We'll get into the details there. The left is continuing to spin up the most ludicrous defenses about why they are in bed and have been with Jeffrey Epstein. And, well, the attacks on the president's pursuit of justice. and his Justice Department, those continue as well. Actually, I've got such a massive list of things that we could get to today. we've got another democrat who's just been indicted uh which is fantastic news add it to the list added to the list uh democrat congresswoman shela churfillis mccormick is a democrat from florida and uh for those of you watching on the video podcast here is her mug that's what she looks like she's smiling she's having a great time as she poses for a little photo and now she's got an indictment from the united states department of justice what's her indictment for she stole a crap ton of money the fed say five million dollars in FEMA funding five million bucks stolen by a democrat congresswoman well how did she pull it off what exactly happened here well it turns out as you might imagine. It's COVID related and it's FEMA related. This is disaster funds that she's

alleged to have stolen. There's what Bill Malusian says over at the Fox News Channel breaking the Department of Justice has charged Congresswoman Sheila Cherfellus McCormick, Democrat from Florida, with stealing $5 million in FEMA funds. FEMA, that would be emergency funds, disaster funding. She laundered the proceeds and then used the money to support her 2021 congressional campaign. She faces up to 53 years in prison, if convicted. According to the indictment that the Department of Justice has brought under the great president, Donald Trump, Cherfellus McCormick, 46 years old, and her brother, Edwin Cherfellus, what a name, 51, both of Miramar, worked through their family health care company on a FEMA funded COVID-19 vaccination staffing

contract in 2021. Every single one of those buzzwords drives me absolutely crazy. COVID, the Vax, the jab, FEMA, they're stealing from us. In July of 2021, the company received an overpayment of $5 million in FEMA funds, disaster funding. The indictment alleges the defendants conspired to steal that money and then routed it through multiple accounts. disguise its source. Prosecutors allege a substantial portion of the misappropriated funds were used as a candidate contribution. So basically, she funded her campaign with it in 2021 and for their personal benefit of the defendants. The indictment goes on and says that a Truffalus McCormick and another person called Nadeji LeBlanc, 46 of Miramar, arranged a bunch of additional contributions

using straw donors. This is basically the straw donors are when you take ill-gotten money, give it to somebody else, and then have them give it back to you as if it's a political donation that they made on an independent basis. That's what's happening here. So they're funneling all of this taxpayer funding that they're ill-gotten $5 million stolen directly into our political campaign.

The indictment charges Truffleus McCormick and her 2021 tax preparer, David Spencer, or 41 years old with conspiring to file false tax returns. And according to this indictment, they falsely claim political spending and other personal expenses as business deductions, yada, yada, yada, yada. We're looking at a lot of time in jail for this lady. 53 years in prison.

53 years in prison. She is suspiciously quiet right now in the wake of the fact that she's just been slapped with these charges. So ladies and gentlemen, add her to the list. that because she becomes the latest democrat lawmaker to receive charges of this of this kind of any kind uh indictments have been dropping like crazy on these democrats everybody from the james comies to the letitia james to the monica le monica mickeyvers to the catabuga zalas uh and now the uh shila

shirfulis mccormick oh and who could of course forget john bolton who i think officially is a democrat these days. I'm pretty sure. So a lot of Democrats here being prosecuted, which means the nothing ever happens crowd can take a heaping helping of shut. I'm just kidding. I'm not going to say it, but shut up. Stop you whining. Yeah, no, the Trump administration is serious about this stuff. They're really going after these people. For real. You know, it wasn't that long ago. Normally, they've known about this for years, to be clear. That was 2021 when that happened. The Biden administration could have done this. The DOJ and DeMarie Garland. could have done this. They didn't. They just let it go. And this Trump administration not letting

it go. They're charging these people. So good for them. They got the evidence. They're bringing the charges. And now she's got to deal with it in court. And so 53 years in prison if convicted, a round of applause for the Trump administration. Thank you very much. Ladies and gentlemen, thank you to Pam Bondi and the team. Keep going after these guys. You know, they are fighting it out right now in Virginia. James Comey is currently locking, uh, locking horns in the eastern district of Virginia trying to get out of this um get out of this court process he's been charged with lying to congress because what was it again oh he lied to congress he lied to congress so uh he's fighting it out in court he's trying to get the whole thing dismissed right now oh it's

so unfair and this malicious prosecution it wasn't handled the right way lindsay halligan the smoke show u.s attorney who's handling the case right now uh it seems like she really has actually crossed all of her tees and dotted all of her eyes. Yet the left is whipping everybody into a frenzy. I don't know if you saw any of these headlines yesterday, but they were acting as if Lindsay Halligan is just some sort of, you know, rookie, naive prosecutor has no idea what she's doing. She's screwing everything up here.

And here's how the New York Times presented it yesterday. And this is the way they're framing him. You ready? New York Times says, Trump loyalist. Trump loyalist admits grand jury never saw final Comey indictment. Never saw the final Comey indictment. What are they, what in the world are they talking about here? Never saw the indictment? Is that true?

I'll tell you right up front, the New York Times is lying to you. Lying to you. James Meyer says, telling folks to shut the fuck up is not a good idea. Well, if they deserve to shut the fuck up, I'll tell them to shut the fuck up, James. So thank you for your contribution to our program. A federal judge has grilled the prosecutors pursuing charges against James Comey, the former FBI director on Wednesday, interrogating them with a series of questions that underscored irregularities in the case, including that the full grand jury did not see the indictment it was supposed to have

approved. All right. So the times frame up is, oh, that Lindsay Halligan kept this from the grand jury. They had no idea what they were even signing on to. The questioning by the judge, Michael S. Nakmanoff took place at an excruciatingly awkward hearing in federal district court in Alexandria of Virginia that was nominally held to consider the narrow issue of whether the charges against Mr. Comey have been filed as an act of vindictive retribution by President Trump. But Judge Nakmanoff, peppered prosecutors with questions on a range of topics, including Trump's own statements about wanting Comey to be indicted. All right. So basically, the Times is framing this in the worst possible light.

bending this in the direction of the left. And the judge in this case is being a full-blown Trump-the-rangement syndrome, lunatic. And here's what's going on. One, is President Trump allowed to complain about the treatment that this country has gotten from James Comey? You bet. He's definitely allowed to do that. Is Donald Trump in charge of the United States Department of Justice? Unquestionably so. He's the commander-in-chief. There's this weird game that the left plays where it's like, no, the Justice Department is independent of the president. No, actually, what you're describing is unconstitutional. The United States Department of Justice falls in the executive branch, works for the president of the United States and at his direction. If President Trump calls Pam Bondi right

now and says, hey, I want you to drop everything and concentrate on the cartels, I want you to go after every drug dealer in America. I want you to get all this fenton off the street. She isn't, it's not like she's got options here. She goes, aye, I, sir, or she leaves and somebody else comes in who's actually going to follow orders. This is the United States Constitution. Constitution. This is Article 2. This is very simply how it works. The president's in charge and acting like that's a scandal preposterous. And now the next part here. And this is the one that the left is going absolutely crazy over today. They're acting like Lindsay Halligan kept information from the grand jury. Let me remind you about what was presented. There were three counts presented to the grand jury in the James Comey case. Three, the grand jury signed off on two. They said two of these are good enough for an indictment. The third one, we don't think so. We can't agree on that. So they dropped that one.

So that's why Comey ended up with two charges and not three. By the way, that's evidence that the grand jury was not a rigged process, the way the left handles things like in Washington, D.C. The grand jury deliberated. They actually made distinctions between charges that they felt were legitimate, and they said two of these are good to go, and they pushed them forward. So there's a very simple thing that took place here that the left is trying to turn into a scandal. And we turned to our buddy, Mike Davis.

at the Article III project, the viceroy, Mike Davis, who is describing this this way. U.S. Attorney Lindsey Halligan corrects the record and slams the magistrate's reckless attempt to derail the Comey prosecution. The U.S. Attorney's Declaration confirms the events that occurred following the grand jury proceeding. This is how it went. The court, and he goes, the court reporter's contemporaneous email confirms it to. And the grand jury four persons open court statements confirm it to. And the transcript confirms it too. The confusion here, and Mike's almost being generous to the judge, the confusion here arrived solely from the judge's misinterpretation of the administrative correction removing count one from the indictment

after the grand jury returned a true bill on counts two and three. That adjustment simply reflected the grand jury's vote. It was neither unusual nor improper. All right, let me drill that down even further on what this means. Basically, grand jury looks at all three counts. They look at all three counts. they go yes on two of them, no on one of them. And so Lindsay Halligan having to sign off already on the language from the grand jury takes counts two and three where they said yes. She just cuts out, cut one from the count one from the document, brings it back to the jury for person and says,

okay, please sign off on the new one. They sign off on it. There's no deceit here, nothing hidden from the grand jury, no stunts or anything. Lindsay Halligan did her job. The grand jury was fully informed. They were fully bought in on the charges. And any attempt to throw out the Comey case on this basis is absolutely disgracefully corrupt.

The judge is out of hand right now. The judge is completely wrong right now. And as you see headlines on this subject, acting like Lindsey Halligan is some sort of disaster. Oh, she just bungled all of this. She really screwed it up. We could have had Comey dead the rights. It wasn't for Lindsey Halligan. No, once again, it's the system protecting its own.

It's corrupt officials attempting to look for any weasily way to try and get James Comey out of the well-deserved scrutiny that he's currently facing. And a reminder for you about James Comey and what's coming up next. Comey, obviously, is dealing with this Eastern District of Virginia case. He's desperate to get rid of it as we speak. And God willing, we can keep it alive, despite the many efforts by the left to throw it out. In the end, it may still be thrown out.

I'm not promising anything's going to work to finally get to a conviction with Comey here. I have reminded you that, yes, the process is the punishment. It is meaningful that we've gotten to this step. This is a step that James Comey never thought he'd see. An actual indictment, an actual prosecution, fighting it out in court, never thought that would happen. So good. Make him miserable for as long as possible. But what also we're looking forward to is what we believe to be grand conspiracy,

is coming in Florida in January. So the discovery in this process, all the stuff that's coming out in court right now, about James Comey and his nefarious activities, all of his communications behind the scenes, the lies that he's telling about his communications, each of those things would be meaningful contributions to a grand conspiracy trial.

In other words, overt acts in furtherance of a conspiracy. So yeah, let's keep on going with this. Is it going to be a fight? you're damn right it is it's going to be a fight but i'm glad it's a fight that's finally taking place it's long overdue and uh we're getting a big battle in court today so a little bit of uh explanation for for what is happening in the comie case the left was getting very exercised about this they thought they thought oh finally we're getting combing out of it now this is a thing this is a good thing um let's see leon leona uh leana hall is it leon leana thank you leona says

Vince, we want perp walks, not mere discomfort. Yeah, I'm with you. Although a perp walk, what you're talking about is like you play somebody in handcuffs and you drag them past the cameras and you put them through the deep sense of shame, which they so richly deserve. I totally get that. I want everything. I want more than perp walks.

I'm going to let me want up you. I want a full blown sentence for these people. I want to go all the way to the end of this thing. But again, I'm going to take every last element that I can possibly get here. We need accountability. we need accountability no question about it the first step of that is an indictment and if somebody comes at you there's a there's a there's a um an instinct i think by some people who become so blackpilled that they see an indictment and they're like i'm tired sternly worded letters or whatever

what is it doesn't mean anything you're moving the goalposts in your own in your own mind if that's the case you think an indictment is nothing try being indicted and then and then get back to me on how that feels. How many January 6 defendants had to go through that horseship? How many Trump people had to go through that? Think about it. Indictment's a massive, massive thing. I know I don't really have to remind most of this audience. I think everybody kind of gets it. But there's a, there's a sometimes it feels like an op. Like it's like straight up like a disinformation operation. People are like, it's not enough. A conviction is not enough. It's like, it's like, you're really just trying to cause division on the right? We've been demanding accountability. We finally have a

president is delivering it, I'm going to root that on. And then I'm going to tell you about every step of the process as it happens. So yeah, no, it's it. This is, this is very important. These are very important. And these are not a bunch of no names. These are like the biggest fish you can possibly imagine. I'll take all of it. I will have some perspective. You know what I mean? All right, we'll keep an eye on him. Donald Trump saying, hey, I'm signing this thing in the law. We're about to make a bunch of this public. Let's see. Who else? Minority leader, Hakeem Jeffries, the president refers to, who asked Epstein to donate to his campaign after Epstein was charged. Democrat Congresswoman Stacey Plaskett.

You know, the lady who was texting with the registered sex offender, the child rapist, getting question ideas from him during a 2019 congressional hearing. and many more. Perhaps the truth about these Democrats and their associations with Epstein will soon be revealed. Because guess what? I just signed the bill to release the Epstein files. As everyone knows, I asked the Speaker of the House and the Senate Majority Leader pass the bill because of my request, the votes were unanimous. I love, I love this so much. You know what's funny about this? Obviously, Democrats thought that they had like some big scheme going, oh, we're going to imply Trump is guilty. something, you know, impose a scandal on him by focusing on Epstein. So President Trump comes in

this week and he goes, actually, I want Republicans to vote for it. So now the votes are unanimous because Democrats, they haven't gotten a software update yet. So they all voted for it. And then the president takes credit for the almost unanimous vote in favor of passes. I love that. That's got to tick them off, which makes me even happier. At my direction, the Department of Justice has already turned over close to 50,000 pages of documents to Congress. Don't forget, the Biden administration didn't turn over anything nothing about epstein nor did they ever speak about him democrats have used this epstein issue which affects them a lot more than any republican in order to try and distract from our amazing victories he says and what are the victories what does he like i like these things

too ready the big beautiful tax cut bill strong borders strong you want to talk about strong how about airtight no men and women sports no transgender for everyone getting rid of dey stopping biden's inflation lowering prices, the biggest tax and regulation cuts in history. Knocking out Iran's nuclear capability with some bunker buster bombs, getting trillions of dollars brought into the United States, including this week when he brought the Saudis in,

bragging about trillions of dollars of new investment, creating the hottest country anywhere in the world and delivering a huge defeat to the Democrats on that recent shutdown disaster. And so the president, look, his message is, hey, let's make America great again. And this whole thing is all going to blow up in their faces. And all it's doing is blowing up in their faces. These Democrats are stepping on rakes every time they talk about Jeffrey Epstein. They want to do that?

Go for it. Be our guest. Keep talking about it. In fact, this Epstein thing, they don't even know how to spin out of it now. It's gotten so bad that CNN is now asking questions about these Democrats and the relationships with Jeffrey Epstein. That's how you know what's got. it's gotten bad even CNN saying this doesn't look very good actually uh jasmine crockett you know her she's she's not that smart she she barely has two brain cells to rub together she was on cnn last night

and she was being asked by the host katelyn collins to account for uh the fact that she invented a very nasty defamatory accusation about a bunch of republicans including lee zeldon she alleged that these Republicans had taken money from Jeffrey Epstein. What she didn't disclose during her ridiculous congressional speaking was that the Jeffrey Epstein that gave money to Lee Zeldon is in fact a doctor, Jeffrey Epstein, a neurosurgeon who did not die in a jail cell and has nothing to do with the child sex offender that we know of as Jeffrey Epstein. Yeah, they're not even the same person. So, CNN asks Jasmine Crockett why she lied about this.

Take a look. Who also took money from somebody named Jeffrey Epstein as I had my team dig in very quickly. Mitt Romney, the NRC, Lee Zeldon, George Bush, Win Red, McCain Palin, Rick Lazio. You mentioned Lee Zeldon there. He's now a cabinet secretary. He responded and said it was actually a Dr. Jeffrey Epstein, who's a doctor that doesn't have any relation to the convicted sex trafficker. Unfortunate for that doctor, but that is who donated to a prior campaign of his. Do you want to correct the record on the people that? Listen, I never say that it was that Jeffrey Epstein, just so that people understand when you make a donation, your picture is not there. And because

they decided to spring this on us in real time, I wanted the Republicans to think about what could potentially happen because I knew that they didn't even try to go through the FEC. So my team, what they did is they Googled. And that is specifically why I said, A, Jeffrey Epstein, unlike Republicans, I at least don't go out and just tell lies. She is so full of shit. She's obviously trying to impugnly Zeldon, obviously try to attack Republicans. She could quite clearly.

I mean, there's really only one of two options. She's either so stupid that she really believed it was the same Jeffrey Epstein and now has been caught and doesn't want to admit it. Or she knew she was lying at the time. And she was just advancing a wrap-up smear. And she didn't care about it. She just figured, you know what? I'm going to kick up a bunch of dirt in the air.

Democrats are all connected with Jeffrey Epstein for real. I'm going to pretend like Republicans are. And then I'm just going to stand by it. If anybody asked me about it, I'm just going to stand by it. I did the right thing. Brazen. The lies. are brazen and relentless, you know?

You ever, I mean, it's like arguing with a child. This is like a high school argument where somebody, you got somebody dead the rights and then they just start gas sliding. Well, obviously I wasn't talking about that Jeffrey upstate. I was saying, A, Jeffrey, I mean, it's like the same name and everything. Like, what is this celebrity jeopardy? This is like, you know, it's like, the rapist. The word is therapist.

It's like, those are, those are two days. very different things. These are two very different things. These are two very different people. It's not the same Jeffrey Epstein. I can't even believe we're having this discussion. I think you just, everything, your very existence is meant to drive me crazy. This is so crazy. And she continues. She continues to come up with the most ludicrous possible defenses. The spin continues. Watch cut two. Watch this. Because it was not the same one, that's fine. But when Lee Zeldon has something to say, all he had to say was it was a different Jeffrey Epstein.

He admitted that he did receive donations from a Jeffrey Epstein. So at least I wasn't finding to mislead people. Now, have I dug in to find out who this doctor is? I have not. So I will trust and take what he says is that it wasn't that Jeffrey Epstein, but I was not attempting to mislead anybody. I literally had maybe 20 minutes before I had to do that debate. Yeah, but people might see that and say,

well, you're trying to make it sound like he took money from, I did not know. A registered sex offenders. No, but I literally did not know. When you search FEC files and that's what I had my team to do, I text them and I said, listen, we're going up. They are saying that she took donations. Right, but someone might say, well, your team should have done the homework

to make sure it wasn't the convicted sex. Within 20 minutes, you could not find that out, not from just doing a quick search on FEC. So, number one, I made sure that I was clear that it was a Jeffrey Epstein, but I never said that it was specifically that Jeffrey Epstein because I knew that we would need more time. Oh, my God. Is it just me or did she come up with like 15,000 different excuses for why that took place?

She's like, yeah, we knew it was a totally different Epstein, but we didn't really have that much time to research it. So we actually had no idea what Epstein it was. I didn't even know that Epstein was a doctor. So I'm not even quite clear on which Epstein's we're talking about. I'll take Lee Zeldon's word for it. But it's sort of Lee Zeldon's fault, actually. But you can't blame my staff.

We only had 20 minutes. We never do our homework until the very last minute. And then when we did that homework, we didn't think it was worth double-checking before we impugned people and defamed a political donor who had nothing to do with the child sex offender, Jeffrey Epstein. What? I'm telling you, in a world, half my life is watching crazy Democrats say the most insane things you've ever heard. That's one of the most insane Democrat clips I've ever played in my life. That's nuts. That's absolutely nuts.

So she says she's got a couple of ludicrous defenses, one for herself. You know, she impugns a random person who happens to have the name Jeffrey Epstein, as well as the Republicans that that fine gentleman is donated to. But then also she's cooking up a defense of Stacey Plaskett, who was just caught recently having those text messages with the child rapist, the actual child rapist, Jeffrey Epstein. And so here's what, Crockett had to say about Stacey Plaskett. Take a look. Cut three.

Republicans are constantly texting with a 34 count convicted felon. So if it's okay for them to text him at any point in time, then I'm not going to say that that's right or wrong, especially to the extent that you're talking about kicking someone off their committee. Were they talking, were they sexting? Was it a matter of her being involved in the pedophilia? No, it was nothing like that. I mean, they weren't sexting. so you know you're allowed to talk to a child rapist and get advice from him as long as you're not sexting like what what in the hell kind of excuses are these this is the most desperate stuff i've ever

seen and it's said with such confidence well you know it wasn't like she was sending nude photos in the middle of the congressional hearing to epstein what that that's your excuse Caitlin Collins should have just smacked her. Should have just like, make some sense, woman, smacked her right in the middle of the segment. That would have been, dude, I'd watch CNN every night if that's what was happening. CNN, which has become very skeptical of these Democrats, at least in the last 24 hours. You have Plaskett, one of my callers yesterday on the radio show called her Plunkett, which I think is funny.

Crockett and Plunkett. Plunkett was on the CNN network yesterday, and she's sticking with the, oh, Epstein is my constituent defense. Watch this. Like many constituents, individuals get your phone number. They text you about issues. They speak with you. I have spoken with him about issues that are relevant,

things that are going on in the Virgin Islands. and elsewhere around the country. Right. But on that day that we're talking about, you initiated the tax exchange at 7.55 in the morning. So why were you even texting with Epstein at the time? He was a known sex offender then. Sure. You know, I explained to people, I've been a prosecutor for many years.

And there are a lot of people who have information that are not your friends that you use to get information for to get it the truth. Unbelievable. Just unbelievable. unbelievable he's my constituent now first of all is he actually her constituent i mean he's obviously dead now but yeah that doesn't stop you for being a constituent the democrats but was he her constituent the guy was living where he was living in new york in florida and then he've had that sex that creepy pervy sex island in the virgin islands which is what she means what she says he was my

constituent um was he was he actually a voter in the version islands if you were geoffrey epstein not that you could put yourself in his shoes because my guess is you're not a child sex pervert um but if you're geoffrey epstein would you really waste your vote on the non-voting delegate in the virgin islands and presumably you'd vote in new york or you'd vote in florida like what you'd vote in the version so even that kind of seems like a lie to me but also your constituent i don't know if i addressed this yesterday my apologies about i'll just reiterate this basic point i don't have my i don't have the phone number to my member of congress i can't text them in the middle of a congressional hearing i'm like i don't get to write their

questions i wish i could don't get to do that but apparently if you're a registered sex offender child rapist you get the text your member of congress and how is that lady on the intel committee to begin with. So she's on the House of Intel Committee. She was an impeachment manager going after Donald Trump. She's acting like she's at the moral high ground or something. She's letting child rapists write her questions. That woman should be run out of town. There's no business of her even being in Congress. She's pretending like she's just doing constituent services. Please. How many, chat, how many of you would try to call on your member of Congress? Forget cell phone numbers. How many of you have tried to call a congressional office just to get through to a human being. And if you do, it's usually some like

frontline intern constituent service person who is giving you sort of the boilerplate. Thank you for your calling. We took your message down. We'll make sure that this message gets to the congressman or something. It's like an impossible task to talk to these lawmakers. It's not really a thing. Jeffrey Epstein is talking about her mouth chewing. Are you chewing right now? oh, I'm done. I just got done eating. She's not talking to him like she's trying to dig information out of him, that he's some sort of like bad guy that she's trying to break up a sex ring for it, that she's pretending like that now.

No, she's talking to him like he's an intimate friend. She's describing her mouth habits as she's talking to him. Yeah, okay. It's really, it's enough. We can see through your lies. But you keep doing it anyway. That's the arrangement. That's the arrangement that these Democrats have to just lie to you.

Always. there's Plaskett then we got another one of these Democrats the the minority whip is a lady called katherine clark you you may have heard of her recently because i think we played a clip from her recently where she said that the the government shutdown was causing suffering and that's our leverage she said proudly she was very happy about that here she is again now stammering out a defense of stacey plaskett for being buddy buddy with a child rapist here she is was it an error in judgment to text Jeffrey Epstein during a hearing? You know, I take Stacey Plaskett

at her word and I... Would you have done the same thing? You know, I don't, I also agree with her that Jeffrey Epstein is reprehensible and that's her word and I agree with her. It's just like stammering. She has no idea. She has no idea what to say. Listen to. that's all folks she's like i don't know what to say i don't know what to say i don't know what that yeah how about to say this how about it's utterly contemptible that she was doing that i'm calling on her to resign from congress that's completely unacceptable that's like a normal person's reaction to this instead what we get from all these democrats is that what i mean i'm Who doesn't talk to their constituents?

Who doesn't talk? You guys are ridiculous, honestly, honestly, ridiculous. The story of Jeffrey Epstein, as you know, is a story of the abuse of children. And Democrats that naturally are standing by Jeffrey Epstein now and standing by the relationship to the Jeffrey Epstein don't care much about kids. In fact, it's the party of aborting children. They kill a million kids a year enthusiastically. But the other side of the political eyes, the Trump side of the political aisle does actually care about seeing kids be taken care of

and rescued from horrible situations, just horrible situations. You know, we've talked quite a bit about the successes that this FBI has had in rescuing thousands upon thousands of children all across our country. And we just got an update yesterday on the status of an investigation into something called the 764 network. The 764 network. This is a terrorist network that goes online, finds vulnerable children, and convinces them to harm themselves or others. It is among the most vile things that any human beings are doing on the planet right now. And we got an update from a fellow called Dan Bongino yesterday, the FBI deputy director. And here's what he had to say about

what the FBI is up to right now. He said that the director of the FBI in conjunction with our employees in the field and I have emphasized taking down something called the 764 network. 764. And I want to update you on a couple of the latest cases. For those who may not know, the 764 network is a heinous child exploitation ring. It's a targeted. children online it coerces them into acts of violence self-harm animal abuse suicide sexual abuse and at the beginning of the year our teams redoubled our efforts to go after these networks and eliminate them to eliminate them we have more than 300 investigations active right now connected to this network nationwide 300 investigations nationwide as we speak and that number is growing this is a top priority for

us. Out of Baltimore, the FBI office there recently, their teams worked with partners to arrest an individual who has allegedly targeted five different victims. One of them was as young as 13 years old. The individual is now in federal custody. We expect more information to be released in this case very soon. In Arizona recently, they had a different case, another one, where an indictment revealed an individual that's in federal custody has been found allegedly targeting kids as an affiliate of 764. The nine victims involved were between 11 and 15 years old. Some of the allegations involved distributing child porn, cyberstalking, animal crushing, and even conspiring to provide material support to terrorists. Dan says, I can't emphasize

this enough. It's a major issue in our country. Not enough people even know about it. We're asking all parents to please be on guard. If you're a parent, this is for you. please be on guard check in with your kids monitor their internet usage consider your options for putting safeguards in place that limit what these networks can even reach and how they can reach your kids in the meantime this FBI is going to keep working day and night to destroy this network it's a top priority we're making progress but the work isn't done god bless america and those are defender this is candidly what i want the FBI doing I want accountability for all the people we talked about at the top of this show, but the people

we need to protect the most are the most vulnerable in our country. Those are our children. Yesterday, we got a report. This came to us by way of ABC News. ABC did a report on the 764 demons, this terrorist group, which has been targeting children in this cruel and vicious way and the lives that they've been destroying. Here is cut six. Take a look at just a small clip on ABC and the way that in one, at least in one case, a family's child, death by suicide after being encouraged into it, groomed into it by these terrorists. Watch. See crochet all over the place. This is beautiful. It's what drew him to join online groups like Discord to make friends, as he struggled with his mental health after COVID. We knew there were bad people on the internet period when we had those conversations. And you tried to limit it. Oh, yeah. It was locked down. We did all the things that are available to us, right?

But that didn't stop an online network of extreme predators, known as 764, from reaching Jay anyway, and allegedly pushing him to do the unthinkable, take his own life. They took advantage of Jay's loneliness and his kindness, and then they completely prayed on his, his insecurities. The goal of 764 to unleash chaos. Modern day terrorism in America,

764 crimes that involve harming our children by going after them online, causing self-mutilation, suicide, sexual abuse. At least 30 people have been charged by the Justice Department in recent years with suspected ties to 764 or affiliated networks. Now, I noticed a couple of things. For those of you listening to the audio podcast, you wouldn't have seen the visual, but the boy who is no longer with us groomed into suicide by these terrorists on Discord, they said. Discord, for those who've never used it, it's a platform. It's a communication platform where they have various groups and organizations can put together almost like a web forum.

but including people apparently who use it in this way to groom these kids. And one of the visuals of that news package from ABC, did you guys notice, chat? Did you notice the like the pride flag COVID mask that the kid was wearing? The kid was wearing like a pride flag mask. And that told me a lot immediately. These things go together. this type of sort of left wing sexualized grooming it all goes together and that kid was a victim of it i bet you that if i had to guess i bet you that the mask thing was already a product of some

of the grooming and he's he's gone now and i know i don't know about you for those of you who are parents if you've got young kids have got a child like i do um The conversation among parents, you know, when you get together, very often turns to what are you doing about devices? What are you doing about online access? When you're talking to teachers, what are they doing about devices? What are they doing about online access? Are these cell phones even allowed in the schools? You know, for kids, one of the number one sources of drama in any school right now in the United States is basically the cell phone.

It's basically online access. normally the biggest scandals now that are occurring in any school in the country are usually things like kids sharing pictures of one another or saying something out of control in these chats that's where all of the drama and the chaos comes from and so parents are very well parents who really are very attuned to this are very concerned about the extent to which their kids have access to devices and and I am encouraging you to do what we're trying to do in our household, which is wait as long as possible before your kid is on these cell phones, on the internet. You know, when we were kids, there was always concern

about like a stranger getting to a child, getting to getting to us, getting as kids. And that was, we meant it physically. We meant like the guy with the van and the candy, taking a kid and kidnapping them and disappearing. This is the way things used to be in terms of how we talked about this stuff. But nowadays, kids are getting on the internet and they're being raised by strangers think about that just process that for a moment children in the united states of america are being raised by strangers online i know and i know in some sense it sounds crazy to say but that's true it's just true if you have adults from a distance forming your child's opinions in their mind and grooming them and leading them to, in many cases, very destructive tendencies,

your kid's being raised by a stranger. That's what's happening. So fighting back against that, protecting your child from that, that's priority one. You have to do that. Rescue your child before somebody else steps in and grooms them into utter disaster. Don't let that happen to your kid.

Be on guard for this. Monitor their communications. You're their parent. this isn't this isn't like you know you're two equals you're both adults none of that child is is being raised under your roof under your rules and everybody should be aware of that everybody it matters and so here we've got this group this terror group seven six four and god bless cash Patel dan bonjino by the way a loving father who are obsessed with taking down child predators 300 open investigations right now into this network nationwide.

That number continues to grow, and that continues to be a priority for the Trump FBI. God bless them. Godspeed. Destroy these bastards. Take them down, protect our kids. Really big. So I wanted to give you an update on that. That's a story, by the way, that our media, you know, ABC, to their credit, they had a news package on it yesterday, but very, very underappreciated in our media. but this is a this is a very very big thing um another story for you that i wanted to hit is

yesterday i shared video with you of democrats uh elected democrats uh encouraging the troops to engage in insurrection against the president of the united states you had democrats elected democrats claiming well we're veterans we're veterans of the military we're veterans of the intel community and they were encouraging troops in an act of seditious conspiracy to be prepared to reject the orders of the commander-in-chief encouraging them to do that yesterday one of these idiots decided to go on the fox news channel with martha mccallum his name is jason crow he's a democrat from colorado congressman jason crow uh and he sat with martha and martha pointed out what i pointed out what i pointed it out yesterday, too, which is, wait a second. You're claiming that Trump is given out unlawful orders.

Name one. Name one. Instead, you're just kicking up a bunch of vague garbage claims without any justification whatsoever. So why don't you be more specific, crow? Tell us exactly what you're talking about. He doesn't do it. Martha confronts him about this. Take a look. So when you see this video on all over the place, When you see this video on social media, I think a lot of people scratch their heads and they say, what exactly are they talking about? Are they talking about not allowing gunboats to make it to the United States carrying drugs? Is that what you're talking about?

Martha, here's a novel idea. How about we actually prevent things from happening before they become a problem? I think that's what they're trying to do. No, what you're saying, what you're saying is we have to wait until there's a problem to respond to that problem. No, I'm not. As a military officer, what I think is important is we train people. We give them information. We prepare people for challenges coming down the pike.

That is what I did as a commander in the military. That's what I'm doing now. As we are standing by our troops, we are reminding them of their obligation. What specific order from the commander-in-chief that we are asking our military to carry out? Are you objecting to? This is very, very vague. And it was so vague in this video. Nobody, I don't think people could figure out what you guys were all talking about, honestly.

Martha, Donald Trump has made us. series of very disturbing comments and suggestions that would violate U.S. law and put our military and terrible positions. Again, we're getting nowhere because you're not talking about an order. I don't want to wait until that happens. Shoot, J.J. Murfman says this guy was an Army Ranger in the Girl Scout Division. Probably the guy, he sounds like it's so funny listening to him. First of all, he sounds like Dr. Evil. Anybody else here, Dr. Evil as you're listening to him? gets on television and martha rightly points out she's like wait a second you're not even alleging that that Donald Trump has given an unlawful order what are you talking about you're telling the troops to disobey him and he goes did you pay attention to what he said he said well we just want them to get ready in case one comes. Oh, I see what this is. So what I just heard was an admission actually. Jason Crow admitted Donald Trump hasn't given out any unlawful orders. That's what that clip shows us. Jason Crow knows that he's full of shit. That's what he knows. So this guy goes and makes these stupid social media videos alongside a bunch of other Democrats, goes on national television has nothing to offer but chaos and division tells the troops that they need to reject

the orders of the president of the United States for no other reason than to so discontent, not just in the military, but in the public. The message of that video that those Democrats put out was meant to try and keep their radical base comforted by the idea that Donald Trump is a bad man trying to make the military do bad things and that they're the good people because they reject Donald Trump. That's what that was. That was a kind of fear porn being delivered by elected officials who know better. And then they stand up there and they use their military service in some cases, the fact that they had been military service, as a sort of shield, a moral shield so that you're not allowed to question them. How about this?

We're questioning you. And in fact, we're disgusted by your behavior. You're disgraceful for doing something like that. And good for Martha for calling him out on it going, what are you talking about? You didn't even allege anything specific. And he's like, yeah, but maybe we will one day. That's an admission of guilt, you jerk. Incredible stuff that these guys continue to get away with it.

Speaking of stunts by Democrats, I told you yesterday the Eric Swalwell once the FBI to employ a security detail for him. He says he's receiving a lot of threats. I'm receiving a lot of threats. I need a security detail. First of all, as you know, that the FBI wouldn't even provide a security detail for a member of Congress if he was actually under threat. That would be the U.S. Capitol Police. We had an update on that story from the FBI spokesman Ben Williamson.

He told us that it's a scam. It's a typical Swalwell scam. It's a nonsense. He said, Mr. Swah is either misinformed or being dishonest. The FBI has not refused to protect him at all. In fact, our team personally reached out to his office multiple times. As recently as October 16th, October 16th, it's over a month ago, to brief them on options available to Mr. Swalwell and ask whether any individual threats were not even being addressed per his accusation. His own office advised, one, they are clear on what threats should actually be reported to the Capitol Police versus the FBI. And two, they were not aware of any specific threats that would require special attention

for Mr. Swalwell. Oh, this is great. Swalwell's office ratted him out. The FBI reached out. They're like, hey, does he really need protection? What kind of threats is you getting? The office is like, actually, we're not aware of any specific threats. Typical Swalwell stuff.

The FBI checked in with the Capitol Police again on November 4th a couple weeks ago to follow up. And U.S. Capitol Police again reported there are no individual threats against Mr. Swalwell. Director Patel has instructed our team to maintain aggressive posture, an aggressive posture toward protecting public officials from threats. That includes Mr. Swalwell. We protect all Americans and we stand ready to engage with his team at any time. That is Ben Williamson, today's great credit, that he's being a very decent person. He's being very nice.
