the coincidences seem to be everywhere with the Biden administration. I mean, what a coincidence at the midterm elections, these papers, batches, documents at locations. They won't mention the second location. What a coincidence. No one seems to know the location and it was released after the

election, right? You know, what a coincidence that Biden pops down to see the border air quotes in El Paso. And it's just amazing, Joe, all the illegal immigrants disappear off the streets. It's incredible. It's like an edict won out from Mount Olympus. And the Greek gods said, all immigrants, I hereby declare your right to return to Mexico. This is ridiculous. Where'd they go? What a coinkydink. Korean Jean-Pierre was asked about this.

And again, she thinks you're stupid. Of course, they were cleared off the streets, but she's relying on liberal stupidity for them to believe this. Here, listen to this. Why didn't President Biden want to see what's really going on at the border? He did see exactly what's going on at the border. He didn't talk to any migrants and he didn't go anywhere that people actually cross illegally. Why not? But he met, he went to the Migrant Center, which was a critical place to be when you think about the partners who are

helping support the migrants on the ground there. There happened to be no migrants at the facility at the time that he visited. But let's... Because El Paso has been crushed. The shelters are full. There are overflow migrants sleeping in the streets. And then it's just a coincidence that suddenly the president shows up. And we talk about what's going on in El Paso. Right. El Paso did go down significantly prior to the president's visit by about 70 percent. And that's a good thing, Peter. That's a good thing that we've seen the numbers go down. And that is something that we should be saying, OK, that's a good job there. Oh, my gosh, this woman is insufferably stupid. She really, really believes she is really not that bright, by the way, which makes her a bad press secretary, which may be a compliment because I don't because I don't think she's a skilled liar like Saki.

She's really genuinely bad at this. Of course, no one believes the illegal migrants disappeared from the El Paso streets because of some big coincidence. Coincidences happen to be everywhere. Myocarditis, advent of a new mRNA vaccine on a compressed timeline. So luckily, as Joe brought up, we were chatting before the show, and he's like, man, it's just incredible, like the timing of this new sponsor that jumped into the show. You guys don't do any of that. AOC and the squad when Pelosi runs, they fall right in line. That's what Democrats do. They're automatons, bots, bees in a hive, the board. Here's another one I saw yesterday before I get to the biden second batch as joe said a box a batch of documents they found a batch a box how many i don't know the numbers matter because if it turns out to be more than 300 what they allegedly found at mar-a-lago the left which i warned you via the bongino rule is going to have massive egg on its face

but they think you're a moron and liberals do comply all the time. Remember when Karine Jean-Pierre said this, here's a brief cut here, insisting that Biden forcing you to pay off your neighbor, Samuel's kid, Jonesy, to pay off his women's studies degree in the University of East Tunafish. Remember the takeover of the student loan program? Karine Jean-Pierre said, don't worry. This thing pays for itself. Matter of fact, it's going to add money to the treasury. She said, you can check this out yourself. Take a listen. We do believe it will be fully paid for because of the work that this president has done with the economy. Because of what you just said, well, what I just said is what we have done to bring down the deficit, the deficit reduction that matters and the work that we'll continue to do. Now, now, now, at the time this came out, this whole idea that your tax money was being confiscated to pay for your neighbor's kid's college degree, right?

While you still have to pay your own. The idea that this was paid for, in other words, somehow was some benefit to you, was hilarious at the time. And we said at the time, I could play cuts of myself talking about it, but it would be way too self-praisy. The idea on its face was so tragically stupid that only a liberal would believe it. Wait, we're paying off people's college degrees with other people's taxpayer money and we're claiming it's paid for. Yeah, it is paid for by taxpayers who are having money taking out of their wallets to pay for their neighbor's degree. I saw this little gem yesterday. Hence, why am I just pulling this out? I'm not just ripping this out of the air. Why are we talking about the student loan program again? Because I was reading James Freeman, who I really enjoy his work at the Wall Street Journal. So there's a new debt deadline coming up. What's the gist of this? We have a debt ceiling in the United States. When we hit a certain number, say X, then you have to vote to increase the debt ceiling or the

government, which is running on debt, can't give out benefits, can't pay its employees. Makes sense. Pretty simple stuff, right? So it's interesting that the government, the United States government, that is for the liberals listening, found out it's going to run out of money sooner than expected. Really? So we were going to bump up against the debt ceiling, which was, again, raised not that long ago. And they said, OK, this will give us a little room. But it didn't give us room. We bumped up against the debt ceiling sooner than expected.

Well, how's that? Sooner than expected. Well, how's that? Well, we did it according to Freeman and some new reports out. Because of Biden's determination to make taxpayers, rather than the borrowers, carry the burden of student debt. And because of rising interest rates resulting from the inflation, the president's spending has clearly exacerbated. That can't be. That can't be.

Freeman, who I trust, he's got to be lying here citing the reports he must be this has to be a total fabrication i mean riddle me this how is it that we bumped up against the debt ceiling a lot faster than expected if the student loan program that biden said paid for itself and raised revenue, then how come we got to the debt ceiling sooner than expected and forecast? Oh, because it didn't pay for itself. And because Biden and his team are entirely full of crap. Again, they think you're a moron. Why do you need to comply all the time if you're a leftist? comply all the time if you're a leftist. Okay, moving on to the breaking news yesterday, as the continued humiliation continues for the Biden administration, as another batch

of documents was found in a second location. Again, as I said, opening the show, and I'll repeat again, that language is deliberate. That language is deliberately meant to obfuscate, to put a little blinder on you. Where is that second location? Is it the Biden residence? How many documents were in that batch? Well, again, if you listen to the show, as our good friends at KABC report, hey, it's the damn Bongino rule on full display. More Biden docs uncovered. No, no, that's a real article. What are they talking about? Well, on the radio show and on this podcast, what did we tell you when the first batch of documents was uncovered and they were so proud of themselves that it was only 10 SCI documents, by the way. Documents so classified that they were marked sensitive compartmentalized information. So classified above top secret that they're not even to be viewed outside of a SCIF, sensitive compartmentalized informationility. That's how

classified these documents were. Not even to be viewed outside of a SCIF. It's like the Ark of the Covenant. Like your damn right. In the Well of Souls. Not even, but they were so happy the left-wing media was only 10.

Because they said, well, according to the Trump allegations, it was 300. So clearly, we're not as bad as Trump, who again, for the thousandth time, had the power to declassify those documents. Biden didn't. And what did I say to you guys? I said, that's interesting. Because there's been no rage yet or no further investigation. There could be 10,000 documents out there. We just don't know.

So you may want to apply the Bongino rule and just stand easy, as they used to say in the Police Academy mustard deck with the NYPD, stand easy until the story evolves. But of course, the media couldn't do that because they needed a narrative. Remember, the media needs to tell you a story, not the story. So a story they wanted to tell you is, well, it's not as bad as Trump because the numbers were less. When the story is, they don't know that. Red State, our good friend Banshee. More classified documents found that were illegally taken by Joe Biden. As we said yesterday, it was a batch. Folks, if there's one evergreen goal of

the show Joe and I have had from the beginning, one was to compress it into roughly about an hour or just a little more so you could listen to it on your ride home and get you the news of the day. But if I had a triage and put in ranked order, like a hierarchy of needs, what the second goal would be, it would be for you to be able to translate media bullshit stuff.

The reason this second batch is being reported as a batch is to protect a story the media told you a few days ago I warned you about, about the numbers being less than Trump because as I said on yesterday's podcast, everything in the left-wing media

is viewed not through the lens of how do we report like journalists, it's viewed from the lens of how does this story help or hurt us in our war against Trump. And the fact that the number of documents was allegedly less than Trump's was a story they needed to tell you. That's why the second batch is being reported as a batch. Now, this is causing real heartburn with the left-wing media activists

that see it as their job to do what? I just said it. Attack Donald Trump and protect Joe Biden at all costs. When Joe Biden becomes useless in the fight against Trump, they'll throw him over too. Well, he is becoming useless now in the fight against Trump because he wants to run again and he's clearly damaged goods. So now the media, this is not an act of benevolence at all. This is not them doing their jobs. It's starting to see that this guy is damaged goods,

and they may need to throw him to the curb to toss him out with the garbage. All of a sudden, Ed O'Keefe, who's been an ass-kisser for the left-wing media for eons now, all of a sudden they have questions about these documents. Why? It's not because they're doing their jobs. Please stop. It's because they're being embarrassed in their war on Trump. You got that? I'm sorry, that sounded rude. Please, please tattoo that on your brain. They have a war on Trump and Biden's not helping anymore. Here, listen to this little back and forth. Ed O'Keefe, left wing media dude and KJP.

And Ed O'Keefe, you don't want to be embarrassed. He needs to continue the war on Trump. That's why. Check this out. Questions from multiple reporters about the classified documents found in the president's possession between 2013 and 2016. Multiple reporters have been pressing her on this and they they reached a level of frustration where they were not getting any answers. Here was the exchange a moment ago. So you're the one here. Yeah. That's why we're asking. So let's just remember that.

And we don't need we don't need to have this. We work very well together. I don't we don't need to have this. We work very well together. We don't need to have this kind of confrontation. Ask your question, and I will answer them the best that I can. Part of the reason we're laying that out is because you're laying out your part of the job. I know, but I'm just saying that we don't need to have contention. You don't need to be contentious with me here, Ed. I mean, there's two parts to that. One, I already described.

O'Keefe is just concerned that Biden's embarrassing them and their war on Trump because now the numbers argument isn't going to work anymore. You got it? But second, Karine Jean-Pierre's stunned because she's really not good at this. And she's so used to having her ass kissed by left wing reporters that she's stunned that the guy asked an actual question. Do you get that? Again, tattoo it on your brain. I want to be sure that when you're done with this show, after a year or so of listening,

that you're better than me at this. Here's Karine Jean-Pierre with, I don't know, the Biden stupid defense. He had SCI documents now in multiple locations. Sensitive compartmentalized information documents, right? We know that. We know at least, forgive me, precision matters, or at least in one location.

She's claiming that Biden's too dumb. He has no idea where this stuff and how it got there. Defense, ladies and gentlemen, that's not a defense. Here, listen for yourself. He had a closet with classified information. His lawyers he did he was surprised that the records were there he spoke to this personally he was surprised that the that the records were there folks that's just not a legal defense or a moral or ethical one do you understand understand that they were SCI documents? Somebody had to remove them from the facility. Someone took them out and placed them in locations controlled by Joe Biden. You claiming I didn't know is completely irrelevant and is not a component of the crime.

It's the recklessness of it that's a component of the potential crime here. And then I'm going to get to this Dana Remus lawyer who apparently was involved in the location of these documents and seems very suspicious what Dana Remus may have been up to. First, folks, there's been a lot of speculation on why this story has surfaced now. I think the reason it's surfaced now is the House was taken

over, the House by the GOP, and there were going to be subpoenas. I think some people are freaking out in the White House, and I think they understand that once these hearings are out there that they may be subject to a subpoena too but why now folks what else is on that hunter laptop now we know from reporting at the new york post and elsewhere that on the hunter laptop are emails about the upenn biden center being some kind of revenue generator. These are emails on Hunter Biden's laptop. My question for you is what else was on that laptop? Are there emails about potential classified information about the storage of classified information? Does somebody have these emails?

Does the White House know they have these emails, therefore decided we better get out of this in front of this story now i bring that up because it would explain the breaking news yesterday about the second batch at a second location who broke the news you guys know No, it was a guy by the name of Ken Smoltanian. No, Ken Delanian. Ken Delanian. Otherwise, yeah, Joe knows this guy because we've only been talking about it for the last five years. Otherwise known as Fusion Ken. Ken is one of the biggest peepee tape hoaxers out there, if not the biggest.

A man who's been on the wrong side of every breaking national security story in the last five years. We call him Fusion Ken because he's a mouthpiece for Fusion GPS. For stories Democrats want to put out into the media, they filter through Fusion Ken. Fusion Ken broke the story yesterday at NBC,

which says to me the White House thinks we got a problem. There's some more stuff on that Hunter Biden laptop. Who should we give it to? Definitely go to Fusion Can. Fusion Can will filter it down in such a way that the details of how ugly this story is are kind of lipstick on the pigaroo.

That's how you get a story about a second location. I assure you if this story was about Donald Trump, the location and number of documents would have been the headline. Explosive revelation. Thousands of documents found at the Trump residence. That's not the story you get. You get a story about a batch on a second location from Fusion Candelania. Why else do I think there's something more to this story? You know what, I'm going to go to the Trump response after, I'm a little bit out of order here. One of the lawyers who is alleged to have been involved in the finding

of these documents and the subsequent legal wrangling afterwards is a lawyer for Biden who recently left the White House, a woman by the name of Dana Remus. If you look at her resume from Covington in Berlin where she works, oh, she used to work with Obama too? As the general counsel of the personal office of President and Mrs. Obama? Oh, yeah. Yeah, weird. And I didn't know she had a moving company too

because we were told that there was a moving thing. They were moving the office from UPenn and just mistakenly came across this box of classified documents. Dana Remus is operating a moving with Remus? Weird. Remus movers? You know, you stack it, we pack it?

Did we miss something? It's kind of weird how this high-profile lawyer was involved in this moving operation. It's even more weird because, as AP reported a while ago, Biden seems to rely on Dana Remus whenever there's a really big controversy breaking, like maybe breaking now. To navigate legal quandaries, Biden leans on low-key counsel. Who's that story about? Yeah, Dana Remus. Here's why I think we may have a problem, too. There's an emerging scandal about who exactly paid for blowhole Hunter Biden's paintings. You can see even the AP itself

covered it. Hunter Biden and Hunter Biden paintings pose an ethical challenge for the president that have something to do with the Ukraine documents and other documents that were taken story leaked to Ken Delaney and an unknown second batch at an unknown second location. Oh yeah, folks. It's getting ugly. oh yeah folks this is getting ugly is someone in the white house are they trying to cover their asses right now over something we have to break with hunter biden that they know may have surfaced in some of these documents and

elsewhere i don't know are people in the white house trying to get out ahead of the story so they don't find themselves in front of a congressional subpoena? There's only one way to find out. Now, Donald Trump gave an amazing response to this. I'm glad to have the exclusive here on the show. He came to us and said, hey, we'd like to respond to this batch of classified documents. I said, oh, Mr. President, of course, you're welcome to come on the show as a vehicle anytime you'd like. So here's his response. It's kind of funny.

We got 10 percent of all of Hunter Biden's business deals in the classified documents. 10 percent for the big guy. It's true.

It's not a coincidence, folks, that the five worst states for fiscal health are dominated by Democrats who've spent them into an abyss. And the top five are conservative. Covered that on yesterday's podcast. So of course, yesterday, the evidence of this piles up that liberals are fakes, phonies, and frauds. They say they love liberalism. And then when they institute it in their states, they leave immediately screwing up everyone's life. Then they move to your state and screw up

In other words, people evacuating states with the highest taxes. This is called data, liberals. So this Wall Street Journal report reports that the 10 states with the lowest tax rates gained an average of 948 people per 100,000 population. Then it goes down the charts. For the states with the highest taxes,

the states with the 10 states with the highest taxes, they lost 809 people per 100,000. I don't even, you know what it is? I put these stories in there and I feel bad because I'm telling my audience, they're like, Dan, this story's obvious. I shouldn't have wasted your time with that. I get annoyed because liberals will say stupid things like, well, people leave for a lot of reasons.

When I, in my own city, worked there, one of the only white employee is the only white lifeguard in this 13 or 14 lifeguards to find out that many of these guys lived in that city their whole life, a small city, and never knew a white man. But you know, it's interesting, Joe. I needed to schedule the surgery and they said, can you come in in two weeks? I've got to pay for it. It's like, you got to pay for anything. They're paying in the UK. They're just paying through tax dollars. So kind of strange how, if I needed that surgery there, I'm taking a chance. I'd have to wait 1000 days. Whoa,

The premise of it is, listen, we should be friends even though you're a Trump supporter and I'm not and we should talk to other people which i do i sincerely applaud but then he goes after trump calling him a whiny rhymes with itch and uh kid rocks having none of that listen yourself check this out we have to talk to each other we can be friends and and you can know somebody is a Trumper or whatever. I keep saying it. I've heard you say it a million times.

You can hate him. You can't hate everybody who likes him. Exactly. I will never understand why you like this whiny little bitch. You're such a real man, and he's such a little bitch. He's always bitchy. But when you're bashing him, that's what I say. I go, I can't believe I'm watching this whiny little bitch.

I have pretty much all his albums and songs. I just, I just love Kid Rock, man. He's great. He calls over one of his assistants. He's like, call Rob. I guess his name's Robert Kid Rock's first name's Robert. Call Rob. He puts him on the phone and uh hey kid uh this is damn bargino he says he loves you too kid rock couldn't have been more uh generous and nice to chat so we talked for just a minute or two wasn't anything long but that that's how the kid rocks loyal just like i am to people who are loyal to me and he wasn't gonna let bill maher get away with that maher laughed about it was all in

you know in jest but But I appreciate that. Kid Rock gives a damn. It's good to see people who aren't into the woke stuff. All right, I got a couple more things to get to before we wrap up for the day. Folks, the censorship scandal is getting uglier. It's not just the Twitter files. Those we should keep our eye on. There's a lawsuit going on by the attorney general in Missouri against big tech. And in the discovery process of the lawsuit where documents have to be turned over so both sides can analyze it. There are Facebook emails from the Biden director of digital strategy. I mean, a guy, a digital tyrant at best by the name of Rob Flaherty, that are so disturbing. This guy's supposed to be a professional. He's paid by taxpayers to be the White House Director of Digital Strategy. His emails to Facebook are so borderline despotic, unquestionably tyrannical, that again, it speaks to the vetting process. I've condemned,

even in the Trump administration, bad personnel hires. This guy is just an embarrassment. Just the news, Greg Piper has a story about this. The White House scolds social media for the treatment of Biden. Apparently, this guy, Rob Flaherty, who is a total tyrant, was upset about Biden's Instagram not being pumped and featured to Instagram users. He sends an email, quote, Are you guys effing serious? A day before the president accused social media platforms of, quote, killing people. He says, Rob Flaherty says to Facebook, I want an answer on what happened here and I want it today. This is a public servant paid by your tax dollars, operating via consent of the governed.

You want to see what tyranny looks like? This is what it looks like. There's an email up on the screen now, too. Again, from Rob Flaherty to Facebook. The language in it. The language. I mean, the inflammatory language. This is who these people are.

This is what happens when you give tyrants power. They lie. They lie to you all the time. Because we're going to end the show as we open the show. Why do they lie to you all the time? Because they think you're a moron. That's why. I showed you the story yesterday at Fox News,

covered a new study out of IRS audits. In other words, who they're auditing to fleece more money from. The story was conclusive, folks. These people think you're morons, whether it's on student loans, immigrants in El Paso, Biden's second batch of documents, the Trump-Mar-a-Lago raid, tax cuts for the rich, IRS agents, they lie to you all the time. I would rather go to the grave losing every single election from this point on the rest of my life till I go six feet deep.
