The president will be honoring him today with a presidential medal of freedom, and he made it a priority to rush back to do that very thing. Use the code, Vince Show, and you'll get up to 40% off here we go well the uh the president of the united states uh had a very successful trip to the middle east uh which was really nice to see uh as he got the hostages released i want you to remember something in the days ahead you know what's going to happen here um the media which have offered compliments some of whom have offered compliments to the president so much so that the president even noticed that he was talking about it as like man the media has been really nice uh these last days. They are going to try and say that any sort of setback in a peace process is going to be
Starting point is 00:03:04 Trump's fault. So if Hamas gets chippy and things get a little crazy for whatever reason in the days, weeks and months ahead, clearly the media is going to take those knives that are constantly sharpening for President Trump and direct them at him yet again. And I'm just here to tell you right up front, don't fall for this. Just remember the expectations game here in terms of what has actually been achieved. The biggest priority was getting those hostages out. Get the hostages out and stop the war. Those things have occurred. Mission very accomplished thanks to President Trump. Wonderful work there. Everything else going on from this point forward is just gravy. I mean, it's even more success for the president if he can make a lasting, enduring peace. But, you know,
Starting point is 00:03:51 it's the left. And they root against him. They root against you. and there are people who derive joy out of setbacks that they think that they can tag to Donald Trump. So, you know, again, none of this has happened yet, but in the event that it does, pay attention to the way that people are casting blame and what the standards actually are, which is that we wanted peace, which we've achieved for now, and we wanted the hostages released. All of the living hostages are out, which is really great news. Here's the president yesterday. He goes to Egypt, cut one, and he signs the peace. deal with all of the Arab leaders. He gets in the room together. Wonderful. He gets the paperwork in front of him. He gets his gigantic presidential Sharpie, which, by the way, I'm not to brag or anything. I'm the proud owner of two of those things. I love those sharpies. These are the coolest things
Starting point is 00:04:42 ever. He scratches his signature onto the document alongside of these world leaders. And he's once again achieved something that only Donald Trump apparently is capable of achieving. This is an extraordinary moment that so many people didn't anticipate. And the president of the United States has done it. It took 3,000 years to get to this point. Can you believe it? And it's going to hold up, too. It's going to hold up.
Starting point is 00:05:10 3,000 years. 3,000 years in the making. It's going to hold up. That's the president with a lot of optimism about what comes next. And it was a great, it was a great event. He did have some funny moments yesterday as he was, interacting with all of these world leaders. Again, this was not the United Nations.
Starting point is 00:05:27 This is not any sort of globalist body that somebody else put together. It's not run by George Soros and Bill Gates. Donald Trump just said, hey, everybody gets to Egypt. And they did. Everybody did. And while he was there, he was giving, he had funny moments. Here's one where he was giving grief to the Canadian Prime Minister, Mark Carney, who he's routinely referred to the Prime Minister of Canada as the governor of Canada,
Starting point is 00:05:51 you know, because he wants Canada to be a part of the United States. He didn't do that yesterday. So the two men were talking about this. Listen. So you're going bad? I'm glad you upgraded me to president. That's good. We said in.
Starting point is 00:06:07 Hey, sorry. Hilarious. I guess he called him President Carney or something by accident. So he goes, hey, I'm glad you upgraded me to president from prime minister. And the president goes, well, at least I didn't say governor. At least I didn't say governor. It's very funny. And then he rushed back.
Starting point is 00:06:29 He rushed back to Washington, D.C. overnight. He landed in the wee hours of this morning because he wanted to be here in D.C. to honor the late great Charlie Kirk. Charlie was taken from us just over a month ago now in that awful assassination in Utah. And the president, literally the day after Charlie's assassination, announced to the world that he had decided he was giving Charlie the Medal of Freedom, the Presidential Medal of Freedom posthumously, which is the highest civilian honor in the United States of America. And that day has arrived. It coincides with Charlie's birthday. Today, October 14th,
Starting point is 00:07:12 would be Charlie's 32nd birthday. So today at the White House this afternoon, there's going to be a big event in order to give Charlie's widow, Erica, the Medal of Freedom. posthumously for Charlie. It is a very touching gesture from the president of the United States. He loved Charlie Kirk and rightfully so. He's very grateful for the work that Charlie put in on behalf of this country and on behalf of Trump's campaign to help get him elected, to motivate the youth, to get young people out to vote for President Trump. And today, big honors for Charlie. And here's the president this past week explaining that he needed to rush back in order to do this after this trip to the Middle East.
Starting point is 00:07:54 Take a look, cut for. I'm coming back. I believe it's Tuesday night for Charlie Kirk, a friend of mine, a friend of all of ours, a friend of a lot of the people right here. And we're giving him the Presidential Medal of Freedom, which is the highest honor you get outside of the Congressional Medal of Honor. One's military, one's civilian, but it's the greatest honor. And Eric, his beautiful wife is going to be here, and a lot of people are going to be here.
Starting point is 00:08:21 So, you know, it's not easy for me to get back. It's a very quick trip, but I'll be making two major stops. And then I'll be on the plane trying to get back in time for Charlie. They're going to have a great celebration at the White House and the east room of the White House. I don't even know how he does it. I just don't, honestly, I don't even know how he does it. And you know, it's wild. Not only is he traveling as he did rapid fire.
Starting point is 00:08:48 And I got it. He's got Air Force One. He's got people who can help, you know, navigate traffic. for him and create motorcades and stuff that that that does help to an extent but the reality is this guy's not sleeping he goes he's on air force one he's doing a press conference while he's flying he lands in israel he meets the hostages as they're released he goes and addresses the kinesit for hours alongside the the top leadership in israel then he gets back in air force one he flies to Egypt. He meets with all of these world leaders to ink this epic peace deal. He gets back on
Starting point is 00:09:22 Air Force One. He does another press conference on the way back to the United States. He's here in Washington for no time. And then it's going to be off to the Charlie Kirk Medal of Freedom Ceremony. This guy, it truly does have unreal energy for this job, which you need to in order to achieve this many victories in this tight of a window. Kind of amazing. Yeah, he must be using beams dream powder you're right april 25th uh there's something going on here somewhere in between but i don't even know when he has time to sleep uh candidly but but whatever this schedule is it's it's working for him so the uh the president the president doing this today um great to see as he does that and um and and all of the turning point USA guys are all very gracious and
Starting point is 00:10:06 and grateful to the president for doing this i saw Andrew Colvitt saying uh that he was happy he had so much gratitude that president trump was moving heaven and earth to get back to D.C. for Charlie's 32nd birthday. Thank you, Mr. President. We see what it took to pull this off, and we are incredibly, incredibly grateful. Wonderful. That, by the way, that ceremony commences today at 4 p.m., 4 p.m. on the White House schedule today. So that'll be, well, that'll be just an hour after the big national radio show today. So if you'd like, you can spend some time with me on the radio show, and then that ceremony takes place, which I will be watching. And very happy to see.
Starting point is 00:10:44 to see the president honoring Charlie in that way. All right. So while we are honoring Charlie Kirk, what's the left up to? Well, the left is keeping our government utterly shuttered. They're keeping it closed. We are now in day 14 of the government shutdown and with no end in sight because Chuck Schumer refuses to open up the government. Now, the silver lining here, as I was describing yesterday for you is that Russ vote has begun firing thousands of federal employees with hopefully thousands more to come. All the inefficient and useless people need to be gotten rid of. We need to save ourselves a lot of money. That'd be really good. So that's the good news. Also, the president has succeeded in two major ways in terms of helping to mitigate the damage
Starting point is 00:11:32 of the shutdown. Coming up tomorrow, the 15th, the troops are supposed to be paid on the 15th. The president just announced on truth social that they will be paid they found federal dollars that they can use to make sure the troops are paid this pay period so thankfully the troops get paid on the 15th we'll see what the next pay period looks like but for now they get paid additionally throughout the month of october the food stamps for poor children are going to continue to come through the white house has figured out a way to use tariff revenue in order to make sure that they can continue to fund a much needed food aid for impoverished children in the United States of America. So Trump's working his ass off in order to make sure that decent people are taking care of here
Starting point is 00:12:18 in light of the government shutdown. But the Democrats still have it shut down. And it's crazy. And for what? To make sure illegal aliens get health care? Yeah. It's disgraceful. Also, one of the reasons they continue to have the government shutdown going is because they want their radical base to be all juiced up to protest trump yeah you heard me correctly this weekend there's supposed to be anti-trump protests being organized all across the country no doubt funded by left-wing billionaires who desperately uh hate you for putting trump in office and would like trump to not be in office anymore and so here's what's happening right now um i i've got a clip for you from Maria Bartaromo.
Starting point is 00:13:08 She was just on this weekend with Scott Bessent, the Treasury Secretary, and she says that her sources are telling her that the left is merely keeping the government shut down right now in order to juice the protests. Take a look at Cut 7 here. Listen to Maria Bartaromo, describe what she's hearing from her sources. Sources are telling me that the whole reason that the Democrats are doing this is because they want to be there for next weekends
Starting point is 00:13:36 no King's March in Washington, where you're going to see these activists march in Washington this coming Saturday. One senator told me that the groups are threatening minority leader Schumer telling him, you better do this and keep the government closed or we will make you irrelevant. Oh, so the resistance libs get to decide whether or not the government is open. The purple-haired maniacs get to decide whether or not the government is open, hectoring the members of Congress to keep the government shut down just so you can juice the protests. Really? It's not just Maria Bartaromo that's hearing that. Speaker Mike Johnson just revealed that he's also hearing the same thing, that the hate America rallies, as he calls them, are being energized by the government shutdown nonsense.
Starting point is 00:14:34 Check this out. You know, I'm a very patient guy, but I have had it with these people. They're playing games with real people's lives. The theory we have right now, they have a Hate America rally that's scheduled for October 18th on the National Mall. It's all the pro-Hamas wing and the, you know, the Antifa people. They're all coming out. Some of the House Democrats are selling T-shirts for the event. And it's being told to us that they won't be able to reopen the government until after that rally because they can't face their rabid base.
Starting point is 00:15:04 I mean, this is serious business hurting real people. And I just, I'm beyond words. I can't believe they're actually doing this. Yeah, so the psychopath's veto is why the government doesn't get to be reopened. And look, you know, this thing is cartoonishly stupid. I want to remind you, you guys remember the movie The Matrix? Remember the concept of the Matrix? and the basic premise is that humans are wired into a machine system and their bodies are being
Starting point is 00:15:37 used as resources in order to support the robots and so while they're wired in and they're being drained of their energy in order to support the robots they are lulled into a false sense of security images are planted in their mind a fiction is put into their brains that they're and they're living in some sort of fantasy world designed to conceal to them the reality of the horrors that they're living through. And they live in blissful ignorance inside of this fantasy world. And the reality here in the United States of America
Starting point is 00:16:08 is that there are people who are desperate to get back to the fantasy world. There are resistance libs who are desperate to take the blue pill. They really want you to go away. They want the reality of the moment that we're all living through to disappear. here. They want Trump to go away. They want to go back to their fake fictional world where the
Starting point is 00:16:36 government takes advantage of us and is acts in tyrannical way and we're all none the wiser. We act like everything is fine. That's it. They want to get back. And so what they do is they invert everything. They pretend like the guys who are breaking the system of tyranny that would be you and Donald Trump are actually the tyrants. And so therefore, we need to have protests against the tyrants. And so it manifests itself in stupid ads like this from George Conway where they're advocating for everyone has to show up for the no kings protest this weekend. So they keep your government shut down in order to get the the libs, the resistance libs all charged up. And here's the way that they're advertising the rallies across the country this weekend.
Starting point is 00:17:26 Take a look at Cut 5. Authoritarianism. It's a cancer. The symptoms are here today. Masked agents grabbing people off the streets, the government threatening and prosecuting political opponents, attacks on free speech, soldiers in our cities. We thought it couldn't happen here. Other places? Sure. Italy in the 20s where fascism was on Chile, Russia, Venezuela, Hungary. And now the disease is growing, the cancer, metastasizing in America now.
Starting point is 00:17:59 But there's a cure. It requires you. On October 18, the nationwide No Kings protests, Americans will stand up peacefully for what makes America America. Scan the QR code to find your local No Kings event. Show them you're not afraid. Do it for the country.
Starting point is 00:18:18 country, for the Constitution, for your family, for yourself, do it for your freedom while you still can. That is, well, that's psychotic is what you just saw. And that's George Conway, who is a brain dead resistance lib himself. And what they're saying is like the complete opposite of the truth. I mean, some of the images that they showed in there, they showed federal law enforcement getting foreign nationals out of our country and arrest. in criminals here in the United States of America. And what that means is this is a restoration of law and order. That's not some sort of tyranny.
Starting point is 00:18:57 That is thwarting the tyranny that's been imposed on you in the first place. George Conway's party supported opening our borders, importing millions of foreign nationals, and making America's cities much more dangerous. And then telling you that you had some sort of moral obligation to accept that fate. No, you don't, actually. You have every right to demand. better and to restore order and to turn back the tyranny that was imposed on you, which is what
Starting point is 00:19:24 the president of the United States is doing. Pretty rich coming from these idiots because he is the one who is perfectly happy prosecuting his political opponents. The left has routinely used the United States Department of Justice to attack Trump supporters like yourself, perhaps you specifically, that they've used the Justice Department to attack Donald Trump. They've used the Justice Department to place, you know, people like Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon and Mike Flynn and so many others in custody, in prison, in leg iron, sending SWAT teams after them, going after Mark Howe, going after pro-life people, singing church hymns outside of abortion mills. The acts of tyranny have been relentless and destructive at the hands of the
Starting point is 00:20:08 American left, and they have the temerity to go out on the street and pretend like they stand to thwart tyranny oh we're trying to stop tyranny no to the extent that you think that you're a sheep you're a sheep that's a part of a system of restoring the very tyranny that brought us to this moment you want to take the blue pill you desperately want to climb back into the matrix and i'm here to tell you and so is everybody in this chat take the red pill free yourself of that insanity much more ahead here on events but we do we live we are living in a wild world and and for now the the resistance lives they keep the government shut down fine we'll just keep firing people while you do that hey you already know the name blackout coffee proudly the official coffee of all of us here
Starting point is 00:20:55 at silverlock there is a reason for this it's bold unapologetic america first coffee that's roasted fresh right here in the united states it's not grocery store junk blackout coffee delivers rich high quality roast that actually tastes like freedom and now you can set it and you can forget it with auto refill and recurring delivery this means no more running out no more watered down backups just your favorite roast delivered fresh on your schedule pick your favorite roast how often you want it delivered and not only do you get a discount you also get double the rewards and free shipping to your doorstep it's pretty great the coffee is really great i love blackout coffee i drink it every day candidly multiple times a day you're going to love it too here's what you do go to blackout coffee
Starting point is 00:21:37 dot com slash vince use the code vince that's v i n c e and you'll get 20% off your first order baby whether you're into the bold dark roasts flavored coffee or even instant blackout has got your back head over to blackout coffee dot com slash vince use the code vince blackout coffee dot com slash vince promo code vince thank you to blackout coffee wonderful stuff All right. So here's what's going on with the left. They're insane, obviously. And we've got another piece of evidence for this. MSNBC, I don't know what they're doing. They had some sort of event where they had one of their hosts, Nicole Wallace, a crazy person, sitting on stage with Martin Sheen. Do you remember Martin Sheen? Of course you do. Martin Sheen's a famous actor.
Starting point is 00:22:28 Martin Sheen at one point in his career pretended to be the president of the United States in a show called the West Wing. And there are, well, there's a certain category of resistance lib who grew up watching the West Wing and became convinced that that show was a documentary, that that show represented what it was really like working in the White House. It was a bunch of fast talking politicians who could always solve the world's problems just through the sheer force of their personalities thanks to the writing of Aaron Sorkin. And that's, and so, and of course, Republicans. suck that's the conclusion of the of the show so so all these people get into a room together and they're watching Nicole wallace interview martin sheen on stage and it's it's sad in a big way
Starting point is 00:23:14 because martin sheen decides to use his time on stage to insult trump but this time he has no screenwriter so listen to martin sheen try and ad lib his way through a number of insults directed at donald trump and they are all suck it's all brain dumb dead. None of it makes any sense. Yet the resistance libs, the elderly crowd that's sitting in front of him, they're all cheering anyway because they like watching as an actor insults the president of the United States. Check this out. So the big guy in the White House, if he would take some personal advice, you've got to realize, sir, that you are the biggest nothing in the world. And, and, and sir, you stop there.
Starting point is 00:24:03 You stop listening to all these people around you, these sick offense, who are encouraging you to be your non-human self. Get in touch with that humanity. Stop fussing with your hair. Don't worry about your tired. And stand up straight and speak clearly, not from your throat. Speak from your heart. And start being human. That's what you were made for, not golf.
Starting point is 00:24:28 So there you are, Mr. President. With all due respect, sir. They're all very excited. Everybody's laughing. Nicole Wallace is laughing. She loves... I'm sorry. You didn't say one clever thing in that entire attempt to insult the president of the United States.
Starting point is 00:24:50 What did he start with? You are a nothing. You are a nothing. You sound like an emotionally incontinent idiot. And it reminds you... It doesn't it remind you of how many of these actors can't craft an original thought that they need screenwriters to give them lines line line he knows nothing and that's the kind of resistance lib i'm talking about that's a roomful of people who desperately want to be back
Starting point is 00:25:16 inside the matrix they're sheep they're sheep they're obedient they just they just desperately want you to go away i mean think about it they this is a they're full of loathing for donald trump they hate that he exists. They hate that he represent a complete denunciation of their worldview. They're desperate for him to go away. Undoubtedly, that room is populated with a number of people who very much wish that Donald Trump was assassinated last year, that that bullet had struck him and taken him out. They would have been perfectly content with that outcome. And I'm not just making that up. That's in the survey data. We can see that. Remember, over half of people who consider themselves on the center left according to that Rutgers university survey earlier this year said
Starting point is 00:26:03 they could justify the assassination of Donald Trump so that's a room full of people who would have been totally content with that outcome which is awful and in order to survive this moment they need to have Martin Sheen on stage making up insults on the fly that don't make any sense but at least somebody else hates Trump too and that guy's famous so let's all laugh together it's all very sad actually in a way it's it's all it's all deeply depressing to see people like that and yet you're yet there they are desperate to climb back into the matrix yeah hubba 66 says i'll take john void over that clown you know it's funny i had the same thought when i saw this yesterday i was like there's martin sheen all right you got martin sheen we've got john void
Starting point is 00:26:49 i like i like john i'll take john void that's a great deal that's a great deal you know the iron is i think that in in both cases their children also have their opposite politics so i'm pretty sure angeline joe lee's like a full-on lefty that's john void's daughter and then meanwhile charlie sheen is like pro-trump these days so that's it's all scrambled the whole thing is totally scrambled let me tell you about a great sponsor of this program doctors call it weight cycling half of americans do this if you do it enough you're at risk of diabetes liver damage heart attack stroke So weight cycling is when you lose 10 or more pounds, but then you gain it back. She's Mary Margaret Ollahan, one of the greats. She's here with me now. Hello.
Starting point is 00:29:58 Hello. Thanks so much for having me. It is great to see you. It is great to be here. I actually have to say I watch slash listen to Vince pretty much every single day. You really? I am one of your most devoted listeners. And I tune in literally every day, I promise. I pretend like I'm stunned about that, but she does text me.
Starting point is 00:30:15 You do text me, which is great because now that. that means i've got multiple white house correspondence we're at least thinking about what we're talking about here on the program well you've got all these like mentees in the white house now they're gonna write a hit piece about you i well i can't wait for it because i don't know i feel like america's getting better if it's focused on the stuff that we're focused on here so um i talk to you a lot and and i'm grateful thank you for listening to the show and um and i talk to reagan reese all the time yeah and so the effect of that is that i think the upside is like there's finally like a lot of real questions being asked to the president of the United States that have a lot more to do with what
Starting point is 00:30:51 normal people are interested in than what Washington is interested in. Have you noticed that at the White House? Totally. I mean, something that I talk to my boss, Brent, share about all the time is when we go into the briefing room, we try and think about what is everyone on the legacy side of things going to be asking? And then what do people actually care about? Because the legacy press has all of the same set narrative that they're going to go in there thinking about the same, you know, questions about Trump spending his own money or not spending his own money or all these like family specific questions and the American people actually care about crime and immigration. Well, what they do is, I would call it scandal mongering.
Starting point is 00:31:26 Yes. Like it's always like, how can I invent a scandal for the White House? Right. If I can't, like, it's just constantly probing to like trying to create scandals. And I tend to believe that there's just all sorts of interesting things that we still don't know that I'd love to get answers to. Yes. How much more quickly can we fire federal workers? I want to know, like, is the Office of Management and Budget doing that?
Starting point is 00:31:49 And to what extent is that occurring? Yeah. How quickly are we going to get control of American cities? Will the president invoke the Insurrection Act to do that? There's all these really interesting stories to tell, and instead they want a scandal monger. Exactly. I think there was a Vanity Fair or Vox article at the beginning of the year, and it was examining conservative versus legacy scoops. And they were trying to say that the legacy press is still getting all the scoops.
Starting point is 00:32:11 And what I realized by reading the story is that they, the legacy press only considers a scoop or an exclusive, something negative about Trump. Yes. So at the end of the day, they only consider news to be negative or it's only news if it's a story about Trump that's negative. And when you look at news that way now, it's so interesting to see because obviously good stories are news. We want good things to happen. The hostages being released, that's a massive good story. Yes. Maybe the first one I've seen all year where Legacy Press are celebrating something that Trump did that's that they think is good.
Starting point is 00:32:41 Now, obviously, it is very good what occurred, and in a way, I'm just, I'm grateful that people are admitting this widely. Although, maybe you feel like this too, chat, like, I do get suspicious when the media says something nice about Trump. My radar instantly goes up. I'm like, what game are you playing right now? And it may just be a box checking exercise. Like, well, we said something nice. What do you make of it? I mean, I think it's too big of a deal for them to ignore.
Starting point is 00:33:08 True. And they like to ignore the successes. they like to pretend it's not happening. And I mean, you'll see people who are avoiding addressing it. I think Kamala Harris didn't want to actually say Trump's name when she was acknowledging the good that he had done here. But you got Biden, you got Clinton, you got all of these big figures celebrating it. And so at the end of the day, this is too big of a deal for them to ignore.
Starting point is 00:33:27 I think you saw President Trump on Air Force One two days or two nights ago. It was such a short trip. I'm getting it all blurred together. But I raised the first night, Sunday night when they're on their way there, he kind of called out Dasha Burns, who works for Politico. Yes, he did. And was basically like, you're not a good reporter. I don't like your outlet.
Starting point is 00:33:44 Let's hear from somebody else. Which I actually know, Dasha. I think that she is a pretty decent reporter. I don't know what exactly all of her questions were to the president at the moment. But he was calling her out and saying, I want to focus on the successes here. And I think that's fair for the president to do. Yes. But there was a good sprinkling of reporters on that plane.
Starting point is 00:34:01 They are all interested in what's going on. And I think even Caitlin Collins was saying that this is a big deal. This is a good thing to happen. This is a huge victory for the president. Right. Even Time Magazine is saying this is a victory for the president, even though they took him a bad angle of him for their photo. I know. And the president was complaining about the angle about this. He posted on Truth Social. It's funny. It is true. It's not a great angle of him. It's like they decided to like give you a shot of his neck. The president hates the angle. And I don't blame him. It's terrible. They should have chosen like a better angle. And he, a guy who's obsessed with image as President Trump is, he's really good at the specifics if you've ever watched. He knows the lighting. He knows. He knows. the camera work um yeah look at that cover so it's wild anyway there there you go um all right
Starting point is 00:34:46 so you've got you've got the uh the success of this trip um what did you make of it you know i know i saw i was following your social media feed throughout all of this you were you were sharing every detail as the president this is such an unusual moment the president gets the hostages out and then he rallies what looked like all of the world's leaders practically together in order to secure a peace deal, uh, to solve one of the, the big, uh, intractable fights of our time. Exactly. I mean, this was something that Biden wanted to solve. This was something that Kamala would have liked to take leadership of. So many people would have liked to be the one that saved the hostages that ended this conflict in the Middle East. And yet it was Trump
Starting point is 00:35:29 that did it. And to watch him speak in Israel at the Knesset, the Israeli parliament, uh, to see the support that he had from the Israeli people, but then to see him go to Egypt. and also have the support of all these Middle Eastern leaders to see him having that weird little handshake moment with Macron and then, you know, joking with Dorgia Maloney and all of these world leaders who actually respect him, like very dead serious respect him as a world leader that can save our country, save the Middle East,
Starting point is 00:35:57 maybe end the war in Ukraine. Zelensky's coming on Friday, so who knows if that will happen this week as well. And it's just, it was such a momentous day in so many ways to see how all these world leaders respect our president and are hailing him as a hero. Yeah. And I mean, I did a little deep dive on this award he received from Egypt. It's not an award.
Starting point is 00:36:20 It's an honor. The, what was it? The model, something of the Nile, the order of the Nile. He received this honor from the Egyptian president. And it's the highest state honor that they can give anyone in recognition of his attempts to end this. conflict and to restore peace to the Middle East. Yeah, that's it. Yeah, the Egyptian President Al-Cisi gave him the Order of the Nile Collar. And the collar, I believe it's made out of like solid gold or something. Yeah, and it has, I think the word was pharaohan inscriptions on it. And truly,
Starting point is 00:36:57 it is, you know, it's, I saw people making AI images of Trump within an Egyptian headdress on him and, you know, joking about how he's this, you know, he's an Egyptian pharaoh. But this is a high, high honor from Egypt. Israel honored him. He got nominated for the Israel Award. Yes. Which is their highest award as well. And then the president of Pakistan wants to him to receive the Nobel Peace Prize. And then all these other leaders are saying that he should reserve global recognition as well. So, you know, I was thinking of the Trump team who has, you know, I'm up close to this. I see the backlash that they get from the liberal media, from Democrats. They've endured a lot over the past eight months so you know i saw caroline levitt tweeting on the way back on air force one to the
Starting point is 00:37:40 united states imagine how they're all feeling right now when the whole world was against them it felt like and now they have everyone louding them what do you make so in the first term uh the president was not treated like this by world leaders right world leaders treated him with derision there are famous photos of world leaders kind of really just like having to stomach him they didn't like him they made it really clear in their words and their expressions it does feel like this is very different that that that they've basically they've bent the knee they almost like they just accept this is the world that they have to live in at least for now what do you make of the sea change here I mean I think it's just emblematic of this administration and you know you look at how
Starting point is 00:38:22 they have handled messaging how they have handled policy Trump is just so much more aggressive than he was in the first administration I think a really good example of that are these deportation videos that we've talked about before. They are unapologetic about what they're doing this time. In fact, they're setting deportation videos to the tune of closing time and other like popular kind of hell yeah songs and putting them out there on the internet and saying, yes, we're deporting people and we're owning it and we love it and you should love it too. And that's really kind of the posture of the Trump administration this time is we're doing exactly what we said we would. We love it. You should love it. And it's a win. And I think that posture has been really
Starting point is 00:39:02 successful do you think it's possible and this is hard to assess the psychology of somebody who's this resistance to trump at this late stage but do you think it's possible that this win with israel and this peace deal would be the kind of thing that could be an eye-opening experience for somebody who's previously just kind of reflexively believed the legacy media like then maybe you look at this i've certainly one of the things i was hoping this weekend is like there's got to be americans out there who've been misled for so long who see something like this and they go wait a second i didn't know trump could do this i thought trump was hitler what kind of hitler negotiates a deal right to secure israel's peace exactly well my uh colleague cassie akiva she came back
Starting point is 00:39:41 early from attorney leave so she could cover all this because she's such a good um she's been covering israel since october 7th and done such a impressive job she shared a really funny video and it's on her timeline if anyone wants to see it of this israeli woman i believe she was is really and she's driving a moped or something around Israel and she's basically saying we thought that Trump was a horrible horrible person she's joking about it and she's saying but you saved us like you you solved all her problems and she's joking and she's like okay if you don't want me to like abortion I won't like abortion if you don't want me to like the gender stuff I won't like the gender stuff like you saved us this is we're we're free and I think that's kind of emblematic of how a lot
Starting point is 00:40:19 of people over there are feeling I'm guessing um you know Trump has received so much backlash abroad I think a lot of more left-leaning people are willing to believe the lies that a lot of our media has spread or, you know, European media has spread. And in the United States as well, the whole mantra of the left has been there's genocide in Gaza. We must stop the genocide in Gaza. Well, if you were saying that, just so you know, Trump stopped the genocide in Gaza. So this is something that the left is going to have to grapple with now is the person that they were blaming for this has actually solved the problem that they were so worried about. So I think the muted response from the left on this subject reveals two things to me. Either one, they don't know anything about this issue.
Starting point is 00:41:01 So there's like lefties who are breaking windows and wearing kaffias who don't actually know where Israel is on a map. And they have no idea what river or sea they're even talking about when they say from the river to the sea. They have no idea. They never, yeah. So there's that category. And then there's people who really think that Israel should be destroyed. Right. There's like a category of person who's like, stop the genocide.
Starting point is 00:41:21 like free Gaza and what they really want is for Israel to be wiped off the map. So the last thing that they, it's not like, they're not going to celebrate this because they're like, oh crap, that means Israel gets to stick around. So there is that too, and that continues. Totally. And you know what, Vince, I was at some of the first protests in D.C. when October 7th happened. I remember that horrible, horrible day. We're hearing about all these atrocities being committed against these Israeli people, you know,
Starting point is 00:41:48 seeing all these horrific videos of these girls being ripped from. their boyfriends and taken and you know raped and murdered and it's just so horrific and i went i want to say two nights later to george washington university they had a vigil for the martyrs and when we say martyrs they're talking about the hamas barbarians that were slaughtering people who were killed in the act of slaughtering people because the Israelis were defending themselves and they had a vigil for these martyrs and the young guy that was leading it he was probably like 2019 this kid i i swear he was just a young terrorist in the making. Like I tried to talk to him. He wouldn't make eye contact with me. Pretty sure it's because I'm a woman and he didn't think that I was on the same level as him.
Starting point is 00:42:29 And, you know, he's wearing a kaffia. All of them are these radical young people who've got LGBTQ slogans on their megaphone. But then they're wearing the kaffias and they're calling for the savior of these Hamas fighters who died in action. So it just, it was so radicalizing to me to see that firsthand and then to watch all of these protests all over the country of young Hamas supporters telling us that they believe that Israel should be eradicated. And now years and years later to see these people coming out of the tunnels that they were shackled in for years and reunited with their families. So it's just incredibly moving events and to see the people who supported this kind of thing. Right. It's just stomach turning. Yeah, it is. And so here's a big
Starting point is 00:43:13 picture thing on this. I realize that there are lots of debates and there are good faith debates on the extent to which we should have involvement in Israel and help them and and provide military weaponry and those types of things and anybody who does that from a position of like hey how do we kick care of our country first I think is doing it in a good spirit yeah but um that said uh no matter where you are on that debate you have to be happy with the president of the united states what he's secured here because he's stopping a war he's saying instead of the united states owning the entire process yes he's going to be the chair of the peace board to try and oversee Gaza. But fundamentally, the security guarantees are being made by the Arab countries.
Starting point is 00:43:51 Right. He's asking the region to come in and secure a peace in and for Israel. It's an amazing deal. And it's the kind of deal that if you're if you're a thinking decent person, everyone should be happy with. Right. I mean, he achieved in so many ways the impossible because it did feel like this was intractable. It did feel like that this was either going to go one way or the other, either an all out war or an all out just we're just out of the region entirely instead he figured out a way to be able to achieve something that i think everybody can not along to and go you know what this is a great outcome this is probably the best possible outcome it really is and the fact that he's including all these other leaders in the decision making and urging them to be part of this and to uh to promote peace in the middle east is just another sign that i think this will be lasting um god forbid something happens that prevents his phases of going I believe we're in the midst of phase two right now. And then we'll see what unfolds next. But, you know, this is exactly what you're saying.
Starting point is 00:44:53 It's a huge success from his point of view. And from the point of view of the legacy media, conservative media. Yeah. I haven't really checked in on far right media. I'm not totally sure what they're saying about this. But at the end of the day, the hostages are home. There's peace in the Middle East. I don't know if you saw that video of the Catholic children in Gaza
Starting point is 00:45:11 celebrating in their Catholic church with the priest. are so heartwarming as these kids that are just celebrating with their priests that the conflict is over. So everyone should be safe now, please God. And I mean, I saw a video yesterday of Hamas executing some of their political dissidents. Don't know the exact details of why these men were being executed. But that is something that we still need to remember is that these guys are still there. They're still out there. And there are people that might have to deal with them and their violence. And so that's worth absolutely keeping an eye on and seeing what happens next with that because they need to be disarmed. And that is a huge, in my view, that's a huge obstacle because
Starting point is 00:45:53 let's say they are disarmed. They're still going to be out there and they're still going to hold these very, very radical beliefs. So someone's going to have to keep an eye on them. And I'm curious, I've been wanting to ask president this or Caroline Levitt. It just hasn't panned out. But I do really want to know what happens to the Hamas fighters, even if they're disarmed, are we going to be keeping an eye on them? Is that something that, you know, our counterterrorism division of the FBI would be looking into? Amen. I think that's so interesting. Yeah, for sure. No question about that. And regarding the Catholic churches, that's fascinating to hear that. I hope that Catholic churches in the United States will use their prayers of the faithful this weekend to pray for the
Starting point is 00:46:27 president. A prayer of gratitude and a prayer for wisdom for that God can guide him. Because they should and they should. It's the most obvious thing. And I just feel like there's just way too many priests who are hesitating to say what's true about this subject. And they should. But one of the scoops that you had recently that I wanted to talk to you about is you revealed that in the court proceedings for Brett Kavanaugh's would be assassin, it came out that this guy calls himself transgender. So this was complete chaos and it made its way into the sentencing. What did you discover about all of this? And how much of a trend is this that people who call themselves transgender end up trying to perpetrate or do in some cases perpetrate horrific acts of violence? Well, Vince, this story has blown my mind because it's kind of the culmination of all of these different stories that I've worked on for years.
Starting point is 00:47:24 I mean, you and I talked about this back in 2022 when the Politico published the draft leak or the leak of the draft opinion from the Supreme Court. court showing that Roe v. Wade would be overturned. That was years ago. And that leak showed that the justices were about to overturn Roe v. Wade. And that prompted all the protesting outside the homes of the Supreme Court justices. It prompted these crazy far left groups to post the act, the justices addresses online. And that prompted a man named Nicholas Roski to travel all the way from California to Maryland, touchdown in Dolos Airport, where we've all been. And to get a cab and go to Justice Brett Kavanaugh's house to try to kill him. But why would a dude who thinks he's a woman try to kill a justice over the issue of abortion?
Starting point is 00:48:09 Because at this point, they're all connected. These trans activists, they just merge all of this together. So abortion rights, they believe, they kind of just morph them all. So abortion rights, I don't actually like to say abortion rights. I think that's a fake right. But abortion, climate change, all of these issues, they kind of push it together and they say it's worth violence. It's worth killing someone over. it's worth hurting someone, hurting their family.
Starting point is 00:48:32 So Nicholas Roski, who apparently at the time identified as a woman, had kind of was going under the radar, but on some online forums was referring to himself as a transgender woman and had weird, like, furry affiliation, I think. My colleague Luke Rosiak dove into all of this, and he knows all these weird gross details. We were just chatting about it the other day. But Nicholas Roski goes,
Starting point is 00:48:53 he ends up calling the police on himself right outside Kavanaugh's house, partially because he pulls up ready to kill the Supreme Court justice and possibly his family and he sees that their federal authorities parked outside so he chickens out he calls the cops on himself they take him in and now years later we find out that his defense attorneys are referring to him as a she her Sophie Roski and you know we broke this news because at the same time we had just seen that the covenant Catholic or the covenant Christian shooter in Nashville trans a girl who identified as a guy shot children at a Christian school in Nashville, and then years later at Annunciation Catholic
Starting point is 00:49:31 school in Minneapolis, another young man who identified as transgender shot and killed Catholic school children as they prayed at the first school mass in the year. And Charlie Kirk's assassin seemed very motivated by trans ideology too. Absolutely. Charlie Kirk's assassin was living with a guy who identified as trans. We don't know the full story on this shooter yet and what his, you know, what else we could know about this trans affiliation here. I'm very interested in disturbed. And now we know that the man who tried to kill Kavanaugh also identified as transgender. And something I haven't talked about, Vince. I was there. I saw all the protesters who would go to Kavanaugh's house. A disturbing a number of them were
Starting point is 00:50:08 trans. A disturbing number of these protesters were people who thought that they were in the wrong body and were living and dressing as men when they were women or women when they were men. And so this was a threat to the justice on multiple levels. And like we were just talking about, these people who are are waving the transgender flag they believe that there's in some cases a justification for violence to defend these specific rights talk about living inside of the matrix yeah because what they're doing is they're leading fictional lives they're they create a fantasy world that they occupy right and they get angry anytime reality intrudes upon oh yeah so it's at a point that they want to perpetrate acts of violence which is actually speaking of the matrix you know what the end of that
Starting point is 00:50:51 story is i actually don't really remember the matrix so the major it It's okay, you don't have to remember the movie, but the people who made it were the Wachowski brothers. There were these, you know, these movies, these guys who made, the brothers made the Matrix trilogy. They now identify as trans. No way. They call themselves women now. They're both of them. They both identify as women.
Starting point is 00:51:11 They say they're the Wikowski sisters now. Oh my gosh. Isn't that crazy? So they made a whole movie about escaping fiction and like living in the real world, taking the red pill, getting away from the fantasies that are created in order to hold us down. and the end of the saga for them is that they dove into the fantasy world and rejected reality. They took the blue pill.
Starting point is 00:51:30 Isn't that crazy? Wild. It is crazy. Anyway, the point of all of that, I just went on a wild detour, but the point of all of this is this is a really disturbing trend of people who are living within delusions
Starting point is 00:51:42 and those delusions are not merely dangerous to themselves, but are increasingly very dangerous to the rest of us. Absolutely. And I mean, Vince, I wrote a whole book on this, on the effects of testosterone,
Starting point is 00:51:51 estrogen, on your body, on these transgender hormonal changes that they cause in you. All these young people who are taking these drugs, it causes you severe rage problems, it causes severe emotional problems, depression, anxiety, suicidal, like anything, you name it. And especially what we're seeing is young men who are taking, we don't know exactly what drugs are taking.
Starting point is 00:52:14 I would like to know. I've requested in a lot of these shooters cases, because tragically, I mean, the whole thing is so upsetting and sad, But when they commit these acts of violence against these children, they usually take their own life or they're killed by, you know, authorities who are rescuing the children. Yes. My buddy, Chris Plant, always refers to these as suicide attacks. Yeah. Because fundamentally, that is what they are.
Starting point is 00:52:38 They go in and they want to kill other people and then be shot down in a reign of gunfire by the cops. And they write about it, too. They know they're not coming out of it. They want the fame, the glory. That's why a lot of outlets don't name them. but I think we the American public deserves to know what hormones were in their system when they were committing these attacks I think we deserve to know what antidepressants they were taking what was in their system right and that's not something that we've had transparency on we almost never get toxicology reports on these guys I mean the Covenant Christians shooter Audrey Horn I believe that was her name she was a girl Audrey Audrey Hale thank you yeah she identified as a guy but she I would bet money she had testosterone in her system and I begged the corner for the autopsy report years ago and I never got it and they acted like I was a disgusting person for wanting to know what was in her system when she died what is wrong with us
Starting point is 00:53:29 I mean I mean us as a society the fact is the Kavanaugh assassin the would be Kavanaugh assassin was just given a lighter sentence yes for believing that he's a woman oh my judge said that yes this this this was a big daily wire story because we're all very invested in this my colleague Luke Roziak was in the room. He was listening intently to everything the judge was saying. The judge gave him a lighter sentence because he identifies as transgender. And I read through all of the documents, the letters that the parents, the grandparents, the aunt, uncle, the cousin, sent to the judge. And they were so transparent about the fact that they knew that the judge would be lenient because their brother identifies as a woman. These letters are so disturbing.
Starting point is 00:54:12 We wrote about them for Dillewyer and I included big chunks because I wanted people to understand what was going on. They literally said she, they call him a she, she needs to be outside. She needs to have more flexibility in her schedule. She needs this and that to thrive, specifically the word thrive. So they want this, they want this judge to know that this person that tried to kill a Supreme Court justice, and actually four others, three others, I'm pretty sure this person wanted to also kill Alito Justice Thomas and who is the fourth. Maybe Annie Coney-Barrant. Amy Coney-Barrant. Yeah. So all of these people were in danger. from this justice, or from this attempted assassin.
Starting point is 00:54:49 And yet his family is saying, well, he needs to thrive. She needs to thrive. And they were begging the judge for the ability for him to do so that he wouldn't be in jail. DOJ wanted 30 years. He got eight and he might get let out sooner. So I know the DOJ is appealing that conviction. But just to understand, like, this is a Biden appointed judge who looked at all this and was like, okay, like this guy gets eight years.
Starting point is 00:55:11 And because he identifies his transgender and, oh, look, his family has become so understanding of his trans identity. Well, I mean, it's so, and it's wild. And the stat that always, one of the stats that always drives me crazy is when Donald Trump took office, 15% of all of the populations of women prisons in the United States were men. 15%. I'm not even, can you even believe that number? In the federal prison system, in the female prisons, 15% of the inmates were actually biological men who were put there by judges just like that. Oh my gosh. One of the most disturbing stories I ever wrote was I had written about a man who got transferred to a woman's prison because he identified as a woman. And because I had written about it, a woman who was
Starting point is 00:55:56 incarcerated with this guy, I think we talked about this years ago, a woman who was incarcerated with him, sharing a bunk bed with him, she messages her fiance through like a jail app. And she says, I'm sharing a bunk bed with this guy. He thinks he's a woman. Her fiance finds me online and says, please help us. My fiance is in a bunk bed with this dude. And he's being disgusted. I'll say you can look online if you want more of the gory details. And so I got a hold of this woman. I'm messaging her through the prison app and I'm saying what's happening? Has he hurt you?
Starting point is 00:56:24 Has he touched you? What are you dealing with? And she's messaging me through the prison app begging me to help her. It was just, I remember waking up one morning and checking my phone. And there was this long message from her about all of the disgusting acts he was committing in the bed, the things he was saying to her, how she woke up and he was leering over her. And that's what she was dealing with in Biden's America. And thankfully, that guy ended up getting moved because she complained enough and we wrote about it, but just disgusting.
