We've been talking at some length about all of these people who are being prosecuted by the Justice Department, which is great news.
You know, you watch as James Comey and Letitia James and John Bolton are getting well-deserved prosecutions right now.
Who's up next?
and could it be the former CIA director, John Brennan?
It might be.
We got an update for you on that story.
Yesterday, the United States Congress in the form of the House Judiciary Committee
referred John Brennan for criminal prosecution to the Justice Department.
That's very fun news.
In fact, the criminal prosecution as usual, rather the criminal referral,
lays out the specifics as to what John Brennan did.
And in this case, it involves lying to Congress on three occasions, three separate occasions, all spelled out in the criminal referral.
So I want to take you through them so you have a sense of what this is all about.
What is John Brennan accused of?
Now, John Brennan, remember, has lied in the past with some frequency, but he lied quite infamously about spying on the United States Senate.
So John Brennan being accused of lying would be like the rest of us just being accused of breathing.
Yes, he does it easily and reflexively.
Here is some of the findings here in this criminal referral sent directly to Attorney General Pam Bondi saying that we write to refer to you significant evidence that the former director of the CIA, John Brennan, knowingly made false statements during his transcribed interview before the Judiciary Committee on May 11th of 2023.
In other words, there is no audio available to us, at least right now.
now to support this. This is simply behind closed doors a transcribed interview of May 11th,
2023, well inside the statute of limitations. This would be just over two years ago. And they say
that he made knowingly and willfully materially false statements and representations with respect
to an investigation or review conducted by Congress. I'm just summarizing here. So let's get to
number one. Here's the first lie that the House Judiciary Committee says that John
Brennan told. And they said that Brennan falsely denied that the CIA had relied on the discredited
steel dossier in drafting the post-election intelligence community assessment. This dates back to
the beginning of 2017. Remember, President Trump is coming into office and Obama orders the people
around him to come up with this intelligence community assessment designed to smear the incoming
president of the United States. And as a part of that, both in the main body and then separately
included in an annex in that report was the steel dossier. Now, for those of us who have been
following the steel dossier saga for a long time, you know what this is. It's Hillary Clinton
paid for opposition research, which was drafted up by Perkins Cooey, which is a law firm.
at the time Mark Elias was running the show.
He hires Fusion GPS.
They hire Christopher Steele.
He generates a packet of disinformation about Donald Trump,
alleges about making all sorts of ridiculous allegations
about prostitutes and water sports and Moscow.
Water sports is a euphemism.
And then they just include it all.
They include it all in this intelligence community assessment
designed to be what Nancy Pelosi has referred to through the years
as a wrap-up smear.
just to smear President Trump on his way in the door.
And sure enough, that's what they did.
So what John Brennan said, now two years ago, when he was testifying before Congress,
is, oh, that still dossier, that didn't play any role in the CIA's intelligence community assessment.
No, nothing like that whatsoever.
And here's what they have in the document.
They have an exchange between Matt Gates and John Brennan,
May 11th of 2023.
And here's how it goes.
Gates says the following.
All right.
So the fact that the DNC was providing the financing for the steel dossier's development doesn't
give you concern that it might be partisan.
Brennan.
Again, that was happening back in 2016.
I understand how you were able to tie this to my reference to my expertise, but I don't
see any relevance to the Hunter Biden laptop issue now.
Gates.
Well, you said that you said.
sign this letter that we now acknowledge Joe Biden misused in a debate to full the American
public because you're this great Russia expert. So I'm trying to understand your Russia expertise.
And you were involved in analyzing this information. Brennan, no, I was not involved in analyzing
the dossier at all. I said the first time I actually saw it, it was after the election.
and the CIA was not involved at all with the dossier.
You can direct that to the FBI and others.
Gates, were you aware of the FBI's involvement with the dossier?
Brennan.
Yes, because there's an annex in the ICA,
the intelligence community assessment,
that the Bureau has to be included in there.
It was their purview, their area, not ours at all, said John Brennan.
So what's the truth here?
Well, a report drafted by the House Committee on Intelligence in 2017 and recently declassified showed that Brennan's testimony here in 2023 is false.
According to the House report, the intelligence community assessment included supporting evidence for the ICA's false claim that Russia was aspiring to help.
President Trump win the election. The report told the reader to review annex A for additional
reporting from an FBI source on Russian influence efforts. That was only included in the highest
classified versions of this assessment. And it was a two-page summary of the Steele dossier.
The Steele dossier. Now, they said they had a CIA officer who served as the lead author,
and he drafted that annex, you know, the one that included the Steele dossier, in coordination with,
with the FBI. In other words, Brennan's claim that the CIA was not involved at all,
it's a lie, of course. Brennan made the ultimate decision alongside James Comey to include the dossier
in the intelligence community assessment. All right, so that's point one. So they got him dead
to rights. He's lying to Congress about that. Point two, Brennan falsely stated when he told the
committee that the CIA, he falsely testified, rather, when he told the committee that the CIA
opposed including the steel dossier at all. Now, I'll spare you reading the transcript back and
forth again from Jim Jordan and John Brennan, but suffice it, I'll read the relevant portion from
Brennan here. He says, the CIA was very much opposed to having any reference or
inclusion of the steel dossier in the intelligence community assessment. Not only is that not true,
not only is that not true, but Brennan himself was eager to include the Steele dossier in this.
Brennan himself.
Brennan had to order the dossier be included over the objections of CIA professionals, the evidence now shows.
So John Brennan, not only is he lying, he's directly involved as the CIA director.
And then there's item three.
And this, we have the benefit of audio for item three.
Here we have Brennan also falsely provided false testimony to the House Committee on Intelligence in 2017.
He falsely asserted that the Steele dossier was never used in the intelligence community assessment.
Take a look here.
Here's John Brennan telling that lie back in 2017. Watch.
Valid, but I just don't have any firsthand knowledge of it.
Do you know if the Bureau ever relied on the Steele dossier as part of any court filings?
applications, petitions, pleadings?
I have no awareness.
Did the CIA rely on it?
No.
Why not?
Because we didn't.
It wasn't part of the corpus of intelligence information that we had.
It was not in any way used as a basis for the intelligence community assessment that was done.
It was not.
what a freaking liar that guy forced it in to the intelligence community as oh the CIA wasn't
involved at all the steel dossier no we weren't involved we didn't even a part of the intelligence
community assessment lie after lie after lie after lie they've got this guy dead the rights he's
been referred for criminal prosecution and my suspicion is that this justice department is going to
bring charges against him remember james commi right now is being prosecuted for lies that he told
the United States Senate. He lied before Congress. Those charges have been brought. Now you've got
Jim Jordan and company at the House Judiciary Committee making a criminal referral against John Brennan,
a man who is very much at the center of the scheme, the plot against the president. And you've
got an FBI with an appetite for going after criminals who've violated their oath of office and need
to be held accountable. Do we have a case against him? You're damn right. We do. John
Lenin appears to be one of the next guys up here for criminal prosecution. This ball is rolling
and interesting to see the criminal referral that these guys have brought. Good to see. Very,
very good to see. We'll see if he's next. But we talked to Miranda Devine yesterday from the New York Post.
If you missed that, check out the Vince podcast from yesterday. And she actually floated this
yesterday morning before we even saw this referral. She said, you guys like Brennan and Clapper,
who have not yet been prosecuted very much inside the zone of the kinds of people who could
be prosecuted here. And she even said that this may go all the way up to Barack Obama. We will
see. Now, having said all that, I want to move now to another left-wing, you know, ridiculous scandal
that's brewing that is from the from the get from the jump you immediately realize how stupid it
is and this is um you know that this has actually a really good segue because the guys who broke
the law over and over and over in the pursuit of trying to destroy Donald Trump and to prevent
you from getting your electoral will um they're being held accountable now and back when
President Trump was running for office in 2024 you and I both know what happened to him he was
criminally prosecuted over and over and over again by all of these left-wing prosecutors,
especially in the United States Department of Justice, who were tyrannically abusing their power,
violating their oath of office, trampling all over the Constitution, violating President Trump's
civil rights. And so what President Trump did during that saga is he turned around and he sued
the United States Department of Justice. He sued them for wrongful and selective prosecutions
and saying, I'm not guilty of anything.
You're just trying to stop me from becoming president of the United States.
So he began legal action against the Justice Department.
And then something kind of wonderful happened.
President Trump won the election.
And as a result of his victory, he's in a very unusual situation now.
And that unusual situation is he's effectively suing himself in a way.
In fact, the president of the United States was speaking,
just this past week about this very quandary and saying this is strange basically they raided my
house they absolutely trampled on my civil rights i filed the lawsuit and now i'm in kind of a weird
position because my justice department has to make a decision about whether or not i'm going to get
a settlement here to be made whole listen to the president talking about it last week how to what i had to go
through they raided my house in florida it was an illegal raid i have a lawsuit that was doing very well in
When I became president, I said, I'm sort of suing myself.
I don't know.
How do you settle the lawsuit?
I'll say, give me X dollars, right?
And I don't know what to do with the lawsuit.
It's a great lawsuit.
And now I won.
It sort of looks bad.
I'm suing myself, right?
So I don't know.
But that was a lawsuit that was a very strong, very powerful.
They raided illegally my house in Florida, Mar-a-Lago.
Yeah, they raided my house illegally.
So what would you do?
If the government's trample on over your rights, what recourse do you have?
What recourse do you have? First of all, you have to battle that out in court. You've got to pay ungodly sums of money. You're dealing with a justice department that is bottomless reserves to destroy your life. What are you supposed to do in the midst of all of that? Well, if you can, if you can afford the process, bring a suit against the United States government. See if you can be made whole as a result. Something, some justice needs to happen here in addition to the accountability of watching these assholes arrested and brought in and prosecuted. In addition to,
that. It makes perfect sense that he would file the suit. So now he's in an unusual position.
So what does that mean? What is it? He should just give it up? No, he shouldn't, there shouldn't be
a settlement. He shouldn't be made whole. How much money did he spend on legal fees in the midst
of all of this garbage that he should have never had to deal with? And voters, Trump voters hated
this, as you know. Trump voters were, in fact, campaign contributions to the president exploded way up
during this saga because people realize not only does this guy have to campaign,
he needs to pay legal expenses in order to be able to afford all of this.
It was insanity.
So what is it?
He's beneath the law again.
He's not allowed to be made whole.
The New York Times today has an insane report on this subject.
Trump said to demand Justice Department pay him $230 million for past cases.
Now, obviously the New York Times comes into this with all the prejudice in the world.
Their perspective on this is Donald Trump shouldn't get a dime that all of this is fake,
that the Justice Department never trampled his civil liberties.
There's no basis for a lawsuit.
They barely want to acknowledge the fact that these lawsuits were filed before he became president.
It's all just so freaking dishonest.
President Trump is demanding the Justice Department pay him $230 million in compensation.
That's according to the New York Times.
They're just making this claim, quote,
According to people familiar with the matter, who added that any settlement might ultimately be approved by senior department officials, who defended him or those in his orbit.
The situation has no parallel in American history.
Yeah, no kidding.
It wouldn't have a parallel because you don't usually have a justice department tyrannically abusing its power in the pursuit of stopping a political opponent like this and a guy who sues them in order to be made whole.
This happened in Trump's case.
He was pursued by federal law enforcement.
during the presidential election,
he eventually won that election.
Now he's taking over the very government
that must review his claims.
They say it's also the starkest example yet
of potential ethical conflicts created by installing
the president's former lawyers atop the Justice Department.
Anyway, so they go on to complain over and over and over again
about the fact that the president may see
some compensation for all of this.
Now, again, as I said, this is an unusual situation.
situation. The president is clearly in a weird situation here. He filed suit. Now he's in a position
to settle it. So here's what I posted yesterday to social media. And here's what I've been saying.
I think I had to say this on the radio show as we were hearing this news developing yesterday,
which is really simple. Okay. What if the settlement is then turned around and donated right
back to the American people? In other words, President Trump never sees a dime of it. He just says,
Okay, I'll tell you what, rather than this settlement be paid to me in order to fill my bank account back up after all the money I spent on this legal defense, although I would be entitled to this money, rather than that, why don't I just donate whatever the settlement is directly to the American people, that it goes to fund a project that matters to our country? How about that? What if, for instance, this settlement is used to pay for the White House ballroom?
Hmm. Well, that's interesting. I think that's the pro move. And in fact, if you listen to the president yesterday, last night, he kind of seems to be going in this direction. Check this out. Cut 10. Here's the president of the United States saying, look, any settlement that the Justice Department comes up with, I'm not even going to keep it. I'm going to give it away to the American people. Watch.
But if I get money from our country, I'll do something nice with it, like give it to charity or give it to the White House where we restore the white.
house and we're doing a great job in the way as the as you know the ballroom is under construction
it's going to be they've been trying to get it for 150 years and it's really uh i think it's
going to be fantastic but but we'll see what happens i mean we have numerous cases having to do
with the fraud of the election the 2020 election and because of everything that we found out
I guess they owe me a lot of money but I'm not looking for money interesting
Interest. I love this. So here's, so here's what we have going on.
Just think through the left's arguments about this because they're going absolutely ballistic about this.
I'm seeing lefties and even never Trump Republicans who were out there in the last 24 hours going,
this would be totally impeachable. He should be impeached if there's a settlement.
Impeached if there's a settlement. You psychopaths, the justice department totally trampled his civil liberties.
And by the way, he's not the only one who should be made whole. All of these January 6th defendants,
all of these people who work for Donald Trump, people like Mark Howe, people who sang church hymns outside of abortion mills, Catholic churches who had their rights violated, there's a lot of people who need to be made whole.
But let me just start with this presidential thing.
If President Trump doesn't even take a dime out of this settlement, and instead, executive branch money, the Justice Department, stays in the executive branch to build a White House ballroom for the American people, not for Donald Trump, doesn't get to keep the bar.
ballroom when he leaves the White House, you psychos? How would that be self-dealing? How for a moment
would he be deriving some sort of ill-gotten benefit from this? He would be doing the same thing
he does with his salary, donating it to the American people. And yet, they're going to accuse him
of corruption. They're going to accuse him of corruption. I want to remind you of what corruption
looks like. Corruption,
thy face is Joe Biden.
The last
president of the United States, and before
that when he was vice president of the United
States, was in the business of
enriching himself by exploiting his
office in order to use his
crackhead son as a means
to route money into the
family. And the same
media, which is pretending like Donald
Trump is doing something untoward,
by generating a charitable
benefit to the executive branch of the
United States had no interest whatsoever in reporting on how Joe Biden was utterly and completely
corrupt. None. And as far as settlements go, I don't remind you of something about Barack Obama.
If you go back in time to the Obama presidency, you remember the bank lawsuits? Yeah, the big banks
were being sued and this was this big Justice Department crackdown. And Barack Obama at the
time, decided with the Justice Department that he imposed on the banks a massive settlement
operation. Do you remember what the settlement was that the banks had to pay? The settlement
was that they had to pay third parties. They didn't, they had to, they had to dump their money
into causes chosen by Barack Obama. You know what those causes were? The left wing machinery,
the get-out-the-vote machinery of the left.
Here's Paul Sperry back in 2017,
how Obama is funding the anti-Trump resistance.
Wall Street might be shocked to learn.
He goes on, there's some throat clearing here
about the big banks and how this is all going down.
At least three liberal nonprofit organizations
that the Justice Department has approved
or received the funds from a multi-billion-dollar mortgage settlement
were instrumental in killing the Obamacare
repeal bill and now they're lobbying against Republican tax reform. So where did the money go?
Well, the money went to places like La Raza. It went to the National Urban League. It went to
the National Community Reinvestment Coalition. Obama and Biden are among the most corrupt
figures in American history, either stealing money for themselves or using Justice Department
settlements as a means to create slush funds for the American left.
That's the truth.
If Donald Trump gets a well-deserved settlement from the Justice Department and then
donates it directly to the American people, that's not corrupt.
That's wonderful.
And the left is going to try once again to impeach him over it.
They definitely will.
If they get a hold of power, they're going to try to impeach them over it.
I just want to tell you right now.

So, yeah, I'm just, I'm struggling to find out what the scandal is here. And the left, boy,
they really, really want it to be a scandal. They really do. They, they've been pawing around
in the dark for some sort of Trump scandal that's going to finally take him down. I mean,
President Trump is in the middle of a renovation at the White House right now. And in order to do a
renovation. If you're going to add an addition to your house, you've got to open up one of the
walls. So they opened up a wall and they pretend like Donald Trump is destroying the White House.
How fun and stupid is that? These guys step on rakes every day. I posted about this yesterday
to much fanfare. My wildly popular ex account, it's ridiculous. If you're not following it,
you're really missing out. Everybody is. It's like one of the craziest things ever.
Yesterday I posted, are you angry about Trump's new White House renovations? Well, join the left
historic preservation society. And then I posted a bunch of photos of the left destroying everything.
Remember the Minneapolis police precinct that they burned to the ground? Do you remember that?
Yeah, that was fun. That's the left trying to preserve our nation's history. Remember when they were
flipping cars over in American cities and killing people like David Dorn? Yeah, they're big on
historical preservation. You know, they really value the country. Remember when they tried to burn St. John's
church down across the street from the White House?
That was fun for the whole family.
That was great.
That was St. John St. John Sturge, an historic church, which the president would then cross the street from the White House across Lafayas Square.
He would hold up a Bible in front of the church as the media condemned him.
It's a photo op.
It's a photo up.
Yeah.
What is a photo up?
It's calling attention to something that you want to call attention to.
The president was calling attention to the left's terrorism.
and the need to stand up for Christianity.
I'm for that.
And then, of course, when they're tearing down statues
and vandalizing them all across our country,
yeah, they're real big on historical preservation, the left.
That's a big thing.
It's a big thing for them.
So anyway, if you'd like to,
if you too would like to support the left's historical preservation society,
all you have to do is retweet that.
Do what the House Judiciary Committee did this morning.
I woke up this morning to a House Judiciary Committee retweet.
I'm like, why's the House Judiciary Committee retweet?
me. Oh, it's because I had another banger tweet. Yeah. Coming up next. My next guest has banger tweets

and this is where I want to start with you on John Brennan has just received a criminal referral
from the House Judiciary Committee.
I think there was a period this year
where people were concerned
that they wouldn't see accountability.
They're like, where is it?
Why isn't it happening fast enough?
But all of a sudden,
we now have three criminal prosecutions,
a very high profile out-of-control Trump haters,
and it looks like a fourth could be on the way.
What do you make of this?
Well, I would start by saying
that the natural reaction to this from the left
is, oh my gosh, you're weaponizing
and politicizing the Department of Justice.
No, actually what's happening is people are being held accountable for their weaponization
and politicization of the DOJ and the intelligence community that took place all throughout
Trump's first term.
And then when he was running as a candidate and faced all of these bogus lawsuits against him,
these criminal investigations for classified documents when Joe Biden had them in his garage
where his addict son could access them near his,
his historic car. So this is actually what the American people deserve. They deserve justice.
Trump deserves justice. And that's what we're seeing with this series of indictments and
investigations. I mean, just going back to 2016, or looking at people like Brennan,
Clapper, and Comey's involvement in starting an investigation into alleged Russian collusion
based on faulty evidence with circular reporting that they themselves had leaked to the
media, it is long past time for these people to face accountability for what they did and
trying to undermine a duly elected president and effectively steal an election from the American
people. Yes. To what extent do you think that the prosecutions of Trump last year, the 2024
prosecutions, were meant to prevent this from happening? I'm sure to a large degree. I mean,
everything about them was meant to stop Trump from getting back into office. And Leticia James,
said as much prior to her going after Trump for the alleged fraud case, where she accused
him of inflating his real estate assets. Now, mind you, obviously, there was no victim in that
crime. The bank that gave the loan was paid back. The courts in this case had said that Mar-a-Lago
was worth, what, was it, $12 million? I mean, I'm sure no same person actually believes that.
But she said when she was running to be attorney general, that she was going to stop Trump,
that she was going to go after Trump.
So they've been very clear about what their motives are.
And all of the intelligence community officials that are now facing consequences, when they left the government,
they got these six-figure cable news contracts so that they could go on TV and talk about what a danger
Trump was to democracy.
So every part of their careers for the past 10 years have been about trying to prevent the
American people from installing a president, from voting for a president, from allowing that
president then to execute the policy that the American people voted for him to to accomplish.
So as a result of all of those abuses, President Trump sued the Justice Department.
Those lawsuits were processed. And now he's in a very unusual position, which is he's in
charge ultimately of the Justice Department. Then your Times is turning this into an epic scandal right
now because they are pretending like all of the abuses you just described never happened. So
In other words, Donald Trump is trying to fleece the American people, which is, I think, kind of a weird claim to make, considering that he just said yesterday that his plan, if any settlement is achieved at all, is to donate it directly back to the American people.
So how would that be self-dealing, Amber?
That's a great point.
And the other important point that the mainstream media is glossing over is they are ignoring the fact that Trump's lawsuit, his request for the settlement, actually started when he was still a case.
candidate. So this is not something that he brought up when he was in charge of the Justice
Department because he knew that he would win the settlement. He obviously had no idea whether
or not he was going to win the election when he was trying to see some relief, some
accountability, some retribution for what the DOJ had done to him. It only to happen, of course,
that he won the election is now we're seeing the DOV. And look, I think there's an argument made
that this should be the most independent manner possible, but this was not, okay, Trump hires Pam Bondi,
and then he sues the Justice Department because he knows Pam's just going to hand him a cool
$200 million. They've got the order of events completely reversed. Meanwhile, the president's
immigration mission seems to be continuing to be successful and only improving by the day. We got numbers
this week that he's deported now over half a million people, and that doesn't even include the
millions who've self-deported from the United States of America. That's really neat.
Additionally, there was a federal judge that said that he is definitely free to send the national
garden. It's well within his power into places like Portland. Amber, how do you think the
administration is viewing the immigration mission right now? It seems to me that they want to ramp
it up more. How do you score it? Yeah, I agree. I think they are trying to accelerate and get more
aggressive, which they should. We have 20 plus million. And that's, I think, a conservative estimate
illegal aliens in the country. Hitting that half million mark about 10 months into the administration,
if you want to really affect change by the end of those four years, then you have to move faster.
So I think the question is, when do they start broadening the net beyond the worst of the worst
criminal illegals who they're executing warrants for and actually start doing more
raids. Now, this is going to be something that the administration is going to have to workshop
messaging for before they get down to it, because what the left has done is in response to these
targeted operations that are going after accused criminals or convicted criminals is they have
talked about, well, the president's deporting housekeepers and door dash drivers, and he is
going after people who are asking for work outside of home depots, to which I say, good,
should be doing that everyone who is in the country illegally needs to go it is very clear what he
ran on right it was mass deportations it wasn't well we're going to look at each individual case file
and okay maybe you cross the border illegally and resided in the country and and took public assistance
and took advantage of the american people but you didn't kill anybody so i guess you get to stay and
you know you clean somebody's toilet so i guess you get to stay i mean that's really what the left
things should happen. But it was very clear. Mass deportations means mass deportations. And so I think
we're starting to get to that point where the administration is going to have to broaden the scope of
what they're doing. And what the left doesn't realize is the reason why Trump has in his eyes have
had to do these raids, as they call them, is because when you go into a sanctuary city and you're
trying to effectuate a warrant on a criminal illegal alien, if you have a local police department,
that doesn't cooperate with ICE, then the police don't get to detain that person and hold on to
them at the jails for ICE to pick up. So they have no choice but to do raids and go into
communities and find these people themselves because the police are not cooperating. So if they
wanted to avoid that problem, if they didn't want to see ICE in the streets, then all they had
to do was cooperate and hold the criminal so that ICE could come pick them up. So I think actually
ICE has already had good practice now of trying to pick up illegals.
out in the communities. And that's what they're going to have to do when they start ramping up those
numbers. Okay. So here, I want to raise something else. You know, there's a that's completely
connected to this, which is there's a New York mayoral race going on right now. And there was
just an ice raid of Chinatown this week yesterday. And there's a tweet, fellas, I want to
pull this tweet up on my screen. I'm going to post it here. Take a look at this. This is
Andrew Cuomo yesterday. He's the independent candidate running for
mayor in New York right now and he condemns an ice raid in Chinatown he says this is not who we are
and it will never be New York City when I'm mayor the statute of liberty stands in our harbor
not as a declaration but as a declaration of our values and the promise of America today's ice
raid in Chinatown was an abuse of federal power by the Trump administration more about fear than
justice more about politics than safety New York was built by immigrants and we will not be bullied
into betraying who we are.
Okay.
This is a crazy story
what's happening
in New York right now.
So here's what we have.
In New York City,
you've got this crazy mayoral race.
A Democrat primary concludes.
Zoran Mamdani Vakami wins.
And now Andrew Cuomo's like,
well, I'm going to run independent.
I lost the primary,
so I'm going to stay in the race anyway.
And everybody's saying Curtis Sliwa,
the Republican candidate,
needs to drop out
so that Andrew Cuomo can win.
There's Republicans who are saying this have Sliwa should drop out.
The only guy in the race who seems to care about New York City
and with any sensible policies whatsoever.
And this just ratified my judgment yesterday
that there's no way I'm going to go on air or anywhere
and be like, hey, you should vote for Andrew Cuomo.
Cuomo is equating illegal aliens being rightly deported from the country
to immigrants who arrived and saw the statue of liberty
when they arrived legally.
Is this just demented, Amber?
It's a great point.
There's so much in that tweet from the Jim Acosta Statue of Liberty Defense to the idea that the federal government doesn't have its own, it doesn't have authority over immigration policy, which has been well decided, you know, numerous times throughout American history, that that is not a state's right issue.
The federal government is the one who effectuates immigration policy.
So this is actually directly within their scope and authority.
But I totally agree with your analysis of the Andrew.
Cuomo versus Curtis Sliwa debate. And Curtis Slewa addressed this in a recent interview where he took head on the
idea that he needs to drop out so that Andrew Cuomo can win. I mean, first of all, obviously,
as you pointed out, Andrew Cuomo, okay, maybe on economics, he's slightly better than Zoran Mamdani,
but he has still said very clearly on his campaign that what he wants to do is be a brick wall
against Donald Trump, that Trump is the greatest threat to the country.
He doesn't want to cooperate on immigration enforcement.
But as Curtis pointed out, too,
the idea that all of the people who are voting for me
are suddenly going to jump over and vote for Andrew Cuomo
is just a fantasy.
That's not how it works.
A lot of those people are not going to vote for either candidate
because they're both so terrible.
And this is not a failure of Curtis or the Republican Party.
This is a failure of the Democrats.
And I think the same question needs to be turned around
to be turned around on Andrew Cuomo.
If you are so concerned about Zohra Mamdani,
then why did you decide to jump in the race
and run against the incumbent mayor, Eric Adams,
who was actually trying to tackle New York crime
and immigration issues and working with the Trump administration
to get good policy done?
He didn't have to do that.
But the real answer here is this isn't about policy
for Andrew Cuomo.
This is about power.
He wants to be back in the political fold.
He wants to have elected office again.
because he just wants to be in charge and he's obsessed with having power.
I just don't know.
I mean, how can people like forget the pandemic and Cuomo's behavior during it?
And I think to myself a lot.
I don't know if you've had this stuff, but you know, Janice Dean at the Fox News Channel?
Like, she spent a huge portion of the pandemic, and rightfully so,
talking about how Cuomo killed her in-laws because of the nursing home scandal.
And she was rightly outraged about that.
I just can't imagine being her right now, watching all of this and thinking, like, there's people like, well, like vote for Cuomo.
He's the best option here.
What?
This is the Kami, the nursing home killer, and the man who actually cares about cleaning up the city.
And Cuomo is running.
This is so enraging.
Cuomo is running as an independent after having already lost the primary.
You had your chance.
The Democrats in New York went with the commie.
you're out of the race.
So you're going to chip into Sliwa's support?
And then lastly, I'll say on this,
and I'll get your reaction to whatever you want on the subject.
But the fact is, if Cuomo really thought
that he was going to convince Republican voters to join him,
don't you think he would adopt a sensible position on immigration?
Don't you think he would come out and say,
you know what?
New York City does need to be cleaned up.
We do need to support ICE officers.
We do need to eject the illegal foreign nationals from our country.
In fact, I bet you, I don't know his background.
He's Italian.
I bet you his family came legally.
to Ellis Island, and he's besmarching his own family's history by suggesting that people
who are here illegally did the same thing that his family did legally.
I think that's dead on. We'd be having a much different conversation if he were actually
adopting policies that appeal to independence and Republicans, but that's not what he's doing.
And I also find it so fascinating, Vince, that when you listen to Democratic critiques of
Andrew Cuomo, they're all centered around the sexual harassment scandal, which, okay, yeah,
he got fresh with some people in his office, but pales in comparison to the real Cuomo scandal,
which, as you pointed out, was the nursing home policy during COVID,
where he was putting sick people back with the most vulnerable population,
forcing nursing homes to do that, and then covered up the death count so that people didn't
realize how deadly of a decision that this was.
So the fact that, again, the red flag for Democrats on Cuomo is his.
him being Italian, basically.
I mean, he said this is a joke, but I actually think it's real, where he sort of defended
himself by saying, oh, you know, we get fresh with women because we're Italian.
They're so obsessed with that, but they don't seem to care that he killed thousands of elderly
people by just completely ignoring common sense.
I just, how can your memory be that short?
It's too, it's too much.
It's too crazy.
Anyway, Amber Duke, you're the best.
Thank you for always maintaining the perspective.
Appreciate you being on the program today.
Thank you, Vince.
The great Amber Duke from The Daily Caller.
Always, always wonderful.
And those of you who have been longtime Bongino Army members,
you'll know that Dan Bongino very much went to bat for Amber
as she was dealing with all sorts of garbage in her professional life.
And Dan was right there with her.
So Amber's great.
Amber's very, very great.
And you should definitely follow her wherever you can find her social media
accounts. She's she's the best. All right. Let me see. I've got I've got more for you on the madness
of the left. In fact, speaking of the immigration mission, let's talk about some of this.
DHS has now referred one of the, you remember this weekend there was a no king's protester somewhere
in the country. This was in Chicago, actually, a no king's protester who was explicitly calling for
the murder of ICE agents. He was encouraging
the mob to kill ICE agents.
He said, you need to take up arms
and you need to shoot ICE agents.
And I was wondering, I was like,
you know, is it going to be a prosecution of this guy?
Like, it does seem pretty explicit
that he's trying to incite violence
against ICE agents.
Well, it seems like the Trump administration's on the move.
Here's DHS.
They released this video yesterday declaring that,
yes, they're making a criminal referral of this idiot.
We got to grab of guns.
We got to turn around the guns.
on this fascist system these ice agents gonna get shot and wipe them all right today we're
going to talk about how we can find out and how much we can find out the more you
f*** around the more you're going to find out
be my life fits all-side reds heavy fat fuck me my eye oh it's hilarious and then the video
continues i love that that they had the f a foe guy the the professor of fuck around find out uh
showing you on screen what it means when you do this.
And then what followed was a bunch of raids, federal law enforcement kicking
indoors, going after criminals.
So the DHS update on that is that they are making a criminal referral.
They want to capture this guy.
As soon as I have an update on that subject, I'll share it with you.
But no question.
That struck me as criminal.
And the Trump administration vehemently agrees.
So there you go.
Yeah, go and kill people.
That's freaking insane.
same. It really is. Insanity continues in Portland, Oregon, where Antifa terrorists continue their
nightly harassment and just nonsense attacking federal law enforcement officers. We've got video
directly from Nick Sortor, the great Nick Sorter, who was in Portland this week.
And he spotted Antifa directing a spotlight, like a very high-powered spotlight, into the eyes
of federal law enforcement, DHS agents,
onto the roof of the ice facility there.
And so what the Portland cops are doing,
rather the DHS agents are doing,
is they're firing pepper balls
at the people who are pointing high-powered lights
into their eyes to prevent them from doing their job.
Pepper balls are meant to disperse rioters,
kind of like a paintball gun with an irritant.
They're shooting at this person.
And then the Antifa rioters,
They run behind the Portland police, and then the Portland police just stand there.
They let the Antifa rioters use them as human shields,
and then they keep pointing their flashlight directly into the eyes of the DHS agents.
In the video, you can see DHS agents go down to the Portland police and say,
guys, this person is doing this and she's directly behind you.
You have to take her in the custody.
You've got to help us out.
You can't just help her.
You can't aid and abet.
this insanity. And the Portland police played dumb. They gave the old Sergeant Schultz routine.
I know nothing. I know nothing. I didn't, I did no idea. No, we just, we're just standing here.
What are the Portland cops doing? What are these police up to? Are they even police officers?
Here's more video. Nick Sorter capturing Portland police taking reports against DHS agents.
It's a Portland cop. He's taking a video with his phone of an Antifa rioter's phone showing
some Antifa riders themselves being face blasted with pepper spray by DHS officials who had determined
that, no, you've done too much. Get the hell out of here. They blasted these guys with pepper spray
on camera, which no doubt they deserved. And the Portland police officer is taking it as a police
report against the DHS agents. Rather than telling this guy, get lost, go home. Your mom is probably
wondering where you are, you know, no more terrorism for you, son. None of that. No,
instead they're taking police reports against DHS agents. The Portland Police Department is
out of control. Here's Nick Sorter. He appeared this week with Laura Ingram and he said,
the Portland police, there aren't Antifa's side. Watch. That's wild. Like, how long were those
fanatics, Antifa, whatever they were hiding behind the police?
and any clue as to why nothing was done?
Laura, they were standing there for several minutes.
I mean, I was in shock in awe.
I mean, if you listen to that video, you can hear my voice.
I'm like, wow, they are actually doing this.
They are going to seek cover behind Portland police officers.
And I was standing three times as far away from this unfolding situation as those cops were.
And I saw everything that was going on.
So the notion that they had no idea, the, you know, the several of them that were standing there had no idea what was going on.
is just BS. And that's why you saw that federal agent who had finally had enough go out there
and say, what are you doing? Why are you running cover for these people that are literally trying to
blind us on the rooftop? They've had enough. And I mean, you know, the DHS agents out here, Laura,
they've had to put up with Antifa going after them for the longest time. But now they're not just
up against Antifa. They're up against Antifa and the Portland Police Department, which are running
cover for these leftist thugs. It's wild. I don't care. You know, whatever the president does,
anything the president does about this, the left is going to screech and claim that he's an authoritarian,
that he's Hitler, that he's a king, or whatever it is that they want to screech. I don't care about
their screeching anymore. I don't care. I never, it's, it's been a long time since I've even
tried to attempt to take them seriously on any of these subjects. It's just all garbage. Do I want
the president to file the law? Yes. What laws are available to him, chat? What law is a
available to the president of the United States right now to bring order to a city that's
actively advancing disorder. If you get local officials telling local police officers to
enable lawbreaking and to thwart federal law enforcement on public property, what are we
witnessing? Yes, thank you. Zoidborg says it in the chat. The Insurrection Act. We are
witnessing an insurrection. Can the president of the United States call in
in troops immediately in order to restore order in a city like Portland. Yes, he can. And it's happened
countless times in the last century and it should happen again. President Trump has been,
for whatever reason, hesitant to invoke the Insurrection Act. He's been trying to work around the use
of the Insurrection Act. And as far as the rest of us can tell, it seems far past time. You're
dealing with an insurrection. So in a city like Portland, where the police are being told to
to enable this kind of destructive activity.
And to the extent that they're involved at all,
like one thing, one of the things,
they have these Portland liaison officers.
They seem like like, you know,
the cool RA in college,
like the person who's like helping you
smuggle drugs into the dorm or something.
They're not doing anything to stop all of this.
They're just enabling it.
They're just talking to people and like,
oh, you know, maybe if we talk it out,
then things will get better.
No, if you enforce the law, things will get better.
If you slap handcuffs on rioters,
Things will get better.
Impose consequences on these idiots.
That's the way things get better.
Not through a poetry slam or a therapy session
or just sitting around in a drum circle.
You've actually got to do your job.
Why are you a law enforcement officer
if you're not going to enforce the law?
And so, yeah, time for the Insurrection Act in Portland.
And the same should be true in Chicago.
In Chicago, where the of the Illinois governor,
Jelly Belly Pritzker and the least popular BJ in America,
Brandon Johnson,
These two guys are absolutely refusing to enforce the law, refusing to work with ICE,
telling federal enforcement that you're not even allowed on public property to do your jobs.
You can't do that.
The Supremacy Clause of the Constitution is clear.
Yes, federal law enforcement can do his job on public property.
Sorry.
And it's way past time.
What you're doing is an insurrection.
Insurrection Act.
Get her done.
Get her done.
Restore order.
Oh, but Vince, they'll try and impeach Trump.
whatever they try every day every day the new new stupid scandal today that it's inventing they
never stop so we can't either under the law do the job it's as straightforward as it gets
now um in case you're wondering you know is that does the left think that donald trump is the
worst thing ever well they hate him for sure but they're already firing up the every republican
is worse than the last machine yet again uh take a look at the way that
circle backy, Jen Saki, is now leading the charge among Democrats, claiming that after Trump,
it's going to get even worse. If J.D. Vance becomes president of the United States,
he's even more dangerous than Trump. They do this every single time. They do this every single
time. Cut nine, Circle backy, Jen Sacky. Watch. I think the little Manchurian candidate, J.D. Vance,
wants to be president more than anything else.
I always wonder what's going on in the mind of his wife.
Are you okay?
Please blink four times.
Yes.
We'll come over here.
We'll save you.
And that he's willing to do anything to get there.
And that your whole iteration you just outlined,
I mean, he's scarier in certain ways.
He's smarter.
In some ways.
And he's young.
And ambitious.
And ambitious.
And agile in the sense that he is a camellium.
who makes himself into whatever he thinks the audience wants to hear from him.
Now, what's also true, though, is J.D. Vance is not, he's in some ways goodish on paper.
If you like what he believes in, I don't know.
She's attracted to him.
I don't know that he can take the whole movement with him.
No way.
I don't think so either.
There's no Riz.
It's got no Riz, right?
And he's got, he just is a little odd.
And so Trump's odd in a different way.
So I'm skeptical of that. So yeah, he's got to. I mean, everything going on right now, and I think we have to be very clear-eyed about this, is about trying to manipulate the public around elections.
A table of a bunch of insecure women sitting around, lefty women specifically, sitting around complaining that J.D. Vance is very odd. And then Jen Sacky's saying, well, there's some things about him I kind of like. And then she runs away from it right away. But you heard what she said at the beginning.
same thing they do. This is as old as the republic itself. Democrats will always claim that the
next Republican is going to be some scary demon. The next one is going to be the worst one.
And they're just ridiculous. They're just ridiculous. And the goodness is voters have increasingly
decided not to take them seriously, which is why President Trump keeps growing his margins with
each passing election. And God willing, if J.D. Vance is the nominee that he has a massive, massive
victory. But the only way that's going to happen is if you and I help him do it. We've got to. We've
got to, whoever the nominee is.
All right.
Thank you for being with us, as always.
