I've got a lot to get to. John Brennan, James Comey getting busted because of a conspiracy against the president of the United States. Could it be true? Boy, I hope it is. We're going to talk about the details and why the FBI is now officially giving these guys the scrutiny that is so long overdue. As always, good to have you with us. Deport yourselves, please, or else alligator Alcatraz could be in your future. We've got all that coming up. Hey, what if you could delay your next two mortgage payments? That's right. Imagine
Starting point is 00:01:33 putting those two payments in your pocket and finally getting a little breathing room. It's possible when you call American financing today. If you're feeling stretched by everyday expenses, groceries, gas, bills piling up, you're not alone. Most Americans are putting these expenses on a credit card and there doesn't seem to be a way out. American financing can show you how to use your home's equity to pay off that debt. You need to call American financing today before you get to a point where you can't even make those payments, their salary-based mortgage consultants are helping homeowners, just like you, restructure their loans and consolidate debt, all without upfront fees.

Starting point is 00:02:38 All right, here we go. We've got Senator Roger Marshall coming up. I've got a lot to ask him today here on the show, eager to talk to him, especially about how, you know, the Chinese have been buying up American farmland like crazy, and the Trump administration is trying to stop that now. Senator Marshall has been very involved in that question. We will talk about that. Also, Joe Biden's doctor, Kevin O'Connor, supposed to be testifying today on Capitol Hill.
Starting point is 00:03:07 Is it going to finally come to pass? Are we gonna get some answers out of the doctor? We'll see. Senator Marshall weighs in on that. He's also a medical doctor. He can tell us all about it. But let me first focus on this breaking news item from Fox overnight.
Starting point is 00:03:22 Fox News had this report that the FBI is now officially investigating John Brennan and James Comey here, which that strikes me as a very big deal. That strikes me as a very big deal to finally get these guys being investigated. Former CIA Director John Brennan and the former FBI Director James Comey
Starting point is 00:03:43 are finally under criminal investigation for potential wrongdoing related to the Trump-Russia probe. This goes back years. Trump-Russia probe. This goes back to 2016 and beyond, including allegedly making false statements to Congress, Justice Department says. So that's a, that's a huge deal. And it sounds like this is what they're going to get these guys on is their more recent lies on the subject. CIA Director John
Starting point is 00:04:18 Ratcliffe referred evidence of wrongdoing by John Brennan to the FBI Director Cash Patel for potential prosecution, according to the Justice Department. So this is where this starts. It starts with that CIA assessment, which John Ratcliffe just put out last week. They just released this assessment saying, yeah, John Brennan lied about what he knew and about what he did. John Brennan told Congress and about what he did. John Brennan told Congress that he did not push to include the Steele dossier, you know the Steele dossier, right, Chad?
Starting point is 00:04:51 Remember the Steele dossier? Christopher Steele, this former MI6 guy who was hired by Perkins Cooey, that's Hillary Clinton's law firm, in order to create a packet of completely false information about the president of the United States to lie about at that point, citizen Donald Trump, Mr. Trump at that point, they lied about him. And it was paid for by Hillary Clinton. And
Starting point is 00:05:16 Hillary Clinton, as we now know, in the public record, I'm not going to re litigate every detail from you, because you're probably as encyclopedic on this as I am. But Hillary Clinton cooked up this scheme to distract from the fact that she was stealing classified information and keeping it on a server inside of her home in Chappaqua, New York. That all happened. That all happened. And the public record on this now is crystal clear. And at the very top of the Obama administration, you had coordination between President Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, FBI director James
Starting point is 00:05:50 Comey, and yes, CIA director, John Brennan, all of them coordinating in cahoots with how are we going to take down Trump? That story has been told a lot of times, especially in conservative media. And thank God it has, because it's led to the developments that we've seen in the last 24 hours. That we now have confirmation that the FBI is indeed investigating a conspiracy that involves at least these two men, John Brennan and James Comey. And I don't know about you, but I have to say right upfront that if there's
Starting point is 00:06:26 anybody who's going to lead an investigation like this, this is the investigative component. We'll get to the prosecutions in a moment because this is, that's a separate question at the justice department. But on the investigative side of this thing, I am grateful that we have Cash Patel and Dan Bongino in position to conduct this investigation. I can't think of two better, so I'm glad they're there to do this because the I can't think of two better. So I'm glad they're there to do this. Because the work that they're undertaking right now, that's important.
Starting point is 00:06:50 And the work beyond that for the United States Department of Justice to do, that better happen. I don't know, Chad, I know you're right there with me. I don't even have to consult the Chad, but I'll look at it. I promise you, I wanna get your feedback on this. But I'm tired of these things starting somewhere and then ending nowhere. Aren't you?
Starting point is 00:07:09 Stop starting somewhere and then ending nowhere. We get an investigation. We get a probe. The FBI doesn't do that. This is not some sort of mindless fact-finding mission that the FBI does. They don't do this as some sort of consultancy. The FBI conducts criminal investigations. If John Brennan and James Comey
Starting point is 00:07:28 are under investigation right now, and as Fox reports, they are by the FBI, they're under a criminal investigation. And what that means is that there is sufficient evidence to demonstrate that they very likely committed a crime here. And as a result, what comes next after you conduct the investigation, evidence to demonstrate that they very likely committed a crime here. And as a result, what comes next after you conduct the investigation, after you gather all of the relevant information?
Starting point is 00:07:51 I need a damn prosecution. I need the United States Department of Justice to prosecute somebody. That's what I'm looking for. So as we begin this latest iteration of this process, I need prosecutions, baby. I need accountability, baby. The last thing I need is, well, we looked into it and that's all we can ask. No, that's not all we can ask.
Starting point is 00:08:16 We can ask for more than that. And so I'm looking for accountability here. That's right. Yeah, we don't want talk, we want action. We want action, good. Okay, so here we go. So CIA Director John Ratcliffe pulls together all this information, does a look back at the events leading up to the 2016 election. Finally, an honest assessment of all of that. The sources said that the referral to the Justice Department was received and told the Fox News channel that a criminal investigation into Brennan is open and is underway right now. DOJ sources declined to provide any further details, at least in this original Fox News
Starting point is 00:08:54 report. They say it's unclear at this point if the investigation spans beyond his alleged false statements to Congress. As for Comey, James Comey, remember 8647, the guy who would take seashells and put them together and post them to Instagram, and then pretend like he just found them on the beach and that he had no idea what they meant.
Starting point is 00:09:14 I'm just a big idiot. I had no idea what 8647 meant. I just thought it looked interesting. I wanted to share it on Instagram. Okay, no. You shared a message that called for taking out the President of the United States and you wrote the message. You overgrown liar. James Comey, DOJ sources
Starting point is 00:09:32 say, that an investigation into him is also underway, but they did not share details of what specifically is being probed. The full scope of the criminal investigation into Brennan and Comey as of Fox News's publication last night is unclear but two sources Described the FBI's view of the duo's interactions as a quote conspiracy two sources described the FBI's view of James Comey and John Brennan as a, quote,
Starting point is 00:10:06 conspiracy, which could open up a wide range of prosecutorial options. What this means, by the way, just to remind you, having seen a lot of these stories, you start to get familiar with it. What this means is this extends the statute of limitations issues that may have existed with any isolated crime that could have occurred in 2016. Once you get into criminal conspiracy, that really opens up your options to go after these guys, which means that the FBI is considering everything here as they go after them.
Starting point is 00:10:43 Let's get into what John Brennan found last week on this subject. John Brennan just put out a report, an assessment that absolutely torched both Brennan and Comey as the head of the FBI at the time. It was a couple of days ago, July 2nd, so that would have been, let's see, well, two days before Independence Day, so that means Wednesday of last week.
Starting point is 00:11:09 The president has trusted me, John Radcliffe wrote to social media, has trusted me with helping to end weaponization of US intelligence. Today's report underscores that the 2016 intelligence community Assessment was conducted through an atypical and corrupt process under the politically charged environments of former director Brennan, that's at the CIA, and former FBI director James Comey. In this report, what they establish is that there was a lot of debate inside of the intelligence community about whether or not that disgusting, fake Clinton paid for steel dossier, whatever make its way into the intelligence community assessment of all at all. And in the end, it did. And it did under the pressure of two specific groups of people. One was the FBI. That was led by
Starting point is 00:12:05 James Comey. Comey's FBI insisted that this unverified unsubstantiated and we know full of garbage dossier be included in the intelligence community assessment to suggest that Trump was owned by the Russians, that the Russians he was working with them. And that was garbage. That was complete garbage. The other person who was involved here was John Brennan. John Brennan. And let me take you to the actual report here
Starting point is 00:12:34 because I think it's really, really important for us to see the receipts on this subject. Fellows, I'm gonna zoom in a little bit so you have a better perspective on it. Here we are. So the decision by agency heads, this is the report that was just released by the CIA. The decision by agency heads to include the Steele dossier in the intelligence community assessment ran counter to fundamental tradecraft principles and ultimately undermined the credibility
Starting point is 00:13:02 of the key judgment. The key judgment being that Trump was coordinating with the Russians. It was garbage. The authors of the assessment first learned of the dossier and FBI leadership's insistence on his conclusion inclusion on the 20th of December. This would have been 2016, the same day that the largely coordinated draft was entering the review process at the CIA. FBI leadership made it clear that their participation in this assessment hinged on the dossier's
Starting point is 00:13:35 inclusion. You understand what James Comey is telling the intelligence community, the only way that we're going to be involved in this is if you include the Steele dossier in this assessment. And this is an assessment that was released publicly just days later. This is in the transition period before President Trump came into office officially. This is completely corrupt, as you know, and James Comey is a huge liar, completely corrupt, as you know. And James Comey is a huge liar, literally huge and also just a huge liar. And so Comey was shoving the Steele dossier
Starting point is 00:14:11 into this thing. They made it clear. They made it clear that they wanted in this. So the authors of the intelligence assessment and multiple senior CIA managers, not Brennan, multiple senior managers,, not Brennan, multiple senior managers, including the two senior leaders
Starting point is 00:14:29 of the CIA mission center responsible for Russia, in other words, the Russia experts, strongly opposed the inclusion of the Steele dossier. Don't put it in there, they said. They said it didn't even meet the most basic tradecraft standards. The CIA's deputy director for analysis warned John Brennan on the 29th of December, that would have been 2016, that including it in any form, fellas push over on the screen here,
Starting point is 00:14:57 in any form risk the credibility of the entire paper, risked it. Despite these objections, Brennan showed a preference for narrative consistency. Brennan did over analytical soundness. When confronted with specific flaws in the dossier by two mission center leaders, one with extensive operational experience and the other with a strong analytic background, he appeared more swayed by the dossier's general conformity
Starting point is 00:15:24 with existing theories than by legitimate tradecraft concerns. Okay, this is euphemism what you're reading. This means Brennan was guided more by politics than he was actual tradecraft, actual fact finding. All he wanted to do was hurt Trump. So Brennan shoved this thing into the intelligence community assessment. James Comey shoved this thing into the intelligence community assessment. And John Ratcliffe, now the current
Starting point is 00:15:51 director of the CIA, has now given us the clearest picture yet of what these two guys did in cahoots to try and not just, you know, stop the president during his rise in 2016 as he was running for office, but then subsequently to stagger his incoming presidency to prevent it from being effective in the first place. And of course, trying to lead to his multiple impeachments. That's what Comey and Brennan were doing. Now, take you back in time. Did Comey deserve to be fired?
Starting point is 00:16:26 A hundred percent. Comey should have never been in that job to begin with. President Trump fires him early, and then, of course, the rest is history. Rod Rosenstein appoints a special counsel, the Mueller investigation begins, and the locking up of the Trump presidency is underway. That we know the history here. But an important perspective from John Radcliffe on all of this. Now, I just wanna remind you who John Brennan is,
Starting point is 00:16:53 as the FBI is taking a look into him. Does John Brennan have a history of lying? You're damn right he does. John Brennan has lied a lot. Take a look at cut one, let's go back in time. Tonight, at least one US Senator is calling for the CIA director to resign after the agency admitted today to spying not on a foreign government but on our own Congress, improperly finding their way into U.S. Senate computers during an investigation into the CIA's interrogation
Starting point is 00:17:21 techniques after 9-11. The CIA director was emphatic in March. The CIA went into their computers and took documents out and were attempting to block their own investigation. The facts will come out, but let me assure you that CIA in no way was spying on the SSCI or the... And he lied. He lied. That NBC report featuring a bunch of people who used to be anchors or whatever at NBC,
Starting point is 00:17:48 they, he lied. He straight up lied. The CIA was spying on the United States Senate, and then he would go on to lie about, no, we weren't, we weren't spying. We weren't. Yes, you were. You were rifling through all their paperwork because you wanted to know how any Senate activity was going to affect the CIA. And sure enough, you were using the spying apparatus, which I should remind you is dedicated in the CIA to foreign adversaries, not to domestic politics. That's how John Brennan used it. And then he lied to the faces of United States senators, including Democrats like Ron Wyden, and friendly media outlets like NBC. That's how casually he did that. So is
Starting point is 00:18:28 this guy a corrupt jackass? Yes, he is. And he's been that way for a very long time, a very deceptive human being. If the United States Department of Justice is finally catching up to him, it is long overdue. So now these guys are both under investigation. And need I remind you about the long litany of lies and deceptions that James Comey has produced? It's not just taking seashells on the beach and then putting them in an arrangement to say 8647 to call for taking out the president of the United States and pretending he just
Starting point is 00:19:00 stumbled upon them. Oh, shucks, just found them. No, you didn't. It's not just that. It's also the lies that he told to cover for Hillary Clinton, the language shifts that he made when he established that yes, she had stolen classified information, but that it didn't meet the standards for prosecution. He made this up. He was the FBI director. He wasn't
Starting point is 00:19:21 allowed to do that. Your job is just straight up to investigate it handed off to prosecutors, let them make a decision. He was the FBI director. He wasn't allowed to do that. Your job is just straight up to investigate it, hand it off to the prosecutors, let them make a decision. He straight up forgave her for the theft of classified information. That's the kind of deception he engages in. Remember he provided a briefing, a briefing to President Trump about the Steele dossier itself. And then CNN published that that briefing was given as a way to suggest to the rest of the world that President Trump was made aware of the fact that we all know that he's corrupt, that he's corrupt.
Starting point is 00:19:57 And that was done on purpose. That was done as Obama officials later revealed in order to give CNN the news hook they needed to publish these scurrilous allegations. That's James Comey. Comey, who would go on to meet with the president of the United States on multiple occasions, have conversations with him about whether or not he was going to uphold the law on behalf of the American people, whether or not he was actually going to do the job of FBI director
Starting point is 00:20:22 as he was supposed to, and he would memorialize all of his conversations. He'd write them all down. And then instead of treating a one-on-one conversation between the president of the United States and the FBI director as an official document, he pretended he lied about this. He said that they were private documents, which he then subsequently leaked to his buddy who gave it to the New York Times in an effort to try and take down the Trump administration.
Starting point is 00:20:50 This is the kind of slippery, deceptive, Anthony Fauci-esque kind of liar we're dealing with when we talk about James Comey. So again, if the law is finally catching up with these guys, it's long overdue. And we have the FBI now conducting a real deal investigation into their criminality. And as we see it overnight, it's believed to be a conspiracy. As far as I can tell, it is, it definitely is.
Starting point is 00:21:17 May the Justice Department follow suit. It's not enough for the FBI to investigate this. Then we need the DOJ to prosecute it. That's what I'm demanding here. And I know you are too. Okay. Thank you guys. Great chat. It's just best damn audience in media. Really love you guys. All right. We got a lot more to get to here on the program, but some very interesting news overnight. All right. We got to thank our sponsors, pay attention
Starting point is 00:21:42 to what's happening in New York City. You should pay attention. Where do you think the voters are learning that socialism's a good idea? A lot of them came from leftist controlled public schools and were probably brainwashed all the way through graduation. The stats totally speak for themselves. Millions of kids cannot read, write, or even do math at grade level,
Starting point is 00:21:59 forcing colleges to dumb down curriculum just to keep enrollment up. Freedom Project Academy has perfected online learning for 15 years, offering live, anytime and homeschool courses for students in kindergarten through high school. Built on Judeo-Christian values, Freedom Project Academy is dedicated to mastery of subject matter, where students read full books, write in cursive, study the full scope of history, and graduate with knowledge years above many of their public school peers. But time is running out to ensure that your children have the best chance of a bright future.
Starting point is 00:22:32 Go to freedomforschool.com and save 15% off all courses when you use the code VINCE15. That's VINCE15 for 15% off all live, anytime and homeschool courses. The enrollment deadline is July 25. So don't wait, go to freedomforschool.com. That's freedom, F-O-R, school.com. Freedomforschool.com. Thank you for sponsoring this program. What a great, what a great operation they got running. What a great operation they've got running. Okay. All right. So what else do we have? Let's see here. I've got, oh, this is really good. I should just jump right into this. We've got alligator Alcatraz updates for you. Apparently, the illegal alien detainees in alligator Alcatraz, they don't love the accommodations. It's not
Starting point is 00:23:20 been super exciting. They're not giving them five stars. You know, apparently the room service is not what they were hoping for. Here is an NBC interview with one of the detainees at Alligator Alcatraz. He's frantic because he says the mosquitoes in Alligator Alcatraz are the size of elephants. Take a look. Says he's been at the detention facility out in the Everglades since Friday No water to bathe he says it's been four days since he showered 400 people he believes are inside the facility Only gets fed once a day he says and some of the food had warms the detention center lights are arms
Starting point is 00:24:09 24-7 The mosquitoes he says are the size of elephants complaints. They're not allowed to go outside and the tents are freezing. Wait a second. The tents are freezing. He's complaining about the air conditioning in South Florida? I'd rather have good air conditioning than just be outside. At least you got some good air conditioning. So that's the human rights atrocity. He's complaining about the air conditioning in alligator Alcatraz.
Starting point is 00:24:43 That's remarkable. What kind of cushy life has this guy been leading? The mosquitoes are the size of elephants. You know, I'm enjoying the Trump administration quite a bit. I love these wins. Despite what the president promised, I'm not getting tired of winning. That campaign promise has not come true yet. What I didn't anticipate as we've been conducting these mass deportations, it is that we'd also be deporting the mosquitoes. I'm glad the mosquitoes are being held in the same detention center, alligator Alcatraz. It makes a lot of sense. Actually. That's it.
Starting point is 00:25:18 That's a bonus problem that president Trump is apparently solving. They've got mosquitoes there too. They're deporting the mosquitoes as well. Hilarious. The mosquitoes are the size of elephants. Well, good. I've got a really easy solution for you. If you don't want to spend your time being deported with mosquitoes and alligator alcatraz, just get the hell out. Just take the Trump administration up on their offer. They told you. They told you you could go. They'll even pay for it. Isn't that wild? And when I say they, that means us. We'll pay for it. We'll pay for you to leave. That's how generous we are. You know, even with your bleached hair
Starting point is 00:25:54 and your craziness and your inability to speak English over the phone, and the fact that you hate air conditioning, even with all of those particular problems, we'll pay to get you out of the country. And then when you do, we'll even give you a thousand bucks. How's that? That's a guaranteed win. You don't even get that on a scratch-off lottery ticket. You know, a thousand bucks. Pretty nice. You can go. You should have done it. And now you got to do it the hard way. So let that be a lesson to everybody else. If you're here illegally, go home. Go home. You want to go to Alligator Alcatraz? You want to wrestle with the elephant sized mosquitoes? You want to look for
Starting point is 00:26:30 the thermostat so you can adjust it to make it a little bit warmer than the apparently freezing alligator Alcatraz tents? Come on, just go home. Just go home. So a good lesson there. Good update from alligator Alcatraz. And I don't think NBC realizes the public service that they're doing here. You know, NBC is doing that report because they want you to think that this is cruel and unusual. This is awful. This is inhumane what's going on. Except all I'm seeing is free advertising. I'm seeing earned media. That's what we call it in the press. Earned media, where you're just getting,
Starting point is 00:27:01 it's just a freebie. The Trump administration didn't even have to pay for that. media where you're just getting, it's just a freebie. The Trump administration didn't even have to pay for that. They just had that guy in custody. NBC calls him and they create an entire news package warning people that they should get out of the country before they end up in alligator Alcatraz. Honestly, couldn't ask for a better arrangement other than also deporting the mosquitoes. Thank you, president Trump.
Starting point is 00:27:22 Thank you for doing that. That's it. What an amazing sequence of events. Also yesterday, we got some updates on China purchasing American farmland. China purchasing American farmland. That is a massive deal. The Trump administration is now finally confronting
Starting point is 00:27:41 this thing and they had everybody show up yesterday for the announcement. Brooke Rollins is the Agriculture Secretary. She showed up for this thing, of course, that's her job. You had also Pam Bondi, head of the Department of Justice, Kristi Noem, the head of Homeland Security. And you had the head of the Pentagon, Pete Hegseth, the Secretary of Defense show up as well,
Starting point is 00:27:59 all saying, we are putting an end to China buying up all of the farmland around American military bases and they've been doing quite a bit of this. Quite a bit of this. In fact, the New York Post put together a map showing what this looks like. I want to give you a perspective on this. Let me see here.
Starting point is 00:28:23 Here's a map from the New York Post, fellas, if we could just a perspective on this. Let me see here. Here's a map from the New York Post, and fellas, if we could just zoom in on this, Chinese-owned farmland in America, in America. And it is all around America's most important military bases, all of the red that you're seeing. If you're watching the video podcast, all of the red around these facilities, and this is from years ago. Since then, it's gotten even worse than that.
Starting point is 00:28:48 You can also see some of the bases have the old names. They've since been changed back by the Trump administration. That's wonderful, but that's the key. So you've got China buying up all these critical military bases, critical land rather, around these military bases. And as a result, national security officials are warning that they're able to do all sorts
Starting point is 00:29:08 of intelligence and surveillance and reconnaissance from there, ISR, from there on America's military bases. That's completely unacceptable. And so the Trump administration is tackling that. Here's Brooke Rollins yesterday, cut four, saying, yeah, this can't happen anymore. This is a massive national security issue. Take a look. And see the yellow is where all of the farms have been purchased over the last number of years. And the red is around
Starting point is 00:29:36 all of the military bases where that farmland has been purchased. So this is a massive national security issue. The press conference this morning included three of our greatest governors as well. Sarah Sanders from Arkansas, Jim Pillin from Nebraska, and Bill Lee from Tennessee. The states have begun taking a leadership role to ban the purchasing of China farmland.
Starting point is 00:29:57 Obviously Congress needs to step up and catch up and we're gonna be working alongside of them as well. We got some more members, great members of Congress there. Yes, from our members, friends of Congress there. Yeah, speaking of members of Congress to work alongside, my next guest is doing that very thing. We'll get to him in just a moment. That's Kansas Senator Roger Marshall. Looking forward to our conversation on that subject and a lot more.
Starting point is 00:30:20 Hold tight more ahead on Vince before we get there. I got to thank our sponsors. Blackout Coffee is a great sponsor of this program. The owner of Blackout Coffee, a fella called John, he's a great American, he's the real deal, and he built Blackout Coffee from the ground up. They don't compromise on quality or values. It's America first coffee.

Starting point is 00:32:43 All right, here we go. You ready, Chad? You ready for Roger Marshall? Wanna chat with the Senator? Let's do that. Senator Roger Marshall joins us now. He's from the great state of Kansas, and he's on Vince with us.
Starting point is 00:32:56 Senator, good to see you. Vince, it's great to see you, and I think my wife has one of those bone charges. I didn't realize that you were a big proponent of it. The infrared stuff, really good. You like, and I'm not, again, we're not making any specific medical claims here, but you are a medical doctor and your wife seems to like it. So I'll take that as a good sign. I think that's a very good point. Exactly. And the black coffee, I'm an expert at several things, barbecue, beer, and black coffee. So that sounds like a good one to try to. We'll try it.
Starting point is 00:33:26 This is I knew I knew there were so many other reasons for me to like you and those are among them. Okay. Senator Marshall, American farmland. We're concerned here. I saw we just played Brooke Rollins a moment ago. We're concerned about the status of American farmland, Senator Marshall, because so much of it has been purchased by China, clearly with the blessing and the encouragement of the Chinese Communist Party around American military bases. Explain to us what the threat here is and what can be done to stop it. Yeah. So just in general, farm security, food security, is national security. We take it for granted. China, their nationals, their people
Starting point is 00:34:07 have purchased only about 300,000 acres of land. That's not a land, but it's a location that matters. They have land right next to Whiteman Air Force Base. That's where our B-2 bombers took off from for their mission to Iran. Back home, Fort Riley, Kansas is near and dear to my heart. They have land close to that. So it looks
Starting point is 00:34:25 like they strategically purchased land next to military bases. So that in and of itself, they can keep track of what's coming and going, what new drones do we have, all sorts of things as you can imagine. So it's a national security issue. But beyond that, let's talk about the other pieces of national security when it comes to agriculture. It's the food supply chain. So foreign nationals hold about one-fourth of the protein processing in America, pork processing and beef processing to be particular. They're constantly stealing our intellectual property. We have Chinese nationals in our laboratories at our universities. So they are a constant threat. The one that really scares me is bioterrorism.
Starting point is 00:35:07 The next COVID virus, the next thing that they make in a lab in China, you couldn't imagine that you'd ever have a hot air balloon floating across America, could you? That could be dropping some type of viral particles that would kill all the cattle in America. So that's the big concern, Vince. Well, for sure.
Starting point is 00:35:23 And I imagine China is going to get more and more aggressive as President Trump gets aggressive with them trying to stop the trade imbalances. China is going to try and figure out ways to force us back into their markets. And if that includes trying to kill our crops off, that is about as vile as it gets. And we've already seen evidence that Chinese nationals keep trying to smuggle bioagents into the United States of America. So this is a very looming threat center. Right, right.
Starting point is 00:35:49 So let's talk about what the Biden administration just ignored this. I begged them to make the Secretary of Agriculture part of CFIUS. That's the committee that assesses foreign investments in the United States from a national security standpoint. Yesterday, President Trump made Secretary Rawlins part of CFIUS, so she can evaluate each one of these purchases on a case-by-case basis. You know, who's really purchasing the land, right?
Starting point is 00:36:12 Is it some proxy or are they really connected to a country of concern as well? But why did, I'm sorry, but why did that take until now, Senator, why did that just happen? I'm so confused by that because CFIUS, those of us who've paid attention to it, is supposed to review any foreign investment in American companies,
Starting point is 00:36:29 but one would also think that major American land purchases near military bases, that should have been included to begin with. Yeah, it is absolutely common sense. We brought this to the Biden administration as we saw this acceleration of these land purchases. The president has the ability to appoint her. Congress can codify it. And we do have legislation that would codify that appointment, saw this acceleration of these land purchases, the president has the ability to appoint her.
Starting point is 00:36:45 Congress can codify it. And we do have legislation that would codify that appointment, make it permanently legal so that if heaven forbid we have another Joe Biden in office, that he wouldn't take the secretary of agriculture off that post. It's wild that it's happening. What do we know about how China has used this land? Well, that's a great question. And I can't, you know, I don't have any insider information except to say, obviously, they're spying on us. It's an easy spy spot.
Starting point is 00:37:14 But I think what's more important is what the Trump administration is going to do here. Basically, they're going to have an executive order that says, China, country of origins, cannot buy any further agriculture land in the United States, period. And they're gonna start a program to start taking land back from them. And, you know, Governor Huckabee Sanders
Starting point is 00:37:33 down in Arkansas has already done that. So states can do things as well. The state laws, the state governors can move a little bit more quickly on this. So I would encourage them to get behind this situation as well. So I think that the Trump administration is moving again, moving agriculture up to a level of national security.
Starting point is 00:37:50 Okay. Well, that's good news. Glad to see that happening. Let me ask you, while we're on the issue of the Department of Agriculture, Brooke Rollins insisted yesterday that she is not in any way pursuing amnesty, she said. The president reiterated that point from the White House. But the reason that any of this is coming up is because the president has attributed to Secretary Rollins a push to figure out a way to keep foreign nationals who've
Starting point is 00:38:17 been in the country here illegally working on farms and hotels and hospitality. And that has raised a lot of eyebrows. People are very concerned about that. The president suggested that whatever solution here might be legislative. But even if it's legislative, Senator, that does sound like an amnesty to me. You know, if you if you create a legislative solution to people who've been here illegally and let them stay and not impose consequences. So can you take give us some insight into this?
Starting point is 00:38:44 And if a piece of legislation like that were to appear before you in the Senate, would you oppose it? So no amnesty, period, full stop, end of paragraph, end of sentence, no amnesty. The president's made that very clear. Secretary Rollins reiterated that five times yesterday. Republicans in the Senate are not in favor of amnesty. But two points I'd like to make, though.
Starting point is 00:39:06 Number one, we could not have ever even had this discussion until the border was secure. It's amazing the border's secure. Again, the one big, beautiful bill is going to build 2,000 miles of barrier. It's going to fund that border security for the next four years. Usually, we have to fight every year with the Democrat
Starting point is 00:39:25 Senate's on funding that. But we have, we're going to double the number of ICE removal agents. I think what we heard Secretary Rollins say yesterday is they're going to continue to prioritize the 400,000 violent, illegal criminals in this country. And that's why I think what you saw DHS Secretary Noem there and all the different secretaries,
Starting point is 00:39:45 the attorney general there saying, look, this is all the above problem that we're trying to solve. We want to make our farmland secure, and we want to make your family safer as well. So I think that's first and foremost ahead of us is the border secure, and we're going to prioritize those violent illegal criminals. They're very expensive.
Starting point is 00:40:03 They're very time consuming. We've doubled the number of retention beds as well. I don't see amnesty as any part of the future under President Trump. Okay, so if any amnesty bill appears before you, you're voting no on that. That's right. I think that if, you know, we worked on this
Starting point is 00:40:19 when I was in the House before, it would have required every person that's in this country, illegal, to go out of the country and start over and come back and do this the legal proper way. And what we had had in that situation was you needed to have a job. You needed to have someone vouching for you that you had a job. And again, we just need to do a better job with clearance right now as well. So I think that the Trump administration is fully engaged on removing illegals, but prioritizing those who are violent criminal aliens, 400,000 of them.
Starting point is 00:40:49 Okay. Let me also ask you about Dr. Kevin O'Connor today, supposed to be in a deposition with the United States House of Representatives, testifying about what he knew and of course, what he also concealed about Joe Biden's physical limitations while he was in office. Now, this has been a bit of a wrestling match to get this guy in in the first place. He was requested to come in, didn't want to. They sent him a subpoena and said, you will show up today. And then as late as yesterday, he was still indicating that he doesn't really want to do this because he doesn't feel like he's ready to do it
Starting point is 00:41:26 and talk about his patient. Senator Marshall, take us inside what we should think about all of this. Dr. Kevin O'Connor, his testimony before Congress. Yeah, Vince, of course, you know I'm a physician as well. I practiced obstetrics and gynecology for 25 years, and maybe I can share a couple analogies from there. Look, this doctor has a legal obligation
Starting point is 00:41:47 to come and testify. Just like if I had a legal obligation, let's say, again, I'm an obstetrician. I see a patient in the morning, and she goes out and kills somebody that night. And I'm subpoenaed to the court to come and testify. They would ask me questions, what was her mental status? I'd be obligated to talk about that.
Starting point is 00:42:06 Did she say anything that she was interested in killing somebody or herself? I would have to testify to that. Now, if they asked me, has she ever had herpes? Has she ever had STD? Has she ever had a miscarriage? I would say, look, that's patient-doctor privilege. It has nothing to do with this case.
Starting point is 00:42:22 But in this equation, this doctor has every obligation to come talk about the national security issues regarding the neurogeneral decline of one Joe Biden and how there was an abuse of power with the auto pen. So I think that's fair game that the law trumps his ethical obligation. One caveat I want to throw out there.
Starting point is 00:42:41 There is a political downside to doing this. Political downside to doing this. Political downside to doing this. Republicans need to stay focused on selling our one big beautiful bill. We need to keep out there reminding people this is the largest tax cut, this is the largest spending cut in American history. We need to stay focused on that. We need to be stay focused on getting these trade deals done. All those things that President Trump's agenda is.
Starting point is 00:43:01 This is a bit of a side show. So there's a political downside to doing this. Maybe, but also it is the biggest constitutional crisis of our lifetimes, I think, when you have somebody who's not actually the president of the United States being referred to as the president, and then other people are operating the powers of an entire branch of government.
Starting point is 00:43:20 It does seem like a really meaningful deal, and to the extent that we get to the bottom of it. And when it comes to the White House doctor, Senator, I've thought a lot and I think you've kind of addressed it a bit that this is an unusual patient. You know, there is one thing to have just sort of your average civilian who's going to see their doctor, they're entitled to privilege and secrecy around their health status. But if you're the president of the United States, we have an entire constitutional amendment
Starting point is 00:43:47 that's dedicated to your health and your wellbeing and whether or not you should still actively be considered the president. In light of that, it does strike me that Dr. Kevin O'Connor has a complete obligation to talk about the health of the man that they claimed was the president. Yeah, so as I agree with everything you said,
Starting point is 00:44:04 I want my good friend Jamie Comer to go through with this trial. I'm just telling us not to overplay our hand. We cannot stop talking about all the great victories under President Trump that we're doing as well. We cannot make this the focus of the Republican Party, but he absolutely, this doctor absolutely has an obligation to talk about the neurodegenerative decline of one Joe Biden He absolutely that this is an impact on national security I think that a congressman Comer as well within his constitutional rights to come in and say did this president put us at some type of National security threat level, you know what who was really planned this Afghanistan
Starting point is 00:44:45 security threat level, you know, what, who, who was really planned this Afghanistan evacuation debacle, who was, is there any type of notes? I want to share the, see the notes as he was, as the auto pen signed all these pardons. Is there a discussion, you know, with the president that, that record some of those as well? That would be a minimal that I would want to see. So there's, where there's smoke, there's fire, full speed ahead, but we got a great story to tell beyond just Joe Biden's declamation. I totally agree. But okay, so last question on this subject then,
Starting point is 00:45:12 which is if it is found through this investigation that the president truly was non-compass meant that the guy was not functioning at all and other people were doing the job, to what extent does that invalidate anything that the auto pen signature was affixed to? You know what I mean? The implications of that are very big. What legislation was signed with the auto pen?
Starting point is 00:45:33 What executive orders, what pardons were signed with the auto pen? Can they even be considered valid in the wake of a finding like this? Yeah, Vince. What I can promise you is if that's the case, we're going to, first of all, do resolutions on the Senate floor. And I would expect executive orders, something to come out of the Trump administration.
Starting point is 00:45:52 This is why Pam Bondi is the attorney general. And I would expect this to go through the court system. I would expect this to go all the way to the Supreme Court level. It'll be a 6-3, 5-4 decision, I think. And that's why we have these three co-equal branches of government. But it's the job of the House of Representatives right now to expose it, to get to the facts, so then we can go through that judicial process. But I couldn't agree more. And I really do think that we're going to find
Starting point is 00:46:22 that Joe Biden was mentally incompetent for several years there. All these kiss and tell books are now coming out, confirming that. And I really do think as we go beyond just Dr. O'Connor, but other people within the White House, that that's what's gonna come to fruition. I'm with you on this one. Okay, Senator Marshall,
Starting point is 00:46:41 beyond getting the big, beautiful bill passed, which I'm very grateful we did for all the reasons that are contained within it, the tax cuts, the immigration enforcement, people are also looking for spending cuts. And right now you do have a bill that's been presented to the United States Senate. It's a rescission package sent by the president of the United States to cut just about nine billion dollars in spending. That's on USAID, NPR, PBS. How quickly do you anticipate that thing actually passing? Well, I think it'll come to the floor next week, but I'm embarrassed to tell you that there's people, Senator Republicans that are having heartburn about it. Look, to your point,
Starting point is 00:47:16 37 trillion dollars of national debt, a trillion dollars a year on interest, and the Senate doesn't have the cojones to cut nine billion billion of total waste, fraud, and abuse. When I sat down with Elon Musk the first time, I gave him a list of the top 10 things that Doge should do. USAID was the top of it. And I put beside it, burn it to the ground. Based upon my experiences traveling, seeing what USAID was doing, I knew
Starting point is 00:47:43 that there was a lot of fraud and abuse going on with it. And then the national, this is also going to defund national public radio television as well. Look, Kansans back home, we're tired of their taxpayer money being spent on basically one propaganda unit for the left, right? So but it's, we've got some heartburn going on here. Hopefully we can get it through. Okay.
Starting point is 00:48:04 Can you, I'm sorry, but can you characterize why any Republican would oppose these cuts? Is it, what is the point of that? Are they, are they trying to protect some sort of spending in their own States? Or is it about the principle of trying to stop the White House from having a say about cutting spending? What is this? Yeah. I think within this USAID money is money to fund AIDS. For over 20 years, we have spent billions of dollars treating people for AIDS in Africa. And I'm so glad we got to do it,
Starting point is 00:48:35 but do we need to keep spending a billion dollars a year on that? When does Africa take care of their own problems? When are they going to realize what's causing AIDS, that there's ways to prevent it other than taking a medicine that costs tens of thousands of dollars a month as well. So that's one piece, the humanitarian part of it as well.
Starting point is 00:48:51 And look, there are some moderates within the Republican Party that think National Public Radio should be funded by the government. I disagree. With today's media opportunities, I don't see why the federal government needs to be subsidizing anybody out there in the media, let alone someone who's so biased as NPR is.
Starting point is 00:49:11 Ed, man, if you stay with this and you try to keep spending money on that, you should be totally embarrassed. And by the way, you should lose office. There's no excuse for this. It's like the most measly possible spending cut package. Like you and I are talking about it, but $9 billion, that's like change under the carpet. That's nothing. There's so much more to cut. This
Starting point is 00:49:28 is this is our first test of whether or not Congress can do it. And I really, really hope that you can. Thank you, Senator Marshall. I'm so glad you joined me today. Thank you, sir. Good to talk to you. There he is, Senator Roger Marshall. It's it's crazy. It's crazy, man. It's crazy. So here's the update for you on spending cuts. As you know, a few shows actually have covered rescissions as much as we have, because it is this very powerful tool to cut spending that the United States Senate is not thrilled that we know about. I can tell you right now. Because it puts the very Republicans that Senator Marshall was alluding to in an uncomfortable position. They have to take real votes about whether or not they really want to cut
Starting point is 00:50:15 spending for you. A lot of these guys spend all this time running for office, fundraising off of you, taking your money, getting your votes, and then showing up in office and not doing any of the crap that they ran on, including cutting spending. And so what the rescission's power allows these guys to do is with a simple majority vote in the United States Senate, not a filibuster proof majority, not a 60 vote majority, I'm talking 50 votes plus JD Vance's tiebreaker, they can cut spending. That's what rescission is. It's a presidential power. The president sends a request to Congress. He gets a 45-day clock begins. The House has already passed their component. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Sure, you can cut that.
Starting point is 00:50:55 The Senate hasn't done it yet. They were begging for time. They said, well, we got to pass the big, beautiful bill first. Okay, that's done and over. The Senate this week is on vacation. So when they get back, when they get back, pass it. Senator Marshall says it should happen next week. I imagine the President of the United States does not want to be embarrassed by Republicans in the Senate, so he'll get involved in the browbeating here. And John Thune, well, he's got to shepherd this thing across the finish line. Get it done. They're important programs to cut, but as I noted, they're measly. $9 billion is nothing. We have a $37 trillion debt. We got a lot more cutting to do. So we are awaiting a bunch of things. One, August 18th is when this rescission, what they call pocket rescissions, can be sent over by the White House, pocket rescissions,
Starting point is 00:51:45 which actually is as Russ Vought has explained and will explain in more detail tomorrow when we chat with him here on this program, gives the White House the ability to cut spending without Congress being involved at all. How does that work? We'll talk about this with Russ Vought. But I have questions for him.
Starting point is 00:52:02 How durable are these spending cuts? How long will they last? Is this something we have to do every fiscal year? Or can we do this on a permanent basis? I've heard a lot of conflicting things. I don't like hearing conflicting things. I want clear guidance on this subject. I want Russ Voht to walk me through pocket rescissions. I want him to be able to explain to us what is happening, how it's happening, and what we can expect next. How big are the spending packages going to be? The White House has a lot of power here.
Starting point is 00:52:29 Is the president going to send over hundreds of billions or even trillions of dollars in cuts to pull out of the federal government to save Americans money? The president obviously is very concerned with growth. That's his big thing. This is why he wanted to get the big, beautiful bill passed. He wants growth instead of the rest of us. We want a flourishing economy. We want a lot of money flowing.
Starting point is 00:52:50 As a result, tax revenues are gonna go up even though taxes have been cut. We've seen this phenomenon. It happened after the first round of tax cuts from President Trump. But we also need spending cuts. This is what I said. When I talked to Senator Rand Paul about this,
Starting point is 00:53:04 when I talked to Senator Rand Paul about this. When I talked to Senator Ron Johnson about this, I nod my head in violent agreement. Here I am, nodding my head in violent agreement that we need spending cuts. We absolutely need those. But at the same time, what do we need? What do we need out of the big, beautiful bill? We need a secure border. We need the invasion to stop. We need every single illegal who's come here in the invasion to be deported. We need our country back. So yes, there's a lot of things to do to get our house in order. But these spending cuts, they matter a great deal. And as I said, from the beginning, after the big, beautiful bill gets passed, we're gonna, we're gonna have to
Starting point is 00:53:42 cut a lot of spending. So that's good. Yeah, all right, Chad. I know, I know, we keep plugging away. Recisions should be set in stone, says RWR7777. That's a lot of sevens. I agree with you. I totally agree with you. And yeah.
Starting point is 00:54:00 And then of course, you got the do-mers out there. Who is this? SDSCMSS. Forget about rescissions, the Republicans will fuck this up. Look, I'm going to war with the the do-mers out there. Who is this? SDSCMSS. Forget about rescissions. The Republicans will fuck this up. Look, I'm going to war with the army we've got, fellas. I don't know what to tell you. We got to do this and we just have to keep riding them.
Starting point is 00:54:12 That's it. Just keep going after these guys until they actually do the job. Browbeat them into submission. Browbeat them in to submission. That's the plan. What options do we have? Here's one, force them to make them do it. We're keeping track of all of this and red wine 1791 says deport all illegals.
Starting point is 00:54:36 I totally, I totally agree with you. Okay, you heard me ask about amnesty a moment ago. I was talking to Senator Marshall about this idea about amnesty. Let me remind you where all of that came from. President Trump had this to say last week. Take a look. Cut seven.
Starting point is 00:54:50 Here's what he said Thursday night. This is Independence Day Eve. We're working on legislation right now where farmers look, they know better. They work with them for years. You had cases that were not here, but just even over the years where people have worked for a farm on a farm for 14, 15 years, and they get thrown out pretty viciously. And we can't do it.
Starting point is 00:55:10 We got to work with the farmers and people that have hotels and leisure properties, too. We're going to work with them, and we're going to work very strong and smart. And we're going to put you in charge. We're going to make you responsible. And I think that that's going to make a lot of people happy. Now, serious, radical right right people who I also happen to like a lot,
Starting point is 00:55:29 they may not be quite as happy, but they'll understand, won't they? Do you think so? Oh, boy. Oh, boy. Now, that one caused some fire. I know that caught your attention to seriously radical, right people. How about just normal people? How about normal people would like people who come here illegally to be deported, to face the consequences for their illegal actions? Well, that moves. So
Starting point is 00:55:48 what happened was the White House heard you. It is so abundantly clear to me what is going on. The White House heard you and heard your concerns here. And this is where it comes, whether it's the White House or the Senate, the House, you just always have to stay vigilant and you have to stay on top of these things. You know, I think a lot of us for years, we kind of went about our business, we're like, I just got to work, you know, somebody else will handle the politics. But conservatives, we've learned you can't do that because when you do that, especially the left is on the move and they're going to invade every possible space of your life and make it miserable. We have to stop them from doing that. So the White House heard you here. And so we got
Starting point is 00:56:25 a series of statements yesterday that were encouraging, but worth continuing to watch over. Here's the Ag Secretary, Brooke Rollins, yesterday saying, cut five, no amnesty, no amnesty, no amnesty. Here she goes. There will be no amnesty. The mass deportations continue, but in a strategic way. And we move the workforce towards automation and 100% American participation, which again, with 34 million people, able bodied adults on Medicaid, we should be able to do that fairly quickly. We've got more than enough Americans who need good jobs. That's what she said there.
Starting point is 00:56:59 100% American participation. That's what she said there. We'll hold her to it. We're gonna hold her to it. The President of the United States also weighing in on this yesterday. He held a big cabinet meeting, as he often does. Remember, Biden never held any of these. The cabinet members never got to speak to Biden. The President Trump said yesterday, cut six. No, no amnesty. There's no amnesty. What we're doing is we're getting rid of criminals, but we are doing a work program. Do you want to explain that, please?
Starting point is 00:57:28 Yeah, this morning we talked about, of course this was a top of mind question, this morning we talked about protecting the farmers and the farmland, but obviously this President's vision of no amnesty, mass deportation continues, but in a strategic way, and then ensuring that our farmers have the labor that they need. Secretary Chavez-Durimmer has been a leader on this. Obviously, this comes out of the Labor Department, but moving toward automation, ensuring that our farmers have that workforce and moving toward an American workforce. So all of the above- We've got to give the farmers the people they need, but we're not talking amnesty.
Starting point is 00:58:03 No amnesty. Okay. She said no amnesty, but we're going to amnesty. No amnesty, okay. She said no amnesty, but we're gonna do this strategically. I don't love that phrasing. How about you? Do you love that phrasing, Chad? Your radar's up at all. My radar's up. My spidey senses are tingling. So let me just reiterate, no amnesty, and let's take 100% care of American workers. Let's focus there, first and foremost.
