Starting point is 00:00:02 All America all the time. Sit down, buckle up, and get ready for the Dan Bongino show. Folks, being gone for the last four days, considering the weekend and the excellent, amazing guest toasting duties performed by Sean Farish, who I hope you guys loved them as much as I did. When I have a guest host, whether it was on the radio, we didn't do many guest hosts on the pod, I don't think we ever did. But I don't watch the show a lot because there's a reason I'm gone.
Starting point is 00:00:31 I actually watched the show with Sean day one. Yesterday I only caught a little bit of it. I had something to do. But he's just an amazing guy. So I really appreciate you all tuning in. But I've got to tell you, you know, I was gone about 10 months or so. And the four days felt almost as long as the 10 months because, again, the old line, right? That old famous adage that sometimes decades go by and nothing happens.
Starting point is 00:00:55 And then days go by and decades happen. The last four days have been just crazy. I sent so much stuff, I'd ask my production team in the chat if you think I'm messing with you. I sent so much stuff on Friday for the anticipated Wednesday show. These poor guys had to cut this whole show. And then we had to be, it takes a long time. Then we had to throw it in the garbage because so much happened on Monday and Tuesday. I really wanted to get on the air last night because folks, this is going to be a really serious show.
Starting point is 00:01:24 I know I mean, obviously every show is serious. But this is a really serious show because everything I have. have been warning you about, that there are people who may have had good intentions when they got inside the administration, but are in there now and are clearly setting themselves up for 2028. I've been warning you that not everyone's intentions are pure. Have I not? And there is a deliberate effort right now by the Dumeers and the left-wing media. Now you're seeing it to fracture our coalition because here's the fear. Now you're seeing it.
Starting point is 00:02:08 I'm right again. You're seeing it now. The fear is when Donald Trump is gone and can't run, I mean gone like it, but gone and can't run again. Obviously he's his last term. That there's not going to be anyone to carry the mantle and the movement's going to fracture
Starting point is 00:02:22 and they want to be the first ones out of the gate to pick up like what they think are the scraps from Longshank's table. I'm not telling you I agree with that. I'm just telling you that is what a lot of people are thinking. thinking. I'll show you a tweet in a minute that kind of sums it up. I count I hadn't even seen before, but pretty much nails it. Don't trust your boy Dan. Okay? I did what I said I was going to do there, came out, had obviously some turmoil there, but you know, that's not the way to do it. That's not the way to do it. I'm really sorry, but that's not the way to do it. I'll get into,

Starting point is 00:03:41 America's about to celebrate its 250th anniversary. I believe the direction of the country is being decided right now in our culture and in our economy. And who we choose to support matters now more than ever. Most wireless companies don't care who you are or what you believe. They just want your money. Patriot Mobile, they're not one of those companies. They are totally different. For more than 12 years, they've stood with Americans who believe freedom is worth defending,
Starting point is 00:04:05 and they support the Christian conservative movement when others stayed silent. That's true. And here's the deal. You don't have to give up quality of service when you switch to Patriot Mobile. I just made the switch over. I told you I was on a trip to Orlando, couldn't get service outside of Patriot Mobile. Thank you, Patriot Mobile. They deliver premium priority access on all three major U.S. networks, so you get the same or better coverage than you have today.
Starting point is 00:04:26 Think switching's a hassle? It is not. Keep your number, keep your phone or upgrade. They're 100% U.S. base. Customer support team can activate you in minutes. Still paying off a device. No problem. Patriot mobile even offers a contract buyout.

Use promo code Dan for a free month of service. That's Patreonmobile.com slash Dan or 972 Patriot, 972 Patriot and switch today. Fellas, let's go. so I know I was it's probably annoying I have my lips are really dry I was in Colorado with the mountain air beautiful state by the way but my skin is really ridiculously dry because I'm used to
Starting point is 00:05:11 the humid weather in Florida so sorry about that if it's really annoying my apologies in advance all right let me put up this tweet and this is what I'm talking about I don't know this individual in a tweet but doesn't make the tweet any less wrong I saw this from an account called at the moderate case. It popped up this morning. I want you to listen to this. Everyone, stop your grinning and drop your linen. Hot tip Bill Paxton and pay attention to this. It is super important. Quote, Joe Kent immediately planning a podcast with Tucker Carlson after his resignation should come as no surprise. My thought is that many politicians are gearing up for the future of Trump
Starting point is 00:05:51 and MAGA and exiting now, saving face and avoiding any public scrutiny for any political roles they may play in the future. Kent was vehemently against Iran and continuously called them a threat, saying America needed to take military action years ago. But now, all of a sudden, quote, it's a war for Israel. Kind of weird, no. Let me put this out there in advance now after now. Can you keep that up on the screen? If you listen to Apple and Spotify, then you can go watch and interrupt up on the screen, you can go to Twitter and check out at the moderate case yourself. Okay, I don't know the person. I'm just telling you this is what said, is pretty accurate.
Starting point is 00:06:31 Joe Kent served this country patriotically. That is a fact. Those statements are beyond questioning. Joe Kent lost his wife in an incredible act of heroism and patriotism for this country. Period. Guys, when I say full stop, I mean full stop. However, that does not make every single opinion after that act of bravery and service and heroism on part of him and his family.
Starting point is 00:06:57 That does not make every opinion after that. beyond questioning. I never asked you to do that to me. Keep in mind, I haven't made one, one million to the sacrifice, Joe Ken, not even close, not even worth talking about. I wasn't even in the military. I wasn't even in the military. I lost a family member I hadn't even met.
Starting point is 00:07:17 My uncle Greg, but I hadn't even met him. He died in Vietnam before I was even gone, and it destroyed my family. I can't even imagine what that's like. But folks, we live in a world where if you're in a position of power, you know, what you do matters. and what you say matters. And you're open to questioning just like I was.
Starting point is 00:07:35 There are a lot of people out there right now. You see people, they take shots at us all day. One of them I'll address later is not even true. It's like totally made up. I'm not trying to shut anybody down or anything like that, but that does not make your opinion necessarily valid if you're basing it on things that are just not true. I did an appearance last night with Laura Ingraham.
Starting point is 00:08:01 And I'm going to tell you something. conclusions drawn in Joe Kent's resignation letter. This was some war for Israel and Iran is not a threat. Folks, I got to tell you something. I don't know what intelligence he was reading to come to that conclusion. He clearly had a different opinion in the past repeatedly in podcast appearances and tweets where he indicated it was a threat. I mean, I don't know how you would come into that job with having drawn the conclusion
Starting point is 00:08:33 already in podcast appearances and in your tweets that Iran's a threat read the intel which he had access to especially the foreign stuff and then come to the conclusion I ran was not an imminent threat ballistic missile technology the explosively formed penetrators their drone technology advancing at a rapid rate their anti-ship ballistic missiles the shield they were building around their nuclear program even though their sites had been destroyed they still had nuclear material over 400 kilograms. They were clearly looking to reconstitute. How do we know that? Because the intel was everywhere. There was no way to miss this. And not to mention, the president takes out their military enrichment facilities for nuclear weapons in Midnight Hammer. By the way,
Starting point is 00:09:23 he gives them like between Trump 45 and Trump 47 and his prior statement's like two decades of warning that he's really not happy with this. He finally, He finally takes them out, thinks, okay, now maybe they'll have their moment and they'll wake up and realize this isn't going to work. And they don't, they double down. What do you want the president do? Let them build a nuclear weapon and destroy us? Is that even, how much more imminent do you need? Folks, we're in a war right now.
Starting point is 00:09:52 We are in a war right now that's been going on for decades between the civilized man and the savage. the savage who attacked us on 9-11, the savages who inspire people who attacked us over the past few months, the savages who've engaged in terror attacks from San Bernardino to Palm Springs to Detroit, all the way across the country to New Orleans.
Starting point is 00:10:16 We are in a civilizational war of a group of Islamo-radical fanatics. Call them what they are, whose motto is, first we get the Saturday people and then we get the Sunday people. They don't give, listen to me, they don't give a shit what you think. You can look them right in the face as a Christian, Catholic, Jew, Buddhist, Hindu, it doesn't matter, and say, I'm with you, brother.
Starting point is 00:10:47 And you know what they're going to say? Off with his head. They will still kill you. They don't give a shit. Dan, why do you support our continued relationship with the Israelis and the region because they've been mowing the lawn for us for freaking 20, 30 years. It's a strict national security transaction from a guy who has spent a ton of time in the region, been on the federal law enforcement side, been on the counterterror side.
Starting point is 00:11:16 And I've seen this body even tell us, you know many briefings we've got in this issue. You never get a briefing saying, hey, you better be careful for those Jewish terrorists that are coming for you in the president. We were in the secret service. You never get that briefing. Yet whether it was Indonesia and what was it, Jamada Islamia and there were all these Islamo radical groups. All you would do is get briefings. ISIS, AQAP, Al-Qaeda, K-H, Hezbollah.
Starting point is 00:11:44 I mean, it goes on and on and on. You have two sides. The off with your head side and the other side, like, please don't cut our heads off. This is not complicated. But these people have such. vile hatred that they're willing to have their own heads lopped off to prove some silly point. It is the craziest thing I've ever seen. Folks, they say this all the time.
Starting point is 00:12:13 I'm not Jewish. I'm Christian. However, there's a group of people want to kill me and a group of people who don't. Kill me? Don't kill me. What side? Anybody ever know? Which side do you guys get to pick?
Starting point is 00:12:29 It's unanimous. I've taken a vote. They're like, we just would rather rely with the people killing the people who want to kill us. Okay. The problem is, and these are always difficult
Starting point is 00:12:42 because you get the bots, you see them in the chat now. We hate the juice. We get it. You're a guy in a room, you know, probably tentacle porn in the background. You're Pop-Tart in front of you with 600 different phones lined up on a wall.
Starting point is 00:12:56 Someone's paying you. We hate the truth. We get it. We get it. You think we're not on to the bot bullshit? You think we don't. know what's going. You think I'm new with this? I think I haven't seen this before. I'm trying to help you. I promise without. It's fairly obvious when you're in that job I was in. You get to
Starting point is 00:13:21 see things. Do you really believe? You really believe like Donald Trump is being dragged around and dog walked by the Israelis. If anything, he's called out the Israeli government. Gosh, we've taken shots at Israeli government officials over and over. How many times we play that Ehud Barak video like 10 times? That knucklehead over there? Here's the problem we have now. The problem in the movement, because it's not our movement, okay, is you have the Mancer Olson problem.
Starting point is 00:13:57 Pay attention. This is important. Mancer Olson on collective action. You should look this up. M-A-N-C-U-R. It gets O-L-S-O-O-N. Man-S-R. He has this theory on collective action that when you get an issue where there's a concentrated interest between a group, a small group of people, but rather diffuse costs to everyone else, the small group of people can do amazing things.
Starting point is 00:14:24 And I don't mean amazing being good or bad. I mean amazing in a qualitative way. They can move mountains. Think about like unions, for example, as they have a concentrated interest. They want this tax benefit that's going to benefit them. No one else in the general public's following this tax benefit, but they, there we go. Thank you, guys. Mansor Olson's theory of collective action.
Starting point is 00:14:48 Rational individuals often fail to cooperate to achieve common goals, even when it's in their best interests. Collective action is the opposite, that when you get these, think of working, you're not knocking unions, I'm just saying, they have a concentrated interest in bettering their union and their salary. You're not following this every day. The cost to you is diffuse. You don't even, you've never even heard of the story. To them, it is real. is the problem we have with people trying to infiltrate our movement.
Starting point is 00:15:12 You have this small army of less than probably 1% of the movement and their bots which make it seem like it's like 10% it's not. We've seen it ourselves. It's like 1% movement, but they collectively want to blame everything on the Jews because they hate to choose. That's it. All rationality has gone out the window. And because you're working in your everyday life, you don't have time to follow this stuff on Twitter all day. you just see it happening in here like there's infighting going on and then you see i saw this this week we got some knuckleheads on you know our side again like hey man you know we got to stop the
Starting point is 00:15:48 infight stop the infight the movement's being hijacked by fucking lunatics pardon my language i don't know about you but i've been through the tea party when we realized like the gop had lost its focus and we thankfully pulled it back we had some successes out of that i wish they would have stayed long term we had the BCA and other things. I don't know about you, but like I said, I put my name on a ballot. It didn't work out, but he said the fucking balls to do it.
Starting point is 00:16:15 You got these people who are going to stop the event. We should just let these people hijack the party with crazy stuff, like the Jews and Israel did everything. They have this one concentrated interest, Israel. That's it. That's it. I care deeply about the issue from the national security perspective. I said it many times.
Starting point is 00:16:33 However, it's one of a hundred things I'm interested because I am America first. That's the real America first. And the real America first is picking allies where the relationship benefits us and prevents our freaking heads from getting lopped off. That's fucking America first, bro. All right, more cursing.
Starting point is 00:16:52 I just got to stop that. I'm sorry. I know people listen with my kids. I just... The problem with a lot of this discourse, folks, is everything to the collective action group, the insiders, who all they care... Everything is about Israel.
Starting point is 00:17:06 Everything. everything is Donald Trump has no agency at all Donald Trump is so weak that Israelis are dragging them around Do you have you even been in a meet? Do you have any idea what's going on? I'm telling you like I've been there. You're so full of shit you have no idea. He's probably the one president of anything
Starting point is 00:17:26 who questions everything as a spreadsheet. He has no ideological predicate to this at all other than how does this benefit us? And again, these people saying, like, oh, it's in fire. I saw it this weekend. Peace and one nuclear. Like, oh, we got a problem. No, no, we don't have a problem.
Starting point is 00:17:49 We don't, it's not us with the problem. You got people trying to take our movement and steal it. The party is lost its way. I've said a thousand times, if this is going to be a movement, stigmatizing an entire group of people, because you just don't like them, I, count me the, fuck out, man. No way. I ain't part of that because it's all America, all you're damn right.
Starting point is 00:18:14 Cut your heads off or kill the people who cut your heads off. That's it. You got a bunch of dipshit trying to steal the movement, who, by the way, you've never done anything. Just ask him a simple question. Have you ever actually been in a national security briefing? Have you ever killed a clearance? Have you ever actually been in law enforcement?
Starting point is 00:18:33 Have you ever been in the counterterror space? The answer to every single one of those questions with these chuckleheads is no. So why? I don't understand why you give a shit about their opinion. Why does it matter? They know nothing. They're allowed to have it. A lot of them are very charismatic.
Starting point is 00:18:48 They pretend they know stuff. They've never actually been ever in a briefing. They don't know anything about how any of this stuff works. It is unbelievably frustrating. Folks, I've lived through the Tea Party thing. The party did lose its way. And we bought it back. We brought it back and got a lot of great people in there.
Starting point is 00:19:13 It's losing its way now, too, if this is going to be the way forward. Now I'm going to say again, Joe Kent is a friend of mine and has been a friend for a long time. I've had him on his show. But my job here is not to have friends. On the outside, I can have friends. My job here is to tell you the truth. And if we blow it, we blow it. We'll correct it. His history of service and sacrifice, again, is beyond question. Here's a matter of fact, a photo, me and him working together, we went and had a meeting over at NCTC. I mean, you know, he smiles. Joe is always a friend of mine, but I'm not, he's just not right about this, folks.
Starting point is 00:19:56 He's just wrong. I'm going to take a quick break because I'm a little emotional about this whole thing. And when I get back on the other side of break, I'll go into the tweet, the resignation, you know, and what I think he was wrong about. I don't blame the guy for resigning if you can't and don't want to enact a presidential policy. Then resign. That had nothing to do with me, folks. You can listen to all the bullshit all you want.
Starting point is 00:20:19 The president came on the show as a guest the first time because everybody knew at the end of the year, I was leaving. I was never the long term. So anyone telling you otherwise is bullshitting you. Yeah, you know, he was so mad. He came on the show as the first guy. It's just all bullshit. It's not the way to do it. All right.
Starting point is 00:20:40 Quick break. Let me refocus. Sorry about the cursing. I promise you. I'm trying to. It's so tough. The queen stuff just comes out of me sometimes. Folks, losing weight is an absolute.
Starting point is 00:20:50 salute pain. I've been there. You look in the mirror, you see those doughy areas. It sucks, but it doesn't have to be that way. I lost about 30 pounds by taking lean. Here it is right here. Love this product. Pretty good stuff. From Brickhouse Nutrition, the best. I use it. Paula uses it. Doctors created lean as a supplement, not an expensive prescription. It works like most GOP ones. Weight loss injections work by helping control blood sugar and curb appetite. So you eat less. There's no mystery. That's what lean L-EAN was created to do. replicate the benefit of those weight loss injections without the needles. Lean supports healthy blood sugar and helps reduce spikes and crashes that drive snacking and
Starting point is 00:21:25 cravings. But lean goes a step further. It helps your body burn fat into energy instead of storing it. There's no prescriptions, no needles. If you've been thinking about losing weight like I did, I had to lose a little couple LBs myself. Let's go. Try it.
Starting point is 00:21:37 I use the product. Vouch for it. I've been with Brickhouse for a long time. It's a great company, high quality products. Visit Brickhouse Nutrition.com slash Dan. Check out all their products. have a great creatine product called foundation. They have field of greens.
Starting point is 00:21:49 It's their fruit and vegetable supplement. Use promo code Dan to get 20% off. That's Brickhousenutrition.com slash Dan. Brickhousenutrition.com slash Dan. Lose weight with lean today. Use promo code Dan. These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. It's not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Starting point is 00:22:04 And it's not a substitute or alternative for care for a health care provider. Thank you, Brickhouse Nutrition. Okay. So here's the Joe Kent resignation tweet, as you can see. on the screen here. And he goes through a number of different things. And I want to kind of address them. He says, after much reflection,
Starting point is 00:22:22 he decided to resign from his position. He can't support the ongoing war in Iran in good conscience, which, okay, starting there. Again, Joe is a friend with a decorated service history. That's, there's nothing wrong with that. If you want to resign in quote good conscience, then, okay, that's fine. The president appointed you, you don't agree.
Starting point is 00:22:41 You leave. No big deal. I mean, it's not great, but however, fine, fair enough. Iran posed no women in threat to our nation are wrong. I'll get to that. It's clear we started this war due to pressure from Israel, totally ridiculous and it's powerful American lobby.
Starting point is 00:22:55 Even more ridiculous when you compare that to the Middle Eastern countries doing all the lobbying too with the money they port. That's always left out of this. It's been an honor serving. May God bless America. Well, we agree with that. Okay. Folks, this is just not,
Starting point is 00:23:13 there's two big points I want to hammer here first. Number one, this is basically. on this, these black pillars, doomers, and liberal media folks, they are desperate to cleave the movement in half. It's going to be over this Israel issue, but it's based on, here's the takeaway here, here's the point number one. It's based on the foundational theory
Starting point is 00:23:35 that Donald Trump is a weak president who's being dragged around by the Israelis and then yahu. If you believe that, listen to me, I can't help you. This is not the show for you. I know you like to go in the chat with your hundred phones. and troll. It's just not the show for you. You didn't work for him. You don't know him. You obviously don't read his tweets. You don't read or follow his performance from 45 to 47 because there's no indications to that at all. It's zero. He's had a number of fights with the
Starting point is 00:24:03 Israeli government over a lot of different things. If you believe Donald Trump has no agency over his own people and is just some idiot being let around, then just this isn't the show. It's okay. I've said this before. I'm, you know, Even though the audience has been great, the shows are getting 900,000 to a million views on video alone, which I appreciate. I am perfectly comfortable, perfectly comfortable, even happy, with a smaller audience of people who at least we can collectively move forward for the benefit of the country, rather than people who are only here to sabotage it.
Starting point is 00:24:36 I don't need you. So number one, if you believe Donald Trump has no agency and as a weak president, this, forget it. Goodbye. We can just respectfully part ways. It's not an airport. You don't have to announce your departure. Number two, this idea, I just hammered the beginning.
Starting point is 00:24:53 I'm not going to hammer it again because I want to make the whole show better. If you think the Israelis dominate every single thing we do and the Jews, nobody makes any decisions. The Jews, everything's the Jews. Everything. It's amazing how a country that runs every can't stop itself from getting attacked all the time, like everywhere by everywhere. It's so powerful. If you believe that, this show is not for you either, okay? Criticize Israeli policies all you want.
Starting point is 00:25:20 do. If you were doing these, the Jews did it people, folks, I can't say it enough. Let's just part ways. It's okay. The threat from Iran, let's address that part where he says it was no imminent threat. Folks, I, there's obviously things you've read in the open source. And we'll have to focus on that. But when you put together, their interest in anti-ship ballistic missiles, which would render us almost helpless in the Gulf. Their support of the Houthis, the Houthis wanted to shut down, you know, in the whole peninsula there,
Starting point is 00:26:02 obviously, I don't want to talk like an idiot, but I know some people, especially liberals, aren't really familiar with geography. The only way to get a lot of the oil out of there is going to be through the Red Sea or the Gulf. The Iranians wanted to shut down both sides. The Gulf through the straight and then using the Houthis to shut down oil transports
Starting point is 00:26:18 out of the Red Sea. Folks, that would basically destroy, portion of the global economy and cause real trouble. Their ballistic missile technology was advancing rapidly. You've seen all in open source to the advancement in ballistic missile technology. You have things like hypersonics out there. I'm not telling you they had them. I'm just telling you like the technology is growing fast.
Starting point is 00:26:40 They wanted to basically shield their nuclear program and acquire a lot of these anti-ship and anti-ship mines and missiles to basically control the peninsula. and basically take the world hostage with their nuclear program and economically hostage through their shutdown of basically both exit signs with oil from the Red Sea and the Gulf. So you not only had nuclear blackmail, but you had economic blackmail too. You've had hosts out there say, listen, man, we should go after them if they tried to kill the president. There was just a guy convicted, a Pakistani, Aasif Murchon, working with the Irish. to try to kill people in the United States,
Starting point is 00:27:25 believed to be either Donald Trump or Joe Biden. You had the Shakiri case. I mean, how many cases do you need? They're lethal plotting on Hook, Pompeo, Bolton. Listen, I don't care what your feelings are about any of these guys. They worked for the U.S. government. You can agree or disagree with them. They don't deserve to be targeted by the freaking Iranians.
Starting point is 00:27:49 The persistent plotting against President Trump. Their drone technology advancing rapidly. They're explosively form penetrators in Iraq. You know about the EFPs? How they were designing specific EIED technology to destroy our armored vehicles and kill our people? How much else do you need from these mother? How many death to America?
Starting point is 00:28:21 Cobar, the Cobar towers, Erbil, Beir, Beirud, Beirut again. Cafe Milano, Iraq. How much more do you need? How many more Americans are they going to kill? K.H. Hezbollah. They're chanting death to America now. How much more imminent do you need?
Starting point is 00:28:53 Just to be clear, you're going to let these, gosh, I'm trying to. These psychopaths get a nuclear weapon. What's your logic there? Well, the North Koreans have one. Yeah, that's going great. Dip shits. That's going fantastic. Meanwhile, the North Koreans, who are absolute lunatics,
Starting point is 00:29:15 are dominated by a rather secular ideology. Communism. Deadly killed hundreds of millions and starved them to death. But their quest for power at least keeps them concerned about their assured destruction. they were to launch a nuke. The Iranian Theocracy gives zero. It's about that.
Starting point is 00:29:39 Zero. You give them a nuclear weapon, folks. There's going to be a freaking mushroom cloud in New York. No, there isn't. You want to take that chance and you have kids? Are you stupid? Threat's not imminent. I'm sorry, you don't know what you're talking about.
Starting point is 00:29:58 Folks, I took a bunch of notes. I haven't even gotten to like the terror proxies and the cyber attacks because I got to be careful what I say and don't say. You realize like the Iranians have teams of people trying to infiltrate our grid. You want the water filtration system shut down where I used to live in Severna Park, Maryland, and they poisoned it with a bunch of chlorine and 100 people die? Oh, that's not going to happen. Are you sure?
Starting point is 00:30:25 Are you absolutely sure? Why do you support our relationship with the Israeli agencies? Because they've been helping us mow the lawn against these death to America, cut your head off lunatics forever. What else would be, what else would be that, give me another reason. Folks, we should have learned a lesson from North Korea. When Clinton era and others, their appeasement gave these guys a nuclear weapon, and now you've got a country that can't even put a freaking can of corn on the table,
Starting point is 00:31:08 you know, dictating regional global policy over there. You want a bunch of theocratic mullahs? Dictating what we do with the most important resource in that region while blackmailing oil while blackmailing us with nuclear weapons? I mean, seriously, are you insane? And the Iranians, by the way, learned a lesson from the Iraq War with us no longer Saddam Hussein. They learned you don't have nuclear weapons, you're F2. That's why they're not going to stop. Folks, the Iranian Theocracy was getting desperate after October.
Starting point is 00:31:50 seven. Here's what they thought was going to happen. Please, trust me on this one. They thought they would frighten the Israelis into submission. They thought they would send a message globally. We're back in charge. Okay. They said, look, we're going to unite Shia, Sunni. We are going to go hit the Jews in Israel. We're going to wipe them out. And everyone's going to rally the flag behind us in this is a Lamo fanatic movement. The exact opposite happened and the Iranians got desperate. Their proxy groups,
Starting point is 00:32:26 Hesbala got totally wiped out. Their missile stocks got wiped out. Midnight Hammer crushed their nuclear program in those facilities. Hamas got wiped out. They got totally completely. It was the biggest, I would say, outside of 9-11
Starting point is 00:32:45 was the most significant tactical misstep on the terror front of all time. And what the president is clearly now worried about and why he's got to finish this job with them is because instead of being rational actors and coming to the table and going, okay, that didn't work, President Trump offered him everything,
Starting point is 00:33:09 civilian nuclear power, semi-normal relationship on the economic front. They said double-barrel middle finger. We're still going to build a nuclear weapon and kill you. And you want the president to sit back, I thought a minute. Okay, yeah, that makes sense. They got desperate, too, because the Houthis on the other side are losing faith in the
Starting point is 00:33:26 Iranians, too, because the Houthis only respect power. There's a fascinating Wall Street Journal piece about this from the other day from last week. The Houthis, they only respect power. Why aren't they jumping in in the Red Sea right now? Because they realize the Iranians are screwed. Folks, the persistent lethal plotting as well, attempts to kill our president and others. You're going to wait for him to do it? Oh, there you go.
Starting point is 00:33:54 Thanks, guys. Asher Orkabe, why we haven't heard from the hoodies. The Yemeni rebels now likely Sierra is a weak horse. Great peace. Worth your time. How the hooties align with anyone who has power, even the Israelis decades ago. You know, put up that tweet from Joe about the, Joe had been clear-eyed in the past about these threats, the lethal plotting threats, the attempts to kill the president.
Starting point is 00:34:18 This is real, folks. We're going to wait for them what, to take another shot? Iran's been after Trump since January of 2020 after he ordered the Soleimani hit. This isn't a new threat. The Secret Service consistently failing to secure Trump is new. We need to figure out exactly why these failures keep happening. He's correct. Folks, and one of the most disgusting parts about this whole episode,
Starting point is 00:34:43 this whole episode is what I call the Ox's Gord effect. Folks, while I was standing up, I had Joe on my show, again, I've had him on my show. And everything I said before about the man I knew is true. It doesn't make his opinion now valid. He's free to question mine too. I'm not beyond questioning. I'm not even suggesting that. But the media, I told you, the ox's gourd effect is real.
Starting point is 00:35:16 This will drive you bananas. Once you see it, you'll never unsee it. The left-wing media charlatans and frauds, they have no principles at all. Zero. The second someone attacks Donald Trump, a guy they hated, say whatever, Joey Bag of Donuts podcast, and he's like a right-leading guy, they'll be like conspiracy theorist nutbag. And then the second Joey Bag of Donuts podcast attacks Donald Trump, they're like a respected conservative commentator.
Starting point is 00:35:44 You doubt me? Watch. Here we go. Let's start this. Here's a Logan Dobson tweet on Senator Mark Warner. a Democrat. Here's quotes from Senator Mark Warner. Again, a Democrat on Joe Ken. Here's Mark Warner last year. Wait, yeah, go back to the other one. Go back to the first tweet. Yeah. Mark Warner last year, quote, Joe Kent promotes falsehoods and twists intelligence to serve
Starting point is 00:36:05 political purposes. Hold on, statement up. There's Senator Mark Warner Democrat. Principal Democrat, right? Here he is yesterday. Mark Warner, Joe Kent's current falsehoods are twisting intelligence in my political direction, so now he's good. Here's the quote. This is, it's obviously they're being sarcastic. But here's the quote from the Joe Kent article. You believe this? This is incredible. These guys will change their mind based on. Here's another one. Here's a guy, I'm not doing the Mariah Carey J-Lo thing. I don't know, you know, the famous giffy, I don't know her, but here's Chuck Ross. That's some good reporting. He's after years of mocking Joe Ken, a racist and an idiot, the liberal media is now going to treat him as an honorable and wise
Starting point is 00:36:50 true teller. Here's Tim Miller. I leftist, I guess, Tim O.D.C. Haven't talked, he goes, I've talked a lot of shit about Joe Kent over the years, deserved, and I can't speak to all his motivations. But here I got to say it's pretty refreshing to see someone in the administration who has a red line on something. They don't care about anything. I thought, what I thought he was a lunatic and a crazy person. I never said that. And I'm not saying it now. I'm just saying I think his opinion is wrong. And yet, what, we're the ones with the credibility issues? Here's the same left-wing media, by the way,
Starting point is 00:37:25 when there was a left-wing-generated bullshit scandal. This was no scandal at all because I lived through this. Here's the left-wing media in MSNBC. I think it's Menendez, Lisa Menend. Here she is talking about Joe Kent. Oh, manipulating intelligence also. Now, this is from months ago. And now again, they'll be like, oh, he's great.
Starting point is 00:37:45 Ox's Gord, man. Trump's Ox's Gord. He's a hero now. Check this out. sources tell NBC news that Joe Kent, Chief of Staff, the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, urged analysts to revise an assessment of the Venezuelan gang, Trindere Aragua, after it came to light that the assessment contradicted public statements from Donald Trump. Specifically, the report undercuts Trump's justification for sending immigrants to that notorious Salvadoran prison without due process.
Starting point is 00:38:13 Because of that, Joe Kent pushed the analyst to make changes to protect his boss and the president from being attacked. act. Kent wrote in an email, quote, we need to do some rewriting. So this document is not used against the DNI or POTUS. Ghee just brought up a good point. He rarely pops out of the office. He goes, you know, Dan, you should test this one day. It'd be risky, but you should test it when they, you just come out. Obviously, you know, I support the president. You get that. So full stop there. However, you should come out one day and just like attack the Israelis and President Trump all at the same time. Right, Guy? We would be. superheroes. It would be amazing. The Twitter bot army would go well. This guy's the best. I always knew
Starting point is 00:38:55 he was. The greatest FBI deputy director ever. Oh my gosh. There's podcast. And then come back to say, just kidding. And it'd be right back. I told you this guy was full of shit. I'm telling you, man, it's all fake. Listen to you, boy. I've been through this for 10 years. This is not the first, second or third fight rodeo. Why do I not change my mind on these? issues I'll change my mind when the inputs change because the inputs haven't changed. There are people who want to cut her freaking heads off and people who don't. This is not hard. Heads off, not heads off.
Starting point is 00:39:30 Heads off, not heads off. You want your head lopped off? Here's a little test for those of the audience who think I'm crazy. Don't do it, but if you're so confident, I'm not even encouraging you to try this because I actually don't want you dead. I don't. I know you want me dead, my name, I don't want you dead, okay? get dead is the first rule in the show i'll say justin how safe do you think these guys would be
Starting point is 00:39:57 tell you what why don't you take a trip over to say let's go any Palestine any any anything you consider Palestine which is not even a real place anywhere you consider Palestine right dominated by Palestinians okay Justin what do you say go over there with the pride flag and sit out there and say, hey, we're all for like, we share values, liberty. Folks in the chat, how long do you think that person would last? I would say, what do you think? Realistically, how long does it take to fall from four stories? Good point, Justin.
Starting point is 00:40:36 I'm doing the math now. Justin's trying to do the physics of how long it takes to fall from five stories off a building. What is it, nine point eight minutes? Is it gravity? Yeah, it'd be pretty quick. Go do the same thing over outside like the King David Hotel. You may get some looks.
Starting point is 00:40:54 No one's going to lap your head off. Heads off? No, heads off. Hands off. No. Listen to me. Back to serious time here, okay? There are people using this 30 seconds.
Starting point is 00:41:08 Who said that? Howard and Danielle. Yes, a minute, a heartbeat, then gone. The chat, yeah, you're damn right. Folks, listen to me, please. I said in the beginning of the show, there are people preparing for 2028 right now. they think they have found a wedge issue because they're new to politics on the it's not even the
Starting point is 00:41:37 Israeli it's the Jews they think they found a wedge issue they are getting out now some of them and some of them are leaking to the media because they are going to can you please mark this right now everyone in the chat flag it this is mandatory if you're a regular listener that you flag this in the chat, okay? Flag it today and remember this. Judy archivist, record this right now. I guarantee you in 2028, people you think, I'm not talking about the craziest,
Starting point is 00:42:10 people, normal people think, are like in it for the cause. There's the flags right there. I'm talking about red flags, but American flags work too. Are going to shock you, are going to put their names on the ballot to run for president and are going to run on, I was against that the whole time, man. I was against it the whole time.
Starting point is 00:42:33 Really? Why didn't you say anything when you were in there? And this is the first foray into that. They are trying to fracture the movement. Here's the problem they're having and why they're growing increasingly frustrated. And they're working with the freaking domers to do it. The problem they're having is this is not the real world.
Starting point is 00:42:51 Folks, I kid you not. I'm not bullshitting you. I live in the real world like you do. People recognize me sometimes. Unfortunately, I have a face for radio, but people recognize me and they say really nice things. Now, I'm not a confirmation bias guy. Obviously, the people who are going to approach you are probably people who know you because they're supporters. I'm not telling you that I have universal support.
Starting point is 00:43:20 You take a stand against anti-Semitism? There's going to be a lot of people who hate your guts. That's okay. That's a fight. I'll fight till the day I die, not changing at all. Nothing you can get. Nothing you could say to change my. I'd rather be dead.
Starting point is 00:43:34 And if that happens to me one day because of it, then that happens. I'm not the victim and nobody's freaking martyr. Fine. But I'm telling you, brother, I've been in this business a long time. And I have had one person in 10 years, in 10 years plus, say something negative to me. In an airport. In Reagan Airport, I was going to get a bagel with my wife. And you know, you're a guy of Fox News?
Starting point is 00:44:02 And I was there. And my wife wound up calling him out because I was too bored listening. She's like, I'm hungry. I need a bagel. Get out of my face. Little guy. This is not our movement. I'm telling you it's not our movement.
Starting point is 00:44:16 It is bot generated insanity. Dan, producer receipts. Okay. Folks, you think CNN again, this guy on CNN, Harry Nton has a pro-Trump agenda. Let's just, come on. That's just crazy. Can we all agree? If CNN is putting out a poll they took,
Starting point is 00:44:33 showing basically mass alignment with the Trump agenda on Iran, numbers that are through the roof. You think they're lying to paint Trump in a good light? Why would they do that? That's why I try not to use too many polls from Fox, and I use the CNN guy. Because it hammers home even more to pull them. They're trying to make them look bad, and they still can't.
Starting point is 00:44:52 They're trying to fracture the movement, and they still have to run segments like this with this Paul. This is not the movement. The movement is with Trump on this issue and international relationships, and our relationship with Israel. They just are. Check this out.
Starting point is 00:45:08 MAGA GOP on the U.S. military action Iran. Look at this. Nearly 9 and 10, 89% approve of the U.S. military action Iran. That is the MAGAGOP base. Just 9% disapprove of it. This is tremendously popular among the Republican base. And, of course, Marco Rubio, Secretary of State, overseeing the effort.
Starting point is 00:45:28 It seems to me that a lot of people are taking that into account, including President Donald Trump, who has been smiling an awful lot at Marco Rubio lately. Do receipts even matter? Aren't you required to produce some evidence? All of these people, MAG is done, MAG is fractured, it's over, the movement's finished. I can't believe everyone in MAGA fell for this. You have no evidence to back any of that up. None.
Starting point is 00:45:55 Zero. Folks, going to take a quick break, last one. And then on the other side, I want to, there's something really important I need to get to as well. Because I am really desperately trying to avoid Republican on Republican political attacks. But unlike other people who don't see what's going on right now, I've now seen it from both sides. And I'm telling you, this is not infighting. This is a deliberate, deliberate strategy to destroy our movement from the inside. And all of those people saying, oh, we need to stop this and focus.
Starting point is 00:46:31 there is this is the focus you will have no movement going forward i this is not the first time i've seen this trust me on this you've got to contain this now i'll show you what i mean coming up in a second because the libs are working with the doomers there is it because they're all trying to get ready for 2028 with their guy there's money in it there's consulting in it polling in it everything big show today thank you to everybody tuned in it's great to make it really is great to be back Taking takes time, way more time than most of us expect. I'm going to tell you something I didn't say last night of my Ingram hit, just getting back to Joe Kent's resignation.
Starting point is 00:48:30 I was there for pretty much all of, you know, 2025. And the counterterrorism division of the FBI reported to me through the National Security Division, and I reported a cash. We read in on everything on the CT side. Folks, I'm just telling you the facts. Joe Ken never expressed these concerns about Israel walking around the president like a dog or something to me. and we had quite a few interactions ever never said that i don't know where that even came from matter fact i never heard one time that he didn't think iran was a threat matter of fact i heard things that sounded the opposite so i don't know where this even came from i don't know what got in his head
Starting point is 00:49:18 or why he's doing that but i i wasn't there for five minutes okay we had quite a few meetings the white house and elsewhere and all we don't want to hear i don't want to hear it either i'm just telling you, this is part of the news. I never heard that at all, like ever. And it's time for us to get back to work and get stopped. You talk about focus. We need to focus on this threat of homegrown lone lone wolf terror. How many times do I get to say this? This is the biggest threat. If you have, I heard Paul Morrow refer to this, the Fox commentator, smart guy, NYPD Intel guy, long history decorated with counterterrorism work. He talks about these multiple buckets. You have cells, Cells, organized groups of terrorists, which I said, listen, are a very serious problem,
Starting point is 00:50:05 but they leave a lot of investigative breadcrumbs because they communicate. They exchange money. They go and buy things and buy weapons. They do training together. I mean, we had that Turtle Island front arrest out in California, I'll hopefully get to in a few minutes. They were stupid. Cells talk. Lone wolves are really, really hard to detect.
Starting point is 00:50:25 Here was a hit I did on Laura Ingram, not last night, but a week ago where I can't emphasize this point enough. Folks, listen, if we don't do something at the border and denaturalize these people when we catch them, and we're just going to constantly let them out, you can't just, there's no catch up here. You are going to lose. You're never going to catch up on this front. Here's me on Ingram warning about this lone wolf threat. It's persistent.
Starting point is 00:50:51 We've got to get back to work and start to focus. Check this out. The president has, you know, a deeper insight into intelligence than anyone. He is the chief authority on this matter. the intelligence is provided for him to be the decision maker. On the sleeper cell issue, there's always going to be a threat of what you indicated earlier, the, you know, what Rumsfeld called the unknown unknown. We don't know who's here if we don't know how they got in.
Starting point is 00:51:12 And once Biden admitted 15 to 20 million people, we don't even know the number. If we don't know you're here, it's very difficult to find these people. It is very difficult, but not impossible, but very difficult to communicate and activate a cell in the United States of people, a United States, if people enter the United States, States and get here, excuse me, it's very hard to do that without leaving significant, huge investigative breadcrumbs. I mean like loaves of bread. It's really difficult to do that. Usually there's some money that changes hands. There are online chat rooms. You never know who you're talking to. There's obviously FISA. There's signals interception. There's all kinds
Starting point is 00:51:49 of interception mechanisms we have, including human sources and foreign partners. It's difficult but not impossible to do. Do I worry about it? Of course. But the president knows, as he said earlier in that clip they played on the channel. Hey, we're watching, we're listening. If there's a cell here, we're probably on to you. It's the lone actors that worry me more. Folks, there is absolutely no way to, we don't have pre-crime. Okay, there's no Tom Cruise Minority Report. Police departments, federal agencies, law enforcement agencies, they exist to stem and help mitigate and stop as many crime. You're never going to stop crime. You're never going to have zero crime.
Starting point is 00:52:32 And with millions of Islamo radicals around the world and then using all kinds of social media forms to radicalize millions more, you're never going to stop all this stuff. However, you have to take some sensible steps to get rid of these people. You know, put up the Newsweek article first, Jess. I want to go out of order just a little bit.
Starting point is 00:52:49 I brought this up last week on a different Fox hit. Newsweek covered it. You realize right now that if you're a naturalized citizen, you come into the country, you know, you come in here out of work visa, whatever. You want to seek your citizenship. you get married and you're naturalized. If you're convicted of a terror charge or a terror related charge or a number of them,
Starting point is 00:53:07 that you're not automatically denaturalized? Is that this the craziest thing? How U.S. citizens can be denaturalized as Republicans push for change. Folks, this is freaking insane. You should be immediately denaturalized. The minute you get out of jail and get the hell out of the country to never, ever return again. Send them to that freaking prison. This is insane.
Starting point is 00:53:32 This is an actual U.S. policy. This guy Kevin Cohen wrote a great piece in the Wall Street Journal, about the threat of lone wolves too, saying exactly what I said on that hit. This is a real problem. We can't be focused 24 hours a day on the Jews did it. The Jews, there are real threats of Islamo radicals that have killed people just in the last month.
Starting point is 00:53:56 He writes in this piece, terrorists are now often made in the USA. He writes, seen one by one, these lone wolf incidents. he notes they look like separate crimes but they share several threads lawful presence in the united states few warning signals i told you online radicalization and attacks carried out without the fingerprints of an organized network thank you kevin kohen that's exactly what i've been saying here's another part of this that really matters folks you can not stop an ideology from festering it's the reverse probably leave this up jose it's a problem with the reverse problem of The reason communism never worked is capitalism and the idea of free markets.
Starting point is 00:54:37 You can't stop the idea from spreading. Someone invents something an idea, the wheel, fire, whatever, just go back to the basics, the simple machines, the inclined plane, the pulley system. You can never stop the idea from spreading. It's why communism doesn't work. You can't put a lid on that. There's a problem, though, with radical ideology, Islamofanacism. He writes something important, survive. The ideology no longer needs territory.
Starting point is 00:55:07 Command structures or even training camps. This perverse ideology travels easily moving through digital networks and personal grievances. It makes it harder to trace. A terrorist organization leaves clear trails and idea doesn't. Yes. Folks, we got to get back to work, man. These distractions are endless. This is a real threat.
Starting point is 00:55:32 Your kids, your life. Listen to me. This shit is real. Everything is a freaking distraction now to these people. The freaking doomers, the liberal media, and the media is working against us. I know Sean played this the other day. But to me, you got the media and the domers now. Every time we do something, constantly can, they have the, they have two opposite approaches.
Starting point is 00:55:55 The left wing media first, again, just in my experience, like, oh, I can't believe they fired all these people. You guys are doing too much locking people up, ERO, removal operations, Title 18. portations, and then on the other thing, well, nothing's happening ever. They can never get their story straight. I'm going to prove it to you right here. This is the easiest ground ball ever. Here's the left wing media in a Maysmore clip. Love Maysmore.
Starting point is 00:56:16 Follow him. Maze Moore on X, great account. Here is the left wing media. We don't have to play the whole thing, but play... Oh, it's Tom Elliott. Graby, I'm sorry, another great account. Here is a compilation of the left wing media telling you how Antifa doesn't exist. And I'll tie this into the nothing is happening thing in a second.
Starting point is 00:56:32 All right, check this out. No, Antifa. This is an entire. imaginary organization, there is not an Antifa. Like, I don't even know what Antifa is. There is no group. It's not even like far right groups like the proud boys and oathkeepers compared to right-wing extremists. Antifa linked violence is rare and limited. It isn't an organization. It is a, it is in many ways mythology. It's not like the proud boys or the oathkeepers, you know, sort of defined terrorist organizations with leadership that led, that, you know, leads violence. It's not a
Starting point is 00:57:03 highly organized movement. It goes on. Thank you, Tom Elliott Grabeen. Great clip there. Really? Here's a tweet by Katie Davoskort and Andy No. Antifa doesn't exist. This was from last week. This is when I wanted to get on the air so desperately because
Starting point is 00:57:19 I was there when this whole case went down at the DOJ FBI. Breaking. A Texas jury's found all nine, Antifa defendants guilty of terrorism charges in the Yice Detention Facility ambush shooting. It's the first Antifa Antifa terrorism, the first Antifa terrorism case brought to trial in the U.S. And then Andy Noe, who's covered this, you should follow him.
Starting point is 00:57:41 He's a great account, Mr. Andy No, NGO on X. He's been following Antifa from the beginning. Notes it was the first ever federal Antifa terrorism trial over the Texas Ice Ambush where an officer was shot in the neck. All cell members have been convicted. I thought nothing was happening. Thank you. Here's a Center Square article.
Starting point is 00:58:00 In the first, nine Antifa members found guilty on federal terrorism charge. Now, I only say that. Because I'm, again, I'm not, I don't want to get into these, like, and waste a ton of time on people I like and respect in the space. They're entitled to their opinion. But I saw guys speaking, nothing's happening at all with Antiva. What do you, I did you, I don't understand. Like, there's only two ways out of this. Either you're lying that nothing's happening or you just don't read the news.
Starting point is 00:58:22 Oh, well, nine people were just convicted. Well, I didn't mean nothing. I just meant not enough. Okay, well, there's others too. And then when you say that, well, well, here's what else happened. well, when at nothing that you said wasn't happening happens, then you just move on. It's like we're just dying the doomers in our own unit here
Starting point is 00:58:39 to fracture the movement. It's intentional. Here's some more. You think I'm bullshitting you? Again, it's your responsibility in the space if you're going to be a talking head to know what you're talking about. Nothing's happening on Antifa. Really?
Starting point is 00:58:54 Nothing's happening on left wing groups. Really? Here's CNN. FBI arrests four people of planning detonate pipe bombs at a New Year's Eve event in California. I was there for that, too, the Turtle Island Liberation Front. That case is still going on. What do you mean?
Starting point is 00:59:09 I thought nothing was happening. That's it. Well, that's it. You guys only got Antifa and this other left-wing group, Turtle Island. Oh, no, this is another one, DOJ, president. Here's another one. Executive Director, Black Lives Matter, charged with wire fraud and money laundering.
Starting point is 00:59:26 Oh, okay. I mean, I'd say nothing was happening. I just mean nothing, something, but maybe not to something. I've nothing when oh look geez there's another one here's when we were involved remember the L.A. riot seems like an eternity ago we investigated any evidence of criminal conspiracy in the L.A. riots. You know many arrests came out of that with the locals? There were about like 800 arrests that came out of that, including a number of people with left-wing
Starting point is 00:59:52 ties. Again, you're just making it up. And then when the nothing else you say is happening then happens, they'll never apologize. Listen to me when I'm telling you this, too. I've said this a thousand times. And if I'm wrong, you'll make a fool out of me in three years. Because I know I'm not. That is how confident I am in telling you this.
Starting point is 01:00:15 Everybody telling you that there's no effort to infiltrate and break up criminal organizations with an ideology left wing or other way. Anyone telling you that is totally full of shit. And when more stuff happens, I guarantee you there will be no apology at all. I am absolutely 100% confident. This is just the beginning. This takes time. We don't like that.
Starting point is 01:00:40 The justice system doesn't care what you like or what I like. You've got judges, AUSAs who take it this paperwork, this process. We have a judicial process. We're not the Department of War. We can just order a decapitation strike. There are dooms on our side, folks, dying to crack this movement up. Again, I'm really trying. That's why I'm not getting into like a.
Starting point is 01:01:06 a lot of personal stuff because I know these people. I've had good relationships with them. I don't know what their problem is. They just are dying to like have us get our asses kicked in the midterms. Here's another one. This one I'm just, I'm done with this shit. Miranda Devine, the New York Post. Again, I've been in an effort to avoid this kind of circular firing squad, I'm just
Starting point is 01:01:31 trying to tell you, a lot of these people are not your friends. They're just not telling you the truth. This is like the fifth or six. attack piece on cash. All right, we get it. You don't like him. His flamboyant lifestyle. The guy lives in like a tiny townhouse in Washington, D.C.
Starting point is 01:01:50 Here's a read. This is the most ridiculous thing you are ever going to see. I was furious about this this week. Miranda Devine, you think, oh, one of us, right? One of us. She's complaining. Leave this up. She's upset that I, by the way, I was gone when this happened.
Starting point is 01:02:07 I'm not taking credit or not credit. wasn't there what happened. So Cash just fired a bunch of agents and analysts who were involved in the Jack Smith witch hunt. Okay. What's the problem? Apparently Miranda doesn't like that. You see the Duma Squat here. The dozen or so agents, analysts and staff who were fired last month from the C-12, the C-12 unit there, C-I-12, had worked on special counsel Jack Smith's witch hunt against Trump and reportedly were zealous enough to subpoena records of phone calls made by Patel and Susie Wiles when they were private citizens. Okay, they were first. Fair enough.
Starting point is 01:02:42 Goes on a little bit. Whether they were liabilities or just following orders, the latest purge has sent a chill through the ranks. Now she goes back to a former, by the way, they never have the balls to put their name on it. Another former FBI just says a culture of fear has paralyzed FBI leadership. Folks are afraid to do their jobs for fear of losing their heads.
Starting point is 01:03:05 I got a couple more, but hold them. Come back to these. Come back to me and then come back to the other two. Okay, time out right here. A culture of fear. The FBI had the best year against violent crime, against crime in general we've ever had in the history of the FBI. That's a fact.
Starting point is 01:03:22 The crime rate and homicide rate were the lowest in U.S. history because of our initiative to push agents back in the field, get them out of targeting Trump with Jack Smith, and getting back to arresting child pornographers, get out to bank robberies, crypto thieves, violent criminals. We did that. And you're bitching and moaning because some people,
Starting point is 01:03:45 a limited group of people got fired for their role in the jacksmithing and you're upset about that? Again, what freaking team are you on? I love this last line. A culture of fear? They're not doing, they actually did their job. The agents we hired to do their freaking job and go arrest criminals, went out and did it.
Starting point is 01:04:08 The only culture of fear was amongst a bunch of bunch of knuckleheads from the Comey Ray era who wanted to keep weaponizing the FBI to target political figures. Yeah, they got fired. Too bad. This is her words, folks. Not mine. You can read them yourself. Now again, here comes to foe like, oh, let me take the edge of her.
Starting point is 01:04:30 She doesn't like cash. Just hates them. It's read every single piece. There's one. She was like, oh, it cost the FBI a whole bunch of money with the new heck. Cost money. We'd save billions of dollars by moving into a building that already exists. What are you even talking about?
Starting point is 01:04:44 Do you even fact check anything? Again, to be fair, she knows. Oh, this is not. Well, thank you. The FBI has foiled numerous Islamist terror plots in recent times. There's something you don't even know about because you've never been in a meeting ever. With anyone but a bunch of pissed off, Ray Comey-era agents who you keep kissing their ass. Talks about a terror attack.
Starting point is 01:05:07 They stopped. Oh, gee, they're throwing that in there. Okay. It goes on. put up the next one but those successes basically against the terror attacks or all the more reason why the FBI's focus should have zeroed in on countering threats of Islamic terror rather than diverting agents onto immigration enforcement and other unrelated tasks now she goes full Epstein such as reportedly spending hours redacting names in the Epstein files unbelievable
Starting point is 01:05:40 unbelievable this is freaking unreal the public had a interest in the case. We assigned a group of agents over there because there were victims names in there. There was kitty porn in there that was on the internet. It wasn't his stuff. It was stuff he downloaded. You want that out there on the FBI website? Do you even understand there were actual rules about this? There's 6E grand jury material you legally can't put out there. You'll be liable. The grand jury secret, does she even know that? Then she's complaining about immigration enforcement? Do you have any idea how many violent criminals were in the country illegally? We assigned to these ERO emergency removal operations task forces that we got out of the country
Starting point is 01:06:28 that are not here to commit crimes and you're bitching and moaning about it from your post at the New York Post from your desk? What the f do you know? You don't know shit. You don't know jack shit and jack left town. Put up that last one again about the ERO, the removal ops. you don't know what damn thing should have zeroed in on countering threats of Islamic terrorism we already did that she won't tell you any of this stuff we poured millions of dollars into the threat screening center to screen out these terrorists millions of dollars into expanding biometric programs overseas do you know about any of that collecting biometrics from criminals overseas. Why would we do that? I'm Miranda Devon. I have all my law enforcement experience.
Starting point is 01:07:19 Why would we do that? So they don't get on a plane and come to the United States. We have their biometrics before they get here. Do you even know about that? The threat screening center that screens terrorists. You know how much money we put into that? The drone program, they didn't have a drone school before we got there to teach locals how to mitigate the drone threat. Did you know that either? Did you even ask? I never got a call. What about all the agents we put into CTD, the counterterror division. What about all the agents we farmed out in the field and got out of headquarters desk jobs, put into counterterroros in the field?
Starting point is 01:07:55 Do you know about it? Of course you didn't because you're at your desk at the New York Post doing jack shit. You're damn right. They should. That was. What about the fact that we had a bunch of intelligence analysts inside the FBI who were telling agents, working field agents, that's not my job when it came to a lot of. this stuff. So you know what we did? You don't know about any of this, Miranda, because you're sitting
Starting point is 01:08:24 at your desk, typing away a cash is lifestyle. I don't like your sneakers. I don't know. Whatever, man. We brought in a specialist from the West Coast who knew about this and basically scrapped the whole thing and started from scratch and rebuilt the intelligence analyst position to make it more service-oriented. None of this bullshit. That's not my job. You have no idea what you're talking about. You're the best year ever, and you get a bunch of freaking doomers out there. It's all bullshit, man. I'm so tired of
Starting point is 01:08:59 listen to these just jerk wads. You're going to base an opinion on something, base it on some facts. We put a thousand people in the field to work on counter-terror, counter-espionage and violent crime, narco-trafficking. We opened up offices and sensitive spots
Starting point is 01:09:21 around the world, but relationships were shit. You get to type away in your laptop in the office. I don't know. They should have refocused. Maybe you should start focused on telling the truth and cut the bullshit. You don't like the guy, fine. You have
Starting point is 01:09:38 the right to your opinion. But you're going to go right for a newspaper, then based it on some facts and not some disgruntled Ray Comey-era dipshits who have nothing to do but whine because their buddies got fired because they were targeting Trump. Those are your freaking words in the piece. Own it.
Starting point is 01:09:55 Or step up and serve yourself. You won't. You don't have the balls. Here's someone who stepped up, Judge Janine. I don't know what the judge made at Fox. I have no idea. I'm not pretending. I can assume is probably in the millions of dollars. I can promise you, Judge Janine's not making millions of dollars as, you know, the D.C. District, United States attorney over there. But she stepped up. Doesn't mean she's beyond criticism. I wasn't. But Judge Janine last week, who stepped up and did instead of talk. I don't know if you heard about this case.
Starting point is 01:10:32 This is what we're dealing with, too, with the whole judicial brands. This is why everything is slow. You've got judges out there like this Bosberg guy who, folks, this is stuff we've never seen before in our lives. The targeting of Donald Trump. Donald Trump went all the way to a trial in New York, granted in the state system, but it doesn't matter.
Starting point is 01:10:50 The point's the same. On a completely made-up fraud charge, it didn't even exist. They brought the alleged. victims in the bank. The bank was like, we love doing business with Donald Trump. We want to do it again. How are they a victim? That was the end stage, a conviction on a totally fake charge. And now the Democrat judges, this Boseberg guy, this is incredible. We're not even at the end stage on this Federal Reserve investigation on potential fraud in the construction project. They're just at the beginning stages where they issue this thing. I know liberal media is kind of stupid,
Starting point is 01:11:24 we call the subpoena. You have a Duce at Tecum, Ed, testifacotum, subpoena to testify or subpoena to produce documents. These are common. They happen all the time. You got a judge Bosberg in D.C. squashing Judge Janine's subpoena at the beginning of an investigation. We don't even know if there's anything there yet. Folks, this is nearly without precedent. This is the crazy shit everybody in the FBI, DOJ, DEA is dealing with right now. You want to know why everything takes forever. Stuff like here's Judge Shanine. Thankfully, fighting back.
Starting point is 01:11:59 She was pissed last week. Check this out. The American public is fed up with public monies that seem to go into a black hole, especially in D.C., where no one is held accountable. One of the age-old tools that all prosecutors have to investigate any crime, including cost overruns, is a grand job. jury subpoena. Today, however, in Washington, an activist judge has taken that tool away from us. By inserting himself and preventing the grand jury from even obtaining, let alone hearing evidence,
Starting point is 01:12:45 he has neutered the grand jury's ability to investigate crime. As a result, Jerome Powell today, is now bathed in immunity preventing my office from investigating the Federal Reserve. This is wrong and it is without legal authority. I'm just trying to be realistic with you about what is possible. We are going to need the next three years and probably four years after that, whoever becomes the president, hopefully on the Republican side. The cleanup process for our federal government, which has taken decades to destroy from the bench on down.
Starting point is 01:13:33 People think because they're on the bench, like they're immune to criticism. Oh my gosh, I show John Roberts, Chief Justice. Oh, man, we can't criticize judges. Bullshit. Part of the government that operates under a constitutional construct that operates by consent of the government. That's us. Well, you're absolutely, I abhor any kind of, again, any threats or anything like that,
Starting point is 01:14:00 absolutely unforgivable. Get off my show if you're one of those people. I'm not interested in that at all. I'm only interested in condemning it. But legitimate criticism of Boseberg and us, they're part of the government that operates on our consent. They're not beyond criticism. You've got this activist judge squashing subpoenas. Say you're out there.
Starting point is 01:14:22 I've even seen some establishment GOP folks. You're out there and you're like, hey, you know, I don't like this Federal Reserve investigation into potential fraud in the contract. You're allowed to have that opinion. Let the judge take a look. Judge Janine takes a look. There's nothing there. Fine, it goes away.
Starting point is 01:14:41 You think the alternatives have judges now coming in squashing subpoenas. Where does that stop? Folks, this, I'm telling you, I am very optimistic about the future. Gosh, when you talk about liberty, right, talk about it with a smile. You live in the greatest country on Earth at the greatest time to be alive. You just live through the golden year of politics. So much amazing stuff had happened. We were on the verge of unbelievable economic growth with quantum computing, AI,
Starting point is 01:15:11 again, material sciences, energy technology, fusion. You are going to live through one toll prosperity. But I want to be realistic with you, too. The government took 20, 30 years to really deeply screw up. It's not going to be fixed overnight. night. Anyone telling you that no thing is happening when stuff is happening at a pretty healthy clip and more is coming is just lying to you. They're not being realistic. And the only purpose is not legitimate criticism. It is to disorient you before the midterms. So Donald Trump takes a beating
Starting point is 01:15:42 in the midterms, gets impeached and looks bad and their preferred candidate on quote, our side fills in the gap in 2020 and goes, oh, look, I told Donald Trump the whole time he was wrong. Flag it, man. Flag this episode. We've had a significant audience in this business for a long time. Because that corner we see around is always there. So there's a vote coming up on the Save Act, too, speaking of elections. We don't get the Save America Act and some voter ID measures and voter integrity measures in place. Ladies and gentlemen, we're going to be screwed.
Starting point is 01:16:17 I do not want you, however, to fall prey to left-wing efforts to, one, tell you there's no public interest in this. About 80% of people support voter ID. And I also don't want you to fall prey to bullshed. shit because there's a lot of bullshit out there. I'll show you what I mean. I wanted to run this last week on Friday. Forgive me, but the Save Act vote is coming up. I'm not optimistic.
Starting point is 01:16:37 I think they should do the talking filibuster. John Thune doesn't want to do it. He says he has his reasons, unlimited amendments, all this other stuff. Folks, we don't get to Save America. I don't know how we save America. I just don't. The liberals, when they get in, are going to dump the filibuster all together.
Starting point is 01:16:54 They are. Remember it. You flag it, double flag. Flag it again. You're going to be like, well, why didn't we do that in advance? Here's Caroline Levin talking about the Save America Act, and she gets, you know, fact-checked by the AP. The AP fact-check totally blows up in their face because the fact check is just an opinion check they don't like. Check this out. The bipartisan 2005 report of the Commission on Federal Election Reform, shared by, of all people, former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker, concluded that, quote, absentee ballots
Starting point is 01:17:28 remained the largest source of potential voter fraud. And it is time for Congress to finally address this. Okay. So the AP jumps in on this. AP did a fact check on Caroline Levitt that absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud. So they jump in.
Starting point is 01:17:47 They say the facts, which, by the way, from AP are never the facts. It's key experts again. Here you go, Josh, the experts. Whenever experts chime in, what we do without experts, folks, you can always assume it's bullshit. Experts. Experts say there's no evidence that mail-in and absentee voting
Starting point is 01:18:04 leads to widespread fraud, either now or 20 years ago. 20 years ago. What was it 20 years ago? Was it 2006? Is my math wrong guys? Am I doing merry-gay math? 20, 26, 20 years, 2006, right? Yeah.
Starting point is 01:18:15 Huh, that's pretty good. Okay. So they're saying in 20 years, just to read, am I reading this right? Andrew, in 20 years, there's no way. evidence of any of this mail-in balloting or absentee for it does no they said it right it's right guys it's on the screen key put it up one more time in case the audience missed it it says experts guys experts they're experts they say there's no evidence fellas and ladies that mail in an absentee voting
Starting point is 01:18:39 leads to widespread fraud either now or even 20 years ago he's like but there was a new york times article about rampant fraud and absentee and mail-in balloting and it wasn't even 20 years ago put that I've never seen this article before. Some of you P1s will laugh. You get the joke. Put that article of you in mind. New York Times. Any day now, guys.
Starting point is 01:19:07 Yeah, of course. You don't know they have these guys. My own teams on you. You're like, you know, yes, Lipton. I just, it's notes right here, New York Times. Here we go. Adam Liptack. Hey, guys, is 2012, does that fit within the 2006,
Starting point is 01:19:24 20, 26, 20-year horizon? I'm just checking. Andrew's doing the math. He's like, yeah, I think it does. I think it does. It sounds like it's like six years after 2006. Error and fraud at issue is absentee voting rises. I'll leave this up.
Starting point is 01:19:39 I did the New York Times. Wait, the New York Times is saying that the AP is wrong? They note, yet votes cast by mail are less likely to be counted, more likely to be compromised, and more likely to be contested than those cast in a voting boost, statistics show. Statistics show! I thought they were experts.
Starting point is 01:19:56 They note election officials, who would be experts, right? Reject almost 2% of ballots cast by mail. Double the rate for in-person voting. Holy Moses! This Mr. Sancho, an expert, election official, the more people you force to vote by mail, the more invalid ballots you will generate. That is amazing.
Starting point is 01:20:16 That's so crazy. It's like the AP didn't do five minutes of research. How does that happen? I'll know, man. I don't know. it's almost like they have an agenda. Folks, again, I'm always going to tell you the truth. If those numbers go down and mail-in-balling at absentee balling,
Starting point is 01:20:46 there's a rigorous, non-biased study and says there's no fraud, then there's no fraud. But that's not what the experts say. The New York Times themselves wrote an article saying the experts say the opposite. So the AP is full of it. So it was a big sports night last night, world baseball classic. Unfortunately, Team USA. I watched the game against D.R.
Starting point is 01:21:14 I was out in Colorado. I watched it in a bowling alley, bowling with my daughter. And what an amazing game. It's strike. Yeah, it was strike to me. You can't go down looking. You got to swing, all right? Unfortunately, I didn't pull it out last night.
Starting point is 01:21:28 Good effort, but listen, there's only one medal, and it's gold. Silver, no matter. You're just the first loser. So it's too bad. But, you know, listen, God bless them for playing. You know, these guys don't have to do this. These guys were multi-millionaires, and they really did, but I had a good team. They just the bats won a little dry.
Starting point is 01:21:43 But I'm scrolling through the interwebs yesterday, and I'm looking for some stuff because I always like to kind of put a smile on your face, especially towards the end of the show. And I had totally forgotten about this story. This was 19 years ago, I believe, yesterday. This story is, this is going to put a smile on your face. Do you remember Jason McElwain? Some of you in the chat, you know what this is? he was a young man on a high school basketball team. He had some kind of autism spectrum disorders,
Starting point is 01:22:16 so the coach let him be the manager. So in one of the last games of the season, he lets this young man, Jason McElwain, suit up. And in the last few minutes of the game, he lets him get on the court. Folks, what happens next is almost like Miracle on Ice Stuff. Like, this is the craziest thing. If this doesn't put a smile into your face,
Starting point is 01:22:37 nothing ever will. Here is a CBS story from 19 years ago. It's a little about a minute 30 show, but it's totally worth your time of Jason McElwain. Check this out. All hour and a half, and let's get ready for Arcadia.
Starting point is 01:22:49 Let's go. One, two, three, two. Because he has been so devoted to the team. For the last game of the season, Coach Johnson decided to let Jason actually suit up, not to play necessarily, just to let him feel what it's like to wear a jersey. At least that was the plan.
Starting point is 01:23:05 After years of fetching water and tolling off other people's sweat, Jason was actually in a game. His first shot was a 20-footer from the right baseline. His second shot missed two, but the third was a charm. A three-point, no doubter. And Jason wasn't done yet. Not by a long shot. Jason ended up shooting six three-pointers. One right after the other.
Starting point is 01:23:33 He had 20 points total, and each time a shot went in, his teammates and the crowd went a little crazier. Because he is autistic. Jason says he's used to feeling different, but never this different. Never this wonderful. Well, I hope that makes you feel different in a wonderful way, too, because it certainly made me feel good. That story, I had totally forgotten about that story. It popped up on my timeline, and I watched that video probably five or six times. I read some of the comments.
Starting point is 01:24:11 You see some of the folks in the chat. That's awesome. Who said that? Shereal. That's awesome. But happy tears. Good. We need that.
Starting point is 01:24:18 I told you, man. You live in a wonderful country full of really amazing people that the coach thought to do that. I know it's a political podcast and politics is sometimes dower. And we're always talking about really tough issues, terrorism, the economy, taxes, oil, energy, policy, the Persian Gulf, Social Security. retirement. I mean, not everything puts a smile on your face all the time. But that doesn't mean we don't live in the greatest country. It just means we're really serious people who want to deal with stuff that can make the greatest country in the world even greater. You live in an amazing place, man. Amazing.
