They were wondering what our conversation, Dan Bongino and me, what our conversation was like over the weekend about the audience. Well, I'll tell you in just a second, right here on this edition.

My My wife loves her red light face mask from Bone Charge. She uses this thing every single night, puts it on,

Starting point is 00:02:22 You do have, somebody did ask in the chat. I wonder if Dan misses it. is the podcast. I'm here to tell you emphatically. He absolutely does. He misses this audience. He can't wait to get back to it someday, but the guy's a little consumed. He's got some work to do. But I figured since that question came up, I may as well start with just some items from the weekend. At Paula Bongino's birthday party, we had a photo booth. You know those, you know, at events and weddings and stuff, they set up photo booths. They set up a photo booth. And just to give you a perspective here's one this this one includes dan actually this is a photo of all of us together all of
Starting point is 00:03:05 basically the people you know from this program and from dan's program as you can see there's dan up front and right next to dan is gie there's gie looking great there's mrs gie right behind dan there we go that's and let me i'll use my finger to point out there's there's a jasmine there's frankie she's lovely frankie is with Justin. Justin's great. There's producer Andy in the background right there. It was great. It was wonderful. And it was awesome. Yeah, lampshades. We had lampshade hats. They look, it looked ridiculous. And that's why we took the photo. And I'm not, I'm not saying that we were sober for that. Actually, we were relatively sober for those photos. It was just great to get
Starting point is 00:03:50 together with everybody. So that's the update. Yeah, you're welcome. Mary Sam says, thanks for sharing the photo. Dan had a great time. And Dan does miss this audience, big time. So that's the news for you there okay let me get into the big items today about well this time it involves james clapper we get more declassification and a massive story about james clapper now i want you just to remember who james clapper is he's the former director of national intelligence the role that tulsie gabbard now occupies is the former director of national intelligence for barraq obama and when he was in that role he lied about spying mass surveillance on the American people.
Starting point is 00:04:30 James Clapper also was the one who said that CNN has the steel dossier, but they need a news hook. He didn't say this to us publicly. He said this behind closed doors. They need a news hook in order to publish smears against President Trump. And then James Clapper produced the news hook.
Starting point is 00:04:53 Clapper and a bunch of intel community people from Obama's administration had to Trump. tower and then they briefed the president, the incoming president, on the existence of the steel dossier, and then CNN instantly runs the story that this was briefed to Trump, that there's this very scandalous information about President Trump that was just briefed to him by the intel community. That was James Clapper who arranged all of that. And then after James Clapper left the government, what network did he start working for? What network did he go to immediately
Starting point is 00:05:28 as an employee on the payroll, on the dime, CNN. He goes to CNN right away. That's where James Clapper went. So that's who this guy is. He's always been a snake. He abused his power. He got his payday from the network that he helped create a fake news story for.
Starting point is 00:05:48 That's been the whole story of James Clapper throughout his career. And that brings us to the declassification we just got. the Obama intelligence chief, James Clapper, I'm going to give you the Daily Caller version, a bunch of outlets have had some pieces on this. God bless them for that. James Clapper told the NSA head,
Starting point is 00:06:09 that would be Admiral Mike Rogers, to get on board with our story on the Russia gate intelligence. Former director of national intelligence, James Clapper overrode the objections of national security agency director Mike Rogers. Remember this name Mike Rogers. In fact, it's come up a lot in the past,
Starting point is 00:06:30 but it's been a while since we've talked about Mike Rogers. In order to advance the narrative that Russian President Vladimir Putin had interfered in the 2016 election with a clear preference for President Trump, according to emails that were just declassified by the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard.
Starting point is 00:06:48 These emails involved James Clapper and Admiral Rogers discussing what would become, the 2017 intelligence community assessment about Trump and about Russia. That, of course, kicked off years of Russia gate frenzy. It was all based on nonsense. Remember, the steel dossier informed the body of the intelligence community assessment and was included in an annex at the end of the intelligence community assessment. It was garbage designed to smear Trump, the wrap-up smear, as Nancy Pelosi would call it. Rogers expressed concerns about just how
Starting point is 00:07:22 quickly everything was being shoved out the door about the sense of urgency the compressed timeline the compartmentalized intelligence involved the former nsa had relayed that some of his analysts expressed concerns about not having access to the underlying intelligence nor the time to assess it now let me i'll show you the emails these are the emails from that we just got from talsy gabard she shares all of these the wonderful lovely talsy gabard sharing the actual emails here let's look so in the email she has this Admiral Rogers saying I'm going to put this in frame for you Admiral Rogers saying that this is a big problem you know I just got back from he says TDIY that's temporary duty that's temporary duty and in getting back from temporary duty
Starting point is 00:08:19 overseas, he says, I've got a lot of problems here. We've got to go through. Well, to hell with this. I'm going to, it's terrible on this screen. So I'll just show it to you here. I've just returned from a TDY overseas. He said TYD. He meant TDI is a type of temporary duties. He's a military expression. And I've been updated on the current status of our efforts to produce a joint product related to Russian attribution and intent for the DNC DCCC hacks. I know this activity is on a fast track, Rogers wrote. That was December of 2016. Pay attention to the date, December 22nd, 2016. So Mike Rogers just gets back from overseas and he goes, hey, I just talked to my guys. And they're telling me, they're not
Starting point is 00:09:01 seeing the intelligence to support this, this idea that the Russians hacked the election to help Trump. My guys, the NSA doesn't have the intelligence to support this. So where are you getting this from? How can you even say this, James Clapper? How can you say this DNI? How can you say this FBI. How can you say this CIA? And yet that's what they were saying. So the NSA was kind of like, I don't think so. I'm not seeing this here. Roger says they were clear in saying that at the staff level, folks have been forward leaning and trying to ensure we have the opportunity to weigh in. But I'm concerned, given the expedited nature of this activity, my folks aren't fully comfortable saying that we've had enough time to review all of the intelligence, to be
Starting point is 00:09:44 absolutely confident in their assessments. In addition, Roger, said. If the NSA is going to be a co-author of this product, intended to be a co-author of this product, I personally expect to see even the most sensitive evidence related to the conclusion. So it's not good enough. This is Roger saying it's not good enough that you show people down the totem pole from me, the intel, showing that there's Trump Russia collusion or that or that Putin stole the election to help Trump. It's not good enough. I want to see it myself. I'm not believing this is what Rogers is saying. Now, Clapper responded, James Clapper, D&I Clapper responded and overrode Mike Rogers. And he said this, quote, it's essential. It is essential that we,
Starting point is 00:10:32 the CIA, the NSA, the FBI, and the ODNI, that's Clapper, the Director of National Intelligence, all be on the same page. We have to be on the same page and are supportive of the report. now this is the expression of a political hack when you're what you are you and i are reading right now is james clapper saying i don't care what you think you've got to be on the same page we all have to be singing from the same hymnal about this there can be no discrepancies here they can't we can't be going in different directions so this is a guy is not being guided by the facts this is a guy who's not allowing the truth to dictate the outcome he's a he's intentionally manipulated the narrative in order to make it seem like Trump's the bad guy that Putin helped Trump get
Starting point is 00:11:21 elected and he's demanding that all of the agencies get on the same page whether they like it or not and that includes you Mike Rogers the head of the national security agency NSA he said he wants to do this clapper said in the highest tradition of that's our story and we're sticking to it we will facilitate clapper says as much mutual transparency as possible as we complete our report but more time is not negotiable we may have to compromise on our normal modalities since we must do this on a compressed schedule this is one project that has to be a team sport he said these are very damning communications very damning what you just heard is james clapper the obama director of national intelligence brushing off the nsa chief's concerns about the weakness of the intelligence against trump and clapper told him you better get on board for our story for our story those are clapper's words now here's the other piece of this there's a context that isn't being included by a lot of people
Starting point is 00:12:40 on this story. So I want to share it with you to remember who Mike Rogers is and what was happening in the month leading up to this email exchange. As I mentioned, this was a December 22nd, 2016 email. Just about one month prior, Mike Rogers went to Trump Tower to meet with the incoming president of the United States Donald Trump. It was November 17th of 2016 that Mike Rogers went to Trump. went over to Trump Tower. And this drove the Obama people absolutely crazy. Here's what it looked like at the time. This is this was NPR at the time. NSA head meets with team Trump, but doesn't give Obama a heads up. Doesn't give Obama a heads up. Now the point of this meeting reportedly at the time and none of us were
Starting point is 00:13:35 in that meeting except for the president and Mike Rogers and perhaps his advisors. The point of the meeting as we understand it, was that Mike Rogers was interviewing with the president to become the next director of national intelligence. The president was casting about for a new DNI. And so who was going to be the guy to replace James Clapper? Well, if Mike Rogers got his way, he wanted to be the guy to do it, or at least Trump was interested in making him the guy. And so Rogers goes to the Trump Tower. That's November 17. Now, by November 19th, just two days later, this is the headline. You ready?
Starting point is 00:14:16 The headline that came to us out of the Washington Post. Check this out. Pentagon and Intelligence Community Chiefs have urged Obama to remove the head of the NSA, to remove him, to fire him. So November 19th, the heads of the Pentagon and the nation's intelligence community, that would be James Clapper, have recommended to President Obama that the director of national security agency, Mike Rogers, be removed, fired.
Starting point is 00:14:45 Now, it wasn't like there was much time left on the clock. The administration was almost over. This is what? This is November again, November 19th of 2016. So they only had two months remaining in the administration. Why would you have to fire the head of the NSA in the final two months of the administration? And the Washington Post says that the news came
Starting point is 00:15:08 as Rogers was being considered by President-elect Trump to be his nominee for the Director of National Intelligence to replace Clapper as the official who oversaw all 17 U.S. intelligence agencies. In a move, apparently unprecedented for a military officer, Rogers, without notifying superiors, traveled to New York to meet with Trump on Thursday at Trump Tower. That caused consternation at senior levels of the administration,
Starting point is 00:15:34 according to the officials, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss internal, personnel matters so let me put this really in a really straightforward way he is seen as too close to trump and he is seen as like would this be the behavior let's just be let's just ask a basic question would would this be the behavior of a guy who actually thought that trump was a traitor to the country that he would be interviewing to become the director of national intelligence, that he was willing to join this administration? No, it wouldn't. Mike Rogers went
Starting point is 00:16:13 because he sincerely thought, okay, maybe I could do this job. And the Obama people hated him for that. They hated that he treated Trump as the legitimately elected president of the United States. James Clapper and Ash Carter, then the head of the Pentagon, said about trying to get him fired in the final two months of the administration. Now, the Obama people must have decided that that would attract way too much attention at that moment to what was going on. They didn't want to distract from their mission, which was to take down Trump, to accuse him of colluding with the Russians. So these latest revelations that we just got in the last 24 hours, the last 24 hours, are that James Clapper
Starting point is 00:16:59 absolutely demanded that Mike Rogers play ball join the team to take this guy down. That's the key. That's the key. So what needs to come next, as you know,
Starting point is 00:17:14 are prosecutions. No question whatsoever. And this is the role that you play. This is the role that I play. This is the role that the president of the United States plays. We need to continue to place pressure. We need to sandwich the Justice Department into doing this. Now, we already know that they've
Starting point is 00:17:32 launched a strike force to go after the coup. That is meaningful because that's the same move that the Justice Department has done against the mob. It's designed to go after large scale criminal conspiracy enterprises. They've done that. They've also launched, as you know, grand juries, they're impaneling grand juries against people now who deserve it, including people like Letitia James and Adam Schiff. They're going after these people. And that's being led by Ed Martin. That's at the direction of Pam Bondi. And again, I want to reiterate, as I started the show today, I was giving you an update on, you know, seeing Dan Bongino this weekend and the spirits that he's in. He is, I'm telling you right now, he's desperate to come back to this audience,
Starting point is 00:18:19 but he is desperate to see the job he is doing through. And he's got as much energy as I've ever seen him have. This is not a man who's going nowhere. This is a man whose job is going somewhere. X Music 2001 says in the chat, the arrests are the only thing that matters. That is exactly right. The arrests are what matters.
Starting point is 00:18:41 And that's why we've got to keep plugging away at this. Keep placing pressure on the Justice Department. The president is doing that very thing. Tulsi Gabbard is doing that very thing. Cash Patel and Dan Bongino are doing that very thing, and we should be rooting it on until we see justice through. I'm not giving up on it. I'm not letting the left have the pleasure of us giving up on it.
Starting point is 00:19:05 Never would. All right. We've got a lot more to get to today on this edition of Vince. And we've got more revelations actually coming out, more declassification that we have to talk about. It's deeply important. So, of course, we are going to cover it. here on this show. Let's see here. I've got quite a bit to get to. I want to thank the sponsors
Starting point is 00:19:24 of this program. That includes jacked up fitness just got done, you know, hanging all over the jacked up fitness machine this morning. I love jacked up fitness. More and more Americans are prioritizing their wellness and getting back in shape. But studies actually show that strength training does a lot more to burn fat than cardio alone. And that's true. You know, if you develop muscle, the more muscle you develop, the more fat you burn just by existing, just by moving around throughout the day, sitting in a chair. If you've got a lot of muscle, you're burning a lot of fat. That's the way your body works. So you should build muscle. It's good for you. And I've been working with Don and the team over at Jack the Fitness for a couple of months now. And I'm telling
Starting point is 00:20:03 you, these guys absolutely know what they're doing. They've created a great product. They're all in one home gyms are already best in class. I've got one. It's just feet away from me. It's not that far. I'm in my basement right now, in my studio, but I've got my little gym next door with my jacked up fitness machine. They're all-on-one home gyms are already best in class. I love it. I love it. And they've got their all-new X series that takes home fitness to the next level. Now, the Power Rack, extreme functional trainer, just lets you do hundreds of exercises.
Starting point is 00:20:30 It's basically everything that you would do with the gym, right from your spare room or your garage, or in my case, my basement. Want more? The Power Rack ProX features a fully upgraded cable crossover system with articulating pulley arms for unlimited width combos. So you're going to hit every single muscle group. And if you're new to this, no worries. They've got a free get jacked up video program. All you have to do is press play and follow along. No more excuses. Let's all do this together. Go to getjackedup.com. Use the promo code, Vince, and you're going to save 10%. You really will. That's get jacked up.com. Get jacked up.com. Yeah. It is. Yeah, Melissa McGroin says it's nice to get that exercise in in
Starting point is 00:21:11 in the morning. It really is. That's the best time. You knock it out. It sets your whole day in the right direction. It feels great. So yeah, that's what we're doing. We're we're plugging away here trying to trying to get in shape. And thanks to jacked up fitness for doing that. Okay. Let's see. I've got I've got a lot, a lot more going on here. Let's see. I've got more information now about some declassification that I need to share with you as well. So another piece of this is, we've talked a lot about Hillary Clinton and her email scandal through the years and, you know, she stole
Starting point is 00:21:47 the emails. And we're the 30,000 emails, by the way? Where are the, you really think, how is it that Hillary Clinton is the one human being on Earth who's able to delete all of her emails and there's no way for anyone to get them back? You think that's right?
Starting point is 00:22:03 Chad, do you think that the emails exist somewhere? They've got to exist somewhere. There's a reason Hillary Clinton went out of her way to delete all of those. It's not because, you know, they were, what was it? Yoga routines and recipes. Those bad boys exist. And if Trump has the whole government, yeah. No, that's a kickley. Kickley base. Is that right, Kickley base? They were about yoga and wedding plans. Yeah, I don't think so. I don't think so. No, I'm pretty sure these
Starting point is 00:22:38 emails exist. I know she thought that she could get rid of them. They were pretty convinced bleach bit and what was it was the thing that she a ball peen hammers and they're smashing everything i don't think so i don't think so they hunted down every january six person who was in a 10 mile radius of the capital they they had they were tracking every single person's cell phones they were up in everybody's business just for supporting trump yeah i think we can find those emails i would i let's let's uh let's encourage the trump administration to produce those would you maybe president trump can get back up on that so anyway um here's the thing the Hillary Clinton scandals are not only about the emails the emails was just one piece of this in fact the emails deleting the
Starting point is 00:23:24 emails as far as you and i can tell were really a part of a cover-up of Hillary Clinton's pay-for-play scheme she had an entire organization called the Clinton Foundation as you well know and into it a bunch of left-wing billionaires and foreign governments were pouring to tons of cash. Now, of course, after Hillary Clinton lost the election, the money flowing into the Clinton Foundation disappeared. And there's only one reason for that. It's because people couldn't buy access to power anymore. Hillary was gone. They thought she was going to be president of the United States. They thought they were going to be able to buy their way into the administration, buy the things that they wanted from a corrupt president. And that never got to
Starting point is 00:24:04 happen. So the money dried up. That couldn't happen anymore. But that is the core scandal. Underneath all of this underneath her stolen classified information underneath her use of a private email server inside of a bathroom in chappaqua new york designed to evade public detection the whole point of all of that quite obviously was so that she could do something corrupt so that people could buy influence through the clinton foundation and she could cover up her tracks without a government record for it that's what's in the 30 000 emails it has to be so we just got new information over and i'm i love all this declassification. I'll take all of it. I'll take every single piece of it. We now know that the Obama Justice Department and FBI leaders under Obama, this will not come
Starting point is 00:24:53 as a surprise to you. Again, not shocking, but appalling. FBI leaders obstructed the Clinton Foundation investigation from moving forward, according to current and former officials who are now cooperating with Trump officials to go after all of this. So this is not merely transparency. This is about a full-blown criminal investigation into the obstruction of the Hillary Clinton investigation about the Clinton Foundation, all the pay-for-play stuff that was going on.
Starting point is 00:25:23 Take a look here, just the news with this reporting. This is big. Shut it down, they say. Shut it down. Bombshell FBI timeline exposes political interference in Clinton corruption probe, FBI director Cash Patel has uncovered, I don't care what anyone says. I am not tired of these revelations. I don't care. I want this. I want the damn truth about everything. So here's Cash Patel saying that he's uncovered a bombshell memo
Starting point is 00:25:55 written 2017. It chronicles the extensive political obstruction that career agents in three cities faced from their own bosses and the Obama Justice Department during the 2016 election. As they probed whether Hillary engaged in pay to play, shut it down, is the quote. Shut it down, said then Deputy Attorney General, Sally Yates. She's quoted as demanding that in a detailed timeline of political impediments that agents in New York City,
Starting point is 00:26:28 Little Rock, Arkansas, and Washington, D.C. reported. So here's what we have. To give you a rapid fire summary of this, FBI agents in New York, in Little Rock, and in Washington all believed that they had information that predicated a full-blown investigation into Hillary Clinton and the way that she was selling access to the State Department and presumably to the incoming Clinton administration, should that have ever happened. Thank God it didn't. FBI agents all across the country said, man, we've got some really important stuff here. Now, one of the reasons they had important stuff was thanks in no small part to an excellent book on the subject that was written by Peter Schweitzer, Clinton Cash. Look here. The timeline, this is the Justice Department timeline, stated that in July or August of 2015, an FBI supervisory special agent in the Washington field office had a brief discussion with a member of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Columbia regarding the Clinton Foundation allegations. which had been focused on by the book Clinton Cash by Peter Schweitzer. At the time, an investigator's name remains redacted was in the process of attempting to predicate an investigation
Starting point is 00:27:40 based on the allegations. So you had FBI agents all across the country. The problem was you had an attorney general that was fully corrupt. You had Loretta Lynch in charge of the United States Department of Justice. The same Loretta Lynch that was meeting with Bill Clinton on a tarmac during the campaign in 2016 and pretending to talk about what was it their grandchildren they're just pretending they're just oh we were just chatting about our grandchildren for what an hour and a half what was going on during all of that in fact now thanks to the declassification from cash
Starting point is 00:28:19 Patel and Tulsi Gabbard we know a lot more about what what she was up to at the time Loretta lynch was working directly with the Clinton campaign according to one of the FBI sources and helping them manipulate the activities of the United States Department of Justice or broadcasting to the Hillary campaign what was going on at the United States Justice Department. Loretta Lynch was thoroughly compromised throughout all of this. In fact, James Comey offered as one of his rationales
Starting point is 00:28:48 for why he came out during the 2016 election to tell everybody about Hillary and why he wasn't charging her, was, oh, that Loretta Lynch, the appearance of her coziness to the case, Clinton campaign was enough to say that James Comey could freelance on all of this. It was all too crazy. But Loretta Lynch was rigging this thing.
Starting point is 00:29:09 And Sally Yates, the deputy attorney general said, shut it down, shut down this investigation into Hillary. The U.S. attorneys at the time under Obama were shutting down the FBI's ability to get to the bottom of all of this. So this is, I don't know, I'm telling you, I'm going through these stories day by day by day. We're doing a handful of them each day. And each one of them as a standalone issue is a massive, massive story. It's huge.
Starting point is 00:29:42 The whole Justice Department was working overtime to shut down the investigation into the Clinton Foundation. Yeah, it's a huge deal. And God bless John Solomon and Jerry Dunleavey, via Just the News, for capturing so much of this. They've been capturing it all week. I talked to John Solomon this week on the, radio show, actually. You should check out the national radio show. We do it 12 to 3 Eastern each day. We always have great guests, just like we have here on the podcast. But there's just so much information we try and fit it in in all four hours of the content we produce each day.
Starting point is 00:30:13 There's a lot here. But I wanted to give you that update as well. So those are the, that's the declassification update. Coming up and somebody said, you're going to see none of this in the mainstream media. I was just thinking about this. F-A-F-O-45-47 said that. I totally agree with you. Every time I see these stories, I'm like, why is it that you and I are the only ones who are talking about this? Why is it that it's only the Vince audience and a couple of other conservative audiences
Starting point is 00:30:41 that are aware of the nitty-gritty details here? By the time, the only reason the press is going to even glance off of this story, you know how this is going to happen. If and when they put handcuffs on any of these guys, the press is going to have to give some condensed version to try to explain to their misled audiences what the hell is even happening. And when they do,
Starting point is 00:31:01 they will distort it beyond recognition and you are going to be prepared to rip these stories limb from limb because you actually know the details. Because you actually know the details. It's great. Anyway, I mean, it's not great. The media suck, but you're great.
Starting point is 00:31:19 Thank you for being here. Okay, coming up, I want to talk about D.C. crime, what's going on there? Starting point is 00:35:40 I don't give you my last name. That's crazy. Nobody would ever get the discount because nobody can spell my last name. I can't even spell my last name. But the first name, Vince, that works. that works easy okay uh let's see i've got uh i've got some things for you i've got the dc stuff going on um here's one thing that a lot of not a lot of people know about what's happening at dc
Starting point is 00:35:58 did you know that by taking over the dc police department that president trump has at least for now ended dc's status as a sanctuary city did you know that that dc's not a sanctuary city right now because president trump is in charge of the police department listen to tom holman cut one Describe the great news. Does the fact that there's National Guard there now, it's a sanctuary city, like Sanctuary Cities across the country, but it's unique in that it has federal control, and now you've got National Guard on the ground,
Starting point is 00:36:30 side by side, with ICE. Does that combination basically negate the sanctuary city status in Washington, D.C., at least for these 30 days in terms of what you can do there, Tom? Yes. I think D.C. under federal control is not going to be sanctuary city. We're working with the police hand in hand. We encounter a criminal, illegal alien that we turned over the ice.
Starting point is 00:36:52 And that's the way it should be. I mean, I'm not saying every illegal alien in D.C. is a criminal, but many are. So these are people who are going to focus on it. Illegal alien, criminal safety threat in D.C. is not going to be protected. There's no sanctuary for these people in the city of D.C. Okay. So, you know, I can't believe I'm in a position where I'm going to give a slight correction. to Tom Holman, but every illegal alien is a criminal, just to be crystal clear, but the point
Starting point is 00:37:25 that he's making is not every illegal alien is a violent criminal, and certainly they're taking people into custody, and now they're deporting them, because there is no sanctuary policy enforced at the moment because the Trump administration is running the justice system. They're running the police department. And so that is a great piece of news in the midst of all of this. And candidly, because I thought, I was just thinking about, you know, going after criminals. And certainly that includes illegal aliens. So great to see that the president of the United States is doing that. Now, we do have an update on that subject.
Starting point is 00:37:59 This morning, Caroline Levitt was on the Fox News Channel. And she said that the, that things are going so well that they've actually deported. They've arrested, and ahead of deportation, a bunch of illegals. Take a look here. Here's Caroline Levitt. it this morning on the Fox News Channel with the good news in D.C. Would these hundred arrests have happened with just the, the D.C. police and park police? Was there something about the presence the president surged that brought those arrests? Absolutely. This is a multi-agency task force
Starting point is 00:38:37 that is put forward by the president, the attorney general, our secretary of defense. There are 19 agencies that were working together across seven districts last night. And I have some updated statistics for you. Overnight, there were 45 criminal arrests made for assault, second and first degree. There were arrests made for the distribution of illegal drugs and narcotics that have now been removed off of the streets. There were three illegal firearms that were seized. And in addition to that, there were 29 illegal aliens who were removed off of Washington, D.C. streets last night. many of whom had final orders of removal.
Starting point is 00:39:16 So these results are happening night after night because of the efforts of this federal task force that are working alongside the Metropolitan Police Department. All right, so that's great news. So 29 illegal aliens just in a single night picked up in Washington, D.C., and that means that they are destined for deportation now. There's no scurrying them out the back door,
Starting point is 00:39:37 hiding them from federal law enforcement. Federal law enforcement is running the show in Washington. in D.C. right now. And that is really ticking off lefties. Boy, they hate criminal justice. They hate consequences. They hate that anybody is restoring order to the nation's capital. So they're reacting predictably with emotional incontinence. And they're assaulting police officers. Take a look here at a man who this Sunday, cut two, decided it's a good idea to take his freshly purchased subway sandwich and then throw it at police officers. Look at this. they're chasing him they're chasing him oh what a bad idea that was he threw the sandwich
Starting point is 00:40:24 directly into the chest of the cop they chased him down they tackled him they arrested him that's how that works and then after you're arrested traditionally with dc's um government government and the u.s attorney's office controlled by democrats uh you usually don't get prosecuted for that you can throw a Subway sandwich at a cop if you're in a Democrat-run city normally and you'll get away with it. You just disrespect the cops. You just assault them and you're fine. Not so when President Trump is running the show and not so when the U.S. attorney, Janine, oh, footlong, look at that. Boom. Just right up against the cop. The U.S. attorney now is Janine Piro in Washington, D.C., and she's not going to suffer these fools. Here's Janine Piro saying that this sub-chucker can shove it.
Starting point is 00:41:09 So President Trump has vowed to make D.C. safe and beautiful again. And as part of his effort to fight crime, he's bringing in our federal law enforcement partners like FBI, ATF, DEA, or Park Police, everybody to help the Metropolitan PD fight crime. And the president's message to the criminals was, if you spit, we hit. Well, we didn't quite do that the other night when an individual went up to one of the federal law enforcement officers and started jumping up and down, screaming at him, berating him, yelling at him, and then he took a subway sandwich about this big and took it and threw it at the officer. He thought it was funny.
Starting point is 00:41:54 Well, he doesn't think it's funny today because we charge it with a felony, assault on a police officer, and we're going to back the police to the hilt. So there, stick your subway sandwich somewhere else. Oh, man, the justice system is really different now. That's when you have the U.S. attorney saying, cram that foot long with a sun don't shine. That's the update from Gene Piro, who I've got to say, I've always had a soft spot for Gene Piro.
Starting point is 00:42:22 I've always liked her. I think that she's funny. And I like that she's aggressive. She's also cheerful in her aggression, which is kind of a neat trait. And the trick here is for her to be efficient and to be good. And I'm glad that they went after. this guy because he deserves it and and he should be you know turned into an example yeah you do
Starting point is 00:42:44 that you spit we hit that's that's the way it works and uh that's that's the way it's happening now in washington dc so that's great um you know that's also not the first time we've seen federal officials attacked by left-wing lunatics in washington dc we just saw a couple months ago you remember Ed Martin. We had Ed Martin on the program, former U.S. Attorney, the person who had this job before Janine Piro. And as he was on his way out in the final days of his time as U.S. attorney, some psycho left-wing woman walked up to him on the street, identified him as Ed Martin, and then spat upon him. She's Hock the Lugi on a U.S. attorney. That was stupid. And here's what that looked like. Cut eight. Take a look. So we need to get really focused.
Starting point is 00:43:30 Who in the fuck are you? You are, Martin. You are Ed Martin. Look. And then she spits on the guy. Well, that did not go well for her. Ed Martin came on our program shortly after that, and she had not yet been arrested, and he told us at that point,
Starting point is 00:43:49 actually, the feds have figured out who she is, and by the time this conversation is over, she'll probably be placed under arrest. Sure enough, she was arrested. That was the update at the time, and she was subsequently charged the psycho. but also now we get the update today that it appears she is going to be pleading guilty she is going to be pleading guilty in fact it was laura lumer who posted this update to social
Starting point is 00:44:17 media yesterday sources telling her that emily gabriella somer is the name the woman who spit on ed martin on video told prosecutors that today Thursday she will be pleading guilty to assaulting him and two police officers. That is a massive humbling of where she was in the first place. Ed Martin also basically confirming this on social media, reacting to the Laura Luma report. So you know it's good. And the lady, that woman was a psycho in every way.
Starting point is 00:44:49 You saw her, of course, spitting on Ed Martin signs that she's a psycho. Also, she was bragging on social media. Talk about how stupid she is. She was bragging on social media at the time. This is May 8th. Ed, that was me that spit in your face today in front of your not U.S. D.C. for D.C. courthouse that absolutely definitely spit in your face on camera. Hi, hello. A pleasure to hawk a dehydrated pithy white foam spit into your face. She said, and then she went on. She kept raging in here.
Starting point is 00:45:21 I do love that the first response, at least on my feed on X, is Sean Ferris, the great Sean Ferris going, and now you're going to jail. Congrats. Well, sure enough. And now she's pleading guilty today. So all of her bragging about attacking Ed Martin, well, that didn't pay off. That didn't work out well for her at all. President Trump has more plans for D.C. He does want to, you know, restore order to D.C. and he's saying 30 days might not be enough. Under the current law, the president can take over the D.C. police force by notifying Congress for 30 days, which he's currently doing. We're in the midst of that right now. But to go beyond that, the president has to go beyond that, the president has to. to request Congress to make a change to the law, or at least approve the president's ability to keep controlling the police force in D.C. And so the president stated yesterday that that's precisely what he wants to see happen. Here is President Trump cut four detailing his long-term plans for making our nation's capital livable, beautiful, beautiful, and worth visiting again.
Starting point is 00:46:24 Thank you, Mr. President. Your federalization of the police has a 30-day limit unless Congress acts to extend it. Are you talking to Congress about extending it, or do you believe 30 days is sufficient? Well, if it's a national emergency, we can do it without Congress, but we expect to be to Congress before Congress very quickly. And again, we think the Democrats will not do anything to stop crime, but we think the Republicans will do it almost unanimously. So we're going to need a crime bill that we're going to be putting in, and it's going to pertain initially to D.C. It's almost, we're going to use it as a very positive example, and we're going to be asking for extensions on that,
Starting point is 00:47:04 long-term extensions, because you can't have 30 days. 30 days is that's by the time you do it. We're going to have this in good shape, and don't forget, in the border, everyone said it would take years and you'd have to go back to Congress. I never went to Congress for anything. I just said, close the border, and it closed the border. And that was the end of it. I didn't go back to Congress.
Starting point is 00:47:26 We're going to do this very quickly, but we're going to want extensions. I don't want to call national emergency. If I have to, I will. But I think the Republicans in Congress will approve this pretty much unanimously. Yeah, we're going to move quickly, says the president. We're all over this thing. And we're going to try and do as much as we can within the 30-day window, but I need more time. So he's going to ask Congress for that.
Starting point is 00:47:48 So yet again, this is another area where you and I can play a role. We need to pressure Republican members of Congress to have the testicular fortitude to do the most obvious thing ever, which is to give the president the ability to clean these things up. Or we could go one better. What if Congress just took over Washington, D.C. again? One way or another, we all deserve a nation's capital that's in a much better situation than the left is left the rest of it in. It needs to happen. There's the president asking for it. Chuck Schumer, of course, and the Democrats don't want to do it. The last thing they want to do is clean up America's capital. No, they want to leave things in a horrific state.
Starting point is 00:48:26 here's chuck schumer cursing on camera upon hearing the news that the president would like an extension cut five take a look at chuck heard that that's what he plans on doing and if he went to congress and said you know what there's this crime emergency we need the national guard out there longer we need to take over washington dc would you granted no fucking way we'll go we'll fight him tooth and nail and right now you as you said he can only do it for 30 days or now i guess it's 26 or 27 whatever this guy's an idiot this guys if you notice democrats are all cursing now they're pretending like they're tough guys you know in absence of trying to convince you that they have a better plan for the country they just curse no fucking way says chuck schumer a guy who can't even grill a hamburger oh yeah he's cursing like a sailor now chuck what a goob these guys are just total losers and so chuck schumer they they are they prefer chaos i mean it really is the uh the same pattern and over and over and over again. We saw it in 2020 during the presidential election.
Starting point is 00:49:29 The reason the left was astroturfing these groups all across the country. All this rioting was taking place and buildings being burned and small businesses being destroyed. There's murders happening all across the country. The left wasn't trying to put it down. They were breathing life into it. They were funding these operations. It was so grotesque.
Starting point is 00:49:46 The reason for that is because they want chaos to lead Americans to the conclusion that President Trump is responsible for it. The more chaos we whip up, the more people will be upset with the status quo, and the more they will hold the current president of the United States, the current officeholder to blame. So they'd rather imperil the city of Washington. The left would rather there be chaos in places like Chicago and Oakland. They would rather there'd be utter chaos, because if there's utter chaos, then people get kind of miserable about their living conditions, and they start looking for, okay, how do we change leadership to get to a better place? it's disgusting and it and is all too common now it's too routine even at the top levels of the party
Starting point is 00:50:31 that's one of the leaders of the party chuck schumer the head of the democrats in the senate no fucking way will i allow washington dc to become orderly clean livable and worth visiting no way yeah we got it we know you didn't have to say it out loud we knew that that was your that was your message on this now speaking of cities like chicago and oakland The left absent a good argument, either resorts to cursing, as I mentioned, or accusing their political opponents of racism. Here is the mayor of Chicago, Brandon Johnson, old BJ, the least popular BJ in the country. He's got 6% approval rating. Here's BJ saying that President Trump is merely scared of his brilliance in Chicago.
Starting point is 00:51:17 Take a look. Cut sex. Donald Trump called your accountant. What did you feel? All right. He just addressed this. Thanks. Please answer that question. Okay, fine, since you are begging, I do believe that Donald Trump is intimidated. I know, I think, no interruptions.
Starting point is 00:51:30 So let me just answer that. I do appreciate you begging. So I would just say it like this, that the president has always been intimidated by the intellectual prowess of black men. And so, of course, he would speak in those petite and puerile terms because he's small. Oh my gosh. What a loser. Holy cow. And so Brandon Johnson is upset. You know, the president has said that he wants to do everything he cannot just to improve the law and order situation in D.C. He wants to do it in places like Chicago as well. Chicago's got a hellish crime problem. And Brandon Johnson has not made it better. He's made it so much worse. So old BJ there says that, oh, well, Trump's just intimidated by by black people. He's very intimidated by black genius. And I'm a black genius. And he's intimidated by me. Yeah, let's make it about race. How about you're just an idiot who's destroying your city and you should not be the mayor? And I hope the people of Chicago have learned that lesson by now. Six percent approval writing. What? It's like a world record. How did you even do that? So that's Brandon Johnson's take on all of this. The mayor of Oakland is pulling the same stunt saying that Trump's just a big fat racist for wanting to stop crime. Take a look. Here's the mayor of Oakland, cut seven. Let me just say also, it's not lost on. anyone that the cities that he is calling out first of all have large numbers of black and brown people secondly the crime rate is going down in all of these cities thirdly they're all headed by
Starting point is 00:53:04 black bears now what does that say what what does that picture paint so we all know who he is also let me just say here in oakland for example we have a that paints the picture that paints is that you're a racist that's the picture that it paints and that you're not interested at all in improving the crime situation in your city and that instead of admitting your utter failure, you'd rather pretend like everything is fine. Boy, you know, I said it a moment ago.
Starting point is 00:53:37 You know, this goes back to something that Dan has said through the many years. Is it bad enough yet in cities like this? And obviously, if you're a voter in Chicago, or Oakland for that matter, but Chicago in particular, you're running uphill, you're running up against a system that has utter disregard for the voters, by and large,
Starting point is 00:53:55 that takes votes for granted. In Chicago, it is, you want to talk about a corrupt Democrat machine. It's as corrupt as it could possibly get in Chicago. Everyone knows that. It's always been that way. And so, yeah, they've given up on caring about the lives of voters. It's all about reputation management and projecting all of your own sins onto your political opponents.
Starting point is 00:54:16 And then when you run out of tactics, you just induce more chaos and accused, Trump of being a racist. Got it. Got it. Super stupid. But that is the trend. So again, pay attention to that. You're going to see what it's only going to happen more in the days and weeks ahead as these mayors as you and I focus a lot more on their failures. They're going to start accusing you of being the actual failure. You're a bigot for noticing. I'm black. You're not allowed to question me. What? You're the mayor of a major city that's being run into the dirt by you. We have every right to question you and so we will hope the president keeps it up and boy congress better get a
Starting point is 00:54:58 fire under them going on in terms of helping the president get this policing uh going so that's that's a really big deal okay um we've got we've got a lot more to get to we're going to do that today we've got the big national radio show 12 to 3 you can check it out if you want to find your local listing for the radio show which i highly recommend you do go to the vince show dot com and check out your listings.
