Starting point is 00:00:00 Hey everybody, welcome to Vince on a Monday. Good to have you with us as always. Coming up on the program, Reagan Rees, White House correspondent for the Daily Caller, joins us, she'll give us the latest out of the White House, all the big news that's affecting Washington right now. And of course, we are going to get into detail into Tulsi Gabbard and her revelations
Starting point is 00:00:19 about Barack Obama being involved and leading a treasonous conspiracy against President Trump and the people of the United States. It's a big show. We've got a lot to get to. Let's do it here in just a moment. Before we get there, I got to thank our sponsors. This episode is sponsored by Pocket Hose.
Starting point is 00:00:37 Pocket Hose, the world's number one expandable hose. Old fashioned hoses can get kinks and creases at the spigot, but the Copperhead's Pocket Pivot swivels 360 degrees for full water flow and freedom to water with ease all around your home. And when you're done, this rust-proof anti-burst hose, well, it just shrinks back down to pocket size for effortless handling and tidy storage. Plus, your super light and ultra durable Pocket Hose head is backed with a 10 year warranty. The brand new pocket hose copper head with pocket pivot is a total game changer.
Starting point is 00:01:10 It works really nicely and it's super convenient. It's not like those other clunky hoses where you gotta coil them up and make sure the kinks are out and just a complete mess. No, no, no, this thing just collapses down to nothing and you drop it like in a bucket right next to the spigot. Boom, cleanup is done. For a limited time, my listeners can get a free pocket pivot and their 10 pattern sprayer
Starting point is 00:01:29 with the purchase of any size copperhead hose. Just text Vince to 64,000. That's Vince to 64,000 for your two free gifts with purchase. Vince to 64,000. Message and data rates may apply. See terms for details at pockethoes.com. Well, we have a treasonous conspiracy that's according to the director
Starting point is 00:01:56 of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard. This seems like the big one. Don't you kind of, you kind of feel it? You feel it with me here? That we've got a very big piece of news on the Trump-Russia collusion hoax that, by this point, chapter and verse, you and I know so many of the details.
Starting point is 00:02:13 In fact, one of the reasons we know so many of the details is because of the people who've been spending years digging into it. People like, let's say, I don't know, Cash Patel, the director of the FBI, or what was that other guy? Oh yeah, Dan Bongino, the deputy director of the FBI, guys who've written books on the subject. Yes, we know the players, we know the scheme, and now we know it in even more
Starting point is 00:02:35 outrageous detail that the president of the United States before President Trump arrived, Barack Obama knew that Russia was not having any impact of any meaning on the 2016 election, buried that, and instead advanced this notion that the Russians had hijacked the election to get Trump elected. They did that on purpose. And that has continued to be a meddling activity that has been sustained all the way until this very day. That is the holding of not just the Director of National Intelligence,
Starting point is 00:03:13 but it appears the United States Department of Justice, the FBI, a massive investigation ongoing as we speak into what some have called a grand conspiracy. Amazing. So we'll go through the details here this morning, here on the program. Let me start with Tulsi Gabbard and what she had to say on this subject this weekend. There's cut one Tulsi Gabbard appearing on Fox. Over 100 documents that we released on Friday
Starting point is 00:03:41 really detail and provide evidence of how this treasonous conspiracy was directed by President Obama just weeks before he was due to leave office after President Trump had already gotten elected. What we saw occur here as the documents we released detailed was that we had a sitting President of the United States and his cabinet and leadership team, quite frankly, who were not happy with the fact that President Trump had won the election, that the American people had chosen Donald J. Trump to be the next president, commander and chief of the United States. And so they decided that they would do everything possible to try to undermine
Starting point is 00:04:20 his ability to do what voters tasked President Trump to do. So creating this piece of manufactured intelligence that can, that, that undermine his ability to do what voters task President Trump to do. So creating this piece of manufactured intelligence that con that, that claims that Russia had helped Donald Trump get elected, contradicted every other assessment that had been made previously in the months leading up to the election that said exactly the opposite, that Russia neither had neither the intent nor the capability to try to quote unquote hack the United States election for the presidency of the United States. They had neither the intent nor the capability to hack the election of the United States for president
Starting point is 00:04:56 of the United States. The intel community knew that normal career people who weren't trying to create an election meddling scandal knew that, and they kept saying that. And anybody who insisted that the Russians didn't have any meaningful impact on American elections, well, they were pushed out of the process. And the whole thing was rigged in order to try and debilitate President Trump as his administration started. Let me go take you through some of the timeline here on this.
Starting point is 00:05:29 These documents, according to Tulsi Gabbard, do point directly at President Barack Obama and his interference here. Here's what the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, said on Friday. She said that we've got new evidence of Obama administration's conspiracy to subvert president Trump's 2016 victory and presidency. On Friday, the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard revealed overwhelming evidence that demonstrates the following,
Starting point is 00:05:59 that after president Trump won, after he beat Hillary Clinton, Obama got the whole team together and they came up with fake intelligence manufactured, these are Tulsi Gabbard's words, manufactured and politicized intelligence to lay the groundwork for what was essentially a years long coup against President Trump. Pay attention to that, years long. That is being said with a reason that
Starting point is 00:06:25 it's not merely that we saw it happen during the first Trump administration. What that is tipping its hand at is that the federal government right now is investigating an ongoing conspiracy. The upside for the rest of us that this is considered an ongoing conspiracy is that you can continue to prosecute a conspiracy up until five years after the last overt act, until five years after the last overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy. Let me put that differently. If something happens today, if any one of these officials go on television today and deny that this is true, and insist that there's nothing wrong and continue the cover-up, that will be the latest overt act in
Starting point is 00:07:16 the conspiracy, pushing that statute of limitations back another five years from today. This is how we get them. You want accountability for this? Me too. And I'm going to get to that because I don't know if there's anybody more tired of watching investigations get launched and then those planes never landing. I hate it. I hate it. Don't tell me that justice is coming and then justice never comes. No, no, no. We need it for real. And I'm seeing very positive signs
Starting point is 00:07:50 out of these Trump officials right now that indicate that something meaningful is happening. But again, let's lay on the plane, ladies and gentlemen. Let's actually do it this time. Tulsi Gabbard is step one, getting this information out there. She says in the months leading up to the November 2016 election, the intel community consistently assessed that Russia is, quote, probably not trying to influence the election by using cyber means. Probably not. of 2016, after the election, the former director of national intelligence, James Clapper, they had talking points prepared for him that said that foreign adversaries did not use cyber
Starting point is 00:08:33 attacks on our election infrastructure in order to alter the US presidential election outcome. Did not happen. On December 9th of 2016, President Obama at the White House, they gathered all of the top national security officials, James Clapper, John Brennan, Susan Rice, there she is again, John Kerry, Loretta Lynch,
Starting point is 00:08:56 that was the Attorney General of the United States, Andrew McCabe, and they all got around to talk about this case, Russia. After the meeting, Clapper's executive assistant sent an email to the intelligence community leaders, tasking them with the following, say, create an assessment, quote,
Starting point is 00:09:17 per the president's request, that is Obama, Obama actively asked for this mission, to detail the the quote, tools that Moscow used and actions it took to influence the 2016 election. Remember, up until this moment, the Intel community was like, no, no, no, the Russians really didn't have any impact
Starting point is 00:09:39 on the 2016 election. So all of these officials get together and Obama says, show me a report that says Russia influenced the 2016 election. So all of these officials get together and Obama says, show me a report that says Russia influenced the 2016 election. This is after Trump had already won. So Obama is leading a conspiracy to salt the earth for the incoming president of the United States. This is not a peaceful transfer of power. This is a chaotic conspiracy designed to prevent the next guy from being able to do the job unencumbered. That's what Obama was manufacturing. And I'm already seeing this morning, Paul Sperry over at RealClear Investigations,
Starting point is 00:10:18 who's had such good reporting on this subject, he says that right now the government has within his possession even more evidence showing that Hillary Clinton's campaign was involved in more detail than we even realize in pushing all of this, in salting the earth for the President of the United States, Donald Trump. Obama officials leaked false statements to media outlets right away, including the Washington Post, claiming, quote, Russia has attempted through cyber means to interfere in, if not actively influence the outcome of an election. Those leaks began in earnest. And then on January 6th, another January 6th day, this is the January 6th day that probably has more meaning to any of us than anything. On January 6th, 2017, a new intelligence community assessment
Starting point is 00:11:06 was released publicly that directly contradicted the intelligence community's assessments that were made throughout the previous six months. I'll remind you, that intelligence community assessment is the one that included the Steele dossier. That's the packet of lies about the president that was commissioned by Hillary Clinton's campaign, paid for by Hillary Clinton's campaign.
Starting point is 00:11:31 They treated it as a legal expense that they paid through Mark Elias at Perkins Couey, through Fusion GPS to Christopher Steele. That was all part of that. That wasn't merely saying Russia meddled in the election, which of course, that assessment did. It also alleged that Trump colluded with Russia to meddle in the election. That's what the Steele dossier was all about. It was a packet of lies. So where did this all
Starting point is 00:11:58 begin? With Obama? Well, it certainly began with Hillary Clinton. But in terms of the official federal government actions to try and take down Trump, to try and stick a broomstick in the front wheel of his bicycle, have him flip over the handlebars, that's Obama who did that. And this evidence today makes that really clear. You heard it in that first clip we played for you, make that Tulsi Gabbard is saying that this is, in her view, Chris make that Tulsi Gabbard is saying that this is in her view treason. This is treason, treasonous conspiracy.
Starting point is 00:12:31 She says in her statement here that the issue that she's raising is not a partisan issue. It's just one that concerns every American. The information that we have released today clearly shows there was a treasonous conspiracy in 2016 committed by officials at the highest level of our government. Doesn't get any higher than the president of the United States. President Obama leading a treasonous conspiracy. Their goal was to subvert the will of the American
Starting point is 00:12:55 people and enact what was essentially a years-long coup with the objective of trying to usurp the president from fulfilling the mandate bestowed upon him by the American people. Their egregious abuse of power and blatant rejection of our constitution threatens the very foundation and integrity of our democratic republic. No matter how peaceful, every person involved,
Starting point is 00:13:20 excuse me, no matter how powerful, no matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Ladies and gentlemen, pay attention to this sentence. This is the director of national intelligence making a criminal referral to the United States Department of Justice. No matter how powerful, every person involved in this conspiracy must be investigated and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law
Starting point is 00:13:54 to ensure nothing like this happens again. The American people's faith and trust in our democratic republic and therefore the future of our nation depends on it. As such, I'm providing all documents, all of them, to the Department of Justice to deliver the accountability that President Trump, his family, and the American people deserve. This is a very, very big deal.
Starting point is 00:14:19 This is a very big deal. I saw somebody ask us already early in the Rumble chat before the show began. Somebody said, I haven't heard from Dan Bongino lately. I'm getting worried. What's up with Dan? He's been quiet. Remember Dan was offering all of these public updates, um, up until the last,
Starting point is 00:14:35 let's say two weeks, I guess I haven't not looking at Twitter right now or looking at X, but he was providing a public updates periodically. And my guess is he may very well do one of those again soon. God willing he does. But I don't take his silence right now as a sign of something worrisome. I take his silence right now that he's busy as hell. This FBI has got a lot to deal with.
Starting point is 00:15:00 But just imagine how big a case like this is. You're talking about the people with the most power in this country now being scrutinized by the agencies that they were abusing their power with. If you're taking a close look at President Obama, if you're taking a close look at the people around him, the Susan Rice's, the John Brennan's, the James Comey's, Andrew McCabe, all of them. If you're doing that, you're going up against people who have been very casually abusing their power and have a lot of it, have a lot of it, however that is. This is a big case. It's a very big case. And my sense is, as I said before, that if there's
Starting point is 00:15:48 anybody who's equipped to untangle it, it's the two guys who've written incredibly important and detailed books on the subject, Cash Patel and Dan Bongino. They're well situated for this case. So what do we have? We have Tulsi Gabbard, the director of national intelligence. We've got Cash Patel and Dan Bongino, head of the FBI. Perfect. I like all three of those. What's next? Well, there's the United States Department of Justice. There's the prosecuting side of this question. Will Pam Bondi do the job that she's been tasked with? Will she do the job? Will we see the prosecutions?
Starting point is 00:16:30 That's in Pam Bondi's court. I don't have any question about Tulsi Gabbard. I don't have any question about Cash Patel. I don't have any question about Dan Bongino. Right now, I have questions about Pam Bondi. I want to see what happens next and whether or not she's going to live up to the awesome responsibility that she now has. God put her in this spot for a reason.
Starting point is 00:16:52 She's there. She's there right now. God has a plan for all of us. The plan involving Pam Bondi has led to her becoming the attorney general of the United States. What is she going to do with this? Tulsi Gabbard says that this has to happen. This accountability has to happen. I totally agree. She also revealed this weekend that as a result of these disclosures, more whistleblowers
Starting point is 00:17:22 are now coming forward. That seems like a big deal. That's another way to say we have witnesses to the conspiracy. Take a look, Tulsi Gabbard, cut two. Here she is. We have whistleblowers actually, Maria, coming forward now after we released these documents because there are people who were around,
Starting point is 00:17:39 who were working within the intelligence community at this time, who were so disgusted by what happened. We're starting to see some of them come out of the woodwork here because they too, like you and I and the American people, want to see justice delivered. The big deal. That is a very big deal. So you have witnesses. You have witnesses. You have people who can help this along. A couple of pieces that are important here. One thing to remember is that the belief at this hour is that some of the acts in furtherance of the grand conspiracy happened in Florida.
Starting point is 00:18:14 That would include Jack Smith's raid on Mar-a-Lago, sending FBI agents down to Mar-a-Lago to raid the president's home, rifle through Melania's underwear drawer, the whole nine yards. If that's the case, what that suggests is that the grand jury can be impaneled in Florida, in the Southern District of Florida, and we have a brand new ballgame.
Starting point is 00:18:36 This is a very different scenario than all of the Washington, DC rigged outcomes that are designed by their very nature. 90, what, 95% of the district voted for the Democrat in every election ever? Yeah, now they're designed by their nature to make sure that justice is not blind. Instead, it's rigged to the benefit of Democrats.
Starting point is 00:18:57 You've got to get this thing out of D.C. It can't happen in D.C. If you go after these guys, it has to happen somewhere like Florida. Crystal clear. You need a fair grand jury. You need a fair process. You need a legitimate process. So get this thing out of D.C. Some other pieces here. I mentioned a moment ago that the media are also implicated in all of this. Matt Taibbi has a wonderful piece this weekend on the subject. His headline is Barack Obama now squarely
Starting point is 00:19:27 in Russia gates crosshairs in all of this. In the timeline, just to remind you, this is late 2016 is December 7th, the intelligence community assesses Russia had no meaningful impact on the election. December 8th, just before they can make that assessment official, the FBI said, we're not going to be a part of this anymore. They inexplicably withdrew.
Starting point is 00:19:50 Inexplicably is the way that Tulsi Gabbard describes it, withdrew from the assessment. December 9th, you have that big meeting at the White House. That's where Obama is ordering everybody to cook the books and say that there is something going crazy going on with Russia and Trump. And then it was that very same day, December 9th, that's the day that these guys had the big meeting. And we get two pieces right away. Let me show them to you here. Here's the New York Times. This is December 9th. Russian hackers acted to aid Trump in election USS. This came out the moment that they were having this meeting at the White House with all of these top officials.
Starting point is 00:20:38 Dateline Washington, American intelligence agencies have concluded with high confidence that Russia acted covertly in the latter stages of the presidential campaign To harm Hillary Clinton's chances and promote Donald J Trump according to senior administration officials This what you're witnessing here this piece would be considered an act in furtherance of the conspiracy considered an act in furtherance of the conspiracy. They orchestrate the conspiracy, they create the public cover for it, and they begin this feedback loop that's designed to debilitate the incoming Trump administration. It wasn't just the New York Times.
Starting point is 00:21:17 The Washington Post the very same day had this piece. Secret CIA assessment says Russia was trying to help Trump win White House. Secret? That's weird. It's leaked to the Washington Post. There it is, December 9, 2016, the very same day Obama assembled all of these people in order to launch this conspiracy. The CIA has concluded in a secret assessment that Russia intervened in the 2016 election to help Donald Trump win the presidency rather than just to undermine confidence in the US electoral system,
Starting point is 00:21:55 according to officials briefed on the matter. Intelligence agencies have identified individuals with connections to the Russian government who provided WikiLeaks with thousands of hacked emails. They say those officials described the individuals as actors known to the intelligence community and part of a wider Russian operation to boost Trump and hurt Clinton's chances. Now I should point out to you that the intel agencies that assess the question of whether or not Russia really did hack the DNC, their confidence in that claim was low.
Starting point is 00:22:28 It was a low confidence assessment that Russia had hacked the DNC to take the emails. Even to this very day, that's the case. And so, here you have both the New York Times and the Washington Post instantly water carrying. And there's no question here. The first piece that I just quoted to you quoted senior administration officials. The second piece that I told you about from the Washington Post,
Starting point is 00:22:57 they gave you a quote CIA assessment, that's John Brennan, that's another way of saying that, according to officials who were briefed on the matter. Right away, these agencies are trying to hurt the credibility of the incoming Trump administration. Need I remind you of what happened to General Mike Flynn? Mike Flynn had his life destroyed over these lies, completely upended. He went through a living hell in the years that ensued
Starting point is 00:23:29 because of these lies. Mike Flynn didn't deserve that. He's an American patriot who was serving his country. He did nothing wrong. And yet his family's life was wrecked by this, completely wrecked by this. So is that in your view, a treasonous conspiracy? It should be.
Starting point is 00:23:51 It should be. Completely insane. But more revelations have come out and now more revelations are expected. As I mentioned, Paul Sperry says a lot more expected to come this week. All right. We've got a lot more ahead on the program. I do, I am glad that Dan Bongino and Cash Patel are in the position of doing all of this investigating and damn I hope we get a lot more very soon. Right. We got to thank our sponsors.
Starting point is 00:24:13 What do we got here, Guy? Who's who to thank? Oh, Blackout Coffee. Blackout Coffee is wonderful. You know, I am a huge believer and proponent of Blackout Coffee, not only because they're a great sponsor of this program, but because they make a great cup of coffee. Look, John, by now you know, is the owner of Blackout. He's the real deal. He built Blackout Coffee from the ground up. He doesn't compromise on quality or values.
Starting point is 00:24:36 This is America first coffee, roasted fresh right here in the United States. There's no woke nonsense, just bold, strong coffee for people who actually get stuff done. And as you know, blackout coffee has been the official coffee of everybody here at Silverlock. So you do know that this is a brand that stands for the right values. They really do. And they make a delicious cup of coffee. Every day. Start my day with this delicious cup of

Starting point is 00:25:25 blackoutcoffee.com slash Vince. Thank you, Blackout, appreciate you. Vince likes his coffee like he likes his women. Don't tell my wife. Hey, let's see. First of all, I chat, I hope you had a great weekend. I really do. A great American weekend.
Starting point is 00:25:43 Did you see producer Jim this weekend on X asking if how people feel about mayonnaise on hot dogs. Did you see that? Have you heard of such a thing? Isaac saying no to me. He's shaking his head. No. In fact, he looks disgusted actually by the question. And rightfully so, because I'm pretty sure that mayonnaise on a hot dog is a serial killer move. That's and I, I'm a guy who loves both. I love hot dogs.
Starting point is 00:26:07 I love mayo. I just don't mix them. I think that's the weirdest thing I've ever heard of. I talked to Jim today as I do each morning. I called him this morning and we were prepping for today's big radio show. Remember nationwide 12 to three, rumble.com slash Vince. If you want to watch it. And I said, Jim, were you serious about that?
Starting point is 00:26:22 That mayonnaise thing? Did you put mayonnaise on a hot dog this weekend? Because we were on the verge of calling this thing off, like straight up. I was gonna call Westwood One to say, look, I've gotta get a new producer. This can't happen. I can't have this weirdo in my life.
Starting point is 00:26:36 And it turns out he did not have mayonnaise on a hot dog. Even to this very hour, I'm not even really sure why the hell he asked that question. But he did, as he, I think, enthusiastically told me, it kicked off a lot of engagement. So mayonnaise on a hot dog, I'm not even encouraging you try it.
Starting point is 00:26:56 I'm just asking you to pray for Jim. That's actually what's happening right now. I'm asking you to pray for Jim and for his soul. My boyfriend puts mayo on hot dogs and fries. Are you serious? Okay, first of all, the mayo on the fries thing. Mayo, you can do that if you want. People have vinegar on fries. Mayonnaise is just eggs and vinegar. My wife's anti-mayo. I'm always telling her, you eat the other components.
Starting point is 00:27:20 You eat them when they're separate vinegar and eggs. And Allison tells me, no, no, no, I don't like mayonnaise. Okay, whatever. But the French fries can sometimes spill into the mayo. You know what I mean? People like, I'm okay with the mayo on the hamburger, little ketchup and mayo on a hamburger. Legit, legit.
Starting point is 00:27:39 It spills over, gets on the French fries, totally fine. On a hot dog, I don't know what your boyfriend's doing. You may want to run a background check on that guy. Yeah, and then Duckman91 says pineapple on pizza. Is this, this is, I know this is controversial, but I don't even care. Yes, to pineapple on pizza, 100%. Pineapple? For sure. No, no question at all. Are you serious? Yeah, pineapple's great. Let me add one component that you might be missing. You probably have the ham if you've got the pineapple or the Canadian bacon.
Starting point is 00:28:08 I don't know why they call it that. It's just a version of ham. But bacon, add bacon to the trio. Pineapple, Canadian, excuse me, pineapple, ham, and regular old American bacon. Put those three on, have a fantastic time. It's very good. Yeah, see?
Starting point is 00:28:27 Look at this. Look at this. Oh, the chat's all in. The chat's all in on the pineapple. Me too, I love it. It's really good stuff. All right, anyway, yeah. Besides, you need a good snack to eat
Starting point is 00:28:38 when you're watching all these people get prosecuted. One more for you, chat. Who do you wanna see placed into a mugshot first? If you had your pick here, if you had your pick for who would get the walk of shame first. And I'm talking like the full blown classic old school prison black and white stripe jumpsuit. Who do we want first? Obama Obama Obama, I'm seeing a lot of Obamas. People are saying, no, the chat's not for pineapple. Yes, you are. You've got to change your position.
Starting point is 00:29:10 If you were anti-pineapple before, you're pro pineapple now. I'm sorry. Ends the rules. Obama? There's some Hillary's, there's some Comey. You know, there is a scenario I should mention where Obama doesn't get end up on the receiving end
Starting point is 00:29:27 of the arrests. And the reason for that could be the Supreme Court decision that said that presidents are owed immunity for their official acts as president. Remember that was President Trump in that case. The left raged about it. I remember saying at the time that, think about this though. President Trump in that case, the left raged about it. I remember saying at the time that, think about this though,
Starting point is 00:29:48 if President Trump has conferred immunity for his official acts, then nobody has to be more grateful for that than Joe Biden. Joe Biden who sold out your country over and over and over again, the guy who kicked the border wide open, imported millions of illegal aliens into it and made the country a sadder place as a result. That guy has to be, if his brain was
Starting point is 00:30:11 operating, he'd be grateful that the Supreme Court ruled that he had some immunity. We'll see. We'll see what happens with Obama. Obama may be the beneficiary of that Supreme Court decision in the end. But again, the court did distinguish, I should point out, between official and unofficial acts, official and unofficial acts. I do have a good buddy, former US Attorney for DC, Joe DiGenova, perhaps you've heard his analysis before, he's really great. And he was saying this morning that Obama is unlikely to be prosecuted in this way because of the presidential immunity decision.
Starting point is 00:30:49 And for that, he would have President Trump to thank. So we'll see on that one, but boy, I really wanna see these guys coughed. Give me the mug shots, baby. I'm tired of these things taken off. I know more about this case than almost any case I could possibly know about. And all I don't know is when the prosecutions are finally going to come through. I'd like
Starting point is 00:31:10 to see that happen. I'd like to see how this story ends. And I know you would too. All right. And enjoy pineapple on your pizza. Starting point is 00:31:37 I just wrap myself up, let the infrared heat work its magic. I've noticed a real difference in how I relax and how I rejuvenate and feel afterward. That red light face mask, Allison loves it. She loves it. She wears it every single night. It's great. It's great for improving your skin's texture, reduces inflammation.

Wipe that smug look from Hillary Clinton's face with the mug shot. Yeah, that would be good. Wouldn't that be good? I would love just to see her miserable. Wouldn't that be wonderful?
Starting point is 00:33:58 Deservedly so. Not for no reason. For perfectly justifiable good reasons. She deserves to be miserable. She is miserable, but more miserable. Joining us now, a guest who's not miserable at all is very cheerful and asks all sorts of great questions because she's the White House correspondent for the Daily Caller. Reagan
Starting point is 00:34:15 Reese is joining the program. Reagan, as always, good to see you. Hey Vince, great to be with you. Great to have you with us today. Okay, so this, I start with Tulsi Gabbard's disclosures on Friday and the fact that they really seem to be doing a very big, very intensive effort to dig up all of the evidence of what they're calling a treasonous conspiracy. How engaged do you think the rest of the administration is in this story?
Starting point is 00:34:49 Yeah, well, the first thing that kind of perplexed me about this was this came out at the end of last week. And this to me, just as we start to talk about how the administration is rolling things out on the comms front, especially right after the Epstein stuff, I would have loved for this to come out on a Monday and absolutely dominate the news cycle because as I'm reading my newsletters this morning, it's not really, it's not being talked about.
Starting point is 00:35:14 Mainstream media is grazing right over it. And so that's where you start to really hope that the DOJ is engaged in this, that the White House is going to have a hand in how this is marketed and talked about in the media and is going to push this huge, huge investigation. It's absolutely mind blowing and something that needs to be hammered in the media the same way the mainstream media has been hammering these Epstein files. And I think you touched on it, there Vince, about the DOJ really needs to get some prosecutions out of this to, I think, win back the trust of the MAGA base. I think this
Starting point is 00:35:51 is a great opportunity to show maybe those who are a little distrustful of what happened with the Epstein files that the administration means business, that this is something to pay attention to, that they're going to deliver results for you. And so that's something I really absolutely hope that they are engaged on. No question. If fellas, can we put my screen up for a moment? I want to show Reagan and the audience this piece from Paul Sperry.
Starting point is 00:36:19 This is last week, July 16th, and this is when he reported that Trump administration officials had an urgent meeting now two Sundays ago to discuss new information on Russiagate. And at the meeting, participants in the meeting involved intelligence officials and their Department of Justice counterparts. And they discuss declassifying investigative notes and depositions taken by special counsel John Durham during his probe of the CIAs and the FBI's handling of the intelligence community assessment. That was the one that was released on January 6th of 2017, which relied in part on an anti-Trump dossier financed by the Hillary Clinton campaign. So we do have some indication, Reagan, that the Justice Department is involved right now in getting all of this
Starting point is 00:37:09 out. And if the timeline is correct, that means they had a massive meeting last week, Sunday. And then all of this information starts getting released on Friday. This just may be the circumstances they're dealing with rather than I don't think Tulsi Gabbard was trying to bury it. I don't think that was the point of the Friday night news dump. No, totally. I think it's great to see the Justice Department engaged in this because when I was doing some reporting on the Epstein files and talking to my sources just widespread across the administration, there seemed to be a ton of
Starting point is 00:37:41 frustration with the Department of Justice, not just coming from the FBI, but also coming from the White House. And people thinking that the staff that's supporting Pam Bondi is misleading her or not supporting her correctly and not really getting the results that they're supposed to be doing, that they're misleading her about what was in the Epstein files on various other cases and that maybe potentially there needs to be some consequences for those lower staffers. And so hearing that the Justice Department is involved and is on the same page with the White House, I think is something not just only the base needs, but the administration needs,
Starting point is 00:38:15 because internally it's very frustrating for a lot of officials, a lot of senior officials. You know, in Tulsi Gabbard's disclosures this weekend, she did a couple of press interviews. I'm hoping to talk to her. I've been, I really hope she comes on one of my programs. And by the way, if anyone in the office is listening, please come on the program.
Starting point is 00:38:40 I want to talk to Tulsi Gabbard. I think that'd be worthwhile. But that said, she was posting this weekend that she's providing all these documents because she wants to the Department of Justice because she wants to deliver, quote, accountability. The word that Tulsi keeps using is accountability. This is a woman who's now leading the intel community who is absolutely begging the Justice Department to prosecute. I've never seen a director of national intelligence use the phrase treasonous conspiracy. It seems like a big deal. Yeah, and doing it so publicly. The Daily Caller reported last week that the administration has made
Starting point is 00:39:19 a big deal over leaks and these leakers and prosecuting these leakers and holding them accountable. And the reporter for the Daily Caller, Rob McGreevey, reported that the DOJ has not made one prosecution on these leaks and is kind of questioning where this was. And when asked to the Department of Justice where these prosecutions were, he told me the response was very short, very brief, just no comment, didn't even want to engage and talk back and forth about what they were working on
Starting point is 00:39:50 behind the scenes. And so to see Tulsi Gabbard make this so public that you need to get accountability on this issue, I think is really notable and something that you're right to read between the lines on. So here, here's another thing. The president needs his attorneys in place. He needs U.S. attorneys to do this job. And he's been nominating a bunch of people,
Starting point is 00:40:14 but they haven't confirmed anybody. He's got acting U.S. attorneys all over the place, but he needs full-time attorneys. What's going on with the United States Senate? The president must be completely ticked off with the Senate failing him so far on this. I think this is a great question that I hope to raise to the White House
Starting point is 00:40:31 because we asked early on about the judicial nominations that the president needed to make and those confirmations that he needed. And the White House behind the scenes, I know is working on it, but there's just been so many fine details to get through and do background checks. But President Trump was really honest, I think about how he feels about this. He posted a
Starting point is 00:40:53 truth social this weekend, calling for a Senator Thune to cancel August recess and long weekends so that he can get his attorneys through and so far, no progress on that still looks like they're going to make that August recess, which I think is, it's incredibly frustrating. I wish I got an August recess from reporting, but you don't get that. So I think members of Congress need to be back out there too as well.
Starting point is 00:41:18 Wayne, the other piece is like, the president has the power of a recess appointment. Would you ask the White House whether or not he could force these guys into a real recess, not just a pro-former recess, so that he can start getting these people placed officially? I know that everyone in the Senate, they're like, oh, we can't do that, really?
Starting point is 00:41:37 Because the entire agenda of the presidency is on the line and now may be a good time to actually go into a real deal recess. Yeah, that's a great question. And I do think I'm sure your readers know your editor at the Daily Caller, and I'm often calling you for question ideas before I head into the briefing and we talk about these things. And so I'm not just saying, yes, oh, yeah, that sounds like a great idea. I go to you all the time for advice. So I'm writing just saying yes, oh yeah, that sounds like a great idea. I go to you all the time for advice. So I'm writing that down.
Starting point is 00:42:06 I'm going to write that down once I get off this hit, because I think that's a great question that needs to be asked. And so far, we don't think there's going to be any press briefings this week, but maybe the president will make some public appearances to talk about it. Something has to be done. And I am so appreciative of you. Yeah, we do talk. Reagan and I talk all the time about all sorts of things and the questions for the White House. And, you know, we're just plugging away. What was it actually last week that you asked? You asked a question? What did remind me what you asked last week? Because I remember thinking, oh, that was such an important story.
Starting point is 00:42:37 It was Congresswoman Salazar's bill that was going to give illegal immigrants path to citizenship. And what Caroline Leavitt told me was that President Trump has not gotten a chance to read the bill, but under no circumstances will he support amnesty. And I had asked if the president would veto this bill. And so she didn't explicitly say yes or no, but to me was a very strong rebuke of the legislation. Have you heard anything else since then? Is the White House keeping its distance from this legislation? Are they, you know, is there any scenario where they would support it? Or is your impression that they've dunked this thing and they're moving on?
Starting point is 00:43:16 My impression was that they dunked it. They were asked about it a second time, and she just reiterated that answer and basically said this isn't, this isn't something the president would be looking to support. He's been very clear about this. But I'm definitely gonna be keeping some tabs on it because I think it's been confusing back and forth, even with the farms in America
Starting point is 00:43:37 and what they're going to do with their labor and their workforce. And now this bill's coming up that has 10 Republicans that have signed onto it, 10 Democrats have also signed up for it. So it does have some support, but if the White House is gonna be super clear about it,
Starting point is 00:43:53 to me, it's dead upon arrival. So I've heard Tom Holman talking lately that the White House is going to release some sort of plan soon, or at least the administration, maybe not the White House directly. The administration is gonna release some sort of plan soon, or at least the administration, maybe not the White House directly, the administration is going to release some sort of plan soon for how they prioritize people for deportation or whether or not farm and hospitality workers can stay. What else are you hearing, if anything, on this? Well, I think this, Vince, comes from a place of wanting to get those
Starting point is 00:44:21 deportations up and trying to really juice those numbers. It was early on in the administration, you know, before a hundred days, we were getting these reports that President Trump wasn't super happy with the mass deportation efforts. If you asked him about it, he would say, no, I'm happy. If you started to ask Tom Homan about it
Starting point is 00:44:40 or Stephen Miller about it, they were pretty happy with it too. And then all of a sudden, they all made a switch and said, no, actually this isn't happening fast enough. This isn't good enough. We want to ramp up these numbers. So when I look at this and I talk to people about this, it looks like this effort to really just double down
Starting point is 00:44:59 on their immigration efforts and deliver for the American people. I think this is the issue that the White House recognizes is their strongest issue, that they've really come through for the American people on immigration and that they can use this to provide for them. Yeah, I don't think they should release
Starting point is 00:45:17 any prioritization message. Just deport people, that's all. Go after the most violent people first, obviously. That's the thing that makes brings communities a lot safer. But don't even suggest that somebody might be able to stay here illegally, because that'll just attract more illegal immigration. That's my advice for what it's worth. But it's, I just I just hope that that they don't snatch in any way defeat from the jaws of victory, because they're having a lot of success
Starting point is 00:45:43 right now on securing the border and kicking people out. I like seeing that. Hey, let me move to a different issue with you. The president over the weekend seemed to indicate that he hates the name of the Washington football team, the Washington commanders right now. There's this big move for them to move their entire stadium operation right into the District of Columbia. And he wants to see the Redskins come back.
Starting point is 00:46:06 What's happening here? Well, this is a change in tone from President Trump. He was actually asked about this a couple of weeks ago, and he responded to the reporter and said, Oh, you're trying to get me in trouble and kind of dodged around the issue, which I think is very rare for President Trump to do. And so I was kind of taken aback when I saw this truth social yesterday, that he wants to bring the Redskins
Starting point is 00:46:32 names back and that he is going to block the stadium from being built in Washington, DC. I'm not exactly sure what caused his change in heart. I think it's very interesting that he changed. And I think it's a great idea. I think the stadium being in Washington, D.C. would be so good for the city. As someone who has gone to the commander's stadium right now, it takes forever to get to. And so to have it right downtown, it would be really awesome and just bring a lot of life back to Washington, D.C. And so I, you know, if I can endorse this idea as a journalist, I endorse it. I think it's a great idea for President Trump.
Starting point is 00:47:10 Yeah. Also, Washington tells enough lies. Why do they have to lie about where their sports team is? Let's let's resolve that. It's it's not the Washington commanders right now. It's the Maryland commanders. Like, let's let's be honest about that. Sorry. Sorry, giants and jets. I apologize. No, totally. But but but yeah, sorry, giants and jets. I apologize.
Starting point is 00:47:25 No, totally. But yeah, you should move them. They should move them. So the president says they should be called the Redskins again. I totally agree. At least that name has history and character. And when they survey Native Americans,
Starting point is 00:47:38 it routinely comes back that they're cool with it. In other words, people like it. They like it. What is the deal? Why is it that we keep erasing history? We erased the Land O'Lakes Indian. She's not there anymore. And I love the joke, of course, is that we kept the land,
Starting point is 00:47:55 but we got rid of her. We got rid of her. And so how does that help anybody? You know? And why do the chiefs get to keep their name? That's the other thing I've never understood. The Kansas City chiefs, they get to still do the chiefs get to keep their name? That's the other thing I've never understood. The Kansas City chiefs, they get to still be the chiefs. I would think that would be offensive also
Starting point is 00:48:10 to the Native American community. And for the Washington Redskins, I don't think they even picked something that fit them. Like we see the Cleveland Indians, they became the guardians. And I think that caught on and people essentially forgot that they were ever the Indians, that there was ever a controversy. But the Washington commanders, it's just like, what is it?
Starting point is 00:48:30 I guess a commander is a general. But if you go to the stadium, it's like a pig dressed as a soldier. And that's not really fierce. That's not what I think of when I think of American football. I want something that's tough and scary. And I think it's like, it's like a chat. GP name. It's like a chat. It's like a chat GPT football name.
Starting point is 00:48:50 Like it was like, quick, come up with a name for a football team, the Washington commanders. It's so boring and generic. Just make it the Redskins again. That's so, the whole thing is so silly. And yeah, the president said he wants the Indians back too. Although the, apparently the team is like, no, we like guardians. Everyone's kind of grown accustomed to it.
Starting point is 00:49:07 I think we're gonna stick with it. We'll see what happens. But the president does have some more influence on the Redskins question because of Washington DC and it being federal land. Yes, yeah. He does. And just on that topic too,
Starting point is 00:49:22 I do think we're gonna see some movement with, and we've talked about this Vince, with the Congress maybe taking back DC. I asked President Trump about this after there was an intern that was gunned down, just caught in crossfire in an area that's not actually very far from the White House. And right after that, I'd asked the president, you know, are you thinking like, DC is not safe? Listen to this story that happened. Do you think Congress should take back DC and make it safe again? And he was like, you know, I could see you kind of thought about it. And he was like, you know, I want to make DC safe. I think we'll have an announcement coming about that next week. And then a week later, he said, you know, we're going
Starting point is 00:50:04 to try to have Congress take back DC. And so a week later, he said, you know what, we're going to try to have Congress take back D.C. And so in terms of just President Trump leaving his imprint, not just on the country, but on the city of D.C. and really making this this thriving capital that people are proud to live in. I think that's something that he is also trying to make a part of his agenda as well. Yes. And Congress, by the way, for many years, ran Washington, D.C. and then eventually they established something called D.C. Home Rule and they basically allowed
Starting point is 00:50:30 this ridiculous city council and mayor to run the whole operation. It has not made the city better in any measurable way. And in fact, it's just Congress abdicating its responsibility for running the federal district. So definitely Congress should reassert control over the district because if they don't you end up with ridiculous mayors who offer endorsements for crime by painting murals in front of the White House in the midst of the riots as some sort of ransom payment to the rioters. It's grotesque actually and it's long overdue for Congress to reassert control. All right last thing for you while we're on the issue of sports, you're an athlete yourself. The WNBA, I just found out this morning,
Starting point is 00:51:11 you know, they lost $40 million last year. They lost, the WNBA lost $40 million last year. Although the women are all demanding that they be paid what they're due. I'm like, I don't know if you want that ladies, if you find out what you're doing, it's not going to work out well for you. You're gonna have a bill show up to your house. They lost 40 million, which by the way, is the same amount of money
Starting point is 00:51:30 that Stephen Colbert lost last year. 40 million dollars. It's just amazing, just amazing. Tell me what you think about this, this WNBA. They're demanding all this money right now. What do you think? Good idea, bad idea? Well, they just, like you said, they're losing money. And so I saw a ton of jokes on Twitter
Starting point is 00:51:48 this weekend. I loved opening up Twitter where they were just talk about, well, actually, if they find out how much they're actually worth and they should be paid, they would be owing the WNBA, the NBA who is, you know, kind of takes care of the league money. But you know, sports, I think it's the year of 2025, we're supposed to be keeping politics out of sports. And I was a college softball player. I'm really big into pro softball and college softball. And if you want something that is just down to earth and Americana, it's college softball. The best team in college softball for the last five years is always talking about God in every single interview.
Starting point is 00:52:25 They give glory to the Lord for all of their success. They're very down to earth. They're these patriotic Americans. They're always talking about how they love living in the country and just are so thankful for the opportunity to play softball. And so I watch college softball and pro softball and I wish that is what the country was fixated on, because these girls absolutely deserve the success and the fame that I think and the attention that maybe the WNBA has gotten, because it is a sport that truly represents the American people. And so I would encourage your listeners to go watch college softball. Well, I didn't expect softball propaganda today,
Starting point is 00:53:07 but I'm kind of buying into it, I like it. But that sounds totally different than the WNBA actually in almost every measurable way, because the WNBA is characterized by entitled women who are constantly punching each other and who can't dunk in a sport that requires dunking to be interesting. Yeah, and you also, I think people expect softball to kind of be maybe boring because
Starting point is 00:53:30 there's it's not as back and forth as basketball is, but there are cheers, there are props, people are screaming at the field and it gets a little tense. There's people kind of getting in each other's faces and it's really a nail biter. And for, you know, year after year, I think softball increased in its views and its attention. But it's not this. I don't even know these whining girls on the court complaining about not being paid enough and feeding each other up and whatever. So here's where I think the WNBA is headed.
Starting point is 00:54:02 First of all, like nobody pays attention to it for the basketball until Caitlin Clark got involved. And that's the interesting story. Outside of that, I can kind of see what's happening, which is the WNBA realizes that the only way they're gonna attract any viewers whatsoever is if they make the women fight each other. It's becoming roller derby, actually. You don't go for the athleticism.
Starting point is 00:54:25 You go to see women beat up on each other. It does seem like it's very rapidly descending into a ridiculous reality show that plays to the worst stereotypes of women having to work together. Totally. It's absolute chaos. And I mean, I do think they're getting rewarded almost for these fights because Sophie Cunningham, she's a player on the Indiana Beaver who defended Caitlin Clark because Caitlin Clark is just being just pushed and punched and just beaten on the court. When she defended her, her jersey sold out and she got all these followers on social
Starting point is 00:54:59 media. But it's just so sad what the league has amounted itself to. And I feel so bad for Caitlin Clark because she's hurt for the third time this season. And it's so devastating, I think, to see such a great basketball player like her now suffering all these injuries because of the way she's abused on the court. And if they would just get along, I think the league could have had so much success. And they had such something so great in front of them for women's sports I love women's sports and watching women's sports and they totally blew it
Starting point is 00:55:31 By just putting Caitlin Clark down and and beating her up and making it this whole political stunt It's it's so sad and I think it puts women across the country Girls who want to be in sports who know, look up to them at a disadvantage. It's all too crazy. It's all too good. They're trying to make them fight. So we watch. Look, there's girls fighting. Let's watch that. Hey, thank you, Reagan Reese. You're the best White House White House correspondent for the Daily Caller. Keep up the great work. Good to talk to you today. Thanks, Vince. Thanks, Vince. All right. There she is. Reagan Reese, the great Reagan Reese. OK, let's see here.
Starting point is 00:56:07 We've got one of the thing here. I mentioned 40 million dollar losses for the WNBA. You know that, as I mentioned, Stephen Colbert lost 40 million bucks. That's why they're firing him. The left is still acting like it's a big conspiracy theory, though, to get rid of Stephen Colbert. Oh, it's because she supports Democrats. That's why they're getting rid of him.
Starting point is 00:56:24 No, it's because he's horrible and because he's losing a lot of money. That makes all the sense in the world. They should have got rid of him a long time ago. Here's Connecticut Senator Chris Murphy releasing a video this weekend, cut six, insisting that Stephen Colbert was canceled because of politics. This is a really, really dangerous moment. Stephen Colbert didn't get thrown off the air because he wasn't doing well. He was the highest rated show on TV in late night. He was cancelled, very likely, because Paramount and its owners are trying to get rich off of this merger, and Donald Trump has made it clear to them and everybody else in the media space that if you want any favors from me, then you have to silence my critics on
Starting point is 00:57:09 your platforms. Oh yeah. And CBS is going out of its way to help Trump. That's their thing. They love helping Trump out. Oh my gosh. What an idiot that guy is. That's Senator Chris Murphy.
Starting point is 00:57:21 Hakeem Jeffries also shared a clip of himself this weekend talking like issuing condolences of some kind to Stephen Colbert. Here's the clip he shared of himself on the Late Show pretending to know rap music. Cut seven. Famously have quoted Biggie Smalls. Do you have any quick quote for us before we go? Stay far from timid, only make moves if your heart is in it, and live the phrase, the sky's the limit. He speaks slow because he thinks slow. That's how it came Jeffreys. There he is.
Starting point is 00:58:01 Yeah, a whole bunch of these guys were sharing messages this weekend. This is awful. Tampon Tim Walz shared one too. He wrote, Stephen Colbert is the best in the business. And of course, just like the rest of these guys are like Obama. They share pictures of themselves in order to tell this story. Stephen Colbert is the best in the business. He always told truth to power.
Starting point is 00:58:19 Yeah, right. And pulled no punches. We need more of that, not less. This guy was a handmaiden to power. The guy was literally, this is the reason it wasn't any good. He was just advancing Democrat talking points on television. People grew bored. They went somewhere else
Starting point is 00:58:37 and that dude lost $40 million a year. What a waste. What a complete and utter waste. I'm back with you tomorrow with all the updates on what's going on. Hopefully with a picture of somebody getting arrested. Wouldn't that be nice? I'd like to see that. Hillary Clinton in a jumpsuit.
