleprompter is meant to try and make it appear that you're naturally speaking that it's just coming off the top, that you're able to communicate without that kind of
Starting point is 00:11:44 assistance. Normally, what you would do is you would tighten the shot. You'd have it right on the candidate. But no, the shot was almost built a betrayer. Like, she has no idea what to say. She's reading those stupid words off of a teleprompter, and it's in the frame. It just all looks so ridiculous. It's about as low rent as you can possibly get. And that's Jasmine Crockett's campaign. And she's going to be a force to reckon with for the Democrat primary. in Texas. It's amazing. Again, I love what's happening here. Now, she's already set in the framework here that if she loses, well, that's because you're a racist, Texas. If she loses, that's because you're a sexist, Texas. Take a listen. Here's Jasmine Crockett, making excuses
Starting point is 00:12:32 already for her eventual loss in the Texas Senate race, cut 11. Watch this. intrusive voices that say she can't win because she's black because she's a woman or because she's a Democrat. If you believe women should be in all spaces, then I ask you to stand with me. Now, is anybody saying that? Is anyone saying she can't win because she's black? You know anybody's saying she can't win because she's a woman? I don't know anybody who has that position. I know she can't win because she's a psycho. that's what I'm saying that's what I'm saying I she can't win because she's a radical she can't win because she's a phony they call it code switching but she talks different to every audience
Starting point is 00:13:20 she addresses because she's insecure she's a phony she can't win because she sucks that's why she can't win this whole thing about oh it's because I'm black it's because I'm a woman no you're excuse making and you're using that as a form of moral blackmail that doesn't really carry any weight these days. Nobody falls for that crap anymore. So yeah, go ahead, make up your excuses already. You're at the very beginning of the campaign. You literally announced it yesterday. And as a part of your opening announcement, you start offering excuses for why you might lose this race. Well, that's pathetic. What kind of political campaign is this? What's the one that's run by Jasmine Crockett? Oh, Jasmine Crockett. So there she is. She's decided to jump into
Starting point is 00:14:04 this Senate race. And I guarantee you that all of the Republican fundraising operations are very excited, or at least they should be, very excited that she's decided to throw her hat in the ring. Or is it a wig? Whatever she's wearing. She threw it in the ring yesterday. So Jasmine Crockett, what does she believe in? Well, I told you, she believes that Latino voters who vote for Trump and who believe in secure borders, they have a slave mentality. So she already hates a huge proportion of the state of Texas. But also, her political positions include such things as fantasizing about taxpayer-funded race payments. In other words, people have money taken from them on account of their race and given to others on account of their race.
Starting point is 00:14:53 Cut six. Here's Jasmine Crockett fantasizing about a deeply bigoted and prejudicial policy. Watch. Just this past week, I saw, I don't remember which celebrity, but it was actually a celebrity. And I was like, I don't know that that's not necessarily a bad idea. But I'd have to think through it a lot. One of the things that they propose is black folk not have to pay taxes for a certain amount of time because then again, that puts money back in your pocket. But at the same time, it may not be as objectionable to some people about actually giving out dollars. But obviously, then you start dealing with the different tax brackets and things like that. And that's one of the reasons that, you know, we argue the reparations make sense because so many black folk, not only do you owe for the labor that was stolen.
Starting point is 00:15:37 and killed and all the other things right but the fact is like we end up being so far behind right and so it's like how do you bring forth people exactly and so it's like if you if you do the no tax thing for people that are already say struggling and aren't really paying taxes in the first place it doesn't really exactly they may they may want those those checks like they got exactly all right so um obviously there's a there's a bunch of elements here we've talked about this like reparations discussion before basic points nobody alive today in the united states unless they were getting slaves from joe biden's open border is a slave owner or ever has been and no one in the united states unless they're one of those people who've been forced
Starting point is 00:16:23 into slavery because of joe biden's open border nobody else in the united states is a slave so that the whole thing is so stupid and poisonous that's coming out of her mouth but you notice that she ran headlong into reality there a moment late in that in that clip which is she said you know one idea would be that we tax black americans less as a form of reparation so they have to pay less in federal income tax but the reality she ran to do in that clip is a lot of black americans don't pay federal income tax if you fall beneath a certain income threshold you don't pay federal income tax whatever you paid during the year comes back to you in the form of a refund each year that's the way our progressive tax system works and by some estimates black families in the
Starting point is 00:17:08 united states are about 60 or so percent of them don't pay any federal income tax each year so this idea that she has which is already poisonous of of basically saying that people get special privileges on the count of their skin color she says it wouldn't actually work she kind of sort of admits because too many black families are living in conditions where they don't make enough to pay federal income taxes at all and notice that her plan has nothing to do with lifting them up out of poverty it has nothing to do with getting black families into a position where they're making such robust flourishing income that they can pay federal income taxes instead she's proposing a check cutting operation that'll do nothing but ferment chaos and not lift anybody up out of poverty
Starting point is 00:17:55 let's be clear about that so the whole thing is is so stupid and that's the kind of person now running in Texas. Now, some of you in the chat, I noticed that this is a smart point. She may be just doing this as nothing more than a vanity project, that she knows for whatever reason that she's going to lose, she's just doing this to try and increase her profile and maybe end up with a job on the view or something. That might very well be the case. I wouldn't put it past Jasmine Crockett, just using this as a vehicle for her own selfish ambitions and even having some sense, as low IQ as she is, having some sense that there's just no chance that she's going to win. But I do suspect that her ego is so crazy that she really is concluding
Starting point is 00:18:40 that Texas really desperately wants her to represent them in the United States Senate. It's absurd, but it's kind of perfect. It's kind of perfect. So Jasmine Crockett, you keep on being you. Don't change a thing. Let your freak flag fly and go all the way up to the midterms being as crazy as you've ever been. love it and I'm encouraging you sweetheart keep doing it keep doing it it'll help America out in the end all right more in a moment on the midterms the president of the United States as you heard Jasmine Cracken say a moment really imply a moment ago she's running against Trump the left thinks that well if we make the election a referendum on Trump we can defeat him and I'm begging
Starting point is 00:19:23 them make the election of referendum on Trump the American people like Trump they keep voting for the guy and if this election if voters low propensity voters think this is about trump's agenda that's great news for republicans we'll talk about what's coming next and the role the president will play going into the midterms some exciting news to share with you hey you know every choice we make is an opportunity to stand up for freedom even something as simple as your cell phone service here's the truth most cell phone providers don't care about you they just want your money Patriot Mobile is different. You see, for over 12 years now,
Starting point is 00:20:00 they have stood shoulder to shoulder with Americans who believe that faith, family, and freedom are important and they contribute millions of dollars to Christian conservative causes. The best part is really simple. With Patriot Mobile, you don't have to sacrifice quality or service. Patriot Mobile offers premium access on all three major U.S. networks.
Starting point is 00:20:21 So you will enjoy the same or better premium coverage as the major carriers. If you think switching is complicated, it's not at all. It's so simple. You can keep your number, keep your phone, or even upgrade. Patriot Mobile's 100% U.S.-based team is going to get you activated in mere minutes. So look, if you're stuck in a contract or you still owe money on your phone, no problem at all. They have a contract buyout program.
Starting point is 00:20:46 So there's no reason to wait, honestly. Go to patriotmobile.com slash vince or call 972 Patriot. use the promo code vince and they will give you a free month of their world class service switch today that's patriot mobile.com slash vince or call 972 patriot thank you to patriot mobile so good yeah so we'll see we'll see what jasmine crock is doing but meanwhile her selfish ambitions whether they're actually to be in the senate or to get a job on the view will be to the detriment of her cruel party which is great news for the rest of us. So a silver lining in the midst of all of this,
Starting point is 00:21:26 a bright spot, Jasmine Crocket running, that's wonderful. So what is President Trump going to do? How is he going to spend the midterms? I was talking to you recently about this and emphasizing a point, I just made a moment ago, which is really simple.
Starting point is 00:21:42 President Trump just won every swing state in the country last year. He won that election against Kamala Harris by a wide margin. He won the popular vote, which is a feather in his cap, a bonus on top of winning it through the electoral college. President Trump won in every possible way last year,
Starting point is 00:22:02 and he came into office with a mandate, with a clear mission given to him by the American people to focus on the border, the economy, yes, that includes affordability, and ending all of these foreign conflicts and wars the United States has entangled in. The president is working on all of those things. Oh, and not to mention, of course,
Starting point is 00:22:21 accountability, arresting the people who have hurt our country and seeing their prosecutions all the way through to convictions and sentencing. That's super important. I've got more information on that coming up too. But President Trump was elected with a mandate. The American people like him. And his political coalition is made up of low propensity voters. These are people, when we say low prop voters, they're people who just don't show up every election. In fact, they rarely, if ever, vote in American elections. They're busy. They're not that. interested in politics they by and large have sat it out for years or perhaps they were voting for democrats in the past democrats used to be a party that was highly focused on low propensity voters
Starting point is 00:23:03 in fact the endless nature of election season is the product of democrats previously being very dependent on low prop voters yes of course it's also a huge vulnerability for election fraud which is still one of one of the key features of democrat party politics but low propensity voters need extra time extra reminding come on out come on out come on out that's the way democrats have operated it's also why democrats used to have voter registration drives they used to try encourage people to register to vote and mass whoever you are register to vote register to vote motor voter go to the dmv get a driver's license when you get your license boom you registered to vote democrats have been doing this for years saying basically our people are too lazy to do it or too too unlikely to do it so
Starting point is 00:23:55 we're going to try and force them to do it to basically walk them directly to the polls in order to secure their vote for our party but here's what's changed president trump has reoriented the voting demographics in the united states he has made what was once a country club republican party into a party of the middle class and of low propensity voters, of blue-collar voters, a racially diverse coalition of people who desperately want their lives to be more affordable, they want to be able to afford a home,
Starting point is 00:24:30 they want to pursue the American dream, and they want secure borders. And they don't want illegal aliens in their community. These are simple things that Americans want, and lots of low propensity voters want them. But what that means is that in general, they're not impressed by politicians they don't show up to vote for the republicans and the democrats who are on their ballot typically they're not that interested in the midterm elections if they show up at
Starting point is 00:24:55 all it's got to be a big election where they think maybe just maybe this could have some sort of meaningful impact on my life and a lot of those low propensity voters in 2024 well they had a really basic comparison to make they looked back at the 2016 election they got trump out of that and they said man my life was improving dramatically when trump was president and then they looked at the 2020 election we got Biden out of that garbage and when Biden shows up everybody's life becomes crappier so it became very easy math people made these comparisons and in 2024 low propensity voters showed up in big numbers to get Donald Trump and jd vans across the finish line so what will it take to duplicate that in the midterms that's going to take convincing those voters that Trump's agenda depends on
Starting point is 00:25:38 Republicans growing their margins you got to keep the house you got to keep the Senate and we We need a lot more Republicans. We need more Trump Republicans in office so we get less rhino influence and less Democrat obstruction. The way to do that, Donald Trump has to be front and center. So I'm glad Jasmine Crockett is trying to make the election about Trump because I want to make the election about Trump because that's how you get low propensity of voters to show up. And then Donald Trump himself, well, he's hitting the campaign trail. we have a couple things we've got the big convention we're waiting for details on that president trump wants to have a presidential style convention for the midterms in 2026 love that
Starting point is 00:26:24 that's totally unprecedented that's what he's doing for the midterms that'll be a huge deal the other is america 250 the president's going to spend the year emphasizing our our country's great history and reminding people to tap into the patriotism within their hearts and have appreciation for their country. That is going to bring people out to the polls as they dwell on how great our country is and why it's worth keeping great. And then third and very importantly in American politics, Donald Trump's hitting the campaign trail. We just got an update this week from Susie Wiles. Susie Wiles just sat down on a mom's podcast to discuss that Donald Trump is going to be hitting the campaign trail and not just a little. He'll be hitting it hard in the
Starting point is 00:27:09 midterms cut five the chief of staff to the white house susie wiles um typically you in the midterms it's not about who's sitting at the white house it's you localize the election and you and you keep the federal officials out of it we're actually going to turn that on its head good and put him on the ballot because so many of those low propensity voters are trump voters yes they are and we saw oh we could go tuesday what happens when he's not on the ballot and not active so I haven't quite broken it to him yet, but he's going to campaign like it's 2024 again. Oh, for all these people that he helps. He doesn't help everybody, but for those he does, he's a difference maker. And he's certainly a turnout machine. So the midterms will be very important to us. He'll work very hard to keep the, keep the majority.
Starting point is 00:28:00 Yeah, we keep. Oh, I love that. I love that so much. Susie Wiles and I are of one mind on this apparently. I've never met Susie Wiles. She seems a amazing. President Trump really respects her. But this is this is what I've been preaching from this program, which is make it about Trump. Go ahead. Democrats have this weird sort of Trump derangement syndrome is leading to them to something that's strategically good for the rest of us. They're so obsessed with Donald Trump that they're going to try and make the midterms a litmus test about the president. Perfect. If we focus on the Trump agenda, if we can get all these candidates to run with embracing the Trump agenda, full-throated embraces. of the Trump agenda where you say yeah baby I love a secure border yes I want to improve the
Starting point is 00:28:44 economy yes I want to make things more affordable yes I want housing to be more affordable yes I want to bring down the cost of health care by giving getting the government out of manipulating that system you do all those things baby the midterms are going to go your way this is how we win so yes get Donald Trump on the campaign trail Susie wiles has the right idea that's super important but also important leading up to the midterms and this is This is where I don't have the most optimism in the world is not just President Trump. He's doing his part. But every one of these Republicans who are in Congress now, you've got to deliver results.
Starting point is 00:29:23 If you fail to deliver, voters are not going to show up for you in your party. They're not. The deal that we have as voters, and this is as old as voting itself, is if you deliver for us will deliver for you you want to stay in power demonstrate to us that you are entitled to it and in order to do that there are some very obvious things republicans should be concentrating all of their energy on right now there's no time to waste they've already wasted enough i'll talk about it in just a moment uh because it involves especially putting handcuffs on the people who've done so much evil to our country that's ahead on this edition of vans
Starting point is 00:30:07 you know this christmas of course every christmas you celebrate the life of christmas you celebrate the birth of our savior and look at christmas time it's a great opportunity to not only dwell on the value of life but to share the gift of life with a mother and her baby flourishing life imagine a young woman who's facing an unplanned pregnancy she's unsure of what to do she's searching for hope that's where pre-born ministries comes in you know conservatives for years have of course been pro-life we've been pro-life fighting for the baby and the left which is very cruel pretends as if the right doesn't care about that baby's life flourishing that like as if we just care about the baby it's just the birth and nothing else no we care about it all i want that baby to be
Starting point is 00:30:54 born and i want the mother to be capable of taking care of that baby and helping bring that baby into the world and for them both to flourish well look this is what preborn does every mother that preborn serves faces a moment of decision where she sees her baby's ultrasound it's a huge moment and in that moment she's got the opportunity to say yes preborn's mission is to help her find the courage and support to do it this christmas for just 28 dollars you can help save a life and thanks to a special matching grant through the end of the year your gift is doubled to donate dial pound 250 say the keyword baby that's pound 250 baby or go to preborn dot com VINCE. Starting point is 00:32:55 american financing okay so we've got some news that broke yesterday about one of the president's U.S. attorneys in New Jersey, Alina Haba. Alina Haba. And this is a terrible story because the court system, the federal courts, have interfered in the president's ability to prosecute, to see people prosecuted to deserve it. So we get this headline yesterday. Alina Haba has resigned as the U.S. attorney and is now taking up a new role, at least for now, at the United States Department of Justice. Haba, the Daily Caller reports, resigned from her role as acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey Monday. She will now serve as a senior advisor to the Attorney General for U.S. attorneys, according to the Department of Justice.
Starting point is 00:33:45 The Third Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower court ruling finding her appointment unlawful on December 1st. In a statement, Habba said the following, she said, while I was focused on delivering real results, judges in my state took advantage of a flawed blue slip tradition more on that in a moment and became weapons for the politicized left for months rather these judges stopped conducting trials and entering sentences leaving violent criminals on the streets they joined new jersey senators who care more about fighting president trump than the well-being of residents which they serve attorney general pam bondi wrote that the Third Circuit's ruling made it untenable for Haba to effectively run her office. So here we go again.
Starting point is 00:34:37 Now we have yet more left-wing judges jumping in to block the president's prosecutors from doing their jobs for ruling them out on technicalities on process rather than tackling these cases on the merits. It just happened with people like James Comey and Letitia James as the judges went after Lindsay Halligan. in the Eastern District of Virginia. And it's going to keep happening so long as President Trump doesn't have fully Senate-confirmed U.S. attorneys.
Starting point is 00:35:09 And this brings us to the point today. Republicans in the United States Senate are selling us out right now. Republicans in the United States Senate have the power to fix this problem and they are refusing to do it. Refusing, utterly, obstinately. stubbornly refusing to come to our aid to come to our rescue you and i have spent years discussing
Starting point is 00:35:37 the atrocities that have been committed against the american people and what is it that you and i demand on a routine basis including today what are we demanding we want arrests we want prosecutions we want convictions we want sentences we want everybody who is involved in the trump russia collusion hoax to face the music of justice We want everybody who's been involved in trampling the civil liberties of American citizens, going after parents at school board meetings, going after Catholics for celebrating the traditional Latin Mass, going after parents like Mark Halk, going after pro-life activists, singing church hymns outside of abortion mills.
Starting point is 00:36:18 The way that they absolutely destroyed the lives of January 6 defendants led people to suicide, we want accountability for this we want accountability for the people who went after members of donald trump's campaign we want accountability for people who went after donald trump himself what does accountability look like it looks like cold hard justice that's what we want is the fbi on this yes you bet your ass they are they definitely are but the fbi just like every local cop has discovered all across the country with a soros prosecutor is only as good as the backup they have from prosecutors. What kind of backup do they have right now in the Justice Department?
Starting point is 00:37:03 If you're an FBI agent, how certain can you be that your arrest is going to lead to a meaning an arrest that you make is going to lead to a real prosecution by attorneys at the United States Department of Justice? Right now, not that certain. Not that certain. It's kind of like a beat cop in the middle of the street in a place like Philadelphia, taking a dangerous criminal into custody and not being certain that the Soros-funded prosecutor
Starting point is 00:37:29 that represents the district is going to do anything to actually keep that guy behind bars. In fact, that guy will be back out on the streets creating a nightmare for everybody else in no time. And what happens to that cop? Well, that cop starts to become disheartened. What's the point? Why am I even subjecting my body to this kind of risk
Starting point is 00:37:46 to place these guys under arrest? I've got no backup. Nobody's supporting me. That's how the system falls apart entirely. And right now, President Trump only has a handful of Senate-confirmed U.S. attorneys who've made it through. The only places they've made it through, places where either there are no senators like Washington, D.C., that's where you get Janine Piro, or places where you have two Republican senators. Other than that, anywhere where you find a Democrat senator in our country right now, they're blocking the president. Now, how is this possible?
Starting point is 00:38:18 This is possible because of what Alina Haber referred to. it's called the blue slip the blue slip is exactly what it sounds like it's just a piece of paper it's a blue slip and democrats use it as a veto it is a tradition now bear with me here because it's infuriating it is merely a tradition a handshake agreement in the united states senate that the president of the united states does not get the u.s attorney or federal judge of his choice inside of any state where a senator who represents that state decides to veto it. So that means in a state like, say, New Jersey, the president doesn't get his U.S. attorney pick if the Democrats veto it.
Starting point is 00:39:04 So what are the Democrats going to do? They're going to veto everything. What are we doing here? In a state like California, the president doesn't get a full-time Senate-confirmed U.S. attorney because Democrats refuse to do anything but veto. Vito, veto, veto, veto. That's it. They're obstructionists, they're terrorists legislatively.
Starting point is 00:39:24 They're refusing to do the job the American people voted for. What did you vote for in November? You voted for a chief executive who would appoint U.S. attorneys who actually prosecute criminals. So what is President Trump doing? He's nominating U.S. attorneys. And then the Senate is letting those nominations die. And it's Republicans who are letting it happen. Again, it's a tradition.
Starting point is 00:39:46 It's a handshake. It's not a rule in the Senate. there's no official rule that they even have to vote to overturn and it's definitely not a law and it is absolutely not in the constitution and i would argue it's probably unconstitutional flatly to allow one senator to do that and yet that's what they're doing that's what they're doing in the senate right now so what can be done about this what's even possible here the answer lies in two republican senators two and so if you're going to direct your ire anywhere if you're going to direct your public comments anywhere you should direct them to the two following people one the leader of the republicans in the senate john thun is responsible ultimately for this system of injustice continuing john soon he's the guy the other guy who's responsible for it is a very elderly republican united state senator by the name of chuck grassley chuck grassley who's been there forever he's great with whistleblowers he's great with transparency he's done i think some good
Starting point is 00:40:48 for the country through the years for sure right now he's selling us out he's not doing it he's not pulling the trigger he's fighting back against changing the blue slip tradition in the senate now why is this why is chuck grassley fighting against our interests right now well the rationale and even provides it on his own website is he claims that if they blow through the blue slip the second republicans under the minority democrats are going to be able to run rough shot over the whole country Republicans kicked down this barrier that was holding back the radicalism of the left. I'm sorry. That is very naive thinking.
Starting point is 00:41:26 As old and as experienced as Chuck Grassley is, that is deeply naive and polyanish thinking. You understand what is really going to happen. Democrats are going to do what they have been doing, especially in the era we're all living through now. They're going to kick down every barrier that's in their way, whether or not you do it now. so if you fail to do it now you're a sucker you're a sucker you're a sucker you're tying up your own hands so that democrats can have their hands free the second they get power and beat the rest of us to death how about no how about we prosecute the bad guys right now you know how much
Starting point is 00:42:04 time we have on the clock basically none we've got we've got we're almost a full year done of the presidency with the second term of president trump we got three more to go and during this time frame we're running out of the statute of limitations of all sorts of criminal violations. I don't know what these guys think they're doing or what kind of time they think we can play with here. We need full U.S. attorneys. And these U.S. attorneys can't be there on a temporary basis on temporary basis under any circumstance. You know why? Because not only do they have to bring the charges before a grand jury and secure these indictments, they have to be there long enough to see the charges through. You've got to be able to go in court and argue your case and make it to the end
Starting point is 00:42:43 so we can get the convictions and the sentences. So, in other words, right now, the pressure needs to be on. The earnest, sincere, America-loving pressure needs to be on people like Chuck Grassley, John Thune, every member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, all of them, to do what's right for the American people. Why the fuck are we still dealing with this? I'm sorry, but why? Why are we still dealing with this?
Starting point is 00:43:13 President Trump cannot do this on his own. He is trying, but holy hell, he is frustrated. He is very frustrated. Here he is yesterday caught on a hot microphone cut to spitting fire in the White House hallway. He was caught on somebody's camera phone. And you can hear him saying, like, everybody I put forward, we can't get through because of the blue slips. Watch. You know, I can't appoint anybody.
Starting point is 00:43:46 I can't appoint anybody. Everybody I'm appointed their time is expiring. And then they're in the fall. And then we're losing. And he fades off there. He goes, everybody we're appointing their time's expiring and then we're losing. And then it's like, it's just a disaster. He's is driving him absolutely crazy that this is happening right now.
Starting point is 00:44:10 And then he also was. asked about this yesterday about the fact that Alina Haba has now resigned her role. She's stepped away from even trying to be the U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey yesterday. And here's her President Trump had to say about the blue slips yesterday at the White House. Cut one. Watch. Okay. What else? Yeah. Alina Habba says she's stepping down as U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey after the courts disqualified her. Do you have any comment on that? Well, she's not disqualified. You've got a blue slip thing that's horrible. It's a horrible thing. It makes it impossible to appoint a judge or a U.S. attorney, and it's a shame. And the Republicans
Starting point is 00:44:48 should be ashamed of themselves that they allow this to go on, because I can't appoint a U.S. attorney that's not a Democrat, because they put a block on it. So if you appoint in Virginia or in New Jersey or in California, a U.S. attorney or a judge. I mean, a judge situation is ridiculous. The only people that you can get by are Democrats, because they will put a hold on it. If I put up George Washington and Abraham Lincoln to be U.S. attorney in New Jersey or to be U.S. attorney in Virginia,
Starting point is 00:45:25 we have Democrat senators. They will not approve them. And this is a gentleman's agreement that's lasted for too long. You can hardly call them gentlemen based on what they're doing to our country, but it is an agreement that these senators have across.
Starting point is 00:45:43 parties perfectly content screwing us over in order to maintain their gentleman's agreement and the president's right and think about Virginia Virginia's a place where you've got Tim Kane and Mark Warner two awful Democrat senators awful and the reason why we don't have a US attorney a fully confirmed US attorney in the Eastern District of Virginia and the reason by the way that James Comey's statute of limitations on lying to Congress almost ran out entirely before Lindsey Halligan was placed there to quickly see that thing through just over the course of a couple of days. The reason it got that bad was because Mark Warner and Tim Cain have been blockading the president from getting his way, from getting your way, the way of the American people.
Starting point is 00:46:28 That's why. The guy who was in the seat was there with the full endorsement of Tim Cain and Mark Warner. Now, why would they be excited about that U.S. attorney who was there before? Oh, because he wasn't pursuing justice. He wasn't pursuing accountability. He was helping Democrats, including people like James Comey, evade accountability. That's why. They want the game to be rigged and Republicans are helping Democrats rig it.
Starting point is 00:46:56 It's so ludicrous. It's unreal. It's also true when it comes to the filibuster. The president can't get his agenda through because Republicans allow the non-speaking filibuster to continue to dominate the United States Senate. that's crazy that's crazy if you're going to filibuster something filibustering means you speak you argue you make your case and you do it for as long as you're capable of a silent filibuster where nobody talks and legislation dies well that's just corruption and that's what's happening in the
Starting point is 00:47:27 center right now and Republicans are letting it happen and then another example is they don't actually go into recess so during the august recess or any of these other ridiculous recesses including the holiday recess that's coming up. As these guys go home for the holidays, they don't actually go into a real recess. The president has the power of a recess appointment. In other words, if Congress went into an official recess where they said, hey, we're actually off right now.
Starting point is 00:47:54 Congress is not in session at all on official terms. Then President Trump would be able to make recess appointments. Presidents throughout history have done that very thing. And he could get these people through without having to worry about Senate confirmation. and they would be there for a long time. It'd be a huge way for the president to advance his agenda. Republicans are refusing to do it.
Starting point is 00:48:17 They're refusing. They leave Congress in what they call a pro forma session where they gavel in every three days and pretend like something is happening when of course nothing is happening except they're obstructing the president of the United States. Now who controls the House and the Senate right now? What party would that be?
Starting point is 00:48:34 Those are Republicans. So look, here's what I'm telling. you. Republicans in Congress, and there are some good ones. I'm not saying they're all bad, but I am saying that right now the leadership in the Republican Party has made an active decision to continue to subvert the president of the United States from fulfilling his agenda. Now, whatever reason behind that there might be, perhaps they're angry that the president is doing too much, that this should be Congress's power. I really respect, you know, Article 1, more than article two or if you want to make a constitutional argument for it or maybe it's just
Starting point is 00:49:11 pure corruption maybe they're just doing this because they want to protect you know whatever it is they're getting financially enriched by obviously i hope we catch them and we can prosecute them if that's the case whatever the explanation right now let me just say something to you republicans in congress something you have to understand the president of the united states has a great hand going into the midterms insofar as he is in control securing the border great news cutting government spending man they've cut like crazy peace deals around the planet people like that bringing investment into the united states using the terra fight to do that that's a huge deal we're talking teens into the trillions upwards of what 15 16 trillion dollars a lot of money coming into the united states the president
Starting point is 00:49:55 is doing what he can but congress you're asleep at the switch this election although i wanted to be about Trump and his agenda is right now it's about you it's the midterms you idiots if republicans want to grow their margins maybe they don't maybe they're perfectly happy just whining and being in the minority but if you want to grow your margins and actually do something to save your country well then you should demonstrate you deserve it now we shouldn't have these fights going on into november of next year let's resolve this right now let's resolve it right now and so here's my recommendation for the white house president trump shouldn't merely be answering questions about how upset he is at members of congress he's kind of hinting at how upset he is he should just promise them
Starting point is 00:50:43 hey i'm going toe to toe against you until you fix this i'm going to use the bully pulpit i'm going to give a national address against my own party against lawmakers in congress who are screwing over the American people because like you know as Hillary Clinton once said what difference does it make if Republicans aren't fighting for you then why should they have power at all they should fight for you and Donald Trump should use the bully pulpit to force them to do it now President Trump can do that I want this fight to to flare up at this moment and and then subside when Republicans are actually doing the job it's as simple as that get these U.S. attorneys through get these prosecutors in place fight to fix american health care get the government
Starting point is 00:51:30 out of it give us voter integrity let's actually get voter integrity across the country so that elections aren't rigged what the hell is wrong with you guys now is your opportunity use it and if you are naive enough to believe that getting rid of the silent filibuster or getting rid of the blue slip is merely going to be an open invitation for Democrats to eventually, you know, just barrel past you. They're going to do it anyway. They're going to do it anyway. So stop sucking and start winning. Please, we're begging of you. It's the most obvious thing. And if we can do this, by the way, if you can do this, you know what lies ahead? Massive success in the midterms. I'm not talking small margins. historic margins into the midterms.
Starting point is 00:52:26 If American voters are watching as we're getting mass deportations, as the economy is improving, as the border is fully secure, which, by the way, it is, thanks to President Trump, as arrests are happening, prosecutions are happening and consequences are happening for the people who've heard our country, voters are going to reward you in record numbers. It's going to be the biggest midterm turnout we've ever seen for Republicans. That future awaits you, baby. All you have to do is say yes. say yes to us so as you go to chuck rassely's office as you go to john thune's office as you get in touch
Starting point is 00:52:58 with your state's republican senator as you reach out to these republicans on the senate judiciary committee tell them now's your chance do the right thing time is of the essence but if you succeed we will reward you it's as simple as that and our country's on the line that's what it's about so we're going into the midterms we've got a lot of good news we've got jasmine crockett running wonderful news all sorts of crazy democrats running wonderful news president trump is going to try and make himself the face of the midterms he'll be campaigning all around the country we're going to have a big midterm convention we'll have america 2025 now it's up to congress to do the job that they should have been doing all along fulfill the agenda of the american people that's it
Starting point is 00:53:46 anything anything else here that i'm missing on this guys because this this this whole thing is crazy and now the president is left like you know really angry at the white house that this is all happening but the blue slip is crazy the blue the blue slip is so crazy it's enough you know and it was one thing it was years ago they were they were saying like well you know if the president's going to make a pick in a certain state that the the the representative of the people of that state should have a say over whether or not that person gets the job and represents the culture and blah blah blah that's not what we're dealing with we're dealing with people who've decided to go full-blown hostage crisis there is no way that donald trump is getting
Starting point is 00:54:29 his picks well if that's the case i'm sorry we can't play by the old rules you're you're a complete sucker if you keep doing that yes indeed um but look this is the left the left is is um is perfectly happy engaging in uh insurrectionist and unconstitutional conduct you hear this this conversation yesterday katanji brown jackson is a uh supreme court justice unfortunately and um yesterday they there was a case heard on the president's ability to fire various so-called independent agency members now what is an independent agency for those of you familiar with the constitution what the hell is an independent government agency we have three branches of government your operation has to fall under one of them it doesn't get to fall under one of them it doesn't get to fall
Starting point is 00:55:18 some random unenumerated fourth branch of government how can you have an independent agency you either fall under congress article one you fall under the president article two or you fall under the courts article three so president trump is trying to fire some of these out of control independent agency members people that he is responsible for appointing but he's not allowed to fire them what is that here's katanji brown jackson yesterday making the deeply unconstitutional case for why we need need an uncontrollable fourth branch of government. Cut three. Listen. Congress is saying that expertise matters with respect to aspects of the economy and transportation and the various independent agencies that we have. So having a president come in
Starting point is 00:56:04 and fire all the scientists and the doctors and the economists and the PhDs and replacing them with loyalists and people who don't know anything is actually not in the best interest of the citizens of the United States. These issues should not be in presidential control. So can you speak to me about the danger of allowing in these various areas the president to actually control the Transportation Board and potentially the Federal Reserve and all these other independent agencies? In these particular areas, we would like to have independence. We don't want the president controlling. Okay. The American, what she's saying, is this is both there's two things one it's deeply unconstitutional what she's referring to that we need an
Starting point is 00:56:52 extra constitutional branch of government hovering over the rest of us the other thing that she's saying and perhaps more importantly is that you should have no say about who works in the government that the american people should not have a right to send in a president of the united states to change the composition of these so-called independent agencies that is a tyrannical nightmare actually that's just authoritarian garbage where oh no the government knows better than you do like settle down like you're lucky we let you vote but we're going to tell you how to live we're going to tell you what to inject into your body we're going to tell you what can be in your food we're going to go on and on and on and wield a lot of power over your life and you don't get
Starting point is 00:57:38 to do anything about it in fact not only do you not get to object you don't get to send in a president of the united states who can fire the people who make that happen i'm sorry what that's insanity no no no we actually do have a say and the founders were really clear about this and the good news is yesterday all the headlines seemed to indicate that the oral arguments yesterday and the supreme court were going in the direction of the constitution that the justices do appear prepared to say well that's exactly right in fact these these so-called independent agencies are acting completely unconstitutionally the president does have the power to fire these people that's the good news so but there's katajy brown jackson in case you're wondering you know
Starting point is 00:58:23 how does the left view me as an american citizen as a serf as a peon as a as a subordinate to their power and as an inconvenience come election time just remember that as we head into the midterms we got a big we got a great country we're going to have another big show tomorrow i've got a big national radio show coming up today i will expound even more on what the hell is going on in our country right now.
