Starting point is 00:00:00 get ready to hear the truth about america on a show that's not immune to the facts with your host dan bongino you know i was a big mistake a big mistake i made is i should have some cameras and video rolling before the show we just had such a great conversation before the show and it it it kind of segues nicely into what i'm going to cover today. And let me just kind of sum it up like this, because this is something you've asked me all the time. So a lot of you are right. You'll message me and you'll say, Dan, no matter who we elect, things suck. We're not conserving anything. Conservatism is blowing it. What the hell are we conserving? We've been losing for 50 years. Let me tell you something. You, what has two thumbs and is correct. You, that guy or woman behind the camera.
Starting point is 00:00:46 You're correct. But there's a reason we keep getting our asses kicked. I'm going to talk about this a little bit today. And ladies and gentlemen, although voting matters, do not not vote. I'll explain why. The let's just vote harder isn't really going to save you without other things. Starting point is 00:02:47 off. All right, fellas, let's go. So quick, quick weekend update here. I was down in Miami this weekend. My family, folks, you want to stay young. And I'm not talking about the narcissistic, like, how do I look young? We all know that. It's, you know, everybody wants to look young. I mean, narcissism gets a bad name. No one wants to look young. I mean, narcissism gets a bad name. No one wants to look old, right? But you do. You're working out and all that stuff. But the way to stay emotionally, mentally, I think spiritually young is you got to spend time with family. You just do. My brother was down. My nephew was down. We went out. We went to the Steakhouse Flemings, by the way, down near Brickle, Biscayne. Amazing. Steak was incredible.
Starting point is 00:03:23 So big shout out to them. But I was hanging hanging out my nephew and we were having a blast both nights went out went out to dinner we had such a good time but i ran into this guy i haven't seen him forever i don't know if you've heard me tell the secret service story on 9-11 when a guy came running in my office and was like holy a bomb just went off in the world trade center because we didn't know it was a plane that guy was tommy hooks i'll leave his last name out of it, obviously. I ran into him this weekend in Miami. Craziest thing. Dude looks young as ever. Looks the same way. Made me think all of it. I don't know what the heck he's doing out there, but man, it was good to see that guy, Hooks. And apparently he heard us tell the story about 9-11. So friends and family, folks, keep she young. I had a good time this weekend. Let's get
Starting point is 00:04:01 to the good stuff. I just want to start with a bang. This has no educational value whatsoever for the show. It's just freaking hilarious. And it is a Monday, so let's get going on this one. Here is Deep State Ken Delanian. You know Fusion Ken? The one Fusion GPS and the Deep Staters love? This is NBC. When the Deep State needs to get something out to the NBC audience,
Starting point is 00:04:22 hey, kiss asses to the Deep State. They go to this guy who will do no vetting of the story whatsoever. Watch someone in the background as he's given his report. Just light this guy up for being on the fake news channel. Check this out. By not taking it on an expedited basis, sort of taking it under regular order here. They've already created a significant delay here. That means that this election case, however they rule,
Starting point is 00:04:45 can't go to trial probably before the fall. And now we come to exactly what they're considering here, which is the question of whether a president has absolute immunity. And then there's a second question here, which is whether anything that Donald Trump is accused of would actually constitute a presidential act implicated in the immunity question. Just making sure you're okay. Do you need, is everything okay? We hear someone yelling.
Starting point is 00:05:12 Yeah, it's fine. We have a heckler here. You can't just make sure you're okay. And Guy reminded me, he's like, Dan, look quick. This dude is young for Gacy. And it's true. Look, does it not look like a little Young Fugazi? So we're thinking about putting together a feature-length film,
Starting point is 00:05:29 Young Fugazi, starring Ken Delaney. It looks exactly like him, doesn't it? Tell me. Folks, come on. Let's do it side by side. Tell me that doesn't look like Young Fugazi. Right? Hold on.
Starting point is 00:05:41 Let's do the big one. Folks, come on. Is this not? tell me that's not young for gazey that is young for gazey look at that is a good call gee that dude is yeah i don't know if there's some they may be like second or third cousins or something like that so i'm thinking i maybe get together with the nash again we'll do another film young for gazey about for gazey in the deep state and Delaney and B in a mouthpiece for the deep state. It'd be hilarious.
Starting point is 00:06:08 Check that out. Very good, Keith. Very good. They look exactly like doppelgangers. Doppelganger. They look exactly alike one another. Let's get to the real important stuff now. So before the show, I was talking with Evita. We were chatting about this let's just vote
Starting point is 00:06:24 harder theory, which folks, listen, voting does matter. Anyone telling you it's not a piece of the puzzle is lying. I'm sorry. But if you're trying to make the case to me that letting Democrats win is going to speed the process to a more conservative place and prosperous tomorrow, you're crazy. There's real penalties to letting people get, reappoint people in the deep state. When these bureaucrats are appointed,
Starting point is 00:06:50 it takes years to get rid of them. Look at the FBI directors, Christopher Wray. These people are in office. That's a 10-year term, okay? We're stuck with a lot of these people until someone with the balls comes in and fires them, okay? Losing elections is never a good thing. It's just not.
Starting point is 00:07:04 However, you're not wrong when you send me messages and say, Dan, this just vote harder is not working. We've been voting for conservatives forever. We had the Tea Party revolution. And what have we conserved? The answer is jack shit. We've conserved nothing. We haven't.
Starting point is 00:07:19 The wins we've had are minor at best, and they've all been overturned. The BC the, the BCA, which was the sequester bill to control government spending after the tea party revolution. We're, we're now 34 trillion in debt. Good job.
Starting point is 00:07:34 That did, did absolutely nothing. We're running up debt. Like we never have before. Well, if we made any progress on healthcare at all, healthcare now is almost completely run by the government school choice. We've had some wins statewide.
Starting point is 00:07:45 Again, like I said, we haven't lost everything. School choice has gotten a little better. Constitutional carry in the Second Amendment has definitely gotten better. Those are just facts. Constitutional carry was in, what, three, four states years ago? Now it's up to 20-plus around there. So we definitely had some victories. The social culture front, we've gotten absolutely smoked to the point now where lefties are telling our kids,
Starting point is 00:08:06 boys can be girls, girls can be boys, and kids are expected to understand the process and go, yeah. The reason this is happening, listen, please, this is really important. The reason this is happening is the left has understood the power of bottom-up organizing. The left votes.
Starting point is 00:08:28 They know voting does matter because it has to protect the bottom. The top protects the bottom. And we shouldn't ignore that either. But the left doesn't rely on voting. Have you noticed that despite the fact we've had Reagan, Bush won, Bush, Bush second term, Donald Trump, that we've changed very little Bush one, Bush, Bush second term, Donald Trump, that we've changed very little, yet the left, despite the fact that they've had Clinton, Clinton, Obama, Obama, and one term of Jimmy Carter, has managed to move the society to a $34 trillion debt, government control of healthcare, and boys can be girls. We've done nothing to move the freedom train back to the
Starting point is 00:09:02 station. We've only slowed it down as it leaves the station. That's it. And the reason is they understand bottom-up organizing. Now, what does that have to do with the beginning of the show and why are we talking about this now? These Kill the Jews protests you're seeing on campus, folks, although I have no doubt the money behind it, and there is substantial amounts of money,
Starting point is 00:09:24 are all about Kill the Jews, trust me, the people with the money who are doing this want the Jews dead and gone and they want Israel wiped off. A good swath of the people and the kids on these college campuses have no idea what they're even protesting. They're just showing up because people with money understand that if they can get locals at a local level to be involved in something, even if it's a kill the Jews rally, that they can use that something later when they need people to vote. They need people to advocate for their cause. In other words, they understand the importance of getting people in the club. And it doesn't matter what the club stands for. The club can be the Jets, the Sharks. For the left, it could be to kill the Jews club. They don't care. As long as you're in the club, they can use the club later. Unions,
Starting point is 00:10:14 they use it. What do they use unions for? I love people who work. My brother's in the unions. Nothing wrong with workers in the unions, but they use unions for what? For money, for organizing, for street muscle. They need the club to be as big as possible. Conservatives, we never really got this. It's why the Tea Party freaked them out so much. The Tea Party freaked them out because it was one of the first times we understood the power of local organizing.
Starting point is 00:10:38 You have to build these structures and these clubs. Just think of them like groups of people who get together for X reason and you fill in the blank what X is. The left has changed one. Think about all the reasons they've organized. Occupy Wall Street. They're like, we don't like rich people. Environmental rallies.
Starting point is 00:10:58 We don't like oil. Tax the rich rally. We don't like rich people. They're like, Israel, kill the Jews rally. They don't care. We don't like rich people. They're like, Israel, kill the Jews rally. They don't care. We have to figure this out. That is why Donald Trump is such a threat to them. He is the first candidate in a long time who has people organizing on the ground in rallies and in clubs.
Starting point is 00:11:19 We have a club down in Palm Beach, Club 47. 2,000 people show up for these meetings. They have once a month. This is why Trump freaks them out, folks. Somebody is going to inherit that parallel society, inherit whether Don Jr., Eric, some other Republican candidate, and they're going to have a base, a parallel society to take over right away when liberalism collapses. right away when liberalism collapses.
Starting point is 00:11:46 These rallies, folks, the left has now got what they've asked for. They wanted this bottom-up organizer. The problem with their reasoning is this kill the Jews stuff is so sick. I want you to watch some of this. Here are these, this is what's happening right now. Here's the problem with their bottom-up. Their bottom-up has now chosen to reason X to join the club that killed the Jews,
Starting point is 00:12:07 which is so sick that sooner or later people were going to start to see it for what it is, and now it's starting to eat itself alive in a cannibalism theory. Watch what happened at the White House Correspondents' Dinner. This is a group of lefty press people. I mean, you're never going to meet, look at them in their nice fancy dresses, walking into the nerd prom that ridiculous joke white house correspondence dinner i don't understand why eddie conservative by the way would go when you do your thing but why i will never you will never see me at that thing ever in my entire life the white
Starting point is 00:12:34 house correspondence dinner you got all these people they're looking yelling at um you should it gets even worse by the way this is some of the milder footage i pick these are liberals tearing apart of the liberals so the difference between us and them and the bottom-up organizing, where I want you to have a smile on your face, is they've chosen a club now, which isn't like protect the environment, things people can get on. The club now is kill the Jews. And now the lefties are starting to realize,
Starting point is 00:12:59 oh my gosh, we have a real problem on our hands. This is not the message we want the people to go out and see. Also, here's the thing about bottom-up organizing. We have to create parallel groups, clubs, societies ready to take over right away. You've seen it all over the world. You see it in India. You see it all over the world where these parallel societies developed. And the minute the Communist Party collapsed, boom, there was someone ready there to take over. I've talked about this parallel economy and parallel society now for
Starting point is 00:13:29 shit, man. Eight years. If you've been watching my show, you're seeing it now. Here, I want you to watch this. These people must inspire. They must inspire. The problem the left has now, in addition to their messaging, which has killed the Jews, which is sick, is this here. These people are absolute whispers. Look at these people. Hold the line against the cops like it's Braveheart. What is this? University of Washington. Hold the line. There you go. Line there. Five seconds. Was that five? Was that even five seconds? There you go. There's the line. You think this movement inspires anyone? They're like, listen, you got to leave the campus. Okay. Hold on. Nobody's inspired by this. zero people everybody's
Starting point is 00:14:06 laughing at these idiots a bottom-up movement has to have a meaning eventually that people will believe in okay even if that meaning is bullshit which in the look at all wearing masks of course because they but that it has nothing to do with covid by the way just they don't want you to see who they are the movement eventually has to mean something. Okay. People like the environment, even though they're wrong about what causes it, the movement sounds good. The kids save the earth, mother earth. They're like, okay, that's cool. All these, you know, occupy wall street. I'm not telling you these things are right. I'm just saying it meant something. The rich people are screwing us over the housing collapse. People can believe in it. Kill the Jews is not a rat. No one's going to believe in this.
Starting point is 00:14:44 Once they start seeing what these people are really about. And you have to inspire. These people don't inspire shit. And of course, you know, the media, everybody sees through their bullshit. Of course, here was the mandatory by Yasmin Abu Talib,
Starting point is 00:14:58 Patrick Svitek, and Megan Vasquez, three people to write this moron article by three losers. Trump and the GOP seize on campus protests to depict chaos under Biden. Here's the mandatory Republicans' pounds. Nobody takes these jerkwads seriously anymore. Folks, listen to me. That segment's one of the most important things I've ever done.
Starting point is 00:15:19 You have to create right now something I've been talking about for, gosh, seven, eight years. Parallel societies, parallel institutions, and a parallel economy. You have to create your own groups of people locally. It's not complicated. Go start a Club 47, a MAGA club, whatever it is. They did it in Palm Beach, a Democrat county down here. And the county voted for DeSantis in the last, in Palm Beach, a Democrat county down here. And the county voted
Starting point is 00:15:45 for DeSantis in the last, even though it's in the last, even though it's a Democrat county. These parallel societies have to be ready to take over right away. And it has to be bottom up or you are going to have nothing left. There is no way to vote your way out of this. Voting is just a part of it. It's not going to fix anything. I'll show you how all this is reflecting in the polls right now. The left's bottom-up movement is eating itself, screaming at a bunch of losers at Nerd Prom. Hold the line like a bunch of dipshits.
Starting point is 00:16:16 Look at these losers. Watch this, the polls. This is from 11, what is this, CNN? It's been a total disaster for Biden. All of this ground up stuff is starting to reflect now because it's a shit cause they believe in and they're starting to eat themselves alive and it's even reflecting in the polls, showing you that it's the culture.
Starting point is 00:16:37 It's not the vote harder stuff. Check this out. Our new poll, which was conducted by SSRS, finds Trump is leading Biden, who has ample work to do with his base and with independent voters who are breaking to his GOP rival. In a head-to-head race, 49% of voters say they'd pick Trump for president, compared to 43% for Biden. That's a nine-point Trump advantage with independent voters. And add in third-party candidates, And Trump's lead jumps even more. He has 42 percent
Starting point is 00:17:05 to Biden's 33 percent. And Robert F. Kennedy Jr. gets 16 percent of the vote. You see how that it's not the voting, the voting portion and the polling portions assume they're interrelated. Even if polls are usually somewhat semi in the space of right. Like they're not ever spot on. But polls are a general public sentiment, like take their pulse thing. Why is Joe Biden the most unpopular president in U.S. history? Modern U.S. history, at least. We haven't seen anything like it in 100 years. Why?
Starting point is 00:17:38 I mean, seriously, folks, is the the country's a mess. But is it like burning down today right in front of your face where people are starving in the streets? It's not the Great Depression, but it's bad. I'm not defending Joe Biden. The reason is the man's a piss poor leader. He's a liar. Everything he does doesn't in fact work. And people understand that the world would be a better place if he wasn't there, even if it's not the worst place ever.
Starting point is 00:18:02 Now, we've had higher unemployment. We've had worse inflation under Carter. Why is this guy so uniquely unpopular? The answer is everything he does sucks. And this bottom-up movement of organization by the left, unlike our movement, we believe liberty and freedom and things people can get behind. The bottom-up movement by the left has gone into the sewer. It's all about now kill the Jews, wipe out Israel. It's all about a bunch of crazy shit no one can get behind.
Starting point is 00:18:30 And it forces Biden, Joe Biden, who doesn't want to do it, to now play the middle of the fence. Oh, I support Israel. Oh, I support the kill the Jews guy. He doesn't know what to do. So everybody hates him. You see how when you just do the right thing, eventually people come around?
Starting point is 00:18:46 Folks, this was a bad weekend for the left. The imagery out of the nerd prom, the correspondence dinner, the Biden interview on Howard Stern on Friday, absolute debacle. A total, complete debacle. I'll show you, I got the video and the audio coming up next of just how bad this is getting.
Starting point is 00:19:04 But just remember that takeaway. Let's say for the third time, if you can't organize something in your local community, a club, an activity, whatever it may be, where people are together in a group who can talk to each other, email lists, that's how you lose the culture. Subsidiarity, man. It starts locally. Anyone telling you otherwise, telling you just vote harder is absolutely full of shit. Quick break and I'll show you some of this audio. You'll see what I mean. Hey, if you heard of cancer fighting foods, it's been reported that diets rich in fruits and vegetables may actually lower, lower your risk of cancer. Obviously something very personal to me. Hopefully you hear this and run to the store for five servings of fruits and vegetables every day. That's what you should do. And Miles will tell you that.
Starting point is 00:19:46 Problem is most of us don't have the time. Fruits and vegetables can be perishable. So I'm just telling you to try out Field of Greens for your daily health regime. It's kind of my fruit and vegetable insurance. Field of Greens, every vegetable and fruit was selected by the doctors for study benefits. What your body needs is in each scoop of delicious field of greens. It's the simplest way to get all those daily fruits and vegetables and nutrition the way nature intended.
Starting point is 00:20:11 I love it. I take it twice a day. Lemon lime is my favorite. Wildberries are my favorite. Guy likes the lemon lime. The original is great too. Field of greens, will it prevent, treat, or cure cancer? No, it's not going to do that.
Starting point is 00:20:22 These guys aren't going to smoke you up. But it's powerful. And it promises that your next checkup, your doctor will notice your improved wellness or your money back. That's right. You don't love the product. Brickhouse Nutrition will give you 100% money back guarantee. That's how confident they are. That's how confident I am.
Starting point is 00:20:36 I've had this product with my sponsor for a long time because I love him. I had a role in getting this thing developed. I got you 15% off and free rush shipping. Go to brickhousenutrition.com slash Dan. Use promo code Dan at checkout. That's promo code Dan at BrickHouseNutrition.com slash Dan. BrickHouseNutrition.com slash Dan. Make sure you check it out.
Starting point is 00:20:56 Feel the greens. You're going to love it. All right, back to the show. Folks, this was a terrible weekend for them. That White House correspondence dinner was an absolute disaster. I'm not even, you know, a lot of people today were playing cuts like, oh, Biden said this, it's funny. I don't give a shit about any of that stuff.
Starting point is 00:21:12 I don't really care. I'm not going to waste your time with any dumbass Biden jokes some comedian wrote for him that candidly weren't even funny. I am going to show you this, though, however, because he's at the White House Correspondents Dinner with literally a room full of media people. That's the White House Correspondents Dinner with literally a room full of media people. That's the White House Correspondents, right? It's all media people.
Starting point is 00:21:29 And here's the irony of this. He not only repeats that Trump called for a bloodbath hoax, but the media people in the room who perpetuated the hoax when he was talking about the car market being a bloodbath to anyone who listened to it. The media people in the room just nod along because they're like, yeah, bloodbath. That's what he said, even though they just made the whole thing up. Watch this. He is their revenge and retribution. When in God's name have you ever heard
Starting point is 00:21:52 of another president say something like that? And he promised a bloodbath when he loses again. We have to take this seriously. Eight years ago, he could have written off as just Trump talk, but no longer. The irony of that moment, if anything summed up how bad of a weekend it was for the communist, destructive, anti-American, anti-liberty, anti-freedom Democrats. If any one line from that event summed it up, it's that he repeats a hoax. He repeats a hoax in a room of media people. He repeats a hoax in a group of media people that perpetuated the hoax.
Starting point is 00:22:27 They all know is a hoax and nobody says anything. There's no booze, no hissing, no nothing. If Donald Trump would have said it, there would have been people, but no, they love it because they're all part of the scheme.
Starting point is 00:22:40 But again, understand the Joe Biden is not being destroyed by institutional Democrats. They love him. As long as Joe Biden shuts up and does what they want, because he has no human dignity at all, he's a useful idiot, they love him. The people destroying Joe Biden right now is the very tactic the left has used against us for years. It's the bottom, folks, that killed the Jews crowd, the college organizers. They can't stand this guy because he's not crazy enough to believe in their own crazy X issues they used to fill in the blank. Of course, the absolutely disastrous, awful weekend got even worse when clips of this interview made their way around. So Joe Biden won on Howard Stern show.
Starting point is 00:23:23 And let me just say in advance. I grew up on Howard Stern show. And let me just say in advance, I grew up on Howard Stern. I mean, grew up. If you grew up in New York, you listen to Howard Stern. Anyone in the chat. Remember,
Starting point is 00:23:35 remember the station he was on. You guys remember K rock or ladies out there. And then he became syndicated. He was on a WNBC first. Then he went over to K rock later on. I listened. He was over on NBC with Don Imus. Howard Stern back in the day, for as crazy as he was,
Starting point is 00:23:50 the show was funny. And believe me, the show was, norms were broken every day. And when I say norms, I mean like, he was a genuine rule breaker. The stuff was nasty. The stuff was, I mean, it was really off-color stuff, but he had an amazing following. He was going to run for governor one time, and he was seriously polling like he could win this thing in New York. Howard Stern has turned into, I've never seen a
Starting point is 00:24:18 guy in my life morph into such a colossal wussbag. I mean, just an ass-kissing, regime-sucking-up-to, lips-on-the-ass sycophant in my life. I mean, I've seen anti-establishment guys fold over time, but I've never seen anti-establishment guys in the media do, not just become not anti-establishment and lean over these, but a guy who now was full-blown regime propaganda all the time i want you to watch the opening of the interview this disgusting 40 second plus ass kissing exhibition on the kid sniffing plagiarizing
Starting point is 00:24:59 inflation producing health care care destroying, education destroying, military destroying, Afghan invading, Ukraine invading, absolute loser of a human being, Joe Biden, and make this guy out like he's like a conquering hero like Napoleon or something. Check this out. I want to thank you for doing this today. I want to thank you for your compassion. You know, the reason I'm so excited to talk to you was because I wanted to understand the tragedy in your life and how you dealt with it. And you're the kind of leader I love because we're lucky to have you in the Oval Office and serving as the father of the country. Because if you're a good father to your family, which you are, I know you'd be a good father to the country. And I want to thank you for providing a calming influence, an organized administration post-COVID, getting that vaccine out.
Starting point is 00:25:48 I remember what the world was like at that point, getting NATO, getting us to feel comfortable, standing up to Putin. The incredible large growth in the jobs, unemployment rate down. I'm not laughing at Biden. I'm laughing at these two. I'm talking to Tony and Guy. We'll watch this because Biden looks confused. And Tony brought up a great point. Stern's talking about this unbelievable presidency.
Starting point is 00:26:15 And I'm listening going, damn, that sounds really great. And Biden's back in the chair like, who the fuck is he talking about? Biden doesn't even realize he's talking about him. That's such a good look at his face. He's totally confused. Tony's like, he goes, yeah, Tony, that guy sounds like an amazing guy. Biden's thinking the same thing. Look at his face.
Starting point is 00:26:32 He's like, what the hell? What president is he talking about? Is he talking about me? He's like, that guy sounds like an amazing guy. Who the hell is that? I'm talking about you. You're a great father? Putin's scared of you?
Starting point is 00:26:50 Putin laughs in your face. I hate Putin. I can't stand him. But let's not bullshit people. He's a great dad. What, are you kidding me? He used a son with a drug problem to go run an international influence peddling scheme and then stole a bunch of classified documents
Starting point is 00:27:05 to peddle off the information. This guy's like there's diary entries of him showering with his kid. The great dad. This guy's disgusting. What are you talking about? Howard Stern, my gosh. What a disappointment. I mean, this guy was at one point, he wasn't kidding.
Starting point is 00:27:23 You want to talk about a guy who was the king of all radio? This guy's like the king of the ass kissers now, man, bootlicking losers. What a scrub. What a complete loser. Of course, Biden during the interview, the reason Biden is confused about who he was is because Biden told this separate story. It's really, Biden's talked in the interview about a biography. You mean an autobiography? No, no. Biden told this amazing story about this guy who rescued a bunch of kids, was the state scoring champion. And Stern too was like, man, that guy sounds amazing. Who tells that? Biden thinks it's about him. That's why they're both confused. I'm going to take a break here. I'm going to get to my last couple of sponsors and I'm going to rock and roll with this. I got four gems showing you again, why no one is ever, ever going to be about Joe. It's, it's, it's not it. Listen,
Starting point is 00:28:14 fetch isn't going to happen. And Joe Biden isn't going to happen either because it can't because he is chronically full of shit all the time. He simply cannot stop lying. He is incapable of it. They're four quick ones, but they're all worth a easy, worth a few laughs. Starting point is 00:30:51 You're going to love it. All right, back to the show. So he goes on stirring it after the bootlicking, butt kissing, sycophantic, pathetic exercise. Biden started talking about some guy. He says it's about him. It's clearly not because we know these stories are all fake. Here is story number one joe biden rescued six kids from a pool from drowning during his time as a lifeguard of course there's no evidence this ever happened but that never got in the way of joe biden and his biography check this out did you ever save anyone's life when you were a lifeguard
Starting point is 00:31:17 was anyone ever drowning yeah you did yeah well half a dozen times usually younger kids you know but uh you do the thing with the whistle and then jump in with the bathing suit and you got it no kidding yeah there's a big pool we had there are seven lifeguard stands see that would define my i would i would brag about that everywhere i went oh by the way i i did it up in lake ontario too when i was in law school but look one of the things that uh well you saved a dude's life when you were uh uh in law school. But look, one of the things that... Well, you saved a dude's life when you were in law school? You were still doing the lifeguard thing?
Starting point is 00:31:50 I mean, you know, people just need help sometimes. I mean, it's not like it's so heroic. It's not heroic because it never happened. He just made the whole thing up, of course. This was a non-stop, endless line of bullshit that a real anti-establishment guy would have been like,
Starting point is 00:32:06 God, did that really happen? Because we never heard about that before. Because it's all bullshit. It was story number two. Women used to send him salacious pictures, salacious pictures. He was a real eligible bachelor. Look at that Joe Biden. By the way, the salacious pictures part with Joe Biden, I'm just not sure who solicited those salacious pictures. Having said that, however, here's what's really weird. He says he gave the pictures to the Secret Service, which is really strange because I was
Starting point is 00:32:30 in the Secret Service and we don't protect U.S. senators at all. That's the Capitol Police. But that didn't stop Joe Biden from telling you a bullshit story. Take a listen. I got put in that 10 most eligible bachelors list. Because you were a United States senator, you were a candidate. And so,
Starting point is 00:32:44 and a lot of lovely women, but eligible bachelor's list because you were united states senator you were a catch and so yeah and and a lot of lovely women but uh um women would send very salacious pictures and i just gave them the secret service i thought somebody would think i was and uh and i just gave up okay that didn't happen but the bad weekend for the democrats between the white house correspondence dinner nerd prom and the pro-Hamas terror supporters, making fun of them and screaming at them as they walked in, the collapse in the polling, the bottom-up organizing. It got even worse.
Starting point is 00:33:14 Here he is again claiming fake civil rights, stolen valor, that he was arrested on the porch with a black family because, you know, he was a big civil rights advocate, except for the fact there's no record of this at all. And he's making this shit up again because that's all he can do. Listen to this. And I looked at my mom. I said, honey, you haven't said anything.
Starting point is 00:33:33 She said, Joey, let me remember. True story. I said, remember when they were desegregating Linfield, the neighborhood with, you know, 70 homes built in suburbia. And I told you, and there was a black family moving in, and there was people who were down there protesting. I told you not to go down there, and you went down. Remember
Starting point is 00:33:52 that? And you got arrested for standing on the porch with a black family. Right. And they brought you back, the police. And I said, yeah, Mom, I remember that. I love it. He says, you know, the mom says, Joe, you don't remember that? Why didn't Joe remember that?
Starting point is 00:34:06 And then later, because it didn't happen. He only remembered it after he made the story up. The interview took one more turn for the worse here. Of course, him making all this bullshit up. Here he is claiming he was the skate scoring champion. He was some kind of football superstar. Amazing. I mean, there's no record of this either.
Starting point is 00:34:22 I'm not even sure he was on any of these teams. This guy's totally full of shit. Take look i remember starting off playing catholic league football say you see a way of football by the way i don't think a lot of people know that you were a star receiver in high school you were like the first string guy you were the guy who caught the ball runner up and stayed, you know. Wow. Their weekend got even worse, folks. Another prediction has come true. Now, we do this thing we've been doing for a long time where we've said and we've given an honest analysis of this.
Starting point is 00:34:56 Kareem Jean-Pierre is easily the worst press secretary I've ever seen in the history of the United States. Folks, Republicans, we've had some bad ones, too. I say this in a bipartisan, as objective as possible manner. No one does a shittier job than Kareem Jean-Pierre at the press secretary role. The job of the press secretary role is to be, let me explain this to you. It's to be like the secret service of media relationships. You're supposed to take the incoming. You're what we would call in the Secret Service like a bullet magnet. You're the political media bullet magnet, okay?
Starting point is 00:35:30 When the president's getting bad press, it's your job up there to eat all of the bad questions and spit out answers that'll keep the press confused. Karine Jean-Pierre can do none of that. She is incapable of answering a single question. She doesn't know what she's talking about. She lies. She gets caught in contradictions.
Starting point is 00:35:52 She has to refer to her binder for everything. The woman is easily the most incompetent I've ever seen. Now, here's why we're talking about this today. Not just to pile on. You're not wasting your time here. I don't know if you remember the show or not. You're here the longest, but we discussed this all the time. Kareem Jean-Pierre is not fireable. She is a black female lesbian, which I couldn't, I could give exactly zero Fs about at all, but the left is obsessed with this stuff. And make no mistake, even though
Starting point is 00:36:27 Karine Jean-Pierre is absolutely murdering the Biden campaign, killing his campaign and his presidency, because she can't eat any of it around. She's just terrible at this. They cannot fire her. I told you that and a bunch of people jumped on me and said, Oh my gosh, how can you say that? I told you that and a bunch of people jumped on me and said, oh, my gosh, how can you say that? I'm not saying it now. Now it's the left saying it to New York Post. Inside the failed White House coup to oust Biden press secretary, Kareem Jean-Pierre. Notice what they say here.
Starting point is 00:37:03 Kareem doesn't have an understanding of the issues. And she reads the book, The Binder, word for word, said a second source. Oh, there's multiple sources. Adding that the situation's made worse by the fact that Kareem thinks she's doing an amazing job. She doesn't have a grasp of the issues and doesn't spend the time to learn, the person said. I told you this. Later in the article, by the way, thank you. Now, of course, the suck stamp. And now you know it's real. In the article, you can read it yourself. It is in the newsletter today. Bongino.com slash newsletter. It's free. Subscribe to the newsletter, whatever. Do your thing. Read the article yourself. It says in the article clear as day, she is unfireable because the DEI crowd will absolutely
Starting point is 00:37:42 lose their minds if they fire her. I told you this. This is, again, where does this fit in to the bad weekend for the Democrats getting eaten from the bottom up? Folks, the left, tranquilo, daddy-o. I'm a little too excited about today's show. I slept a little too good. Forgive me. I'm a little bit sorry.
Starting point is 00:38:03 I know I'm kind of doing my New York thing. Try to slow down a little bit. My cannibalism theory, this story fits into there. I need you to understand that. When you focus strictly on catering to the radical left and you're all about hiring based on characteristics that have nothing to do with character people's religion their sexuality their skin color that has nothing to do with the character of the employee only secondary characteristics that mean nothing do you see how eventually that eats your organization alive you don't find it ironic that the very thing biden and the left are championing which is a lack of merit in exchange for secondary characteristics, is the same thing destroying their own chance of keeping it going? This is why I tell you, please, in name of everything that's holy, believe me, the left will eventually eat itself alive and burn itself out.
Starting point is 00:39:02 It can't succeed because it can't succeed. You can't build a successful organization when success and merit have nothing to do with you making it into the organization. Do you understand that? This is why we have to focus on building this parallel institutions, parallel societies, a parallel economy, because the left will collapse. It's why I'm long in the United States, because they will eat themselves alive as they reach for the X issue to organize. The X issues are going to get completely crazy now. Boys can be girls, kill the Jews. They're going to eat themselves alive. Nobody's going to be radical enough for them. We don't have that
Starting point is 00:39:41 problem. The things we believe in are universal. Faith, freedom, family. These aren't hard things to get behind. They can't possibly succeed. This woman is destroying Joe Biden's presidency. I guess I granted he is doing it himself. Joe Biden, Joe Biden's destroying it first. However, there have been bad presidents who've had shit magnets and bullet magnets who were able to defuse some of it. Guys, listen. This guy is more unpopular than Carter. There's never been anyone more unpopular than this guy.
Starting point is 00:40:19 Obama actually did more damage overall through the eight years. This guy's done more damage in three, but over eight, Obama did worse. Obama was never as unpopular as this guy because he has nobody to run interference for him. Here's a perfect example. By the way, this goes on for like three minutes. We cut it to a minute.
Starting point is 00:40:36 The hat tip RNC research. You want to see why Karine Jean-Pierre is just absolutely murdering this guy's presidency in their falling victim cannibalism style to their own DEI stuff? Watch for yourself. I don't have anything. I don't have anything.
Starting point is 00:40:51 I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I just don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I just don't have anything. I don't have anything.
Starting point is 00:40:58 So I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I just don't have anything. I just don't have anything. I don't have anything. Again, I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I just don't have anything. I just don't have anything. I don't have anything. Again, I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. Don't have anything. I don't have anything. I just don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I just don't have anything. I'm just saying that I just don't have anything. I just don't have anything. One thing that I can say, I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I just don't have anything. I'm just saying that I just don't have anything. I just don't have anything. One thing that I can say, I don't have anything. I don't have anything.
Starting point is 00:41:26 I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I don't have anything. I just don't have anything. He's funny. You have editorial discretion, you and Tony both, to do whatever you want. I sent him a minute-long clip while I was playing.
Starting point is 00:41:37 He's like, Dan, this is too annoying. So I just, he sped that up. That was him. I can't watch the whole thing. That goes on for like two and a half minutes, by the way. She doesn't have anything because she's completely incompetent. Folks, be long on America. I know it's hard.
Starting point is 00:41:50 I know things aren't great right now. I get it. I'm not naive. I get it. Vote harder isn't a strategy. It's a piece of the strategy. I understand. But there is no way if we build these parallel institutions that the left will not collapse
Starting point is 00:42:04 and leave with us. None. You cannot build a viable society on things like DEI, kill the Jews, and boys will be girls. You just can't do it. It's not possible. I want to show you this too. This broke this way. Again, as if it couldn't get any worse. I'm not trying to pile on. They're piling on themselves. I'm just showing you what's out there. Apparently now, Joe Biden's walk from Marine One on the South Lawn into the White House. You know the uncomfortable,
Starting point is 00:42:35 the Biden-like, he can barely walk, the shuffle? It's gotten so bad on television and it's just reinforced the view that this guy is too old. Forget to be president. This guy's too old to be the local librarian, right? The shuffle's gotten so bad. Throw that up on the screen. I'll show you what I mean. This has happened. And let me tell you something. I've got a lot of experience with this. I have never seen this before.
Starting point is 00:42:59 So look, if you're listening on Apple or Spotify, he's getting off Marine One. And instead of coming across the South Lawn by himself, he's got this posse with him. Yeah, good. Leave that right there. I have never seen anything like this. What do I tell you? Chasters, any of you know in the chat? P1s, you should know this. What is the golden rule of the Secret Service and the staff? Stay out of the shot.
Starting point is 00:43:23 You are never supposed to be in the picture. The reason is the president is not supposed to walk among equals because he's not supposed to have an equal. Do you get what I'm telling you? There's a reason they tell the Secret Service and the staff never be in the picture. When he comes down the stairs, no one's with him. If they're with him, it's a politician he's trying to give equal status to. You don't walk out with the staff. You're supposed to be the president. They're doing this now because he's played a video again,
Starting point is 00:43:56 because his gait and his shuffle has gotten so bad, and they're so afraid it's going to be distracting, that they figure if he walks with a bunch of people, that it'll be less distracting, the Biden shuffle. afraid it's going to be distracting that they figure if he walks with a bunch of people that it'll be less distracting the Biden shuffle. I'm telling you, I've never seen anything like this in my life. If you would have pulled this stunt, you would have pulled this stunt with Clinton, Bush, Obama, or anyone. Those people be out of a job tomorrow. They're there because they want them there. And folks, nothing they're doing right now is working.
Starting point is 00:44:26 Nothing. Those poll numbers are bad. And I want you to just feel a little bit comfortable that we're starting to turn the tide. This is no time to machete off the top of the champagne bottle. It's time to double down. But there is some amazing work by reporters out there like Julie Kelly to expose that the only thing they have left are these persecutions against Donald Trump. And even those are collapsing folks. They are falling apart.
Starting point is 00:44:51 I want you to watch this because the Biden White House, their entire narrative right now is, oh my gosh, listen, Joe Biden is the Scranton kid, this working class guy. He's not a communist persecuting Donald Trump with his DOJ. We had nothing to do with these cases. Really? This shows you the power of personnel being policy. Folks, the people appointed within the government, this is why, although I told you vote harder is not going to fix it, but voting is a piece of it. Folks, when you vote for far left Democrats, they install people in the deep state that are really hard to get rid of. People you would never think could hurt you.
Starting point is 00:45:29 At some three-letter agency, the ABC or whatever, and they wind up causing the country so much drama. This is the National Archivist appointed by a Democrat, David Ferrara. Hat tip, Julie Kelly, for pointing this out here. by a Democrat, David Ferrara. Hat tip, Julie Kelly, for pointing this out here. Here he is talking about right around the time they did the raid on Mar-a-Lago. The National Archives, a totally nonpolitical position. Listen to this guy in this video, basically setting up the whole criminal case against Donald Trump. This guy colluded with the White House. I'll show you that coming up next. Check this out. The legal wrangling with
Starting point is 00:46:05 the Trump administration over access to its records. How much can you say about that at this point? I can say that there is an investigation going on. I can say that we know that we suspect that we don't have everything. We're still trying to figure out what we don't have. suspect that we don't have everything. We're still trying to figure out what we don't have. And that it points out to me the weakness of the Presidential Records Act, which gives me the authority to provide guidance to the White House, but it doesn't give me any authority over activities in the White House, as I do have in the Federal Records Act. Listen, if the show is not at least somewhat educational, it's a waste of your time. You see why voting is not irrelevant. I get it. I get it. I get it. Vote harder is not going to change the country. Bottom up will. But voting is a piece of it, because when you vote for people like Joe Biden and Barack Obama,
Starting point is 00:47:11 you get guys like this in positions of power where you would think the National Archives, what kind of damage could this guy do? The reason Trump's going to be in court in Florida is precisely because the National Archives, according to unsealed documents, America First Legal, with an explosive case here, reveal how intimately the Biden White House worked with the National Archives to trigger this investigation. Look at this right here.
Starting point is 00:47:34 They got the document attached right here. They got all this stuff. These are actual memos. Read that second paragraph. Apparently, the Biden administration, they contacted the FBI and DOJ because they believed an incumbent president had the right to seek access to presidential records, otherwise restricted from public access,
Starting point is 00:47:54 if they contain information related to the conduct of the current business. Let me translate that for you. Biden needed a reason to go say, hey, I want these letters from Trump's residents and go storm his residence to get the Spygate documents. So he said, hey, we need these for our current work. He's making all that up. He did it just to make sure that they would go and serve a search warrant down there. That's the only reason.
Starting point is 00:48:20 This case has been coordinated the entire time. And I want to remind you of something because I get this question a lot. Dan, is there a legal basis for this, for Biden's case? The answer is no. There is a legal basis, however, for Trump's defense on these classified documents. And the basis is this. If Trump says they're not classified, they're not classified. Oh, Dan, you need to back that up.
Starting point is 00:48:44 Okay, I will. Again, it's just a news article. You got to put this in the newsletter if it's not there. Bongino.com slash newsletter. You've got to read this article. It's from August of 2022. Please read this article. It is super important.
Starting point is 00:49:00 It talks about when this same thing happened with Bill Clinton. He had some alleged classified documents in his sock drawer. So the case, Judicial Watch sued, and the case wound up in front of a federal judge, who I believe is still there, Amy Berman Jackson. Some of you may remember the name. Here's what she said in the case. Read this. Memorize this.
Starting point is 00:49:21 Because this is Trump's defense. It's the only defense he needs. Quote, under the statutory scheme established by the Presidential Records Act, the decision to segregate personal materials from presidential records is made by the president during the president's term and in his sole discretion. Amy Berman Jackson wrote in March of 2012, a decision, by the way, which was never appealed. There is no legal basis for this case at all. Joe Biden knew it, and Joe Biden reached out to this David Ferraro guy
Starting point is 00:49:58 at the National Archives, obviously swampies, and they started a bullshit case against Donald Trump. obviously swampies, and they started a bullshit case against Donald Trump. Folks, these people are so grotesquely incompetent. There is nothing they can do right. Whenever government is involved in anything, there is always going to be some toilet bowl shitstorm at the end. The government can't do anything right. The only reason liberals
Starting point is 00:50:26 support it bottom up is they realize there'll be useful idiots for them in destroying. I talked about the anti-anti-communist stuff on Friday's podcast, which I encourage you to listen to. The only purpose to government for the left is not to help people. No, they think, no, it's not. Liberals bottom up, love big government because they love it when they destroy conservatives. It's why they hated the FBI until the FBI started investigating Trump. Now they love him.
Starting point is 00:50:53 They hated a bureaucrat. Now they love him because they're going after conservatives. The ACLU used to sue these people. Now they love him. This is one of those stories. If you ever saw a story, I saw this come up last week. I've been dying to get to it.
Starting point is 00:51:11 This is one of those stories you see that if you were a believer in big government, if this doesn't wake you up like Clockwork Orange style to how just garbage, toilet bowl garbage, the government is how they can't do anything right, I don't know what will. The freaking government can't even sell weed right. How do you not?
Starting point is 00:51:29 Look, folks, do not do drugs. Drugs are bad. Do not sell drugs. You will go to jail, period. You get it, okay? I'm just saying, like, I grew up in the city in New York City. Tony, you probably grew up with some kids growing up.
Starting point is 00:51:41 I did, you know, people in your neighborhood, there was always a weed guy, right? Yeah, okay, thank you. Everybody knew, oh, someone always sold weed. Don't do it. It's bad. You'll get arrested. I don't do drugs.
Starting point is 00:51:51 Don't sell drugs. You get the point. However, in New York City, everybody knew a dude who sold drugs. Unfortunately, it's not hard. You take the baggie, a nickel bag, whatever it is, and you sell it for $5. It's not hard only the government can screw up selling weed i'm not gonna use the guy's real name let's call this guy silo did start with a c but there's this guy and he he's able let's call him see lover he told you
Starting point is 00:52:17 it wasn't hard he'd be like hey i'm selling drugs you want some i don't want you i don't do drugs it's not hard to sell drugs here's's the drugs. People are like, you sell the drugs. The government can't even sell drugs, right? Did you see the story in the Wall Street Journal? New York tries to prune its illegal marijuana crop. So New York wanted to make marijuana selling legal. They couldn't even do this. They couldn't.
Starting point is 00:52:38 How do you not sell drugs, right? New York botched its rollout of cannabis by throttling legal applicants while coddling criminals. Wait, don't even think about pulling this stuff. Don't even think about it. It'd be firings immediately. I'll be doing the show by myself. He's like, no, you won't.
Starting point is 00:52:54 You don't know how to do the show. He's technically correct. It'd be an audio only. Maybe not. I'll have to tape something. Avita, watch what he's doing in case I get rude. Folks, what did I just tell you during the entire show? How cannibalism bottom up by the
Starting point is 00:53:08 left if you're involved in bizarre causes. Eventually, the bottom is going to eat the top, unlike us. DEI has even screwed up New York so they can't even sell drugs right. Licenses, the weed licenses, have come slowly because Albany
Starting point is 00:53:23 is the state capital, granted them on the basis of DEI. They can't even sell drugs right. For the first nine months, New York State issued these weed licenses only to justice-involved individuals. In other words, people who had a marijuana conviction or a relative with one. So they couldn't even figure out how to sell drugs right. So what happened, by the way? I'll finish the story. What happened was a whole bunch of people were like, well, I'm not going to wait for a license.
Starting point is 00:53:54 I'm just going to sell drugs illegally if I've got to wait to get a license from these idiots. And they did, which put the legal ones who were the DEI applicants who got it first out of business because the illegal ones just sold it cheaper because they didn't have to pay for any licensing. The government can't do anything right. They can't even freaking sell weed right. People think about this, right? People who are really dumb and stupid have figured out how to make a lot of money selling weed.
Starting point is 00:54:23 Not the freaking government. stupid, have figured out how to make a lot of money selling weed. Not the freaking government. The government can't even figure out how to make money off a product. People have been smoking a token since like 1742 or whatever. Everybody's been, people smoke weed forever. Even the hippies smoke weed. These decanoos can't even figure out how to freaking sell weed right.
Starting point is 00:54:48 This is what you... DEI, baby. Not only is DEI destroying the Biden White House, DEI is destroying the weed industry. It will destroy everything. In sum. I can't this stuff. in some. I get this.
Starting point is 00:55:07 Dude, come on. Tell me the story's not funny. They can't even sell weed, right? How horrible. You sell weed. The left will eat itself alive, brothers and sisters. Your job is this. Yes, show up and vote so we can get these bureaucrats out there.
Starting point is 00:55:30 But you are correct for the fifth time on the show, maybe the tenth. Vote harder is not a strategy. It's not. It's part of a strategy. Get Trump in there so we can get rid of this national archivist and others in the bureaucracy who are hurting us. But we will never change anything until we build a parallel society, parallel institutions, and a parallel economy. Build it, water it, fertilize it.
Starting point is 00:55:58 Because the left will not succeed because it can't. will not succeed because it can't. You cannot build a successful organization, government, business, or a sports team, when success and merit are not part of your business plan. You simply can't. And I promise you, I am not trying to unnecessarily sit here and virtue signal to you, I mean exactly what I'm telling you.
Starting point is 00:56:26 Build up locally, clubs, groups, political organization, religious societies, whatever they are, because you're going to have to take over when this collapses, because it will. And this has happened many, many times before. I could give you a thousand examples of countries where this has mattered. All right, folks, thanks again for tuning in. It was a big show today. Small favor to ask you,
