And I was like, was it 10 or 8 p.m. That was a real thing. He's happened all the time. The answer with me when I was younger was most of the time, no, because me and my brothers were maniacs growing up. We would just pop in at all time. So thank you for finding that. Very funny. It is getting hot over the skies in Iran as the ghost kinetic again. President Trump and his secretary of war and our brave military men and women are taking out targets in Iran. As I said yesterday, I've been very clear on this, unambiguous in any way, black or white.

I just need to understand what you're debating position if you're against these attacks in Iran are. And it's fine. You're perfectly entitled to your opinion. I've said over and over. I'm not mad or upset at anyone when our men and women are in harm's way for saying, hey, man, we'd like to understand why. I get it. I'm with you 100%. I've never been a big global interventionist.

In this case, however, with the death to America crowd and what I learned, I'm completely confident President Trump made the right decision. But being schizophrenic about it is not helping. When President Trump engages in, you know, prolonged negotiations to try to avoid a kinetic confrontation, people say, I can't believe he's checking it out. And then when President Trump engages in a kinetic action to get them back to the negotiating table and make strikes,

I can't believe that the U.S. military is engaged in an illegal war. It's illegal. Are you insane? Just pick a position. Pick a position. He was President Trump this morning talking about Carg Island. Now, this is really important because Carg Island would be, there's no question about it, if we were to take Carg Island, there will have to be some boots on the ground.

That would be a change in the kinetic posture of the Trump administration. There's zero doubt about that. Taking Carg Island would basically cut off the revenue source for the Iranian regime almost completely at this point and isolate them. Now, the question I have, and I'll play for you, the cut just happened on Fox and Friends a little bit ago. The question I have for you is knowing President Trump and the way he negotiates, where he takes a maximalist position, he takes a position of 120 when he's really looking for 80, and then he comes down and it gets a 90. He's still better than 80. I don't know if this is a threat or if he's doing it to get them back to the table.

So we'll see. But this would definitely be a change in the posture of the table. Trump administration. Here's what he said this morning on Fox and Friends phone interview, check this out. I need to make a deal. They want to make a deal so badly. And they're really in submission. In submission, they just don't know it yet. Look, my preference has always been Take Carg Island. That's been Brian knows that. I spoke to him a long time ago. Lauren knows it. I don't know that America has the stomach for it, to be honest with you. You know, to make a fortune. But I don't know that America has the stomach. I think they'd like to see us come home.

But we did it with Venezuela. And Venezuela has worked out great for everybody. We've taken millions and millions of barrels of oil out of Venezuela. We brought them to Houston and various other places. Louisiana, you know, refineries that we have that are incredible. They're going 24 hours a day. Making a fortune. And, you know, I like that in this case, too.

But I'm not sure the country has the appetite for it. Does that make sense to you? I understand where you... as good as it is. By the way, as good as it is, that's always been my number one thing. But as good as it is, I'm not sure the country has the appetite for it. And that's okay. I understand that. That is a critical, critical segment. Folks, I know there's a lot of discord within the Republican. Forget the Democrat. I just want the United States to lose. Forget them. As I'm going to bring up later in the show, I swear to you, if Trump cured hepatitis and

cancer tomorrow, they would cheer on hepatitis and cancer. Forget those morons. Forget those morons. they're just being imbeciles, and they just hate the country. For the Republicans who object to kinetic action in Iran, I understand. I get it. But I want you to know, I'm not the Trump whisperer. Donald Trump does what Donald Trump wants. He got elected president, not me. He is the commander-in-chief.

He's not doing this because it's politically popular. He's well aware of the effect on oil markets and inflation and the PPI. He's well aware of that. He's doing what he believes is the right thing. But for those saying that he's not receptive to his own MAGO, or conservative audience. I was glad Guy cut that clip when he did, and we listened to it before the show,

because he clearly says at the end, if I have to take Carg Island to basically finish what we started over there, then I'm going to do it, but I'm well aware that there are some people out there who are not ready for this. Politicians never say that, because he's not a politician.

Yes, he's an elected official, but in the sense of, yes, he's literally a pop. What I mean by that is he doesn't take the traditional talking points and filter them through this kind of political lens. He just talks like a businessman from Queens who understands he has to do something unpopular but believes it's the right thing to do.

But he wants you to know. He wants you to know. It's almost like an act of kind of empathy with you in the beginning. He wants you to know he understands. You know, when I was knocking on doors running for office myself, one of the best pieces of advice I ever got from a really prominent politician was people hate having their door knocked on by a politician. They want to throw you off their poor.

or their stoop, as we used to call it, New York. So one of the first things you should do is say, hey, I'm really sorry to bother you. I know you probably hate politicians knocking at your door, but it automatically disarms people who understand you. That's what Donald Trump's doing here. He's not naive to this. So it's also why I bring up, like, is this a threat to get them back to the table?

Is he going to do it? I don't know. We'll see. He said tonight, so we'll have a lot to report on tomorrow where it's going to be another bangor of a newsday. I just can't stand again, the left and there's schizophrenic debating position, who again, I swear to you, if the Trump administration cured Ebola tomorrow, they would have signs up like number one foamy finger, go Ebola. It's just

sickening. These are the death to America terrorists who've been responsible on battlefields from Iraq all over the world to the cafe Milano incident around the United States and around the world for killing Americans. Let's stop pretending these are like the three musketeers of virtue in Iran. And you get this lunacy from the other side. Did you see this? It's at some random Twitter account. Honestly, I'd never heard of. But it's just so epidemic of what you see amongst the lunaticocracy out there.

Here's this account. It's a Persian girl or something. Man, like I'm comparing the United States basically to terror groups. Last night, the most powerful army in the world bombed water reservoirs in Iran, leaving people without drinking water. They're firing in Oz. I can't remember even ISIS doing like. doing something like that.

Americans, are you proud of your terrorist regime and army? Well, this got pretty ugly for Persian girl, a verified account on X, because they went on to ask Grock, did ISIS ever bomb water reservoirs? This is a really inconvenient answer. Talk about it. Kick in the nuts. Yes, ISIS repeatedly weaponized water infrastructure in Iraq and Syria. They seize major dams and reservoirs, even lists them.

Flooded villages, cut off drinking water, civilian areas, and sabotage booby-trap plants and turbines on retreat. Water was a core part of their military tactics. Folks, these people are crazy, okay? Just pick a position, stake it out. Just pick a position and debate it and argue in. The schizophrenic, lunatic people out there on the left, they are cheering for the other side.

A lot of these people, folks, in politics, in D.C., especially on the Democrat side. We've got some knuckleheads, too, no doubt about it. They secretly, quietly hate you. I know this isn't news, but whenever you see these, not hidden camera, but hot mic videos, sometimes hidden camera, but hot mic videos where people get caught on mics saying things

they really say in private. This thing with Gretchen Whitmer is just, it's gone viral, of course, because it's just so epidemic in D.C. of how politicians feel about you, even at the state level. Here's Gretchen Whitmer, Democrat governor. The audio here is not great. But she clearly says here at one point,

we're used to people saying, fuck, no, pardon the language, is in there. And then just doing it anyway. Basically, like, I just gaff off my constituents. If you listen to the audio, it's not great, but Libz of TikTok had a little transcription next to. We'll put it up on the screens quick. But check this out.

This is how they feel. about you. They really hate you. And a lot of them just hate this country, too. They want to see us lose. I'm just telling you that. But it's true. Check this out. I'm just telling you, as all of these Google Glass meta-rayband glasses come out with the little recorders and things like this, it is going to be important. possible for politicians in the future to fully hide their disdain for the American people who elected them into office. It's just not going to be easy anymore. You're not going to be able to behind the scenes like, I quietly hate my constituents. They all suck, you know. Someone's going to

catch you on their glasses or in a hot mic somewhere. That's how they really feel. I'm telling you, we've got a side of the political aisle in the United States of America that just wants to see this plays burn. Meanwhile, for all the drama on the left and all the bullshit about how awful of a time it is to be alive in the Trump administration, that is objectively false. The safest America you've ever lived in, the murder rate collapsing, the border, the border being almost completely sealed. We've had GDP growths great. Yeah, there have been some hiccups. The inflation number's not great. President Trump's aware of that. He knows it's not politically popular. to do these things.

You know, defanging the Iranian Malaocracy, the actions in Venezuela. There's so much good stuff going on, the deregulatory efforts, that it's stunned that this doom and gloom class on the bus. It's just goonery at this point. And by the way, for all the people, again, writing President Trump's obituary for the umpteenth thousandth time, his record on endorsements is still pretty peerless. I saw a bunch of President Trump's opponents celebrating the fact that in one of the races in Iowa, finally one of the candidates he supported lost in a nail bider.

And they're like taking a victory lap as if this guy's record of endorsements isn't peerless in America. Forget modern American history in American history in general. President Trump boosted his endorsement record after last night's primaries across the country. It's a Fox News to me. Look at this tally. You can talk all the sports. smack you up. Oh, he lost a race at Iowa.

Yeah, one out of this. 13 endorsed in the Senate race. 13 wins. U.S. House. 127 for 127. Governor's race endorsed 10-9-1. That's the only, you can talk all the smack you. There he is.

Lucky Trump makes another appearance, sound effects, and all. Talk all the smack you want. Because things are happening. I am not painting for you a utopian vision. of everything being perfect and the stars aligning at the same time. That's not what happens in politics. President Trump is dealing with a divided government. No, he's not.

We have the House and the Senate. The Senate is divided because of the 60-vote threshold. That's just the fact. They can't do anything without the Democrats in the U.S. Senate. So nothing's ever going to be perfect. This is not a monarchy and nor what I want it to be, where the president can just go, go for it to love and serve. President Trump demands it so.

But on net, the net present value of living in the United States right now is unbelievably positive. Like, incredibly positive. We have surpassed any hurdle rate of expectations for the first one and a half years of the Trump administration. Even this thing, this goes to show you what I was talking about for. If this man cured the freaking Hanta virus, the Democrats would be cheering for, they'd be running commercials with like, you ever see that? If you guys are missing the video, these guys just randomly throw things. Go Ebola, that'd be them. Do you remember that disgusting commercial for the toe fungus thing?

Oh, toes. The toe thing, it's just so nasty. Do you remember the digger guy and digger would jump by a little critter? I jump under your nail. Look what I do. I used to want to throw up every time I see that commercial. You know what I'm talking about? And the toe fungus.

I don't want to hear about your toe fungus. I don't really care. I don't care. If he cured toe fungus, the Democrats would be running campaign ads with Digger, the toe fungus guy. They'd be like, Digger, can I get an endorsement? Endorsed by Digger with their go Ebola, number one foamy finger. I only bring that up because I have lived and worked in D.C. for a long time, okay? Five years plus with the Secret Service.

I think it was like seven years or so. The last year of the Trump administration, I know D.C. pretty well. He used to drive around her all the time, but Muttley's in the chat. You like that? I only gauge that I can always see the Muttley's out of the corner of my eye because it's such a big emoji and it's hard to miss.

Muttley's in the chat. President Trump, for a small fraction of tax dollars, has decided that our, nation's capital should represent what the United States is all about. We should clean up the capital. The capital should look. This should not be some big partisan disaster. Mottages and the trap. It's a Democrat city. This is my point. It is not a Republican city. Okay. It is not Stuart Florida. It's D.C. I think 90 plus percent of the residents are Democrats.

President Trump's like, hey, I'm going to clean up your city. You know, it's not going to cost a ton of money, but the place should not be a total shithole. I'm sorry. The reflecting pool was like an algae pool. People just bitch him all. I can't believe the president's cleaning up a Democrat city to make it look reflective of this great nation

on its 250th anniversary. Here is a guy, Jason Bartlett, walks around D.C. And showing you what it looks like now. That's just a short snippet of the video. And you still got people complaining. The number one foamy fingers are like, I want a dirty, shitty, crime-ridden city. You're like, are you fucking guys crazy?

You know, Will Kane, I love Will Kane show on Fox. He did a great segment yesterday. It was around a 445 mark or so. He did a segment on all these Europeans coming to the United States for the World Cup where they're like enjoying the food. They can't believe how hospitable everybody is. And they're like stunned. Like, we need more of this in our country.

One of them was commenting on how great, like, the Wi-Fi is on planes and stuff. This is the greatest country on Earth. The Democrats are shitting in their diapers pissed off that President Trump is cleaning up their cities. Crime, just the gross monuments, graffiti and spray paint, the freaking reflecting pool. It was the algae pool. Man, get a grip, bro. You sound like just crazy.

people. It's amazing. You guys can cheer for Nazis in the main Senate race, but you can't just at least acknowledge like, hey, all right, the president of the Democrat city is doing a nice place. A place looks pretty damn good. Even the Europeans, many of which don't even like President Trump, but like, hey, quietly, you guys look pretty good over here. It's a great place to be. Yes, it is. 250 years of freedom, liberty, and kicking ass. Folks, I told you, I'm obsessed with the history of this country, the fact that we are here, we are been touched by the hand of God. If anybody tells you otherwise, challenge their sanity. There is no way we should have beat the British Empire in the Revolutionary War. There's no way we should have won the

War of 1812. We should have collapsed under the weight of the Civil War. We should have collapsed under the weight of slavery in the beginning. All of this stuff should have collapsed the United States. And you know what? It didn't. We got over all of these troubles fixed and remedied our problems, and now we're 250 years later still with freedom, liberty, and ass kicking everywhere. I'm proud of my country and our military. We'll recognize the problems that still creep up.

Yeah, we've got to fight against inflation, government spending ahead, no doubt. But I'm not going to sit here and shit all over the country because I'm in a bad mood, and I don't like President Trump's drinking Diet Coke in the morning in the White House. That's not a major story for me. All right, I'm going to get to more coming up in a second, including, you think I'm kidding how they'll cheer for Nazis?

They won't cheer for the president cleaning up their city, their political city. It's our capital, but they run the city. But they'll cheer for a Nazi guy with a Nazi tattoo who's like a communist. I'm too old. A star is born? This next clip, however, sums up. completely where the Democrat Party has totally lost its way. I told you yesterday, the day before last week and last month. Listen to me, America. There is no saving this party. They'll constantly talk about Donald Trump's discursive speaking style,

you know, his true social posts and say, the bar is being lowered. No, but there is a bar for us. There is a bar for us. And the bar for us, the Republican Party, is we do not accept Nazi tattoo people in our party. We just don't do that because the whole idea of like mass murder and a Holocaust, then not, I give it two thumbs down on Yelp. Like it's just a really shitty idea, which may be understatement of the millennia.

I love when they talk about lowering the bars if there isn't a bar. No, there's a bar. And a Nazi tattoo and being a devout communist is it. And now Democrats are going to keep holding our candidates to an infinitely higher standard while we have Ken Paxon in Texas, while we have Donald Trump sitting in the Oval Office right now. And I guess it remains to be seen, but I also want to refra. Is it a high standard or is it a low standard? Listen.

Because I'm not sure that he's being held to a higher standard than anybody else. But the Republican Party is absolutely holding him to a higher standard than they hold their own candidates. I mean, Donald Trump had a sit-down dinner with Nick Fuentes and the very same people who were silent about that are now clutching their pearls about this admittedly weird tattoo that Graham Platner has apologized for. And it's a Nazi tattoo, Adam. Yeah. I mean, I'm not. I acknowledge that.

Oh, yeah. Weird. It's a Nazi tattoo. It's awful. Yeah. So even Abby Phillips, the host of the show, it's like, is that really a high bar? So just to be clear, my Dest touch guy, the high bar, it's a high bar, not a low bar to be like, hey, bro, are you a Nazi? Because that's like a Nazi tattoo on your, that's not a high bar.

That's like suggesting there's a high bar for admittance into Harvard and Yale University. we need an SAT score of like 250. That's not even possible to get a score. That's not a high bar. Now comparing contrast this party that is not savable. I'm telling you, it is not savable. What they did to President Trump, the wiping out of standards, due process, rules, procedure,

and their weaponization of the government, these were the lowest of the low, Nazi tattoo guy. Their never-ending push for communism, the confiscation of wealth, liberty, and freedom. Their efforts at censorship, I'll address with Jim Jordan later. They're cheating in elections. They're intent to just wipe out any fidelity to win election result by, you know, no election ID, no voter ID, no, we'll take a library card. A guy in a ninja suit can show up and it'll be like, hey, man, a ninja suit's a form of ID.

This is all crazy. The party's not savable. Now, contrast that with things that are happening, actually happening in the Trump administration. So much stuff is happening that it gets lost in the stuff is happening file. I'm here to tell you things that are happening. You may have missed. Here's one from Libs of TikTok. Here we go.

The Nubh is happening file. It's getting thicker and thicker and thicker by the day. We've got to expand that file room, guys. You may need like three rows now. Here's one you probably missed. Libs at TikTok tweet yesterday. Birth tourism. Huge problem, folks.

You've got companies overseas. You pay a fee. You could be from a foreign declared enemy of the United States in many cases, and you get to pay a fee and come here and have a child. Not because you care about the United States, but because you want a U.S. passport, which could result in some nefarious, you know, action later as people can get access to the United States.

The State Department is now announcing a massive crackdown on birth tourism schemes for foreigners to get citizenship. Yes, you can read the whole tweet. This stuff is happening. Remember, this is a really important case on the, by the way, breaking news, House fails to pass extension on the FISA spy program. So we'll see what happens with that. I read this morning the president's preparing some executive orders to make sure there's no lapse in intel gathering. So we'll see what happens there.

So another thing that may be, quote, happening. But this is important. Birth tourism. There has been an ongoing argument that the Supreme Court is going to have to rectify. the United States is if you are born here, is it about territorial jurisdiction or political jurisdiction? I want to go into a big, long thing I've discussed this before. This is not an asked and answered question, despite what the liberal media is telling you, if you were born here and you were the subject to a different, say it's the Chinese Communist Party,

and you're here just for an in-and-out trip, you were subject to the political jurisdiction of another nation state, did the founders mean territorial or jurisdiction, or actually later on, or political jurisdiction, meaning you're just born in a territory and you're good? I don't think they did. I don't think they did.

The Trump administration is doing things that are actually happening. Here's another one. The disparate impact rulings that have been just devastating. I know this is one of those things you're not going to hear about on a lot of shows because they're not really sexy

to talk about, but they are super important. One of the ways the left wing has screwed you over in your neighborhoods with education funding is this disparate impact. Here's Eric W on X, hot off the presses. DOJ issued an opinion today explaining that disparate impact liability under federal employment law is unconstitutional. This is an earthquake in federal civil rights law. You're damn right. What's disparate impact?

Very simply stated. Your company, your education institution, your housing money that you get for your community and these communities, community grants and all this stuff, even if there is no racial discrimination intent at all. And what winds up happening is say you don't have X number of Asian or black or Hispanic employees or residents in a condo complex or whatever it may be. Because there was what they perceive a disparate impact, even if no one was discriminated against, the government wind up suing you and screwing you over. It is one of the most destructive, disgusting thing the government does.

There is no racial intent at all. People move and go to schools who are black and Hispanic and move into neighborhoods for all kinds of reasons. There are all kinds of reasons. It is illegal to discriminate on race. If they can get rid of disparate impact, this is going to be, I mean, to call it an earthquake is underselling it. The DOJ is moving on that too. but again, because so much is happening in this incredible year and a half of the Trump administration, these stories get, these stories get, I can barely hear that tune across the room and know it's the nothing is happening for the house.

There's a freak out going on over Bill Pulte, who is now going to be the acting director of national intelligence as Tulsi is going to exit shortly, Tulsi Gabbard. and the freak out's already begun. He hasn't even done anything yet. There's a tweet up by leading report

that he's been putting over there to clean the place up and downsize the office of DNI. President Trump is instructed Bill Palti to downsize the office. Here is a clip yesterday of some other things with President Trump discussing Bill Pulte. I want to give you the inside baseball about why the D, I totally agree with this decision.

If Bill Pulte is the one to do it, to downsize it, great. I'm just going to explore. to you very quickly why the DNI has been a mess since it's been started. The whole, it's just the mission is, is totally, it's off base. I'll explain to you why coming up in a second, but listen to President Trump on Pulte. Check this out. You're naming Bill Pulte as the acting director of national intelligence. He's very smart. He's a person who's got high integrity. He's done a phenomenal job at Fannie Mae Freddie Mac. He's a very smart guy and he may find out some things about the rigged elections, et cetera, et cetera.

I think you'd like to do it. I'd like to, I think he wants to do it very much, get a lot of energy. I would say that Bill is a guy that will be able to figure it out very quickly. Again, it's short term, but he may be very effective for a short period. He's already said it's short term.

So even if you have objections to Pulte's appointment, he hasn't done anything yet. If he's acting and you don't like, what he's doing and you're a member of the House of Representatives, on either side of the aisle, the U.S. Senate, you can just go out and take the floor and speak out against it. He hasn't done anything yet. Folks, it's really important you understand this. This is why meat on the bone, why the DNI and the whole office of the DNI is really not helping. It was meant as kind of a clearinghouse for intelligence, kind of like a beacon in the fog. The problem with the DNI office is

they don't really have any authority to do anything. So let me just, I'll make up again, I'm making this up. I'm not like this, obviously disclosing anything I, you know, found out in the inside. You get some report that comes in from a SIGA, a signal's interception about a spy that's coming into the United States. The CI counterintelligence mission and the actual action arm of it that's going to go and lock this man or woman up is the FBI. The foreign an intel gathering on a lot of this is going to be run by CIA and NSA is going to do a lot of the signals interception. The DNI really doesn't have any role in it. It's just an additional bureaucracy. And as you saw with Jim Clapper, when you get a really awful person in that role,

it's just another vehicle to weaponize the government. I'm not telling you like other intel agencies, there's not an opportunity, what they call the US intelligence community for cleanup. There is. But adding another U.S. intelligence community for cleanup, there is. But adding another U. intelligence agency was never the idea, especially because they really can't do anything. So let Pulte go, you think Trump's an idiot? If you do, then just give, I mean, just, all right, fine, like go become a Democrat, go Ebola. Like, do you go Ebola number one foamy finger? But stop pretending you're part of the movement.

He's seen the DNI, how it's worked over two terms of his administration. It's just not, it's redundant for no good reason. Folks, I was on Vince's show yesterday. Vince Colon Ace, the radio show. You know, we swap every Wednesday. He comes on the podcast, and I go on his excellent radio show. He's on all around the country in the 12th to 3 spot. But, you know, we were talking yesterday about how Democrats said,

I'm going to bring this up with Congress from Jim Jordan in a little bit, too. They just live in this bizarre dystopia. Everything they tell you is just so crazy. I'm starting to lose track of all the lies. And I don't know how I missed this, Brandon Johnson. clip from a few months ago. But everything they tell you is just bullshit on issues of substance. The millionaire's tax is going to raise money. It's been tried. They just move. I'm sorry to pass this on to you. You know, Social Security's not going bankrupt. I brought this up to you yesterday when I was discussing it and productivity in the United States. It's going, their own actuaries have said everything they tell you is a lie.

Biden was controlling the board. Kamala Harris, borders are. It's everything they tell you is bullshit. Defund the police is going to make your community safer. They're going to send the psychiatrist to an EDP scene, emotionally disturbed person. You're insane. Here's what I'm talking about it.

through my executive authority to not just hold people accountable, but to ensure that there's a mechanism in which that can take place. So we'll continue to explore all options and take a deep look into what we can do to not just investigate, but to prosecute. Here's Warnock talking about Supreme Court decisions and comparing it to violence while they ignore actual violence and a dude with a freaking Nazi tattoo. It means, how do you vote for these idiots? But I think that the Supreme Court has committed violence against our whole ways in which ordinary people can have a voice in our system. because something bad has already happened multiple times. These people we're dealing with on the left, I can't say this enough. It has been an ongoing evergreen theme of the show. The Democrat Party is completely lost. There is no taking it back right now. The only solution to this growing problem of left-wing political violence, lies, corruption, and weaponization is to completely destroy their political power. And maybe one day there'll be another Democrat leadership council,

like it happened after they lost to Reagan and George H.W. Where they come in in a group and their donors get together and go, guys, we just can't do crazy anymore. We just can't do crazy. claims violence isn't violence, but the Supreme Court decisions he doesn't like or violence, will ignore the fact that the same big government, communist, socialist, liberal progressive empire he supports is causing all of your problems. I've said this over and over. Republicans may not be the solution to all your problems in your life. I acknowledge it. Point stipulated. You win. But the cause of all your problems are clearly this Democrat big government approach. Does anyone else find it odd that the Democrats bitch and moan and gripe about education costs for college being too high, health care costs being too high, housing costs being too high? And yet those are the three biggest footprints for the federal government in which should be a free market economy. Does anyone make that correlation on the left?

Do you not find it odd that put up that chat GPT thing. This is a screenshot on my phone. They're always complaining the left. health care costs are too much i agree it's because 47% of health care spending this was just an answer from chat gpte not me is government when the government gets involved they don't care about the costs because they're not buying anything for them they don't care about the quality of what they're buying either if it's a good doctor because it's not even their doctor they have their own plans it's called the third party payer problem it is an economic iron law if you're buying something

from a business and a third party's paying, you don't care about the cost of the quality. Just look up Milton Friedman on this. This is not new. The reason these things are out of control is because of the government. Here's Senator Rick Scott, and he's absolutely right,

bringing this up about health care, how health care is out of control because of things like Obamacare and government intervention in the health care economy. Check this out. Guess what health care costs for family four 50 years ago? $700 a year, $25,000 plus now.

I mean, look at what we've done to ourselves. If you look at what you're, most of your generation, when I went to school, there's $200 to go to junior college for a semester. I could take 21 hours, $255 for the university. I thought that was expensive, right? I could buy a house. My best friend bought a house out of high school in the suburbs, brand new three-bedded one bath house, $21,000.

That house is 50 years old. I think it's $300,000 now. They've killed you, they've destroyed your, look at your student debt, your cost of education, your cost of health care. You know what brand new car costs back then? $1,6,125 of bucks. So you know what's done all this? Government.

Government spending $2 trillion year after year after year. I mean, we're going to have $2 trillion dollars with a new debt. Inflation is not going away. He can't. See, here's the deal, guys, ladies. was a businessman before he took on the governorship in Florida and now a U.S. Senate seat. He understands the government doesn't give a damn. You understand like these people on the left know this.

They know that a bureaucrat answering the phone at like the soon to be if Bernie takes over, the U.S. Bureau of Government Health Care doesn't give a shit about your heart replacement or your bladder surgery or your brain surgery. They don't care. They just are about power. And the best way to control you in a progressive communist, collectivist ideology is to control if you live or die. And everything they do blows up in their face. This is a great clip of Harmony Dillon works in the Justice Department.

She does an amazing job talking about another thing happening to combat the leftists and their endless effort to screw up your lives. Folks, they say they're out there the leftist to coexist and all about tolerance, while they're constantly talking about things like white privilege and racially discriminating against people. All they want to do is divide people into boxes. Well, now, in addition to fighting disparate impact and other things that have caused a real backlash in this country, finally, we've gotten administration taking seriously the racism that goes on in academia when people pick one person over another purely because of their race

and not because of merit. You want to see why people don't trust someone. doctors and some people in professional services, they don't because the government has injected itself into it and tried to, quote, help. They're not helping. They're only making it worse. Harmeet Dillon speaks out about this. This is another good thing happening that you should take note of. Check this out. CUNY is using race to distribute educational resources for select non-white minorities. And there's this chancellor who says grants are canceled, but they got millions of dollars. Talk to us about what CUNY could lose because of this black male initiative.

Well, so what Cooney is doing is it is directing funds and resources towards recruitment in admissions, and then also financial resources and financial aid disproportionately favoring African American men and students in general. And this is illegal under students for fair admission. Our universities are not allowed to do this. They're not allowed to favor people on the basis of race. It's pretty simple. Thank you, Harmeet and the Trump administration. They're not helping.

Folks, I'll prove it to you right now. Go back and look at any of my campaigns for public office. One of the things I spoke about constantly, which, by the way, does not really resonate that well in the state of Maryland where I ran at the time, is school choice. about the politics of it. I knew it was the right thing to do. Why? Because I thought it was really incredible at Prince George's County, Maryland, where you had the University of Maryland, really

very prestigious college, was right next door, not far down the road from some of the worst public schools in the country. So it's not Prince George's County or the fact that it's a black neighborhood or black county because this excellent university is right there. It's got to be something else. It's got to be something else. And it's the fact that people choose to go to the University of Maryland. We all these, these poor black families were shuttled into shit public schools and you got me an Italian white dude from Queens like, hey man, this is a problem. They're Americans too. It's their country. They don't get good schools. You can fix this. Instead, what do you do? You put a bandaid

because of public teachers union support Democrat parties on the problem by then later on saying, Although we can't educate black families in grades run one through eight and eight through 12, what we'll do is we'll then make a policy that colleges that they may not be qualified for have to accept them in a certain amount of numbers, which by the way discriminates against someone who's Asian or white or anyone else. Do you not see this? It's right in front of your face. There is an actual fix for the problem.

You just don't want it. and then you get people like this. You see this representative, Summerlee, about reparations. Reparations. Reparations. They want to take money, the people who support this,

take money from people who had nothing to do with slavery. Matter of fact, whose families and forefathers may very well have fought in the Civil War to wipe the stain of slavery out of the country, may have marched against Jim Crow.

They want to take money from people who had nothing to do. do with the disgusting horrific atrocity known as slavery and nothing to do with it and give it to people who were in no way slaves. And you think that's going to help. You think some coal miner busting his ass in Pennsylvania who can barely keep his head above economic water, showing up to work 10, 12 hours a day, probably going to wind up with black lung, wants to give up his money to someone else.

He doesn't even know for something neither he nor his father did and a person wasn't a victim of, and you think this is a good idea and it's going to help. Here's Representative Summer Lee like, hey, man, we don't get reparations. We're out. We're just not going to vote. Speak for yourself.

Speak for yourself. Check this out. You're trying to disenfranchise you. Because if you believe that you're never going to get reparations, from the system, then you tap out. And you don't just tap out of the conversation. You tap out of the system. You don't want to vote anymore.

You don't participate anymore. And they know that that's how they don't just control Congress. That's how they can get your school boards, your, your board of supervisors. They want us that far out of the system. So right now, we fight for reparations because it's owed us. It is owed us. So as Justin just brought up to me, and he's correct. So what you're saying is, one, you speak for,

for all black people, men and women, which you clearly do not. And second, you're saying or suggesting to black voters, if they're not paid reparations that they should just duck out completely and give up all their political power both now and in the future, meaning don't vote for Democrats or Republicans. That may be the single dumbest thing ever said on a podcast anywhere. As Friedrich Hayek said, when it comes to economics, okay, that the only way to basically level out the playing field with government

when government tries to treat people, quote, fairly, is to treat people unfairly, to take money from people who've done nothing wrong and to give it to people who were not wrong under the claim of equity. That's not equity. That's inherently treating people unfairly. It's a zero-sum game.

If you give to someone, you have to take from someone else. Freedom and economic freedom is the only way. People will tell you out there, oh, we should go to Scandinavian, be more like the Scandinavian countries that are not socialist, by the way. They're big government welfare states. We should be more like China with a command and control economy where no one has either political or economic freedom. That is some serious bullshit.

You want to wind up in a prison or a gula. Give up your economic freedom first to big government zeros like Summer Lee and others and watch your political freedom go next. You can't have one without the other. And by the way, China is not some economic. utopia. Any command and control economy is going to have some marginal economic growth because they just force people to do things. However, if you're believing the hype that China somehow is a far superior economic system to the United States, I want to encourage you

to listen to this 30 seconds of the great Peter St. Andrews was on the show, dispel in that bullshit myth right now. China's running into a wall and a real wall, and they're banging her head up against it because they're starting to figure out that telling people what to do and stealing away their freedom is far different than allowing people to live out their own dreams. Check this out. China just turned in, quote, shockingly bad economic numbers. Has Donald Trump killed the Chinese miracle? Last week, China reported some of the slowest growth in decades, with investment collapsing retail sales, the slowest since COVID, and industrial production slowing sharply. Export slowed car sales crashed 15%. The results were worse than every economist in Bloomberg survey

predicted. And note these are official statistics. Every China watcher assumes reality is always worse than Beijing admits. Folks, it's serious. I want to make sure you understand this. The reason collectivist communist economies, where the government in China makes the final decisions on the means of production, means of production, meaning the means you produce stuff, farms that produce food, electronics factories that produce chips, the government control. all of that in China. That is the difference between them and us. There's a lot of government spending and command and control, even in, as you saw, with the health care statistic I put up before in the United States, even in the United States. However, the difference with China is the means of production

in their entirety are controlled by the government. So I know there are some utopian craze leftists out there and some young folks who are just fine in politics who found my show who don't understand why that doesn't work. Why can't a bunch of government experts just figure out how to run an economy? I mean, they're super smart, right? It has nothing to do with intelligence. They've never met you. They've never met you. Why does that matter, Dan? You can, I'll give you the example I give all the time. I used to like Glenn Davis. He was a first baseman for the Astros. I don't know. I just, he was the Yankees fan, but I like players. Who cares? Doesn't matter. I had a whole collection of Glenn Davis baseball cards. You can have a panel of people.

who are baseball experts, try and predict what a Glenn Davis baseball card is worth, and he could break his toe, have a horrible season, the card could collapse more. They just don't know. It's called the knowledge problem. They don't know. I'll take the collective wisdom of 330 million people. There's a great Milton Friedman right there who are all with little pieces of, and someone may know Glenn Davis from when they grew up and say, hey, Glenn had a foot problem.

Something's going to happen. I'm not betting on that card. They know far more than the experts. They don't know anything about you. you. They can't command and control what you're willing to pay for a product if they've never met you. And another reason command and control economies don't work is because although you can force people to work, you can't force them to work hard. You can't force them to work diligently and you can never control an idea. You can control people, but you can't control an idea. Ideas wind

up exploding, making their way out of the Chinese economy to an email and the companies get built in Taiwan and elsewhere. All you have to do is send your idea on email, carry your pigeon, whatever it is. You can control the person, but not the idea. It's never going to work. You have a decision to make. And one of the things you've been doing is, is you have been holding hearings that have exposed a lot of what's been happening with what looks like left-wing corruption and potentially criminality. We'll see everybody else a day in court. But the Southern Poverty Law Center

hearing the other day was a shocker. That question you asked of the new head of the SPLC where he had said, you know, that the hate groups have now migrated into government. The gasps from the audience were well earned. I mean, that was an incredible statement to make. Yeah, no kidding. Yeah. No, that looked in. They were actually fomining the hate that they told their donors they were fighting. And they did it because it made money for them. I mean, after the whole crazy Charlottesville rally where they had one of their, quote, field sources, some guy they had been paying like $300,000

who was helping gin that event up and coordinate transportation to that event. And by the way, at that event, someone was killed by one of these crazy people. While they're doing all that, after that event, they went from making $51 million a year to $133 million a year. So it was profitable for them,

and that's why they played this game. But the worst of it all was they became the standard. You know this when you work at the FBI. In the Biden administration, in the Biden Justice Department, the SPLC was coming in and they were training prosecutors. Here's what you look for in hate groups. That Lisa Monaco, the number two at the Justice Department, in the Garland Biden Justice Department, she had quarterly meetings with the key people at the Southern Poverty Law Center.

So they became the standard for evaluating who's a hate group and who isn't and all this baloney. That was the real, I think, problem with all this. They made money from it. It was wrong to mislead their judgment. donors, but they set themselves up as a standard. And the left-wing government, the left-wing Biden administration helped create. By the way, that now famous memorandum from the Richmond FBI, where they said if you're a pro-life Catholic, you're an extremist, guess who was the citation

there? Southern Poverty Law Center in that memorandum. So that was the real problem here. But God bless the Attorney General for looking into this and going after these guys. I think they committed a crime, and that's why they've been indicted. Yeah, Congressman, you know, obviously you guys are not law enforcement officers up on the Hill, but it is your job that represents the House of Representatives, the people, and the people want to hear what happened. Your committee's been very aggressive on this. We also saw some footage from Act Blue, which was a Democrat fundraising site. They were brought up to Capitol Hill, but they didn't seem to want to exchange in a lot of information. I mean, listen, my take on it is, again, outside of the legal process, if you have, you know, nothing to hide up,

there, then just, you know, say your peace. And it just seemed to be a very odd hearing with Act Blue. Yeah, but it's not the first time that someone from Act Blue has taken the fifth. We deposed their entire fraud prevention team who was in place. And after the 24th, think about this, after the 2024 election, all five of their key fraud prevention team, three lawyers and their other two members, they all either resigned, were forced to resign after being retaliated against or were fired. We deposed all five of those individuals.

they all took the fifth. The board chairman at Act Blue said it looks like $38 million came from foreign origins. Their board chairman at Act Blue said that. And then you have the lady who testified yesterday, Ms. Wallace Jones, the CEO of Act Blue. He took the fifth. And frankly, I would too in light of what had, you know, the fact that your whole fraud provision team took the fifth in light of what your board chairman said. But the most important evidence was their outside counsel did a memorandum to Ms. Wallace Jones.

And they said, it looks like your response. to Congress in a letter responding to Congress, it looks like you misled Congress, you knowingly and willfully, and those are key words, knowingly and willfully didn't share all the information you should have, said things that weren't entirely accurate. That's what their outside counsel said. But with all that, if I was Ms. Wallace Jones,

I'd have probably taken the fifth too, for goodness sake in light of all the facts that we've uncovered. Congressman, one of the issues that was very sensitive and kind of hurt for me personally was the censorship wars. I've been involved in this for a long time. I've been investing in free speech platforms vocally out there advocating for free speech. It's just, you know, obviously if we don't have free speech, everything else is, you know, freedom of assemble doesn't matter. If you can't talk, you've just, you got tape over your mouth.

You have been very aggressive of fighting back in this effort. And I just want to extend my appreciation. You know, people were banned during COVID for saying that, you know, the paper masks don't work, which is now scientific fact. People were banned for even questioning the efficacy of the. vaccine, which turned out to not be as effective as people were saying. All the conspiracy theories turned out to be true. Where do we stand right now in that free speech fight with your office kind of leading the charge on this? Yeah, we're continuing to look into all this. And you, you suffered it. You, they came after you. I remember. And you're right. Everything they told us,

everything the government told us turned out to be wrong. I always look at COVID, you know, that didn't come from the lab. Yes, it did. It wasn't gain of function research done at the lab. Yes, it was. It wasn't, it wasn't, it wasn't, it wasn't, didn't even start at the lab. Yes, it did for goodness sake. The vaccine it couldn't get it. That was wrong. So all those lies they told us. And then they tried to set up the disinformation governance board. After they tell us all the things that are false, they're going to set up some board, some Orwellian board to tell Americans what you can say in tweet and post. It was, it was ridiculous. And our investigation sort of culminated when we got the letter from Zuckerberg. And he said the Biden administration pressured us to censor. We did it. We're.

sorry, we're not going to do it again. And to their credit, there's been changes. But we continue to look at this because where it really impacts is the monetary impact when big government colludes with big tech and others to limit what conservatives like you can say. And when you, when you do that, you're in essence, you know, getting rid of free expression and violating this amazing thing we have in our country, the First Amendment. So yeah, we're going to continue to do the work because we know what it meant to good folks like you who were trying to get the truth out. Congressman, I appreciate that. Another big government-wide effort

has been to clean up the fraud situation. We've had a couple of congressmen on the show since you've been back. Congressman Gill, other folks out there discussing this problem. The problem we're having is it's the old, I think, approach to this, which you've been in there a long time,

has been, at least with the Democrats, pay the money out. If there's crime, we'll go figure it out later. Well, there's always going to be crime when you offer free money, people are going to take it. I'm sensing now a cultural shift, these independent journalists,

whether it's the Cam Higbys or the Nick Shirley's, all they got to do is go put a camera in front of the Leering Center and you can't ignore it. Like, hey, it's right there. There's the fraud. You've even seen it in Ohio, even in Florida. It's not a red state, blue state thing. The Florida, even Governor DeSantis has admitted,

hey, you guys are going to throw the money out there. There's going to be fraud. You know, we can't clean it up. Do you see, though, the cultural shift in the political side and the conservative movement that the way to stop this is not just chase it later, it's to stop it at the source with additional verification so the money goes to people who actually need it. So true, you got to have the checks and balances on the front end. A simple, simple thing like making people, whatever government

program happens to be, making these not for profits or where these entities are, make them reapply every so often. Right. Because then you got a better chance. So like just simple things on the front in before your tax dollars go out the door because always remember some of the rules of the left. One of the rules the left has is they always use our money against us. So they love to get tax money going to certain nonprofits that goes and helps left wing causes and somehow winds up in the effort to support left wing candidates, Democrat candidates on the ballot. We saw this in Minnesota. They had this program feeding our future. Supposed to give meals to kids when when during COVID, when kids weren't in school, meals to kids who were underprivileged. Well, the problem was there were no meals, no kids.

They were just filling out forms and stuff and money in their pocket. And of course, we have the person Somali American who worked in the AG's office in Minnesota said, the reason they didn't tackle this problem was because this was an important class to them politically. They didn't want to offend the Somali Americans and they didn't want to be called racist if you were someone in the bureaucracy, someone in the government saying, wait a minute, something's going on here. So this is this is the old playbook of the left. Use your money against you. Tell a lie we're feeding kids.

Media reports, oh, what a great program this is. Big Tech will amplify that. When you go out and raise questions, they call you a racist. That's how the left operates. But now we have Vice President Vance, who's on this. And I think just as importantly, the Justice Department, Colin McDonald and the Justice Department is the point person on going after this fraud.

And when you find it actually prosecuting people, which, of course, is also a big deterrent. Yeah, Colin McDonald's really a fantastic attorney, he's an asset to the government. I know he's all over this and the vice president. I mean, I think that just goes to show you the priority the administration's put on this. The number two in the executive office of the president,

the vice president is on the case. And unlike Kamala Harris, who was the border czar, although she claimed she wasn't, and said, well, I never even visited the border. JD's the fraud czar, and we've got, what, two, three hundred already convictions? I mean, it's just obscene how fast the Trump administration moves.

There's another issue that's been percolating in the news. It's ongoing, but something, in your wheelhouse too, in addition to censorship, has been debanking. The idea that financial institutions and banks have been eliminating people from their customer base because of political ideas. Obviously, a disgraceful process we know has been happening. Where do you see that the House of Representatives moving on that? I know there's some hearings going on, but we really need to firm up legislation on that. Yeah, they use the term reputational risk. And, you know, if you, if you associate with this group it could it could harm your business and so you don't want and it and again

it's it's to get out people financially here's so here's sort of where this i i think all comes full circle the southern poverty law center was the entity that some of these banks and government would cite as the basis for debanking people or telling folks you know you may not want to use this this you may not want to bank this particular business this particular conservative business this particular gun manufacture, whatever it happens to be, that's where it all comes full circle. And yeah, it's wrong. Now, a lot of this will be in the financial services committee, but we've dealt with some of it, of course, in our committee as well. And it goes clear back to Operation Choke Point from the Treasury Department where they were saying. And that was

the term they use. It's a reputational risk if you advertise on, you know, your website or this this gun manufacturer's website or you have them. That is, that's just wrong. And so we're watching that as well. Yeah, I had a friend who was in the firearms business, was a victim of this Operation Choke Point. People forget about that. Folks should check that out if you don't know what the congressman's referring to.

And you'll see, this was very real and very troublesome. Congressman, the SAVE Act, a lot of my audience, a lot of MAGA folks out there, conservatives, very passionate about this. They just want fair elections. As I've said, I don't want cheating. I don't care who it benefits. Conservatives, Republicans,

communist, liberals, progressives. I don't care. I just want elections. We can all trust. This is not hard. I mean, we've already gone through this silly, almost juvenile logic here. And that's what it, because it's not complicated.

You can't even buy Allegra. The allergy medication without idea, but you can go vote and choose the leader in the United States. It's obscene. Is there any chance we see this in the next two and a half years in the Trump administration? I hope so. You know, the Senate is the Senate and it's just tough with that filibuster 60 vote issue that they have there.

But your audience is for it because your audience has common sense for goodness sake. We're all of Americans are for it because Americans have common sense. And common sense Americans are looking right now. Think about right now where we're at. Like why does it take a week and a half for California to count the votes. In Ohio, we're a big state. We're almost like 12 million people. Seventh largest state in the country. On election day, we have results two hours later. How does that happen? How can Ohio do it? But California, with their goofy law, mail-in boating, all the things they do, take a week and a half. And I think there's probably still a few races they haven't, like said, or finalized. So this makes no sense. The Save Act is designed to just put

common sense back into it. Show an ID, prove you're an American citizen. Let's get the vote counted and let's get results that, as you point out, Dan, everyone can take and have confidence in. And Congressmen, we're talking to Congressman Jim Jordan, if you're listening on Apple or Spotify from Ohio. What I don't get about this is this doesn't even benefit Democrats in the long run. Maybe in the short term you win a race. Maybe there's a 1, 2% vote disparity based on fraud. I don't know. It's hard to prove a counterfactual.

If someone in a nursing home, someone votes for them and they don't complain about it, you'll never know. Signature verification, give me a break. You think they're sitting there with a microscope looking at it. It's just nonsense. But now say, look at the L.A. Mayer's race. You just referenced where Spencer Pratt, you know, mysteriously drops to third in that race. Now it's two Democrats.

What if it takes a month to counter race? Nithy or Raman or whatever, losing. This doesn't benefit you either if none of the citizens of your city or state actually trust the integrity of the result. Right, right. Now, it's all about having confidence in the system that's in place. In Ohio, voters have confidence.

In most states, they do. Most red states, I think they do. There's some blue states where they don't. Certainly in California, people are like, what? You know there's folks in California, you're like, what is going on with this? Why does it take so long?

So, yeah, let's just get back to common sense. And I think that's a key issue in this midterm, Dan. I really do. I said this the other day in an interview. I think this midterm is summarized in two sentences. They're crazy. We're not. Every position the left now takes is crazy.

Defund the police, abolished ice, shut down the government, men and women's sports, male in voting, count votes three weeks after the election. You know, like sanctuary jurisdictions where local law enforcement can't work with federal law enforcement because this crazy political class tells them you can't do that. All those things are stupid. But that's the campaign. We're for common sense. They're for crazy.

Who you want running your government. It's so true. We take that message to them. I think we can win. We just play their clips all the time. I mean, you've got a guy running with a Nazi tattoo. You've got Raphael Warnock out there saying Supreme Court decisions or violence. So violence isn't violence by Antifa, but Supreme Court.

It's just like the world that's been inverted. I agree with you. Like we are the common sense party. Exit question. I know you've got to run. You've been generous with your time. Your general outlook on the midterms, you know, my take is I'm always optimistic but cautious. However, history is not kind to any president.

It doesn't matter if it's Donald Trump, Ronald Reagan, or Barack Obama in the midterms. It's just the fact. People in the midterms, you know, there's different turnout rates and everything. However, I think the redistricting wars, the Democrats started, by the way, did not work out well for them in the end. And I think our Senate slate is far better than theirs. I already mentioned Nazi tattoo guy. You got a vegan who believes in six genders running in Texas. Got a candidate named campaigning with Hassan Piker.

I mean, this is just, this is not the most illustrious slate of Democrat candidates they've ever had. Yeah. Yeah, I think you're right. I think, you know, as you said, the history is tough. But I think we can win. I really do. Redistricting has been a benefit to us. You're right, Democrats start.

I was in New England last week helping a candidate who's running in the main district, former governor, Paula Page. I was helping the guy in New Hampshire. We don't have one member of Congress in the House of Representatives in New England because Democrats redistricting, they started this thing. But overall redistricting helps us. I think this common sense message where we're for common sense, they're for crazy, I think we do that.

And frankly, remind them we said we were going to secure the border. We did. We said we were going to cut your taxes. We did. I mean, the things that we told them we were going to do that we accomplished. That's the campaign. Let's go win. Yeah, I agree.

That LePage sheet's going to be interesting. That's the golden. seed, right? The one he left? Yeah. Yes, that's going to be an interesting race. That, listen, it could decide it. I mean, this could be one or two seats. So we'll see what happens. Congressman Jim Jordan, really, I appreciate your fight in these censorship wars. I know it wasn't convenient dealing with trillion-dollar companies from your office is powerful,

but it's just one office. And you guys really took this out. I saw the results myself where some of these companies, you know, reached out due to your work and, you know, basically were like, maybe we shouldn't have done that. Well, maybe you shouldn't. That's absolutely right. So thanks for fighting a good fight. We appreciate it. coming on. Thanks for all you do. Take care. You got it. Congressman Jim Jordan, that's a true story.
