end. He's the one who has to figure out how to get through all of this, no doubt. And I trust President Trump. President Trump has delivered victory after victory after victory. So, where are we right now? Well, yesterday, this development comes up. President Trump decides to personally intervene in the communications when it comes to Minnesota and in the logistics of how all of this is going down. And that brings the president of the United States to making a phone call with Tampon Tim Walls and the Minneapolis mayor Jacob Fry. And in fact, we get the first indication of how those calls went from the president who posted

the following to Truth Social. Here's what he said. He said, Governor Tim Walls called me with the request to work together with respect to Minnesota. It was a very good call, and we actually seemed to be on a similar wave life. I told Governor Walls that I would have Tom Holman call him, and that what we are looking for are any and all criminals that they have in their possession. The governor, very respectfully, understood that, and I will be speaking to him in the near future. He was happy that Tom Holman is going to Minnesota, and so am I. We have had such

tremendous success in Washington, D.C., Memphis, Tennessee, New Orleans, Louisiana, and virtually every other place that we've touched. And even in Minnesota, crime is way down. But both Governor Walls and I want to make it better, President Donald J. Trump. Now, you, you, I'm not sure if you share this sentiment with me, but I don't trust Tampontim as far as I can throw him. And neither does President Trump, I just want to remind you of something. Don't mistake President Trump's pleasant demeanor towards Governor Walls. as somehow being weak or thinking that Tim Walz is really pulling the wool over his eyes or anything like that. President Trump does this all the time.

He goes back and forth in his public presentation about the way he's dealing with people in tough negotiations. He's done this with people like Kim Jong-un. He's done it with Vladimir Putin. He's done it with Vladimir Zelensky. He does it with everybody. So just because he's indicating in public some sort of warm feeling about somebody, who's been nothing but a nightmare to the country, that's Tim Walls, doesn't mean that President Trump

is under some false illusion that Tim Walls is suddenly some great compatriot who's going to work with him to clean up the country. That's President Trump trying to kill him with kindness and trying to figure out a way to navigate forward for the people of Minnesota who are, of course, American citizens. Well, except for the ones who are here illegally. The president also indicated that he called,

I had a phone call with Mayor Jacob Frye, yesterday and he said the following about that. He said, I had a very good telephone conversation with Jacob Fry, the soy boy mayor of Minneapolis. Sorry, my phrasing, not President Trump's, for those of you on the audio podcast. Lots of progress is being made. Tom Holman will be meeting with him tomorrow. That would be today, Tuesday, in order to continue the discussion. Thank you for your attention to this matter, President Donald J. Trump. All right. So there we go. That's the conversation that these guys have had. And so what did President Trump actually say on the call? What was that call like? What did he demand of Tim Walls? Well, here's Caroline Levitt yesterday, cut four, going through the list of

demands the president has for these Democrats. Watch. It is President Trump's hope and wish and demand for the resistance and chaos to end today. That's why President Trump spoke with Governor Walls directly this morning. And he has outlined a clear and simple path to, restoring law and order in Minnesota. Number one, Governor Waltz, Mayor Frye, and all Democrat leaders should turn over all criminal illegal aliens currently incarcerated in their prisons in jails to federal authorities, along with any illegal aliens with active warrants or known criminal histories for immediate deportation. Number two, state and local law enforcement must agree to turn over all illegal aliens who are arrested by local police.

And then thirdly, local police must assist federal law enforcement in apprehending and detaining illegal aliens who are wanted for crimes, especially violent crimes. If Governor Walson, Mayor Frye, implement these common sense cooperative measures that I will add have already been implemented in nearly every single other state across the country, Customs and Border Patrol will not be needed to support ICE on the ground in Minnesota. Yeah, this has always been the point. hasn't it, which is if you don't have a sanctuary city, if you actually work with the federal government, if you deport people who are here illegally, well, then you're good to go. That's it. The state will be fine.

You don't have any of this chaos. And yet the Democrats who run Minnesota have just been creating chaos and not even allowing local law enforcement to work with and protect the feds from the violent insurgents that are taking over the state. That's the current state of play. And what you heard Caroline Levitt described there, which is, hey, if you take an illegal into custody, if you arrest an illegal, you need to be in contact with ICE so that ICE can get them the hell out of the country. Well, that's for sure. And that is not what's been happening in Minnesota. In fact, yesterday, Tim Walls attempted to summarize this call on his own, and he misled the public immediately about the details of his conversation with the president. Here's what he said. He claimed that he had a productive call

with President Trump. And he also said that he made the case that he wanted investigations, that would be criminal investigations into federal law enforcement because of the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Freddie. He said that the president agreed he would talk to the Department of Homeland Security about ensuring the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is able to conduct an independent investigation as ordinarily be the case. Now, I think based on the public record here, walls his

lying about this detail. President Trump merely said that he would be looking into it. He would look into it. That's what he was talking about. And then Wall says this. The governor reminded President Trump that the Minnesota Department of Corrections already honors federal detainers by notifying immigration and customs enforcement when a person committed to his custody isn't a U.S. citizen. There's not a single documented case of the department's releasing someone from state prison without offering to ensure a smooth transfer of custody. Now, this is slick. It's not that slick, but it's slick.

Here's what Walls is actually saying. Here, he says, oh, anybody who's been convicted and sentenced to prison, when we release them from prison, if they're illegal, we turn them over to the feds. That's not fundamentally what the issue is. The issue is, if you take any illegal, into custody for any crime whatsoever.

You contact ICE, you work with ICE. That is not what the state of Minnesota is doing. And so the distinction here is the difference between a prison and a jail. Prison is where you go if you're convicted and sentenced. Jail is typically where you go if you're being held during trial or ahead of trial. This is when we want to know about these illegals. and that is not the information Minnesota is providing. In other words, Tampon Tim is even lying about the content of his conversation with President Trump immediately to the public.

That's the typical tampon Tim horse crap. Now, President Trump just described the details of these calls this morning. He was on Sid and Friends, a radio show, and he summarized the call this way. Take a look here. Let me put this up for you. here's here's president trump talking this morning uh this is again sit and friends the radio show describing the phone calls that he had with both of these guys had jacobreye and i had governor waltz and i mean they were they were great calls so let's see uh how they reported but they were very

nice calls very respectful so is there a possibility president trump of some type of compromise i read that some of the guard we are leaving the state of um minnesota some type of compromise nice to, I guess, make those guys feel like they're in charge, even though, God, help us. Yeah, well, I think so. Yeah, I mean, I think so. What we need is they're criminals. You know, they have criminals. And all I said, just give us your criminals. And if you give us the criminals, it all goes away. They're there to pick up murders. I don't know if you saw it, but it was a couple of days ago announced that crime is the lowest in the history of our country, the recorded history of our country. That's a big statement. That's because of us. That's because we go into

cities and towns usually were embraced. Sometimes we're not. Chicago is like pulling teeth with Pritzker and with the mayor, the mayor of Chicago, low IQ person. And usually we're embraced, but sometimes we're not. And when we're not, it just makes it harder. It just makes it harder. All right, there's the president of the United States.

So what he's saying is, look, I had a good calls. I had good calls with them. Now, those calls did result in action last night, something that we have not seen before, which is that the Minnesota state patrol, the state police force in Minnesota, works ultimately for the governor, just started protecting federal law enforcement for the first time. I'll show you the footage of what went down last night. President Trump's intervention has had an effect. Also talk to you about why tampon Tim Walls may have been further induced into acting here by the president. of the United States and his administration. More in just a moment on all of that.

Now, in the midst of this, there's a big story going on, which is a lot of speculation running rampant in the media right now, whether or not President Trump is going to say goodbye to any of his cabinet members soon. All right. Yeah, look, by the way, on that point, I've thought that Christy Noem and Tom homin insofar as any of these guys can claim credit for the success that the administration has had, they deserve credit. I mean, she's the DHS secretary. She's in charge of all of these immigration operatives that people need to get all these bad guys out of the country, the people who secure the border. That's been a huge success. And the borders are himself. Tom Holman has just been an all-star throughout his career. And I'm so happy that he's here working for President Trump. So, you know, whatever the truth of any underlying tension there is between the two of them or anybody else in the Trump

administration. I'm grateful for everybody who's securing our border and ejecting illegal aliens from our country. I can't be more happy about that. I'm grateful that these guys are doing the work. All right. So what happened last night? What happened last night? Well, it appears that there was yet more attacks by these left-wing lunatics on a hotel last night. And this was where they believed that Greg Bevino was staying. And in fact, we get some footage from our buddy Jorge Ventura, who was out there last night. And let's see, this is after President Trump spoke to the Minnesota Democrat leaders, they finally deployed these cops to protect the feds. Cut five, take a look at this footage.

This is easier and lawful behavior, which means leave the area peacefully. If you not do so, you'll be subject to arrest or subject to other pleas that. Other peace action could include the use of chemical agents and the use of control tactics or less lethal devices. So that's local Minnesota cops, Minnesota State Patrol, warning the crowd that they're about to use riot dispersal techniques. The guy who was working the bullhorn there sounded like the stage manager at a Broadway show. But whatever. The point is the message was getting out. We're going to disperse you. We're going to get rid of you.

And sure enough, they started doing it. Now, Jorge Ventura described the scene that he saw last night. They had several arrests being made. And as you watch this footage, you're going to see a bunch of emotionally incontinent libs blowing their little rape whistles. And one of them playing a toy accordion in order to try and cause as much disturbance as possible outside of this hotel where they believe that federal agents were staying. Watch this.

Another night and another hotel attack. This is becoming a major problem here in Minneapolis. not only for the safety of Asians, but just regular guests, who are staying at that Spring Hill suites. Last night we covered the other hotel right at the home two suites by Hilton. So another hotel targeted here. They say, Belvino is here, but check out the police line, the batons, gas masks. We do see Minnesota State police here.

So we're, you know, it's really, it's hard to kind of predict us. Just how long this will continue here in Miaz. becoming a major problem for authorities. And all this is coming as we now have Tom Holman coming in, he's going to be actually meeting with the mayor tomorrow. But these have become almost like the new nightly scenes. Another hotel target. Yeah, it's another hotel targeted.

So they're banging pots and pans and playing toy accordions. It's also ridiculous. Now, the police did move in on all. all these guys last night and finally arrest them. These are local cops making the arrest. This is, see, these are scenes we have not seen until tonight. Last night. You are now under arrest.

Police sit down and wait for instruction. Moving on them. Taking them into custody. So this is what we've needed all along. This is what we've needed all along for the local cops to do their jobs. Why did it take President Trump getting on the horn with the governor of the state in order to make that happen. It's just so crazy that it's taken this long to finally get some positive traction. But yes, that's right. D.L.R. 64 saying it's about time. Yeah, it's about time. It's way

past time for this to be finally happening. And here we are. And we've got some footage overnight. We've got some of the head shots overnight of these guys getting busted all of the mug shots of these idiots. And when you get a load of them, you start to realize like, these are a bunch of of thugs and trannies that are on the street that they're arresting. Just over and over and over again. I mean, these are people who are like just utter goofballs, like emotionally incontinent morons who are taking to the streets who just have caused a lot of trouble in the state of Minnesota.

And so, I mean, it's good to finally have these guys in custody. Check out here you go. I'm going to pull this up now. Check out the trans-looking mugshots of these guys. Here they are. Here's one. This is all from Crime Watch Minneapolis. Look at this kid.

Nose ring. Look at that. They've all got the eyes, too. They've all got the crazy eyes. These are, the guy's still got acne, this child. He's 24 years old. What? It says Samantha Faye Machowski.

Is that a girl or a guy? You never know these days. Here's another one. Justin Neil Shelton, 37 years old of St. Paul, arrested by the Maple Grove Police Department, local police department, Maple Grove involved in this as well as the Minneapolis State Patrol. Here's another guy.

They all have the eyes. Eric Raphael Ballander, arrested by State Patrol. And there's another one, child. J. Lynn Marie Rodriguez, 24 years old. Another one, Kashmir Ladene Hamilton-Granow, 19 years old, arrested by State Patrol for rioting. Here's another one that's kind of androgynous. Bailey Ray Schlosser, 26, ring pierced right through the top lip.

Wolf. And then another one, how did that chick get pulled out? Sarah Nicole Workman, 28 years old. Crazy eyes all the way through. Freya James Ebson. That's a dude pretending to be a chick, 23 years old. And the list goes on. Oh, face tattoos, of course.

We get dudes with face tattoos showing up. So, you know, thugs and trannies keep taking to the streets and causing all of this chaos. And now finally, local cops taking them into custody. Now, I do have a thought as to what may further have induced tampon Tim Walls to finally act. And I wonder if President Trump even brought this up. But remember, it wasn't a week or so ago that we were just given information that the federal government has launched criminal investigations into tampon Tim, Jacob Fry. and Keith Ellison for obstructing law enforcement, for obstructing ICE, and for encouraging the people of Minnesota to wage an insurrection against the federal government. They're under criminal

investigation right now. And it may very well have been over the course of their conversation that President Trump brought that up, or perhaps Tim Walls brought that up, or maybe neither of them brought that up, but that was somewhere in tampon Tim's mind that will hold on a second. If I've got a criminal investigation coming from me? What kind of exonerating evidence can I establish in order to say that I'm not obstructing ICE, that instead instead, that I'm actually working with them? And so maybe this is on his mind as President Trump rings his neck yesterday and says, you better do something. You better do something to clean this up. So now we have state police intervening. We'll see. That pressure may have had an impact here. And it's a reminder that consequences are a way to

restore order. If Tampon Tim was animated by the fact that there's a federal investigation going on to his criminal behavior right now, it is an obvious reminder that criminal consequences, the Justice Department imposing consequences on criminals is how you deter crime. It's how you restore order. So we need to see a lot more of that. Please keep that coming. The video I posted from the Alex Prattie murder calling for direct action, calling for boots on the ground, calling for someone to stand against these murderers was deemed inciting violence and, you know, they're being bullied by the administration, clearly. I don't think that they're going to let them take my account on, but I don't know what they're posting this insanity. to social media and he's mad that it's being pulled offline now for inciting violence, which it clearly was. They're gonna silence me somehow and they're having a hard time putting a bullet in my head. So we shall see what they do to get the job done. I go back of my bio.

I am basically on the run now. He's on the run. You know, I have safe places and I have have evacuations planned out, but the way things are going, I'm going to... You think they'll be able to find him with this gigantic gash of a face tattoo on his head? He said he's on the run now. He's got safe places to go. We have to be very resourceful, and that's going to take support. So, you know, thank you. Thank you. Thank you, thank you a million times to those of you who have.

We were able to deploy over 100 gas masks on the streets in the last couple of days. Anyway, so the insurgents. continues. He's bragging about that, but he says he's now on the run. And God willing, the FBI catches up with that guy and then plants his face into the ground and puts the handcuffs on him and drags him into custody. That would be good. So what is the FBI up to? Well, we did get an update from the director of the FBI, Cash Patel last night. And this relates directly to something you and I talked about yesterday, which is that the insurgency is being planned on signal. It's being planned on these encrypted apps. And luckily, you've had people like Cam Higbee and

Osra Nomani, great journalists who've been digging into all of this. And Cash Patel says that the FBI is all over it and investigating everything related to these signal chats by these insurgents. Take a look here, Cash Patel, Cutte. The initial chat group is information we collect from the public because we repeatedly request the public provide us with information they have. And what we are going to do is what we have been doing across the country under President Trump's leadership to deliver this historic success from your ear. It's not a trust me situation. It's a look at the last year. It's a look at what we did when the FBI opened up their task force in the state of Virginia under President Trump

and our great partners at DOJ and the Attorney General. We wiped out crime in the state and we're going to do that in every single city. We've done it for the whole year. And on this type of specific investigation, what you do generally speaking is you send out subpoenas, you collect data, you put people in grand juries and you find out who broke the law. And if anyone broke the law and incited violence, remember, that's the key here. We are not going after people and infringing on their freedom of speech to peacefully protest. We are definitely not going after people in their Second Amendment right to bear arms. Only if you incite violence and or threaten to do harm to law enforcement officials and break the law in any other way,

does it become an investigatory matter. So this signal chat is something that we, the FBI, are looking at and spearheading. Yeah, all right. So they're looking into the signal chat. That's the point. and these guys are digging into it. And rightfully so. I mean, the reality here is, as Cam Higbee's been so excellently documenting,

these idiots keep coordinating all of their attacks on ice in these groups. And people like Cam Higby are getting into them, capturing all of the footage and the information, and then sharing it with the world. And I'm cracking up this morning because I just saw Cam Higby share a great post. This is a healing group that they put together. last night on Zoom. Basically all these lefties are together and they have a some sort of Zen healing expert. First of all, they started with a goofy song and then they had a dude lead them in healing exercises, some sort of pagan healing exercises where they talk about their worship of

redwood trees and the ocean and somebody said Yoda is one of their ancestors. These are mentally ill human beings. But here's what it looked like on their Zoom chat last night. as they were doing their ridiculous healing sessions. I'm telling you. Oh, Zeeva Zimratya, these people are like marshmallows. I mean, really, it's not going to be much of a fight. It's so ridiculous that they're

Now, I mentioned earlier on the program that in Minnesota, one of the big changes is Tom Homan's going. And I told you this yesterday. Tom Homan's going in, and thank goodness,

we're sending a Homan into Minnesota. I think that's going to have a big impact here. But one of the guys who's leaving is the Border Patrol commander, Greg Bovino. Now, I like Greg Bevino. I'm a very big fan of Greg Bevino. Greg Bovino is taking a lot of crap from the left and these insurrectionists. They've been assaulting him on the streets. They've put out bounties on his head.

And he's got, as far as I can tell, the right attitude about what we need to do here. I mean, he was asked recently, hey, what's the deal? Are you going to, when are you going to stop deporting people? When are you going to pull all of this immigration enforcement out of Minnesota? Is there a number of people that you want to deport? And Greg Bevino had a world-class answer to that. Cut too. Watch Greg Bovino just days ago.

People in Minnesota want to know when this surge will end. We continue to apprehend dozens, if not hundreds of these criminal, illegal aliens a day. We're going to continue conducting that mission. We're not going to put a date or a timeline to stop this mission. This mission's ongoing until there are no more of those criminal illegal aliens roaming the streets of Minneapolis. Is there a number, though? You have to have a file. There is a number and it's called all of them. Yeah, there's a number. All of them. All of them. Every single one of them. We're going to get their asses out of the country. So if you're looking for an answer, the answer is when the mission is done, we're going to get them out of the country. That's it. So Greg Bevino is a great American. Greg Bovino's got the right attitude about all of this. But the administration made a decision yesterday that they're going to put Greg Bevino back into other roles and not specifically be handling affairs in Minnesota. Tom Holman apparently going in to start managing that. And Holman's going to report directly to the president of the United States. Caroline Leavitt was.

asked about this yesterday. And here's what she had to say about the subject. Cut one. Take a look. Mr. Bovino is a wonderful man and he's a great professional. He is going to very much continue to lead customs and border patrol throughout and across the country. Mr. Holman will be the main point of contact on the ground in Minneapolis. All right, Tom Holman, now the main point of contact. Now, overnight there was a lot of debate over whether or not Bovino was going to continue to be the Border Patrol commander at large or if he was going to just go back to his old job in the El Centro region, that seems to be a little bit up in the air this morning on what particularly is going on. Nick Sorter, who's just a great journalist, is reporting that President Trump

has become aware that there's any concern about this and that Greg Bovino is going to continue to be that commander with the Border Patrol working to help the immigration mission nationwide. But either way, whatever this actually is in the end, and I can't tell from where I'm seated. but whatever this actually is in the end, I hope Avino stays involved because, again, he's got the right attitude. If you're here illegally, you've got to go. And I know Tom Homan shares that sentiment. Whatever their difference of opinion is on strategy, I know that all these guys share that sentiment. If you're here illegally, you've got to go. You've got to get out of this country. Let me see. Tampon Tim Walz. There's another thing about Tim Walls you should know about Minnesota. Tim Walls, do you remember when I told you yesterday that Tim Walls decided to basically stoke the violence this weekend by telling his out-of-control base that President Trump has tantam out to Hitler and that the men and women of ICE are once again basically Nazis. That's what Wall said. This is what he said over the weekend, cut three, watch.

Many of us grew up reading that story of Anne Frank. Somebody's going to write that children's story about. about Minnesota. Disgusting, absolutely disgusting, so disgusting that the United States Holocaust Museum is now condemning Tim Walz for his idiocy. They wrote the following yesterday. Anne Frank was targeted and murdered solely because she was Jewish. Leaders making false equivalences to her experience for political purposes, that's never acceptable. Despite tensions in Minneapolis, exploiting the Holocaust is deeply offensive. especially as anti-Semitism, surges.

The only thing they left out is Tim Walz's name. They sort of just be direct. Everyone knows who you're talking about. Just say Tampon Tim Walls. But there it is, the U.S. Holocaust Museum condemning Tampon Tim for his idiocy. He's just gross. And so again, President Trump has to figure out a way to deal with him. The other thing President Trump has to figure out a way to deal with is people in his own party.

You know, Republicans in Congress, some of them are. just being complete idiots right now in the midst of all of this. They're getting squeamish about enforcing the law. And we should encourage them, as always, enforce the law. Enforce the law and don't apologize for it. That's insanity. Stop falling for this. Republicans are questioning ICE in Minnesota, a daily caller report about this. Republican House Homeland Security Committee Chairman, New York Representative Andrew Garberino, formerly requested that leaders from ICE and Customs and Border protection and USCIS come testify before their committee. Republican Washington representative Michael Baumgartner praised Garberino's move saying it's important quote that the American people in Congress

be given a better understanding of how immigration enforcement is being handled, as if these guys are guilty of a scandal here. House oversight Republican chairman James Comer further suggested on Sunday in an interview with Maria Bart Romo that President Trump should consider repositioning federal agents if the tensions escalate. If I were President Trump, I would almost think about, okay, the mayor and the governor are going to put our ICE officials in harm's way and there's a chance of losing more innocent people or whatever, then maybe go to another city and let the people of Minneapolis decide. Do we want to continue to have all these illegals? And to that, I say, hell no. No. Right now the problem we have is we have an American state that's decided that they're just going to be a breeding ground for illegal aliens who've poured it in our country.

They don't get to do that at the expense of the rest of us. What has that led to? Certainly, foreign nationals coming into the country in Minnesota has led to not only a loss of life, but the loss of a lot of taxpayer dollars, $20 billion that the Somalis have stolen. How about enough of that crap? Let's get these people out of the country. And if you give insurgents on the radical left, the terrorists, veto, well, then that's how you get more chaos. If they realize that attacking ICE agents, assaulting the men and women of federal law enforcement is a recipe for getting federal law enforcement to back down from upholding the law, what are you going to get more of? You're going to get more attacks on the feds. Let's not do that, okay? Settle down. Settle down. And remember, enforce the law and support President Trump's efforts to do that. Now, those people are not alone. and there's others who've jumped in here. Bill Cassidy, Lisa Murkowski, Thumbtillis, Rand Paul.

The list goes on and on. And not everybody has the same position here, but all of them are voicing some degree of skepticism about the mission to enforce our immigration laws. Enforce them. That's what we voted for. That's what we want. And then this morning, you get a Republican congressman

by the name of Mike Lawler, who's also jumped in on this. Mike Lawler has written an op-ed for the New York Times because that's, of course, where you go. when you want to speak to your base. And here's what Mike Lawler saying, we need to wake up after Minneapolis is the claim. We need to wake up after Minneapolis.

What does wake up involved? So Mike Lawler says that agents from immigration and customs enforcement and customs and border protection are conducting forceful operations in American communities. They should reassess their tactics. Let's not do that. In other words, that's a Republican congressman saying that. He goes on to say that collaboration between the feds and the state should start now, and that the FBI and state and local departments should together investigate the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Pretty.

Ladies and gentlemen, what kind of investigations does the FBI do? Those are criminal investigations. Congressman Mike Lawler is calling on, calling for criminal investigations. into the deaths of Renee Good and Alex Freddie. That's what he's calling for. That's not taking a position that's on our side. That's taking a position that helps to demonize the men and women of law enforcement or simply trying to do their jobs.

If, for whatever reason, an administrative overview of the way these events went down suggests any criminal culpability on the part of any member of law enforcement, from there they can make a criminal referral. But the idea that these guys should be criminally investigated out, gate, whose side are you on? We're trying to restore order. We're picking up rapists. We're picking on murderers. We're picking up child abusers. And we're getting them the hell out of the country. We need way more of that and way less squishiness from people who are supposed to be on our side. Now lastly, before I get to Virginia, because I want to talk to you about what's going on in Virginia,

it really matters. I do have one big success story, one other big success story from the Trump administration you should know about. The Trump administration, has been quietly, without much fanfare, waging a war on H-1B visas. H-1B visas. These are visas that are nominally for temporary workers to come into the country, only in circumstances where companies really need it because they can't hire domestically. But, of course, that system has been abused a lot through the years, and it's not for very high-skilled workers. It's oftentimes been used for very low-skilled workers, and yet these jobs have supplanted American jobs. The Trump administration has been tackling this pretty aggressively.

And that brings us to this interesting report from the Daily Caller. With all eyes on Minnesota, the Trump administration is waging a war now on H-1B visas. President Trump's administration has quietly set its sights on H-1Bs. The Times of India just reported this week, India where so many H-1B workers come from, no new H-1B stamping dates seem to be available this calendar year. and new interview dates are being deferred all the way to 2027. And so they say the alerts are now appearing. They have alerts appearing on the H-1B specialty occupations page on the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services website.

And these alerts are indicating that it's becoming more and more impossible to get an H-1B. Kind of fascinating. One expert telling the Times of India, quote, they're not in any hurry to give you a visa. They're trying to deny visas when they can. it's a completely different world from what we saw during the Biden administration. This administration does not want to give you a visa.

That's a big deal. That's a very big deal. A sleeper story that we bring to the surface here on this edition of events, that's a meaningful piece of the fight against all of the immigration abuses going on. And, you know, look, as people like Nate Morris in Kentucky have called for, we need a full-blown moratorium on all immigration until we get the country's order. restored, and then we need a sensible immigration system that only brings in people based on merit and whether or not they're actually going to assimilate into our country. Most common sense thing,

imaginable. Now, speaking of common sense or not having it, in Virginia, the Democrats are continuing their psychotic rampage on liberty now that they control the state. That brings us to a report from WRIC. That's an ABC affiliate out of Richmond, Virginia. And here's what they have for us now. Virginia Democrats have advanced a bill to ban the sale of so-called assault weapons in Virginia. Assault weapons. What's an assault weapon? Well, a Democrat, it's any, I mean, fundamentally, it's anything. But in real life, what they generally refer to are rifles that are semi-automatic,

which are some of the most popular guns in the entire country owned by American citizens, as is their Second Amendment right. Also, Virginia Dems are trying to. ban the possession of magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds. They call them high-capacity magazines, which, by the way, are also commonly owned. Lots of Americans own magazines that are bigger than 10 rounds. And Virginia's trying to ban them. Now, here's the rub. In Virginia, not only are they attempting to ban the sale of those magazines, they're trying to ban ownership for current owners. They want to, the bill, according to Cam Edwards, is a great exercise.

expert on all of this. He says the bill has been amended to, in part, remove the grandfather clause for current magazine odors in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Keeping any magazine that can hold more than 10 rounds would be a class one misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in prison. Prism. Democrats hardly care. I love the lip service they're giving to the Second Amendment when they think it can be used against federal law enforcement right now as they try and deport illegal aliens. But inside of the state legislature, they're moving right now to stampede all over your civil rights. Now, Harmy Dillon, the head of the civil rights operation at the Justice Department, does say this is a blatant violation of Supreme Court precedent, and it will not stand.

And God willing, she's right. But time is of the essence. If this thing, you know, gets passed, the second it comes into law and people start being damaged by it, God willing, we have a Republican administration with somebody of the strength of Harmie Dillon in place to help guide along the lawsuit necessary to get it to the court and stand up for Second Amendment rights. A lot of moving parts here. But Democrats wasting no time in their pursuit of tyranny in Virginia. These are just the latest pieces of legislation in terms of what they're up to. And then there's this. Virginia Democrats have also introduced a bill to prohibit immigration enforcement within 40 feet.

of a polling place. And what does that tell you? What does that tell you? They want to block immigration enforcement within 40 feet of a polling place. So right now in Virginia, it's forbidden to electioneer within 40 feet of a polling place.

That's common sense. You don't want people, you know, getting in line and telling you to vote for and handing out campaign merchandise and hassling you in the final 40 feet before you get to the booth to vote. Although I would imagine. it's probably unconstitutional to tell someone you can't turn to the person next to you in line and say,

hey, you better vote for Trump. Trump's going to be the reason. Trump's going to be the answer here. You should vote for Trump, not for Kamala. I mean, it's idiotic to suggest that that should be illegal. In fact, I think that's unconstitutional. But this idea of allowing campaign operatives to come into the polling place, you don't let that happen. But this thing about immigration enforcement, Virginia Democrats think that they can ban immigration enforcement?

First of all, this flies directly in the face of the supremacy clause. The federal government can enforce federal law on public. property. What is a polling place is public property. So this strikes me as completely unconstitutional to begin with, but I'll leave that to the lawyers. The other thing and the most obvious thing is why would they be concerned about immigration enforcement near a polling place? What are they worried about? Are they worried that we're going to catch the illegal aliens, that they're letting vote in Virginia elections? Are they really being that complete? brazen right now? Here's the legislation, HB 1442. Elections, polling places, prohibit

activities, acts in furtherance of federal immigration laws. The law would quote, prohibit any person from performing any act for the purpose or in furtherance of enforcement of federal immigration laws within 40 feet of any building used as a polling place. They're not even hiding it. They're not even hiding it. We said for years that Democrats are perfectly comfortable opening our borders and having illegal foreign nationals pouring into our country to accrue political advantage. The most obvious way is through growing their power in terms of population, human bodies that they use. They don't identify as American citizens or illegal aliens. They use them in order to get more

votes in Congress, more congressional seats, more electoral college data, more electoral college support. That's it. Ill-gotten gains, rigged elections, but also to vote in elections. Democrats have fought across the country to allow illegal aliens to straight up vote in municipal elections, local elections. And then meanwhile, in a place like Virginia, they seem pretty comfortable with illegal aliens voting in our federal elections for things like President of the United States. It's disgusting, and they're brazen about it. Just a reminder that elections do have consequences. And if you give these Democrats a thimble full of power, they will abuse it immediately.
