This has nothing to do with getting to the bottom of anything. Democrats on Capitol Hill are the biggest frauds in the history of human frauds. The January 6th committee wants to subpoena gop phone records for what folks you understand right the fbi's investigated this thing this january 6th incident the capital they've been

investigating this thing for months they've now determined there was no conspiracy there was no conspiracy to take the government down. The FBI investigated this. That's not good enough for the Democrats because they got to intimidate donors and activists. They want to make sure they send out subpoenas. These subpoenas, by the way, that they're sending out to members of Congress, Facebook, Parler, AT&T, everyone. These subpoenas aren't even legal. Here from the Wall Street Journal. Wall Street Journal. Benny Thompson, hack Democrat from Mississippi, who's the chair of the committee, sent letters Monday to 35 companies from AT&T to Facebook to Parler,

asking them to preserve information about account holders charged with crimes related to or potentially involved with discussions in planning the January 6th riot. The companies are requested to preserve emails, voice, text and direct messages in preparation for subpoenas to come. So Benny Thompson, hack Democrat from Mississippi, knows more than the FBI about this? There was no conspiracy. None. They're just making this up. Why are these subpoenas, which are not legal, by the way, why are these subpoenas going out? Come on, folks, you know why. You absolutely know why. I don't need to tell you. You're smarter than other audiences out there,

especially audiences that listen to liberal nonsense. These subpoenas are going out to intimidate activists, volunteers, donors, and Republican Congress people to shut them down right before the 2022 election, period. Full stop. It's not even open for debate. There is no legislative purpose for these whatsoever. Just so we're clear, a little bit of background here.

Congress can subpoena, can subpoena items. You have subpoena de sa ticum, subpoena ad testificatum. Those are the technical terms for calling someone a testifier to produce documents, right? Congress can do that, but it has to have, pay very close attention, those subpoenas have to have a clear legislative purpose. Legislative purpose. What could possibly be the legislative purpose

for subpoenaing a bunch of companies about information the FBI already had? That's a law enforcement matter. That's not a legislative purpose. These aren't even legal subpoenas. They're meant to intimidate you. You see my point. I hope I'm getting that through, folks. They're only doing this.

Oh, my gosh, I got a subpoena from Congress. Now, all of a sudden, you're thinking about the subpoena from Congress. You're not thinking about fighting your Democrat congressman and trying to get him out of office in 2022. I warned you about this months ago. Sadly, and this isn't difficult, everything I've been predicting has been coming true. The public health, Trojan horse, this. This is an amazing piece. Here's another part.

This is a total fishing expedition. These Democrat hacks on this committee say they need to see the call list, the call records, to see if members of Congress fomented the assault on the Capitol. They hope to confirm their narrative that the riot was a planned insurrection. The Reuters reports that the FBI has found no such evidence in six months of looking. Conspiracy is a crime and a matter for the Justice Department, not Congress. Gee, you think? This is a fishing expedition. It's meant to scare you. It's meant to scare you. Now,

I'm not a huge fan of Kevin McCarthy, but Kevin McCarthy, who is the minority leader for the Republicans in the House, had damn well better follow through on this. If these companies, if these companies acquiesce and send this information, these call records of members of Congress to be specific over to other members of Congress. Listen, a red line has been crossed. A red line has clearly been crossed. We now have effective totalitarianism and tyranny where one political party can spy on another party using fake legislative tools to do it better. There's nowhere that's nowhere in the constitution here, the third part of the piece,

and we'll move on because it's important. So McCarthy's been warning these companies against rolling over to Democrat pressure, noting they could forfeit their ability to operate in the United States. He better follow through with this. Democrats in the United States. He better follow through with this. Democrats in the media spun this as pressuring companies to ignore duly issued subpoenas. It's not. The subpoenas are illegal, folks. But McCarthy was pointing out that federal privacy law protects information and that Democrats haven't provided in court that their committee is entitled to these records.

McCarthy had better follow through because if this is the case that Democrat members of Congress can take it upon themselves to demand private call records of opposing party members of Congress when they don't like their politics, folks, all is lost at that point. All is lost.

McCarthy better follow through. If these companies illegally provide this information to the Democrats, McCarthy better follow through. And if companies illegally provide this information to the Democrats, McCarthy better follow through. And if we win the House in 2022, licenses should be revoked. It should be full-on war against these companies. They don't want to comply with U.S. law?

There's a penalty for that. I don't like looking at that box. There's always a box on the screen. Sometimes I miss it. It drives me crazy. I see it out of the corner of my eye. It makes me nuts. But what we saw over the course of the last few months is a collapse in leadership. And that was happening even before Ghani left the country. What the president has conveyed repeatedly, privately and publicly is you need to stand up and lead your country. And that's something he said at a press conference in July in public forum. So just to be clear, when it's President Biden, private calls are just that private calls involving scandalous quid pro quos with foreign leaders.
