Starting point is 00:00:00 get ready to hear the truth about america on a show that's not immune to the facts with your host dan bongino so is something going down i know i mean it like it's something going down because the fbi warnings are you know the reds there's red alarms going off and bells and whistles and sirens going off everywhere i've never seen it so dangerous, kind of we're all going to die thing. And, you know, because I always apply the Bongino rule to my life, which is, you know, chill and hold and let a story kind of materialize. I don't want to instantly dismiss the FBI, even though it's being led by a bunch of hacks right now. But I'm not crazy either, you know what I'm saying? So I'm balancing equities here. I'm like, in one hand, I'm like, are we all going to die like the FBI is saying?
Starting point is 00:00:49 It might be a little dramatic, but you get the point. Big major threat. Or is the FBI and Christopher Wray playing this game because they are looking for budget enhancements and they need this Pfizer thing to pass? And the answer is, I don't know. But I'll throw it out to you and we'll see. Because that's what we do here.
Starting point is 00:01:11 Because there's a lot going on. A couple journalists I really trust are a little concerned too about the whole like threat ecosystem. Today's show brought to you by Field of Greens. I just had Field of Greens and a big thing of black tea today. It was fantastic. I had the original. It's the best thing I do every day.
Starting point is 00:01:30 I hear a lot of you feel the same way. Chatsters, let me know how it's going for you, what you feel, the greens. It's literally one scoop a day. It tastes great. It has completely improved my life. I actually take two. This is nutrition the way nature intended. Everybody knows healthy, wholesome fruits and vegetables are the key to a good, long, healthy life.
Starting point is 00:01:49 So why don't we do it? Well, it's because they're hard to prepare. They're perishable. We don't have a lot of time. You get to feel the greens. You open it up. Smells amazing. You take a scoop.
Starting point is 00:01:59 You put it in whatever you want. Water, orange juice, whatever the heck you like. You drink it. Folks, each organic fruit and vegetable was medically chosen by their team to help support Oregon Health. I trust Field of Greens helped me feeling well.
Starting point is 00:02:13 I promise you're going to love this product, but if for any reason you do not, they will give you a 100% money back guarantee. How about that? I got you 15% off your first order plus free rest shipping. Go to BrickHouseNutrition.com slash Dan and use promo code Dan. That's promo code Dan at BrickHouseNutrition.com slash Dan. BrickHouseNutrition.com slash Dan. All right, fellas, let's go. Put that tweet up by Paul Sperry. I like this guy, Paul Sperry.
Starting point is 00:02:45 This guy was an absolute mauler on the Spygate stuff. He was fantastic. So he says, breaking former assistant FBI director, Chris Swecker said, terror cells. Now, Chris Swecker is a pretty good guy, folks. Let's just lay down the battlefield right now. We're not talking about Chris Wray yet, the FBI director, who I don't trust as far as I can throw him like a football, and that ain't far. He's a rather big
Starting point is 00:03:09 guy. Chris Wecker is a pretty good guy. He said terror cells have entered the United States, oh shit, kind of like we thought, and secreted themselves into cities thanks to Biden's broken border. They're in here now, and FBI chief Christopher Wray must immediately adopt the broad strategy to ferret them out. Folks, Christopher Wray is going to be up on Capitol Hill today at two o'clock Eastern time. He's apparently going to tell people up on Capitol Hill, these lawmakers that the threat levels through the roof. Now I get it. This is one of those shows that's going to require us to not be like liberal morons, drones, and the fake news journalists on the left. We're going to actually do facts and process them. You've got two competing arguments I laid out in
Starting point is 00:03:54 the beginning of the show here. Number one, Christopher Wray is going to go up on the hill today, and he's going to talk about this threat being through the roof, that he's, in quote, never seen this level of threat in the United States. Chris Wecker, the guy I just put up in the Paul Sperry tweet, I appreciate and respect this guy. I think he's always been a true teller. You've probably seen him on Fox. I don't think they're wrong.
Starting point is 00:04:22 Maybe these things are true at the same time. I don't think they're wrong. Maybe these things are true at the same time. I don't think they're wrong. I think Joe Biden's abdication of any responsibility to the southern border and the open border we have, where lunatics and crazies have taken advantage of the open border to send terrorists into the United States. We have no doubt about that. The only question is how many are here. Keep in mind, we are not debating if terrorists are in the United States through the border.
Starting point is 00:04:47 We know that. Period. Fact. The judges rule. That's not what we're talking about. We're only talking about the number of terrorists. How many? And where are they?
Starting point is 00:04:56 And the answer is we don't know because a lot of them are gotaways. So maybe these two things are true at the same time based on the evidence. That the threat level is through the roof. are true at the same time based on the evidence that the threat level is through the roof and that Christopher Wray is in fact using that threat level to leverage pressure on Congress to pass this spying bill, this Pfizer renewal, along with getting some more money for the FBI. Maybe they're both true at the same time. Here's why I say that. It's not a cop out. It's simply the facts seem to back both of those things up. Wray is kind of a snaky guy who's going to use anything to get this Pfizer thing renewed so they can spy on you. But also, that doesn't mean the threat isn't real.
Starting point is 00:05:31 Here, look at this report from Axios. Here's what I mean. There's a senior U.S. general visiting Israel right now. They note Israeli officials say they're preparing for a possible unprecedented direct attack from Iranian soil using ballistic missiles, drones and cruise missiles against Israeli targets. In such a scenario, Israel will retaliate with a direct attack against Iran, the officials say. Listen, I don't like discussions of World War Three and being dramatic because when you start Because when you start to talk like that, it doesn't happen. You lose credibility. And we don't want that to happen, obviously. And also, there are severe limitations there. However, ladies and gentlemen, if a land war
Starting point is 00:06:15 broke out between Israel and Iran, Iran's army is not positioned to do anything other than regime preservation. They're not. All the bullshit talk about Iran, it's a regime preservation operation. In a one-on-one versus Israel, there is zero doubt Israel prevails. The problem, ladies and gentlemen, is who else gets sucked in here? Is there a distraction from this fight against Hamas?
Starting point is 00:06:40 Are a bunch of terror cells that are in the United States unleashed at the same time to keep us bogged down here? What does Russia and China do? Does China take advantage of the chaos to maybe stir up some tension in Taiwan? Does Russia up the ante in Ukraine and maybe engage in some tactical nuke operation? The answer is, I don't know. But the answer for you is we better get prepared for all of it. And don't get trapped in this, what does Gutfeld call it, the prison of the two ideas or something, where you got to be
Starting point is 00:07:11 one or the other. Both of these things can be true. This threat level can be through the roof and you should be prepared. And simultaneously, Ray may be using this to pass this dreadful Pfizer thing or get this thing pushed through Congress where they can continue to spy on us. So just the Bongino rule applies through these first three opening stories today. That's the first one. Just let the information settle. And the only thing you can do right now is get prepared. If the Iranians are going to do something in Israel, there's nothing you can do.
Starting point is 00:07:43 What are you going to do about it? Tweet at them? There's nothing we can do about it. It'd be dreadful, be tragic. There's nothing we can, the United States government could do something. Israel could do something. There's nothing we can do. You can just be prepared on your own in case something breaks really bad. Second, I got a lot of emails from you all. Chats, some of you sent this to me in the pre-chat and the pre-show over the past few days. You sent this to me in the pre-chat and the pre-show over the past few days. Some people were asking me to talk about this alleged FBI CIA whistleblower caught on hidden camera talking about plants and the January 6th Stop the Steal rally and all that.
Starting point is 00:08:22 Folks, this is a very, very, very heavy application of the Bongino rule here. That guy, a lot of what that guy's talking about, folks, to me, having some experience in the federal government, the job titles he's throwing around there, a lot of it, to me, doesn't seem plausible right now. So when I'm comfortable that the story's real, I'm going to talk about it. I have no doubt there were federal agent plans to stop the steel rally at all. So we're crystal clear based on experience and how the
Starting point is 00:08:51 government gathers intel, zero doubt. That particular guy, I'm holding judgment on. That's why I haven't covered it. It's not that I don't know about it. I spend all day researching the news for you. I would just urge you strongly, very strongly, based on what I heard from that guy in that tape, which sounds like a lot of bluster, I would urge you strongly to take caution on this. Because if we go all in on this story, and it turns out in three, four days that it's total bullshit, and this guy was just blustering on some date or something, it makes us look bad. And remember, we can't be wrong. While we're on the topic of law enforcement,
Starting point is 00:09:29 this is how I wanted to start the show today, but I had to switch that up when I saw that Paul Sperry tweet because Paul's a good guy and so is Swecker. And if they say something, you should probably listen. Folks, the Bongino rule is in effect on this one too. There's an election coming up. Folks, especially Bongino rule is in effect on this one, too. There's an election coming up. Folks, especially chatsters here, who benefits from racial tension in the United States? Yes, sir.
Starting point is 00:09:55 You got it. Liberal hacks and goons and media people. They love it. They'll jet up a racial controversy anywhere they can because they think it benefits them in acquiring and abusing power, period. Did you hear this story about this police use of force incident? It was a shooting involving this man. You probably heard about it.
Starting point is 00:10:16 If you're a lefty, all you did is read headlines that, of course, had to emphasize the race angle and what the police did. But notice how in this Washington Post headline, they conveniently leave out the pretext to what happened at this event. Police fire 96 shots in 41 seconds, killing a black man during traffic stop. Oh, my gosh. Sounds awful. We don't want to see anybody die, right? That's horrible. It's always the Washington Post every time. Austere religious scholar, right? If you know, go look that one up. Austere religion. Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, terrorist animal. He was an austere religious scholar.
Starting point is 00:11:00 He just died. He died like he had an infected ingrown toenail or something like that. This is the Washington Post, folks. Just so you know. Now, this story, sadly, follows and segues from yesterday's show perfectly. And I wish it didn't. Do you understand now why liberals who read the Washington Post believe there is this plague of police officers mowing down innocent black men across the country. Put up that Post headline again if you would. If you read this and read nothing else, keeping in mind the Washington Post knows most people read the headlines and nothing else,
Starting point is 00:11:37 you're like, holy shit, man, again, mowing this guy down. A traffic stop? Of course they don't mention that if you actually watch this video, I'm going to show you in a second. I want to put this tweet up first, that if you watch the video, you realize that it appears from the video that the guy actually shot at the police first. Now, listen, I was the police at one point. You know, I loved it when my my oldest daughter, Isabel,
Starting point is 00:12:01 she was about six or seven with her. And she saw a picture of me in my old NYPD uniform. And she said, Daddy, I didn't know you were the police once because she didn't know me. She knew me as an agent in a suit, right? So I was the police once too. And I've got a little pro tip for you. The best way to not get in a shootout with the cops. Guys, this works every time. Evita, you paying attention? Write this down. This is very important. If you get pulled over, do not shoot at the cops. It's a very bad idea.
Starting point is 00:12:36 Dang, Evita says it's great advice. She's writing it down right now. Do not shoot at cops. It's, you know, I don't want to have to make it one of the golden rules because the golden rules are already expanding dramatically. And it kind of already falls under a subset of don't get dead. But if you don't want to get dead, don't shoot at the cops. Now, having said that, I don't default to anyone's defense, police officers, anyone else, until I see the facts. Cops make mistakes, too.
Starting point is 00:13:02 However, here's another one. the facts. Cops make mistakes too. However, here's another one. Here's Omar Jimenez on Twitter, because again, we got to play up the racial angle and the fact that this individual was shot without actually putting out the predicate and what happened before. You know, it's how did a traffic stop for not wearing a seatbelt and with 96 gunshots and an injured officer and a dead 26 year old? Some say it was because Dexter Reed fired at officers first as the initial investigation showed. Some say? What do you mean some say?
Starting point is 00:13:32 Some believe the stop never should have happened in the first place. So we, okay. So your argument here is what? We shouldn't have seatbelt laws? And if you shoot at the cops as long as some say otherwise, it's okay. I'm a little, I'm a little confused about this tweet. Let's read this critically. How did a traffic stop for not wearing a seatbelt and with 96 gunshots?
Starting point is 00:13:56 Because it appears in the video, the guy shot at the cops. So that answers the first clause there, right? Some say it was because he fired first. Well, there's actually video. So no one gives a fuck what some say because there's actual video. So zero fucks are given about what some say because you can actually watch the video.
Starting point is 00:14:17 So that gets rid of that one, Omar. And then we have, I can't. Folks, they're trying to do it again. They want BLM rallies in the street. As the investigation, some believe the stop should have never happened in the first place. Okay, Omar, who were the some?
Starting point is 00:14:34 And what are you suggesting? That we should not have seatbelt laws? Because listen, I'm not big on getting pulled over either. However, there is this thing that you got to wear a seatbelt. You can object to that all you want, but it is in fact a law. As a matter of fact, I was pulled over either. However, there is this thing that you got to wear a seatbelt. You can object to that all you want, but it is in fact a law.
Starting point is 00:14:47 As a matter of fact, I was pulled over twice when I was a kid for not wearing a seatbelt. And amazingly, I did not get dead. Do you guys know how? Yeah, holy shit. He nailed it again. He said you didn't pull out a gun and shoot. That is correct.
Starting point is 00:15:06 That is correct. There we go. That is Tony. Is that not, is that not work every time? Tony, have you ever been pulled over by the police? Have you ever pulled out a firearm and engaged the police officers? He has not. He has not. And ladies and gentlemen, that's why Tony's here to answer questions right now. Because if you're not wearing the belt and you get pulled over, okay, the worst response possible is to start firing. I'm just throwing that out there. It is the damn Bongino public service announcement of the day.
Starting point is 00:15:38 However, because I believe in the Bongino rule, we are going to go a little tranquilo. We're going to take a deep breath. We're going to hug each other and we're going to look at the actual video and you can see for yourself why it's probably not a good idea to engage police officers in a gunfight over something like a seatbelt. You could either take a ticket or down here. I think I got a warning or something like that. Wear your seatbelt next time. Okay. And I made ticket or down here. I think I got a warning or something like that. Wear your seatbelt next time. Okay. And I made it out alive. Here. I was going to play this
Starting point is 00:16:10 as a VO where I talk over, but I want you to watch this in itself. I want you to see for yourself if you think this was handled appropriately by the police officers and by the alleged perpetrator in this thing. Check this out. Roll the window down. What are you doing? Roll this one out. Roll the window down. What are you doing?
Starting point is 00:16:33 Roll this one down. Roll that one down too. Hey, don't roll the window up. Don't roll the window up. Do not roll the window up. Unlock the doors now. Unlock the doors now. Unlock the doors now. Unlock the door now. Open the door now. Open the door now. Open the door now. He says it's mostly peaceful, mostly peaceful shooting. Do we have to do this again? Let's do this again. Because I was the police's at one point, as my daughter said.
Starting point is 00:17:11 I'm just going to go over some simple stuff. And ladies and gentlemen, listen to me. I'm not telling you the cops are above reproach. We just did the opening segment where I questioned the FBI. How could you miss that? Nobody questions law enforcement more than me. I'm still want to know what the hell happened with the cocaine at the White House with the Secret Service. So I'm going to take a hard pass on dipshits like you're just defending the
Starting point is 00:17:34 cops. I'm not defending anything. I'm trying to keep you alive because don't get dead. I don't want you to get dead. Getting dead is bad. There's a finality to it. You get buried. The worms eat you. You start to rot. It is not comfortable. Dirt goes on top. It's very compressed in that coffin.
Starting point is 00:17:54 Don't get dead. So here, here's my recommendation. If the police officers pull you over, I don't care what it's for. If it's not a justified stop, call me. There are mechanics to handle that. You can get a lawyer. You can go to a civilian complaint review board. You can file a complaint with the supervisor. You can ask for a supervisor. That's okay. If you get pulled over, here's what not to do. One, do not lock the door, roll the window up. If you have window tints or anything else and hide your hands,
Starting point is 00:18:25 don't do that. Don't do, you will likely get dead quickly. Again, do not pull out a firearm and start shooting. You will likely get that even quicker. What you do, this is really simple. I'm going to save a lot of lives here. Here, you're rolling in the car. I'll even roll. Like, you're rolling down the street. Oh shit. I'm getting pulled over. Put on the blinker, pull over to the side of the road. Hands stay on the wheel. Hands stay on the wheel. Ladies and gentlemen, eyes don't shoot, hands do. That's why cops don't say, let me see your eyes. They say, let me see your hands. They don't say, let me see your feet either, because your feet can't grab a gun. Hands on the wheel. Just keep them on the wheel. The officer comes over, roll your window down. Tell him, I'm going to roll my window down. If
Starting point is 00:19:12 it's not down already, probably better you roll it down before he shows up. Roll down the window. Do not make any fast move. Why? Because you don't want to get dead. Roll the window down. How can I help you, officer? I'd like to see your license and registration. Yes, sir. Yes, ma'am. Registration is in the box. I'm going to get it in the glove box right there. My license is in my left pocket.
Starting point is 00:19:36 Here you go. It's a crazy thing. They're going to go back and either give you a warning or a ticket, and you will not leave dead. It works almost every time. Now, there are screw-ups and those people deserve to go to jail. If cops wind up shooting you and you did all of that stuff, that person should go to jail too. But don't get dead and definitely let's not start a race riot over a police shooting incident before we've even gotten all of the facts out. Okay. Thank you.
Starting point is 00:20:06 Moving on. I got a lot more to get to, including the people who pushed all these crazy racial narratives last time and the lunatics on the left being absolute total hypocrites. Now, one of them being this goofball, Maxine Waters, who now is upset that someone said something to her in a restaurant after screaming that you should confront people when they get out of their cars everywhere she disagrees with politically. We're taking advice from her. I'm not. Maybe you are.
Starting point is 00:20:32 Not me. Patriot Mobile. Folks, whenever something goes viral, rest assured, the frauds are going to jump on the bandwagon. Pretending you're a patriotic company, it's trendy right now, so you got to do your homework and see who's really on our team and who's not. For more than 10 years, these are team players, Patriot Mobile. They've been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider. Patriot Mobile has been a great supporter of this show. They're the only cell phone service
Starting point is 00:20:56 provider that's actually on the front lines defending our freedoms. Patriot Mobile offers dependable nationwide coverage on all three major networks. It means you get the same coverage you've been accustomed to or better without funding the left and other companies pretending to be one of us when you switch to patriot mobile you're supporting a company that believes in free speech religious freedom the sanctity of life veterans are military and first responder heroes that 100 us-based customer service team makes switching easy keep your number keep your phone or upgrade just go to patriot mobile.com slash Dan or call 972-PATRIOT. Get free activation today when you use the offer code Dan. Don't be fooled by fake patriotic
Starting point is 00:21:31 TV ads. Partner with the only wireless provider that actually lives your values. Patriotmobile.com slash Dan. Promo code Dan. That's my first name. Funny how they made that a promo code, but we like that. Use my first name. Funny how they made that a promo code. But we like that. Use that first name. The same people pushing bullshit racial narratives, by the way, hate it when they're confronted themselves. Do you guys remember this little gem from Maxine Waters?
Starting point is 00:21:56 Get out. Confront them. Drive everybody crazy. Be a lunatic. Remember this? Let's make sure we show up wherever we have to show up. And if you see anybody from that cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd. And you push back on them and you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere. So these, again, are the kind of people who are the grievance hustlers
Starting point is 00:22:27 and the aggressive, super violent folks. I mean, you just heard her. Nobody disputes that crazy Maxine Waters suggesting you get up in people's faces, which, by the way, could cause a really violent situation and could cause people to get dead. So we don't want to do that. That's why on this show, I never, ever, ever tell you, hey, go up and get in. No, no, no. Don't get in anybody's face, folks't want to do that. That's why on this show, I never, ever, ever tell you,
Starting point is 00:22:49 hey, go up and get numb. No, no, no. Don't go. Don't get in anybody's face, folks. Don't do that. Argue with people, debate with people, but keep it peaceful. Because let me tell you something. If you guys start beating the shit out of each other in the middle of the street and the country descends into violent chaos, you're going to want to take that back real fast. We don't want that. Apparently, Maxine does, which I find ironic because she was on this show the other day, griping and moaning that apparently someone approached her in a restaurant and did exactly what she recommended liberals do to conservatives. Watch this phony. As a member of Congress with people, you know, who evidently had a racist attitude uh and recently one even confronted me in a restaurant and they don't say racist things but what they say is uh they don't like something
Starting point is 00:23:33 i said they don't like the position that i took uh but you know that you know if you were not black right you would not be approached that way. Right. They probably would not. Right. They would think twice about doing it. They think that they can get away with doing it with you and that you're black. You believe this garbage on the left? So just to be clear, this absolute hack goon who sits out there in a parking lot and recommends you violently get in people's faces
Starting point is 00:24:05 and not even let them get out of their cars. This total piece of garbage is now complaining that nobody, by the way, she said it, not me, that there was no, there was no racial language used. If there were, I would condemn it on my show resolutely and completely. She said, no, no, they didn't say anything racist. They disagreed with the position. But they're racist because I'm black. You just recommended to get up in people's faces. You just, you just. Folks, these grievance hustlers out there are going to destroy this place.
Starting point is 00:24:43 They're going to burn it to the ground. They're garbage people. They're garbage people. They're garbage people. And by the way, Maxine, it has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do about the melanin content of your skin. You're using it as an excuse because you're a freaking moron. And that's the only argument you have. You're an idiot. Stop resorting to the silly, ridiculous race card every time you do dumb shit and one of your constituents calls you out after you were the one calling for people to call people out. Dispute a second of what I just said. Is that not you? Folks, you got a moron class on the left, man. They're really not sending their best they're sending a group of idiots i just throw this in for you know it's why avita and i are
Starting point is 00:25:32 working on a on a new show for uh avita you're all gonna love but we were talking about segues and stuff before and sometimes there's not really a comfortable segue other than here are a couple of morons back to back this is the only segue between that and this. I just threw this in there for sheer comic relief. Here are two idiots, Joy Behar and Sonny Hostin on The View yesterday, who think Supreme Court Justice Sam Alito was appointed by Donald Trump. Watch this. So be very clear.
Starting point is 00:26:01 He wrote a roadmap for the states so that they could look in their books and go back to the 1860s, even before Arizona was founded, which was 1912, and gave them the game book. And he was appointed by Donald Trump. Yes, he was. Who took the credit for overthrowing Roe v. Wade. He was appointed by Donald Trump, Joy Behar. And Sonny's a lawyer, by the way. Yes. Yes, he was.
Starting point is 00:26:32 No, no, he wasn't. He wasn't even close. He was appointed by George W. Bush. It's not even close. You're not even in the ballpark. There was a different president between them. His name was Barack Obama. You're not even in the ballpark. These are the idiots ginning up all this grievance in our society, waiting for that police incident
Starting point is 00:26:52 to blow up so they can jump on some new narrative. So everybody's beating the shit out of each other in the streets. Folks, yesterday was a really bad day for the regime, too. Chatsters, what are the two things that matter in campaigns? If you don't get this right, I'm sorry. We can no longer be friends. I've got to do a new show under Anand Deguerre or something. I've got to change my name. Paul Pimpernel or something.
Starting point is 00:27:21 I ain't doing it. Yes, soundbites and snapshots. You're damn right. And yesterday was another one of those contrasting snapshots. Folks, listen, you are super active. Chatsters, 100,000 people here already. 101 actually. You guys and ladies are super active in politics. I hope you understand. And I think you know this. Not everybody is as involved as you are. They're not. It's not a bad thing. Politics shouldn't be everybody's life every second, even mine or yours. But they're just not. They see snapshots.
Starting point is 00:27:51 That's it. They see a quick little visual and they're like, oh, shit, here's Donald Trump. Here's Biden. If this wasn't probably the second most damning snapshot of the campaign so far, what was the first? You guys know where I'm going to go with this? What was the first most damning snapshot of the campaign so far. What was the first? Anybody, you guys know where I'm going to go with this? What was the first most damning snapshot? Anyone remember? I can't believe it.
Starting point is 00:28:13 I'm a little upset. Come on! The funeral! Trump goes up to New York, goes to the funeral for this cop while this goofball is in Manhattan with a bunch of rich Lizzo-like celebrities, you know, celebrating with his pampered crowd Lizzo-like celebrities, you know,
Starting point is 00:28:25 celebrating with his pampered crowd on Radio City Music Hall, shutting down traffic. By far the most devastating snapshot of the campaign so far. This is easily a close second. Here's Donald Trump yesterday down in Atlanta. Snapshots and soundbites, kids. Snapshots and soundbites. Here he is down in Atlanta. He pops into a Chick-fil-A. Look at this. Surrounded by people. All they want is pictures. Look at this guy here laughing.
Starting point is 00:28:52 Everybody's having a good time, by the way. I've been at these. Look at him shaking his hand. This is totally unscripted. It's a largely black audience there, which, again, doesn't matter to conservatives, but liberals are obsessed with the idea of skin color. Look at this guy. You got some guy in a construction outfit there, works for a living. Check this out. Totally unscripted. I have been at these stops
Starting point is 00:29:13 before. They're called OTRs. You know what OTR stands for? Off the record movements. I can tell it's an OTR. He probably told someone, hey, let's go pop in this Chick-fil-A. Totally unscripted. someone, hey, let's go pop in this Chick-fil-A. Totally unscripted. He said it right. He's stunned. He heard Donald Trump is a Nazi, fascist, racist. What the hell is he doing in Chick-fil-A? Shaking hands with people who are black. Oh, my gosh. I thought he hated black people. If you're a moron liberal, you probably believe that, of course, because you read the Washington Post about the austere religious scholar. However, Donald Trump loves people, and he doesn't really give a shit about their skin color. I can tell you, though, OTRs carry a risk.
Starting point is 00:29:51 Off-the-record movements, meaning they're not official. They just do it. What's the risk? The risk they carry is you can walk in there, and those people were not vetted in advance. You have no idea. You walk in there, and someone can go, hey, screw you, asshole, you suck. And that's a really bad snapshot.
Starting point is 00:30:10 But you notice every time Donald Trump shows up somewhere, impromptu, that never happens. Yet every time Biden shows up somewhere, there's a let's go Brandon or FJB sign. Strange, right? Now, contrast that. I can play those videos all day, by the way, the Chick-fil-A. People coming up to him, hugging him. He's just a natural with people.
Starting point is 00:30:36 Look at this guy at the White House yesterday. He's doing a state dinner where the snapshot's supposed to be amazing. It's supposed to be increased. It's supposed to look presidential. Look at him. He doesn't even know if he's supposed to salute. The military guy's trying to show him where to go. He still looks lost.
Starting point is 00:30:48 Look at him fumbling around. Finally puts these dopey looking aviators on. Play it again in the beginning. He doesn't know to salute or not. Keep in mind, he's gone over this a thousand times. He's like, do I salute? He doesn't know what to do. He looks like he's doing, you know, remember in the 80s,
Starting point is 00:31:04 they did the robot dance. Remember that? This is Biden. He don't know what to do. He looks like he's doing, you know, remember in the 80s, they did the robot dance. Remember that? This is Biden. He don't know what to do. He's like, am I doing a robot dance? Am I saluting? He doesn't know what to do. This is the, look, here we go.
Starting point is 00:31:15 There's the hand. He's zooming in on the hand. He don't know what to do, folks. Why? Because his brain is mashed potatoes, man. He's got mashed potato brains. This is the snapshots from yesterday. He don't know what to do.
Starting point is 00:31:33 Contrast. Soundbites. That's all campaigns are, man. The base is already going to vote for Trump. The base of the left is already going to vote for Biden. The question is is what is going to persuade persuadable? That's why they're persuadable. They're still out there. And the answer is snapshots and soundbites. Nothing else. That's it. Campaigns for persuadables who are not deeply into politics are about, I like that guy more. Who do you like more if they're watching those two? I think you know the answer. Folks, yesterday was a bad day for the regime. These
Starting point is 00:32:11 inflation numbers are devastating. There's a video that went nuclear. It went viral on TikTok. This guy, he's asking for an explanation in crayon eating terms, and that's a quote, of why he can't afford anything anymore. I'll show you why in a minute. I got the video evidence to back it up. Biden's in a lot of trouble. No victory laps yet, but he's in a lot of trouble. Folks, blackout coffee. It's time to be awake, not woke. Starting point is 00:35:13 or prevent any disease or condition. All right, back to the show. Thank you, Flowmentum. Okay, I'll explain it to you in crayon eating terms. So this guy went nuclear on TikTok, the video platform popular with the kids and just about everyone else around the world, because he's very upset that the cost of living has exploded through the roof and nobody can afford basic necessities anymore under Bidenomics. Thank you, Bidenomics. By the way, keep up with the eponymously named economic conditions. We love associating shit with Biden and Bidenomics. Listen to this guy's thing got millions of views and I will explain to you what's going on. Check this out.
Starting point is 00:35:48 Can somebody explain to me in crayon eating terms why I make over three times the federal minimum wage and I cannot afford to live? And I do not want to hear the pull yourself up from your bootstraps, work 90 hours a week. That's not the goal, guys. That's not. He's not wrong. I don't know this guy. I know his politics. I don't really care.
Starting point is 00:36:13 He's gone nuclear all over the place. He was on Fox this morning. I've seen this thing everywhere. But the thing is, you know, we can play these videos to make fun of Joe Biden, or we can take this guy seriously. The guy may or may not vote, but I guarantee you, ladies and gentlemen, whether you like this guy, dislike that video or not,
Starting point is 00:36:30 he's correct. The goal shouldn't be to have to work 90 hours a week to feed yourself and stay alive, correct? We should be able to work a decent 40-hour week with some OT once in a while and have a decent house and a car for our families. I mean, that's the goal of a prosperous economy, right? We don't all want to be poor.
Starting point is 00:36:47 Forgive me. I'm not trying to talk down to anyone. It's amazing how many outlets play these videos and they don't actually explain to the kid or the young man, whatever, what he's asking for. Okay, I'll explain it to you in crayon eating terms. Why is the cost of living expensive? Because the government is printing a lot of money through its money.
Starting point is 00:37:07 Tony, you have any money on you? Any bill? You have a bill? I don't care what it is. Give me this bill for a second. I don't have my wallet on me. You don't? Do you have any money?
Starting point is 00:37:14 Nobody has any money? You guys kidding me? Don't carry any money. Holy shit. Credit card. I want to show you something. We have this thing called the Federal Reserve. Okay.
Starting point is 00:37:23 Again, crayon eating terms. They create money digitally and they print it. Wow. He gave us the whole wallet. Hold on. I'm just taking his credit cards and stuff. If you see some suspicious charges are okay. So Guy has a, I don't hear, you'll notice it says at the top, crayon eating terms, Federal Reserve note. You can see that right there. Note. Meaning the Federal Reserve created this. So the Federal Reserve creates money. Sorry, you're downloading. So the Federal Reserve creates money for the United States government. Okay?
Starting point is 00:37:57 When the United States government spends money it doesn't have, like Joe Biden's been doing, and Republican presidents too, to be fair, what happens? The Federal Reserve creates more notes, digital notes and paper notes. Well, what happens when we create more notes? Well, let's say we don't create more stuff, which we're really not doing. More notes create more stuff, chase more stuff. So when you have more notes chasing the same amount or just marginally more stuff, what happens? The price goes up because there's more notes. Did I explain?
Starting point is 00:38:36 Evita, did I explain that well? Is this pretty? Is your crayon eating enough? To the dude in the video, I'm not trying to be an asshole. Really, I'm not. I respect an asshole. Really, I'm not. I respect what you're saying, and I know the economy is garbage right now, and I feel you, bro. But when you print a bunch of money, FRNs, Federal Reserve Notes,
Starting point is 00:38:55 and you don't make enough stuff to absorb all that money, more money is chasing the same stuff, which means the stuff chases more money too, meaning it costs more money. Joe Biden is spending with the Democrats and to be candid, swampy Republicans too, but the Democrats love this stuff. At least we have a wing of the Republican Party trying to control it,
Starting point is 00:39:20 is spending trillions of dollars every year above and beyond what it has. So it has to print it, is spending trillions of dollars every year above and beyond what it has. So it has to print it. Here's what you get when this happens. Here's Rick Santelli on CNBC yesterday, the guy who practically started the whole tea party thing, if you know what I mean. Here's Rick Santelli on the ugly inflation numbers that I'm telling you are only going to get worse.
Starting point is 00:39:44 I've been right about this for the last two years. Check this out. Hotter than expected. 3.5. This is three tenths, three tenths hotter than we looked at in the rearview mirror. 3.2. To find a bigger number than 3.5, you're going back to May of last year when it was, oh, excuse me, I am wrong, September of last year when it was 3.7. And finally, what many would consider the most important number, year-over-year CPI core, 3.8. Hotter than expected equals the rearview mirror. To find a higher number, January was 3.9. And what's the lowest it's been of late? Well, 3.8.
Starting point is 00:40:25 Our last look at what we have today actually is the lowest since 3.0 in April of 21. The issue is it's still running hot. That was a longer one. The rest are shorter. Here's just a quick cut from even CNN. CNN, which is obviously a full-time activist network for the left that goes without saying. Even CNN has to report because they can't ignore the number anymore. Inflation is going up, ladies and gentlemen.
Starting point is 00:40:52 It's not going down. Simple math. You watch CNN have to acknowledge this to all of their liberal listeners kissing Biden's ass. Check this out. It's just in. Inflation is headed in the wrong direction right now. The latest consumer price report just out shows prices up 3.5% this over same time last year.
Starting point is 00:41:13 As Guy said, all 10 people watching in an airport saw that. Folks, it's going up. Here's an even... Let me get a little bit faster. I want to show you something quick. Why do liberals love inflation? Let me do a simple math thing. Let me turn the light up on the phone so you can actually see.
Starting point is 00:41:28 This is very simple. There are two ways to steal your money that the government likes to do. The government likes to steal people's money. It's very good at it. Say you wanted to take 25% of the economy. So say the economy had $100 in it and the government says, we want 25% of the economy to do government stuff. There are two ways to do it. The government can tax the economy at, say, 25 percent rate and pull $25 out.
Starting point is 00:41:56 Liberals, is this math hard? Evita, I know you're very intelligent, but pretend to be a dopey lib for me. If this gets in any way hard, let me know. So is's a hundred dollars in the economy. The government taxes it at 25%. You get $25, correct? Why do liberals love inflation? This is where this gets, liberals are going to get very confused. Let's pull out a basic calculator on the phone. Here you go. Calculator on the phone. You don't have to tax at 25%. Here's what you can do if you still want to steal 25% of people's stuff as the government, and they don't even see it coming. It's called the quiet tax notice inflation. So there's $100 in economy.
Starting point is 00:42:31 You go to the Federal Reserve and you go, do me a favor. Print me 33 more and just give it to us. So now how much is in the economy? Anybody know? Liberals are confused already. $133. But the government just took it. What percentage of the economy is that? Let's do some simple math. Oh, look at that. When you multiply 133 by 0.25, you get $33.
Starting point is 00:43:10 $33, $33.25, which is exactly what I just told you. You get it? All you got to do is print $33. Why do liberals love inflation? Because it's the quietest, most pernicious tax of all. You get effed because you can't actually afford anything like this guy, but you don't even know how it happened. So you need a crayon eating level explanation as to why the government keeps taking your money. They did take it. They just didn't take it by taxes. They took it by inflation and printing up 25% extra. That may not have been crayon eating the second time, maybe a little more advanced where conservatives will understand it. But I promise you, it's very real. I want to warn you about
Starting point is 00:43:49 something. This may get a little complicated so folks, if you don't like this segment, I fully understand. But I'm going to warn you right now that when this shit collapses, it's not going to collapse slowly. It's going to collapse quickly. And it's going to collapse because of the bond market.
Starting point is 00:44:06 Long story short is this. Nobody wants to lend money to the United States if the money they're going to get paid back years later is worth shit due to inflation. Liberals, you follow? Crayon eating kids. If I lend the government $100 and they pay me back $110 in 10 years, but the $110 only buys $80 worth of stuff. Did you make or lose money? Yes, you lost money, but I got $110. It only buys $80 worth of stuff. It would have bought $100 worth of stuff. You wouldn't have lent it to the government. So what happens? People don't want to
Starting point is 00:44:46 lend the government money. How do people lend the government money? Crayon eating. The government issues a bond. Here, you want a bond? Here's a bond. Here, let me show you what a government bond is, folks. This is really simple. This is what it looks like. Crayon eating, kids. kids, the government goes, $100, 5%. Here, give us $100. We'll give you 5%. Here's your bond. Here you go. Come back to us in 10, 15 years, and we'll give you 5%. Well, that's it. That's how it works, right? What happens if people say, I don't want to lend you money at 5% because you guys suck? That's what happens when so-called bond vigilantes start not lending the government money anymore. That's what happens when you print a bunch of stuff. Listen to EJ and Tony explain this brilliantly. The government basically went
Starting point is 00:45:38 out to the market yesterday or the other day and said, hey, lend us more money. We're spending a lot. And for the first time in a long time, it was a bloodbath. People were like, nah, screw you idiots. You're printing too much crap. Watch this. Let me ask you a big picture question. We had a 10-year bond auction today, which is just the government trying to sell 10-year debt into the market.
Starting point is 00:46:00 It didn't go well. If we aren't buying our debt at four and a half percent yields, do we have a long term problem of people not interested in buying U.S. treasuries? Oh, Taylor, to say it didn't go well, I think would be the understatement of the day. I thought it was horrific. I mean, not only do we not have individuals who want to buy this, foreigners don't want to buy this. The Fed is rolling it off its balance sheet. Primary dealers continue to get stuck with more and more of the auctions. I mean, this is an absolute disaster. No one wants to buy this debt. And for good reason, the value of the money which you will be repaid by the Treasury will be seriously eroded by
Starting point is 00:46:39 inflation. Please tell me how that's a good investment for anyone. Folks, people don't want to give the government money anymore. And the minute it dries up, we got ourselves a big problem. Of course, Biden, who's a total garbage person. By the way, is anyone in the media at chatsters, have you seen an explanation yet for the showering with the kids or the sniffing? Has anyone seen an explanation yet from the media who seems unbelievably uncurious about Biden's bizarre habit of touching kids, sniffing kids, groping women,
Starting point is 00:47:12 and showering with family members? Has anyone seen an explanation yet? I have yet to see it in the mainstream media. Why we should accept this behavior as normal? Because it sounds kind of gross, but I'll have to save that one for another day. Here he was yesterday, Biden, the inflation president, Bidenomics. Thanks, Bidenomics.
Starting point is 00:47:32 Keep calling it Bidenomics, by the way. That is doing, you're doing great. You're doing wonderful. Here he is trying to blame Trump. I want you to keep in mind, when Donald Trump left office, inflation was 1.4%. Inflation, since Joe Bryben took office, Bryben, Joe Biden, inflation, prices are up almost 20%. Those are called facts and statistics. Watch this idiot try to blame Trump and say, inflation's been dramatically reduced. Check this out. Look, we have dramatically
Starting point is 00:48:06 reduced inflation from 9% down to close to 3%. We're in a situation where we're better situated than we were when we took office, where inflation was skyrocketing. Okay, you're not in a better situation than when you took office. It's not even close. Inflation was 1.4%. Okay, Dan, what was the average under Donald Trump? Maybe you're just playing with the numbers. The average was 1.9% inflation. Okay, well, what's the average under Biden, you lying conservative conspiracy theorist?
Starting point is 00:48:40 5.5. More than double, I think. I don't know. I'm not really good at math. 1.9 versus 5. Yeah. More than double, I think. I don't know. I'm not really good at math. 1.9 versus 5. Yeah, yeah. That's more than double. So crayon eating guy, why is stuff expensive?
Starting point is 00:48:58 Because yes, Republicans and Democrats have spent a lot of money we don't have, driving the bond market crazy and printing more Federal Reserve notes to chase less stuff, which causes inflation. But nobody in American history has spent more money we don't have than bribing Joe Biden. Don't worry, he's treasurer. Look at it.
Starting point is 00:49:20 Oh, it is right there. There's a chart for you. CPI, year over year. Bidenomics, baby. Yes. Here's his treasury secretary, an equally imbecilic moron. You want to talk about stupid, smart people? Here she is in an interview with a left-wing media outlet, Janet Yellen,
Starting point is 00:49:42 talking about how the consumer's doing just great right now. Don't you worry. Really? I've got some statistics and data showing you that's complete bullshit, too. Check this out. I think we've got a good, strong economy. We've got very strong domestic demand.
Starting point is 00:49:57 Consumers are holding up some low income consumers or perhaps exhausting their buffers of saving that they build up during the pandemic. We're seeing a little bit more distress at the household level there. But generally, households are in very good financial shape. Our financial system is generally quite strong. So everything's strong, folks, except when you actually look at this crazy thing like numbers. God forbid you do that. Wall Street Journal inflation thief rises again. They note that Biden keeps telling people wages are rising faster than prices. Really, you're getting richer faster than prices are going up? Because the real average hourly wage was $11.11 in March, up from $11.04 a year earlier. Seven lousy cents. You're like, oh, okay, I am getting richer.
Starting point is 00:50:55 No, not so much. Read the next line. Since Joe Bribin took office in January 2021, average hourly earnings after inflation are down 2.54%. Does that say down? Did you guys edit that? Is it down? It sounds like you got a lot poorer since bribing Joe Biden took office. But Janet Yellen just said, you're great. You guys are awesome. So, you know, because they love the government, I went to the GAO, the government accountability office. I mean, it's literally called the U.S. government accountability office.
Starting point is 00:51:28 In case any liberal dipshits are watching this show, go conspiracy theorist. Bidenomics is awesome. People are spending a lot of money. They are on their credit cards. Look at the GAO's press release. You don't got to believe me, dipshits. You can believe it yourself from the government you claim to love, libs. American credit card debt hits a new record. What's changed post-pandemic? The answer is inflation. That's what's changed.
Starting point is 00:51:55 Keep voting for this shit and you'll keep getting more shit. I wonder where, yeah, there you go. He's got this chart up. Folks, if you're listening on Apple and Spotify, go to the 50-minute mark or so in the show. Guy just, I did not have this in the show elements. Well, nobody can figure out where, the crayon-eating guy doesn't know what happened.
Starting point is 00:52:16 There's when Joe Biden took office. There's when we put the, all the Inflation Reduction Act and all these stimulus, porculus bills, and look what happens. Inflation, so crazy. Where did it go porculous bills. And look what happens. Inflation. So crazy. Where did it go wrong? It's like we printed a bunch of money Joe Biden wanted printed,
Starting point is 00:52:30 and then inflation happened. What the hell, bro? It's so nuts. What could have possibly... Here it is. Biden takes... There's a big arrow. There's a literal arrow.
Starting point is 00:52:40 Biden takes office. And then here's what happened, folks. Here's inflation. Here's inflation. Here's inflation. Here's inflation. Here's inflation. Here's inflation. Here it is. Here it is. And we get to Biden. And then there it goes. What happened? I don't know. I don't know what happened. I'll tell you what happened. Joe Biden happened. But don't worry, folks. They told us forever it would be transitory. Remember this gem here's a little quick super cut of all of these liberal goons telling you don't sweat all these rising prices that are burying
Starting point is 00:53:09 your bank account and really crushing your kids and everything else don't worry if it's only going to be transitory check this out i really doubt that we're going to see an inflationary cycle it'll have a temporary or transitory impact the faster than expected increase in some of those prices is actually a good sign. The overwhelming consensus is going to pop up a little bit and then go back down. No one's talking about this great, great deal. This is something that will settle down. Transitory.
Starting point is 00:53:38 Transitory. All right, you get the point, man. Crayon eating terms. Print a lot of money. You're going to get the point, man. Crayon eating terms, print a lot of money, you're going to get a lot of inflation. Why would you print a lot of money? Because the government doesn't have the money. So it just runs up a bunch of debt.
Starting point is 00:53:57 None of this is hard, man. Don't be stupid. Liberals, don't be stupid. Folks, the lawfare state is going absolutely crazy now because they're really terrified of a Trump second term. Not a lot of people talked about this story yesterday. It's a real abomination. Donald Trump had this guy working for him, Allen Wesselberg. And what a freaking disgrace what happened to this guy. Did you hear this story? Donald Trump was basically very generous to this guy, gave him some parking and all this other stuff. And because the left was like, oh my gosh, free parking, we can't have that. The guy's actually going to prison for five months for a couple of benefits Donald Trump gave him and his family. Yeah, surely there's more to the story. No, there isn't.
Starting point is 00:54:42 Because get the hell out of New York. You are insane to stay in New York. I'm sorry. You are just begging right now for trouble. Get out of this place. Listen to these lunatics on NBC who seem absolutely giddy about this Trump guy going to jail for like free parking. That's the story. Check this out. Ken, first to you, I want to talk about former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg just officially pleading guilty to the charges against him. What happened in court and what happens for him next? Well, he's going to serve five months at Rikers Island Jail in New York City. Lindsay, according to the reporting notes we're getting
Starting point is 00:55:22 from our colleague Tom Winter, who was in the courtroom. Folks, you ever been to Rikers Island in New York City? You know how bad Rikers Island is? Rikers Island. So when you're a cop in New York, I actually did this. You'll arrest someone. They go to the precinct. There's a cell inside the precinct while you process them. You then take them down in a wagon,
Starting point is 00:55:47 a transportation wagon, to central booking. And then, if necessary, they go on to Rikers Island. It's a hellhole. They're sticking a guy in Rikers Island where he'll be lucky to get out of there in five months and not get dead, right? They're sticking him in Rikers Island for basically free parking
Starting point is 00:56:04 and because Donald Trump paid for his kid's school or something like that, that's the case. Get out of New York before it's too late. Now, do you see why you should, I was yesterday pushing hard to limit the government spying power folks. This is out of control. The lawfare and the police state are completely out of control right now. We finally slowed down this FISA thing. Here are 19 Republican lawmakers who did the right thing yesterday, slowed this thing down.
Starting point is 00:56:35 This ability for the government to spy on everyone. I'll place the rest of this tomorrow, but the long and short of it is this. The FISA bill, where the government will be able to spy on you, they say it's designed for foreigners. A lot of them aren't telling you it can scoop you up in the process. They want to scoop you up and spy on you, get a freaking warrant. It's been slowed down a little bit. However, it's not fully stopped and we still got a lot of work to do. You want to trust these people to spy on you,
Starting point is 00:57:05 the same people throwing Allen Wesselberg in a prison in Rikers Island? Are you kidding me? Listen to me, my one last plea. Get out of these liberal states before it's too late. I'm really seriously trying to help you. They will come after you at a moment's notice at the drop of a hat. Once they get used to this, this is just as how it starts, folks. They go after the people at the top.
Starting point is 00:57:33 Nothing's done because it's a liberal state. There's no accountability. And then what happens? The best it's ever going to be in New York was yesterday.
Starting point is 00:57:52 I was awful yesterday. It was. It was also better than today. Today's going to be even worse. Here are the 19 lawmakers who voted against it. Good for you all. But, you know, we're not even close to done with this FISA bill, so let's not pop any champagne yet.
Starting point is 00:58:07 I'll talk about it more tomorrow. I got a lot to get through tomorrow. Just as you can see, I was a little excited with the opening of the show today. Well, I'll also keep my eye on Christopher Wray testifying at 2 p.m. We'll have an update on that tomorrow.
Starting point is 00:58:19 But be careful. Those two things can be true at the same time. The threat can be high, and the FBI is definitely using it for this FISA thing. Sandwiches show nice.
