The arrests have begun.
I told you this week, we've had a lot of conversations on this.
I'm like you.
I just want arrests.
I want justice so badly.
So I'm banging on the doors of the Justice Department.
Ladies and gentlemen, what is happening over there?
And God bless Harvey Dillon, the assistant attorney general for civil rights.
She stopped by with us this week to say, Vince, I'm telling you, we saw crimes on that tape in St.
Paul, Minnesota.
We are arresting these people.
That is definitely going to be happening.
And then we got the news that the Attorney General of the United States was headed to Minneapolis
this week.
She heads off to Minnesota.
Then we get the news that the vice president of the United States is set to be in Minnesota today as well.
That's Thursday today.
And, you know, I'm sorting through this with you.
And I'm looking at this going, guys, all these people don't go to Minnesota unless they have something to show for it.
Imagine showing up there empty handed.
Nothing to show for it.
No justice on the way.
Well, the good news this morning as we begin live at 10 a.m. Eastern rumble.com slash Vince is we've got the attorney general
of the United States telling us the arrests have absolutely begun.
Minutes ago at my direction, Pam Bondi posted to X this morning.
That's 928 today.
The Homeland Security Investigations and FBI agents have executed an arrest in Minnesota.
So far we have arrested, so far we have arrested, in other words, more are coming.
We have arrested Nekima Levi Armstrong.
Nikima Levi Armstrong.
This is the woman, by the way, who was just on the cable news networks in the last 24 hours,
insisting that she was totally welcome in the church.
Of course, they were tormenting the children inside of that church, disrupting the service, breaking federal law.
Nikima Levi Armstrong is now in the FO phase.
She's been arrested.
Pam Bondi says she was allegedly playing a key role in organizing the coordinated attack on City's Church in St. Paul, Minnesota.
We will share more updates as they become available.
She says, listen, loud and clear, we do not tolerate attacks on places of worship.
Good news.
Now, Pam Bondi also posted a second update just a few minutes ago.
This is 13 minutes ago now as we begin our program.
Update a second arrest has been made at my direction.
Chantel Louisa Allen has also been taken into custody more to come.
We will protect our houses of worship.
Of course, in our chat, people citing the fact that Don Lamont was inside the
that building he too uh was among the people breaking that federal law he's been insisting that it's
well it's just because i'm a journalist i was just there for journalism he spent all day feeding
and helping and coordinating with and learning the secrets of and not sharing with the public
the reality that they were going to storm that church and then after they did he celebrated it
saying that tormenting children and leaving them traumatized is the way protest is done of course
that's not the way protest is done that's the way terrorism is done and don't
was there and very helpfully for the rest of us given that he's an idiot captured all of it on camera
so the evidence of his crimes captured by his cameras which he then went on to share with the public
so we await the don lemon arrest which to be clear you know you've watched this week as
you have a lot of these officials saying yeah don lemon's definitely in play christie noem said now two
nights ago don lemon is absolutely in play for what he's done you heard from harmead dillon who spoke to
me on this program on our radio show and of course you got to hear it on this program as she says
you can't just call yourself a journalist and use that as a shield while you commit federal crimes
doesn't work that way and so now we get the breaking news this morning that um these guys are are
being arrested so that's good i'm i'm happy about that i was concerned that i would have to start
this show today with yet another update that yeah they are telling us the arrests are on the way
but we have to keep waiting for them that's a frustrating place to be in good
to see the arrests are occurring. That's key. Now, what does this mean for our justice system? Well,
we have to wait for it to play out. You need U.S. attorneys to successfully carry all this out.
You need fair courtrooms for this to play out. You need legitimate juries to consider the charges.
You need all of that. And then, of course, you need a conviction and a sentence for people who break
our laws. There's a lot of moving parts here. And all of them need to work in order for justice to prevail.
So we'll keep a close eye on every element here.
But arrests have begun.
We've been asking for it and now we're getting it.
That's great news.
That's very good news this morning.
Okay.
Let's see.
As we begin with that breaking news, I got to tell you that the horrors in Minnesota continue, though.
That's something that I'm really, really ticked off about.
We have a mob of insurrectionists who are now stalking.
They have been, but this is, this is, it's getting more and more flagrant, brazen.
They've been stalking and assaulting border patrol agents.
Stalking and assaulting border patrol agents.
And the way this story gets to us is we see video yesterday.
This is late yesterday breaking viral video from a Speedway gas and convenience store.
You ever see one of these Speedways?
Speedway, which I looked it up yesterday.
It was a couple years ago.
It was purchased by seven.
11 7-11 actually operates thousands of speedway stores across the country and this is one speedway
location border patrol agents according to the department of Homeland Security had been stopping at a
variety of places to gas stations to use the bathroom they're literally stopping because
despite the left's claims they're human beings who need to stop for bathroom breaks and so ice
and border patrol including a great guy called Greg Bovino who's become the face of in so many
ways of this rational, sober, thoughtful and deliberative immigration enforcement.
His name is Commander Greg Bovino.
He's there.
And these guys are in uniform.
And the Speedway store refuses to serve the Border Patrol.
Watch this.
This video.
Take a look as a Speedway employee says, you're not welcome here.
You will not be served here.
Cut one.
Watch.
Do you work here?
Do you work here?
Yeah.
You guys kicked him out?
Yeah.
What's your opinion on it?
Why did you kick him out?
Because I won't.
Okay.
We don't support ICE and nobody here does.
And so he's not, he's not allowed service here?
Nope.
We don't support ICE.
Commander Bovino, is it legal to deny service to federal agents?
If it is, I personally don't hear.
If it is, I personally don't care.
I don't care if I'm running a foul of the law in any capacity here.
What you're witnessing is the same exact thing that Democratic,
have served throughout history, which is to deny people service on the basis of their identity,
their job, their skin color.
It's happening again.
Greg Bovino and all of the great men and women of law enforcement getting thrown out of a gas
station.
They merely want to stop.
Use the bathroom.
Purchase some items.
Purchase some gas, whatever it is.
Getting ejected on the basis of the fact that their law enforcement.
Now, I'll remind you the same thing that President Trump has been talking about all week.
What's Greg Bovino doing in many?
What are they doing in Minnesota?
Why is ICE even there?
Why are immigration enforcement guys there?
The answer?
To get rapists and murderers and child predators out of that community.
So that idiot in the bandana working at that gas station just put Speedway into a world of hurt.
There are calls for boycotts today as these Speedway locations are now obviously suffering as a result of lost business.
Thanks to that idiot's decision to turn away the good guys, the people who are actually helping.
that community and are being wrongfully demonized and terrorized with each job. And we've found
out a lot more about this. DHS put out a statement yesterday about this. Today, border patrol agents
who were in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area as a part of a targeted enforcement operation were
repeatedly harassed and blocked by hostile crowds while simply trying to take bathroom breaks, DHS said.
at each gas station where the agents stopped to use the restroom groups of agitators appeared yelled at them stalked them and even tried to prevent law enforcement officials from leaving creating unsafe conditions now at one stop individuals in the crowd threw food at the agents not allowed to throw food at law enforcement i don't do people know what how this works exactly at their final gas station stops somebody spit on an agent which is assault when an agent moved to detain the
person who spit on him, the crowd tackled and attacked the agents while surrounding them.
To safely clear the area, agents had to use crowd control measures to disperse the hostile
crowd. So let me understand this. So Border Patrol agents are moving from location to location.
They're just trying to get some bathroom breaks in. They're working to bring peace to this community.
They're being stalked by terrorists during their entire job. Where's the Minneapolis Police Department?
in what world can you follow law enforcement around to menace them and obstruct their jobs and you don't end up with handcuffs on you?
How does that work exactly?
I couldn't in a million years imagine doing something like that.
And here these guys are doing this.
And then they get out of the vehicles, they follow them, they're attacking them.
They're throwing food at them.
They're spitting on them.
And then when agents actually trying to defend themselves and enforce the law and take people into custody who are assaulting them,
the rest of the crowd leaps in to assault the agents as,
they try and do their jobs and we're supposed to keep saying this is not an insurrection is this
what am i looking at here this is an insurrection and and i say this with all love in the world for
president trump i i'm so happy that he's overseas working on this peace deal right now in fact this
morning he announced another big peace deal they've got this peace board set up with for gaza for its
reconstruction he's dealing with all these world leaders you know it's it that's that's going
really well we got breaking news overnight that he's got to deal with greenland
Amazing. Love that.
But as he's flying back to the United States on Air Force One, I hope that he's looking at what you have to say on all of this.
I hope he's looking at all of this video footage coming to us from Minnesota.
I hope J.D. Vance can give him an on-the-ground report of what he's encountering, who he's talking to, what he's finding out when he gets back from his trip to Minnesota today.
Because President Trump needs to invoke the Insurrection Act.
We need the Insurrection Act. I don't know. How many more examples do we need?
How many more examples do we need?
People feel like they can chase law enforcement around, assault them, and then just get away with it?
If you have an entire community of left-wing insurrectionists who have arrived at this conclusion,
it clearly means we need the Insurrection Act.
The founders came up with the Insurrection Act for this very reason.
Let's employ it.
Let's employ it.
It's been employed 30 times in American history by American presidents, a lot of times in the last century.
Now's the time to do it again.
I'm not asking for any sort of tyrannical behavior.
I'm not asking to hurt people needlessly.
All I'm asking for is justice.
Now, the mob was stalking the Border Patrol for hours, as you hear Borders.
As you hear DHS say.
Watch this.
Here's video of the mob.
Just stalking Border Patrol.
Stalking immigration enforcers as they try and do their jobs.
Cut two.
Watch.
Whistles, surrounding them, screaming at them.
phones in their faces.
And this is the light work.
This is before they're assaulting them.
This is before they're assaulting them.
And then the assaults begin.
And then these guys have to fight their way out of this peril.
Think about this.
Law enforcement has to fight its way out of this complete atrocity.
You can see here in this video, here's Greg Bevino,
pulling his own gas canister.
Now you've got the boss throwing gas canisters.
And warning the crowd, I'm about to throw the gas.
get out of the way. I'm about to throw it. Now, this is pretty generous. Usually,
law enforcement doesn't give you this many warnings. Here he is, warning them, and then he throws it.
Cut three, watch.
Gas is coming. Gas is coming. Gas, gas, gas. They throw it. You see these green clouds of tear gas going up.
These guys are trying to fight their way out of a city block.
Surrounded by these lunatics.
Some of them are blowing rape whistles.
The green stuff.
This is their tactic.
Run around and blow whistles because they want to notify illegal aliens who've raped children in America that ice may be coming for them.
You see, that's why they're rape whistles to protect the rapists.
That's what they're doing in Minneapolis right now.
Gas is coming, Greg Bevino says.
Man, he's got the patience of a saint.
And then you got the video here.
Border Patrol agents wrestling these attackers into cops.
Some of them cut four look at this.
They're dragging some of these idiots away and rightfully show.
But imagine you're making arrest and in the middle of it, you're being assaulted by the lunatics around you.
Emotional incontinence on display, people screaming, let her go, let him go.
Don't arrest the guy who just broke the law.
They're being arrested, thrown in the cars.
As Border Patrol tries to escape this scene, craziness.
Utter craziness.
So it just goes back to, yeah, somebody's just goes back to, yeah, somebody.
asked, Nyer in Florida asked a really simple question. Does anybody work? What is it? This is the middle
of the day. There's sunlight out. And everybody, these lefties are all on the street chasing down
law enforcement, who by the way are actually working. Those guys are actually doing their job.
A thankless job for the most part. I'm thanking them. You're thanking them. But in Minnesota right now,
all they're getting is attacked. Attacked. Invoke the Insurrection Act. Now, Firestorm 57,
Insurrection Act, now. I totally agree. Totally 100.
percent enthusiastically agree it's it's long past due um so so that's so that's what we're
dealing with we've got we've got these guys um attacking law enforcement now it's not the first time
that video i just showed you of gregg bovino you probably know his name because not only has he
become such a a great face of immigration enforcement but also because the left wants to kill him
illegal aliens want that man dead and as we speak a jury is deliberating in a trial on that very crime
i've got more information on that in just a moment we've got a lot to get to on this edition
events will also be joined by jonathan fahey the former ice director will get his reaction to what
is going on in america it's there's a lot to get to here ahead on this program are you worrying about
the upcoming credit card bills. The upcoming credit card bills after the holidays. If you're a homeowner,
there's really no better time than right now to call American financing and wipe out that debt.
Eliminate the stress, set yourself up for a very strong 2026. The Fed dropped rates for the fourth
time in December. And American financing can help you access the equity that's in your home
at an interest rate in the low five's. Now, you heard that right in the low five. That's a much
lower rate than the average 20% or more credit card rate. American financing is saving.
their customers an average of $800 a month. That's like $10,000 raise to start the new year.
There are no upfront fees. There's no obligation to see how much you can save. And they're closing
some of these in as fast as 10 days. And they're even delaying two mortgage payments.
American financing is America's home for home loans. So just do yourself a favor. Call them today.
888879-646. That's 8888-879-646. Americanfinancing.comnet.
slash fence. Thank you to American finance and great sponsor of our program. So yeah,
ICE is still chugging along. They're still doing the work, which is great. And they're picking
up the most violent people imaginable. I saw DHS at the president's instruction has put up a big
website on the subject. And you can see all of the disgusting people that they're picking up
off of our streets. 10,000 people, by the way, 10,000. That's not a small number. Arrested in
Minneapolis. That's huge. And so that work continues.
J.D. Vance there today to root on law enforcement. And my guess is to also make a big announcement
related to these arrests, which is great. We are going to keep an eye on Pam Bondi's X account
to see if anything happens during the show here because I'd like for a third arrest and a fourth
arrest and a fifth arrest and a fifth arrest and a sixth arrest and a Don Lemon arrest and all of these
arrests to be made today. We'll keep an eye on on Pam Bondi's operation. Speaking of Don Lemon,
have you noticed that there's no lefties who are even bothering to defend them right now?
Like, there's nobody even speaking up for him.
Like, in the old days, they did when he was still part of the CNN operation.
But now, like, nothing, nothing.
They're not even talking.
Because everybody knows that Don Lemon was in on it.
The other guy I'm looking forward to being arrested is that guy, William Kelly, that insane person.
I think he's truly mentally insane.
Man, that guy needs to be taken out of polite society.
Put handcuffs on that, dude.
He raids the church.
He's screaming in the face of kids.
And he's yelling at people.
My favorite thing he was yelling was, why are you dressed so nice?
you're a white supremacist for being dressed nice.
You know why they were dressed nice, William Kelly, you idiot?
They're at church.
You dress nice for church.
You don't go in and your haggard hoodie screaming in the faces of worshippers.
Turns out you're the jackass here, not the people who are going to church dressed like they're going to church.
The bearded jackass says that Joe 75.
Yeah, totally.
All right.
He is a lunatic.
I agree Nancy Duncan.
I think something's wrong with that guy.
Put him in a straight jacket.
President Trump keeps talking about getting the insane asylum back open.
Throw that guy in there.
So we got Greg Bevino.
Greg Bevino, you'll remember earlier this year, there was a bounty put out on Greg Bevino's head.
That is, to kill a member of the Border Patrol.
And as a result, what we saw was the Trump administration made an arrest of an illegal alien Latin King's gang member by the name of Juan Espinoza Martinez, a 37-year-old.
a 37-year-old and he's here illegally in the country so if for every reason this guy should not be in our country
and um we've got let me see here we've got the jury deliberating right now uh fox news reports
a federal jury is weighing the case as we speak centered on whether a chicago man's snapchat messages
amounted to a genuine murder for hire plot targeting a senior u.s border patrol official or reckless talk
shared online. Wait, wait a second, hold on. If you shared a message calling for a bounty on the head
of a Biden official, do you think for a second that anybody would be trying to litigate whether
or not you were joking? Oh, it was just reckless talk. It's harmless. Are you serious right now?
The guy's an illegal alien, Latin King's gang member in America, and he's posting about how he's going to give
money to somebody who kills Greg Bevino specifically. It's not like he's like just randomly saying,
I don't like ice. And even that would be a crime. But he's talking about specifically Greg Bevino.
And so the case before the jury is that, oh, maybe he was just shooting off at the mouth and he didn't
really mean it. So therefore, it's not a violation of the law. I'm sorry, UFA, UFO. These are
simple things. He put a bounty on the head of an immigration enforcer. Lock that guy up, throw away the key.
The defense rested Wednesday yesterday in the federal trial of Juan Espinoza Martinez,
who is accused of soliciting the murder of Border Patrol commander at large Greg Bevino
by offering cash rewards through Snapchat, according to the Associated Press.
Espinoza Martinez did not testify.
Oh, why didn't he testify? He didn't testify in his own trial?
Now, this is right not to testify. He doesn't have to testify.
But why didn't he testify? I thought he had some great excuse.
I was just shooting off at the mouth, a little reckless, shouldn't have done it.
Nothing like that. You didn't say that?
They didn't put him on the stand because they knew this guy.
Come on now, you know what this is.
His lawyers didn't put him on the stand because they knew this guy was guilty as hell.
And if he opened his suck, they would, everyone would hear that he was doing a murder for hire plot.
U.S. District Judge Joan Lefko sent jurors home for the day, told them to return Thursday morning for closing arguments after which the case is expected to be handed to the jury.
Okay, so the closing arguments are coming.
Yeah.
So we're in the closing argument phase.
and the jury will be deliberating on it.
Prosecutors allege that Espinoza Martinez
unknowingly sent Snapchat messages to a government informant
offering $2,000 for information on Bovino's whereabouts
and $10,000 if you take him down.
I'm sorry, what is that?
That's a joke?
That's just reckless talk.
Jurors were shown screenshots of the messages,
some of which included a photograph of Bovino.
You got to be kidding me.
$10,000 for his head.
Here's a photo of him.
Come on.
Please.
Please, jury, get this one right.
Please.
This is according to the testimony cited by the Associated Press.
There's a picture of Greg Bevino, those of you on rumble.com slash vince.
And you should be, by the way, if you're listening to our podcast.
Rumble.com slash Vince, go there, subscribe to this program.
And if you did it in the past, do it again in the present because we switch the Rumble channel that we're on.
dot com slash vince will send you to what's called the bonjino report go sign up there on february second we'll be doing
this program live every day at eight a m you need you need to be there with us federal prosecutors argued
in opening statements here in this bovino case that the messages did go beyond angry rhetoric or
political speech and they represented a deliberate attempt to solicit violence against a federal law
enforcement official u.s. attorney minja shin telling jurors quote this case is not about somebody
expressing strong views about immigration enforcement.
These messages showed intent, not joke, not gossip.
Yeah, look, $10,000.
The guy says he wants a specific price for the head of Gregory Bovino,
posts a photo of him with the expectation.
Now, the defense apparently was claiming,
well, he doesn't have a lot of money in his bank account.
I don't care how much money he's got in his bank account.
He's putting out hits on the guy.
He put in the work to figure out how to put the hit on the guy.
And we're going to take that as a joke.
Hell no, lock that guy up, throw away the key.
And protect the men and women of law enforcement.
How hard is this?
Why is it that, so that's a Fox News report.
Is this all over the place?
Are we seeing this everywhere?
Is the media covering this story?
When Greg Bevino's got a hit out on him, anything like that?
Because what I've noticed is the same sort of power politics you always see in the lunatic left-wing media,
which is, oh, this isn't good for Democrats.
We've got a bunch of Democrats who are acting like lunatics right now.
So here's what we're going to do.
We're going to keep breathing life into it.
We're not going to tell them how vile the human beings are that immigration enforcement keeps picking up.
We're going to hide the fact that these are rapists and murderers.
And simultaneously, we're going to conceal the fact that immigration and customs enforcement,
as well as Border Patrol and anybody else, FBI who's assisting in this immigration enforcement mission,
we're just going to keep concealing that they're being assaulted at record rates,
that we've seen a rise in assaults on border patrol agents, immigration and customs enforcement by 1800%.
We're going to conceal the fact that,
there's been an 8,000% increase in death threats, including murder for higher plots against
people like Greg Bevino.
We're just going to keep covering up that story.
And in the end, hopefully we can defeat Donald Trump.
That's the plan.
You people are psychos.
This is like, this is completely psychotic.
Why do we keep calling for the insurrection act?
We have to restore order to this country.
The media aren't going to help us do it.
Democrats aren't going to help us do it.
We're the ones we've been waiting for.
This is the moment.
You want to save your country?
Save it.
Insurrection Act.
Coming up, Jonathan Fahey will join us, former acting ICE director.
I want to get his impression about this because he's worked up close and personal with the men and women of ICE.
He cares a lot about these people.
And they're under constant attack.
What do we do about this?
I'm going to ask Jonathan in just a moment.
Doctors call, let me, sorry, going to our sponsors.

Whoa, why did I get a pain just from standing up?
Yeah, these things happen.
But look, I'm telling you, you go with C-15 from Fatty 15?
This is a life-changing experience for me.
It's the first essential fatty acid to be discovered in more than 90 years.
Fatty-15 co-founder, Dr. Stephanie Van Watson,
discovered the benefits of C-15 while working with the U.S. Navy.
And based on studies, we actually do know that when our cells don't have enough C-15,
they can age faster.
This is legit.
I'm telling you, do your own research on this.
I did.
It's amazing stuff.
Fatty 15 can help you repair and protect age-related damage to your cells and help activate pathways in the body that repair mechanisms that support your overall wellness.
Now, Fatty 15 is a science-backed award-winning vegan, 100% pure C-15 supplement.
And refills are shipped just like they are to my door, right to your door.
Now, Fatty 15 is on a mission to optimize our C-15 levels to help us support our long-term health and wellness, especially as we age.

Okay, so what's going on with the men and women of ice?
What's the morale like with these guys?
This is a tough mission that they're undertaking.
They're being assaulted in the middle of the street, stalked and assaulted, and we got more
footage of it today.
For more on all of this, I want to go to a guy who's very familiar with all of this, how it works
because he was the acting ICE director.
Jonathan Fahey is here.
He's an attorney, an academic law enforcement expert.
He was the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the United States Department of Homeland Security,
and yes, the acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement Director.
Jonathan, great to have you back with us, sir.
Great to be here.
Thanks for having me.
So I'm seeing more footage now, this time of Border Patrol agents.
They're being attacked in the streets.
They can't even stop to use the bathroom.
They're being ejected from gas stations, having food thrown at them being spat upon.
And then they have to fight their way out of a small city block as they're surrounded by these terrorists.
What are you thinking as you're seeing this, Jonathan?
It is so amazing.
If you were to think 10 or 15 years ago in this country, if you would ever have a political party that is just openly hostile to,
law enforcement. It wouldn't even be conceivable. And it really is just an extension of the Democratic
Party's anti-law enforcement crusade. And what makes us so cynical, in my view, is we all know why they're
doing it, meaning the Democrats, and they're doing it because they believe illegal immigration will
help them electorally. So they do everything they can to defame ICE, to put them in danger. And they're
only doing so because they want to keep the illegal aliens that they brought in under Biden here,
and then they think it will help them electorally.
So everything about what they're doing is so cynical, and they want to portray themselves as being the virtuous ones,
when in fact, everything they've done in this whole immigration scheme has been designed to only
help them politically and never consider the well-being of American people and certainly the well-being of law enforcement,
And I feel like we're still lucky that something really, really bad hasn't happened.
This is it. Okay. What you just described is the reason why I want the Insurrection Act invoked.
Now, I'm going to be really clear about this. I don't say this lightly.
I mean, anybody who's watched me through the years or certainly watched me in this iteration of my career,
I've never been flipping about calling for dramatic things, like in this case.
I'm never. But I am desperate for the Insurrection Act now because I don't know what other recourse we have.
It is completely legal to invoke it.
It's been done 30 times in American history by American presidents.
It's specifically designed by our founders to restore order when an insurrection is going on.
We've got government leaders in Minnesota who are staging this insurrection.
Todd Blanche just said that at the Justice Department.
And then you've got the street violence that's going on where now ICE is under attack.
It's too much.
I mean, Jonathan Fahey, do you agree?
I mean, is it time?
Should we invoke the insurrection act?
They can restore order here?
You're spot on with this, and I think what makes it even more sort of worthy of being invoked is we have the elected officials, the leaders in Minnesota and Minneapolis fighting the federal government.
If they were sort of working hand in hand, I could see a scenario where, hey, let's try to do something cooperatively.
But, you know, I saw Todd Lyons on Fox News, I think on Sunday saying because of all that's going on, all the obstruction in Minneapolis, they basically need twice as.
as many agents per arrest because they need agents to protect the agents. So, yeah, it's tailored
for this because you have an unlawful obstruction and it's making the enforcement of the immigration
laws impractical. So everything about it's warranted. And I think there's something important
to be vindicated here, which is federal law as a whole. The president not only has the responsibility
on federal immigration law, but there's a federalism principle that if he just lets
state, local activists or a political party essentially veto whatever federal laws they don't like,
which is what they're doing here, then you really, you know, he would be not, you know,
living up in his responsibility and not only enforce these laws, but to send the message that
local officials, activists can't just pick and choose what federal laws apply in which cities
and which state. So yeah, it's time. I think he's been patient, and I think if things don't
turn around pretty quickly, I think.
think it's going to happen.
I'm telling you, though, let me just state something really clearly.
If an ICE agent gets killed in Minneapolis and President Trump has not yet invoked the
Insurrection Act, that is going to cost the president politically.
It will have a real deep and devastating impact on our country.
And then all of this midterm conversation that we're having, there are going to be people
who are on President Trump's side who are so disheartened by that.
development that they're going to they're going to walk away from voting i'm just telling you right now
i'm just saying that as a sociological just basic political science matter if an ice agent gets
killed and we haven't even used a tool available to us to prevent it that is not going to be good
for any political ambition whatsoever and i know the reason i'm even bringing up the politics of this
jonathan fey is because i my my sense is the reason the white house hasn't invoked it is because
they're concerned about perhaps having some sort of political consequence in the midterm
You want political consequences?
Let this thing get worse without using the tools in your toolkit.
Yeah, and I think they see that.
I think President Trump, one of the things that was learned from 2020 was things got out
of hand and he let it, let it turn things over and let the states do their thing.
And we saw how Minneapolis was a total disaster.
And I also think your point is good is like if they do it now, whatever, if there is a negative political repercussion,
but then things settle down.
That's going to be gone by the midterms anyway.
And you're right.
Everything is always politics.
It's always policy.
And that's where we get our policy from with the politics.
So it is important to basically, you know, level set here and say, hey, you can protest all you want.
You can speak out all you want.
But when you get to this world of obstructing and putting people in danger and preventing the law from being enforced, we're in a different world.
And that's time for the Insurrection Act.
And I think, you know, J.D. Vance has going there today, so it'll be quite interesting to see what he discusses.
But I feel like, you know, when President Trump does this, if he does it, everyone at least will look at it with the eyes of, hey, he was patient on it.
But you're right. We can't wait for something bad to happen and then react.
We're at a point now that we know we're on the verge of something really bad happening and let's cut it off before it does happen.
I totally agree with you. So as we start today, Jonathan Faye,
We've got news developing this morning that DHS, the FBI, they've begun to make arrests of the people who invaded that church in St. Paul on Sunday.
That is wonderful news.
As of the beginning of our program this morning, that's two people that have been arrested.
But I fully anticipate it will be a lot more one by one by one.
These people who are menacing Christians as they worshipped are now being picked up.
What's your reaction to that development?
I'm very happy about it. And, you know, if you look at this, you know, this FACE Act, you know, the Biden administration, you know, would use it with the people outside of abortion clinics that were doing nothing violently, but they were still using it. So it's totally appropriate here. And one of the things that, you know, makes it, a lot of things make it even make it even worse. But you just think we've had shootings in churches during church services. So a lot of these people that were there were probably terrified. They're there with their children and just there to, to,
to worship. And if you were to take this situation and say a bunch of right wing, say the proud boys
went into a mosque or went into a black church or went into a synagogue, this would be probably
the biggest news story of the year. And everyone would be calling for them to be arrested.
And it's only because it's Christians and they happen to be white that the media is not focusing
on this. But this is very, very serious. And this is very serious. And this.
This is also another important law for the president to the administration to vindicate because people should go to church and the purpose of the law is, hey, that's something sacred.
And we don't allow people to come in and disrupt it and do all these shenanigans as they were doing.
Well, the Attorney General of the state, Keith Ellison just said earlier this week that that's kind of expected.
That's just the way our democracy works.
Like people pour into Christian churches and they men as children.
That's fine.
What would happen, Jonathan Fahey, if let's say you and I were to pour into Keith Ellison's mosque and begin screaming in the face of his imam?
What would happen in that scenario?
Yeah, everyone would be locked up.
It would be the biggest story ever.
Every Republican would be paraded on the national shows to apologize and condemn it.
We would have, you know, the standard parade of people, you know, alternating seats on meet the press to say, I condemn it.
And then the next one will condemn the person for not condemning it.
more strongly. We've all seen that game. And it's so outrageous. And did you, I don't know if you saw the
other Keith Ellison quote, but he doesn't even understand the statute. He said it was exclusively for
abortion clinics when in fact there's two prongs. There's two paragraphs. It's clear as day.
And he doesn't even understand the statute. But yeah, this idea that like it's something to be
expected in church, actually it's not. And and there is, you know, people have free speech.
but what's going on in Minnesota
has nothing to do with free speech
and has everything to do with obstruction.
And if I could as we close out
and I thought I'm so thankful that you're here.
I want to draw on your legal experience
to help people understand
how this all works.
So what ended up happening on Sunday,
these people pour into this church
and they menace these Christians,
all caught on camera.
But there are no federal agents
inside of the building as this is occurring.
That would be the circumstances
I understand it,
where an arrest could be made on the
spot where an arrest. But there's no agent there. So what we have is a pile of evidence in front of us.
So as I understand it, that was Sunday, then Monday's Martin Luther King Day, which means that a lot of
the people who would be involved in prosecuting and the court process, the magistrate, there's a lot
of people on vacation Monday. Then we get to Tuesday, right? So what ends up happening is I understand it,
you walk me through this, Jonathan. You have to basically, as a U.S. attorney, you prepare your evidence,
then you presented to a federal magistrate, and then you can make these arrests. I mean, what was the
sequence of events that led to this morning. Yeah, that's basically exactly right. They probably spent
the last few days collecting evidence, interviewing people, reviewing these videotapes, and then what
you would do at a federal agent would sign an affidavit that would say, I swear under oath that there's
probable cause for this offense and then lists the facts that support the offense they're seeking
to charge for. And then a magistrate would evaluate that evidence, the affidavit, and decide whether or not
to issue a warrant. So that's, that's what the delay is.
is an actually is probably pretty quick because if you think about it, what's today, Thursday
morning, so they probably got the judge issued the warrant yesterday afternoon, would be my guess,
and they, you know, typically will do arrests in the morning because it's safer. So they did this
pretty quickly, but my guess is that's what you said is basically spot on. And in fact, it seems
like if I've looked at other recent examples, this may actually be way faster than it normally
works for federal arrests. Because, like, for instance, there was a guy who threw.
to kill J.D. Vance last July at Disneyland. And the Justice Department was just talking about
his arrest like a week ago. Like it took that long. And in some cases, Jonathan Fay,
does it take what, weeks or months occasionally to actually get that process underway?
Yeah, it really is dependent on the type of crime because some crimes take a long time to
investigate to find out what's going on. And sometimes they're really short. Say, for example,
there's a bank robbery and you find out who the.
suspect is, that person will be arrested, taken off the street right away. The one thing that's
good about this case, meaning not good with what happened, but probably in terms of evidence-wise,
there's a finite amount of evidence. So probably to review what was available and what's out there,
isn't that hard to sort of figure out what's going on, because you have these statements.
I think a woman that made them to Don Lemon beforehand, that basically they announced what their
intention was to do, which was to obstruct the service. And so I think in many ways,
This is you never want to say simple because there could always be complications, but a fairly simple sort of set of facts.
And they seem to apply pretty clearly to this statute.
Okay, good.
All right.
Jonathan Fahey, thank you.
We're big into knowing exactly how these things are supposed to work.
And I appreciate you coloring the lines for us today.
As always, thank you and thank you for your service to our country, Jonathan.
Good to talk today, sir.
Thank you.
There he is.
Jonathan Fahey, former acting ICE director.
He's seen it all firsthand and love relying on his expert perspective.
here. Okay, so that's the latest on what's going on with the fight in Minneapolis. And again,
we'll keep our eye on arrests. I'm refreshing Pam Bondi's X account. Let's see. Anything else?
Nope, we got two. We got two to start the morning. So we'll wait for three. But let's go,
let's go, Don Lemon. Maybe Don Lemon will share it on X if he gets access to a phone or something.
Maybe he'll use his one phone call to post to X that he's been arrested. One can hope.
What else do we have for you?
We actually have so much going on.
Jack Smith is testifying on Capitol Hill today.
That's great.
Jack Smith being hauled in to testify.
Let's get that guy under oath.
Let's cross-examine him about all of his election rigging operations.
Additionally, this week, yesterday, we got an interesting fun development.
The Clintons, both Bill and Hillary, have now been by the Overset Committee at the very least.
they have voted to hold them in contempt of Congress.
In contempt of Congress, that would be a criminal violation of the law, to be clear.
And now that vote goes to the entire Congress and hopefully off to the Justice Department for prosecution.
One step at a time, ladies and gentlemen.
But here's what we got yesterday.
This is Congressman James Comer with the Oversight Committee right after the vote to hold both Bill and Hillary Clinton in
Contempt, cut five. Here's James Comer.
All right. Well, thank you for being here. Today was a big day for accountability.
I'm very proud of the work the Oversight Committee has done thus far on the EPSCine investigation.
I'm very happy that we had a bipartisan vote today to hold the Clintons in contempt of Congress.
And this shows that no one's above the law.
And I'm just real proud of the committee and look forward to hopefully getting the Epstein documents in very quickly.
and trying to get answers to the American people.
With that, I'll be happy to answer any questions.
Yeah, so this is a big step.
He says, historic moment.
They're holding both of these guys in contempt.
The left's been bitching about it.
You can't do this to a former president?
Yeah, thanks.
Yeah, exactly.
You can't.
Oh, you, I'm sorry, what?
You can't make a criminal referral for a former president?
What did you do to Donald Trump the entire time he was out of office after his first term?
Spare us your whining.
The Clinton's held in contempt by the oversight.
committee you heard um james comers say this is related to the jeffrey epstein investigation that makes
sense because few people were as close and as friendly and intimate with jeffrey epstein as
bill clinton uh comer said this week that the clinton's had offered him some measly conversation
with bill they said okay here's what's going to happen you can come to new york and you can
meet with only bill not hill only bill but you can't transcribe anything and it's not going to be under
oath. So you want to do that instead? Comer said, no, screw you. We're going to actually hold you in
contempt because you're supposed to appear before Congress. We sent you lawful subpoenas. You gave us the
double-barrel middle fingers. So now what you get, you get contempt proceedings. So congratulations
to the Clintons. That's great. That's wonderful. Yeah. So Paul 1,253 says,
come on, Vince, you know the Clintons are above the law. That's their white supremacy. Yes,
they're white supremacists.
Thank you.
Yeah, one more thing, one more things to act against them.
All right.
And then, you know, guys, I have so many stories I could pick from today, and I don't even
know which one to do.
So let me, let me do the, you want to do the Save Act?
Chat, you want to talk about the Save Act?
Give me a vote on this.
Do we want to talk about elections have consequences, Virginia is turning into a hellhole
because Democrats are in charge?
Or do we want to talk about the Save Act and how?
how to secure America's elections.
Give me an answer on this chat.
Kitty says yes.
We should do that.
Sure, go for it, says Scar,
who's just kind of laxadaisically involved
in today's program.
Yeah, I guess so.
Whatever.
The Save Act.
Okay, all right, there we go.
Zes-like, is it Zes-like?
Says Save Act with multiple exclamation points.
Okay, good.
All right, we'll do Save Act.
All right, here's what's up.
You know, right now,
to vote on an American election,
you're supposed to be an American citizen.
That's actually, I believe they were referred to that as the law and the constitution of the United States.
In order to vote in our elections, you've got to be an American citizen.
Okay.
And the crazy thing is there is no requirement to certify that somebody's a citizen when they register to vote.
None.
There's no requirement for it.
And so the states, many states, don't even bother to check if you're actually an American citizen when you're.
you register to vote. Now the precondition to voting is being an American citizen. So do the math on that,
would you? That is obviously ripe for grotesque fraud in a world where the left has imported people
by the tens of millions into our country who shouldn't be here, many of whom have registered to vote
via the driver's license, motor voter operations, anything. We need to clean up our election system.
President Trump's been trying to do it in the form of the census. He wants to just verify who's
who's a citizen and who's not so that we can apportion representation in the house and in the
electoral college appropriately and legally.
The left continues to try and cover that up entirely because they love rigging elections
and they're using human bodies to do it by importing illegal aliens.
And then when it comes to voting, you've got to be an American citizen.
So the United States House of Representatives has now passed two times a piece of legislation
called the SAVE Act, which would require that when registering people to vote that says,
States get documentary proof that the new voter is an American citizen. It's very straightforward.
These are very straightforward things. You know, this is, you know, you ever tried to buy a house?
Forget buying a house. Have you ever tried to rent a house? Do you have much documentary proof you
need to bring with you in order to demonstrate that you're actually going to be able to pay your bills?
The whole thing is like, it's like a colonoscopy. But to register to vote, you have no proof whatsoever.
Come on. So prove that you're an American.
citizen so this thing has passed the house twice but it hasn't passed the senate it has not passed the
senate now why is that now senate republicans in so far as they'll talk about this at all they'll tell you
well there's a 60 vote threshold for the filibuster and democrats keep filibustering it so we can't get it
across the finish line sorry about that it's just that that pesky old filibuster and then some
republicans they'll even dance away from it they'll say things like you know i don't think that the
federal government should really be involved in telling people how their election system should
operate. Let's just leave that up to the states. The feds should not be involved at all,
they will say. In fact, that is precisely the argument that Chuck Grassley just made.
Chuck Grassley just made this argument in a constituent services letter when somebody wrote in
asking about whether or not he would support the Save Act. And Scott Pressler shared this
earlier this week. Check out this letter. It's a letter from Chuck Grassley back to this constituent.
And in it, it says, thank you for taking the time to contact me with your concerns regarding
election integrity. As your senator, it is important to me that I hear from you. This was sent
two days ago, January 20th. This was dated. And in the letter, it says, I do not believe that Iowa
and other states need politicians in Washington, D.C., dictating and controlling how states run their
elections. First of all, if you go to the election clause of the Constitution, it says outright that
the states are the ones who set up the election system, but that Congress may intervene in order to
establish what the rules are. Well, here's a rule. Verify that the voters are citizens. That's a good
rule. So it's entirely constitutional. So dancing away from this as if it's somehow extra
constitutional or not appropriate, that's insane. And so why
does Chuck Grassley send a letter like this? This letter goes out and instantly everybody's concluding
that, hold up, Chuck Grassley is saying he opposes the SAVE Act? I'm sorry, what? That's crazy to me.
Why are you opposing the SAVE Act? Then we get this update. Chuck Grassley posts to his ex account
yesterday the following after he got all the incoming from you and me. He writes this,
Don't believe everything you read on the internet.
I'm not opposed to the SAVE Act.
In fact, I have been fighting alongside Iowa Secretary of State.
Is it P-T-E or P-A-T-E?
Secretary of State, P-A-T-E,
to hold Biden admin accountable for their hiding immigration,
citizenship voter data in 2024 election.
Elections must be secure with only citizens voting.
Now, I want you to stare at that post for a moment if you're watching on video.
He says, I'm not opposed to SAV Act.
What does that mean?
I'm not opposed.
I didn't ask if you were not opposed.
I asked, are you for it?
Are you for it?
Being not opposed is not enough.
What are you dithering on the question of whether or not only citizens should register to vote?
How about say, yes, I'm enthusiastically for the SAVE Act,
and I'm going to move heaven and earth to get it passed because our elections truly matter.
and I want to be on the front lines of defending them.
How hard is this?
Why do we need this kind of Washington ease?
I'm not opposed.
Well, then what are you exactly?
And this whole thing about the filibuster that I just referenced,
60 votes, 60 votes is what we need.
Sorry, we don't have enough.
Even that is a lie.
For those of you who have been with me for a while,
you know that we had Rachel Beauvoir,
a Senate expert, come on this program,
and she explained really clearly,
we don't even need a rule change in the Senate.
You know that, right?
We don't even need a rule change in the Senate right now.
Yes, the silent filibuster is an impediment to saving our country at the moment,
but it's not completely in the way.
If 51 senators showed up to the floor of the United States Senate today,
they could pass anything they wanted.
You heard me correctly.
If 51 human bodies showed up and all voted in the same direction
on the floor of the Senate right now,
nothing would stop them.
Do Democrats have things that they could try and use as barriers?
Yeah, they have the speaking filibuster
that they could try to employ,
and then they would talk until their bodies give out.
But at that moment, that's when 51 Republican senators
could actually pass the SAVE Act.
The silent filibuster doesn't get in the way of that.
We just need people to actually do their jobs.
Chip Roy, who is the sponsor,
of the SAVE Act.
God bless him for it, Texas Congressman Chip Roy.
He explained that this week to the blaze.
Watch this. Cut six.
Here's Chip Roy saying, just get them into the Senate.
Look.
You alluded to it, the SAVE Act.
You've heard the president say, we must get a signed into law.
You've heard Elon Musk championing the SAVE Act.
You've heard virtually every Republican talking about the SAVE Act.
I drafted that bill in the middle of the president's election in 24 because I was worried about what we needed to do.
We passed it out of the House.
Chuck Schumer jammed it up, and we need to move it through the Senate.
And we can do that.
Mike Lee has been very good going out and talking about this issue.
I've leaned into this issue.
We can force the Senate to have to talk if they want to shut the Senate down.
In other words, right now, they say, oh, the threshold's 60.
That's not true.
If you have 51 people on the floor of the Senate doing their job, they can demand a vote on any measure.
If people want a filibuster, they can.
but they'll have to stand up and talk and keep talking.
You have to force a talking filibuster.
The only thing between us and passing any measure at 51 votes in the Senate is the will to do it and having the 51 votes.
That's it.
That's all it takes.
Guys, all it takes is senators doing their jobs.
How difficult is this?
You've got to show up to work every day.
How about these senators show up to the well of the Senate and actually vote to save our country?
It is literally as simple as that, which is why I am calling for a Senate sit-in.
I posted about this yesterday on X, and I think people were under the impression that I meant
that American citizens need to sit inside of the Senate.
And that might be a perfectly good protest move.
But here's what I'm actually referencing.
It's time for United States senators who believe in saving our country to begin putting
their asses in their seats inside of that room until they,
reach the 51 they need to pass the SAVE Act.
Senators like Mike Lee have been heroic in trying to push the SAVE Act.
You want to take that heroism to the next level?
Begin the Senate sit in.
Begin sitting in the seats that American taxpayers have paid for for you
until we get enough people into that room to pass the most common sense election
integrity law, even conceivable.
American citizens only when you register.
to vote. That's it. It's time for senators to do their jobs. It's time for them to stop hiding behind
these ridiculous excuses. It's time for them to actually step up because we have a country to save.
It shouldn't just be us from the outside saying that. It should be you from the inside saying that.
Do it. Do it. Chip Roy is right. Rachel Bovart is right. This is essential. It has to happen.
and President Trump, if you don't mind, would you join us in this push?
When you get a chance, when you get back to America, I look forward to the truth social post.
