The Senate finally gets off of its fat ass and cuts some
spending.

Yeah, okay, whatever audio issues we had at the top sound like they've been resolved. That's good. The intro music
sounded nice and solid to me. It's got me rocking this
morning. Hey, we've got the United States Senate finally
passing that $9 billion billion rescissions package overnight.
Thank the good Lord that something could actually
get done here.
The Hill with the reporting this morning,
this is the breaking news coming out of the evening,
that the Senate has passed $9 billion in cuts
to global aid and public broadcasting in win for Trump.
The only thing they get wrong about this headline
is it's not just a win for Trump,
it's a win for the rest of us
that we're actually cutting this ridiculous spending.
The Senate voting early, early, early Thursday morning,
that would have been overnight last night,
to claw back $9 billion in federal funding for USAID,
for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting,
sending all of it back to the House.
They made a couple of amendments to this thing.
They did it with a 51-48 vote.
You'll notice the vote tally has changed ever so slightly.
The reason for that is because Mitch McConnell
finally voted yes on it.
Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins,
well, they continued to be a pain,
and they voted no on it. Lisa Murkowski and Susan Collins, well, they continued to be a pain and they voted no on it.
Also, we had a Democrat Senator, Tina Smith of Minnesota
was hospitalized last night.
She wasn't feeling well,
so she didn't participate in the vote.
But this thing happens, boom, it's off to the House.
And they've only got till Friday.
Guys, that's no time at all.
Pass it today, get it done.
If we get through all day tomorrow
and the House doesn't send this thing off to the White House
and the President doesn't get a signature on it,
well, that's over.
That's over. So let's get all this done.
Let's cut this spending. $9 billion is nothing.
Let's just cut it.
It's a small amount, but we got to do it.
In fact, among the things that we are cutting here
is funding for PBS.
How many years have you heard people calling for the defunding of PBS and NPR?
Who is the president who is finally going to achieve it?
Yeah, you've got the math right. President Trump finally doing this. Another win for him.
That goes in the win column.
Here is the PBS CEO this week, cut five, pretending that there is no left-wing bias going on at her insane
network.
I asked them for examples.
People often struggle to come up with examples of what really they're talking about.
So we're always interested, obviously, in making sure that we're serving a multiplicity
of viewpoints.
You know, Bill Buckley made his home on public broadcasting with a series called Firing Line,
which continues today with Margaret Hoover.
We are interested in having different perspectives
that we bring forward.
But when I look at the range of our programings
on public broadcasting,
I can't make any sense of an argument
that we are somehow biased in any way.
No, there's no way.
There's just no evidence that PBS is biased.
For instance, cut seven.
This is definitely not evidence
as President Trump gave a great
speech at Mount Rushmore back in
2020. Very patriotic.
This is not evidence at all of PBS
being insane and biased.
A celebration of America's
independence on land that was
stolen from Native Americans and
it's over and it's being seen and overlooked by two presidents,
their figures rather, that owned slaves.
And a third president in Roosevelt,
who talked about going westward
and who oversaw the desecration of native lands.
That's why you saw so many people in this country,
especially people of color,
look really, really disturbed when the president
and then candidate Trump
started saying, make America great again.
He's really fitting in this, this history that is in some ways a Republican history
about the idea that they're really looking at white resentment and giving people who
are worried about the future of America, but who are also angry at the idea of America
Browning and giving them a place to say, you know what, you are the victim.
This country owes you more.
How poisonous is that chick? I don't want to fund her anymore.
No more funding to that lady.
Luckily we're cutting it off.
No more federal funding to her
or any of the poison that she's spreading.
Did you hear her at the end of that say that,
it's the Republican idea to advance this racial resentment?
I'm sorry, what?
The Republican party was started to end that,
to end slavery.
It's the party of liberation. It's the party of abolition. It's the party of liberty.
The Democrats have been defined throughout their entire history
by their judgment of other people on the basis of their immutable characteristics.
Their exploitation of human beings on the basis of their immutable characteristics.
Spare us your lectures, stupid.
And we're not spending any more money on you.
That's the good news here.
So yes, there's more than enough evidence
of PBS being completely out of control.
Senator John Kennedy has a special way
of delivering this type of information.
Here he is doing it recently
on the floor of the United States Senate.
Cut six, John Kennedy.
Here's another one.
This came from Louisiana Public Broadcasting.
Becoming Papa, Father's Key to Gender Justice.
I can tell you that every mom and dad in Louisiana,
when they lie down to sleep at night and they can't,
they're lying there worried about gender justice.
Gender justice.
Not.
That's not fair or balanced.
Here's another one.
Transgender athletes seek protections to play sports.
To cheat.
To cheat.
Transgender athletes seek protections to play sports.
No, it's for men to cheat in women's sports.
PBS has been the propaganda broadcast service
and they've been pushing that garbage
and you've been funding it against your will.
And I know just like me for years, we've been saying,
now, why are we finding this defund, defund,
get rid of it, stop it.
It's finally happening
Thank God the United States Senate finally getting on board with the easiest possible
Spending cuts and for those of you in the chatter saying to yourself or perhaps saying to the rest of us Vince nine billion dollars
Okay, that's Trump change. I want so much more. What about the Doge cuts?
What about all the other stuff that we need to cut? Yeah, I'm right there with you
I've been pounding that drum like crazy.
Understand what this is.
This first $9 billion is merely a test
of whether or not Congress has the testicular fortitude
to do this job again.
And right now, even with this cut,
they're not proving themselves
to be all that worthy of this mission.
That it should not have been a struggle
to cut the garbage you just heard from John Kennedy.
That should have been the easiest thing in the world.
And yet it was a fight to even get it to this point.
The House gonna take this thing up
and we'll get this easy spending cut done.
More spending cuts ahead.
Russ vote is in the OMB,
the Office of Management and Budget at the White House.
They're clearly thinking about good strategies for more cuts here.
But we may have to figure out a way
to exclude Congress from this process.
And the White House, they've got a plan for that.
They've got a plan for that.
We've talked about it a lot here.
But this is crazy to deal with, crazy to deal with.
But PBS rightly getting some funding cuts here.
Another thing I wanna get to today,
I've got some great congressional footage actually.
There was a hearing yesterday on all of the
the so-called charities who've been trafficking human beings
into the United States for years.
Once again, at your expense, at my expense,
at taxpayer expense, and among the guests yesterday
from the Oversight Project was Mike Howell.
And then from the Blaze was a great reporter called Julio Rosas.
I want to start there. Julio Rosas sits down to give congressional testimony yesterday
and absolutely rips Democrats a new one for the way that they exploit illegal aliens
in the United States. Cut three. Take a look.
Our boy Julio. I'm here testifying today as a proud Latino, but most importantly, I'm here as an American citizen.
This is my country, this is my home,
this is where I grew up in.
And that is why the rhetoric coming from one side
of the aisle about these operations saying,
no, no, no, we gotta keep our cheap labor
so that we can maintain our standard of living
proves that they wanna view Latinos simply as a underclass
to siphon votes from, fear monger from
every time that there's an election. They're content with keeping us as that servant underclass. And
that is why it is disgusting to see them criticize that recent raid in Ventura County, where
they found unaccompanied minors working alongside convicted sex offenders at a cannabis farm.
No, we got to keep them there because or else how else are we going to get high if we can't
have unaccompanied minors harvest our weed?
Oh, what did I say? What did I say? It's the same thing. You heard it from the PBS lady before she inverted all of this
It's Democrats who do this Democrats who want to exploit people on the basis of their race who want to take advantage of them?
Who want to use them to pad their electoral power in the United States and want to use them as their servants and the last
Thing they want is some Republican to come along and once again take away
their slaves. That's the whole game here. Julio Rosa is doing a great presentation
yesterday before the Congress. You look at me and you see Latino. I look at me
and I see American and I don't want people to be exploited no matter who
they are, is what Julio said. Julio's a good man. Julio's a Marine by the way. He's
served his country in all sorts of ways.
He's been in the mix covering a lot of these riots
that the left is often responsible for across the country.
And there he is testifying before Congress yesterday
as to what he has seen.
He would go on to say,
by the way, Antifa is not merely an idea,
it's a terror organization,
and he's seen it firsthand.
That's for sure.
Mike Howell from the Oversight Project also had this,
this great moment yesterday.
He started in his opening statement yesterday, cut four,
Mike Howell was ripping the Democrats
for inciting terror attacks against ICE agents.
And he got so over the target
that the ranking member of the committee, Benny Thompson, he comes flying in to try and disrupt it.
Take a look.
I especially thank you for giving me a platform to plead with members of this body, all on the Democrat side,
to stand down on their threats against the men and women of immigration and customs enforcement.
The violence is getting out of control and it is fueled by the demagoguery of politicians.
Whether it is one of your members telling Axios
that there needs to be blood to grab the attention
of the press and the public,
another saying civility isn't working
and to prepare for violence,
or even a member of this committee being arrested
for forcibly impeding and interfering
with federal officials,
this escalation deserves condemnation
it needs to stop and it needs to stop now assaults against ICE officers are up over
830 percent and that's a lowball estimate.
There have been violent incidents in Alvarado, McAllen, Portland.
The gentleman suspend briefly. Yes, Mr. Chairman. So I got a point of order. Listen to this.
Pursuant to clause 2K8 of rule 11.
What?
I raise a point of order that this testimony
is outside the scope of the hearing.
I would object to that position, Mr. Chairman.
That's absurd.
I would object as well.
Man has a right to these five minutes of testimony.
Clearly, the Democrats don't want to hear truth.
That's right. Good for you. Holy cow.
So Democrats getting absolutely filleted and rightfully so.
Benny Thompson raising a ludicrous objection.
It reminds me of, what was the movie?
Liar, Liar, when Jim Carrey raises his objection
and the judge asks him on what grounds.
And he goes, because it's devastating to my case.
It's devastating to my case.
And what Mike Howell was doing yesterday
was devastating to the lies that the Democrats
have been telling on this subject.
So Benny Thompson dives in front of it
like a secret service agent trying to protect a protectee.
In this case, the protectee is the corrupt Democrat party.
Got to dive in front of this bullet.
There he goes.
So he raised his objection.
He tried to shut it all down yesterday.
Amazing, really amazing.
And good for Mike Howell, good for Julio Rosas,
two great Americans getting in there,
mixing it up with the House yesterday.
On this issue of immigration,
you should know that there is an amnesty push afoot,
including by some Republicans.
And I want you on guard for this.
And I'd like you, especially if you live in her Florida district, to really stay on her
about this.
Congresswoman Salazar, Congresswoman Salazar is responsible today for, her name is Maria
Salazar.
She's responsible for a quote, bipartisan piece of amnesty legislation
that's right now being introduced
and if she gets her way shoved through Congress,
here's our chance to not just shove it back,
but to suffocate it.
Here is the squishy Republican, Maria Salazar,
introducing this massive amnesty bill this week, cut nine.
Take a look at this.
They did break the law.
They are illegals or undocumented,
but they have been here for more than five years
contributing to the economy.
Those people, someone gave them a job and they are needed
because we need hands in order to continue being
the number one economy in the world.
So why don't we do something solomonic
and let's break the baby into two.
No path to citizenship in my law, no amnesty,
no path ever, just bring them out of the shadows,
make them pay a fine for seven years,
that is billions of dollars to the treasury,
make them give us 1% of their salary over seven years,
no federal programs, no health insurance,
and then they can go back home for Christmas, they
can come back, continue working, buying homes, paying taxes, and contributing to
the economy. Okay, there's a lot going on here. Obviously she's presenting an
amnesty package. She's saying that if you're here illegally there won't be
consequences for you being here illegally. That is amnesty. I don't care
what anybody else calls it or how they try to dress it up or what euphemism they tried and used to describe it
If you tell people that there will be no
Consequences for actions that they took that are supposed to have consequences. You're granting them amnesty
That's the effect of what Congresswoman Salazar and anybody else who signs on to this legislation are doing Democrats
By the way are all over this they love this legislation. They're trying to push it right now.
Also, she used an analogy there.
She said, this is Solomonesque,
referring to King Solomon, of course, from the Bible,
suggesting that we can split the baby here.
Does anybody know the story of King Solomon and the baby?
The baby in the story doesn't actually get split.
King Solomon suggested that as a way to figure out
who the true mother of the child was.
In the end, the baby isn't split.
The issue is resolved in total.
That's the story of King Solomon.
I don't know what she's even talking about.
She's like, let's chop up the baby.
No, that's not how this works. That's not how any of this works. The job here is to deport people
who are here illegally and to encourage those who are, who don't want to be forcibly deported,
to go back to their home countries. It's as simple as that. This amnesty thing is too crazy. And what she is not giving you
on all of this is just a cold hard understanding of what this legislation would actually do.
So here's Will Chamberlain at the Article 3 project and he posted this overnight.
The basic way to understand Maria Salazar's amnesty bill is this.
If you came into the country before Biden was inaugurated,
you get to stay.
That's what the legislation says.
If you came in before Biden was inaugurated,
you get to stay.
If you were under 18 when you came into the country,
for any reason whatsoever,
you get a four year path to citizenship.
Now I've heard Maria Salazar do some of these press hits
in the last 24 hours. She keeps saying, there's no path to citizenship here. There's no path to citizenship. Now I've heard Maria Salazar do some of these press hits in the last 24 hours.
She keeps saying, there's no path to citizenship here.
There's no path to citizenship here.
That's not true, that's a lie.
There's a four year path to citizenship built into this
if you were under 18 when you were illegally immigrating
into the country, when you came in as an illegal alien.
Regardless of age, you should not, cannot do that.
And yes, that's the fault of your parents
for subjecting you to that in the first place.
If you were over 18, you get what is effectively
permanent residency with no path to citizenship
and you don't have to pay payroll taxes.
Will says, I'm not joking.
The only deportable aliens are gonna be criminal aliens
and aliens that came in under Biden.
Everybody else gets to stay.
No, we're not looking for half measures here.
We're not looking for amnesty here.
So we are in the opening innings
of the latest push for amnesty.
And I need you to know about this
so that you can shove it back,
so that it never gets any advancement whatsoever.
Come into this country, violate our laws,
be held accountable for that.
It's as simple as it can possibly get.
Let me also tell you one other thing about amnesties
and the way they work.
Even with this stipulation that,
oh, if you came into the country
before Biden was inaugurated,
then you get to stay and everybody else, you don't.
Even that stipulation is the kind of gray area that is going to invite more illegal
invasion into the country.
Illegal aliens and illegal immigration is often defined by fraudulence, often.
People who are coming into our country were throwing down their identifications south
of our border before they came in so that the United States government couldn't establish
their true names and countries of origins.
What is that about?
What's about defrauding the United States government
and creating whatever conditions necessary to stay here?
So what's gonna stop people from summoning up
fraudulent documentation to suggest that they were
in the country prior to the inauguration of Joe Biden?
Nothing, nothing.
There will be people who are drawn into the United States.
This crap is a magnet for more invasion.
Put it to bed now.
Put it to bed now.
They're trying to make it wake up.
I don't want to.
Back to bed with you, no more amnesty.
And that's why I'm glad the big, beautiful law just passed.
It contains border security and it contains deportations,
but it does not contain an amnesty.
It is a generational victory.
And I can tell why the president wishes more people
would be talking about that,
because it's a massive, massive win,
and he definitely deserves credit for that.
I'm glad to see it through.
But no, no amnesty, we're not for that.
All right, coming up, I've got some updated information on you for you rather on
what is going on with the AutoPen presidency the biggest constitutional crisis of our lifetimes and
a an examination that we've been following very closely the FBI is digging into
What some people are calling a grand conspiracy over the course of the last decade
by the American left and the tyrannical use
of government power to hurt the president
and his supporters.
It's a massive story,
and we may actually have some really big breaking news
on that subject today.
I've got the details straight ahead.

She's visiting the great Dan Bongino in Washington, DC, and she wanted to come by and see the studio.
So she's gonna come inspect what we're up to here. Make sure everything's in ship shape.
So how about a couple of shout outs to Paula Bongino in the chat today so she can see it.
I think she might be on her way,
so she's probably watching.
She's probably staring at the phone,
kind of keeping her eye on the show,
making sure I'm not screwing things up too badly.
The great Paula, she's the best.
Hey, hey, Paula, says Rhonda.
Hey, hey.
Okay, we've got a couple things to get to.
Auto pen presidency.open presidency. Autopen presidency. This past week we had a bunch of testimony or what we
should have had was testimony from Biden officials who were supposed to give us
the real details on okay who was actually running the presidency. As you
know last week Dr. Kevin O'Connor shows up to Congress,
and then he pleads the fifth the whole time
and says, I'm not telling you anything.
I'm not telling you anything.
I plead the fifth.
I don't want to incriminate myself.
So that's how that went.
That's the White House doctor for Biden.
That's a close family friend.
That's a business partner of the Biden family
orchestrating a cover-up right there in front of Congress.
The same thing happened again yesterday as Jill Biden's work husband,
Anthony Bernal, this is the chief of staff over there for Jill, the work husband.
He's a guy who everybody agrees, yeah, he had a lot of power inside of this White House.
He was kind of running the show in a lot of ways.
Watch his testimony yesterday, cut one.
Here's how that went.
Mr. Bernal, did you ever advise President Joe Biden
to pardon his son, Hunter Biden?
On the advice of counsel, I respectfully declined
to answer the question pursuant to my Fifth Amendment rights
under the Constitution.
Mr. Bernal, was President Joe Biden
fit to exercise the duties of the President?
On the advice of counsel, I respectfully declined to answer the question pursuant to my Fifth
Amendment rights under the Constitution.
Let the record reflect that Mr. Bernal has invoked the Fifth Amendment right against
self-incrimination.
Mr. Bernal, please be very clear.
Are you declining to answer the question put to you solely on the ground that you believe
the answer will incriminate you?
On the advice of counsel, I respectfully decline to answer the question
of the
Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination?
I can represent that that is his intention.
Yep, that's it. There's his lawyer saying,
yeah, we're not going gonna give you any answers here.
"'Nothing, nothing.
"'You're not getting anything out of us.
"'So we don't wanna incriminate ourselves.
"'The last thing we wanna do is tell you the truth
"'so we're not going to.'"
If this was a normal functioning presidency,
how easy would it be to answer the questions?
Honestly.
If there was nothing to hide,
the easiest thing in the world would be,
"'I was very proud of my time working with the President of the United States.
He had maximum competence and he did the job and we were following everything as the Constitution lays out in Article 2.
That's not what they're saying. They're saying, I played the fifth. I don't want to tell you the truth about all of this. Here's the other thing. On Friday, there was something of a little noticed,
but very important piece of testimony
by the Deputy Director of Oval Office Operations.
Her name is Ashley Williams.
And Rachel Bovard at the Federalist
has a fantastic piece on this subject today.
But she highlights the fact that according to a source
that is familiar with Ashley Williams' five-hour interview,
she's an Ivy League-educated lawyer, by the way,
she told congressional investigators over and over
that she couldn't recall the following.
You ready for this?
I'm gonna go through this list
and you tell me how plausible it is
that you can't recall the following items.
She couldn't recall one,
if she spoke with President Biden in the last week.
You couldn't recall one, if she spoke with President Biden in the last week. If she spoke with President Biden in the last week.
Now you tell me, is there any world where you would forget if you spoke to a current
or former president of the United States within the last week of your life?
No, no, there's that's that's not possible.
She's perjuring herself.
Of course she remembers if she spoke with President Biden.
That also seems to be true.
Unless she's on a lot of drugs.
Yeah, or yeah.
Like a lot of drugs.
Justin suggested that it may be some sort of drugs she's on or whatever brain affliction
Joe Biden has is transmissible.
Maybe she picked it up and now nobody knows anything.
Maybe that's the real story.
Contentious.
There's some sort of plague running through the Biden White House
that's causing everybody to lose their minds. So she doesn't remember if she
spoke with President Biden in the last week. She doesn't remember if teleprompters
were ever used for cabinet meetings. Come on. How could... I have no idea. Just no
idea. She doesn't remember if there were any discussions about President Biden
using a wheelchair. I'm telling you right now, if there were any discussions about President Biden using a wheelchair.
I'm telling you right now, if you were the deputy director of Oval Office Operations,
you would remember if it came up, if you needed to get a wheelchair for the president.
You didn't remember, Ashley, if there were discussions about any cognitive tests for
Joe Biden.
She doesn't remember if she ever discussed a mental or physical decline of President
Biden.
You know this is bullcrap.
Most of us have worked inside of an office environment or with colleagues in some capacity.
If Joe shows up to work with a limp and nobody knows what it is, why is Joe limping?
It's the topic of office conversation. Why is Joe limping? What's going on with Joe? Somebody
should ask Joe.
Nobody thought to themselves, hey, I wonder if Joe Biden, who thinks that dead Congresswomen
are currently alive and then shouts them out on stage, I wonder if he's having any mental decline.
That never came up in the office? Come on. She also doesn't recall if she ever had to wake
President Biden up at all. She doesn't remember that. If she ever had to wake President Biden up at all. She doesn't remember that.
If she ever had to wake President Biden up, again, a former president of the United States,
you had to wake the president up in order to get him to do his job. I guarantee you
not only would I remember that, I would remember it in vivid detail and I'd spend the rest
of my life telling that story over dinner to let people know how much I had access
to the president.
I had to wake him up.
I saved the country basically.
I woke the guy up.
We had very important things to do.
He was sleeping and I shook him by the shoulders
and I said, sir, you got to wake up.
We have a country to save.
Oh yeah, I would remember that.
And then she doesn't recall how she got involved
with his 2020 campaign.
Now again, chat, if I were to ask you about the various jobs that you've had in your life,
chances are you would remember the basics at least at how you arrived at them.
What were your circumstances in life when you became the waiter at that restaurant?
What were the circumstances in your life when you started stocking shelves at that location?
Whatever it is, you would basically have that.
When did you become a truck driver?
What were the circumstances for that?
You know the answer to this?
She wants us to believe she has no idea
how she got involved with the 2020 campaign.
She was just hit over the head
and then all of a sudden she woke up,
she's on the 2020 campaign for Joe Biden.
What was?
This is so crazy.
At any rate, they're digging him.
And rightfully so.
But that's some of the craziest testimony we've seen yet.
And that deserves way more attention than it got.
So that's why I'm giving it to you today.
Coming up, I've got some more details on our effort to get through the deep state.
The White House today, quite literally today, is expected to declassify two massive, massive
documents that matter a great deal.
I've got the details on all of that coming up.
In mere moments, we're going gonna talk to the great Amber Duke
We've got a lot to get to with her including the AutoPen presidency
I've got to get her thoughts on all of this that's ahead here on Vince
Our sponsors include the the great people with Brickhouse nutrition. Have you heard of Keraluma by any chance Keraluma?
Kind of a fun thing to say I keep mentioning this. No, it's not a woman's name
It's not Kera's not Keraluma.
Keraluma is an edible cactus that grows in India.
It is believed to be a natural appetite suppressant.
Keraluma is just one of the natural ingredients
the doctors have added to a remarkable weight loss
supplement called Lean from Brickhouse Nutrition.
Now, if you have a bold summer weight loss goal,
but injections are not for you,
here's what the doctors who formulated Lean have said.
They said, this supplement is as close as we've come
to the benefits of those popular injections.
Like injections, Brickhouse Nutrition's lean
was created to help maintain healthy blood sugar
and help control appetite and cravings.
But you see, the rare ingredients in lean
are also designed to help burn fat
by converting that fat into energy.
And the best part is very simple, no needles.
You don't need them, just real results.
The doctors created a healthier way to lose weight
by capturing the power of natural ingredients
like carilouma, it's just smart.

And then this episode is also sponsored by
the Pocket Hose, which is awesome.
And it's the world's number one expandable hose. Old-fashioned hoses can get
kinks and creases at the spigot, but the Copperhead's pocket pivot swivels 360 degrees for full water
flow and freedom to water with ease all around your home. When you're all done, this rust-proof
anti-burst hose shrinks back down to pocket size for that effortless handling and tidy
storage plus your super light and ultra durable pocket hose copper head is
backed up with a 10-year warranty. The brand new pocket hose copper head with
pocket pivot is a total game changer. Pocket hose is very very convenient. I'm
telling you as a guy who's owned a lot of hoses in my life there's a lot of
cumbersome heavy hard to coil hoses.
Drive me absolutely crazy.
You don't have to worry about this.
With the pocket hose, it goes away so easy.
The water shuts off, the whole thing shrinks down to nothing.
You just drop it right in a bucket or something,
right in front of your spigot.
Wham bam, thank you ma'am.
Easy to take care of, easy to use.
It really doesn't get better than this.

Hey, all right. We, the chat's cracking me up.
All right. We've got to bring in our great guest
from the Daily Caller, from you've seen her everywhere, from
you know, she was on the Dan Bongino radio show a million times. It's the great
formerly Amber Athey, now Amber Duke, and rightfully so.
She's got a great husband, Mr. Duke. Amber Duke.
Good to see you on the program.
Great to see you, Vince. Thanks for having me.
Okay, so the AutoPen presidency.
I was just going over some of the details.
These guys keep getting hauled into Congress.
Some of them are pleading the fifth.
And then we get Ashley Williams, who can't recall if she ever had to wake the president of the United States up to do his job, she said on Friday.
Where do you see all of this headed?
This whole thing is insane, Vince.
I mean, I don't know what's more disrespectful to the American people to suggest that you would be self-incriminating if you had to answer a question as to whether or not the president was mentally well
and capable of doing his job,
or to do what Ashley did
and claim that she couldn't remember
really basic details about her job,
such as whether teleprompters were being used
during cabinet meetings,
or whether she ever had to shake the president away
to do his job. Unfortunately, I think if history is any guide, the Democrats will probably not have to face any real legal consequences to this.
But I still think it's important for Republicans to keep the gas pedal down because they cannot just allow the Biden team to memory hold this and pretend that it never happened. This is arguably the biggest scandal in modern political history.
A president who was functionally not the president, instead the country being run by rogue staffers,
unelected bureaucrats.
They have to remind people of this every single day so that they don't forget, because if
the Democrats had their way, they would they would just run away from this and pretend that it never happened. I mean the
more you think about it the crazier it drives you because I just had it a
moment ago but like the fact is if you had worked in a presidency and you were
proud of the job you did that would be a really easy story to tell you wouldn't
have to plead the fifth you would just straight-up say look he did a great job
I was proud to work for him. And I hope Democrats get
back into power again, or whatever it is you want to say.
But that's not what they're saying, Amber. And this
pleading the fifth is highly suggestive of the fact that
everybody knows the jig is up.
Yeah, I think what is really important about this, and your
point about them pleading the fifth under oath, is that there
have been a number of Biden administration officials who
publicly have been more
than willing to say that they think that the president was
fine, that there was nothing going on here.
There were a handful of people that came out after that
debate against Donald Trump in June of 2024,
who were saying that he just had a bad night or he had a cold
or, you know, he didn't have the best night of sleep.
But then when they get all of a sudden
in front of Congress and they're doing it under oath
where they are faced with a penalty of perjury
if they lie to this congressional committee,
the tune has changed.
Now all of a sudden it's not,
no, the president was totally in control the whole time.
I have to plead the fifth
because I'm actually worried about going to jail
if I say the wrong thing here.
I think that tells you everything you need to know.
There's also been more details that have come out
through this investigation that are particularly disturbing.
The president actually coming out of hiding
to give this interview to the New York Times, which
I suppose they thought was going to clear things up and kind
of put this issue to bed.
But that is typically the case when Biden talks to the media.
He made things infinitely worse.
According to his timeline, the pardons that were granted at the last minute
before Inauguration Day for President Donald Trump
on the night of January the 19th happened around 10 p.m.
Are we really supposed to believe, Vince,
that the president who was calling a brunch
lid every day, whose typical public duties at the White House didn't extend beyond three or four p.m.
was up at 10 o'clock at night directing his staff to prepare and sign burdens? And then in the New
York Times interview we also learned that there was a game of telephone going across three different groups of staffers, where
President Biden allegedly told an aide that he wanted to do the
pardons, the aide then going to the individuals who would draft
the pardons, then they would go back to the staff secretary who
would use the auto pad, and then the pardons would go over to the
DOJ. So the chain of custody here is another issue
where it's not clear that the president ever gave
the final sign off before those documents were signed
with the auto pen, which is really the heart of the issue.
Not only is it, was Joe Biden aware of the pardons,
but they can't produce any evidence whatsoever
that Biden gave the final sign off
before that digital signature was used on these documents,
which is where the legal issue really comes in.
Yes, the trust me bro chain of custody.
So I saw that there was Rachel Bovard
over at the Federalist this week.
It has suggested that what needs to happen
is we need a January 6th style investigation into this.
We need a January 6th style committee in the Congress.
Would you support that?
Do you think that's a good idea that Congress have a January 6th style committee to hover over all of this?
Yes, it sounds amazing.
Look, when they decided to, the Democrats that has decided to go after Steve Bannon and Peter Navarro and throw them in jail for refusing to testify to what was a weaponized partisan committee where the Republicans were not even allowed to make their own choices as to who would sit on that committee.
They did not exercise the same powers as the majority. You had Navarro and Bannon claiming executive privilege, which
the Democrats rejected, and then throwing them in jail. Republicans turned around and
during the Hunter Biden investigation did not hold him accountable for refusing to appear
for a subpoena. In fact, a member of Congress, Eric Swalwell, decided to coordinate with Hunter Biden to have this big press conference on the
steps of the Capitol while he was actively defying a subpoena. And Republicans did nothing.
They behaved spinelessly. If there is a scandal that is worthy of them exercising their power
to the fullest extent that they have it in Congress
to expose what really happened, this is it.
But don't count me among the people
that believe Republicans will actually follow through
on those threats because we have seen time and time again,
as I'm sure we're gonna get into the rescissions package,
that Republicans love to snatch defeat
from the jaws of victory.
That's their MO.
They like to be the minority party.
They like to complain.
They like to whine.
But when they have power,
they like to deflect and choose not to use it.
Yeah, okay, let's move to rescissions.
I mean, I think the theme among all of these
is that we have to browbeat them into submission
just to get them to do even small good things for us.
The Senate last night did pass through $9 billion in cuts
that the president had requested.
That includes the USAID projects, NPR, PBS.
What do you think the lesson here is
from just how arduous this process was?
This was a test case, and sources that I talked to you
on the Hill made that very clear.
They said, look, the White House sent us this rescissions package.
It's a small drop in the bucket of total spending.
It's filled with woke nonsense.
It should be a no brainer.
If we can't get this passed, then the White House
isn't going to bother sending us any more spending cuts.
They're trying to make sure that this is possible.
And yes, technically, it passed the Senate late
last night, but they stripped out $400 million in cuts on what should have been very obvious spending
cuts. Of course you had Murkowski and Collins and Mitch McConnell ultimately voted for it,
but expressed some opposition during the procedural processes,
because they were worried about this program PEPFAR, which has really been, I think, one
of the golden geese for the Democrats and the moderate Republicans of why spending cuts
aren't achievable or shouldn't happen.
They have been really telling a lot of half-truths about what the program actually is. It was started as an emergency program that was intended to help with
the massive spread of AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa in the 1990s and early 2000s.
Like most government programs do,
ended up becoming this perpetual slush fund.
It expanded greatly beyond this emergency medicine and treatment and prevention
program to doing things like LGBT education and a whole host of other left-wing social engineering
in Africa. The cuts would not have even really substantially impacted PEPFAR in terms of them providing
life-saving medicines. It would have reduced the overall budget from about $4 billion down to
$3 billion. That was too much, apparently, for these moderate Republicans.
Even when the program got moved under the purview of the State Department, it was still operating at 86% of its previous capacity.
And yet all over the media, we heard repeatedly that Trump was ending PEPFAR.
So these are the type of lies that the left tells and that moderate Republicans glom onto in order to prevent any spending cuts from happening. So the fact that this became the hobby horse
of Murkowski and Collins during this first rescissions package
sort of test case, I think doesn't bode well
for what's coming down the pipe from the White House.
Maria Salazar, a Congresswoman down in Florida
has introduced today an amnesty package
to try and allow illegal immigrants
to stay in the country despite the fact that they broke our laws.
Democrats are on board with this.
Maria Salazar is out doing all the media rounds right now, pushing it really hard.
Already this morning, I'm telling people this is crazy.
This is a pathway to citizenship and it's going to be a magnet for more illegal immigration
into our country.
These things always are.
What do you think of this?
And what are the chances that this thing has real legs?
I think the Trump base will revolt if they catch wind of this.
If there's any indication that the president is interested in this moving forward, there's
going to be hell being raised.
The same way that there was when Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy started floating the idea of
expanding the H-1B visa program. And then Trump himself has been sort of flip-flopping on this idea
of giving a pass to illegal immigrant farm laborers and restaurant workers. He has suggested that he
has some plan to exempt them from the mass deportation operation. Then he walks that back.
Now Tom Homan, the border czar, is saying on CNN that apparently the plan is still in
motion.
But I think Trump does respond to his base.
And if people show that they're not interested in amnesty, not interested in exemptions for
the mass deportations, he will ultimately listen.
But this is so typical.
There's so much revisionist history happening related to what was sold to the American people
in the 2024 election.
Mass deportations is what we were told.
Mass means mass, right?
That means everybody.
And yet you hear these Republicans saying, well, when he said mass deportations, he really
just meant the people who came in underations, he really just meant the people who came in
under Biden or he really just meant the criminal illegal aliens as if we don't have eyes and
ears and as if we didn't go into the voting booth knowing exactly what we were checking
that box for.
It's actually disrespectful to the American people to treat them as if they're so stupid
that they don't understand words that come out of their presidential candidate's mouth.
All right, Amber Duke, thank you very much for joining us.
They appreciate you, especially as we roll through
some technical hiccups, but you're the best.
We'll have you back really soon.
Thank you, Amber.
Thanks, Vince.
Good to have you on the program today.
All right, let's see what we're dealing with here.
Look, I've got to, I want to get to what's going on with classified information.
It's super important and you've got these reports.
John Solomon earlier this week has indicated that there is a grand conspiracy investigation
going on in the Federal Bureau of Investigation right now.
A grand conspiracy investigation. This goes all the way back to 2016
and the Hillary Clinton operation
to claim that President Trump was colluding with Russia.
The entire Obama administration, of course, got in on the act.
And by now, you know most of the players
and most of the chapters of this disgusting saga
that we've all had to live through
and that President Trump was the target of.
Now the FBI thinks that they may be able to build
a legal case to go after all of it.
John Solomon's been saying this week
that that will require the President of the United States
to declassify two gigantic tranches of information
that are in the possession of the government right now. And he said that he believes the president is inclined to do it.
We got an update on that saga last night.
The president of the United States speaking to John Solomon
and just the news. Here he is cut eight saying,
yes, I am going to declassify these Russia gate documents.
Look at this. Would you declassify the classified annex
in the Hillary Clinton email case as Senator Grassley has been asked in?
Well, I would do that. Would you declassify the classified annex in the Hillary Clinton email case
as Senator Grassley has been asked in?
Well, I would do that.
I would do that, absolutely.
I think it should be looked at.
The whole thing was a scam.
And I would do that gladly.
Great, and there's one other one
so I want to mention.
In the Durham report, they talk about
the Clinton plan intelligence,
the intercept where Hillary Clinton approves
hanging that Russian shingle on your campaign house.
That's another one that hasn't yet been declassified.
Was that another one you'd consider declassifying?
I would declassify it, yeah.
Why not? I would absolutely declassify it.
All right, there's the president saying,
yes, we're going to declassify.
Yep, I'll do it. Yep, I'll do it.
Now, saying that, I have a feeling
that the White House put him on that interview,
they set this interview up,
just so he could address that question in particular.
They wanted him to say that
because it looks like we could get those documents
as early as today.
Let me go now to, this is Paul Sperry
has a report up from Real Clear Investigations,
phenomenal journalist.
This is overnight last night,
exclusive secret meeting opens document floodgates
on Trump and the Russia hoax.
Paul Sperry says that the floodgates
that have been holding back
all of these long buried classified documents,
exposing the government's efforts to claim that Trump
conspired with Putin to
manipulate the 2016 presidential election might finally be opening.
Trump officials on Sunday held an urgent meeting, an urgent meeting to discuss new
information on Russiagate, which they might use to build a criminal conspiracy against
Obama and Biden administration political appointees who weaponize the government against Trump.
That's according to two Trump officials speaking to Paul Sperry over at RealClear Investigations.
The documents are said to contain very long classified information.
This includes a secret 200 page congressional audit
that reveals details about how the intelligence community
assessment on Russia that was ordered by President Obama
after the 2016 election was framed in a way
that portrayed Trump as beholden to the Kremlin.
In other words, it included the Steele dossier.
Sources also told Paul Sperry that emails and other records
tying the CIA's controversial drafting of that assessment
to the FBI's discredited crossfire hurricane
investigation could be released as a part of a office
of the Director of National Intelligence Report.
As early as today,
the White House was briefed on these developments
on Tuesday, the sources said.
The participants in this meeting on Sunday
involved intel officials
and their Department of Justice counterparts.
I'm gonna go ahead and guess that that includes
the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
They also discussed declassifying investigative
notes and depositions taken by special counsel John Durham during his probe of the CIA and FBI
and their handling of all of this. So let me make it really clear here. I don't think that the John
Solomon question and answer portion that we just played for you,
and that took place last night on Just the News,
I don't think that that's in any way a mistake.
I think that that was essentially a choreographed rollout
by the White House.
The White House meeting with intel officials on Sunday,
they knew they had all of this information coming out.
John Solomon earlier this week reporting that there's a grand conspiracy investigation
going on right now into all of the absolute tyranny
of the last decade.
They believe that that Jack Smith raid on Mar-a-Lago
that happened in Florida,
is a part of the grand conspiracy.
And if that's the case,
they can impanel a grand jury in Florida
and the statute of limitations concerns
that they have about going back to 2016, they're erased.
The way a conspiracy works is the statute of limitations
begins running from the last overt act of the conspiracy.
And if the raid in Florida is considered that,
well, we're still within the
statute of limitations, baby, and we can go back a long time to go after these people.
Now, I'll reiterate something that I think I've said here on this program, certainly on the radio
show before. I've seen a lot of investigations get started. I've seen a lot of planes take off,
but I haven't seen any planes really of meaning land. And so I'm not
here to tell you that this is the beginning of something that's gonna
serve us up a bunch of scalps on a silver platter. I'd be foolish to even
assume something like that would happen. In fact, at this point I should
probably assume that maybe this will go nowhere in the end, but I do think it's important when the President of the United States and
the White House and the Intel community believe, and the FBI in particular,
led by Cash Patel and Dan Bongino, believe that they may have uncorked
one of the most important investigations ever.
This goes back to something I've been saying about Dan.
There was all that drama over whether or not
Dan was gonna continue to work at the FBI,
whether or not he was gonna continue
to be the deputy director there,
whether or not his relationship with Pam Bondi
had reached a level that wasn't gonna work anymore.
All of that, all of that playing out in the public.
Dan wasn't doing that, that was just playing out
based on all sorts of leaks and everything else.
There's a reason Dan is still in that job.
Dan doesn't need it.
It's not a resume enhancement.
He doesn't get any benefit from being in it
except for this one thing,
being able to help the country
in a meaningful, measurable way.
And my belief, knowing Dan,
my belief knowing this guy,
is that he is staying there
in order to achieve measurable results.
If this is it, if it's taking down the grand conspiracy
that has so upended our country,
well then, I can tell you right now,
not only will I consider that worth it,
not only do I suspect you will consider that worth it,
but I know that Dan is gonna consider that very worth it to be able to do that.
It's a big thing. It's a very, very big thing. So, you know, I know a lot of the media not on this
track right now. What's going to happen though is if it does emerge today that the White House
declassifies these documents, the legacy media will suddenly become aware
of what you and I have been talking about,
and then they will set about trying to destroy this story.
They will.
It's what they always do.
The version I expect that they're going to fire with is,
this is old news,
and President Trump is reliving old things that don't matter anymore.
They're going to try to convince you this is old.
It's dead and gone.
Let's move on.
Trump is just trying to relive old grievances.
Don't let them do it.
Don't let them dictate this.
It's a classic Clinton tactic, actually, to come out and say that a scandal that really
does matter doesn't because of how old it is. That's a Clinton tactic, actually, to come out and say that a scandal that really does matter doesn't because of how old it is.
That's old news, they would say.
And then the media would dutifully repeat it, and then they would refuse to talk to
their audience in any detail about what was really going on.
Can't fall for it.
Just can't fall for it.
So this is a very big case.
Also, the president did say last night when he spoke to John Solomon,
he is open to a special counsel to hover over all of this,
you know, whether it's the grand conspiracy.
He also said last night that the Epstein case
should be considered too.
He said, take a look at that.
A special counsel should look into what he described
as the hoax of the Epstein case,
release any credible information that comes from it.
But remember the president's hesitancy,
and I think it's really important to pay attention
to what the president's been saying on this subject.
He says that there is clearly some sort of hoax going on
that is out of our sight, out of our sight.
And I think there's a really obvious takeaway
from all of this.
If there was credible information that genuinely existed that could hurt Trump and the Epstein stuff,
that had existed while Joe Biden was occupying the office, the left would have released it.
But we've seen what happened with the left when they get control of the levers of power.
Would they ever cook up a Trump-Russia collusion hoax?
Yeah, they would. They would. Top to bottom, they would.
Would they ever cook up a hoax to fuel felony convictions in New York against President Trump
in a case that nobody would ever bring in real life? Yeah, they would.
Would Alvin Bragg cook up a hoax? Yes, he would.
Will Letitia James cook up a hoax? Yes, she would.
Would Fannie Willis cook up a hoax? Yes, she would.
Would the Biden administration cook up a hoax to try to salt the earth ahead of the arrival of a Trump administration? Definitely. So when
the president keeps pointing, as he has been in the last especially 72 hours, to
this theory of an Epstein hoax saying that hey there's a hoax going on in the
midst of all of this, he's giving you a heads up that once again the left is
trying to cook up something destructive and he doesn't want it to happen again
He's been through it too many times
And I so I think it's it's highly reasonable to respect his judgment here
And to and to take a close look at it and to examine what he's actually saying on the subject
Which is always always an important way to approach all of this. Hey guys, I'm grateful for you as always
