Good Tuesday morning to you here live on rumble.com slash Vince. Of course, we're not actually live because that would be kind of tough for me to do that.
Starting point is 00:02:06 But being live in two places at one time, more on that in a little bit. But we appreciate everybody here. Thank you to the entire Silverlock crew for this opportunity. And to the Vince Brigade, I think I saw Queen Anita calling them the Invincibles. I love that. I think that's great. We call my crew the ungovernables over on LFA TV. So the Vince Brigade, the Invincibles, the Bongino Army.
Starting point is 00:02:28 I know there's a few McGoverns that are floating around in the chat. We love you guys. I've met some of you guys in public at some of these events from time to time. And I'm really super excited to be here with you on a Tuesday morning. You know, the deep state has fought back. And I saw a lot of people yesterday. And, you know, I will admit when I got the news that James Comey's case was dismissed and Leticia James's case. You know, I call a Sasquatch, right?
Starting point is 00:02:53 Look at her. I call a Sasquot. She has a disease. It's called At You for you? You ever see that? When I looking at you, one I looking for you. It's a very interesting thing. But, I don't know, I watch this show Expedition Bigfoot.
Starting point is 00:03:07 They can never find Bigfoot. And I'm saying, you know, Attorney General in New York. She's not that hard to find. Really? Not that hard to find. And other pictures of her are blurry. So, I don't know. Maybe Tim Burchard.
Starting point is 00:03:16 I made a joke about that in front of Tim Burchard. He thought that was hilarious. But Letitia James, mortgage fraud. James Comey lying to Congress and we all know he lied but they dismissed the case on a technicality and this is kind of what I was saying earlier in the year you know and Department of Justice the FBI was like where's the arrests why are nobody why is nobody being arrested and I'm not saying that the Comey indictment was rushed because they had to get that in to avoid missing out on the statute of limitations having the statute of limitations expire but one of the things that I've been saying
Starting point is 00:03:49 one of the things that I think most people just don't want to hear because we're impatient, we're in the microwave steak generation of things, right? It's, uh, you know, we need it now. And if we don't get it now, it's a failure. And that's a, it's a huge problem. So, um, one of the things I said with these indictments and the, the lack of arrest was that these cases need to be airtight. They have to be airtight in order for these, in order for these cases to stick because you're not just going up against, let's say a corrupt, uh, defense, right? James Comey, Letitia James, which are also going up against the actual swamp.
Starting point is 00:04:25 Look at these judges, right? Not just the ones that are saying, well, Alligator Alcatraz has to close or Donald Trump isn't allowed to deport people or they're suing them over tariffs, right? Not just that, but they're going to try to cover for the people who are going to be, you know, essentially prosecuted, James Comey, for the egregious conduct that they had when they occupied their positions, right? So it's not just about, it's not just about the, uh, the indictments being airtight for the sake of putting these, these defendants, James Comey and these deep state actors away.
Starting point is 00:05:00 It's not just that. It's, it's really about not giving these activist judges and the swamp where, whether it's in, you know, in Virginia, in D.C., in New York. It's, it's, it's more or less about, um, making sure that there's no, chinks in the armor that there's no holes to exploit so that they can let these people off. And that's unfortunately what happened in the in the Comey case and the Latisha James case. They say that Lindsay Halligan was improperly
Starting point is 00:05:31 appointed, which if you remember, that's one of the ways that they got rid of Jack Smith's indictment in Florida. Judge Eileen Cannon did the same thing. And if you remember, it was the left who flipped out. They absolutely flipped out over the fact that they they dismissed that what the Donald Trump called it the boxes hoax they dismissed the the indictment in that Florida district down where Donald Trump was indicted for having classified documents in the bathroom of Mara Lago or wherever the heck he was keeping it so you know they they flipped out over the fact that they
Starting point is 00:06:07 said that the prosecutor jack smith was unlawfully appointed and now they got the same ruling essentially in their favor regarding Lindsay Halligan. But here's the cool thing, right? The case was dismissed without prejudice, according to Harmeet Dillon and according to the ruling, which means it can be refiled. Now, there's been the debate, you know, the statute of limitations, where are they going to go with all of this? Are they going to be able to bring the case against Comey if the statute of limitations is up? There's a case that you may not be able to do it. But refiling under 18, U.S. Code Section 3288, which is the Saving Statute, there is a federal law that allows a new indictment after a previous one is dismissed, even if the statute of limitations period has
Starting point is 00:06:53 expired, if done within certain time windows. So after a dismissal, post-limitations, a new indictment must be returned within six months. So they've got six months now to get a prosecutor lawfully appointed. And this is why we have been making a big stink with John Thune and the Senate. People screaming, what, the cabinet's already. appointed. You already got, you know, an attorney general. You already have, you know, a secretary of state, a transportation secretary, Sean Duffy doing a tremendous job, by the way. You already have an EPA administrator. You already have Tulsi Gabbard in her position, an RFK in his position, John Ratcliffe. What do you need? There's no more confirmations. Well, that's not true.
Starting point is 00:07:35 These U.S. attorneys like Lindsay Halligan need to be confirmed by the Senate. Again, same rationale that allowed the Jack Smith indictment down in Florida to get tossed, he was not confirmed by the Senate as a prosecutor to go after Donald Trump. He was listed as a special prosecutor brought in that way. Eileen Cannon said unlawfully appointed, he's out. So you need to get these people confirmed. We ran into this problem when Ed Martin was running. He's now the pardon attorney. He's doing a phenomenal job in his position, by the way. But when he was running or was nominated, he wasn't running it's not an election but he was nominated to be uh the u.s attorney out of washington dc and they it was tom tillis i believe he came out and you know started warming up
Starting point is 00:08:20 to sing right me me me me me i don't like the way he he talked about january 6th i don't like the way he referred to people on january i don't like this i don't like that i said okay well it's not about you did you ask your constituents in uh did you ask your constituents in north Carolina. Did you ask your constituents in any of the congressional districts, right, across the state what they felt? I don't think he did. It was all about Tom Tillis. So they canned the appointment of or the nomination of Ed Martin, right? And he was replaced by Judge Janine Piero, who's also doing very well. She was confirmed. The point is when we look at the process, right, and it's very important to be dialed into what, you know, the inner workings of the,
Starting point is 00:09:07 swamp and how this process works is very important to understand these u.s attorneys just like we had with judges at the end of the biden administration and these confirmations are so crucial to the smooth operation of this administration or you wouldn't have had this case dismissed this comie case would never have been dismissed had lindsay halligan already been confirmed by the senate so now they have a chance they've got six months to actually get her confirmed if i was john thune i'm on the phone with President Trump this morning saying, hey, she's getting confirmed tomorrow. Let's see what happens after that, right? But that's where we stand with this Comey and Letitia James case.
Starting point is 00:09:47 And nobody wants justice for these bad actors more than I do, right? And there's going to be people flipping out. No, I want justice more than you want justice. You're the one saying be patient. Well, the reason I say be patient is, again, you need these cases to be airtight. If they're not airtight, if there are holes, you don't think the swan is going to exploit them. I'm a huge sports fan, right?
Starting point is 00:10:10 So, like, I love baseball. Baseball is one of my favorite sports. And you see there used to be the overshift, right? So they could take the entire, they could take the entire infield, essentially, like third base and put him at second. You leave a gaping hole right where third base and shortstop is.
Starting point is 00:10:26 So if you're a right-handed hitter, off to your left, there's a wide-open, sorry, left-handed hitter, off to your left, if you're a left-handed hitter, there's a wide open hole in the infield and I know a lot of people say well they're playing them the pull you know this is a pull hitter but why not drop a bunt down the third base line
Starting point is 00:10:43 to make it over to first exploit the holes that's what the swamp is going to do I'm unfortunately a New York Jets fan it's a very tough life and as a matter of fact one of the one of the worst things about being a New York Jets fan is when I tell that to people I have to already have in the back of my head
Starting point is 00:11:01 to respond with whatever they're going to say because they're going to you know they're going to feel bad for me I promise it's not that bad, it's only football, like it's okay. But as a New York Jets fan having to deal with Bill Belichick for so long in our division, he was one of these guys in the New England Patriots, one of these teams where if you left any opening for them to exploit, they were going to exploit it, right? And so that's the point with these cases, with the Comey case, with the Letitia James case, and with any of these cases that we want to see, any of these high profile prosecutions that
Starting point is 00:11:35 We want to see. These cases have to have every T crossed, every eye dotted, or else you're going to see, it's not even to get the trial. And that's what we want. We want these cases to go to trial. Look, I can't guarantee that you're going to get a conviction. If it was up to me, we would already convict them, right? I would say, get out of here with your motions to dismiss. You lied to Congress. Letitia James. You said you lived in two places at once. You can't do that, by the way, in New York. In New York, according to the state constitution, if you hold state office, you can't declare your primary residence out of state. That's the problem. She was saying she lived in Virginia and yet was serving as the attorney general in New York.
Starting point is 00:12:19 The other thing that I found weird about Letitia James, too, was this whole thing about the spouse? How do you, you know, mortgage fraud, right? So the term fraud would imply that you intentionally deceived. the person on the other side of that application, right? And so people say, well, there's a difference between fraud and a mistake. How does one make the mistake? I'm just asking questions, right? That's my favorite.
Starting point is 00:12:48 You can't get in trouble for just asking questions. Apparently, you can ask any question in the world, and you can't get in trouble as long as you ask the question. If your statement ends with a question mark, you can't get in trouble. Those aren't not my rules. Those are rules that some other people are playing with. By the way, you're just playing the game. That's not true.
Starting point is 00:13:04 so don't do that but in this case i am just asking a question how does one quote unquote make an honest mistake by listing their father as their spouse i don't i don't know how that's an honest like sometimes they're both called daddy and so that's my wife and she gets me in trouble all the time and you know it's because of responses like that that's good no it's funny stuff now how does what here's the problem with the with the letisha james uh mortgage fraud application where where her father is listed as her husband letitia james is not married i think we can all kind of tell why you know i'm just going to say very ugly person right inside and out she's a nasty person think about it she's a very nasty person saskatch but not married at all
Starting point is 00:14:03 So there shouldn't be anybody listed in the spouse area of the mortgage application. Yet her father was, right? And of course we find out that doing that, not necessarily listing your father, but putting that gets her a chance at a better rate. It's ironic, too, that these were the same cases that she brought her the same kind of thing. Donald Trump lied on loan applications to get a better interest rate. And meanwhile, this is what it appears that she was doing. these cases were not tossed on the merits or lack thereof of the cases too very important to realize that they were tossed on us on a and by the way i believe temporarily tossed they were
Starting point is 00:14:48 tossed on um on a technicality right that lindsay halligan was was not a an appropriately or legally appointed prosecutor that's how that's how this case was tossed so i I believe we're going to see more developments in this case in the positive. As a matter of fact, attorney general Pam Bondi yesterday, who I will say I'm not the biggest fan of. But there are, you know, I have other people in my ear. They say, you know, give her some time. She's kind of a little bit of time.
Starting point is 00:15:25 Yeah, she, I think, fumbled a lot on the, on the Epstein case. Maybe it's not a popular thing to say. Maybe it is. I think we could do better, but also we know how tough confirming, you know, cabinet nominees are in the Senate. So if you do get rid of Pam Bondi, you got to go through that process all over again. So I see the argument on both sides as to why she should go or she should stay. But Pam Bondi said that the Department of Justice is going to be appealing this decision, this Comey and Letitia James case dismissed. So that's going to be clip five.
Starting point is 00:16:00 Let's roll that. We'll be taking all available legal action, including an immediate appeal to hold Letitia James and James Comey accountable for their unlawful conduct. I'm going to keep going on this. I'm not, you know, I'm not worried about someone who has been charged with a very serious crime. His alleged actions were a betrayal of public trust. So that was Attorney General Pam Bondi saying they are going to appeal. And of course, they have the option to appeal that ruling. They have the option to refile the case, which is obviously, I think, something that they not only should, but obviously, especially after hearing those comments, will pursue.
Starting point is 00:16:42 You got to go after these people. And I hate to do this, right? I hate to do this. But what was one of the things that they said about the weaponization of the Department of Justice against Donald Trump, some of Donald Trump's political allies, some of Donald Trump's, you know, follow. whether it was the J-Sixers, whether it was parents who were classified as terrorists because they went to a school board meeting, the horror, the absolute horror. You know, when I lived on Long Island, we brought parents hundreds across the island to school board meetings to essentially speak up about some of the really, I mean, perverted education.
Starting point is 00:17:18 There's some of these nasty dealing with pornographic images and stories in books in the library, school library. Very strange items added to the career. including back in April of 2021, a statewide de facto mandate to include diversity, equity, and inclusion. You guys all know that that turned into one of the worst policy or introductions of policy across not just a country, but the whole world, everybody deciding that skin color mattered more than merit. And that's why when you have a problem with any of your subscriptions or services or anything and you call customer service, you wind up with some deadbeat on the other end of the phone who has no idea what on earth they're doing and that's why your package wound up
Starting point is 00:18:04 at a former address of yours you know that happened to me with a debit card they said we found fraud on your debit card i said okay cool send me a new debit card i give them a new address it goes to my old address i called them back i said now do you think it was a good idea after canceling my first debit card for fraud that you sent my debit card to a place that i no longer live who knows who's got it who knows who's using it right well it doesn't look like anything's on the account Not the point. The point is do your damn job. That's the point.
Starting point is 00:18:33 But this item, this one line, it was on pages one and two of this document in New York, the diversity, equity and inclusion de facto mandate from the state's department of education. Or it was called the Board of Regents in New York. This one line or two lines on page two of this document is actually line 19 and 20 said that they were going to start teaching the children across all public schools. in the state of New York, about the brutal and senseless, this is a direct quote, the brutal and senseless killing of black and brown men and women at the hands of law enforcement, right? And I mean, at my homeschool district, where I was, I was in homeschool, but my hometown school district, I went in and I said, some of you people are cops.
Starting point is 00:19:20 Some of you people are married to cops. Did you read this? You didn't even have to read the whole thing. You had to get to page two, right? So we had parents that were speaking up at these schools, board meetings. And of course, we were designated. Our group, Loud Majority was designated as a hate group by the SPLC. I mean, we've been through the ringer, right? So between Donald Trump and the cases that he had to deal with, between his, you know, his allies, right, Peter Navarro, Steve Bannon, Rudy Giuliani, all of his co-defendants in Georgia, Walt Nauda, some of his co-defendants in D.C. and Florida, right? You had what they did to Michael Cohen, who used to be Trump's friend. He's not Trump's friend anymore, but he is Trump's friend when it's
Starting point is 00:20:01 opportunistic for him and beneficial for him. But he's not actually Trump's friend. You know, we call these people a phony people. They said the process is the punishment. And for a lot of people, unfortunately, the process was the punishment. Some people went, I mean, broke, trying to clear their names. They weren't guilty. They never were guilty. But now all of a sudden they had to prove their innocence, which is really a reversal of what the system is supposed to be, right? You're supposed to be innocent until proven guilty. What they did during the Biden years between 2021 and 2025 is they said, you're guilty. Now go to court and prove your innocence. That's not the way the system is supposed to work. You are innocent until they prove that you are
Starting point is 00:20:43 guilty. But they said the process is the punishment. And I would be lying, and I don't want to lie, I would be lying if I said to you, there isn't a, there isn't a part of me. that wants that wants to see Comey and Letitia James and John Brennan and James Clapper and these people. I would be lying if I said there wasn't a part of me that, you know, well, let's let the process be the punishment for these people too, right? So the silver lining there would be that, you know, Comey does have to go to trial. The silver lining would be that Letitia James does have to go to trial. And I can't guarantee you a conviction, but I can guarantee, as you heard the Attorney General say, that they're going to try and get these indictments and these charges back
Starting point is 00:21:27 they're going to try and I guess they get them undismissed refile them with a with a legally appointed prosecutor and go from there so that's where we're at on the on the camy of the Comey and Letitia James cases I want to see these two people kind of squirm I want to see them get squeezed by the system I know that's not supposed to be what we're about but they did it to us it's only fair if there's a little bit of reciprocity and by the way they did it to us when we weren't guilty i never listed my my dad as my husband on a mortgage application i never lied to congress
Starting point is 00:22:06 although it would have been really fun you know because i was at january 6th did nothing wrong as a matter of fact antifa slashed my tires i always in the back of my head i had my fingers crossed and i was like all right j6 committee how about a subpoena right bring me in there Bring me in there, because I would have put my feet up on the desk, and I would have broke out, you know, I would have said, you know, you really want your favorite president. To testify to you losers, you're looking at AOC, loser, you look at Adam Kinzinger with his swollen face. He's got a swollen puffy face. He drinks too much. He cries too much, too. Lying Liz Cheney. I would have loved to have just talked to them like that in the J6 committee because it was on TV. Like that. I would have been held in contempt, and it would have been a whole thing.
Starting point is 00:22:51 probably wouldn't have been an enjoyable experience after that part, but it would have been really, really funny. And, you know, they say the process is the punishment. I would have been the one levying the process on them, which I thought would have been, I would have had fun with it looking back on it. It's like when the Texas Rangers won the World Series, you know, they haven't won them. They didn't do too well ever since then. I'll just be like, when I got, I got 2023, I'll just go watch the highlights, right?
Starting point is 00:23:17 It's like watching Jets highlights from 2010 because that was the last time that the team was good. I would have fun watching those highlights if I was able to talk like Trump at the January 6th committee. But that's where we're at with the Comey and Letitia James cases. So don't abandon ship yet. Don't panic. Don't freak out. The sky is not falling. It is not time for blackpillar.
Starting point is 00:23:38 I see a lot of people blackpilling. Like Donald Trump won the election last year. He hasn't even been president for an entire year. It is time to let this process play out. It's going to be okay. and you know what at the end of the day if these charges are gone and they don't get refiled
Starting point is 00:23:55 with a legally appointed prosecutor did you really expect them to put Latisha James and James Comey away that I never expected a conviction anyway is like but they did this stuff wrong I know but you got to convince a jury in northern Virginia that these people should be convicted
Starting point is 00:24:11 and with the political nature of these cases it's going to be kind of difficult to unanimously convince these juries I'm not saying, what's the point? I told you. The point is the process is the punishment. So why don't we go, why don't we let this play out? Take a deep breath, relax.
Starting point is 00:24:29 It's going to be all right. Let's let's let this process go. The attorney general is going to be appealing. They're going to hopefully get a legally appointed prosecutor to bring the case. Hopefully that prosecutor is Lindsay Halligan and we get to laugh and have a good time at the expense of the left when these cases are reinstated. You know, it was really fun after Trump won the election and the Trump lawfare, right? The January 6th case got tossed over immunity. The box's hoax got tossed.
Starting point is 00:25:00 Fannie Willis in Georgia. You know, we called her the Nathan's hot dog eating champion, draw your own conclusion, right? Because Nathan Wade, they had a relationship at a cabin in the woods or something like that. We don't know what the hell was going on. But something was going on, and you're not supposed to do that. That case has fallen apart completely and totally. And then you have fat Alvin Bragg, who the great Dan Bonchino used to call Twinkies. You know, I call him the walrus.
Starting point is 00:25:26 I also called him thunder thighs. You know, the court was very cold. And then Alvin Bragg walked in and his thighs were rubbing together, kept us nice and warm, that fat. He's a fat guy. He's a walrus. He's a fat guy. He looks like a manatee. And that's, you know, that's an insult to manatees.
Starting point is 00:25:42 We don't want to do that. But it's fun. It's going to be fun to watch that case get overturned as well. All of them, all of them are going to be overturned on appeal. and we're also going to hopefully get these cases reinstated. So we will have victory laps, but it's about delayed gratification. It's not about microwaving your stakes and having it now. I can tell you, as a proud owner of a Blackstone,
Starting point is 00:26:01 I like when my pork chops will take a little more time because then they're nice, the juicy, this flavor. I could microwave them. They could be done in two minutes. We don't need to do that. All right. We're going to take a very quick break here. And then I've got to tell you about what's going on in my backyard,
Starting point is 00:26:16 not my literal backyard in Tennessee because our backyard's good we've got a bunch of animals and falls in the air and there's birds running around and rabbits and oh no no but in the state of Tennessee where I fled to
Starting point is 00:26:27 there is an absolute loon running for office right now in Tennessee 7th congressional district I'm sure you've heard all about her her name is Afton Bain and Bain you know the Batman villain I will break you um
Starting point is 00:26:42 Afton Bain she's crazier than the Batman and villain bane we're going to get to her unbelievable amount of uh emotional tirades and you know just think back uh dan used to say this a lot these politicians hate you they just you know they usually don't like admit it um she admitted it she hates nashville her words not mine and she's running for office in tennessee seventh congressional district that special election is december 2nd 2025 i always say vote early don't vote often because that's voter fraud but uh we will talk to you about the tennessee seven special election because this woman is a lunatic and she is mockable but before we do that i want
Starting point is 00:27:28 to get to a word from our friends at american financing i got a question for you what if you could delay your next two mortgage payments think what if you could delay your next two mortgage payments that's right imagine putting those two payments in your pocket and finally getting a little breathing room ahead of the holidays. Starting point is 00:28:25 Go to American Financing, 888-879-6460. That's 888-879-6460, Americanfinancing.net slash Vince, 888-879-6460. Thank you, America. in financing and uh let's get into we got to get into afton bane this woman is an absolute lunatic you know for these people who proclaimed that woke is dead um it's it's it's not it's just not flashy anymore but it ain't dead it's unfortunately alive and well afton bain is a radical left wing maniac running for Congress in Tennessee 7th Congressional District. What happened in Tennessee 7?
Starting point is 00:29:15 Mark Green was the congressman there. There were a couple of scandals that rocked Washington, D.C., and him specifically, he allegedly got an offer in the private sector that he could not refuse, and he is resigning before the conclusion of this term. It was actually before the 2024 election cycle, there were thoughts that he was going to retire before even running for re-election um and reports are that it was the president donald trump who told him please run again because he was one of trump's allies in the house um but mark green retired he is uh not serving out the remainder of his term and so the seat is open and has to be filled
Starting point is 00:29:56 via a special election that special election takes place on december second in tennessee's seventh congressional district here's a rule of thumb that i like to give to people right because republicans have a turnout problem when there's no presidential election we know this it's a huge issue right once a month how many months are there in a year 12 once a month which means 12 times a year okay and it literally takes you 10 minutes go on as as mayor eric adams called it go on google you could google that you could google that go go go go go go that go go go on the google right and just just search do a Google search, right? Is there an election that I can vote in this month? And it'll ask you for zip codes. There are several different search engines and ways to find out if there's something
Starting point is 00:30:47 that you should be voting in. Because most of the time there is, and you don't know about it, right? It's very easy. I don't know what district I live in. That's unacceptable. You need to go on Google, the Google, or any website, for that matter, punch in your zip code. It'll tell you what congressional district you live in. Some zip codes have two congressional districts. It'll show you a line on a map. Just find out where your house is from the, you know, from above. And it'll tell you who your representative is, right? If you live in Tennessee's seventh congressional district and maybe you live in Tennessee and you don't know if you're in Tennessee's seventh congressional district, that's what Google's for punching your zip code, who is my congressman? You could ask that question.
Starting point is 00:31:31 and it brings you to a dot-gov website and it'll tell you who your representative is. If you live in Tennessee's 7th congressional district, there is a special election Tuesday, December 2nd. It is a week from today, okay? Seven days, there is an election. It's a very bad time to have an election, especially when Republicans struggle with turnout outside of presidential elections to begin with, right? You saw what happened a month ago, or at the beginning of the month, with the New Jersey elections, the Virginia election, the Pennsylvania elections, with their Supreme Court, their state Supreme Court, California with Prop 50. Republican turnout was way down, way down. Tuesday, December 2nd, there is a special election in Tennessee's 7th Congressional District. The Republican candidate is Matt Van Nupt.
Starting point is 00:32:22 I know he's not perfect. Thank you, everybody, for telling me he's not perfect. there were about a a good jillion it's not even a number of people who ran in the primary and that fan apps won okay he won the primary and he won it going away and trump endorsed them and i'm not saying that trump endorses the best people and i'm not saying that matt van apps is the best candidate and i couldn't vote so i didn't have an opinion all i know is he's the republican afton bane is the democrat okay now as as dan used to say republicans may not be the solution to all of your problems, right? But Democrats are always the source of them. Democrats will always cause
Starting point is 00:33:02 problems. Republicans may not fix the problems that already exist. And so the problem keeps going on under Republican leadership. And that's got to change. And that happens by sending better candidates and selecting better candidates as the Republican nominee in these races through the primary process, which Republican turnout is also abysmal in. But Afton Bain is going to cause a ton of problems for you if she wins this race. Now, this is a Trump plus 20 district, Tennessee 7. And that means absolutely nothing. No, it doesn't mean anything.
Starting point is 00:33:36 It's got to mean something, right? It has to mean something because Donald Trump won the district by 20 points. He endorsed Matt Van Nepps. So Matt Van Neffs is going to win by 20 points. No, that's not how it works, especially not in special elections, especially not in special elections that are right after the Thanksgiving holiday. I'm telling you right now, if you live in Tennessee 7, You are going to forget.
Starting point is 00:33:59 You're going to forget. Thanksgiving is Thursday. Friday of color is Friday. You can't say Black Friday. You know, you're not allowed to say that. They said to me, sir, it's racist to say Black Friday. You can't say Black Friday. I have to say Friday of color.
Starting point is 00:34:15 Black Friday is Friday, this Friday. Okay. Then you got Saturday. You've got Sunday, the weekend. Everybody is still, yeah, you know, you have long-lasting food. comas, you've got all sorts of, you know, the in-laws flight got canceled. Now she's staying at your house and you forget to vote. All of this is going to happen. Okay? You're going to forget unless you either set a reminder or just go vote now. Just just go vote early. A lot of people
Starting point is 00:34:45 say to me that, Sean, you can't vote early. You can't vote early because if you vote early, it's going to give the Democrats the numbers that they need in order to cheat. I want you to take that you know what we should do to the people who say that i have this this brennan said my wife said this is the family friendly middle finger today okay shout out to speak shout out to speak the truth mcgrino he gave us this little middle this is what i say to that talking point okay you see that stupid talking point if that was the case how did donald trump win last year when republicans embraced early voting and mass in numbers that they'd never embraced that before you know one of the reasons why we voted the first day early voting opened in Tennessee was because I didn't want
Starting point is 00:35:28 to be contacted by the Trump campaign or anybody telling me to go vote. I'm going to vote, but they don't know that. They see me listed as a Sean Ferris is a likely voter. Sean Ferris hasn't voted yet. What's he doing? Get him out. Make sure that he knows to go vote. I know to go vote. I'm telling you to go vote. When you get your vote in the bank, a lot of these campaigns are working with these with real time data. So they're getting ready to make a phone call to some of their likely voters and they see that Sean Ferris has cast a vote in the election. They don't know who I voted for, but they know that I voted so therefore I don't need to be contacted, right? What that allows them to do is it allows them to take that time. It allows them to take that money if the campaign
Starting point is 00:36:09 staffer is being paid. It allows them to take the resources. If they're getting ready to send me a mailer, if they're getting ready to send me a text, if they're getting ready to, you know, email me or whatever. It allows them to divert all of that time, energy, money, resource, all of that to contacting somebody else. I don't want the campaign contacting me. Not just because I don't want to be bothered, right? Because my phone's got enough nonsense going on throughout the day. But because it's pointless to contact me. I'm going to vote. You don't have to worry about me, but the campaign, they don't look at it that way. They say until Sean Ferrish has voted, he hasn't voted, and we have to tell him to vote. So,
Starting point is 00:36:48 I let them know that I voted as soon as possible. And that's why I like early voting. Now, if it was up to me and I could wave a magic wand. And I could, I could say, we have one day of voting. No mail in ballots unless you're, you know, in the military overseas or you have some sort of debilitating condition. And no machines. We do paper ballots only. I would wave the magic wand to make that happen.
Starting point is 00:37:18 tomorrow the fact of the matter is you can't do that i don't have a magic wand i wish i did i don't have a magic wand i can't do that and so what we have to do again sports analogy is you have to put as many points on the board in as many ways as possible yes that means mail-in ballots i don't like them i don't want it to to be something that the entire country starts using but if it's available in your state you can you can use that as a method to put more points on the board board for your team. Okay. Maybe somebody doesn't want to want to go vote. Okay, fine. Here's a mail in ballot. Fill it in, stick it in the mail. And then, you know, your vote will be counted, hopefully. But at least you tried, right? Early voting. Well, I don't like that. It telegraphs,
Starting point is 00:38:04 you know, the numbers. You could say that all you want. Donald Trump won, really, uh, in 2024 because a lot of Republicans early voted and allowed them to mobilize low propensity, low likely, uh, you know, not likely voters, right? less than likely voters. Even Laura Trump confirmed this on Fox News a few weeks after Trump won the election in 24. You've got three ways to put points on the board, right? In football, it's offense, defense, special teams.
Starting point is 00:38:31 And if your offense is scoring points and your defense is scoring points and your special teams are scoring points, you're going to win the game, right? In elections, you've got in person voting on election day, in person early voting, and mail-in voting. We would be dumb not to try and put as much. points on the board in every phase of the game is possible Tennessee 7th congressional district you have a special election December 2nd, 2025 and the lady running as a Democrat in that district is a maniac and we're going to get to her in just a second but I highly suggest you either right now
Starting point is 00:39:11 if you live in Tennessee 7th congressional district because a few minutes ago you heard me say you can Google what district you're in so you did that and you Google it. and you say oh my gosh i'm in tennessee seventh go on your phone now this guy right here and set a reminder for either tuesday the second or one of the days over the course of the weekend friday saturday whatever to go vote and put points on the board because when i show you what you're up against and what could wind up being the next congressional representative at a tennessee seven you're going to be like all right i'm not only setting one reminder i set the kitchen timer on my oven for like 15 days from, you know, not 15, you know, eight, six days from now to go vote.
Starting point is 00:39:52 I said, I set my email to email me to go, if you're going to set so many reminders to make sure that we defeat this absolute maniac, it's not even going to be funny. This woman is a nut job. Set a reminder or go vote today, wherever early voting is available and make sure that your vote is banked and you're not leaving it up to chance. What happens on December 2nd if Tennessee gets one of those rare ice storms that we get a bunch you know over the course of the winter it could happen i'm not saying it's going to happen but it could happen and then you don't vote because the roads are icy and this this loon this absolute
Starting point is 00:40:28 maniac winds up becoming your next representative out of uh out of tennessee seven can't let it happen can't let it happen we're going to get to her and clips of her in just a second uh but before we do that i want to get to a word from our friends over at brick house nutrition you know brick house nutrition has been a part of this show for a very long time uh and i have uh i myself because of this show because of dan and vince i have ordered brick house nutrition products whether it's field of green they feel the greens they had the uh that that creatine product way back in the day foundation i used to take that all the time it was so cool uh similar product here do doctors have black friday sales the doctors at brick house nutrition do they just announced

Blackout. It's time to sniff it. And I was like, Maybe one day I'll tell him it sounded like Joe Biden would, you know, if he was a mall Santa. Every day, shut down, no one. Blackout coffee. It's good stuff. You know, Dan Bonginer doesn't have that beak that you have. No, I have a big nose. I got a big nose, right? It's very big. That beak is going to go straight in the bag. I could hear everything. I have the sonic ear. It's really interesting. All right, Tennessee 7. We've got to get to Tennessee 7.
Starting point is 00:44:36 Let's do it. Afton Bain is running to be the next congressional representative in Tennessee's Seventh Congressional District. And she hates a part of Tennessee's seventh congressional district. Dan used to say this all the time. These politicians hate you. They hate you. I'm been stuck in traffic many times listening to that.
Starting point is 00:44:59 You know, I'm upset with the traffic. Then I'm even more upset that these politicians don't like me. But Afton Bain actually says it. That's how crazy she is. Let's roll clip one. Afton Bain, just admitting she hates Nashville. I've been heavily involved with the Nashville mayoral race because I hate the city. I hate
Starting point is 00:45:20 the bacheloretts. I hate the pedal taverns. I hate country music. I hate all of the things that make Nashville, apparently, and it's city to the rest of the country, but I hate it. Yeah, I'm that girl at the airport that all these bachelors are giddy walking out and they're in their two-toned colored pantone pink shirts. And they walk out and I'm like, oh my God, Nashville. They're so loud. Now, look, I'm from New York. I understand not loving tourists, okay? I get it, okay? When I would go into New York City back when it was a safe city, you know, under Giuliani
Starting point is 00:45:53 in the first couple terms of Bloomberg, and there were these, you know, tourists who would get the Times Square. And then they would see some bright light. Oh, look at the light. And I'm like, get out of the way. Go take that picture somewhere else. And in New York, we just knock them over, you know, which is a, you know, like, oh, I was a hustle and bustle of city. Deanna, you're in the way. Get out of it. It's the city that never, it was, it was literally like a game that we could play. Like how many, how many tourists could we knock over in the streets of New York City? Real accommodating. Yeah. I get not liking tourists, okay, you know, the bachelorets. I think the, a lot of that stuff is overblown anyway when it comes to weddings and things, right? But when you're, it's okay for me to say that. You know why? That's I'm not running for Congress.
Starting point is 00:46:38 Yes, that's true. I'm not running to represent the best interests of these people. right afton bain saying she hates the bachelorets she hates country music okay i mean go down broadway you got kid rocks bar jason al dean's bar jimmy buffett's bar john rich's bar redneck riviere tremendous place wonderful place uh what else is down eric church has a place down there lu brian has a place down there what is the one thing that all those people have in common And it's country music, right? The Grand Ole Opry, you know, they call this place Music City. She doesn't like country music.
Starting point is 00:47:16 Now, in another video, she was like, oh, well, I've cried inside the Country Music Hall of Fame 10 times. You got mental problems if you're crying inside of a Music Hall of Fame. That doesn't make it better. It doesn't make any of us have confidence in it. Like, vote for me. I bawled my eyes out in the Country Music Hall of Fame. Yeah, no. The pedal tavern.
Starting point is 00:47:35 I'll agree with her on the pedal taverns. These are these things, have you been to Nashville. where you're like you get on this large is like six or five or six uh bike pedals in in a row and you're drinking while you ride this bike and they get in the way and I think they're ugly and kind of stupid but if you want to do it you want to do it look the bottom line is the bachelorets these weddings the tourism country music all those things that she said she hated it brings money to the city of Nashville right if those things didn't exist that Nashville wasn't a tourist hub, right, in terms of music fans or the scene on Broadway.
Starting point is 00:48:10 And if all of those things went away and evaporated it and were gone, you know, it's very possible that the city of Nashville would look like the city of Buffalo, where the people are born sideways. It's very true. I'm sorry to tell you, but if you're a Buffalo Bills fan, you people are not right. You're born sideways. I don't know what that means, but it means something. That city is a mess. And it gave us Kathy Hochle. That's the buck-toothed Botox Band at a Buffalo.
Starting point is 00:48:35 You know, she's a problem. But anyway, you don't want Nashville to look like some of these cities like Detroit, these ghost towns where the jobs move away and it's no longer a major tourist destination. Detroit is Motor City. Nashville is Music City. Could you imagine if somebody was running for office in Detroit, you know, 10 or 20 years ago? I hate the automobile industry. It sucks.
Starting point is 00:48:58 It's terrible. Cars are stupid. Those people would get run out of the city because that's what. kept the city alive. How could you run to represent a portion of Nashville and say that you hate country music and everything that essentially she said that makes Nashville? Can't do that, right? Don't say that you hate the people that you're going to, you know, represent.
Starting point is 00:49:18 I think that's quite ill-advised. But beyond the fact that she actually admitted that she hates the people that she's going to be tasked with representing, the woman is a psycho. Like she's obviously emotionally unstable, right? She admitted to bawling her eyes out crying 10 times, not just once. Not like, oh, I went to the country music Hall of Fame and I saw this exhibit for Johnny Cash and it made me cry. It's like 10 times. She's keeping count too, which is fun.
Starting point is 00:49:49 She kept, she kept number one is done. She must have been like, she must have been like on social media. She's like, just cried at the country music hall of fame today for the third time. Like keeping a running log. Who does that? like psycho people but watch this she was this was in uh i think it was back in 23 it might have been even older than that but the fact of the matter is she hasn't changed she's an absolute maniac afton bane because she's a state representative now went into governor bill
Starting point is 00:50:19 lee's office she wasn't supposed to be there she was dragged out of there by police officers and she starts screaming like a child at the at the at the chat out like in a in a supermarket whose mom keeps saying you're not getting a snickers today right that's that's what this looks like watch this all right so there she is you hear that that's aft and bang look at her getting dragged out she's getting dragged out by cops after making that noise that now her friend is and this is miraculously caught on camera by that find that strange miraculously caught on camera
Starting point is 00:51:04 look now she's her friend is her friend is berating the cops you know a little bit later in the longer version that she gets down on the ground and consoles her it's okay afton bain's got her what do you mean you can't believe that happened you weren't
Starting point is 00:51:20 supposed to be in there what was he supposed to let you pitch a tent in governor bill lee's office and that's see this is why I'm saying make a plan like you need to set a reminder to vote. Because if you don't, you could be the reason why that goes to D.C. Democrats flip a Republican seat. Now, is it likely? No. But we take nothing for granted here. In football, they call this a trap game. You have a really good team playing a really bad team with a really, you know,
Starting point is 00:51:50 on their schedule after the really bad team, a really good team the next week on the schedule where you like overlook it. You're like, ah, we're playing the Jets. We'll win. You're probably right, you know, but you have to, you still have to win. You're not just going to win because it's a Republican district. You've still got to put points on the board. Do you want that squealing lunatic to be your representative in Congress? Here's another one from Afton Bain. Just to some of her, some of her thoughts, her thought process here. This is clip four. Afton Bain, she says she doesn't want children. She wants she wants something else, which is what it's always about.
Starting point is 00:52:30 Let's play this one with Afton Bain. For those of you don't know, my partner has a trans son, and the month of April and the final week of March was incredibly upsetting for us. In the wake of the covenant shooting and the disclosure that the covenant shooter was trans, I was pulled into a chat with other trans organizers and activists across the state that were fearful of their lives. we identified threats from white-green groups that they would show up at these trans day of visibility events and threatening our trans kids. And so I had a snapped moment where I decided we need more people talking about the protections for trans kids in our trans communities at the legislature every day.
Starting point is 00:53:17 Trans people feared for their lives. I'm sorry, but isn't it like the trans people who keep going into these schools and hurting? other people because that kind of makes us fear for our lives because we don't know who is under the influence of these hormone blocking drugs that may be driven to do crazy things. That's not me saying that every person who identifies as trans is a threat. That's me saying there's been a trend and we're all noticing that trend, whether it's the Covenant shooting or that shooting up in Minneapolis or several of these mass shooting attempts. Charlie Kirk's assassin was in a relationship with a very strange
Starting point is 00:53:57 individual. Now, you know, some information came out about Thomas Crooks and some of his online personalities and there may be a connection there. Hasn't been proven, but there may be a connection there. Trans people, this was that they did this after Covenant, right? We had just moved to Nashville. They did this after that horrible shooting up in Nashville at the Catholic school. Corinne John Pierre, like the next day. came out and said what the trans people are under attack in this country and I said under attack you could do anything you want you could go into the wrong bathroom you can come men can compete against women in sports under attack where this is like that's out of control okay finally with
Starting point is 00:54:42 afton bane she she she shows you her true motivations here you know this is the whole thing about the the patriarchy and you got to fight back against men and this this just just loony absolute loony woman um she talks about you know some people say in in tennessee it's one of these states it's a it's a christian state right they value the family the nuclear family moms and dads raising children homeschooling is a big thing in our state uh school choice is a big thing in our state meanwhile here's afton bain talking about children i don't want children i want i want power clip four my therapist always asked me to to transcribe my dreams when they happen and the recurring dream i've had is standing up in a cafeteria
Starting point is 00:55:35 full of women i don't know why i was there or whatever and saying i don't want children i want power and just screaming it at the top of my lungs and for someone who grew up with my mother telling me never have kids because you will you'll have to give up a lot you'll have to sacrifice professionally which is what she was saying i don't want children i want power yeah now you know why they're so pro abortion huh it's disgusting listen i'm not saying every woman has to want kids but again she's a politician and one of the things that we always say about these politicians is that you know it's it's about control all they want is power they don't care about you i we just played over the last 10 or so minutes afton bain saying that she hates the city that she represents
Starting point is 00:56:33 and that she doesn't really care about kids all she cares about is is is getting power she she's on the ballot december 2nd 2005 in tennessee's seventh congressional district it has never been more important if you live in this district to apply that 10, 10, and 10 rule. Make it the 15, 15 and 15 rule. I don't care if you got to go 20, 2020, 20. We have got to get as many people out as possible that make it numerically impossible for Afton Bain to win. I don't think she's going to win.
Starting point is 00:57:07 I don't think she's going to win because that district is, of course, very, very heavy, heavily tilted towards Republicans. but she could win if Republicans don't turn out and that woman will wind up in the House of Representatives unacceptable. You know, I escaped New York to get away from that. I don't want that running for office
Starting point is 00:57:30 in my new state here of Tennessee. And real quick, you know, when I lived in New York, I wanted to save this right to close to the end. There's a little origin story that a lot of people have heard. I was, for those of you from New York, I was sitting in traffic. It was Memorial Day weekend, 2018. And I was sitting in probably some of the worst traffic that I've ever sat in in my life, which is saying a lot because it's New York, after all, on the Tappinsey Bridge.
Starting point is 00:58:02 But I was sitting in, I mean, Memorial Day weekend, bumper to bumper traffic on this bridge. And I was like, I have to find a way to not be so mad. I hate that. traffic is one i've i've done actual physical damage to the internal portions of my truck the GPS screen there's a visor missing because of traffic so i said i got to do something i got i got to turn something on that's going to distract me from the fact that i'm sitting in this just awful traffic and for the first time ever in my life i turned on the dan bonjino show and he was flipping out over spy gate and stephan helper and it's a spy started spelling s
Starting point is 00:58:41 P, why? It's a spy. And I was, I was sitting there going, oh, wow. This guy's, this guy's fun to listen to. And I'm listening to this whole thing about SpyGate. And I'm saying, this sounds a little wacky. But he brought the receipts, which is something that not a lot of people do in this space. Right. But guys like Dan, guys like Vince, you know, folks like Haley with the nightly scroll. You guys, one thing that's done differently here versus many other places is you bring the receipts. here's what I think and why. And so he brought the receipts and I said, you know,
Starting point is 00:59:14 this spy gate thing is one of the worst things I've ever heard our government do. Sitting in traffic, listening to that going, wow, we have got to do something. People have got to stand up and do something or these folks who weaponize the government against American citizens, they're going to wind up in charge.
Starting point is 00:59:32 Can't let that happen. So that was the day sitting in horrendous, horrific, like awful traffic on the Tappan Z bridge. I listened to one episode. Next thing I know, I was off the bridge. The traffic was lightning up and I was like, you know, it was the first time in my life that I didn't lose my mind sitting in traffic. Instead, I lost my mind because the government was spying on people trying to rig presidential elections.
Starting point is 00:59:59 But at least we could put that towards something useful. And that's my Dan Von Gino origin story. that it was that day Memorial Day weekend 2018 listening to that show where I said that's it I am going to over the if it's the last thing I do
Starting point is 01:00:16 try and use this spark to make a difference in whatever way I can and then two years later COVID happened in New York and I started organizing these massive protests and rallies you know with with our organization
Starting point is 01:00:33 the loud majority and the rest is history. And now I've got a show on LFA TV, rumble.com slash LFA TV. There it is right there on the screen. And so I want to say thank you to Dan Bongino. I want to say thank you to Vince. I want to say thank you to Silverlock,
Starting point is 01:00:51 everybody who has given me the opportunity and honestly provided that spark, not just for me, but I think millions of people across the country can relate. And maybe they didn't start at grassroots organization or they don't have a podcast or something like that but maybe maybe they're a part of their local committee maybe they're a part of their local republican party maybe they're on their local school board maybe uh they're organizing groups of their own or or forming coalitions of friends
Starting point is 01:01:20 or you know maybe it's as local as you know you live in an HOA and there's a Karen who steals baseballs from little kids who's the president of your HOA and you're like we got to get around you know I think I could speak for millions of people let's say Or that can say that what this network, with Silverlock and Vince and Haley and Dan Bongino and the great Jim Verdi, who's one of the funniest people alive, and everybody who's involved from top to bottom, all over the place, that this has provided a spark, has provided inspiration, that this has provided what you guys have done here, hope. And that's the reason why Dan Bongino famously says he is long on America.
Starting point is 01:02:02 I'm long on America, too, as long as there are people like you who are watching this and like everybody who has played a role in, you know, in getting the truth out there and exposing this and making the sacrifices and doing the hard work and bringing the receipts. That's why we should all be long on America. I want to say thank you to everybody who watched and listen today. Greatly appreciate it. Make sure you're following this channel. Rumble.com slash Vince. Drop a like. Follow us on audio.
Starting point is 01:02:31 I know a lot of people, just like me, do audio only. You should honk the hog. Oh, we should honk the hog. I got to do this for our friends over at LFA TV. This is Mo, our hedgehog. They love it. We honk him when good things happen on the show. So we honked him live there.
Starting point is 01:02:45 There he is. There's another meeting to that too. But you're going to have to find out what that means on rumble.com slash LFA TV where you can find my show on Governed Monday, do Friday every day at 10 a.m. Eastern Time. I know Vince is on at the same time. I don't get offended if you watch it later. So you could always watch it later.
Starting point is 01:03:01 as well it's on demand rumble.com slash lfat tv thank you so much again for watching and listening greatly appreciate it i hope we can do this again soon if it went well make a lot of noise appreciate you guys have a happy thanksgiving and we'll see you again soon
