Starting point is 00:00:00 get ready to hear the truth about america on a show that's not immune to the facts with your host dan bongino you know i woke up this morning in a shockingly good mood considering the shitty state our country's in right now and i was thinking about it you know sometimes these moments where these awakenings happen right with the With the, with civilizations and societies, not to get too dramatic about it, but you know, you, you kind of putter along and you putter along and then all of a sudden, like someone kicks you in the teeth and you're like, oh my gosh, like I got to go into survival mode. I think that's happening right now. And I don't mean that as a bad thing. I think the left is so far overreached and so and has taken on I mean so much in the tyranny bucket
Starting point is 00:00:47 all at one time that a lot of people who'd ordinarily sit on the sidelines and be like oh this will all pass we'll get back to normal are like holy shit we better go into survival mode it's really time to fight back you know I wake up every morning and I'm like surely it's gonna stop and then I'm thinking I can't really believe this. And a transcript gets released today by Devin Archer, Hunter Biden's partner. I'm going to get all this in a little bit. Don't sweat it. Indicating clearly that our president's a foreign agent.
Starting point is 00:01:15 At the same time, the foreign agent president is having his competitor, the former president, arrested and hauled in front of court again today at 4 o'clock. You're like, think about what I just told you. You're like, no, no, yes, really. That's like actually happening today. That's actually happening today. But shockingly, I think this may be the moment. I really do. I think the avoidance of the basic topic here, like we're living in a police state and people, oh, no, that's not happening here. That won't happen here. I think the avoidance of the basic topic here, like we're living in a police state and people, oh no, that's not happening here. That won't happen here. I think that all that stuff is over now. I think
Starting point is 00:01:51 people realize it's really going to be a fight for survival of the Republic. I got a big show today. Starting point is 00:03:05 I'd say, right, Joseph, let's go, but he's not here. So today I remembered the Kenny Bell on the desk. Shout out to our homie Kenny. Kenny, are you still around by the way? Kenny was like one of the original P1s. If you are, send us an email or something or get in the chat. Let us know you're here. Be good to see you.
Starting point is 00:03:22 Alright, here we go. I got a big show for you today. Ladies and gentlemen, the police state's here. And I woke up in the morning depressed, but then not depressed. Because the fact that the police state's here may be the wake up call we all need. Did you ever get the feeling over the last 20 or 30 years, depending on how long you've been alive, we've got a lot of 20 year olds that listen to the show, right? Did you ever get the feeling that we've been puttering along and dramatic changes aren't really happening because we're just kind of like, oh, if I just shut up, it'll all return
Starting point is 00:03:50 to normal soon. You know, I think that's over. I say that because people in my life who are ordinarily kind of apolitical or only semi political have been texting me and emailing me like crazy lately going, hey, listen, I can't believe this. Like, what do we live in a communist country right now? I think the wake up call has come. But I just want to warn you where we are first.
Starting point is 00:04:12 Ladies and gentlemen, the police state is here. I want you to think about what's happening today. A transcript is released from Hunter Biden's actual business partner, this guy, Devin Archer. It came out this morning right before we came on the air. The information in there is explosive. However, it's really nothing you haven't heard before. The president's a foreign agent. Joe Biden was the brand.
Starting point is 00:04:34 They were selling the brand and access to D.C. And Biden was even at dinners with people who wired them money. Joe Biden, that is. I should specify what Biden in the Biden crime family. I mean, the police state's here right now. And this is happening as Donald Trump is about to serve an initial appearance in court today in Washington, D.C. again, in front of a jury of people he has no chance of getting a free trial, a fair trial. There is no way that you can't look at this with a straight face and be like,
Starting point is 00:05:07 we don't live in a tyranny. We live in a constitutional republic. Bullshit. We do not. We live in a freaking police state. I'm going to lay it out for you right now. Did you see this broke? This article.
Starting point is 00:05:19 This happened on April 4th. I want you to just be clear. This is in the New York Times. They're not even hiding the fact anymore that Joe Biden wants his political opponent locked up while the president of the United States is a freaking foreign agent. This has been out there forever. It's in the media. Read this from the New York Times. In the past, Joe Biden privately told his close circle of advisors that Donald Trump posed a threat to democracy and should be prosecuted for his role in the events of January 6th, according to two people familiar with the comments. He also told Confidants he wanted Attorney General Merrick Garland to stop acting like a ponderous judge and take decisive action. I thought Joe Biden told you he had nothing to do with this and was keeping an arm's length, an arm's distance from it.
Starting point is 00:06:04 That sounds like bull to me, doesn't it? Ladies and gentlemen, this stuff is already out there. Donald Trump is going to be hauled again in front of the Star Chamber for the third time now in Washington, D.C., while this guy, the New York Times times knows he wanted him locked up. Now I know what you're thinking. A lot of you that follow politics, you're saying, didn't he say something like that to Joe Biden in November, implying he was going to use all of his power to make sure Donald Trump never
Starting point is 00:06:37 got back in office while the media pretends this is all on the up and up and it's not a police state thug getting his opponent arrested? Yeah, he did. Some of you may remember this cut. Check this out. To your predecessor, who is about to launch another campaign. So how do you reassure them if that is the reason for their questioning that the former president will not return, that his political movement, which is still very strong, will not once again take power in the United States. Well, we just have to demonstrate that he will not take power.
Starting point is 00:07:17 If he does run, making sure he, under legitimate efforts of our constitution, does not become the next president again. Holy Moses, I think we crashed the chat. Don't go anywhere. The show's working fine. I think we may have broke the chat. I'm going to have to talk to Rumble. There's a lot of people here, 35,000.
Starting point is 00:07:39 Stay here, though. We're not going anywhere. He actually said this. This is how comfortable they are with the police state and the media, the garbage in the media that they're going to protect them and that the legal system is no legal system at all, that they're going to protect them too. They actually openly talk about the police state. Do you understand? This is how hard to believe this is. And this is what I think is going to shake people out, shake people out of this apathetic state where a lot of
Starting point is 00:08:04 people are like, oh, things will get back to normal. They will not get back to normal unless you normalize them. Folks, the media will continue to run cover for this guy. He knows it. He knows the court system is broken, is going to continue to run cover. He has no doubt. Look at this supercut of media people. Despite now the transcript coming out and everything else,
Starting point is 00:08:27 they are still defending this guy. There's no amount of evidence you're going to put out there that's going to convince media people to throw this guy under the bus until they're ready to do it and they have a credible challenger. We're the ones. We're the leaders we've been waiting for. We're going to have to take back the country. We're going to have to knock on the doors. We're going to have to do the work.
Starting point is 00:08:43 And on day one, I want pardons. I want everybody fired. And I want the Department of Justice unleashed on the people who did this and broke the law. That's how we fix this thing. Here, watch this media cut. This is unbelievable. It doesn't matter the evidence. These people won't stop. Take a look. Biden was simply involved in his son's life in a personal capacity. Republicans from consistently trying to make this argument and create the illusion of some malfeasance being there. Spoke to business associates of Hunter Biden to say hello, to have small talk, casual conversation. Hunter Biden talked to his dad on the phone all the time. They talked basically every day. Sometimes Joe Biden would say hello to the people in the room if he popped in or on
Starting point is 00:09:29 the phone or whatever. It's back. The chat is back. Must have been a temporary glitch from the nearly 40,000 people watching us right now. Folks, they're never going to stop. We needed a wake up call moment. Everybody needed it. I'm trying to think of it. And sometimes my analogy suck. I get it. I'm on the radio sometimes doing a live show and I can't really think of a pithy analogy right away. I'm trying to think of something here. You know, it's like, you know, you ever have that, you fight at all. You ever box or do juj-jitsu or anything judo muay thai you know you're dancing around for a few rounds and you ever get that shot like a guy hits you with a
Starting point is 00:10:11 liver shot or he rings your bell and you go into survival mode you go you do the you know the rhino where you buck up like you go into survival mode and you're like you know damn it man if i don't fight back like this is gonna end right now i'm gonna get embarrassed if you fought you know what i mean anyone in the chat a fighter, you know exactly what I'm talking about. You're in a jujitsu match. You guys are fighting for guard or fighting for top position. All of a sudden, like you feel this guy, he's ready to sink an arm bar. You go into survival mode right away. I think that's what's happening now. I think this moment that we're all seeing, I think we're looking at it just through the wrong lens, me included. moment that we're all seeing, I think we're looking at this through the wrong lens, me included.
Starting point is 00:10:45 This moment we're seeing, right? The police state, yesterday's total collapse of the Constitutional Republic with the Jack Smith indictment, which is clearly unconstitutional. And Jack Smith may have broke the law himself. I'll get to that in a minute, too. I think that may be the wake-up call we all needed. You know what? I do, and I'm not putting lipstick on the pig, man.
Starting point is 00:11:07 I'm not. Tucker Carlson interviewed Devin Archer yesterday, the business partner. This goes back to the, we are clearly fighting communists. This is not about a battle of evidence anymore. That's not what this is. You know, there's an assumption out there that we're trying to make an argument to the left. We're trying to make an argument to independence. The left and the commies, there's no amount of evidence that will convince them to give up
Starting point is 00:11:34 SpaghettiOs brains in the White House. There's no, they will give him up only when they can save liberalism with a better option like Gavin Newsom. Okay. We're not making an argument anymore. We're making an argument for the, for the, for the independence and the moderates. I want to be clear on that, but I also want to be clear that there comes a point where everyone has to realize like this is a real genuine Manichean fight for the future of the country. What more evidence could you possibly need to convince these people that their oatmeal God in the White House is, in fact, a foreign agent? The business partner gave an interview to Tucker Carlson yesterday that was explosive. Here's Devin Archer.
Starting point is 00:12:15 He worked with these guys, man, saying, hey, I've got a signed letter from Joe Biden thanking me for partnering up with his son. What the hell else do you, what do you need? The guy from Pawn Stars? Pawn, not porn. Pawn Stars, Rick, to be like, yes, that is in fact Joe Biden's signature on the letter. He's got a letter, dude. He's got a letter from Biden thanking him for partnering up with his son. What are you going to say? The guy's not credible? Here, listen to this. I'm sorry I was occupied with the guy who runs the world's largest country. I would much rather talk to you and thank you. What was he thanking you for? Well, you know, first of all, it's a lovely letter and it was.
Starting point is 00:12:56 It's quite enthusiastic. It's a little weird, though, right? Yeah, well, it was. Listen, it was it was kind of the beginning of our partnership, and he was thanking me and thanking Hunter, I think, at the end of the day for bringing this idea of this government regulatory strategic advisory business into the private equity world. And I think he was excited about the prospects for Hunter, and he was just thanking me. I think it was a nice gesture. It was a nice gesture, for sure. For sure. Very polite. It gets a 10 on the etiquette scale.
Starting point is 00:13:26 But he's a vice president of the United States. And he's talking about foreign business deals with you and thanking you for that. Right. I think, again, it goes back to my earlier point. And yeah, I think I hit that time. I think I hit the jackpot in finding the regulatory environment or company that can navigate right to the top. But obviously, as time's told, being a little bit too close to the sun ends up burning you. For sure. And it did you. And you suffered greatly for it. And this is not a criticism of you. I would think as a business guy, you use every advantage. These are not business guys. This is the vice president of the United States. He's not allowed to be working on businesses
Starting point is 00:14:07 with foreign governments while he's vice president. I don't think. Not that I know of. But here he is. Right. Amazing. I mean, it's so crazy that they're even laughing about this. How freaking bananas this is
Starting point is 00:14:23 that the vice president of the United States is meeting in his non-official capacity with people his son is doing business with and that guy you just saw, Devin Archer, while his son and companies associated with him are taking money for Joe Biden to then go make official decisions with your taxpayer dollars.
Starting point is 00:14:44 His opponent, Donald Trump, looks into it, and the communist scumbag Democrats impeach the guy over it, and they have him in court again today. This is, if you read this in a history book about the 1860s or whatever, you would be like, no way they had the balls to do that. They're doing it now. If this isn't a wake-up call for you that, you would be like no way they had the balls to do that. They're doing it now. If this isn't a wake-up call for you that, you know,
Starting point is 00:15:10 Rocky 3 style, there is no tomorrow Rock. There is no tomorrow if we don't fix this thing in this next election. I was thinking about this yesterday too. Sorry, I don't want to try to wax philosophic today. I'm just really kind of raging this morning a little bit, big time. Totally raging this morning a little bit, big time. Totally raging this morning.
Starting point is 00:15:26 If we lose this next election, you may not want to listen to the show the day after. You're going to be depressed. I'm telling you right now. If we lose this next election, we are in a world of trouble. If we win this next election and lose the one after that, we still have a shot to save this place. I'd rather win them all. But if we lose this next election, Biden's unconstitutional executive orders are allowed to calcify. He appoints even more judges to completely decimate the legal system so we have
Starting point is 00:16:02 no system of justice in this country. And the DOJ and FBI bureaucrats who effectively targeted Donald Trump in a police state style tactic will have four more years of employment. Folks, you can stick a fork in this place. Again, it's always worth saving. And if the fight is always worth having, but if we don't win this next election, I'm not sure that fight is winnable. The amount of energy you're talking would require cold fusion, man. We are in deep trouble if we don't win this next election.
Starting point is 00:16:33 The good news is I think we will. I know a lot of you are down on that. I think we will. There've been a lot of changes at the state level. A lot of them are still screwed up. The polls are going in our direction. And I think the rotting bag of oatmeal in the White House, shockingly, is just refusing to step aside, even with his dreadful 30-something approval rating.
Starting point is 00:16:53 So I think we stand a damn good shot. But everybody pardoned, everybody fired, unleashed the DOJ. It's the only way to stop it. This gets all crazier. Again, think about the theme of today's show. The police state is here, but this may not be the bad thing you think it is because it may be the wake-up call we all needed. We had this slow, slow, slow crawl towards the police state,
Starting point is 00:17:15 and then the police state, wham, just gave you a right cross right in the face. Got to get some shoulder into that. Maybe we needed that to buck up and get back in the fight. I swear I'm not putting lipstick on this thing, man. I think maybe we needed a wake up call. Here, you need more evidence of the police state? The same Department of Justice prosecuting Donald Trump for felonious mopery and piracy on the open seas, basically making charges up.
Starting point is 00:17:46 Their plea deal with Hunter Biden was released yesterday, along with the Devin Archer transcripts this morning. Oh, conveniently, Trump's getting hauled into court today. I'm sure that's all a coincidence, by the way. I have never seen a deal like this in my life. The Department of Justice is now fully corrupted. Everyone who touched this deal sat around and did nothing about this plea deal with Hunter Biden. Everyone gets fired Gary Oldman style in that movie with Natalie Portman. Everyone, everyone gets fired.
Starting point is 00:18:17 No excuses, no bullshit. Everybody gets fired. If your candidate can't go down that route, then get the hell out of the race today. I've never seen a deal like this in my life. Here's the actual text of the deal we got yesterday. The United States agrees not to criminally prosecute Hunter Biden outside of the terms of this agreement for any federal crimes encompassed by the attached statement of facts.
Starting point is 00:18:44 What the hell is this? This is like a lifelong get out of jail free monopoly thing or something. What the hell kind of deal is this? Oh, well, they throw in this caveat though, fellas. This is nice. The agreement doesn't provide any protection against future conduct. That's good to know. That's good to know if Joe Biden, Justin's shaking his head like,
Starting point is 00:19:05 oh, that's fair. If Joe Biden robs a bank in six months, the United States can still prosecute. Oh, good, good. Very fair deal. But anything else he did in the past, that's all gone, all wiped out. Have you ever seen a deal like this?
Starting point is 00:19:18 Ever? The answer is if you worked in federal law enforcement, state or local law enforcement either, you and I both know there has never been a deal like this ever written up for anyone this is a clown show a clown show i've seen deals like like this but not even as good as this for people who got what we used to call i believe a 5k letter people who agreed to help out in an investigation and provided substantial help broke up the mob or whatever. I've seen stuff like this. Never for someone who is basically not cooperated at all. And it's an even more expansive get out of jail free card.
Starting point is 00:19:56 Folks, you're living in the police state right now, but you got a chance to change it. That's the nice part about it. Consent to the government. If we can keep it. Ben Franklin. All right, let me get to my sponsor. I want to show you this video coming up next. Now the DOJ targeting whistleblowers too. The DOJ needs to be a ghost town
Starting point is 00:20:21 the day after the next Republican president is sworn in. A ghost town. Everybody after the next Republican president is sworn in. A ghost town. Everybody's got to go. Everyone's got to go unless you are an established career professional who's put their politics aside. Everyone fired. There's the door.
Starting point is 00:20:38 Don't let it hit you in the ass. All right, today's show, you can tell I had a few cups today, by the way. It's a blackout coffee day for me. How does it smell like coffee? You tired of the same old monotonous liberal BS coffee that tastes like brown water? Try this stuff, blackout coffee. Look at it back. Sourced with care, crafted with passion, expertly roasted in the USA by blackout coffee.
Starting point is 00:21:01 And you know what? It tastes like it. I personally recommend it. I love coffee. It's a big coffee family here. This is a coffee company, 100% committed to conservative values. They're proud of it. The owner of the company is a good man. He cares about two things. He cares about coffee and he cares about the country. From sourcing the beans to roasting them, customer support and shipping, they've got an incredible work ethic at Blackout. They love our country. They love our conservative values. Do me a favor,
Starting point is 00:21:24 check it out. The coffee is delicious, by the way. You know, loving the country is great, and you know we love that, and we respect companies that do that, but you got to make a good product too. That's the essence of this country, producing good stuff. Blackout Coffee's the best. You are going to love it. I've given it to a ton of people. They love it. Blackoutcoffee.com slash Bongino is the website. Use coupon code Bongino for 20% off your first order. It shows other guys. Blackout Coffee remains true to our values. Blackoutcoffee.com slash Bongino or use coupon code Bongino for 20% off your first order.
Starting point is 00:21:56 Thanks, Blackout Coffee. Love it. Good stuff. Here's what I mean again. We are totally living in an immersed police state right now with an opportunity to fix it. Here's the IRS whistleblower, the special agent, Shapley. This guy has an impeccable career. He's been given awards.
Starting point is 00:22:13 This guy is a fantastic 1811. That's a government designation for a federal agent, criminal investigator. Here's Shapley saying that the DOJ is intimidating other whistleblowers from coming forward. Folks, this is what police staters do. It's all about pressure and fear all the time. And it also makes the case further what I just said, that if the DOJ is not completely emptied out, then ladies and gentlemen, we're not going to have a government going forward. Take a look at this.
Starting point is 00:22:43 They need to talk to all these people. They can't just allow DOJ to not give access to people. I mean, for example, the FBI has to say that testified for the House Ways and Means Committee. He was he was given a letter the Sunday before from DOJ basically telling him not to talk. And, you know, I know that he could have confirmed additional material facts on this investigation. And, you know, he did confirm that the FBI headquarters notifying the transition team and Secret Service, but really that was the only thing that he was able to speak about. So there are so many other people, and we've provided that to the House Ways and Means Committee, There are so many other people, and we've provided that to the House Ways and Means Committee,
Starting point is 00:23:31 and we just hope that they follow the leads and talk to the people they need to talk to to get to the bottom of it. Again, pardons, fire everyone, and unleash the DOJ. And one person I want investigated is Jack Smith. Listen, if you're not ready for this stuff and you're running for office, then step aside right now. I'm talking to not just Republican candidates for the presidency, the 5,000 people who've jumped in. I'm talking to people running for Congress and the Senate too. If you are not ready for Alinsky's rules,
Starting point is 00:24:02 and if you're not ready to fight back using the rules that the left has established to prosecute us in the police state, then get the hell out of the race. You have no business running for office right now. You understand? It is time to prosecute Jack Smith, too. Jack Smith has robbed Donald Trump of his due process rights. He has not been treated like an American citizen. He's been treated like a gremlin by this guy. Alan Dershowitz is a
Starting point is 00:24:30 lefty. He may not like Dershowitz. I'm not a huge fan of his politics either. However, the guy's a serious lawyer. Dershowitz is a liberal. Dershowitz brought this up last night that, hey, listen, there may be a case for prosecuting Jack Smith. If you're not ready to consider that in the next administration, then step out of the race.
Starting point is 00:24:51 This is the kind of stuff that's going to bring this country back to normal, treating the left by its own rules. Take a listen. You know, the worst thing about this indictment under the terms of this indictment, Jack Smith can be indicted. Let me explain to you why. The statute says the following. If two or more persons conspire to injure and deny somebody the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured him by the Constitution, what if a court ultimately rules that Donald Trump had a right under the First Amendment to make his January 6th speech and to do what he did, then Jack Smith will have conspired to deny him of that right. That's how
Starting point is 00:25:33 serious this is. And Jack Smith also, in his indictment, deliberately, willfully and maliciously leaves out the words that President Trump spoke on January 6th in his terrible speech, which I disagree with. But what he said was, I want you to assemble peacefully and patriotically. Jack Kemp leaves that out. That is a lie, a lie, an omission lie. And if you're going to indict somebody for telling lies, don't tell lies in the indictment. If you're going to indict somebody for telling lies, don't tell lies in the indictment. If you're going to
Starting point is 00:26:05 indict somebody for denying people their constitutional rights, don't deny them their constitutional rights by indicting them for free speech. That's how hypocritical this is. So there should be steps taken today. The House has the power of the purse. You should be asking your Republican congressman, throw your senator in there too, even though the power of the purse lies with the house. This investigation should be defunded immediately. Jack Smith's special tyrant's office, special counsel office, but they are special tyrants. The special tyrant's office should be defunded immediately. And the second we get power back and we bring the DOJ back to constitutional principles, this guy should be investigated for potential due process violations.
Starting point is 00:26:50 If you're not ready to do that, step aside. You guys, you have Alinsky's rules in there and I put that in the chat. Yeah. Here's the, I want you to read this. Saul Alinsky was a leftist organizer. Believe me, he's no friend or wasn't a friend to conservatives, okay? But Saul Alinsky's rules for a small, small glob of people to take on the larger mass of people, Alinsky's rules work.
Starting point is 00:27:14 Here's Alinsky's rule number four. Don't ever forget this. Tattoo this on your brain. Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules. If the rules in every letter gets a applied, send 30,000 letters. You can kill them with this because no one can possibly obey all their own rules. This is a serious rule. The besieged entity's very credibility and reputation is at stake.
Starting point is 00:27:36 Because if activists catch it lying or not living up to its commitments, they can continue to chip away at the damage. Yes. Yes. Yes. If the new rule is this, that Trump violated people's due process rights somehow by speaking out about an election and we're focusing on due process,
Starting point is 00:27:58 then how did Jack Smith not violate Donald Trump's due process rights by prosecuting him for exercising his due process rights and his First Amendment right to speak out. Oh, I bet you didn't think about that lefties, did you? You're not ready to take this stuff on. Please step aside. Please respectfully step aside. You're not ready yet and you haven't been kicked in the teeth enough yet, politically speaking, to realize we're in a Manichean fight for the country.
Starting point is 00:28:28 This is one of these kind of end of country, end of times moments, where if you're living in a damn simulation, the end game has already been lined out. You can either change the rules and start to fix it, or you can watch the game and the computer starts smoking.
Starting point is 00:28:45 We're in a lot of trouble. More police state shenanigans. I'll get to this one and take a quick break. It's just happening right in front of your eyes. Secret Service refuses to hand over the known pool of individuals list in the White House cocaine incident. Come on, guys. Listen, I love my friends there, man. And this is a limited number of people at the top who made this decision. Are you kidding me?
Starting point is 00:29:11 The Secret Service director needs to get on this immediately. You know what happened? Someone in the family I'm hearing from people had something to do with this. It was likely a drop off of cocaine at the White House for someone else. You can narrow down who was there when it was dropped off, which says to me they know who it is, which also says to me they're protecting the family. Because if you find out who it is and they've got a connection to the family, oops. This is police state stuff. Don't do to the Secret Service what the FBI did to themselves.
Starting point is 00:29:48 Let me take a quick break. By the way, you sold a gun recently online? I mean, legally, I hope. You sold a gun online? Oh, be careful. I didn't break any laws. Maybe you don't need to. You may find yourself under surveillance.
Starting point is 00:30:02 Remember that Pegasus spy tool where they can go out and basically send you a text you don't have to click on and they hijack your entire phone? Remember the company, NSO, that made that? Oh, the FBI is dealing with them again? Wow, a lot going on while Donald Trump finds himself holding front of court again. Thanks for your patience here. Starting point is 00:31:46 Can you legally even defend yourself anymore? I mean, if a good guy with a gun gets in an incident, he might get locked up rather than the criminal. You've seen these stories. The solution is to get ready mentally, physically, and be prepared for the legal ramifications of self-defense. I wish we didn't have to have this conversation, but we do. Starting point is 00:32:56 Here's more police state stuff for you. A motor through this fast reclaim the net. Great website. I love the FBI engages in warrantless surveillance. Again, this time over legal gun sales on Facebook. Reclaim the Net, great website I love. The FBI engages in warrantless surveillance again, this time over legal gun sales on Facebook. They note that this Texas guy found himself under unwarranted surveillance because he posted his firearms for sale on Facebook.
Starting point is 00:33:16 The man hadn't broken any laws, but the ATF transferred his info to the FBI, which kept him under scrutiny for six months. Sounds like a police state check. Justin, police state? Police state? Sounds kind of police state-y. Police state-y? A little bit? If I'm breaking any laws, we're watching. We're watching you.
Starting point is 00:33:32 We're watching you, Focker. Remember that? That's an O. Here's another one. Remember NSO? If you don't, you should. We did a whole series of shows on it. NSO is a foreign company that has a uh it's i believe an israeli-based company nso and they have this program called pegasus pegasus is a surveillance
Starting point is 00:33:52 tool it's a surveillance tool where it's no click malware no click malware meaning literally no click meaning i get your cell phone number and i send you a text message like, Paula, what is this? Problems with Rumble today. Are there some issues? Is this show still up? Let me know in the chat. You guys having any issues? Yes or no in the chat.
Starting point is 00:34:16 But it's working for me. So NSO is no click mail. All they have to do is send you a text. Whether you click on the text is irrelevant. You don't have to do anything. Wow, that sounds like that's really crazy. Like that sucks. They could watch everything you do. Exactly. We did a whole show about it called What is Pegasus? Well, in an intense whirl of irony, the FBI found itself caught in its own web of inquiries to discover it was behind the financing of a controversial spying tool known as Landmark, which was purchased from
Starting point is 00:34:45 a contractor from, yes, NSO, an Israeli hacking firm for use by the U.S. government. Sound police stated to me. All right, good. Chad Chapstein's kind of motoring pretty good. Sorry about the hiccups. Sound police stated to you? Folks, maybe some of us need that kick in the teeth, that political kick in the teeth to realize this isn't a normal election.
Starting point is 00:35:13 I know that said every four years, but damn it. I mean it. We are the leaders who've been waiting for us. My friend, Jenny Thomas says all the time, you're sitting on the sidelines in this election. You ain't doing it right.
Starting point is 00:35:25 Here's one more. Just the news. Police statey or not? Biden White House asked Facebook to tweak the algorithm to basically censor conservative news. Here's Fox News talking about exactly this yesterday, how they don't even care. They're giving you the double-barreled middle finger right now. The White House doesn't even care that they appear like they're censoring people. They're actually doing it, but they don't even care about the, they're not even trying to hide it anymore. Here, take a look. After this blow up, Facebook delivered a data dump to the White House just days later in an email obtained by Fox. Facebook's then VP of global Affairs, Nick Clegg, emails his team with an update saying this. He, meaning Slavitt, was appreciative of the data we sent through on Friday
Starting point is 00:36:11 and confirmed that Rob F. Flaherty had said they have never received so much data from us before. The White House did not respond to our request for comment. Meta tells Fox what they handed over was from CrowdTangle, Meta's tool that analyzes public content on its platform, something the company has publicly acknowledged they shared with the White House. But these discussions contradict what the White House said at the time, that their engagement with social media companies was purely flagging misinformation publicly available on the site. These communications show they wanted a whole lot more from Facebook and were very angry when they didn't get it.
Starting point is 00:36:50 They were very angry when they didn't get it. This is the United States government, specifically freaking prohibited from censoring speech by this thing called the First Amendment, and they're putting it down in actual emails, in emails, demanding, demanding that all of this stuff is done. They don't even care that you know about it. Folks, again, wake up your friends. This is that moment. I want you to look at this moment as a positive thing, like an inflection point. I want you to be able to look back in three or four years and say, my God, imagine how bad it was back then.
Starting point is 00:37:30 Aren't you so glad we fixed this thing and brought this country back to normalcy and saved it for our kids? You know, you got these stupid sayings. I hate these pithy them. Dark is right before Donald. Everybody tries to like be a freaking poet. Forget any of that crap. This is make this the worst it's ever going to get. This is the fight God gave you right now.
Starting point is 00:37:53 I'm just going to be straight with you. You're going to take it or are you going to back away? I'm taking it head on. I'm going to jump to this video instead. So Fauci, by the way, speaking of police staters, I'm going to tie this together for you here in a second, how COVID became the perfect vehicle for them to soften people up to the police state. Now it's time for you to toughen up and thicken your skin and fight back
Starting point is 00:38:20 against all the softening that happened during COVID. Even moderates were like, oh yeah, I'll put the mask on and take the shot. Everybody did it. Well, not everybody, not you and my listening audience, but a bunch of people did it who ordinarily couldn't be persuaded to do such stupid things. They're back. They need COVID again. The Biden team has now picked a replacement for Fauci.
Starting point is 00:38:42 And shockingly, I think the woman, Jeanne Marazzo, may be even worse than Fauci. And believe me, that's saying a lot. They need the COVID thing back. The police state animus is kind of dying down a little bit. People are fighting back. People are suing social media. People are pissed off. Biden's approval ratings in the 30s. They need something to get people scared again. It is not a coincidence that the COVID hysteria is picking up again right now. When? What's coming up next year? You guys know?
Starting point is 00:39:15 You guys have any idea? Something big? November? What is it? Oh, the election. Yes. Oh, you think it's an accident? The COVID hysteria is picking up again
Starting point is 00:39:26 right before the election. Here, look at this lady, Gianna Marazzo. This woman's going to replace Fauci. Automatically goes right back to the mask hysteria right away. Here, take a listen. Please consider wearing a mask when you go out. You don't need to wear one when you're at home. Masks in young people going to school over the age of six. All the things we've been talking about, mask wearing, hand hygiene, and social distancing. Masks have contributed to the control of this pandemic in other communities. Even mask wearing, except when you're eating, you can prevent it with very good masks. The three basic rules, wear a mask, make sure you wash your hands frequently or use hand sanitizer and keep your distance. Holy Moses, dude, the mask doesn't work.
Starting point is 00:40:17 How many freaking times are we going to go down this surgical mask route. Why would the mask? He's like, please don't. I can tell. It is a visual symbol of fear. It is a visual symbol of compliance. There's nothing the deep state wants more and needs before an election than to have everyone scared. Remember the walking dead theory. The only people that walk into a prison and voluntarily imprison themselves like they did in that zombie show, The Walking Dead, is because they were scared of the zombies on the outside. That is why liberals love the mask. You voluntarily show everyone your compliance. Show them everything is so scary.
Starting point is 00:41:00 Look, I'm complying with big daddy government. They're going to keep me safe. They love the mask. There's a reason they love the mask. It is a visual symbol of your subordination. Here, watch MSNBC playing into the whole game with the mask again. The hysteria picking up at the perfect time. Then I'm going to play this guy coming up next. Yuval Harari. You ever heard he's one of these new world guys? This clip ties it all together for you. Why they need this
Starting point is 00:41:27 COVID stuff and why it's back. Take a listen. So what I think people need to know is that I would just keep people on alert that when you're in those crowded spaces, think about the cost and the cold and sometimes many people don't even have any symptoms. A mask can be your best friend. Keep it private.
Starting point is 00:41:43 Back in time, we'd have them in our pockets, in our coats, in our backpacks. Time to bring them out again, especially as the school season starts. We don't want to see kids missing school for things that we could have prevented. You think this is an accident? Yeah, folks, seriously, in the chat, why it's an accident or no, it's not an accident. This is on purpose. They're doing this on purpose. They're doing this on purpose.
Starting point is 00:42:11 This is right before an election because the fear factor always helps Democrats. Because it gives them a reason to insert big government into your life, big daddy government, and to fix your problems. It's the Rahm Emanuel never let a crisis go to waste theory. This is just beautifully tied up here. This guy, you ever heard of this guy, Yuval Harari? This guy's all over the place. One of these like new world guys,
Starting point is 00:42:39 all these theories about how, you know, human beings, what the future is. He's like a futurist guy. But people love him. I mean, they go crazy. They worship this guy. Here is Harari explaining exactly how COVID fits into the commie model, the police state model, how COVID basically broke people down and has implications beyond just COVID.
Starting point is 00:43:01 In other words, COVID was a vehicle and a small piece of a much larger picture. It's rare that they go on camera and say this stuff, with the exception of this guy who says it all the time. Believe me, a lot of these great reset folks look up to this guy, a lot. Listen to this. It's not an extremely deadly virus. It's not the Black Death, and look what it's doing to the world. So now just try to think what will be the implications of a much bigger problem like climate change. Also conceptually it shows that, and here I completely agree with you, Ratgar, that it shows you that you can change things on a massive scale that again you can stop all flights you can lock down entire countries you can
Starting point is 00:43:55 actually do that and life goes on in some way and this this, I would say, may make us more open to radical ideas about how to deal also with climate change. I mean, it's so rare when you guys agree like they actually say it. Oh, look, COVID is the perfect vehicle for us to soften people up, to get them ready for our next tyrannical move, which is to take away their cars. I mean, it's so rare that they actually, and to starve them to death by cutting off their electricity. Right? They, right, they, they, he said it right. They write actual books about it now called The Great Reset.
Starting point is 00:44:39 It is so rare. Listen, you ever want to know what the police staters are up to? Just listen to them. Folks, I love this show and I love you being here, but I live for this every single day. It is my passion. There's nothing else I want to do right now. I don't want to run for office. I could do a lot of things. I want to be here to talk to you, but I'm going to say something to you. I have no special powers of deduction. I'm not professor X from the X-Men. I'm going to say something to you. I have no special powers of deduction. I'm not Professor X from the X-Men.
Starting point is 00:45:09 I'm an average intelligence guy. I'm not dumb. I'm not Einstein. I'm just like you. I mean it. That's a tautological fact. But I think, you know, almost 20 years of running for office and being a criminal investigator,
Starting point is 00:45:24 you develop the skill of listening. When you're running for office, you better listen. People want to talk to you and you better shut your mouth and listen. Listening is a skill. And when you're a criminal investigator and you're trying to put a case together and the criminal's telling you what he did, shut up and listen. That skill has served me well on this show. That skill has served me well on this show.
Starting point is 00:45:51 You ever want to see what the left is up to or hear what they're up to, just watch them and listen. They will tell you. They cannot stop bragging about this insatiable bloodlust they have for power. They cannot stop bragging about it. They have this just incessant urge to seek and grab power and to tell you. Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren, AOC, Klaus Schwab, Harare. They will tell you just listen. I think that's what makes this show a little different. I'd sit there all day.
Starting point is 00:46:26 I follow all these accounts. Folks, the police states here are just looking for more vehicles, and this COVID stuff is not an accident. I wanted to show you this big LOL here, too. Oh, you thought this Jack Smith was doing this all for justice? Of course you don't. You know Jack Smith is a special tyrant. He's only here to promote tyranny and destroy the constitutional Republic. But again, I love when
Starting point is 00:46:49 they just tell you what they're doing. Here's the associated press, a radical communist far left rag, no different than Praga, basically admitting that they didn't name co-conspirators in the indictment. Let me put that up on the screen for a second. The Jack Smith indictment against Trump that just came out the other day, he names, what is it, six co-conspirators, but just calls them co-conspirator one, lawyer one. He doesn't actually name them Jack Smith. And a lot of people wondering why. I wasn't wondering why. There are two reasons he didn't name Trump's lawyers, didn't physically actually name who they were. Number one, I don't think he's going to charge him. Why wouldn't he charge Trump's lawyers?
Starting point is 00:47:31 Well, he wants to scare them in the indictment. Oh my gosh, is that me? But if he names them, they'll get lawyers. And if they get lawyers and start to fight back in court, Jack Smith does not want to happen what happened to Bob Mueller. Do you guys remember when Bob Mueller charged that those Russian server farm people? You remember what happened to the case? Anyone?
Starting point is 00:47:52 Anyone in the chat? Remember? That's right. The case got thrown out because what happened? They dropped the case, Bob Mueller's team, because the Russians wasn't got attorneys and the case sucked so bad moose nut style. It sucked so bad
Starting point is 00:48:10 that guy in the chat. He don't let he's gone now. He didn't like that. It sucked so bad. Mueller's team dropped the case only because they got competent lawyers. Same things happening right now. Jack Smith is a coward and a chump.
Starting point is 00:48:26 He's one of the worst lawyers in America. He's afraid if he takes on Donald Trump and six co-conspirators with attorneys that he's going to have to drop the case too because it sucks. They also want, leave this up a second. AP, go back to that. They also want this case tried fast because they want Donald Trump in prison so we can't campaign. They even admitted by not naming or charging
Starting point is 00:48:52 six alleged co-conspirators in the indictment of former President Trump, federal prosecutors may be signaling their desire to expeditiously put the Republican frontrunner on trial for seeking to overturn the 2020 election. More defendants means more defense lawyers and more motions and delays.
Starting point is 00:49:10 I love, I love when they admitted, we really got to get this guy in jail before the election. Things, listen to me, things, I have a couple of things here. Things are going to get uglier going forward. Everything, not you, but everything a lot of your moderate friends said, oh, that's not going to happen. I'm not going to arrest Donald Trump. I'm not going to take his mugshot. Oh, you know what?
Starting point is 00:49:31 Put that mugshot piece up there. They're not going to take his mugshot. Look at this. Fulton County Sheriff says, we'll have a mugshot of President Trump if he's indicted. Look, that's good. That's because nobody's going to recognize him. You definitely need that mugshot.
Starting point is 00:49:42 I mean, nobody would see Donald Trump. Things are going to get uglier moving forward. I need you to be prepared for this. I need you to be mentally hard and to get really tough and a thick skin moving forward. We have an opportunity to change this. I think we will. I think in two or three years, we'll be watching this show and we'll be looking back and go, remember how ugly that was? But it's not going to happen overnight. and go, remember how ugly that was? But it's not going to happen overnight. I need you to be prepared that things are going to get uglier.
Starting point is 00:50:12 Do not be surprised that they put Donald Trump behind bars. I mean, actually, physically behind bars. People have been sending my email account on our website, an email asking about preparedness stuff. Folks, I'll do a show on this eventually, but food, water, generator, batteries, self-defense mechanism, charcoal, fire, water purifications, a radio. It's just a start.
Starting point is 00:50:37 Be ready. Things are going to get uglier. The left knows no limits. They're now telling you in advertising what they're going to do. Let me get to the Trump thing. I just want to play this while we're on the topic of Donald Trump. There's a debate coming up on a bit of a lighter note.
Starting point is 00:50:53 Donald Trump spoke to my good friend from Breitbart, Matt Boyle, good man, and gave an update on the debate situation. I think he should show up for the debate personally, but he makes a good case here that it's kind of stupid. I mean, he is ahead by a lot. However, I still think it's a good idea. It's where he excels. He is, you know, he's the alpha on the stage. He's going to have that center stage portion. I think it's a good idea, but he spoke to Matt Boyle about it. Check this out. You made your mind up. What's your plan on that front?
Starting point is 00:51:18 So I haven't totally made a decision. I like the debates. I might be here because of the debates. I might have won against Hillary with the debates. I might be here because of the debates. I might have won against Hillary with the debates, and I might have gotten the nominations because of the debates. But when you're leading by 50 and 60 points against these people, and you have people at zero and one and two, and then they're going to be asking me hostile questions, and they probably won't have much of an audience if I'm not in the debates, according to what I read, if I'm not in the debates, they're not going to have a very big audience. It seems almost like it would be foolish to do them.
Starting point is 00:51:53 Reagan didn't do them. Other people didn't do them. And I don't know that I should be doing it, you know, to be up against a hostile network with hostile people that are polling at zero. I mean, they don't have any votes. I mean, one of them had actually a zero with an arrow pointing left. I'm trying to figure out what that means. Probably means that they have too many votes and, you know, like the election. But they're at one, two, three, four, five, maybe. And I'm in the 60s. I see a poll the other day, 78. I'm at 78. And you have people at zero. And I feel it's sort of foolish to be doing it. I think it's could be stupid. It could be a stupid thing to do. I don't know, man. I mean, I don't know if I can disagree with the guy.
Starting point is 00:52:43 You know, I think it's best he shows up because that's his skill set. That's what he does. I mean, what do you think? You know, I love to involve you guys in the chat because you're all smarter than me about this stuff. You guys do this stuff every day, too. And you're the actual voters. Why he should show up for? Yes. No, he shouldn't. What do you think? I mean, I still think he should, but I'm only like 51 percent sure. So let me know what you think. I just want to get to this final story too. I told you as well yesterday, you're never wasting your time here,
Starting point is 00:53:13 that they're not going to go on. They're going to say this isn't a first amendment issue, trying to try Trump on his comments about the election, that it's going to be about his actions, about the electors, the alternate set of electors. Remember we talked about that yesterday? I don't know. A lot of no. What do you think? It's a lot of no's? Yeah, that's a lot of no's. A couple yeses in there. Well, you guys seem to know better. So Mr. President, if you're watching,
Starting point is 00:53:33 I know you like the show. The audience doesn't think you should bother. So 80-20, that's a lot. That's a heavy victory for a controversial question. I told you they're going to go for the electors thing, right? Even though Democrats have done the electors thing repeatedly over and over again, 2000, 2016, 1960. Here, Trump's First Amendment defense in January 6th case is shaky, experts say in Axios. They're really politicians and activists. But the real legal question they note is whether those actions amounted to a criminal conspiracy. He's not being indicted for what he said. Yes, he is dipshits.
Starting point is 00:54:10 He is being indicted for what he said. That's the point. Bill Barr's humiliating himself again. Well, all conspiracies start with talk. No shit, Bill. Everything starts with talk. The question is, is there probable cause that the talk led to the crime? And the answer is absolutely not. Not even close. It's not even reasonable suspicion.
Starting point is 00:54:31 You're a lawyer. You don't know better. You know, listen, man, it was no bigger defender of Bill Barr than me. But gosh, has this guy been a disappointment? Did nothing about the Spygate thing. I mean, it was all talk. Now he's out there saying, oh my gosh, this is some kind of big conspiracy. Wow, it's pretty universal to know. It's not a conspiracy. It's not a conspiracy. This electors thing has been something the Democrats have done in the past
Starting point is 00:54:55 repeatedly. One last story, just to Fitch things so we can clean up today's content. I want to make sure I get through it all, which is almost magical because it never happens. Fitch downgrades the United States' credit rating. You hear about this yesterday on my show. It's only one of the biggest financial stories in modern American history. But the Wall Street Journal notes it's not going to change anything. Washington will tax and spend us into a clear bankruptcy. You know what? I disagree with him here. Wait till we start paying
Starting point is 00:55:20 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 percent interest on our 31 trillion dollar debt. And everybody finds out that the government has to print money to pay off those bills. And that printing causes massive inflation, which causes even higher interest rates. And we fall into a death spiral. Let me tell you something. What can't continue won't, as Herb Stein said once, and this can't continue. You keep printing money, you're going to have to keep raising interest rates. You keep raising interest rates, you're going to have to pay more of the government debt on interest rates, which is going to make you print more money to pay off the debt you
Starting point is 00:55:50 can't afford to pay off. Eventually, everything comes to an end. The spending will come to an end, too. Folks, thanks again for tuning in. Seventy four thousand and still going up. Man, what a what an awesome day. I love you guys. You guys are so great to me in this chat. 74,000 people spread the word. It's kind of a slow news day today. We were still
