Dan Bongino.
Welcome to the Bongino Brief.
I'm Dan Bongino.
We cannot compromise anymore on the growing FBI problem in the United States.
It is a problem.
We can give all the perfunctory, yeah, but there are good people there.
Yeah, of course, there's good people anywhere.
There are going to be good people in even the most broken organization.
That goes without saying.
It's tautological.
Put that aside.
We can take care of the people who understand their job.
We can stick them in other agencies, DEA, Secret Service, IRS, whatever it may be.
There are a number of different 1811 outfits.
The FBI, as it's currently constituted as a total train wreck absolutely needs to be disbanded. We can take the money
so there's no arguments about like Democrat arguments. Democrats want to defund the police.
That's not a Republican argument. That's their thing because they hate you and they love street
crime. No, we're not going to do that. We'll take their mission and we'll take the agents who are
not investigating actual terrorism cases, keeping the streets safe, bank robberies and other stuff. We'll put them in other agencies where that's going to get done.
We can't tolerate any more of this. We just can't. Here is some ring doorbell video. There's a pro
life activist out there. Her name is Elise Ketch. Forgive me if I'm saying your name wrong.
Ketch spelled like the beginning of ketchup. Elise Ketch. And the FBI shows up at what they
believe to be Elise Ketch's house. What they're doing at at least catches house.
Your guess is as good as mine,
probably doing what they were doing at other people's houses to politically
targeting pro-lifers who are opponents of the Biden administration because
there's no good reason for them to be there.
Now it's weird because the FBI shows up.
Lady says later on,
Hey,
you can't take pictures of our badges.
Apparently not realizing situational awareness that the ring doorbell is right in front of her.
It's happening again.
What the hell is the FBI doing knocking on the door of what they believe to be a pro-lifers house?
Just to be clear, I say believe because it's the mom's house.
She doesn't live there anymore.
This doesn't look to you and stink like more political targeting.
And you're not paying attention. Take a hi we're looking for elise i'm sorry she's not here can i ask what
this is yeah sure um my name is ashley roberts and this is kathleen brown we're both with the fbi
okay we just need to speak with her regarding some information that was sent in to us? Okay. Well, she doesn't live here.
Okay.
So, I mean, she's my daughter, but this isn't her residence currently.
Okay.
Do you mind giving us her residence or her phone number by chance?
Yeah.
Hold on just a second.
Sure.
She's not in any trouble.
We just have information that we need to ask her about.
Okay.
Here.
Do you mind if I take a picture of your badges?
Unfortunately, we're not allowed to have anyone
take our pictures.
Can I see it again, please?
Sure.
I don't know how to tell if you guys are a fake server.
Yeah.
Well, you can always call our office, too,
and they can verify our employment,
because it is weird.
Not every day you get a knock on the door from the FBI.
No.
So I love this.
Listen, I've got some advice for you I never thought I'd
give as a former GS-1811 federal
agent myself, but I'm going to give it to you.
Unless they have a warrant,
you have no obligation to talk to these people at all.
Now listen,
to the good agents of the FBI who, again,
they're out there. I know it's
tautological and almost unnecessary to repeat.
But to you out there, I want you to know
I'll always have your back.
Always have your back.
Because it is a tough job.
And the fact is, you're going to wind up going out there now
and you're going to wind up investigating a bank robbery
and no one's going to want to talk to you ever
because nobody trusts you.
I'm sorry that happened,
but that happened because of colleagues of yours.
They may not be friends of yours.
Matter of fact, you probably can't stand
what they did to the FBI, but that's just a fact.
What the hell is the FBI doing, on a mom's door asking, oh, she's not in any trouble.
Folks say nothing. You owe them nothing. Uh, your only answer in this scenario,
your only answer. And there's no, I mean, I, again, I don't need to say this, but there's
no reason to be disrespectful or anything. It's just going to further escalate a situation and you don't want that. They have guns and you don't want that,
badges, okay? It can get ugly fast. Say, appreciate. Thank you. Is there a warrant here?
I'm not answering any questions. I'm going to seek an attorney. Oh, no, no, they're not in
any trouble. Thank you. Don't even answer that. Don't ask any questions.
Don't ask any questions. Don't call anyone. Don't do anything because then they're watching who
you're calling and they're going to get your phone records to see who you called.
Do not answer any questions. If they have a warrant, yes, comply. Don't get in any fights.
Don't escalate the situation. I'm giving you advice as a guy who
was on the other side of this, who has knocked on many a door and said, Special Agent Bongino,
Secret Service, can you talk? Do not talk to these people. You cannot trust them. It pains me to say
that. You cannot trust them. It stinks what they've done to America, the school boards, the unnecessary
domestic terrorism cases that they claim are domestic terrorism when they're not for a
political agenda, the targeting of pro-lifers. I don't care what they tell you. You're not in
trouble is not a reason to talk to them. And I love the whole routine here. I'm sorry,
you're not allowed to take our pictures or whatever.
Really?
You're absolutely allowed to take their pictures.
You're on my property with no warrant.
I am 100%.
I have never in my life heard of a government regulation
that you're not allowed to photograph federal agents.
You don't have to be rude about it.
I've never heard of this in my entire life.
And she's not even smart enough to realize
she's been standing in front of a freaking ring camera. I mean, really? All she had to say was,
well, we're in front of your ring camera. You have video, but if you'd like to take a picture,
sure. Now, photograph of IDs, that's different. There may be some FBI regulation about that
to prevent the counterfeiting of IDs.
Kind of stupid. You can just go online and see what they look like anyway.
But fair enough. I want to get both sides of it.
But you are absolutely entitled to take a picture of what's going on on your property.
Folks, do not answer any questions. I am sorry we are at this point. I am deeply apologetic that we have reached this point where you can't trust GS 1811 federal investigators to do the right thing at your door, but you can't.
Get yourself an attorney.
Have the attorney make contact.
If there legitimately isn't a problem and it's some administrative thing, the attorney who does this for a living and better understands criminal law and how to defend your rights will tell you, hey, give them this, this, and this.
Now, you may be forced to identify yourself in certain situations.
You may be obligated to do that.
But you are under zero.
And I mean, here we go.
Where's my wrist thing?
Here it is.
Here we go.
I need a little.
The alpha three wrist gripper, zero.
You are under zero obligation whatsoever to answer any questions.
You're not in any trouble.
What kind of trouble would I be?
Do not say anything.
This is not a coincidence.
The FBI has run out on the coincidence meter.
This is not a coincidence.
Pro-lifers, parents, January 6th people who just attended the rally,
conservatives, Supreme Court justices, disinformation campaigns,
First Amendment violations.
You cannot trust the FBI.
Whip out the badge from the FBI.
Thank you.
What's your name?
My ID.
Where are you going?
Thank you.
Wait, what?
You're not in any trouble.
Thank you.
We'd like to talk to you.
I'm going to contact my attorney.
Thank you.
Have a nice day.
That's it.
Listen to me, brothers and sisters out there.
I was on the other side of this.
People are not your friends.
Don't think they're your friends.
I don't care how.
She says, it's not often the FBI comes knocking on your door.
Yeah, unfortunately, it is these days often, especially if you're a conservative.
Cannot trust these people.
Say nothing.
More in a minute, but first.
My folks, central banks are dumping the US
dollar. Why? Because of inflation, deficit spending, and our insurmountable national debt.
That's bad news for the dollar, bad news for your savings. But the fact remains there's one asset
that's withstood famine, wars, and economic upheaval dating back to biblical times, gold.
I buy gold. I bought it often from Birch Gold Group, B-I-R-C-H. You can own gold in a tax
sheltered retirement account with the help of Birch Gold. They'll help you convert an existing
IRA or 401k, maybe from a previous employer into an IRA in gold. And the best part, you don't pay
a penny out of pocket. Text Dan, my first name, to 98989 and claim your free information kit on
gold. Think about this. When the banks faltered, the stock market faltered in gold, what did it do?
It surged. Protect your savings today with gold. Don't wait. Birch has an A-plus rating with the
Better Business Bureau and thousands of happy customers, me included. Text DAN to 989898. Get
your free information kit on gold. Again, text DAN to 989898. Past performance is not a guarantee
of future results. Message and data rates apply. Thanks, Birch Gold.
Folks, there's a pretty damning piece by Margo Cleveland up in the Federalist.
This is why we can't trust these people.
You should read it.
It talks about the most damning finding
in the Durham report,
and she is absolutely correct.
She is a fantastic, skilled writer
and a good and decent person
and an attorney who knows the law
better than anyone.
She points out what I told you the other day.
She just says it more eloquently than I did.
The most damning indictment of the FBI in the Durham report
is that Durham's saying what I just told you.
It doesn't matter if the FBI creates new rules, folks.
They didn't even respond to the old rules.
So, Joe, just to be clear, we need an FBI rule to say
don't target pro-lifers for their political beliefs.
If you need a freaking rule for that, I'm really sorry.
Your organization is broken and has gone to hell in a handbasket.
Durham couldn't be any more clear about this.
The answer is not new rules.
more clear about this. The answer is not new rules. If you needed a rule to go,
hey, do you think we should target Donald Trump because Hillary paid a guy to make up fake information about a Russian peepee tape? Hold on. Let me think this one through. Is there a rule on
that? Then you're a freaking moron. You do not belong in the FBI. You don't even belong in the IBF. What's the IBF?
I don't freaking know, but you don't belong there.
You need a rule for this?
Margo Cleveland cites the Durham report.
Here's what it comes down to, folks.
Bingo, John Durham, whatever you think of the guy.
Guy took forever.
I get it.
Not a huge fan of what he did, but I'll take what I can get.
Durham says it comes down to the integrity of the people. That's it. You don't need to read anymore. You can read the
whole piece if you'd like. So if it comes down to the integrity of the people and the fact that
very few people of integrity are residing at the top levels of the FBI and that's filtering down
to the agents, then I ask you because we do freaking logic here.
If it comes down to the integrity of the people,
then what's the solution to an integrity problem?
Anyone?
Any member of the show care to opine on this?
Dig, dig.
Guy Cohen wins the day.
Maybe the solution is new people.
Like we've been saying for the last freaking six years talking about this story or five whatever they gotta go everyone christopher
ray the ads the dads the dada da's the, everyone. Anyone who you think is even remotely politically inclined
over commitment to country first in the Constitution,
bye now.
You know, I'm not into personal stories, okay?
Because I don't want to waste your time.
Give me two minutes on this.
I'll tell you what I mean by institutional failures here.
When I was in the Secret Service and we went to training, they used to teach us, when I went,
I remember hearing it, that when there's a rally for the president or against him, say there's a
we hate George W. Bush rally, whatever, that we were told to put up protest zones,
areas where they can protest.
We just did it because that's how they trained us.
We weren't trying to violate the Constitution.
It was an institutional problem from people at the top who didn't think this thing through.
I don't think they were malicious.
I think they were just not that smart at the time.
I'm serious.
This went on forever.
Folks, this was trained forever until what happened? A protester asked a pretty common sense question. Wait, just because I have a sign,
that person can go over there, but I can't, I have to stay in the protest zone.
That sounds like a first amendment violation, which it was. And then the next day, an edict came out.
No more protest zones.
I give you that example because that was a rule.
And the people I worked with in the Secret Service and management at the top of that were really good.
And they were like, no more.
We're not doing, I don't care who it is.
There will be no more protest zones.
Where the public can go, the protesters can go.
If the public can't go backstage, which they can't, where the president is, protesters can't either. If a protester wants
to go into an event, if they don't disrupt it, they're allowed to go in. You see now why my
example about how new rules aren't going to make a difference matters? What if the agents at the
top went, ah, F that. We're just going to do protest zones anyway.
What's the solution?
More lawsuits?
They're clearly not changing anything.
The solution is new people.
Time for a change, folks.
I take that back.
Rewind that tape.
It is five years past the time for a change.
Everybody needs to go.
What a disgrace this is. Again, expect no apologies from the tyrants
involved in this Durham report, the targeting of Donald Trump, the weaponization of government,
the spying on American citizens. Expect no apologies because the people doing it,
the scumbags of the world, the Adam Schiff's, the Eric Swalwell's and these other absolute
tyrants are doing exactly what the left wanted them to do.
Why would they apologize? I'll show you a video coming up in a second of exactly what I mean,
coming from human garbage pile, Adam Schiff, one of the worst human beings on planet earth,
who has done nearly irreparable damage to the United States by his corruption.
I told you the other day, expect no apologies from this human pile of slime.
Adam Schiff, a guy who lied to you for years,
abused the FBI, the DOJ, his own powers
to make up a fake story about Trump.
Here he is, shockingly doing media rounds again
with the a-hole media left who just loves this stuff.
Apologies, they want more of this here's adam schiff here saying um you know that john dorm keep in mind adam schiff's the one
who got exposed he blames john dorm for it check this out the uh durham investigation ended up
where there was plenty of reason to believe it was going to end up with a new report about nothing.
That's exactly right. As you pointed out, this is an investigation that started in a flawed manner.
It was conducted in a flawed manner, and its conclusion is a flawed conclusion.
It began in a flawed way because this was the result of donald trump badgering bill barr to investigate
the investigators so it was brought really with no predicate except this is what donald trump was
demanding and this is what bill barr wanted to have undertaken folks this is our generation's
fight i just saw somebody in the chat uh in the chat say uh you know dan you seems like you're
touching a hot stove over and over again i am am, folks. Why do I do this?
Why do I keep bringing this stuff up?
There's certainly not a paucity of content.
I mean, look, we've got two pages full of stuff today.
You need to be reminded every single day, every day we can,
that the fight now is good and evil.
It's not conservative versus Democrat.
It's not conservative, liberal, Republican, Democrat,
communist versus libertarian. That's not what's going, Republican, Democrat, communist versus libertarian.
That's not what's going on here. It may manifest itself this way. But ladies and gentlemen,
this is a Manichaean good versus evil fight. The people you're fighting against like Adam Schiff,
I'm telling you these people would physically hurt you if they could.
I wrote that in my book, that exact line. These are the kind of people throughout human history,
the evidence is crystal clear, they would hurt you if they could.
They want your rights taken away.
Your big R God-given rights.
Your right to spend your money.
Your right to pray.
Your right to speak in public.
They have attacked every one of these.
Your right to assemble.
Your right to your own body sovereignty. They have attacked every one of these. Your right to assemble, your right to your
own body sovereignty. They would physically hurt you. If it came out tomorrow that this vaccine
was killing 10% of Americans, it's not, but say it was. I don't know the exact data on what's
going to happen longitudinally. They would still defend it if they think it would help them get elected. Absolutely.
Think about this.
This guy just got busted in the biggest political scandal of all time.
And what is he doing?
He's attacking the messenger on a major cable news channel as they celebrate this life loser.
You know, even Charles Cook, who's a, I mean, a pretty down the center Republican guy, certainly,
certainly not known for hysterics.
He wrote an interesting piece.
I put up at my Bongino dot com slash newsletter in the newsletter today.
Check it out.
Subscribe.
I haven't told you about that in a while.
The newsletter has the best pieces of the day in it.
It's free, of course.
And we don't spam your inbox.
How can anyone take these people seriously again?
It's a great piece by Cook,
Rachel Maddow, all the peepee tape hoaxers. How can anyone take them seriously again?
The point is they don't care if you take them seriously or not. They were in on the scam.
They don't give a damn what you think about them. They don't care. Tyrants care about hierarchy.
They don't care if you point out their hypocrisy. It doesn't matter. Never forget the example I told you. The Cuban socialists,
when they killed all those people and they put them up against the wall, La Pared, you can look
it up. I mean, Spanish isn't very good. Sorry about the accent, but look it up. La Pared, P-A-R-E-D,
Cuba. You can read the stories. You think they cared that they looked hypocritical,
feeding themselves like fat slobs with food
while they're starving the rest of the population
under socialist rules and killing anyone?
Oh, my gosh.
Killing anyone who spoke out.
That makes us look hypocritical.
They don't care, man.
Either does Adam Schiff.
He doesn't give a damn.
And either does the media.
You believe this article, athan weissman you want to sit here in disbelief with your head in your hands the new york times which is never a
serious newspaper they covered up in the uh decades ago with duranty covered up a massive
crimes by the soviet union the The New York Times is complicit,
the newspaper,
in one of humanity's greatest crimes,
the starvation of Ukraine by the Soviet Union.
The New York Times was complicit in that.
They are also complicit now in the biggest political scandal of our time.
The Durham Report offered few conclusions.
The right drew its own.
This is the conservatives' pounce, Republicans' pounce own. This is the conservatives pounce,
Republicans pounce article. This is stunning, this headline.
It's not just stunning because the audacity of the Durham report, which exposed the FBI
hiding exculpatory evidence, opening up cases with no evidence. I mean, damning conclusions,
even for a moron like Jonathan Weissman at the New York Times.
I mean, a total life loser and a complete a-hole for putting his name on this thing, obviously.
An embarrassment, again, to his family, his kids, and his neighbors, right?
He's proud of this piece. He's doing his job. He's cleaning up for basically socialist tyrants who will do anything to aggregate power where the fang's dripping, dripping with the freedom blood of others.
