I'll go through that in a second. We got the deets on that. I was on Obama's detail. Obama had a guy in his circle, very close in his circle, and he knows who he is.

This guy was caught multiple times bringing foreign nationals up to secure floors where there were documents all over the place, most likely classified. Everybody knows who this guy is. Everybody knows who this guy is. Espionage Act violations? Exposing classified documents to foreign nationals? We have no idea who these people are. Let's just say this guy would come back,

maybe had a few adult sodas in him. I mean, as close to Obama as you can get. A few adult sodas in him and be with some people, if you know what I mean, that were definitely not vetted. It's all good. It's okay. Really? You know who those people are? Has it ever occurred to you you might be getting set up in a honey trap? And that agent was asked a couple of questions about it and looked at the server and found out that it had been infiltrated and hacked into.

It was a private server with classified information. You sure we want to go down this road if we're going to go to the police state? And we might as well. You know what, folks? Who was in charge when Joe Biden squirreled away documents and took them against the law, classified documents, and hit him in his private office and residence? That's right, Obama. happen? I just called in. They were nice enough to take me. I was a little pissed off last night, wanted an outlet to vent. So I called up my homies over there and said, I think I want to come on your show. And they said, we'll call you in two minutes. And that's how that went down. So I brought this up last night. That outside of the fact that Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama are knee deep in this entire thing, classified documents, scandals and everything else. And the reason they don't want you to see that is because they're trying to interfere in yet another election. And therefore they're going to go after Trump for a fake crime.

They made up again, just like they made up collusion and quid pro quo Ukraine impeachment scandal one. They are unbelievably the DOJ and FBI interfering in another election, which it's again, back to the beginning of the show. They don't care. The DOJ and FBI has given up any pretense of being seriously attached like Velcro in any way to justice. They are now full-time political activists for the far, not just the left,

the radical left. They have given up any pretense of seriousness anymore. They are interfering in yet another election, trying to get Trump locked up, which is going to backfire spectacularly. and everyone in the country gets pissed off. Show no legal mercy whatsoever. Use every legal tool at your disposal to prosecute and arrest any of these people who broke the law. I don't care what position they were in the past. Show no legal mercy. It's the only way. The only way. And anyone who doesn't want to play ball can find a new job. Folks, winning isn't the point. They aren't bringing a case that has any legal chance with this documents indictment against Trump. Interfering in the election is the point.

It's a John Solomon piece from Just the News. It talks about how an old case involving Bill Clinton's sock drawer is going to impact this Mar-a-Lago classified documents dispute. Folks, the case I'm going to go to, I rarely use four screenshots, but this is super important. In the United States, we rely on legal precedent. It is really difficult if we get a sane judge, and there are many left, to ignore legal precedent in a case like this. Is there legal precedent for former presidents and classified information? Oh, shit. Look, there is. There was a memorable case they know. It involved Bill Clinton. The case involved audio tapes that had classified information in his sock drawer at the White House. The audio tapes became the focal point of a book that this guy Branch wrote in 2009. The case was litigated. Tom Fitton's group, Judicial Watch, sued. They wanted the tapes. U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson ultimately rejected Judicial Watch's suit,

concluding, listen, there was no provision in the Presidential Records Act to force the National Archives to seize records from a former president. Read it again, liberal diplods. There was no provision to seize records from a former president. It's right there. So how did they do it here? Exactly. They don't care. They're not trying

to win. They're trying to say, but Judge Jackson's ruling, the article notes, along with the DOJ's arguments that preceded it made some other sweeping declarations that have even more direct relevance to the Trump case the most relevant is that a president's discretion on what are personal versus official records is far-reaching and solely his as is his ability to declassify or destroy records at will.

Sounds like a pretty conclusive ruling to me, doesn't it? Sounds to me like they made this whole thing up, this crime, because there's actual legal precedent here. Oh, ladies and gentlemen, this gets worse. Wait till I read you the quote by Judge Jackson, which is going to, because you always got to protect Bill Clinton. Since the president is completely entrusted with the management and even the disposal of presidential records during his time in office, it'd be difficult for this court to conclude

that Congress intended he'd have less authority to do what he pleases with what he considers to be his personal records. One more. Jackson also concluded the decision to challenge a president's decision lies solely with the National Archives and can't be reviewed by a court. If the archives wants to challenge it, it's a civil procedure. No criminal penalties.

If you're sitting here with your hand, your head in your face, how is this happening? Because we live in a police state. They're just making all of this up, folks. There is no legal precedent to do what they're doing here. This is the collusion model all over again. The collusion model is this. Invent a crime.

Trump colluded with the Russians to steal an election. Totally invented. Invent the crime and then go use process crimes to charge people on the Trump team for talking about the crime that didn't happen. I.e. go talk to Mike Flynn about colluding with the Russians even though no collusion happened and then accuse him of lying to the FBI about a crime that never happened. This is what happened here. Accused Trump of a crime that's not a crime, that has no legal basis at all. And then when Trump doesn't cooperate, accused Trump of obstruction of justice. This is sick. This is sick. She was just being very, she was trying to be dispositive about it, right? And get you to a conclusion. I broke it down about three one minute clips. Here's the first part where marjorie taylor green talks about this massive bribe and

how this credible established fbi source has no doubt this is what happened take a look back in 2015 2016 larisma was looking to buy a u.s based oil and gas company and this came from being advised by Hunter Biden and his partners. Biden had told Biden said Shokin was corrupt. That was around the time of this meeting was when Joe Biden, his vice president, had said that the prosecutor Shokin was corrupt. They hired Hunter on the board to make the problems go away. That's what they specifically said. So a Ukrainian natural gas company where Biden's appointment in Ukraine and is pushing for money for development of natural gas in Ukraine, a natural gas company in Ukraine is Biden's appointment, hires his son Hunter with no experience in natural gas. And the informant

says that they only hired Hunter to make the problems go away and that the problem is that they're being investigated for corruption at the natural gas company. What else do you need to hear, bro? What do you need to hear? Look, Trump, manna from heaven. Trump is guilty of a crime we just made up. There's no legal precedent for it. Gosh, this sounds like we're living in a tyranny

because we are. It's like, Oprah, you get a tyranny. You get a tyranny. You get a tyranny. You get a tyranny too. Oh, it gets better. What have I been telling you on this show? I don't know, for five years now, all roads lead to Ukraine. Ukraine was a piggy bank for corrupt foreign lobbyists.

Why? It's complicated, but I'll simplify it fast. There's a pro-European side and a pro-Russia side of Ukraine. They all wanted something. It's a big conflict that's been going on for generations. They wanted something. They hired lobbyists to get that something from the United States. Nobody wanted the piggy bank to dry up. Hunter Biden and the Biden crime family took part in that. That's why Ukraine was a piggy bank. Here she describes, and this is important. We're going to go over this again. It is critical you understand that this bribe is alleged to have come from Ukraine.

I'll explain why in a minute, because this is tied to the classified documents scandal. I'll make the connection, connect the dots coming up. But listen to her here. All roads lead to Ukraine. The owner of Burisma said that Hunter was stupid and that his other business partner was smart. He also said that he paid five million to one Biden and he paid five million to another Biden. That's how their culture works, that they will pay bribery money in order to get business deals done, and that many businesses, they they take that into account they put it in their budget basically when they're preparing to buy another company or start another company that that's just normal and so over in ukraine uh for them to consider hiring hunter biden on the board in order to make their problems go away which which was the prosecutor Shoken, who was investigating Burisma for corruption and legal problems. This was definitely illegal for a vice president of the United States and their family members. Wait, wait, this is the best part.

I is this a joke or. Listen, I get it. It's just a small number. But are you serious? We have an allegation from an established paid FBI informant that the current president United States took ten million dollars in bribes.

Apparently, the Ukrainians kept records of this because, fellas, if you're going to bribe someone someone it's probably a good idea to keep a record of the payments right oh yeah in case what why why would you want records joe say i bribe joe and say joe you're gonna do this if i put you on my board and joe doesn't do it what do you do you can blackmail joe hey joe be a real shame if this cash check i gave you uh made it out to the media right be a real shame if your place burned down. They have records, folks. Where's the media going? Oh, really?

Can you point us in the directions so we can find those? The media, no, the media's like, Marjorie Taylor Gaines, a conspiracy theorist. Here, listen to this. They've got records. This is glorious. He said at the time,

there were no direct payments made to the big guy, but in a meeting later, after he had become more upset as things were unfolding, he told the informant that he has two pieces of evidence showing proof of payment to Hunter and specifically Joe Biden. You see, I think what everyone needs to understand is that business owners, at some of the smart ones whether they're good or bad whether they perform their business in a legal manner or a corrupt manner they always keep records of their business payments accounts and receivables that's how it's done and this owner of barista kept a record especially of the bribes. The informant says that there are records,

not just the payments to Hunter, but to Joe too, out of Ukraine. Again, where's the media and the FBI? Do they have those records? Are they looking for them? The answer is they're doing nothing. They're trying to cover up the biggest political scandal of your time. That's why they're telling you if they expose the informant, he's going to wind up dead. We're telling Congress that. Biden gets caught, asked a real question yesterday about this $5 million bribe, $10 million bribe, two of them actually. And his answer is just to mock everyone because that's what they do take a listen i have never once not one single time suggested the justice department what they should do or not do well to bring a charge and not bring a charge i'm honest i'd give him more but it's so sad.
