The president of the United States just completing his trip to Asia,

stopping in Malaysia and going to South Korea as well, where he meets with the Chinese leader, Xi Jinping, they got together, and here's the president on truth social. As he heads back to the United States of America, we get an update from him. Here's what he had to say. He said, I had a truly great meeting with President Xi of China. There is enormous respect between our two countries, and that will only be enhanced with what just took place. We agreed on many things with others, even of high importance, being very close to resolved.

I was extremely honored by the fact that President Xi authorized China to begin. Here's the details. the purchase of massive amounts of soybeans, sorghum, and other farm products, that is American farmers selling products to China. Our farmers will be very happy, the president says. In fact, as I said once before during my first administration, farmers should immediately go out and buy more land and larger tractors. I would like to thank President G for this.

Additionally, China has agreed to continue the flow of rare earth. critical minerals, magnets, etc. Open and freely. That's a big deal. The president, basically China was trying to restrict the export of these critical minerals, rare earths to the United States. The president say he's opened up the supply lines, which is very good news for the American economy. Very significantly, China has strongly stated that they will work diligently with us to stop the flow of fentanyl into our country. Now, I'll believe this when I see it. They will help us end the fentanyl crisis, the president says. China also agreed that they will begin the process of purchasing American energy.

In fact, a very large-scale transaction may take place concerning the purchase of oil and gas from the great state of Alaska. Chris Wright, Doug Bergam, and our respective energy teams will be meeting to see if such an energy deal can be worked out. The agreements reached today will deliver prosperity and security to millions of Americans. As the president goes on to thank all the other Asian countries and the countries that he got together with, he says hundreds of billions of dollars are now being brought into the United States because of his trip and these trade deals. The best is yet to come. That's great news. I do want to dwell on the energy thing for a moment.

Two things. The fentanyl thing and the energy thing. The fentanyl component here, I don't believe China as far as I can throw them on this issue. They have said for years that they would try and help us resolve. the fentanyl crisis in the United States of America. And the reason that they have such an important position in this conversation is all of the precursor chemicals come from China. China, if you follow Peter Schweitzer's great reporting on this subject, China has been sending these precursor chemicals to the cartels in Mexico. They send them in at cost. They send in

Chinese pill press equipment into Mexico to the cartels at cost. The cartels are bringing these drugs into the United States using Chinese encrypted apps to communicate. And it's very, very clear that China has used the death of American citizens as a way to create more chaos in our country as they maintain that adversarial relationship with us. So I just don't trust them at all. Now, the president of the United States is the guy that we sent to Washington again in order to handle these types of very fraught relationships. So we're placing trust in him to handle this the right way. He says he's got commitments from the Chinese that they're going to tackle fentanyl. And so I expect, of course, by virtue of my vote for the president of the United States,

that he's going to hover over them and ensure that they actually do what they're committing to do right now. This matters a great deal. We have over 100,000 Americans dying due to drug overdoses every year in the United States. President Trump is aggressively quite literally fighting back against that. In fact, he has been bombing these drugs that have been coming into the United States of America. That's really important. That's the message. The narco-terrorists can't keep killing American citizens. And so that fight continues literally the exchange of missiles on that subject. The Chinese would do well to help us there. Also, the energy thing is important. Remember, China has been buying a lot of energy from two very big adversaries who've caused a lot of chaos on planet Earth.

One of them is Russia. The other is Iran. 90% of Iran's oil exports go right to China. 90%. I've always thought that what we need to do is if we're going to get China to play ball here, if we're going to change the planet, get China to buy American energy, that's the key. If we can get China buying more American energy and less from places like Russia and Iran, we can change the entire global dynamic. It benefits us financially, economically, but it also stabilizes the planet.

Less money for terrorism going to Iran. It all makes a tremendous amount of sense. The president clearly pursuing that right now. So that's the update. Again, that's breaking news as we process the president's truth social, as he's flying back to the United States of America. Great to have him back, coming back to the country right now. But some breaking news coming out of the president's trip to China.

The markets, by the way, have responded very well to the president, establishing these trade deals, especially with China. So very good news as these guys all get together. It's funny. I was thinking about just the human psychology of all of this. Xi Jinping was kind of stone-faced as he was meeting with Donald Trump. throughout all of this not not revealing very much look just standing there like a grumpy winnie the poo but um you know it's great president trump is taller than him uh jishin pang is a tall dude actually

but not as tall as president trump so kind of neat to see the two standing side by side and the president of the united states uh who is a very tall man taller than jishin pang looking down at at that gentleman and uh you know coming up with a trade deal so kind of cool kind of cool Yeah, Pooh bear. Winnie the Pooh. They hate when they call it. They've banned, you know, in China, they've banned Winnie the Poe references because every, because people would compare Xi Jinping to Winnie the Poe, so you can't even talk about it. Amazing. Amazing. All right, let me, let me move on to some, some breaking news here in the United States of America. Important breaking news. Speaking of communist behavior. The left has, of course, I was talking with you some extensively yesterday about an operation called Arctic Frost, that is, was the Biden administration's code name for their use of the United States Department of Justice to attack conservatives, to attack Republicans in the United States of America. And to do it in many cases under the cover of complete secrecy, they were spying on every element of the conservative right that they could possibly secure.

spy warrants on. And they were doing it in utter, again, utter secrecy. Now, this name, Arctic Frost, where does this come from? Well, I was alerted yesterday by, let me see if I can pull this up for you. I want you to see this. There's a great follower on X yesterday. And by the way, thank you to all of you, sort of following me yesterday. Got me over the 100,000 mark. Very, very cool of you. I appreciate that. Yesterday, I get alerted by one of my followers that Arctic Frost is actually the name of a category of orange, of fruit. Here it is, M.G. Texas Patriot, M.J. Texas Patriot actually yesterday, saying that Arctic Frost came from the name of an orange out of Florida. Now, I didn't realize this. I didn't realize

that this was a species of orange. And I responded, I didn't realize the orange thing. Great catch. That's a really good catch. And I saw Sean Davis also noticed this yesterday. And he started sharing this. And all of a sudden, now the whole internet is talking about this. Yeah, thank you. Yeah, there's a, thank you, Guy, for putting that on screen. Arctic frost refers to the Arctic frostsatsuma, a cold, hearty, seedless, mandarin orange that is easy to peel and has a sweet, tart flavor.

How about that? And it makes it, apparently it grows under cold temperatures. And so the reason that this stands out, as some of you may have gathered, is this goes right to, Yes. Yeah, thank you. Happy Barbie blonde says orange is their code for Trump. In other words, orange man bad. They named an entire tyrannical justice department operation after a Trump derangement syndrome code word, which is a fruit. The orange. Orange man bad. That was their position. The Arctic Frost thing is a reference to the fruit, the orange. And so they are going after this guy. It's old news. Somebody says. Nancy, Nancy, Nancy, I'm sorry. Nancy, I wanted to watch your

podcast. I missed it because I didn't realize that. I didn't realize that this had to do with the fruit. But here we are. Orange Man Bad. Yeah, it was a big inside joke for them, says Skever 13. No question about it. They thought this was hilarious. Meanwhile, the rest of us, we don't think it's hilarious. Not when the government becomes full-blown tyrannical and starts attacking Republicans merely for being Republicans. And here are some of the details. Sean Davis summarizes it this way. He says that the Arctic Frost whistleblower documents that just came out yesterday from the United States Senate Judiciary Committee show that the corrupt Biden FBI subpoenaed the bank records, the donor lists, the emails of nearly every major conservative organization and leader in the whole country, including Donald Trump's campaign, the Republican National Committee, the conservative Partnership Institute,

So here is Ted Cruz yesterday. Well, let me, actually, I got a couple of clips for you. Let me start with Chuck Rassley. Chuck Rassley steps up to a microphone yesterday. And he says, look, they were spying on everybody, including a huge port. of the Republican Party in the United States Senate. Take a look. Cut one. I've recently been informed by Verizon that at least 11 members with Verizon accounts were

affected. That includes a hard line for Senator Cruz's office and a staffer cell phone for former Senator Leffler. AT&T informed me they challenge. the legal basis for Jack Smith's efforts and Smith back down. So AT&T, let's, I want to give some credit today. Ted Cruz does this too in a moment. You'll see this. AT&T apparently becomes the one company that's like, no, you can't spy on these senators. You're not allowed to do that. And then Jack Smith said, okay, I guess I won't.

But everybody else turned over the records? else was letting Jack Smith spy on members of the United States Senate? And I want to remind you something really important here. Like I know there's some people like, okay, they spyed on the Senate. So now they get animated that they're spying on the Senate. Fair. That's fair. That's a fair critique. But at the same time, it's really instructive. If they can get away with spying on United States senators, what chance do the rest of us have? That's the story. What chance do the rest of us have. Just normal people, not members of the Senate, just everyday Americans going about your lives. What chance do we have? None. None in the face of that. Here's Ted Cruz yesterday

laying out the details of what happened to him. And as he goes on, listen, I mean, it gets crazier and crazier and crazier. Here's Ted Cruz. Seeking my cell phone communications. It went to AT&T, and I actually want to commend AT&T for doing the right thing. AT&T is based in Texas. AT&T looked at that subpoena, and they went to their legal counsel, and they said, what should we do with that subpoena? And their legal counsel said, you cannot comply because this is protected by the speech and debate clause of the U.S. Constitution.

And so AT&T declined to comply, did not hand over. my cell phone records. Let me pause that for a second. One might ask. So the reason why this stands out to me for a very, for a really big reason. The speech and debate clause does not apply to me and you. The speech and debate clause applies to members of Congress in their jobs in Congress. That's what the Constitution protects.

It gives them immunity in the speech and debate clause. In other words, the unique way that AT&T protected Ted. Cruz here from Jack Smith's spying is because he is a United States Senator. So again, I go back to what I was just saying a moment ago. What chance do the rest of us have? We don't. We don't have a chance here. Ted Cruz, by virtue of being a senator and that Texas, and AT&T is a Texas company, as he pointed out, he's a Texas senator. I'm sure they felt immense pressure here about that relationship. But he's got a very privileged position here. So he was protected from surveillance on that basis. Watch, Ted Cruz continues. Ordinarily, a phone company being asked to hand over

the phone records of a sitting senator would notify that senator. Well, there was a reason AT&T did not do so. Accompanning the subpoena was an order, which I have in my hand, right here. An order that was signed by Judge James E. Boseberg. Now, who is Boseberg? Bozberg is that radical leftist judge who is out of control, who has been issuing nationwide injunctions one after the other trying to stop President Trump from carrying out his mandate from the voters. Right. Judge Boseberg issued an order to the U.S. to AT&T and signed that order, prohibiting AT&T from informing me of this subpoena for at least one year. And Judge Bozberg gave the basis for that order, and I'm going to quote from the order

Judge Bozberg signed, the court finds reasonable grounds to believe that such disclosure will result in destruction of or tampering with evidence. intimidation of potential witnesses and serious jeopardy to the investigation. That's an order of judge sign. Now, I can tell you right now, there is precisely zero evidence to conclude that I am likely to destroy or tamper with evidence or to intimidate potential witnesses. Zero evidentiary basis for that. this order is an abuse of power. This order is a weaponized legal system. My assumption, we don't have

the subpoenas that were issued for the other senators, but my assumption is Judge Bosberg printed these things out like the placemats at Denny's, one after the other. So, I mean, just like Ted Cruz is going to intimidate witnesses. Come up. Like, the whole thing is crazy that he was going to destroy evidence. If they can make an allegation like that, that is Jack Smith, if he's going to make an allegation like that about a sitting United States Senator, again, I ask you, what chance do the rest of us have? And Ted Cruz, not just any random senator, the guy's a constitutional lawyer. He's not destroying evidence. These are scams. This is tyranny. This is completely out of control. And I don't know if you heard Ted Cruz say it

there, but I just want to emphasize something really important. They were spying on 20% of the United States Senate Republicans, 20% of them. For crimes? No, the only crime they committed was they supported Donald Trump and that they're Republicans. That's it. That's it. And Jack Smith was going after them in a spying operation that was named after a Trump derangement syndrome fascination. Arctic Frost, Orange Man Bad. I've got more in just a moment on all of this. What can be done about this? The chat is going wild on that subject right now and rightfully so.

What can be done here? Well, Ted Cruz has a suggestion. Let's see if the United States House acts on it. There's a lot more to come all ahead on this edition of Vince. He was appointed to that role by, are you ready, Barack Obama. I know, I know. Are you shocked? I'm very, I just said, unbelievable. Yeah, so Judge

Bosberg is completely out of control. And the great Julie Kelly, we love Julie Kelly. She's been documenting this idiot for years, this tyrant for years. And here's how she described him back in March. Look at this. This is what she had to say. She said, Judge Bosberg, along with 16 D.C. Judges, signed off on the unlawful use of 1512C2, the corporate fraud obstruction statute against January Sixers. Just so you understand what she's talking about. Remember, this is an Enron era law that was used obstructing a congressional proceeding, and it was designed to stop white-collar crime, the destruction of documents during congressional investigations. That's what that law was about. But the left and Judge Boasberg, obviously being a part of the scam, was using that law

as an attempt to destroy the lives of January 6ers. This went all the way to the United States Supreme Court. And the Supreme Court said, you can't do that. This is nothing to do with January 6ers. You can't, but Judge Bozberg was part of the unconstitutional effort to impose this ridiculous thing on January 6th or so that Julie Kelly points out that this guy's a jackass and he's been doing that for a long time. He presided over 70 January 6 cases, both guilty pleas and conviction at time of trial. In nearly every instance, Bozberg imposed prison time even for the petty offense of parading in the Capitol. He sent 60-year-old Sandra Wire, a woman from Pennsylvania, committed no violence in January 6, to 14 months in federal prison on this unlawful count.

14 months for a 60-year-old woman committed no acts of violence. Judge Bozberg destroys her life. He's a tyrant. After denying several defense motions, including change of venue, Boseberg convicted Cynthia Ballinger after a brief bench. trial of the four common misdemeanors. He then sent her to federal prison for four months. He sentenced a former NYPD officer, Sarah Carpenter, to 22 months in federal prison on the same

unlawful obstruction count. Again, unconstitutional. And she says that she could go on and on and on. Bowesberg was throwing the book at any American who was exercising their First Amendment rights on January 6th and then would deny January 6th. There's other constitutional rights to ensure convictions and imprisonment. So Bozberg has a very long track record of being an utter tyrant. And now we get more evidence as he was signing off on spy applications against sitting United States senators and then saying to AT&T, don't tell Ted Cruz. Don't tell these senators that you're going to be doing this spying, that you're coughing up these documents because they may destroy these documents. They may try and destroy evidence.

Ted Cruz says it's time to act, and I totally agree. Judge Bozberg, this needed to happen long ago, Judge James Bozberg needs to be impeached, at the very least. Take a look at Ted Cruz yesterday, saying it's time. I am right now calling on the House of Representatives to impeach Judge Bozberg. Judge Boasberg put his robe down, stood up and said, sign me up to be part of the partisan vendetta against 20% of the Republicans in the Senate. That is a dereliction of duty and a violation of the judicial oath.

And I want to thank Chairman Grassley and Chairman Johnson for pursuing this tenaciously like a dog on a bone. we are going to get the answers of every person who signed off on this abuse of power and mark my words, there will be accountability for these zealots who wanted to corrupt. Now, the key, of course, is that Speaker Mike Johnson and the House Republicans need to take Ted Cruz seriously here and act on this. And I would perhaps add one other thing here, that the Senate and that Chuck Grassley and Ted Cruz, should make to the extent that they can find any tripwires in criminal law, a criminal referral to the United States Department of Justice for the behavior of James Bosberg. Impeachment, of course, is a remedy that is available right now, and they should use it,

and they should use it expeditiously. In fact, it should have happened a long time ago. And it goes back to a point that I made earlier in the program, which is like this kind of tyranny when it's perpetrated against everyday citizens, the truth is, even among Republicans, they drag ass about holding these guys accountable. Now that it's happened to United States senators, they do feel some personal ire about this. They've got some righteous indignation welling up. Good to see Ted Cruz now calling

for the impeachment of Bozburg, but that should have happened a long time ago. But whatever it takes, let's get the ball rolling and let's do it quickly. Time is of the essence. We can't let these guys just continue to linger and survive and, and move on past the Trump administration.

And you can't survive in that role. You gotta leave it. You gotta be impeached. You gotta be kicked out of that job. Do it now and do it expeditiously. So we've got that. One last thing on Bozberg. Bozberg, Mike Ben pointed this out on social media.

Bozberg is also the same judge who let Ray Epps off. Like completely scot-free for the January 6th stuff. Completely. Ray Epps is one of the only people even on camera, screaming that people needed to go into the Capitol, trying to whip the crowd into a frenzy, completely let off by Judge James Bosberg, this Obama appointee who's been nothing but a left-wing hatchet man. It is well past time that that man be removed from that job.

He's doing way too much damage to the United States of America. Way too much damage. So we'll keep track in that story. because it matters a great deal. The Arctic Frost story is, it's only just beginning. I'll bring you more details as we get them because, look, it's the, it is really, and in so many ways, the biggest scandal of our lifetimes. And we've been through a lot of them.

Speaking of big scandals, the Autopenn investigation has reached new heights. I was telling you yesterday that the House Oversight Committee made a, released a report and made a criminal referral basically to the United States Department of Justice asking them to assess whether or not huge elements of the Biden administration can be invalidated by virtue of the fact that Joe Biden's brain wasn't working, that his signature was being affixed to documents by a robot, and that Joe Biden himself was not involved in those decisions. That's completely unconstitutional. You can't assume the powers of the presidency without being president. that's that's an insurrection that's a coup d'etat it's just it's crazy actually uh and so the update

that we are getting it's a limited update but i think a meaningful one from the uh the fox news channel they say that the biden autopen investigation is now heating up in not just the united states department of justice but in particular in washington dc and in delaware uh they say an investigation into the auto pen controversy, including involving former President Biden, is now gaining momentum specifically in Delaware and D.C. Fox has learned a source familiar with the situation told Fox Wednesday that, quote,

it looks like the investigation has heated up in recent weeks, and it does appear that there is a focus in Delaware. That's where Joe Biden lives, as well as Washington, D.C. And so that's really, I mean, Fox doesn't offer a, much more than that. They just give you the source familiar and then that's the line. The rest of it is sort of a recitation of the available facts. The reason that Delaware strikes me as interesting is, of course, that is where Biden lives. And presumably they are establishing some criminal

elements here that might involve the way that they were covering up Biden's deficiencies. If the investigations in Delaware, if there's a grand jury impaneled in Delaware, that would suggest that crimes were committed in Delaware. So again, we'll keep our ear to the ground on this particular story. But the United States Department of Justice, I don't think there's any question whatsoever is sincerely going after the auto pen unconstitutional violations of the Biden administration. And so I anticipate more updates on that subject. And I really hope we get them very soon for sure.

We've watched as a number of Democrats have been. indicted, which is really important because the, because unlike in previous years where nothing ever happens in the Trump administration, something's always happening. We've seen James Comey, Letitia James, John Bolton, all indicted. Adam Schiff may soon be indicted. John Brennan has been the subject of a criminal referral may soon be indicted. And then we just saw another Democrat, this time a congressional candidate, be indicted by a. a federal grand jury this week. And this time it's because she was involved in impeding federal immigration enforcement

in Chicago, in Chicago. The name of this Democrat is Kat Abuga Zela. Let me show you on screen here, just the Daily Caller reporting on the subject. A buga Zala, a federal grand jury on Wednesday has indicted a Democrat congressional candidate and other protesters for a. allegedly impeding federal immigration enforcement. Kat Abuga Zala, or Bugazala, something like that, a Democratic congressional candidate from the Chicago area,

was just among six individuals who were indicted in federal court for her alleged role in late September blocking law enforcement vehicles outside of that ice facility in Broadview, Illinois. So let me just give you some basics about this chick's background. this girl cat used to work at media matters you guys know chat you know what media matters is right media matters is uh the soros funded left wing attack operation that has tried to destroy conservative media through the years now mission not accomplished in fact conservative media has never been more flourishing and never been more successful so they have completely failed uh and george sorrows

he should keep dumping his money into that. That's a good way to waste his cash. But she was a chick who worked there. And now she is running in Illinois as a congressional candidate. And one of the ways she's been trying to attract attention to herself is she's been trying to block traffic at the ICE facility in Broadview, Illinois. She's been jumping in the way of law enforcement vehicles. Now, obstructing law enforcement, as most normal thinking people know, is a crime. If you're obstructing justice, you're committing a crime. She did that earlier this year,

and in fact, sort of wonderfully, it was caught on video. Here is cat Abu Ghazela getting thrown on her ass as she tries to block traffic. Watch this. Yeah, there she has. They throw her down on the ground as she tried to block an immigration enforcement vehicle right onto her tush. Ready? There she goes every time. So I can't get enough of them. I just, I think that's the funniest thing. Look at this girl.

They just boom, every time over and over and over. They keep throwing her down. So a bit of FAAFO for you today. That's one of my favorite videos of the year. And since that moment, she's been fundraising off of it. like it was like some horrific event that happened to where I got treated like garbage. No, you got treated the way everybody's supposed to be treated. Nobody's above the law.

And if you get in the way of law enforcement, they're going to throw your ass down on the ground. And so that was the first punishments he was subjected to. That was the consequence of her idiocy. And now the latest punishment is she's just been slapped with charges. Now, like every one of these libs, after they get hit with charges for the crimes they've actually committed, they make the story that, oh, I'm the victim. I'm the victim. I was hurt.

And so good luck with that as she runs for Congress by being a complete radical left-wing lunatic, tries to obstruct law enforcement. And now a grand jury in Illinois has determined that she deserves charges. Remember, there's a grand jury process. involved here. A grand jury of her peers considered the charges against her and said, yeah, she deserves it. So good luck with that. Cat. Good luck with that. So a little bit FAAFO for you today.

Always appreciate one of those stories. Good to have one of those on a Thursday. Also, the United States Department of Justice has announced even more arrests of left-wing terrorists. These are in California. in earlier this year, there was a number of events where terrorists were trying to block law enforcement yet again for doing his job and literally attacking federal law enforcement while they were attempting to do it in Southern California. And so yesterday, the great U.S. attorney out in California, Bill Assaley announced even more arrests. He says so far this year, they've arrested 97. people who've been involved in these left-wing terror acts, and I hear that, and I think that's wonderful. I'd like to see a lot more. Please keep it coming. Here's Bill Ossalia announcing how much they've done this year so far. To date, we have charged 97 individuals either with assault

or impeding a federal agents engaged in immigration enforcement operations. And we will continue to charge more as we obtain the evidence. Ninety-seven people so far. Okay. Okay. So who did they add to the pile yesterday? Here's Bill Assaley explaining the new charges. Watch. Every American has a right to peacefully protest. What is not constitutionally protected is a right to engage in violence or to impede federal agents by assaulting, doxing, or obstructing their operations. On July 10th, law enforcement officers were executing a court-ordered search warrant at locations of Tura County. Protesters, including members of an organization named VC Defensa, came to the site of the search warrants. VC. Defensa is an organization that operates and manages what they call a rapid response network designed to impede federal agents and their enforcement operations. In one of the criminal complaints today, we are charging two members of VC Defensa for conspiring to impede and injure

federal law enforcement officers. These two VC defensive members went to the protests on July 10th in Ventura County and acted with others to assault enforcement vehicles and officers. All right. So Bill Assaley, by the way, he has been a great U.S. Attorney in California. The left hates him out there. They've been trying to get judges to disqualify him, to remove him, to take him out of the position of being the prosecutor. He's holding on for dear life. And that's great news for the rest of us because L.A. is completely lawless. Remember, Bill Ossaly is the guy who earlier this year had kind of enterpriced the use of criminal warrants to be able to go after illegal aliens who are being held in prisons and jails in the country in order to get them

deported. No more detainers with Bill Ossaly because they're going right to criminal warrants. Anybody who's done felony reentry of the United States is subjected to a criminal warrant in California now, thanks to Bill Assaley, and that forces the jail system to turn these people over, not just smuggle them out the back door like they do with the retainer requests. So Bill has basically come up with this system and other U.S. attorneys now across the country

are able to use it in order to get these guys out of the country. He's really good. And so they make these arrests. They're charging these guys. You heard him, they're actually going after the organizations here as he as he lays out these groups that are designed to terrorize these law enforcement VC defensive that's perfect go after them get to their funding sources take down the whole operation this left wing terrorism needs to stop we got a couple of statements though on this

from the FBI so the FBI of course making these arrests and here's the director of the FBI Cash Patel. He says the FBI today arrested nine violent agitators in Los Angeles for their roles in a June protest where law enforcement officers were trapped under a bridge and attacked with Molotov cocktails. Violence against those who protect our communities will never be tolerated. The FBI stands firmly with the men and women of law enforcement. Justice will always come for those who bring chaos to our streets. That's right. So remember that June protest that cash patel is talking about that was those were uh yeah california highway patrol officers in many cases who were being attacked as people were throwing rocks off a bridge to attack

local law enforcement so here you have the feds standing with the locals in return the locals should be standing with the feds in places like chicago in portland these cops should be protecting federal law enforcement because guess what federal law enforcement is protecting them that's great news from FBI director Cash Patel. We also get this reaction from the great Dan Bonjino. He said this, we said we'd find you. We did. Great news.

So in the world of like, hey, do we see these guys get held accountable? Does he see these guys get tracked down? Do we see these guys get arrested? Do we break up these terror networks? No question. An insatiationalable appetite from the guys who were at the top of this law enforcement operation to do that very thing. and some receipts to show you today as they take these guys into custody.

The government shutdown. And here's the state of play. One, the Trump administration has fired thousands of federal employees during the government shutdown. They have used this to the extent that they could. Here's what got in their way. The reason why we're not seeing thousands more. A federal judge has blocked President Trump for making any more firings right now. And this is being appealed in the Ninth Circuit as we speak.

They're trying to open up the opportunity to do this even more, which is key. I'd like to see more of that. So long as the government shutdown is going on, controlled burn of the useless people within the federal government. That's the key here. Two, we are headed for a cliff. Come November 1st, food stamps are going to basically disappear

in the United States because they're running out of funding. Now, there's a couple of ways to approach this food stamp conversation. One, there's obviously plenty of Americans, poor people, who desperately need the food stamps as a form of assistance just to be able to nourish their families. It is horrific the Democrats are putting them in a people, position where they're not going to be able to get those things. And the food banks are going to be slammed as a result. Two, no question there's a lot of abuse within the food bank system. So as we deal

with food banks, you know, and, sorry, the food stamps, I mean, specifically, as we deal with food stamps, we really got to tighten up that system. We got to make it so that people get a hand up, not a hand out, make it so that able-bodied people can be gainfully employed and not be drawing off of federal taxpayers going forward. We got to fix that system. clear no question about it and no illegals no more illegals drawing from that benefit none so these are things that need to be fixed but that those are that's a that's a conversation for another day this is a complicated issue but the point is insofar as there's any suffering going on in the united states coming up beginning in november you can thank the democrats for this and democrats

are losing the shutdown fight they're getting their asses handed to them right now in the shutdown fight and they don't even know how to get out of it at all and it's ticking off the republics who are trying to keep, trying to reopen the government and get people fed and get the air traffic controllers paid, the immigration enforcement guys paid, everybody. Here's John Thune, the normally mild manner, John Thune in the United States Senate yesterday. For the first time in recorded history, John Thune is now yelling on the Senate floor. Take a look. This isn't a political game.

These are real people's lives that we're talking about. And you all have just figured out. 29 days in, oh, there might be some consequences. There are people running out of money. Yeah, we're 29 days in. And they've done their best to make sure that a lot of these programs are funded. But at some point, the government runs out of money. 13 times people over here voted to fund SNAP.

13 times they voted to fund WIC. I've never seen John Thune yell. even though he had a voice. The guy's like usually just like kind of lurks in the background, keeps his mouth shut. There he is screaming on the Senate floor yesterday and rightfully so. That's what we would refer to as righteous indignation. He's ticked off at these Democrats who are playing this stupid game of chicken where they keep saying over and over that the misery of the American people is their levers. They've been bragging about it.

Meanwhile, the lefties themselves, they're screaming. Here's Chuck Schumer yesterday shouting into a microphone because his ass is losing the shutdown fight. watch the bottom line is they can fund it just as in 2019 just as in other shutdowns for a long period of time and they also um go ahead contingency fund which is six billion dollars clover charred nearly a month three weeks runs out then they can pass senator luhon or senator holly's bill both of which we support we know that there'll be 60 votes for that why aren't they calling it up they're losing control they're not calling it up because the house isn't here to pass That's the way it works.

The House would have to come here. They probably would have to vote on the Epstein file. They're losing control. But they're choosing to let kids go hungry instead of having to vote on the Epstein files. There's no doubt about it. They have been out for six weeks on vacation. Just think if they have all this money for Argentina and all this money for other things, they have enough money to keep funding snap.

They're screaming into microphones. They don't know what to do. How about this? I have an answer for you. Vote to open the government, you grimlins. There's Chuck Schumer. There's Chuck Schumer. So that's the state of play right now.

We'll see. My sense is there's some reporting right now that there may be some so-called moderate Democrats. Do those exist in the United States Senate who are going to be crossing the aisle soon to vote for the government to get back open? But these stupid games are, don't you? We get so annoyed by these stupid games. Stop it. Stop it. Get the government open and then shrink the government.

I've been taking my shirt off in front of other people and taking photographs the entire time. That had never come up. That one very much caught me by surprise, especially considering that I spent my entire life essentially hating Nazis. So to have that accusation thrown my way, that was not expected.

We have been taking them out. And rightfully so. That's the war we should be fighting, the one to protect American citizens in our homeland. And Congressman Jim Hymne said yesterday, you got to think this through fellas, Republicans, killing people. The president

can kill people? Just imagine who President AOC will kill. Listen to this. Lindsey Graham and other Republicans want to go the route of saying it's okay to kill people illegally just so long as the American public supports it. The American public needs to really think that through. You know, there will be a Democratic president someday. And all my maga friends who are you know cheering on these illegal killings need to imagine who gets killed when president alexandria ocasio cortez says that it doesn't matter what the law says she's going to do what she's going to do so look i i i work here so i understand the complete abnegation of principle and a complete thumbing of the nose and thumbing of the nose at the rule of law but i would

hope that people like lindsay graham might not go that path because it's a very very dangerous path for this country to go down. Am I not? Am I hearing? Are you hearing the same thing I'm hearing? He's saying that be careful because when Democrats are in charge, we will kill American citizens. Is that not the single most demented thing that any of these Democrats have uttered on television

this week? And by the way, they, of course, have uttered a lot of demented things on television. Jim Heim saying American citizens are going to be killed when AOC is president of the United States. Now, he may very well be telling the truth about that subject, but it is completely insane that that would even be within the realm of possibility. Now, it's also consistent with the fact that Democrats do kill American citizens when they're president of the United States. Barack Obama drone-striked American citizens while he was president of the United States. So it would be entirely consistent for AOC to do the same thing.

Entirely, God willing, she's never president of the United States. the United States. But Jim Himes saying, you know, Americans can't defend our interests. We can't stop the terrorists because Democrats might kill Americans. What? What kind of weird threat is that? But settle down, son. Settle your own damn party down. And then and then there's this. Let me end here with you. So President Trump today is coming back to the United States. The president of the United States has been touring the planet, touring Asia, striking new trade deals, new peace deals that they're signing. And we're in a good situation. Speaking of having a Republican versus a Democrat president, we're in a great situation having President Trump in

office. And you know who we don't have in office? Kamala Harris. So you know what Kamala Harris is doing? She's doing a book tour, a book tour. You know, the book that is like, here's why I didn't become president. Here are all of the excuses, why it's everybody else's fault that I didn't become president of the United States. And so on her book tour this week, she's done a bunch of interviews with foreign reporters, including this one with an Australia reporter. And she keeps getting her ass handed to her over and over and over and over again. Take a look. Wasn't Joe Biden then to put it on him. Wasn't his refusal to recognize his own frailties the reason that you faced a nearly impossible task. I ran against Donald Trump for president, and Donald Trump ran on a platform that was, in large part, I believe, misrepresenting his intentions to the American people. I do believe that there are a fair number of people that voted for Donald Trump who believed him when he told them that his first priority on day one is going to be to bring down prices. and he didn't. And you combine that misrepresentation of intention with also what was at play in terms of massive amounts of mis and disinformation. Now, I'm, forgive me.

And a truncated calendar in terms of the clock. I want to interrupt you because that is a world-class pivot, but it is not the question that I asked you, which is about Joe Biden's failure to recognize his own frailties and what that did to you. is about Joe Biden. Which, and Kamala Harris started getting angry at her. How dare you? I can't believe you're doing this.
