Hey, everybody. Welcome to Vince on a Wednesday. It is great to have you with us, man. We've got a huge show ahead for you. The president of the United States just landed in Davos, Switzerland, went and spoke to the World Economic Forum. And he tore the roof off the place. We'll have some updates from that breaking news this morning. And of course, we'll keep reviewing it. We'll have more coverage in the national radio show. And then certainly on tomorrow's podcast. But some assessments of what President Trump had to share, including some breaking news about the prosecutions related to the.
the 2020 election. Yes, you heard me correctly about criminal prosecutions related to the 2020
election. On that front, we also have news developing in the last 24 hours about the people who
stormed into that church in St. Paul, Minnesota, every level of the federal government now
promising that charges are seconds away, the updates on that subject. There's a lot more coming up
on our program. And then we'll be joined today by a spokeswoman for the United States Department of
state is going to give us an overview of why President Trump is overseas, what the value of
Greenland is, everything we need to get our hands around some of the biggest stories on the whole
planet and how they affect the United States of America. As always, great to have you with us.

with breaking news. I love breaking news. Big breaking news guy. I don't know if you know that about me.
Love breaking news. President Trump this morning at the in Davos, he goes he goes overseas to smack
the Europeans around, the globalists around, which by the way his whole administration is doing right now.
Every one by one by one, they're going up.
Remember that scene from airplane?
You ever see that movie airplane?
Where the whole airplane lines up to try and smack some passenger who's getting hysterical.
They just each walk up and they're like, and they're just smacking them.
They're just smacking them.
Over and over, it's hilarious.
And they're like all lined up.
They got weapons and shit.
This is what's happening today in Davos.
This is at the World Economic Forum.
As Trump administration official after Trump administration official just walks up to Europe's seat and just smack.
the passenger. Pull yourself together, you idiot. Pull yourself together. And so here's President Trump.
Let me start with the breaking news on what's going on with the 2020 election. He says this morning,
this is the president saying this. This is probably breaking news, but it should be. Prosecutions,
we're doing them. Cut six. Here's the president of the United States. It's a war that should have
never started and it wouldn't have started if the 2020 U.S. presidential
election weren't rigged. It was a rigged election. Everybody now knows that. They found out.
People will soon be prosecuted for what they did. It's probably breaking news, but it should be.
It was a rigged election. Can't have rigged elections. You need strong borders, strong elections,
and ideally a good press. I always say it. Strong borders, strong elections, free, fair elections,
and a fair media. The media is terrible. It's very... So there you have the president of the United
States saying the following he says prosecutions are coming quote people will soon be prosecuted for
what they did it's probably breaking news but it should be it was a rigged election he was referring to that
2020 election now what is he referencing what is he talking about well you know if i'm sorting
through the tea leaves which is of course what i always do and i'm phenomenal at it there is this grand
jury investigation that's been going on in Florida that is supposed to produce indictments.
And there's been a lot of chatter, including chatter that we've talked about on this show last year,
that those indictments would show up in January. Now, I told this audience, not everybody's here
for every show, so I'll remind you here. I told this audience a couple of weeks ago that I had heard
from a knowledgeable source that January may be a little rosy. That may be a little overly optimistic.
We are approaching the end of January, of course, what comes next February.
And so the expectation is that we do get charges here.
Importantly, in a criminal conspiracy case, the statute of limitations keeps going from the last overt act in the furtherance of the conspiracy.
And that includes when the Justice Department discovers it.
That begins to trigger the statute of limitations.
So we've got some space here.
Normally a lot of these cases is like, hey, you can't do that.
It's outside the statute of limitations.
Tough.
That crime was committed years ago.
But we've got something very different here if they're charging this as a conspiracy case.
So there's a lot to unpack here.
President Trump indicating that he is clearly being kept apprised of charges here.
Again, that makes sense.
He's the head of the Justice Department.
But just keep that, hold on to that one, because that's the president of the United States.
It's not some idle source.
That's about as good as it gets.
That's the president saying, quote, people will soon be prosecuted for what they did.
It's probably breaking news, but it should be.
It was a rigged election.
All right, good.
That's the president of the United States in Davos.
And while I'm on the subject to Davos, let's concentrate a little bit more on what everybody's saying there in Switzerland as a part of the Trump administration coalition.
Here is Scott Besson just in the last 24 hours.
I want to, I want to show you.
First I'm going to show you a picture and then we'll talk about how bad.
and reacted to it.
Everybody's showing up in Davos.
In fact, I've seen some people be like,
why is President Trump going to Davos?
Shouldn't he stay here in America?
Don't we have enough problems?
President Trump is a president who has to handle a lot of things,
including our relationship with Europe.
I just need people to remember something here.
The president has the long view of our country.
In political science, if we look back through world history,
there's a theory in political science.
It's called long cycle theory.
And it goes basically like this.
Every century, a different country is considered the hegemon of the planet, the hegemon,
that you have hegemonic power over the rest of the planet's affairs.
For the last nearly century, that country has been the United States of America.
Now, what is that done for us by being in charge of the planet?
Well, it's put us in a position to have wealth and prosperity and success that's never been seen before in world history.
And it's not concentrated into the hands of a few, but instead it is a population that is doing
extraordinarily well in contrast to certainly all of human history and certainly in contrast to many
other places around the world.
But one of the wonders of America's success is our success lifts up countries all over the planet
as we do business with them.
It's been extraordinarily great.
The free market, respect for liberty, respect for American sovereignty, it's been a wonderful thing.
What's the alternative?
The alternative is we let the communists win.
We let the authoritarian's win.
We let the people who were responsible for the deaths over over 100 million people in the last century
become the dominant force on the planet.
Now, that can't happen.
President Trump views this really clearly.
It's not something that's as simple as like a 12-hour news cycle.
It's not about a 24-hour news cycle.
It's not some flash-in-the-pan moment.
President Trump's view, very clearly, is we need.
need to protect America at all costs and we need to be able to leave this country in charge of the
planet's affairs for the next century at least. This is about what's good for our descendants,
for our children and for our grandchildren. And how do we do that? Well, we guarantee our national
security. We make sure that our hemisphere is protected. We rid South America of people like
Maduro, who's a phony leader of Venezuela and then we ensure that the people there actually get to
exercise their will and it doesn't become some sort of breeding ground for the planet's authoritarian
where china sets up shop where iran sets up shop where russia sets up shop no none of that the president
the united states is also in pursuit of greenland he wants greenland for national security are the
resources there yes there are even acknowledged it again today in his address to in davos to the
world economic forum and yes that will be to our benefit as well but this is about assuring american
dominance in America's hemisphere. That's it. And President Trump wants us to succeed not only now,
but in the century that's ahead. That's what this is all about. And we would all do well to remember
that as he tackles these big challenges. So is it good that he's in Davos? Yes. Is it good that
he's bitch-slapping Europe right now? Yes. He doesn't want Europe to fail. He wants it to succeed.
But he's taking their faces and planting those faces directly in the mess that they've created.
it's got to be done and who else better to do it than Donald Trump
now as I mentioned we get a bunch of Trump officials
who are now speaking have been speaking to all these Europeans at Davos
and just telling them clearly what's going on so here's what I wanted
this is what I was bringing up a moment ago I'll get back to
Gavin Newsom is of course the governor of California
Newsom is there Newsom has flown out to Davos
and guess who he's meeting with
George Soros's boy, Alex.
Here's a picture.
This was posted by Alex Soros in the last 24 hours.
Alex Soros is out there.
And he says the following.
Photo with Gavin Newsom.
Great catching up with the real star of the 2026 World Economic Forum.
My friend Gavin Newsom.
So glad he's here calling out world leaders for believing appeasement works when it comes to Trump.
It doesn't.
It only emboldens him to become more chaotic and destructive.
you understand what Alex Soros is saying look at this picture of these two idiots
Alex Soros is saying that world leaders who work with the president of the United States
are leading to chaos I'm sorry what that's the duly elected leader of our country
he represents our shared interests here as American citizens we should want world leaders
to bend to his will that's that's world leaders bending to our will that's not chaos
that's order that's an america that's a world that's rightly ordered around the priorities
of freedom loving prosperity loving american citizens and once again you got soros rooting against it
so here's soros meeting alex sorrows meeting with gavin newsome and he's saying that newsome is
there because he wants to counter trump that's a that's a sitting governor of california that's an
american state to be clear rooting against president trump and rooting
for our adversaries.
Just insane. So Alex Sorrow
says, world leaders could take a page out of Newsom's
book. It's time to stand tall,
stand firm, and stand united
before us too late. So
there they are, standing together.
Now, Scott Besson saw all of this, and he thought
this is crazy. So speaking
of bitch-slapping, here's Scott Besson, bitch-slapping
Gavin Newsom, take a look. Cut 7.
Kevin Newsom, who strikes me as Patrick Bateman
meets Sparkle Beach Ken,
may be the only Californian
who knows less about
economics and Kamala Harris.
He's here
this week with his billionaire sugar daddy,
Alex Soros.
And the
Davos is the perfect place
for a man who, when everyone
else was on lockdown, when he was having
people arrested for going to church,
he was having $1,000 a night
meals at the French laundry.
And I'm sure the California people won't
forget that. And
I can tell my message to Governor
Newsom is the Trump administration
is coming to California, we are going to crack down on waste, fraud, and abuse.
And I was told he was asked to give a speech on his signature policies, but he's not speaking.
Because what of his economic policies brought?
Outward migration from California, a gigantic budget deficit, the largest homeless population
in America, and the poor folks in the Palisades who had their homes burned down,
He is here hobnobbing with the global elite while his California citizens are still homeless.
Shame on him.
He is too smug, too self-absorbed, and too economically illiterate to know anything.
Thank you very much.
Let me know if you need any further clarification.
Yes.
Oh, my goodness.
My man, Scott Bessett, are you listening to this?
That's so good.
It's ridiculous.
There used to be an expression for international politics.
as it relates to American politicians.
There used to be an expression,
which is politics ends at the water's edge.
In other words, you don't take your domestic political squabbles overseas.
We demonstrate a unified front.
That way, when we deal with international interests,
we deal with it as American citizens.
So you have deference for the president of the United States.
But here's what's happening.
President Trump goes overseas.
He's trying to fight for American interests.
Meanwhile, Gavin Newsom sitting in the cheap seats
hanging out in the peanut gallery with Alex Soros,
plotting against President Trump.
And so what Scott Besson going to do?
Beat him into a pulp.
Good for Scott Besson.
Way to go.
It's just hilarious.
I just love that clip.
And Besson's not alone in smacking around these idiots.
Here's Howard Lutnik, the Commerce Secretary.
He says, I have a very clear message for you all.
The United States is here to tell you that globalism has failed.
Here's Howard Lutnik, cut seven, cut eight, watch.
Okay.
We are in Davos at the World Economic Forum.
and the Trump administration and myself,
we are here to make a very clear point.
Globalization has failed the West and the United States of America.
It's a failed policy.
It is what the Wef has stood for.
I viewed the Wef as not a flagpole in the middle,
but in fact they are the flag.
Whichever way the wind blew, so it blew.
You should have solar.
You should have wind.
why are you going to do solar and wind?
Why would Europe agree to be net zero in 2030
when they don't make a battery?
They don't make a battery.
So if they go 2030,
they are deciding to be subservient
to China who makes the batteries.
Yeah, this gets back to the point I'm making.
You want China to be in charge of the planet
or do you want the United States?
Those are your questions.
That's the core question.
You want China to be in charge?
You want the CHICOMs to be in charge?
Or do you want Americans, American citizens,
to be in charge of the future of this planet?
Take your pick.
Howard Lutnik points it out, he's like, look, you all are suckers.
You're playing into this stupid stuff about global warming and climate change
and you're buying windmills.
Who makes the windmills?
China.
What is China doing to the environment?
Destroying it.
They're destroying it.
How many coal plants does China build every week?
Tons.
It's just nonstop.
The whole thing is so, it's so poisonous and stupid.
So poison.
And they don't do coal like we do coal.
We do coal environmentally.
We do clean coal.
We do it well.
China just degrades everything it touches.
And they're reaching out all across the entire planet.
We've seen this act before.
We saw it with the Soviets.
Here the Chinese doing it again.
And President Trump is working to fight back against that,
whether it's kicking their power court out in Venezuela or kicking their power court out in Iran
or stopping their encroachment in the Western Hemisphere,
Trump's on it.
And I love that these guys are not sugarcoating any of this.
Howard Lutnik goes there and he's reading them the Riot Act.
They deserve it.
And then President Trump joined this today.
President Trump joined this today.
He gets up in front of the World Economic Forum
and he said today that he just wallop the globalists.
Take a look here.
Cut nine.
Here's the president of the United States.
governments very foolishly followed, turning their backs on everything that makes nations rich and powerful and strong.
And there's so much potential in so many nations.
The result was record budget and trade deficits and a growing sovereign deficit driven by the largest wave of mass migration in human history.
We've never seen anything like it.
Quite frankly, many parts of our world are being destroyed before our very eyes.
and the leaders don't even understand what's happening.
And the ones that do understand aren't doing anything about it.
Virtually all of the so-called experts predicted my plans to end this failed model
would trigger a global recession and runaway inflation.
But we have proven them wrong.
It's actually just the opposite.
In one year, our agenda has produced a transformation like America is not seen in over 100 years.
he's talking about core issues you know europe opened its doors to wave after wave of third world destructive
migration and now europe's living with the consequences of that joe biden attempted to do it here
and he did have some unfortunate success in doing that president autopan opens our borders
welcomes the whole planet inside and now we're dealing with the deportation of tens of millions
of people including some very vile human beings who've done some discharges
graceful things to American citizens. President Trump is cleaning that mess up. And so he's proud of that.
Look, yesterday was one year of this Trump presidency. And the president has a long record of
accomplishments to be proud, to be proud of. In fact, he did a two-hour press conference yesterday
just to run down the list of successes and he barely scratched the surface. A lot to be proud of.
Let me put that differently. You have a lot to be proud of by putting this president in the
position to do something for our country. Securing that border, deporting million.
of people, three million people from our country, these are not small things. These are massive things.
Improving the economic picture, bringing wages up, bringing costs down, slowing inflation,
dropping the murder rate to record lows. These are not small things. These are big things.
Fixing America's health agenda, getting us out of the crony corruption that has made Americans so much
less healthy, skyrocketed health care costs and killed so many. He's fixing that.
Dropping the drug deaths that we've seen. How many people died to drugs each year before Donald Trump came
back into office. Over 100,000 people. Those numbers are dropping precipitously. That homicide
rate reaching record lows. Children are being saved by the thousands in the United States,
rescued from the absolute worst fates. Bad guys are being picked up like crazy, including in
recalcitrant sanctuary states like Minnesota. Are they having successes? Hell yes, they are.
And he deserves to take a victory lap for that. This is one of the most historic presidencies
our country has ever seen.
And boy, that's a concentrated pattern of success
in just a year's time.
I didn't even get to the big, beautiful law.
I didn't even get to the tax cuts.
I didn't even get to no tax on tips,
no tax on overtime, no tax on Social Security.
You should not just pat yourself on the back.
You should be celebrating what you've achieved.
But as you know, the fight is not over.
It continues.
And I'm going to talk to you in a moment
about some of the latest that's developing in that fight.
And then moments from now, of course,
we'll be joined by a great guest
from the United States Department of Seventh.
state get an update on the president's trip to to switzerland what that agenda is all about and what the
president is now saying about greenland he's got new updates on that subject we've got a lot to get to
glad you're here with me to do it all right let me talk to you about something i've been watching
really closely you guys familiar with kashi kashi it's really cool kashi is one of the only places
you can actually trade on real world events in all 50 states uh and i like looking at kashi because
there's a there's a thing that I'm observing.
I just told you about Gavin Newsom.
Who's going to win the next presidential election?
You have a beat on this?
Who's going to win the next presidential election?
You know the answer to that question?
Well, right now the good money is on J.D. Vance.
People think J.D. Vance is going to win the 28% chance, according to the Kalshi data on this subject,
that J.D. Vance is going to be the winner.
And then Gavin Newsome, who we just, Gavin Newscombe, thank you, Chad.
who we just heard from hanging out with Alex Soros,
he's at 18%.
His chances keep dropping, by the way.
And then Marco Rubio is at 11% right now
in terms of just what people think is going to happen.
I'm not surprised by this,
and that is good news.
It looks like Republicans are the favorites right now
to pick up the next election either way.
But yeah, if you want to keep tracking this,
if you want to keep tracking where people are placing the good money,
you can do that with Kalshi.
It's a great operation and super helpful way
just to kind of observe the news and how people are actually putting their own coin on the line as they assess it.
You can go to calshy.com slash Vince right now and get a free $10 credit when you trade $100.
That's calshy.com slash Vince.
Once again, calshe dot com slash Vince, K-A-L-S-H-I dot com slash Vince.
You must be 21 and the purchaser must be present in the state where the trade is placed.
See important disclosures at calshy.com.
Calshe is subject to U.S. regulatory oversight by the CFT.
see all right yeah vance is doing all right i like jd vans he's uh you see the news about jd vans
he's having another baby vice president of the united states having a baby usha's having a baby
usha is that isn't that great news baby number four is on the way this is uh this is going to be great
so a new baby coming to the naval observatory she's due a couple months from now because they say
july it's great it's on the she the baby's on the way um and uh
I think this is going to be good for J.D. Vance politically, too, which is going to assess this,
because I do hope J.D. wins. I think it'd be wonderful. I think it'll be good for him politically.
It's always humanizing to have a baby. It's a wonderful experience to have a child. He's already got three of them.
Now a fourth is on the way. It's going to be fun. And then, of course, meanwhile, like,
pay attention to the left overplaying its hand as they attack J.D. Vance's child for existing.
That'll be, that's always a lot of fun, isn't it? When the left tries to take something innocent and sweet,
and then they demonstrate how demonic they are by attacking it.
Yeah, that's typical.
All right, let me see here.
Somebody goes, can J.D. Vance be trusted?
Make sure he's not a plant for the globalist.
I promise you, J.D. Vance is not a plant for the globalists.
Scouts on her, I swear.
The guy's legit.
He's great.
There's a reason President Trump chose him.
You know, actually, on that question, if you're sincere,
if you really think that there's a chance, J.D. Vance is Mr. Globalist.
remember all of the big money forces were trying to stop Donald Trump from choosing him
it was there was a lot of money dedicated to stopping Donald Trump from selecting J.D. Vance as
his running mate and and as he does president Trump followed his instincts he rejected that
and he went with J.D. Charlie Kirk loved J.D that's right at Ed Duncan 16 says Charlie
to J.D. Vance. Yeah, Charlie Kirk loved J.D.
Charlie wasn't on team globalism.
That's obviously.
You know, Don Jr. love J.D.
So we've got, now, JD's good people.
And Marco's good people, by the way. I'm not saying this at the expensive Marco Rubio.
Marco's, that guy's a proven commodity now. He's come a long way.
Remember Marco Rubio used to be for like amnesty for illegal aliens?
We was a part of the gang of eight, you know, gramnesty bill a long time ago.
That's not the case anymore.
Rubio's like, Rubio's on fire.
Rubio's reached another level.
And he's got a great reputation.
President Trump really likes both of them.
He really likes J.D., really likes Marco Rubio.
And the media is constantly trying to pit those guys against each other.
Have you noticed that?
Like, who do you like better?
Who's going to be the guy?
You think, you know, is Rubio better than J.D.?
And, like, Trump doesn't fall for any of it because he's not going to be sucked into this, like, this tornado of toxicity.
He's like, yeah, no, they're both great.
And he keeps saying that they both should run together.
So, oh, we'll see what?
happens. We'll see what happens. But there's the great J.D. Vance. Okay, let me see. Let me,
let me plot out what we're going to do next because I do have some interesting stuff going on.
Minnesota, I want to talk to you about Minnesota because I don't know about you, but I desperately
want people who invade Christian churches to be arrested for invading Christian churches.
That's a violation of federal law. Put handcuffs on these jackasses and throw away the key.
if I had my way.
So we have some updates on that subject.
And I won't be able to fully flesh this out now
because we have a great guest coming up in just a moment.
But I do want to tease you a little bit
with something that Christy Noem just shared with us last night.
Christy Noam was on Newsmax last night with Greta Van Sustrin.
And she had this to say, cut three.
Now pay attention.
This is about her saying, you know,
we've got arrests coming in just a few hours, hours.
So you hear hours and you kind of think.
When I hear hours, I think like two hours.
I thought it would be before midnight last night.
As far as I can tell, it didn't happen before midnight.
But, you know, again, we're recording this podcast right now.
It may very well be that we find out that some consequential arrests were made even before we started broadcasting this podcast at 10 a.m. Eastern Time.
Here's Christine Nome last night, though.
I'll just let you see the video.
First years, I imagine, I felt and feel intimidated.
They did.
And there's going to be arrests in the next several hours, Greta.
There will be arrests tied to that, and people will be brought to justice for how they violated the law in that situation.
With Don Lemon is a journalist, and so I thought he was going, and so when I first thought, I assumed he was going in as a journalist covering it.
I mean, I go into a bad place and ask questions all the time, but when his comment about the white supremacy all of a sudden made me think, well, maybe he wasn't there as a journalist.
Yeah, well, Greta, not only that comment, but the fact that ahead of time before this even happened, he said that he had conducted some surveillance before they went into this church.
He identified individuals that were going in with him that were activists and the work that they'd done in the past.
The fact that this entire situation was then posted on the Black Lives Matter website, all of that is something that they're going to be responsible for.
Okay. That's kind of fun. So there you have, Christy Noam saying, we have arrests over the next hours and Don Lemon definitely in play.
Come on now. Just hear her clearly there, what she's talking about.
two other big pieces of information that are relevant to this and then we'll get to our great guest from the State Department.
One, Pam Bondi is in Minneapolis right now.
She's in Minnesota.
She just arrived overnight.
That was being reported by the media that that was happening without any really declaration as to why she would be there.
Kind of seems like there's a reason for it.
So Pam Bondi into Minnesota.
Additionally, speaking of J.D. Vance, J.D. is arriving Thursday.
He's arriving Thursday in Minnesota, in Minneapolis, to tackle what's going on there.
We've got a lot more on that subject.
That's all ahead on the program.

Yeah, I do like the president's remarks today to the World Economic Forum.
You know what's funny.
every time President Trump gives a speech to an international body, whether it's the United Nations
or, you know, a G8 summit or just take your pick.
Every single time, he overperforms the very low expectations the media have for him.
Every single time.
Like people think like, what is he going to say?
How is it even going to be interesting?
And then he goes and he delivers a full-blown pro-America, pro-sovereignty, pro-border's,
anti-globalism banger every time he just did it again this morning he just showed up today and he like
beat the brakes off of europe and it makes a lot of sense for a million reasons let me just
emphasize a really big detail europe has been buying all of its energy from russia talk about
how stupid you could possibly be europe is financing the war against ukraine and then whining that
Russia invaded Ukraine.
Well, then stop giving them money, you dummies.
Stop decommissioning your nuclear plants.
Stop turning to wind.
Stop wrecking energy in Europe.
It's insanity.
So President Trump's forcing them to actually think about the well-being of their own people.
And additionally, like, these guys need to restore their borders.
It is not good.
I realize that they're overseas and it feels like a faraway issue.
oh my gosh it's like oh well i guess europe's over it's not good that their borders have been
overrun and that the interior of their countries have been utterly destroyed by wave after wave
of third world migration the president is crystal clear you got to fix this problem we got to restore
europe i mean he was talking today about how this is his heritage too his his family immigrated
to the united states from europe he cares a lot about this he doesn't want to see europe collapse
So that's the president's attitude on it.
What is the Don Roe doctrine, though?
What is President Trump up to?
For more on that, we do bring in Minion, Houston now, the deputy spokeswoman for the United States Department of State.
Minion, it is good to have you with us.
Thank you so much.
It's great to be here.
Thank you for having me.
It's an exciting day.
It is exciting.
Okay, let's talk about the president's overarching ideology.
He referred to it recently as the Don Roe doctrine, as he talked about getting peace in Venezuela.
He's clearly trying to secure control over Greenland right now.
Give us a sense from your perspective.
What is the Don Road doctrine?
What does the president believe in here?
Well, let me just say that this is an exciting day.
Because as we celebrate the first year of this administration,
we also celebrate foreign policy that is fundamentally changed.
We shifted from Americans thinking about foreign policy in a very abstract way,
meetings taking place overseas in conference rooms that didn't affect them.
And today, you can see Americans.
see that foreign policy affects their daily lives, that the president, under the leadership
of Secretary Rubio, every foreign policy decision is a decision that affects U.S. citizens,
making us stronger, safer, more prosperous.
And we've seen that through the course of this entire year in such a short amount of time,
unprecedented achievements.
And as it relates to these achievements, we're really focused on the American and what
is best for the American.
Responsible humanitarian assistance that is done in a way that's not wasteful, making sure
we're safe at home, expanding vetting as it relates to visas, ensuring the individuals who
are here as nationals, immigrants to our country, are not committing crimes, harming American citizens,
theft, driving under the influence, assault, that's unnecessary. And also ensuring that every
tariff, every tariff relationship, every tariff partnership is balanced, that it's not
disadvantaging, the American worker. These are incredible achievements that have been made
throughout the course of a very short amount of time to ensure America's safe,
strong and prosperous, and we're grateful for that.
But why is it so important that we have control of the affairs of, say, Venezuela or Greenland?
What's the priority there for the president?
Well, the priority in the focus is always U.S. national security.
Let's take Greenland, for instance.
We heard the president speak today in Davos, very important speech.
What's most important is this geography, it hasn't changed, no.
But what has changed are threats, technology.
And the president is asking a very important question.
What does it take for American leadership to be well positioned in the 21st century?
The Arctic is an important solution for that.
And that's why we're looking at Greenland.
We're looking at Greenland because we're focused on U.S. national security.
What is best for the American people?
As it relates to Venezuela, we have seen the Maduro regime use Venezuela as a safe haven for malign actors,
for drug traffickers.
And this administration has said enough is enough.
The drugs that are being brought in, the poison is being brought in through these routes.
It is the leading cause of death, overdoses in the United States for ages 18 to 45.
This is unacceptable.
Communities are suffering.
And the American people deserve better.
That's what this administration is delivering.
And that's what we're going to continue to do.
There's a, President Trump was describing some of his conversations with world leaders today.
And he mentioned in particular Emmanuel Macron.
He was basically telling him, like, hey, you're going to raise your drug prices.
now because we've got this situation where it's like absurd that Americans pay for the development
of all of these drugs and then they're sold at these ridiculous cut rates in France.
So we've got new rules in the United States imposed by President Trump.
It's basically that, you know, Americans don't pay any more than the lowest price around the
planet.
And so he's hassling Macron and it's like, you've got to take care of your prices.
You don't like this?
Raise your prices.
And he kind of beat him into the corner, it sounds like.
he revealed today. How much of a difference maker is it when the president gets involved in these
quote-unquote diplomatic negotiations? Absolutely. I mean, who can do it better than the president
of the United States? He is our lead negotiator. The president's experience, the president's
presence in a room makes a significant difference. I mean, what we saw when the president
announced those tariffs around the globe to ensure more fair and balanced trade was huge
criticism, that people could not believe it, that countries were in shock. But the truth is,
the impetus for that decision is the American people. And we voted in a president that would
take our interest, our considerations, our needs first, and that policy has not changed.
Finally, it seems like the big message from everybody who has been speaking from the Trump
administration is that globalism is a dead experiment, that it's been a complete disaster
for the United States and for every other country that seems to have sold out as population.
Is that one of the themes here?
Well, we saw with the national security strategy,
that this administration is focused on what is in the best interest of the United States.
And what that comes down to is every partnership, every deal,
every trade economic partnership and negotiation comes down to,
is it in the best interest of the United States?
And I think that's fundamentally what makes this foreign policy so different.
so special, so important for the American people, and that's how we'll continue to prioritize
our activities, our relationships, our engagements moving forward. It's important for the
Department of State to be seen by the American people, foreign policy that's made personal,
that's trickled down into their homes, into their living rooms. I have family members and friends
who say, I saw the State Department today, can you explain this to me? Now this makes sense.
This is making sense now. It actually is important for every American to understand that they
have a president who is defending U.S. national interest.
every single day.
All right. Minion, Houston, spokeswoman for the Department of State.
Thank you for your time this morning.
Appreciate you being here.
You're so welcome.
Good to talk to you.
All right.
There she is.
Again, the president in Davos today, World Economic Forum, smacking other world leaders around,
which is always a fun thing to see.
And luckily, it's also a productive event for the United States.
So that's great.
Let me get back to Minnesota now, because, again, we've got this breaking news overnight
that it looks like we have arrests of church.
the church invaders going on, according to Christy Nome.
You've got Pam Bondi arriving in the state.
You've got J.D. Vance arriving in the state tomorrow, Thursday.
This is all in anticipation of some real action on the ground, which is great.
And I want to just tap into the feelings around this story, because as we've been expressing
all week, on this story in particular, and on every other story that involves lawbreaking in our country,
the big thing we all want is accountability.
We want arrests and we want them as quickly as humanly possible.
I had Army Dylan on our show earlier this week,
and she was trying to lay out that, look,
there is a federal criminal procedure that's required to be used here
in order to actually place handcuffs on bad guys,
on in this case the church invaders.
And I do think it's worth understanding the details,
like how this works in particular.
The way handcuffs end up, as a constitution on as a legal matter,
on a bad guy.
If a federal law enforcement officer is directly in front of a crime,
physically there as a crime is being occurred, as occurring,
and it's a violation of federal law,
they can place handcuffs directly on the bad guy right there.
They've got probable cause at that moment to put handcuffs on that person.
But if there's no federal law enforcement there,
the way this works is you look at the evidence as a U.S. attorney
and then you have to approach a federal magistrate
in order to begin the legal proceeding to arrest the person.
That's just the way it works under the law.
And a federal magistrate, by the way, as a judge is where I'm referencing.
So when Harmie Dillon tells us, hey, look, here's the challenge.
It was a Sunday.
And then on Monday we had MLK day, which is a federal holiday.
I mean, almost nobody who's even involved in this process is available to us right now.
Yesterday, Tuesday becomes the full actual first working day where they can tackle all of this.
the gears are grinding and they're grinding fast.
I don't know about you, but I can tell what's going on here.
I can tell there's a meaningful difference in this story in terms of the way the Trump administration's been reacting to it.
At every single level, whether it is DHS or DOJ, the U.S. Attorney, in this case, the Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights, the White House, they've all been 100% locked in on what's happening in Minnesota.
And to a T, they've all promised that these arrests are coming and they're coming.
coming very rapidly. Okay. And so I get it. I get the big anticipation like, hey, where is it?
Where is it? Where is it? I'm right there with you. I want it. I want it too. But you have to maintain a
realistic perspective as to how do these things actually work in order to get the outcome that we want,
which is justice for the bad guys. We want them to be smacked with the consequences of their own
actions. So here we are today in what I'm telling you. It seems like we've got something very real
developing today. And if it doesn't, we'll talk about it tomorrow too. I'm happy to do that.
But I just want to maintain the perspective as to how the hell this is supposed to work.
So with that said, I can tell you right now, the United States Department of Justice is also very busy,
not just going after the random street thugs who are pouring into churches. They're also going after
the leadership who are making all this insurrection garbage happen. And that includes the governor
of the state, Tim Walz. That includes the mayors of St. Paul and the mayor of St. Paul and the
mayor of Minneapolis, Jacob Fry. That includes the attorney general of the state, Keith Ellison.
And this is a massive story that we get just in the last 24 hours that subpoenas have now gone
out to all of those people from grand juries who are now investigating them. They're under
criminal investigation for their obstruction of law enforcement. Not a small
deal this isn't like a congressional censure it's not some blue ribbon commission it's not some
random wrist slap all of these guys are now under investigation and here's how this developed i've got
this Alexis macadams was over at fox news and shared this with us uh originally yesterday she says
breaking sources are telling fox the united states department of justice has served grand jury subpoenas
today to five minnesota government offices including the governor's office the attorney general's office
and the Minneapolis mayor's office.
These subpoenas are a part of a federal investigation into, you ready, here's the specifics,
alleged conspiracy to coerce or obstruct federal law enforcement during ongoing ICE operations in Minnesota.
So these guys are obstructionists, getting in the way of federal law enforcement.
And by the way, to be clear, they're insurrectionists.
I still, to this day and beyond, am I going to maintain, I think President Trump needs to invoke the
Insurrection Act as quickly as possible.
No more talking about it.
I think we just do it.
Just announce you're doing a limited invocation of the insurrection act.
Just strap the word limited in there to make people realize that you're being very deliberative about it.
But it doesn't really change the impact of it.
You invoke the insurrection act.
You send the troops in.
You calm everything down.
You arrest bad guys who are breaking the law.
You restore order to the state of Minnesota.
This can all be done very quickly.
And it will demonstrate the love that this administration has for our kind.
country. It's not going to be some sort of political downside. The left is going to attack Trump no matter what he does. They make up things. They're pretending like ICE is killing American citizens in cold blood. Actually enforcing the law is not going to come with a political cost. It'll come with a political benefit. And plus, more importantly, it's going to protect American lives. We don't want to be in a situation where an ICE officer is killed in the streets of Minnesota because the Insurrection Act wasn't invoked to prevent that horrible outcome. Come on. But we do have.
consequences now coming for these officials in Minnesota and they're all
responding to it they're all freaking out in their own ways Tim Walls reacted very
quickly yesterday he released a statement bitching about all of this he's
attacking President Trump right now for all of this now let me remind you of
something Tim Walls did not release a statement about a Christian church in his
state being invaded by left-wing
lunatics and children being menaced and tormented within. He didn't release a statement about it
for over 24 hours. And when he did, it was unsigned. It was a two-sentence, burped out statement.
Nobody took credit for it in the governor's office that they put out. But yesterday, when the news
of these subpoenas broke, the consequences are coming for Tim Walls for obstructing law enforcement,
they release a four-paragraph statement about how this is just some act of tyranny. Of course,
he's the one who's engaged in insurrection right now. He says, let me.
be absolutely clear, says Tampon Tim. The state of Minnesota will not be drawn into political
theater. This Justice Department investigation sparked by calls for accountability in the face of
violence, chaos, and the killing of Renee Good, who by the way, she got herself killed. Does not seek
justice. It's a partisan distraction. Minnesotans are more concerned with safety and peace rather than
with baseless legal tactics aimed at intimidating public servants. Oh, screw you, standing shoulder to
shoulder with their community.
Shoulder to shoulder.
With your community?
Hey look, Tampon, Tim, if you're doing anything to your community, it's pushing them in
front of the train.
That's what you're doing.
The community is being wrecked by your vile behavior.
Tim Walls is not the only one to react to this.
Keith Ellison also got on television yesterday with Ms. Now and said, they shouldn't be
investigating me.
They should be investigating ICE.
Listen to Keith Ellison, the corrupt criminal who got on the air yesterday, the Attorney General of the state of Minnesota cut four. Watch.
I can tell you, though, they're announcing investigations from all of us, and you mentioned three of us here in Minnesota.
Actually, they're actually messing with the brand new mayor of St. Paul and the Kennepe County attorney.
But they're not investigating the person who ended the life of Renee Good.
There's no investigation on that at all.
And so it's a little bit ironic as we're doing the work that we're elected to do by our constituents,
standing up for our states, insisting upon the dignity and the rights of the members of Minnesota.
They have not done anything close to what they should do when it comes to investigating a homicide.
So isn't that rich?
First of all, look at that guy.
He buttoned his shirt all the way up to his collar.
He's not even wearing a tie.
button the top button you dork and then he goes on more importantly to say that you know the real problem
is not me the real problem are ice officers who are enforcing the law they're just murdering people
and there's no investigation into them everything he says is a lie everything the attorney general
of an entire state just lying to you Renee good died because she decided to drive her car directly
into an ice officer who fired his gun to defend himself and his fellow ice officers it's as clear
as it possibly gets, it's on video. It's on video. Just like Keith Ellison's corruption,
it's on video. And then he says, there's no investigation whatsoever into that shooting.
That's also bullshit because the federal government in every shooting goes through and reviews
the police officer's decision to fire the gun. What led to that circumstance? They are doing that.
It's a basic administrative task that every law enforcement agency does anytime an officer.
officer has to discharge their weapon in a line of service.
It's just the way it works.
So he's even lying about that.
What he's upset about is that he's being held accountable for his criminal actions,
that a grand jury of his peers has determined that he stands reasonably accused of breaking the law.
And now he has got to answer some damn questions in a criminal investigation.
He's mad that we noticed.
Well, tough, tough.
The law is coming for you.
And it's very deserved, Keith Ellison.
Now, with these guys, this is the way it's supposed to work.
This is when the system is working as intended.
In fact, here's the Deputy Attorney General, Todd Blanche, who came out yesterday and said,
I can't get into all the details here because it's ongoing, but this is the way we investigate.
Cut five, watch.
We said for the past two weeks that the federal government and this administration would not tolerate local officials
doing what they were doing and have been doing, impeding federal officers and doing everything they could to encourage rioters to do what they had been doing,
which is assaulting and getting in the way of federal officials.
We said that we were investigating.
I've seen the reports today, Laura, you know, I'm not going to comment on exactly what we're doing in this investigation,
but this is exactly what we do when we investigate.
We send grand jury subpoenas.
We talk to witnesses to understand what's happening, and that's what you see happening right now.
Yeah, this is the system working the way it's supposed to.
All right, so these guys are all under criminal investigation.
They're all freaking out about it, and it's also very well-deserved.
And here's one more gigantic thing for you.
On this program, that's not the only one, but it's one of the only ones.
We've been talking extensively about the kinds of people who are being picked up in Minnesota.
You know who's being picked up in Minnesota?
illegal aliens who've committed strong-armed sodomy of children.
That's a real English sentence, real criminal charges that have been leveled against real illegal aliens
who've been in the country hurting kids inside of this country.
They're picking up murderers.
They're picking up rapists.
They're picking up child abusers.
And they're getting them the hell out of our country.
There are people who are here who have been here with final orders of deportation since the Clinton administration,
violent illegal alien criminals
who are being removed from our country right now.
In fact, the latest numbers tell us
that the Trump administration has deported
10,000 such people from Minneapolis and Minnesota.
10,000 have been deported.
And that work continues.
This is news that's not widely known, though.
The legacy media never talk about this.
Minnesota local press don't talk about this.
So the only way,
this information gets out there is if you and I get it out there or if President Trump forces
it down the throats of the legacy media. And the good news I have for you today is that's exactly
what the president did yesterday for his for his first year press conference. First year as president
of the United States 47. He walks out yesterday to the White House Brady Press briefing room,
stands behind the lectern and he goes, you want you want to know who we're picking up? How about this?
I'm going to force it down your throat.
Cut one, the president yesterday.
People, vicious, many of them murderers.
These are all out of Minnesota, just Minnesota.
I say, why don't you talk about that more?
Because people don't know.
Do you want to live with these people?
International murder.
These are people that are living were,
they're apprehended,
and either put in jails in their companies,
from where they came and the countries respect us and so they actually put them there.
In the old days, they didn't respect our country. Biden wouldn't do this because he let them all in.
You know, if you didn't have open border policies of Biden, none of this, all of the things that we,
all of the time that we spent talking about Minnesota and everything else, most of them are coming
from out of the country and it's been caused by a previous administrator. Look at us.
one after one.
Boy, these are rough characters.
These are real criminal, illegal aliens that,
in many cases, they're murderers,
they're drug lords, drug dealers.
They're the mentally insane.
Some of them who are brutal killers,
they're mentally insane.
They're killers, but they're insane.
Yeah.
These are just in Minnesota, California.
It's worse.
He's holding up the images.
Each, if you can hear it, for those of you listening on the audio podcast, he's got a big stack of basically wanted posters is what they look like.
Instead, they're captured.
And he's holding up the images of each of these scumbags that shows what crime they've committed, the horrors they've committed against children, the murders they've committed, the drug dealing they've been doing.
And he's saying, this is who we're picking up.
This is who we're picking up.
And again, he forced it down the throats of the media.
Now, there were members of the media yesterday who were acting like they've never heard this information.
before wait wait a second they're picking up murderers this is really happening check out the coverage over
on nbc yesterday afternoon as the host is stunned he said this is the first time we've ever heard
this information now it's not but it is the way NBC's treating it watch this cut too
this is the white house trying to make a case for the first year of this administration this is
something that they have said repeatedly over and over again that they used to justify their
crackdown on illegal immigration. You see the president right there in those live pictures in the
briefing room just a few feet from where I'm standing. Referring to these undocumented immigrants who he
says has criminal histories, certainly the president from his supporters has gotten a lot of credit
over his first year for reducing illegal border crossings at the southern border to the lowest
in recent memories, recent memory, a dramatic drop from the Biden administration. We should point out,
though according to recent ICE data as NBC News reported back in December of those who were
arrested during his during ICE's crackdowns more than a third of them have no criminal histories
although the administration will come back and say enough with this guy so he goes he goes a third of
them have no further criminal history you know other than illegally entering the country so 100
of them have a criminal history so you're telling me let me just sort through that ladies and gentlemen
Let me pull through that news for a moment.
So you're telling me two thirds of all of the people they've arrested,
not just criminally immigrated in our country,
criminally came in, invaded our country.
But they then went on to commit other horrific crimes inside of our country.
That sounds like an amazing story of success by the Trump administration
that we should be rooting on.
NBC's not doing that.
Now, that was the reporter, Gabe Gutierrez,
who was responding to the host, Tom Yamis.
I want you to hear Tom's question.
This is important because Tom acts like this information about these guys being murders was never present anywhere.
Like nobody knew about this.
Take a look.
Fellows, pull my screen up here.
Here's Tom Yamis actually asking the question yesterday.
The news conference started.
And if you've been following along, he's been holding photos of people he says are undocumented immigrants.
In his words, illegal aliens who have committed crimes in Minnesota.
I want to bring in our senior White House correspondent Gabe Gutierrez.
Gabe, we don't know really anything about these people.
We've seen some of their images, but we don't have their names yet.
We hope at some point the White House will tell us who he's talking about.
But this was new to everyone that was covering this news conference today.
This was new.
This is completely new.
We had no idea.
That is such bullshit.
It's unbelievable.
We knew.
You knew.
We've been talking about this for many weeks now.
In fact, over at Fox News, Bill Malusian was handed a massive list of these killers,
of these rapists.
And we were talking about this forever.
It's not new to the whole press corps.
It's new to anybody who is refusing to tell the truth to their audience.
How is it that a news operation can say out loud that they weren't aware of these very
publicly known details?
They're either lying or their politics are making them ignorant.
Either one is a disaster for a news operation.
So this is great, you know, that we're getting these people out of the country.
This is, do you want to talk about a victory?
Get these people the hell out of our country.
Everything else that's breaking today?
I'm going to cover it on the big national radio show.
