I'm going to get into all of the revelations about Charlie Kirk's assassin just released in all of these charging documents yesterday. We'll take you through what we've learned. And yes, just to spoiler alert, this guy's a left-wing extremist lunatic, as you knew from the moment that Charlie was shot and the media are having. a lot of trouble processing this right now. In fact, they're going in the complete opposite direction. They're practically endorsing this guy. They're writing romance novels about him now. More in a moment on all of that. Also, I hope to get to some of the Cash Patel hearing yesterday in the United States Senate. And we'll be joined today by somebody who was very close to Charlie Kirk, who knew him quite well.

Charlie's assassin, and right away, let me just be super clear about this. It's a capital offense. This is murder, aggravated murder, and they're seeking the death penalty. And here is the Utah County attorney Jeffrey Clark making that announcement yesterday. Cut one. Take a look. I am filing a criminal information charging Tyler James Robinson, age 22, with the following crimes. count one aggravated murder a capital offense count two felony discharge of a firearm causing serious bodily injury a first-degree felony the state is further alleging aggravating factors on counts one and two because the defendant is believed to have targeted charlie kirk based on charlie kirk's political expression and did some knowing that children were present and would witness the homicide. Count three, obstruction of justice, a second degree felony.

Count four, obstruction of justice. Count five, witness tampering, a third degree felony. Count six, witness tampering, a third degree felony. And count seven, commission of a violent offense in the presence of a child, a Class A misdemeanor. Also, following the press conference, I am filing a notice of intent to seek the death penalty. I do not take this decision lightly, and it is a decision I have made independently as county attorney, based solely on the available evidence and circumstances and nature of the crime. Because we are seeking the death penalty, the defendant will continue to be held without bail in the Utah County.

jail. Yeah, it's sad. You know, somebody in the chat says there were children there. Yeah, there were. There were kids in the crowd. People, families who wanted to see Charlie Kirk from the local community. And as a result, now even more charges to level against the assassin. And look, the Utah attorney says he's seeking the death penalty and this was a well-considered decision. And the death penalty in Utah can and should, in this case, include the firing squad, you know, live by the gun die by the gun here for the killer so this is what's happening in Utah now we learned also a lot about the mountain of evidence that prosecutors have against Tyler Robinson they found his DNA all over the crime scene it is him they've established they found his DNA as you already

know from the FBI all over the towel that was wrapped around the gun all over the screwdriver that was found at the crime scene. They also found his DNA all over the trigger of the gun itself. We have obviously lots of video evidence of this guy at the crime scene moving to and from the crime scene in the wake of the shooting. And then also one of the things we learned yesterday that had not been public yet was it was Tyler Robinson's mother who saw the footage that had been released by the FBI at the urging of Cash Patel and Dan Bongino. this Tyler Robinson mother sees this imagery contacts her own son and says where are you and apparently the response he gave is well I'm at home I'm sick this was the day after the shooting where were you yesterday I was I was home I was I was sick I wasn't out he lied to his mother but the mother was still skeptical she she was pretty convinced it was her son so she contacted she contacted his father and spoke to him and said hey I think that's him and that's what induced the father to begin investigating and inquiring and finally securing a confession out of his own son that he had

killed Charlie Kirk. The evidence here against this guy, massive, massive. And it only grows. Authorities have the text messages between Tyler Robinson and his boyfriend pretending to be a girlfriend, the roommate that they keep referring to, who by now everyone knows, considers himself to be transgender, that played a massive role in this. Listen now to the text message exchange. I want to take you through the text message exchange because it's got a mountain of evidence in it. And it's also being used by the media today to glorify the shooter. You should know what's in these texts. Here's the Utah attorney reading out the details. Police interviewed Robinson's roommate, a biological now who has.

was involved in a romantic relationship with Robinson. The roommate told police that the roommate received messages from Robinson about the shooting, and he did provide those messages to police. On September 10th, 2025, the roommate received a text message from Robinson, which said, drop what you're doing, look under my keyboard. The roommate looked under the keyboard and found a note that stated, quote, I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk, and I'm going to take it. Police found a photograph of this.

Let's pause here. So this note, remember, we heard a bit about this earlier this week from the FBI, and they indicated that the physical note was not in their custody. And that note, in other words, must have been destroyed at some point here, presumably by the killer, and that they do have an image of it. So as a result, what they have is more evidence that this guy literally wrote down his intent to kill Charlie. As we go through this, you're going to hear so much evidence that you think to yourself, man, what jury walks away from this without a guilty conviction? Here's more from the Utah attorney.

You're joking, right? Robinson, I am still okay, my love, but am stuck in Orem for a little while longer yet. Shouldn't be long until I can come home, but I got to grab my rifle still. To be honest, I had hoped to keep this secret till I died of old age. I am sorry to involve you. Roommate, you weren't the one who did it, right? Robinson, I am, I am, I'm sorry. Roommate, I thought they caught the person. Robinson.

No, they grabbed some crazy old dude, then interrogated someone and said, similar clothing i had planned to grab my rifle from my drop point shortly after but most of that side of town got locked down it's quiet almost enough to get out but there's one vehicle lingering let me pause okay so what we're looking at right now is the transgender person the person here who has been convinced that he was born in the wrong body who's suffering from this mental illness is the more sane person in this conversation who's saying wait what you killed a human being you shot charlie kirk that was you are you serious

and then he said i thought they caught the person and they're referring to the old dude who was screaming at the beginning of the reaction to charlie's death that i'm i'm the shooter i'm the shooter shoot me he was screeching and they took him into custody for a minute Since then, that guy has been charged with obstruction of justice for attempting to, again, obstruct the pursuit of the actual killer here. So we await even more information about that guy. But that's the crazy old dude that Robinson is referring to in these text messages.

And again, the transgender roommate, the boyfriend pretending to be a girlfriend, is saying, what? Why would you do this more from the text messages here? Robinson. Why did I do it? Roommate, yeah. Robinson, I had enough of his hatred. Some hate can't be negotiated out. If I'm able to grab my rifle unseen, I will have left no evidence. Going to attempt to retrieve it again. Hopefully they have moved on. I haven't seen anything about them finding it. Roommate, how long have you been planning this? Robinson. A bit over a week, I believe. I can get close to it, but there is a squad car parked right by it. I think they already swept that spot, but I don't want to chance it. Robinson again, I'm wishing I had circled back and grabbed it as soon as I got to my vehicle. I'm worried what my old man would do if I didn't bring back Grandpa's rifle.

I did, okay, if it's had a serial number. this this in other words um now and for those who are wondering where did he get this rifle from how did he secure this gun to begin with it's his grandfather's gun uh which which explains why it's such an old gun it's his grandfather's gun and as you hear in this exchange um he's worried that his father's going to figure all of this out because of the gun the specific gun once authorities get a hold of the gun and they start sharing images and descriptions the father's going to become suspicious of this kid specifically. The other piece that they reveal in the text message exchange is the grandfather is still

alive. Once the grandfather finds out that his gun was used in the assassination, he begins making inquiries to the father. Hey, where's my gun at? Can someone show me a picture or something that you have the gun? Where's the gun? Listen more to the exchange. But it wouldn't trace to me.

I worry about prints. I had to leave it in a. bush where I changed outfits didn't have the ability or time to bring it with. I might have to abandon it and hope they don't find prints. How the F will I explain losing it to my old man? Only thing I left was the rifle was the rifle wrapped in a towel. Remember how he was engraving bullets? The F in messages are mostly a big meme. If I see notice, bulge, uw on fox new i might have a stroke all right i'm going to have to leave it that really effing sucks all right here um this is i don't know so so again he wrote his intent on the side of the

bullets he engraved these antifa messages on the casings of the bullets themselves and here he is saying to his lover he says remember how i was engraving the bullets now when he says i I assume at this point what he's saying is I was doing it by myself. I was hand engraving the casings because I've been wondering throughout all of this. Who did the engraving on this? Did he take it somewhere to have these bullets engraved? Did anybody notice that they were in the process of engraving things like, hey, fascist catch on the sides of these bullet casings? Are other people aware, in other words, that he was about to commit this crime in some capacity?

And it sounds like what he's saying is, remember, when I was engraving. those bullets i guess we'll find out more about that but that's that's him indicating that yeah i did that on purpose he said there are a bunch of memes which of course we've already established we saw what they were there were anime themed stuff going on there's video game themed stuff going on there hell divers two was one of the references um but also it was antifa type garbage that was clearly written on these bullets destined to assassinate charlie kirk and he acknowledges that yeah he's the one who did it which is consistent with the crime scene they find the engraved bullets they also found the text messages claiming responsibility for

engraving the bullets judging from today i'd say grandpa's gun does just fine idk i think that was a a two that a two k dollar scope wink wink um Robinson Robinson again delete this exchange again Robinson my dad wants photos of the rifle he says grandpa wants to know who has what the feds released a photo of the rifle and it is very unique he's calling me rn not answering Robinson since trump got into office my dad has been pretty diehard maga Robinson I'm going to turn myself in willingly one of my neighbors here is a deputy for the sheriff again you are all i worry about love that came from robinson roommate i'm much more worried about you robinson don't talk to the media please don't take any interviews or make any comments if any police ask you questions ask for a lawyer and stay silent those final um uh uh uh urgings to delete the exchange and to don't talk to the police don't tell them anything prevent

them from knowing what i told you here those form the substance of the obstruction of justice charges that have also been leveled against tyler robinson that's where those come from uh in that exchange so we've learned a lot uh actually over the course of that exchange and all of the evidence that they have against this guy which is good news uh that this will be a case that uh should have no gray area whatsoever this guy should fry for what he did to Charlie. Now, the other piece of this is the way the media are reacting to it. So in the room, as that man, Jeffrey Clark, the county attorney, was reading out the charges, reading out the evidence, legacy media outlets were present in the room for this. And that includes ABC. There's

a guy there called Matt Gutman, Matt Gutman, who apparently has a square jaw and a small brain. because his reaction to all of this was to say that, well, it was a touching moment to listen to the exchange between the killer and his mentally ill boyfriend, which tell me if you had anything approaching the takeaway that this ABC reporter had. Look at this. Cut three. We have seen an alleged murder with such specific text messages about the alleged murder weapon, where it was hidden. how it was placed, what was on it, but also it was very touching in a way that I think many of us didn't expect, a very intimate portrait into this relationship between the suspect's roommate and the suspect himself with him repeatedly, calling his roommate who is transitioning, calling him my love, and I want to protect you, my love. So it was this duality of someone who the attorney said not only jeopardize the life of Charlie Kirk and the crowd,

but was doing it in front of children, which is one of the aggravating circumstances of the, this case and in the other hand he was you know speaking so lovingly about his partner so very interesting and as pierre said riveting press conference david it was time this is insane riveting he says it was an intimate exchange that there was something quote very touching about all of this am i miss are you hearing what's going on that ABC reporter is gushing over the killer is gushing over expressions of love from the man who just took a human being's life because he hated him in an act of terrorism he's humanizing the murderer in all of this and he's doing it you can tell it's not that subtle he's doing it in the service of a left-wing talking point

that the only reason that guy killed charlie was because he was doing it for his transgender lover you heard it in that in the in the assessment there so they've gone from saying this guy's not on the left he was on the right you know like they started with cheering charlie's death and then they started the left started claiming that oh there's no way this guy's actually a lefty now they're embracing the fact that he's a lefty and saying well he actually is justified in killing charlie that's what that's designed to do now mac gutman didn't say those words that's true he didn't say he was justified and killing charlie but what do you think that's supposed to mean oh it was so intimate it was so loving it's just this this weird sort of duality it's a complex story he killed charlie

because he loves his boyfriend slash girlfriend what you're justifying charlie's murder you sick person and he didn't stop there he continued cut nine gutman keeps going here and tells the newscast on ABC speaking to a big audience that uh yeah he was just he was just trying to protect his lover. Look at this. There is this duality of a very, a portrait of a very human person, a very human experience from this entire family. As you mentioned it, the mother who essentially discovered that it was her son who had done this, the kid, who had got a 34 out of 36 on the ACTs, who had a 4.0, who got a full ride to college here, that that kid was the one who allegedly perpetrated.

She saw those pictures and said, identified him essentially. And then those text messages, and I don't think I've ever experienced a press conference in which we've read text messages that are a so fulsome, so robust, so apparently, allegedly self-incriminating, and yet on the other hand, so touching, right, with the suspect reaching out to his roommate, who is allegedly his boyfriend, who we understand, you know, identified as male at birth, now identifies as female, and the terminology he used. He was trying to protect him. He kept calling him, my love, my reason for doing this. this is to protect you, you know, but also asking him to delete the messages and not speak to law enforcement. So there's this, this heartbreaking duality that we're seeing very tragically playing out. This is, that's some of the most demented coverage I've ever heard. He was on national television saying it's so loving and so intimate. I was so struck by how wonderful these people are. What the hell is wrong with you? Keep your shirt on, dude. It's like he's getting all hot and heavy on over the murderer over what the murderer did charlie kirk had a love he had erika

charlie kirk had two beautiful young children who he's never going to see again they're never going to see him again not on this earth that was all taken away and you're spending all your time fantasizing about this relationship between an assassin and his mentally ill roommate, something is deeply wrong with you. And again, this is, and it's in the service of this left-wing agenda, to advance to everybody that there was justification for this. Don't fall for it for a moment. Montel Williams was on television last night. Cut 12, here he is calling Tyler Robinson

a quote, love torn child. Look, they're offering justifications here. Justifications for the man who pulled the trigger. Listen. Talk about a love torn child, a kid. This is probably his first real relationship. He's 22 years old. He was disparaging the person that he loved. He sat on that building for 30 minutes before he took the shot. Why do you wait until the first word trans came up? Then he took the shot. You think he heard it? You could, he could hear it. I think he could hear it. I think he also, I don't believe he was motivated politically. I think this was motivated emotionally. Guys, guys, the evidence here

is overwhelming. Yep. He said, Charlie Kirk, I can't stand his hate anymore. I'm going to take him out. He, the testimony from him and the statements of his family, he had become More left wing. He etched the statements that are made by the left about Republicans and conservatives and Charlie Kirk fascist on the bullet casings. He made a joke about it in his last text. Well, it doesn't sound like a joke to me because someone's dead and about to be buried. So it doesn't sound like a joke for me. So I'm just telling you there is an effort.

There was an effort all weekend long on the left to try to make this guy sound like he was a conservative. That failed. Yes. That was passed around all over the weekend. And that is now failed. The evidence has now come out. He was motivated by hate. He was motivated by left-wing radicalism. He got mixed up with some trans ideology in his life. We'll learn more about that, I'm sure, when more evidence and testimony comes out. We are looking around the edges of this for something other than what's staring us in the face. Yeah. Which is that this is a radical

left wing attack on a conservative icon designed to suffocate conservative thought not to engage in a dialogue but to destroy your political opponent and I can't don't get it twisted you saw what that Montel character was doing he was justifying this he's a loved torn child I'm sorry he's not a child he's a 22 year old man a loved torn child I was a loved torn child I was was probably his first relationship. Montel is inventing details about the story in order to add justification. And then he killed Charlie. Now was he motivated by transgender delusions? It sure seems like it. No question about that. But is it some way justified that you dress it up in the language of love? What is wrong with you people? And so I tell you this as a way to warn you about

what's coming next. What you and I are witnessing right now is an Orwellian retconning of the events of the last week where we start with celebration from elements of the left that Charlie was murdered. We moved to claims that the murderer was actually a conservative. He was even further to the right than Charlie. That's why he killed Charlie. And then we get to the realization, oh no, we can't actually walk away from this guy. Everything he says and everything he says and Everything that's been said about him is a clear indication that he's a radical lefty. So what do we do now? We offer excuses for why a radical lefty would shoot and kill Charlie Kirk.

And it didn't take an email from the DNC to get these guys to do this on television. There's no internal plotting or planning going on or messages being disseminated to get these guys to do it. It's a conspiracy of instinct. The second Matt Gutman saw that this guy was a lefty, he stepped up to a microphone to talk about. how it's interesting there's a duality here it's more complex than you realize there's a lot of love involved in this story that people didn't realize before and we should really dwell on that you get montel williams going on last night on cnn and luckily is confronted by scott jennings as he says it saying this is a love torn child who was

just in this really desperate relationship trying to demonstrate his love for the man that he's living with it's insanity but it's really fundamentally at its core a permission structure for the left to commit these acts of violence. Charlie's gone. They can't kill them again. But they can do it to the rest of us. And so long as you're getting justifications like that from the very top of the Democrat Party, we've got a problem on our hands, America. A big one. And the left isn't backing down just yet. Thank you for taking some time on your show to honor this great. man, it's just been so humbling and incredibly, I'm just blown away to see how many people are impacted by the life and legacy of Charlie on a personal level, but at the global level, how many millions of people's lives have been changed by his message?

It's been touching to see his reach and, I think, educational to see just how big of an impact he had in life and now actually in death as well. But tell me, Isabel, you know, you got to know Charlie, by working with him at turning point, give us a sense of your relationship with the late Charlie Kirk. I did. And frankly, I'm just one of many. But Charlie is best being talked about this last week for building an empire with TPSA, an organization that inspired an entire generation to change our country and the world.

But I think Charlie also was incredibly skilled at building people. He had this unbelievable knack at finding talent in the most unexpected of places and encouraging them to join him on the front lines of this fight we've called the culture war for so long. And that is my story and many, many other people with loud voices in the conservative movement today. I met Charlie Kirk as a college student at Colorado State University. I was studying biomedical sciences. I wanted to be a surgeon someday, but found myself very isolated with conservative and Christian values on a large public university campus and randomly received a Facebook ad one day for Charlie Kirk's Young Women's Leadership Summit,

with Turning Point USA, fell in love with the organization and decided to get involved in my own campus community by starting a Turning Point USA chapter. And over the next several years, had a chance to be mentored personally by Charlie and became great friends along the journey while he was simultaneously encouraging me not to go to medical school, but instead to use my voice in media, on college campuses and with this great generation that he had so much faith and excitement in their capacity to change the country. So he gave me my first big job. He got me an internship at the White House as a college student, but more importantly, gave me an opportunity to refine and use my voice, just like so many other people, in telling

the truth to the world when they desperately needed to hear it the most. And what kind of advice did Charlie give you that you found so useful in life? I could give you a whole book full of all of it. Maybe we will someday, but I'll never forget him teaching me that when you're always debating someone to keep your heart rate lower than the person you're talking to, it's not an argument. You're not trying to fight them. You're trying to courageously change their heart and mind. But most importantly, I think the best advice that Charlie ever gave me was to keep everything grounded in a bigger truth than what you can observe with the naked eye, but rather a faith in God and the idea that the source of all truth has to be something bigger than humanity. Charlie didn't

originally set out to sponsor a religious revival or to encourage people to seek their faith. I think when starting TPUSA, his original mission really was to fight for free markets, free speech, and limited government. But seeing him go through his journey over the last decade or so has been incredibly humbling and inspiring to know that as he sought the source of truth, he eventually arrived even more fervently in the later last few years of his life at God and wanting to share that love with other people of truth and of everything we know to be good and beautiful in society. And that has been truly the greatest legacy we've observed in the last few days, seeing an entire generation go to church for the first time, pray for the first time,

buy their Bibles for the first time. And I know he would just be so blown away that that was his impact. Yes, Isabel, do you think that Charlie is a Christian martyr? I absolutely believe that he is. I mean, look at the last question that he answered before his life was so violently taken before our eyes. He had a chance to testify to his belief in Christ and the gospel. and I have no doubt in my mind that he will always have wanted to do that over the last several years to his dying breath. He knew that there were risks getting up in front of people and

telling the truth to a world rejecting that concept, especially when that truth was belief in Jesus Christ as humanity's Lord and Savior. But he had such a peace and joy about his mission and his vocation to do just that. And you know, Vince, I'm incredibly blessed. I got to spend some time with Charlie about two weeks ago, two weeks ago yesterday, sharing the stage with him at one of his last speaking engagements on this earth and backstage for a few hours before our speeches, all Charlie wanted to talk about was not politics, not what was trending on the internet, not catching up on our families, but God. And we spoke about heaven. We spoke about this idea of diving deeper into scripture and church history and theology. And his heart was just

so on fire for his mission from the Holy Spirit. I'm so touched to have had that experience with him. It really is incredible. So a lot has been, there's a lot of curiosity right now about what comes next for conservatives in the wake of the passing of such a towering figure like Charlie Kirk. By the way, I should point out he is literally towering. He's a very tall human being. But he also had a huge impact on the conservative movement. You know, what comes next do you think for Turning Point? This is an organization that you got to see up close. Does it have the manpower and the logistical know-how without Charlie to continue to endure and to grow and flourish. I absolutely believe that they do. And to be clear, I don't work for the organization

full time anymore, but I have been so privileged to see the growth and development of this company and the mission that they represent from teeny tiny ballrooms of a few hundred students at events a few times throughout the year to now a behemoth and empire, really, that has completely transformed the identity and value basis of an entire generation. I, for one, am just completely floored by the courage and steadfast faith of Erica Kirk, Charlie's wife, who just a few days after her husband was so violently taken from us, addressed the nation with fortitude, with calm, with courage, and the ability to look up literally and thank God in the midst of this horrific tragedy that can only be described as the darkest of times. She said it best, they have no

idea what they just did in igniting the fire of an entire generation to embrace conservative values and to embrace their faith bolder than ever before, and I have no doubt in my mind that the organization will only continue to thrive. As of this morning, I believe I saw they have had more than 54,000 requests from around the country to start new college and high school chapters of Turning Point USA, just like that club I started as a student all those years ago in 2017. And I truly believe that the message that Charlie Kirk dedicated his life to and ultimately gave his life to is only growing in strength with every. passing day. Yeah, I see it too. And I think that Charlie's death is going to lead to an even

greater American awakening to what's going on in the world. And hopefully sanity can prevail amidst all of this. That's what Charlie was fighting for. But I do see efforts to stop that from happening. Just in the last 24 hours, we had the announcement of the charges against the assassin. And then in the wake of it, a number of media figures to include Matt Gutman at ABC and then Montel Williams on CNN last night began saying things like, began implying that there was justification for Charlie's killing by saying things like, oh, look at this. This was a distressed lover who opened fire on Charlie that this guy did it to protect his transgender boyfriend.

What do you make of the left's reaction to Charlie's killing? Honestly, Vince, it's disgusting. It's despicable. And I shared on Fox News last night about some of these crazy media conversations and headlines that we're seeing. I really believe that because we're in the midst of a spiritual revival and a revival back for God, we have to remember that every spiritual warfare moment is double-sided. And there are dark, evil, demonic forces of evil at work in our world that are upset and angry at the fact that an entire generation is seeking truth and goodness and beauty in the midst of this horrific tragedy. So the demons are getting angry and they're getting very loud.

And a lot of that is being rooted in these lies that are now being told to cover up for or justify or make excuses for the fact that an innocent, pure young man was so violently robbed of his life and leaves behind a beautiful wife and two young children. This new narrative that's popped up in the last 12 hours or so from ABC and CNN in particular is telling to me because it goes to show that this probably is linked to a larger network or web as the federal investigators are now. determining potentially of greater LGBTQ plus violence and potential armed resistance groups across the country. They're now investigating this new armed queers of Salt Lake City group and conversation that apparently has been on people's radar for several years, but no serious investigation ever took place. So now the media is so afraid of being canceled because we have to blindly affirm and accept everything in the trans community that they're going out of their way to justify this killing of Charlie as self-defense for the boyfriend, trans boyfriend of this

alleged assassin of Charlie Kirk. It is despicable. It's disgusting. It's demonic. But frankly, it's not even remotely surprising based on the behavior that we've seen from the media in the last few years. Now, there's also a discussion is to what extent do Democrats at the top of their party share responsibility for all of this? You know, we heard from the Utah Governor Spencer Cox as he was laying out some of this over the course of the last week, that the responsibility falls squarely on the shooter. But I happen to disagree with that. Obviously, that's the person who pulled the trigger to kill Charlie.

But the people who misled that weak and vicious mind should be much more mindful of the things that are coming out of their mouths if they actually care about human life. You're absolutely correct. And I hope and I pray that this turns into a larger conversation for us to take a serious look in the mirror as a nation and say, how on earth did we allow ourselves to get here? There are multiple different paths that conversation needs to go

for us to appropriately take accountability for this and to say this can never happen again. Some of that, as you just mentioned, comes from voices with the loudest and the largest platforms. On our show yesterday, we covered a young man who goes by the screen name of Destiny, who has said repeatedly on his live stream as a gaming creator and live streamer

that conservatives need to be afraid of being killed every time they step out to give. a speech on a college campus. There are other voices who previously have been associated with organizations like the Young Turks. Hassan Piker comes to mind who has said previously that the blood of America's streets should run red with the blood of capitalists and people who believe in free markets, as Charlie has. So obviously, there needs to be a conversation about the responsibility of media figures who have peddled these narratives for years and years and years. But I also think it's telling that just yesterday we started to find out from

Senator Chuck Grassley, that the FBI has spent years and all of their manpower investigating so-called terror organizations and those potentially threatening violence in our country as conservative organizations, including Turning Point USA. This has been going on for years that our federal law enforcement agencies have labeled conservative and right of center and Christian organizations as domestic terror probabilities who are probably going to continue spreading violence in our country, but they haven't spent really one ounce of manpower investigating Antifa that has repeatedly targeted Charlie Kirk's events, Turning Point USA's events, other conservative organizations on college campuses

for more than a decade. So some responsibility does have to fall on government officials here, and we need to take a really long, hard look in the mirror this week to say never again. Yeah. There's a lot to unpack, obviously. I mean, among those things, you mentioned that guy, Destiny, who I wasn't really that familiar with. I saw social media videos of him, but you look at a guy like that and you think that guy can't fight his way out of a paper bag and yet he's advocating for violence against republicans these lefties they want to take up arms against their political opponents meanwhile it's conservative men conservative women who as you said earlier we keep our heart rates down we keep our feet planted we keep our head on a swivel we've got all the guns and yet we're

the most peaceful group out there it's just it really is it's deeply revealing about where we are as a country right now. It absolutely is. And I hope it's an opportunity for us to say long gone are the days that left-wing backlash is just the people in construction vests screaming at the sky after a presidential election. This idea of the beta left or the weak left or the wimpy left, that has to be a chapter of American history that is no longer relevant today. Because what we're seeing is a clear organization of arming these groups, of training them. This armed queers of Salt Lake City Group took a trip to Cuba for armed Marxist revolutionary training in May of this year, as we're now finding out in the last few days. And so we have to start paying attention to this

clear organization that is happening. And I and many of the other people, very involved in the movement, are specifically calling on law enforcement agencies to investigate this appropriately and to prevent any other senseless tragedy from happening. But of course, the media is just going to run cover for it and pretend that this isn't something for you to pay attention to. Yeah, I'm right there with you. Well, Isabel, Brown, boy, we can tell the impact that Charlie Kirk had on your life. You're an excellent communicator and such a smart person. Thank you very much for joining us today. So let me explore some of the things that we just talked about, including getting into the revelations that come to us from Chuck Grassley yesterday. First and foremost, there's a clip that I want to share with you. Not every single Democrat is doing the, oh, we condemn violence on all sides thing, which a lot of these Democrats are, the Barack Obama's, the Joe Bidens, the Chuck Schumers, the Hakeem Jeffries.

There is a rare exception. And so John Federman this week from Pennsylvania, he's been the rare exception. Not only is he saying, no, we shouldn't have violence, but he's condemning the people who are on the left who keep using language like Hitler, Nazi, and fascist to describe Americans like you, like me, like President Trump. Here's John Federman appearing alongside Senator McCormick, a Republican, from Pennsylvania, yesterday on the Fox News Channel, cut 11.

Look at this. Do not ever, ever, ever compare anyone to Hitler. If not, go online and you can read up on exactly what he's responsible for. You know, 75 to 80 million lives lost in World War II. And you don't compare him to anyone. And if you do, then you will incite somebody to say, well, now I feel like I have to stop that and take them out. People have seemed to forgotten that the president took a shot to the head. And can you imagine if that shot would have gone the way Charlie Kirk's one

and what kind of condition our nation would be in? This is such a dangerous time right now. We're playing with fire. John Fetterman's right about that. John Fetterman's right about that. Kind of wild. Remember, he had a stroke and he's been recovering from that. Even on that television appearance, he was still reading his speech to text off of a little screen.

so he could figure out what Brett Bayer, the host, was saying to him. But, yeah, he had a stroke, but right there, another stroke of sanity, actually, from John Fetterman. So good for him. He's the rare figure that's actually said something that makes any sense like that out loud. It's not enough to condemn violence. How about condemning the rhetoric that leads to it? If you tell lies about your political opponent and people act on those lies, you bear responsibility for that tragedy. It's true.

Now, on we go to the revelations from Chuck Grassley. Yesterday, Chuck Grassley revealed in the hearing with Cash Patel, the Senate hearing with FBI director Cash Patel, that there is, there has been a massive amount of targeting of conservative groups that was unknown. We knew conservatives were being targeted. That's not a surprise. You and I both knew that through the years. Every time Obama or Biden, have run these operations. They've targeted conservatives with the government. It's happening yet again under President Autopin. A whistleblower has revealed to Chuck Grassley that conservative groups were rampantly targeted by the deep state.

And that includes Charlie Kirk's Turning Point USA. Listen to Chuck Grassley yesterday, cut 10, describing the state of affairs. And yes, it's called Arctic Frost. Carolyn Chippey knows about this. It's called Arctic Frost. Here's Chuck Grassley. In total, 92 Republican targets, including Republican groups and Republican-linked individuals, were placed under investigative scope of Arctic Frost.

On that political list was one of Charlie Kirk's groups' turning point, USA. In other words, Arctic Frost wasn't just a case. to politically investigate Trump. It was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and Department of Justice prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus. So today, Senator Johnson and I are making these records public

for the entire country to see, and I hope a lot of people are interested in seeing what government can do when various agencies have a political agenda. Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson deserve. They really do an enormous amount of credit for being the place that whistleblowers can turn to in order to get this important information out to the public. So that's why whistleblowers keep doing that to the great frustration of Democrats who were hoping to cover all of this up. So Chuck Grassley revealing that turning point USA, turning point action targeted by the Biden FBI and the United States Department of Justice in what it turns

out is a very well-named operation. Arctic Frost. What were they attempting to do? They were attempting to chill conservative speech, to freeze out the conservative movement, to ice it, to stop it from happening. Arctic Frost. It's name of it and now we're getting some of the contours of this thing and that goes right back to you know we've been hearing the president talk a lot lately about RICO violations organized criminal conspiracies that are designed to hurt American citizens that sure sounds like it so thanks to Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson for their role in getting that information out now onto the Department of Justice how about that fellows let's see some prosecutions here

Grassley revealing that important truth a lot of a lot of Republicans targeted there, but that's worth knowing. Also, other people who were targeted, the Republican National Committee, the Republican Attorney's General Association, various Trump political groups. As you go through the filings, you'll see all sorts of human beings whose names you know, who all they did was speak up on behalf of Trump and public, so the FBI added them to the hit list to investigate them, to rifle through their bank accounts. This is dastardly stuff, and now all being revealed. Boy, that hearing, though, yesterday with Cash Patel, the FBI director,

holy cow, did it have its moments? It really did. Let me start with, before I even get into Cash Patel giving a series of well-deserved beatdowns to a number of left-wing lunatics, let me just start with Eric Schmidt. This is Senator Eric Schmidt of Missouri, another great senator, calling out the violence that's committed by the left using his time very effectively yesterday. Cut five, here's Eric Schmidt. And I would point out, we've heard years, years of the left, their loudest voices calling anyone on the right, extremists, extremist, mega-Republicans, fascist, Nazis, an existential threat to democracy.

Check yourself. And don't give me this, both sides, bullshit. Mr. Director, I want to ask you, the man who tried to kill Republican congressman at the congressional baseball practice, nearly killing House majority leader, Steve Scalise, left wing or right. wing violence? Sir, I believe it was a left-wing ideology. Okay. Burned down cities during the summer of love in the George Floyd riots. Left-wing violence or right-wing violence? Left-wing.

The Waukesha Christmas Parade Massacre, left-wing or right-wing? Left-wing. The Lee Zeldon stabbing attempt. Left-wing or right-wing? Left-wing. The Covenant School shooting in Nashville. Left-wing or right-wing? Left-wing. The Butler Pennsylvania assassination attempt on President Trump. Left-wing or right-wing? Left-wing.

The Trump International West Palm Beach assassination attempt, left wing. The abundant live Christian school shooting, left wing, the United Care CEOs murder, left wing, testless burned, key damage, firebomb, less wing, left wing. The murders at the Israeli embassy, left wing, the ice facilities fire bombed, left wing, the Minnesota Catholic school shooting, left wing, the anti-white Charlotte and North Carolina stabbing, left wing, the attempted Utah news state firebombing, left wing. And now, of course, the culmination of this vile trend, a left-wing assassination of Charlie Kirk. So don't give me this both sides. If we want to get to unity, let's be honest.
