That's basically what we want to do. Oh, okay. Oh, not okay. We got that. Pretty shocking interview on 60 Minutes about artificial intelligence and the great Kurt Schlichter with a piece in town hall about FU politics.

Starting point is 00:02:30 Expressvpn.com slash Bongino. Don't wait. All right, Joseph, on this Monday. Let's bring it back. Happy Monday. Man, that was rough. Yeah, what the hell happened there? Did you hear that?
Starting point is 00:02:44 Joe's voice like crap he was like bro take an ibuprofen sorry listeners holy moses what'd you do this weekend poor guy i'm messing we love joe joe is you know after eight years joe's allowed a you know a couple of scratchy voice opens all right so we'll get it That's right. So folks, this threat from central bank, digital currencies, we've been warning about for a while. It's now just spilled right over. It's spilled right over.
Starting point is 00:03:11 I want to combine that with another segment that I did last week. And I covered this week on my weekend show and was covered on 60 minutes, artificial intelligence, because the threat from central bank digital currency is growing. And nothing will be the same. That's why I titled the podcast this today. Listen to me. Nothing will be the same.
Starting point is 00:03:35 Not your education, not your healthcare, not your job, not your livelihood, not your kids, not your phone. Nothing will be the same if a central bank digital currency is launched as AI is exploding right now and exploding right in front of our eyes. I mean, imagine for a moment combining the surveillance capabilities of a central bank digital currency where the government knows everywhere you're going, spending your money with the predictive capabilities of AI. I mean, what could possibly go wrong? Can you imagine, remember that Tom Cruise movie, Minority Report, where the precogs predict crime and you're arrested for crimes you were just thinking about doing? Don't laugh. That could be your future. Minority Report for political crimes, That could be your future minority report for political crimes. But instead of a action star guy like Tom Cruise starring in the movie, it's Jerry Nadler.
Starting point is 00:04:30 Oh, it's sure. Imagine. I mean, I'm thinking of all the things combined artificial intelligence with central bank digital currencies. I got a ton of video for you showing you exactly what I mean, because we always bring the facts to back it up. Bank Digital Currencies. I got a ton of video for you showing you exactly what I mean, because we always bring the facts to back it up. Imagine there's a political rally going on and governments abusing and using AI for intelligence generation, which they're probably doing right now, I'd imagine. They have all kinds of partnerships with these people. And there's a political rally going on. And AI generates a hit list of political people, political hit list,
Starting point is 00:05:06 at the rally who you think are big trouble. I can totally see it now, shutting down the central bank digital currency's ability to take the bus there, ATMs in the area. Your CBDC doesn't work at food locations, so you can't get water or food near the location. Oh, that'll never happen. Are you absolutely sure of that, given where we are right now? Because I'm not. Let's get to some video to show you what I mean. Folks, who is showing up, by the way?
Starting point is 00:05:36 Who is going to show up at these political rallies, right? It's going to be people who are activists and who are putting stuff out there on Twitter. Now, imagine the government monitoring your ability to pay for things, whether on Twitter or elsewhere, buying campaign signs, political donations, they have all of it. Combine it with sicking an AI program on Twitter to pick apart who the MAGA supporters are going to be. You will be on a list just like parents showed up on lists for showing up at school board meetings and were classified as domestic terrorists. Imagine you showing up on a political list for being a Trump supporter.
Starting point is 00:06:10 Elon revealed this in an interview with Tucker. You know, something we already suspected, but now we know for sure. That not just did the government have access to Twitter, which most of it's public, but there's a portion of Twitter for you non-users out there, it's not public. It's called direct messages. For the liberals listening of it's public. But there's a portion of Twitter for you non-users out there. It's not public. It's called direct messages. For the liberals listening, it's called direct messages because they're direct.
Starting point is 00:06:31 They just go from me to say Guy. It's kind of like email. Elon basically just threw it out there in his interview with Tucker. It's going to air tonight. The government had access to this too? You want them to be in control of AI, artificial intelligence. You sure about that? You imagine the intelligence file is going to be on you want them to be in control of ai artificial intelligence you sure about that you imagine the intelligence file is going to be on you check this out the degree to which various government agencies had effectively had full access to everything that was going on on
Starting point is 00:06:56 twitter uh blew my mind um i was not aware of that would that include people's ds? Yes. Okay. So now the backend of Twitter, where you would, folks, a lot of people DM a lot of people for a lot of reasons, thinking it was private. Now we find out the government had that information. I want to move on. I want to get to the FU politics thing, but I don't want to let this go. Here, here's 60 Minutes this weekend. 60 Minutes, the CEO of Google is being interviewed. They are producing a very powerful artificial intelligence program that the CEO admitted they don't fully understand. And his excuse was tragically comical because it could result in tragedy, but it's almost hilarious how little this guy seems to realize what he just said. They asked him, you know, hey man,
Starting point is 00:07:50 do you guys, can you explain how this thing works? No, not really, but we don't really know how the human mind works either. Yeah, but we don't try to recreate human minds. That's not what we're doing. Oh, they are. That's not what we should be doing. The tree of knowledge. Here he is talking about how AI is hallucinating. They call it hallucinating in artificial
Starting point is 00:08:12 intelligence. In other words, you ask it a question, it just makes up the answer. Now, again, we're talking about the CBDCs and the AI, right? You combine these two things and absolutely nothing will be the same. Imagine an AI hallucinating that conservatives are in fact an existential threat to humankind. We've been told they're Nazis. And it's reading about how Nazis wiped out millions of people. And it starts making up articles to justify the mass incarceration of conservatives. Oh, that'll never happen. It's making up stuff now listen yourself
Starting point is 00:08:47 sundar pichai walks a narrow line a few employees have quit some believing that google's ai rollout is too slow others too fast there are some serious flaws there James Manjika asked Bard about inflation. It wrote an instant essay in economics and recommended five books. But days later, we checked. None of the books is real. Bard fabricated the titles. This very human trait, error with confidence, is called in the industry hallucination. Are you getting a lot of hallucinations? Yes, which is expected. No one in the field has yet solved the hallucination problems. All models do have this as an issue.
Starting point is 00:09:42 Now, someone wrote in the chat, oh, AI is just a magic eight ball. It only inputs what the program, it only outputs what program is input. That is not true. That is not true. How many times, one, I mean, you, I don't know this person in the chat. I appreciate you being here. I'm not sure what your background is. I'm just telling you the people who are programming this stuff are telling you they don't understand it. So if it's reflecting the will of the programmer and the program is telling you,
Starting point is 00:10:10 I don't understand what it's doing. How is that reflecting the will of the programmer? If the program is designed to tell it what it's doing, the logic is sound, right? They're saying that not me. I don't program artificial intelligence. I don't even know how to program it.
Starting point is 00:10:24 So what do I do? And I don't know something. I go to people who do and they say, well, we don't understand what's happening. And it's hallucinating, making things up. What if it starts making up that human beings are a virus that should be wiped out or conservatives should be framed for thought crimes, just like they made up all that information about inflation. That sounds like kind of an issue, right? So you get this explosion in artificial intelligence, which will clearly be weaponized by the government. There'll be an intelligence file on anyone with a red MAGA hat out there. That is an absolute guarantee, right? Now combine that with the control of a central bank digital currency
Starting point is 00:11:06 where the government's monitoring every single dollar spent in the economy and the predictive capabilities of AI to see what you might be doing next with that money. And ladies and gentlemen, we got a real problem. Here's the president of the European Central Bank, Christine Lagarde, admitting that this thing is all about control. Something we've been worrying about in this show for eight years. Communists love control. It is the essence of a centrally organized economy.
Starting point is 00:11:36 You run everything. They are just making the case now. We told you this is about control. It's not about efficiency. It's about seeing every single thing you do. Here, listen to yourself. They don't want to be controlled. They don't want to.
Starting point is 00:11:52 Yeah, but you know what? You know what? Now we have in Europe this threshold above 1,000 euros, you cannot pay cash. If you do, you are on the gray market. So you take your risk. you get caught, you are fined or you go in jail. But you know, the digital euro is going to have a limited amount of control, there will be control, you're right, you're completely right. We are considering
Starting point is 00:12:22 whether for very small amounts, you know, anything that is around 300, 400 euros, we could have a mechanism where there is zero control. But that could be dangerous. The terrorist attacks on France back 10 years ago were entirely financed by those very small anonymous credit cards that you can recharge in total anonymity. Notice how they do this every freaking time. They always go to the terrorism example to scare you into giving up control of you. Remember, control is a zero-sum game. Control is zero-sum. They want you to give up control of your life. Zero-sum, meaning every ounce of control you give up, someone else takes. It can't be split. Either you control your money, you control where your kids go to school, and you control your healthcare, or the government does.
Starting point is 00:13:08 It's not a split decision. You pick my doctor or I pick. We don't both pick. Well, I pick this doctor. Well, we pick another one. Well, who wins? The government. Okay, then I didn't pick.
Starting point is 00:13:18 That's not how control works. They will be able to surveil you. They will be able to implement negative interest rates. They will be able to taxil you. They will be able to implement negative interest rates. They will be able to tax you at confiscatory rates, and there will be no way whatsoever, no way whatsoever, for you to keep any of your money. No way whatsoever.
Starting point is 00:13:38 They will tax it. You'll have to argue it later in court. You stand no chance. Here's a Fed official, Neil Kaskari, making this exact case that this is real trouble, man. That if they implement this central bank digital currency, again, combine it with the predictive capabilities of AI and the hallucinations of AI, you're going to have a real problem. You think you're going to be able to buy a gun, buy tobacco, buy alcohol? The threat is very real.
Starting point is 00:14:07 Here's Kaskari talking about these problems right here. He mentions three things I've discussed in this show before. Its capability to surveil you, its capability to instill negative interest rates, which are exactly as they sound. Negative interest rates, I put my money in the bank to get positive interest rates, to get a return. Exactly. Imagine negative interest rates. You put your money in a bank and they take money from you. Well, I would just take the money
Starting point is 00:14:28 out of the bank. Not what a digital currency won't. Take it where? It only exists in the bank, on a computer. That's it. Here, listen to this. I keep asking anybody, anybody at the Fed or outside of the Fed to explain to me what problem this is solving. I can send anybody in this room $5 with Venmo right now. No, seriously. So what is it that a CBDC could do that Venmo can't do? And all I get is a bunch of hand-waving. I get a bunch, well, maybe it's better for financial inclusion.
Starting point is 00:15:01 Maybe it's better for cross-border remittances. Maybe. Is there any evidence that it is? And they say said well what about china china is doing it well i can see why china would do it if they want to monitor every one of your transactions you could do that with the central bank digital currency you can't do that with venmo if you want to impose negative interest rates you could do that with the central bank digital currency you can't do that with venmo and if you want to directly tax customer accounts you could do that with the central bank digital currency. You can't do that with Venmo. And if you want to directly tax customer accounts, you could do that with the central bank digital currency. You can't do that with Venmo. So I get why China would be interested. Why would the American people be for
Starting point is 00:15:33 that? Yeah, no kidding. Someone in the chat said, what about solutions? Yeah, okay. This is the warning. Folks, listen, I'm just one guy. You got to call your lawmaker. You have lawmakers who are a constitutional republic for a reason. You should be calling your lawmakers and notifying them today, your senators and your congressmen, that they will never have your support again if they support this CBDC disaster. Why do you think I'm talking about this? That's the solution to stop it.
Starting point is 00:16:06 We can now use cash. We don't have the government seeing everything we do. The government is, that's none of the government's freaking business what you buy and spend your money on. You don't owe the government anything. You owe the government, you know, legally,
Starting point is 00:16:20 whatever taxes you're required to pay, you don't have to pay extra. Negative interest rates are a big deal. Negative interest rates are a huge, enormous problem. An enormous problem. It's the government's way. It's the government's way of making sure that they can monetize the debt.
Starting point is 00:16:42 They tried it in Japan, and what happened? They wound up out of an exploding safe business because people took their money out of the bank. They tried it in Japan. And what happened? They wound up out of an exploding safe business because people took their money out of the bank and put it in a safe. With CBDCs, that's not going to happen. Folks, the essence of these communists, the essence of their ideology is control. They always talk about control, whether it's of your health care, of your kids, of the educational system, control of your money. It's the entire thing. But as I've said to you often, we are here to fight back. There are no easy answers. One of the criticisms, fairly enough,
Starting point is 00:17:26 I get of this show is, you know, it seems sometimes really negative. It's not. That's a worldview. See, I'm a happy, yeah, I am. I'm a happy warrior. I get this a lot. I got to tell you, it gets under my skin. I'm a happy warrior. I mean that. I get it.
Starting point is 00:17:37 It doesn't sound that way a lot, but I genuinely believe that we were put here to fight back against evil forces trying to implement things that are at they're they're on the opposite end we're the counterbalance to these collectivists among us the fight is what matters it's everything and that's why i keep talking about things like fu politics and the new rules we are here to fight that is our very that's why I keep talking about things like FU politics and the new rules. We are here to fight. That is our very, that's the essence of what we're doing here.
Starting point is 00:18:10 The fight is the reason for being. I want to show you this tweet by James Lindsay, Zach Conceptual James on Twitter. And I'll show you what I mean. Because I think there's some among us that think, why do we keep having to fight the same fights over again? I mean, it was obvious communism is a failure. It isn't to some people. James writes on Twitter, resisting communism isn't a part-time endeavor.
Starting point is 00:18:33 It's forever. The same corruption that informs communism is taught about in Genesis 3 and 4. It's humanity's perpetual war. There it is, right there. Every generation must win it again. We are where we are now because we thought we could stop fighting. He's right. He's right. The end of history. It's been spoken about often after the cold war ended and we defeated the Soviet Union,
Starting point is 00:19:00 the Berlin wall fell. That's not the way any of this is going to work. I want to go into this piece next by Kurt Schlichter that is just amazing. I mean, it sums up what we should be doing with FU politics so well. It's a piece I sent out this morning. And again, people who were off, weren't even working today, responded back to me and said, this is good stuff. Let me get to this first. You got to sleep good, folks, especially with all this going on.

The bad news is it's never going to stop. We are always going to be fighting this always, but you are here for the fight.
Starting point is 00:20:34 I believe that's your mission. There's a second creation out there and you're going to be filling out some kind of a resume. It's not going to be paperwork. I ain't going to be on a computer, but you're going to be standing there in front of the creator. He's going to be asking you what you did and what you did should be countering what the bad guys did. And I said, it's time now for FU politics because that's what the left
Starting point is 00:20:53 has been doing to us for a long time. Kurt Schlichter summed it up in this great piece in town hall. He says, do not fall for the normalcy presumption. Nothing is normal anymore. Nothing is normal anymore. Nothing is normal anymore. Ladies and gentlemen, how many more examples do we need? We got Bud Light, a typically red-blooded American company, Anheuser-Busch, endorsing trans activism. We got a DA up in New York, Twinkies, Alvin Bragg, who thinks it's a good idea to try to indict and try to prosecute a former president over a clearly ridiculous, made-up charge
Starting point is 00:21:35 he just pulled out of his rump. You've got all of this going on. You've got prosecutors around the country letting criminals run free while we're all preyed upon. He says, understand what's changed and stop pretending it hasn't. He said, stop pretending this hasn't changed because you really wish everything was normal. And you think if you just shut your eyes and pretend hard enough, it'll all be normal again. It will not be normal.
Starting point is 00:22:02 Soros found a loophole, prosecutorial professionalism, that meant we trusted prosecutors with expansive powers. Well, we need to fix that. In every red state, there are blue cities where this stuff happens. Time to rein these communities in. He's got five steps that can fix this outer control blue cities problem where prosecutors like Twinkies are letting people get killed and criminals roam the streets while political prosecutions run on unstopped and unabated. I want to go through them because they're important. Read the piece. It's in the newsletter today. Bongino.com slash newsletter. He says, number one, invest red state governors with the power to remove DAs who refuse to do their job. Yes, sir. Yes, sir. You don't want to prosecute criminals. Get out. Bye now. See you later. Don't
Starting point is 00:22:52 let the door hit you in the ass on the way out. To legislators in red states, you should be pushing for this today, by the way, to these legislators. We shouldn't be investing the governors with these powers immediately. The Santas did it down here in Florida. It needs to go countrywide. You keep pretending this is normal. Well, the people selected them. The people didn't select them to be tyrants. And if they did select them to be tyrants, then we're going to fight tyranny. Number two, pass broad laws that expand and protect the right to self-defense like presuming it exists where mobs exist or when the citizen is trapped in the vehicle ladies and gentlemen i am not a lawyer but i love this idea there should be a built in one you are presumed innocent under a
Starting point is 00:23:37 constitutional system but to bring charges in a case where you are trapped in your vehicle or being assaulted by a mob there has to be some standards set here. Stand your ground type laws. There's got to be some presumption built in where charges aren't brought here. This is insane. Have you seen this? These mobs running around? Have you seen these mobs at kids?
Starting point is 00:23:58 Have you driven down here in Florida? Down here in Florida too. It's not just up in New York. It's been in New York for a while. But you've got this band of two, three hundred kids on motorcycles and quads. They just surround cars and terrorize these people. And you're just supposed to take it?
Starting point is 00:24:15 You got people getting caught in riots in New York City, dragged out of their cars, and you're supposed to take it? Three. This is important. Create procedural protections like the threshold motions to dismiss already available in some states that force prosecutors to present actual evidence that could potentially be believed beyond a reasonable doubt before the prosecutor can proceed to trial where there's a claim of self-defense.
Starting point is 00:24:42 Good. Put these prosecutors in there. You need to present some actual evidence. Create penalties and incentives to force DAs back to their proper role, like forcing city and county governments to pay not only attorney's fees, but damages to citizens who successfully assert a self-defense defense. That's right. You want to go after someone who's engaged in an act of self-defense to keep them and their families alive? Yeah, you can pay the attorney fees when it doesn't work out for you. And finally, number five. Finally, number five. Expand pardon powers for red governors.
Starting point is 00:25:22 Red state governors. Too many states force them into complicated administrative proceedings before they can issue pardons, and the people can pass judgment on the red state governor's use of power at the ballot box. Get these people out. Get them out. You want to have a bunch of crazy, tyrannical, blue cities where they have violated their constitutional oaths to the city, the state, and the federal government?
Starting point is 00:25:43 Then get rid of these people. Get them out and expand their pardon powers and make it. You want to keep doing this? state, and the federal government, then get rid of these people. Get them out and expand their pardon powers and make it, you want to keep doing this? Well, pardon them. Folks, you're going to get more chaos if you don't do this. You're going to get more chaos if we keep playing as if everything's normal because it is not. It is not normal.
Starting point is 00:26:03 Here's another article in my newsletter today. I strongly encourage you to read by Josh Hammer. The only way out is through, folks. The only way out is not. It is not normal. Here's another article in my newsletter today. I strongly encourage you to read by Josh Hammer. The only way out is through, folks. The only way out is through. He talks about the success of the Bud Light boycott. Keep it up. Do not let up. Do not let up.
Starting point is 00:26:17 You have an opportunity here to change the course of corporate history moving forward. There is a lesson being sent right now. Do not let up. Keep up the heat until you get an adequate apology and a complete 180 from this company that took its money from loyal patriotic Americans only to turn around and crap on them later. You know, at this point, I'm done with them for good.
Starting point is 00:26:40 I'm sorry, Dan. I am done. I'm done too, buddy. There's lots of other people out there. I was never a big Bud Light drinker Dan. I am done. I'm done too, buddy. There's lots of other. I was never a big Bud Light drinker anyway. I prefer some other forms of alcoholic beverages, if you know what I mean. Oh yeah. But I'm, yeah, I'm not, I agree with Joe. I'm not sure Bud Light's ever going to get a lot of these people back, but he talks about these three things. Josh Hammer, the Bud Light boycott, the expulsion of the two Tennessee lawmakers.
Starting point is 00:27:06 Keep it up. Keep it up. We should be doing this. You know, I was kind of hard on them too, but it was a good move expelling them. I tweeted that out when it happened. Expel them and don't look back. He also talks about the Fifth Circuit judge, James Ho, who started this trend here where he said, you know what? You come from one of these free speech hating law schools, Yale or Stanford or whatever it may be, where they had these little incidents of insurrections there when speakers showed up. You knock yourself out, but I'm not hiring any of you as clerks. The only way out is through. He leaves it with this quote at the end from Rabbi Dr. Ari Lam, who argued in a 2020 Newsweek op-ed. He said, when it comes to the most important things in life,
Starting point is 00:27:54 you should toss civility aside and fight for what's right with everything you have. New rules, folks. We're engaged in political trench warfare right now. The little things that used to bother you about the guy next to you in the trench, you've got to leave those for another day. The guy drank too much when he was home, whatever it may be. The guy was lazy when he was home. Right now, you're fighting an enemy in front of you, a political opponent, and you just tell this guy, hey, you just need to aim that way because they're aiming at you this way. That's how these political fights, sadly, which is where we are, the new rules. You can worry about the petty stuff
Starting point is 00:28:29 later, but we got to focus on the fight in front of us right now. I'm going to show you this video in a second. It's more of this chaos that happened in Chicago because this is the stuff we're fighting. Let's not presume any of this is normal. Let's not presume any of the old tactics, cutesy time stuff is going to matter anymore. It won't. There's a story out there this morning in Playbook. Dianne Feinstein, they're trying to remove her from this committee that would basically confirm judges. She had a key role in confirming judges for Biden. Feinstein's out. She's a Senate Democrat from California. Feinstein's out. She's a Senate Democrat from California. Feinstein's out.
Starting point is 00:29:08 She's got shingles, some, you know, wish her the best, some of which, you know, health problems on anyone. She's very old as well. So it's obviously going to have more complications on her. But they're saying, oh yeah, we're going to need the Republicans to replace her so we can get Biden's nominees to. No, no. Why is any Republican even considering this? No.
Starting point is 00:29:24 New rules, baby. No, we're not helping them at all. We're not helping them even a little. What are you expecting? Civility? No. No. They're not going to give you civility back. Let me get to my next sponsor. I want to show you this video. We can't take any more of this, folks. We've got to plow through, and we have to stop pretending, as Schlichter says, that this is some kind of normal political environment where the old rules apply. It is not. It is not. We are living
Starting point is 00:30:55 in chaos, and the chaos is part of the plan. It's the coin of the realm of the communist leftists. That is exactly what they want. Look at this video out of Chicago. A total train wreck. This happened this weekend. Kids jumping all over. This is what they do now. Because of social media, it's made it easier for large groups of people, whether on bikes, whether on quads, to show up, whatever it may be, and just cause absolute chaos.
Starting point is 00:31:30 This is the kind of stuff that gets reined in when you take law and order seriously. And that's not happening in these cities. You are literally in danger. And then combine it with people like Twinkies, who the minute you defend yourself, like that poor bodega owner in New York, you're going to find yourself in handcuffs and you got a witch's brew, man. But the left's getting nervous. I'm going to tell you why. I'm going to take a turn on an optimistic note here
Starting point is 00:31:55 because things are changing. Republicans are starting to realize that the essence of conservatism is not just arguing for tax cuts, folks. I love tax cuts. I've said it often. The ability to control your own money matters. But we are starting to recognize the cultural fights in front of us and the cultural fights we're starting to collect Ws. There have been a ton of Ws collected around the country, in Florida and other states as well, in the culture wars against CRT,
Starting point is 00:32:25 and they're starting to freak out, sexual identity politics. I want you to see what the New York Times, here's how the New York Times is framing this whole thing. How a campaign against transgender rights mobilized conservatives. Here's how they're framing this. Now, keep in mind,
Starting point is 00:32:41 they're framing it as conservatives picked this fight after they were, quote, defeated on same sex marriage. The religious right went searching for an issue that would reenergize supporters and donors. The campaign that followed is stunned political leaders across the spectrum. Now, here's what's going on here. The New York Times and other lefty outlets are freaking out that we are starting to collect W's on the sexual identity politics nonsense. Right. People don't want it. They don't want a dude shaking his junk in front of the face of a nine-year-old
Starting point is 00:33:11 telling us this is somehow liberation, freedom, and prosperity. It's not. It's disgusting. And they realize they're losing. This is the Republican pounce video. The Republicans pounce a nonsense narrative that they always push on us. They're making it out like they're not the ones trying to advance this crazy football forward. That it's us trying to do it.
Starting point is 00:33:34 That it's us trying to, you know, pick a fight with them. They're the ones picking this fight and constantly moving the football. Oh, of course. That's because... Folks, he said it right. The reason they threw religion in that article too is because religion is a source of objective truth, and they hate that.
Starting point is 00:33:57 They hate that. I got a lot to get to. I got a loaded show to do. We're going to go in a little bit of a different direction too. I don't know if you guys like these kind of lifestyle stories, but I'm going to try them because I like them. And once in a blue moon, we'll throw it out there. You know, I'm a nut about health and fitness. So because I'm always sitting there and figuring out new ways to get life hack and get an edge, you know, I, there's, I had to lose a little bit of weight. Cause I was
Starting point is 00:34:21 getting, I was, I was getting really big. I was not really fat, but big. I couldn't even fit in some of the suits I had anymore. I was lifting heavy and I thought, I got to lose some weight. So I wound up losing 30 pounds. And a lot of people asked me how I did it. It really wasn't that hard. The hard part is stabilizing. I'm going to talk about that a little later too. I want to get to this. So first, this morning, I was up early. I was watching Fox and Friends first. And there was this doctor on. And this doctor, I was going to pull the clip, but I just want to throw this in and mention it quickly. I wanted to be a doctor and they have the Hippocratic Oath, do no harm. Folks, what
Starting point is 00:34:53 happened to that? The doctor was talking about how he was a witness to unvaccinated patients getting substandard care in hospitals because some of his own colleagues just, I guess, didn't like the fact that you didn't want to take the vaccine. Folks, that's freaking bananas. We treat pedophiles, sex abusers, rapists, murderers. And outside of the moral stuff, we teach people, we treat people in medicine who make terrible decisions about their health too. People who smoke, people who do drugs, people who drink voluminous amounts of alcohol. We don't kick them out and we don't say, hey, you made some terrible life decisions health-wise, so you're finished. You know, what happened to medicine? We're now mutilating kids and pretending we're doing no
Starting point is 00:35:43 harm. We're now ignoring healthcare for people and pretending we're doing no harm. We're now ignoring healthcare for people who made the turns out to be smart decision in many cases not to get vaccinated because you just don't like their political ideas. We're letting these value judgments are passed off to a computer? Programmers input a set of values and these things hallucinate later? How long before you don't get the vaccine and you don't get an antibiotic prescription either? A lot to worry about there, folks. Let's stay on top of that. We're starting to collect wins in the culture wars, folks. We are starting to collect wins,
Starting point is 00:36:38 getting back to what I was talking about before, and it's driving the left nuts. They never saw this coming. They really believed they had a winner in this idea that they could stick a drag queen in front of a nine-year-old and shake their junk in the kid's face and that Americans would eventually comply. They never expected the backlash. And now they're panicking about it, but they're not going to give up. They practice FU politics too. And FU politics to them means doubling down. Now Buttigieg, Pete Buttigieg,
Starting point is 00:37:08 one of the dopiest, no social IQ members of Biden's cabinet. Remember when he started talking about racist roads and bridges and all that crap? And he got, I mean, just grilled. Everybody openly mocked him. You think that's going to stop him? Buttigieg is doubling down.
Starting point is 00:37:25 He was on with Reverend Al, and now he's doubling down on the racist road stuff, but he leaves out a key part. I don't even think Reverend Al was digging this one. Here, check this out. We've got a crisis when it comes to roadway fatalities in America. We lose about 40,000 people every year. It's a level that's comparable to gun violence,
Starting point is 00:37:44 and we see a lot of racial disparities, black and brown Americans, tribal citizens and rural residents, much more likely to lose their lives, whether it's in a car or as a pedestrian being hit by a car. There are a lot of reasons related to discrimination, related to even the ways that roads are designed and built, who has access to a safe street design that's got crosswalks and good lighting, who doesn't have that access? That can drive disparities.
Starting point is 00:38:14 And we have a responsibility to act on that. Oh, I hit the light. I hit the light. There's like a light bulb. What a tip-off this guy is. Now, I get it. I do facts and receipts, and some liberals out there will probably say, well, he's not wrong. I mean, there are, there is some evidence, Joe, that minority, largely minority communities, there are some higher incidences of traffic accidents, fatalities, people getting hit by cars.
Starting point is 00:38:58 Again, these are areas run by people like Buttigieg, not Republicans. They have terrible lighting and crosswalks. So freaking fix it, bro. We're not in charge. You are. Liberals run these places, not us. They have fatalities in Baltimore, New York. We don't run those cities.
Starting point is 00:39:20 Dipstick, we don't run them. You do. You can't win with these people you cannot win you they win their political seats based on endless bs blaming republicans they get in charge everything goes bad crime traffic fatalities then they blame the racist roads for it even though it's their people in charge. Ethnophobic racism. You run the system, you freaking idiot. We're not in charge in any of these places you're talking about. There is not a single majority minority, inner city, anywhere in the United States, anywhere where Republicans have monopolistic
Starting point is 00:40:09 control. None. It's you. Like I said, they will double down these idiots. That's why it's time for FU politics in return. What are you waiting for them to see the light? I got a segment coming up. I just invented for today too. You know what it's called, Joe? I couldn't think of a way to tie this segment together. Yeah. So I didn't try.
Starting point is 00:40:33 I just called it two dummies. I'll give you a hint. One of them you already know. Who's that? DeBite. I mean, it's pretty obvious. I don't know. I'm like, yeah, two dummies. Yeah, one of them is Joe Biden.
Starting point is 00:40:44 Joe Biden humiliating us again overseas. Don't miss it. All right, last sponsor, second. Yeah, yeah. Too dumb. Yeah, one of them is Joe Biden. Joe Biden humiliating us again overseas. Don't miss it. All right, last sponsor, folks. Appreciate your patience. They love to talk to you, these companies. And we really appreciate them being here. Starting point is 00:41:58 It's fantastic. All right, let's get to this segment I called today. Two dummies, because I love exposing liberal idiots. For a reason, by the way. You're never going to know what you're fighting. You don't see it up close and personal sometimes. Here's Jamal Bowman. This guy is rapidly creeping up as one of the dumbest members of Congress. Now, it's going to be really hard to get past AOC and just pure stupidity. Fraudulent stuff, I'd say Ro Khanna is probably the fakest. Stupidity-wise, it's AOC and Corey Bush is definitely creeping up there too.
Starting point is 00:42:37 I mean, Kinzinger is already gone, so we don't have to worry about that. But this guy is moving fast, man. He's making real moves. It's Jamal Bowman, a guy who just lost. He's the guy we played a couple weeks ago, sitting there screaming like a lunatic. Remember Tom Massey, good Republican congressman, stops to talk to him about guns, like out of respect,
Starting point is 00:42:55 stops to talk to him. And he starts screaming like an absolute lunatic crazy person. Here's Jamal Bowman, who's defending the chinese communist party that has the that by the way the parent company the parent company owns the uh owns portions of tiktok they the bite dance they are there's a chinese communist party connected company that's that's a fact and he's like uh this is the same guy who promoted the pee pee hoax.
Starting point is 00:43:28 He needs evidence, though. He didn't need evidence for the pee pee hoax. He just needs evidence to say the Chinese Communist Party is using TikTok to spy on him. They own it. You idiot. Stimpy, you idiot. Check this out on TikTok. You have been outspoken against a ban. Here, check this out. On TikTok, you have been outspoken against a ban. Is there anything that you could learn about what the Chinese have access to, what they're doing with it that would prompt you to support a ban? Yeah, I mean, I haven't seen any evidence of Chinese espionage or the intel or anything. Yeah, I haven't seen. There hasn't been like a top secret congressional briefing on what China is doing with TikTok. We've never had that.
Starting point is 00:44:08 At the same time, Facebook, in real time, ignored Russian interference in our 2016 elections. Like that happened. That's a fact. Holy Moses, is this guy stupid? holy moses is this guy stupid so just to be clear facebook a hundred thousand dollars in ads on facebook bought by these alleged crazed russian colluders right that's grounds for him to what is he suggesting get rid of facebook the chinese communist party owns the freaking app a multi-billion dollar app. None of, I need to see more evidence. A couple of people in the live chat were arguing,
Starting point is 00:44:49 by the way, good, this is good. They said, Dan, dumbest, come on. Hank Johnson, Guam. I know, I know. I know it's going to sound crazy. You may get mad at me in the chat. Please don't, because I mean it. I'm not saying it for effect or to spin your wheels.
Starting point is 00:45:06 I really believe AOC is dumber. I really do. I really believe AOC is dumber. I know that sounds crazy, but she, in a pure IQ, if they took a test, I bet AOC scores worse. Right? Right? He's like, it's stunning how stupid they are. Facebook bought ads.
Starting point is 00:45:29 Russia bought ads. Dude, they own the app. The Chinese Communist Party. What a sellout loser. Now, the segment's called Two Dummies. That was just one dummy. Thought I'd leave the other finger up didn't you here's joe biden super cut we love super cuts they always come out on monday about
Starting point is 00:45:52 a minute 30 but where's your worth your time you got to watch this on rumble well if you're in a live chat you're watching it now but if you're listening on apple or spotify after it comes out watch this on rumbling queue ahead to like the what a 47 minute mark whatever it may be about a minute, 30 seconds. Hat tip, Tom Elliott, one of our good friends over at Grabian. He puts these together on Monday. Biden just got back from overseas, totally humiliated us in Ireland again. I don't want to come home. Kept screwing stuff up, looked around, was confused, had people vectoring him around again because he never knows what he's doing never knows what he's doing biden here is a supercut of biden humiliating us where here no on overseas trips just in the two plus
Starting point is 00:46:29 years he's been president take a look we need someone to take office this time around who on day one can stand on the world stage command the respect of world leaders from putin to our allies and there was a moment that caught people's attention in which he was trying to talk about Syria and specific policy in Syria. Take a listen. We could work together with Russia, for example, in Libya.
Starting point is 00:46:57 We should be open to that, where we can save the lives of people in, for example, in Libya. Libya or Syria? Does he know? You are the most significant warrior for peace I've ever met. You're the famous African-American baseball player in America. We got the telephone.
Starting point is 00:47:24 He suggested we call the leader of Switzerland. Switzerland, my goodness. I'm getting really anxious here about expanding NATO. Sweden. To keep alive the truth
Starting point is 00:47:38 and honor of the Holocaust. Horror of the Holocaust. It's just, it's absolutely awful. And again, there's no upside. We'll always honor the bravery and selfishness, selflessness of the, and sacrifices of the Americans who served, including my son, Major Beau Biden. You bring up Joe Biden, he's in Cambodia, not Columbia. I want to thank the prime minister for Colombia's leadership and the ASEAN chair and for hosting all of us. Folks, you got to understand this goes on for what, Joe?
Starting point is 00:48:16 You cut you cut like a minute out of you had to because, you know, it's about a three minute cut. Right. We only put a minute, 38 seconds. It goes on and on and on. I want to thank the citizens of columbia dude you're in cambodia it's a totally different place not even close to the same place you're not in that's not what you are that's not what you are all right here's a quick update before i get to my lifestyle story here which again you may hate let me know in a live chat by the way you know i love having you all here. I'm thoroughly enjoying this. This is why I keep doing it. And I'm sorry for those of you who are
Starting point is 00:48:49 listening a little bit later on Apple and Spotify. We probably should have done some better prep work. That's not on them, the crew. That's on me. It was my call. I just really enjoy the live chat. The problem is we were recording earlier. That's why Joe does a lot of post-production work to make it sound crisp and clean so you guys can hear a good high quality audio product. So it takes a little bit of time after we're done with the live chat at noon. So that's why if you're listening on Apple and Spotify, thank you. I appreciate your loyalty. Um, but we really enjoy the live stuff. I think it just makes for a better product. So I probably what's that. What's Oh, he always says that.
Starting point is 00:49:25 He's like, when you tell him the link, you're like the worst promoter ever. Rumble.com slash Bongino can always come here at 11 o'clock a.m. Eastern time every day. If you really want it at 11, listen here, we really appreciate it. But I deeply appreciate your loyalty.
Starting point is 00:49:38 Thank you so much for understanding. I think it's just, it's just a better product. The energy is different. I like interacting with people. It gives it more of a kind of community feel. You've made my life great. And I just like, I really enjoy it. It means a lot to me.
Starting point is 00:49:51 So just one update on the story I told you about. Again, you know, we called it. It's not a pat on the back. A lot of other people called it too. It certainly wasn't hard to decipher. I told you what the Chinese spy balloon story. What did I say? I said, it was not a story. It's a story because it's not a story that the Chinese have been dog
Starting point is 00:50:09 walking us for a long time and spying on us while Biden sits around with his thumb up. You get it doing nothing. The Hill, April 14th, leaked documents show officials were aware of additional Chinese spy balloon says report. Again, you listen to the show and other good conservative commentators. You know, none of this is news folks. So I love this website. It's pretty cool one. T nation. I'm obsessed with working out. I'd like to start incorporating some more of these stories. If you like them, you like them. If you don't let me know the shows for you, of course. But I was, I had to lose some weight. I was up to 235, and I always liked being the biggest guy in the room, which I'm 6'1", 235, and I enjoyed it.
Starting point is 00:50:54 I always had this idea, especially growing up in the fight game, that it's good to chase the car like a dog, but what happens when the car stops? You can be lean and fast and all that, and that's terrific. But what actually happens after you catch up to the car? It's good to be the biggest dog and not necessarily the fastest dog. The problem is I'm getting old. My joints were taking a beating. It just didn't look that great anymore. I mean, my face was getting round. I got an ugly enough face. I don't need any help making it uglier, you know? So I leaned out. I lost 30 pounds and I'm telling you, I'm not trying to sound like a jerk. It just really wasn't that hard. I did it slow. I wasn't on some crazy diet, rice cakes or whatever. No, no, no, no. I wasn't doing any of that crap. I basically cut back my
Starting point is 00:51:34 calories and I switched to really fibrous vegetables and lean meats. And then when I ate fat, I tried to eat salmon and rib and, uh, ribeyes and stuff, generally healthy fats that I could, I knew I could work with. So I lost weight quick. The problem wasn't losing the weight. The problem I find people have, especially because I did it gradually is once you get to a weight, you like, like I'm now at 205 and I'm comfortable is maintaining. It can be tough. So you're going to have to find some maintenance level of calories. You can do it online. It's really simple.
Starting point is 00:52:08 They have these calorie counters. You put in your level of activity, and it'll tell you how many calories to not gain or lose weight you need. That's not hard, 2,500 calories, whatever it may be. But it's not just the calories. This article is called Ditch Your Diet, Stay Ripped, How to Come Off a Diet, Not Get Fat. That's Your Diet, Stay Ripped. How to come off a diet, not get fat. That's the problem.
Starting point is 00:52:27 People lose weight, but they come off a diet and they put on weight again. And the weight they put back on is typically fat. So it says how to fight the fat rebound. This is, it's really simple. I throw this in there precisely because the advice is not complicated. It's not like go to the store, buy six pounds of cream cheese, mix it with this special enzyme. It's none of that. Find your maintenance calorie levels and quote, eat meals with a lower glycemic load. But what does that mean? Sound like something your
Starting point is 00:52:58 doctor told you? Here, select fibrous green vegetables, low glycemic carbs, or it's healthy carbohydrates, sweet potatoes, whatever, and stick to a well-balanced diet. It'll optimize the hormonal cascade following a meal, and it'll reduce your craving so that you're satisfied longer. Working with your body and not against it is going to make staying on track a breeze rather than a chore. Yes, I have maintained that weight. I lost a little bit of weight recently because of the surgery, but now that I'm back, I have maintained the weight after
Starting point is 00:53:26 I lost it by just incorporating tons of salads and grilled chicken and salmon. It is almost impossible to overeat that. Overeat calorie-wise. It's impossible. If you've ever eaten, Joe, like a full mixed green salad with peppers and olives and grilled chicken,
Starting point is 00:53:42 how much of that can you possibly eat? You eat two Oreos. It's the equivalent of the whole bowl. If you shop in the perimeter of the supermarket, dairy and vegetables, it is almost impossible to overeat. As the article says, ditch your diet, stay ripped. Read the whole thing and see, it goes into all the, how the metabolism works and how the starvation diets don't work. It's in the newsletter today, mongino.com slash newsletter. It's worth your time.
Starting point is 00:54:09 Hey, just one quick wrap up here. The Florida miracle continues. I live down here. My wife and I, we keep saying, oh man, the real estate market's going to crash. We're going to scoop up a bunch of houses. Not the way it works, man. Florida just keeps motoring along. Florida is going to ban COVID mask and vaccine mandates. Bill makes progress in the House. Nice. We'll take that. Here's another one.
Starting point is 00:54:31 Yahoo Finance, which I'm seeing up close and personal. Is Florida recession-proof? Pandemic migration and a pro-business climate may have made the state immune. I'm not sure they're immune, but they're as close to immune as you're going to get. New York Post, Exodus continues as more than 10,000 New Yorkers have moved to Florida in 2023. Just keeps coming, folks. By the way, I told you about Nandini, you know, the Soros-funded cancel culture loser, anti-free speech activist. You know, she supports child predators, of course,
Starting point is 00:55:06 and because she does that, and she wrote this piece supporting them. It's covered in this Postmillennial article I'm going to put up here in a second. We want to make sure everybody who works with Nandini understands what they're dealing with, right? Because we don't care. She's made us very wealthy, Nandini. She could just actually follow public disclosures and tell you that herself, but she needs to grift off dumb ass liberals who keep giving her money to sit in her mama's basement, eating Ben and Jerry's ice cream with her three cats. So this weekend, she apparently got tired of me exposing her for the supporter of child predators that she is. So she blocked me. And in an effort, this is like, I love this. This is like kindergarten 101. Why'd you block
Starting point is 00:55:45 him? Someone has, because I got bored. He needs new material. You mean you got wrecked? You mean you got wrecked over and over. So I'm declaring victory, ultimate victory over the cat lady. Thank you to someone who sent me this thing, a crazy cat lady thing a while ago to the listener. There you go. Victory is now complete and assured. Hey, if you want to read the article, by the way, be in the newsletter, be a real real shame if you went to nandini's twitter feed she's at nandoodles and uh attach this article to just about every post uh be a real shame if you did that i'm not recommending you do that um antifa loving activist nandini jammy argued for milder punishments for convicted sex offenders post-millennial.
Starting point is 00:56:25 Be in the newsletter. Be a real shame. Again, if you guys posted that on her Twitter feed every time she put a tweet at it, be a real shame. Definitely don't do that. Thanks for tuning in, folks. Love having you on the live chat. Rumble.com slash Bongino if you want to join us every day at 11 a.m.
Starting point is 00:56:41 So deeply appreciate it. Please subscribe when you're there. It is absolutely free. Helps us stay on the top charts for a lotm. So deeply appreciate it.
