Hey, good morning. Welcome to Vince. Great to have you with us on Election Day, 2025. We've got a lot to discuss. There are very important elections going on all across the country today. We'll break down some of them. And then we're going to get to the breaking news overnight about James Comey. We've got brand new documents squirled away in a room inside of the ninth floor of the FBI. The evidence we need to see.
James Comey convicted.
More on that ahead.
Julie Kelly joins us on the show.
A lot to get to, as always, with the best audience anywhere.
Thanks for tuning in today.
Great to have you here.
Hey, the Fed just dropped interest rates again.
That's great news.
That is great news for American homeowners.
If you're feeling overwhelmed thinking about the upcoming holidays,
there's no better time than right now to get your finances in order.
It's hard to think about the holidays when everything's really expensive
and your credit cards are already pushed to the max.
With rates dropping now, it is the time to pay off that debt.
American financing is helping homeowners access the equity in their home for instant savings.
They're saving people just like you an average of $800 every month.
And many are seeing rates in the low fives.
That's a game changer compared to those sky high credit cards.
And if you start today, you may be able to delay two mortgage payments,
giving you extra breathing room for the holidays.
It costs absolutely nothing to find out how much you can save.
the holidays are going to be here before you know it so don't wait call their salary-based mortgage

dot net slash vince yeah we've got big elections going on across the country today and i will say
the place that I'm praying the most for right now because of the madness of their election
is the city of New York where you have a communist by the name of Zoran Mamdani who appears to be
on the verge of becoming the next mayor of the big apple. It's a disaster. The idea that a
communist would run America's financial capital at all, it's totally destructive. But it's
probably worth pausing for a moment to think, how did we get here? How did we get here? How did we get
to the point where a communist was likely and is likely to become that city's mayor.
Well, there's a couple dynamics going on in New York that are worth observing.
One, it's a city of eight and a half million people, but 40% of its population represents
basically recent immigrants to the United States, people who have no long-term family connection
to the country, who have no real long-lasting vested interest in our country, who've only
arrived very recently who would love to benefit from all of the good things about the United States
of America. And now as they participate in American elections, if they're voting for Zoran
Mamdani, their thought is, I'm going to vote myself money. And that's always a disaster.
When people decide that they can vote themselves money, that signals the death of your
republic. Benjamin Franklin is attributed to having said that that view. And it's a
It's true. When people think that the act of voting is about what kind of goodies you can score by confiscating wealth from your fellow man, that's how you wreck the whole republic. That's how the country is destroyed. And Zoran Mamdani is the smiling dissent of our country. He has support from recent immigrants, certainly, the 40% who exist in New York City. He also has support from mindless Democrats who are voting in vibes-based elections that they do.
that they get from TikTok.
They see videos of him promising that every one of their wildest dreams will come true,
and then they rush off to the polls to support him.
Well, what about the effects of what he supports?
Think about what he's advocating for.
He's advocating for a 52% tax rate in the Big Apple.
52%.
He wants to empty Rikers.
He wants to make it so that violent people can board buses without being stopped on a routine basis.
You think that's going to improve?
improve public transportation? He wants to make it so that the government owns the grocery stores
and mandates some ridiculously low price that basically puts grocery stores in general out of business.
And as a reminder, despite the fact that the left loves attacking grocery stores as being cruel
and price gouging and stealing everything, if you ask the average grocery store owner,
hey, how much do you make in this business? Their margins are low. Two, three percent. They're not,
it's not highway robbery. They're making very low. They're making very low.
little profit in order to sell grocery items to the community. If you wreck that, you'll wreck
the community. You want breadlines? You want shortages. You can get them with Zoran Mamdani. That's what
he has to offer. And so I'm watching this and I'm disheartened. I hate what I see happening to
New York City. I like New York City. It's a cool city. It's a storage city. It's an historic
city. But it's a sad city. It's a city that is in its very late stages.
right now into complete collapse and i don't desire that for new york at all now what are your
alternatives well you've got ma'm donnie of course you also have andrew quomo andrew quamma was
as you know the governor of new york while he was governor he was well best set by scandal scandal of
his own creation scandal among the people who worked with him and scandal for the elderly in his state during
COVID. He was moving COVID sick patients back into nursing homes, killing off the most vulnerable
people to that bug. That's just true. I'm old enough to remember when that scandal should have
disqualified Andrew Cuomo from any elective office for the rest of his life. And yet,
right now, he's the second place candidate in this race. I'll point to something else about
Andrew Cuomo. He already lost the Democrat primary. He ran for the position. He ran for the position.
position. He lost to the commies, Zoran Mamdani, but rather than accept the will of the voters,
he decided, heck with it. I'll run as an independent now. So he is. He's running as an independent.
Thus, hurting Curtis Slewa's chances of actually winning this race, or at least making it competitive.
Curtis Slewa, by virtue of Andrew Cuomo being in the race, is now trawling at a distant third.
Slewa's a guy who loves his city. He's been a perennial Republican candidate running for that office.
office. He's done very well, actually, in past elections. He's not a joke of a candidate.
He could be a very legitimate candidate. But because Andrew Cuomo still in the race, Sliwa doesn't
have much of a hand to play. And so right now, the commie does seem like the most likely guy to win.
Zoran Mamdani, according to the latest surveys out of New York, it looks like Mamdani, according to
Atlas Intel, they're the biggest likely voter survey. And it was the final likely
voter survey done in New York City. Mamdani has 44% support right now. Cuomo 39%. He trails by
five points in that survey. That's the closest Cuomo has come. And Sliwa has 16% support. Is the polling
correct? Well, we'll only know after the election's over, assuming, of course, that New York's
elections are conducted in a fair and credible way. But right now, Mamdani holds a meaningful lead.
this brought the president of the united states out president trump has finally weighed in on this race
and he's urging new yorkers to vote today for andrew quomo here's what the president said
this is posted to truth social if the communist candidate zoran mamdani wins the election for mayor
of new york city it's highly unlikely i will be contributing federal funds other than the very
minimum as required to my beloved first home because of the fact as a communist this once grade
city has zero chance of success or even survival it can only get worse with a commie at the helm
i don't want to send good money after bad it's my obligation to run the nation and it's my
strong conviction that new york city will be a complete and total economic and social disaster
should ma'm donnie win should ma'm donnie win he goes on to say look socialism's
tried over thousands of years it's never succeeded this communism never in fact of course as you know
it only has a body count it only has a body count he says he's had a no notable career behind him
he did nothing as an assemblyman he was at the bottom of his class he's going to hurt
america's greatest city he said and uh he said he wants people to remember this and this
pains me to read it but he says this a vote for curtis leewa who looks much better without the beret
is a vote for ma'm donnie the president says it goes on to say whether you personally like
andrew quamore or not you really have no choice you must vote for him and i hope he does a fantastic
job he is capable of it ma'm donnie is not ma'm donnie is not so that's the president
now i will say i as a guy i love president trump i don't love endorsing
Andrew Cuomo and I get it. President Trump's position here is one of pragmatism. What is possible?
Who has the most support other than Ma'am Donnie? Who is the guy that we could possibly stomach
in that role? But I would think it's a mistake to forget the damage that Andrew Cuomo has
done. So I'm not going to, I'm not going to sit here and I'm not going to see here with regret
going into the future that I told people, hey, you should support Andrew Cuomo. Support Andrew Cuomo.
No, I don't support Andrew Cuomo. Never have, never will.
But I am praying for New York today as they have to go through what is a very difficult election.
There are New Yorkers right now who are talking about leaving the city entirely.
Remember, this is a city of eight and a half million people.
I'm seeing reports that upwards of a million New Yorkers are planning potentially on fleeing the city.
If the communist takes over, if Mamdani takes over, if he makes things more desperate and more sad in that city,
a million refugees from New York
52% tax rate
not hard to see why they'd want to escape if they can afford it they will
they're going to get out
a New York congressman by the name of Tom Swozy
was just on Fox this week
and he doesn't want New Yorkers to escape
cut two Tom Swozy says no no no
if you flee the federal government should tax you to death
This is how Democrats think of you.
Watch.
You say that you support raising taxes.
And if you do that, you're going to chase more people away.
I only support it at the national level.
I wouldn't support at the local level because people are leaving our state.
I don't want someone to say, I'm moving to Florida or Texas because I can have lower taxes there.
Wherever you go in the country, I'm all for you paying higher taxes anywhere in the country.
Anywhere you go, I want the government to find you.
Anywhere you go, I want the government to take your hard-earned money away from you.
How is it that we live in a country where that viewpoint has somewhere in the vicinity of 50% support?
That viewpoint flatly expressed that your wealth, your earnings, your income, your paycheck needs to be confiscated by the government, whether it's the local level or the federal level.
That is so disgusting and cruel and so against respecting the people as the sovereign,
respecting the people as the power behind this country because they don't.
The Democrats don't.
And so now we're in a situation where a communist is about on the verge of taking over New York City.
It's really, really too much.
And it's happening to our great country right now.
So that's probably the most disheartening story of the day in terms of what.
what is happening. Now, is there a chance that Andrew Cuomo could pull this thing out?
Yes. There is a chance. In fact, here's something worth looking at. The broader betting market
right now thinks that Mamdani is going to win this thing. Zoran Mamdani is going to win in New York.
Kalshi is a prop betting operation. You can just, you can bet on all these things on whether or not
these guys are going to win elections and that sort of thing.
So in the country right now, you've got the majority of people,
92% think that Mamdani is going to win this thing.
But inside of New York City right now, inside of New York City,
49% of the people who are placing bets on Calci right now
think that Andrew Cuomo is going to win.
inside of the city in other words among new york voters who are betting on this subject they think
new york uh think quomo is going to win this thing now we'll see if this is in any way predictive
uh we'll know by tomorrow whether or not this is predictive uh but so if you're looking for a glimmer
of hope maybe it's there again i'm not a guy who's like eager to tell anybody hey you should
vote for quamo here um i will say i'm just admitting this if i if tonight if those
polls close and we actually get answers on who's winning this thing and they tell us it was
Andrew Cuomo and not Zora Mamdani. I'm going to be ever so slightly relieved because I don't
want a communist to take over the city. So we will see. We will see. Yeah, I know. Isn't that crazy
that Cuomo of all things is the glimmer of West and X is aghast at that too? Yeah, I know. I know.
That's the craziness that we're all living through right now. All right. So that's New York. That's New
and there's a bigger picture of concern here that I just want to dwell on you know I mentioned
you know how we got here people have no connection to our country recent immigrants who just get
to the United States and they vote for the communist and then these mindless libs who are you know
whatever they're doing they're voting for the communist here because they saw it on TikTok they
have no idea what he even believes but I just want to accentuate one other detail this is what
happens when our family bonds and our community bonds are destroyed. This is what happens.
You know, Zoran Mamdani ran, finished this campaign in Arabic. Did you see that?
He campaigned. His final campaign message was a message in Arabic. He's speaking a language that's
in no way native to the United States. Most people in America wouldn't even understand him.
Most people in New York wouldn't understand him. He finished the campaign in Arabic.
and i'm just i just want to accentuate something do you ever feel like you're an alien in your own
country like this is not the country you grew up in that you feel like you have less of a connection
to the people here than you ever have in your entire life that the left has tried with some
unfortunate success to decay the social fabric of our communities that people are not quite as
as they were that in some communities you barely know your neighbor or you don't speak the same
language this is what's happening to our country that that we are increasingly becoming as i often point
out the tower of babble an old testament warning about what it's like if we have nothing in common
we don't have the same tongue we don't speak the same language you don't share values the whole thing
starts to collapse and this is by design think about the attack
on biology itself. The left has been attacking the very idea that such a thing as a man or a woman
is innate to nature. They've gone on the attack. They are constantly dividing children against
their parents saying that children should keep secrets from their parents, that the state is where
those secrets should be vested, not inside of their own house. That children themselves are
inconvenient. That if you feel like you have other things you want to do to enjoy life, you should be
aborting your children your own personal pleasure is your highest goal and these are the things that
the left sells us and so by extension when's up happening is the old social fabric that you and i
used to be able to rely on is disappearing in our country i'll give you an example that that uh
that i think is good my grandmother had nine children my dad's one of nine kids my mother by the way is
one of seven children. These are very big families. It wasn't that long ago that was much more
typical in the United States. There'd be very big families. And I remember as a as a as a young
teenager really talking to my grandmother and asking her about a political debate that was going on
at the time continues to go on to this very day, which was something very simple. It was like,
hey, you know, people constantly are worried that social security may not be here forever. And I asked her
once I said, you know, do you ever worry that social security would go away in your lifetime,
that you wouldn't have your social security check? And I remember her looking at me and going,
why would I worry? I have nine children. That's never left me. I've thought about that
constantly ever since. Why would I worry? I have nine children. In other words, my grandmother
never needed the government. Was she entitled to her social security money? Absolutely. It was her
money but if the government failed her as it so often fails every one of us she didn't need the government
she wasn't dependent on it she had nine children used to be a time in our country where if you had an
emergency at home you could turn to one of your neighbors to look after your kids while you
dealt with your emergency that if you were going on a trip you had some place to take your dogs
hey could you watch my dogs while we're out that if you needed anything chances are your
neighbor who was very likely related to you would be there for you but that's not what we have
anymore we don't have that at all not at some places we do certainly some communities are still
like that but decreasingly so in the united states people are having fewer and fewer children
communities are less and less connected fewer of us even speak the same language and as a result
you've suddenly discovered perhaps that you're more dependent on
on strangers to meet your needs now people are paying for services in order to have things done
that would have previously been done by family members or or close neighbors that people are turning
to the government in their dependency that the more chaotic things become because of the government
you have agents of the government telling you that they're the solution so suddenly the arsonist
becomes the firefighter this is what the left has created every time they tell you to hate your
own country and to hate your fellow countrymen. What they're really trying to do is so division
among us so they can swoop in as some sort of false savior. You're witnessing happening to our
country in real time right now. And so when you wonder, like, how is it that a guy like a
communist, like we, our country, we're proud of defeating these totalitarian ideologies. We're proud
of World War I and World War II and the Cold War and the defeat of the Soviet Union.
We've been so proud in our history of this defeat.
So how can we watch as totalitarian ideologies are rising up among us inside of our home
our own country?
And the answer is ignorance, suspicion of each other, being strangers in your own country,
and people becoming dependent on the government who they think will be the answer,
but they will not be the answer.
be our demise you and i know that and our mission is to make sure as many americans as possible know
that we're going through it right now we're going through it right now so we've got um we've got
the new york race i want to get into some more of this in a moment because i've got uh i've got
the other big races happening around the country right now and uh it's it's definitely worth
dwelling on them and then we're going to talk james call me i've got julie kelly coming up
Stay with me.
We've got a lot to get to here on the program.
But first, let me be blunt.
Gold is up, 40% from last year.
Gold is way up.
It's not speculation. That's reality.
And if a portion of your savings is not diversified into gold,
well, you're missing the boat.
Here are the facts.
Inflation, it's still too high.
The U.S. dollar, still too weak.
And the government debt is seemingly insurmountable.
This is why many central banks are flocking to gold.
They're the ones driving prices up to record highs.
But it's not too late to buy gold from Birch Gold Group.

Thank you to Birch Gold, great sponsor of this program.
Yes, indeed.
Cynthia Denise says, you wasted 20 minutes on a jihadist, very disappointed.
Cynthia, I think you've missed the point.
I would settle back for a moment.
In fact, I'd rewind the program at some point,
and then once again watch it to ingest the point.
that I was just making, which is I do not want to see our great country descend into totalitarian
chaos. I want our great country to rediscover its value and to focus on the community that
lives here and not to introduce strangers into it at such a rate that nobody assimilates and this
whole experiment collapses. Not interested in that. I love my country. Now,
these elections that are happening across the country right now they matter they matter in every
single one of them if you have an election going on in your community right now it is your civic
obligation it's your obligation to your family that you participate and that you vote
let me take you next to california they have prop 50 right now
california has prop 50 prop 50 is an election rigging scheme if you're in california within the
sound of my voice vote no on prop 50 Gavin Newsom greasy Gavin Newsom and all of these insane
Democrats today are pushing prop 50 because they believe that by redrawing the boundaries in
California they will guarantee yet another five congressional seats become Democrat seats in the
state this is not in any way about fair elections at all you know in California 34 percent
percent of Californians voted for President Trump in the last election. If Democrats get their way
right now, just 12 percent, just 12 percent of the available congressional seats will go to
Republicans in the state. So is that Democratic? Does that fairly represent the state?
Does that in any way convey the size of the support for President Trump in California? No,
it doesn't at all, at all. Democrats are in the midst of doing what they do best,
rigging elections vote no on prop 50 now this one if i look at the surveys on the question right now
does seem likely to pass unfortunately but it doesn't have to be that way it's close enough
that good and decent people in california can very much safeguard uh at these elections from
becoming worse than they already are so vote no on prop 50 that's huge thank you as glandon voted no
on 50. I've got a bunch of Californians in the chat. They're voting no on 50. That's a that's a very big
deal. Yes, and Kickley Bay says, you know, it's going to pass. Yes, I think that's a reasonable
projection, but the clock is still running. The clock is still running. So we can prevent that
outcome. Vote no on 50 and get everybody else you know to go with you to the polls. That's true in
all of these elections all of them um there's a there's another uh there's a there's a couple of other
races to watch let me move now to new jersey and virginia these are these are big ones um
virginia first and foremost in the commonwealth of virginia we've got the lieutenant governor of the
state winsome sears is running right now she's the united states marine and i'm very uh very
appreciative of her service as the united states marine her husband by
the way also United States Marine she she's the lieutenant governor right now she wants to be the
governor but unfortunately in the available polling she's trailing the democrats CIA lady
Abigail Spanberger by perhaps double digits maybe 10 points Republicans in Virginia you got to get out
and vote now I will say if if tomorrow we wake up and we find out that the Democrat won in
this race there's a couple of things that are worth dwelling on one
One, Winsome Sears has done herself very few favors with Trump supporters.
That's just true.
I just got to be honest about that.
Remember, when President Trump was running in the primary process in 2024,
Winston Sears came out and she went on television on, I think it was the Fox News channel at the time.
And she said it was time for Republicans to move on to a new generation.
We need to move on to new voices.
We can't have Trump come back.
And I think a lot of Trump supporters in Virginia remembered that.
And it wasn't until late, late, late in the campaign as President Trump was in the home stretch and he was campaigning in Virginia that finally Winston Sears did take to a stage and began chanting his name, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, but she clearly has her differences with President Trump.
And she's expressed those in public.
And I think that just left a bad taste in the mouth of some Trump supporters.
So if you see that any of her support is soft on the right, that is one thing to.
to attribute to it. Another thing, and I will say, I'm not saying this from a position of bitterness.
I'm just saying this from a pragmatic position. I've offered Winsome Sears, and I've interviewed her
many times in the past, so I'm a little confused by this, but I have offered Winsome Sears the
opportunity to come on both this program as well as my national radio show, and she hasn't
taken me up on it. That offer's been longstanding. We've reached out a ton. She's done some
interviews but the reality is she just didn't appear on one of the biggest possible platforms where
she could to get her message out and perhaps do some fundraising to support her campaign there's
really again only so much i can do on this front i i've and i continue to support her i'm voting
for her i i think she should be the next governor of virginia and so again i say that not with
bitterness just with just a just a pragmatic reality that this is a missed opportunity for her
And I think it would have been very wise for her to appear on my program, but it is what it is.
Winston Sears running in that race, trailing right now against Abigail Spanberger, who I worry a lot about what she's going to do to Virginia.
You know, Spanberger is, her plan is to make Virginia a sanctuary state.
She wants to protect the illegal aliens in the state.
Her goal is to raise taxes to make Virginia,
the Commonwealth of Virginia, a historic state, much of it, Trump country, honestly, other
than Northern Virginia, most of Virginia is Trump country. And Abigail Spanberger has some
very awful designs for that state. And so if this thing goes the way the polls are suggesting
today, you know, Virginians are going to have a slog ahead of them as they have to deal with
an Abigail Spanberger governorship. Now, there is a glimmer of hope, speaking of glimmers of hope today
in the Attorney General's race
because you've got Jason Miara
as the current Attorney General,
the incumbent Attorney General running for the same seat
yet again.
There are a number of surveys
indicating that Jason Miare does have a slight advantage
in the race.
This is over Jay Jones.
Jay Jones is the violent, violent Democrat
with all of those violent fantasies
about putting bullets in the heads of Republicans
killing their children
and killing and seeing police officers killed.
in order to achieve deranged political changes in the United States.
That man should be nowhere near the Attorney General's office.
In fact, he should be in a straitjacket.
And yet, right now, that race is close enough to be disheartening.
But let me tell you something right now.
If you are in the Commonwealth and if the polls are still open as you're listening to this,
you have to get out in Virginia and vote for Jason Mierrez and these other Republicans on the ticket.
You have to. You are compelled to. But if you've got any conscience whatsoever, not only do you have to get out, you've got to get everybody you know out because this is achievable. I'm telling you, even if there's a Democrat governor, if you have a Republican attorney general, that is a meaningful ballwork against the worst insanity imaginable as these Democrats take over. This is a very, very big race.
on New Jersey here for a moment and then we're going to get to Julie Kelly because I've got a lot
to discuss with Julie Kelly. New Jersey is where Jack Chittarelli does have a real chance.
Republican running for governor has a very real chance of winning today against Mikey Cheryl,
who is just such a dishonorable and despicable woman Democrat running right now in New Jersey.
And I'm going to show you, let me show you a clip of how Mikey Cheryl has concluded this campaign.
She just did a Q&A with local media in New Jersey.
And she was asked about whether or not parents should be involved in their children's education when it comes to, quote, the LGBTQ agenda in schools.
Listen to her as she says, parents should not have the right to opt their children out of this kind of demented left-wing grooming ideology.
Listen to cut one here.
Watch.
Should parents have the right to opt their kids out of LGBTQ-related content in the same way that
right now they can be removed from sex ed and health curriculum classes?
Look, I believe that parents have the right to oversee their children's education.
I would push an LGBTQ education into our schools.
Parents have a right to opt out of a lot of things, but this is not an area where they should
be opting out, because this is an area of understanding the background of people through
throughout our nation. And right now we see, for example, at the Naval Academy, an erasure of history.
How disgusting. How completely disgusting. What an awful human being that woman is. She says,
no, no, no, parents should not be able to opt out of grooming these children. We have to convince them
that they were born in the wrong body. We have to indulge this type of distorted thinking.
We need to affirm this abuse of these kids and parents should not get in the way. That should be
the death knell of her campaign, that should be the call to vote, the call to engaging in the
electoral process that every single parent in New Jersey should be engaged in. By the way,
and I said it earlier as I was talking about the left's attack on the family, why do you think
they want everybody to abort their children? Why do you think it is that the left is constantly
advocating that you don't have kids at all? Because if you do, you think about the future of

combe comes from his own notes and his own emails all found in an fbi room
Number 9582.
That's on the ninth floor of the FBI, 9582.
They found all the secrets.
For more on this, I want to bring in Julie Kelly now.
You can find her on X.
Julie underscore Kelly, too.
Her substack is called Declassified with Julie Kelly.
She's a political commentator, of course,
and I've seen your contributor at American Greatness.
Julie, good to have you back with us on the program today.
Hey, Vince. Thanks so much for having me on.
We have a lot to cover.
We do have a lot to cover.
Okay, so we have now seen a number of examples of things that were found inside of this room,
9582.
I didn't realize the room number until now.
It's room 9582 where they keep finding all of the evidence related to the plots against
the president of the United States and the people who support him.
Tell us about the latest regarding James Comey.
So the latest development, and I really want to give a shout out here to acting U.S. Attorney Lindsay Halligan, and she is the chief of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia. We know from reporting that there was internal resistance by top prosecutors in that office, who were conflicted, by the way, either personal or professional ties that conflicted them and even considering this indictment against James Comey, this two-count indictment, that Lindsay had.
Halligan got a two-comment indictment by a grand jury for false statements and obstructing Congress.
So now the unraveling happens. And James Comey, his attorneys filed a motion to dismiss last
month based on selective vindictive prosecution, claiming that the only reason the charges were
brought is, of course, Donald Trump's animus to James Comey. So Lindsay Halligan filed a response
to that motion yesterday, where she did detail how some of these documents, and I think this
really damning handwritten note from Comey, this apparent meeting on September 26th of 2016,
continues to demonstrate that he had this, not only his dirty hands all over the initiation of
crossfire hurricane, but that his cutout man, Dan Richmond, was part of this very elaborate
extensive media leaking operation to certain reporters, especially at the New York Times.
His handwritten note is included here, and this seems to indicate that he was very aware of Hillary
Clinton's plans to attack Trump. He, that he knew that this steel dossier and that this, that
these allegations about Russian collusion were actually a Hillary Clinton op, and he attributes it in
the handwritten note, fellas, if you could put my screen up because I've got the handwritten note up
on my screen right now. He attributes that this connection to Hillary to J.B. Now, there are two people
in his orbit with the initials J.B. One is Joe Biden. The other is John Brennan. And my
understanding here is that normally Joe Biden in this context would have been referred to
to rather as VP, not as J.B., as the vice president of the United States.
So I think maybe I'm wrong, but I think it's safe to assume this is a reference to John Brennan
talking about a connection to Hillary Clinton here.
I think it's either John Brennan or James Baker, who as you know, was very involved.
There's a lot of J.Bs.
We have one here in Illinois, too.
So I believe it's either John Brennan or it is James Baker, who is the general
Council of the FBI. And of course, we know that he was very intimately involved in creating and
authoring drafting that FISA application against Carter Page. We can talk a little bit of the
timeline what was happening, the context of his notes on September 26th, but again, more proof
that he was very aware that Hillary Clinton's campaign was attempting to tie Donald Trump to
Russia, and this was all seated by Christopher Steele, the author of the dossier, a long time,
who was also a confidential human source at the FBI at the time, and was a lobbyist for Oleg
Deripaska at the time trying to get him out of trouble with the U.S. government.
So there are so many players here and goings on, but this September 26th date is really important
because it came three days after Michael Isikov's infamous Yahoo News article that sort of
of got the ball rolling about this Russia collusion operation. He had met with Christopher
Seale and Glenn Simpson at Fusion GPS. That article, kind of mind-blowing, September 23rd of 2016,
was used as part of the evidence in the first application, VISA application prepared by
Jim Comey and the DOJ and FBI. So all of the top operatives, as we already know, were involved.
But here's Jim Comey, again, in his own handwriting, acknowledging that he knew at the latest at that point what was going on with the dossier and Hillary Clinton campaign.
Some of the other documents that the FBI has that Lindsay Halligan presented yesterday as proof that James Comey earned this indictment are emails indicating that he was very involved in handling Daniel Richmond's leaks to the New York Times.
that is the subject of the charges here in the indictment.
You know, did he lie to Congress about facilitating leaks to the media?
And it certainly looks like he did, Julie Kelly, based on this evidence.
Well, Vince, I posted this, and I thought this was kind of funny, but also sort of pathetic.
So Dan Richmond is a law professor at Columbia.
He is person three in this indictment.
He was Jim Comey's personal cutout man between what was happening at the Bureau in both
the Clinton investigation and the Trump investigation, Russia investigation. And what he basically,
Dan Richmond is kind of begging Jim Comey. And I believe James Baker also is in that email. In fact,
it might have been addressed to Jim Baker. And this was in 2015, sort of begging for this title
at the FBI. So he could help. And he basically said, look, I have credibility with the media.
They're always calling me for comments. You know, why don't I just kind of have some sort of
title at the FBI. Well, why did they do that then? Which they did, by the way. He was hired in
2015 as a special employee, FBI special employee. So he held that role through 2015, all of
2016, up until February of 2017, where he then could either be identified by name as a
Columbia law professor or he could be referred to as a senior law enforcement official who
wouldn't give his name, which of course he was repeatedly.
His biggest connection, and then these emails and text messages demonstrate.
His biggest lackey in the media was Michael Schmidt at the New York Times,
who authored many pieces about Russia collusion and the Clinton investigation.
So there are a lot of text messages also in this document as exhibits that demonstrate this collaboration
between Dan Richmond while he was at the FBI and Michael Schmidt to seed or plant or pitch
favorable stories about Jim Comey, who, as you know, was under fire by Democrats for at that last
minute saying that they were re-looking at the Clinton email matters. So it's just more insight.
It's really a very interesting view into not just Jim Comey's narcissism, his corruption,
but also how he worked so closely with major news organizations to slander and smear Donald
Trump, Carter Page, et cetera, and make Jim Comey look like the hero in all of this.
For sure.
No question about it.
So let me go to the findings here by the FBI in this room, 9582, which I'm fascinated by.
Because in what they what they allege is that this room has served as a treasure trove of
information here about documents.
I'm going to pull, fellas, I've got this document.
on my screen this is from the government filings they say in the spring of 2025 a team this is this year a team
of fbi investigators was assembled to examine possible reform of policies procedures compliance and
culture at the fbi during their work fbi investigators were alerted to a seemingly unused skiff
that's a secure compartmentalized uh information facility that place where you can look at uh classified
documents in fbi headcors containing a random collection of classified
documents. A large majority of the documents were on the floor in five burn bags. Room 9582 was then
subject to an inventory for the documents that were located inside. Investigators located
hundreds of pages related to crossfire hurricane, 2016's FBI investigation tying Trump to Russia,
and the then classified appendix to the 2016 Durham report. Additionally, inside of a locked safe
within this room, 9582.
They found James Comey
handwritten notes that I just
showed you on screen.
And those handwritten notes were not known
to any prior investigative teams.
Julie,
this room
keeps producing new goodies
for the rest of us to see.
Is it your opinion?
Is it your opinion that
these were good guys
who were squirreling these documents away
for the rest of us to one day find?
That's a really good question.
I know that there's speculation as to the origins of those documents were, did somebody put them
there on purpose to preserve them? So incoming director Cash Patel and deputy director Dan Bongino
could find them. I don't know. Or was it just sloppy, lazy kind of typical work by his
by their predecessors there? But, you know, and let's take a moment,
to speak to Christopher Ray, the former FBI director's corruption, and his culpability here.
Because these documents we've had, correct?
And there are new documents that were released by Tulsi Gabbard, the talks that we didn't
know before, notes about a December meeting 2016 in the White House with Barack Obama
and top FBI DOJ DNI officials to advance the idea of Russia collusion right before Trump's
inauguration. So everyone knew that these documents existed and that more proof of the corrupt
dirty Russia gate crossfire hurricane investigation that the public should have known. And so,
you know, again, and I also want to emphasize this underscores what Cash Patel and Dan Bongino
are up against at this FBI. I mean, you have years of buried evidence. You have an FBI that is
populated with partisan actors who definitely do not share the president's agenda here.
So I think they've worked with great speed and deliberation in finding these documents,
vetting them, and making them public.
They say that whoever planted these documents, there was a huge spike in activity just
before the inauguration, that that room was accessed repeatedly leading up to the inauguration.
In other words, it does seem, they say it was specifically between January 19th to the 22nd,
a massive spike in access to room 9582.
That suggests to me that there were some white hats inside of that bureau who were very interested
in making sure that accountability could be found.
Well, that's good news because there aren't a lot of white hats there.
There are a lot more black hats throughout that bureau and every single field offices.
We're finding out with the Arctic Frost documents, you know, all of the FBI field offices who were
involved in trying to destroy Donald Trump and the entire MAGA movement, including, you know,
obtaining records of U.S. senators and members of Congress.
So, yeah, I expect this is going to be sort of a weekly occurrence where either by the FBI
or Congress we are getting our hands or, in this case, the criminal investigation.
and prosecution of Jim Comey and whoever else is around the corner who will be joining him
either in this indictment or separate indictments.
So I just was playing video yesterday and I actually interviewed him on the radio show of a
man called Thomas Speciali confronting John Brennan at George Mason University this past week,
which I love.
It's great video.
And John Brennan is going berserk.
He's losing his mind that anybody's even trying to hold him accountable for his role
in advancing the disgusting steel docile.
as a fake intelligence weapon against President Trump.
But that that suggests to me, Julie, that John Brennan is aware that he is in the crosshairs
of the Justice Department right now.
Do you anticipate an indictment against Brennan?
I do.
And if people have not seen the confrontation where John Brennan just loses his mind, I mean,
he really almost got into, I mean, it was close to a physical confrontation when he was
presented with questions about Hunter Biden's laptop and Crossfire Hurricane. So he knows he's
guilty. We all know that he's guilty. It will probably originate with his 22 sworn testimony,
where he distanced himself, especially claiming that the Steel Dossier did not animate his
intelligence community assessment that was published a few weeks before Trump's first inauguration.
We know also that that is a lie, that there was disputes within the intelligence.
community, whistleblowers who have come forward and talked about how they objected to the
creation, hasty, very hasty creation of that ICA that gave the governments in Pramatta on the idea
that Vladimir Putin had helped, extensively helped elect Donald Trump in 2016. So yes, he should
be nervous. And then, of course, we know that this grand jury has been impaneled in Southern
Florida with a new U.S. attorney in Southern Florida, Jason Kenyonese, and that grand jury,
it appears, will be getting to work in January, perhaps on what we have been told, a grand
conspiracy investigation that will hopefully ensnare all of these bad actors, including Jim Comey and
John Brennan. You're not the first I've heard say this. And Mike Davis has been talking about this
somewhat, too, that January is the time to look for and that Florida is the
the place to look for it. That certainly suggests to me that this would lump in Jacksmith's
raid on Mara Lago, perhaps. I mean, that was one of the big theatrical events that happened as a part
of the grand conspiracy you and I are aware of. Correct. And so it would be based on the Mara Lago
raid that that was either sort of the nexus of this grand conspiracy going back all the way to
2016, 2017, or at least starting there and moving a little bit backwards, but certainly forward. And
There's a new book out today, and Vince, I'm going to be posting this on Acts Julie underscore Kelly 2 by Carol Lennon and others who talk about what happened at the Biden DOJ in relation to both of the criminal investigations and prosecutions of Donald Trump.
And what I posted some of the snippets last night and the egregious way that they handled that rate and the top Biden officials from Matthew Olson, who was National Security Division Director Lisa Monaco, the
deputy attorney general and how they instantly, even that night after the raid occurred,
claim that these documents were highly sensitive, that he had broken the law.
And one DOJ official, Julie Adelstein, saying if it was anyone else, they would be arrested
immediately.
These people were nuts.
They were corrupt to the fullest extent.
And they definitely need to be held accountable because we cannot let this happen again.
And we cannot let these bad actors to abuse their power, try to.
to destroy an entire political movement and get away with it.
Let me ask you a big picture question about accountability.
Early in the administration, certainly in the first few months, I think there were a lot of
people, and myself included, you really want to see the wheels of justice turn as quickly
as humanly possible.
Like, when are the indictments coming?
When are the indictments coming?
When are the indictment's coming?
What we've seen over the course of the past few weeks, especially, is a lot of high-profile
people are now being indicted.
It's not a small deal to get James Comey indicted, Letitia James indicted, John Bolton.
indicted. You got Democrat members of Congress like LaMonica McIver indicted. You got Democrat candidates like
Kat Abu Ghazela in Illinois indicted. There are a number of people who have quite obviously credibly
been accused of breaking the law who are now facing the consequences of their own actions.
As you assess why these things take time and how we're seeing them roll out, what do you think
this is? Is this just the product of due diligence, deliberation, that these guys are trying to do things
the right way as opposed to sort of the reckless tyranny of the past? What is this? Well, look,
and I cautioned people from the very beginning. I mean, there were some people on the right
who were, you know, after a month after the president was sworn in, wanting to know where the
handcuffs were, where are the indictments? Well, all of this takes time. And I think the point that
you have these documents hidden away in a skiff and, you know, possibly only the tip of the iceberg in
terms of that. And then once you have an investigation or you're pursuing a prosecution, you have
these partisan actors embedded in very powerful U.S. Attorney's offices, whether it's the Southern
District of New York, whether it is in the Eastern District of Virginia, certainly in the D.C.
U.S. Attorney's Office, who are insubordinate and refusing to pursue these political indictments,
again, based on their own personal or professional ties to some of the people involved.
So I think, you know, that we're sitting here at the beginning of November.
We already have these indictments.
We have a grand jury impaneled that we're going to see a lot more.
And I think that this is moving actually in a quicker way than we should have really expected.
This is such a good point.
I didn't even bring that up.
And I'm glad you did.
They had they have enduring deep state problems that they have to claw out from the Justice Department.
The Eastern District of Virginia was full of people who were trying to prevent.
vent James Comey from being indicted. They were working overtime to make sure that happened.
The guy who was in that job as the U.S. attorney was there with the blessing of Mark Warner and Tim
Kane. He was working very hard to protect Democrats. And it took Pam Bondi and President Trump
saying, no, get that guy out of there. Lindsay Halligan came in under the wire. James Comey was
prosecuted within the last 48 hours before the statute of limitations ran out. This is the kind of
environment that they're fighting in. They are. And Eric Siebert, who was the U.S. Attorney for the
Eastern District of Virginia, his father is the godfather to one of James Comey's children. So how could we
believe that Eric Siebert could have acted? And partially, he didn't. I identified at least two
former top aides to Deputy Attorney Lisa Monaco, who her, if you want to look at the individual
who goes all the way back to Crestfire Hurricane, the summer of 2016, all the way through
the raid of Mar-a-Lago, at the very end, trying to do whatever they could to keep those two
criminal indictments alive by Special Counsel Jack Smith.
I mean, it is Lisa Monaco.
She had two of her top deputies at that Eastern District of Virginia.
And so then there were others that we outed at having other ties, and they left as well.
But remember, we were told by all the smart legal experts that Lindsay Calligan didn't
have enough criminal. She had no criminal prosecution experience. She would never get an indictment.
And to your point, she went in there, you know, cold and got a two-count criminal indictment
against James Comey in not a very friendly district, might we say, jurisdiction, and is continuing
every day. She is, I mean, this motion that she prepared in the exhibits, very careful, very
convincing. And I'm sure Team Comey and his, you know, long roster of high-powered white shoe attorneys
are a little bit panicked, not just for what this means for the criminal case, but certainly
the public relations end up, but which we know means bored of Jim Comey than anything else.
Yes, he's got another Taylor Swift concert to go to and he wants to record a selfie video and
