I don't, in four weeks, I'm trying to triage myself, what I should talk about, how not to strisen effect things. I can't have conflicts with my prior job. I just want that out of the way right now. I'm not suggesting anyone else is saying that either. But folks, this isn't part of any movement I'm familiar with. Hey, man, I don't know. Maybe this movement's evolved into something different, and it's outgrown me and my friends of mine who always wanted to conserve generational truce. So be it.

But I can't any longer look at this, like this is some form of infighting. This is not infighting, because, again, this kind of stuff is not in any movement. I am a part of or want to be a part of. Not now, not ever. Just like I don't want to be a part of any movement that practices Jew hatred, racism, anti-black, anti-Hispanic, anti-Muslim, anything else.

I don't want to be part of that movement either. I wasn't born into a movement. I was born to a mother and a father as a child with God just like you. You choose to be part of a movement. There can be a tree house on a piece of property. walk the property and not get in the tree house. You choose to walk into the tree house. But I have a choice too, and I don't want to be part of that. I don't want to be part of that. Folks, this last year, man, has been just, it's been one of those years of your life. You'll never

forget. Oh, we never, no, no, you know, there are years of your life that are very forgettable. Everyone's. Some years, not a lot of stuff happens. Go to work, you're nine to five, you come home, and then you have years where everything happens. It's like the world changes. What's that line that's been repeated so often, decades go by and nothing happens, and then days go by and decades happen. I didn't make that line up.

It's, uh, forgive me to the quote, but that was last year for me. About 30 years of my life happened in one year. But I can tell you a couple of hours that felt like decades. And it was sitting there. on the campus where Charlie was shot in the neck and looking at that table. And it's one of those moments where just time doesn't seem real. Time's a consistent metric, right? A second is a second.

Whether it happens now or happens an hour from now, it's still a standard measure of the chronological passage of time. No, it's not. those weren't seconds those were hours and it was weird because I didn't I didn't really know how to process what was going on because everyone was staring at me and I didn't know I just wanted a moment you know and all I could think about all I could think about was Charlie's the children the children all I could think about was the children there the daughter Like, where's daddy?

That's all I can think about. And I kept thinking about how when young children, sons and daughters, lose their parents, all I kept thinking about in this, the seconds that seemed like ours, all I kept thinking about is that at what point does, at what point do they wake up and accept the fact that dad isn't coming home? Now, we live in this view-centric streamer eyeball culture that has a lot of positive benefit. But one of the downsides of it is information that's created is never destroyed. So once you create something like this, bride of Charlie or whatever it is,

and I have no doubt millions of people watch it, she has an incredibly large audience, that's just the fact. ever think like a bunch of young kids and grandkids one day are going to see this? I'm telling you, man, that experience. There was never a time in the past year when I was there. And I had told him I'd worked through January. But there was never a time there more that I felt like I needed to say something and couldn't. was sitting there on that campus at that scene.

You know, yesterday I was covering on the show, this show, I called it, you know, show your ass theory on the left. I said it kind of, you know, jokingly something I brought up off and how the left has to prove their bona fides to their fellow anti-Trump crazies, how they have to constantly one-up themselves.

Someone calls Trump a racist. Someone says, it's not a racist, he's a racist than a fascist. And then someone is to say, well, you know what, I'm the real true anti-Trumper. He's not only a racist, racist and a fascist. He's a bigot. He hates Jews and he was a founding member of the KKK or something. And it just gets the elevation of crazy becomes a mechanism to show your ideological purity,

whether for or against anything. We're seeing this in people who are claiming the mantle of our side, too. where it's not enough to suggest you had questions about what happened that day and how you have this and then it's well they did and then it's well well well she did it folks we have to excise this cancer well we'll kill the host listen to what i'm telling you whether you again love my show, hate my show, love me or hate me, and I got a lot of people who really hate. You can't deny the fact that I've been around this movement for a long time. Been on the candidate side, the security side, the political appointee side, the radio side, the TV side, the podcast side.

I'm a nomad. I like to do a lot of things and I like to do them quickly. Written a few books here or there. Who gives a shit? I'm telling you, haven't been here over a decade now in this. No movement can survive this. It can't. It can't. I want to bring up another point. I'm being very careful about how I discussed the family intentionally. You may have sensed that. I mentioned yesterday that I don't talk about it much because of, again, the Streisand. effect, the Francesca effect too. If you want to look that up. But we've had, and the reason I don't, by the way,

is not because it's not interesting for all the wrong reasons. It's just I don't want to draw any more attention. We have had some rather significant security issues here as well. But folks, I'm six foot 210 pounds, okay? I'm generally okay. I think so. We'll see. Even an old 51 years old,

I don't walk around all day terrified about my security situation. Maybe I should, but I don't. I'm nobody's victim. I chose a public life, and sadly, this is a part of it. Erica didn't choose this, man. She didn't choose this. Imagine sitting there in your house

and you find out from Twitter or, I don't know, or text or a phone call or that your husband was just shot in the neck for the entire world to see on social media at a public event i can't imagine that i know you can't either then you got to go through this then you got a bunch of absolute fucking lunatics sending her emails you did it comments tweets fuck you go fuck yourself you demon you demon you demon you demon demonic fucking scum for as much as I hate what just happened. I wish ill on no one and everyone should restrain their emotions from the other side because they are not on our side.

Everyone. Once you go down the road of violence, there's no turning back. There's always someone stronger than you, man. Always. There's a whole lot of people stronger than me. And I'm sorry if the language distract from you, but I can think of no other New York way to say it then. Fuck you, motherfuckers. You deserve to feel the little licks of the flames of hell on every inch of your body. Fuck you. If there's an afterlife, oh, and I believe there is, I believe in the second creation. I don't pretend to be the judge and jury, but I know you're not in it. I got to tell you, I've been doing this for a really long time now. And as I said in the beginning of the show, I walked into this into the dark forest.

I didn't know where it's going to go. I did not have this all mapped out because I don't know what to say. People have tried being nice. People have tried screaming and yelling. People have tried a middle of the road approach. Nothing, nothing works. Ignore it, it metastasizes. Address it, it metastasizes.

I wish I had the answer. I can only make decisions for me. I can't make decisions for you as to what you want to watch or what you don't. This isn't about views or who's popular or who's this. I don't care. I'm just telling you I'm making a decision for me now. I don't want to be any part of that. If you're part of that, please leave.

Morton Downey Jr. had this like shock-choc-type TV show,

and it exploded. If you don't remember who he is, you're actually making my point, if you're my age. Even if you're not my age, you're still making my point. You know who Oprah Winfrey is, right? Yeah, I know Oprah.

Exactly. Morton-Dounty Jr. at one point, was doing ratings on this TV show. It'd be fights on the show. It was like pre-Jerry Springer stuff. He was doing this TV show, and the ratings at one point, like, rivaled like Oprah.

Winfrey. I never even heard of this guy. Well, the reason is an incident happened in an airport at the end. Some people said it was a hoax. He said it wasn't. He said he was attacked by some neo-Nazis. A lot of people called BS. He since died. That was the end of Morton Downey Jr. and his show because a lot of people felt like I'm being bullshitted here. I'll bring it up with Sean Farish later, but you see the same thing with Rachel Maddow show, an MSNOWS, NOWD, or NBC, previously. Rachel Maddow built a career off the Russia hoax. Russia, everything was Russia.

Screaming about Russia and all the fiction that was made about the fables about Russia. Folks, that show for four years was killing it. I know, I was in the business. People couldn't believe the ratings that thing was doing. I know she's left her lightly show. I don't know if she does a night a week now or whatever. and she still has a relatively popular podcast,

but she's nowhere near the presence she was in the liberal content space. Because eventually people get tired of being bullshitted. I want you to keep in mind that glimmer of hope. Eventually, over time, I'm not going to say good content wins, but truthful content wins. That's good.

Folks, I say this because I'm given my prior experience in both of the spaces. I am extremely concerned about the security situation developing with both the president, Erica, and others. It's unfathomable how we live in a world where lunatics try to kill Donald Trump on a pretty sadly regular basis now. And then you've got other lunatics now out there spurring other crazies. who may be able or may be looking at doing the same thing to others it's just unfathomable that you would you would do that

this is no form of truth-seeking folks let's let's not let's not play the euphemisms game this is about one thing and one thing only making your ego the center of the entire universe how many of these incidents who we need to see. A guy just showed up at Maralago where the shotgun and a gas can was killed. President Trump was shot in the head in Butler, Pennsylvania. Ryan Routh was just convicted of an attempt to assassinate him on a golf course in Palm Beach. Folks, the Secret Service, through their protective intelligence, doesn't even expose to the public. The litany of threats this president gets every single day. He's the most threatened man in the known cosmos.

And we're still doing this? Bride of Charlie? It's no movement I want to be a part of him, man. I'd rather have 20 viewers out there. Laura Trump was on. Laura Trump was obviously her father-in-law, President Trump, married to Eric. Laura Trump was on Fox,

discussing exactly this point. How much can one man possibly take? Is there ever a point where some of these lunatics are going to say, okay, now I've crossed a red line? I thought I knew the answer to that. I can't say that anymore. Listen to Laura Trump. Yeah, well, first of all, I want to commend the United States Secret Service and the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office. They did an incredible job. Obviously, there were no innocent people who were harmed in this.

But you're right, Ainslie, you know, I would like to say I'm surprised by this, but sadly, I'm not because this is the third. time in two years, someone has tried to murder my father-in-law, our president of the United States. And, you know, you would think that something like this would encourage everyone, Republicans, independents, and yes, even Democrats, to stand up and say, you know what, we can't operate like this. This stuff isn't okay. It's been definitely silent from one side of the political aisle. And I will say, I've heard a lot of Republicans come and speak out against this in the past 24 hours. Not a lot of folks from the left, and that is noted by almost everyone in this country.

How much more of this are we going to accept? It's not infighting, man. It's they're not us. They are not part of us. They will never be part of us. These people out there, whether anything from what's going on right now with Candace and this bride of Charlie

to this unbelievably serious and tragic now, you know, decades long, case with Epstein where it's evolved from this unspeakable tragedy about what happened to Donald Trump eats babies folks a compass doesn't work you know if we don't we don't have a measure a true north a movement that evolves into chaos that has no barometer for what true north is is always going to get lost in the forest man there's no there's no way around it you see what's happening do you see what's happening to this movement

People who realize they can't defeat it from the outside are practicing Yuri Besmanov's warnings about the old Soviet Union. Well, if we can't beat it from the outside, we might as well get some subversives from the inside to kill the host in an internal cancer. I use the analogy of a report card. A report card is only a good barometer of where you stand academically if it actually measures what you're doing. If a report card gave you all Fs and you got 100 on a test, you'd give up because there's no reason to study for a test you're going to fail anyway.

In the other direction, if a report card gave you all A's and you got 60s on every test, it's a reason for you to keep being lazy because you know you're going to get an A even if you don't study. The only way a report card, which the State of the Union works as a tool, is if we're honest, and we don't fall prey to Dumerism, but we don't fall prey to Pollyannaish nonsense either.

I'm never going to do that. The State of the Union tonight is a good opportunity to reset a lot of the doomerism out there that has been crushing, crushing enthusiasm for the party in the great country you live in. All right. I don't remember everything I've read attribution-wise over the course of the last, so 40-plus years. The best way I've ever heard it described is that these people on the left view this faux war, because they really don't mean it, toxic masculine, they don't believe any of that crap. It's just nonsense. It's a proxy war for them. because they believe that the white male patriarchy is the source of power. That's where the power resides. And that all knowledge derived from that is simply a construct of power.

Now, that's not exactly how I read it, but that's how I've kind of tattooed it on my brain over the years. And that's how you get these stupid ideas amongst the DEI progressive commie left, Neo-Kami left, where they say things like, well, math is racist. No, math is math, folks. Five plus five equals ten. It doesn't matter what you're racist. Now, if you're listening to you go, Dan, you know, again, hello, Captain Obvious.

No, it's not Captain Obvious to the left. The left knows five plus five is ten. But again, if it's taught to you by a member of the white male patriarchy, that is the nucleus of what they consider power, then every single bit of knowledge, extracted from that power should be questioned. If this was so easy to do to get inflation down from Biden's 9% peak, then why didn't Biden do it? it. If it was so easy to get the crime rates and murder rates, not the same thing. Murders are crime, but not all crimes are murder, to historic low levels we've never seen

in American history, then why didn't Team Biden do it? Let's go through this piece one by one, because I want you to be able to dissect this bullshit piece by piece. Here's their explanation on inflation. This is freaking hilarious. They're talking about Donald Trump inherited the worst inflation in the history of the country. Now we have almost no inflation. They say, that's false. Inflation is slowed under President Trump. And they call him Mr. Trump.

I'm not President Trump. But not by drastic margins he's claiming. And the prices are still increasing above the 2% set by the Federal Reserve. So if you're a lunatic or a domer and you read that, you're like, oh, wow. Like President Trump really didn't do anything about inflation. But I remember inflation hitting 9% under Joe Biden

and it's leveled off at about 2.4. percent now. So listen, I'm not a math major, but I'm reasonably confident 2.4 is less than nine. Anyone in the chat disagree? There's some charts up on this too. And you'll notice like a pattern if you can actually do data analysis or if your eyeballs even work. Wow, you'll notice that in June of 2022. Do you guys know who the president was just in 2020? Here's inflation. Now, here's the job numbers. They're like, ah, you know, President Trump really ended up been that great on jobs. And then in the actual graph, I am not bullshitting you. These are the graphs in the New York Times piece. That's why I'm encouraging you to read it. In the actual piece, it says, more people are in the workforce,

but the percent employed is flat under Trump. So, in other words, despite massive deportations of illegals who should not have been here, tens of millions of people, and President Trump, leave this chart up a second, shrinking the federal government workforce, which was a necessary downsizing by 10%, quote, more people are still in the workforce. It's right there in their own chart.

Oh, you're right. He's been terrible about jobs. Shrinking the government workforce, deportations of illegals, and yet more people are in the workforce now. It's their own chart, bro. I swear to you if I was the president, I would whip this thing out.

And be like, look, fellas. this is your own chart. This is your own chart. It gets better. Something I was involved in with many other partners under the president's leadership. It's not about you.

The murder rate and the crime rate, why would that be important? Well, the number one rule of the Dan Bonchino show is don't get freaking dead because if you're dead, you're dead. When you're dead, there's Zoh coming back. You know why Zoh coming back? Because you're dead.

So they give this quote about Donald Trump at an NBC interview about crime being a mess in the past. It's the lowest crime we've had in 100 years since 1900. This is exaggerated. President Trump has a point. Andrew, you laughing at this like I am? They note, so President Trump's taking a victory lap on crime. Then this is their words, not mine.

President Trump has a point that homicide, are projected to reach a 125-year low in 2025, and broader categories of crime, too, are projected to decline. Here's the caveat, but that did not represent a stark reversal from 2024. Wait, wait, it gets better. Put up the next one about the property crime, the charge of it. It's the New York Times own piece. Here's the headline in the graph, in the piece.

I'm sorry, man, this is freaking hilarious. Homicides expected to hit a historic low, but were declining before Trump took office. Look at the numbers. You see this dramatic dip at the end. That's the Trump presidency for the liberal dipsets. They can't read a chart. That at the end, all the way over there at the end of the screen, those are the Trump years, 25 into 26. And not only do you see a drop, but you see a percentage.

drop that's never been seen in American history. So in other words, Trump comes into office and historical crime trends due to police technology were going down, no doubt. You see it in the chart yourself. However, he comes into office. I want you to think about something. Did you ever hear about the law of diminishing returns? I don't want to like try to sound like Captain Smarty pants, but you know what I mean?

When you go into a neighborhood, I'll give you an example. I'm not going to say what place. but when we were doing an FBI, I don't know, I'll call it Operation Bluetooth. That wasn't the name of it, but we went in early and we basically cleaned this place out. We did a felony warrants operation with the locals and probably locked up a couple hundred people in a relatively small place. And folks, the crime rate collapsed dramatically almost overnight because not a lot of people commit crime. It's not a big mystery. The point is we went back in later, and I'll never forget, was it the police chief or the mayor who called, we did a lot of these ops.

And he's like, hey, guys, we appreciate the help and we welcome it. But we're running out of bad guys to catch. That's the whole point. Donald Trump came into office with crime trending down over decades and still managed not only to make it the lowest it's ever been, but the percentage drop is also the biggest percentage drop we've ever seen. And they still can't give them credit for it. You may say, well, what about, like, property crime and all that other stuff? Okay, you'll go to the New York Times Zone piece.

I'm telling you, the president should keep this in his pocket, whip this sucker out tonight, and use this piece. Put up that piece there about property crime. It says not only are, like, homicides gone down, but these are general crimes, too, that have gone down. There's another piece on that. Property crimes. It says while the counsel on criminal justice did not release estimates for violent or property crimes of 2025, this guy that they're citing here believes preliminary data shows declines in those broader categories too. This is the times.

Trump sucks. Here's all the things he did really well, though, that we're telling you he sucks about. One last one, and I'll move on. Here he is on the border. They're trying to attack him on his border successes, saying, This is as big a deal as you think. That, ladies and gentlemen, is called a chart, a bar graph. Look at the chart if you listen on Apple and Spotify.

I'll give you the headline of the chart. You don't even need to look at it. This is in the New York Times own piece. Trump sucks on the border. Headline, illegal border crossings are sharply down under Trump. This is their own peace, man. It's their own peace. If I were a conservative,

a MAGA movement person, a libertarian, I would print this New York Times piece or bookmarking and keep a copy with me and hand it out to your liberal friends. And say, can you guys explain all this to me? If Trump's report card is all lefts, how come the New York Times giving them all A's and telling you they're all Fs? How come that's happening? How come that's happening?

You see why I get so pissed off at the DOOMers out there? I'm all about accountability and transparency. There are a lot of things that still have to happen. And we got three more years. But you're never going to gauge your academic or professional workforce success by giving everybody F's all the time because someone pissed in your freaking Cheerios. budget has ballooned in recent years, and much of it has happened as the city has been losing the one thing that makes big government easier to finance. People. New York City's population fell sharply amid the pandemic with a 5% decline from April 2020 to July 2022. The arithmetic is brutal. A larger bill is divided among fewer payers. New York already sits at the extreme end of the American tax spectrum. For high earners, the combined state plus city income tax reaches 14.776%. Add federal taxes and the combined marginal rate

can exceed 50%, reaching roughly 55% on certain investment income. Zoran Mamdani's basic instinct is correct. Focus on affordability, especially housing. But not by providing government subsidies. These only seem to have driven up the cost of rent as subsidies naturally do. The city's rental assistance spending rose from 263 million in fiscal year 2020 to 1.34 billion in the most recently reported fiscal year.

That is a five times increase in a handful of years and housing costs only got worse. Matt Iglesias persuasively argues that the city should make it easy and routine to just build abundant market rate housing. That will bring in more people. expand the tax base, fill the schools, and increase local GDP. Why am I playing this now? I'm playing this now because I always like to have tendons and ligaments tie the show together because people think in narratives, they do, they think in stories, and the stories should make sense. It should have chapters, but it should make sense.

You know, I talked about in the beginning of the show how what's perceived to be in fighting on the right has to be out fighting. These people cannot be a part of this movement. If they are, I have to become, I don't become my own movement. I don't care. I just don't want to be a part of that. But I don't want you to think that any of this is anyhow, there's nothing new under the sun, folks. Political fighting, intra-party, extra-party is as old as time as itself.

You're allowed to have different ideas. I don't believe in any way in censorship. Friedman told Walter Williams, when you talk about liberty, you talk about it with a smile, you live in the greatest country on earth. There are problems to fix. There's no need to live with this black cloud, like, oh, this is the worst thing ever.

Everything's falling apart. Nothing's falling apart. We're going to be fine in the end. People always seek truth in the end. But the left, is having the same issue. They keep promising people. Things are going to get better as things get worse. And just like Morton Downey Jr. or Rachel Maddow's ratings, eventually over time, people get tired of being lied to.

He ran against, Stinkins, David Dinkins, they called them Stinkins, worst mayor ever. He lost the first time. People were like, how did he just lose? The city folks was 10 times worse than it is now. And then after he lost, things got bad enough. He comes back, he wins.

And then he wins re-election against Ruth Messenger, I think by like 18 points in New York, a city that was like 10 to one Democrat to Republican. Everything I told you, whether it's pot. podcast, political life goes in that scallop pattern. You have your ups, you have your downs. But conservatism is the idea that you have this regression line that constantly goes up as you conserve the benefits and the power

of good ideas resistant to time. You stick with that. Good ideas resistant to time. And keep it as your true north and your compass. You're going to be fine. You're going to deal with a lot of bullshit. You're going to deal with a lot of haters. A lot of Twitter superheroes, a lot of scumbags.

But in the end, your compass works and theirs doesn't. Things will change. They always do. Just not now. New York City wasn't ready. But they will be. It may take two terms in Mamdami for them to realize it. But you're going to get it exactly what you vote for,

and you're going to get it good and hard. I want to play this one last piece of video because speaking about getting the message out there, one of the things the Republican Party has not been particularly good about over the decades I've been involved is we've not been particularly good at messaging. I know that it's overused that term messaging, but it's overused because it's a constant problem. The Republican Party's had this problem over the years of like walking into a methadone clinic and talking about the laffer curve. I've said this often.

A friend of mine gave me this example once. it's not mine. The Laffer curve is true about marginal tax rates. Laffer, not like laughing, like Laffer, F-E-R-A-F-F-E-R. You can look it up. But people in a methadone clinic in a drug crisis don't want to hear about the freaking Laffer curve. We've been really terrible at this.

We don't make issues bleed. People have to feel them. It has to have like almost a tactile kind of touch to it. The Democrats are just really good at this, playing on people's intentions and their lack of results. That's why they win a lot. They never win on results. They don't have any.

Every place they're in charge basically sucks. The master of this, however, is Donald Trump. Nobody knows how to use messaging to get a point across. And messaging is a real thing, folks. People have to feel an issue to be motivated to vote on it. And I applaud him for making this illegal immigration issue that has plagued our country for decades. very real and him finally fixing it.

You know, I used to tell people, yeah, I'm an overnight success. It took 12 years or whatever it is. It's not the way any of this works. You plugged away. You do a very, very, I mean, a scary good Trump impression to the point where every time Donald Trump would actually call my radio show and asked producer Jim, Is that real or is that Sean Farris? I swear to you, you know, you're left, but you know it's true.

And you've been kind of branching out into content creation and you do an amazing show. You fill in for Vince. How did it all start? How did you get into the space? Tell us.

Well, I'll tell you what. So the, I've told this story before and everyone loves it. the Dan Bungino origin story for me was I was stuck in traffic on the Tappansy Bridge in New York and I was so mad I needed something to listen to and that was the first time I listened to your show and you were flipping out going nuts spy. Spy. He's a spy. SPY. I'm sitting there going, this guy's great. And then I'm also sitting there saying, but this is almost sounds a little unbelievable. But you know, what you do, you bring the receipts, right? So I'm sitting there going, well, he's got the receipts. I'm going to listen to like everything that Dan Bungino says. I'm going to, I'm a new listener to the show.

And so that's where it started for me in terms of how I was introduced to your content. And why I bring that up is because when COVID hit New York, you know, you had the phrase, talk is cheap, the do matters. And everybody in New York was very, very upset with how Andrew Cuomo was treating us. You know, boot was on the neck. We had curfews, essential versus non-essential workers. He's doing these long, drawn out press conferences. I was sitting at work.

I worked in a paint store at the time. I took my Bluetooth speaker and broke it. I threw it across the store when I heard him use the term new normal. I said, I want absolutely no part of that. You know, it's scared the crap out of me thinking, oh, what the new normal is going to be? We can't go out. We can't be with our friends, 10 people or less. What are we doing?

And so I decided to start posting on Facebook, you know, hey, everybody meet me at this parking lot. Let's just, you know, put flags in our cars and we'll do like, you know, these birthday parades, right? because you couldn't have birthday parties. And instead we did these, you know, these Trump caravans. They were doing them with the boats on Long Island. So I said, let's just do them with cars. You know, I'd seen some of these boat ones. And I said, oh, why don't we all just, why don't we just go for a drive?

And we did it. I thought, you know, 15, 20 people were going to show up. It was going to be a cool little thing. 300 vehicles showed up. And it turned into this massive movement. The next week, two weeks after that, our second one, we had 5,000 vehicles showed up. We did it. We did one down Fifth Avenue in front of Trump Tower.

We put 10,000 on the road. going from, you know, you know, Long Island Valley Stream or basically not Valley Stream. It was about, I don't know, Seaford, Seaford train station, all the way down to Montauk. We had a plane flying around the lighthouse. It was so cool. And it was because of that movement that we started, kind of pushback against Cuomo and support Trump in 2020, that I got really involved in hands-on grassroots activism. We were knocking on doors for a to get a New York City Councilwoman. She's a counselor.

Now, Vicki Palladino on the ballot in March. I know, Vick. She's a rock star. She's amazing. So we were knocking on doors to get signatures to get her on the ballot. And a friend of mine said, Sean, you got to go on TikTok and do that Trump thing you do. And I said to him, I said, Jimmy, that's China. We don't do.

I don't get along well with China, but I don't want to deal with China. He goes, no, you got to deal with China. Go on there now. And so I started making these videos. And it was all because of that, right? So, you know, for me, it started because I decided, you know, like you said, talk is cheap, the do matters. So get in and start doing.

And it created this great thing. And by the way, you know, that movement, we called it the loud majority because why be silent if there's more of us than there are of them? And, you know, we flipped school board seats, county executive seats. So there was a lot of stuff that went on there. It's still rolling today on Long Island. A friend of mine, Kevin Smith is running it. You know, he was a co-founder of mine.

And it's a great story there, too. But that's really how it all got started. And we decided, because we were getting banned all over the place, YouTube, Facebook, that we would do three days a week, Kevin and I, and keep our group, the folks who are following us, informed. And I modeled it essentially after, you know, what you were doing, right? You know, we did show notes email and we did it on Rumble and made sure nobody was there. So there's a lot of, there's a lot of kind of watching what you did and how you built this extremely successful operation and saying, look, you know, let's just copy and paste it, let's make it work. And I'll tell you what, it worked.

And, you know, six years later now, it's amazing to see, you know, how far your show has gotten. I mean, number one live stream in the world, it's awesome. And the opportunities that are coming my way, I'm just so grateful, so blessed to be given every opportunity. It's awesome. Well, Sean, you know, the best way for you to pay that back is not to pay it back to me because I don't deserve it because someone gave it to me, too.

it's to find another great, strong conservative personality and lift them up. You know, I always appreciate it when people say, hey, thanks for the advice, thanks for taking my call on this. Take the whole model. Run with it. You deserve it. I'm not entitled to this entire audience. I'm just grateful they're here.

But you're going to find someone yourself one day who's really talented, who maybe has a couple hundred viewers, and you think this person deserves 10,000 or 100,000 and lift them up too. You know, really that's the way to build. the movement and not just make it about yourself. If weren't for Levin and Hannity and others who gave me a shot early on and I was a big nobody, I wouldn't be in the position to help you. So the greatest thanks in the world is to lift up others. It's, as you know, it's not about us.

I want to get into some serious stuff because you have some, like I said, you're an activist. I know a lot of people may know you from your Twitter at Sean, again, with the WN, at Sean underscore Farish, F-A-R-A-S-H. How did the Trump in person, thing even start. I mean, did you just like do impersonations or did you just one day do it at a party? And someone was like, dude, that's creepy good. Because it is. It's really, really like, I can't tell the difference side by side. So it's funny you mentioned like doing it at a party, right? So I was, I was actually selling direct TV, you know, the satellite way back in the 2016 election cycle. And face to face, you know, contrary to what many people may think.

I was definitely a class clown in college and high school. And I went to school for radio. I did a lot of people's, you know, voices and their projects and all that. But I'm selling direct TV. And I would get customers. I'm on Long Island and they'd be talking to me and saying, if I switch, you know, am I going to be able to keep Fox News? And I knew at that point, this is probably a conservative.

So I would just look them dead in the eye face to face what? And what's the worst they're going to do? They're going to tell me no. Okay. They're probably going to tell me no anyway. You know, you've got to go through a bunch of rejection to get the sale. So I looked him in the eye and I would just go, do I look like somebody who would make you watch the fake news?

We're going to make sure you have Fox News. It's going to be great. You're going to love it. And they're like, whoa, what was that? I said, I don't know. You want it or not? I'm saving your money. It's a great deal, you know?

And so, and it was, I did it in there. I got out of selling cable because that kind of went by the wayside with streaming and all of those things and started doing that with paint. You know, I was working for a paint company and selling paint. I said, you know, it puts itself on the wall. It's the greatest. You look at it. It puts itself. You're not even going to have to try. It's beautiful.

You look like Michelangelo. I got along well with Michelangelo. I don't even need paint. I'd buy paint for me. I just painted my house. I'd paint it again. My contractors were all like blue-collar guys, you know. They were so they were like, this is great. Trump's great. I would bump into some of these guys at rallies and stuff. It was just awesome. So, you know, that's kind of how it became a thing. And then as I said, we were door knocking, get a candidate on the ballot. Vicki, who's amazing. I mean, who has been just an absolute. like firecracker every single day. And, you know, a friend of mine told me

go on TikTok and do it and I did it. And that's where it exploded. And then people came to my Twitter. And it's been like that for six years. But that's how it all got started. I was doing it selling. I did it at a work event. We were bowling.

Somebody threw a strike. I told him you knocked the pins down like Rosio, Donnell at it all you could eat buffet. You know, by the end of the night, they were like, all right, that's enough. Because some of them weren't, you know, Trump fans. But it was, that's how we did it. It was just that kind of a fluky thing.

And now it's a thing. It's awesome. You made it work for you as an entree, as an, excuse me, as an entrance into the space. And that's kind of what happened with me early on. And, you know, people would call me from Fox or whatever and ask for commentary on Secret Service stories. And eventually I said, you know, that's great. I'm happy to do that. But, you know, like you, I have other interests.

And if you guys want me to comment on it, fine. And then that's how the whole thing just exploded. And you had Mark and Sean and others give me a shot. and it just blew up from there. Let me get to a serious topic. I really wish we didn't have to get to. But I've seen you taking multiple very brave stands against what's going on with this. And I'm using air quotes here if you're listening on Apple or Spotify,

against what's called infighting. Sean, a lot of what's happening right now, and I addressed it earlier in the show, whether it's just the ruthless attacks against Erica Kirk. I mean, I don't even know if ruthless is an adequate term for the almost satanic nature of what's going on right now, the demonic nature. But, Sean, this isn't infighting, okay?

We have to think of a party, okay? You're free to have any idea you'd like somethings, you don't break the law in a republic, but we have to think of our party like a clubhouse almost, and the clubhouse has rules. You don't want the rules too strict or no one's going to join, and you don't want them to lose, because then you're going to get people who are joining

who are cancer to the clubhouse. Don't pay the dues, don't want to do any of the, work, don't want to clean the clubhouse or whatever it is. So you have to find that balance. The balance is clearly tipped in the other direction with a lot of people who at this point it's it's clear only here to kill the host. This is not infighting. These people should be treated no different than the New York Times, The Washington Post or anyone else. They are they are not allies. These are enemies. No, 100%. You know, a lot of these folks are, whether it was in June, you know, and making these these declarations that we were going to war with Iran, some folks,

and told members of our military to take a dishonorable discharge because she didn't like the way certain people were talking about Israel and Iran. I could not believe that's like a felony. If you're in the military and you get dishonorably discharged, that basically is like a felony. It affects your rights to own weapons. Why? Because some podcaster told you to do it and you thought it was this righteous battle to undertake. It's not. You're going to throw your life away doing that. And a lot of people have, have, you know, been served this. I call them outrage addicts, right? because they are literally addicted to being upset about something. They couldn't even go 24 hours after our hockey team won without complaining that Cash Patel drank a beer.

They don't know that Cash Patel's a hockey player, that he grew up on Long Island, that, yes, he is a New York Islanders fan, which makes me very happy because I'm a New York Islanders fan too, hence why I'm wearing the hat. But, you know, I'm looking at this and I'm watching these people, and you mentioned like the locker room. And I love sports, a big sports guy. You know, sometimes you get what's called a locker room cancer, right? It's some guy who is not in it because of the team. He's in it because he wants the ball. He wants to take every shot. He wants every abat.

You know, he wants the story to be about him, him, him, him, him. And you have to get rid of somebody like that because they're not helping the team win. And unfortunately, you know, the term cancer is a very serious disease. But you know this better than anybody. When you're fighting cancer, you know, sometimes some healthy tissue has to be, you know, impacted negatively when you're fighting it. Because if you don't, it's going to kill you, right? So there is some push and pull. some give and take and i'm not saying that everybody who has an opinion different of mine is a cancer we

know exactly who we're talking about here it's folks that no matter what happens they stubbed their toe in the morning it's israel's fault you disagree with them you're paid by a pack right i mean how many times have i've been told and i i'm at the point we're like hey i wish it was true i mean folks let me tell you if i was taking money from some foreign country there would be signs okay there would be a lot of signs but i'm talking about it it's in this way where there are folks who are just, like you mentioned, you know, living off of the host. So they put themselves out there as some sort of truth seeker. And then they cherry pick details.

They construct a narrative. They're proven wrong. We did not go to war with Iran. We did not go to war with Venezuela. And yet there were people, World War III, World War IV, we're up to like World War Eight at this point where they're hyperventilating over all these things. When you say, treat them no differently than the New York Times, the New York Times, we laugh at them, we mock them, we shame them, we criticize them, because they have no credibility. They said Trump was colluding with Russia. That wasn't the case when all the facts came out, right? So why are we not treating

these people the same way who are telling you that X, Y, and Z is going to happen? And then X, Y, and Z doesn't happen. And then when you ask them, hey, why didn't you address the fact that you were wrong that X, Y, and Z didn't happen? They're like, oh, you're clearly paid by insert country here. And it's ridiculous. And unfortunately, it is radicalizing a bunch of people. I mean, I mean, the story now, the details now about this guy outside of Mar-a-Lago is that he was very upset about the Epstein files, which is a very serious case. I'm upset about some of the details in there, too. But there are folks that are literally commenting in my feed saying that Donald Trump ate children. And I'm like, how did we get here?

It's not even zero to 60. It's like zero to 120 like this. And I said, show me the proof. And I get memes and I get yelled at. And I'm like, okay, so you don't have it. So don't say it because you're killing what we tried to build for 10 years. I mean, a lot of these people weren't out there on the streets, knocking on doors, doing the stuff that you did, doing the stuff that I did.

A lot of us, though, that are sitting here trying to defend it and keep these people from sinking it and running into the ground have put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. We got the death threats. You know, I got swatted last year here in Tennessee. My wife is still shaking up from something like that over a year ago, something that should never happen to anybody. and we've been through it, we've been put through the ringer, and we're certainly not going to sit there and watch these people

who have never done a thing like that in their lives construct these nonsense narratives off of, you know, maybe a nugget of truth here or there, but they twist these facts and they twist these talking points and they are, as you said, no different than the fake news in the New York Times. So people say, oh, stop the infighting. It's not infighting because who I'm confronting is not on my side

And I shouldn't have to say that over and over again. Just look at the way these people are behaving. They're behaving no differently than the New York Times. They're even taking some of these left-wing fake news narratives and acting as if they're the truth. It's insane. You know, you see the New York Times flipping out that you and Cash had all these personnel changes at the FBI. And then they come back and they're saying, well, nothing's happening. Well, the New York Times is upset about it.

Something clearly is happening. You know, so these people that have hijacked or attempted to hijack. and they're getting shut down now, are a cancer. And in order to treat the cancer, you have to remove the cancer from the healthy body. And we'll regrow that healthy tissue. And if we lose some good people in this fight, I hope they come back. But we are not going to sit here and handle it with kid gloves and do nothing and let this thing just grow into some movement and around ideas that I don't recognize. So, you know, to these folks who are like, oh, stop talking about this person or that person or this one or that.

No, I'm going to keep talking about it until people realize that they're full of crap and stop trusting them because they have no credibility for the sake of pushing this movement into 2028 and beyond. That's my mission. And I know that's the mission of a lot of other people. Yeah, that's really, really well said, John. And they will come back. You know, it takes a lot of, you know, as I said when I finished up my year there at the, at the

bureau and came back into the content creation space here, back to the business world. You know, it was tough to sit back and watch all this and stay quiet, but you have to. When you agree to take a position in an administration, Democrat, Republican, or anything else, it's not about you. You put that all aside. But I'm a pretty vocal, you know, New York Italian guy. And I can't, you know, I was not a monarch, I had the power to change the world by myself. But I'm damn proud of the work we produced inside there.

But to sit back and watch this just amazing movement that I got involved. with just before the Tea Party and through that whole thing. I've been through a lot of these fights before. What I have found over time is there's always going to be. And, Guy, you know, we've had this conversation. Guy's been with me a long time. Gee and Justin, the longest, you're always going to get this kind of scalloped pattern with your show and your content.

And I tell content creators, even yourself, I think we may have had this conversation all the time. Do not get obsessed with the short or even the medium term. Keep a lodestar of truth. Real truth. I don't mean truth than like Plato or Socrates. I mean truth like do not bullshit your audience for a short-term sugar high. Because I promise you, over time, you're going to reach an asymptote and then the audience is going to collapse when they accept.

I've been bullshitted to. I'll give you an example on the left about what I'm talking about. Maybe it'll make more sense because everybody can relate. You don't get conservative quote infighting it. Rachel Maddow is a perfect example on MSNBC. Rachel Maddow, Keith Oberman, I think, gets her hired or whatever it is. she starts out with this small audience at MSNBC explodes. At one point, she's rivaling Hannity's audience at 9 o'clock.

I remember being over Vietnam with Fox. You're like, I can't believe this woman's doing all these ratings. And what was her core thing, Sean? Russia, Russia. It was all a hoax. And the audience ate it up. Aided up, Sean, for four or five years until they didn't. And then her ratings didn't totally collapse.

She's not non-existent. But she's nowhere near the perch. I get it. She's not doing every night. I understand. I factor that and I want to be realistic. But eventually, even dumb people get tired of being lied to. They want to go to a show to learn something, not to be bullshit in all the time. That's right.

You know, she's waving the tax returns. We got them. We got them. She reads them nothing. You know, my simple analogy is like, you know, we get mad, right? And people get really, like, they take it personally. When, like, the TV weatherman gets the forecast wrong. You know, he says you're getting 15 inches of snow and you get like 20 and you're like,

this guy should be fired. Well, we should really treat the meat. the same way. If you tell me it's raining outside, I better, when I open up my, my window and I look outside, I better see rain falling where I'm not going to trust you. And that's what Mattow did. She was like, it's pouring. It's pouring outside. Go look. And you look, and it's a beautiful day. And you're like, oh, what am I? Why am I listening to this person? She's waving the tax returns. She's talking about Russia, all these things. And that's why, you know, over time, you said long term, her ratings collapse. Again, she's not nobody. She'll always probably be somebody. She will have

fans whatever fine good for her by the way i'm a capitalist too you know hey you create an audience you demand attention you've got you've got a microphone you've got a show you got people who want you by all means capitalize on it i'm not going to tell you not to i may not agree with you but i'll always defend your right to do it right to speak even if i think you're full of crap but you know it's it's one of these things right where it's like these these folks they promised me that it was raining they promised me that you know that that we were going to war they promised me that oh you Soon enough, you'll see the truth. And every time we get to one of their either deadlines or these, these, you know, points of inflections, right, where they're like, here, here it comes, here comes that, you know, that pivotal moment.

They're always wrong, right. Say what you want about how Erica Kirk is running turning point. You want to, do you think you could run it better, start your own turning point? But to attack her at the personal level and to attack her and to insinuate that she had something to do and just really, that's, that's where you. want to go. So if anyone wants to talk about stopping the infighting, pointed at people who are doing that. That's doing nobody any good. You want to be critical of how she's running the company? Whatever. You could do that. But don't levy these nonsense personal attacks. You know, she's been through something that I hope I never have to go through, right? I hope nobody

has to go through what Erica Kirk has been through over the course of the last few months. and all of this on top is just adding insult to injury for lack of a better term so you know whether it's that whether it's constantly coming at trump everything you know you can't be happy no matter what you wake up you need your fix of outrage in the morning you drop it in your coffee and you make sure that make sure not a moment goes by that you're letting everyone know that you're mad about something i couldn't imagine living like that like i'm a new york jets fan dan i have every reason to be mad every single day and even i walk around smiling okay so How, brother, I got one more question for you, but how do you do it?

You know, when I knew this team was actually, like, I don't believe, you know, jinks, jinks, I don't believe in that, except for the Jets. I mean, they pick up Aaron Rogers, what was it, three years ago, and I'm watching this, was it, Sunday night football? I'm not a Jets fan or anything. I just pop it on. I want to see Aaron Rogers comes out with the flag. I'm like, this is so great.

And what was it? The second play of the game blows his Achilles. I'm like, this team, this poor team. But Dan, give him credit, it was four plays, okay? Four, I'm sorry. I mean, did you not think the same thing? And I'm thinking of, what's it, Fireman, Vinny, that guy, Jay, Ethan. Fireman Ed.

Is it? Fireman Ed? My gosh, for example, I'm from New York. Everybody's Vinny or Jimmy. And I'm like, this poor team is jinxed. I really do feel terrible. You know he's not jinxed? Matter of fact, he's the opposite of jinxed.

He's unjinked. This president. Last question. We got State of the Union coming up tonight. Sean, again, what bothers? others me about, again, the air quotes in fighting is there's clearly subversive folks here who are not here for accountability. I, let me be on the record for the umpteenth thousand time. I love and adore accountability. You can't have a republic without it. Nobody gets a set of

straight A's for everything all the time. However, you also have to have a report card that adequately measures progress or else you're not going to know what to work on or not. if everybody gets an A, I don't need to work in anything. However, if everybody gets an F, and meanwhile, you scored 100 on a test, you give up because there's nothing. What else you want me to do? We have this Dumer crowd out there after the golden year, the border, violent crime down, murders, the safest America ever.

Inflation, finally being tamed, gas prices low, mortgage prices just dip below six back down to 2022 levels. GDP numbers, though we had a little bit of a setback with the shutdown, finally getting back on track, three and four, even five percent projections coming up. I mean, this has been, you know, government workforce down 10 percent. It goes on and on. I put it out in a tweet. You know that you, but just to sit there and shit on this all the time, that's not an accurate assessment of where we are either. No. And like I said, it's, it's an addiction for some of these people because it feels good to be mad. It's insane. I look at this and I'm like, you, you're, all you're doing is

complaining. Criticism is not complaining, right? You want to criticize the, The way, let's, for example, some people didn't like the way Minneapolis was handled after all of the stuff with Bovino coming out and home and going in. And you want to say you would have done it differently, fine. But don't call this administration a failure because you disagree with one of their moves. The drug campaign, you know, the actual war on drugs taking out these, you know, these boats. We say, row, row, row, row your boat. And right down to David Jones Locker, by the way, got along well with Davey. He's a tremendous guy.

But, you know, you look at that campaign. You look at Maduro. You look at Iran. You look at the border. It's a perfect border. It's literally perfect. Nobody people are coming, but they're not getting released in. It's more secure than Connor Hellebuck and goal for, you know, for the United States and the Olympics. Nothing's getting through 21 trillion dollars of foreign investments in our country because of the tariffs. You know, to have these businesses and companies set up plants here, put Americans to work. A real living wage instead of these, you know, crumbs going to illegal aliens. right? Which is weird. The left is like 1860s left, right? Democrats. If we free the slaves, who's going to pick the food? And then it's like, you know, 2006 left. If we deport the illegals, who's going to pick the food? Same people, by the way. Same people. But these folks that are just do me, it's awful. These folks that are just every day, not a minute

goes by without them having a broadcast to the world, but they're not happy. And it's like a, it's like a habit now. It's like a bad habit. You know, it's like any other bad habit you have. You drink too much, you smoke too much, you do this. These people are outraged too much, and it feels good. They whip people up. I call it enragment farming. They whip people up on social media because it gets them views and likes and clicks and, oh my gosh, you might be on to something.

It's all about the money for these people. And once you see it, you can't unsee it. So I hope a lot more people see it, call it out. Don't be afraid of the backlash. There's going to be backlash, but you're fighting the good fight. Yeah, man, I agree. I think we just, I don't need rose-colored glasses. However, I don't need, you know, total blackouts either.

I just want clear lenses so I can analyze what's going on, what we can fix, where we can stick some more, you know, mortar for the brick, where there's too much mortar. Wait, I mean, that's what we need to do. It's not a report card if everything's an F, but it's not a report card of everything's in A either. Sean, you're amazing, such a great guy, folks.
