Starting point is 00:00:00 everybody welcome to vince on a tuesday you know what i love about the current moment we're living through i love that we don't really give a shit anymore what the legacy media have to say the reason we talk about it at all is just to acknowledge that there are still some people who are falling for this garbage and because there are people within our government who try and use these legacy media hoaxes as a predicate to advance their own power but we can cut through them like that i don't know anybody who falls for this crap anymore god bless you for it more ahead on this edition of Vince. It is great to have you with us.

Their salary-based mortgage consultants are helping homeowners just like you restructure their loans and save money every month all without upfront fees. Their customers, they're saving an average of $800 a month. That's like a $10,000 raise. having to change jobs. Call now. Before it's too late, American Financing, 888-879-64-60. That's 888-879-64-60, Americanfinancing.comnet slash vince. You know, it's really amazing, isn't it, the way that the media operate? It's so thoroughly predictable.
Starting point is 00:01:59 Look, let's be honest, the left has nothing to offer you. They have nothing of value to offer you. Have they offered you anything that will improve your life? Have they offered anything that will make it more affordable? Have they offered anything that's going to bring down the cost of health care, bring down the cost of housing, or slow down the rise in taxes, or bring down the cost of energy, or improve the quality of your child's education? Have they offered you literally anything that you can use?
Starting point is 00:02:29 the answer to that is no all they've done is serve you heaping helpings of chaos at every opportunity and because they can't actually convince voters of the merits of why they should support democrats they tell you Donald Trump is evil and they rig elections and then they hope the chips will fall in their direction that's really the way that they operate so it was just a few weeks ago remember the left as a part of its, it's never-ending series of hoaxes, they were pushing a different wrap-up smear. They were saying that Donald Trump was in the Jeffrey Epstein files. Remember all of that? Trump's in the Epstein files. Trump's in the Epstein files, release the Epstein files. And sure enough, we saw the Epstein files begin to be released, at least more of them.
Starting point is 00:03:16 We saw emails, in fact, released by House Republicans who were looking to rebut the chopped up versions that Democrats were releasing. And what are those emails? reveal who they reveal the Democrats are in bed with Epstein to include Hakeem Jeffries. It became really clear really quickly once again that all of the rakes that were being stepped on were being stepped on by Democrats and they were hitting them clear in the head. And as a result, Democrats have tried to cook up yet another distraction designed to smear Donald Trump and the people around him in order to run away from the accountability that they so richly deserve the latest round of this has been claiming that donald trump is giving the troops illegal
Starting point is 00:04:03 orders that he's doing something unconstitutional forcing them into a very perilous position that is the troops and now they've been telling the troops hey you should ignore the commander in chief we got that from the seditious six we got that from people like uh like alissa slotkin and mark kelly who've been telling the troops to stage insurrections. And they've continued to double down on that very thing up until this very day. And going into the weekend, we had that big Washington Post report claiming that Donald Trump and his secretary of war, Pete Hegseth, who they refused to call the Secretary of War, they so-called the Secretary of Defense, have in fact been giving illegal orders.
Starting point is 00:04:47 They referenced a September 2nd strike on a Venezuelan drug boat claiming that Pete Hegseth said, kill them all. And they implied that after one strike didn't kill the narco terrorists as they were clinging to the wreckage in what was left of their lives, that Pete Hegseth fired more missiles just to make sure that those helpless, now disarmed combatants would meet their end, would die because he's cruel and disgusting. And he's committing war crimes. That's what the left told us. So, of course, throughout the weekend, the media and the people in Washington, to include, by the way, Republicans, I'll get into that in a moment, we're being hysterical about this. It's time to investigate Pete Heggseth. We have to investigate the Department of Defense, is what they keep calling it.
Starting point is 00:05:39 We have to investigate the Trump administration. They are doing something wrong. You can smell the bullshit in the air. You know what this is. This is yet another Russia hoax. This is an attempt to bog down the administration in a pile of nine. nonsense, the end of which will be the obvious exonerating conclusion, which is that Pete Hegeseth is merely doing his job. Donald Trump is the duly elected president of the United
Starting point is 00:06:03 States. And for once, the American military is directly protecting your interests and not dancing off somewhere else in the world to advance the interests of the military industrial complex. Got it? Yeah. Yeah, you can tell instinctively. You smelled it instantly. And so now, yesterday, we get an addition to this story. And interestingly, it comes to us from the New York Times, but credit where it's due, I'm perfectly happy to have something like this pop up in the New York Times or anywhere else for that matter. The New York Times is now jumping in to admit what you already knew, which is Pete Heggsett didn't commit any war crimes. That is and was always a hoax. Check this out. Pete
Starting point is 00:06:48 Heggseth ordered a lethal attack, but not the killing of survivors officially. say. Oh, do tell. Do tell. The Trump administration on Monday defended the legality of the September 2nd attack on a boat in the Caribbean Sea as calls grew in Congress. Thanks, Congress, which I believe is controlled by Republicans. Remind me about that? I'm pretty sure Republicans control Congress. Why are they playing this game? Calls are growing in Congress to examine whether a follow-up missile strike that killed survivors amounted to a crime. The lethal attack was the first in President Trump's legally disputed campaign of killing people suspected of smuggling drugs at sea as if they were combatants in a war. I don't know. They kill over 100,000 Americans a year,
Starting point is 00:07:33 so I think they probably qualify. It has started coming under intense bipartisan scrutiny in recent days. There's that word bipartisan. I made questions about the decision to kill the initial survivors and what orders were issued by Defense Secretary Pete Heggseth. They go on to cite Caroline Leavitt and the things that she's saying. But here is what the, here's the news of the piece. According to five U.S. officials, these are the ones who spoke to the New York Times, five U.S. officials who spoke separately and on the condition of anonymity to discuss a sensitive matter that is under investigation. Mr. Heggseth, ahead of the attack on September 2nd,
Starting point is 00:08:15 ordered a strike that would kill people on the boat and destroy the vessel and its purported cargo of drugs. guys this is the most important thing they want to destroy the vessel and the drugs that's the most important element of this whole story keep that in mind that's the point we're trying to stop the weapons of war the stuff that's pouring into our country and killing american citizens but each official said mr heggsett's directive did not specifically address what should happen if a first missile turned out to not fully accomplish all of those things And the official said his order was not a response to surveillance footage, showing that at least two people on the boat survived the first blast.
Starting point is 00:09:01 Oh, okay. So Hegset didn't commit any war crimes. Hegset wasn't even involved in the decision to fire a second missile, although it would be his right to be. He's the Secretary of War, after all. And so the entire Washington Post piece was a Nancy Pelosi wrap-up smear designed to defame and bogged down the top officials in the Trump administration. Here's the New York Times admitting as much that their colleagues at the Washington Post,
Starting point is 00:09:31 well, they were lying to you going into the weekend. Admiral Bradley ordered the initial missile strike and then several follow-up strikes that killed the initial survivors and sank the disabled boat. As that operation unfolded, they said, Mr. Heggseth did not give any further orders to him. The officials clarified the sequence of events amid the political and legal uproar that followed the Washington Post piece through the weekend. Now, additionally, they talk about what the process here was, why this guy made this decision, Admiral Bradley, that is. Two officials suggested that the surviving people may not have even been Admiral Bradley's intended targeting.
Starting point is 00:10:17 in the second strike. Instead, they said it was the purported drugs and the disabled vessel that gets right back to what I was talking about, which is that the boat and the drug shipment, they were merely disabled, not destroyed. The job of the military is to destroy that threat. It wasn't done yet. And so Admiral Bradley ordered another strike to complete the mission. This is not hard, is it, fellas? Not hard at all. The sources argued that the purported cargo remained a threat and a lawful military target because another cartel-associated boat might have come to retrieve it.
Starting point is 00:11:02 One of the officials said the United States military intercepted radio communications from one of the survivors. Oh, so somebody who survived the first strike grabbed the radio to radio back to the narco-traffickers that they were working with. As a result, they say members of Congress could request these communications as a part of their oversight investigation. So anyway, the long and short of the New York Times piece is that the New York Times is now jumping in
Starting point is 00:11:31 to admit that Pete Hegseth and the Department of War didn't commit any war crimes, that all of this is a gigantic dumpster fire. It's a pile of garbage. In fact, military legal experts, have been pointing out the fact that the boat was disabled and not yet destroyed is an entirely legitimate predicate for a second strike. Here's Dr. Brian L. Cox. He's an adjunct professor at Cornell Law. He's also a retired Army. He's an expert on military law. And he said the
Starting point is 00:12:05 following this week about these decisions and how it doesn't appear that they violate the Geneva Convention or commit any war crimes or anything like that. He says, if the boat were destroyed, there would be nothing serviceable left of it. But if it's disabled, that is, if the decision maker believed it could still be used to call other narco-traffickers to retrieve their cargo, the boat still qualifies as a military objective. And military objectives can be intentionally attacked. That's it.
Starting point is 00:12:41 Or as Caroline Levitt put it yesterday, the job of the military was to call it. quote, ensure that the boat was destroyed and the threat to the United States was eliminated. Take a look at the fabulous White House press secretary yesterday. Cut one. President Trump and Secretary Heggseth have made it clear that presidentially designated narco-terrorist groups are subject to lethal targeting in accordance with the laws of war. With respect to the strikes in question on September 2nd, Secretary Hegeseth authorized Admiral Bradley to conduct these kinetic strikes. Admiral Bradley worked well within his authority and the law directing the engagement to ensure the boat was destroyed
Starting point is 00:13:22 and the threat to the United States of America was eliminated. And I would just add one more point to remind the American public why these lethal strikes are taking place because this administration has designated these narco-terrorists as foreign terrorist organizations. The president has a right to take them out if they are threatening the United States of America and if they are bringing illegal narcotics that are killing our citizens at a record rate, which is what they are doing. Yeah, so these are narco-terrorists or killing Americans at a record rate. They're totally legitimate military targets, and that's why we're going after them. The idea that any of this amounts to a war crime is absolutely disgraceful.
Starting point is 00:14:00 The fact that anybody in our media or in establishment, Washington, continues to spend more time shedding tears for narco-terrorists than they've spent any time, whatsoever on the well-being of American citizens and protection and preservation of our communities really gives the whole game away. You have to hate your own country to take this position. It's totally insane. Totally and completely insane. And it's meant to bog the Trump administration down. Again, it's just a wrap-off smear. That's all this is. It's meant to try and launch investigations into President Trump, into Pete Heggseth, and to freeze up what's left of this administration the 47th presidential administration now here is um an idiot reporter yesterday who keeps intentionally missing the point she wasn't alone a bunch of the reporters kept missing the
Starting point is 00:14:56 point they keep dressing this up as well why do you have to kill people who are floating in the water again this is about the ship and its cargo take a look at this idiot focused on the survivors. Why won't the administration either confirm or deny or reveal whether or not there were survivors after that initial first strike? And what imminent threat would two survivors pose who were clinging presumably to the wreckage of that boat? Again, as I said, I think you guys are sort of not listening fully to the statement I've provided. Admiral Bradley worked well within his authority and the law directing the engagement to ensure the boat was totally destroyed and the threat to the narco-terrorists,
Starting point is 00:15:42 the United States was eliminated. And for any further questions about his thinking, I would defer you to the Department of War. Yeah, okay. So it's funny, you know, I, I, uh, it's just, the idea that that lady is like, oh, what would, what would justify going after survivors? Why would you do that? You're so mean.
Starting point is 00:16:02 Um, we're protecting American citizens. We have to destroy the cargo. Why don't we just interdict the boats? The Navy is perfectly capable of, of grabbing these boats. They've done that before the Coast Guard. and grab these boats. Why don't we just interdict them? And that's a perfectly reasonable question, and I have a very reasonable answer. It hasn't stopped the problem. It hasn't stopped it. We can interdict until we're out of ammunition, until we've tried to, you know, whatever.
Starting point is 00:16:30 The point is we can interdict like crazy. It's not stopping the problem. We still have over 100,000 Americans dying due to these drugs coming into our country every year. So it's time for a new strategy. Here's the new strategy. You ready for this? Come here. Ready? Kill them. Kill them.
Starting point is 00:16:48 Blow them away. That's the new strategy. Blow them away. And then when you blow them away, take the video footage, post it to the internet, and send it off as a warning to every damn cartel on the planet
Starting point is 00:17:00 that if you try and bring drugs into the United States, we will kill you. We will destroy all of the product and we will destroy the people who you task with bringing those drugs to the United States of America. So fuck interdiction. Kill them.
Starting point is 00:17:14 Because the only way you're going to slow this down is if you demonstrate that there are real and dire consequences to both their supply and their lives. I'm sorry. I've just, I got to be honest with you. That's it. And what has happened?
Starting point is 00:17:27 We have seen a dramatic decrease in the flow of these drugs by boat towards the United States. As it continued, yes. And as it does, we're striking these guys. But the Trump administration, as it often does, has taken a different position. I get it. I get it. Is it possible to interdict them? Yes, it is. But not only are we stopping a mortal threat to the United States, we are also sending a very clear message. We will kill you if you attempt this. We will kill you. It's not a war crime. It is well-justified self-defense.
Starting point is 00:18:07 I've had enough of it. And I know the president of the United States has too. But thank you. It's a good question. But no, this is exactly what we need to do. And this is what I was calling for. I was calling for this from the moment the Trump administration began. And prior to that, as we were in the campaign,
Starting point is 00:18:25 one of the mandates of the campaign is like, well, wait a second. If we're going to focus our foreign policy on something, shouldn't it be on the stuff that affects Americans most directly? Shouldn't we deploy the military? against direct threats to the United States of America? The answer to that is, of course, that's the whole point of the American military to defend us. So how do we do that?
Starting point is 00:18:48 Do we go into Venezuela? Do we go into Mexico? Are we drone striking the cartels? Do we send in the seals to kill the leadership? What do we do about this? And whatever the answers are, the overarching answers to that are going forward to the future. A beginning answer is simple. It's very simple, which is strike boats. These boats carry these drug payloads. There are no innocent civilians around the boat. There's no risk of any sort of innocent bystanders
Starting point is 00:19:20 being struck in these things. We can strike them. We can capture it on video. We can release it publicly. These are all things, go look it up. These are all things that I was calling for. And sure enough, the Trump administration started doing it. And now I'm going to be scandalized by it. No, I'm enthusiastic about it. I love that they're doing it. this because it's clearly sending the message that I knew would resonate in the first place, which is kill the bad guys, capture it on video, release it to the public, the cartels get the message. And please keep doing it. Please. Don't let these idiots in Congress or the Washington Post dissuade you. Keep going. Fire, baby. Fire at will. So this is this is the latest
Starting point is 00:19:59 here. And now in a moment, I want to get to how Congress is reacting to all of this because there are, I need your help here. I need you to pay attention to especially these Republicans in Congress who are playing footsy with this idea that somehow the Trump administration is in the midst of a war crime or a scandal. Hold on for that. I've got updates for you on that because this matters a lot because we are at the beginning moments. The next 24 hours, I think, in a lot of ways, will define whether or not the Trump administration gets bogged down in yet another hoax scandal that overtakes Washington. I think it's already falling apart. I think even the New York Times is helping it along to fall apart. But I'll get to what we're learning and how Republicans are
Starting point is 00:20:43 not helping us, as usual, in just a moment. Hey, you know, the holidays are always full of surprises. Always full of surprises. And because of that, I want to share something that honestly is blowing me away. When it comes to religious freedom, I was shocked to learn what states rank low on the First Liberty Institute's religious liberty in the state's index. My friends at First Liberty Institute, one of the nation's leading law firms protecting religious freedom, just released their index. And they rank all 50 states on how well each state protects your right to live out your faith. And the results are totally full of surprises. Now, if you haven't heard of First Liberty, they're different. They've been on the front lines defending religious freedom for nearly 30 years. And here's the best part. When your
Starting point is 00:21:28 Faith comes under attack. They're often first in the fight. And they do it without ever sending their clients a bill. That's right. They don't charge a dime. They've got a win rate of over 90% on their cases, including a 9-0 record at the United States Supreme Court. They're committed to help protect your religious freedom, which is why I believe that this state-by-state report is very important. This religious liberty in the state's index is a peer-reviewed study that can help give you a real picture of religious liberty all across America. Want to see where your state ranks? Get your free copy today at firstliberty.org slash vance.
Starting point is 00:22:08 That's firstliberty.org slash v I nce. Firstliberty.org slash vance. Thank you to first liberty. Great operation. All right. So we get the Trump administration, of course, protecting our interests directly. And now you have even Republicans who are flirting with investigating the Trump administration. Let's stop this before it really gets started because this is completely insane.
Starting point is 00:22:44 Here's what we know. Going into the weekend, Defense 1 had a piece up on this subject saying that Congress is set to probe the U.S. strikes on boats in the Caribbean. okay they said the u.s senate and house armed services committee are opening bipartisan inquiries into these military strikes on suspected drug running boats in the Caribbean now i'm going to give you names now these are the names to keep an eye out for senate armed services committee chairman roger roger wicker roger wicker republican from mississippi and ranking member jack reed he's a democrat from rhode island issued a joint statement on friday promising Vigorous oversight of the killings.
Starting point is 00:23:29 Quote, the committee is aware of recent news reports and the Department of Defense's initial response regarding alleged follow-on strikes on suspected narcotics vessels in the South Com area of responsibility. The committee has directed inquiries to the department, and we will be conducting vigorous oversight to determine the facts related to these circumstances. That's Roger Wicker, okay, Republican Senator. Similarly, House Armed Services Committee Chairman Mike Rogers of Alabama and Adam Smith, Democrat, said in their joint statement on Saturday, that they are, quote, committed to providing rigorous oversight of the Department of Defense's military operations in the Caribbean. They issued a joint statement. They say, we take seriously the reports of follow-on strikes on boats alleged to be ferrying narcotics in the Southcom region and are taking bipartisan action.
Starting point is 00:24:22 to gather a full accounting of the operation in question. So you got that. That's Mike Rogers of Alabama in the House and Roger Wicker of Mississippi in the Senate. Those are the guys in charge of the Armed Services Committees in the Senate in the House. Those guys are the ones who are playing along with the hoax right now. Fellas, don't do this. Don't fall for this crap. If you're going to do this, get involved for four seconds.
Starting point is 00:24:50 give it the all clear, say, hey, I spoke to Pete Exeth. We're good to go. We got all the information we needed. This is totally legitimate. And move on. Stop falling for this crap. Stop it. It's every single time. This is how these things happen. Democrats will launch a wrap-ups mirror. Some Republicans, including Republicans who have power, will fall for it. The administration will get bogged down in nonsense. sense. And then at the end of a long run of investigations and inquiries and made up stories, we'll get some big report that's like, it turns out everything was handled correctly. How about we jump to the end of that stupid story immediately? How about stop playing along with this crap? Here's Roger Wicker playing along with this crap already saying, I'm talking to the Secretary of Defense. I'm talking to the Admiral. Here it is. Cut three. Watch. Spoken to the Secretary of Defense. And we'll be speaking to the Admiral that was in charge of the operation. The Secretary did indicate, which has now been in the news media, that there was
Starting point is 00:26:10 a second attack. Were there survivors who were killed in that second attack? I don't have that information. Do you worry that? But I do, I do think we'll get. that information and we're certainly going to we're going to have available to us all of the audio and all of the video okay chop chop chop if you're going to play this game get it out quickly and just be like are dumb with it this is ridiculous i don't even know why you're issuing bipartisan statements these days these democrats have no interest in the truth they're interested only in trying to stop donald trump from pursuing the agenda that he was elected for this is crazy to me how How many times was Obama called to the carpet for killing American citizens, for striking weddings, for using the threat disposition matrix, for bragging about how happy he is to kill people, for double tapping.
Starting point is 00:27:03 That's the big phrase this week. Oh, they're double tapping. How many times was Obama called to the carpet for that by Congress? Never. It's all so stupid. Stop falling for this crap, idiots. So my request to you is, you know, tell Roger Wicker, don't fall for it. Don't fall for it.
Starting point is 00:27:22 Get out of this. Tailspin, please. You know, same for all these guys. Anybody who would dare fall for this. Mike Rogers, too, in Alabama, don't fall for this. Come on, please. Meanwhile, Mark Kelly is the Arizona senator who continues. use look this story's falling apart so much and the democrats i don't think they anticipated i
Starting point is 00:27:52 actually don't think they anticipated how much attention that initial seditious video was going to get you know mark kelly and company they they put this video together i i think they just thought it was going to be a fundraising video and that nobody would care at all that they were calling for the troops to undermine the commander in chief but you and i noticed right so we we took a look at this thing we said So that's crazy. That's completely seditious. And you should be court-martial for that, Mark Kelly. Mark Kelly, did you notice this at all?
Starting point is 00:28:19 Have you seen any of this video? He did a press conference yesterday. And he looks nervous. He looks rattled. He looks like he got caught. And he's trying to spin his way out of his own statements now. And he's still saying things like, well, maybe the military stepped over the line here. But the truth is, I don't know anything.
Starting point is 00:28:43 Well, then why are you telling the troops to ignore the orders of the commander-in-chief, you seditious psychopath? Here's Mark Kelly yesterday trying to spin out of a disaster of his own making. Watch. Folks in the military need to understand, you know, the law of the sea, the Geneva Conventions, what the law says. And I'm concerned that if there were, in fact, as reported, you know, survivors clinging to a damaged vessel. that that could be, you know, over a line. I hope it's not the case. I truly do.
Starting point is 00:29:21 Again, I am, you know, not sure of all the facts yet. I don't want to prejudge before we have all the information. I think it's important for there to be an investigation. The inspector general, inspectors general of DOD needs to investigate this. Unfortunately, an unqualified secretary of defense fired a bunch of them. and got rid of a bunch of lawyers. So that guy is like the Adam Schiff of Arizona, you know, the guy like spending the whole, it's like, it's collusion, it's collusion in plain sight.
Starting point is 00:29:55 These guys are, you know, they stole the election. They undermined our republic, or as the Democrats say, our democracy. And that's where we're getting from, from Mark Kelly, Mark Kelly, who's trying to foment chaos in the ranks of our military, trying to encourage officers and enlisted guys to, disobey their chain of command to disobey the president of the United States and the Secretary of War and just to ignore the orders that they're receiving and to judge everything is like, well, that's probably illegal. So I shouldn't follow that order. That way lies chaos. And pay
Starting point is 00:30:31 attention to two things that he said at the end of that clip. One is I actually don't know anything. I'm just making all of this up. I've just reached these ludicrous conclusions on the basis of no evidence. And two, I'm calling for investigations. That's the Adam Schiff move. That's the Adam Schiff move. We need to investigate. We just need an investigation. We need to spend lots of time bogging down the Trump administration. How about this? How about no? How about to hell with your stupid investigations? How about Democrats are in the minority and they should stay there? And Republicans, if they'd like to keep them there, should not play along with this idiocy. How about that? Also, How about the court-martial from Mark Kelly already? Come on. Why don't we get that underway?
Starting point is 00:31:15 Send a clear message. All right. More ahead on this edition of Vince, there's a speaking of elections and the Republicans trying to hold on to the majority. There's a big election going on today, a special election, in Tennessee. In a moment, we'll take a closer look at the lunatic leftist who is hoping to win in a Trump plus 22 district. she is cuckoo for cocoa puffs we've got the rundown that's ahead on vince hey you already know the name blackout coffee i love blackout coffee you love blackout coffee love blackout coffee blackout coffee is probably the official coffee of all of us here at silverlock and there's a reason for that it's bold it's unapologetic and it's america first coffee it's delicious roasted fresh hold on oh roasted fresh right here in the united states it's not gross for restored junk blackout coffee delivers rich, high quality roasts that actually tastes like freedom. Starting point is 00:34:47 Okay. Who's in Tennessee? Chat, we got anybody in Tennessee today? You know what I'm, I will say. I'm saying a prayer today that this goes well, that Matt Van Apps can win this thing, American veteran, Republican nominee running in this special election in Tennessee. I'm saying a prayer for that. I will say, do you notice that more Republicans than ever, at least on social media,
Starting point is 00:35:15 maybe that's a bad sample size. But it seems like more Republicans than ever, you know, the kinds of people who consume the content you and I are engaging in right now and these types of things are talking about these elections. Like we're talking about them in the lead up. We're assessing what's going on. We're encouraging people to get out to vote. We're telling people bring all your friends.
Starting point is 00:35:34 It does seem like we're more attuned than ever to that. But there is on the other side of the aisle, you got to remember Democrats have the most by any means necessary ground game you've ever seen. That's just true in every single one of these elections, whether it's removing their opponents from the ballot or it's dumping millions upon millions of dollars into these races from all across the country, even though they have not. nothing to do with the local populace Democrats play for keeps they're they're very aggressive is republican interest growing yeah a lot for sure for sure but right now we're looking at at what the polls are indicating is a close race now I've seen some people say that hey look the polls are getting this completely wrong this is meant to disheartened people it's not as close as people think it is okay maybe that's the case maybe maybe the polls are completely
Starting point is 00:36:30 But I will say that I would rather have Republicans think that this is a close race to encourage them to show up, to have their vote count, than to assume it's in the back. If you go into this thing assuming that Matt Van Epps is going to win it by a Trump margin, 22 points, you don't have Republicans stay home. They're like, I don't need to go vote. I'm too busy. I don't got to do that. No, you shouldn't have that attitude. You should clearly have the attitude that your vote could be the difference maker because it is. So go vote.
Starting point is 00:37:01 If you're within the sound of my voice today and the polls are still open, go vote. Please, for the love of God, go vote. And bring everybody, you know. I know Dan Bongino is always big on bring 10 people and have them bring 10 people, whatever it takes. Bring 100 people. Get every single person out to vote. And even if you don't live in the district, if you know somebody who does, it's okay to call them today.
Starting point is 00:37:23 I be like, hey, did you vote yet? Or text them. Did you vote yet? Just encourage. encourage do a lot of encouragement today yeah it's an important race look for a million reasons one our margins are not that big republicans barely have a margin in the house to begin with we don't have any seats to lose we can't do that and the alternative here if the democrat somehow pulls this out today by hook or by crook this woman is a nightmare i want to be really clear about this chick
Starting point is 00:37:56 she is a complete and utter nightmare nightmare afton bain is that her name bane that makes sense she's known as tennessee's aOC and i didn't make that up that's what democrats call this chick tennessee's alexandrio ocasio cortez is this woman that kind of tells you everything doesn't it she has a long litany of insane statements so just to be just to be clear Let's go through some of them, just so people understand how nuts this chick is. Here she is being a full-blown, defund the police radical. These are actually her positions. Watch this.
Starting point is 00:38:39 You said in those since deleted tweets that the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department should be dissolved. Another cheered on a teacher's union saying that defund the police should be a requirement for schools reopening. And another saying, good morning, especially to the 54% of Americans that believe burning down a police station is justified. 2020, it was obviously a very fraught year. Do you still stand by those comments? And if not, is there anything you want to clarify? I'm not going to gauge in cable news talking points,
Starting point is 00:39:11 but what I will say is that, you know, our communities need solutions. We need local people deciding, solving local problems with local solutions. And that's not the overreach of a federal government or state government of which we are dealing with in Nashville and our cities across the state of Tennessee. So you don't want to clarify whether you still believe that the police should be defunded?
Starting point is 00:39:37 Once again, I don't remember these tweets, but what I'm saying is that... I'm not asking you if you remember. What is your position today? How's that on this issue? I mean, once again, I'm here to talk about my race, which is in literally nine days. What in the Miss Teen South Carolina?
Starting point is 00:39:55 Carolina was that answer. She has no answer whatsoever. I don't can't talk cable news talking points. I want to talk about my race. Yeah, your race, sweetheart, involves you talking about what you actually believe. Do you believe in defunding the police or not? I just want to talk about, she does. Not only does she want to defund the police, you heard it there. She celebrates the people who are burning down police precincts. She's pro-terrorism.
Starting point is 00:40:20 So we got the pro-terrorist, anti-cop lady en route to Congress if she wins in today's special election in Tennessee. If that's not an inducement to get out and vote. against her i don't know what is you've i mean you've got to be uh you just you've got to be like tied up on a hospital bed if you're in that district and incapable of getting to the polls today to not vote you got to vote against this chick now that was as you could hear there that was msnbc of all places or what are they called what they called now msnbc they're called something else now miz now so that was miss now uh recently asking her those questions that's how crazy she's She's so crazy that the host at Ms. Now are asking her to account for her positions,
Starting point is 00:41:02 which is like, hey, could you clean up this mess that you created? We'd like for you to win, please, and she can't even clean up the mess. Yesterday, CNN gave her a tongue bath. They asked her about the defund the police stuff in the most gentle, possible way. Watch this. Crime is, of course, also it was a major issue in the presidential election. And I know there are some old posts. You've been asked about those old posts a number of times.
Starting point is 00:41:27 question for you today is whether more money for cops on the streets in the district you hope to represent would help fight crime. Would you like more money for more cops on the streets in your district? So those past comments were at a time when I was a private citizen as an activist and organizer. And now as a Tennessee lawmaker, I represent 40,000 individual opinions and political thought. What do you think now? Would more money for cops be good or bad? I think it depends on what the community wants. And so I've worked with communities, at least my constituents, want to ensure that there is investment in their community for community safety, community protection, mental health services. And that's what I'm hearing from, at least my constituents.
Starting point is 00:42:13 All right, fair enough. All right, fair enough. What? Fair enough. She didn't even answer your question. That was your best effort. Do you support defunding the police or not? Gop, gobble, gobble, gab, gab, gab, gape, gabba, gabba, you didn't answer the question. You didn't answer anything.
Starting point is 00:42:26 You just said something about nonsense. How about this? Look, the crystal clear answer is that she obviously supports defunding the cops. She hates the cops. She doesn't want to give money to the cops. The last thing she wants to do is give money to the cops. And then this idea, oh, I just, those views that I expressed, they were when I was a private citizen.
Starting point is 00:42:45 Now I'll be an elected member of Congress where I can't do any damage with my private views. Now, you'll be able to do a lot of damage with your private views. This is yet another reason we should keep you away. Fair enough, it says CNN. Yeah. Way to follow up. And then it's not just the police that she's got a problem with. You know who else she hates kids? She hates kids. Now, this lady is an abortion enthusiast. She really likes abortion. She likes abortion so much. She wants mothers to abort their children at home as often as possible. She's an infanticidal maniac. She also says that the real problem with kids is they get in the way of her power that
Starting point is 00:43:26 If she has kids that they will rob her of power. There's Afton Bain, what kind of name is this, saying that kids are a problem? Watch. My therapist always asked me to transcribe my dreams when they happen. And the recurring dream I've had is standing up in a cafeteria full of women,
Starting point is 00:43:49 I don't know why I was there or whatever, and saying, I don't want children, I want power. And just screaming it at the top of my lungs. And for someone who grew up with my mother telling me, never have kids, because you will, you know, you'll have to give up a lot. You'll have to sacrifice professionally, which is what she was saying. I don't want kids. I want power. What a sad statement. What a very sad, depressing statement. If that's your actual view of life, I don't want children. I want power.
Starting point is 00:44:26 By the way, when I'm on my deathbed, I'm not going to be dwelling on the power I ever did or did not have at any point in my life. I'll be dwelling on my family and my kids. My child, I have one child, lover. Blessing from God. I wouldn't change anything about that. My wife would not change anything about that. We love having a daughter. and every parent I know their lives have been changed meaningfully by their children.
Starting point is 00:45:01 Is it tough to raise kids? Yeah, for sure. It has its challenges. But it can be the single most rewarding thing you ever do. What a vile sermon. What a vile thing to preach to people that children are a detriment to you. They're an impediment to you. Your happiness is going to be stripped away if you have them.
Starting point is 00:45:26 It's a vile and enduring message that the left has been preaching for many years. It's totally destructive. And she's fully ingested it. And now she's reiterating it, repeating it. She says, yeah, kids will be an impediment to power. I don't want kids. I want power. There's a spiritual message in that, by the way.
Starting point is 00:45:45 You can tell what that is, which is like, I am God. I am God. I don't I don't want kids in my life I want power unto myself it's not an eternal view it's a temporal view it's a very sort of self-centered narcissistic view that she's taking and then there's another element of sadness that's in her message she says her own mother told her this what does that tell you her mother's message to her daughter is that kids are a problem my big regret in life is having a child. Whoa, that's damaging. Imagine hearing that message from your own mother saying that you are the problem in my life. Here's my advice to you.
Starting point is 00:46:33 Don't ever have a child. It'll destroy you like it did me. That'll screw somebody up. That'll leave you with mommy issues. And that check's got mommy issues. And so what she should do is go to therapy and resolve them, go to church, probably most importantly, and resolve them instead of going into Congress and trying to wield power over the
Starting point is 00:46:57 rest of us based on that demented psychology. How about that? So that's where she is in life. Kids are the problem. She also doesn't even know where kids come from. She claims that both men and women can give birth. This is how deep down the neo-Marxist rabbit hole this chick is. Check this out. Cut eight. Watch. I think as an organizer, And as an activist, like, we really have an opportunity here in this country to talk about what type of policy, progressive policies we want to see as young women. And I think we have, you know, as as birther, you know, as women who can give birth, men and women who can give birth, we could maybe leverage that as collective bargaining, which is the basis of this book that I'm not, I've just started. Oh, my God. This is a lost person. This person is so completely. lost she should not be in congress does anybody share this feel like in real life like oh yeah men give
Starting point is 00:47:56 birth no they don't men don't give what is wrong with you she's got deep personal problems again should not be in congress please support matt van apps he's the guy who should be in congress here not her and uh yeah and then lastly in case you're wondering you know is has she ever demonstrated any sort of emotional continents? No, here she is in 2019 being dragged, kicking and screaming out of Tennessee Governor Bill Lee's office. Shrieking as the cops say, you're not allowed to just storm an office. You can't storm the governor's office. And then she's lying on the ground like a cartoon character, like she had just been murdered or something. I was just murdered. And she's sitting there crying into her hands as she was
Starting point is 00:48:49 dragged out of the office and rightfully so the cops picked her up by the armpits and they carried her out so yeah that lady destined to become the next member of congress please please please tennessee voters please save us from that please we don't need another jasmine crockett we don't need another a oc we don't need an elhan omar rashita talib we don't need another eric swallwell Another emotionally incontinent psychopath who's all about infanticide and destroying your basic understandings of biology. Heck, on the issue of birth, you know, at one point she advocated sex strikes. She called it a birth strike, but the left engages in these things. So like, it's a sex strike.
Starting point is 00:49:39 I'm not going to have sex with you because I want to, until the world becomes like a socialist hellhole, I'm not having sex. like what what is wrong with you but she said did the dark i was born in it it's her name is bain it's her name is bain it's yes don't bring bain into congress let's not do that let's not do let's avoid having bane in congress oh and she yes thank you i'm sorry i I didn't, I should have led with this wonderful one. She also hates country music in Nashville. Tennessee, do you hate Nashville and country music? No, no, she does.
Starting point is 00:50:24 She does stop this woman from wrecking your state in our country. Please. Now, God willing, tomorrow, you and I can laugh at all of this minute. Like, what a cartoon character. Thank goodness they ran the craziest possible person against Matt Van Epps. and that seat is safe and Republicans can concentrate their efforts on the midterms now. We don't have to worry so much about that district. But until that happens, I'm worried about the district.
Starting point is 00:50:51 Republicans vote, vote, vote, and stop Bain from getting into Congress. I've had enough of the Batman villains. I'm done with this. Shit. I'm done with this shit. I curse too much on the show yesterday. I'm sorry. I apologize for anybody doesn't want to hear me cursing.
Starting point is 00:51:07 We're done with that shit. I curse too much. But we are done with that shit. I'm done with the shit. I hate that crap. And JDD 64 says she's going to lose by 15 points. So I'm taking that as a sign of encouragement. Although remember, Trump wins the district by 22 points.
Starting point is 00:51:22 That's still a closing of the gap. But 15 points. I hope she loses by a double-digit margin. That'll be good if we can settle that up by tonight. And then I can come to you tomorrow and say, a chick lost. She definitely deserves to lose. All right.
Starting point is 00:51:38 Let's see what else is going on. So Tennessee, vote, vote, vote, vote, vote, vote, vote. Other big things that are happening in the world today. The president of the United States met with Christy Knoem yesterday, the DHS secretary. And this is, chat, I need you to give me a reaction to this. Tell me if you are for this or not. Here's Christy Knoem and her statement yesterday. She said, I just met with the president.
Starting point is 00:52:10 I just met with the president, and I'm recommending a full travel ban on every damn country that's been flooding our nation with killers, leachers, and entitlement junkies. Our forefathers built this nation on blood, sweat, and the unyielding love of freedom, not for foreign invaders to slaughter our heroes, suck dry our hard-earned tax dollars, or snatch the benefits owed to Americans. We don't want them, not want, a full travel ban on every damn country that's been flooding our nation with killers, leeches, and entitlement junkies. How are we feeling about this, chat? Do we go full travel ban on these countries? Yes, I'm not saying any, no. Yeah, yes, full ban. Good stuff.
Starting point is 00:52:58 Yes, yes, yes. Apps are flipping lootly. Flip yeah. See, I'm censoring the Fs. Hell yes. Stay out. Can't do it soon enough. Yeah, no, I agree with that.
Starting point is 00:53:07 Can't do it soon enough. it's funny. I, um, not funny, but I do think I, as, as big a fan I am of the Trump administration, and of Christy Noe, by the way, I've been very impressed with her as DHS secretary, very impressed. Do not expect to be this impressed, actually, by Christy No. Could we have done this at the beginning? Could we have done this right away? Like, if this is, if this is still an option on the table to us now, is this not something we could have done just right out the gate, you know, stop all of this? It's unfortunate that it's taking the murder of American citizens for the administration to arrive at this conclusion, but I'll take them arriving at this conclusion, that a travel ban on especially third world, lawless, incapable of vetting countries, and by extension, the cultures that exist within those countries, a ban on them would be a good thing.
Starting point is 00:54:07 I is it you know for far too long Washington has operated as if they're playing with monopoly money they certainly are operating as if they're playing with other people's money because they are they don't seem to care at all about what's actually happening in the country but there is a sense of desperation that's overtaken the country about the affordability of our lives the safety of our communities that the mortality of our people all of this really matters and if we're going to get under control why don't we just lock the doors for a bit and deal with the problems inside of our house. I mean, the full travel ban on every damn country that's bringing killers, leeches, and entitlement junkies to our our country is great.
Starting point is 00:54:48 I'm all for it. But we should probably also have a moratorium on legal migration, too. We should lock down the entire country long enough for us to get our house in order. Deport everyone is not supposed to be here. And once we get rid of the illegals, you know, if you got a mess in your house if your house is on fire you're not renovating it in the midst of the fire you don't be a good idea let's put a new addition over there dude there's a fire in the living room we've got to take care of that first yeah take care of the fire first and then we can talk about who we can add to the country and at what point but we really should just lock down the entire migration system legal illegal or otherwise i don't know what otherwise is but legal or illegal let's just lock the whole damn thing
Starting point is 00:55:34 down for now until we get our house in order and then we can make a decision about whether people come into our country under what circumstances and what they add a sensible migration system actually has everything to do with is it good for the united states of america if it's good for the people who are coming in too that's a great arrangement but it has to be collaborative it can't just be this like sort of senseless self-loathing insane system so it's good to see the dhs secretary meeting with the president to say, hey, look, we have to at least lock down the importation of any of these crazy third world country people. And in case you're wondering, did President Trump take her seriously? Yes, he did. He immediately posted this to truth social yesterday, but without comment.
Starting point is 00:56:22 He didn't post any comment on the subject today. Now, we may get comment from the president today. He's got a cabinet meeting today, one of his infamous and wonderful cabinet meetings. We expect to hear from the president today on a number of issues. And God willing, he's going to talk pretty forcefully about strikes on these drug boats. He's going to talk about getting basically the hellhole nations out of our country, stopping them from coming in in the first place. And he's going to talk about perhaps, you know, the fact that we had all these people who came in, including that Afghan terrorist last week, who killed members of the National Guard, we've got to put an end to all of this
Starting point is 00:57:03 and we have to do it quickly and if President Trump and the Republicans want to win this year in the midterms they're going to demonstrate forceful conviction to deal with all of this
Starting point is 00:57:11 so that's what I'm going to keep encouraging. I'm very excited by what the Trump administration is up to already and I just want them to be so successful that voters can see it
Starting point is 00:57:19 whether or not they're listening to this program. I have to say I'm glad you are though you really are the best audience anywhere. Thank you very much for joining me as always.
