And we're off. Got me a little nervous there. Joe told me before the show, for all of you regular, remember the Kenny Bell? For all you serious podcast listeners, you got to be hardcore. Anyone in the chat remember the Kenny Bell?
Starting point is 00:02:40 Wow. Anyone? Chime in if you remember. The Kenny Bell. Yeah. When the tech bell that Joe rings, the technology bell fails, we had the Kenny Bell's backup. It's back there now.
Starting point is 00:02:51 So Joe was saying he was having issues with the bell. I can't do the show without the bell. I can't. I don't have the Kenny Bell to get me going. So he had me a little nervous and out of it live. You know, the bell doesn't work. I told him big problems. Can't even go back and insert it later and fake the bell.
Starting point is 00:03:04 Anyone remember that? Yes, you do. There you go. problems. Can't even go back and insert it later and fake the bell. Anyone, anyone remember that? Yes, you do. There you go. Yeah. All right. So they went there. Dude, they went there. They did it.
Starting point is 00:03:11 It was only a matter of time. So obviously the police state indictment against Trump, which we're going to cover briefly in the beginning of the show. We've been done a lot of it the last few days. We got to get to some other stuff too. But the police state indictment of Trump is absolutely falling apart. The narrative is collapsing and they're getting really worried. We discussed that yesterday. They're getting worried, not because they feel like, oh my gosh, we've overreached and we're
Starting point is 00:03:33 causing the United States to descend in tyrannical communist socialist police state dystopia. That's not what they're worried about. That's what they want. The problem is they can't get to the communist dystopia if they don't get Trump. And the legal means they were using to get Trump through this indictment was a total legal disaster that they know is probably going to fall apart. So here's what they got to do. They got to rescue the narrative. Once I'm out, they try to pull me back in. They can't stop. They've got to change the narrative and change it fast. So whenever the Democrats get in trouble on a quote narrative, where do they go, folks? You guessed it.
Starting point is 00:04:16 They're a racist. You've got to be a racist. Why? Because it's worked for them in the past. It's the ultimate way to shut down your opponent. Donald Trump is definitely a racist. Him going after the judge in this case, nothing Trump said was inaccurate. You may disagree with him going after the judge and saying things. He has the right to free speech as long as he doesn't break the law
Starting point is 00:04:37 and threaten the judge or obstruct justice in some legal sense. He has the right to say what he wants. You can agree with it or disagree with it. But they need to shut this down because they are losing the narrative. So here it is, Andrea Mitchell. This is the trial balloon. You know, I think Trump is a racist. Check this out. It may or may not be coincidental,
Starting point is 00:04:57 but both the DA and the judge are people of color, or the judge, as Judge Kira was, was ethnically Hispanic,ic i believe latino and of course the da is black so they have certainly become targets of his in any case and their families there it is there it is there's i was unaware of this fellas trump only attacks people who are black or hispanic gosh I didn't know that. I mean, again, I'm not saying it's right.
Starting point is 00:05:27 I'm simply suggesting. I didn't know that either. I mean, he calls Stormy Daniels a horse face. Oh, he's a misogynist too. They can't stop. Listen, Trump throws him, man. He throws haymakers out there. It's just a fact. You don't have to like it.
Starting point is 00:05:43 You can vote against it if you like. But it's not illegal. And this is clearly an effort for them to change the narrative. Huntmaster asked me in the chat, are you wearing lipstick? Do I look like? Love you, brother. No, I'm not. I don't.
Starting point is 00:05:59 Maybe I was. I don't know why. No lipstick here. That's true. Do they look a little red? Is something up That's true. Do they look a little red? Is something up with Joe? Do my lips look a little red? Yeah, they do.
Starting point is 00:06:09 Like you had a cherry popsicle. Yeah. No, I was not on a popsicle and I'm not, I was not wearing lipstick. And yes, thank you. This is a We The People shirt. One of the other commenters liked the shirt. But folks, you knew they were going to go there. Now, whenever they need to pump a, you're a racist narrative, shut them down. Who do they go to? Who's one of the big race
Starting point is 00:06:30 hustlers out there? Of course you go to Al Sharpton, who as if on cue, it's almost like he knew to say something. The Washington Times, Al Sharpton says Trump's arrest is spiritual payback for racial injustice, folks. Spiritual payback. It and justice folks spiritual payback it's almost as if this is all coordinated or winky winky nod nod stuff you know hey everyone we're losing the narrative on Trump this really looks bad for us what do we do just call them a racist come on you know what to do this is turning into a mess for them it's turning into a mess for everyone the democrats have refocused the attention back on trump it has now led to a bump in the polls
Starting point is 00:07:12 where trump is now ahead of biden in a number of these national polls for the presidential race he's now raising i believe he's up to four to eight million dollars or something i saw like that uh since this thing started sorry i don't have the exact number, but he's raised a fortune. His primary numbers are up over DeSantis and others as well. It's turned into a disaster. And let me just say for all the hypothesizing out there, let's put this baby to bed right now. For all the hypothesizing out there that this was some advanced,
Starting point is 00:07:40 you know, jujitsu where the Democrats did this, knowing it would lead to a Trump bump because they want to face Trump in the next election. While I have no doubt they would probably prefer Donald Trump in the election of Democrats, folks, trust me, this was not intentional. Trump raising all this money and garnering public sympathy was not what they intended. Don't believe the hype there at all. The fact that they're trotting out Sharpton and Andrea Mitchell and others to claim the race thing is proof positive. Target, you're right over it. Now, this is turning into an absolute mess. Without going into all the legal details again. Sorry, I just like stuff over there.
Starting point is 00:08:23 That's what I'm clicking on my phone with he's like you can just use the computer i'm like no no i like my phone's more personal it's on my phone it feels a little more real to me the computer i don't know i'm not a computer guy he laughs he thinks it's so stupid here's the problem they're gonna have twinkies up in new york as i explained yesterday is saying i i'm good i got trump on 34 felonies and everybody's like well how do you have a felony? I have a felony he's saying Because Donald Trump committed An election violation
Starting point is 00:08:50 Which is furthering another crime In addition to the business records Everybody tracking? This is super important What happened yesterday Paul Bedard, Washington Examiner It's in my newsletter If you want to read it
Starting point is 00:09:02 Pancino.com slash newsletter Turned it into a disaster A key member of the Federal Election Commission Bidard, Washington Examiner. It's in my newsletter if you want to read it. Pancino.com slash newsletter. Turn it into a disaster. A key member of the Federal Election Commission, which determines what an election violation is, rejected Twinkie's indictment of former President Trump. Bidard called them Twinkies? No, no, I had to add that, sir.
Starting point is 00:09:22 Rejected the DA's indictment of President Trump as a violation of federal election laws. He said, quote, ladies, fellas, rejected the DA's indictment of President Trump as a violation of federal election laws. He said, quote, ladies, fellas, I don't know how it gets any more damning than this. All the Trump, follow me here. All the Trump defense has to do, keep this up, Keith. All the Trump defense has to do is put this gentleman, James Traynor, an FEC commissioner, on the stand, the Trump defense, to say this. Here's the quote. You can read it in the piece. Read it in the piece. It's not a campaign finance violation.
Starting point is 00:09:53 It's not a reporting violation of any kind. Not only is it not a felony, this FEC commissioner is saying, dude, it's not a reporting violation either of any kind. How do you think this is going to look in court? You're acute. Don't put yourself in the minds of legal folks. Put yourself in the minds of a juror who has not spent 30 years in the wonkery of FEC rules and everything like that.
Starting point is 00:10:26 The juror in their head in the Trump case is hearing this guy committed a felony. If, by the way, if they're not anti-Trump hacks on the jury, then it doesn't matter. I get that. Then it doesn't matter what they hear. I'm totally vibing with you on that. Say by some insane chance he does get a fair jury. You're hearing from Bragg that you're about to lock up a former president on a big, fancy felony involving all this legal mumbo jumbo paperwork.
Starting point is 00:10:53 And the centerpiece of it is that Trump committed a campaign violation. And then the federal experts in the government you believe in, even if you're a liberal, right, is telling you, no, it's not a violation. It's not even a reporting violation, no less a felony. This case is collapsing, folks. It's collapsing. Now, not only are they changing the narrative that Trump's a racist now because they know they're in trouble, they're not sure how far that's going to go.
Starting point is 00:11:19 They're not sure. They're not sure. So they've got a backup narrative now too because they realize, what's the dipsy do, you guys get the dipsy do? Everybody know the dipsy do flipper? Anybody in the chat? You know, the dipsy do flipper? Yeah. What's the dipsy do? The dipsy is very scientific term. The dipsy do is this. The dipsy do flipper is when the Democrats accuse you of what they're doing, but they do it for a reason. It's not just to be a-holes. They do it as a distraction
Starting point is 00:11:46 because they realize that if the media is busy doing what they're supposed to do, being liberal activists, and they're reporting on Trump being a threat to democracy, that they're not going to actually spend time reporting on the actual threat to democracy, which is what, fellas? The Democrats. So their
Starting point is 00:12:02 backup narrative here, gosh, we're good at this. We meeting all of us because a lot of listeners send this stuff in. We are so good at dissecting these idiots. Narrative one, he's a racist. Narrative two is what? Magically, Trump, getting Trump on a fake charge, which is what, guys? Undermining democracy is a way to combat Trump undermining democracy. Dipsy-doo, baby. Dipsy-doo, flip-a-roo. Watch yourself. So as a legal matter, the case brought today, the 34 felonies, make no sense at all. It's ridiculous. But as a political tactic, which is precisely what it is, it is likely to be effective.
Starting point is 00:12:46 And that's why the media so fervently supports it. Watch a kind of an alliance between different groups that have a history of being dispossessed and discriminated against, whether they are Jews or black Americans or LGBT folks that might come together to push back against the white Christian nationalist assault on American democracy. You don't know what part this man might play in the future of our democracy. This campaign of disinformation that's continuously undermining our democracy. One day people will look back and say, how we've handled this issue of Trump, how it affects our democracy.
Starting point is 00:13:26 Really could be a major, major event, could be a big turning point one way or the other. The federal prosecutors have said this is a crime that imperils our democracy. So it imperils our democracy. And because we care so deeply about democracy, we're going to prevent the leading candidate in the other party from running for president and not let voters vote for him. You see it? I mean, once you learn to dissect these idiots on the left, ladies and gentlemen, you cannot unsee it. You can't unsee it. It's like those visual illusions when they put the two bars that are parallel and they put a line at an angle in between and it looks like they're not parallel. Once you take the bar away and you see their, you can't unsee it. You can't train your brain to unsee it. They do this all the time. It's nothing but a distraction mechanism because
Starting point is 00:14:15 liberals are engaged in an actual war on democracy right now in an effort to usher in the police state that is now here. I'm going to walk you through it, their three-step plan to do this. And I want to hat tip in advance, James Lindsay on Twitter, who has a fascinating breakdown of what happened with Bud Light. The Bud Light story is not just a simple culture war story we should laugh off. Just a little background, Bud Light, which sells beer to working class americans is that anyone anyone dispute that anyone in the chat like that's their target audience real working class yeah yeah like yes like people like us right well i'm yeah i will not be drinking that beverage anymore uh neither will anyone else i know they decided to hire a radical
Starting point is 00:15:06 transgender activist to do some kind of an influence campaign and people were like what the what are you stupid like what idiot walked into the cmo of anheuser-Busch, the marketing officer says, hey, it's a good idea. Who did? It's like a needles campaign to like heroin addicts or something. Who says like, hey, that's a good idea? Clearly, there's a reason. There's a reason they did this. Liberals have a three-step plan right here. Can argue the steps. They have a three-step plan in here can argue the steps they have a three-step
Starting point is 00:15:47 plan in a war on democracy step one hijack capitalism that's what this is about we'll show you how they do it now step two divide us not just the devil yeah divide us by that's not that's not it that's it that's part of it though the division they're focused on now with the lgbtq iabipoc activism believe me has nothing to do with lesbians, gays, bisexual, trans. It has nothing to do with any of that. Zero. It has everything to do with separating kids from their families and making them sexually confused
Starting point is 00:16:20 and telling them that their parents don't understand them. Just listen to their own language on libs of TikTok. Teachers, oh, and we found kids and a kid boy thought he was a girl and I made sure to tell him like, I'm there for you to support you, winky, winky, na, na. It's about division. The third step, silence, free speech. Let's dig in first. Let's get to step one. They got to hijack capitalism. Ladies and gentlemen, free markets and capitalism are the enemy of socialists and the dividers among us and have been for a long time. Why? Why? It's one thing to say something, back it up, back it up,
Starting point is 00:16:58 because it is the great equalizer. You work hard in a free market economy, you stand a damn good chance of making a good and solid, decent living where you don't need the government anymore. Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding. The verdict is in. Got to get rid of that. We need people suckling on the teat of the government. And if capitalism has the potential to maybe not make them rich, but make them middle class, then we got to get rid of that. Why do they hate merit so much? Because they don't want you to work hard. They want you lazy, suckling on the government. That's what they want. That's what they've always wanted. Folks, honest question out there. Honest question out there.
Starting point is 00:17:37 How many people do you know who put in the work, went to a trade school or college, are good, decent people. They put in a solid, amazing work ethic. How many of them you know that are poor and struggling? Really poor. That meet those criteria. Put in the educational work, the trade school work that are poor and can't feed themselves. I'm not saying they don't exist. Some people, I'm not talking about either like anomalous cases, like a guy was shot, broke his leg and he can't exist. Some people, I'm not talking about either anomalous cases like a guy was shot, broke his leg and he can't work. I'm talking about in a regular standard case. How many people do you know that meet those criteria and are making $15,000 a year struggling
Starting point is 00:18:16 to feed themselves? The answer is you probably don't know any of them. That's why liberals hate it. That's why they hate it. So they have to hijack capitalism. If they're going to have to deal with capitalism, they're going to hijack it. And that's where this Bud Light story comes in. Hat tip, James Lindsay. They have this thing, put up the homepage, the human rights campaign has this thing called the Corporate Equality Index. Something we've discussed before on the show. Lindsay's been focused on this like a laser for a really long time. And I suggest you follow his work if you really want a lot of detail on this. They have this thing called the Corporate Equality Index. It's basically a way to go to companies and say, hey, we're going to score you
Starting point is 00:18:53 on your LGBTQIA, BIO, PC plus spirit, your efforts to engage in activism on that front. You're going to score me? Oh, really? Yeah, it's zero to 100. You want a good score? Okay, I guess. Oh, here's what you're going to do. You're going to stick this transgender activist, Dylan, in your Bud Light commercial.
Starting point is 00:19:18 I'm not sure that's our target audience. Better be. You're probably thinking, well, why would they do that? I mean, why not just tell them to go pound sand? Well, because there's a penalty to go pound sand. I'll get to that in a second. Let me get to my next sponsor. I'll tell you what the penalty is, and it'll make a whole lot of sense. GetRefunds.com. You own a small business? Well, then you know the value of time. So does Innovation Refunds. They made it easy, no matter how busy you are, to apply for the ERC. You know what that is? It's the Employee Retention Credit. Go to GetRefunds.com to it easy no matter how busy you are to apply for the ERC. You know what that is? It's the employee retention credit. Go to getrefunds.com to get started in less than eight minutes. See if your business qualifies for ERC assistance. Your business may be eligible for a
Starting point is 00:19:53 payroll tax refund of up to $26,000 per employee kept on payroll during COVID-19. Innovation refunds already help clients claim over $3 billion in payroll tax refunds through the ERC and they may be able to help your business too. There's no upfront charge either. They don't get paid until your business gets its refund. Many businesses believe they won't qualify based off incomplete or outdated information, but don't let the opportunity pass you by because this payroll tax refund is only available for a limited amount of time. The website again is getrefunds.com. That's getrefunds.com. Thanks, getrefunds.com. So step one, keep in mind where we are. The liberals' real war on democracy.
Starting point is 00:20:28 Why they're distracting you with it. Trump's engaged in a war on democracy. Hijack capitalism. They have these NGOs, these non-governmental organizations. Throw that up again, like the Human Rights Campaign and the CEI Initiative, this Corporate Equality Index. They are pressure campaigns to get capital. If they have to deal with capitalism, which they hate because they hate merit because they want you suckling on the government teat all the time.
Starting point is 00:20:50 Right. They can't have that. But if they're going to deal with it, then damn well, they're going to control capitalism and they're going to make sure capitalism works for them. Their division agenda by advancing all of this stuff. There is zero doubt that they probably went to Anheuser-Busch and said, what are you doing? We have a guy here, Dylan Mulvaney, you can use to push the agenda. Be really nice if you gave him a sponsorship
Starting point is 00:21:18 and a paid ad campaign. Then they did the same thing to Nike, which they both complied. Hijack capitalism, step one, and institute the new socialism. Listen, I'm not a big fan of this guy. You know that. I've said it before. He doesn't like me either. I really don't care. I keep the personal stuff personal, professional stuff professional. But Kevin Williamson, who's the personal stuff, personal, professional stuff, professional. But Kevin Williamson, who's been all over the map on stuff,
Starting point is 00:21:50 he wrote a good book a while ago about this new socialism. And he describes how the old socialism, where the Soviet Union controlled the means of production, guys, was a total failure. People starved to death. And then who did they blame? The government, because they stole the means of production, the farms and the businesses from people.
Starting point is 00:22:11 So the Democrats who are really still communists and what we can't do that anymore because when we blow it, they're going to blame us. So what do we do? Well, let's just do this new socialism where if we tax, listen, if we tax it and regulate it to death. We de facto own it anyway. And then if we can get the corporation still left after we tax it and regulate it to death, because we own it anyway, we're taking their money and telling them how to do business,
Starting point is 00:22:33 we'll get NGOs, non-governmental organizations like the Human Rights Campaign and others to do our activist bidding too. They already own it. They already own it. Reminds me of an old saying, Joe, bank lends you $10,000
Starting point is 00:22:44 and you don't pay it back, you got a problem. The bank lends you $100 million and you don't pay it back, the bank's got a problem. Yeah. The government ropes them all in and now they're stuck and they don't know what to do. Just like investors rope in banks. They get them in there so much. They get them in there. The bank has to.
Starting point is 00:23:03 This is what's happening. These companies can't live without the government anymore they don't know what to do they're worried about regulations new taxes, targeting, environmental stuff and these NGOs do their bidding it is a pressure campaign go to the Lindsay tweet
Starting point is 00:23:19 you wondering why Bud Light hired a trans activist to promote their beer here he's at conceptual James Wondering why Bud Light hired a trans activist to promote their beer? Here, he's at Conceptual James. Anheuser-Busch, did you know this, was already completely captured by this indexing racket. That's the CEI racket, Corporate Equality Index. Get a load of this, fellas. Which is the same year Open Society Foundation gave the human rights Campaign a three-year, $25 million
Starting point is 00:23:45 grant. Oh, that! That! Open... Where have we... You guys remember Open Society Foundation? Who's Open Society Foundation? Who's associated with that? Every time I hear... I think it's that George... Yeah, it's the Soros guy! The Soros guy! Thank you!
Starting point is 00:24:01 Thank you, Joe! Thank you. What a great executive producer. I would have never, I would have never, yeah, I forgot. I forgot that. He's like an activist or something, right? Yeah, I've heard of him once. He gives a few bucks here and there. Soros.
Starting point is 00:24:16 Yeah, so strange. Soros, give to the human rights campaign. Start this equality index. Use it to hammer companies over the head. You guys better become full-time activists. Now, fairly enough, you're probably saying, well, we're still at step one, Dan, hijacking capitalism. Why not just tell Soros, Open Society, HRC,
Starting point is 00:24:36 human rights campaign, and others, hey, pound sand, man. We're not going to do something bad for our company. Why would you do that? Well, did you know that BlackRock, oh, BlackRock, here we go again. BlackRock, did you know that BlackRock, oh, BlackRock, here we go again, BlackRock. Did you know that BlackRock, which manages trillions of dollars in assets, they're one of the largest financial institutions in the world, investment institutions, BlackRock.
Starting point is 00:24:58 Do you know BlackRock uses this CEI to make some of their, let's just say, business decisions on where some of their capital is going to be allocated. They're not the only one. Others do it too. Now do you see why we need a parallel economy to get away from these people? Ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to tie this up for you, step one here. Now does this make sense? You have the Larry Fink thing, right? Here's Larry Fink. He runs BlackRock. Here is Larry Fink telling you what he thinks about democracy in contrast to socialist governments, how democracies
Starting point is 00:25:37 are really messy. He almost speaks about socialist governments that would love to hijack capitalism, divide us, and censor the opposition. He almost speaks about them in glorified, deified terms. Don't listen to me. Listen to him. Markets don't like uncertainty. Markets like actually totalitarian governments where you have a understanding of what's out there. And obviously, the whole dimension is changing now with, as you said, a democratization of countries. And democracies are very messy, as we know, in the United States. You have opinions changing back and forth.
Starting point is 00:26:13 Oh, my gosh, Joe, we got opinions changing. Got to stop that. Can't have opinions changing right now. Can't have opinions at all. You understand how powerful this guy is? at all. Do you understand how powerful this guy is? Folks, he controls trillions of dollars, pension funds, private investment. Now, does it make sense? Step one, Soros money, liberal activists flow into NGOs, non-governmental organizations.
Starting point is 00:26:49 Organizations give companies a score. That score is then used by trillions of dollars of liberal investment companies to say, oh, you have a 70 score instead of an 80 on your CEI? I'm sorry, we can't invest in your company. Folks, there's a real penalty for this stuff. I don't mean to play it down. These companies are dealing with a lot of pressure. Listen to me, please. I'm begging you, please listen to this because I don't want my comments misconstrued at all.
Starting point is 00:27:10 I am not excusing weakness and them at all, even a little bit. These companies need to stand up and do the right thing, not the easy thing. There's not going to be a freaking economy left. I'm simply making an effort to explain to you, as Lindsay is, that it's not as simple as you think. Like, oh, they're just doing it because there are liberals at the company. Of
Starting point is 00:27:30 course there are liberals at the company. They're doing it because this fight is existential as long as they remain in the liberal government-controlled economy and not the parallel one. Vivek and others built investment funds that are emulating what BlackRock's doing where they're not going to use any of these scores they're building out private John Rich is involved with a bank it's happening slowly but it's happening
Starting point is 00:27:53 folks not only do they control money BlackRock and these other trillion dollars that UZCEI scores that Bud probably got hammered with they also have board seats that control these companies. So in case you're saying, well, why don't they just stand up this one time? So why doesn't the CEO just come out and go,
Starting point is 00:28:13 you know what? That's a stupid idea. We're not hiring some trans activists for our Bud Light company. We're not doing that. The board just comes in where BlackRock controls most of the board seats or a lot of the board seats and says vote this idiot out you see i gotta take a break but i can't without getting to this
Starting point is 00:28:35 sometimes sometimes ignorance can be bliss but not in this case. You know, someone said to me once, wouldn't you like to go back to the days where you just watch sports and you didn't understand what's going on behind the scenes? Because it's like the matrix, you know, when you get red pilled, you can, you know, and you wake up, you can never unsee anything. Kind of like I said before, diagnosing the left, you can never unsee it again. And it leads to a lot of miseries when you realize how devious they are. But I would never trade that, folks. You know that old Pearl Jam song, what's the line in that song? Once you trade magic for fact, there's no tradebacks. I wouldn't trade it back. These people are smart. They're evil, but they're smart.
Starting point is 00:29:28 smart. They're evil, but they're smart. And we let their plan and their culture war go for too long. We didn't pay attention to proxy votes, board memberships, NGOs. We let it go for way too long. We focused way too much attention on tax cuts. And now we're paying for that. But the road back has started and make no mistake. It's going to lead to a better tomorrow. Let me get to my next sponsor. And I'm going to go into step two, how they're dividing us, what the point of the division is. It's not by accident. Communists don't give a damn about people who are gay or who are black or anything like that. Matter of fact, Joe, the irony is they've killed them and imprisoned them for exactly that, being minorities and being gay. So why do the new communist progressives on the left, why are they using those causes, LGBT activism and minority causes, as a weapon? It's not because they care about
Starting point is 00:30:18 those folks. It's because they need the division. I got that. And then something happened in Kansas, too, that's interesting. It's going to make them double down Today's show also brought to you by Magic Spoon Cereals are for grown-ups You know, cereals for grown-ups are bland You've tasted them They taste terrible a lot They need a little magic

Starting point is 00:32:00 Check out Fruity too. Love it. Yeah, man. All right. So back to this. Step one, hijack capitalism. Just went through that. Step two, when they're war on democracy,
Starting point is 00:32:10 why they accuse Trump of a war on democracy. Division. They've got to divide us. They've got to partition us up. Now, why? I said it before. I'll say it again. If you don't have the kids, you don't have communism.
Starting point is 00:32:20 I'm going to say that again. Write it down if you can. If you don't have the kids You don't have communism No totalitarian regime Has survived Without a full indoctrination mechanism On the kids
Starting point is 00:32:34 Even then they have trouble surviving Because people yearn to be free Now I'm not waxing poetic It's just true People want to be free How simple does it have to be Why does jail suck Why Why? You got a house, you got a roof over your head, and you got meals. Why does it suck? Because you're not free,
Starting point is 00:32:51 right? That's why everyone wants to avoid jail. People want to be free. Totalitarianism is not freedom. That's why it always fails. But you can buy time if you've got the kids. You've got the kids, you've got communism. Don't forget it. Now, the problem with that is a lot of parents in America, 40, 45, 50% are either Republican or pretty diehard conservatives. So you're never going to get the kids to spit on conservatism and their government and become communists if you don't have the parents. So what's the best way to divide the kids from the parents? Tell them they're sexually confused and the parents don't understand. No, come on, Dan. That's not why they're doing this. They really believe in this trans stuff. No, they don't. No, they don't. Can you want me to prove it
Starting point is 00:33:34 to you again? Can you tell me if I'm crazy? If they really believed in this, then why did it just come about in seemingly the last four or five years? Do you notice that? I mean, think about it, Joe. You remember a decade, two decades ago that there were trans folks out there. Oh, yeah. There were people who dressed in, I mean, drag queens are nothing new. I mean, gosh, Joe was in the music space. This is nothing new. Everywhere.
Starting point is 00:33:58 Not even close to new. Like not even like in the last century. So why is it now that we're talking about cutting kids genitals off like where did that come from you're like i know joe didn't hear about that that wasn't a thing in the 60s you would have brought that up in a presidential debate they would have been like so if this was always the case then why did it just seemingly pop out because the communists are losing the environmental argument they They've lost the racism argument. They're losing all of it.
Starting point is 00:34:27 So they're like, what do we do next? We get the kids by telling them they're sexually confused. That's how they started. Expect the socialists to double down on this stuff until it burns itself out. And it already is. Washington Times, a little bit of good news. Kansas legislature overrides a Democratic
Starting point is 00:34:45 governor to ban biological males from female sports. Thank you. You want real equity inequality? How about we have females compete against females and males against males? Is that a lot to ask? Folks, we're racking up the wins here. Florida, Kansas City, don't get depressed. Yes, Wisconsin and Chicago were disasters. I'll address that on the Fox show Saturday night. Please check it out, nine o'clock. I appreciate it. But we are racking up wins too. I'll play it hopefully at the end of the show.
Starting point is 00:35:16 We just had a Democrat in North Carolina, excuse me, flip to the Republicans, giving them a super majority in North Carolina. It is not a total loss. Things are bad. They are not catastrophic. The Democrats are flipping out. The culture war, we're winning, not them. We sat around, we let them get to this point, and now the flipperoo starts. Expect the division to double down. Step two. Here, I want to play this audio video.
Starting point is 00:35:47 It's Matt Walsh. Matt Walsh was on a college campus. And I want to show you how silly this activism stuff gets when confronted with basic questions. Matt Walsh is saying, well, if there aren't two genders, there's not a gender binary, which obviously is absurd. There's an XX and XY. We know that, chromosomes. We know we can tell by your reproductive biology and your chromosomes if you are a male or a female. We don't have a problem defining a woman.
Starting point is 00:36:19 A woman is a human adult female, correct? So Matt Walsh is talking to an activist there, who an EMT emergency medical technician for the liberals watching and says, well, what would you do if you confront someone like this? I mean, you are a health care professional, right? Watch yourself. You said you're an EMT. OK, if you're responding, you're responding to a health emergency. Biological male, somebody with a penis is, uh, is having a medical emergency and they say to you, um, I think I'm having a miscarriage. Would you, would you check them to see if they're having a miscarriage? Would you consider that a look no but that's because some people don't have body parts doesn't mean they're not a woman okay you understand this is the hallmark of a cult not anything based in actual reason or science the hallmark of a cult is you give irrational, ridiculous answers.
Starting point is 00:37:28 And when confronted with reality, you're confused. Think about being in a cult. Hey, we're going to worship this. I support the current thing, cop. It's a deity. It has special powers to grant you access to the afterlife. Joe, he says, be careful. That may be happening.
Starting point is 00:37:49 Worship the cup. And then all of a sudden, they say, guys, if you worship the cup in 30 days, there's going to be a moment. It's going to be a reckoning. And the skies and the heavens are going to open. And then in 30 days, nothing happens. And you're confronted with questions like, why didn't it happen? Oh, the cup changed its mind. How did it change its mind? It's a deity. You see what happens that you start spitting yourself at the stupidity? A man has a
Starting point is 00:38:13 penis and says he's pregnant. What do you do? DMT is like, I don't know. I didn't really think that one through. Of course, you didn't think that one through. Of course, you didn't think that one through. They are engaged in the war on democracy and the division through this activism is a tool to do it. First, hijack capitalism. Second, divide us. What's third? You must absolutely silence the opposition. Why? That's why I played that cut right there. Why did I play that cut right there? Because when you don't silence the opposition, that happens. You see how the emperor, pun intended, has no clothes. Like, oh my gosh, the emperor's naked.
Starting point is 00:38:53 He is. That's why they have to silence people like Walsh and Nichelle and anyone else that doesn't go along with their agenda. I got another example of this. Do you hear what happened in Canada? Joe, I know you saw this cut in advance, but you, ladies and gentlemen, the tyranny is right at your door. It is here right now. The police state is here. We're fighting back, but don't think for a second like this is a seeing around corners thing. Let me get to my last sponsor. I'll show you this. This is not,
Starting point is 00:39:28 again, this is not a warning. It's here now. Folks, MyPillow. Right now, MyPillow has a massive closeout sale happening on their all-season slippers. Starting point is 00:40:44 Step three, right after the deuce, you got to silence the opposition because you can't have moments like that. You can't have the emperor appear to have no clothes. You cannot have the curtain opened and you're like, look, there's no wizard. There's just that little guy. You can't have that. So you've got to ban the opposition. Now, I can't do the whole show on the Twitter files. We've done that. You know, the Twitter files expose the efforts by the government to shut people up about COVID politics, anything else. Get it, got it, good. But little did you know, our Canadian brethren up in Canada are now pushing a bill across the border in Canada, which used to be a free country after the truckers rebellion. It's obviously not a free country anymore. It's now a dictatorship. We all know that.
Starting point is 00:41:29 So the Canadian dictatorship is now pushing a bill to criminalize any opposition to the trans agenda. Now, notice they use language in this that you're going to hear this lawmaker talking about this. Like, oh, man, you know, there's no hate speech. What they're really talking about is anything against the trans agenda anything said will be illegal here listen yourself it enables the attorney general to create a 2s lgbtqi plus community safety zone to prohibit within 100 meters of the property any homophobic transphobic act of intimidation threat offensive threats offensive remarks protest disturbance and distribution of hate propaganda within the meaning of the criminal code it also comes with it a penalty of twenty five thousand dollars if prosecuted successfully again the police state
Starting point is 00:42:21 oh police state's coming it's not coming it. It's here. It's here now. The only question is, are we going to let it get worse? Oh, it's hot. You're not a fan. By the way, Jimmy G, you just threw me off here. Totally in the chat room. He, Joe, he says we screwed up. What?
Starting point is 00:42:37 He says that there has been a four-monthly before. Remember the 2020 Iowa caucus when the Democrats couldn't count their own votes? Oh, is that right? I got to go back. Can someone go check that, please? Find the date. It should be easy. Can you check that, Guy?
Starting point is 00:42:50 And go back. If Joe awarded four Muttleys, Joe, we're going to have to re-evaluate our Muttley scale. So Jimmy G, thanks for the heads up. But not that we don't believe you, but the show's about facts. The only proper thing to do here is to go back and check. That was a hilarious story. Those idiots couldn't even count their own votes. We couldn't count our own monthlies. And we can't count our own monthlies. That's a good point. Makes sense. This is bad. We'll check,
Starting point is 00:43:15 Jimmy. I'll get back to you tomorrow. Key, take a note on that. We got to follow up on that. But the silencing of the opposition, that's it. So just to be clear, they're establishing a zone where if there's a transgender, LGBTQIA, BIOPC rally, that if you say anything in that rally that the people don't like and the government can classify as hate speech,
Starting point is 00:43:40 in other words, you go there to protest, you're going to find yourself in jail. Man, that sounds kind of communist-y. That's because it is. And what do they cite? They cite security and safety. Ah, don't worry, fellas. That's not happening here. He says it is. He says it is. He says it's happening here too. Leonardo, the Caprio Giphy guy from Twitter, if you know, you know, right? Look, it's happening here too. Leonardo DiCaprio Giffey guy from Twitter, if you know, you know, right? Look, it's happening here. Remember that TikTok bill, the restrict act I've been warning you about?
Starting point is 00:44:11 Maybe the single worst idea in American history. By the way, this is a bipartisan piece of stuff. There are Republicans signing on to this idiocy too. It's the TikTok bill, the Restrict Act. Here's a Wall Street Journal covering this the other day. Keep in mind, the Wall Street Journal, they're not even like doctrinaire conservatives. They're pretty lefty sometimes too. Philip Hamburger, who is not a lefty, the Wall Street Journal is like, hey, this TikTok bill looks kind of like a sneak attack on free speech. So the Canadians are using a safety and security thing. Did you know that the bill,
Starting point is 00:44:50 the bill, they say the FBI has classified Catholics as violent extremists. We know that. He notes, so when the TikTok bill authorizes the commerce secretary to mitigate communication risks due to national security or safety, that means she can demand censorship. That's in the bill, folks. That's in the bill. It gives the government unbelievable latitude to use the safety air quotes umbrella to demand censorship and lock you out online. Let's tie it all together. Now, do you see why the flip-a-roo happened? They arrested Trump to stop Trump from breaking up the police state.
Starting point is 00:45:30 They are engaged in a war on democracy. To distract you from the war on democracy, they do the flip-a-roo and accuse Trump of a war on democracy to occupy the stupid media. The real war on democracy is theirs. They are hijacking capitalism using NGOs and liberal donors, a Soros crowd. They're hijacking capitalism using BlackRock and other moneyed entities. Then they move on to step two, the division, the LGBTQ, D, B, Q, B, I, O, P, C agenda in schools. Even I get confused where they divide the kids from the parents and
Starting point is 00:46:06 insist they're sexually confused in order to make these absurdities look real. They have to silence the opposition that exposes them, the Matt Walsh's and others. So they pass a restrict act in conjunction with stupid Republicans who sign on, which allow the commerce secretary to do what the Canadians are doing right now.
Starting point is 00:46:24 Use public safety as an excuse to lock your ass out of your online accounts. Please call your legislators today. Let them know if they sign on the Restrict Act, you're going to restrict something too. Your money, your support, your activism, and your vote. No. You want to ban TikTok? Then write a bill that bans TikTok. Make them sell it to an American company. restrict act is a piece of stuff i forget we're live now you should say joe can
Starting point is 00:46:54 you beep that later on there's no beep folks there's no delay on this joe has no maybe we should install that so i could do my thing sorry Sorry, I know cussing's bad. It's just, I'm trying. I promise you, I'm trying. I know it's bad. I'm just, I'm trying. I'm doing my best. Folks, of course, this is all being supported
Starting point is 00:47:13 by the failed Biden administration. Their failures are piling up. I got to do an administration update on this clown show. Karine Jean-Pierre also saying, believe it or not. Anyone changing their vote, by the way? Anyone? Worst? Sucks.
Starting point is 00:47:23 Joe, still sucks. The worst press secretary in the history of the united states said the dumbest thing she said yet no way yes she has but just a couple quick updates on how full of crap this administration is remember the chinese spy balloon we stopped it from gathering intelligence update they didn't stop it from gathering intelligence i. Nothing they tell you is ever true. Nothing. What percent of stuff they tell you is true? Zero. Donut. Just the news. Chinese spy balloon story bursts back into the headlines. They lied about it. Intelligence officials confirmed Monday the Chinese balloon gathered intelligence from several sensitive military sites. Anybody, I mean, is this even
Starting point is 00:48:05 a story? It's not a story. It's a story because it's not a story. You guys get what I'm saying? Like, it's a story only because Joe, Guy, Jim and everyone involved in this show already knew they were lying. That's why it's not a story. We already knew.
Starting point is 00:48:22 But it's a story because we knew. If that even makes sense. Right part. More bull from the Biden administration. Remember those classified documents? Well, now we know they were lying. They discovered it much earlier they admitted. Now we find out that one of the assistants left the documents in an unlocked closet in the Penn Biden Center.
Starting point is 00:48:43 Weird. Trump documents behind a locked door with the Secret Service at the location. Biden documents in an unsecured office, in an unsecured closet. No big deal. Nothing to see here, folks. Of course it didn't. Joe, he's like, didn't Biden say it wasn't? Of course he did.
Starting point is 00:49:03 That's the point. Whatever Biden says, assume the opposite is is true here's the most hilarious thing here's kareem john pierre yesterday in one of the i mean this woman should try comedy she could give sheppel a run she says that don't worry man all of this the biden administration they're different than trump because they definitely follow the law check this out of course the president is a president that follows the law and uh does uh does does uh these types of things in the appropriate fashion appropriate way yeah he does an appropriate way like storing classified documents in violation of the law stolen from the senate and his vice president when he had no ability to declassify them keeping
Starting point is 00:49:40 them in unlock unlock closet totally followed the law. Hey, a quick update for you on this story. Remember this Seymour Hersh sub-stack bombshell story that the CIA blew up the Nord Stream pipeline from Russia to Germany? Remember that? And then remember the next day, the deep state came out with an article and said, no, it was a group of divers or something like that. Remember that? Well, Seymour Hersh has an update. You can see the date came out yesterday on his sub stack. I have it linked if you want. You have to subscribe to read it, the whole thing.
Starting point is 00:50:14 I think you can read it for free with a seven-day trial. But either way, here's one of the quotes from it. Seymour Hersh is like, their cover story now, that a couple of divers did it with connections to Ukraine and the CIA had nothing to do with it, is so absurdly stupid. He brings up a great point. Really, divers did it with connections to Ukraine and the CIA had nothing to do with it is so absurdly stupid. He brings up a great point. Really? Divers did it? He notes, how long can a diver stay down in their suits?
Starting point is 00:50:31 Maybe 15 minutes? He notes that the pipelines are not that big and they're hard to find. And they're not on charts that come with the lease. In other words, you have to know where it is. So he goes, if the diver can stay down there 15 minutes, what would it take the diver to search one square mile? It would take them four years. Got a little bit of a time problem to the CIA's cover story, don't you?
Starting point is 00:50:57 They're running from this thing, man, big time. One more note for today. You know, yesterday I busted out a theory I want you all to remember It's my Dan Bongino It's not bad enough yet theory That people will not change Their partisan, almost cult-like allegiance
Starting point is 00:51:15 To the Democrat Party Described that in the beginning of the show That's what it is I gave you the evidence They're not going to stop Sadly and tragically They're not going to stop until the violence hits them evidence. They're not going to stop, sadly and tragically. They're not going to stop until the violence hits them at home. They're not.
Starting point is 00:51:30 It's just not bad enough yet. I've got just some quick numbers for you to show you I'm not kidding. When Rudy Giuliani lost the mayor's race in 1989, I lived through it, and everybody said, how could he lose? He lost by three points. How could he lose? New York City was a bloodbath. You know how many people were murdered in New York city? 1900 only be, it was a record only beating the year before where I believe it was 1800 people folks, 1900 people murdered. Keep in mind that that doesn't even account the arson murder.
Starting point is 00:52:06 That included 89 more people in New York City that year. We still lost. Chicago, granted, has less of a population, so it's not adjusted for population density, but still, Chicago had about less than half the population of New York City in the metro area. Chicago had 695 people killed last year. What am I telling you?
Starting point is 00:52:31 Even adjusted for population density, folks, it's got to get a whole lot worse before people start to realize I'm putting my own life in danger. Giuliani lost almost triple the amount of people murdered. It just hasn't gotten bad enough yet. Here, here's proof. Jake Sheridan. He's getting attacked for this tweet, but he's right. Here's a map of violent crime in Chicago, he notes, over the last five years. And a map of the election results.
Starting point is 00:53:01 You notice something, folks? The areas hardest hit by violent crime are the same areas that voted for the defund the police guy. I'm going to leave that show right here. It's just not bad enough yet. I hope and pray you wake up before that, but I don't think they will until there's hundreds, if not thousands of more body bags. This is going to continue. The same people who are being abused and destroyed and killed and murdered. The same people who voted for the defund the police guy.
Starting point is 00:53:34 That's just a fact. All right, folks, thanks again for tuning in. Deeply appreciated questions for tomorrow's show. If you'd like to submit a question, go to locals.
