This is what we call a weak and vicious mind, inspired to an act of violence by the leadership on the left, which is not in any way slowed down. It's just vile, hate-inducing rhetoric. I want to start with the news. And you and I covered it a little bit yesterday on the podcast.

This was as things were breaking in the morning at a Dallas, Texas. This is a Dallas, Texas ice facility, a man gets up onto a roof nearby the facility and begins opening fire, as the authorities say, indiscriminately. Yesterday, he was being described as some sort of like, you know, marksman, sniper. It sounds like he was indiscriminately firing into the side of the building and then started firing on an unmarked van yesterday at the edge of that ice facility in which were a number of detainees. He has no idea who he's shooting. He's just firing like crazy. Kill, uh, kills one of the detainees, wounds grievously, two of the others, and then turns the gun on himself. By the time authorities get to the roof where this guy is, he's killed himself,

and they find at the scene the bullets, the remaining bullets in a clip, and the bullets there, so one of them has inscribed on the side of it on the bullet casing, the word anti-ice. In fact, here's what FBI director Cash Patel shared yesterday. about all of this is just an image anti-ice written in what looks like some sort of blue permanent marker or something on the side of the bullet casing so immediately you get a crystal clear indication of what this guy's motivations are if you're wondering what the motive is boom written on the side of the bullet no surprise and if you're taking any way anything away from that one thing you should immediately take away is oh good now we have copycat killings in the wake of the

Charlie Kirk assassination. And apparently, I was reminded this morning, somebody reminded me that in the attack on the United Healthcare CEO, the Luigi Mangione case, there was also stuff written on the side of the bullet casing. So these left-wing deranged assassins keep leaving their calling card on the side of the ammunition as they opened fire, killing people in cold blood. And it happened yet again yesterday. and and so it's it's it's enough it's enough did I say I didn't say a magazine I said

clip right chat's talking about that yeah that's a clip I pulled I showed you there as opposed to a magazine these are there are different things so this is this is out just completely outrageous like nobody wants to see this death and destruction nobody wants to see this and yet it keeps on happening in the United States of America and you know one thing that that I can't emphasize enough is the role that the left has played in inspiring these acts of violence. And they're not slowing down at all. You know, you want to slow down the violence here. You got to slow down like everybody on all of MSNBC. All these guests who keep appearing on these left wing networks where they're radicalizing people to commit these acts of violence, they just keep repeating

the same language that makes people want to take up arms against their countrymen. Check this. Here's cut one, an MSNBC compilation. These guys are just mouthing the word. about how the bad guys are law enforcement. They're like Nazis, you see. Take a look. ICE is looking more and more like an American Gestapo. They're huddled around the elevator banks in masks without identifying information. What a terrifying, like these are Gestapo tactics.

But it has created this year, as they've seen the kind of fascist ICE, Gestapo militias go round up Latino American citizens in places like LA. Ice agents, masked ICE Gestapo agents, getting more funding than any other law enforcement. any other law enforcement agency in the history of the United States. Ice running Gestapo-like around our country.

The Gestapo had the same function. It was there to draw a distinction between us and them. It was not federally. It was controlled from the by the leader. And we're seeing disturbing similarities between this force and the Gestapo. We've got these masked thug cowards kidnapping innocent people and sending them off to be slaves or tortured in other countries. is dressing like thugs and acting like thugs.

People still want to come here despite the crazy. They still want to come here because- How vile? How vile are these human beings? So those are just, you know, kind of the run-of-the-mill commentators who sit around in green rooms that get the makeup put on

and they go on television and then they call the guy, the men and women of law enforcement Nazis. That's the move. Hey, they're a bunch of Nazis. Look at these Nazis patrolling our streets. And what do you think people are going to take from that? Well, obviously, there's going to be

some category of lefties who think to themselves, Nazis. What do we do to Nazis? We got to gun these people down. We got to stop these guys. And so there have been an increase in assaults on ICE agents of a thousand percent because of the rhetoric you just heard. And it's not just the Indians. It's the chiefs, too. All of these top Democrats, they keep saying the same thing. Listen to this. That came to us from news busters, that MRC, great people at the Media Research Center. I can't believe they have to document all of this horseshit all the time. That's the Democrats on MSNBC. Check out the way the top Democrat leaders have been talking about this. Every single ICE agent who's engaged in this aggressive overreach, no matter what it takes, no matter how long it takes, will of course be identified. This is not the 1930s. Secret police who are masked, who are intimidating, who are scaring people, these Gestapo-like tactics. This is Gestapo-like behavior. Donald Trump's modern-day Gasco is scooping folks. up off the streets. When you compare the old films of the Gestapo grabbing, grabbing people off the streets of Poland, it does look like a Gestapo operation. You posted on social media that, quote, ICE is acting like a terrorist force.

Ice agents, they are coming and kidnapping and disappearing people on the streets of the United States. But this terror campaign of having masked people rolling up in vans, but we also have to talk about the agents themselves that are carrying this out. If you have any decency, quit now. Because just doing what you were told has been the justification for some of the worst whores and crimes against humanity.

I want you to think about something. Why is it that I have so many people saying the same exact words? Why are each of them all using the phrase Gestapo? Why are all of them calling ICE agents? Nazis. Why are they repeating the same exact phrasing across all of these people? The answer is because that is the official talking point of the left. That is the official talking point of the Democrat Party. It's not merely somebody being, one person being intemperate, one person saying something out of control. One person who was a little too reckless, didn't

really think about what they were saying and was a little hyperbolic, a little over the top in their disagreement about something like immigration enforcement in the United States. This is the talking point of their party. The talking point of their party is your fellow American deserves to die. That's the talking point. What else are we supposed to take from that? So is it disgraceful? Yes.

Is it appalling? Yes. Is it shocking? No. It's not shocking, but it is appalling. And that's part for the course for these Democrats. They are being reckless while they're watching bloodshed take place in America. In fact, the attacks on ice agents have risen by 1,000 percent, as you know, as I've said.

And that, and they're still saying these things. They're still in light of what their words have done. They're going with it. In fact, we had, you know, think about where this is. This is Dallas, Texas, this attack. And it was, it was 11 days ago now that Jasmine Crockett, was on television. Jasmine Crockett was on television and she was calling ICE agents slave patrols. Look at this. Here's Jasmine Crockett. She was on MSNBC. Now 11 days ago ahead of this attack,

this is her city of Dallas that she represents. And here's what she said. But as somebody who understands history, when I see ICE, I see slave patrols. Now, I never live through the slave patrol period. But if you know the history of policing in this country, then you understand that They were born at a slave patrols. Woman, you don't know shit. You don't know anything. You don't know anything. But you get on television and you spread that kind of poison.

And now you got people being gunned down in Dallas. And it's only the latest attack like that in your city, on ice facilities. And you have the audacity to go on television and say that kind of garbage. Let me say something about Jasmine Crockett. That woman's office is a mile away from where this attack took place. That woman's office is. And she should not be in the United States. States Congress to begin with. And if, God willing, the people of Texas, now with redrawn districts,

will be in a position to throw her ass out of Congress. But we shouldn't have to wait for that. The United States Congress should act now against that woman. You want to talk about doing something about this? Let's begin by kicking her off of every single committee that she's on right now. Why is it that George Santos can be thrown out of the Congress by Republicans for being a liar? I'm not questioning the fact that he lacked integrity. It's completely obvious that he did. But you idiots got rid of a reliable Republican vote in George Santos. Just keep him around until the voters can replace him next time.

They didn't. They trebushed him out of Congress under pressure from the Democrats. Okay, what about her? What about the woman who is accusing ICE agents of being slave patrols? And then there's an attack on an ICE facility within the days after she says that. No consequences for her? No censure at the very least, which is nothing more than a strong. reprimand from Congress. Something. Are we going to get anything out of these guys? So in the in the world

of is something possible here? Yeah, there's things that are possible. Throw her out of everything you possibly can. She is she is not fit to be a member of the United States Congress. As she demonstrated that, you bet your ass she has. Every time she opens her stupid mouth and then she utters something like that that incites people to this kind of violence, yeah, that's evidence enough. Get rid of her. it's so crazy and it's outrageous of course uh and and a lot of people reacting to this um we're finding out more about the gunman uh this guy is a 29 year old guy called joshua john um and he is he's a he's a democrat party voter the new york post reported he voted in the 2020 democrat primary uh he's he was a registered independent which probably means

that he was so radical that he considered the Democrats not even to be intense enough for him. He comes from a left-wing family, by the way. And under normal circumstances, I wouldn't just normally just straight up point to the family. But it does seem worth it in this case. And I'll tell you why. I'll tell you why. Let's start with the report here from Andy No, who's an excellent reporter on all things Antifa. Here's what Andy No says about the dude.

Joshua John, the man who carried out the deadly shooting on an ice facility in Dallas, left behind a literal anti-ice message on a rifle cartridge when he killed himself. John comes from a liberal, biracial family in Fairview, Texas. His mother is critical of the gun laws in her state, Lefty. Her sister, Kiyoko John, is a woke woman, lefty, who is a supporter of Beto O'Rourke, lefty. The three people shot at the ice facility ended up being migrant detainees. These people are idiots. Two of them, well, at the time Andy No wrote this, he said two of them died.

DHS is now saying one died, two are recovering from their wounds, hopefully recovering from their wounds. The attack occurred in the context of months, so Democrat, politicians, liberals, and leftists encouraging violent direct action against ICE. Antifa and far like left extremists have been releasing names, photos, and addresses of agents urging comrades to kill them. In July, members of a North Texas Antifa cell allegedly carried out a shooting ambush on an ice facility in Alvaredo. One officer, shot in the neck, but narrowly survived. Yeah, got it?

That's an ice officer who was shot by one of these left-wing terrorists. The nightly violent attacks on the ice facility in Portland by Antifa, for those remained ongoing. And he posts images of this killer and other things, evidence of what he just shared. But here's the reason why I'm emphasizing the family for a moment. Obviously, this may very well and likely was a source of inspiration for the shooter, the killer, that he's grew up in this left-wing environment. But part two is, do you remember what happened in the wake of the Charlie Kirk assassination?

You remember what happened? The media used the fact that Tyler Robinson's family were Trump supporters, allegedly, as some sort of shield against thinking that Tyler Robinson was a deranged left-wing assassin. Now, never mind the fact, all of the evidence that points to him being a deranged left-wing assassin. They used his family as cover for that. Well, look, the family's politics matter, the media told us. So don't blame the left here. Okay.

So if the family's politics matter, I'm here to tell you, the family's politics matter. A bunch of left wingers, and this dude is a left winger, votes in a Democrat primary. They're Bato-O-Rourke supporters. They don't want you to have guns, yet they take up arms against ice agents shooting on an ice facility. Yeah. Okay. All right. Those are the rules?

Fine. I'll use those rules. This guy's a left-wing terrorist, and it's his family that helps me understand that as well. this is the information we have about this guy now we've got uh we've got more uh here for you um dhs is trisha mclaughlin this morning uh she was on the fox news channel she was giving uh lawrence jones a little bit more of a description of what the hell we just witnessed yesterday take a listen to this yeah five minutes after the active uh shooter started Secretary Nome hopped on the phone with all of us and started giving us the rundown of what was going on.

This individual from an elevated rooftop opened fire indiscriminately shooting at our Dallas field office and shooting at unmarked and marked vans at that ICE detention facility. In those vans is where those three detainees were being held before transport, and that's where they were shot. One of these detainees was tragically killed, and two others are in critical condition. pray for those victims today. And we pray for our law enforcement. Lawrence, as you just mentioned, our law enforcement is facing 1,000% increase in assaults against them. And while this is an open investigation, we are still very much looking at motive. We saw those shell

casings with the anti-ice messages, and we saw the monstrous actions of this individual, targeting our ICE law enforcement. This has to stop. The political violence in this country must come to an end before there's further bloodshed. ICE is increasing security now all across the country at all of its facilities, already on high alert. Now they've got to expand more taxpayer resources in order to stop left-wing terrorists from reining hell down upon the people that we're just asking to enforce the law. ICE officials are not accused of any wrongdoing. They haven't done anything wrong. ICE agents are just doing their jobs.

They're doing them well. By the way, they're doing them with the most scrutiny they've ever received. You think if one of these guys actually did something wrong, the left would, as you can tell, they would rain Holy Ella down upon him. But they don't have any evidence of that. So they just make stuff up. They make stuff up to attack these ICE agents. I don't know if we've got any families of ICE agents in the chat here today. We likely do.

But first of all, God bless you. And God bless your loved one who's doing this difficult job. And I just can't imagine. You get up, you know, there's a lot of people who do, there are people who do dangerous. jobs and ice right now that's a dangerous job people are getting up each morning they're going out they're enforcing the law often divert very early morning hours they're enforcing the law and they're doing it under constant threat and a lot of attacks uh including terror attacks on the facilities in which you would think they'd be safe and uh as as always you know i the left loves to the left loves the

crap all over prayer. Each night, my prayers are being lifted up for the people who are protecting our country, genuinely. And I just can't believe how fervently we've had to pray lately in light of these attacks. Now, we also have more information coming to us, more reactions coming to us. The president of the United States is reacting to this. And the vice president of the United States, who is, by the way, I always love accentuating a United States Marine. And I definitely expect a lot more commentary in the days ahead from the president on this. But let's just begin with the truth social post on the subject. Here's what the president.

President had to say, he said, I've been briefed now on the deadly shooting at the ice field office in Dallas, Texas. It has now been revealed that the deranged shooter wrote anti-ice on his shell casings, which of course I showed you that photo a moment ago. This is despicable, says the president. The brave men and women of ICE are just trying to do their jobs and remove the worst of the worst criminals out of our country. But they're facing an unprecedented increase in threats, violence, and attacks by deranged radical leftists. This violence is the result of the radical left Democrats constantly demonizing a law enforcement, calling for ICE to be demolished and comparing ICE officers to Nazis.

The continuing violence from radical left terrorists in the aftermath of Charlie Kirk's assassination must be stopped. ICE officers and other brave members of law enforcement are under a grave threat. We already declared Antifa a terrorist organization, and I will be signing an executive order this week to dismantle these domestic terrorism networks. I'm calling on all Democrats to stop this rhetoric against ICE and America's law enforcement right now. The Trump administration's fully committed to backing law enforcement, strong borders, securing our homeland, deporting violent illegals,

As Antifa is raided and torn down by a federal government that should be tearing this organization apart, the media will rush to the defense of Antifa. They're going to tell you things like, oh, Antifa is not a real organization. There's no organization at all, actually.

It's just an idea they'll insist. They'll even say that Christopher Ray once said that, the former FBI director. He said that. It's all nonsense. Andy No, who I already mentioned to you, he's talked about Antifa and how organized they are, how they have members and how they require people to be members. clearly there's a lot of organization here and not only should we be taking out the chapters of Antifa that are committing all of these acts of terrorism but we should also be rooting out

the financial backing at the top levels of this terror group has to be done the president says he's going to tear it up we have to hold him accountable keep make sure he does that and my guess is he's going to do it so this week an executive order coming through imminently to take down Antifa. Long overdue. Long overdue. It's crazy. They were committing acts of violence back in 2020 all across our country. And yet they prevail. They have to be taken down. All right. Then we get J.D. Vance, who yesterday was in North Carolina, Concord, North Carolina. He was doing an event with law enforcement yesterday. And he immediately had remarks on what just took place in Dallas. And the Democrats that inspired it. Take a look. Cut three. Here's the Vice President of the United States.

The very people who keep us safe ought to be honored and protected and praised by Democrats and Republicans alike. It is time to stop the rhetorical assault on law enforcement. Because here's what happens when Democrats like Gavin Newsom did say that these people are part of an authoritarian government. When the left-wing media lies about what they're doing, when they lie about who they're arresting, when they lie about the actual job of law enforcement, what they're doing is encouraging crazy people to go and commit violence. You don't have to agree with my immigration policies. You don't have to agree with Donald Trump's immigration policies. But if your political rhetoric encourages violence against our law enforcement, you can go

straight to hell and you have no place in the political conversation of the United States of America. I love our vice president. I really do. And I love that he was so plain spoken about this right away. I, you know, I've had enough of this sort of just like pussyfooting around and pretending like there's nothing going on. And, oh, there's nobody's rhetoric is to blame. You know, Mike Pence was saying this recently. He's like, oh, it's just the shooter who pulled the trigger. It is such garbage. It's unreal. I don't know about you saw it yesterday. The second the news is breaking and you see that there are now. and more left-wing radical words inscribed on the bullet casings,

you immediately think these lefties are inspired by their elders in the party. They just keep doing it because there are no consequences. There's no meaningful consequences for any of this. And everyone's just shooting off at the mouth and they're inspiring this garbage. Now, I am as big of a believer as anyone in First Amendment protections. You have the right to be a moron in public. You have the right to be incorrect. You have the right to say stupid things.

But I'm telling you, you have a responsibility to temper your language, to make sure that what you're saying is accurate, especially if you're in a position of authority. And if you're in a position of authority and you're lying in the service and advancing this kind of violence, at the very least, you need to be removed from that position of authority. You have no business dictating what laws are in this country or anything else for that matter. Good for the vice president of the United States yesterday. Now, you would think at this point that they would, the left would be acknowledging that they've got a violence problem, right? You'd think that their conscience would come screaming through. The Jiminy Cricket would jump on their shoulder and be like, hey, fella, you got a problem. The left keeps causing all this violence.

How do you just, how do you just excuse away left-wing violent rhetoric being written on the side of the bullets? Oh, well, if you have questions about that, you haven't seen MSNBC. they're spreading right now msnbc is spreading false flag conspiracy theories about the shooter you know the democrat primary shooter who was raised in a democrat radical family who just opened fire on ice agents and wrote anti-is on the side of the bullets yeah that guy it's a false flag says msnbc cut forward take a look you can't just assume by that what was written on that showcasing that that's necessarily his motivation um you know he could have been doing that to to you know thinking it was funny trying to put law enforcement on the wrong track. This is where when you analyze

the person's phone, computer, talk to his family and friends, that you get an idea of what his motivation perhaps really was. Not the only guy who did that, by the way. There's a bunch of people who have been on cable television in the last 24 hours, basically trying to offer some sort of permission slip for their lefty viewers to think that they're on the side of decency. No, don't you worry, everything's fine. Whoever did this, they wrote a lefty message, but it was probably a false flag. It was a stunt of some kind. Don't worry. You're good. You can continue to call ICE agents Nazis. You can rest well at night. Oh, okay, thanks. No. No, this is a lefty end. This left wing violence is being encouraged by the party elders. So what can be done about all

this? Well, first and foremost, kick these people off of every committee. Anybody who uses this kind of language to describe federal law enforcement? One, should they enjoy the benefits of having Capitol police officers protect them anymore? How about no? If you're going to crap all over federal law enforcement, why should federal law enforcement protect you? No, no. But how about none of that anymore? None for you. Let's just strip those protections away. How about you be kicked off of every single committee, Jasmine Crockett, these guys should be kicked off committees. And then if we can get them kicked out of Congress entirely like they did with George Santos, let's kick them out of Congress. Come on, Republicans. Find your testicular fortitude and finally do something for the rest of us.

Not these idle, stupid ceremonial gestures, something real that imposes consequences on people who are really damaging the country. As far as the White House is concerned, I do think it's time for the President of the United States to give a national primetime Oval Office address on how Democrat Party leaders are inflaming weak and vicious minds to acts of violence. We need to hear from the President of the United States in an official and grave capacity, something that carries gravity. do the address in prime time and then ask each of the networks to carry it. Now, you and I both know that there are going to be media networks, perhaps a lot of them, who refuse to carry that address, who don't want to show it to the American people. Fine. Let the chips fall where they may.

But we need to treat this like the national emergency that it is. Let me talk to you about what's happening with James Comey now.

This story is one that we need to pay attention to because we could see a lot of action on this by next week, Tuesday, and God willing, we will. I don't, I mean, how long have you and I've been saying, man, we need to see people held accountable for what they did to us. And so let me start with an NBC report here, which is the one that's getting all the attention right now, that that the Justice Department is weighing at the moment whether to charge former FBI director James Comey sources say. That's the claim from these people. Now, here's what the report actually claims. The Justice Department is now weighing whether to charge former FBI director James Comey with lying to Congress.

Two DOJ officials and a person familiar with the matter told NBC News on Wednesday. Quote, there are still internal matters being sorted out, one of the officials said. I love these leaks to NBC. A DOJ spokesperson declined to comment on any matters related to Comey. That internal debate comes just days after President Trump posted on social media that Attorney General Pam Bondi should take action against Comey and two of the president's other political foes, Senator Adam Schiff and New York Attorney General Letitia James.

It's true, the president did post over the weekend, quote, we can't delay any longer. It's killing our reputation and credibility. They impeached me twice and indicted me five times over nothing. Justice must be served now. So the president is as furious as anybody about how long it's taking to finally get some accountability here. He told reporters later that day, quote, if they're not guilty, that's fine. If they are guilty or if they should be judged, we've got to do it now.

Now, now really matters here. And I'm going to tell you why here in a second because you're going to hear the dates. You're going to be like, oh, crap, we have no time. Any charges against Comey could come from the Eastern District of Virginia, NBC says. Now, remember, the Eastern District of Virginia is where the president of the United States just threw that U.S. attorney, Cybert, out. He threw him out of the job last week. And some of the reporting on that subject, why did Cybert get thrown out, is because he was claiming, allegedly, that he didn't have enough evidence. to pursue charges against Letitia James.

Now, I'm going to tell you, and as I did when we found out this news, that's garbage. The Letitia James case, every attorney that I've talked to on this subject, and I've been reaching out the people, every attorney I've talked to on this subject, says the case against Letitia James

is as open as shut as you can possibly imagine. She lied on her mortgage forms, claiming that she had a primary residence in Virginia. She did not, Her primary residence is clearly in New York where she's the attorney general and she was lying for favorable mortgage treatment. That's it. It's as straightforward as it gets. Open and shut. Nothing else to see here. And so in other words, you can bring charges against her. And if this guy's cyber wasn't bringing charges against her, it's like, oh, there's not enough evidence. Get out, you idiot. Get out. You're corrupt. And as the president pointed out, this guy is in office, was in office at the pleasure of people like Tim Kane and Mark Warner.

the Virginia senators who gave him their full endorsement and saying, yeah, yeah, this is our guy. Okay, that's a really bad sign. If the Democrats love you and you're refusing to prosecute a Democrat who clearly broke the law, we've seen all the evidence we need. It's time for you to go. So President Trump got rid of this guy. So that's the district we're talking about here, the Eastern District of Virginia, that allegedly has this case involving Comey right now.

So it's in the Eastern District of Virginia. the charging question would involve testimony that James Comey delivered to Congress on September 30th of 2020 in response to a question from Senator Ted Cruz about the authorization of an information leak. Comey was asked whether he stood by earlier testimony from 2017 denying that he authorized the leak, and he responded, I stand by the testimony. Okay. So here's the problem with this NBC report. They don't really tell you much more than that. They don't tell you what the lies are about. All they tell you is that they're very heavily suggesting that this involves perjury,

that this is a perjury case against James Comey for something that he lied about in 2020 on September 30th. Pay attention to the dates here. September 30th of 2020 and a five-year statute of limitations means, ladies and gentlemen, Tuesday is the end of the statute. The statute of limitations runs on Tuesday of next week, September 30th of 2025. We have no time to waste here. Additionally, the specifics of the lie, the specifics of the lie matter a great deal. So let's go back to 2017.

That's part one of what James Comey was testifying on. I'll set the stage for you. This is testimony before the Senate. He's testifying to Chuck Grassley, who's questioning him. him about whether or not he was aware of in any way authorized leaks that were done by Andy McCabe. That's the former deputy director of the FBI. That was the guy who was fired about lying originally to FBI agents about his leaks to the Wall Street Journal. Leaks that he would later claim were fully authorized by James Comey. This is what we're talking

about here. Andy McCabe's leaks and whether or not Comey authorize. authorized them, was aware of them and authorized them. Here's the 2017 testimony to Chuck Grassley. Take a look here. Cut six. Chuck Grassley asking James Comey questions. Director Comey, have you ever been an anonymous source in news reports about matters relating to the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation? Never.

Question two on relatively related. Have you ever? authorize someone else at the FBI to be an anonymous source in news reports about the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation? No. That's the element. That's the element. That's the important one. Did you ever authorize anyone else to be an anonymous source about any of this? He says no. Now, that is not Andrew McCabe's contention. In fact, in various filings, legal filings, claims by his lawyers, he said, James Comey definitely knew about this. So that was 2017 testimony.

Now, that statute of limitations would have run, remember, in 2022, five years later. But in 2020, Ted Cruz did get James Comey to repeat that testimony. Here it is, cut five, and this is the whole shebang. This is what all of this is about right now with Comey. Take a look. Another topic. On May 3, 2017, in this committee, Chairman Grassley asked you point blank, quote, have you ever been an anonymous source in news reports about matters relating to the Trump investigation or the Clinton investigation? You responded under oath, quote, never.

He then asked you, quote, have you ever authorized someone else at the FBI to be an anonymous source in news reports about the Trump investigation or the Clinton administration? You responded again under oath. No. Now, as you know, Mr. McCabe, who works for you, has publicly and repeatedly stated that he leaked information to the Wall Street Journal and that you were directly aware of it

and that you directly authorized it. Now, what Mr. McCabe is saying and what you testified to this committee cannot both be true, one or the other is false. Who's telling the truth? I can only speak to my testimony. I stand by what the testimony you summarized that I gave in May of 2017. So your testimony is you've never authorized anyone to leak.

And Mr. McCabe, if he says contrary, is not telling the truth. Is that correct? Again, I'm not going to characterize Andy's testimony, but mine is the same today. Not going to characterize Andy's testimony. Mine is the same today. Now, that 2020 testimony, that was September 30th of 2020, remember, we're five years up of next Tuesday was a lie. That was a lie.

And if the Justice Department has evidence for that, then they can bring charges by next week. Now, why would they be nearing charges on that subject? Clearly, they have some sort of evidence demonstrating that Cormney was lying. That's the substance of what we're dealing with here. Now, why am I telling you all of this? Well, one, the media don't tell you the whole story. I'm here to tell you the whole story.

as we know it right now. And two, as this develops in the days ahead, I guarantee you you're going to know more about this story than almost any other person who's consuming media of any kind. You're going to actually know the details. That's the point of this. And here we have in December of 2020, we had Ted Cruz make a referral on this very case to Bill Barr and Christopher Ray. We can see how that went. Where'd that go? Nowhere. And he points out that Andy McCabe told FBI agents under oath that he didn't authorize the leak originally and he didn't know who did. And then when he was confronted later with contrary evidence, he confessed both to knowing about and authorizing the leak. But then Mr. McCabe has repeatedly stated that Mr. Comey knew of and effectively authorized the leak by approving it. And that there is evidence to support that. Now, both things can't be true, right? Ladies and gentlemen, that McCabe can't say Comey authorized it, and Comey can't say, I didn't authorize it, and they're both correct. One of them is clearly lying. And what we have right now is, allegedly, the Trump administration, the DOJ, the FBI, have evidence that James Comey lied.

Those, that's what we can conclude from all of this public reporting on the subject as you stitch all of this together. in other words this is an opportunity for us this is a real opportunity for us it is going to run by tuesday and in the event that they can pull this thing together and god willing they do you will know what led to all of this now two more things to a couple more things to share with you one of them is stephen miller responding to the likelihoodness of charges here last night he did that on the Fox News Channel. He was asked by Laura Ingram about, you know, hey, what's what's going on here? Will we see James Comey prosecuted? Here's Stephen Miller sounding like a member of this audience. It's got to happen.

Stephen, I want to move on to this news that the DOJ is considering indicting former FBI director James Comey for allegedly lying to Congress. Your reaction tonight? Well, I don't have any news to make on that subject or question, but I'm always happy to talk about former FBI. disgraced former FBI director James Comey, who of course is corrupt, who of course has been engaged in vast amounts of illicit and unlawful conduct, who of course was at the center of the Russia Gate attack and assault on American democracy. There are so many people, Comey, Clapper, Brennan, Monaco, all across the government under previous administrations who have worked tirelessly to try to disemandal our democracy.

And it has to lead somewhere to accountability law. It's got to be accountability. And in 20 seconds. So look, does the White House share my view? Yes, they do. Does the White House share your view? Yes, they do. The president share your view.

Yes, he does. And does Stephen Miller, the guy right there at the top of the White House share it to? Yes, he does. This is an important moment. We'll keep our eyes on what the FBI is doing here. not just the FBI, the FBI does the investigative side, but it really is about the prosecution here. It's about the Justice Department now. Will we get the prosecutions we so richly need and deserve here in the country of the United States? So two big FBI updates that are coming out

in the last 24 hours. One of them is breaking news. I'll get to in just a moment. But first, the John Bolton raid. Do you remember the John Bolton raid last month when the FBI did raid John Bolton's home in Maryland? Well, it turns out that they did find classified information in John Bolton's house that Bolton had that would be, I believe that that's what we would describe as stole from the federal government. Newsweek reporting the FBI says it found classified documents in John Bolton's office, FBI agents who executed that court authorized search of the court authorized, mind you, not just, oh, Trump did it on his own. No, the court, you know, gave him the sign off. They had the evidence to support it.

Former National Security Advisor John Bolton's Washington, D.C. office last month did discover documents marked as classified. According to descriptions and court filings, that's where they get this information from, the inventory suggested that the seized records, including references to weapons of mass destruction, U.S. diplomatic work at the United Nations and the government's strategic communications effort. The discovery renews scrutiny of Bolton's handling of civil. sensitive national security information and echoes longstanding concerns first raised during a contentious legal battle over his memoir. Yeah, that memoir that he published, he did it without permission from the Trump White House. The Trump White House said, we didn't sign off on this. And Bolton said, screw you, I'm going to publish it anyway. And he did. And then when a judge got a hold of that in a case, he said, this is crazy. What are you thinking publishing this information?

You have no right to. You can't just do this. Willie Neal. You got to get sign off from the White House. John Bolton didn't. And now people are calling him the walrus in the chat. The walrus is facing the consequences right now. They found classified stuff in the raid. So things are not looking good for John Bolton right now in the world of things that are happening. And then this, we just got breaking news while the show's been going on here this morning live. The perpetrator downloaded a document titled Dallas County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, containing a list of DHS facilities. Okay, so he was mapping out where these DHS facilities were that he could attack. He conducted multiple searches of ballistics and the Charlie Kirk shot video between September 20, And 23rd and September 24th. So he was obsessing over the assassination of Charlie Kirk is what Cash is telling us this morning.

Between August 19th and August 24th, he searched apps that tracked the presence of ICE agents. Hello. You know what that means, guys. The left has been sharing these apps that are designed to try and help. illegal aliens evade law enforcement. And this guy was now using these apps as a way to attack ICE agents. What have we been saying? What have what have I been saying? What have you been saying? What have ICE officials been saying about the use of these apps? The White House said it earlier this year. The point of this was to imperil ICE agents that by reporting on their whereabouts,

terrorists who wish to do them harm would use that information to pursue them. Between August 19th and August 24th, he was searching these apps to track the presence of ICE agents. Holy hell, are we putting together a list of vile behavior by the left or what? One of the handwritten notes, Cash continues, that was recovered from the killer, read, quote, hopefully this will give ICE agents real terror. to think is there a sniper with AP rounds on that roof the man wrote a terror note about his pursuit of ICE agents tell me again MSNBC how this was a false flag tell me again how this was a right winger who wrote some anti-ice message on a bullet in order to try and convince people

that it was a left. Tell me again. Further accumulated evidence to this point indicates a high degree of pre-attack planning. The FBI will provide further updates when able. Everything about this,

that's right. Everything about this says, this is terrorism. A complete and organized and planned out act of terrorism. Everything from scoping out the facilities, to making searches for ballistics, to searching earlier this week for more of the Charlie Kirk shot video,

to using apps to track ICE agents, to writing a note declaring that the point was to terrorize real terror, to terrorize ICE agents, a high degree of pre-attack planning. That's the breaking news this morning from Cash Patel. I will say this is way more information than FBI directors normally give to the public about anything. There is not a lot of predicate for this. Cash Patel is the rare FBI director who has decided that the mission needs to be transparency.

And it's no wonder to, it's no wonder. What did we just spend part of the show talking about? James Comey, the horrific former FBI director who abused his power like crazy, who now could be facing federal charges over the next few days. What did they do to the credibility of that agency? They destroyed it. They destroyed the credibility. And so people like Cash and Dan Bongino are the inheritors of the piss poor reputation

of a bureau that absolutely destroyed their reputation. reputation in the pursuit of hurting the American people. So how do they come out of this? How do they get out of that problem? Well, maximum transparency. That's one. And then, of course, firing people, which they've done by the hundreds at that bureau. I know nobody talks about that in the media, but they've been firing people by the hundreds in that agency. And the last piece is one that they can only handle half of. They can investigate, but they can't prosecute. That's up the Justice Department prosecutors. And that's what you and I continue to demand. Prosecute, prosecute, prosecute.

It's long overdue. It has to happen now. And this terror attack stuff is crazy. Justin, you said you have more news for me? Pete Hegseth this morning has ordered a rare urgent meeting of hundreds of generals and admirals. This is the Washington Post reporting, and I'm reading it along with you. Here's the subheadline. The Pentagon has summoned military officials from around the world.

For a gathering in Virginia, even top generals and their staffs do not know the reason for the meeting is the news this morning. So what little I know about this comes to us from this headline and subhead from the Washington Post. So a mysterious meeting being assembled at the Pentagon by the Secretary of War, meeting with top generals, their staffs, they do not know what the purpose of that meeting is right now, yet another reason to raise a prayer. that this is nothing more than the Trump administration, perhaps, continuing to clean up the upper ranks of the military. That would be important to do. But a pretty unusual, very unusual, to see a meeting like this being assembled. I just remind you, as always, keep your head on a swivel. We've got a really great country, continue to pray for it and continue to fight for it. As the president says, fight, fight, fight, fight. We need a whole lot of good things to start happening
