Starting point is 00:00:02 All America all the time. Sit down, buckle up, and get ready for the Dan Bonjino show. Hey guys, sorry about the delay. I had to add some stuff last minute. When I say last minute, I mean like actually in the last minute, as in 60 seconds. Things were coming in involving the most disgusting headline. I've seen it a long time. And that's a lot coming from the BS garbage trash can media we have to deal with.
Starting point is 00:00:29 If you don't know what I'm talking about and you haven't seen it, what the Daily Mail, a trash garbage beyond tabloid like BS, flaming dumpster fire of an outlet did last night is one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen. The headline about the Charlie Kirk trial. I'll get to it. One of the most disturbing headlines I've ever seen. from an outlet at even like
Starting point is 00:01:02 trying to pretend they have this little like patina like this crust of seriousness. The Daily Mail has never been a serious outlet, but what they did yesterday is an abomination. I'm going to ask you a simple question, everyone out there in the audience. And I'm serious.
Starting point is 00:01:18 It's not meant to be some kind of bullshit rhetorical question. I mean it. Do we believe in this republic due process in a system of justice or not or do we believe in media headline trials? I know the answer in the Bongino army out there. I don't mean to be patronizing. But there's some other folks who come in here to troll
Starting point is 00:01:37 and be generally just assholes. Do you believe? A lot of these folks, by the way, claim to believe in liberty and freedom. But they want a subject in a massively publicized U.S. trial involving the murder of Charlie Kirk. Tried in the media. I thought you believed in liberty and freedom.
Starting point is 00:01:56 Just not when it gets you clicks in rage bait, right? unbelievable what happened last night and i mean unbelievable that it really was hard to believe i had a hard time going to sleep last night processing how people who pretend to be journalists even like slightly could do what they did yesterday all right i got a lot of show i only say that again because we had to add a lot in at the last minute it was my fault not theirs i'm like e throw this and throw that in folks we prepare financially protect our homes we get survival food survival gear think about security, but how about preparing your medicine cabinet the same way? That's not only common sense. It is the tent pole of any preparedness plan. You don't have life-saving medications. They're not
Starting point is 00:02:43 going to save your life in an emergency. That's why life-saving medications. Being prepared means having access to what your family might need before you're scrambling for it in emergency. That's why I use and recommend all-family pharmacy. They let you order ahead these medications and stock your medicine cabinet for three to six months so you're not running, dry every 30 days. We're talking about essentials, like NAD plus, which I love antibiotics, Ivermectin, mebendazol, blood pressure medications, and over 300 other prescription medications. They're a licensed U.S. pharmacy focused on access and transparency. Here's how it works. Complete the very easy form online. A licensed doctor reviews it, provides the prescription and your
Starting point is 00:03:24 medication ship straight to your door. Stock up and get what you need today. Go to all family pharmacy.com use promo code Bongino 10, Bonino 1-0 for 10% off. That's all family pharmacy.com slash bonjino. Use promo code Bonino 10 for 10% off. Do it today. Don't wait for an emergency. This is not medical advice. Consult a license, healthcare professional before taking any prescription medication.
Starting point is 00:03:51 All right, fellas. Let's go. Listen to me. Police, everybody who's zoned in, man. Let's get in the funnel here. Speaking of funnels, the mark of the imbecile is the, inability, I can't say this enough, to process a data set of information and come down to the information like a funnel that you find useful to deal with this scenario. I mean, for instance,
Starting point is 00:04:13 you know, we were sitting here before, car pulled into the parking lot, accidentally pulled sideways, guy was lost, was blocking access to the parking lot. Now, there's light shining in my face, there's people talking in my ear, I spilled a little bit of coffee inside. All of those things are facts. However, they're not facts relevant to me dealing with the problem right now, which is a car pulled into the driveway and pulled sideways, and no one can get into the studio. The mark of the imbecile is the inability to segregate out facts and data that are useless towards solving a problem from facts and data that are useful to solving a problem. That is the mark of the imbecile. It has always been the mark of the imbecile. Easily distracted, correlation over causation, the Lego theory, put a Lego here, put a Lego here, put a
Starting point is 00:05:00 Lego there, never connect the Legos, but just tell people there's two Legos, and they'll make the connection themselves because they can't process information. Overloading people with facts and underwhelming people with actual evidence is the mark of the imbecile. It has been since the beginning of time. It's how we wound up with all kinds of bizarre freaky-deaky rituals before people started to bedrock themselves in science. Folks, the funnel for facts works this way to get to a solution for a problem. The mark of the imbecile is the inversion of that. Take a solution for a problem and confuse people with a bunch of unrelated facts
Starting point is 00:05:51 that intelligent people had segregated out a long time ago. It was facts, but not evidence. Here's the Daily Mail headline from last night. I mean, again, one of the most disgusting things I've seen in a long time. There is a trial going on. bullet used to kill Charlie Kirk, quote, did not, not in all caps, appealing again to the lowest common denominator, did not match rifle allegedly used by suspect Tyler Robinson, new court filing claims. Really? Because when you actually read Melissa Koenig, who is a disgrace to humankind, I cannot believe this person is actually employed by an outlet even pretending to be a journalistic endeavor, that this was not only allowed to pass by a, a headline editor, but put out there, keep this up, guys, this is going to be important,
Starting point is 00:06:46 is an absolute abomination. Number one, the headline of the piece, which is clearly rage bait and clickbait, is completely inaccurate and is debunked by Melissa Koenig, this absolute imbecile, her own piece. So the bullet used did not match the rifle allegedly used by suspect Tyler Robinson. Here they write in a piece, the bullet that killed conservative commentator Charlie Kirk may not match the rifle. Oh, used by Tyler Robinson. And that's interesting.
Starting point is 00:07:16 Well, now it's may not. I thought it said did not. Guys, are you reading the same thing I'm reading Justin? The title says did not, right? But then the first line says it may not. Am you reading it? I mean, fellas, ladies in the audience, you're reading the same thing? Because I'm sure the Candace fans are in here now.
Starting point is 00:07:34 It didn't mind. But it gets even worse, of course, in the piece. So now they change the headline. for the moron class. But his defense attorneys, talking about Mr. Robinson, who's, by the way, entitled to a vigorous defense, not faulting the defense attorneys at all. Everyone's entitled to a vigorous defense.
Starting point is 00:07:53 And everyone in our court of law has to be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt, period. Thank the Lord for that. His defense attorneys now argue that the ATF was, quote, unable to identify the bullet recovered at the autopsy to the rifle allegedly tied to Mr. Robinson. So now it gets even worse. Now they're not only saying may not.
Starting point is 00:08:18 Now they're saying it couldn't match at all because the bullet basically was fragmented, correct? So that's like saying I was talking to Jasmine about this this morning. If you're going to put a headline like this up, by the way. Because Mr. Robinson is entitled to a fair trial in a court of law to be judged by a jury of his peers. The state is also entitled to a case free of intimidation of jurors, attempts to tamper with the jury pool. The fair trial works both ways, folks. But I said to Jasmine this morning,
Starting point is 00:08:51 this is the most disingenuous, disgusting headline I've ever seen. That's like you're at a baseball game, whatever. You're at a New York Yankees game, Jasmine. I was telling this morning. And you get mugged, God forbid, outside the stadium with 30,000 people piling out. And the cop asks you, hey, do you see the guy? can you identify him? And because there's so many people out there,
Starting point is 00:09:11 the crowd's fragmented, you can't see, you can't see the guy. You go, no, Jasmine did not identify the person. That's different than what they're implying in the headline that they catch the suspect, bring the suspect up to Jasmine,
Starting point is 00:09:27 because they have a video. Jasmine, is this the guy? And Jasmine says, no, that's not the guy. That's not match. They're two completely separate things. They're not even close. The Daily Mail must know this. This Melissa Koenig may not be intelligent.
Starting point is 00:09:42 I don't know her, but she can't be that dumb. She got your clicks. That's all the matters, man. Young man murdered on camera. He's got kids and a wife. Ah, whatever. You got you clicks. I hope you're happy, Daily Mail, Melissa Koenig.
Starting point is 00:10:00 Folks, I'm going to tell you something, okay? And I've said many times. There is no more vigorous opponent of censorship than me at all. And I would never, ever, ever go down that path because the dangers of that are far worse than idiots using garbage on the media to get clicks. But really, do you do you have any sense of shame at all? Folks, do we believe in due process? Do we believe in liberty and freedom? Do we believe that even the worst kind of criminal in the United States of America subject to our Constitution has the right to a fair trial?
Starting point is 00:10:41 Do we believe that? Listen to me, Tyler Robinson is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law beyond a reasonable doubt. We have a court proceeding coming up. The United States of America and the Utah state system will present evidence under oath in a court of law in front of a judge and jurors. That's how the system works. The people out there trying to contaminate this are doing it clearly with. intent here. Of course, TMZ had a pile on with their headline, too. I mean, do you have any sense of shame at all? Any of you guys? The TMZ staff, there's not even like a byline on this
Starting point is 00:11:34 with a name. Bullet used in Charlie Kirk killing doesn't match alleged weapon defense claims. That's not what it's not even into. I don't even know what you're talking about. You know, I was going to use it. You know what, just play it. By the way, this information, I thought, you know, people were confused about how a round wouldn't have an exit wound. Well, rounds do very different things because the physics of these things are very complicated. Bullets, rounds. He was Candace Owens a little while ago, but I thought they, you know, were confused about how the bullet could fragment and not exit. Regarding the bullets, the source says that it was to fragment.
Starting point is 00:12:25 to match Tyler's rifle. Hat tip again, Milkbar TV. Hat tips are appropriate. You can follow that account for a rather fascinating information on that. So I thought it didn't fragment. It did some other... I don't understand.
Starting point is 00:12:44 Like what's... Why can't you just settle on a story? It's almost like you guys are lying to people for clicks. Instead of letting this man have his trial and his day in court and letting the state have their day in court as well. Folks, I'm really glad I've never been proud of the audience or the show. I'm proud of my service in government.
Starting point is 00:13:05 I'm multiple times. I'm proud of this show. I'm proud of this audience. And I'm proud to call many of you friends. I really am that this is an audience full of reasonable, logical thinking adults that see through this stuff. I get your emails. I get your tweets.
Starting point is 00:13:19 I know there's a small fragment of Bot Army out there that wants all of this chaos. and loves it, but it is really an honor to be friends with many of you and to hear and to read some of your communications back and forth. I'm not even going to put up that. Can you put up the community note? So there was a community note on, of course, X about this, not long, maybe hours after the story went up.
Starting point is 00:13:45 People were putting up all kinds of conspiracy theories. Here's a community note on X. The court filing states the ATF was unable to identify the bullet to the rifle, which means the ballistics analysis was inconclusive. It does not say the bullet does not match. Further FBI analysis is ongoing. Of course, there are others out there making other dramatic connections. Here's one Lego.
Starting point is 00:14:14 Here's another Lego. The two Legos aren't connected, but man, I'm going to tell you they're connected. Correlation is not causation. Because there's a Lego here and a Lego there does not mean this Lego and that Lego are connected. Folks, I've used this example probably 100 times. on my show. Correlation is not causation. If you get a cold in the winter, when I was a kid, mom used to tell me, hey, she's going to only one who called me Daniel. Daniel, put a jacket on when you go outside. You're going to catch a cold. I didn't like jackets. I was always hot,
Starting point is 00:14:48 even in the cold weather. I don't like to, I don't even like to wear jackets now, only when it's super cold. You're going to catch a cold. It's cold out there. Ladies and gentlemen, the cold has is not does not cause you to catch a cold the cold causes your nose to run a little more people touch their nose a little bit more it's a moist environment bacteria grow there's a third variable in there it doesn't mean one cause the other correlation is not causation the mark of the imbecile is presenting two separate facts people catch more colds in the winter that's a fact and it's cold out and it's cold so one must cause the other that's not what's happening Smart people understand that.
Starting point is 00:15:30 And I'm really honored to have you guys as an audience. I cannot believe how many people are falling for this. I'm going to put up this tweet, and I shouldn't, because I don't even know where this tweet is from. Of course, there's not a real name on it. And that's pretty much a hallmark for me of, you know, nonsense. However, this tweet is an, is a, this is basically a bat signal in the sky. when you see stuff like this on Twitter,
Starting point is 00:16:03 know you're being played. It's the correlation causation myth that they equal each other. They do not. You have to present a solid linkage to show causality. This is from an account. I just saw this is what we were pulling before we come on the air. This is a political scalpel account. I don't even know who this dude is.
Starting point is 00:16:24 It doesn't matter. This is the mark of the imbecile. Oh, wow. What is shocking coincidences? the sheriff who choreographed Tyler Robinson's handholding surrender, retired. He notes, decides to piece out after 30 years. The exact second the defense files the bullet, which actually killed Charlie Kirk, doesn't match the kid's alleged rifle.
Starting point is 00:16:46 Okay, we just showed you that's not true. That's not what the filing says. And second, the sheriff retired. The announcement was on Friday. Of course, this account, which I don't know anything, it doesn't matter. It has a couple thousand followers. This account is how stupid people fall for this stuff. This isn't, keep this up.
Starting point is 00:17:06 We're going to scroll down there. The first paragraph, what's alleged in there isn't even true. And yet this will get thousands of retweets and people will believe it. The retirement announcement for the sheriff, who had his own issues, by the way, independent of this, was on Friday. Notes, they had the etched bullets, the DNA towel, the convenient roommate text, but the one piece of evidence that actually matters. Wrong gun. No, it's classic.
Starting point is 00:17:35 That's not what it says at all. Did you even read it? Of course you didn't. It's an anonymous account spreading bullshit like one of those little like grass seed circulators. You know, the grassy. That's what this is. It's just this bullshit in it.
Starting point is 00:17:54 Scroll down. This gets even worse. Nothing to see here, folks. Just another retirement. as the entire fairy tale starts collapsing in open court, that's not, that's, that's, that's not what happened. I know your audience for this
Starting point is 00:18:08 bullshit doesn't really care. Please don't watch my show if you believe that don't. I really don't want you here. I'm telling you. This show, we are a capitalistic business enterprise. I love the show. I consider it entertainment, but I don't, not
Starting point is 00:18:24 interested in the bottom line income here. I'm interested in the truth. I don't want you here. I don't want you here. I don't want anybody to use you for money or to say. I'm not interested. The script is breaking. Watch the rats scatter. You see the good guy, bad guy inversion?
Starting point is 00:18:43 People interested in the truth and justice for both Mr. Robinson and the system. You see how I put out both sides of this because we're interested in a process? This young man is entitled to a trial. Don't assume anything on either side until people raise their rights. hand and go into a courtroom and swear by it. Stay frosty notes. Truth doesn't file retirement papers. Got to put the catchy thing at the end to sound like you got to give you a little like Terminator Arnold Schwarzenegger line at the end to sound like a real badass. Folks, it's just, I'm not going to lie to you, man. There are times I just like sit here. And I just can't, I can't believe this is
Starting point is 00:19:41 happening. I've been through these fights before. And I keep telling myself, this is no different than, you know, the Rick Santorum, Mitt Romney, Donald Trump, Ted Cruz, Donald Trump, Rubio, Donald Trump, Rand Paul, Donald Trump Ron DeSantis. There's no different than 100 congressional primaries. People have come to me. Support me, not the part. Like, it's the same thing. It's like, but this is different, folks. I think everyone out there, you included in this movement, knows what I'm saying right now is true, that this is different. This is not intra-party. political warfare for a spot on a ballot and a primary.
Starting point is 00:20:21 This is evil. This is pure unadulterated evil. There are people out there with motives that are so indescribable that you wonder how others follow. Doesn't it say something if like you're a moth attracted to this, this light that's spewing nothing but bullshit and evil? What does that say about you? Are you not interested in this? the truth, I just want you to always remember, folks, the mark of the imbecile is someone who ignores
Starting point is 00:21:05 the only bit of evidence that points you to a conclusion in favor to mounds of facts and data that have nothing to do with your final conclusion. It's the mark of an imbecile. It's the mark of an imbecile. It's sad we've got to do this, but we do. I'm going to show you, of course, what additionally we have to fight is we walk and juggle flaming chainsaws at the same time. And again, man, when you talk about liberty, talk about it with a smile, folks, this is the greatest country on earth. Do not get depressed. Our grandfathers and our forefathers have had far more difficult struggles than we have.
Starting point is 00:21:48 I mean, our biggest struggle with, you know, our generation is like obesity and stuff and too many video games and movies available. This prior generation, man, what they went through, I was just thinking last slide about, you You know, my grandfather, who's long since past, Frank Bongino fought and the Battle of the Bulge and how it was like the tried to be the, you know, the Nazis last stand as they partitioned all these soldiers away from Eastern Front onto the Western Front and what that must have looked like to him. And he never talked about it ever.
Starting point is 00:22:23 This is our fight now. This is a Twitter spat, but it is very serious ramifications for who we're going to be as a movement going forward. Are we going to be bedrocked in a lodestar of truth? Are we going to fall into leftist cannibalism theory where we start eating each other alive, nonstop, 24 hours a day for clicks and rage bait? I'm going to show you what we're up against and why we have to excise all this nonsense, this bullshit, and get back to what matters. But we are going to have to excise this. There is no way around it. There's no amount of Twitter talking it down that's going to make this go away. we're going to have to do the hard work.
Starting point is 00:23:10 All right, I'm going to take a quick break. It's a heavy open, folks, especially for a Tuesday. Now you see why it took me a little bit. Birch Gold, after a meteoric run hitting over $5,000, gold prices have softened. What's that mean for you? It means this is a buying opportunity. Whether you haven't yet diversified your savings into gold or maybe you just want to buy more, Birch Gold Group can help you too.
Starting point is 00:23:36 I've been a customer for a long time. I'm a big investor in gold. I like to diversify my financial portfolio. The fundamentals are still out of whack. Surging world prices are keeping inflation high. The national debts soaring and central banks are still buying massive quantities of gold. That's why my belief in gold hasn't changed at all. Don't take my word for it.
Starting point is 00:23:55 Educate yourself. Birch Gold, B-I-R-C-H will send you a free info kit on gold when you text my last name, Bongino, B-O-N-G-I-N-O-8-9-8-9-8-9-8. There's no obligation, only useful information. including how you can own gold in a tax-sheltered retirement account. With an A-plus rating with the Better Business Bureau and tens of thousands of happy customers, be included. See if buying the dip makes sense for you today.
Starting point is 00:24:22 Text Bongino to the number 9-8-9-8-9-8. Claim your free info kit and learn how to diversify your savings with gold. Again, text Bon Gino, B-O-N-G-I-N-O to 9-8-9-8-9-8. Do-It-Divify message. data rates apply. Thank you, Birch Gold. Folks, we already know what happens, by the way. We have, you ever a lot of you in the sociology space or humanities or that you have these things like these natural experiments, experiments on, say, minimum wage where one side,
Starting point is 00:24:53 say it's at the Maryland-Virginia border and two towns right on the border, one inax minimum wage and one dozen. You get these natural experiments that present themselves once in a while where you can go and see in this region we can segregate. out a lot of confounding variables, and we can at least through statistical analysis, infer causation. That's just a fancy way of saying, did minimum wage cause job losses, or is it just a correlation where we can't point to that? What's the strength of the statistical analysis? That's what happens all the time. Natural experiments are hard to come by, though,
Starting point is 00:25:26 in some of these spaces, because you can't induce a negative condition in a natural environment, like, hey, we want to test the effects of massive amounts of radiation on a population, Justin. So I'll tell you what. Justin lives in Martin County. We're going to go to your neighborhood and we're going to set up a 24-hour X-ray at your house and we're going to see what happens if you come down with some genetic mutation
Starting point is 00:25:49 like some other people we know. That you can't, what's that? He wants it if it's a paid gig. There's no amount of money you want to pay for that gig. This is not the way it works. I only bring up natural experiments because we've had a multi-century natural experiment that's been going on in near perpetuity now
Starting point is 00:26:12 of leftist collectivism. In other words, take all the sources of income, take the means of production, confiscated for the government, versus capitalism where you can build your own means of production, a farm, a business, whatever, chrono flux in the chat. I'm glowing. Listen, there have been crazy experiments like that in the past. My gosh, the Tuskegee Airmen, that's horrible stuff.
Starting point is 00:26:38 But we've had a natural experiment. In other words, we have enough instances of Lego, Lego, Lego, Lego, Lego, where any person who believes in statistics can start to say, well, those Legos are now causal and connected because there's enough data to support it in the funnel. Like how I tied that together? We've seen what open borders, wealth taxes, chaos in the streets, defund the police, government-run health care.
Starting point is 00:27:05 seen where this goes. You just saw it with the last government shut down. You mean this? No, no. The one before. Where the Democrats shut down the government on President Trump because they needed more money for Obamacare, despite them telling us to pass Obamacare
Starting point is 00:27:21 because it was going to save money. We already have the natural experiment. You see one going on right now in New York again. Where you've got this left wing lunatic mayor, Mamdomey, like a devout communist, right? And the guy's not even an officer long guy.
Starting point is 00:27:38 And I'm not telling you like he caused all this. A lot of stuff was going on for a while. But do you want to live like this? This is his city. This is a video in Manhattan taken from, I believe, a TikTok guy. And who was the guy in this? But I'm thinking, Sweeney. Okay, thank you, Sweeney.
Starting point is 00:27:55 I don't know who this guy is. However, I've been in New York quite a bit. I grew up there, very familiar with the five boroughs. New York was a police officer there. Started my career in Midtown, the precinct there. This guy's walking down the streets of New York. Folks, if you took the background scenery out of this with AI,
Starting point is 00:28:13 you would think you were living in the third world. Why would you want to live like this? Check this out. This is Canal Street. We'll walk in south. And just look how bad this is all metastasized and gone insane. Look at this. Block by block after this was completely clear before.
Starting point is 00:28:32 This is the most expensive real estate. in New York City, by the way. Like, this isn't some area of Brooklyn. This is Tribeca Soho. Multi-million dollar homes, property taxes through the roof, and this is what we get. Timu, what we're thinking.
Starting point is 00:28:50 Look at this. Spreading block by block. I'm just saying, folks, you know, when I say we have to walk juggle flaming chainsaws at the same time, it's not an option. I'm really sorry. I wish we didn't have this faction pretending to be in our tent trying to burn our tent down while we're fighting this stuff.
Starting point is 00:29:09 But that's the fight we've been given. And it pales in comparison to our forefathers and grandfathers who fought far harsher struggles than we're doing. I'm telling you, I said in the beginning of the show, there are times you do this like self-pity routine. I do it too, something. You got to snap right out of it. There's no time for that shit. Folks, this looks like the freaking third world. And by the way, cut your bullshit.
Starting point is 00:29:36 It is nothing. It's not a race thing. So you can shove that thing right up your ass. It's got nothing to do with that. You ever been to the third world? This is what it looks like. Sidewalks. Can't even walk down the sidewalk.
Starting point is 00:29:46 You got people in your face trying to sell you little gizmos and widgets. You ever been to places that this is how people survive on basically like a subsistence economy of selling widgets and gizmos. You want to live in the third world? I don't. Folks, free markets have saved us from the grinding parven. poverty that produced widget economies like that for eons. Free markets saved us from that. You want to go back to this collectivist BS.
Starting point is 00:30:19 And the only reason I bring this up is I got a series of things coming up of soundbites and video right here, showing you what I'm telling you about this third world model of economics is real. The Democrats are going to run on this. Even the moderate position, air quotes, the Democrats are running on. It's still crazy. But they're advocating for all this stuff. I don't want the third world bringing third world p.O.Ls, patterns of life. Here, I don't want it.
Starting point is 00:30:48 And you don't want it either. Did you see this video that went viral? This is a Cuban sees a supermarket, an actual supermarket outside of Cuba for the first time. Now, from what you can see in a background, this is not a supermarket in the United States. It doesn't matter. The point is it's just not in Cuba. It's cool. I think it was either Dominican Republic or someone said maybe Mexico.
Starting point is 00:31:17 It doesn't matter. This is outside of communism where freedom and liberty have saved us from the deprivation, starvation communism causes. I want you to look at the videos in Spanish, so we'll just play a little bit in LVO. But you watch the look on this guy's face. It doesn't matter if you speak Spanish or not. You do speak eyeballs. Watch the look as he sees what scarcity look.
Starting point is 00:31:40 look like in his country versus what relatively free markets can produce anywhere else. Check this out. You see this? You see this? Talking about the onions and the potatoes. They can't believe it.
Starting point is 00:31:57 Look at a smile on this guy's face. They've never seen this before. Folks, I want you to understand something. For the young folks who listen to the show, I know you're out there, I get your emails. One, thank you for being here. I respect you guys to, of course. I love that you're here, young, old, whatever.
Starting point is 00:32:12 I want you to understand that throughout the course of human history, this has not been the rule. This has been the exception. The course of human history has been starvation, pillage, warfare, plunder. What saved us, not from warfare, unfortunately, they're always going to have violent people trying to kill us. But what saved us from, you know, generational deprivation and mass starvation, and people freaking dying because they didn't have enough calories to support living.
Starting point is 00:32:39 Forget about. exercising, hitting like the machine bench press on the life fitness thing, getting up and get out of bed, they could not feed themselves and they starved to death. That is the, that is the, throughout the entire course of sentient human beings, homo sapiens, that is what happened. You're used to seeing that because you live in a free country. Mamdami and these leftists who were fighting, the Bernie Sanders type, Do you understand they want to instill the system that guy came from where he's stunned?
Starting point is 00:33:12 They have extra onions there? I think he says in Spanish, I asked Paulus, at one point, something the effect of like, what are they going to do with all this stuff? He doesn't even know there's so much abundance. He doesn't, he's not even sure what they're going to do. He's never seen that. I remember Paula telling me similar stories. And she came here from Columbia, which, you know, the portion of Columbia she was in,
Starting point is 00:33:35 they were pretty poor, but they at least had food. She couldn't believe it either. The milk, the eggs, the meat, meat, Colombia, they get like a, Pauli used to tell me stories. They get like a small pack of chicken. That was like for a month. I eat that small pack of chicken for breakfast. We give that packet of chicken to Lucy, the dog.
Starting point is 00:33:57 That's how rich we are here. Live in the third world. And either of you. You want to get there fast? Keep stealing our tax dollars and giving it to people who are coming over here, not the right way, by the way, not like Paula did it, and stealing our money through rampant government welfare programs that are not welfare programs.
Starting point is 00:34:24 They're transfers from hardworking taxpayers to criminals who are stealing the money. Here's Peter St. Ange. If you don't know who this guy is, I've seen him on Fox a lot lately too. I'm glad to see he's getting around and starting to get out there more because his commentary is pretty darn good.
Starting point is 00:34:40 I encourage you to follow him on X. Here he is talking about the massive fraud problem we've seen in Minnesota, California, even in my state of Florida, with health care for a durable medical equipment. Ladies and gentlemen, if the government is paying for something in a big government model, whether it's socialism or just big government democracy, right? When the government's paying for something, I assure you the quality controls and cost controls
Starting point is 00:35:06 are non-existent. Check this out. In a report last week, Dr. Oz, who is currently the head of Medicare and Medicaid, found 72 fraudulent hospice companies in a single building in L.S. Across L.A., there's an estimated 700 hospices that have triggered multiple red flags, which Dr. Oz estimates at nearly three and a half billion of fraud. To give me a sense of scale, California is about a third more elderly than Florida. California is big.
Starting point is 00:35:36 But California has 11 times more hospices, 2,279 versus Florida's 208. In fact, one in three hospices in America are in Los Angeles County, that apparently never raised an eyebrow. Of course, Hospice is just the beginning. New York recently admitted they spent $82,000 per year for every homeless person projected to rise to $97,000. San Francisco spent $141,000 per homeless person. That's worth noting the average Americans spend $60,000 a year,
Starting point is 00:36:11 meaning New York homeless should be living better than the average American. They should be vacationing in Tuscanyan buying tasteful art pieces, for their vacation homes, San Francisco homeless should be living like kings. Of course, they are not. For the simple reason, the money does not go to the homeless, it goes to the non-profits that make up the welfare fraud industrial complex. Folks, that video goes on.
Starting point is 00:36:36 It gets even better. I encourage you to check it out. Why does the government waste and piss away so much money? Well, I told you for a couple of reasons. Number one, combine with the Democrats, focus on open borders where they can bring people into the country illegally. The way to get them to vote Democrat against their best interests, because they've come from places like Cuba
Starting point is 00:36:59 where they're looking at the Ceboyos, the onions, like, holy shit, where do all these onions come from? How do you get a guy like that who's seen the progressive liberal, socialist, communist model of government nearly starved to death? How do you get a guy like that to vote Democrat? The answer is you pay him. Pay him with what? They can't work legally.
Starting point is 00:37:18 The answer is you get them on government benefits programs. This is not complicated. Get people in. Use them to get people into the House of Representatives because it's dependent on population. Your population's leaving blue states. Replace those people in what you call demographic destiny. You talk about it all the time.
Starting point is 00:37:35 Use them to enhance your electoral college votes in the presidential election. Get them on government benefits, so you're paying them off. And get them to vote if they can't vote because something stopped them, which typically doesn't in many cases. and they're illegal, it doesn't matter. Just keep them there and count them in the census,
Starting point is 00:37:51 and at least we can use them for the presidential election. That's the model. I'm not doing that, man. I don't want to live in the third world, folks. And you shouldn't either. Here's Kevin O'Leary. You may know him from Shark Tank. Mr. Wonderful, he goes by.
Starting point is 00:38:13 Kevin O'Leary was on a podcast. What's the name of this, Ice Coffee Hour podcast? So, hat tip to them. They appear to be leftists, given the question here. They asked Kevin O'Leary about a wealth tax. You want to live in the third world. Don't take Peter St. Ange's warning. Just keep distributing government money to immigrants who come into the country
Starting point is 00:38:36 for a thousand different social programs and bankrupt the government, and you'll get there. The second way to get there is institute a wealth tax, which sounds really good to the stupid people. It sounds good to the same people I was discussing in the beginning of the show who connect a Lego to a Lego, two Legos that are in no way connected just because you saw two Legos. I like big government, wealthy people have money. Therefore, we should connect those and take people's money and everyone will be wealthier. That's not what happens.
Starting point is 00:39:05 When you look at the natural experiment where wealth taxes, excuse me, were instituted, France, the state of Maryland, when you look at where this happened, what do you think happened to the rich people? Justin, trick question. when they taxed really rich people in Maryland and in France using a wealth tax, what do you think happen to the rich people? They leave. They leave.
Starting point is 00:39:27 You have the natural experiment, dipshit. It just happened in the state of Washington. Didn't Hokel just cry about all the rich people leaving? Hokel was just crying. Yes, she was just, Kathy Hokel, good point. The communist governor in New York was just bitching and moaning about, I have to go down to Palm Beach and Florida and get all the rich people that left. Did, so why are you still doing it?
Starting point is 00:39:54 That, folks, you just said in an interview, this ridiculous clown governor in New York, this communist, Kathy Hockel, hey man, did this wealth tax, you know, all these people left for Florida. Now I got to go get him. I got an idea. Let's do more wealth taxes.
Starting point is 00:40:15 These people are, I'm trying, there's this lady I really, like on Twitter or commentary. She's like, I love Dan's show, but he curses too much. I'm trying. I'm trying. Add hard on the chat. Oh, please come back.
Starting point is 00:40:37 I was almost going to wrap the show up. I was. Poor Rumble wallet. Sorry, we've got to read it. I can't. People are leaving because we tried to steal 50% of their money. We've got to go get you in Palm Beach. What's your idea?
Starting point is 00:40:53 Another wealth tax. It's a. Someone in the chat right. Get to the clip. already. Here's Kevin O'Leary arguing with these two young men about a wealth tax, really. So you already taxed the hell out of people. Now you want to steal more of their money and you assume they're just going to hang around
Starting point is 00:41:17 for this. Check this out. What do you think of the wealth tax? Because Jack, we were having a discussion earlier, believes that it might be a good thing. No, no, Jack, you're going to hell for saying that. But there's an argument to be made. No, there isn't. It's un-American.
Starting point is 00:41:33 It's it will destroy the fabric of the economy punishing wealth and success. Well, it's not punishing because they already have billions of dollars. Right. The difference between having $5 billion and then let's just say a 10% wealth tax, you know, $4.5 billion is not quite significant. It's just the idea that you're made a promise to come to America as an entrepreneur to achieve the American dream. then some arbitrary politician randomly decides,
Starting point is 00:42:08 we're going to appropriate that from you. We're going to steal your wealth, just because we feel that a 10% wealth tax is appropriate. It's not really stealing. It's redistributing. You're going to go to hell too. Like both of you are going to hell. I feel sorry.
Starting point is 00:42:27 I mean, well, we've never made any real money before. that word before in Cuba, in North Korea, in Russia, it just hasn't been done right. They're all sh**le's new. Good point, Justin. I'm sorry to these hosts. They may not be left. They sound like are actually laughing about it. I don't know. I don't know these guys. I just find the clip fascinating for the back and forth. Sarcasm or not? There's an argument to be made, they say, for the wealth tax? I don't know if you're being sarcastic or not. What's the argument? An argument is made by data, correct? Fellas, is that not how we make an argument?
Starting point is 00:43:07 No, just like, not this day and eight. I get it. However, we're going to go back to an old day and age that was not full of stupid people. The way you make an argument, if you want to draw a conclusion from a series of and potentially a hypothesis out there you had, you want to test against other hypotheses out there,
Starting point is 00:43:26 is you draw a conclusion using data. What is your argument to be made that everywhere they institute a wealth tax? Washington State, New York, Maryland, people leave? What's your argument? The argument to be made is the opposite. If you're going, I hear this all the time. They'll say something like, well, it's a data point or there's an argument to be made. Well, show us the data point.
Starting point is 00:43:52 It's a data point. It's a data point. All he keeps bringing up his data points, he never tells you what the data point is. it's an argument to be made about the data point what the f is it which one make the argument then and i love the other line well it's not punishment no no definitely not it's a reward to steal people's money it's definitely a reward to do you understand how punishment versus rewards work if you studied even basic psychology punishment can work basically an aversive stimuli punishment can work one of two ways.
Starting point is 00:44:30 You can have negative punishment or positive punishment. Negative punishment is when you take away an appetitive stimuli, something really pleasant, i.e., when you put your kids in timeout. They're playing a video game, they like that, and they do something wrong. You say, go sit and time out. That's negative punishment. It's punishment because you've taken away a good thing.
Starting point is 00:44:47 Positive punishment is when you deliver an aversive stimuli, the belt when you're growing up, the strap or something, or my mom with the hanger once in a while. while. They delivered something. The positive doesn't mean qualitatively good. It means something was delivered to you that was negative, aversive. They are taking away your money, taking away something you use for entertainment, education, for food. It is a form of negative punishment. It's a form of government putting you in time out. I love this, too, where the guy says at the end to Kevin O'Leary, well, it just hasn't been done right. How many freaking trials you need
Starting point is 00:45:30 For two centuries, we've watched this natural experiment of communism and socialism evolve around us through hundreds of examples from Chile to Venezuela to Cuba to the Soviet Union to Bulgaria to the Czech Republic, formerly Czech to Slovakia. We've seen it over and over. How many more trials do you need before you're going to show us that this correlation between communism and collectivism and success works? because it doesn't work. You don't have an example. Let's try it one last time.
Starting point is 00:46:07 You understand how this is the mark of the dipshit? Think about this. Every time I grab the hair I don't have and smash my head on this wooden table here, it hurts. I've done it 10 times. Do you try it an 11th? And go, you know what, this time I'm pretty convinced smashing my head on the table is good.
Starting point is 00:46:31 I'm going to give it one last shot. It's a data point. It's a data point. Again, never, never tells you what the data point is. We just need to try it one more time, socialism, wealth taxes, communism. It'll definitely work. I know it's easy, by the way, to vilify people who are wealthy. I get it.
Starting point is 00:47:02 Envy, though, at the expense of your own lifestyle is another mark of the imbecile. worrying every day about what some rich guy down the block is doing who may be an asshole he may not be why do you care get a job go get a job no one wants to tell you lazy people i'm not talking about older folks people who are infirm kids who parents have died in their bodies we have a responsibility as a generous, great, God-fearing society, take care of people who genuinely can't take care of ourselves. I'm not talking about you. To the lazy bums out there.
Starting point is 00:47:45 I know you probably not listen to my show, but someone in my audience who is definitely not lazy, send this to a lazy bum you may know. Get off your ass. Get a freaking job. Go get a freaking job. Stop worrying about what rich Johnny bag of donuts down the block is doing with his money.
Starting point is 00:48:02 He just bought a new Ferrari. Who gives a shit? here. We'll do it again. Thank you, Justin. Here it is. This is the loan repayment plan. It's also Dan Bongino economics. Here is your ass known as a rump in the picture. Take it and get a freaking job. Go get a job. The hell is wrong with you. No one wants to tell you to get off your ass. They give you easy answers. Hey, it's a government COVID program. They'll give you money. What do I have to do? Well, technically it's supposed to be for PPP or paying people. I don't have a business.
Starting point is 00:48:47 That's all right. We'll just make one up and give you money. Okay. I got another one. Here's another solution. If that doesn't work out, we're going to attach those evil rich people who create a bunch of jobs. And we're going to give you some of their money so you can sit on your ass. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 00:49:03 Get off your ass. Go get a freaking job. I'm sorry. No one wants to tell you this. Maybe your parents are cops. bottling you. I get it. Oh, Johnny, it's going to be okay. It's not. You're a lazy bum. Get off your ass and go get a job. You are a lazy bum. Get a job. There is value in work. You understand when people take money from others and give it to people who can work.
Starting point is 00:49:36 Not only are you making them lazy, you are stealing away their opportunity to add value to this world. Every single person has some God-given talent. I don't know what it is. It's, It may be making wood tables. You may be a carpenter and you just don't know it. You know why you don't know it? Because you wanted to steal money from some rich guy who has no impact on your life whatsoever to sit on your ass and never have to learn to do that skill because it's easier to sit on your ass.
Starting point is 00:50:00 You stole this person's ability to contribute to this world away. I'm going to go a little out of order. I'm looking at some of these and I want to go a little bit out of order. You want to live in the third world, by the way? Teach people to be victims. Rich guys did it. The white man did it. That's a favor.
Starting point is 00:50:26 That's a favor to mind. The white man does everything. The white man and the Jews, they do everything. White man and the Jews, Jews, white man, I get it. I've heard it a thousand times. When you point to, like, but it's so interesting, when you see actual pockets of poverty and the leftist talk about, you know, systemic discrimination against us that's keeping Baltimore City, for example, poor.
Starting point is 00:50:49 You go, well, what's the system in Baltimore? Well, the system's run by Democrats since like forever. Okay. Where's the white? man there or the Jews or whatever. Do you see how keeping people in these boxes and convincing them to sit on their asses and do nothing while the rich guys are going to pay your way? Do you see how this adds to demographic power for the Democrats who keep people on the
Starting point is 00:51:11 government teeth the entire time? Stay quiet over there. We'll pay you. But the only way to do it, I want you to watch this video. Q update. They're like, where you going with this? The Canada video. they have one of these liberal parties in Canada,
Starting point is 00:51:27 the NDP, they had a leadership convention. This is not satire this video. Now, you're going to laugh when you see the video. I need to set it up a little bit, so forgive me, especially for those listening on Apple and Spotify. At this party leadership convention, full of crazies, they give out these color-coded cards that give you like privilege,
Starting point is 00:51:48 if you're an indigenous group or some aggrieved minority they've determined. And this card's supposed to, to let you speak first. The problem is, when you tell different groups of people, they're victims of the rich people and the man and the white man and the Jews, when you tell, eventually you have to segregate people out
Starting point is 00:52:07 into groups that are small enough that they're easier to control. Because not every group, follow this point here, not every group has the same interest. In other words, the label minorities doesn't mean anything anymore. There are Asian groups that have nothing in common with black groups when it comes to interest. There are Asian groups
Starting point is 00:52:24 within Asian groups. Vietnamese, the diaspora, may have shared completely different interest than Japanese Americans. You see how the minority label, you have to partition it into small groups so they're easier to control and you can appeal to people.
Starting point is 00:52:40 But when you partition people into smaller and smaller groups at that granular level, what winds up happening is each one starts sniffing at each other for the scraps from the table because Democrats can't produce any wealth. They've got to steal it.
Starting point is 00:52:54 And then you get arguments like this that break out where aggrieved groups like, well, I had my card. Well, I had my car. Well, I got to speak first. This is not satire. Check this out. There's a point of privilege on microphone one. Then we'll go to microphone three. Go ahead, delegate.
Starting point is 00:53:07 Yes. Hello. I was standing here with my gender equity card before you called on the previous speaker. That's my point of privilege. I would like to read. I will explain the speaking order, which is fixed that I cannot amend, which is the pro-con rotation. You can move yourself up a line that you're standing in. I am pro.
Starting point is 00:53:24 I was... We went... You went pro-con. We went pro-con. Pro. And my plan was to go con. The speaker at Con Mic 3 also has a speaking card. Yesterday, this card was used in an inappropriate matter.
Starting point is 00:53:41 And while I understand in Ontario, we know this as equity. Even if that, this was also used inappropriate in terms of gender. I want everyone to be mindful that these cards for individuals like myself, who identify as a black woman have no value outside of this space. It's not funny. I don't know what to say about that. That is what happens when the Tower of Babel chaos breaks out. And nobody's even speaking in the same language anymore.
Starting point is 00:54:16 In a world full of merit, that's not a problem. You have a line, the cues up, people who get up first to get on the line or first, that's Key's video the day, by the way. when you have a system based on perceived grievances from a section of groups you have to granularly silo out because just to be clear you cannot have a group like minorities the group is too big and too hard to control because not all of these minority groups share things in common so to control them you have to make them smaller and smaller groups uh carpenters union folks Sikhs Muslims from Saudi Arabia and as the group
Starting point is 00:54:56 get smaller, the problem is they have fights with each other. This is what happens when you create a society of victims. This is what happens in the third world. This is why you see an explosion of terrorism in the third world where you have the presence of jungle environments and linguistic fractionalization. The jungle environment, keeping people segregated, the linguistic fractionalization, people speaking different languages. What happens when they don't understand each other? Can't talk and engage in free market commerce? They kill each other. You want that here? I don't. Here, watch this clip from Fox.
Starting point is 00:55:33 This is Marie Harf. She was out and outnumbered yesterday. Marie Harf, obviously a diehard liberal. She's on the couch yesterday arguing for, again, men and women's sports. Now, the left has made a what, guys, 10-year fight over this, a decade long. We've been covering this since I got on the air. They have made this a staple, again, a tent pole of their policy. policy prescriptions going forward.
Starting point is 00:56:01 Men should be able to play in women's sports as long as they call themselves women. They've been fighting for this year 10 years. Why? Because the trans group is a small group of people in the LGBTQIA, 2 plus spirit, and whatever it is. That is a group they think they can control and use for political part. They don't care about trans people. Here's Marie Harve actually saying the same thing. This is apparently like an issue that was such a big deal to them.
Starting point is 00:56:29 They really cared about trans people. until they realized the politics and the control component wasn't going well. Now she's like, well, I really don't care. Don't listen to me. Listen to her. I do think that Donald Trump used this to great effect by praying on people's fears of trans people. And look, I think sometimes people do have questions. Who should play what sports?
Starting point is 00:56:47 Who should get married? I don't think that all the questions are necessarily coming from a bad play. This is an 80-20 issue, but remain on the 20-% side and see how it works out. It's about providing clarity. It's about providing clarity. We're scared of biological men. I'm not. Wait, wait.
Starting point is 00:57:03 I don't want a biological man wrestling a woman. Do you want a biological man spiking a volleyball at a woman? Honestly, I don't care. Wow. I genuinely don't care. There are co-ed sports being played at the elementary school level across this. Notice the various debating strategies Marie Harf employs in that segment. changing the argument.
Starting point is 00:57:30 What, you don't like trans people? No one on the couch said not a single person. She's arguing against the straw man. And then when she realizes the argument's not going her way, as Kaylee McAnney accurately points out, this is an 80-20 issue. 80% of people are against men and women's sports. It's probably higher, to be honest.
Starting point is 00:57:50 Notice how the argument changes to now I don't care. They never cared. They only cared about the issue. because you've got to put victim classes in silos to use them as political weapons for your personal power-seeking endeavors because they're easily controllable that way. Once it becomes not politically beneficial, those people get thrown right overboard. Anti-anti-communism theory. Folks, these people are freaking lunatics.
Starting point is 00:58:21 I'm telling you, walk, juggle chainsaws. There's no option. There's no walking away from this. There's no, woe is me. I'm not, by the way, I'm not being an asshole, but like, I've told you, like, I do that too. Sometimes you feel like, gosh, I wish this was easier. Why do we have all these people doing these crazy things? Because people throughout human history have done crazy things.
Starting point is 00:58:39 And it's up to not crazy people and good folks like you who step up to fight that good fight, despite the slings and arrows come in your way. That's why. Relish these fights, man. Relish these fights. Remember, strong men and women create good times. You know the old line. Unfortunately, good times create weak men who create hard.
Starting point is 00:59:01 times that requires strong men and women to come back and clean it up again. That's you. Sorry we got to walk and juggle chainsaws. Fight these leftist lunatics while at the same time fighting this malfeasance and evil in our own tent, air quotes. But that's the obstacle that was thrown in front of us. And that's what we're going to deal with. And it's a good thing, even if it is painful. Remember the book, The Natural? You probably seen the movie. We all live two lives, the one we learn from and the one we live after that. I'm in the one after that. I know a lot of you are, too. I've got another video coming up for you next one more, and I want to get to a bit of a comic relief. You ever see this comedian Shane Gillis, this guy, you know, like I said,
Starting point is 00:59:52 man, talk about Liberty, talk about it with Small, the show we're going to have fun sometimes, too, even though it's as serious as a stroke. We are going to have a good time. I'm going to play that for you. But I'm going to play an unintentionally funny video of how crazy these people are. The new thing on the left, I guess, is leave your MAGA husband and pretend you're really hot when doing it. I didn't say it. Lady of the video is like claiming how hot. You're so hot. Well, okay, well, you better bring it then if you're going to talk like that. I'm just saying it's your video. I'm not mine. Folks, censorship is back. I see it happening just about everywhere. Many platforms are controlling the narrative again. You're seeing it in the headlines deciding what you see in here.
Starting point is 01:00:29 That's no good, man. We got to fight back. That's why I stand with Rumble and been an investor there for a long time. the only platform that's consistently stood for free speech, just read the headlines. Starting point is 01:01:42 Okay, folks, this is not meant to be the comedy break. However, of course, because it's from a leftist collectivist netbag, it becomes a de facto comedy break. This is the new leftist rallying cry, I guess. Leave your maga husband. There is a little bit of maybe sensitive lines, but not too bad at the end. But check this out. Ladies, this is your reminder that you're way too hot.
Starting point is 01:02:03 to be with your MAGA husband. So leave your MAGA husband. Leave your MAGA husband. But cheat on him first. Cheat with his brother or his best friend, whichever's worse. He doesn't deserve your kidding. Miao. It's time for you to hit the road.
Starting point is 01:02:18 But leave a lasting impression before you go. And cheat on your MAGA husband. And take a picture while you're getting loud. Leave your MAGA husband. You guys hear the end of that? I missed that when we initially played that. Did I, I might have cut that out. I totally missed the end of that.
Starting point is 01:02:43 I did this yesterday, too. I don't know. I'm a surprise here. I'm glad I actually missed that. Take a picture while you're getting plowed. I thought these were like the women's lib people. While you get plowed? Like, that's kind of like an animal reference, isn't it?
Starting point is 01:03:00 I'm not crazy, right? Guys, like, plow him. I thought you were like feminists and stuff. And cheat on your husband, by the way, they say, with his brother or best friend. That's the way. Hey, you go, that's women's lip for me. That's a great way to advance the cause of feminism. Go women.
Starting point is 01:03:18 Like, that's it. Now, I know, you know, women watching this, female patriots out there, love their family, their God in their country, are watching this horrified. I understand that. But folks, it's hard to say on a serious note after watching that kind of stupid. stupid. It's like an infection. This is the alternative. If you think the person in this video is, again, an isolated example of collectivism, progressivism, and left wing crazy, if we lose, I could tell you, I got a bridge in Martin County. I'll sell you super cheap. Let's skip,
Starting point is 01:04:00 right. I don't know. Here's some actual funny stuff. Have you ever seen this comedian, Shane Gillis? This guy is hilarious. And you know how that for you, Al, rhythm works on X and TikTok and elsewhere. The minute you click on a comedian, who's the other guy? Ben Banki, I think his name is a prank. That guy's hilarious too. But this guy, I see all his stuff now and I just want to, you should follow this guy. He's really funny.
Starting point is 01:04:26 He doesn't do like left wing bullshit comedy. If you don't know him, Shane Gillis, check this out for some actual comedy, not like leave your maga husband lady. Take a look. I love thinking about Trump in the situation room, watching a live. military operation. He's the only dude in the room that wasn't military. He must have been the only dude watching it that was like, oh! Like, you could tell he's never seen it before by the fucking speech.
Starting point is 01:04:50 The speech sounded like a guy just trying to tell you some shit he saw. A lot of guys would knock on the front door, not these guys, not our guys. Not our guys went through the wall, they blew up his wall. And they used dogs, beautiful dogs, Beautiful dogs. Beautiful dogs is the funniest detail. It's true. They actually did use... It was the Army Rangers and they used dogs
Starting point is 01:05:18 because they were afraid out back daddy he was going to be wearing a suicide vest, so they killed him with dogs and a robot. And then made fun of him for crying? Like, dude, let that guy cry. That's the scariest death I've ever heard of. That dude was laying in his bed in the middle of night, his wall exploded. Fucking 10 dogs and a robot,
Starting point is 01:05:37 in a robot broke into it. Dude, 10 dogs wearing helmets and goggles broke into his house. The Paw Patrol, the actual ball patrol broke in. A lot of mutleys in the chat for that. Who are you got there?
Starting point is 01:05:53 Chrono flux. That's a lot of mutlux. You're breaking the rules. You got like 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12 mudlis? Chrono flux, we love you, brother, or sister, everybody. But there's no 12 mutlis.
Starting point is 01:06:06 What was the most muddlies we have to five and it was like four right i think the four mullies we ever do a five you get out 12 mutley's not allowed there's other people there's other people breaking the mutley rule too there we go here's someone following the rules emberd five mutleys that guy's and justin's making fun of me by the way justin pops out of studio i know some smart-ass comment coming and justin's like hey dan what do you mean if you heard of you heard of you he's on my four you page i've been following this guy forever However, not everyone, you know, watches comedy shows. I'm sure there's some people out there who's the first time they're
Starting point is 01:06:41 and now you know. I've known him for a long time. Poppin. I've seen that door open. I know some smart-ass comments coming from one of these guys every time. Even Andy's getting a bit. A guy's been here like three days and he's already like, it's been like three months, I think. But whatever, it doesn't matter.
Starting point is 01:06:56 The story's funnier with three days. Chiming in. They took it as a two-way street when I gave him the job interview and told him, Hey, I'm just warning you're like, you're part of the show here, man. They took it as like, I'm going to be the show. I'm just going to introduce myself. Okay. Okay, you want to play that game?
Starting point is 01:07:13 I can do that too. Hey, that guy's really hilarious, but he hits on something there. Again, flipping back, because you know me, shows a lot of big emotional roller coaster all the time. That's why I enjoy it so much. That's why we decided to do it live. We'll do it live. I'm proud of our military.
Starting point is 01:07:38 Set it off, and I'll say it again. the greatest regret of my life was not going in the Marine Corps. They're just different Marines. And believe me, I mean that as the highest compliment around. They're just different. Been around so many Marines in my life and they're just different. And the fact that I did not go in there and too old and decayed is just, you know, the golden handcuff. I had no money.
Starting point is 01:08:05 It's no excuse. It should have just done it. It's with the police department. Got a paycheck. pay off all these bills. They call it the golden handcuff. But I'm proud of our military. And there was an article I read yesterday.
Starting point is 01:08:20 I was reading the Wall Street Journal about the ongoing military action, the war over in Iran right now, and how we are now so technologically advanced in warfare that whereas, hear me out here, by the way, this is in the Wall Street Journal piece. It's not my original thoughts I'm going to take credit for it. But it's very good analysis. How warfare throughout,
Starting point is 01:08:39 human history. Centuries upon centuries of human warfare have been from the outside inside. So if you wanted to take out the Third Reich, you know, you had to go through various entry points to get there. You weren't just going to be given access. If you wanted to take out, Munich in the South, you would have to make your way through multiple different resistance lines, outside, inside. Warfare is completely changed because of stealth technology and our plane's ability right now to evade radar and detection systems, we can now wage warfare right over Berlin right away if we were fighting the Reich or right over Munich or Dresden. We can fight from the capital outwards and how this is just an incredible testament to the
Starting point is 01:09:41 ingenuity of the military industrial base and our military willing to take chances on technology. The problem we're having right now with not the war in Iran, but the messaging around it, is by every stated metric, it has been an incredible success. Yes, we have to deal with this straight. There's no doubt. But there are people on the other side who want you to believe, like this is some catastrophic failure. By the way, the guy writing the piece in the Walsh Journal is not some big propagandist. He's just stating the facts like, my gosh, this is a testament to the power of the American
Starting point is 01:10:22 military. And his hypothesis from it, by the way, is that if you're China right now, you should be really worried. Because it's pretty clear the Americans' ability to, if, I'm not telling you it's going to happen, but if we ever needed, God forbid, China attacked us first, to hit Beijing, we could do it. And I'm not talking about. with nuclear weapons. I'm talking about with some of the technology we have now. Here's Rubio, Marco Rubio, our Secretary of State, who's trying to make this case during one of these weekend interviews. We're a month in. Donald Trump is given a four to six week timeline. We are coming up to the end of that timeline. Can we just give the man the opportunity
Starting point is 01:11:10 to let the strategy play out? And then it's fair to criticize, celebrate. criticize, do whatever you want to do. Check this out. Well, I think the first point the president makes is he prefers diplomacy. As I said, those efforts are nascent. There is messages being ready to back and forth, some conversations going on, including through intermediaries. And he always prefers that.
Starting point is 01:11:30 Look, if the Iranian regime had come forward at any point in the past and said, we're going to walk away from our nuclear ambitions, we're going to do nuclear energy the way every other country in the world primarily, almost every other country in the world does it. And that is through a peaceful means in which you bring in the fuel, and it's supervised and so forth. We're going to stop supporting terrorist groups across the region. Look at this region.
Starting point is 01:11:51 Every single terrorist group in this region has a link to the Iranian regime. Every single one, the Houthis, Hezbollah, Hamas, the Shia militias that are attacking everyone out of Iraq. Every single one of these groups had all the destabilization in this region tracks directly back to the Iranian regime. Those things have to be addressed. And if Iran had been willing to address those in the past, we wouldn't be having this interview on this topic right now. Their refusal to do so and they're continuing move towards one day acquiring a nuclear capability. These people are lunatics. They are insane.
Starting point is 01:12:21 They are religious zealots who can never be allowed to possess a nuclear weapon because they have an apocalyptic vision of the future. And all of their neighbors know that, by the way, which is why all of their neighbors have been supportive of the efforts. He's been absolutely crushing it. I want to thank him for his service in multiple roles, Secretary of State, National Security Advisor Rubio. he's correct. Folks, there's, you know, this, you know, we got them this time attitude with Trump. Like, everything's going to fail all the time. Folks, there's policies you can say, oh, I see this a lot, by the way.
Starting point is 01:12:55 Fair criticism, if you don't know anything online. In other words, you don't listen to my show every day. It would be a fair criticism. Should probably do some homework, but, however, you want to criticize me about content, you should at least view the content. But I get it. People are like, Dan, you agree with Trump on everything. Oh, no, I don't at all.
Starting point is 01:13:13 Guy and producer Jim have witnessed multiple segments where we've interviewed Donald Trump. We had some disagreements about abortion policy. I'm not a big fan of tariffs. What are you talking? Do you even do any homework? I am not a global interventionist. I ran for office against the Iraq war. He has stated a limited timeline of four to six weeks, given this mid-April deadline where he's going to reevaluate.
Starting point is 01:13:40 I choose to give the man, given the tremendous amount of security. he's had over the five years of his presidency between 45 and 47, I choose to give him the benefit of the doubt here until proven otherwise. What's the alternative listening to these idiots on the other side? Folks, they will never, ever call out good versus evil. I want you to understand that. The left is obsessed with the idea of victim classes of people. To create victim classes of people, they have to make you believe that the white male patriarchy, the Jews, whatever, it doesn't matter. That they're the ones. one's holding you down. It's not the fact that you just don't want to get a job and do any work.
Starting point is 01:14:21 So to create that, they blame things like systemic discrimination, things that don't mean anything. Because when you ask them what the system is that's discriminating, it's always run by Democrats. They will never point to a real enemy. And that's just some people are evil and lazy. They can't do it because then you can't be a victim. Please tell me you understand that. Thumbs up and a chatter thumbs down. You get what I'm saying? They will never ever call out good versus evil the left. They will always try to obfuscate the lines because if you do it and you say evil is real and some people just suck, then you understand why giving money to people who suck and don't want to do anything and be leeches off the rest of society is a bad thing.
Starting point is 01:15:01 They will never call it out. They will blur the lines. Did you see this Michigan Senate candidate? This is really quick. Good. Everybody gets it. I know you do. This Michigan Senate candidate, what's his name, Abdul al-Syad.
Starting point is 01:15:14 here he is on this audio that broke where he's like afraid to call out Kameney Kameney who was killed by thankfully by our great military he's like I don't think we should say anything because a lot of my constituents like this you mean the death to America terrorist check this out
Starting point is 01:15:33 we have the moral high ground here I think the more we stay out of like they're going to try and bait us into saying yeah but isn't it justified now that they took him out right and I just think that's what we got to like no You see how the line between good and evil is never clearly stated amongst the leftists out there? They can't have that or else you would assume that there is a class of people engaged in malfeasance and there's no amount of money that's going to save them. They can either be incarcerated if they break the law or encouraged to work and contribute to society or else they're just not going to cut it.
Starting point is 01:16:10 Here's another one. I think it's a Maze Moore clip. Bernie, is that a Maze Moore? Bernie Sanders. This is an even better one. How they will never, ever draw a red line between good and evil. Even when the answers are easy, here is Bernie Sanders, a devout communist, by the way, asked about basically who's a dictator and who isn't.
Starting point is 01:16:35 Hat-tip the Great Maze Mora on X. You'll see here how it doesn't matter to them if they can't use the talk. point for victimhood, it makes no difference. They don't even know what a dictator is because they don't want to. Check this out. I think the time is long overdue for the American people to tell this president he is not a dictator. He is not a king. Senator, why have you stopped short of calling Maduro of Venezuela a dictator? Well, he, I think it's, It's fair to say that the last election was undemocratic, but there are still democratic operations taking place in that country.
Starting point is 01:17:24 If this is an anti-anti-communist theory and action, I don't know what it is. Bernie Sanders is the anti-anti-communist. You are the anti-communist. Bernie Sanders only cares about communism and power. That's what communism is. The aggregation of the means of production in the hands of the few. okay that's all he cares about is power and abusing it you are in his way donald trump so you therefore
Starting point is 01:17:49 are a dictator however when it comes to an actual dictator in maduro an actual dictator bernie sanders who sees maduro as a useful means to implementing global communists because he's the anti-anti-communist wants you out of the way he won't call maduro a dictator because he's useful will never, ever call out evil. But you will. Right? It's like the mostly peaceful protests. Mostly peaceful. He's beating a shit out of that guy with a club. Ah, most he could have hit him harder and he didn't. So it's kind of mostly peaceful shit beating. He didn't hit him that hard. He only cracked his skull. He could have killed him. Could have killed him. He could have shot him and he didn't. It's mostly peaceful. Folks, but, wait.
Starting point is 01:18:45 what you saw in the beginning of the show today, that's some pretty evil stuff. Just want to reiterate again, we live in the greatest country on earth because of process, due process for every American citizen. You don't deserve it. It's your God-given right. You were born with it. Saying deserve it means someone's got to give it to you. You were born with it.
Starting point is 01:19:12 That is the whole essence of big our God-given rights. No one gives them to you. They're granted by God. May be protected by a constitution, but they're not the governments to give. Just let the process play out. This young man is entitled to the presumption of innocence in a court of law until proven guilty beyond any reasonable doubt. And again, the state is entitled to a free and
Starting point is 01:19:46 fair trial as well, without a polluted jury pool, without intimidating witnesses. We have a process. You either believe in it and believe in the process that gave us this abundant liberty and freedom, the wealthiest country in the history of humankind, or you don't. This is one of those rare circumstances in politics where it's a binary. You're either on Team America or you're not. And if you're looking to pollute this upcoming trial in either direction, then you don't believe in the process.
Starting point is 01:20:23 And you're no different than Bernie Sanders. Folks, thanks again for tuning in. I really appreciate it. You got Haley coming up. Haley, Karenea, at noon.
