Apparently, while Enron task force director Andy Weissman also served as special counsel to Bob Mueller.

This is so crazy. They all know each other. It's so weird. Weissman later became general counsel for the FBI, while Monaco was heading the department's national security division. That sucks. It's like you follow the money, man. And they all know each other.

And everybody's getting it so weird. It's just so crazy. How does that happen? You know, she's knee deep in the January 6th prosecutions too as the deuce over at DOJ, right? Here's Tom Cotton up on Capitol Hill, picked up something really interesting about the January 6th case. How they're using a unique interpretation of obstruction of official proceeding to prosecute the January 6th guys and gals, but not to prosecute Antifa or anyone else that storms a courthouse anywhere.

And who's he asking the questions to? Yes, ma'am. One, Lisa Monaco. Take a look. I want to turn my attention to something for which you do have responsibility, though. There's a statute, a criminal statute, section 1512, entitled tampering with a witness victim or informant uh most of that statute focuses on the altering destruction or hiding of records to be used in official proceeding um miss monica are you aware of this statute yes do you know when it was adopted it was adopted um if memory serves after the the financial collapse of Enron and other corporate malfeasance. In 2002, after the Enron scandal and a law called the Corporate Fraud and Accountability Act of 2002, it also includes a catch-all phrase prohibiting not just the destruction, hiding of evidence, but also any acts that, quote, otherwise obstruct, influence or impede an official proceeding. The department is currently using that catch all provision to prosecute hundreds of Americans for their actions on January 6, 2021 on the grounds of the United States Capitol.

I want to be clear. I'm not talking here about persons who committed violent acts against law enforcement officers. about persons who committed violent acts against law enforcement officers. Ms. Lisa Monaco has some really strange readings of the law. Crazy how her and Andrew Weissman completely screwed up the Enron scandal, got there, smacked around by the court system for abuses of power, and yet they keep failing up the ranks. It's so strange. Then she's got this rather unique reading of the January 6th case and a rather unique reading of apparently the Presidential Records Act. It's almost as if the queen, Lisa Monaco of the deep state, is making this all up as she goes along.

Lisa Monaco, the deuce at the DOJ, apparently must have signed off at some point on this decision to give Hunter Biden a sweetheart deal while a bunch of young black men and women and poor white men and Hispanic men who don't have legal protection are in jail on gun crimes. And that's good. We want people in jail if you use the gun in a crime. people in jail if you use the gun in a crime, except it's weird how the anti-gun white patriarchy left seems to want to give Hunter Biden a pass on the exact same charge and Lisa Monaco's knee deep right in that whole thing. That her buddy, Andy Weissman, who they worked together at the FBI, at the DOJ, on the Enron case, while Bob Mueller was the FBI director, who later went on to investigate Trump with Weissman while Monaco was in the White House. Weissman seemed to know in advance about Donald Trump getting indicted, just like it appears someone at the Washington Post had an idea Hunter was going to get indicted the next day too. Really, really strange.

up. You remember, and then innocent Americans ended up getting killed. It goes back to Benghazi. They got away with that. And then you have to remember it was late 2015 or 16 that we get to the plan where the Clinton campaign working with dirty cops at DOJ and FBI and the media, I must say, where they set up to spy on the Trump campaign and ultimately Republicans and frame an innocent man that then led to what? So that was the Russia hoax that then led to the Mueller witch hunt. So all of this stuff is intertwined. And then you just fast forward, you know, Cash mentioned, you know, the Whitmer case and Jan 6 and whether or not federal agents were involved in that. So you just stair step. And then ultimately this leads to what? This leads to

something never done in American history before. You had a president's home ransacked by the same goons that were involved in all of this. And I would say that that, you know, a lot of people have criticized, you know, the FBI and the DOJ, and I think rightfully so. But someone are making these calls. And I would say that the people that have been involved in all those scandals that I just listed are the very same people that are now in charge of the DOJ and are at the White House. So you're talking about Susan Rice, you're talking about Jake Sullivan, and you're talking about Lisa Monaco, who is the Deputy Attorney General? Look, yeah, if you don't believe that those people were involved,

you're living under a rock somewhere. Listen, let me give you a little behind the scenes of the Dan Bongino show. I've seen that clip before, but I had a little problem with the audio. Now, understanding better, because the first term we had major successes, but we had some failures, some personnel, and we didn't declassify stuff soon enough. And we didn't pressure enough people to declassify. So I get that.

I don't have a Pollyanna-ish view of the first Trump administration. I think it was great. I'd like another one, but there were issues too. They are terrified. Trump, without the pressure of reelection, which I think is a good thing, not a bad thing, without the pressure of reelection, and that Trump, now that he knows where the bodies are

buried, they are terrified of another term because they don't want the international blackmail scheme Biden Inc. was running with the tapes I played for you last week that went viral. They can't have that get out. They do not want you to see what I'm about to show you, documented on email. So they are going to do anything to make this go away. The technical assistance research unit. All they do is cameras. He's never heard of this either. So my question to you is, what are they looking for?
